We’ve owned our Kitchen Charm cookware for about six months now but we don’t really use it. It doesn’t hold up very well. I used it on the stove to cook eggs, and I managed to stain it. Kitchen Charm wasn’t worth it.

The knives are amazing. They’re strong knives. The pots were supposed to be non-stick, but some of them stick a little bit. But other than that, they’re good. They heat pretty good. It was a good deal, plus they’re a good amount of pots and the knives. I like them.

We went to a bridal show to get our prize package. And then my fiance, the one who cooks in the house, decided that since we were going to get married, we should invest in something more solid and secure. Then we fell in-love with the ease and secureness of what Kitchen Charm has. I like that even if I set the cookware on fire, it is still good to use. We also have the metal utensil thing. The knife is so sharp and easy to cut with that using it is like cutting butter -- it is so smooth. We love it. Clean-up is super easy, too.

Purchasing Kitchen Charm was more the overall investment, that I was not going to have to buy anymore for a very long time. I love the quality, that it is healthy eating and that I do not worry about carcinogens coming in with my food that I'm feeding my family. I bought the whole set with the knives included. I prefer the knives. I'm a little disappointed with the cookware because even after my first time using it, there was discoloration. So even after reading all the instructions, where it says it uses this kind of temperature or this kind of product and how to clean it, it seem like that did not really matter. It was still getting discolored. I have good cleaning ware to get that off but it is not completely off.
When they demonstrated it, the guy said he has had it for over 12 years and it was beautiful. It looked brand new. Mine did not look brand new anymore after the first time using it, and I have to work hard to clean it. It also took me a very long time to even figure out who my distributor was because the number that they provided was not accurate. So, I ended up calling Kitchen Charm directly and, somehow, they found a fax number. I eventually got the person's information, but only after a very long time. Nevertheless, I love the product. It works amazing and I use it everyday.

From what I’ve seen so far, the Kitchen Charm's quality is good. I had kind of a rough start and burnt some food, which was a struggle to get out for a while. I tried different brushes and scraped the bottom a little it, but nothing major. I wish I used it more. It was a little more difficult than I thought to get the temperature down. The first few times I used it, I had the temperature too high. It seemed a lot easier during the demonstration at the bridal show. But then again, I don’t do a whole lot of cooking myself, so it’s kind of a learning curve. I don’t really understand the whistle too much. I don’t get when that goes off or if I’m supposed to have the top on, or halfway on. I don’t understand the process.

My fiancée came across with someone that sells Kitchen Charm, and she made contact with one of the distributors at a wedding show. They had a good presentation, and it was convincing with how quick they showed the live demonstration. They cooked up some chickens and carrots. It seemed to fit our lifestyle to be able to cook that much quicker because we are always on the go. I like how much it thoroughly cooks it through, and that it whistles whenever it is ready. It is a high-quality product. However, it is also very expensive. The interest rate is high. I pay more than $70 a month, but it’s slow going and I didn’t realize how much it was going to be in interest.

I'm having a blast with my Kitchen Charm and the recipes in it. I like everything about it. I even baked a cake that I didn't have to eat. When you bake, you have to put more oil or water on most things, but you don't have to do that with the product. And then you may leave it on the stove at the temperatures that they say. Even if you forget for five minutes, it isn't overcooked or undercooked. In the future, I want to get a wok. Kitchen Charm pots and pans are priced perfectly, and it does help. But maybe they could get a smaller set for one person. I'm an elderly person and I live alone. Other than that, it's just excellent. I even took it over my sister's house when she had a party, and she tried to keep it.

My fiancé and I are huge cookers. We were definitely impressed with how easy everything looked with Kitchen Charm. And he's a fisherman, so he was in love with the fillet knife set. We were more interested in the cutlery over the pot ware, but we went for the smallest package. The quality of the products we got is great. It's obviously very durable, so it's doing the job. My favorite is the cutlery. I love prepping, and the knives are great. They make things a heck of a lot easier. It's absolutely a wonderful experience to be able to come home from work and to not really have to do too much work in the kitchen. It's wonderfull to be able to sit down and it'll tell you when it's ready. So, it helps at the end of the day.

My fiancée went to a bridal expo where Kitchen Charm was doing stuff. They gave a good speech about the product and if anything happened to it, as long as you don’t damage it with salt or something like that, you can get it back. So, we went ahead, purchased a bit from them and we’ve been using it. It is nice. We've had it for three months now. I like the sharpness and durability of the utensils, how you can cut multiple things at once, and you can do so much with it.

I signed up for this thing for a wedding, and I won something through them, and all I had to do was go and listen to Kitchen Charm about their stuff. And so, my husband and I did that, and we liked it. The pans don’t get so hot like normal pans do. They’re pretty easy to clean. They’re really nice to cook with because you don’t have to use a lot of oil to cook with. It just uses all the juices from the meat or whatever you’re cooking.

We were saving Kitchen Charm for when we got married and moved in. So far, we’ve used their skillet twice to make some crepes, and it was a good experience. I tried to make crepes afterwards on some other pans we had, and you could clearly tell the difference. I never would have noticed the difference had I not tried it on other pans. Kitchen Charm's quality is good from what I’ve done so far. We didn’t really use them much, but they felt nice and full. And, it cleaned right up. After I used it, it still looked like brand new. We had pots and pans that had round stuff coated to the bottom of it. And when you cook some eggs, the pan just turn brown. I never realized that that wasn’t normal. I’m glad we purchased Kitchen Charm. It was a lot of money for me because I’m broke, but it’s a lifetime investment.

I've owned the Kitchen Charm cookware for a little less than five months. It’s solid and it looks nice. I’ve cooked with it, but not a lot. It’s not as easy to use as the demo that was done, and I find the product too small. It would've been better if the pots were a bit bigger and not as heavy. They’re durable but they’re very heavy at the same time. And it’s not a good storage. One time, I cooked pasta and I left the pasta in there for a couple of days. There's tint of brown in the pot right now. So, even though it says stainless steel, it has been stained. It does cook faster though.

I also bought knives and I enjoy them. They’re sharp, feel nice in your hand and well-balanced. The experience with Kitchen Charm has been a pleasure. The salespeople were knowledgeable and very polite. Plus, I like the items that I purchased. They’re good and high-quality for what I got.

The pans from Kitchen Charm are fantastic. I don’t even use my old pans anymore because the pans we got from there are so much better in terms of quality, weight and how easy to clean them. I have no complaints. I got them as part of a sales pitch. My fiancée went to a bridal show where we were given brochures. To get some stuff, we had to go to the showing and the showing was about the cookware, and while we were there, we decided to buy them. We’ve had it since October 14th. We got a knife set but they were a little over-exaggerated. They were nice knives but they were not worth the price.

I never wanted them from the beginning. If I could trade them for a 2010 Chevrolet Impala... I could have bought a car for that price. My wife wanted Kitchen Charm so bad but I don’t think she cooks enough for me to have these pots at that price. So, I'm thinking the little Walmart pots I have at home is good enough. I've called five times to return those Kitchen Charm cookware and they won't take them back. They told me no five times. They said I got three days to return them. If not, I'm stuck with them for life. I don’t wanna mess with my credit ‘cause it's in my name.

We went to a bridal show and got contacted by Kitchen Charm. They then had us go to a presentation. When we went to the presentation, the pots and pans seemed really durable and worth the buy. Once I received everything, they seemed to have a nice quality. The pans were heavy and the knife was sharp. They worked well for about the first month, and then after that, it was just useless. The pots and pans were not the way it was showed and explained to us. Everything burns in the pan. Kitchen Charm provided a cleaner to clean the stuff off of the pan, but it didn't work. It didn't even make a dent in what I was trying to get off. We ended up purchasing a set of normal pots and pans. Also, the knife went dull after about two months.
A week after we received the products in the mail, we tried to return them, but I was told that there was no return policy. You have one to three days after you sign the paperwork but it takes two weeks to get anything in the mail. There was no way I could have canceled at that time. I was also told that I could throw it away, give it away, sell it or send it back but I'm not gonna get my money back. I spent $3,000 on pots, pans, and knives and I don't even use them. And I still have to pay $137 monthly and until it is paid off because it comes directly out of my bank account. I definitely feel like I got screwed.

We purchased a whole Kitchen Charm set. It came with a few pots and pans, a bowl set and a knives set. The quality is good, but it's a little harder to clean off than we expected. It does stain easily too. One of the biggest factors and selling points is that you don't really need to use much oil and it's really nonstick. But that doesn't seem to be the case. In our mind, it works about the same as the normal pan that we had with that, which was a little disappointing. We have tried the different tips like all the extra cleaning steps which are things that are more than you have to do for a regular pot. So we said, "Why should we have to do all that more when we spend more money on these?" But when it comes to cooking, it gets the job done.

I went through a bridal show and from there I was contacted that I would win sort of a weekend getaway if I came in and listened to the sales pitch of Kitchen Charm's reps. At the time, my husband and I just moved into the house and we were still using the hand me down cookware that our parents gave us that were already 15 years old. But the biggest thing that led us to purchase from them was the demonstration that their rep did. She cooked chicken breast as an example and my husband eats 10 of those a week.
I have my Kitchen Charm cookware for less than a year now and I like the whistle aspect to it. I also like how quickly the pot heats up which really cuts down on the cooking time. The quality is okay as well but a lot of the pots are already stained. We run them through the dishwasher and during the demonstration, we were told that that was all we had to do to clean them. But they're still showing that stain and discoloration. So, I'm not sure if that's the stainless steel aspect and we might need a specific cleaner. Other than that, they still function perfectly. All in all, Kitchen Charm has made cooking a lot easier and a lot more convenient. We're also cooking more since we got their products and we use the small kind of skillet with the raised edges most frequently for almost everything we cook.

My daughter went to a bridal show and I came with her to the demonstration. I was impressed with the way Kitchen Charm cooked and my favorite is the quickness of the cooking. When I first got the non-stick, they didn't work very non-stick but the more I use them, the better they are.

Kitchen Charm's representative did an in-person demonstration showing the product to its full capacity and working. It's always good when you can see what they're talking about. They also added freebies that came with it when you made the purchase. At the time, you could buy set one or set two, and I chose the one that included a steamer, a bake pan, a saute pan, a big pot, and a smaller pot steamer. I got a knife set as well. I have them for between four and six months now and the quality is great. But they are supposed to not stain at all and one of them is a little discolored. So I wanted to check with the company about that. Other than that, they're sturdy, heavy, and awesome. They have a 50-year warranty, which is an excellent warranty, and I'll definitely be using these pots forever. I'm not gonna buy any other ones and if I ever come into extra money, I would invest in some of their other kitchenware as well.
One of my favorite things is the no spill. I really like that when pouring water or soup or any sort of liquid content, the pot does not spill at all. It goes right into the cup or whatever you're pouring it into. The kitchenware maintains the heat very well, too. You can maneuver the handle without any problem, no matter how hot it is. But even after you turn the stove off, the food will stay warm for a long time as long as it's with the top on. I also like that it has a little whistle on top that lets you know when something is done or the water's boiling. And when you are storing it, the lid fits directly into the pot upside-down and you can stack the pots. Then, if you wanna hang the pot, the lid won't fall out of the pot either. So it's really nice. It's expensive but it's an investment.

The products are nice, but I'm upset about the whole payment. My wife and I went to a wedding convention, and then we got selected as a winner for a dinner-for-two show. As we showed up there, the seller, Dan, was there and he did a very good show. He talked highly about the products, about Kitchen Charm, and we were interested. He agreed to a certain amount and he said that that was reasonable. We went ahead and purchased it. He said that our first bill will show like a bigger amount, but give it a couple of months and it should go down. But it never went down. We kind of got screwed over for that.
I reached out to his number but I was connected to his secretary. But she called herself the big boss because there was no way around her. I specifically asked if I could speak to Dan, and she said no, Dan was on the road and that if I needed to talk to him, I could take it up with her. She kind of took control of the conversation, made it seem like the total bill we paid was because of interest, but apparently it wasn’t. I also called customer service, and they couldn't do anything about it because they had all the paperwork there, and they were the wrong people to talk to about that. But other than that, we love the product.

I get food poisoning super easily and I didn't realize that it could be from the cookware itself and from all that Teflon that's in it. But I haven't been sick in a really long time. I'm very happy. I'm pretty impressed with the quality. They're heavy and durable, which I appreciate the most. I'm a farmer, so when I buy something, it needs to last. I'm really happy with how long they continue to last, as well as the shining product. You clean them up and dry them up real good and they look brand new. The way the gentleman did the seminar impressed me. He explained the cookware, cooked in it and showed us all of the things that came with it. He did a lot of amazing things and my wife loved the cookware.
We've owned the cookware for four months now and though we haven't used all of the stuff that's in there yet, we used some and we find them satisfactory. I enjoyed the stuff that I've used and I like that they're made of tempered steel. They don't overcook the food or partially cook the food. They make everything just cook evenly. It's great and I am amazed at how effective and efficient the process is. I also like that when I clean the cookware, there is this appearance that is really amazing. I also like how it looks on my display where I have the cookware set up in my house. It really looks great and it's some good cookware. Plus, I like that we have the opportunity to return any item for a new product, if there's any damage. I bought a Kitchen Charm nine months ago because of the 15-minute cooking feature and everything that they showed us during the live interaction. They showed cooking chicken and vegetables. There was a tasting and it was really good. I could taste all its natural taste versus adding oil and stuff like that. That was really cool.
However, when I go to a live show is really different versus when I go home and I'm trying to make a pot roast. It doesn’t come out that same way. When I do the pot roast in a crack pot, it falls off the bone. But when I made it in one of the pots I had purchased, it was tough. I had to keep chewing it. They also showed cooking the little potatoes, versus the big ones. But when I used the really large potatoes, it took longer to cook and weren’t as soft. It was just different. This threw us off and we were kind of upset. When I tried to return them, I found out I only have three days to return them, which didn’t make sense because I didn’t get the product then to try it out.
But overall, they’re really good pans. I am satisfied ‘cause it does cook the food really fast but it has its ups and downs. My favorite part is the whistle. It doesn’t really say that it’s ready but just having the whistle blow makes me know it would be ready. But I kinda wanna go left a little bit. It’s harder to clean them than how they showed us. I have cooked chicken, vegetables, pot roast, corn shells and asparagus on it and they're sticking. I guess I gotta keep buying that cleaning powder that it came with because without it, it's harder to clean. I just wish they have the option to try the items at home for a day or two, and then see if I would really enjoy them and then decide if I want to keep them or not especially when I paid so much for the product.

We bought one set Kitchen Charm and then the frying pan set. And we replaced one of the frying pans with a bigger one. With the quality, I can understand them being more high-priced than going to pick up something at Walmart. But I’m really not seeing what they’re charging for it as a good investment at this point. At that time we bought them, it was affordable and I thought that the payments were gonna be affordable. But now, I see that most of my payments are going to my interest and not to my principal. There are definitely perks to Kitchen Charm though. I really like the little pot tops with the steamer thing on them. That’s really cool. One of the things that sold me on it was that I could walk away and not worry about something getting completely burnt. And I was able to clean them easier than a Teflon.

I saw Kitchen Charm at a bridal show where they did a demo for us. I liked the time it took to cook the food with their cookware as it was shorter. I got some cookware from them and we've been loving it thus far. Though it could be more affordable as we would have bought more if it was, it's great. It's a healthy option too and clean up has been quick and easy. We've been recommending them to others already.

I liked Kitchen Charm's display and that they were cooking in front of you to give you an idea of how the cookware will cook. I bought bits and pieces of their products and I have them for a couple of months now. I like the steamer stuff for the vegetables and that's really my favorite. It's like a pot and it's easy to cook the vegetables in them instead of putting them in a microwave. But the pans weren't what I was expecting. I know you don't have to use oil or butter on them, but a lot of stuff still sticks to them even on low to medium temperature. So, I don't use those too often. All in all, my experience with Kitchen Charm is not good or bad necessarily and if somebody asks me about them, I'd tell them the good things and the bad things from my experience.

I saw Kitchen Charm's advertisement for newlyweds or those who were about to get married and I liked it. So, I bought cookware from them and I have it for a few months. So far, it cooks pretty well and the quality is not bad. But it's not my favorite cookware of the house. The clean up could be a little bit better and it's not as easy to clean as other things. It's not as easy to cook with either. Obviously, we're still new to it while the reps that did the demonstration had theirs for a lot longer. But I'm just not 100% impressed yet. Also, the old-fashioned and Rachael Ray stuff are so much easier to use. Other than that, the Kitchen Charm was damn expensive and I don't know why we spent the money on it.

To make a very long story short, these pots don’t work. And the customer service representatives are rude and insulting. We’ve been using the pots for a few months now, and everything.. and I mean everything sticks. Or isn’t cooked when the whistle goes off. I know what you’re thinking, did you soak in vinegar and water before using? Yep. You aren’t cooking things on high are you? Nope, never cooked over medium with any pots unless boiling water. Well you are cleaning them the right way aren’t you? Yes, sure am. They simply just don’t work. Or well they work, but they’re on the same level as pots you can get for $100.. not $3,000.
Here is where my frustration comes in. We contacted customer service because well, the pots aren’t what they were supposed to be. The representative basically said we were probably doing something wrong and to adjust the way we were doing things. When we pushed was there not anything they could do they said they could send our pots in for testing and give us new ones. Great, how do we go about that process. Got sent to someone else that didn’t understand what we wanted to do and again blamed us for the product not working. We left a message for the “higher ups” to call us back. Over a month passes and still no returned phone call. So at this point we’re over it, we call again this time.. Yes we do have more of an attitude because we’re paying 3,000 for pots that DON'T WORK.
So we tell them again, "Look these pots don’t work. We’ve done everything right. We want a refund. You can have these pots back. We don’t care but we’re not paying for these anymore." And get this, we were told it was impossible to get a refund. Which I feel like it’s necessary to mention that when we sat down with the salesmen (more than one) not one of them said sales were final and you couldn’t get a refund. We were told they’d replace them, except we already tried and no one called us back so no we just want our money back and to stop making payments. Again, we were told to call and leave a message and a higher up person will call you back. Another couple weeks go by and nothing. So at this point yes, we’re not happy, at all.
We do the same song and dance with customer service that literally last 10/15 mins every time of them going back and forth blaming us for their mistake. And they tell us to call the higher ups again. So we do and this time the message we left we made sure they knew how incredibly upset we were. And this morning someone called us back BUT wasn’t the higher ups it was...their legal person. And AGAIN she told us “trying cooking differently” we can’t (more like refuse) to give you a refund. And we shouldn’t chose to ruin our credit over this. First off let me just tell you I’m so highly disappointed in this “family owned” company. We didn’t even want the money back we’ve already paid, we just really wanted to send the pots back and stop having to make payments on bad kitchen ware.
I really wanted these to work, I wanted to use them every day without hassle and love them. I would gladly pay the money if they worked. But they don’t. So do yourself a favor, do research, read all reviews including this one, ask questions about returns. Kitchen Charm do better, not just with your products but with the way you treat your customers because sadly we now have to look into taking legal action because you can’t have take the time into simply calling us back and helping us. Do better.

I purchased Kitchen Charm for its durability but it is not as spectacular as I thought it was going to be. Food sticks to it a lot more than I expected and it takes a lot longer to clean. I have to put some water in it and put it back on the stove to heat it up to pull off anything that got stuck to it. In the demonstration, the person said that there was no sticking and less oil, and we really got sold by that because that's what we want and we don't like the black teflon chipping. That's what sold us about the stainless steel pans.
But unfortunately, Kitchen Charm is not as easy to cook in as a nonstick pan. That stinks because now we're back to zero where we don't really have a great option. Vegetables is the only thing I've found that doesn't stick, which is crazy. I cook so much more than just steamed vegetables. I should be able to make an egg without it sticking to the pan. Overall though, it's been okay and we're going to use the pans and pots because we've paid a lot of money for them. But I don't know that I would suggest the pots and pans to others. The knife set is very good though.

We cook steaks, veggies and chicken in them, and the clean-up is so much easier. There's not a lot of grease and I don’t have to worry about ruining my clothes like sometimes with other pots and pans. It’s so much nicer. We’ve recommended it to a lot of our friends and family members. We invite them over and we show them how the pots and the pans cook. So not only are the plates uneven at the bottom, where there’s like little rings holding the plates but also the paint, it doesn’t cover that ring. And so I’m trading, hopefully, the plates for a pot. We also barely had the cookware for two months and using the pot was easy. But cleaning it is the problem. It doesn’t clean all the way. The sales representative, Jerry, at our presentation was very harsh and aggressive to begin with. He cursed a lot and dressed in torn jeans. We overlooked that because hey, everyone has their stick. When he offered us the chicken sample we politely declined as we are vegetarians. He went into a TANTRUM about how we should have told him and "When did you notice I was cooking meat?!". This lasted for about a minute before he cooled down. It was completely unprofessional. On top of that, he had plenty of veggies that he could have offered us and given the chicken to someone else.
At the end of the presentation, he completely ignored us; I think he knew we weren't going to buy anything after that. We received our gifts and asked to keep the catalog just in case. He then went on about how "That's just what people do to be polite when they don't want to buy anything. I doubt you will. I hope you make a believer out of me, but I know you won't". So we took our gifts and left. The kicker is that I was attending with my mother, so he had the potential of two sales instead of one for a couple.

I have always had Walmart brand kind of things and we were constantly replacing them. Since me and my fiancée are soon to be married I figured that we get a nice, quality pan set and got Kitchen Charm. However, I’m not satisfied with my product. The knives are fantastic. But when I’ve tried recipes from Kitchen Charm, from a guy they recommended in Youtube from Canada, the food has come out either dry or completely burnt. They said, “Okay. Yeah, it’s gonna stick to the pan at first. And then when it’s done it's gonna release-- “ But I’m not having that happen.
There was one time I was cooking plain chicken and just wanted to do the basics. I waited and waited for it to release and the chicken was completely charred on one side. I had to dig it off. I don’t know if I’m just using it wrong. I’ve read all the instructions. I’ve done all the YouTube videos and followed the recipe exactly how they say it, and it’s still coming out terrible. I found it really weird because all the reviews say that the cookware is great.
I was really excited about the product. They came in very nice and very shiny. They’re very heavy so that kinda tells me that it’s not something cheap. Overall, I felt that it was really good at first. One other thing that I was really upset with was that I called to tell them what was going on, to ask for advice. I asked if I could be doing something wrong and the only thing that they told me was that I was past the time limit to return it. And it was like 35 days after.
Their guarantee is for 30 days after. But it’s from the purchase date, not the date that it’s received. So, it takes two weeks to get to you, and then you have two weeks to test it out. At that time we were on vacation for a week so we really only had one week to try it. The first time I tried it, I thought I was just doing something wrong, and then the second time and the third time, I was like, okay, something’s wrong. I just spent $2,000 plus on this, and now they’re not even giving me tips on how to fix it. That was a really big red flag to me.

I watched Kitchen Charm on Facebook and signed up for one of their Valentine’s giveaways. We went to one of their seminars and we really liked their cookware and bought some. Purchasing from them was easy. It has not even been a year yet that we've owned our cookware and it turned out to be pretty nice. So far, its quality has been great. I like that it cooks everything fast and cleans easily.

When I went to a demonstration that I was invited to, the guy there did a good job of showing the benefits of the Kitchen Charm pots and pans, how quickly and evenly they cook, and how easy they are to clean. What wowed me was that he burned a piece of chicken on the pan and it cleaned up nicely. As a matter of fact, I did that last night. I scorched the bottom of one of my pots and it cleaned up like the scorching never even happened. The quality of the items that we purchased is fantastic. The products are nice, heavy, and very durable. You can definitely tell that they're for a lifetime.
My husband and I decided to invest in this cookware because we don’t ever plan to buy another set again. These are the pots and pans that we need. We've had our Kitchen Charm products since the beginning of January, but we've only started using them in March when we moved in together after we got married. So far, our experience in using the Kitchen Charm cookware has been great.

Me and my wife were doing the bridal registry but I ended up getting sick and I couldn’t go to the bridal show. The people who were doing the pots and pans and cooking ware sent me an email, and they sent me a text saying that they drew my name from the bridal show me and my wife supposedly went to. It said that we won a couple of free gifts. My wife’s a chef and we got a bunch of free gifts coming to us, so we went and we found out that all of that was just bogus. If you don’t purchase anything, you don’t get a free gift. Also, you pay shipping and handling for the gift. So, it’s really not free. They did good selling the product. We ordered the biggest package from Kitchen Charm and we thought it was awesome how they did it at the hotel. However, when we got the product, it was awful and it was not what they presented to us.
We took them out and we did the cleaning first. They told us to do it with warm, soapy water and add a little bit of distilled vinegar, and it will clean it good and get the film off. Then, there was also that bar stuff that you need to get for cleaning it. We did all that and we cooked some soup. The soup stuck to the bottom of it, worse than our own cookware that we had before. We literally had to soak it and then use the little rubber thing to help get the food off of it. We let it soak some more and we did the rubber thing again. It was just horrendous. We did the same cleaning process again as well as the bar we were supposed to use. I literally took a picture of the pot and they said that these are steel pots. We shouldn’t have that problem. We then used one of the pans, put a little bit of water in there and did the whole process with trying to cook some vegetables. They stuck to the bottom of the pan, the same way that the other one did.
When we called them and talked to them about it, they told me that I could watch a video on YouTube on how to clean it and cook in them. I spent almost $4,000 for some pots and pans and now that they got me in a contract, they didn't care how the merchandise is working. When I called to ask how to send it back, they told me that I’m stuck to a contract. They opened up a credit line for $4,000 for me and my wife, which wasn’t the actual price. It’s supposed to have been like 31 and some change for all the pots and pans. We did the whole set because they sold us the product. We thought that what they showed on display was correct. Then I told the rep that I didn’t want the product and I want it to go back to them. They said that I could only get a refund within the first 10 days of the order. However, it took over 10 days to get it.
My wife is a chef and she cooks amazing dishes. We have other products that are good compared to this. It was just awful. I said that as soon as I get the money, I’m gonna pay it off, and I would take my losses and keep it moving. That was exactly what I did. They did the monthly payment twice outta my credit card, and then after that, I got the money, and I paid them off. The guy didn’t even wanna take my full payment. I told him to take my entire payment and they can keep on moving. I didn’t want anything to do with that company anymore. I even posted it on Facebook. I took pictures of my product and everything.
The final payment was 3,200 and some change, and I paid it off. I told them they can keep that they won’t have to worry about me buying anything from them. So, I definitely don’t recommend them. I see them all the time. When I start seeing them at the flea market trying to sell that stuff, I was like, “Hell, no.” The people selling it were going at it and doing their thing. They knew what they were doing because everybody in the room bought something. even though it was only something small. Not one person that goes to that room without getting something to a payment plan.
Kitchen Charm should at least give you a trial for it. Most products you’re gonna spend a lot of money on give you a trial period of at least a couple of days after you receive the item. However, they just automatically say that you’re stuck. It was a hit for me and my wife because it’s a hard inquiry on your credit and it’s also a credit loan. So, it’s two different companies on your credit. I’m just glad that I got the money to pay it off, so it wouldn’t damage me and my wife any worse.

This company sold us on the idea that we would be able to have a bridal registry to help us pay for our pots and pans. 5 people contacted me saying they were unable to contribute to such a thing, not through their listed website, or their phone line. When called to contribute to the cost, the receptionist had no idea what their registry plan was and said a manager would call back. The manager never returned the call. Then, when we tried contacting them about this issue and the manager (whom we had to wait to return our call the following week) said the website was down. This also was not the case as there was no communication of this when called previously. They will not address the issues at hand. They just want your money.
DO NOT buy these pots and pans otherwise you’ll be stuck in a credit payment plan that is not ending anytime soon. Plus, the pots and pans are not of the quality they were stated to have been. After cooking in the cookware the pots and pans changed to a bronze color and acquired black spots that are not possible to remove. We’ve tried everything.

The items that we purchased were really heavy, so the cookware seems to be of good quality. I couldn't make it to be non-stick like they made it to be though. Furthermore, I had some customer service issues in the past when I had to call them. Also, the items that I got for free with the cookware were kinda shaky. During an in-person sales performance, we made a deal with a Kitchen Charm salesperson to get two pots instead of the whole set. We used the pots and liked them. Recently, we purchased another one and went through the same dealer. I looked him up on an old email, got his number, called him and asked him what he had available. He’s a great guy. But Kitchen Charm should improve on transparency as far as cost and things. We like to price-shop and whenever we went online to look at the stuff, we couldn't get a feel for how much the stuff was so we ended up calling the dealer and asked what the different options are.
Other than that, their products are durable. The pot itself is not falling apart and it looks today like it was when we bought it. In terms of the cost, it is expensive but its quality is great. We owned Kitchen Charm for a little bit less than a year now. At first, since it’s stainless steel, it took a minute to realize exactly how to cook on it. If we cook too hot, everything sticks to it so we come to realize that we have to let it heat up on a lower heat then build up to make sure we lose a little bit of some oil. It’s a different way of cooking and we just have to get a little bit used to it. We’re getting used to it, but we still have little issues here and there. Other than that, it's easier to clean. Once we got home to try out our cookware we were not happy! We took out a pan and cracked an egg in it and it STUCK as soon as I tried to move it. We had to scrape the egg off of the pan!!! We were so upset! We just paid in the thousands for these pans and a simple egg is sticking to it! Also I grabbed another pan and simply tried to cook some rice in there. Left it for 20 minutes on low! What I usually do with my lower costing pans and it come out perfect! It came out RAW AND UNCOOKED!!! I AM SO UPSET!
So we contacted customer service. There was nothing they could do for me! The only thing they could do was switch the pans out for me! I spoke with a manager about my concerns. Well now I'm trying to get ahold of the seller for a response. Let's see what happens! I don't not recommend this cookware to anyone!!!

My fiancée loves to cook and we got intrigued by all the shininess of the Kitchen Charm products. We also needed to invest in some good cookware, so we decided to purchase their products. The best thing about the cookware is how easy it is to clean up and for the most part. For me, I hate when the stuff gets stuck on there pretty tough, but with the Kitchen Charm, all you have to do is just add some warm water, then throw some baking soda in there and all the grease comes right out. They look almost brand new again. Everything cooks evenly in them too.
We love them and we use them a couple of times a week whenever we aren’t on the run and going out to eat. We use them most of the time whenever we are cooking at home. We have had a couple of friends over that we've shown the cookware, but whenever we told them how much we had paid for them, they got deterred by the price. We got selected to go to the seminar and what the guy did at the hotel to show us and the DVD or the video that they had us watch made sense when you break it down on how much money you could potentially save over the course of the year with using their stuff.
On other cookware, the stuff starts chipping away, so you gotta buy a new one, but with this, it is not gonna do that. So, over the course of time, it will end up saving you money and you don’t have to continue buying stuff. Everybody that we've shown the cookware to has been impressed by it. We were a little concerned though because when we were looking over the contract, it showed that salt deposits would void the warranty. We were trying to figure out how salt deposits get in pots and pans. Even if we don’t cook with salt, there's salt that comes from the food that you're cooking or the seasoning that you're using. It would have been good to know that salt deposits could void the warranty during the presentation as it would have made us approach cleaning and cooking slightly different in the beginning. I’ve been trying to cook with Kitchen Charm and I’ve been experimenting. Some of the recipes call for cooking in various skillets. I bought the skillet set of three. But the lids do not have the whistle in them that you can open and close. So, I would have had liked to have had lids that fit on those, especially on the large one, like if I’m doing salmon. I also would like to have seen an extended recipe book because there are hints and nuggets of information in there. But you have to look for them. I would like to have done more.
I cooked an omelet with one teaspoon of oil and I’m only probably supposed to use a half. But I did all the meat and vegetables and like it said I threw in water and waited for the droplets to bounce around. And then, you can do your meat, and then add some vegetables and keep stirring them. It works perfectly. But it’s practice that makes perfect. And the same thing with the whistle on the vegetables. You can either use the big steamer, or you can just use one of the other pots and put the whistling lid on the top. But you have to be real careful. There is a difference between doing it on electric and gas.
The sales guy was really good to us. But I’ve never heard from him again, and I couldn’t get a hold of him. I would like to be able to talk to him and say, “Look, I did this and I wanna cook this. How would you do it?” And if he’s too busy, I hope there's a customer rep. If more people can understand what the cookwares are and utilize them more, the more they would have purchased. I have been using these pans to cook waterless. I’ve lost over 25 pounds. There’s just good things about this pans that I’d like to know more. There isn’t that personal contact. This is an investment in my kitchen. We’ve lost money by buying pans and using them in the past. I would like to have that personal contact, better cookbook, better DVD and a better website to get recipes off.
I wanted to buy two things. One for my son who just got married, and one for my daughter, and teach them, even if they just have to deal with vegetable. We’re older. We can afford to buy them a few pieces, and if my children likes it and shows interest in it, then I will help them. I have the phone number in the notebook, of a gal, and you can call her at corporate but she works part-time for other people, and works for the sales guy we dealt with. But that’s not the same as getting hold of somebody. After I called her a couple of times she just said, “Well, read the recipe book.” So I’m not calling her anymore. I’m really surprised that they sell things to people and they don’t invite them to another demonstration in case they wanna order something.
But the sales guy was very nice. He gave me the package where you can order the free wedding rings, and pay for the engraving as well as the glasses. When the kids came to get married, we took them out for dinner. My friend that owns the restaurant put them at their places, and they were shocked that here were these engraved glasses at their dinner place at the restaurant. They’re also using the rings because they’re in military, and the rings are smooth and don’t interfere with their job. They were absolutely thrilled.

The contract wasn't discussed with us at all, we were hurried along as we signed the papers. We didn't get our cookware till the end of the following week, around 8-10 days later.
The first time we used it, we were flabbergasted. Everything stuck to the bottom, most of the food burned on the bottom of the pan and didn't cook evenly. We tried to contact the seller multiple times with no answer. I reached out to customer service and they told me I was using the cookware wrong. My husband was extremely irate, but I decided to give it another chance. I followed the instructions to the T, low-to medium heat, waited for the pan to heat before putting in the meat. It didn't matter. Everything stuck to the bottom and burned. I contacted customer service again and asked for a refund and they told us that "most people like their cookware" so even though we had a terrible experience it was our fault. The lady I talked to was extremely rude and condescending. I've never been treated this poorly by any business.
It was then I started reading online reviews about Kitchen Charm, and found multiple websites dedicated to shutting it down. People had been scammed just like us and were furious. However, even after sending screenshots of these reviews to Kitchen Charm, I was simply told that "they get high reviews" and I was wrong again. The products absolutely suck and the customer service is even worse. I hope you get shut down.

Kitchen Charm seemed like it was a great product, and they promised that it wouldn't stick. However, when I bought the product and used it, I’ve already had issues with sticking. I haven't had them long at all and the pans that I've used so far had stuck. I used them the first time and the second time, and they both stuck really bad so I'm a little upset. When I asked about returning the products, they said I couldn't. I purchased them by cash. I would have to return them back to the person who sold them to me. I’m irritated because I spent so much money on them. Kitchen Charm shouldn't advertise the product that says it won't stick when it does.

I heard about Kitchen Charm through a wedding event hosted at the old Comcast Arena. It was at a wedding convention and I liked the way the guy presented Kitchen Charm's products. I liked how easy the products was to cook with, and I still love it to this day. The knives are great and they're sharp. I like all the cleaning things that go with it as well. The products are easy to clean and they don’t have to go through the dishwasher. It's also easy to see my food. I like that I don’t have to drain the juices from raw meats. That can be cooked into the food, and it's not greasy after I cook it. It doesn’t make my pots and pans sticky or rusty.
I definitely like the all-purpose dicer where I can set up any food. It's not like I have to chop everything up. I can just put it on my machine and crank the wheel. I could spend more time cutting the food with a knife or I can just spend a minute and get it all done. Kitchen Charm is definitely worth the money and their cookware is all of amazing quality. I love that it's all stuff that can be sent back in and get it replaced with no fees.

I love the cookware. Cooks meals in a fraction of the time. The salesman on the other hand gave me false information. The 11pc set cost me $2,500.00. The rep told me then if you make the minimum payment of $100 a month that I'd have the set paid off in 30 payments which would be $3,000.00 but that was a lie. The interest rates are 24.99% so your interest is around $44 a month. Do the math by the time I pay it off at the minimum payment its gonna cost me nearly $5,000.00. Big difference if you ask me so all in all I'm not very happy with the salesman. PLEASE LOOK INTO IT BEFORE PURCHASING!!!

Hello Mr. Eland,
Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback regarding your experience with purchasing Kitchen Charm. As outlined in your credit application, the APR is based on the state you live which is 24% annually, that is a 2% monthly. It looks like the distributor calculated the interest in advance which is why he mentioned the account would be paid off in 30 payments.

When the guy showed us a demo of how to use the Kitchen Charm cookware, it all looked great. My wife said she wanted it for our wedding gift so I signed the dotted line and got it for her. We got it about three weeks later and she's tried using it multiple times but it is not working out. We've had a lot of issues with it, like food sticking and burning. Everything else seemed to be working fine though, and the knife set is amazing. But I can't justify somebody spending $2,000 on cookware. I feel like I should've gotten a better product for the money that we spent. On top of that, their interest rate is ridiculous. So unless you're gonna drop the money right then and there, don't do it.
I've tried to reach out to Kitchen Charm and say that the product isn't what it seems. I told them I don't care if I have to pay the shipping charge but I didn't wanna continue paying this massive bill for a product that my wife hates using. But they said I can't return anything. One lady said I can talk to the returns sector of the company. But when I tried to call the number she gave me, it was back to the same folks and they were saying they don't have a returns sector. So the customer service isn't quite there with the people on the phone. They said that the only time I could've cancelled was 72 or 48 hours after I signed the dotted line. They give you no grace period to try the product and see if you like it. It's a sticky situation and I'll never buy anything from them again. It's just one of those deals that I have to own up to, pay my bill and move on with my life.

We've been using Kitchen Charm for almost a year now and they're really nice. Apparently, my mom didn't like them when she stayed at our house but I love them. So far, I like the valve on the lid. It lets me know when it's up 108 degrees. We also got some accessories, like spatulas and knives, at the same time that we got out pans. And my fiancé super likes the knives. He uses them for everything. He will be over here cutting up vegetables for dinner then he will wash that knife and use it to cut up his meat at dinner. He loves those knives.
I like the quality of the product. Initially, we went into one of Kitchen Charm's events where they demonstrated the pans and they were really nice. I liked the durability and the lifetime warranty. I know if I made the investment now, I wouldn't have to spend a whole bunch more later on stuff. The payments were affordable and nice as well. I always made more than the minimum payment but it was fairly easy to get them paid off in a year. Consider one year of small payments versus 50-plus years of not ever having to buy pans again.

I can just put the lid on and let it do its thing. And when I cook things like rice, I don’t have to worry about damaging the pan when I clean it out because it doesn’t stick very bad. I can just let the water sit in a little bit and get it right out with no problem.

The cost is too high and it doesn’t match the quality at all. Kitchen Charm should be on the lower end of pots. You are also locked in a contract so you are forced to pay for pots that don’t even work correctly. Kitchen Charm should definitely get some kind of non-stick something. Kitchen Charm's presentation was really good and purchasing the cookware sounded like a good idea at the time. Although the guy we had was kind of a spaz, the experience wasn't too bad. But in the presentation, they said things like how no other pan could do this or that these pans wouldn't do this like every other pan but in half of the time, the pans do the same stuff.
They said that nothing will stick to the pans or burn in them. But when you cook grilled cheese on it, it burns the ** out of the grilled cheese. The pan will burn anything unless it's on low heat. They also said if you wipe the pans out with a damp paper towel, they would come clean. But you can't just wipe them out. They stain. You gotta scrub the damn pans. Even when you cook the chicken like they did in the presentation, it burns the ** out of the chicken. Then the pan is stained and even after you scrub it, the next thing you cook in it tastes like burnt chicken. If everything would have been true about what they were saying in the presentation, then everything would be perfect. Nonetheless, the pans are good. Aside from the deluxe pan set, we also got the knife set and the knives are great.

I attended a presentation on Kitchen Charm cookware on 11/19/18. The presenter Dominique informed all of us in attendance we could order today and have our order within 7-10 business days. We liked what we saw and decided to purchase the product in full that same day 11/19. My bank record shows the money was taken out of my account on 11/21. I received a call while I was at work the next day on the 20th and requested they call either during my lunch break between 12-1 or after I get off at 5 and was told they would.
This company attempted to reach me again that day at 130pm when I was already back to work. Since then I have not heard from this company or received my order. I am upset with the lack of professionalism and the business practice with this organization as they are very expensive and we paid a lot of money for our pots. I called the number on my receipt today and at first was told I have not received my order due to a "credit issue".
When I told the woman I spoke to how could there be a credit issue when I paid with a debit card and the full amount was taken out of my bank account? She left me on hold for 5 mins before coming back to "look for my account". She then apologized and said she had the wrong account. How could she have the wrong account when the only information I gave her was the correct spelling of my last name and the state I purchased in? She then spends 5 more minutes looking into the computer to see where my order is.
Finally she tells me it is on back order and I should receive my order in another week, which makes it about a month from when I placed my order when I was told 7-10 days. I requested to cancel and a refund and was told it was too late since I didn't cancel within the 3 day window they give when you first purchase it. I confronted on the poor business practice as no one told me or left any voicemails on my phone about a back order and the fact she first tried to tell me I had a credit issue when I paid in full. I am not happy with this service at all. Someone should of called and let me know. I believe they are playing games which is highly unprofessional especially since they happily took my full payment!
Furthermore they have attempted to resolve the issue by sending my pots within days of my complaint and notifying me of the delivery via email and voicemail, which further proves my point there is absolutely no reason they did not notify me of a backorder or delay. I even had to purchase other pots prior to calling them since I didn't know when it's get them. They are refusing to offer me a refund or to send back the unopened pots because they only allow cancellation within 3 days of purchase. Very convenient since I had no way of knowing it would take almost a month to get them! Also- FYI all the "gifts" they offer come with hidden fees. The "free honeymoon" they offer when you purchase costs you $300 which I suppose isn't bad, but you have to pay $100 upfront prior to even seeing their selection of places or what's available! What a joke! Buyer beware!

We went to one of the bridal shows and Kitchen Charm offered several packages and things. They told us that if we just came to the hotel, we'd get little free items, so we ran up there.
The pots and pans aren't giving us any problems, so far. I’m trying to learn to keep it on medium when I’m cooking on it, but it is easy to clean and the food comes off fairly easily from the pot. It's not messing up like the other ones do, which is wonderful. But with the plates, we've already gotten one glass that's chipped along the top rim and we don't know how that happened. Also, a couple of the plates are getting scratched easily, but they still work.
The initial price of the Kitchen Charm cookware, even with the discount, was still a bit steep. That is what's gonna deter a lot of people away from it. My fiancé eats the same things all the time. It's chicken and rice or fish and the other skillets that he has don't fit as much chicken. With Kitchen Charm, we like the amount of food that we can fit in one skillet and the conventional pot can steam and cook multiple things at once. As soon as we heat it up to where there are balls of water that are dancing in the pan, we just throw our chicken or our steak on there and it cooks within 15 minutes. It’s very quick and the valve makes it easy to tell when the food is ready.
Since Kitchen Charm was so easy to cook with, we didn’t need to go out and spend more money eating out. However, I don’t have the means to really look at their DVD’s on how-tos for recipes. So I followed the instructions, mailed the pot off and I got the new one back, and it has been working great ever since. They did a good job of handling my request and I would recommend them. We plan on purchasing more.

In the shows, Kitchen Charm seemed like they were really made well and not just some cheap thing you buy at Walmart. We liked the health benefits of the healthier way of cooking and after the show, we decided to go get them. I also like the easy clean-up, and we’ve told a couple of our friends to look into getting Kitchen Charm.

I went to a bridal expo with my husband and Kitchen Charm had a bunch of different things there for sale. They did a great job of showing the items and they were also able to perform what they showed me at the show, so I was happy about that. It also wasn't expensive, which was good. We've had our products for seven months now and they are easy to clean and store. With Kitchen Charm, you'd save a lot of money on other appliances because you would get good quality.

My wife went to one of those wedding fairs, and that’s where she got the contact information of Kitchen Charm's rep. We went to a seminar on it, and then he gave us a nice cooked meal. We didn’t like the pots and pans we had from Pampered Chef to begin with, and we wanted a change. The Kitchen Charm rep did a really good presentation. We liked the product that he put on and the show and how it cooks the meat so well. It makes the meat so tender, and everything’s infused in it. We definitely like the fact that we can cook our meat without actually having to really watch them cook.
We usually use the Teflon style pan, but we switched over to these ones thinking that they would be better for eggs. The rep promoted that we would never have to use oil or anything like that. Comes down to it, we definitely do. But that’s the only thing that we were having a little trouble with. We got pretty much the whole package when we ordered from Kitchen Charm, but we're definitely thinking about purchasing other items in the future.

I went to a cooking show and they showed the dishes from Kitchen Charm. I did not want to spend money on cheap dishes that break down after wear and tear after a couple of months, so I went with Kitchen Charm which has a lifelong guarantee. I like that it cooks good meals fast, and my dishes are of really good quality. I'm happy with them.

I love Kitchen Charm and they have great products. My fiancée dragged me to a wedding show and she said we get a free trip if we go watch Kitchen Charm. All my kitchen stuff are not good anyway and we ought to get some new stuff. I bought a set of cookware and the quality is great. I can use metal on metal. I also like that I could stack them as well as that I could put them in the dishwasher.

Our Kitchen Charm cookware has been great and we like them for the most part. However, the little vents on top of the lids of the pots don't work very well and they already need replacing. They all stick shut and a lot of them don't wanna open and close anymore after using them for a few months. Despite the issue, I've really liked Kitchen Charm's knives as well as their pots and pans. They are a little overpriced for what they are after using them for a while but overall, they're still of good quality.

My whole family has always used Tefal. But my grandparents had really nice oilless cookware, and I figured to try it as well. My wife and I went to this showing, watched the demonstration, and bought the stuff from Kitchen Charm. It was a little getting used to a stainless compared to anything with ceramic coating. But we've had Kitchen Charm for six months now and I use it for about everything. It cooks evenly and the knives are really good quality. We also have the mixing bowls set with covers and utensils. Their price is high, but you're paying for its great quality.
