Our refrigerator is 6 years old and the board is gone. Very disappointing. The ice maker sprays ice all over the floor after the glass is removed from the opening. You cannot remove the ice bin from the freezer unless the french door is open. One and done. 6 years really! I know appliances no longer last a lifetime but 6 years. Do not buy this appliance.

Kenmore has great products at fair prices. I've always bought all my products from Sears. First great service and prompt delivery. But let me say the small Sears stores are a franchise. So they may not all be up to par. My refrigerator is basic. No frills. Plain white. Glass shelves. Does the job.

I bought my Kenmore refrigerator back in October 1999 and it still works so good today Dec 2018 that it will start freezing stuff in the refrigerator area after 3-5 days. Plus the freezer works great. My only complaint is the freezer is too small of a portion of the refrigerator. They should have taken more of the refrigerator to make the freezer bigger. I do have to limit how much freezer stuff I get. Frozen stuff that can be thawed prior to using. I will put that on my top shelf of the refrigerator if needed as that shelf will freeze stuff in one day and the items placed on the top shelf of the refrigerator usually will remain frozen or have lots of ice in it like a slushie.

I HATE this refrigerator! It has 'dutch doors' that just refuse to close. If you open the right side door, fine, but the left side door has to be either pushed with great force, or the right side door has to be opened and the left side door closed followed by the right side. Failure to fully close partially melts the ice in the ice reservoir which then resolidifies into a solid mass which is a total mess. Also the 'in door' water dispenser dispenses ROOM TEMPERATURE WATER, not chilled water! What the heck! On top of that, the $60 in-line water filter plugs up after a month even when it is fed purified water from a reverse osmosis system! On top of that, the compressor failed and Sears had no technicians available even for just a quick look for a whole week! Like a family can live for a week with no fridge? I had to pay $900 to an independent service person for 1-day service.

The fridge itself was good. Had it for 5 1/2 years when the compressor went out. When I called customer service to get it fixed they couldn't schedule us for 4 weeks. Representative said they were busy in our area and that was the best they could do. The compressor was still under warranty but we would have to pay for labor. To have a local repair shop do it would cost $800-$1000 for the compressor and labor but could be done in a few days. We will find a different company with better customer service for our next fridge.

Just needed to take apart a three year old fridge that was so full of ice that the motor was making noises and stopped working. Ice buildup around coils and then into fridge behind the bottom drawers that hold fruit and vegetables.

Brand New Refrigerator less than 2 months old goes completely out! Spoils everything in it! Sears sales bad appliances then turns around sale services warranty because they know the products you buying ain't worth the paper receipt it's printed on! Needs A Class Action Suit started! The way they're doing the families that's stuck with this unlawful practice! We" living out of 4-5 ice chest buying ice with no solid resolution! Basically stuck with a product that sucks! You buys a product that best fit your family needs paying big buck for nothing! Kenmore will never again get a dime of our HARD earn money! IT deserves no star at all!!! Kenmore customer service is horrible. Was given a price over the phone. When the technician came out the price more than doubled. Spoke with a supervisor by the name of Freddie who was worthless. When ask to speak with his manager was told they are not taking calls. Asked for the manager's name. Was told they don't give that out. I have spent over 10,000.00 with Kenmore and will never spend another dime with them if this is the way they handle business. I work in customer service and would lose my job if I treated customers this way. This refrigerator cost me $4100.00 and the compressor goes out in 25 months. Are you kidding me? Buyers beware. The compressor is under 5 -10 warranty but labor cost 500.00 really.

Don’t buy a Kenmore refrigerator. The ice/water system is a piece of crap. The ice dispenser won’t stop giving ice and now the water won’t turn off. Buyers beware. Can’t tell you how disappointed I am in this product.

No ice, poor cooling, slow response for added on 500 dollars Sears warranty. Under one year old fridge, evasive stalling by outsourced warranty company, three minute visit by the repair company. DONT BUY. DONT BUY. DONT BUY.

Pls stay away from Kenmore Elite Refrigerators sold by Sears and built by LG. Paid $2400 for the French door refrigerator and purchased it in Nov 2015. Bought extended warranty for additional 3 yrs for $500. Fridge stopped working 1 week ago. Not cooling or freezing. Sears tech came out and said this is a common problem with all LG refrigerators branded under Kenmore. 3 yr warranty expired in Dec. Go figure. Being charged $500 for labor. Wife is extremely annoyed. Our 15 yr old refrigerator in garage is working nicely which allowed us to survive. I am planning to complain to LG executives.

Purchased 3 appl. LG fridge $2700, LG dishwasher $900 and Kenmore Pro gas stove/elec. OVEN "$3212.00" - yes $3212.00! Purchased 4/13. Total purchase with everything was $7285.99! Not even 6 yrs. old yet!!! Just replaced the dishwasher - it just quit working, not fixable, moved the fridge so they could bring in the new dishwasher and now the fridge quit cooling and needs a new "compressor"! Of course they expired 4/16 and never used them... The service call was $78.50 and even though the compressor is covered under warranty the LABOR will be $450!!! The stove has issues as well and will error and turn off the oven when cooking.... So upset and extremely disappointed in their performance or better word "LACK of performance". Just sick over this having to replace again after this COST!!! There must be some recourse for the customer! So I guess it doesn't matter what you pay you will be lucky to get 5 yrs. out of your appliances.

This is a Kenmore Elite. Paid $2800. These are lemons. Read reviews. Exactly what happened to us. Compressor went out. It is an LG problem that Sears needs to address. We will be without a refrigerator for 2 weeks. All during Christmas. This is unacceptable.

I bought a new Kenmore fridge April 2015 that cost approx. $1600 (before tax), and in December 2018 it stopped working with no warning. I noticed freezer began to defrost and the fridge was not cooling. I called Sears repair and it took them 2 weeks to come out. They came today and the tech said it was the compressor and that it will be $980 to fix and there is really only a 70% chance that it will be fixed... It will never be the same and probably not worth fixing. Needless to say I am so upset, we lost all our food. It’s only been 3 years since I bought Kenmore fridge, I shouldn't be having this problem AT ALL!!! It shouldn't cost me anything.

The ice maker on this fridge, or I should say the water going into it and it dumping the ice along with some other item that runs very noisily, this is the loudest noisiest fridge we have ever purchased. We have had many Kenmore refers. The noise on our newest one is awful to say the least and the ice dispenser can jam up and you have to dump it all out and clean it up and dry it before you can put it back so it will work properly. Three times since April this year. Very disappointed with this Kenmore product. We still have our old fridge and are very close to putting it back in the house and giving this one away.

My Kenmore refrigerator (manufactured by LG - be careful, they don't tell you that) has been broken for over 6 months. I finally got a Sears repair technician out on 8/28/18 to start the actual repair. The refrigerator worked for a couple weeks then broke again. A technician was sent out again on 11/6/18. He look at the refrigerator and informed me that the refrigerator was unrepairable and he made it perfectly clear that it was a direct result of the work that was done on 8/28. He left no doubt that the SEARS technician broke the refrigerator beyond repair. Since then I have gotten nothing but a run around from Sears on whether they are actually going to replace my property that THEY destroyed. They pointed out I don't have a warranty. Do I honestly need a warranty to protect me from YOUR negligence? Seriously?!?!

Last year I purchased the Kenmore 73059 fridge from Sears to replace the 6 year old Kenmore French door fridge that I purchased from Sears that died. First of all, the water dispenser leaked. The tech blamed it on low water pressure in my home, but the old (6 year old) fridge didn't leak. Now, mere weeks out of warranty, the new fridge is dead. All customer service could say was, "You know it's out of warranty. You should have purchased one of our home warranties." Do NOT purchase Kenmore appliances. They are unreliable pieces of junk!!! And they do NOT stand behind their products. Oh, and the microhood (over-the-range microwave) I purchased 7 years ago needed a new magnetron at 51 weeks old (at least it was covered under the warranty). Note it has a bad humidity sensor (at 7 years old).

LOOK GREAT and loved this Kenmore Elite fridge for 14 months, then spent $99 twice to correct design flaws in the ice maker over the next 9 months. At 30 months, compressor failed. Parts under warranty but labor will be $520, obscene cost except when you consider how many repair trips it may take to get poor quality parts to work. $100/month for cold food. Off to the dump.

We paid over $3300.00 7 years ago for this top of the line fridge. Loved it until it died. Compressor shot and guess what? The compressor is an LG. Why is an LG part in a Kenmore or rather a GE or Whirlpool appliance? It would cost us more to replace the compressor and labor than to buy a new one. And we had a warranty... 5 years. I realize Kenmore no longer makes its own appliances and that’s a shame because they used to be the very best. But honestly this is really beyond my comprehension. No wonder Sears is going under. Shame, shame. We gave my daughter and her husband our old side by side Whirlpool more than 20 years ago and it’s still humming along. Guess we’ll be carefully looking for a new fridge tonight. Buyer beware.

We bought our brand new Kenmore Elite just 2 years ago and it suddenly stopped working. After waiting 2 weeks for the repairman to show up, he tells us it is the compressor that went. He tells us it is under warranty, however the cost to install will be $380. He says that the actual manufacturer is LG. We thought it was Whirlpool. We would NEVER had gone with LG as our choice. Our refrigerator still looks BRAND NEW, however the repairman says he can’t guarantee the new compressor won’t break again because they are junk products from LG. Don’t buy Kenmore products.

Kenmore elite is an LG in disguise. Total piece of junk. Stopped working at 33 months. Have had 4 repair attempts over last 6 weeks, still doesn't work. Extended warranty is worthless. Don't waste your money. Total misrepresentation about it being an LG. Was told it was a Whirlpool.

Bought a Sears Kenmore Elite refrigerator for $2200 in January 2014. It stopped cooling in June 2018, the refrigerator is not under warranty but the parts and labor are under warranty. In the last 2 1/2 months I have had 10 appointments to have it repaired. It would work for 4-7 days and then stop cooling again. The last 2 appointments they didn't even show up and said the refrigerator is condemned and can't be fixed. One of the technicians told me the parts are inferior and not expected to last. Today I spent an hour and a half on the phone with customer solutions. After 1.5 hours all "Jerry" said he could do was to set another appointment for repairs. The ice maker also leaked and the excess ice would have to be cleaned about once a week. I was not satisfied with the product, the service, or the warranty. Not recommended.

I purchased a Kenmore french door refrigerator in July 2017. It is 1 year and 4 months old. A couple weeks ago we reached in to get a bottle of water and it was warm. We placed a thermometer in the fridge and noticed that no matter what temperature we set the fridge on, it fluctuates between 33 degrees and 50 degrees. We were told by a repairman that it needs an LG Main Control Board and that the Boards are defective. Do yourself a favor and avoid ANY LG appliances or appliances that have any LG parts.

My 2 year old Kenmore Elite refrigerator quit working, called Sears and the put in an emergency service call that took 3 days to get to the house. The service tech tells us that the condenser and the fan are shot. I have to pay for the fan but the condenser is under warranty. 10 years. But I have to pay for labor. 3 thousand dollar refrigerator, really. Total cost $461. That means I have spent 30 a week on average to keep my food cold. Let that sink in. Not happy but need a fridge, oh the tech says it is going to take 19 days before they will be back! 2 weeks to get the part for my refrigerator. "We will call another appliance repair company," we say to the tech. "Well that voids your warranty on the condenser, and basically we do all the repairs for Home Depot and Lowe's." REALLY???

Do Not Buy Kenmore products!!! I purchased all new Kenmore. Elite appliances 3 years ago... plus a front load washer and dryer. Washer had to be replaced 18 months later. Microwave lightbulbs... requires 2... $35 a piece! Now the Elite bottom freezer refrigerator has died... 3 years and thousands of dollars later... same experience as everyone else here. No wonder Sears is going under. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Repairman finally came out and replaced the compressor... 2 days later and unit is not cooling enough. Now I have to go through this garbage again. Repairman said he has at least two of these repairs a day. Compressors are NO GOOD. STAY AWAY FROM KENMORE!!!

Purchased a complete suite of appliances for my new kitchen 4 years ago. Major failure on the $3,800 fridge after 13 months, water pump, (2) door hinges and silverware basket on dishwasher, complete replacement of microwave and 5 repairs on the double wall oven. COMPLETE GARBAGE. WILL NEVER BUY KENMORE AGAIN!

I purchased a Kenmore Elite refrigerator in May 2015 and the compressor failed this month October 2018. I am highly disappointed that this costly refrigerator is beyond repair after 3 years. This company should be held responsible for this and provide compensation for the hundreds of dollars in losses.

I have been a Kenmore brand customer for decades. Purchased a Kenmore Elite refrigerator 5 years ago and it died last week. Called Sears and was told the earliest appointment they had available was two weeks in the future. They provided the name and number for another repair company who might be available sooner. When I called that company, they wanted to charge me nearly $300 for a service call. I promptly hung up the phone on that rip off artist. I called Sears back to ask how much they charge for a service call and was told $99. I could not believe that Sears would provide a referral to such a company.

I purchased the Kenmore 51792 side-by-side refrigerator in Sept. 2016. The freezer started to warm and eventually stopped working in October 2018. The evaporator and condenser failed. Repair total is $1,292. The unit is, of course, out of warranty. The unit is crap. The reputable appliance repair shop recommended staying away from Kenmore for the replacement. The unit was a total waste of money.

My Kenmore refrigerator is 2 years old. The freezer compartment keeps shorting and will defrost and refreeze again. This has been happening for 2 months while I have been waiting for Sears service because they no showed on me 2xs! I finally gave up on them and called a local repair company to come out today. They said the error is on the compressor and it is failing. I need a new compressor and with parts and labor it is close to $1000! He just left another home with the same refrigerator and the same exact problem!

Purchased Kenmore Pro Elite and did not work on delivery with door sensor and icemaker then would not work. That was fixed. Then compressor broke and 2 months waiting for Sears repairman and parts... They replaced it which was under warranty but 330 in labor. I paid and failed in 2 days. Now another month wait. I called and called. They hung up and never sent reimbursement. I had to buy a new refrigerator after 3 months without a refrigerator.

After having all Kenmore kitchen appliances that lasted over 15 years, I decided to go with Kenmore for everything again. Turns out the quality is no longer the same. Appliances are less than 3 years old and today the refrigerator and freezer both stopped working. It's a counter depth, Kenmore Pro series, freezer on the bottom. After doing some research today, I found out that it's made by LG. The cost of the refrigerator with the additional warranty was about $3,300. So, I call Sears today to schedule a tech to come out and see what's wrong with it. They tell me the soonest emergency service they can schedule is October 19th... 11 days from now!! That's insane! No wonder this company is getting ready to close. I will never purchase Kenmore appliances again!

Would not recommend buying any appliance from Sears. Their support is crappy as is their product. Have had our fridge less than 4 years and it has already broke twice. Have spent over 700 on repairs for a 3,000 dollar fridge. Just finished talking to “service guy” who couldn’t find order with phone number and they can’t look up by customer name! Was calling to ensure right part was ordered since the compressor went out and I received a small wire copper tube only. After me having to do the footwork for him to find my order all he did was cancel the service call since the part wasn’t here! Sadly enough it’s no wonder Sears is going under.

Purchase date of the fridge - 26 September 2017 $2500.00 at Sears. On 28 September 2018 the compressor on the unit broke. The cost to repair will be upwards of $500. I'm told that thousands of these Kenmore units have the same issue with the compressor and that it was made to last a year only. I need to wait 3 weeks for Sears to schedule the service technician - That equates to 3 weeks minimum with no refrigerator! A local technician told me that the new compressor, once installed, will most likely last a year - possibly two. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchasing. Sears should be ashamed of their service and their product and I feel strongly that this refrigerator should be recalled or that there should be a class action lawsuit against Sears/LG/Kenmore. PLEASE - do yourself a favor and stay clear of this product.

My less than 2 year old $3,999 side by side Sears Kenmore refrigerator freezer stopped working. (Needs new compressor.) Sears response “Pay $941.75 to repair it”. Are you kidding me? I’m 61 years old and never had a refrigerator go bad. What a ripoff! Don’t buy anything from Sears! It’s no wonder they are going bankrupt.

Our Kenmore Elite 72053 French door fridge, made by LG, quit after less than five years. Sealed system started leaking. Sears said it would take weeks for a service call, so my advice is to avoid any Kenmore brands or Sears service, especially since Sears is a dying company. We found a good, local reputable repair person, who told us it would cost $1500 to repair. His advice was to buy the cheapest refrigerator with the fewest features you can tolerate. He said all of today’s refrigerators are cheaply made, even the SubZero. He told us people are lucky to get 5-7 years out of a refrigerator.

Big dollars for blown compressor just 2 years old - "Oh well sorry." Salespeople should be required to tell you that according to customer service and tech support at Sears "They just don't make them like they used to" and that seems to be ok. You spend a few thousand dollars for a year of refrigeration so two years later your appliance will cost another $700. No one cares. Just want to warn you.

I've had a Kenmore Elite Grab-N-Go refrigerator for about two years. This model isn't one of the less expensive models in their line, but rather more on the expensive side. It started having a steady hum and would not stay cold. I checked the product user guide and found that the refrigerator has a feature called "Kenmore Connect". You push a couple of buttons hold up your phone to a small speaker by the door and problems are diagnosed remotely. Pretty cool, except they will only do it if you are still under warranty. It doesn't mention that in the user guide. Ok, how about a service call? OK on September 29. Well, today is September 6th. I expect a refrigerator to last more than two years and have service in a reasonable time frame. I will be on the way first thing in the morning to buy a new refrigerator -- not Kenmore and I have bought Kenmore products almost exclusively for the last fifty years.

I spent $2800 on a new Kenmore Elite French door with bottom freezer. At 18 months it stopped cooling/freezing. The warranty is 12 months so I was not happy. I called to Sears home service and it took 3 WEEKS to get a tech out and I had to pay for a service call. He diagnosed the issue that it was a compressor and said it would cost $435 in labor since the compressor had a 5 year warranty. It took ANOTHER 3 WEEKS to get the tech to come out to replace the compressor which he did. He found out that the 1st tech misdiagnosed and the 2nd tech said it was the main circuit board. He needed to order and it would be an additional $269. Guess what... ANOTHER 3 WEEKS to get yet 3rd tech to come out to install the new circuit board. I will keep you all posted in 3 weeks.

Do not buy Kenmore side by side refrigerator Model 41123. We were assured by the Sears technician that its compressor noise was typical of all new models. After only 14 months, the refrigerator stopped cooling. Good riddance. Piece of junk.

Worst company ever. Rip Offs. Warranty not worth the paper is written on. We purchase a Kenmore Elite Fridge from Sears on 2013 for 3000.00 and warranty for 549.99 for 5 yrs. Since April 2013 they have change 12 parts. Some of them repeat it parts and I'm still having problems with this Kenmore garbage. I have lost food and the warranty dept didn't want to replace fridge or the food because they have to come out more than 5 times which they did because every time they came to fix it they will change 2 or more parts at one time so it wouldn't qualify for it. So now they want to charge me for diagnostic 99.00 and parts and labor or parts that they just change in June of this year that technician told me I had 3 months warranty on parts but they not honoring nothing.

We owned our Kenmore Elite Refrigerator for about 18 months when cooling failed. Appliance repair service said there were two possible causes. One was a replaceable part, the other was the condenser. The condenser is part of the sealed system in a refrigerator that is covered by warranty. The new part didn't resolve the problem. So, the condenser needed to be replaced. I discovered that Kenmore appliances' WARRANTY PERIOD HAD BEEN REDUCED from 3 years TO 1 YEAR. Hence, Kenmore would provide a free new part but would charge for the labor. Labor involving replacing parts within the sealed refrigeration system is costly.

August 2016 I went shopping at Sears. I specifically asked to stay away from LG. I know they had many problems and steered clear. The sale associate failed to tell me Kenmores were now made with LG parts. I had my fridge less then 2 years and the compressor and system has failed. It took me 10 days to get a repair guy to come out and 10 more days to schedule for the repair. I can get it under warranty however, I am told I have to pay labor. They obviously are charging me an arm and a leg for labor. I have a Kenmore 13 year old fridge and an old washer and dryer that have lasted. I wanted to stick with what I knew. However, now that they have LG parts you pay the extra money for a small name stuck on the outside of the fridge. I would NEVER buy a Kenmore again, and would recommend others do the same. You are getting an LG fridge. If you want LG they are cheaper with the same parts.

Kenmore Elite French door bottom freezer refrigerator #72099 - Refrigerator was purchased May, 2013. (5 years old now) Recently large blocks of ice were forming inside the freezer compartment. Repair company said the door gasket needed to be replaced. The refrigerator is black. But Sears (LG) no longer makes the gasket in black - just grey or white. The problem is the gasket is visible on both sides when the door is closed so the freezer compartment looks like an oreo cookie - chocolate cookie with cream center. Not exactly the look we purchased at a cost of almost $3k. Love the refrigerator, but we purchased black because we wanted black. Not black and grey. Can't count on Sears anymore.

I purchased a Kenmore refrigerator with a bottom freezer in September 2017. I've had the technician over twice already. The problems associated with this are loss of food; inconvenience and the mental stress I go through each time I call because I have to wait a minimum of seven (7) days for an appointment. When I complained to the 'customer service rep' I was told that they only label appliances non functioning after FOUR visits.

I was so excited to get my Brand New refrigerator with cool outer snack door. However, my excitement was short lived. Not only was the unit small on the inside. But the snack door would not stay closed unless pushed hard. But the water drips constantly from the ice maker and water dispenser gets stuck and continues to flow water even after you remove your cup. That was just week 1. Now it has stopped making ice or freezing now. I opened the back of the unit to clean it and found the coils were packed with Styrofoam. They were NEVER removed by the installers. I paid $2500 for a Kenmore... Come to find out KENMORE IS A FACADE... REAL MAKER IS LG. Needless to say Kenmore brand is dead. It is no longer a quality name. For a fridge to last less than 3 years is a sign. This is not the first review I see where Kenmore lasted 2 years or less. BUYERS BEWARE!

Kenmore 106.4112 Evap fan rattle after a year, replaced it twice already. Not sure if it is the mounting or the fan itself. The model before that, a Whirlpool had the same fan inside and had to be replaced twice. One online tech assistance thought it might be the bushings, replaced them, did not help.

The freezer compartment on top does not work correctly... Sears replaced door gasket and that did not fix the 1/8" gap of daylight along the bottom of the freezer compartment seal which makes it impossible to use the freezer compartment. They ordered a new door and a second seal; door is back ordered; perhaps as much as 2 months. Understand there is no visual damage to this unit. It is brand new from the box. The store made both doors to hinge on the left side and reboxed the refer.

In 2014 I purchased a Kenmore refrigerator. I did not buy the extended warranty. On day 1 when moving the refrigerator in, there were two small dents. I let it go. Then I noticed within a month that the water dispenser was dripping on the finish. The black finish flaked off and rust set in. I have been sanding and painting for four years. My advice do not purchase a Kenmore side by side. No one really stands by their product unless you want to pay a lot. It's frustrating. Since I'm not rolling in the bucks I will have to keep trying to figure this out.

My wife and I purchased this 2700.00 Elite refrigerator 79574043.411 from Sears in July 2016. In August 2018 it stopped working. I called Sears on August 4 and I was told they could not come to my home to diagnose the problem until August 17. Meanwhile all my food had spoiled. I had a home warranty. They were able to come out to my home on August 8 (5 days later). They said the unit had a leak and all the Freon had escaped. The appliance repair said Sears would cover the parts but they couldn’t repair/touch as it would void the Sears warranty. So I called Sears. They said yes that it’s covered under warranty but I would have to pay the labor and wait until August 17, 2018. After multiple phone call to overseas customer service, they finally agreed to come to my house that day.

Thought I was getting a good product. Have bought Kenmore Elite in the past. Paid $2500 for refrigerator in Nov 2016. Less than 2 years later, the fridge is warm. Same story as others. Sears can't come out for 2 weeks. Had another company come out next day and they confirmed the freon was gone. Apparently there is a leak in a "sealed unit?" Compressor was hot and coils were not. Can't complain to anyone because call center is offshore and they do not understand. I called customer service and they said they would have to transfer me. This happened 4 times before I couldn't take it anymore and hung up. You can't get to Kenmore Corporate. All contact info is pointed to Sears. Is there a class action lawsuit I can join?

Bought a Kenmore refrigerator Nov 2017, under warranty, repair techs out twice, two more scheduled repairs. They were a no show, Philippines based customer care is incompetent. DON'T BUY KENMORE! SEARS IS DEAD!

I purchased a Kenmore 111.7121 and it died within 24 hours of receipt. Called Kenmore. They informed me they could have a tech out on Saturday (4 days w/o a refrigerator) and for some reason they think that is acceptable... They don't have a food spoilage policy which is very poor due to the amount of poor products they are producing. It is very sad, everyone is still hoping and praying Kenmore name returns back to their original great products from the past.

Paid $2300 for this Sears Kenmore elite refrigerator and less than 3 years old it's total junk. Stopped working!! Had 5 different guys out to diagnose and fix it and all 5 appliance repair people said they can't fix it! Sears is the bottom of the barrel with quality anymore. Including their craftsman tools that are no longer made in America. CRAFTSMAN TOOLS ARE ALL MADE IN CHINA! That’s right, Sears has sold out to China (and their prices are still the highest). Never ever again will I ever even step into another Sears store! That’s how I feel after getting ripped off on this refrigerator! This week I have to go out and buy another refrigerator and take the $2300 loss!

Kenmore Elite Refrigerator - I have owned this refrigerator for less than 2 years and it had stopped working. It took 2 weeks for Sears to even be able to come out to look at it. He diagnosed it was the compressor and another 2 weeks for the part to arrive and be replaced. He came back out and replaced the compressor. That night the refrigerator never got colder than 60°. I am currently waiting another week for them to return to look at it again at which point it will probably take another 2 weeks to order another part and install it. I am looking to see if there are any lawsuits against Sears ad obviously these are faulty parts on their refrigerators. And I am extremely disappointed to find out that it is an LG brand refrigerator under Kenmore's name. So very unhappy.

Our 4 and 1/2 year old Kenmore Elite refrigerator quit working on June 7, 2018. I called Sears and they said they could not get to our house to service it until 6/13. I had no choice but to wait. When the technician got here, he said it was the compressor. Even though the refrigerator was a Kenmore, he said it was built by LG, and they are notorious for bad compressors. He told me there were all kinds of lawsuits against them because the parts are bad, and it takes a long time to get them. Sears also does not have enough techs, so the customer has to wait weeks to get their product fixed. He put in a brand new compressor, and it did not work. He got another one out of his truck, installed it, and it didn't work either. He said another one would have to be ordered and delivered to my house, and he could be back 6/20, the next available date, to install it.

We purchased a Kenmore Elite 795 Model refrigerator from Sears, $2500, in July of 2016. In May 2018 it stopped working. Repeated calls to customer service over a month and still no help with anyone to come take a look at it. My problem is not unique from reading the reviews. Buy the insurance if you get a Sears Kenmore. Three years and 1st year the fan broke. That would have been $300.00. 2nd year it wasn't getting cold enough. Afraid to use door shelves. Someone came a few times and finally adjusted some lever in freezer making it cooler in fridge. 3rd-year ice maker broke, they replaced it. Very unhappy with this and really can't afford to buy another. Be careful buying this smaller fridge. My insurance is out now and wonder what will go next. Save your money, Kenmore supposed to be good but it isnt.

Kenmore Elite 74043: I purchased this in 2015, on April 6 I realized neither the fridge nor the freezer were cooling. I had purchased the extended warranty. A Sears repair technician came out April 12 and ordered 4 parts. A dryer assembly, 2 evaporator coils, and a compressor. Today is May 3 and 3 of the parts have finally arrived but one of the coils was very poorly packed and I believe it may be damaged. If you call the 1-800 number you get someone overseas and they can't tell you anything about where your parts are. I was first given repair date of April 18, then 24th, then 26th, then May 4. When the Parts Dept. calls I'm not planning to reschedule the repair, I'm planning to purchase another fridge and we will discuss how Sears is going to reimburse me for my new fridge. No wonder they are in trouble!

I have the Kenmore Elite French door model. It has more room in it than I have ever had in a refrigerator. You can see everything without having to move stuff around. Temperature controls are digital and show up on the top door frame. It will alarm if the doors are left open or if the temperature begins to rise. Great refrigerator.

This is a side by side Kenmore which is 10 years old or more (inherited from a family member). Works just great. But I find the side by side less able to store both frozen and fresher foods than my previous refrigerator, which had the freezer compartment on the bottom. Side by side seems to offer less space than top and bottom refrigerators of same overall size.

Ice Maker is 'horrible' and drops ice everywhere. ALSO, They did not make any money on this one as they had 4 service calls from nearby cities and expensive parts to replace because it would not cool the refrigerator side. I am 86, in the past refrigerators would last many years. Not so with today's model of Kenmore Elite.

My current Kenmore refrigerator has a large upper freezer chest and it has an icemaker. I have never had to replace any appliance because it broke down. Kenmore Elite does not get cold enough to keep milk in it. Sears said it doesn't need to be colder. Put old refrigerator, which is much colder, in laundry room just so milk doesn't spoil. Running two refrigerator now. Will never buy another Kenmore.

I told him this is manufacture defects as Sears has 10 years warranty for defects. He refused to replace the foam. I am very unhappy with Sears appliances, I cannot afford to buy new refrigerator, I am senior citizen with low income. This is abuse, unfair, and it is Sears responsibility to not sell defect appliances, instead take advantages from elders. Shame to Sears...

We purchased four Kenmore applications 3 years ago… to my disappointment the refrigerator stopped working and I did not get an extended warranty. I thought if I was investing my hard earned money on a name like Kenmore it would last longer than that. But to my amazement even when I’m paying to have it fixed I have to wait 1 weeks to get it fixed. We took time off to get it fixed just to get a call at 4:00 that he’s not coming. Now we have to wait another 8 days before they come. I do not recommend anyone to purchase Kenmore appliances. We are not happy nor are we satisfied with their service or products.

I received about 6 handles from Sears while it was under the one year warranty but when the year was up Sears' only option was to buy the extended warranty. The refrigerator has worked well but design flaw of the handle was very disappointing.

Large freezer, able to fit several weeks of food, helpful for large families. Indoor ice maker and water, extremely nice feature. City water was filtered without an extra system being installed. And no extra freezer space taken up by trays. Large deep freezer drawers for extra storage. Adjustable containers in door made it easier for more storage in the main fridge. Allowing for bulky items such as milk or pitchers to be stored in the doors. Cleaning was simple, with parts all being removable. Parts dismantled and reassembled easily. Large and bulky making delivery difficult. However, replacement parts were expensive. Also, no color choices other than white were available.

There was a sale going on at the same time we needed a fridge and Kenmore was a name we recognized. It's just the one that we saw that looked like the right fit for our family, and this refrigerator hasn't let us down yet. Sometimes the door on our refrigerator doesn't seal closed the way that it should, though this has never lead to any problems. But this could probably be improved. But other than that, I like how well the Kenmore Refrigerator works, most of all. It also has the perfect amount of storage for our needs.

However, I would improve the length and width of some compartments on the interior door to fit a wider range of containers. I would also improve the seal on the door because it no longer seals closed as good as when it was new. I would make the entire refrigerator scratch proof.

I chose Kenmore because my mom has one. I liked the brand and it had features I was looking for. The price was good for the type of appliance it is. It is practical, easy, and slim. It has gallon door bins, adjustable shelving and door bins, 25 cu. ft. of capacity, frost-free freezer, built-in water filter, ice maker, can fit tall bottles and wide ones, tight sealing doors, humidity-controlled and clear crisper drawers, and adjustable spill-proof glass shelving. However, the stainless-steel is hard to keep clean, fingerprints are always on the fridge or smudges. And sometimes the drawers come out fast or fall out of the door, and small items slide around the door if there are gaps.

I buy exclusively Kenmore for all my kitchen and vacuum needs, they run good and I even have a 30 year old washer and dryer still working. I love Kenmore products and this frig is perfect, cools very well and it's big enough for my family size. I love the lower vegetable bins. I line them with white garbage bags so when they get dirty I change the bag. But when it's running the motor is somewhat louder than I would like since our kitchen is one room with living room and I have to turn up the TV to hear it.

Sears had a lot of models we could look at in the store and the service plan was reasonable. I liked that the model we purchased had wire shelves rather than all glass shelves which was what we needed. Wire shelves were easier to keep clean and you didn't have to worry about scratches. Doesn't make any weird or loud noises. Very quiet. But I would make the refrigerated side larger, or larger compartments for juice and milk, or tall items.

I liked the specially air controlled containers that kept these vegetables and fruits fresh longer. I liked the adjustable shelves which made it easier to position my various foods. Shelves were easy to remove and easy to clean. However, I would have liked more room in the freezer for larger frozen foods. I sometimes found that I could not fit a large turkey or cake into the freezer. I also found the freezer part harder to clean than the refrigerator and get into the small spaces. Other than that, I was very happy with my Kenmore refrigerator.

I could purchase it thru Sears Outlet for reasonable price and I could adjust temperature for maximization for freshness. I also like how the shelves were spaced for easy access and the ice maker was quiet. I like the size of the refrigerator for a single person. I liked the size of the drawers and the freezer was roomy. But I would improve on the stainless steel finish so that it does not leave smudges and drips so easily and I would also improve on the humidity feature on the drawers.

Kenmore is a well known brand and been around for s long time. It has met my initial expectations but it is a little noisy when the ice maker is making and dispensing ice. I compared it to Samsung before my purchase and in the end the lower price swayed my decision. It has a good amount of storage room in the freezer and the ice maker always keeps us in full supply. I appreciate the clear movable shelves which give me the opportunity to change the configuration based on what I have in the refrigerator. But while the overall dimensions are 26 cubic feet I would like more storage in the freezer. The space is good, but would like it to be a little wider. Also the in-door pantry is good, but again not as spacious as I would like.

It had lots of space on the inside but not too big so not get in the way and make kitchen look cluttered. Got real cold and kept food cool. Ladder door, storage, interior lighting glass, shelves, freezless and stylish with a modern look. Couldn't really ask for more, just store I bought it from would have had it black and not just white. We have a very small kitchen and Kenmore was one of only a few products that had the right size that we needed. We couldn't beat the price at the time and my parents had a Kenmore refrigerator too. Our Kenmore refrigerator lasted 10 years with 2 kids and a husband that were constantly opening and closing it. It was also very spacious to keep a lot of food and it never leaked like the refrigerator that I have now. But we would have liked an ice maker instead of having to make ice cubes on a daily basis since there's 4 people in my house. Nevertheless, we would buy a Kenmore again.

I purchased a Kenmore Refrigerator bc it was the price I could afford to spend. It was a self defroster and it had adjustable shelves. All the drawers were clear so you could see what all was in them without having to search a whole lot. But I disliked the fact that it was a off white color and it was actually too big for the space we were trying to put it in...so bc it was too big had to leave it outside. After using Kenmore I can say it was really a good fridge and would buy that brand again.

I liked the fact that the Kenmore Refrigerator had rollout trays and that the bins were clear. I also liked the shelves on this model. The light inside was nice. It was more clear and brighter than the other models. However, one of the things that I didn't like was that the doors are hard to keep open. Nevertheless, I chose the Kenmore Refrigerator due to the overall appearance of the brand versus the other brands and the price was enticing as well. I also liked the fact that it was the color that I wanted, stainless steel.

It's very functional and I thought it would be perfect for my family. It wasn't too horribly expensive too. I wish it had a water maker attached though. It's also not as easy to clean as I would like. I would also like for it to have the ability to change the temperature in certain places.

There is also more than enough room for all of my needs. The height is good, all my bottles and jugs fit upright, no laying things down so the contents can leak out. It had a good bit of space for a standard refrigerator.

It had ice & water in the door which had filtered water which made it better than using the kitchen sink. But small freezer side, would not do a small side by side. I would make the shelves more easily adjustable and have the temperature easily more adjustable and offer it in more colors.

Kenmore is a reliable brand. I've had this fridge for more than 10 years and it's been working great and no issues at all. I like the pizza holder, ice dispenser, the color, and size of the fridge. The filter is easy to replace. Once it turns red you need to replace it. I also like how easy to open the fridge and the ice dispenser is easy to clean. But I don't like how hard to move the refrigerator and we had to put something underneath just to push it easily.

The ice maker is very easy to maintain. We change the filtration as recommended by Sears. Our crispers keep our food fresh very well, the freezer is excellent, we have different compartments. However, I would improve the outside ice delivery service, so your ice can be crushed or normal size cubes, a third addition to the Kenmore. We have been married for 45 years, raised 4 children, my spouse was Army for 20 years and we took our 2 Kenmores wherever we went, some have 220 watts which is what Europe uses. That was a great help so we did not have to purchase transformers overseas, we have always had two Kenmores as we like to shop at the Military Commissary and get a great savings along with our wonderful Kenmore refrigerators.

The Kenmore refrigerator was the cheapest and had the best ratings. It was silver and had the ice machine along with the water filter. It had many drawers and shelves for all my food. I could store a turkey in there along with a ham. It was amazing. I could feed so many people with the little space that I had. They also had a wide variety of colors and makes and models to choose from like ones that had the ice machine, ones that had a top freezer and bottom fridge, ones that were side by side, ones that had grooves and ones that were straight. It was a really nice refrigerator.

But I wish they make it easy to clean and have different temperature for veggie door and also meat door. I also would like a bigger butter container and a bottom freezer with a sliding door. I would like to get another refrigerator that is smaller with a bigger freezer.

I like the Kenmore brand and it is usually reliable. It lasted longer than previous refrigerator. The refrigerator has deep shelves in refrigerator side that are easy to clean. The ice maker produced ice quickly and they never had an odd taste like previous ice maker. The refrigerator held temperature well. But the freezer side never seemed big enough. Also, I did not like the lights inside the refrigerator. Melted the light fixture when it did not shut off when door was closed and ruined food on top shelf by light. It is somewhat easy to get someone at Kenmore to fix any issues. The light issue was solved within a few days- although I wish I waited a year to get the new refrigerator with the new light design. The new models have a different light with LED.

The Kenmore refrigerator kept everything at the right temp, always worked and had it repaired only once and that was under warranty. And it was also the best warranty I have ever seen and would do it all again. It has better than met my expectations.

Kenmore is the house brand for Sears and we're proud to supported the store. My husband and I worked there and got a nice ten percent discount. I enjoy having filtered water that supplies my awesome ice maker & water dispenser in the door. Beautiful glass-like shelves shine like diamonds. Although, the ice maker has a fragile which has to be handled with great care. Also, it frightens me almost every night when the ice maker makes a very loud sound as it drops a load of ice into its bin. I do appreciate though that the ice maker quickly replenishes the ice intake as soon as some come out from the dispenser. Arm to turn it off & on. The repairman replaced a motor/part in the door & left it hanging loose.

I would pick a stainless steel but I pick a black Kenmore refrigerator instead which I love. It had an ice maker, a lot of space and a lot of shelves and two crisp container. There was enough room in the freezer area for the meat and anything else that need freezing. When you open it up the side door has a lot of space and a place for your eggs and butter. I love the space, the coolness the refrigerator stayed and how wide the refrigerator was. I like Kenmore brands. I think it's the best out there and that you couldn't find a better brand.

But, I had it looked at for a couple of issues. The ice maker and dispenser seemed to be just part of that refrigerators MO. I loved it regardless as it was so lovely. The water filters were pretty costly however. The ice maker would freeze up and not dispense ice. I had to turn it off, open freezer door and wait for ice maker to thaw.

I liked the good quality and name recognition. I saw a great advertisement regarding Kenmore when I was looking for a refrigerator that really swayed me. I wanted a dependability refrigerator and Kenmore seemed like a good choice to me in that regard. It kept my food and other items at a constant temperature that was cold enough to prevent my food from going bad which is exactly what I wanted it to do. However, it is scratched easily when in daily use and it scratched the floor as well whenever I tried to move it. It is costly to repair as well. I had it break down once and it cost an arm and a leg.

I bought the Kenmore refrigerator because I was in a pinch and Lowe's was having a sale on it. It meet my expectations. I had the fridge for several years before it had finally had enough. I liked how the door opened on either side depending on which kitchen I had it in. I liked the multiple storage cubbies. The freezer was big and it had a nice light. But maybe make the fridge a little bigger. It also didn't have an ice maker.I disliked the color and the shelving had weird spaces. It was through Sears bought extended warranty that would not cause me to pay when I had no money. Their service people made life absolute hell and I had to go through 4 different service calls and complaints to get it to work. They also act like stalkers and are never on time resulting in clientele delays where I compensated 60.00 hour time after dealing with Sears garbage.

I have back problems, and having the fridge part on top prevents me from having to bend over as often as I would if the fridge was on the bottom. I also like the automatic ice maker, as well as the color. My kitchen is done in black and red, so the availability of a black fridge goes along great with my decor. I have had it for many years and it still works perfectly. I will most likely buy another Kenmore when it stops working.

The first thing that I liked about this Kenmore Refrigerator was the price. It has a ton of shelf space, deep door bins and has the efficient cooling system that keeps the food really cold. All of the shelves are adjustable as well. I like most of the features but there are some that are not needed. I don't particularly like the style of glass shelving in this refrigerator. Another thing that I didn't like was the storage space. This unit only holds 20 CF, I was hoping for 25. Nevertheless, we are very pleased with this model. It also has a good ice maker and filtered water dispenser. However, I would prefer more room for larger foods. The freezer is a bit narrow and the shelves are not as stable as I would like. They fit in holes in the sides and come loose at times. But the shelves are adjustable which is essential to fit in the things I need to store and the ones in the door are convenient as well.

It's a trusted brand. I like external, filtered water and ice machine. Also freezer drawer on bottom and double French doors on top. It also has lots of interior refrigerator space. Loved the extra slide outs in the freezer compartment. Loved fridge and would still have it if we hadn't moved and it would have fit in the new house. Wish the stainless exterior was easier to look less smudged. Also cost of filters was way too high.

Kenmore is a trusted brand and I don't think there's many brands out there to compete with Kenmore refrigerators. The refrigerator runs forever. It is very rare that they ever go out or have anything happen to them. But I would definitely look into making them more childproof for all refrigerators and not just the fancy ones. I would also make the inside of the door more sturdy where the condiments and the butter go for they are easily broken. There is a variety of fridges to choose from, big or smaller styles, and parts are easy to get and is an American-made product. They have great prices and don’t have to replace less than five years. I like that it is big and has lots of storage. It has three drawers and keeps things cold long. Food stays fresh longer. It has a big freezer and I like the white one the best. But I would make more colors to choose and have a ice maker on more models. I also would like to see more drawers in the fridge and the light could stay on longer. It needs a temperature control you don’t have to control so food doesn’t freeze at all and a little more space in the freezer.

My parents bought Kenmore from Sears so when I needed a fridge I went to Sears and bought the same name brand. It was really the main brand that Sears sold so that is where they took me. It was a good fridge for the price. The fridge looked good and the exterior was easy to keep clean. It was durable, lasted a very long time and took a beating and managed to look good. Moreover, I liked the removable shelves for easy cleaning. However, the main shelves were not easy to remove or change. When something spilled in inside, it would often go down the back where I could not see it and pool underneath the crisper containers. In addition, some of the larger items did not fit well in the fridge.

I researched several brands of refrigerators and Kenmore has always been a good brand for me. My expectations have been met and passed. I found this one on sale and the price was very good. I like the three doors and I like the freezer on bottom so I can reach everything, like ice maker tray. I also like the stainless-steel color, the adjustable shelves inside and the separate vegetable and meat compartments. It provides what I need. But the freezer could be a bit larger because I freeze a lot of food.

I choose to go with Kenmore because the brand was a name I recognized as being around for a while and it was a price I could afford. My previous refrigerator was a lesser known brand and I had a lot of problems with it. I like the Kenmore ref's size. It has a milk/gallon-sized spot on the door which is my favorite feature. No digging through to get to the milk. I also like the adjustable shelves! I wish the bars on the shelves of the door was a little sturdier though. Kids broke one the first week. They seem to break easily but that is true with most refrigerators. Also, I miss the holder for cans my previous refrigerator had. Overall, I'm totally and completely satisfied with this refrigerator! But I'm totally and completely satisfied with this refrigerator!

I had a new house built and the Kenmore Refrigerator was one of the models that the builder offered. I like that the Kenmore Refrigerator has a big storage and easy to clean. It also holds gallon jugs in the door and the coils do not hold the dust in the system outside making it a cleaner running refrigerator. The refrigerator runs great and still does.

My previous refrigerator stop running and the Kenmore was on sale and I was fortunate enough to buy it. It was the right price and size that I needed at the time of purchase. I enjoyed it. I like the space inside, the shelves and the vegetable trays. I also liked the freezer space as well.

I was well acquainted with brand, and had used Kenmore washers in the past. l like my GE profile refrigerator better although l like the smooth surface of both the refrigerator and the handles for ease of cleaning. I like the large capacity refrigerator section and very large freezer section. There's various options for ice and water. And nice, roomy bins and in-door egg holder. But it doesn't seem to cool as well as other brands I have used in the past and the model I have does not allow for versatility of adjusting shelves to different heights to accommodate tall bottles, etc. Will probably not purchase brand again.

The history my family has had with Kenmore keeps me coming back. Its quality products are always dependable and work to my needs. I haven't had to worry about maintenance because they last. I trust the Kenmore name because it’s been around for a long time. I like the fact that it stays cool when the power goes out. Kenmore is reliable where others are not. There are too many fly by night appliance fads and Kenmore doesn't do that. We are consistently happy and surprised. However, I would include more settings and maybe a deeper space for the freezer area. It also needs a better filter for the water and ice makers that is easier to change.

I purchased a Kenmore for several reasons. It is a brand that has great name recognition. I was looking for a smaller width refrigerator and the Kenmore line had a size I needed and had all the special features I was looking for even though it was a smaller size. The water filter is easy to change because of its location. Glass shelves are important too. They are easy to clean and so much better than the wire shelving. The vegetable drawers are deep and I like the fact that they are clear. The refrigerator is super quiet too. The ice maker really does a good job too. The location of the ice bin on the door is a feature I appreciate. I'm able to see the quantity of ice and I can also remove the bin easily if needed! I just really wish they would have several lights in the freezer. For some reason I always manage to block the light with my placement of the frozen items. I also am not happy with the bottom door shelf. I find that the depth is a little too small.

I like the refrigerator's ability to make ice and to change degrees on the freezer. Additionally, I like how the lighting works in the fridge. The separate compartments are a nice touch as well. Stainless steel is a great addition and the added drink dispenser is great too. I enjoy the spaciousness of the freezer and the fridge and like that it is easy to keep clean. But I would prefer if the fridge didn't smell occasionally and stopped leaking. I also wish the fridge had an easier operation and better repairs for leaking. I wish the space was somewhat bigger too and that it will become smart compatible in the future but for now it fits my desires and I enjoy the space it has. The fridge allows me to store anything I need and the freezer has easy access.

Loved that it was frost free. I never had to defrost it, nice big crisper drawers, liked and the shelves. Plus, color never did colored over the years either. However, the humidity it was too high in the crisper. Veggies went droopy. Moreover, seemed like the fridge itself was too warm to the touch.

It was years ago that I had this type of refrigerator. It was one of my first refrigerator, couldn't complain about anything about it. I liked the freezer. It was nice and spacious. I expected the functions that it offered and it was met with the expirations. Just wish when I bought one would of been great if I would of waited till later in the years, to have a built-in ice machine. It was with me for years but times changed with technology but the overall experience was great. I expected to have it as the warranty would expire and it last past the time. I've moved up on the refrigerators. I was completely satisfied when I chose a Kenmore refrigerator. I just liked the brand of it and the performance that it offered. I loved my refrigerator.

Trusted the quality based upon previous experience with Kenmore brands being well made. Lasting longer w/o need for repair. Able to deal with the local store/sales person to take advantage of best pricing. Had what we wanted without things that we knew we wouldn't use. But it has plastic pieces - bins tended to wear or crack, became more energy inefficient as it aged. Outer shell discolored with age, noise level higher than we would have liked. Nevertheless, it has good price and acceptable quality.

We chose a Kenmore refrigerator because it was moderately priced and it was at the store we were shopping at. We just liked this model. I like its appearance, the metallic surface stays clean and is easy to clean up messes and spills, and it doesn't stain. We've had no problems with how it runs/works well, the water dispenser is quite convenient also. However, it would be better if there were more space in the freezer. There is barely enough space for all our frozen meat. The refrigerator section as well could be improved by more space.

I like Kenmore only for the plain fact that it is very popular. Also they are very sturdy appliances and last quite a long time compared to other fridges. I like that it has a drawer as a freezer. It reminds me of a box freezer or a deep freezer. I also like the door with the water and ice part. That really comes in handy because you don't have to get in it to get some ice. Its all right there. Make the fridge a little bit more roomier though so that the milk and the sodas as well as a bottle of wine can all fit on the same shelf together.

I selected Kenmore because of the price and the space provided. On the day of delivery I had to help the Sears driver bring the refrigerator to its location because he was by himself. The refrigerator is a black exterior with an 18-cubic foot interior for almost $700.00. The size of the refrigerator fit our needs with several interior shelves and drawer space and shelving space on the doors. The freezer is two-tiered and came with an ice tray. But the refrigerator is too cold and drips water in the interior. Sears was called to fix it. They came out but said nothing could be done. To this day the refrigerator is still producing temperatures that are way too cold causing food loss over time and a huge letdown overall. Ultimately, Sears and Kenmore have let me down and lost customers.

Easy to operate. Heats quickly. Big dial. Easy to understand directions. Plenty of shelf space. Lots of drawers and space. Produce drawer on wheels. Easy to move. Good price. Roomy. Freezer space. There was also a huge discount on it. There was free delivery and pickup too. The store was convenient location. Delivery was fast. Color matched my kitchen and decor. Additional features are convenient. However, it could be colder in some areas. Frostbite is covering the inside. Shelves are hard to adjust too. The warranty is not long enough and does not cover enough. Parts are hard to find as well and no service reps in my area.

At first I was a bit weary on whether or not to buy the Kenmore refrigerator but once I got I just love it so very much. If I could buy another one I sure would. The only thing is that I wish there was more space to put food and storage. But overall a great fridge for sure.

The color and textured finish of the Kenmore ref were very appealing as was the sleeker design. And the appeal of the bottom freezer and the glass sliding shelves won me over. I loved the three-door concept so you were only opening a door or drawer that was absolutely necessary. The large indoor tray storage area and the sliding glass shelves were very useful as well. However, the location of the filtered water dispenser seemed to defeat the purpose of having three doors since you had to open a large door to get to it. And the location of the ice maker was troublesome over time because of opening and closing a large heavy drawer. Dust and floor dirt collected behind the freezer drawer and was difficult to reach and clean.

When we first decided to get married, my husband and I decided whether we would live in an apartment or if we should buy our own house. We decided to buy a house, however the house we chose did not have a refrigerator, so we had to buy one. After looking at some different options, we decided to go with Kenmore, because of the reliability of the brand. When deciding on a large purchase you want to make sure you choose quality right away. You don't want to go with an unknown brand because it might look nicer and less expensive. You want something that you know will last and stand up to the test of time. You want a brand name that is trusted and has been for many years. It meets expectations, and gives you just what you need.

I loved the Kenmore brand. I have always been a fan of Kenmore washers and dryers and I have many other Kenmore products that work extremely well and that are extremely effective in getting the job done in terms of cleaning my clothing so I purposely chose the Kenmore brand because it had the best design and fit. I like the design of the refrigerator, how it looks, its nice shape, as well as all of the unique features it has. I also like how the refrigerator cools food and how effective it is at keeping things fresh as well. I like everything about the refrigerator. It is a good refrigerator.

We got a really good deal on our Kenmore refrigerator and the price definitely was a driving factor in this purchase for us. My parents had a Kenmore in the house I grew up in so I knew it would be reliable. I like the ice machine and the power freeze option. There is also plenty of room for storage and the shelves allow for many different ways of organizing your food. However, I would maybe have the freezer set up a little bit differently and I wish there were more shelf so that stacking food was a little bit easier because now things seem kind of jumbled.

It's hard to trust a newer company when making high money purchases. Kenmore is a solid well-trusted name. They are known for quality and durability. Sometimes reputation is worth more than added bells and whistles. I like the option of switching the side the door opens on. I like the adjustable shelves and the depth of the door space. Reliable, good lighting, warning if door left ajar, leak-catch shelved. However, if there were a way to make the walls thinner while retaining the same insulation, that would increase space available. I would like pull out shelves, I would make the alarm a little louder. I might add a air filter that is changeable. It was a worthwhile purchase.

When I was first married in the early seventies, I bought all my appliances at Sears and they sold Kenmore more than other brands. I purchased a Kenmore washer and dryer and also a Kenmore refrigerator and they lasted for over twenty years. I have since then always favored and trusted the Kenmore brand. I liked that the refrigerator motor ran quietly and that it was frost free and easy to clean. I liked also, the finish on the outer cabinet of the refrigerator because it didn't show fingerprints and smudges. It had great vegetable bins and the shelves were roomy and great for storing tall items on the top shelf. I also liked the door compartment.

I like the features the Kenmore Refrigerator comes with. All the features are very good and very convenient to use daily. It is a win win situation. I really like the idea and the price point is also very good. It is very large for the price. It's a hot product and has a very modern touch.

My mother had a Kenmore and it was a good fridge. I liked the style, the options and the price for the quality fridge I was purchasing. Over time the refrigerator has lived up to my expectations and hopefully will continue to do so! Very quiet running, very spacious and convenient size for the price of the unit. The durability has been wonderful about 21 1/2 years. Quality and value cannot be beat! I didn't purchase ice maker so I would have preferred it to a larger shelf area for ice cube trays. Also have some type of shelving in the freezer. The crisper area for fruits and vegetables could have been made sturdier to support the crisper drawers.

The Kenmore fridge worked great and a very good product. It was a compact size which was good for space. I could have gotten something else and I'm glad I didnt!!! I truly was happy with what it was bought for. I wish I had a home to buy a fancy one though!!!

The Kenmore refrigerator has a pull out freezer door. It has a lot of space and is easy to clean. There has been a couple quirks but nothing major and the warranty covers most of it. However, I would improve the placement of the freezing element. It ices up sometimes and has to be unthawed. I also wish the workers would explain the problems a little more and the solutions. They could be a little bit more timely also. But that is expected with anything and any situation. I have always used Kenmore products and wouldn't get another brand. Kenmore has met my expectations. They have good quality products and stay true to their word on warranty. Thank you for the service. I appreciate it. I am overall happy.

The reason my husband and I chose this refrigerator in particular was its size. It was perfect for our location. It was also the color and features we wanted and needed. The built-in ice maker was great, it kept up well for my family of six people.
