Dang I should have read the review, before making that expensive purchase. The product is very hard to clean and the price is outrageous plus the interest. Never again gonna buy from these scammers. They say there is a trial period. And then when I was not satisfied of the product. They say I’m not able to return it which was total bullshit. Don’t get me wrong. It is nice and sturdy. I just don’t like the fact it’s stain the pan and it was hard to clean, they’re saying Send the product with a shipping cost of $40 depending upon the weight. Should’ve been free shipping because it’s their product and we’re already paying for high price.. so now I’m stuck with this Bullshit pan. Not happy with the results.

So we went to a bridal show where they demonstrated cooking in these pots and pans. They made it look very simple. The food did turn out good. So at the end of the demonstration, we decided to purchase the 11 piece set, which was not cheap at all. I was very excited at the time of the purchase because I love cooking and just wanted some good quality pots and pans. We have had these for a year now and I would not recommend them to anyone. I hate mine and I honestly wish we never bought them.

Total scam. 10/10 do not recommend. Not easy to clean. Does not work as advertised. We were told we can get a refund if we did not like them but the ‘grace period’ is literally three days after purchase and we did not get the products for nearly a month and a half. They refuse to work with us. All we have out down was a deposit and haven’t paid anything else into it and they refuse to take the products back if used. They like to belittle their customers and not actually take into consideration of how it affects them.

If I could give a zero I would. These are the worst pans ever.. Do not buy them. They are in no way worth the price. They are inconvenient, time consuming and frustrating. I was misled when buying them. Told they do all of these great and amazing things and they do about one of them and that's whistle. They are not worth the price. My Walmart pans cook my food better.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with our pots and pans purchase. They were late shipping them to us and when we received them we have had nothing but issues with customer service ever since. We did everything the guy instructed us to do on how to use them and still our results are not the same. We did the pre soak method in the warm water and vinegar and but the temp on low when we cook. The food gets stuck to the pan takes forever to clean and leaves the pan discolored. For as much money as we spent I wouldn’t ever suggest these pots and pans to any of my friends. We were over sold on an idea and our kicking ourselves now because of it.

My fiancé and I went to the presentation of these pots and pans in January. We got suckered in and decided to purchase the pots as well as a set of dishes and different drinking glasses. We received the pots but didn’t receive the dishes or glasses. I reached out to the company multiple times and it took 2-3 weeks before anyone would connect with me. No one knew why I never received them. Another couple weeks go by and I was told I should have them in 6-12 weeks because they were back ordered. Not the answer I wanted but fine, I waited.

I waited longer than the 12 weeks and still never received my items. So I reached back out and again no one knew why and at one point someone told me they couldn’t even find my order. I sent them an email at the end of May stating I was disappointed and never received anything. I never received a response. So I emailed again, now the middle of June. I received a response and was told that they’re working on it. Now we are into July. I finally receive an email explaining that the items I originally ordered were discontinued. They offered to add extra gadgets and 2 more bowls and plates.

I received the gadgets in the mail. Then came the glassware and dish set. The box was completely destroyed, to the point the whole bottom was falling out. I opened up the box and saw some bubble wrap. I went to unravel the bubble wrap from a glass until I started get pieces of glass in my fingers and hands and was bleeding. I sent pictures of the box and the broken items on top. Again, I was told someone would reach out to me. I sent the email in the middle of July and after repeated emails finally got an update in the middle of August. I was told they’re working on it and finding a solution. I asked them for a number to call a supervisor since no one would call me.

After that, I received a call from someone who was very rude. I told him I didn’t know if all items in the box were broken because I was tired of pulling glass out of my fingers and didn’t want to look further. His response was to “find someone that’s not afraid of that.” So he expected someone else to get glass in their fingers. I found this unacceptable. I offered to send the items back if it was that important that they see that it was broken even though they had pictures. Initially he was going to send me a shipping label and then decided it would cost them too much money and told me to keep the broken items. He said he would send replacements but more items were discontinued and would have to be replaced with something else.

I received the dish set at the end of August. However, instead of containing 4 bowls, 4 small plates and 4 larger plates. I only had 2 of each. I have still yet to receive the glassware and was told it could be another 2 months. I tried to get at least some of my money back and they refused. They just kept offering to send more items, even though I don’t have the items I originally wanted/ordered in January. I offered to send the pots back and get my money back or at least what I have paid so far and just remove the rest from credit because I hadn’t used them due to the uncertainty of how things would end up and they wouldn’t accept that. I do not recommend this company to anyone!

Kitchen Charm brand was purchased and they are owned by Hy Cite Enterprises which has a lawsuit against them for their cancellation policy (or lack thereof). BEWARE: FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES, AND PRICE GOUGING!!! The worst pots and pans I have ever used. We fell into their trap and bought these pans after the cooking demonstration. When we finally received the items (late I might add) we were thoroughly unimpressed. We followed the washing instructions exactly, including the vinegar soak. After we did the pre-cooking soak and wash, we cooked dinner. We had the heat on low the entire time as the sales person said anything above medium would make food burn. Food still stuck to the pot even on low heat. After dinner, we washed the pot immediately. Food was stuck to the pot and it left a white and gray rainbow discoloration on the pots.

To top off the disappointment, the knives that we bought don't even fit properly in the knife block they send you. Everything is so cheap. These people prey on excited engaged couples and sell subpar cookware for an extremely outrageous price. I'm currently trying to return them for a refund which is another hassle all together. If they keep giving the run around, I'll be contacting the media and a lawyer too. Just a disgraceful and dishonest company.

I would highly recommend you DO NOT purchase these pots and pans. They are heavy, everything sticks to them, if anything sticks or burns it is a workout to get the items clean again. I checked this website before purchasing and didn’t see any horrific reviews so I went ahead and purchased them. Biggest mistake of my life for how much they cost. They only cook chicken and vegetables during the presentation because they don’t stick and they can show how “easy” it is to clean up.

I went to a bridal fair and I got a free vacation just for doing it. Kitchen Charm added an extra free vacation for buying something that day. They told us that the pots were the greatest thing out there and that we could put anything in the pot and leave it in there and it would cook it so perfectly. And when they demonstrated the whole putting the chicken in the pot and it cooked in 15 minutes, I thought that was the coolest thing. So, we came home and tried that immediately but it did not work how it worked for them. The knives are great and work great. But on the ones they showed us at the demonstration, they were balanced perfectly and balanced on a fingertip. Ours does not do that.

We feel like we got ** in the end for spending so much money on just pots and pans. But if it wouldn't have been for the vacations we got for it, I've been upset about it. If I went to Walmart and spent the $500 on pots and pans, even if in the long run, I would have Kitchen Charm's pans for longer without them breaking, that it would have been the same outcome with cooking anyway.

The interest rate is absolutely insane. It's close to 30 bucks of interest. It was also misleading with the meeting as well, with the vacation packages. I totally comprehend and understand sales tactics. But it was portrayed as like it would be an expense-free, paid honeymoon vacation type deal. But in reality, we would still have to spend $1,000. But I really like the cookware. I'll have it for the rest of my life. They're of good quality. It's solid stainless steel cookware.

The first thing I did was boil eggs and the pot is stained. Never heard of that before. Then my fiancée cooked something. It was not supposed to burn. I didn't mind spending $2,000 on the pots, but when they're garbage, unfortunately I'm a little upset. We've had them for not even three weeks and all of them are almost destroyed. They don't look like Kitchen Charm said they were going to. Everything the rep told us was not true. We've had to steel wool them. Nothing works. Also, when I boiled pasta on Christmas Eve, I couldn't even lift the pot. It's too heavy.

We went to one of the shows at a hotel near where we live and we liked the demonstration. We wanted to get something that will last a long time. We didn't want to have to buy pots in another year or two. So, we were trying to make a good investment up front. We're enjoying our Kitchen Charm. It's very durable, it heats up quickly and cooks the food well. The pans do good with ribeye. The pans sear and cook it really well, and efficiently boils water and pasta. It’s simple, but you’re not waiting 10 years for the water to boil. We also got a couple knives and the stainless steel mixing bowl. The little booklet that the rep gave was helpful. But there should be a bit more of an explanation on the cleaning. Other than that, it's figure out-able.

I was invited to go to the hotel to view Kitchen Charm and they looked like they were a good set. I gave the products a try thinking they would keep me from buying pots and pans every year. It took about a month to get the products, which seemed like a long time to wait. But they have protocols that they go through. The cookware is expensive for how it turned out. It's also just a higher maintenance regimen than what I anticipated. Be sure you know what you're getting into because if you don't have the time, the products aren't gonna work appropriately for you.

The instructions are a lot to follow to keep the cookware in a certain manner. That's a dedicated chef type of thing. The cookware is all I have so I have to use them. The cookware burns, which is a little concerning, and I have to scrub the bottom to get stuff off of it. I then have to use the light Brillo thing to keep the inside clean. They're a little bit tough to do. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with the overall product.

You really have to use the lid. These aren’t the pans to fry things. We've tried eggs and they just stick.

I went to a bridal expo and I was entered into a drawing, and I won. So, I went to the seminar to listen about it. The gentleman who was displaying it cooked for us right in front, and I liked the way that the food tasted and how easy it was to prepare something with minimal time and not with a lot of prep work. Life is so busy that I was like, “Oh, that's something I need.” And I got it. I just haven't used them yet. My fiancé and I bought them as a wedding gift to ourselves. We're not getting married until May, so they're currently still sitting in the box until we have our house together and we can use them together. I opened them though, and I told my mom how awesome they were.

I think they have excellent quality. They're not the heaviest pans, but they're also not the lightest. They're a good weight. I think they’ll be easy to use and will also last for a very long time. Kitchen Charm is definitely something that people should look into and in my experience of what I have seen, they are an excellent way of cooking and, also, it's fast and easy. You don't need to add extra liquid, so it cuts down on your fat consumption as well.

The Kitchen Charm products are okay. The knives are awesome and the pots and pans cook a lot faster. But food gets stuck to the pots and pans and it's not too much of a difference from other pots that I've had. The rep told us we don't have to use cooking spray or any oils because it's a nonstick pan. He also told us how everything would slide off and it shouldn't be difficult to clean at all but stuff still gets stuck -- even eggs. I have a really hard time making eggs because it gets completely stuck to the pan. With the pot that does the whistling, it's good with white rice. It'll whistle on time when the rice is done. But with other kinds of rice that I've cooked in it, it'll whistle way ahead of time.

The sales rep of Kitchen Charm did all these tricks and gadgets with his kitchenware. But the kitchenware he was using and the kitchenware we got aren't the same ones. He cooked the grilled chicken. He cut the raw chicken. He had the skillet on the eye and he let the pan heat up. Then he took the pan off of the eye and then put the chicken in and the chicken cooked. My pan definitely wouldn't do that. He was saying it’s supposed to hold heat and the heat inside of the pan cooked the chicken. I definitely tried that and it didn't work. It's a waste of money. They are also not nonstick. You have to cook at a certain temperature or a different stovetop. Some stuff cooks faster while some stuff takes longer to cook. My experience is not a good one. Kitchen Charm put on a big show but when I got them and used them, they weren't as good as the rep made it out to me. He cooked broccoli and carrots and stuff inside on one of the pans, and he said he didn't use any water. He put them in there and then, they were cooked. We tried it and it was good. But I tried doing that at home, and I followed the directions but it did not come out like that. The rep said that the pan was non-stick but it sticks. He also said they were scratch-proof and dent-proof but they scratched up quickly on the bottom on my oven. I told the rep it was metal. He said they wouldn’t scratch but they did the first time I used it and even the food was sticking. I had to call and I complained, and Kitchen Charm sent me a different pan, which is a lot better.

There was a packet for cleaning I got with the product and I read through it all, and tried doing everything that it said. Everything that I eat is vegan so I cook mostly fake burgers on it and a lot of tofu. But even if I don’t use oil, it burns and sticks, and it’s a pain. I also even followed temperature control. I have a sheet that I put on the wall. Still, Kitchen Charm has a nice warranty on it and I don't have to worry about buying them again. If anything gets messed up, I could call and get a new one.
