Our Kitchen Charm cookware has been great and we like them for the most part. However, the little vents on top of the lids of the pots don't work very well and they already need replacing. They all stick shut and a lot of them don't wanna open and close anymore after using them for a few months. Despite the issue, I've really liked Kitchen Charm's knives as well as their pots and pans. They are a little overpriced for what they are after using them for a while but overall, they're still of good quality.

My whole family has always used Tefal. But my grandparents had really nice oilless cookware, and I figured to try it as well. My wife and I went to this showing, watched the demonstration, and bought the stuff from Kitchen Charm. It was a little getting used to a stainless compared to anything with ceramic coating. But we've had Kitchen Charm for six months now and I use it for about everything. It cooks evenly and the knives are really good quality. We also have the mixing bowls set with covers and utensils. Their price is high, but you're paying for its great quality.

Kitchen Charm's presentation helped solidify our interest in them. At the time we saw them, we weren't really looking for a new cookware system. But then, we received complimentary tickets to visit their demonstration which led us to want to cook a little healthier. We got cookware from them and thus far, we've been using it quite a bit for steaming our vegetables. I used to do a steamer basket and I saw that the water there turns greener. So, it seemed like we were losing quite a bit of the nutritional value of the vegetables by doing that. On the other hand, using Kitchen Charm's cookware, the process goes quicker and I've been able to see how it keeps the nourishment in the vegetables longer. I also like the lids are kind of sealed.

I got an email or a text message from a bridal show asking if my fiancé and I wanted to attend the seminar. I agreed because there was a cooking demonstration and we both went to the seminar. We saw Kitchen Charm and had a good experience with them. The people that we met were very helpful and knew the products well. We have used our pans a couple of times and we definitely like the fact that we didn’t have to use as much oil. We also like how the pans last for quite some time which is what we like to have. We are the type of people that like to buy things that are good quality. One of the demonstrators also said that she has had her pans for years.

All the dishes that my parents had gotten from Pampered Chef had to be replaced over the years. So my husband and I thought we would try something new and see if they would hold up better than what my family has had. My husband loves cooking and he really likes the fact that with Kitchen Charm, you can stack them on top of each other to cook. That was the main reason he wanted to get the Kitchen Charm cookware. I was holding my breath when he was writing that first check because they were a little expensive. But they had a payment plan system that you could set up. And the cookware has held up. They've definitely paid it off already and it hasn't even been a full year yet. Although I wish they were a little on the cheaper side, they are good quality. My favorite thing is the cleanup. It's a lot faster. My husband's favorite thing is stacking them and being able to cook more than one thing. In fact, he wants to buy more plates from Kitchen Charm.

We went to the little show and we needed new kitchen pots and pans. My husband was the one who was adamant about wanting to purchase the cookware from Kitchen Charm. He really liked the system, the material and everything of them. We got three little skillets, three pots, and then some service utensils that are nice. Wee also got a 10 by 10 flat griddle and we use that a lot.

We really needed more dishes and bought Kitchen Charm for the 50-year warranty. It seemed really sturdy. My favorite is cooking chicken. I just follow the directions. I heat the cookware up to the temperature and then just throw the chicken right in. I'd tell others to get Kitchen Charm.

The Kitchen Charm demonstration we saw at the wedding show we went to was good. I've been reading up on induction cooking and the cookware looks like it's gonna be decent. Induction cooking takes a lot less time. I bought a nice Kitchen Charm cookware set and they seem well-made, nice, and should last a lifetime. They're expensive but the quality is great. I even just bought a double induction top cooking unit for the cookware. Now, I don't have to worry about using an aluminum pan. I can get rid of all my other cookware and I don't really have to worry about it. Give Kitchen Charm a try because they have great pans and products.

I went to a bridal convention and won the package that they were giving away, and there was a Kitchen Charm event listed. So my fiancé and I at the time went to the event in Nashville at a hotel, and we were really impressed with the Kitchen Charm's presentation. We ended up getting one of the bigger packages, the 8-piece pot set with an additional strainer.

I learned about Kitchen Charm at a bridal show and the quality of the cookware got me to purchase it. I like the oil-less, water-less cookware that they offered. Now, I cook chicken breast in it and I don’t have to put oil or anything in there. I can just cook it off its natural juices. I also like how easy it is to clean the cookware. If you use the recommended cleaning, it keeps it brand new looking with no spots. I’ve owned mine since February and I cook dinner every night, but it still looks brand new. It's been a great experience having it.

I love to cook and I've always wanted to have nice pans. Once, my wife went to a Wedding World event and then she won that drawing and we went to the show. We bought the big deluxe set from Kitchen Charm and it was the best bang-for-the-buck as we got a bunch of stuff that was included with it. I've had them for nine months now and they work well. I like them and they cook just like how it can in the demonstration. They are legitimately nice pans and cost a lot but they do what they say they’re gonna do. Once we get our set paid off, I have plans on getting the skillet set. They’re nice too.

We got mixing bowls, pots, and pans from Kitchen Charm. The quality is very good. I had an issue with one of them the other day. It seems that things like to stick in the pan a lot more than other things, so it just takes a lot of extra elbow grease to clean it all out. I’d tell others to check Kitchen Charm out and at least look into it.

We had gotten our Kitchen Charm cookware at some sort of demo for engaged couples. Other than what you’d find at retail stores, we didn’t see any other cookware that we could choose from and those tend to be cheaper quality. Conversely, we like how Kitchen Charm cooks chicken and its quality. You didn't need to buy any more, one set will last a lifetime. We also have the knives, which are nice.

We like to eat healthily, so my wife and I like the idea of not cooking with oil. My wife cooks almost every night, so she gets a lot of use out of the Kitchen Charm cookware we got. At first, we had trouble curing them and it took a long time for us to figure out how to do that. Everything was sticking to them. It wasn’t that good of an experience at first. The reps didn't emphasize enough during their presentation that the cookware needed to be cured a certain way, otherwise all the food would get stuck to it. The chicken and the steak would burn and would stick to the cookware. We tried different temperatures on our stove, but it would also stick. Still, we don’t have that issue anymore and my wife loves the cookware we have.

I got the Kitchen Charm a little cheaper than the other retailers. I have had the cookware for about six months now, and I like the skillet. The food is gonna stick to the pan but it’s easy to clean. Also, I like how the lid has the whistle like a kettle for coffee -- it tells me when it’s done. When we went to the seminar, though, the guy was cooking chicken without oil in a non-stick stainless steel and the chicken didn’t stick to the pan. I tried to mimic the same thing at home but it didn’t work. While the cookware quality is great, the demonstration is not what I paid for. We spent $3,000 and it was too much money for what we paid for.

Kitchen Charm lasts so long and they do so much more than the average cookware. So it was appealing. We've had the cookware for a little over a year now and nothing sticks to it so it's not a hassle to get it cleaned and put it up. We're happy with them.

When my ex-fiance and I were putting in a house to move in, we thought that Kitchen Charm has really cool pans and so we bought the cookware. The quality is really nice and my ex-fiance likes it. Now, he has the cookware and he is paying for them.

I liked how Kitchen Charm's sales rep sold their product and he got me interested in it. I purchased the stovetop wares which were mostly the pots and pans for cooking. I also have a strainer for milk, including all those little pots for milk to warm up on the stove. I have them for a year now and I feel very comfortable with it. It keeps the food's moisture and doesn’t burn my food so I don’t have to worry about it being dry or too cold. I can walk away from it and do other things. I like their quality and I was sold me on how they're made of material from surgical stuff so there is some high value with that. They're gonna hold up against wear and tear, so anything that’s gonna last longer is gonna be worth it.

My fiancé thought the Kitchen Charm cookware was cool and he wanted them. We got one of the sets that included two knives and one of the big soup pans. We also got three different sizes of the saucepans and two skillets. I really love the saucepans. They are awesome to cook with and it's really simple to throw things in there. I throw in the vegetables, chicken breast, and potatoes and the saucepans cook them all up together. The little thing that whistles is also cool. I like the big pot just as much as the other pans and the knives are great as well. However, I am not totally fond of the skillet because things stick to them really easily. The cost took me for a shock, but as long as it lasts as long as they do, it's totally worth it.

My wife was at a bridal show and she won a free voucher for the trip, so we went to Fargo and that’s where we learned about Kitchen Charm. We really like to cook and what Dan, the presenter, was talking about really sounded awesome because the cookware is really high quality. Kitchen Charm also has good warranty. My favorite thing about the cookware is it cooks really well. I don’t need to cook something on really high or really low. The cookware does a really good job at making sure that everything is cooked really evenly. I do tacos on it and it's awesome. I can throw whatever I want in there and it’s all gonna cook really well. If I wanna cook rice and re-fry green beans in it, it all works great too. Chicken also is really good in it.

I went to a bridal expo and Kitchen Charm was handing out stuff. Then, I went to a showing where they offered packages. My fiancé and I had two pretty old sets of here and there pots and pans and we decided that we would go ahead and purchase a new set to start out with. The guy put on a decent show and it seemed like they were quality pieces. I really like the knife set and the utensils. Also, we purchased the $1,500 set of cookware. I felt really good about the items until one of the bottoms of the pans burned even though we were following all the directions. I've been cooking my whole life and I've never seen anything that I have ever bought or used burn to this particular extent. It's like stainless steel and I can’t get the burn clear off.

We were looking for a new set of cookware. Kitchen Charm seemed like a good decision at that time. We've had it for almost a year now and we like the ease of cleaning. However, we weren’t really told about all the interest that we would be charged each month. So, that really caught us off guard, and we’re not too happy about that. But quality-wise, we’re happy with it. It's a good product.

My wife won a contest online and it was one of these deals where we had to go to this dinner, where Kitchen Charm gave us the spiel. They showed us all this kitchenware and how it worked, and we bought into it thinking it was good stuff. They sent us out all this stuff and it was junk. The kitchenware has decent quality. We got a bunch of pots and pans, and they were supposed to work as somewhat of a pressure cooker. They form their own seal and cook as a pressure cooker. But none of it did that. It takes a good hour and a half to get water to boil to cook noodles. We also got the knife kit, spoons, and masher kit, and they've been fine.

We've had the Kitchen Charm cookware for four months now and I've been liking them. They are of good quality. What stands out about them is the feeling of durability. The cleaning is a bit more challenging than what I'm used to with Teflon, but they last a lot longer, so it's worth it.

We went to a Kitchen Charm demo where they said they would give free wedding rings and free trip to Mexico if you come listen to them talk. They said the presentation was gonna be about 45 minutes and it wound up going over two hours. Since we decided we were going to purchase something, we had to wait in line behind all the other couples doing their thing and we were there for three and half hours. We got two pots of two different sizes from Kitchen Charm and we spent way too much money on them.

I was impressed by the demo that the Kitchen Charm's salesperson performed. He obviously knew his product inside and out, and I have been passively considering myself in the market for that kind of product. The demo was impressive enough and their product seemed reasonable for the price so I pulled the trigger and purchased from them. I've had them for approximately six months now. I like the quality of both the construction itself and the quality of the cooks that I can produce with it. The meals are very consistently well done. So far, I'm very happy with it. It has been a very positive experience and I'm not afraid to buy from them again should there be a need in the future.

We needed some new pots and pans that would last. After we heard about Kitchen Charm from a wedding expo, we bought the cookware and we love them. I also love the quality of them and my favorite thing is the oil-less feature where I don’t use oil to cook.

I bought my Kitchen Charm cookware at a wedding expo thinking that their pans would be really awesome. Indeed, the quality is fantastic. There's a learning curve with the cookware as we can’t cook some of the things we thought we could cook the way we did. It also fits only two people and our pans are only so small. So, I thought about some things a little differently and I tried to chop chicken in it but it did not work so we just cut it after. Still, they're awesome to cook with. My husband always does the cleanup and if we burn stuff, it is a challenge. But if we did everything right, then they cleaned up nicely.

We saw a demonstration about Kitchen Charm and it seemed like it was gonna be a good purchase at the time. We bought the initial purchase, which came with the cookware, the breakfast set, the pan set, and we also got two knives. However, we've owned the cookware for a couple of months now and we don't like it. Everything sticks to it, even though it's supposed to release everything. It was a waste of $2,000 and if we could return them, we would have. We're not satisfied with the product at all.

I liked the lifetime warranty that came with Kitchen Charm's products. Having used and purchased other cookware with similar warranties, I've found they're basically false advertising with most of them. Conversely, I've had my Kitchen Charm for about a year now and the no stick feature never goes away. However, that feature is nonexistent when it comes to eggs which stick to the cookware like glue. Other than that, everything else is as advertised. The cookware is also easy to clean. They are of a good quality and it's better than any of the other cookware that I've tried.

Since I wanted to get a set of pans for cooking, I purchased the Kitchen Charm cookware. I've had the cookware for eight months now and I like that they'll last for almost forever. A friend of mine has an older set of Kitchen Charm pans and they're 20 years old. Kitchen Charm could have a cookbook with directions on how to cook certain meals with that cookware, especially when people are starting out with it. Other than that, the overall quality of the items I bought is good.

We decided to purchase cookware from Kitchen Charm and my fiance and I have both used it. The items that we got are of good quality and their handles aren't loose. I like that the cookware is easy to clean. As far as cooking goes, however, it is comparable with any other stuff that I've had already. We didn't get much and we definitely could have gotten more for the money that we paid. I still had to buy bigger pots and pans to fit the bigger dishes that I wanted because the size that I needed wasn't available when we made the purchase.

But you have to cancel before you even receive the products, so you have no chance to try them for yourself, which is absolutely ridiculous. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the products you're stuck paying for them no matter what. So we are stuck paying over $2,000 for heavy pieces of junk. Learn from our stupid mistake and don't give these people even a moment of your time and definitely don't give them a cent of your money.

I have owned Kitchen Charm cookware for a year now. It seems like a good deal and a good set of pans at that time but they’re not what I thought they’re gonna be. It’s hard to take care of and the food burns on to the pan.

Kitchen Charm is a good quality pan. The best part is that I can use any dish utensil I want with it and not worry about scratching it. Also, it is easier to clean than my Tefal. I just throw it in the dishwasher.

I was able to go to a dinner-for-two cooking thing where we used Kitchen Charm pots and pans. We decided the Kitchen Charm cookware would be good because we don’t have very good ones and they looked awesome. The 15-year warranty was a big thing for us, too. Also, they were so heavy-duty and we didn’t really need to go through a lot to cook something small like vegetables. I was excited about it, so I told my fiancé, “We’re getting these. They’re better than anything we’re gonna get anywhere else.” We've been using our cookware for about six months, and the best thing about them is that we don’t really have to watch our stuff. We just listen for that whistle in them and we know it’s done. Also, the quality is awesome. They’re easy to clean. They’re durable, which is good, especially for us because we cook a lot of stuff on the stove.

We went to a place in San Antonio and a guy there cooked for us in Kitchen Charm cookware and then he fed us. I liked how fast and easy it was to use the cookware and how durable it is, so we purchased it. It’s a little expensive but its quality is pretty good. The knives that we got from them are sharp and pretty good too.

We were in the market for new pots and pans. We saw Kitchen Charm and I liked the quality of the product and the ease of use and clean up. We've had our cookware since April. I like that I can simply start everything, and then go take care of other things. I don't have to stand at the stove and constantly be checking, turning and stirring. My husband and I have owned our Kitchen Charm cookware for six months now and since I cannot cook anything, he uses it and loves it. Also, eating the food cooked out of it is good.

We went to Kitchen Charm's preview and we liked their cookware. I've had it for two months now but I'm still learning how to use it. It's a little hard getting to know what I should and shouldn't use inside the pots and pans. It was supposed to be healthier, nonstick and I can add water to it to be done, but it was a little different than it was when I got it home because a lot of stuff sticks to it. Otherwise, Kitchen Charm's people and product are nice, and their cookware makes my food taste better.

They are pretty easy to cook with and clean. We can throw them in the dishwasher if we want to. Also, we can use any utensil since it doesn’t wear. Our favorite one is the paella pan because it is big. Kitchen Charm is expensive, but they are good.

I went to a bridal expo for my boyfriend’s sister and I got entered into Kitchen Charm. Their sales rep was awesome and because I also needed pots and pans and their products seemed cool I made the purchase. They also have a lifetime warranty. The rep told me that I could set them on fire and it would still be covered. I’m not a very good cook, so that’s always a plus. The incentives are awesome too, even though I have to call them because I did not get one of the incentives that I was supposed to get. The cost also came out a little bit more expensive than I wanted.

I like a lot of things about Kitchen Charm. I've had the product for six months now and its overall quality is good. It's durable, too. Buy Kitchen Charm.

We liked the products of Kitchen Charm and the presentation of the products, so we went with them. We've owned our Kitchen Charm cookware for about seven months now and we haven't had any issues so far. I like that I can put it in the dishwasher. It's a little expensive but it comes with a warranty, so I’m comfortable with the product.

We've had the Kitchen Charm cookware for 6 months now and it’s a good buy for what it is. It's well worth the money. My wife found it online and then, we met them at a hotel and they did a whole spiel about the cookware. They cooked for us in a conference room. It all went well and we enjoyed watching it and seen how everything was done. It's cool how the pots work compared to other brands. Since there's a 50-year warranty on it, it might as well pay a lot now, but it will last us in the long run. Also, the quality of the cookware is very good so far. I like that it cooks evenly and efficiently.

Kitchen Charm cookware is a great investment. I had been looking at a product similar to theirs with another company, but my fiancé was sold on this one. We purchased it back in January and so far, we love it. I like the quality of the food that comes out of the pot. It’s not mushy. Plus, the cookware is very sturdy and durable. I also like the warranty, and everything was good with their customer service. You’re able to speak with someone quickly.

My wife wanted the Kitchen Charm cookware in the first place. However, I was under the impression that I would just pay a minimum amount for the first few months when we purchased the cookware and that there wouldn’t be interest incurred. By the time I’ve reached a point where I’m actually able to pay it, I have already paid $500 in interest. I haven’t accomplished paying anything in 6 months and I wasn’t supposed to have the interest to my knowledge, so I was kinda pissed about that. I was told that wasn’t supposed to be. I wish I could give the cookware back but I don’t think there’s a process for that and/or anything that I could do. Still, Kitchen Charm is a really good product and we got a lot of free stuff with it.

My fiancé really liked Kitchen Charm cookware, and since we didn’t really have any cookware and it seemed like a good investment, we decided to purchase it. We got it around February and I like that it’s quick, easy to use and we don’t burn stuff. However, I think they could be a bit better. I did all the stuff that was said on how to clean it before and after using it but it still sticks really bad.

The Kitchen Charm cookware is a good deal and a good product. We bought some to try, and if we decided that we like it we’ll probably go back and buy the rest of the set. We've had it for 2 months now and my wife is cooking on it. She's using the 12- inch frying pan the most and she likes it. It seems to be working better than the regular pans and it doesn’t take very long to cook things at all. It's very high quality and it looks very well made. Kitchen Charm is definitely worth it.

I needed something new and different. I wanted something I hope I could use for 20 years and not something I had to throw away in a couple of years. I bought many pieces of pots and pans from Kitchen Charm and the quality of the items so far is good. I had a little stain issue, but it comes off with the proper cleaning solvent. I cook mostly Italian dishes and it’s hit or miss depending on what I use. I sometimes have to add fat but generally, the cookware does good and I never have to use anything especially if I'm doing something frozen. Kitchen Charm cookware works as it should and my experience has been great.

I went to a bridal show and they told me that I won something. I came and got the gifts. The pots and pans from Kitchen Charm sounded impressive so, my fiancé and I signed up thinking it'd be a good idea. I’ve had the cookware for four months and I recently took it out of the box and I have to make a lot of space for it. However, I didn’t know that they weren’t nonstick and that was something that I should have checked. When I cook scrambled eggs, I even coat the pan and they still stick. It is a pain to clean the pan every time I use it so I don’t use the cookware.

We went into a bridal thing where Kitchen Charm masked themselves with something else. Everybody there thought they were signing up for a chance to win a free trip but they weren't. It was good marketing for getting your email address and your phone number, so that they could swindle as many people as they could into getting their products. Later, we found out they were Kitchen Charm.

We went to The Pink Bridal Wedding Show and Kitchen Charm seemed like a good quality product. We needed cookware and so we purchased the initial set. Then there was another company that also sells Kitchen Charm and they had a cooking demonstration. We've had the cookware for a year now and so far, so good. While expensive, I like the quality. I also like how it cooks the food fast on lower temperatures since it's still hot at that temperature.

We wanted to stop eating out and be committed to cooking especially with having a newborn baby. Plus, prices were getting up there. Kitchen Charm sent us an offer. If we sat in through where the chef cooks in front of you, we have a chance to win prizes. However, we wound up purchasing a nice set from them. They had a really good track record of how they presented themselves. So, I thought it would be a good purchase. We had gotten the set in January and we’ve been utilizing it. It’s been good so far. We like the easiness of knowing that it won't take us as long to cook. The cookware has been very helpful, but we don’t utilize it as much as we should in terms of cooking. My fiancé would say we spent so much money on it and we don’t even use it. It is up there in price, but you’re paying for the quality. We worked out a payment plan and I appreciated being able to do that.

Kitchen Charm's guy was awesome. He gave us a good tutorial and getting their cookware seemed like a good investment. So, I purchased their product and had a good experience. Now, I don't have to cook with oil. I like cooking marinated chicken in it. I just throw it in there, put a little heat, and the cookware does the rest. Then it lets me know when the chicken's done. It's a great product and I'm impressed with the quality of it. It really hit me and I was surprised. I didn't think that cookware was that important until I went to their little presentation.

We went to a show and they cooked a bit for us. It was pretty fun to go to. They showed us how the Kitchen Charm kitchenware work and how to clean them. We liked the kitchenware and needed some good kitchenware so we went ahead and bought a few pieces. We've had them for about eight months now and use them almost every day. The product is really good. I would recommend Kitchen Charm.

My fiancee and I purchased Kitchen Charm cookware to help us out with cooking and eating healthier. We've owned it for 7 months now but I don’t cook with it anymore. It’s so complicated because of the way it grabs the product whenever I cook in it. One day, I was cooking chicken and it grabbed the chicken and wouldn’t let go until it was burnt. It was so tough. The only way I can unstick it is if I take it off the eye and let it sit for 20 minutes, because the pot stays hot for so long. Another time, I was cooking some mashed potato in the pot and it burnt the bottom of the mashed potatoes. So I took it off the eye and set it on a little cloth on the kitchen, and it burnt through the whole linen cloth as well as burnt a circle on the counter. On the other hand, my fiancee still cooks with it and she likes cooking chicken. Still, I never doubted the quality of the item and it’s a very great product.

We use the cookware every day and so far, so good. We’re fine with its quality. It does what it's supposed to do and I like everything about it especially that it does cook the food. I'm picky about chicken being cooked and the cookware cooks the chicken well. Fried chicken is excellent. But it doesn't make it dry. By the time it gets the chicken cooked, the outside of the chicken is like chewing old car tire.

Kitchen Charm called me and told me that I won some vacation and they had me go to some presentation. And if we bought pans, we'd get more stuff for free, so we ended up buying their products. I like the cookware but it stains easily at the bottom of the pan, and that's the only thing that we didn't like about it. It's hard to clean and even if we clean it immediately sometimes there's a ring around, whatever we were cooking. No matter how hard we scrub it discolors the bottom of it.

We were at a wedding show that had a whole bunch of different vendors and that's where we heard about Kitchen Charm. Kitchen Charm offered us their free cooking class and so we decided to purchase from them. We also chose to purchase from them for all the health benefits we could have. We don’t use oil anymore at all and the cookware cooks our food to a perfect temperature, so we’re not losing the vitamin nutrients from it. They also explained to us what comes out of the other pots and pans that we use and we didn’t like that. They're super easy to clean. We've had to scrub a little but nothing compared to our other pots and pans. Also, the bottom of the pan doesn't scratch off like the cheaper ones. We bought a paring knife when we bought the pots and pans too and it works great.

The cookware is not bad, but they’re a pain in the butt to clean and I’m not very happy with that. I don’t know if it’s the material of the pan itself, but it seems like it would take a lot longer to clean out than other pans that we’ve used. Even if we’re cleaning them, we don’t let stuff sit in them. But obviously, it’s something we’re still trying to get used to.

However, they cost more than what they should have and the sale situation was extremely high-pressured. I ended up deciding to go with it because I felt the pans and I could tell that they were of decent quality. So far, they’re holding up just fine. There’s a little bit of discoloration, but that’s no worry. Others should look into Kitchen Charm first and figure out if that’s exactly what you want. And if you are going to go through with it, pay for it outright and don’t go through their payment plan.

Everything the rep from Kitchen Charm did was cool. The Kitchen Charm products are easy to cook with and easy to clean. They’re nice, sturdy and we can use them for everything. We've had the Kitchen Charm cookware for six months and I like the whistle part of it, so we can simply put it down and walk away. And then it lets us know when to come back. However, the quality is not worth the price. We figured that we would get a bit more out of the items that we purchased but it’s not very good.

They did not clean as well as we were told that they clean. You have to scrub them and she told us we could just rinse them out with water. I’ve only used the one that you do pancakes on three times and it already has spots on the bottom. It’s not worth $2,300 for me. Only told us if we bought it he would give us 2 more trips to take the whole family on vacation, also told us it's 140.00 down and 117 mo for 24 mo, which I guess wasn't too bad since the cookware was real nice!

My mother-in-law burned what she was cooking because she forgot. The pan that she was using was too hard to clean up because the grease burnt it and it doesn’t look brand new anymore. When I got home and started reading the papers, I realized that the financing rate was really high. And I read that we had so many days to return it. I texted the guy, because he gave me his phone number, and I said we've changed our mind, we don't wanna do it. And he said it was fine and that he'll cancel our order.

Kitchen Charm's presentation was very good. The way they presented it and the way it showcases the product made it seem like their cookware is a very good necessity to have. So far, my experience with them has been great. I haven't had any issues with the product and it's been able to do what I need it to do. I would also recommend to a friend to go to the presentation. It was a very good experience and it was very easy to understand the dialogue. They cooked the dinner for you and told you the way the food comes out and how the product is utilized.

Kitchen Charm is a good deal and it is long lasting. I’ve had the cookware for less than a year and my favorite thing about it is that it cooks healthy. I like that it keeps the nutrients in the food. Also, I'm really happy with the non-stick and non-oil feature of the cookware. Its quality is very well thought through. I was surprised because whenever they said it was a rubber grip, I didn’t know how well it would last. And considering how much we use it, there's been no wear or tear. My only issue was I had to buy one non-stick pot or pan for eggs over easy, but that was it. Everything has been great. It's easy to clean up and the items are of incredible quality. We are looking into purchasing the flatware and hopefully, we're gonna do that soon.

I've had Kitchen Charm's products for five months now and they've been good so far. I like that I'm able to clean it up really easily. It's not much of a mess as compared to other stuff. You can just boil some water in it and it falls right off. You can also throw it in the dishwasher. Also, I've called to ask about insurance and their whole policy and they were able to answer all my questions. If you want one, definitely go to the demonstration and check it out. It’s that easy. It looks crazy but you gotta see it to believe it.

I've owned Kitchen Charm products since January and I’m not very pleased at all. The pots are scratching terribly and the handles are loose on them. I’ve called the warranty people and the people in the office themselves to see if we could replace them but they never called me back. I was like, “Just take ‘em. Just cut all ties" and still, nobody would call me back. I bought the cookware at a show and the reps there were wonderful. The product worked good for them and that’s why I bought it. But there were scratches every time I did some cooking and that wasn’t supposed to happen. Also, they’re way too pricey and the interest is outrageous. I’m paying $55 a month and $40 to $45 of it is interest, so I’m only paying $10 to $15 a month towards the dishes. I would just get regular pots and pans.

I signed up for a bridal registry through Facebook and heard about Kitchen Charm there. It was used right in front of our faces and we thought it would be a lot easier, faster and healthier. We've had it for five months and have only used it once. We've thought about getting a bigger pot, and when we start to use it a lot more, we want to upgrade to the tin core pot. But right now, what we have is a little more time consuming to clean so we don’t use it as often. It almost has spots from cleaning. We used the cleaning solution they told us, but for some reason, it’s not as shiny as it was before. Other than that, we like it.

I wish I could pick zero stars. Don’t fall for this scam at bridal shows. They will make you feel like you won something, but then use fear tactics to make you purchase overpriced pots/pans. They don’t clean easily as reported by salesman. Also they offer a payment system which is a monthly installment. Never did the representative tell me I would be charged 25% interest. I reviewed my paperwork from that night and nowhere does it state that. I’m use to interest free for the allotted time and then a big interest payment if not paid off in promised time. I’m so disappointed that I fell for this, please beware of this scam!!!

I had some pots and pans but it was the cheap quality you get at Walmart. I went to a show and I was impressed with everything that I saw from Kitchen Charm, and I ended up deciding that I really wanted it. I got one of the four-piece sets and a wok in December. I love not having to use water especially with vegetables, and they taste like vegetables instead of nothing. Also, the quality of the cookware is wonderful.

It has been a year now since we've owned Kitchen Charm's cookware. They had a deal that came along with signing up with them. You buy an item or a set and you get prizes, and the one I went with was a timeshare. We purchased two skillets and about three or four pots. The quality of the items is good for the most part. I mostly like that I am able to cook well. I put water in the pot like when I cook corn in the skillet, then I would cover it and it would be steamed. Sometimes we would be cooking and the food would get stuck on the cookware. But the rep gave ways to clean it off, like to use vinegar or a powder they gave us to wipe off all the stains on the pots.

They offered a bunch of free stuff for me and my fiance, and I've owned their cookware for around nine months now. I like that I can let it do its own thing and it cooks by itself. While the cookware is expensive, the quality of all the items is good. And other than having had a little bit of trouble with it sticking, my experience with Kitchen Charm is fine.

We’ve owned Kitchen Charm products for about six months or less and they’re doing fairly well. We’ve only used them about four or five times. I like that they work and from the times I’ve used them, as long as I follow the instructions, it’s all good. Everything is good quality-wise. The only problem I have with them is that I gotta follow step by step instructions or I void the warranty. I can’t beat them up like I can when I’m in a kitchen and I gotta be a little more careful. I like the bigger skillet and I like that I can cook using the cookware without oil. Furthermore the overall quality of the items is pretty good.

We bought a pan from another company which was very similar from that of Kitchen Charm, which I actually liked a little bit better because the handles are removable, easier to store and wash. However, that company never got back to us. They sold us a single piece and the thought was to invite friends and have some presentations at your home, which I'm uncomfortable with and in doing that we’d get some credit.

Plus, the steaks and hamburgers are much juicier.

So, it’s a bit of work at the front-end, but it’s worth it. It’s entertaining to watch the water bead whenever we’re testing in the right temperature, and we also like the whistle. I received my pots and pans later than promised (by a week), I read through the manual and it was the exact opposite of the claims in the presentation. I called to return the product and was told I couldn’t, I had 3 days to do so from ordering NOT from receiving the product. Well I did not have a manual until I received them to read the truth about this product. The presenter will not return my calls or texts, the customer service line was rude and wildly unhelpful with telling me “too bad nothing you can do, just use it”.

Kitchen Charm saves half of the time in cooking because my husband and I actually work. I don't have to apply wax too much and it will let us know when it starts cooking because it will whistle and go off. You just have to lower it a little bit. I have had my cookware for almost six months now. It reminds me of Magnalite, but much heavier, and it does not tarnish fast.

I like Kitchen Charm's quality and longevity. Also, I really like that if I got to make chicken, I don’t have to keep checking it. I just let the cookware heat up and put the chicken on. I brown one side, and then flip it over, put the lid on, and walk away till it’s done.

The dry rub stuck to the bottom of the cookware and my fiance scrubbed on it for about four days straight. It was very difficult to clean but we finally got all of it off.

But the Kitchen Charm is really non-stick and there's no problem getting food off. Also, the whole pan heats and it evenly cooks, which I like. So, I’m satisfied with it.

Our favorite thing about it is we can cook frozen hamburger or chicken with it. I love the cookware so far. They're expensive but their warranty and quality make up for that. They also have a little skillet and some cutlery that we're thinking on purchasing.

Everything’s good with the product that we bought from Kitchen Charm so far. It has been working as advertised. It has been really good for searing, sautéing, and cooking anything. Food cooks well. Some other pans don't get the heat distributed around, but this one has uniform temperature all around and is non-stick. Very good quality and I’d definitely recommend it to someone else. It may be pricey, but it definitely is worth it for a kitchen tool that we’ll be using in the kitchen.

We had won something, but to get it, we had to sit through an hour of presentation. It was really long, and it was interesting. The presenter did a demonstration and that was nice. He even let people try the food from the demonstration to show that it was different. And I did see a difference in the frozen vegetables made. He showed that there's no need to use water. It was nice that he didn’t just demonstrate to show us. We got to taste the difference and see how he cooked out the fat from the chicken, so that was good. But he talked really fast. It would be helpful if he talked a little slower and was less joke-y. Also during the seminar, there was this pressure and a lot of people were blowing it off because it was going to be a super-expensive purchase for something that one doesn’t really know about.

Chad was there demonstrating it and he made it look a lot better than it was because when we tried cooking on it several times we just didn’t like the way it worked. Also the cookware was extremely overpriced for not doing what he showed it did. We have the cookware for five months but we use our old set more because we like it more. We tried contacting Chad but he didn’t want to do anything about it. I also tried posting comments on sites that but none of them would be posted because Kitchen Charm keeps on taking them down. If they were to open it up to anybody other than people that go to the presentations, that would get more sales.

It was an investment and we were happy with the choice we made. We paid them off early and we were promised that the interest was going to go towards more products once we pay it off. There were zero strings attached and it was a really easy experience.

Kitchen Charm from a bridal show was very convincing, so it was something good to invest in. However, I remember back in the presentation, when the guy was talking to us, he said it was no interest for a year. But as I looked at my contract, it wasn’t written down. I wish that I had gotten that in writing but I don’t think there’s anything I can do about that. We’ve owned our cookware for a few months now and it’s good, although I should have considered more my finances before I made that decision to purchase.
