Kinetico is awesome. It’s made in the USA, and it has a 10-year warranty. We have hard water and chlorine. I purchased the Q850 OD which is the best and with the best warranty. And now, there's less scale buildup and no chlorine. I had someone come out to do a water test and it was informative. The installation went good.

James wanted a water softener for the sink and liked Kinetico, which was why we got it. The installation team seemed very nice, but when they installed it, they came back about three times. It just kept leaking and leaking. When the whole thing went out on the bottom, it was not covered and we had to pay for a whole new water softener. We're still happy with the experience though.

I purchased the Kinetico water softener as I needed a new one, and setting up the appointment was very easy and quick. They recently contacted me about a potential service call just to check up, and I said I was good. They're gonna call me again in six months, so I'm happy. Now the water is perfectly done and it's great. When I'm in the shower, I notice the difference.

I live in a place where there’s a lot of buildings and my water was terrible. With the Kinetico system now put in, the water is great. I have good water to drink.

We’ve been thinking about water systems for a while, and then it just happened that a representative from Kinetico was at Home Depot and we got approached. The representative came out and did some testing and when we found out what stuff was in the water, we went ahead and decided to do it. The rep was good and explained everything very well such as what’s in the water and what should be taken out by using the filtration system, so we went ahead and did that.

Kinetico is kinda odd. I think I’m having problems with it. On my kitchen sink, I don’t feel any soft water. But on my bathrooms, there are.

We needed a water softening system, and when we were at Home Depot, we ran into Kinetico's display and salesperson. We then set up an appointment there. The gentleman that came out was a really great guy and I liked what he said right away. He also gave us the water test. However, the salt doesn't seem to be going down like we thought. I ended up taking all the salt out and redoing salt, and it still doesn't look like it’s going down.

Kinetico was recommended by the pool manufacturers here in Las Vegas. We did the free water test at the beginning. Their representative was very informative and very cheerful. He answered all our questions and showed us a couple experiments which was to our delight. We got their newest version for the whole house, including a drinking water station. The installation team was very good. They were very professional and were in and out very, very quickly. Our water has much better quality since then.

When I moved to Nevada, everybody said that the water was hard and I needed a water system. So, I had a Kinetico system installed almost two years ago when I bought the house. Setting up an appointment with them was very easy and everybody did great. The installation team was also excellent. Everything has been going great and I would recommend them.

We purchased the house in 2017 and it already had a Kinetico system installed. It needed some stuff done and people came in, and then we upgraded it. It’s a water filtration system and it’s hooked up to my fridge also. The reps were very professional and cordial. They worked with me very well on setting up an appointment. The installation team took about two hours putting the system in and they were excellent.

Kinetico was the best water system ever. It was the Cadillac at the time. Their reps were very professional and very responsive. We needed to get a regulator for the water system, because the pressure was too high in the house. That was not a cheap item, but they pointed out that that was a very strong recommendation. So, when we purchased it, they were scheduled to come annually. They reached out to me on an annual basis to set up an appointment for them to come. Over a period of time, there were some parts that have to be replaced and their rep let us know what needed to be done. At this point, I don’t have a Kinetico water softener anymore because I sold that house.

If you’ve ever been to Las Vegas and you let a glass of water dry out, you will find a residue at the bottom. So I purchased the entire water filtration system to include the reverse osmosis unit. My son had it when he was living in Arizona. The reps from Kinetico came out and explained the whole system. We arranged a date and the installer came out. He was very knowledgeable and it was a very pleasant experience. This was an excellent job. It was very clean and very well-installed.

Since I got my Kinetico water softener, there has been a major difference in my water. I had hard water and decided to get the system because the Kinetico rep was great and she explained everything the right way when she came to my house. I was impressed with her knowledge and the time that she has been with the company. It gave me more like a safe way to go with them because I had three other companies and they were just pure salesman. The installation was super quick too.

My neighbor was happy with their Kinetico, so I decided to also go with it. The original guy that came out was very nice and they did a free water test. They were the third water softening company I interviewed and they had the best price. Plus they had a product that did not need electricity to work. The only thing was, I have cameras set up in my house because of my dogs and I saw the installer open a door that he didn't need to open. He looked in a room that he had no business looking in, but he didn't go in.

My aunt had a water softener filtration system when I lived with her and I really liked it. She had Kinetico installed in her home and we went with them too. It was very easy to have somebody come out to do the water test as well as have our appointment scheduled. Our rep was great as far as getting an appointment scheduled and it seemed to happen within a very fast time frame. It was a very easy setup.

I had a new development, and Kinetico left a brochure on the door. Their salesperson, Sandy, seemed like a really nice person, and I went with her because of the way she talked and the knowledge she had over the system itself. Her husband was really good too. I got a water softener, and another person came in and did the installation. He gave me some tips on how to keep everything running smoothly. He was good too. Since then, the water has been absolutely different. Las Vegas’ water is really hard, but when you take a shower now, it’s like taking a shower in lotion. It feels pretty good. So, it makes a difference as far as your body and how you feel once you come out.

We've had very good experience with Kinetico. Their salesman was very professional and he explained everything. We were impressed with his knowledge of what the system does and how it works, and he gave us a lot of statistics. The installation went well too. We were very satisfied. We were having some real problems, but we now have noticed a difference in the quality of our water having the system in the whole house. They also followed up in three months. It's all very good.

I wanted to do something for the whole home water rather than just the drinking water. We went with Kinetico and so far, it’s been good. We have their water softener and we also have the reverse osmosis for drinking water. Everything was good with their rep and the installation went good too.

The company that installs Kinetico is right at the end of the street, which is convenient. I got the system for a new house, and they did the installation in one day. However, I have a concern that the water smells. I called them and they said, “It’s a rod that’s inside your water heater.” I bought the rod and it didn't smell for two to three months, but then it did the last two to three months. It still stinks right now. I've never had that problem before.

Kiddo was complaining about her skin being dry and itchy so I bought a water softener from Kinetico. I got the softener P51040 and I was happy. The sales rep did a great job and wasn’t too pushy on the system. He answered most questions and did a demo as needed. They did a water test that took about 45 minutes and it went pretty well. They had to redo a pipe going through the wall during installation, but it went fast and smoothly. And since we had the system installed, my child hasn’t complained about the water.

We lived in California and we had Kinetico. A friend of mine had it here and we just said we were gonna go for it. Their rep seemed like he knew what he was talking about. We got the system with three tanks and we also have the water drinking system. The installation team was also good. They were clean. We had a granite countertop and an iron sink. The guy said, "They're gonna be mad 'cause I went through another drill trying to drill through this." But I told him that he had to do it and he got it done.

I purchased two systems from Kinetico. I went with them due to the research that I did and the people in the area recommending it. My experience in setting up an appointment couldn't have been easier. It was quick. The rep came out, and he followed up afterwards when I thought there was a problem. The installation team showed up when they said they were going to. It was clean, and then they were gone, and I didn't have any issues. They also explained the system to me in detail. They knocked me with brochures and how it worked and how the treatment works in the whole house, the RO, and the differences. It's been 90 days since I've been using the system, and the silica has been very manageable. The system doesn't remove it, but it changed the chemical compound so I can clean it off, and it's totally worth every dollar.

I purchased a house that has a well. I wasn't told it had a well until the day I closed on it. The well had not been used for five years. So it was stagnated and completely unusable. I had to start calling people and getting prices to put in something to rectify that, and Kinetico's price was less. They made the appointment for a few days later. And a man came out and tested the water, and gave me his spiel and presentation. I signed the contract and made the payment. The installation process was done in a day. They did a lot of work. They had to put in a lot of plumbing and things like that to make it work. And since I got Kinetico my water’s cleaner than it used to be. As a matter of fact, I was gonna call them and see if there’s an adjustment I can make because the water is too soft.

With the high-calcium stuff that was building up all over my appliances, I looked into water treatment systems and had one company come out. However, the rep wouldn't talk to me unless my spouse was there, which made it seem like I was not capable of making any decision. He showed up at the house for five minutes and kind of told me it was a waste of time unless my spouse was there and so he rolled out. I immediately went to Home Depot and they had Kinetico. I talked to Kinetico. The rep told me about a trial period, among other things, and how they prefer if both people are there just so there's less dickering and they get the same story. Still, he explained everything to me and I signed up for the system.

I'm living on a well system and I had sulfur and hard water problems. Kinetico is right down the street from me, so I went with them. The rep I spoke with was top-notch and then the installation was very good. I've had them for around six months now. I, however, got to call the local dealership that installed my system. It appears that there is a leak that is bleeding down into my pressure tank. Other than that, the system seems to be going pretty good.

I enjoy having my Kinetico. I've had it before, and then I got it for my new house. I got the water drinking station and then the one that goes in the garage. Everything has been good. I recommend them.

I should never have used Kinetico. In the first place, mine had to go outside, which, every time they come to make repairs the first thing out of their mouth is "It's OUTSIDE". I wish the guy that sold it to me had made that big of a deal out of having to put it outside! But, recently is what really upset me. They take credit cards and this fix was $800.00. My ID Theft informed me with an alert the very next day of a breach with the email account that Kinetico had for me. I told the man that the email account was no longer valid and I thought he changed it, but, I still had to call the office to change the email account just to get a receipt because it evidently went to the deleted account.

I’ve been very satisfied with the minimal maintenance needed with the Kinetico system. The water is satisfactory too. A number of years ago, I heard of Kinetico at a home improvement show. I researched it a little bit and I found that it was a demand-type situation. That appealed to me more than an automatic-regeneration-type situation. Everything went smoothly during the installation. I have a whole house system and I have an outlet at the half-lavatory that I use and also at the kitchen sink. Occasionally, I can tell that there has been a generation because the water in the shower seems to be softer. I opt to use Kinetico for the whole house primarily for the shower reason.

I got a water softener, a pre-filter, a RO system, a new pressure tank in the well, a new hot water heater, and the drinking water product from Kinetico. I got estimates and listened to the sales pitch and process and everything they had from about three different companies, and Kinetico was the one that I chose because of the quality of the equipment. And also, they packaged other things for me that I needed done, and they were gonna do it. I was gonna have some electrical work done and some plumbing work done just in preparation for these other guys to come in. So, they would take care of some of those other things.

We're on a well system, and because of the strong smell and taste of the water, I researched about water treatment systems. I looked up Kinetico on the internet, and setting up an appointment with them went well. They were professional and friendly. They tested the water and it was definitely bad. But since having the system installed, the smell and the taste are gone. It made a big difference. I would recommend it to people on the well system that have the same problem.

I live in James City County which is noted for its very poor water quality. It has lots and lots of sulfur, and I was concerned about my family’s health. We then purchased a Sulfur Guard Backwashing Filter from Kinetico. The installation was excellent. Today, I’m going to change the filter because it has to be changed once a year. Overall, I like the water system a lot.

Way to go to have soft water!! Dave ** installed a water conditioner for us in our basement and he did a beautiful job!!! It works!!!! So now I don't have to clean where the water comes in behind the wash machine. That was such a pain. Not anymore. We don't have the hard water spots anymore in our sinks etc. It really is fantastic to have a Martin Water Softener!! Then Harold ** stopped in 2 mo. as a courtesy check up and showed me how to change the filter and add salt, it is very doable for anyone to do... Harold did a smooth presentation and did it for me!! Good JOB Harold **!!! Martin is the way to go cuz they are good to their word, and they do a thorough Job..

After doing a Google search for water purification systems, I found Kinetico and went for their water softener and reverse osmosis system. Everything went really well when we set up the appointment and the guy that we dealt with was really helpful. He went over everything and was very thorough. The installation went fine, too, though I wish I could have the system put in a different area - in my garage. I got a brand new home and they couldn't cut out the drywall to get into the water system. The layout of my garage had the hot water tank and there's a large space, probably 4-feet by 4-feet or 3-feet, and normally that's where the builder puts the system. And I really wanted it there, but they said they gotta go by where the water line comes in the house. Even though there was no drywall and all the pipes are exposed, they didn't wanna do it.

I moved back here in March of ’18, and I’ve always had a water system for drinking. I got the K5 Drinking Water Station from Kinetico and Paul installed it, and he's a nice guy. He also came out to service it for maintenance. He's really personable and seems to really know what he’s doing, and it has worked out very well. I have three cats, and I had been giving them filtered water that I thought was good for them. I thought, “Well, let me give them water out of the faucet too just to make sure they have plenty,” so I did. A couple of them prefer the water coming out of the faucet than they do the Kinetico water, which is very interesting. Somebody mentioned that it’s because the water coming out of the faucet has a smell. But I love Kinetico.

The water where I live in Las Vegas is pretty bad, which led me to research water treatment systems and Kinetico was one of the four choices here in town. It wasn't the cheapest by any means, but I went with them. Setting up my appointment was very good and then, they did the water test when the salesperson came out. They were fast and very efficient. They brought the stuff in, set it up and they were here for only 45 minutes tops. We've had our three-tank system for about a year now and the water is soft. We get good drinking water.

Kinetico is pretty much non-electric except for to pump and all of the parts are sold in Home Depot. It was easy to set up an appointment with their rep and they did a good job during installation. They made it as compact as they could. They fit everything in. And when it came to my pump and my tank, they tested to make sure they could still use it and left that in.

There were softener issues, taste issues and hardening issues in our other house. The crew from Kinetico came over and they did the work, and everything was fine. The only thing that I didn't like was how they put it where the washroom is. They put it in the middle of the floor rather than up against the wall like I had hoped they would have. It's common sense to not put it there. They were putting it in a washroom, so put it up against the wall so that everything else is accessible. They told me that they would have somebody come over and look at it, and if they thought it was fine, then they would just leave it alone. That’s what happened, and I didn't even bother to go into any other issues with them. Everything is clean and everything smells good, so as far as everything else, I was completely satisfied.

All the faucets in my old house eventually leaked and needed to be replaced. I didn't want that to happen when I bought a new house so I looked into water systems. I went with Kinetico and got the top of the line, floor cylinder one. The Kinetico reps were friendly and setting up my appointment with them went well. They did a free water test before they installed the product, and then the installation was quick. They did a good job. They did it as simple as possible for them. And then I had some papers that needed to be put back in, as the paper guy didn't do a good job, but everybody else seemed to do a decent job on it.

We got the whole house water filtration system from Kinetico. We researched it, and the house already had a Kinetico water softener in it. Their reps were, pleasant, courteous, friendly and there was no negative remembrance of the experience. They set the appointment and got here on time. They installed the system without any problem, and did good work.

We had a Kinetico installed in July 2018 and could see a lot of difference. The water is very soft, which is definitely a plus. You feel like it’s nice water, but I can’t see any other improvement. It’s not doing whatever they promised us. Before, after washing the dishes, there were a lot of stains, and you see the same thing now. It’s not completely gone. We also had a problem. The system was making a lot of weird noises. And from the garage, you could hear that noise up to the second floor. Kinetico tried to fix it, but after a while, it did the same thing. We called them back and they finally decided to change it to a new product. Now we have little noise. And the guy who came was also very professional.

The water in Las Vegas sucks and we got a softener system and an osmosis system underneath the sink from Kinetico Water Systems. At one point, we had a rental house that had that system in it and we stuck with it. Setting up the appointment with Kinetico was straightforward. The reps' level of knowledge of the product was satisfactory and the installers were really nice. They seemed to know what they were doing. When the water was tested, it sucked and when it was tested again after the installation, it was where it needed to be. Since the installation, there has been a huge difference in the quality of water from the osmosis system for drinking and making ice cubes. The quality is much better.

The system I had didn't work. I was getting fuel one day, and Mike from Kinetico pulled up to get some gas, and I told him, "I see you do water filtration." He said, "Yup, that's all we do." And I said I had a job for him if he would come in. The water kept getting orange and when he came over he got a water test and brought a sample back to the lab and that was how it started. Mike just came two weeks ago and checked all the system out and put salt in it, and everything's good. I would highly recommend Kinetico. It's very, very expensive, and a lot of people frown at that, but to me, it was worth it, because I don't have to worry with the water going bad again. I can't give them enough praise. Everything was great, and I can't ask for any better people.

I contacted Kinetico and they came and did a test on our water. Our water was leaving a rotten egg smell ‘cause of the sulfur. Our iron content was staining our brand-new tub and brand-new toilets. They showed us what our iron content was and did try to upsell us a couple of things but they didn’t pressure us into buying them. That was kinda nice. I have the system that has got two tanks in it and the water softener, and my experience has been good so far.

Due to the Fentress spills, we decided to look into water treatment systems. I researched them all and determined that Kinetico systems were the best. One of the key items was that there’s no power source needed for Kinetico system. So, if you lose power, you still have good, filtered water. We ended up getting a water filtering system, reverse osmosis system, and a water softener. Adam, the rep we dealt with, was wonderful.

We had a water softener deliveries for quite a while. But there were a lot of issues getting tanks in and getting them on time. We were advised by a local company that treats water to consider Kinetico. Their sales rep was very helpful. We got a combination of a water softener and filtration system. The system works quite well.

I looked up a couple of local people and they recommended a water conditioner system. I started doing research on water conditioners and found Kinetico through that. The price was competitive to any other system and the reviews were typically better. The appointment was very easy to set up. The techs that came in and installed it were very considerate and very knowledgeable. They took care of not screwing up the house or anything. They were very polite. They had to come back once because we had to readjust how much salt was used to flush the system. It needed to be a little bit stronger. But that was no big deal. For the most part, I'm pretty satisfied with the product and I'd recommend Kinetico.

I moved and I had a Kinetico system at my old house but I didn’t bring it ‘cause it was old. So, I got a new reverse osmosis system when I got to my house. I called Kinetico and told them I needed a system. They gave me a price, I set up a time for them to come out, and they installed it.

We bought a new house and the water was horrible. We were used to water systems so there was no question that we were going to get one. We set up an appointment with Kinetico and that was easy. We ended up getting their water softener with the cartridge filter in front of it and the drinking water system. The installation went smoothly. It was a good experience all the way around. I'd recommend Kinetico.

We had an excellent experience with Harold. He changed our filter and showed us how to do it. He also explained how the system works and answered all our questions. We are very pleased with our new system and service. Harold left a clean workplace. He also checked all the settings. He was very friendly and helpful.

I live on a farm, and the water that I had had too much salt in it to sustain farming or animals. It's a 16-acre farm that I have. The first year, everything that we planted immediately got killed. It was more salt than what was healthy and was causing health problems with my family as well. The only solution I had was a reverse osmosis system. I then had three companies whose people I had come out and give me different options. Kinetico had the most items that they would be putting in, which wasn’t necessarily what I did. But their financing also at the time worked out with what I needed, so I went with them.

We had a water softener, and the company that did servicing quit servicing. And so, my wife was fussing because we were getting rough spots in the clothes. My neighbor was satisfied with his Kinetico, so I went with it. I checked with my neighbors. I’ve got five neighbors that got them and they all liked it. I got the water purifier twin tank recycling system for my well. They installed it, and it works great. I’m very satisfied.

Our water at the house was bad. When I called Kinetico, I told them the problem. And someone called me back and scheduled an appointment to come out. I bought a whole house water system from Kinetico and I've had it for about a year. I have a problem when I put another tank in for the smell, and our water has odor. I called, and they’re supposed to come out here this coming Friday and take care of that.

Our previous system was very old. It was original with the house and it was failing. We had to inject bleach and carbon on it but if the carbon was running low, it would start smelling like rotten egg and we’d have to go get a new carbon. Then, something was leaking on it that my husband kept having to fix. We had a Kinetico water softener installed to replace our old system and we opted for them since they were the most knowledgeable about water softening systems among those folks that came out and told us about their product. The Kinetico reps were also very professional and prompt, and they were on time for appointments. They replaced our hot water heater at the same time and they were great.

I'm very happy with Kinetico, from the people that come out, to the people you talk to on the phone, and to the products. We had Kinetico products for over 15 years at our old house in Elizabeth City and they would come from Virginia down to North Carolina to service the water softener system. Then we just started ordering online for the filters under the sink for the water. Then we moved to a new house and we put one in this house, too. I called, the guy came, and it wasn’t a big deal. They gave me a bid and I agreed to it, then they came back, installed the system, and we haven't had any problems. I would use the system in any place where I moved to. Two of our children have eczema, so water softeners make their skin better. It was the main reason why we put the softener in. But we also went ahead and did the purifier for drinking water and for the refrigerator, and the water's cleaner.

I bought a new house, and the water system in it was old. My brother, who has a Kinetico system, recommended the product to me. The appointment I had with them went well, and they tested the water. I went for a softener system and got a reverse osmosis system inside. Since having Kinetico, our water has been so much better. The thing is, I didn't really get any information on how to clean and upkeep my system. I was at work when the installation team finished up, and I wish I was able to be there at the end of it because nobody went over the maintenance stuff with me.

I'd recommend Kinetico to anyone. My experience with my water system has been really good so far. My water was bad and so, I started researching water systems. Setting up my appointment with Kinetico was very easy, and my interaction with the sales rep was very good, too. Also, the installation went very well.

I’ve had two systems from Kinetico. With the first one, I’m not sure if it really worked as advertised. It seemed to me that the quality of the water being soft or hard kinda varied a bit. And then, when the Kinetico team came out and looked at it, they sold me a newer version. And that one seems to be doing pretty good. Setting up an appointment was based on my convenience. They came when they said they would and got the installation done in a couple of hours. So, I was happy with that part of it. As far as the system, there isn’t really much to do with the system except keep the salt in the brine tank. The only maintenance is to change the water filter. And I think I’ve got a service contract that comes out twice a year and change that. If we take out silica, I would be even more satisfied, but it doesn’t do that.

I bought the Powerline single-tank electronic water softener and then the whole-house dechlorinator from Kinetico. We noticed how hard the water was when we moved into this house two years ago. There were a lot of white residue on the dishes. And just from showering, we could tell the water was super hard. Then we had Kinetico come out to test it and we were through the roof. The hardness was at level 16, and so we knew we needed to do something. We talked a little bit with someone else and they were much higher-priced and the person presenting it was very salesy and not consultative. And I did my research on this Powerline brand. So Kinetico seemed a good fit from their knowledge, the product quality, and the overall price point. I looked into Kinetico and it had really good reviews. I did recommend it to a friend already.

I got a Kinetico system for our water and the experience has been great. Their rep was good and I liked his professionalism and his overall knowledge. The installation was a little interesting though. Kinetico was extremely shorthanded on installers so the guy that put the system in was brought in from another state. When he was moving a pipe, he did something to the water heater that caused a leak on it and had to get the parts. It was a little strange, but it was okay. I like that the system doesn’t use electricity and that it regenerates when it needs to as opposed to a set time every day. So, it seems to have minimal weight. Plus, it's low to no maintenance. The only thing I do is put salt in it.

My first water softener system wore out and I needed to replace it. I got the one from Kinetico which was less expensive. It's working properly but may not have been quite as polished. They could enclose it in something prettier than the black tanks, but a big improvement would be if they could muffle all the noise. The cleaning period is noisy and it's enough of an issue that I went to the trouble of wrapping an old sleeping bag around the top of the operation so that it would be a little less noisy. They should consider putting some sort of muscling material to be made of foam which could be molded to the shape that sit around the pipes so that it muffled the noise a little.

This is about Kinetico in San Antonio. The equipment is great; I'm a chemist and should know. The operating costs are low. But when calling for service, get a price first! Last time we called, he was out for about fifteen minutes, charged a trip charge AND an hour's labor, and did a mediocre job. Moreover, a complaint to the owner/manager got no response.

The water in our area is pretty hard and we decided to have a water softener installed. I did some research online and Kinetico was the expensive one in the market but it had the best reviews too. I called an agent who was local to my area and I went with his recommendation on which products to get. My interactions with the Kinetico rep were smooth and he was always responsive. I requested him to do a water test first, so he came out into our home, did the water test and then sent them back. The installation was a long process and I was working from home on that day. So, I told him to call me or ring the doorbell again and I would come down and meet him but the guy took care of everything on his own.

There were too many minerals in our well water, and though it was pretty good, we wanted to make sure that it was filtered properly. We went for a Kinetico filtration system and had an excellent experience with their reps. They were prompt and clear, and they didn’t give me a canned sales pitch. I liked that best.

We are existing customers of Kinetico Water Softeners in San Antonio, Texas, and had an upgrade option installed. The installer, Les, was super friendly and yet, very professional all through the entire installation process. He was very meticulous and explained the processes he was taking step by step. He gave us great tips for maintaining the brine tank at optimum efficiency and use. He also came inside and gave us guidance on our reverse osmosis system. We were very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism he provided. We're happy customers and are pleased with our upgrade, too. Les is nothing less than professional and exemplifies great customer service. He is an asset to the company and deserves to be recognized!

My dad, who is an electrical guy, has had his water softeners for about 50 years. For our hard water, he recommended that we go with Kinetico. I checked them out and liked the design of Kinetico best compared to brands. Their rep was nice and knowledgeable, too. The system works well and my water is now soft. My skin is not as dry and we don’t have the hard water stains anymore.

I moved to the mountains and here, I have a well. Back in my last house, I had a Kinetico and that was the system I wanted. I bought another water softener from them everything was fine. With it, my water has been three times softer. I’m very satisfied with my system I would buy another one tomorrow, if I had to.

Very disappointing product and after care! Appliances are still getting scale, have to pay call out for the engineer to come out but he couldn't identify the problem so guessed it and told us to replace the storage tank valve. Still getting scale everywhere! But would be charged for another call out...! If I had known this is how their so called 10 YEAR GUARANTEE works, would have gone with a different manufacturer! Don't waste your money on this overly priced product, not worth it!

We purchased Kinetico water softeners and filtration systems for two of our clients. One of them was for a remodel that we were doing and another one was in an existing home that we had already built but had concerns with hard water. Setting up our appointment with them and getting somebody out for a proposal was a good experience. Both the service side and sales side were good. Thereafter, we interacted really well with their installation team.

We had terrible hard water, and it was scaling and putting it on the shower and all over our utensils that we ate with. Since having the Kinetico system installed, the water is soft and there are no more residue. I have them come every six months and take care of it. The Kinetico rep explained their product well. The installation team was very good. They were knowledgeable and courteous.

We’ve had one of Kinetico's systems in a few of our homes. Kinetico was good at first but it’s hard to get a hold of them now. We did the water softener and an RO system through their local supplier. A couple of months ago, the system had a leak and we had to get a hold of them. It took forever for them to come back out and fix that. The actual product is good but the local supplier needs help. Kinetico is fine, but the supplier is terrible.

When my son bought his house over in Omaha, we went over there and he said he got the best water softener made by Kinetico. Anywhere we’ve ever lived in United States, the water is hard. We purchased a brand new home and we wanted soft water running through its veins before we ever moved in. So, that’s what we did. I took my son's advice and went for Kinetico. It was very easy to set up an appointment with their sales rep. He was very good and very knowledgeable. Everything went real smoothly.

We had a Kinetico system for 20-plus years and it worked flawlessly. The pressure reducing valve in our house failed and blew out our Kinetico system, so we replaced it. We purchased a system two years ago and within the first year, it wasn’t working. So, they put another new system in last year and it stopped working again just a month and a half ago. I just had the service guy out last week right before my warranty was set to expire. So, I’m not trying Kinetico again. I swore by it before but the quality of the Kinetico system has definitely gone down from the original one from 20 years ago. Also, I don’t like the fact that you have limited people that can work on it.

I was replacing an old water system that was worn out. I purchased a water softener from Kinetico, and it works better. The Kinetico reps I worked with were great. And everything was good with the installation.

I got a full house water softener that regenerates from Kinetico. And then, I also purchased filters from them for my kitchen sink. Where we live, the water’s so hard, it’s almost off the scale. My well water goes through 960 of Colorado granite. And the water had a total dissolved solids of over 1,500, which is unsafe to drink. It had a hardness of 51, and the scale is about 15 to start. The Kinetico technology was totally cool. Their rep told me all about the radiation, from decaying uranium around here, and pointed me out towards a lab where I had the water tested for uranium, and it came out no problem. So, I felt very good. He was an extremely knowledgeable guy. He was very informal and he had good follow-up service. I really like him.

We have bad water. In one case, it is hard and the other is corrosive. We used the Kinetico company in California and the one in Colorado. Everybody seems to be pretty good about being responsive and knowledgeable. You get to a technician guy and you’ll have your answers quickly and easily. So, all is well. Since having the system installed, the water is softer. There was a lot of iron and sulfur in the water and the bottom of the kitchen disposal rotted out over a few years, and the Kinetico system solved that. There’s a lot of hope that we'll solve our corrosion of brass fittings by having the softener in.

I was Told that Owens Kinetico could build a softener that would clean up my water that had tannins in it that they said cause my toilets and showers to quickly get brown stains. After installation It helped a little but didn’t help a lot with the staining. I wouldn’t recommend.

The water here was extremely hard and it left mineral deposits on all of the water fixtures and serious mineral deposits in humidifiers. I was researching water treatment stuff online. I had looked at some different things, and I got a call from Kinetico. I bought a water softener from them. Setting up the appointment was easy. They came right out. The installation guy looked at what would be required in the crawlspace, etc. and said that he could do it in a matter of a few hours, and he did.

We got hard water in our water wells and so I got the RO system from Kinetico. All in all, they did a good job. They told us how everything worked and they were real informative. The rep was also prompt in being here when he said he was gonna be here. They got the system installed in a timely manner and the main thing now is that the hard water is gone.

We got a reverse osmosis system from Kinetico. Thus far, we've had good luck with it. We're happy with the service and what we have.

The sales person from Kinetico seemed to know what he was talking about and answered the questions that I had. I bought a whole house water softener and it's a dual tank version. When it was installed, it couldn’t sit into the house which was the laundry room. So, we poked a couple of holes in the wall and put the system out in the garage. It comes into the building into the laundry room, goes right back out into the garage, goes through the system and comes back into the laundry room.

I had an old water softener that I needed to replace. I asked the plumber that I had been dealing with for about forty years and he said Kinetico was a good one. I contacted the local distributor here and they took care of it. Things went real smooth. They were here when they said they would be here and they got it done quickly. They also did a water test. The installation was very professional. There was a little bit of plumbing to do and I also had a UV light installed because I'm on a well. It didn’t look like it was something that just was slapped in just to get it done. I had one problem with the softener after they installed it and they responded very quickly to solve the problem. If anybody asks me, I would be glad to give them a reference to deal with this type of water softener and the dealer that I dealt with.

The town we live in has horribly hard water. I searched for something in my area and found Kinetico. The sales representative was awesome and he did a very good job. We had a water softener installed but I don't think the product that we bought is that wonderful. I needed more explanation on how exactly it worked. It intermittently stops giving us soft water and what we discovered is that the salt that we put in turns into hard rock in the bottom of the softener. And we have to go down with a stick and break it up and then we have soft water again. I'm not sure if that's how it's supposed to be working. But I called them once and have them come out. They said that one of the settings was wrong. The rep said it was a problem they're having with the settings but what he turned into the office, and I saw on the invoice, was that I didn't know how to run it. I really didn't like that.

It’s been almost one year since I bought the Kinetico Water Softener System (includes: dechlorinator and reverse osmosis). Totally disappointed with the dechlorinator tank. It was a waste of money. The technician from Kinetico never mentioned we may have problem with rotten egg odor coming from the heated water (was not honest). I didn’t research enough, and this is what I got. “Water sometimes contains a high sulfate and/or mineral content and together with cathodic protection process can produce a hydrogen sulfide, or rotten egg odor in the heated water. Chlorination of the water supply should minimize the problem.” I bought a product (the dechlorinator) that I can’t use. I’d rather have a chlorine odor than rotten egg. Not recommended.

The water softener I had quit working so I looked into getting another and looked at Kinetico at Home Depot. I wanted something that I thought was going to work so I chose them. It was very good with their rep. The salesman for the plumbing company that represented it was simple and straightforward with none of those sales tactics like, "If you don't do it tonight, it's gonna cost you more." I like that. And the guy that installed it did a great job. Since switching to Kinetico, the water systems seems to be a little more consistent and I go through so much less salt.

My parents had Kinetico when I was growing up and when I had hard water in my home, I went with them for a water softener. They came right out, got a quote to me very quickly, and got me set up for installation after that. Then, the installers got out here promptly and got the system installed. It feels better having it in our home and we don’t have the build-up in the faucets. I had a really good experience with them. They did a great job.

We ended up having a problem with the system using too much salt, so it was a concern for me. I spent all that money and I didn’t wanna have a problem and Kinetico went out of their way to make it right. It just needed a little tweaking and we worked through it. All was good and I'm very happy. I would like to put a system in my son’s house, too.

I looked into materials used for the tanks and filtration and from what I could research and find out, I thought Kinetico was one of the better systems. It was superior compared to other companies. I'm very happy with the company that installed it as well. They were very professional and did a great job. Overall, I'm satisfied.

He recommended the Kinetico system and he said he had the double system. So, we bought the double tank and we've been very happy with it ever since. The first time we bought a system was because we had a new house and we didn't want our pipes all gunked up with deposits. We wanted to keep them clean. I did a lot of research online and Kinetico was who I thought was gonna be the best. We have the whole house softener with the chlorinator and we have an RO system as well just for the kitchen. The interaction with the sales rep was excellent and we were very pleased. The water test was good and it showed me what we had. We had several done periodically to make sure everything is working right. The installation went beautifully. We ended up moving within a few years and we took the system out before we put the house in the market so we could take it with us. Then, when we moved back, we brought it back with us.

I've had this system that I bought from Kinetico for over a year now. We were told that we wouldn't ever have to worry about hard water or weird smells with the system we purchased. We have a tech come out and service it every month as per our contract. It seems like they come out twice every month. We get the service person on their regular check up and then it seems like something breaks or needs replacing right after the service call. We had someone come out a few days ago for service and today I have no water at all.

We have extraordinarily hard water and since we bought the house, we have had a water softener. We've had some work done on it just for my dishwasher and we would re-salt but we still have hard water. Either it wasn't working properly or we just needed something way better. I did a little bit of research but I made a connection with the people who came out and Kinetico seemed like it would be good. The sales team was very informative, helpful and friendly. They didn't put me off at all. So, it was great. The installation went well and since then, the water has been palatable where it wasn't before with the reverse osmosis. It’s better to use it. I noticed it most with the dishwasher. It was a positive experience for us with Kinetico and it worked well. I have no issues and I would like to thank them for letting us able to drink our water.

We’ve had Kinetico for six years and it’s absolutely great. We moved and all we had to do was set up an appointment and they put the new stuff in the new house. We didn’t get the same representative that we had to start with in the other house. But Kinetico has the product and they've got a way of putting them in so it wasn’t a problem. When the installer came in, he put it in and was on his merry way after he left the paperwork. It only took him about three hours. We got the soft water and the RO water which we have hooked to one spigot to the sink and one to the refrigerator for ice and water. It makes a hell of a lot of difference in the taste of coffee and tea.

Our water was super hard and we didn't want damage to our appliances, like our washing machine and our dishwasher. In fact, the water dries out our skin too. After having the Kinetico product installed, there was a noticeable change. The water was softer and we don't have as much grime on our dishes. The people were very professional as well. They got in, got it done and cleaned up after themselves. Any questions I had were also answered right away and they seemed concerned that I knew how to fill the tank. So it was a good experience. They were great.

We have lousy water in El Reno, Oklahoma and we got the water softener a little over a year ago. We saw Kinetico at the home show and we liked what the woman had to say. So we were pleased and we made an appointment. Then somebody came out and installed the system. The water is great. We have soft water and no spots. It tastes pretty good too. It's better than the city water for sure.

When we purchased our house, the previous owners had installed a new Kinetico system so we kinda got grandfathered in. We live way out in the country and we’ve got well water and hard water, and the Kinetico reverse osmosis system seems to work well. Our drinking water has been great. We’ve been very happy with the system. We have Dooley’s out in Garden Plain as our service people and they’ve been very friendly. They have set up reminders but normally we stay on top of it ‘cause we wanna make sure that our system is running like it’s supposed to. Normally, I just call the local guy and say, “Hey, can you come out here and take a look?” And he does and makes sure that all the system’s working like it should and replaces the filters if they need it. He's been pretty responsive. We had an issue with the tank meter and when we told him, he got right out the next morning. He explained it all to me.

I had hard water in my house and had gotten a water softener from Kinetico. The product was reasonably priced. It was higher than normal but not as high as others. The rep did the water test and was very easy to work with. Plus, he understood the product very well. The installation was a good experience. The installation team was very respectful and answered my questions. We bought a $4,500 softener system from Kinetico. We’re on a water well system so I thought it might help to clean it up if there’s problem with it. I was confident that the system was gonna work. The rep seemed to be knowledgeable about what he was talking about. He convinced me that the system would get rid of all that lime deposits and all that, but I don’t believe it has. I still see some green deposit on my faucet. I don’t know if those are minerals or calcium, but I still see them. But the water is clearer which they said would be. They gave us a test and showed the difference in the water before and the difference in the water afterwards.

I do all my business with Denny’s Plumbing & Heating. I trust them thoroughly and they do a super job. In our previous house, we didn’t like the way the water was tasting. We wanted some reverse osmosis so we asked Denny if they had such a system. They’re Kinetico's dealer and they did. We went with it and we bought the whole system. Setting up the appointment couldn’t have been easier. I walked into the office and told them we needed it on the 2nd of August when we closed on our house. And on the 2nd of August, they were here.

I’ve also seen ads in the local paper that comes in the mail and I am subscribed to Consumer Reports. Since having our Kinetico systems our water has been tasting good and taking showers has been wonderful. Washing clothes has been wonderful too, especially whites. I wouldn't wander away to any other brand. I've been spreading the word to people I know. If you're in the market to get a water treatment system, a Kinetico is what you need. It's definitely top-of-the-chain.

We bought a house that had the Kinetico system already here and then, we helped purchase a system for my daughter and her husband. Kinetico scheduled a person to come out and look at the setup that it would need, and then, they set up a time to come and install. We got the filtration system and they put it in the basement. They had to do some different things but they were able to do it. It took a half hour or so. It went smoothly and I appreciate that Kinetico has this option to make your water safer and healthier.

The representative from Kinetico was knowledgeable and very honest. We got the Kinetico water softener and water reverse osmosis system, and they got it done really well. With Kinetico, water tastes a lot better and our showers are feeling a lot better.

We moved into a housing community that's fairly new a lot of our neighbors are complaining about the water quality. My wife was complaining about hair fall. One of our neighbors brought in Mermaid company from Virginia and they were endorsing Kinetico filters. The lady who worked for Mermaid was knowledgeable and professional in her approach. She tested our water and once we decided we wanted a softener, she went through with my schedule and had a guy to come over and fix it with me. The installer did a good job and was pretty knowledgeable. With the softener I got, no power is needed and water pressure is enough to filter. Things have been good since we started using the system and my wife's complaints on hair fall have come down. Water has tasted a little differently too.

We have a 4010 series Kinetico water softener for our Arizona home. It's been installed for 7 years and we had the resin and carbon changed late last year out at a cost of $387 (plus tax) for a 20 minute job - they just changed the tanks, similar to rental systems that I have seen. Unfortunately, now the bypass valve is leaking from the housing (not the connections). It's a $139 service call to get our local Kinetico dealer to come look at it and of course that's before the cost of installing a new gasket (the gasket itself is theoretically free). The continued death grip Kinetico holds on allowing replacement parts sales in the US is inexplicable and while it nearly guarantees lifetime work for Kinetico, as a consumer, I will never buy another Kinetico system.

We have the worst water in Elk Grove, California.. Our skin and hair was so dry and irritated. We blamed on the water we consumed. Kinetico came to us as a blessing, switched to Reverse Osmosis and for the whole house. Sam, the expert in installation came to install and he was so hard working and expertise. I can say is that after the switch, our skin and hair is smooth. Love Kinetico.

I bought the reverse osmosis and water softeners from Kinetico. Setting up an appointment with them was really easy. The reps were very knowledgeable and my experience with Kinetico has been pretty good. They're very prompt about getting out to take care of things. They are an outstanding company and they were great to work with. I build homes and wasn’t happy with the others that I've tried, like Culligan and RainSoft. I’m using Kinetico now and put them into my spec homes. All the people that have gotten my homes with Kinetico in are very happy with it. Water is a lot better with Kinetico.

When I moved in to my house, I didn’t have a salt system. The water was having a sulfur smell. I interviewed a lot of water treatment system companies and they all gave me their pitch on what systems they recommend. Kinetico had the best warranty that I like because it covered everything. And if I’m gonna invest something, the amount of money and the amount what I expect the quality the product to have for a long period of time, I want the best warranty possible. I was looking for something that would have continuous soft water and I got the water filtration system and the RO from Kinetico. The reps were knowledgeable and provided good service. The installation which only took a couple of hours was excellent. The RO has been good.

The water here is hard as a damn rock. They put so much chlorine and stuff in it. I wanted to get rid of the calcium and lime buildup, and I wanted soft water. I saw Kinetico at a neighbor’s home and when they came out and went over the product and stuff, it was a no-brainer for me. I purchased three products from Kinetico because they're awesome. I’ve had them in three different homes. I bought my new system in July of last year when I bought a new house. I’ve had the reverse osmosis water, I had the soft water, and I love them so much. Several of my friends have actually installed Kinetico in their houses. Our dealer here, JF Denney, is awesome also so that helps.

We got the softener and the reverse osmosis from Kinetico. I've always had reverse osmosis growing up and as an adult, I figured I need it. I liked the way the water tasted better than tap water. And my wife definitely said that we need soft water, so that was the reason for the softener. Since using the system from Kinetico, the water is definitely softer and better on our skin. Another reason we got it was for hair and skin. The girls in the house appreciate it. They say they can tell the difference.

My brother was using Kinetico, so I checked on it. And when you call Kinetico and there’s some little something you think that is wrong, they’re here. They come really quickly. Their customer service has been really good.

Our neighbor got a Kinetico and really liked it. We trusted them and we got a water filtration system too. The sales rep did a good job and my husband said the installation went smoothly. Now, you can definitely tell that we have soft water compared to going to a hotel.

The water in our area is super hard and there’s been a lot of live damage in the lines so we’ve been trying to replace some of the stuff, and softening the water would help. We replaced our water heater and had a softener put in. The installer went over it with us, and we chose Kinetico. I got the non-powered unit with two tanks. I like that I don’t have to plug it in and things like that.

We have significantly hard well water out where we live. We already had a water system when we moved in, but it seemed like it never worked properly. We got a big water softener from Kinetico and since we got it, it's night and day difference. And for the money and what we've gotten out of our Kinetico, I would recommend it every day.

I have hard water. I live in a rural community. So I got a water softener and the drinking station. I went with Kinetico because I’d had it in my old previous home. It’s automatic and there’s no electronics. It just works. Plus the reps were wonderful. I’ve dealt with them in the past and had no problem. I told my neighbor about Kinetico and he had them install one.

I bought a whole house water purifier and softener from Kinetico Water Systems. I've lived in a house that had one and so I wanted another one. It was easy setting up my appointment with Kinetico. Plus, the installation team was great. They were fast and efficient. But I'm not happy with my system. It leaves a gray residue in my toilet. I contacted Kinetico and they just replaced the parts. They've tried twice to fix it and now, they've replaced the different parts, but unfortunately, my warranty runs out at the end of the month and then I'm on my own whether it works properly or not, which is a big crap because it never worked properly in the first place.

We have hard water in this area and our old system was no longer efficient. Setting up an appointment with Kinetico was very easy. They were very good and the rep was very professional. We purchased a middle-level water softener from Kinetico. It was the most expensive product, but I liked that it is long-lasting and driven by waterpower. The installer was very good too. He knew what he was doing, did the job right, and gave me a good orientation on how to use the water softener. We now have much softer water. The water softener is maintenance-free. We just need to be aware of the salt level.

Our water is rural and they're not connected with the Stillwater water system. We don't get it from Carl Lake, either. I wanted to get a water softener and Kinetico were the people that I talked to that I had the most trust in. Their rep was very forthcoming and an interesting guy to talk to. It seemed like he knew his business. I got a water filtration system, and the installation was very easy. Since having our Kinetico, it's easier to lather up in the shower and wash our hands. We had to change the filters out just a month ago and we called Kinetico up on a Wednesday and their rep was here on a Thursday afternoon.

I’ve had Kinetico since we moved in the house. I had the well in, and up and running, but we weren’t using it domestically. We were using it for building the house. When I moved in, we put a regular filtration system in and it was the only thing I needed. A friend of mine owns a pool company and he is right around the corner. He could test for everything and we had the water tested a couple of times and they were saying we have hospital-pure water. The only thing we had was acid, so we put calcite in the tanks and that kills the acid. The old system lasted 25 years and I’m really happy with that but we’ve been getting filled here in Maryland with dreadful water. So, what was happening was my well water was picking up more sand because I never had the issue until this year. It’s probably what killed my old system. I don’t know why we were picking up sand and he couldn’t figure out either because I’ve been using this well for 40 years.

I had familiarity with the Kinetico salesperson in this area. I was impressed with his knowledge, experience, and courtesy. We bought a water filtration system and since using it, our water is less hard. The taste is okay. Also, the usage of the hot water seems hotter because of the system working all that hardness out. And all in all, I’m very content with it.

I got a Kinetico softener over a year ago and it seems to be working well. We had one before. It was there when we bought the house but it didn’t last very long. So we got a new one and the installation team was good and very knowledgeable. I’m very satisfied with Kinetico. We've noticed a difference too. The water spots on our sink, although not eliminated, are coming up easier than before. I think that’s calcium or iron in the water.

I had a new system installed last year and since then I have been having issues with it. Three times I had to have someone come in to check the system when I notice the water turns hard month after month. Every time they pack the salt and change the filter and it works. Then a month later it turns hard again. Not to mention I have to wait 2 weeks for someone to check it even though I signed up for their annual service plan and paid for it. Very disappointed in that system after paying a premium price for it and being promised it’s the best system in the market. I am not sure if it’s the system or the local distributor inefficiency but obviously something is wrong and no one is able to fix it.

We purchased a house on a lake and the water it's using comes out of the lake. Kinetico was one of the top-of-the-lines brands for the money we've got and we got the water softener from them. The water is definitely softer and better now, and it makes my wife happy. I would recommend them.

My problem was not with the product, it was with service, since posting my initial review, I have had my faith in a good product with good leadership restored. When Kinetico was made aware of my problem they immediately got involved and solved it. Let's make one thing clear, I have never been disappointed in the quality of the Kinetico products, just the service from one dealer. I have had my Kinetico softener for well over 10 years and it has worked great all of that time. The rating of five stars for the product is accurate, it's too bad when a dealer does not follow the service model provided, so when this happens I urge you to contact Kinetico and let them know, as I have found out they really do care.

I had the system installed for $3600 for the whole house about 6-7 months ago. The salt in the system seems to be still the same level as when the technician installed the system. I think that water smells bad again, and I also noticed, that after I used a soap in my bath, water turned very cloudy. That was one of the water tests performed in front of me by sales person. He took filtered water and my tap water, added soap and showed me, how soap binds to water impurity in tap water and water becomes cloudy. I called about 2 months ago, was told, that they will send me a water bottle to send water for testing. So far, nothing. It seems to me, that by installing the system and getting your money their obligations to customers are fulfilled. I do not recommend this system.

I got very bad experience from Kinetico water system. My home use well water, and I want to get better quality water. In 2017 when I went to Costco, met Kinetico sales person, he suggested this brand, and promised they can do the job for well water system, total cost $6886. After they teared down my Iron remover and softener system (actually it good system, only need change media). They only install softener, not filter. Result water TDS range over 480. Plus rotten egg smell in water. When I ask iron filter, they told me need add another $8000.00. Really terrible.

We like knowing that the water we’re drinking is clean. We got the Kinetico whole-house water filtering system and the water was pretty much what I expected. We’ve used water systems before so we knew what they were like. There’s one issue though. The Kinetico salesman had made a deal about having ice that would be clear all the way through but and that has never happened. But that aside, the sales rep did an excellent job. The installation guy did a good job as well. The experience was very good overall.

I've had Kinetico for a little over a year now and I can tell the difference in our quality of water. The water's softer. Everybody was also nice during the initial set-up and everything was good during the installation. They came back to do general maintenance and they changed the filters for us.

I got a water softener system from Kinetico. The gentleman from Water Works came in and was wonderful. He told me what was going on, tested my water, did my schedule, came in and got rid of the old equipment. He was clean and thereafter, everything was the way it should be. Their team was clean, courteous, didn't leave a mess, made sure they didn't make one. However, their installer was gonna get back to me after so many times and I haven't heard from him. Even so, they were wonderful when they came to put the Kinetico system up. They left extra bags of salt and the guy who did it answered all my questions. So far, I've had a good experience with the system. It’s working better than my other system did. My water source is a well, and my concern was they had ochre in the water. It has always tasted different. With the system, it feels softer though.If anybody ever asked me, I would push Kinetico's product.

I have had the system for a number of years and have no complaints on the system itself, however I had an emergency leaking problem, water all over my basement. There was no service listed for the Caledon area, so I called the head office. They supplied a name of a company that does their service. Very surprised they don’t do their own service. Anyhow I had water all over my basement. The system was still leaking after I put it into bypass. Still leaking after I shut the water down completely. And still leaking after I went from bypass to red right off. Called the number supplied for service and they calmly said that no one could come out for two weeks!!!! I said what two weeks!!! So now I have diverted the leaking water to my sump pump pit and now forced to only turn the water on to the house when needed then off. Two weeks of this will not be fun!!! So Kinetico get your act together for service.

I was having a lot of hard water build-up problems. The company that I used to purchase a water softening system from recommended the Kinetico system but he price point was the same so that they didn't really have to compete on price. However, I looked up Kinetico and read the reviews about their system. I liked the fact that when the power goes out in the Kinetico system, it doesn't have to be reset because it's not running off of electricity. Setting the appointment with their sales rep was super easy and the company that I used did everything for me. They installed it, too and I didn't ever work directly with Kinetico. I worked with a third-party reseller called Karsare. The whole installation was also very easy except for one little hiccup with a valve set that was not quite right and they ended up having to replace that.

I wanted to be able to remove the Fluoride in the water. I was making Kombucha and it was also for personal health. Setting up the initial appointment with Kinetico was great and it was fine dealing with their rep. A service company here in Vermont was able to install the new system. They were very helpful. They can also come in and do this periodic maintenance for it. It's a reverse osmosis water system with a couple of cartridges in it. With it, I don’t have to haul reverse osmosis water. It works as advertised and we’re very happy with it.

We got a K5 system from Kinetico. Before that there would be a water advisory, and I don't hear of it. I would be using water, and then all of a sudden I hear I shouldn’t be using the water. And then Kinetico came in to test my water free of cost. They were awesome to meet. They did everything right in front of my eyes so I'm able to see it. I saw all the impurities that was in the water and that was when I decided we should get the system. You could just stand and look at the water being changed with your own eyes. In less than 20 minutes, you got your proof. It was just amazing. I never had that experience before.

Knowing that the town’s water is hard, I looked into a water filtration system. I called Kinetico and they showed up when they said they would. Since the system had been installed, there's less water stain on the fixtures. The system is kinda loud when it regenerates. But besides that, I’m happy with it.

I have a deep well and it’s full of iron, so when I bought the house, everything was orange and rusting. I got Kinetico and a charcoal filter afterwards. The water went from crap to perfect. The model was at the high end and it was very expensive. There are two tanks. Kinetico has been an amazing system and I love it. Plus, the experience with their reps was amazing. They just came and did the one-year service on it. They said they should come out once a year, so I called them and they came out. I’ve been with Kinetico for a year and I’m all set.

A lady from Pennsylvania who had used Kinetico for her water filtration needs suggested the company to us. She helped us look up the company in Kentucky. Here, we had concerns with the city water and the bleach that goes in it. Kinetico's consultants did well, came out and walked me through the options. They tried to help me reach a wise decision. The installer did well too and we were satisfied. We were hoping to move into our new house within the next month and he offered to put it in our current home, and then swap it to our new home at no extra charge. Since then, the water has been tasting better and we like the peace of mind we have knowing that we're getting a lot of the pollutants out.

New Orleans is a really old city. Everything’s wet. We got Kinetico since anyone was concerned about water, especially when there’s very old pipes. It has been easy to set the system up. But customer service sucks. There’s nobody else to go to. I need another large system at my house because my last company burnt the one I have. But because I can’t find anyone that’s actually easy to work with, I haven’t purchased it yet. What I have with Kinetico is just the drinking water. The rep was really grumpy. Thank God I was raised by a Castilian mother. So, when he yelled at me that didn't faze me. He’s just a grumpy old man. But he knows what he’s talking about. The installation was also quick and done very well.

We got one of the best all-house system Kinetico had. We had a well water and couldn't get the water clean. We had to send water sample in for testing, and they told us exactly what we needed. The person who sold the system to us seemed to be confident about it and we trusted him. But their system just couldn't take care of the problem. We tried several things on the system but none of them worked out for our water. And then, they bought it back for part of the money that we spent on the whole system. I would not recommend Kinetico. Another thing that I did not like about the company is that I was also not able to buy filters through them.

Martins Water Conditioning installed a Kinetico Softener on April 22, 2019 and I must say it's the best softener I've ever dealt with. All of Martins staff were at the top of the customer satisfaction level. I would highly recommend this softener and Martins to install it. I am one HAPPY customer!!

I have a regular Kinetico water softener that I got through a local dealer last summer so, I called him when I was experiencing some sulfur issues. The dealer was nice, very on top of things and got out here in a timely manner. He also had good response. However, I'm still having the same issues that I had. It’s not as dramatic but still, I’m not quite satisfied nor as happy with the performance of the system. It wasn’t recommended correctly. My refrigerator and the freezer as well as the water and ice cubes smell like sulfur. I haven’t gotten back to customer service yet and I need to call the local dealer too. They can up the concentration of cycling but I still feel like I have an aftertaste in the water that I didn't have before, maybe even from the potassium permanganate which is what they use in greensand. I'd love to hear the company's feedback just to see and make sure it was the right product recommended.

I've had a Kinetico water softener with the water filter underneath my sink for 20 years. Me and my son have skin sensitivity. I didn't care to drink the water and he couldn't drink the water. There are too many chemicals in it so we got the filter under the sink. It treats everything for the refrigerator, the water, and the icemaker. Last year, I had somebody service it. Their reps were very polite, helpful and courteous. They did the job, answered my questions, explained and showed me things that I ask questions about. I had one supplier that wasn't so helpful though. He just wanted to sell me a new unit instead of fixing the one I had. Apparently, he didn't stay with Kinetico for very long. There's a big difference in using soft water compared to using hard water. If I use the hard water, I'll get cracks in my skin. It dries my skin out. But when I use my water here at home, I don't have that problem.

The water in the city made me look into water softener systems. I wanted to get better water. My experience setting up an appointment with Kinetico was fine. They came when we called, fixed the issue, and asked if there was anything more they could do. Everything went well with my interactions with the installation team. The water has been much better and not as hard since. Plus, my bath has been more bubbly. I would recommend Kinetico.

Since I didn't want that to reach us, I decided to begin looking for water filtration systems. Aside from that, we were also having some water issues. A Kinetico system was already here in the house when we bought it. We've been here for 15 years now and even when we moved in, the system is already antiquated. Our water comes straight from the well and it has a certain amount of mineral content in it so it would not be as tasteful. Since I already knew the people who have been servicing it from the time we've been here, we just decided to replace the system. I also did a bit of research and it seemed like it's better if we stay with Kinetico. It took them a couple of hours to replace the system. Other than that, the customer service is fine.

I couldn't get a unit from Culligan that is big enough to take care of the rust and hardness of my water. I was tired of everything turning red. I've heard that Kinetico is the best in the market. Ray, the guy I worked with took out the old unit and put in the new one. He also showed how to shut the thing off. And while it took a while for me to get with the program, I eventually got it. Since I had the Kinetico system installed, it got rid of the stink and the rust. Everything's taken cared of well. And although I'm very satisfied with my Kinetico unit, they should give their clients an incentive to push their product. They should also advertise more.

I knew that the softer water would be better to do laundry and not leave hard water around my sinks. I felt like the dishes would be cleaner, and that there would be less junk in water, including our drinking water. I did some research on Kinetico and Culligan, but I didn’t get a callback from Culligan, so that was a big deal there. I purchased a Kinetico water filtration system, and my experience has been wonderful. Everything was positive with everybody that I had worked with. I’m totally thrilled with the hook-up of it all and the professionalism when they were here. I’m satisfied. Since purchasing from Kinetico my dishes have looked shinier, clothes and towels have seemed to be softer, and my hair have felt so much better.

We talked to another company, and we weren't happy with what they were offering. The Kinetico rep, on the other hand, was very prompt in handling our original request, and their prices were a little cheaper. He came out and tested water. I had some concerns because somehow the heating oil got into all three wells and contaminated all of them, so we paid decently for a water system. But for every faucet that we wanted to have purified water, it would cost additional money, so we just went with the kitchen. The other waters we can bathe but we can only drink out of one faucet, which is in the kitchen. But that is fine.

I was interested in having the best water possible and got a water softener from Kinetico. I wasn't interested in the free water test as I was interested in having the product installed, but they insisted on showing me how it works and what the difference is. However, in my previous house, I had a water conditioner with a standard time that it needs to drain, and the water there was a lot softer. Kinetico doesn't seem up to par with that previous system, but I didn't want to replumb the ground and have electricity put in. I'm a little disappointed, and it turns out to be the best thing I could have. I originally had a potassium filtration system, but I was going through that stuff so fast and it was so expensive that I had them convert it to salt. The water seems to be a little softer, but not as soft as I like it. But that's the price you gotta pay for not plumbing.

We had really hard water and it was bad. We heard about Kinetico through a friend who has the system. We also have a friend who's a plumber and he highly recommended a saltwater system. I went with Kinetico and setting up for my appointment with them was a good experience. The installation thereafter was perfect. Now, I've got Kinetico's saltwater tank downstairs with the two barrels and we also have their reverse osmosis system. Now, our water is softer and it's definitely of better quality. I highly recommend Kinetico.

We used to have a Kenmore softener which worked fine but I was aware of Kinetico. I work in a chemical plant and one of the units there have soft water for one of the chemicals made. We have rows of Kinetico there and I knew how much better quality they are. Kenmore was five times cheaper. But although Kinetico was priced as hell they're way better quality than Kenmore and others I've seen, so they should be higher.

I built a new house and I wanted to deal with the sediment and the hard water right up front before it started to mess up fixtures and damage appliances. I already started to have a bit of issue with the ice maker I have because of the hard water. I got a water filtration system from Kinetico as I was more comfortable with their system than some of the other filtration systems. I also had heard about the vendor as being one of the better vendors and having one of the better systems in the area from one of the consultants I worked with for my house. The installation took one day. I definitely don’t have some of the sediment issues anymore and I am happy with the system so far.

But I didn’t wanna do it myself so we looked for the best thing that we had in town, and it was Kinetico. The rep that we dealt with was great and she was very sweet and kind. I lived in Minnesota before I moved to New Orleans and I had a Kinetico osmosis system under the sink there. I moved the osmosis system to my new location and bought a water softener from Kinetico because the water here is hard. We wanted to make sure we had clean water. Everything went as planned when setting up for our appointment with Kinetico. It was perfect. The installation went just like it was supposed to. We also took advantage of the free water testing and it was nice to know that the water was very hard here and what it was afterwards. The interaction I had with the Kinetico representative was very good and the installation team did a good job. He was nice and everything was completed on time. The water is much softer and comfortable now and we are very happy with the system. I recommend Kinetico.

The drinking water was what we were thinking of, and there was a demonstration at the fair where I saw different water softener or filtration systems. It was very easy talking with the Kinetico reps, and then we went into it. They came out and hooked us up. Then a year or two later, I decided I would change the filters, and I contaminated the whole thing. But the Kinetico reps have been very good. I complained, and they listened and then the issue was taken care of. From then on, I had them come and do it.

I have a well and I was having staining in my plumbing fixtures, so I figured I needed to get something, but I wasn’t sure what. I went to the dealer and he came out and tested, and he recommended the particular system for the high iron content in my water. After he recommended Kinetico Water Systems, I did some more research. The reviews were good and it looked like that their system was gonna be fine for what I needed, so I went with. The installer came out and tested the water on a Wednesday, then he arranged to have the system installed on Saturday. It was very quick and very easy. I'm close to Abita and my well taps into the Abita aquifer, so the water was good, but it had a high iron content.

Installed a $5,000 system two weeks ago and is it’s not working. We cannot get a service appointment for 2 weeks. This seems crazy to me that it would take two weeks for a tech to come. Very disappointment that we paid this much for a system that does not seem to work from a company that does not seem interested in fixing the problem.

They also answer any question. They're on top of everything and making it as easy as possible. Since having the system, the water tastes better. It's not harsh on other things like appliances, too. The Kinetico system is well worth it.

This time, I got the dual gray tank that has a head on it as well as the dechlorinator. I like soft water, so I decided to use a water softener system, and it would be easier on the appliances too. Overall, the people at Kinetico have been very good.

We purchased our first Kinetico water softener system about 15 years ago. I talked to Dick when he was at the winter show in Valley City. Both my parents had collagens and then my mom also had dry skin, so we needed a water softener. We've got really hard water. I run the water softener through the toilet systems because all of the valves don't get corroded. When the water softener tank was plugged up, we decided to trade it in, which was a good price for it. I then bought five water softeners from the new Kinetico dealer, who took over after Dick.

He came and looked at it and we decided that the softener was the way to go. He did a fine job. It took a while to get the water soft but it has been working great. I just put salt in it every once in a while.

I purchased the softener and the drinking water station from them. When we set up our appointment with Kinetico, they were absolutely courteous and easy to work with. The rep was awesome. The installation was easy and Joanna was wonderful. She was on-site with us and walked us through the setup. She gave some really good recommendations because of where the furnace and the drain were placed.

We have hard water here, so a water treatment system is necessary. We had a system before, but it had gotten old and parts failed. Marty, the local dealer with Water Guard, checked it out and he said I needed a new one. I purchased a Kinetico water softener system and he took care of the installation. Since he put the new system in, our water has been better and we have no problems with hard water anymore.

We had a working water softener but when it started acting up on us, we decided to go with Kinetico because I like the way that it goes by usage and not by time. The rep I dealt with was fine. She was very informative but not pushy. We have the water softener for six months now and we have been doing fine. But once in a while, the water has a salty taste to it and I'm not sure why. We've got the dual tank and it never runs out. It automatically switches back and forth, so I'm thinking there's a slight salt flavor to the water when it's switching over. Despite, I'm fully satisfied.

The water system we got from Kinetico has a tank and a couple of different dispensing faucets. The water system was already in the house. We just upgraded the older one, because the older wasn’t pumping correctly. We've been with them for five years and since I've had the system, I can tell a difference between the regular tap water and the water from the system.

It is best to invest in Kinetico. They are great to work with. We have the Kinetico Water Softener and the reverse osmosis drinking water system. We bought our first one in 2004. Then in March, I had the tanks re-lined in the water softener and then the reverse osmosis completely replaced. They have an excellent workman. His name is Dustin, and he’s a good teacher for the questions that I have. Switching to Kinetico has been much better for the skin and for the hair when I'm washing. With the reverse-osmosis system, I have better-tasting water than city water. I’m satisfied with their service.

We have been with Kinetico for many years. We were with them in California and we've been here in SD for seven years. We worked with Julene who runs the Kinetico Water Systems in Sioux Falls for our systems in the two homes that we’ve had here. We’ve got a water softener and the drinking station, which is the best one Kinetico got. The drinking station cost a couple of thousand dollars.

I've had the installation team come back to work on the Water Softener Series I got from Kinetico because it wasn’t working. And the problem has been resolved.

The service was wonderful. All our questions were answered about. All appointments were at the time set up and personnel was very friendly and knowledgeable. We also had a follow up and the system was checked. Again, all our questions and doubts were answered. I would highly recommend Martins and buy from them again!!!

It was a referral from my neighbor that made me purchase from Kinetico. I got the softener series from them. They were good in setting up our appointment with them and in being courteous and easy to work with. The installation team was good too. But Kinetico's product seemed liked it was better before than what it is now, although that could be because of where our water is coming in to. I was gonna give them a call to see if they could come out and test the product again, but I haven’t done that yet. Nevertheless, our experience with Kinetico has been fine.

I live in Wyoming and the water here has different things in it like minerals, uranium and strip mine from the '30s. I've dealt with Kinetico for the last 20 years since they're in our town and my experience with them has been good. Their customer service is outstanding and with their system, I have noticed a lot of difference in the quality of my water.

We've been using Kinetico softeners for 30 years now and I've been very satisfied with their service. We recently needed to replace most of our systems (we have five different ones) and I decided to go with Kinetico again. I did look at other providers but nothing else compared to them. Kinetico took care of everything and I received excellent service from them. They're right down the street and when I called them, they were here in 30 minutes. It took two days to have the system replaced in our laundry and we had to have a plumber come and replumb everything. What I like about Kinetico's systems is that they run by what usage they can get. The laundry uses a lot of water and the system we have in there processes a lot of water. On the other end of the building, we use the system for a hand sink and that doesn't use a whole lot of salt and doesn't work a lot.

We got the water softener and reverse osmosis system from Kinetico. A guy named Troy from Marshall Minnesota came down and put it in. It works. Since the system has been installed, the water is so much softer. It even tastes a lot better. In fact, my wife will not drink tap water unless it comes through the system. We got rural water, and I thought that was the best water until we got this thing. In addition to that, my wife says there's a huge difference in cleaning the shower. What I like about the Kinetico system is it's a salt-saving type. It recycles. It does one side, and then it won’t recycle until it needs it. And then, it switches to the other tank so you don't have to recycle every night. It's also water saving so it's great.

I previously had Kinetico's water filtration system in a former residence. I knew that it worked good and the water quality was a lot better from what the city water provided. So, I purchased a water softener from them for my current home as well as a reverse osmosis under the sink for the drinking water. The reps I spoke with were very professional. Also, the person that sold the products was my neighbor and I knew the guy well so everything went well. He did the installation, too which took four hours to complete. He explained the system to me very well and it seemed simple. With Kinetico, the water is a lot better during showers as far as on the skin and hair. The drinking water tastes a lot better, too.

I had been wanting a water treatment service for 10 years and I finally convinced my husband to get one. I liked the Kinetico saleslady. She answered all my questions and made me feel like none of them were dumb. We had granite to work around and I was concerned about damage on the overlay. She helped me through that process really well and I felt that they wouldn't damage it. The installation with their crew was good and flawless. There were no mistakes and they didn't crack my granite. The system is also easy to maintain, we just have to change the filters out every year. Now, I'm very finicky and I don't wanna drink anything but our water. I love Kinetico and have told many people to go with them.

When my daughter was born (she just turned 13 yesterday), we wanted to do the best we could on our drinking water for formula. The local distributor here, Starkey Soft Water, has been around for a long time. The folks there are good people and they do things the right away. I got the Kinetico drinking water unit and I got a water softener because also have the under the sink drinking portion. We did the water testing and it was convincing that we needed to have a little better drinking water than what just comes out the tap. Everything was fine and their reps were very knowledgeable. Six months ago, I upgraded my drinking water unit to a newer one. The installation was painless. The technicians came out one morning, put in the unit and it went just fine. With this upgrade, the ice is somewhat crystal clear versus the cloudy-looking ice.

We had a water softener from Kinetico years ago. We didn't replace it when it died. But we decided to replace it when we got new restrooms and a new kitchen. I needed a water softener to protect the new stuff. Setting an appointment with them is very easy. If you call, they're here right away. They are very pleasant people. If I'm on a schedule for getting salt, they will call me on the schedule and find out if I'm going to be home or not. They are usually in my driveway within minutes if I am at home. They bring the salt in and put it into the brine tank themselves. Then I pay them via online banking while they're still standing there. There's a difference in the water now. My hair doesn't feel like straw anymore. I would recommend Kinetico.

I've used water softeners for years and I’ve had four Kinetico water systems. My dealer in Parkersburg is Starkey and I bought my first Kinetico system 20 years ago. The one that I’ve had for 10 years has been trouble-free. I have my dealer change the pre-filter once every year and I use the salt that they recommend. I don’t have trouble with my systems because I don’t let them get in trouble. I fix them if they're broken and do preventative maintenance as well.

I have a shallow well and a lot of iron in the water. The contractor, a local guy, suggested Kinetico. He uses the same stuff for a lot of the farms around here. He was great. He installed the water system and the installation experience was very good. The system that I got goes through three tanks and the softener. Since its installation, the water’s more saline. I worry that once in a while, it turns extremely salty where I have to spit it out. It also surges through a little bit and then it clears out again. But it’s still palatable and drinkable.

We’ve had a good experience with Kinetico. We had a smaller system put in Iowa years ago and then we put in a larger system last October in our new place. The water here is terrible. It is 55 grains harder and with iron, so we had to go for the larger Kinetico system. But it is a little noisier when it backwashes than the older systems were. Other than that, I’m really happy with them.
