Even though my move was a short one, I needed movers who could handle items with extreme care. Specifically, I got a quote with International Van Lines to help me move furniture and many musical instruments to a different apartment a few miles away. I made my requests, and they told me they would do it with extra protection to not damage the instruments. The move went perfectly; they moved all the furniture and extra-wrapped the instruments, doing everything exactly as I requested. Great service.

I hired International Van Lines to move my 2 bedroom apartment from Coral Spring to Durham and the 4 person team was great! They were extremely careful, patient, polite and hardworking. Highly recommend IVL! They even disassembled and reassembled our crib, bed, and rocker without being asked and flawlessly! 11 out of 10!

My experience with the moving company International Van Lines. Would not recommend. The movers came to pick up my stuff at 4 PM. They had already done two jobs that day. They were tired and in a hurry. Same exact experience when they came to drop my stuff off at my new place. They lost some of my stuff. They damaged almost all of my furniture. International Van Lines is clearly one of those companies that hires as few workers to do as much work as possible. That leads to shitty service because the workers are always tired and in a hurry.

Great, International Van Lines, Great! While these guys didn’t whistle while they worked, they were certainly a cheerful crew that operated like a well-oiled machine. Each member knew their role and executed it with precision, turning the daunting task of moving into a seamless performance. They were actually a joy to watch – no item was too big or small. Every piece was carefully wrapped, carried, and placed exactly where instructed. From beginning to end, the team was timely, courteous, professional, and provided a decent price with no hidden fees and no nasty surprises in the final bill. One of the movers even fixed a wobbly TV cart for me (that was definitely on its last leg), without being asked. Talk about service! We are so thankful for the work and effort that our moving team exhibited this past weekend as they moved us from FL to NC! The whole team was extremely professional and quickly completed the job. We had rented two side by side storage units (thinking that we would need both due to the amount of items we had). I’ve been recommending International Van Lines since I first got them to do my move in January this year. My requests for a moving company are that they can do large and long moves with keen organization, minimal back and forth, and peaceful customer service. My experience with the International Van Lines crew was very good. When they came to pick up the things, they wrapped them and were very conscientious as far as taking care of our things. We couldn't have been more happy. However, we were a little bit taken back. We thought our things were going to be there a little bit earlier, but after I read the contract, they did fulfill everything that they said they were going to do. It was just the inconvenience of waiting so long.

It has been the most ridiculous experience. They changed the dates 4 times back and forth and not within a few days - a month later. It has taken nearly 5 months now and I don’t even know when I will get the shipment. Every time you email them, there is a new person on the email chain who says that they know nothing about any of the initial information you gave them. You need to explain over and over and over again to a new person each time. Then on top of it, there were nearly $2,000 dollars in additional charges on top of the $7,000 initial charges. All this for literally 5 pieces of furniture and some kitchen items and clothing. Absolutely ridiculous. I am totally disgusted!

They communicated very well, confirmed everything prior to moving day. On moving day, we had a great experience with our moving team of Jon, David, and Mike. We had a great experience with IVL. We did a long distance move from FL to NC. They took great care of our stuff. The price was great and much less than other companies. They were incredibly efficient using every inch of the space to make sure everything fit. Rick was very great to work with and kept in communication leading up to and throughout the move to let us know everything was on track. If you are reading this review, there is no need to look for any other moving company in the triangle, IVL is It!!!! These guys were able to knock out our 5BR/3.5 house in a little over 7 hrs in the middle of one of the hottest days of the year!!!! Can’t say enough great things about David and his crew. We had furniture (heavy pieces) moved from the second floor and the basement of our house to be stored in our garage and International Van Lines were professional, organized and friendly. The two movers who arrived to do the job didn’t lose any second, arrived on time and got right to work. They knew exactly what to do and worked great as a team. I highly recommend.

Our first two movers cancelled on us, and the second one cancelled only mere days before the move was scheduled. International Van Lines quickly stepped up. They can’t give a precise quote over the phone, but they gave me a ballpark based on my description of items, furniture, etc. In the end, they quoted me on the ballpark’s lower end, which was nice. I needed a super urgent move and found IVL on Google. I called them up at 9:10 AM on a Saturday morning hoping for a move the same day. I felt confident that this would be impossible but, lo and behold, IVL were able to help me already at 11:00 AM the same day. :) The three guys arrived on time and they worked hard - really hard. I was very satisfied with Justin's response and right attitude. He was not only very prompt and friendly but very also responsive. I had to move from Fort Lauderdale, FL to Atlanta, GA. Justin moved my listed stuffs all in good condition as it was with out any damage. More importantly there was no re-negotiation with payment and money what we agreed on which normally some movers do while or after moving stuffs, but with Justin it was what we agreed before hand. I was referred to International Van Lines by a coworker who used them before. I had a long distance move coming up with a lot of stuff from my home and took a shot. To make a long story short, I spoke to a couple other moving companies and they either quoted me way too high or just didn’t match us. So we went with IVL as per the recommendation. They booked me quick, came out on time, took inventory of everything, explained the process, and handled the move at a fraction of the price compared to the other guys. I’ll for sure be passing the recommendation along.

First let me just say that I traveled cross country from Texas so my 20ft U-Haul got shuffled around in transit. So to me with OCD it was a nightmare, I was skeptical that everything would not be unloaded in 2 hours. However they accepted the challenge & swiftly, efficiently and in a timely professional manner moved everything into my new home. I will be recommending IVL to everyone. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond my expectations. Really great job!

Great service, great experience and a great team. They had a solid range of moving options from local moves, long distance, full packing, even storage there’s something for everyone. I went with a cross state move. Had a bunch of stuff like furniture and boxes and a few fragile things and they handled it like pros. Communication was good and everything went smooth. Plenty of help, everything was super organized, and the staff was so friendly and went outta their way to make it a good experience. Would definitely use them again.

Had a great experience moving with International Van Lines back in late March around the 26th. I usually don’t go through full-service moving companies, but this one was an exception! I’ve worked with other companies closer to home in the past, but I was really impressed with how this one handled everything. The coordinator on duty, Adrian (I believe), was incredibly polite and attentive while walking us through the process. Our stuff was packed up carefully and loaded in record time, everything felt smooth and professional. If I ever have to move again, I’ll definitely be reaching out to IVL!

10/10 service. Me and my family moved to Nevada, and they helped us out. The guys showed up on time (which was already a win LOL) and were super chill but also got everything packed up quick. We were moving to Reno and everything made it in one piece, no weird surprises, and they even helped carry stuff upstairs, even though I believe that wasn’t really required. Definitely recommend them if you’re moving and don’t want the usual moving headaches.

If you're moving inside Florida, choose these guys. My experience with International Van Lines was pretty neat. Had to move from Belleville to Lake City with a BUNCH of stuff, pretty fragile things too, and was worried it would be trouble. After going through with Mike, who, I have to say, explained everything so transparently and made sure I understood every detail, he said he would let the team know about how to handle my things in the best way possible. Lo and behold, his team picks everything up nicely, reassures me on how most of the objects will be handled, keeps me updated on how they'll handle sentimental value items, etc. In general, they were really acting as friends and were pretty efficient in keeping me updated. Definitely recommend them.

Failure at Every Turn: Our Moving Experience with IVL. I was unaware of the level of rage, anger, despair, frustration, and powerlessness a company could make me feel until I dealt with International Van Lines. My husband and I are senior citizens, but we are by no means inexperienced or frail. Between us, we have lived through adversity, loss and bureaucratic malfeasance, and have dealt with countless companies and service providers over decades. Yet none of them made me feel as mistreated, ignored, and ultimately abused as International Van Lines. I typically disregard reviews, assuming they’re written by people with too much time or a personal axe to grind. How I wish I had listened to the many warnings about this company. The problems began immediately after we paid. Before the move, they played games with the pricing.

I've moved across country twice and done three international moves and this was the WORST move ever. I used the big players in the past, Bekins, Mayflower, but tried to save some money and thought with the positive reviews to give IVL a try. I'm still kicking myself, customer service doesn't exist with IVL. They provided conflicting arrival window, no accountability, crushed bins labeled fragile, just a hot mess. The best part of working with IVL was being finished. The photos below show how my belongings arrived in the truck and speak volumes to lack of care IVL shows for customer belongings.

I moved from the Midwest to east and the communication with International Van Lines was clear. I like that. Pickup and delivery were very good as well. It met my expectations, and I got my stuff very quickly. International Van Lines should keep their service good like this.

We were up in Maine and my wife was looking around because we needed to ship some stuff back from my late mother's house. We looked at options and decided to go with a moving service. We went with International Van Lines for their price and the fact that they packed stuff and loaded and unloaded them. The crew was very good. They were very professional, knew what they were doing, and worked as a team. However, people may need to be more careful on their inventorying, what the moving crew loads versus what they unload. We think we're missing at least a couple boxes of stuff.

I was very nervous about working with a moving company based on all the stories I had heard. I am pleased to say that IVL did a great job, and we will be using them again. My sales rep, Alex, was fantastic at getting things set up for us.

Moving is stressful, and finding an honest moving company is impossible. I went with IVL based on their reputation and how they treated me when I called. The cost was reasonable, customer service was solid, and I had no issue with my move. I would use them again and refer them to anyone I know who is moving.

I dealt with Rick from the customer service team of International Van Lines and he was fantastic. The guys in Florida did an excellent job wrapping everything up. I have no qualms and I cannot complain about anything other than it took a lot longer than I thought to get our household stuff to Massachusetts.

5 Stars. Moving on a budget isn’t easy, but this company gave me the best rate AND top-quality service. They were quick, courteous, and didn’t waste time. The final price was actually less than quoted because they worked so fast. I’d recommend them to any student, renter, or anyone looking for good service without breaking the bank.

I've moved a few times in my day for work. I have never had to find a moving company, so I was a little nervous about the process. However, I did a lot of research and found that IVL has a good reputation, so I decided to give them a shot. My salesperson Alex was great. He spent time with me reviewing the details, and I felt very comfortable with my decision. I had no issues with delays, damage or hidden charges. I would use them again!

I had a good experience with International Van Lines. I had the greatest rep. She worked with me for months before the move. I was leery because she wanted a deposit, so I didn't do it for a while. But she explained the whole process and convinced me that it was a legitimate company, so I trusted her. And they were cheaper than any other place. George was the nicest guy, and I was so happy to see him pull up. I was still skeptical up until the night he called and said he was on his way, but when he picked up the stuff, I felt better. George also delivered the stuff when I asked him to deliver it, and everything was there. There was nothing missing, which was surprising. There was a desktop missing, but they delivered it a week later.

This is the 4th time I had to hire a mover and I am glad I was reffered to IVL. The team did a great job packing and prepping all my stuff and they did it quick. I had no issues with communication, no damage and was happy with the outcome of the move. If I ever have to move again I would use IVL. If you decided on IVL ask for Alex, he did a great job for us.

I've hired a couple of moving companies in my day and must say that IVL did a great job organizing our move. They were on-time, packed well and got the job done. We received everything on-time and with no issues. I was pleased with the outcome of the move and would use them again.

Used IVL for a move from Nebraska to Pennsylvania. As prior military, I have moved many times and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had with movers. Although not uncommon, you should be aware that IVL subcontracts the pickup and delivery, so you will be dealing with three companies IVL, the pickup company and the delivery company. The reason I mention this is because of the issues this communication chain creates. Any issues I describe herein are compounded in complication because every communication is to IVL dispatcher, who then calls the subcontractor, and then returns the call back to me.

What a horrible company. They are a broker not moving company. They sucker you in. Ghost you then when movers show up they said I had to pay an additional $3,500 I had a detailed inventory paid $9,500 previously! They never disclosed they were a broker not a moving company!! Don’t just don’t.

International Van Lines is one of the best moving companies that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. They were very polite, did their job quickly, and they make sure that everything was perfect. When I moved from the Texas panhandle to San Antonio I thought it was going to be a nightmare but International Van Lines made it anything but a nightmare!

They arrived on time within the window they promised. Absolutely fast and careful with my stuff, knowledgeable with disassembling large pieces. They reassembled everything and ensured my furniture was put together properly. No damage at all to anything, the experience was seamless. My go to professionals for moving, highly recommended!

These guys are more than just movers. They saved my marriage. I guess I should say my wife and I love each other very much. But if that poor woman would have been stuck with me in a U-Haul dragging our things across country I do believe she would have divorced me by the time we hit the Pennsylvania state line! They came in and from the initial meeting saw how stressed we both were about this move. They told us to to worry so much and to let them handle everything. I’m so glad we listened. They handled everything from wrapping the furniture to packing and even unwrapped and placed it all in its new places. Thank you guys and thank you IVL!

International Van Lines did an amazing job of dealing with a very difficult situation (created by a remediation company a year and a half ago) and were able to return all items to my home so that I can finally begin the process of restoring my home! They were very professional yet caring and personable as they completed a miraculous job. I would certainly want to use them again. I am grateful for the incredible way they responded to my situation! Kudos to a great team!

Beware of Price Increases with International Van Lines. International Van Lines initially offered a lower rate to entice me to use their moving services. However, on moving day, they significantly increased the price. By that point, with my move scheduled in just a few days, I had little choice but to proceed with their service.

We actually had a delay on purpose, but when we asked for it, it was within a week. They exactly followed our instructions. Everyone was great. When we started unpacking, everything seemed great. Every aspect of the move was awesome. I'd recommend them to anybody.

This truly has been the worst moving experience of my life. If I could select negative stars I would. I've moved many times over the years, most across state lines, so this was certainly not my first time. To start with, their video walk-through of the house was grossly off the mark, by over $5,000. I could forgive this in the end if they treated my goods with respect, but they did not. They packed materials in boxes from multiple rooms, mixing items from the basement and garage with bedrooms.

This is my 3rd big move out of state and the last 2 times were absolute nightmares. This move was a pleasant surprise. We had no damages and the movers arrived on schedule. The crew that unloaded did an amazing job and when it came to putting everything back together everything was perfect. I would use IVL again for sure!

Great experience from start to finish. I was worried putting all our belongings in storage and having them shipped to another country. Thankfully, I worried for nothing. We had no damaged items and all of our possessions arrived on time. We checked a few different international moving companies before deciding on IVL and we definitely made the right choice.

We hired International Van Lines for a cross country move. The process went well and the packing and loading team were both great. It took a couple extra days to get delivered then we thought but it was still within the window we were given. I hope we don't have to move again any time soon but if we do we'll use IVL again.

I was moving from a home that I lived in for many years to downsizing into a one bedroom apartment. It was my first move in a very long time. My home was two stories with stairs, a few large items, and crates. International Van Line's customer service was very informative on their rates, and what the entire moving process would consist of. I had quotes from three moving companies, and I decided to move forward with International Van Lines. They were on time professional movers who handled all my items with care!

The company has contacted me and we have resolved our differences.

Do not use this company. They lied to us about when we will receive our stuff. It took us over a month to get our stuff. We were lied to in the beginning saying we would receive out belongings when we asked to receive them. They also told us that we would receive our belongings right away. Our belongings were put in a semi and then transferred to storage in Arizona and then put in another semi truck. They shattered stuff and they tried to hide it from us by putting it in another box and hiding it from us. I cannot replace these items. My sister was killed in a car accident and my china was given to me from a patient of mine 20 years ago. They don’t care if it has any meaning to you.

I just read that they pay thousands of dollars for fake good reviews. DO NOT USE THEM. Not only did they pack trash that I had to pay for to be delivered, unbeknownst to me, but there was something broken in every box they packed and delivered. They put a hole in my dining table because they only put on blanket on it and they refuse to fix it. They also severely damaged my antique buffet and refused to fix that. They will overcharge and underdeliver. Look at Redditt and Yelp reviews. That tells the story.

International Van Lines was very helpful and informative. They answered all my questions. The first move, the gentleman who headed the crew was communicative. We had a lot of stuff, so he managed to keep everybody organized, get it all packed beautifully and into the truck. The second crew was much smaller because we were moving a lot less with the second house. They wrapped everything very carefully. The gentleman who lead that crew was terrific. We worked with my mother-in-law who was 90 and he was good with helping her, answering her questions. The people who came here and dropped the stuff off were also excellent. There were two missed things but everything fared well through the move, especially because a good chunk of it was in storage for a couple of months with them before it was moved. We had a good experience.

NEVER NEVER HIRE International Van Lines as a moving company. At every phase, representatives lied to me. And, worst of all, they served as a broker rather than a mover and assigned my job to a much lower rated moving company, American Knights Moving and Storage. Goods were stored by American Knights in Texas for over two months. This is after I was promised that my goods would be moved to my new location (Delaware) by IVL and stored at an IVL facility in Delaware, providing prompt delivery once I’d moved. It occurred despite being told that IVL did not use subcontractors and was told, “Absolutely not. Only International Van Lines personnel will pack and deliver your materials.”

This service did not work out well for me. I foolishly didn't read all of these reviews. All seemed fine until two days before the move when I was told the movers would show up 24 hours early. I reacted badly (screaming I am ashamed to admit) that we were not ready for the movers to arrive one day early. The customer service response was, "Sorry but there is nothing we can do. Would you like to cancel the move?" Previous reviews mention a lack of communication and customer service. Unfortunately, that was the case for me. The initial quote/estimate turned out to be literally half of the total cost of the move. $5,000 became $10,000 with tip included.

Hired to move me from Philly to South Florida, and it was an absolute nightmare. Instead of moving my stuff to the proper address, they dumped everything in a warehouse somewhere for almost two months. Apparently, it wasn’t climate-controlled:

Setting up our move with International Van Lines was easy. It was a huge move for me. It moved everything I owned except for the building. The moving crew was great. Everybody was efficient and friendly. The truck driver took off from my house and went straight after eight hours to get to where I am now. He drove all night. He took a cat nap in a rest stop, but he got to my new house before I did and they were unloading and had it almost all unloaded the time I got here.

If you are looking for long distance movers, look elsewhere. Our experience with International Van Lines has been nothing but frustrating. We gave 6 weeks notice of our requested delivery date for our furniture and when the date came they hadn't even started planning our delivery. We have now been sleeping on an air mattress for 8 weeks and cannot get a straight answer out of anyone at the company. The response is always to quote us a ridiculous up to 21 days past our requested delivery date and say that they will get back to us by the end of the day because they need to look up information (spoiler, they never actually get back to us). From what I can tell, this company is super disorganized (I was literally told I couldn't get an amount due because, "the paperwork must be on someone's desk") and once they get your deposit and have your stuff they genuinely don't care about finishing the job with any form of expedience. This company is a joke.

Where do I start? My family and I had a big move to make as we moved out of state to be near my parents in Florida. I was referred to International Van Lines from a friend whom also used them previously and had nothing but good things to say. From the moment I booked to the preparation to move and be moved the crew was amazing but most of all they engaged with my family and made the experience so stress free I am still in awe.

If I could give less than a zero I would. This has been the absolute worst experience of our entire lives. We packed up our household from Detroit to do missionary work in the Dominican Republic. The shipment was supposed to take 3 weeks. It's been over 3 MONTHS, we have been living out of one suitcase, paying extra rent each week on a place to stay. No one takes accountability or returns calls. Everything is some other contractor's fault. Our container has been left behind, has been BROKEN INTO and stolen from, left behind, finally boarded another ship, and now is supposedly being held up by customs. I don't know what the truth is anymore. Some people have good experiences, some bad, I understand. Ours had been a complete nightmare that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Don't ship, just buy new. The headache / heartache isn't worth it. As of today we still have not received our shipment as it sits at the port in SD.

International Van Lines made my move so much easier. They were priced fairly, arrived on time and in uniform. The crew was efficient, friendly, professional and handled my belongings with extra care showing they were experienced in what they do and care about the customer. I was well informed of all details during transit which eased my mind a lot since I am a worry wart. Upon delivery and unpacking the truck I was happy to see that none of my belongings were damaged, broken or scratched. I love that they kept on schedule and were not late and even better there were no hidden fees. I will definitely use IVL for my next move when the time comes and would recommend International Van Lines to all of my friends and family.

This company was crucial In my firm's recent expansion to Florida. We needed to move quite a lot of pricey camera equipment quickly. It's well known among camera operators how much of a hassle it is to do this but moving companies tend to not be quite as considerate. That's what set this crew apart -- when I called, they knew exactly what steps needed to be taken to ensure the delicate cargo was shipped safely. I am sure they also are knowledgeable about handling other oddball moving requests too!

I used International Van Lines to move me and my family from Connecticut to Florida. What a wonderful move it was. All the employees were very polite and very helpful.. We had hands-free moving. They did it all for us. Packed it up, taped it, marked all the boxes, and away it went. Nothing got broken, scratched or dented. These guys were awesome. They took awesome care of all of our things...like they were moving their own stuff!!

I moved out of town for a better career. I was scared to use a moving company but they really assured me that I would love their service. The staff are very friendly and professional. I didn't have any problems with anything being broken or damaged. The movers are awesome. They stick to their schedule. I would use them again if needed.

I had to move last month for a new job. I was quoted over the phone and made the appointment on the day that is convenient for me. On the moving day, the moving team arrived on time and with all of their supplies. They provided all the logistics on how things should be wrapped and boxed. The whole move took 6 hours. Price was reasonably priced too.

I had to move halfway across the country for graduate school. I had a hard time getting accurate and timely quotes from movers but once I came across International Van Lines the stress was gone! I used the professional packing and storage options with my move. The free quote I received was exactly what I paid. Other companies quotes higher with the extras. I had my property stored in a temperature-controlled facility. All the workers were professional and courteous. It was a smooth transition from beginning to end.

I had to move my son out of state for school and waited last minute to do it! Luckily when I contacted International Van Lines, not only were they able to do I make the move but it was also cheaper than my other options! Between actual packing and transport, it was faster than they advertised and everything was in one piece! I’m definitely going to use them again and highly recommend anyone in need to do so.

International Van Lines were nothing short of perfect with our cross country move. The price was exactly what we were quoted and the delivery of our furniture came 6 days ahead their last day window. Hopefully we won't be moving again any time soon. However if we do it will be with IVL

They charge a price and tack on a bunch of extra fees as the process continues on in order to deliver your boxes and these are not small charges. After paying nearly $200 a box for 48 boxes IVL stole one of my boxes and destroyed 17 other boxes that were covered in mold and wet upon arrival or squashed with the contents inside damaged or destroyed. I have pictures of this and sent all of these to IVL. They said insurance does not cover this and they will do nothing to help me. The below is the copy and pasted answer I received:

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I will try to make it short... but it is hard.

Could not lock down a specific date for the movers to pack until like the day before, which was not my preference. It was a day early. I had sold my house and I had a schedule to move and arrive at my destination a few states away. I lost a day of packing by their showing up a day early. We agreed at a 1 pm start time for the movers. They showed up at 9:30am. I could have had them wait until 1 pm but I accommodated them and had them start right away while I was having my computer gear professionally prepared for the move. Natalie, my contact at IVL, said it was the dispatcher for the mixup. I had set aside 4 boxes for myself to pack and put in my car.

International Van Lines subs out all of their work to third parties. I was not aware of that, so we booked them. Their time frame for delivery was between 1 to 21 days, and that was not explained upfront. They also try to upcharge you for many things upon delivery. They instruct their drivers to get as much money as possible from individuals, because they were trying to upcharge us quite a bit.

Great Moving Crew did an amazing job. Allen of our belongings were packed with care and the movers all had good attitudes. They arrived promptly at the new house and unloaded super fast. They even put together our furniture with ease. I highly recommend this company.

Relocating across the ocean to another continent is a daunting task but IVL staff made it so much easier for us. Their prices were competitive and they communicated with us throughout the process. Both the movers they selected to pick up our household goods in the US and deliver them in Europe were professional and efficient. Their contact in Europe was knowledgeable and made it going thru customs a breeze. We are delighted that we selected this company because they handled the logistics of this complicated task magnificently. Our household goods arrived in perfect condition and we are so grateful to IVL for all their work in accomplishing this difficult task.

I gotta say I’ve used moving companies in the past, and they haven’t been really the best as far as being on time or having customer service that you can talk to you, but this company takes the cake getting to the destination when I told them to get there. Having everything they said they advertised. I was able to make phone calls to customer service and talk to a human with no problem! One of the best moving companies I’ve ever used!

Worst moving service I could have ever signed up to use. They 100% paid USA Today and Forbes for the recommendation because there is NO way customers are satisfied with the "service" they provide. Most important to understand, THEY ARE JUST A MIDDLE MAN. They don't even handle communication with the moving trucks once scheduled, they make you do it, and don't tell you about additional potential costs if a moving truck can't park in front of your pick-up or delivery address.

The final cost ended up being double what we were quoted when we put down our deposit. They told us that foreign port fees/customs costs would be covered -- only to later reverse this stance, telling us that there were additional unforeseen costs. A really awful experience that was deceitful and just truly upsetting and disappointing. We feel completely taken advantage of. The final cost ended up being half of what we have in savings.
