The Kitchen Charm pots and pans I purchased work pretty good. The only thing I really don’t like about them is that there’s a learning curve on how to wash them compared to everything else. The cost is ridiculously high too. Although the quality is great, it is probably not worth it. I would also like something a little more lightweight.

My fiancee knew about Kitchen Charm and we did a cooking-for-two class that they had set up in our area. I thought it would be a fun, nice date night. Since we are recent college graduates, we've only had hand-me-down cookware for a long time, so we decided to purchase the product from them. With the deal and the quality that I saw, the cookware was almost too good to pass up.

We've owned the cookware for a couple of months now and it's a great product overall. It cooks really well and heats perfectly. The waterless cooking feature is pretty nice. I like being able to put the lid on the cookware with the whistle and just let it cook down on its own for 15 to 20 minutes. I do not have to worry about it and it's pretty nice to focus on other side dishes. The quality of the items are really good. There have been a couple of times when I burned some food pretty badly on the cookware. I just let it soak a little bit, then the burned stuff that was stuck onto it came right off and it was easy to clean. It's pretty likely that we would make further purchases from Kitchen Charm in the future. When we get rid of some of our kitchenware, we'll replace some of the older stuff with Kitchen Charm cookware. I've already recommended them to family and friends.

We've had our Kitchen Charm cookware for four months and my fiancé and I aren't as happy with it as we thought we would be. They're just like normal pans. The sales guy we dealt with said so many things about it, such as that the pans would be great, that it wouldn't scratch, that we wouldn't need use oil and water and that food wouldn't stick on them. But the pans did get scratched and there are marks on them. The food also sticks on them, even if we use oil. Also, we have the book and we've followed what's on there, but food still sticks and the pans still get scratched. We've had cheaper pans before that were better at food not sticking to them. We called Kitchen Charm a few times but they told that our sales guy might have made promises that are not in the contract and to call him instead.

We've had our cookware for three months now and the quality of the items that we purchased is good.

My husband, a certified chef, messed up all my pots and pans when he moved in and tore up my stuff. Out of the three bridal shows we went to, Kitchen Charm was the first presentation we went to so we bought from them. We've been using the cookware since we got it in October. The quality of the products seems good and it's also easy to clean. Kitchen Charm is worth the investment.

We won a contest so we went to a presentation. The gentleman selling the Kitchen Charm products was great and he got me. I have their products for four months now and so far, I’ve had no problems with them. They're evenly heated and everything works well. We cook steak with most of the products. Kitchen Charm has been a great company to work with and I appreciate them for being so helpful and nice with everything. If their products last 50 years, the quality and the cost will be perfect. This is our first time buying, but we’re definitely gonna be buying more.

We got a free demonstration from Kitchen Charm at a wedding fair and liked the product so we decided to get a small package. At the time, it was what we knew was available. I can cook chicken in the thing, walk away then it whistles after a while so it’s a lot easier than just hanging in there and cooking with a normal pan. I like the cookware's quality and how it's performing. We’ve enjoyed our experiences with Kitchen Charm so far.

I bought Kitchen Charm from a seminar I went to for a bridal registration. Our guy who was selling us the cookware was very nice and friendly. He did a quick show in front of us, let us hold the cookware, feel its durability and we were in. Wow! We loved the cookware! We bought the 11 piece set. Spent a lot of money - 2500. Once we got home to try out our cookware we were not happy! We took out a pan and cracked an egg in it and it STUCK as soon as I tried to move it. We had to scrape the egg off of the pan!!! We were so upset! We just paid in the thousands for these pans and a simple egg is sticking to it! Also I grabbed another pan and simply tried to cook some rice in there. Left it for 20 minutes on low! What I usually do with my lower costing pans and it come out perfect! It came out RAW AND UNCOOKED!!! I AM SO UPSET!

So we contacted customer service. There was nothing they could do for me! The only thing they could do was switch the pans out for me! I spoke with a manager about my concerns. They said the same thing! They couldn't help. In the end NO REFUND! They did nothing for me! I spoke to 3 different managers and no help! Well now I'm trying to get ahold of the seller for a response. Let's see what happens! I don't not recommend this cookware to anyone!!!

My fiancée loves to cook and we got intrigued by all the shininess of the Kitchen Charm products. We also needed to invest in some good cookware, so we decided to purchase their products. The best thing about the cookware is how easy it is to clean up and for the most part. For me, I hate when the stuff gets stuck on there pretty tough, but with the Kitchen Charm, all you have to do is just add some warm water, then throw some baking soda in there and all the grease comes right out. They look almost brand new again. Everything cooks evenly in them too.

We love them and we use them a couple of times a week whenever we aren’t on the run and going out to eat. We use them most of the time whenever we are cooking at home. We have had a couple of friends over that we've shown the cookware, but whenever we told them how much we had paid for them, they got deterred by the price. We got selected to go to the seminar and what the guy did at the hotel to show us and the DVD or the video that they had us watch made sense when you break it down on how much money you could potentially save over the course of the year with using their stuff.

On other cookware, the stuff starts chipping away, so you gotta buy a new one, but with this, it is not gonna do that. So, over the course of time, it will end up saving you money and you don’t have to continue buying stuff. Everybody that we've shown the cookware to has been impressed by it. They like the sturdiness of it. It is heavy and durable, so they like it.

The pots of Kitchen Charm was a good deal, so we bought them. They had some kind of free vacation if we buy the pots. We like the flat one where you can make the pancakes on and cook bacon. But sometimes, it's a little hard to clean. Other than that, whenever we cook chicken it keeps it super juicy. It doesn't dry out the chicken. Kitchen Charm has a good cookware .

We have kids and healthy eating and living is at the top of our list. With the Kitchen Charm cookware, we can cook things so seamlessly that we can just leave it and it will alert us when it's done. It alleviates a lot of stress, especially since we have two small children running around the place. We were a little concerned though because when we were looking over the contract, it showed that salt deposits would void the warranty. We were trying to figure out how salt deposits get in pots and pans. Even if we don’t cook with salt, there's salt that comes from the food that you're cooking or the seasoning that you're using. It would have been good to know that salt deposits could void the warranty during the presentation as it would have made us approach cleaning and cooking slightly different in the beginning. But so far, we've been able to clean it fairly well and the cookware is of great quality. I like how juicy and flavorful the meat comes up.

I’ve been trying to cook with Kitchen Charm and I’ve been experimenting. Some of the recipes call for cooking in various skillets. I bought the skillet set of three. But the lids do not have the whistle in them that you can open and close. So, I would have had liked to have had lids that fit on those, especially on the large one, like if I’m doing salmon. I also would like to have seen an extended recipe book because there are hints and nuggets of information in there. But you have to look for them. I would like to have done more.

I cooked an omelet with one teaspoon of oil and I’m only probably supposed to use a half. But I did all the meat and vegetables and like it said I threw in water and waited for the droplets to bounce around. And then, you can do your meat, and then add some vegetables and keep stirring them. It works perfectly. But it’s practice that makes perfect. And the same thing with the whistle on the vegetables. You can either use the big steamer, or you can just use one of the other pots and put the whistling lid on the top. But you have to be real careful. There is a difference between doing it on electric and gas.

The sales guy was really good to us. But I’ve never heard from him again, and I couldn’t get a hold of him. I would like to be able to talk to him and say, “Look, I did this and I wanna cook this. How would you do it?” And if he’s too busy, I hope there's a customer rep. If more people can understand what the cookwares are and utilize them more, the more they would have purchased. I have been using these pans to cook waterless. I’ve lost over 25 pounds. There’s just good things about this pans that I’d like to know more. There isn’t that personal contact. This is an investment in my kitchen. We’ve lost money by buying pans and using them in the past. I would like to have that personal contact, better cookbook, better DVD and a better website to get recipes off.

I wanted to buy two things. One for my son who just got married, and one for my daughter, and teach them, even if they just have to deal with vegetable. We’re older. We can afford to buy them a few pieces, and if my children likes it and shows interest in it, then I will help them. I have the phone number in the notebook, of a gal, and you can call her at corporate but she works part-time for other people, and works for the sales guy we dealt with. But that’s not the same as getting hold of somebody. After I called her a couple of times she just said, “Well, read the recipe book.” So I’m not calling her anymore. I’m really surprised that they sell things to people and they don’t invite them to another demonstration in case they wanna order something.

But the sales guy was very nice. He gave me the package where you can order the free wedding rings, and pay for the engraving as well as the glasses. When the kids came to get married, we took them out for dinner. My friend that owns the restaurant put them at their places, and they were shocked that here were these engraved glasses at their dinner place at the restaurant. They’re also using the rings because they’re in military, and the rings are smooth and don’t interfere with their job. They were absolutely thrilled.

I like the whole 50-year Kitchen Charm warranty and the history of the company itself. Seeing the experience of how food is being cooked, I decided to purchase products from them. I have the cookware for several months now and it cooks really well. It doesn’t stick and it's clean-looking too. I also like how on some of the dishes, there is a whistle on there so it tells me when everything is ready so I can leave it for a bit and then come back to it once I hear that. I like the versatility of all the dishes and how I can use them for different things.

On some of our dishes though, it's like it's not getting all the way clean. There are some spots on it from time to time. I was trying to figure out how to clean it and I've used just regular kitchen soap and did the Bar Keeper's Friend like the person suggested but it's not looking as clean as when I got it. Also, a couple of our pieces don't look as smooth as when I got them. But overall, it cooks really well. I can cook anything in the pieces that I got and there's such a wide range of dishes out there.

My husband and I attended the class, thinking "this is probably a scam but let's go anyway." When we watched Brad cook everything with ease , I HAD to have the cookware. The contract wasn't discussed with us at all, we were hurried along as we signed the papers. We didn't get our cookware till the end of the following week, around 8-10 days later.

The first time we used it, we were flabbergasted. Everything stuck to the bottom, most of the food burned on the bottom of the pan and didn't cook evenly. We tried to contact the seller multiple times with no answer. I reached out to customer service and they told me I was using the cookware wrong. My husband was extremely irate, but I decided to give it another chance. I followed the instructions to the T, low-to medium heat, waited for the pan to heat before putting in the meat. It didn't matter. Everything stuck to the bottom and burned. I contacted customer service again and asked for a refund and they told us that "most people like their cookware" so even though we had a terrible experience it was our fault. The lady I talked to was extremely rude and condescending. I've never been treated this poorly by any business.

It was then I started reading online reviews about Kitchen Charm, and found multiple websites dedicated to shutting it down. People had been scammed just like us and were furious. However, even after sending screenshots of these reviews to Kitchen Charm, I was simply told that "they get high reviews" and I was wrong again. The products absolutely suck and the customer service is even worse. I hope you get shut down.

I heard about Kitchen Charm through a wedding event hosted at the old Comcast Arena. It was at a wedding convention and I liked the way the guy presented Kitchen Charm's products. I liked how easy the products was to cook with, and I still love it to this day. The knives are great and they're sharp. I like all the cleaning things that go with it as well. The products are easy to clean and they don’t have to go through the dishwasher. It's also easy to see my food. I like that I don’t have to drain the juices from raw meats. That can be cooked into the food, and it's not greasy after I cook it. It doesn’t make my pots and pans sticky or rusty.

I definitely like the all-purpose dicer where I can set up any food. It's not like I have to chop everything up. I can just put it on my machine and crank the wheel. I could spend more time cutting the food with a knife or I can just spend a minute and get it all done. Kitchen Charm is definitely worth the money and their cookware is all of amazing quality. Hello Mr. Eland,

Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback regarding your experience with purchasing Kitchen Charm. As outlined in your credit application, the APR is based on the state you live which is 24% annually, that is a 2% monthly. It looks like the distributor calculated the interest in advance which is why he mentioned the account would be paid off in 30 payments.

We got it about three weeks later and she's tried using it multiple times but it is not working out. We've had a lot of issues with it, like food sticking and burning. Everything else seemed to be working fine though, and the knife set is amazing. But I can't justify somebody spending $2,000 on cookware. I feel like I should've gotten a better product for the money that we spent. On top of that, their interest rate is ridiculous. So unless you're gonna drop the money right then and there, don't do it.

I've tried to reach out to Kitchen Charm and say that the product isn't what it seems. I told them I don't care if I have to pay the shipping charge but I didn't wanna continue paying this massive bill for a product that my wife hates using. But they said I can't return anything. One lady said I can talk to the returns sector of the company. But when I tried to call the number she gave me, it was back to the same folks and they were saying they don't have a returns sector. So the customer service isn't quite there with the people on the phone. They said that the only time I could've cancelled was 72 or 48 hours after I signed the dotted line. They give you no grace period to try the product and see if you like it. It's a sticky situation and I'll never buy anything from them again. It's just one of those deals that I have to own up to, pay my bill and move on with my life.

My wife went to a bridal expo and she saw Kitchen Charm's signup sheet there. The salesman sold us as well. We didn't know much about cookware in general beforehand, but after he showed all the demonstrations, it really just made us want those. The deal we got comes with the accessory set with all the spoons and spatulas. We like that the cookware don't have the bolt inside the pan because those are really hard to clean and since it's on the outside, it's a lot better. It took us a minute to get used to the cookware because they get much warmer faster than all of our old stuff. But once we got used to them, we liked them all.

We were given a presentation on how Kitchen Charm was nicer than a lot of other pans. The products are overpriced but they are pretty high quality cookware. I like how moisture is maintained inside the pans. But the whistling thing is hit or miss. Unless you start it closed and open it later, it doesn't really whistle as much as I would like. Also, it was advertised that there wouldn’t be any marks left on pans. But I have had some marks show up on pans. They were not necessarily stains but they were hard to clean marks on the bottom of the pans and the inside of the bottom of the pans.

Our Kitchen Charm cookware is not what it was described to be. I have pots that I’ve spent $200 or less on and they don’t stick. But the food sticks to the Kitchen Charm pot. It literally burns your food up. The only thing about the cookware is they're heavy, but they are a waste of cabinet space. The cost of the cookware in relation to its quality is horrible. The cost is too high and it doesn’t match the quality at all. Kitchen Charm should be on the lower end of pots. You are also locked in a contract so you are forced to pay for pots that don’t even work correctly. Kitchen Charm should definitely get some kind of non-stick something. If they can’t improve that, they need to lower the price to under $100. People beware. Kitchen Charm is a scam.

Kitchen Charm's presentation was really good and purchasing the cookware sounded like a good idea at the time. Although the guy we had was kind of a spaz, the experience wasn't too bad. But in the presentation, they said things like how no other pan could do this or that these pans wouldn't do this like every other pan but in half of the time, the pans do the same stuff.

They said that nothing will stick to the pans or burn in them. But when you cook grilled cheese on it, it burns the ** out of the grilled cheese. The pan will burn anything unless it's on low heat. They also said if you wipe the pans out with a damp paper towel, they would come clean. But you can't just wipe them out. They stain. You gotta scrub the damn pans. Even when you cook the chicken like they did in the presentation, it burns the ** out of the chicken. Then the pan is stained and even after you scrub it, the next thing you cook in it tastes like burnt chicken. If everything would have been true about what they were saying in the presentation, then everything would be perfect. Nonetheless, the pans are good. Aside from the deluxe pan set, we also got the knife set and the knives are great.

I attended a presentation on Kitchen Charm cookware on 11/19/18. The presenter Dominique informed all of us in attendance we could order today and have our order within 7-10 business days. We liked what we saw and decided to purchase the product in full that same day 11/19. My bank record shows the money was taken out of my account on 11/21. I received a call while I was at work the next day on the 20th and requested they call either during my lunch break between 12-1 or after I get off at 5 and was told they would.

This company attempted to reach me again that day at 130pm when I was already back to work. Since then I have not heard from this company or received my order. I am upset with the lack of professionalism and the business practice with this organization as they are very expensive and we paid a lot of money for our pots. I called the number on my receipt today and at first was told I have not received my order due to a "credit issue".

When I told the woman I spoke to how could there be a credit issue when I paid with a debit card and the full amount was taken out of my bank account? She left me on hold for 5 mins before coming back to "look for my account". She then apologized and said she had the wrong account. How could she have the wrong account when the only information I gave her was the correct spelling of my last name and the state I purchased in? She then spends 5 more minutes looking into the computer to see where my order is.

Finally she tells me it is on back order and I should receive my order in another week, which makes it about a month from when I placed my order when I was told 7-10 days. I requested to cancel and a refund and was told it was too late since I didn't cancel within the 3 day window they give when you first purchase it. I confronted on the poor business practice as no one told me or left any voicemails on my phone about a back order and the fact she first tried to tell me I had a credit issue when I paid in full. I am not happy with this service at all. Someone should of called and let me know. I believe they are playing games which is highly unprofessional especially since they happily took my full payment!

Furthermore they have attempted to resolve the issue by sending my pots within days of my complaint and notifying me of the delivery via email and voicemail, which further proves my point there is absolutely no reason they did not notify me of a backorder or delay. I even had to purchase other pots prior to calling them since I didn't know when it's get them. They are refusing to offer me a refund or to send back the unopened pots because they only allow cancellation within 3 days of purchase. Very convenient since I had no way of knowing it would take almost a month to get them! Also- FYI all the "gifts" they offer come with hidden fees. The "free honeymoon" they offer when you purchase costs you $300 which I suppose isn't bad, but you have to pay $100 upfront prior to even seeing their selection of places or what's available! What a joke! Buyer beware!

My wife and I went to a Kitchen Charm presentation and they had a good sales pitch. Everything looked great so we decided to get the biggest package they offered. We've had the cookware for two months now and we were super dissatisfied with the cookware itself. The quality is very poor so we do not use them. When we got home, everything stuck terribly and the cookware has to be cleaned with a special solution every single time we cook. But in the presentation, they told us to do that twice year and it will look like brand-new. It was really tough. We tried to return it but there was no return policy and I am stuck trying to figure out what I am gonna do with it.

The lady I talked to was nice but she couldn’t do anything. She kept trying to speak to her supervisor, who was supposed to contact me back but never did so I ended up calling every day for two and a half weeks. The guy would never call me back so I wrote a letter. By the time they did call me back, I feel like they just wanted to wait a month before talking to me, so there was no return and it tied my hands at that point. After a month, they were able to finally reach out but I went through my credit card that I paid with to file a claim through them and the Better Business Bureau, and then I was able to get a response. I didn't want to return the cookware just to get my money back. I wanted to return it because what we were shown and what we were promised were not at all what we received. Kitchen Charm cookware looked so good however its functionality is not there.

My fiancée and I moved in together about two and half years ago, and we had a cookware set from Walmart. I like to cook on high, so they have gotten old, warped and blackened, and they've seen their dues. So we decided that it was time to get a new set, but we had little money to splurge. We went to one of the bridal shows and Kitchen Charm offered several packages and things. They told us that if we just came to the hotel, we'd get little free items, so we ran up there.

The pots and pans aren't giving us any problems, so far. I’m trying to learn to keep it on medium when I’m cooking on it, but it is easy to clean and the food comes off fairly easily from the pot. It's not messing up like the other ones do, which is wonderful. But with the plates, we've already gotten one glass that's chipped along the top rim and we don't know how that happened. Also, a couple of the plates are getting scratched easily, but they still work.

The initial price of the Kitchen Charm cookware, even with the discount, was still a bit steep. That is what's gonna deter a lot of people away from it. But with a 50-year warranty and the other stuff along with the set, Kitchen Charm is more of an investment for us. Though I felt like I was paying more for the free stuff that was free, the quality of everything outweighs it.

We're still new with using it but so far, it's got a more even cooking pattern and healthier cooking style than what we had before because we use no grease or oil on it. I like the colander that you can use to drain the grease and stuff out of your meat when you're cooking and so far, the quality of the cookware is good. But we sent one pot back for a warranty issue last week and we're waiting to hear if it's gonna be covered. The heat was so hot in it that the bottom of the inside part of the lid on that melted the little rubbery plastic whistle parts on it into the bottom of the pot and it cooked to it.

We didn't know Kitchen Charm until we saw it in action, and we were impressed and really liked it. We also wanna get some really good kitchen appliances for when we start moving into our own place.

My fiancé eats the same things all the time. It's chicken and rice or fish and the other skillets that he has don't fit as much chicken. With Kitchen Charm, we like the amount of food that we can fit in one skillet and the conventional pot can steam and cook multiple things at once. As soon as we heat it up to where there are balls of water that are dancing in the pan, we just throw our chicken or our steak on there and it cooks within 15 minutes. It’s very quick and the valve makes it easy to tell when the food is ready.

Since Kitchen Charm was so easy to cook with, we didn’t need to go out and spend more money eating out. However, I don’t have the means to really look at their DVD’s on how-tos for recipes. I was looking on YouTube, but I didn’t see many. If there were more updated versions of videos on how to use each piece of the Kitchen Charm cookware, that would be great and helpful. Kitchen Charm's presentation helped solidify our interest in them. At the time we saw them, we weren't really looking for a new cookware system. But then, we received complimentary tickets to visit their demonstration which led us to want to cook a little healthier. We got cookware from them and thus far, we've been using it quite a bit for steaming our vegetables. I used to do a steamer basket and I saw that the water there turns greener. So, it seemed like we were losing quite a bit of the nutritional value of the vegetables by doing that. On the other hand, using Kitchen Charm's cookware, the process goes quicker and I've been able to see how it keeps the nourishment in the vegetables longer. I also like the lids are kind of sealed.

They also gave us a knife set that I'm not too fond of. I'm disappointed in them as they are rusting already and I'm really shocked about that. I use the paring knife the most and I've been having problems with it. There are areas that I can't get the rust off of. I also use the kitchen shears often and there are also smaller areas rusting on the inside, particularly on the joint.

We are the type of people that like to buy things that are good quality. One of the demonstrators also said that she has had her pans for years.

The pots and pans were easy to clean and I like that they stack. The stacking was awesome for us too and how much we could use our pans for different recipes. We could bake lasagna in a pot, which was pretty amazing to us. The only thing that we regret about it all is the fact that it is expensive for the pans, so we haven’t bought anything else since then. All the dishes that my parents had gotten from Pampered Chef had to be replaced over the years. So my husband and I thought we would try something new and see if they would hold up better than what my family has had. My husband loves cooking and he really likes the fact that with Kitchen Charm, you can stack them on top of each other to cook. That was the main reason he wanted to get the Kitchen Charm cookware. I was holding my breath when he was writing that first check because they were a little expensive. But they had a payment plan system that you could set up. And the cookware has held up. They've definitely paid it off already and it hasn't even been a full year yet. Although I wish they were a little on the cheaper side, they are good quality. My favorite thing is the cleanup. It's a lot faster. My husband's favorite thing is stacking them and being able to cook more than one thing. In fact, he wants to buy more plates from Kitchen Charm.

We went to the little show and we needed new kitchen pots and pans. My husband was the one who was adamant about wanting to purchase the cookware from Kitchen Charm. He really liked the system, the material and everything of them. We got three little skillets, three pots, and then some service utensils that are nice. Wee also got a 10 by 10 flat griddle and we use that a lot.

We like the warranty that the cookware had. Hopefully, we'll never have to use it but if we do, it’s a 50-year warranty, which is pretty appealing for pots and pans. In the grand scheme, we won’t have to buy them ever again. But they hold up pretty well. Just a normal wash, and then every couple uses, we clean them down pretty good with Bar Keeper’s Friend which is almost like a polish, and it makes the cookware look nice and almost brand new. Kitchen Charm is good. It was definitely a commitment that we had to talk about because it is rather expensive for what we're getting but the warranty outweighs the expense. I would recommend them if somebody really wanted something good-quality and long-lasting.

Induction cooking takes a lot less time. I bought a nice Kitchen Charm cookware set and they seem well-made, nice, and should last a lifetime. They're expensive but the quality is great. I even just bought a double induction top cooking unit for the cookware. Now, I don't have to worry about using an aluminum pan. I can get rid of all my other cookware and I don't really have to worry about it. Give Kitchen Charm a try because they have great pans and products.

I went to a bridal convention and won the package that they were giving away, and there was a Kitchen Charm event listed. So my fiancé and I at the time went to the event in Nashville at a hotel, and we were really impressed with the Kitchen Charm's presentation. We ended up getting one of the bigger packages, the 8-piece pot set with an additional strainer.

We also got a lot of the accessories like the knife set, which we love. We also got a peeler, a whisk, and some other accessories. We had it since March and it was quite a few months after we got married when we really started to use it ‘cause we moved out of Nashville to LA, so whenever we cook for dinner, we usually use it. The quality of the cookware is amazing. It has the 50-year warranty on the bottom, but I think these are gonna last a lifetime. These are really top-quality and they explained to us how they all worked at the presentation back early in the year. It’s great and we’re gonna order some more stuff with them. I'd recommend.

Now, I cook chicken breast in it and I don’t have to put oil or anything in there. I can just cook it off its natural juices. I also like how easy it is to clean the cookware. If you use the recommended cleaning, it keeps it brand new looking with no spots. I’ve owned mine since February and I cook dinner every night, but it still looks brand new. It's been a great experience having it.

We like to eat healthily, so my wife and I like the idea of not cooking with oil. My wife cooks almost every night, so she gets a lot of use out of the Kitchen Charm cookware we got. At first, we had trouble curing them and it took a long time for us to figure out how to do that. Everything was sticking to them. It wasn’t that good of an experience at first. The reps didn't emphasize enough during their presentation that the cookware needed to be cured a certain way, otherwise all the food would get stuck to it. The chicken and the steak would burn and would stick to the cookware. We tried different temperatures on our stove, but it would also stick. Still, we don’t have that issue anymore and my wife loves the cookware we have.

The stainless steel is very easy to clean compared to other pans and we don’t have to worry about scratching them because they are very durable. It is worth it and it is an investment because we don’t have to keep buying every year different pots and pans. We are good as long as we take care of them. Kitchen Charm also gave us a block full of knives with the set. Royal Prestige is very famous and I know a lot of people that have Royal Prestige, but I look at Royal Prestige’s pots and pans and I look at mine and I definitely prefer mine. Royal Prestige comes with a bunch of rubber feel and it's a whole lot more that comes with them, but you have to worry about cleaning. I recommend Kitchen Charm to others/

The food is gonna stick to the pan but it’s easy to clean. Also, I like how the lid has the whistle like a kettle for coffee -- it tells me when it’s done. When we went to the seminar, though, the guy was cooking chicken without oil in a non-stick stainless steel and the chicken didn’t stick to the pan. I tried to mimic the same thing at home but it didn’t work. While the cookware quality is great, the demonstration is not what I paid for. I also have a strainer for milk, including all those little pots for milk to warm up on the stove. I have them for a year now and I feel very comfortable with it. It keeps the food's moisture and doesn’t burn my food so I don’t have to worry about it being dry or too cold. I can walk away from it and do other things. I like their quality and I was sold me on how they're made of material from surgical stuff so there is some high value with that. They're gonna hold up against wear and tear, so anything that’s gonna last longer is gonna be worth it.

Price-wise, my fiancée said I shouldn’t have spent that much but I took a gamble. We really like to cook and what Dan, the presenter, was talking about really sounded awesome because the cookware is really high quality. Kitchen Charm also has good warranty. My favorite thing about the cookware is it cooks really well. I don’t need to cook something on really high or really low. The cookware does a really good job at making sure that everything is cooked really evenly. I do tacos on it and it's awesome. I can throw whatever I want in there and it’s all gonna cook really well. If I wanna cook rice and re-fry green beans in it, it all works great too. Chicken also is really good in it.

My only gripe about the product is they’re hard to clean. We didn’t know that grease would just stick to the bottom of the pan. We use the small pan the most and there are really hard to get off stains on its bottom sometimes. We hand wash and I can spend 30 minutes scraping away at them. They come off sometimes and sometimes, they don’t. Also, it was $2,600 for one set of pans and that’s a lot for a couple of pots and pans.

We went to a Kitchen Charm demo where they said they would give free wedding rings and free trip to Mexico if you come listen to them talk. They said the presentation was gonna be about 45 minutes and it wound up going over two hours. Since we decided we were going to purchase something, we had to wait in line behind all the other couples doing their thing and we were there for three and half hours. We got two pots of two different sizes from Kitchen Charm and we spent way too much money on them.

My fiancé just got caught up in the moment and in the sales pitch and I just compromised with her and said, “Do you know we’re not gonna spend $2,000 on one of these full packages, but if you wanna get an $800 pot that you think is gonna last us for the rest of our lives, then sure." So we did that but I never use it now. It just sits in the back of the cabinet. I tried to use them about twice and it didn’t come out very good at all so we stored them and we don’t know what to do with them. It was the worst investment I’ve ever made.

The food stuck a little bit. It was difficult to clean and now it’s just kinda permanently tinted light brown. It didn’t come out great and the instructions that we were given in the little book that came with the pots were different than the instructions the salesman gave us. He said, “Trust us, do it like this,” but that was never written down anywhere. I’ve tried with the instructions that the book said and then from memory, we tried to do what he told us to do, and neither methods really worked that well. So I decided to continue cooking with my cheap pots and pans from Target and my food comes out just fine.

We've had the Kitchen Charm cookware for 6 months now and it’s a good buy for what it is. It's well worth the money. My wife found it online and then, we met them at a hotel and they did a whole spiel about the cookware. They cooked for us in a conference room. It all went well and we enjoyed watching it and seen how everything was done. It's cool how the pots work compared to other brands. Since there's a 50-year warranty on it, it might as well pay a lot now, but it will last us in the long run. Also, the quality of the cookware is very good so far. I like that it cooks evenly and efficiently.

Kitchen Charm cookware is a great investment. I had been looking at a product similar to theirs with another company, but my fiancé was sold on this one. We purchased it back in January and so far, we love it. I like the quality of the food that comes out of the pot. It’s not mushy. Plus, the cookware is very sturdy and durable. I also like the warranty, and everything was good with their customer service. You’re able to speak with someone quickly.

My wife wanted the Kitchen Charm cookware in the first place. However, I was under the impression that I would just pay a minimum amount for the first few months when we purchased the cookware and that there wouldn’t be interest incurred. By the time I’ve reached a point where I’m actually able to pay it, I have already paid $500 in interest. I haven’t accomplished paying anything in 6 months and I wasn’t supposed to have the interest to my knowledge, so I was kinda pissed about that. I was told that wasn’t supposed to be. I wish I could give the cookware back but I don’t think there’s a process for that and/or anything that I could do. Still, Kitchen Charm is a really good product and we got a lot of free stuff with it.

The Kitchen Charm cookware is a good deal and a good product. We bought some to try, and if we decided that we like it we’ll probably go back and buy the rest of the set. We've had it for 2 months now and my wife is cooking on it. She's using the 12- inch frying pan the most and she likes it. It seems to be working better than the regular pans and it doesn’t take very long to cook things at all. It's very high quality and it looks very well made. Kitchen Charm is definitely worth it.

I needed something new and different. I wanted something I hope I could use for 20 years and not something I had to throw away in a couple of years. I bought many pieces of pots and pans from Kitchen Charm and the quality of the items so far is good. I had a little stain issue, but it comes off with the proper cleaning solvent. I cook mostly Italian dishes and it’s hit or miss depending on what I use. I sometimes have to add fat but generally, the cookware does good and I never have to use anything especially if I'm doing something frozen. Kitchen Charm cookware works as it should and my experience has been great.

I went to a bridal show and they told me that I won something. I came and got the gifts. The pots and pans from Kitchen Charm sounded impressive so, my fiancé and I signed up thinking it'd be a good idea. I’ve had the cookware for four months and I recently took it out of the box and I have to make a lot of space for it. However, I didn’t know that they weren’t nonstick and that was something that I should have checked. When I cook scrambled eggs, I even coat the pan and they still stick. It is a pain to clean the pan every time I use it so I don’t use the cookware.

The cookware is so expensive too and I’m still making payments on all of them. I didn’t take advantage of the little free gifts that they gave so I kinda feel like an idiot. Also, the cookware is very heavy and my one-year-old pulled one of the pots out and it hit the center of my foot. Every time I walk and lift my foot to step down, it would hurt that lasted for about a month and a half. Other than that, everything else is fine with Kitchen Charm.

We went into a bridal thing where Kitchen Charm masked themselves with something else. Everybody there thought they were signing up for a chance to win a free trip but they weren't. It was good marketing for getting your email address and your phone number, so that they could swindle as many people as they could into getting their products. Later, we found out they were Kitchen Charm.

We thought that their products were good after their demonstration but we found out that their products are just like the normal pots and pans. Except they have a warranty, which is an arm and a leg to figure out how to get to, but we haven’t crossed that bridge yet. I have their product for about six months now and it cooks our food. Eventually, we’ll have to get it replaced with new Kitchen Charms, so the good thing is the warranty. But we’ll see when we have to use the warranty.

Other than that, when we purchased the product, we paid it off immediately. Kitchen Charm's reps then told us people could call and give us gift cards to put towards the cookware that we purchased. But when people paid money towards us getting new stuff, we decided we didn’t want that. We wanted the cash instead and it took Kitchen Charm two and a half months to get to us. Also, it was almost impossible for people to do it and half the time they didn’t understand what was going on. It was just very poor execution. So, our experience was sort of horrible. And if anyone asked me about Kitchen Charm, I'd tell them to stay away, go to Target, and get their registry stuff there.

We wanted to stop eating out and be committed to cooking especially with having a newborn baby. Plus, prices were getting up there. Kitchen Charm sent us an offer. If we sat in through where the chef cooks in front of you, we have a chance to win prizes. However, we wound up purchasing a nice set from them. They had a really good track record of how they presented themselves. So, I thought it would be a good purchase. We had gotten the set in January and we’ve been utilizing it. It’s been good so far. We like the easiness of knowing that it won't take us as long to cook. The cookware has been very helpful, but we don’t utilize it as much as we should in terms of cooking. My fiancé would say we spent so much money on it and we don’t even use it. It is up there in price, but you’re paying for the quality. We worked out a payment plan and I appreciated being able to do that.

Kitchen Charm cookwares are very sturdy and I know that they will last us for quite a bit of time and I’m really excited about that. I was looking for something that I know is gonna last me until I kick the bucket as opposed to buying new pots and pans every five or six years, which gets pricey, so it works out in the long run. Moreover, their service was really good. They are really good about answering any questions that we had. All in all, I’m very happy. I'd tell others if they want good quality kitchenware that’s gonna last a lifetime, then Kitchen Charm is the place to go.

My fiancee and I purchased Kitchen Charm cookware to help us out with cooking and eating healthier. We've owned it for 7 months now but I don’t cook with it anymore. It’s so complicated because of the way it grabs the product whenever I cook in it. One day, I was cooking chicken and it grabbed the chicken and wouldn’t let go until it was burnt. It was so tough. The only way I can unstick it is if I take it off the eye and let it sit for 20 minutes, because the pot stays hot for so long. Another time, I was cooking some mashed potato in the pot and it burnt the bottom of the mashed potatoes. So I took it off the eye and set it on a little cloth on the kitchen, and it burnt through the whole linen cloth as well as burnt a circle on the counter. On the other hand, my fiancee still cooks with it and she likes cooking chicken. Still, I never doubted the quality of the item and it’s a very great product.

However, they cost more than what they should have and the sale situation was extremely high-pressured. First, they said, “Oh, here’s all these free things that you have,” but there’s a whole bunch of stipulations with those. And then the salesman made a bunch of claims that, me being a cook, I knew were false. But there were also claims that seemed very truthful. I ended up deciding to go with it because I felt the pans and I could tell that they were of decent quality. So far, they’re holding up just fine. There’s a little bit of discoloration, but that’s no worry. Others should look into Kitchen Charm first and figure out if that’s exactly what you want. And if you are going to go through with it, pay for it outright and don’t go through their payment plan.

When the chef was using the dishes, pots, pans and the entire dishware he was showing how simple it was and not just simple to cook but the cleaning aspect of it as well. And we just fell in love with it. They also kind of broke down to the different types of instruments that are being used out there -- the copper, the steel and the aluminium and what the benefits and the good of each dishware are. They also mentioned its strength and how it compares to the others.

We've used the items a few times and it's very good quality. But at first, I know it supposed to be like waterless and a couple of times the food got stuck in the bottom, especially with chicken and vegetables, so I realized that it's not quite a 100%. But we just have to fine tune and that comes with practicing and cooking. until we can figure it out. And also when we start to heat it, it starts to have some of that residue at the bottom. Sometimes it creates discoloration. But it came with the little packet that we would use as a soap to kind of wash and polish it.
