Our Kitchen Charm cookware has been great and we like them for the most part. However, the little vents on top of the lids of the pots don't work very well and they already need replacing. They all stick shut and a lot of them don't wanna open and close anymore after using them for a few months. Despite the issue, I've really liked Kitchen Charm's knives as well as their pots and pans. They are a little overpriced for what they are after using them for a while but overall, they're still of good quality.

My whole family has always used Tefal. But my grandparents had really nice oilless cookware, and I figured to try it as well. My wife and I went to this showing, watched the demonstration, and bought the stuff from Kitchen Charm. It was a little getting used to a stainless compared to anything with ceramic coating. But we've had Kitchen Charm for six months now and I use it for about everything. It cooks evenly and the knives are really good quality. We also have the mixing bowls set with covers and utensils. Their price is high, but you're paying for its great quality.

Kitchen Charm's presentation helped solidify our interest in them. At the time we saw them, we weren't really looking for a new cookware system. But then, we received complimentary tickets to visit their demonstration which led us to want to cook a little healthier. We got cookware from them and thus far, we've been using it quite a bit for steaming our vegetables. I used to do a steamer basket and I saw that the water there turns greener. So, it seemed like we were losing quite a bit of the nutritional value of the vegetables by doing that. On the other hand, using Kitchen Charm's cookware, the process goes quicker and I've been able to see how it keeps the nourishment in the vegetables longer. I also like the lids are kind of sealed.

They also gave us a knife set that I'm not too fond of. I'm disappointed in them as they are rusting already and I'm really shocked about that. I use the paring knife the most and I've been having problems with it. There are areas that I can't get the rust off of. I also use the kitchen shears often and there are also smaller areas rusting on the inside, particularly on the joint.

I got an email or a text message from a bridal show asking if my fiancé and I wanted to attend the seminar. I agreed because there was a cooking demonstration and we both went to the seminar. We saw Kitchen Charm and had a good experience with them. The people that we met were very helpful and knew the products well. We have used our pans a couple of times and we definitely like the fact that we didn’t have to use as much oil. We also like how the pans last for quite some time which is what we like to have. We are the type of people that like to buy things that are good quality. One of the demonstrators also said that she has had her pans for years.

The pots and pans were easy to clean and I like that they stack. The stacking was awesome for us too and how much we could use our pans for different recipes. We could bake lasagna in a pot, which was pretty amazing to us. The only thing that we regret about it all is the fact that it is expensive for the pans, so we haven’t bought anything else since then. I was happy with my stuff, though, and I would recommend it to my friends too.

All the dishes that my parents had gotten from Pampered Chef had to be replaced over the years. So my husband and I thought we would try something new and see if they would hold up better than what my family has had. My husband loves cooking and he really likes the fact that with Kitchen Charm, you can stack them on top of each other to cook. That was the main reason he wanted to get the Kitchen Charm cookware. I was holding my breath when he was writing that first check because they were a little expensive. But they had a payment plan system that you could set up. And the cookware has held up. They've definitely paid it off already and it hasn't even been a full year yet. Although I wish they were a little on the cheaper side, they are good quality. My favorite thing is the cleanup. It's a lot faster. My husband's favorite thing is stacking them and being able to cook more than one thing. In fact, he wants to buy more plates from Kitchen Charm.

We went to the little show and we needed new kitchen pots and pans. My husband was the one who was adamant about wanting to purchase the cookware from Kitchen Charm. He really liked the system, the material and everything of them. We got three little skillets, three pots, and then some service utensils that are nice. Wee also got a 10 by 10 flat griddle and we use that a lot.

We like the warranty that the cookware had. Hopefully, we'll never have to use it but if we do, it’s a 50-year warranty, which is pretty appealing for pots and pans. In the grand scheme, we won’t have to buy them ever again. But they hold up pretty well. Just a normal wash, and then every couple uses, we clean them down pretty good with Bar Keeper’s Friend which is almost like a polish, and it makes the cookware look nice and almost brand new. Kitchen Charm is good. It was definitely a commitment that we had to talk about because it is rather expensive for what we're getting but the warranty outweighs the expense. I would recommend them if somebody really wanted something good-quality and long-lasting.

The Kitchen Charm demonstration we saw at the wedding show we went to was good. I've been reading up on induction cooking and the cookware looks like it's gonna be decent. Induction cooking takes a lot less time. I bought a nice Kitchen Charm cookware set and they seem well-made, nice, and should last a lifetime. They're expensive but the quality is great. I even just bought a double induction top cooking unit for the cookware. Now, I don't have to worry about using an aluminum pan. I can get rid of all my other cookware and I don't really have to worry about it. Give Kitchen Charm a try because they have great pans and products.

I went to a bridal convention and won the package that they were giving away, and there was a Kitchen Charm event listed. So my fiancé and I at the time went to the event in Nashville at a hotel, and we were really impressed with the Kitchen Charm's presentation. We ended up getting one of the bigger packages, the 8-piece pot set with an additional strainer.

We also got a lot of the accessories like the knife set, which we love. We also got a peeler, a whisk, and some other accessories. We had it since March and it was quite a few months after we got married when we really started to use it ‘cause we moved out of Nashville to LA, so whenever we cook for dinner, we usually use it. The quality of the cookware is amazing. It has the 50-year warranty on the bottom, but I think these are gonna last a lifetime. These are really top-quality and they explained to us how they all worked at the presentation back early in the year. It’s great and we’re gonna order some more stuff with them. I'd recommend.

I learned about Kitchen Charm at a bridal show and the quality of the cookware got me to purchase it. I like the oil-less, water-less cookware that they offered. Now, I cook chicken breast in it and I don’t have to put oil or anything in there. I can just cook it off its natural juices. I also like how easy it is to clean the cookware. If you use the recommended cleaning, it keeps it brand new looking with no spots. I’ve owned mine since February and I cook dinner every night, but it still looks brand new. It's been a great experience having it.

We bought the big deluxe set from Kitchen Charm and it was the best bang-for-the-buck as we got a bunch of stuff that was included with it. I've had them for nine months now and they work well. I like them and they cook just like how it can in the demonstration. They are legitimately nice pans and cost a lot but they do what they say they’re gonna do. Once we get our set paid off, I have plans on getting the skillet set. They’re nice too.

Conversely, we like how Kitchen Charm cooks chicken and its quality. You didn't need to buy any more, one set will last a lifetime. We also have the knives, which are nice.

We like to eat healthily, so my wife and I like the idea of not cooking with oil. My wife cooks almost every night, so she gets a lot of use out of the Kitchen Charm cookware we got. At first, we had trouble curing them and it took a long time for us to figure out how to do that. Everything was sticking to them. It wasn’t that good of an experience at first. The reps didn't emphasize enough during their presentation that the cookware needed to be cured a certain way, otherwise all the food would get stuck to it. The chicken and the steak would burn and would stick to the cookware. We tried different temperatures on our stove, but it would also stick. Still, we don’t have that issue anymore and my wife loves the cookware we have.

The stainless steel is very easy to clean compared to other pans and we don’t have to worry about scratching them because they are very durable. It is worth it and it is an investment because we don’t have to keep buying every year different pots and pans. We are good as long as we take care of them. Kitchen Charm also gave us a block full of knives with the set. Royal Prestige is very famous and I know a lot of people that have Royal Prestige, but I look at Royal Prestige’s pots and pans and I look at mine and I definitely prefer mine. Royal Prestige comes with a bunch of rubber feel and it's a whole lot more that comes with them, but you have to worry about cleaning. I recommend Kitchen Charm to others/

I got the Kitchen Charm a little cheaper than the other retailers. I have had the cookware for about six months now, and I like the skillet. The food is gonna stick to the pan but it’s easy to clean. Also, I like how the lid has the whistle like a kettle for coffee -- it tells me when it’s done. When we went to the seminar, though, the guy was cooking chicken without oil in a non-stick stainless steel and the chicken didn’t stick to the pan. I tried to mimic the same thing at home but it didn’t work. While the cookware quality is great, the demonstration is not what I paid for. We spent $3,000 and it was too much money for what we paid for.

I liked how Kitchen Charm's sales rep sold their product and he got me interested in it. I purchased the stovetop wares which were mostly the pots and pans for cooking. I also have a strainer for milk, including all those little pots for milk to warm up on the stove. I have them for a year now and I feel very comfortable with it. It keeps the food's moisture and doesn’t burn my food so I don’t have to worry about it being dry or too cold. I can walk away from it and do other things. I like their quality and I was sold me on how they're made of material from surgical stuff so there is some high value with that. They're gonna hold up against wear and tear, so anything that’s gonna last longer is gonna be worth it.

Price-wise, my fiancée said I shouldn’t have spent that much but I took a gamble. If someone asks me about Kitchen Charm, I would tell them how some of these are a little pricey but they're getting a good product. After I bought mine, my cousin and her husband said that they went to the same thing, bought two things, and they wish they bought a little more, but they couldn’t afford it at that time.

We also got three different sizes of the saucepans and two skillets. I really love the saucepans. They are awesome to cook with and it's really simple to throw things in there. I throw in the vegetables, chicken breast, and potatoes and the saucepans cook them all up together. The little thing that whistles is also cool. I like the big pot just as much as the other pans and the knives are great as well. However, I am not totally fond of the skillet because things stick to them really easily. The cost took me for a shock, but as long as it lasts as long as they do, it's totally worth it.

My wife was at a bridal show and she won a free voucher for the trip, so we went to Fargo and that’s where we learned about Kitchen Charm. We really like to cook and what Dan, the presenter, was talking about really sounded awesome because the cookware is really high quality. Kitchen Charm also has good warranty. My favorite thing about the cookware is it cooks really well. I don’t need to cook something on really high or really low. The cookware does a really good job at making sure that everything is cooked really evenly. I do tacos on it and it's awesome. I can throw whatever I want in there and it’s all gonna cook really well. If I wanna cook rice and re-fry green beans in it, it all works great too. Chicken also is really good in it.

My only gripe about the product is they’re hard to clean. We didn’t know that grease would just stick to the bottom of the pan. We use the small pan the most and there are really hard to get off stains on its bottom sometimes. We hand wash and I can spend 30 minutes scraping away at them. They come off sometimes and sometimes, they don’t. Also, it was $2,600 for one set of pans and that’s a lot for a couple of pots and pans.

We went to a Kitchen Charm demo where they said they would give free wedding rings and free trip to Mexico if you come listen to them talk. They said the presentation was gonna be about 45 minutes and it wound up going over two hours. Since we decided we were going to purchase something, we had to wait in line behind all the other couples doing their thing and we were there for three and half hours. We got two pots of two different sizes from Kitchen Charm and we spent way too much money on them.

My fiancé just got caught up in the moment and in the sales pitch and I just compromised with her and said, “Do you know we’re not gonna spend $2,000 on one of these full packages, but if you wanna get an $800 pot that you think is gonna last us for the rest of our lives, then sure." So we did that but I never use it now. It just sits in the back of the cabinet. I tried to use them about twice and it didn’t come out very good at all so we stored them and we don’t know what to do with them. It was the worst investment I’ve ever made.

The food stuck a little bit. It was difficult to clean and now it’s just kinda permanently tinted light brown. It didn’t come out great and the instructions that we were given in the little book that came with the pots were different than the instructions the salesman gave us. He said, “Trust us, do it like this,” but that was never written down anywhere. I’ve tried with the instructions that the book said and then from memory, we tried to do what he told us to do, and neither methods really worked that well. So I decided to continue cooking with my cheap pots and pans from Target and my food comes out just fine.

Upon closer inspection of our contract, it does say that you have to cancel the order three days after the order has been placed, but it says nothing about there being no cancellation fee. It also spells out the cancellation policy in detail on the back, but it is in small light gray text that is nearly illegible. This company is as crooked as they get. I was able to go to a dinner-for-two cooking thing where we used Kitchen Charm pots and pans. We decided the Kitchen Charm cookware would be good because we don’t have very good ones and they looked awesome. The 15-year warranty was a big thing for us, too. Also, they were so heavy-duty and we didn’t really need to go through a lot to cook something small like vegetables. I was excited about it, so I told my fiancé, “We’re getting these. They’re better than anything we’re gonna get anywhere else.” We've been using our cookware for about six months, and the best thing about them is that we don’t really have to watch our stuff. We just listen for that whistle in them and we know it’s done. Also, the quality is awesome. They’re easy to clean. They’re durable, which is good, especially for us because we cook a lot of stuff on the stove.

We were in the market for new pots and pans. We saw Kitchen Charm and I liked the quality of the product and the ease of use and clean up. We've had our cookware since April. I like that I can simply start everything, and then go take care of other things. I don't have to stand at the stove and constantly be checking, turning and stirring. We also just had a baby, so it's so much easier. In addition, we thought we burned the pan and ruined it, but I was able to simply get some stainless steel cleaner, and it was cleaned right out. Everything's been great with Kitchen Charm so far and they've been really nice to have. I would recommend them.

It's a little hard getting to know what I should and shouldn't use inside the pots and pans. It was supposed to be healthier, nonstick and I can add water to it to be done, but it was a little different than it was when I got it home because a lot of stuff sticks to it. Otherwise, Kitchen Charm's people and product are nice, and their cookware makes my food taste better.

I went to a bridal expo for my boyfriend’s sister and I got entered into Kitchen Charm. Their sales rep was awesome and because I also needed pots and pans and their products seemed cool I made the purchase. They also have a lifetime warranty. The rep told me that I could set them on fire and it would still be covered. I’m not a very good cook, so that’s always a plus. The incentives are awesome too, even though I have to call them because I did not get one of the incentives that I was supposed to get. The cost also came out a little bit more expensive than I wanted.

I've had my products for four months now and I'm still getting used to them. They could be lighter but I do like the quality of them. They last very well and they're easy to clean, which is nice. The regular pans are awesome because they make it easier to dump water out of it. I like how they’re non-stick without having to put oil or butter in it. They’re very easy to cook with. I also like how the covers have a steamer in it. I can put the cover on it and it cooks everything for me.

I went to a bridal show and they told me that I won something. I came and got the gifts. The pots and pans from Kitchen Charm sounded impressive so, my fiancé and I signed up thinking it'd be a good idea. I’ve had the cookware for four months and I recently took it out of the box and I have to make a lot of space for it. However, I didn’t know that they weren’t nonstick and that was something that I should have checked. When I cook scrambled eggs, I even coat the pan and they still stick. It is a pain to clean the pan every time I use it so I don’t use the cookware.

The cookware is so expensive too and I’m still making payments on all of them. I didn’t take advantage of the little free gifts that they gave so I kinda feel like an idiot. Also, the cookware is very heavy and my one-year-old pulled one of the pots out and it hit the center of my foot. Every time I walk and lift my foot to step down, it would hurt that lasted for about a month and a half. Other than that, everything else is fine with Kitchen Charm.

We went into a bridal thing where Kitchen Charm masked themselves with something else. Everybody there thought they were signing up for a chance to win a free trip but they weren't. It was good marketing for getting your email address and your phone number, so that they could swindle as many people as they could into getting their products. Later, we found out they were Kitchen Charm.

We thought that their products were good after their demonstration but we found out that their products are just like the normal pots and pans. Except they have a warranty, which is an arm and a leg to figure out how to get to, but we haven’t crossed that bridge yet. I have their product for about six months now and it cooks our food. Eventually, we’ll have to get it replaced with new Kitchen Charms, so the good thing is the warranty. But we’ll see when we have to use the warranty.

Other than that, when we purchased the product, we paid it off immediately. Kitchen Charm's reps then told us people could call and give us gift cards to put towards the cookware that we purchased. But when people paid money towards us getting new stuff, we decided we didn’t want that. We wanted the cash instead and it took Kitchen Charm two and a half months to get to us. Also, it was almost impossible for people to do it and half the time they didn’t understand what was going on. It was just very poor execution. So, our experience was sort of horrible. And if anyone asked me about Kitchen Charm, I'd tell them to stay away, go to Target, and get their registry stuff there.

My fiancee and I purchased Kitchen Charm cookware to help us out with cooking and eating healthier. We've owned it for 7 months now but I don’t cook with it anymore. It’s so complicated because of the way it grabs the product whenever I cook in it. One day, I was cooking chicken and it grabbed the chicken and wouldn’t let go until it was burnt. It was so tough. The only way I can unstick it is if I take it off the eye and let it sit for 20 minutes, because the pot stays hot for so long. Another time, I was cooking some mashed potato in the pot and it burnt the bottom of the mashed potatoes. So I took it off the eye and set it on a little cloth on the kitchen, and it burnt through the whole linen cloth as well as burnt a circle on the counter. On the other hand, my fiancee still cooks with it and she likes cooking chicken. Still, I never doubted the quality of the item and it’s a very great product.

Kitchen Charm was equivalent to another type of pan that I wanted and it was a bit cheaper. I’m satisfied with them. However, they cost more than what they should have and the sale situation was extremely high-pressured. First, they said, “Oh, here’s all these free things that you have,” but there’s a whole bunch of stipulations with those. And then the salesman made a bunch of claims that, me being a cook, I knew were false. But there were also claims that seemed very truthful. I ended up deciding to go with it because I felt the pans and I could tell that they were of decent quality. So far, they’re holding up just fine. There’s a little bit of discoloration, but that’s no worry. Others should look into Kitchen Charm first and figure out if that’s exactly what you want. And if you are going to go through with it, pay for it outright and don’t go through their payment plan.

My fiancé heard about Kitchen Charm so we went to a hotel and we saw a display that they use. When the chef was using the dishes, pots, pans and the entire dishware he was showing how simple it was and not just simple to cook but the cleaning aspect of it as well. And we just fell in love with it. They also kind of broke down to the different types of instruments that are being used out there -- the copper, the steel and the aluminium and what the benefits and the good of each dishware are. They also mentioned its strength and how it compares to the others.

We've used the items a few times and it's very good quality. But at first, I know it supposed to be like waterless and a couple of times the food got stuck in the bottom, especially with chicken and vegetables, so I realized that it's not quite a 100%. But we just have to fine tune and that comes with practicing and cooking. until we can figure it out. And also when we start to heat it, it starts to have some of that residue at the bottom. Sometimes it creates discoloration. But it came with the little packet that we would use as a soap to kind of wash and polish it.

We went to the hotel at the Pink Bridal Show and we got the eight-piece set, the breakfast set, the utensils and the skimmer. If I had to do it again, I wouldn’t buy them again. They did not clean as well as we were told that they clean. You have to scrub them and she told us we could just rinse them out with water. I’ve only used the one that you do pancakes on three times and it already has spots on the bottom. It’s not worth $2,300 for me. The pots and stuff work and I’m sure that it’s gonna hold up, but they said some things that weren’t necessarily true. I would consider it before I buy it.

Just like everyone else who has stated you get a call saying you won 2 night stay trip and wedding bands and champagne glasses and all you have to do is go to a 90 min presentation and no need to purchase, well we went and the guy who I won't say his name out of respect was a real good salesman! But when telling us and showing us how the cookware works, which was wonderful I might add!!! Only told us if we bought it he would give us 2 more trips to take the whole family on vacation, also told us it's 140.00 down and 117 mo for 24 mo, which I guess wasn't too bad since the cookware was real nice!

Went home and when we got home waited for our cookware and 2 8 day 7 night trips to arrive, as doing so we did get the rings which cost 50.00 for shipping and lifetime warranty but if you look on eBay they sell for 10 bucks, lol!!! Oh crap! So that wasn't free at all, and the champagne glasses they cost 25.00 so pretty much you paid for that as well. Now the clinker, we got our stuff on may 21st, now this cookware is 4,000.00 and for UPS to just throw it on the porch with no signature is ridiculous! But I took it inside and we had a banquet to go to so I didn't open the boxes till the next day on the 22nd of may and as doing so the 8 day 7 night trips we were promised were not there and had some of the items missing.

So I've been in contact with both the salesman and Hy Cite to let them know we wanted to cancel because stuff was missing and also trips we did not get, been going thru hell to try to get this resolved. Oh and another thing they give you a 2 night stay free but when I called to register them and tried to book that they said I could only go between Nov-Feb 2018-19!!! Hahaha!!! I've heard of blackout days like holidays and stuff but really the only months you go is winter and around the holidays!!! You guys have to be kidding me!!! I really need this company to take this stuff back. I haven't opened it and I don't plan on using it, and they tell me we had 3 days to cancel!!! Well we were never told that and I never heard of such a thing.

My mother-in-law burned what she was cooking because she forgot. The pan that she was using was too hard to clean up because the grease burnt it and it doesn’t look brand new anymore. We went to a wedding expo and we liked the Kitchen Charm cookware. We wanted to finally get a nice set of pans and that we didn’t have to worry about buying new pans every year. Plus, we liked how heavy-duty they were. So, we bought the whole expensive top-of-the-line set and spent $5000 on it. We have had our own cookware since November but now we don't like it. Two of the pans got too hot sitting on the burner and it melted the little valves on it. And it’s hard to not get stuff and not stick in those pans. Cleaning them up also is not as easy as it was said.

Moreover, the representative guy who sold them to us told us that we can’t cook with salt as it could cause damage in it. That makes it tough since who doesn’t really cook with salt or with spices? I can’t make anything if I want to have some flavor, otherwise I have a bland food and I don’t want to cook nursing home food. So, I’ve actually started reverting back to some of my old el cheapo non-stick pans. But one thing we haven’t done yet is seeing how our warranty works.

Overall, we’re not getting as much use out of the Kitchen Charm as we would like. So, don't spend the money on Kitchen Charm and go buy the $50 sets of pans on Black Fridays from Walmart every year. Kitchen Charm still has to try to figure out a way to make the cookware non-stick, durable, and be able to cook with salt. I would also still recommend Kitchen Charm especially to somebody who doesn’t want to cook with salt.

We went to a bridal show and Kitchen Charm had a booth there. We filled out something and they sent us a thing in the mail saying that they'd give us a free honeymoon package, hotel stay, if we went to a sales pitch kind of deal, like a demonstration. The rep showed all the pots and pans, and cooked something. At first, we decided we didn't want anything. And the salesman who was acting like he owned the company at that point said, "Oh come on, you wanna do it." And so eventually, we decided to do it. When I got home and started reading the papers, I realized that the financing rate was really high. And I read that we had so many days to return it. I texted the guy, because he gave me his phone number, and I said we've changed our mind, we don't wanna do it. And he said it was fine and that he'll cancel our order.

At that point, I thought that it was done with. But a week later, my credit card got hit for the down payment for the cookware. I called the rep and he said, "Oh, I didn't do it." And I said, "Well, we got to do something about it." And then the dude just stopped communicating with me. So, I had to call their customer service, which was over some place in India but I finally got a hold of someone in Nashville or Knoxville, Tennessee named Britney. She was able to get my money refunded and get everything taken care of.

We never got the pots and pans but when we looked at them, they were really, really nice. If we could afford to buy them outright, we would have. They were very nice cookware. We got the little honeymoon voucher though and we haven't used it. But I'm assuming it'll work fine. They gave us a few other little vouchers that we used, so that was cool. They even took out a hard inquiry on my credit and it took six months to get that straight with the credit bureaus, so that was a big ordeal.

Before we got married last year, we received a message that we’ve been accepted in some giveaway at a wedding expo sometime in February 2016. We went to try it and see what it was about. The presentation seemed like Kitchen Charm is a great thing, however, we were not exactly prepared for how much it was and it set us back a lot financially. We bought pots and pans and as we use them, they’re just definitely not what they were supposed to be. They are very fancy stuff but definitely not what we thought they were. We had our cooking ware and they were doing great.

We had the Kitchen Kitchen Charm cookware for a year and w have experienced different things with it. We've used it on the medium to low. But even on the low, cooking food the way we normally would, we’ve experienced a lot more sticking even though they were not supposed to. The handles on them are really loose and we tighten them up but they still don’t stay tight. They were supposed to be this non-stick, make your food taste great, and it doesn't seem that way at all.

We called their customer service and we were told that we had a three-day grace period for anything which was before we even received them. At that point, I don’t have them in front of me to be able to use the cookware. I would understand if the grace period had been after I received the cookware. But it was three days after I’ve signed the contract. So we’re out almost $3,000 now and there seems to be nothing. Also, it takes two weeks for them to get here. It was not a very pleasurable experience. We paid it off and put it on a credit card because the monthly payments were killing us. We don’t even really use the Kitchen Charm cookware. And now, we’re having to still pay the credit and there’s nothing that we can do.

I was getting married when Kitchen Charm told me that I won a trip, and then I had to go to this thing and listen to their promotion, which includes the pots and pans. My husband wanted them and so we bought their products. The presenter that did the promotion was very convincing and sold my husband on the performance of the pots and pans, specifically, when he did the presentation on the chicken. He put the chicken in without any oil or water and cooked it, and then shut it off and it cooked itself.

We got married in September and so we have owned the Kitchen Charm cookware for less than a year now. However, we did not use the pots and pans. We kept them and we waited until we purchased the house before we decided to open up the package, but we've only been in our house for a month. So, we've only been using them for about a month.

I like the cookware a lot. They're very sturdy. I have a lot of the pots and pans that my mom had, so they're very sturdy too, but they're a bit older. But these Kitchen Charm cookwares are very sturdy. I like the covers. It has the little holes on the top where the steam can come out. The part that's selling is that when I put the cover on, it holds the heat so it doesn’t take as long to heat up the product. We cook a lot of water. So, we do a lot of boiling and the heat stays in real quick and heats up really quick when you keep the cover on. And then, we have to let it sit for a while and it remains hot even after we have shut off the burner. It also stays hot if we can't get to it right away, so that is nice too. We use the steamer a lot and that seems to work well.

The Kitchen Charm cookware is a bit on the pricey side, but I would recommend them for the performances that they do for us. We like the promotional inspiration for us to actually attend, which was that we won a trip. In addition to the product, we were required to listen to the promotion. We haven't been able to go on a honeymoon or anything, but that was part of the agreement as well. So, at some point, if we get to use that promotion, that will also be an added benefit.

I signed up for a bridal registry through Facebook and heard about Kitchen Charm there. It was used right in front of our faces and we thought it would be a lot easier, faster and healthier. We've had it for five months and have only used it once. We've thought about getting a bigger pot, and when we start to use it a lot more, we want to upgrade to the tin core pot. But right now, what we have is a little more time consuming to clean so we don’t use it as often. It almost has spots from cleaning. We used the cleaning solution they told us, but for some reason, it’s not as shiny as it was before. Other than that, we like it.

I wish I could pick zero stars. Don’t fall for this scam at bridal shows. They will make you feel like you won something, but then use fear tactics to make you purchase overpriced pots/pans. They don’t clean easily as reported by salesman. Also they offer a payment system which is a monthly installment. Never did the representative tell me I would be charged 25% interest. I reviewed my paperwork from that night and nowhere does it state that. I’m use to interest free for the allotted time and then a big interest payment if not paid off in promised time. I’m so disappointed that I fell for this, please beware of this scam!!!

I went to a show and I was impressed with everything that I saw from Kitchen Charm, and I ended up deciding that I really wanted it. I got one of the four-piece sets and a wok in December. I love not having to use water especially with vegetables, and they taste like vegetables instead of nothing. Also, the quality of the cookware is wonderful.

It has been a year now since we've owned Kitchen Charm's cookware. They had a deal that came along with signing up with them. You buy an item or a set and you get prizes, and the one I went with was a timeshare. We purchased two skillets and about three or four pots. The quality of the items is good for the most part. I mostly like that I am able to cook well. I put water in the pot like when I cook corn in the skillet, then I would cover it and it would be steamed. Sometimes we would be cooking and the food would get stuck on the cookware. But the rep gave ways to clean it off, like to use vinegar or a powder they gave us to wipe off all the stains on the pots.

We've had them for about two years now and I really like that it lets us know that the vegetables are done quickly. That way, it saves all the nutrients in our vegetables and it makes cooking time a lot easier because it has that whistle that lets me know not to overcook something. We also have their cutlery set. I'm satisfied with our Kitchen Charm items and they are of good quality material and have good quality handle. It's very easy to clean and to stack. Everything that Kitchen Charm went over in the demonstration has held its weight. It's a good sell and I'd tell my friends that they would have to experience Kitchen Charm for themselves.

The only problem I have with them is that I gotta follow step by step instructions or I void the warranty. I can’t beat them up like I can when I’m in a kitchen and I gotta be a little more careful. We bought a pan from another company which was very similar from that of Kitchen Charm, which I actually liked a little bit better because the handles are removable, easier to store and wash. However, that company never got back to us. They sold us a single piece and the thought was to invite friends and have some presentations at your home, which I'm uncomfortable with and in doing that we’d get some credit.

What stood out was this really simple tool. It shreds just about anything really easily. However, the same competitor wouldn’t sell me one of those. We just bought that one pan. But with Kitchen Charm people they actually had it in their travel log and they threw it in with the purchase and everything else. I only wish the product has a removable handle. But the little whistle on the lids work good. We used the electric skillet a lot. However, I thought they had a book but they didn’t hand us one. I guess we had to go online if we wanted to do any kind of demonstration or training. But overall the items I have purchased from Kitchen Charm are all excellent.

We love all of our Kitchen Charm pots and our knives are wickedly sharp. It’s cool how they just slice through things and we really enjoy our stuff. We are going to be a new married couple and we needed new pots. And watching the demonstrator at the dinner for two party cook with Kitchen Charm hooked us into them. I like that Kitchen Charm is easy to clean and how clean they are where they don’t have the studs on the inside that can cause bacteria and all the different pots and pans that we’ve used, different fumes are used while cooking and Kitchen Charm doesn’t. And I really like that I don’t use a lot of greasy oil or fatty stuff on it.

Our cookware's quality is exactly what they said it was going to be. It doesn’t scratch, I can use the metal in it, and that it doesn’t hurt the pan, so I’m completely sold on them. The more products and stuff that come out with the surgical steel will be very beneficial not only to people's eating styles but also to the health of their food. I recommend Kitchen Charm to my family all the time. I let them know about the material that the pots are made of, how easy it is to cook with them and the cool feature, which makes cooking a big dinner a lot easier.

I received my pots and pans later than promised (by a week), I read through the manual and it was the exact opposite of the claims in the presentation. I called to return the product and was told I couldn’t, I had 3 days to do so from ordering NOT from receiving the product. Well I did not have a manual until I received them to read the truth about this product. The presenter will not return my calls or texts, the customer service line was rude and wildly unhelpful with telling me “too bad nothing you can do, just use it”.

Explain to me this, if a company truly believes and backs their product why wouldn’t you be able to return them if you aren’t satisfied - even Walmart does that. Now I’m stuck with $2000 worth of pots and pans I don’t want. DO NOT BUY! I would also like to note I have not used any of the products, I read the manual first and immediately called to return them not even 12 hours from receiving them.

I didn’t see that part of the instructions so I don’t know if that’s the main part that’s stopping them from being set up. Everything’s sticking to it. But when we went to the presentation, nothing was sticking to it. I don’t know if I should send them back and get new ones and then start off with the washing them with vinegar.

We bought the cookware back in November and we like the reliability and dependability. Also, it's easy to cook with, doesn't take a lot of prep to work it, and it's spacious. I'd definitely recommend it. It's a good investment given the high quality that it lasts a long period of time.

Yea this will be a long one! Buckle up. I live in Florence, KY, went to a show with Tom Nichols and his wife. Conveniently she didn't leave a name. Well we listened to the beautiful show they had, fell for the lines, the comparisons, the bull they fed us. And that's exactly what it was... Bull. We were told that it was not pulling our credit and that they would ship our products out in 10-12 business days. They threw in a knife set, everything.

15 business days later I call and they tell me it never shipped because of credit issues. My down payment went from $94 to $840... When I mentioned how they said it doesn't pull credit they said. "Uh yes it does". So they lied to every couple there. What a crock of lies man. I'm very pissed. I waited for something that never came. I said I couldn't afford the $840 and they said oh spread it over 9 months and BOOM then it'll ship out??? Yea like I will ever believe that. Kitchen Charm will never have my business and neither will CDI! My friends will know as well. Facebook is a powerful thing. Lies always get found out and your company makes me sick.

Kitchen Charm had a booth set up at a bridal fair and they invited us to come out and do a seminar. I really liked their cookware and I enjoyed the sales pitch itself. They also had gifts and stuff that you’d get if you bought the cookware. I had done a lot of research on copper pans and they would have cost me easily two to three times more, and the Kitchen Charm pans were very equally matched to the copper pans. I've had their cookware for over half a year and I really like the lids. I also bought other stuff aside from the pans, including a couple knives, the knives sharpener, a potato masher tool and a strainer. The quality has been really good. Kitchen Charm claimed that their cookware is highly scratch resistant, and though I don’t quite find that to be 100% true, it’s not horrible and it's worth the money.

My fiance and I were one of the couples that won the drawing for a private show by Kitchen Charm. The guy was talking to us about the cookware and we were watching it as everything was cooking and it smelled amazing. It was really great. I found out later on that my sister has them too. I called her and told her that I spent $2,000 on pots and she asked if it was Kitchen Charm. She said that she's had the cookware for the last seven years and that they've been amazing and that I'm going to enjoy them.

We bought the six-piece set with some of the mixing bowls. We had quite a few pots that we replaced just with that set. There was no point in having them. The cookware is easy to clean and I couldn't be more satisfied with them. They're beyond our expectations. I like that we could just set the cookware and forget it. Originally, I was not looking to buy them and was trying to figure out a way not to get them. But my fiance was looking at me like, "Can we please? Can we please?" I'm glad we got them and we tell our friends that they're awesome.

My fiancée and I got an invite to go look at the Kitchen Charm cookware and they did a display, actually cooked some food, and showed how everything worked. I like the material that it was made from and, from what I could see, the quality of the cookware. We bought the set that they offered which included pots, pans, woks, ladles, and spatula. And I like the ones we have in particular because they cook and hold heat really well. It also has that little whistl-y thing on there, so I can put something on my stove and walk away. Basically, when it's done, it whistles, lets me know when I'm away, and I don’t have to worry about burning my food. It's a nice feature. Also, because it's so well insulated, I don't have to turn my temperature on high to actually cook food. I can keep a low temperature and it cooks better than if I were to put it on high.

I'm happy with them. Usually, we get those cheap brands and after a year of use, you chew your food and then you get a piece of whatever that coating is. With these ones, you don't have to worry about that. The price is high but then again, their pans are quality. If you have the means and you enjoy cooking, then it's definitely worth the purchase.

My fiance and I went to a bridal exhibit, and then we got a phone call to go and watch the Kitchen Charm team do a whole presentation where they show you how everything works. The majority of my adult life as well as his, we've only ever had hand-me-downs, and I never even knew that this waterless and greaseless thing was an option. If we are going to buy brand new, we might as well buy something that is going to last and that cuts down the cholesterol that we have to put in our food. The response from the Kitchen Charm customer service was quick and everything got here within days of reaching out to them.

When we got the pots and pans, we also got the quartz crystal wine glasses which were a big hit at Thanksgiving, and a plate set. Since then, we haven't bought anything because our budget crisis is high. We're paying for those purchases monthly online and we're getting married at the end of the year. I had purchased a pack of four wine glasses not long before I got the quartz crystal, and I gave them away because I like the ones from Kitchen Charm better.

The product is great, and it is surprising how quickly everything cooked with the Kitchen Charm cookware. But the first time that we used it, there was a bit of a mishap. We didn't believe that the food was already done because it has only been a second, but it still turned out edible. It could be because we are up in the mountains and the elevation is different, but anytime we used it, our food is done in a fraction of the time that it takes in our other pots and pans. If we both work nights, we come home and throw something into the pot, and we don't have to stay in the kitchen for an hour waiting for it to get done. Also, the cookware uses the natural juices from the food that we're cooking, so we don’t have to add oil or water. The quality of the cookware is a lot nicer than anything that I've ever had or anything that one can buy by just going to the store. Kitchen Charm cookware is above and beyond what we expected.

It’s been about five months since we have purchased from the Kitchen Charm. I got a lot of slack because of what it cost but it's supposed to last for 50 years, and by then I'm going to be 80 and, hopefully, I don't have to cook anymore. My mom who’s 49 was talking about back in the day when she had something similar to our Kitchen Charm set, and she said that the price has definitely gone up. But I'm sure the quality has too. I still have the catalog that they gave us, and anytime anybody wants to look at it, I tell them that they can take it and bring it back when they’re done. I definitely keep the catalog on hand because the Kitchen Charm products are that good.

My wife came home and told me we were going to a food tasting in a hotel. But when we got there, it was not a food tasting, but a guy selling pots and pans. I did not want to waste two hours of my life, but the guy made the presentation a lot of fun, and he was very blunt in a charming way. I'm a cynic and a pessimist, and I'm a cranky old dude, but I had a good time watching him, listening to him talk, and putting it through together for us to demonstrate the cookware. The food tasted really good, and we ended up buying one of the sets.

My wife is the one that cooks, and she mentioned that the guy made it look easier than it was. He said that all you have to do to clean the cookware is to wipe it out with a towel because the food doesn’t stick to it. However, the very first time she tried to cook in it, she burned a little whatever it was she was cooking and it didn’t wipe off as easy as advertised. But you're not supposed to burn stuff in it and if you cook the right way, the product isn’t bad. There was a learning curve with cooking with it because with most pans like a skillet or frying pan, the bottom gets hot and that’s where you cook. The way this thing is designed, when you put the lid on, it turns the cookware into an oven and the whole thing cooks. So, when she had the lid on it, everything cooked faster and she wasn’t prepared for that. She probably didn’t read the instructions that came with it. The cookware is pretty pricey, but as far as I know, it works as advertised.

It would cover if it had something to do with manufacturing or discoloring and pretty much anything as long as we didn’t break them. We might as well spend the money and get something that was going to last us instead of buying a dozen of other cookware over the course of many years. We have the cookware for about six months now. Our favorite thing about it is we can cook frozen hamburger or chicken with it. I love the cookware so far. They're expensive but their warranty and quality make up for that. We had won something, but to get it, we had to sit through an hour of presentation. It was really long, and it was interesting. The presenter did a demonstration and that was nice. He even let people try the food from the demonstration to show that it was different. And I did see a difference in the frozen vegetables made. He showed that there's no need to use water. It was nice that he didn’t just demonstrate to show us. We got to taste the difference and see how he cooked out the fat from the chicken, so that was good. But he talked really fast. It would be helpful if he talked a little slower and was less joke-y. Also during the seminar, there was this pressure and a lot of people were blowing it off because it was going to be a super-expensive purchase for something that one doesn’t really know about.

But I think we were very interested in some of the deals. We got some things in exchange for buying a small set from them, and it seemed like a good idea. For the $600 or $700 pots and pans package we bought, we got a gift card that will cover my fiancé’s wedding band, so that was nice, and then we got a two-day vacation voucher. It seemed like an even trade.

I've had the cookware for a couple of months and I like that there was the warranty on it, that if something went wrong, we could send it back and get a replacement, and I don’t have to worry about it. Supposedly, they last longer than the ones that we could get from Wal-Mart or JCPenney. When I looked online after I purchased them, I saw some ratings that said it wasn’t any better than other stuff. I haven’t used the cookware yet but from what I saw, it seemed good. I was thinking re-gifting or selling or putting them up on a bid, because my mother in law got us pots and pans too, and we’re trying to figure out what we want to do with everything.

We went to a Kitchen Charm show in a hotel and the lady rep explained the pots and pans, showed the sizes of the stacking, and cooked food in the cookware. She showed the pros and cons of different pans such as the cast iron and the stainless steel and how the Kitchen Charm cookware has every benefit of each of these pans. We needed new cookware, the lifetime warranty was very appealing, the way they cooked seemed to be healthy, and everyone was trying to get healthy all of a sudden, so we went all out and got the deluxe set of cookware with the pots and pans, as well as some plates.

Our experience with Kitchen Charm has been going well. We've had their products going on four months now and their features have been good. But I didn’t like that they didn’t clean as easy as I thought they would. When I put them in the dishwasher, water stains were left on them, although this could be due to the hard water that we have in Chattanooga. Also, every plate that I saw in the commercial set didn’t have knife marks and I had the impression that the plates we bought were not going to have cut marks on them, but my cutting a chicken on a plate left a knife mark on it, and that was frustrating considering these plates were supposed to be commercial grade.

If they were to open it up to anybody other than people that go to the presentations, that would get more sales.

We purchased the six-piece set for ourselves in October and we love it. Normally on the inside of a pot, there are screws where the handle is put on but these pots don't have that.
