Kitchen Charm seemed to have quality stuff. They gave us the vibe that their products would last us a while as opposed to a lot of stuff you get from Walmart. I use the knives and they're very good. The only thing would be the price is a little high.

I really liked Kitchen Charm but when I got divorced, my ex-wife kept the stuff. I got it again this time. I'm satisfied with the product. We just gotta get used to not using Teflon. The other thing is we can't figure out how to cook eggs. Also, we were offered hotel stays and the hotel tried to charge us more than what we were told we were going to be charged. Other than that, everything was fine.

I was pretty skeptical about Kitchen Charm during the presentation. I thought it was baloney when the guy was doing it but I took it all back after we bought the pans and we took them home. They work a lot better than a lot of the other pans that we have. I'm really impressed and I enjoy them. The chicken cooks excessively fast and I can put the lid on it, walk away, and not worry about it. Also, it's a heavier material so I don't have to worry about the handles breaking. They're built sturdier.

We witnessed the demonstration and we liked it so much, we bought a set. The customer service was great. Everyone was pretty easy to work with. They said it would take two weeks for the pans to ship and get to us but they showed up in 10 days so that was a plus. Also, the pans are fantastic. The only thing I'm not used to is they get extremely hot and they keep their temperature. I have to get used to keeping my burner on a lower setting than what I'm used to. And they are expensive pots and pans but I don't think I'll ever have to buy another set.

During the presentation the quality of the prducts was amazing. The fact that the rep was able to cook vegetables and meat without any water, frozen or thawed, was really nice. Cooking is a struggle for me so less steps are better. Also, the rep was able to make it look so easy and tell us about different cookbooks, recipes, and stuff that were available. It was above and beyond what we could really look for.

The presentation was very thorough and it wasn't boring, like most presentations. The rep added some humor and everything. Also, everything was smooth sailing and how they said it was gonna go was for the most part how it went. After we filled out the order and once that got rolling, everything came in fairly quick. The products have been good so far. Everything cleans nicely and I don't have to put a whole bunch of effort in scrubbing them. And I like that when I put them in the cabinet and I start putting all of it away, it's not so cluttering. I can stack them all and use the space well.

We bought pots and pans, and the quality is okay, but it's definitely not as good as was pitched to us by the sales rep. We were told that they were nonstick and that they're made of titanium, but they're not either. They’re well-built, but everything sticks really well. They’re a pain to work with.

The guy that did the presentation was funny. He kept us laughing and was very informational. We filled out a little paperwork then there was a glitch on getting the products. It was shipped then sent back somehow. It took a bit longer, but it was okay. Customer service was nice. The girl I got the first time kept up with what was going on and made sure that we got everything sent out to us. My fiancé cooks a lot and he's the one using them. Everything's been good, and the cookware is just like what the guy showed us. They're very easy to clean, and they're a bit heavy, but that's the steel. They're beautiful that we got a nice, three-tier shelf to put everything on.

We’ve had the cookware three months now, and the boil time for water is quicker. I used a Scrub Daddy sponge on them and there were some black marks that were not coming off of the side of one of them. I’m not gonna use any abrasive on this ‘cause we’re spending a bunch of money, and I don’t want to potentially ruin these things.

The guy that did the presentation that we had to sit through was nice. He was funny and made sitting for an hour and 15 minutes very entertaining for us. I purchased a 10-inch skillet, a potato masher, a pizza cutter, and the knife set. I also got a stock pot, a pot, and then another skillet, but it's a deeper, bigger one. Overall, I really enjoy them. I don't have any issues, other than with the 10-inch skillet, putting certain things stick sometimes. That could be user error though.

We liked Kitchen Charm's set it and forget it type features where the cookware will let you know when what you have in there is ready. Overall, the purchase was a fairly straightforward process. It took a week or two for the items to show up. There were some hiccups that had happened due to our particular situation because we were going to be moving soon. We wanted to put off ordering until after we had moved and situated, which resulted in things on their end having to go back and double check what promotional offers were offered to us at the time that we visited their promo event.

We got the pot, pans, spoon, ladle, spatula and the shredder from Kitchen Charm. I like the stainless-steel pans and the serving utensils. The shredder is cool and fascinating. It will shred anything. We also got a medium sized pot but just having the stainless-steel basic utilities in the kitchen has been convenient and easy. Right now, we've got everything we need but Kitchen Charm is a great company to buy from again if I need the product. It’s a little bit on the spendier side but it's not like it's outrageously priced. I purchased it but within that 10% margin of, "Could it be a little cheaper?"

We like Kitchen Charm. We bought the product so we could cook more at home and make it a little bit easier and efficient. So far, everything's been great. I like that I can cook multiple things in one pan at the same time. Then, it tells me when it's done by the little whistle. When cleaning it, it's nice to be able to rinse it off and put it back away. You don't have to worry about it soaking or sitting in the sink. The only issue that I'm currently having is that we were supposed to have 12 months free for interest rate, and that's not happening. We've been paying the minimum payments with the hopes to pay the plan off within the 12 or the 24 months interest free. But now, all of our payment is going to interest. I tried to contact somebody this week but I haven't heard anything back. Still, for anybody who cooks, they need to get Kitchen Charm’s products because it helps, especially if you cook a lot.

The purchasing process with Kitchen Charm was super easy. I filled out a form and the stuff came in the mail. When Jerry, the guy who did our show, did the demonstration, he didn't put any water in with the vegetables. So, I tried to do the same thing and I accidentally burnt my pot. I called him and he said that we could try this cleaning stuff but that didn’t work, and he sent me a new pot. Jerry said that if I don’t get my vegetables super fresh, I have to add a little bit of water because they're not as fresh, which I didn't know. He didn't tell me that at the show.
I like the pots and pans but they’re starting to get spots on them. It's a discoloration of the bottom of the pot. I'm a tad bit unhappy with that but I have OCD and I'm a clean freak. So, it's not affecting the way that the pots and pans cook. I like the way they cook and that I can put it on the stove and walk away until I hear it whistle and dinner's ready. When we went to the show, I had just gotten married and I got an expensive set of pots and pans. It was $800 from Bed Bath & Beyond and they were nice pots and pans but we wound up returning them because we like the Kitchen Charm better. We can cook healthy and they're guaranteed for 50 years. I'm rough with everything so that was a major selling point. We returned the ones we had and bought the Kitchen Charm. I talk to friends and family about how cool they are and how easy it is.

We enjoy the products from Kitchen Charm. We got a few pans and a few knives and I received the cookware quickly, which was anywhere between 7 to 10 days. The knives are nice and they cut easily, so that's perfect. I love that they don't rust. I also like the technology of the pans, as far as the beading of the tops and the little whistler that the lid has. The only downfall is that cleaning them a special way is a little bit more time consuming than normal. But other than that, it’s nothing inconvenient.
Reviewed Sept. 16, 2021
Kitchen Charm’s demonstration was good and I love the warranty on it. Also, the trips that we got with it were nice. We’re happy with the quality and we use the product all the time. It tells you when it’s done, which is a nice feature. We have kids and my fiancée is able to walk away, take care of the kids and know when things are done. The price is a little high but in the long term, you end up paying less because of all the pots and pans that you normally go through.

I bought pots, dishes and other things, paid Kitchen Charm and they delivered on time. It's been eight months since I purchased the china products and they have all been very good. The pots and pans are great too. However, there was a promotion wherein if you bought products, then you get the extra benefits like coupons or hotel nights. Some of the promotional items are a little wonky, but it's fine. Those are just other vendors that Kitchen Charm works with. They're not necessarily the same company.
Reviewed Sept. 11, 2021
During the presentation, one of the biggest things that the rep showed off was cooking chicken in a sauté pan without adding any oil and just using the natural juices off of the vegetables and the chicken and having them not stick. A lot of times we either end up over-marinating meat or just drowning it in oil to try to get it to not stick. So, that was a huge selling point for me. And since I'm the one that does the majority of the cooking, I thought it would be really useful. So far, we've been doing a lot of venison and a lot of elk on our Kitchen Charm cookware. We also steam and roast trout with vegetables, at least when it's in season around here. I'm more than happy with the items I purchased from Kitchen Charm. They're incredibly durable and it doesn't take a whole lot of time to get them to heat up.
But we still use our little sauce pan because there wasn't one with the kit and that is the only thing that we have left that isn't from Kitchen Charm. Everything else has been great. The knives held up well and my wife has an easier time with cleaning the mixing bowls than traditional “go to Walmart, buy the pack" type of thing. I've also got a background in metallurgy and I know that as far as the type of steel that’s used on them versus what you get at any of the big box stores, the one from Kitchen Charm have a less porous steel, which means you have less grime having the ability to stick into the steel. We also have the deep bowls that make things a lot easier, especially with the rubberized base on them because if she's mixing, she doesn't have to worry about going too fast or too hard and throwing them off of the table.
Reviewed Sept. 10, 2021
There are six people in my house, and I use the cookware all the time. It's good quality, but it was really pricey. Also, I'm someone who cleans immediately, but I've also noticed that a couple things have burnt to the pan and I'm not able to clean it as easily or as well as Kitchen Charm said it would be cleaned. That part is disappointing, but everything else is all right.
Reviewed Sept. 9, 2021
I got a couple different pots, pans, and a set of knives, and so far, I like everything. It's all worked out well. Normally, everything's easy to clean about them, but for some reason, when I cook chicken breasts in one of the pans, they are a pain. They always seem to burn easily then I have to scrape and scrub hard to get everything off.

The products we purchased are amazing. By far, one of the best. We get the most use out of the pint glasses, but we also have the wine and water glasses. We love those glasses. We haven't used the pots and pans though. There's a special way to wash them and we haven't had a chance to sit down and try and find the video to watch. Overall, I love Kitchen Charm. It was a great starting point for me moving in with my husband and having to start fresh. It's nice to have something that's nice and not cheap and gonna fall apart. I didn't have much time before my wedding before I got Kitchen Charm, but for couples that have time to put it on their register, that's a huge bonus as well.

Everything was in perfect condition when they arrived, and they've held up quite well since we've had them. All the knives are so super sharp, and all the pans are still non-stick. It's great. However, my fiancé is saying that there are a lot of pots in the set and not a lot of frying pan types. As a suggestion, it would be nice to get more than just the one size skillet pan.

I got a set of pots, spatulas, silicone spatulas, stainless-steel spatula, the knife set and the cutlery block. I love the quality, the weight and the way everything looks. It accentuates my kitchen. It took a while before Kitchen Charm started taking their payment and I was questioning what was going on with that. But after the payment started, I was cool. Everything’s good. The salesman that I worked with was a very good dude. I bought a six-piece cookware set from Kitchen Charm and I haven't even used them yet because me and my fiancée just bought a house. But I can tell good from bad. At the seminar, the rep cooked food for us and it was good.
Reviewed June 27, 2021
People cooked us some food using Kitchen Charm and my fiancée and I were really impressed with different things. We liked what they did and everything that they demonstrated. We bought the cookware and it works really great. The only time that I had issues was when I didn't read and follow the directions prior to using the cookware. When I do what it told me to do, everything comes out great. I love salmon and when I follow the directions, the salmon comes out perfectly. We also like cooking our vegetables in the cookware. There was a learning curve with the cookware. If you leave the lid on then it's still cooking. You need to pull the lid off before the food is quite done if you're not gonna eat it immediately. If you take the lid off, the cookware loses all its heat and cools down really quickly. Once we learned that, we didn't have any issues.
Everything we bought was the good stuff but we’re still paying for it, which is a problem. When I signed the paperwork, I didn't like the interest rate and payment plan so they’ll be paid off early. But I knew what I was getting into when I signed it so it wasn't like I was scammed. On the whole, I'm really glad that we did Kitchen Charm. We won't ever have to buy any more pots and pans. If you're willing to follow the instruction then it works as advertised. The clean-up would be easy too. But if you don't follow instructions and you burn something on the pan, it would be hard.
If you do burn something, put some soap and water in it and bring it to a boil really fast. It comes off easier. If you use brushes, the clean-up is very easy. When you use the cookware, it gets this iridescent coloring to the bottom of it. You would think it was dirty but it's not. That's just what happens when you cook in the cookware. If you polish it with silver polish then wash it, it would look brand new again.
Reviewed June 26, 2021
The entire design could be improved. People talked about how one would need to cook differently in order to use the Kitchen Charm cookware. But just in general, even when cooking using that style, the learning curve is pretty high. But even when cooking like that, it makes a much bigger mess than if using just a normal nonstick ceramic pan. The $20 cookware from King Soopers is better. If you attend one of the events, when you purchase the cookware, the other offers, like the trips and stuff that they use as incentives are very difficult to use. So, when you sign up for them or you try to use the code, it's not like you can just book and then they cover those expenses. You have to wait 7 to 14 days before a travel agent will get with you. Then you have to select two different times that you're available to travel and they'll tell you which one of those two you're going to be allowed to go. It isn't quite as cut-and-dry as they make it sound in their performance.

The 50-year warranty and the little thing that tells when vegetables are done were a big seller for me. We cook a lot of vegetables with our Kitchen Charm. We use it for tacos a lot. We also use the skillets often and we cook a lot of meat in it. The cleanup is super easy too. We do the water trick where we just put a little bit of water in it after it's done cooking, while it's still hot, and then it cleans off really easily. I couldn't be more satisfied. Also, the knives we got are extra sharp. They cut clean through. My wife has always needed a cutting board so it was a win-win for me. The salesman and the presenter did a very good job of making all the meals right at the show, but it didn't really translate to what the cookbook had. It's definitely good stuff. It's just the quickness and how the presenter did everything isn't what the cookbook has. So, it wasn't quite what was advertised during the show. He could have said, "Here are my tips. But after I watched a couple of YouTube videos, I found that they operate a little bit differently than my normal pans. The cookware is washing pretty well too. But if you wash them and you don't dry them in a certain way or really well, they get water spots. It's not the worst thing in the world.
I texted the guy that did our presentation a couple of weeks ago to see how I could put the stuff on my registry. We get 20% off for life. I could not find a way to register for a registry account. The only thing I could find was the login to pay our bill but we already paid in full. The guy responded at first then he didn't get back to me. And everything was delicious. The cleanup was, “Oh it's this, and then you just do this, and it's this, and it's perfect.” But it's not as straightforward as that. Every heating element must be different, like if you’re using a stove, a hot plate, or an electric cooktop, that comes into play. But it does work as promised. I ended up with the butcher block. We ended up purchasing the two knife set and the 12 pots and pans, the biggest set that they have. The quality is very good. The only downfall that we have on it is that it's in comparison to other really high-end cookware and we paid about $1,000 too much.

Everything that they were showing us eased my anxiety of everything. They were amazing. The process of getting the kitchenware was easy and smooth as well. I love how it cooks everything. I also love how it doesn't make our food shrink. It actually keeps the nutrients in it. I love that I can put them in the oven and in the dishwasher also. I don't have to treat them like they're glass and handwash them all the time. They're easy to use. It's really worth it, especially with the warranty.

It seems like food has been burning on the pots and pans. Also, they are a little difficult to clean up. The quality is all right but I probably don't know how to cook real well with it. So there's a little learning curve with stainless steel.

My old lady went to a bridal show and filled out something with Kitchen Charm. Then supposedly, we won some stuff and we had to drive six hours to go pick it up. But we came to find out it was a catch. You don't have to buy anything for it but we sat through a little demonstration and I ended up buying the cookware. It’s a little frustrating that after the six hour drive for that, I ended up having to spend four grand.
But other than that, they did a really good job presenting the product. They cooked some chicken in a pot and it was pretty impressive that the true cook time versus the setting time was bewildering. I'm a sucker sometimes when I see stuff work and I jumped on it and bought it. I also liked that it didn't stick, but I've learned that that's not really the case most of the time. Everything sticks. But it's expected as it's not Teflon. The item is also overpriced. The quality is great but it's a lot of money even though they have a 50-year warranty on them. They would probably sell a lot more of it if the price wasn't so high and if it was sold in stores.
But I also understand the concept of nobody's going to pay that much for some kitchenware if they don't know how it works, because that truly is what the value of it is. The cost can't overcome what it is if they haven't seen it in action. So the demonstration is the only reason anyone would buy it. And the chicken was cooked for six minutes, then sat for another 15, and it was the juiciest dang chicken ever. So my kids ask me to cook that dang chicken in that one pot every single time even though I got eight of them. That's the only pot I really use.
The only downfall is the cleaning. The pots are miserable to clean if the food sticks on them, which tends to happen sometimes. You have to get a special cleaner and you have to scrub the hell out of it to get it off. They're not user-friendly when that is in them. But they didn't do that during the demo. The reps rinsed them out with water and I need that Corpus Christi water. Mine didn’t come clean like that even when I soaked it.

The Kitchen Charm rep's demonstration was great, from her just telling us about different pans, and then demonstrating cooking with them. It sold us. It was the eight-piece that we purchased. We've been using them and they're of great quality.

The high-quality material was our main reason for getting Kitchen Charm. We wanted nice stuff for ourselves. We got the pot that was larger, there's a normal looking pot, a shallower with a handle, and a third one. I'm amazed with their use in cooking vegetables. I'm happy with how they do that. I throw the vegetables in there raw, throw the seasoning, and just a bit of water. I've gotten a bit of experience with it, but I'm experimenting and trying to do different stuff. I've done chicken in it once, but I think I'm trying to focus on the vegetables. I also made a big pot of chili which was good too.
Stuff comes right off. There's a bit of staining, but there are some residual discolorations that I have to figure out how to work off. The materials I have describe how to clean it properly. But cleaning the food off itself is easy enough. The products themselves operate great. We love them. We spent a lot more money than we thought about. It’s a rash decision, but we are gonna have them forever. I’m gonna grow old and cook with these things and provide meals for my family, and I'm happy about that. Fifty years from now, when the warranty is still just at the end, they will still be just as good as the first day. With time, my happiness with it will grow too.

We went to a bridal show. And then, we got picked to go to a little introduction of the products. We went there, then a rep showed us in, and we just went in and bought them. They cook very fast. We put a chicken there and then we walk away. And then, we're like, “Okay, dinner is served.” And then, clean up is easy. We let it sit there with soap and water, and then we rinse it off and it slides right off. I love them. I especially like the knife set. We have lately been having a lot of big parties at our house so we do a lot of prepping with the knife sets cutting meat, fruits and vegetables.

Before the pandemic, we signed up for a bunch of trade shows for weddings. And with COVID, they all got cancelled. However, we got a message that we were selected for a Kitchen Charm demo. We just had to sit through a presentation at a hotel. So, we decided to go. At the end of it, we decided to buy the package. We had a mismatch of kitchenware anyway, and we were looking to invest in something that would last us more long term versus some of the cheap options that are there. And during the demonstration, the gentleman mentioned the type of material that it was made out of that was something that interested my husband, being an engineer and knowing the quality of different materials.
The order process is simple. We did it there in person with the gentleman who presented the cookware to us. There were a couple of different options, and we chose the one that best suited us. He let us know that within this many days, we would receive the boxes of cookware. And that was exactly the timeframe that it came in. It was very simple. He even gave us his cell phone number in case there were issues, to give him a call. It was seamless.
We like the cookware. One thing we did not know until we started using it was that it said that you should give it two thorough cleans before using it. Otherwise, the outside could be stained just by using it once or twice. So, there were a couple of metal discolorations. It doesn't affect the actual cooking process. It's just aesthetic. Otherwise, it's great and it does what it said it would do. Everything that we were told was how it was.

We got the 12-piece, the China crystal glassware, and then the gifts that came with it. The quality of everything is pretty good. I like the pots and pans. It took me a minute to get used to not using nonstick again. But everything else is pretty nice.
We wish Kitchen Charm had a bigger selection of the China to pick from. After we purchased the China from the catalog, we were contacted telling us that that China had been discontinued and we had to pick a different package. We were not exactly in love with the one we picked. It was all right, but we really wished we could have gotten the China package that we had originally picked when we had purchased. The first thing that stood out to me was how fast Kitchen Charm cookware heated up the food and I liked that it whistled to tell you that the temperature was ready and how you could lower it. Also, it could take a lot less time cooking than the norm. I also like the material that the cookware is made of because I have been wanting to get away from aluminum and Teflon. We ordered it in October and we didn't get it probably for a month and a half. There were some issues with financing and we had to pay upfront a little bit for it. So, it took us a while to get it. My fiance was one that does most of the cooking and he was excited to try it. There was a little bit of trial and error with it for a couple of weeks because it would cook differently. But once he got the hang of it, he really had enjoyed cooking with it.

My original experience was good with Kitchen Charm but I had an issue with the Redi-Temp whistle melting in one of my pots. So, I reached out to the sales guy that I was working with. He said that it was not a super uncommon thing that happens and that they would send me a new whistle. I then told him about the pot. He suggested how to clean that to try to get the plastic out of the pot that it melted to and I tried it. Since that didn't work, he told me to send it to them and they would get it fixed. If they couldn't fix it, then they would send me a new pan. I sent it out to him. Quite a bit of time went by and I didn't hear anything from him. I reached out and he had some excuses it didn't get done or in a roundabout way, forgot about it. Another week or so went by and I still didn't hear anything. Then he said that the guy who was gonna fix the pan would get in in two days and they would have him look at it.
The guy looked at it and they worked on it. I didn't hear anything for about another week and then I found out that they were going to send it back. More time lapsed and I didn't hear anything for about two weeks. I reached out to the guy and he said that he already sent me the tracking information a while ago. I said that I haven't gotten it. He said that the pan was delivered to my house on the 17th. It was the 24th at this time. I didn’t have any proof of the tracking and I didn't have the pan. I asked where he sent it. He sent me a message where it was sent. He gave me the tracking information at that time after the fact and he had the wrong phone number and the wrong email address on file. At one point in time, he had the correct stuff because I've purchased an additional pan since the original set that I ordered and we've been communicating back and forth with my phone number so I don't know how any of that got messed up.
The pan that was getting repaired got sent to the wrong address and then, it took another day for FedEx to pick it up from that address and bring it to me. It got to me with scraping gouges in the pan from where they attempted to fix where the plastic melted. I texted the guy and said that it was not acceptable. They said that they would fix it and if it wasn't fixable, then they would send a new one. I asked if I could talk to someone that is their superior so I can get this handled and get a replacement pan. This isn't satisfactory. They pride themselves on warranty.
The guy turns around and calls me. The first thing out of his mouth was for me to man up and talk to him on the phone. He said that twice to me throughout the phone call and the reason why he said that to me was because he was not good at texting. So, he prefers to talk on the phone and I lost my top with him when he said that. He knows that I sell for a living just like he does and he brought that up at one point in time throughout the conversation. No one in any kind of industry says that to anyone and he said it twice within the phone call.
When he had the pot and pan that was getting fixed, at one point in time, I was voicing my frustration of why it was taking so long and he went back and said that the whistles melting isn't a very common thing and he didn’t understand how I did that and that I must have purposely did something wrong. I got irritated with him during that time, when I've already explained from the get-go how it happened. On the last final call with him, the same phone call that he said that I should just man up or why can’t I just man up and talk to him on the phone, he made a comment to me and said that he did me a favor that he even took the pan back and tried working on it. Because if I would have sent it to the warranty place, they would have looked at it and blamed me and say that it was my fault. They would send me back the pan as is.
I was under the impression I sent it to the warranty place. I sent it to a certain area that he told me that I had to send it to. Him being a representative of the company, I didn't know any different of where I was sending this thing to other than what I was being told by the associate. I don't know why he wanted to push buttons or why he would go back and say those type of things. It left me furious every single time I talked to him. At the end of that conversation, I got to a point that he was only saying things that were irritating me and I said that it would be best for both of us that neither of us can hear this conversation. He should have someone else contact me and it would be better that neither of us contact each other ever again. That was how irate and upset I got.
A different customer relations person, Jason, took it from there and mentioned that he was gonna send the tracking number and get the new pans sent out to us. So that interaction went fairly well. I only had that initial conversation with him and we haven't had a communication since then because we were on the same page. I received the tracking that next day, which we both agreed and expected that that was when he would send it. So I got that. The pan was supposed to arrive on Saturday but it didn't arrive until Monday, which shipping happens. Sometimes there are delays. But I was watching that via tracking and I received the pan last night and today, I'm supposed to send out the damaged pan back. So in that aspect, that went straightforward and as expected with Jason's understanding and working on that for Kitchen Charm.
Originally, I purchased a six-piece set which had three pots and lids and with that bundle, I also got the food processor that chops and grinds cheese. It came with two knives as well. With Ted, I turned around and bought an additional 10-inch skillets. Each time, I paid cash. Ted made a comment at one point in time that he wants to keep me and make sure he can keep people that are able to pay cash like that. That way, he can sell them more stuff. I rubbed it off and I didn't care but anything he ever said to me was slimy.
I would tell people not to do business with Kitchen Charm because of how I got treated. My original salesman that I went to a show was a great guy and he did a good job. But Ted absolutely ruined it for me to ever want to purchase anything more through the company. The pans work very well or I would not have bought an additional one but now, I'm in a predicament where I like these pans but I hate the service. One of the big things I bought into as well is that it had a 50-year warranty. I got shafted on that because I don't feel like I can even use that warranty down the road if I need to. Before Ted, I was telling everyone about Kitchen Charm. I work in the sales industry and with people that make a lot of money. I was telling them how great these pans were but I can't say the same thing anymore because part of being able to sell something is the service that follows it.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went to a bridal show event and had a demonstration event done for the Kitchen Charm cookware. I watched the guy cook with these pots and had no issues, there was several perks to buying them (so I thought) so my fiancée and I bought them. It took over a month to get them shipped and when they did arrive, I followed the cookware manual (washing them correctly all the way to how to cook with them) because they cook differently than regular cookware. The first attempt was with the "nonstick" skillet (AKA Egg pan). It stuck worse than I have ever experienced. (Even with trying to add light spray oil) Our second attempt was with a different pot, while preheating it, the valve for the "whistle" MELTED inside the pot.... Due to that being plastic that pot is now trash.
Our third attempt was with a third pot making potatoes with a recipe THEY provided. Over 1/2 the potatoes were charcoal. Keep in mind the burner NEVER went over 5 (Which is medium heat). The super easy cleaning is ** (I had to scrub the egg pan clean, AFTER soaking it) and the "non-stick" knives... Stick. The only thing nice that came out of this was the scissors (that are awkward to hold) .
I called the company three times and left three voicemails before I got a call back, and when they did call me back they said they don't offer returns after the product is shipped. In order to do a stop "payment" I have to file bankruptcy. I am 24, I learned a lesson and trying to get my life on track, filing bankruptcy isn't an option. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Since they keep heat in better than any other pan, I can cook myself lasagna and a bunch of casseroles and stuff that I can't make anymore. I also like using it to cook my hamburgers. I also bought their colander stacker thing. We use water underneath it and cook our hamburgers that way. It provides them to be a lot healthier and they taste better.
The cookware is holding up well. I enjoyed that the agent that we had actually explained how to clean them. The last person I had never explained it and that was the important thing, how to clean those things. It’s definitely keeping them looking nice and brand new, and they still work amazingly. The presentation was great, but when the representative demonstrated the cookware, we could only look at them. We purchased them because they looked beautifully. They're supposed to cook better and then you get them and you're like, “My God!” Even the guy that delivered it, he said, “Why do people order such heavy things that they can't go and pick up on their own?” I said, “What are you talking about?” He said, “Ma'am, look at the weight on this box.” I had no idea what was in that box till I opened it. He was not lying. They are extremely heavy. I didn't realize how heavy the pots are. Had I been able to walk over to them during the demonstration, pick them up and see how heavy they were, this definitely wouldn't have been something I would've invested in.
For someone my age, they are very hard to use. It's not for someone who cooks as much as I do. Secondly, they stated that the pots are stainless steel. Within the first time I cooked in one pot, they're not stainless steel. They have nothing but spots. I understand that because they're stainless steel that they get oxidized, but I don't know who doesn't cook with seasoning to make it oxidized. They can't stay brand new.
I purchased the cookware in November. They were delayed and I didn't get them till after Christmas. No one told me that all I had was three days from the day I purchased them to cancel the order. How do you cancel something that you don't even have in your hands to realize this isn't something that's going to be doable? When I spoke to Star Concept, which the representative works for, not only was he extremely rude and nasty on the phone, he just didn't care. I told him, “Okay, so technically, the order was placed in November before Thanksgiving. It doesn't arrive till after the 15th of December. How would I have had three days in advance to cancel this order, had I known? I don't know what the order looks like till it actually gets here.”
The representative didn't want to hear it. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying anything from his store. All he would give me was his last name too. Hy Cite is another nightmare, because when I call them, they say, “Well, there's nothing you can do. You have to keep the pots. We don't refund. We don't do that.” This is how they do business. I tried reaching Kitchen Charm and they weren't helpful at all. I mentioned to them that because of COVID, we weren't allowed to go to the platform where the pots were. I said, “Had I bought something at Macy's or Bed, Bath, and Beyond, and I wasn't satisfied with it, I would be able to bring it back.” Kitchen Charm’s response is, “Well, then maybe that's where you should have bought them at.” I would never again, and I would not recommend them at all to absolutely no one, not even to a new couple that's going to start cooking.
Every morning, I get up, I look at the pots and I'm so disappointed because I cannot use them. Even my daughters, they say, “Mom, this is more of a weapon than anything else. If this falls, it would literally break your toe.” My younger daughter, who's only 24, said, “Even washing them and trying to put them up on the cabinet, they're so scary to even hold because they're so heavy. You're better off saving less money, buying something that was cast iron.” I don't care for cast iron because of the weight of it.

The package came with the bigger pans, and a medium pot with the strainer. We got some knives with it as well. They worked good. It has sped up a lot as far as the cooking time. Also, they are easy to clean. I like how they stack inside of each other so it's not too much of a hassle to find all the pieces that you need. The only thing that would maybe turn people off from it is that it is so expensive. But after you break it down and do the weekly thing like we are, it's not that bad. It's worth it.

My wife and I had gone to a bridal show and we won there. We went to a cooking class and Kitchen Charm was advertising their product. My wife is more of a buy something because it's pretty. I’m more of a buy something because it lasts. Most things that cost a lot are probably worth it. We wound up spending on pots, pans, and stuff.
The way the product was explained to us was it had stainless steel and cast iron woven in it together. The couple that cooked for us and showed everything has been using their Kitchen Charm cookware for 20 years. The product is a lot more cast iron but it's tough and durable like stainless steel. And because there's a little more cast iron in it, the more you use cast iron and season it, the less it'll stick. But they left some things out like, “It’s going to be a while. You probably need to use this product a lot before it actually gets better.”
When we first started cooking with it, my wife was mad. The cookware is supposed to be fairly nonstick. But things stick to them pretty badly. You have to use some kind of olive oil or nonstick thing. I finally figured out how it works and how you can keep things from sticking. Cleanup is a little bit of a pain too. We eventually found something that would actually clean fairly easily. It's called Cameo. Other than those two things, Kitchen Charm is all right. I like how fast you can cook with it and how you don't have to turn your stove all the way on high and wait for your pans to get hot. I also like how evenly heated it is when you do cook with it.

It's instant hot, instant ready-to-go. It saves us a lot of time. The cleanup is okay. I just do what the guy did in the demonstration. Put some Dawn soap and warm water, and I can get everything out. My nine year old can also get everything out quickly. However, we don’t have the griddle for the pancakes so we make them in the regular pot. And the only thing is to make sure we have a good oil ratio, because if not, it will stick a little. That’s it. I'm really happy with the purchase of my Kitchen Charm. The ordering process was pretty straightforward and to the point. We mainly used it before we started moving in. We can see the difference compared to our old pots and pans. My lady does a lot of Filipino cuisines like chicken and pork belly. The meat is super juicy and the cookware just gives an extra flavor to it. Kitchen Charm is definitely worth it and others should give it a try. I’ll let them see my pots.

The no-spill thing is an issue I have ‘cause I spill things way too easily. So, the demonstrator even did a shake one and said, “That was in California.” It was funny. Purchasing the cookware was simple and he worked with us very well. I like them. I have a family of five, so the big one does really good for me. The clean-up is easy as well. One of my pots, which I use frequently, is already starting to tarnish. When I was introduced to the product, I was told that it would not do that as opposed to all the other cookware I've purchased over time. The product could be something I could use for a very long time and it was gonna be saving us money down the road instead of having to pitch money every time something breaks because it has a 50-year warranty. The quality is great although when we mess up and we don't cook right, it gets caked to the pot.

We were told we won a free trip and other goodies from a company and we had to go to a sales pitch to receive the gifts. The presentation was impressive and the kitchenware looked really good. The "free" trips offered were an added bonus. We went with just the pots and pans and for how much we paid, there shouldn't be any issues with them. After several different temperatures cooking eggs, we reverted back to our old pan because the Kitchen Charm pans were a sticky, annoying mess to clean.
As for the "free" trips, DO NOT FALL FOR THAT. The trips are bogus and you are extremely limited on where you can go. The salesman we had, Jerry, told us that the trips were valid anywhere in the world that was approved on their travel website. Good to know, the travel website has an extremely limited selection (less than 10 places to choose from) and there are still fees that you have to pay in order to use them. At the end of the day, this kitchenware is slightly better than mediocre. We try not to remember how much we paid for it all and how much of a trap the trips are.

I bought my mom and dad plenty of sets of pots and pans and that I didn't want us to have to go through that.
With the cookware, we can steam vegetables on their own with the lid on then it whistles. I like cooking chicken using the cookware. There's also the fact that we can take our food with us and it's still warm when we get to the location. The cleanup is super easy too. When we're done, I put soapy water in it, let it soak for a bit then it wipes clean unless we burn something in there. For the most part, it wipes really clean. Aside from the cookware, I have their book. Kitchen Charm is worth the investment. Once we told people how much we paid, they were like, “Wow!” And I'm like, “No, you have to think of it like over years’ time, how many sets of cookware you've bought.” I would tell them about the quality and longevity of the products.

When the whistle came, things were done. The cookware we got wasn't all that we were hoping for. Things weren't supposed to stick to the pan if we leave them on. We're starting to see that we still need oil if we're gonna cook eggs as those still stick to the pan to the point where we have to scrub them completely off. If we use oil like we do with most pans, the oil would burn off quickly and the eggs would still stick. Meats stick as well unless we steam them which the rep did to show that meat doesn't stick. The cookware is not worth what we spent on them. We could get other kitchenware for less than half the price and still have the same problems we're having now.

Also, it cleans way easier than I thought it would. I did a pound of bacon, and of course, the bottom of the pan was super-duper nasty. I added some water to it, let it sit overnight with some water and a little bit of soap, and the bacon grease and funk in the bottom of the pan rinsed out. It was beautiful. There’s always a sticker shock, but it’s worth it.

We were at a bridal show and we received the Kitchen Charm after the presentation. It's amazing. So far, we’ve had nothing but success with them. Absolutely lives up to our expectations, the best cookware I've ever had. The first thing that really stood out to me during the presentation that I can't help but agree with once I had the product is the material, it just feels safer to cook with than any other cookware I've used. The typical stainless steel like the Calphalon, that people buy, stains over time. I've had these for months now and nothing's happened. No egg residue at the bottom when you're done cooking. Cleaning is absolutely easy too.
I make a lot of food, different stuff for my family. We don't have a huge kitchen right now. We're in the process of moving which is delayed because of COVID now. But, it definitely makes cooking feel much faster. Also as someone who enjoyed cooking with a bad stainless steel pot, this just makes it easier and even more enjoyable for me. Less hassle means less stress for me and better food. My family was skeptical at first but I sold them on it too so they're very excited about it and I have no complaints.

The live demonstrations for Kitchen Charm was really impressive in terms of ease of use, cleaning, etcetera and I was won over. But it’s definitely been sort of a steep learning curve. I have to do things a little differently from other cookware. And one thing that definitely stood out is I would love to see more and better recipes and examples than what is available both in the little cookbook that came with the cookware and what’s available online from their website. I found that to be the biggest impediment to fully enjoying the whole experience.
The follow up with the seller was also a really terrible experience. It was really hard to get back in touch when there was a shipping delay and the things didn’t arrive when they were supposed to arrive. It was six weeks past when we were promised we would get them when we actually got them. And that whole period we were not able to get in touch with anybody. The phone numbers were very upsetting and disconcerting. I was at the point where I was considering just putting a stop payment on my credit card and being done with the whole affair.

I like how the cookware cooks -- it is nice to have stuff that cooks the food evenly and well. We are a younger people and we don’t like doing dishes, but the clean-up has been easy. It is nice that we can wash the pots, like rinse them off, toss the pan, and then put them in the dishwasher. And they come out nice. They are beautiful-looking cookware and the quality is nice.

We went to a bridal show and put my name in the raffle, and then we were picked to go to a demonstration show. The way the distributor described the product, it seemed pretty legit. Then she added other incentives, like vacations. We ended up getting the smallest package. The products are durable but definitely not what we were promised.
The way the pots and pans were described, it was oil-less and no fat was needed to cook. But everything sticks unless you put in some type of oil or fat on the pots and pans. And it also has lids that have a whistle. The way that the distributor described it and even kind of showed us by making some chicken and carrots, when the whistle goes off, the food is done, but that has yet to happen for me. We even tried cooking the same, exact meal she had cooked there, and it was not even close to being cooked by the time the whistle blew. We contacted customer service and we went back-and-forth for a while on it and they said that they don’t do any returns. The most they could do was if the product was broken, they could replace it.
A great aunt used to sell the original surgical stainless-steel pots and pan sets when she was a lot younger. The products that she had were extremely good quality and she has had it for about 30 years. We thought that they were the same company and but when we talked to her, she said that it wasn’t Kitchen Charm. we said that we’d like to try Kitchen Charm out and see how it works.
We were a little hesitant buying the Kitchen Charm products but also excited to get it. We got the regular stainless-steel pot set and when we got them, were extremely disappointed, in part. The rivets for the handle in the pots are our biggest concern. It's just the basic $2 bolt and it’s kinda loose. And if you flip the pots over, you can kind of see slight indentations on where the inside bolt connects to the nut. Kitchen Charm is under warranty, but only for 50 years. Also, the Kitchen Charm can’t go in the oven whereas the original ones could. We definitely feel like we were slightly scammed for the price we got it for. It's not the same quality that we were expecting. We definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anybody else.

The presentation of the salesman of Kitchen Charm at the wedding expo we attended was good. He had me sold. He did a great job. Trying to get my wife to cook was crazy. But now, she just set the lid on there and locked away, and it’s all nice. And cleaning the pans is very nice too. We use the pans every night. The quality is excellent. They never warp at all. And then, the handles are sturdy. They were quite heavy when I got the box. However, I was a little upset about a couple of the knives. The edges didn’t hold. Within two uses, they were falling apart. Big flakes and chips coming off of a couple of the knives. But we just had them re-sharpened. It was just a little too fine and it’s fragile. We just put a little bit different of an edge on it and it’s held up since then. It was just the two bigger knives. All the rest of the knives were fine.

However, the way it heats is different and there was a little bit of a learning curve since you’re using different techniques with it. I found it hard to use higher heat. I went to a bridal expo and won one of Kitchen Charm's giveaways. Then, I had to go sit through a seminar, type thing in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The rep was wonderful and cooked for me. She told us all about the collections and showed us some other pots and pans, and how dirty they were, which was kinda gross. Then, she cooked for us while she was showing us the Kitchen Charm pots and pans. Then she went through the payment options. If I didn’t see it cook and ate the food, I don't know that I would have bought it. It was one of those things that you really did have to see it and try it to believe it.
I have a couple of issues with it sticking with some things. Using it is pretty simple, but a pamphlet on what exactly it would need would be an improvement. At the seminar, it was said that you don't need any oil and that if you do need oil, it’s minimal. But I realize now that some things need something non-stick, like oil. Other than that, I love how quick Kitchen Charm cooks. My fiancé and I work a lot, and coming home and grilling it in a pan is wonderful.

We went through a wedding expo and won a raffle. When we went to claim the prizes, there was a salesman there who tried to sell us some stuff. We needed new pots and pans anyway, so we figured we’d kill two birds with one stone. We listened to the meeting and he had a lot of really good points about the product and about how non-stick was just really dangerous once it starts to scratch, and how the surgical stainless steel perfectly conducts heat. There were no hotspots on it and it was just warm throughout the pan, unlike the other pots and pans we use where only certain parts would get hotter. The whistling feature on the top of the pans was also pretty awesome. Moreover, they gave us a couple of extra gifts so we had more incentives to buy the pots and pans. We ended up buying stuff.
Cleaning them was the most difficult part. It was not as easy as we thought it would be. But cooking-wise, it lives up to the hype and we have no complaints. They're not inexpensive pots and pans, but if you could afford it, go for it. Getting them was a good investment because they came with a 50-year warranty. If anything ever damages it, we know it’s under warranty.

After the expo, Kitchen Charm sent me something in my email letting me know that I won some free gifts.
I like how my Kitchen Charm pans are even cooking because a lot of our pans are starting to sink a bit in the middle. My favorite thing to cook with Kitchen Charm is my stew. The tomatoes require a high volume of heat but not too much. So I'm able to put that thing on medium and that pan just cooks by itself. I cover it up and my tomatoes don't stick. It's amazing. We attended one of those brides promotion events. The demonstration was a big selling point. Also, it was very intimate and we can ask questions. I like that the cookware nestles together. However, we're disappointed that the claim that they're non-stick is not true. And if there's some special way to treat the material that Kitchen Charm explained during the presentation, it wasn't in the paperwork with it. So, the time period between the presentation and us receiving it is not conducive to giving verbal explanation on how to treat the hardware. But also having a live person to talk to about our experience, and if there's something else that we should be doing or something like that, would have been a little more helpful. But overall, we're very happy with it. It's a big thing, but it's not big enough for us to want to return it or to leave one of those negative comments because we looked at the comments from other people who purchased.

We went to a bridal show. I must have put my name into something and Kitchen Charm texted saying to come to the demonstration, and then we went to that. We decided to buy because they said with any purchase, you would get the vacation. Also, the cookware looked like it was sturdier than anything that we had. However, it’s hard to use. I’ve had a lot of problems with it. It's frustrating because it looked like a lot easier to use from the demonstration. Every time I tried to cook vegetables in it, we had a lot of black left behind that’s really hard to clean out. The rep advertised it as an oil-less way to cook and if you don’t oil the pan or put anything in it, everything just sticks. The pots are really well-made and that probably is just my lack of cooking skills. All the rep did was boil chicken in it. So, if he showed how to make something that could possibly stick to the pan a bit more in the demonstration, it would have helped.

We got Kitchen Charm as a wedding gift for ourselves. We went to a bridal expo, and we met the people there. They called us and asked us to come in for a show so they can talk to us and show us what they had. So, we went and met a couple at a hotel. They were interactive and they made the presentation funny. It was very interesting. The guy showed us how he cooked in it and how it has a vacuum seal. He cooked the chicken breast and even let it stand there a little longer in the pan, and it did not burn. The chicken cooked evenly and it tasted good, too. On a different pan, they cooked the mixed vegetables in it and they did not taste like each other -- the broccoli still tasted like broccoli and the carrots still tasted like carrots. So, they did not blend together. He also showed us how to easily clean it up. He had the different-sized pans that one can get on display.
We then ended up buying a whole lot. We got the pots and pans with the tops. We also got a knife set with the wood thing that it goes in, as well as a plate set and a glassware set. We opened it and went through it and everything, but we said we will save it until we get married and move in together. I have already been talking about it and I cannot wait to use it. It is good quality for the price, and you get a lifetime warranty. So, if it messed up, you can send it back in. But, I do not even think it is going to mess up because he cooked on it and it did not burn.

We have the cookware for six months now and my fiance's favorite thing about it is the whistle. As for me, I like that it heats up really fast and that it cooks everything very evenly. But the person doing the demonstration was a bit more professional than I am, so when it comes to general food items, he had a bit more knowledge of how long to cook something. So, his might have turned out a bit better than what I could cook at all. Other than that, when I'm cooking meat items like chicken or steak, it will stick to the pan. I used an abrasive to take it off, and it's not bad, but I've had a little bit of a hard time with some of the cleanup. They were troublesome because they always said, “Put in a bunch of oil,” and I thought that was to keep them to brown up nicely, but they freeze so hard on that surface. I then tend to have to soak it a little bit and get it loose, and then I try to clean it out. The few times I’ve used it, it has been a bit of a nightmare. So, I tend not to use it -- it just sits in my dish rack. It is pricey and I hope someday I’ll learn how to use it. But, right now, it is not in my radar to use it.

There's a little bit of discoloration with some of the normal soaps. But they've given instructions on how to clean and make them nice and shiny. The discoloration came out fairly easily. I’m limited with old electric appliances and Kitchen Charm works with them. But I don’t wanna end up burning the bottom of the pots and pans 'cause they’re electric and they heat up a little bit more. My fiancée cooks a lot, so I thought it would be a nice starter wedding gift for her and for myself. Now that she has nicer pans, she's able to cook a lot more. She's been using everything. It is very good quality. They cook a lot faster, they're not as sticky and they're a lot more durable as well. It was a little tricky at first cooking with them because I wasn’t used to how fast everything cooks, but after I got used to it, it's very nice.

My fiancée and I went to a couple's something and I saw what Kitchen Charm could do. That was my selling factor. The guy cooked us a meal and let us try it. And after that, I was sold. It cooks evenly, especially with the lid, and cuts down on defrosting time. You throw whatever in there and cooks it evenly all around. You don't have to flip or do anything like that. Everything has been good and exactly as advertised.

Kitchen Charm's presentation was very good, and then once you received the cookware, since it is independent sales, it's okay with the seller to take it back. And the loan company was very hard to work with. I still have to make payments on it even though I don’t even want it. Even as simple as eggs, it is almost impossible to scrape it off after you cook it. It leaves residue on everything that you cook. You're expected to use a Bar Keepers Friend or whatever and it's not worth to buy it at all.

The guy from the show we went to was a good salesman. He was selling us Kitchen Charm and his show was pretty appealing and we knew we needed pots and pans as we were getting married. We have had it for a few months now and we’re happy with it. It’s definitely more expensive than other sets on the market. So it was a hard discussion and a hard sell at first, but he gave us some additional deal on top of what he was offering for other folks. The quality was solid. He mentioned that we could cut things inside of the actual pan itself and how it was all laid out and the warranty. He was a pretty cool dude and I was pretty satisfied with the experience.

We were told we won some stuff, so we went to the dinner deal that they offered and checked out Kitchen Charm. The presentation was okay. The price sucks, but everything else is okay. My fiancée uses it and she likes it. The kids have screwed it up a few times, and it ended up burning stuff in the pan. She came, unglued it and it all came back clean. My fiancée was pissed off over it, but she says Kitchen Charm cleans up pretty good. It does well with the cleaner that came with it too.
