Great experience with International Van Lines. The movers were professional, careful, and easy to work with. Everything arrived safely, and the whole process was much less stressful than I expected. Communication with the driver was awesome, knew when my items would be arriving so that I could be present! Definitely will be calling them again if I need to move again!

We had a wonderful experience with International Van Lines! They were fast, efficient and very careful. All our belongings arrive in tact and they set everything up and placed each furniture piece where we wanted it. Really appreciated Alex's friendly professionalism, we would definitely book them again!

Wow - I never anticipated that a move could be so easy. The service provided by David, Mike and Jon was amazing. They were professional, prompt, speedy and I did not have a single scratch on any wall (and I lived in a 4 story home). These guys really went above and beyond and I am grateful. My new place has three narrow flights of stairs, and I was convinced my furniture wouldn’t survive the climb. The movers handled it like it was routine. They took their time, protected everything, and somehow got the bulky pieces up without a single scrape on the walls. Besides that, they were very polite, organized, and kept me in the loop at all times. I'm very happy with the service I got.

When my mom passed, I was so overwhelmed with how I was going to get everything moved out of her house. I came across this company and read the reviews and man did they go above and beyond! We had an extremely disappointing experience with International Van Lines during our move from Florida to Oregon. Unfortunately, thousands of dollars' worth of our belongings were damaged, lost, or never returned. Our shipment arrived weeks later than originally promised, and when it did, many items were either broken or missing entirely — including two damaged beds, missing electronic cords and devices, a missing sleeping bags, mat, dresser mirror, cooler, and numerous other badly damaged household items that we had to end up replacing. It was shocking to see the condition of our goods after trusting a full-service moving company with everything we owned.

Mike and Steve did a stellar job of loading our 26 ft truck! Everything was packed tight, secured well and organized. We were amazed how efficient and smoothly everything went. We certainly recommend them if you are moving in the area!

Mike & Jon were great! We booked last minute (less than 3 hrs before we needed them). They were on time, productive, and fast. Didn’t have to worry about any items being damaged because they were very careful. We will 100% use you guys again in the future! Thanks IVL!

Alex and Mike assisted in our long-distance move. They were polite, courteous, punctual, and efficient. They worked quickly and were careful with items in and out of the truck and through the houses. I asked for two hours of time and the guys, Alex and Rick, unloaded our 16’ in an hour and a half and that was up two and a half flights of stairs. No complaints, no breaks, no problems. I highly recommend these dudes and this company. I don’t want to move again but if I do I would use them in a heartbeat

Alex and Steve were amazing. Flew into town for four days to move out of a 1800 sq ft apt, and burned myself out. Luckily, they answered at 8:30 am and was able to squeeze us in. The worse first experience ever with horrible communication!! Kevin made it seem as if your things will get to you when you're going to be there, then you get an email starting it could take up to 21 days. They lie about listening to phone calls and that you're mistaken. They don't tell you that your things will be packed and unpacked multiple times and may have multiple third parties. All of my new plastic containers are broken and things labeled fragile or glass are stacked at the bottom. The way your things are listed on your receipt, you won't know what is what because they use stickers with numbers on them but didn't listen the numbers and item. Their truck drivers and loaders don't care about your items and neither does the managers in office. Which mine never called me back. Natalie with the Coral Spring location will just send you an email and let Luis call you back. I have to go through all of my things to see what is broken.

There isn't a better moving company in the business! From the very first time I spoke with them, their customer service impressed me beyond measure! They are so friendly and trustworthy! Moving is so overwhelming and stressful, but they made it such a better process for me! 10/10 from me!!

David, Jon and Mike were great. They showed up on time and went right to work after doing a walk-thru. They worked fast, efficiently and carefully. I think we slowed them down a little but they still finished all the work in the scheduled time. These guys were extremely professional and polite. I would hire International Van Lines again in a heartbeat.

We needed to move an entire house from one side of the town to another and Mike, Jon and David answered the call! They were promptly at the house to be moved and made short work of the items to be moved in a careful, professional manner. They were with us for 6 hours and did not waver in their work ethic. International Van Lines did a great job unloading my POD. Scheduling was easy and they called to ask if they could arrive early. Alex and Jon were extremely careful with my belongings. I moved from Coral Spring to Durham and everything was great. I got a response about my reservation really quickly and my movers Jon and David were quick and professional even in the rain. It couldn’t have been any easier or more stress free. This was my first time hiring movers and I’ll be going with this company next time I move for sure.

Mike and Steve are exceptional young men, they worked in a timely manner, the minute they came in my home they started working with brief directions. They were very mannerly and carried on nice conversations. I would hire these guys again! So much value for your money. Also they were very neat and respectful of our property.

Steve, David, and Alex are an awesome team. As soon as I pulled up, these guys jumped in and immediately started unloading the truck - running our stuff up to a 3rd floor in 95 degrees. This was the first time I’ve hired movers and I wouldn’t use anyone different in the future. Lastly, I realized the night before our move that I would need an extra mover and Alex, the sales rep, was able to make it happen.

Mike and David Moved my furniture and boxes into an apartment and did an excellent job. There was a lot of furniture I was nervous trusting movers with. They were extremely careful, yet very quick. Steve, Jon, David and Mike were amazing!!! They worked extremely hard for 12 long hours on a hot day!! We originally booked them for 6 hours but they weren’t hesitate to work another 6 hours. I called International Van Lines the day before (on a weekend) and they got movers scheduled for the next afternoon! The two that came, Mike and Jon were great and very professional! Very disappointed in the delivery timeline. We were told what date they needed to pick up in order to meet our move in date as close to possible. It took them a month to deliver. Had to buy necessities in order to live without anything which was an extra expense that we did not expect. They did not live up to what they guaranteed verbally on the phone.

International Van Lines was incredible! My friend and I had never hired movers before, so this first experience really set the bar high for future moving expectations. Rick and his team were extremely professional, and intrapersonal when it came to our move. We had just had a baby two weeks prior to moving, and Rick was very accommodating when it came to working around our schedule. International Van Lines and Rick made this much less stressful, and an easy transition from home to home while we were caring for an infant. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I worked directly with Nico ** and Julie **, and unfortunately the level of service, follow-up, and accountability has been extremely poor. Commitments were made that were not honored, and I was given assurances that my belongings would be handled properly. Instead, multiple items are still missing, and I have not received them back.

My initial interaction was wonderful and the men from British Ghana came to my house, packed and all things seem good, container arrived in Dominican Republic and the complete monster of scamming showed up and is showing out. They turned the container to Jose Arvelo company and everyone now gets an extra cut of money by holding your belongings hostage. Charging $133 per day after they hold container to tell you if not paid by this date you will be paying storage forever. They are mad dogs greedy for money. The key is once they have your goods then the extortion begins.

International Van Lines misrepresented themselves as a moving company, but they operate like a broker. They contracted our moving out to unqualified movers. Our goods were hugely damaged. They knocked holes in our wall. They were shady about payment, demanding cash. We asked the moving company for help, but they were rude and confrontational. We filed a claim on our damaged goods and the contract said we couldn't talk about the terms publicly if we accepted a payment. And the "award" amount is so small it's ridiculous, so we chose not to accept it. To receive an insurance payment for your damage shouldn't require us to sign away our rights to leave a poor review. IVL was shady with delivery timelines and pricing. Everything was poorly packed, they were rude and unprofessional, and treated us with disdain. I do not recommend this business.

I needed two pieces of furniture packed and moved and International Van Lines handled it perfectly. I had complicated circumstances as I could not personally be there and wanted the items donated, and IVL was the only company that handled this seamlessly without an outrageous minimum. I highly recommend them and will use them without hesitation in the future.

Hired guys from International Van Lines to help me move recently, and they were terrific! The most professional moving crew I had so far. We had a huge complicated move that involved three trucks and six guys moving from 3 different locations into one house. They were fast, efficient and easy to work with which is a key factor for the move like ours. We planned the move with their sales person who saved us a lot of time and added confidence in movers. As I mentioned before, the crew was awesome as well, they called us half an hour before they arrived to introduce themselves and go over the plan one more time. When they showed up the team got straight to work, and didn’t waste a minute! At the end of the day we paid a reasonable amount for the job like this. The best movers.

The experience with IVL was great. I desperately needed help moving the next day so I contacted several other moving companies but all I had were negative responses with extra charges. So I tried contacting IVL the previous day at about 6pm to try my luck and fortunately they responded positively and we setup an appointment for the next day at 9:00 am. The movers showed up at the right time with all the things they needed and their truck. They came in packed up carefully and quickly. I enjoyed their approach to moving because it was professional and they demonstrated a total understanding in moving. I want to say thank you to the team who helped me and I would recommend their services as one which is not only excellent but also always available and you can turn to them at any time.

The word to describe the services offered by this unique and fantastic moving company is simply amazing. They did an amazing job in helping me move from the start till the end and the customer service was great too. They provided careful services, our moving needed 2 trucks because we had lots of furniture and we were moving from a four bedroom house. What made me very pleased with them was they helped move the washer and dryer without any hustle, they disassembled our beds and reassembled them when we arrived our new home and also they had all the tools to deal with a treadmill. Mike, Steve and David, you’re rocking! I was extremely anxious about my move and you saved my day! To make a quick review: I moved from 1 bedroom apt. to a 2 bedroom apt. in Coral Spring, FL, not a lot of furniture or anything, but I was worried about every little thing. :D I don’t know if movers spotted my anxiety, but they were extremely careful with my stuff.

My parents, who currently live in Daytona Beach, had a small move on 01/26. I was helping them to organize the whole thing, we requested a quote on IVL website and their sales rep Natasha called us back in 2 minutes tops, asked plenty of questions about our stuff and gave us a decent price. Alex and his team (3 man total) showed up right at the beginning of the time window and after a quick checkup, they started to work. The whole team was very polite, patient and attentive to our requests and advice. Our previous experiences with different teams and companies ranged from a disaster to reasonably good and these movers are in the upper range for sure. :)

Steve, Jon and 2 more guys from IVL moved my house at the beginning of January. I've contacted a couple of different companies with a similar price but IVL manager seemed the most professional to me. First of all, I should mention an outstanding level of service: I called IVL several times to specify some details and reschedule the move and every time manager was helpful and polite. The move went smoothly, these fellows wrapped and packed everything in the blink of an eye. After loading everything in a truck, we went to my storage unit and picked up some of my other things. Movers weren't very talkative but our rare chats were enjoyable. Great job, great team, decent company!

International Van Lines was great from the start, I must say. They were really quick to respond (I filled up the form on the site and manager called me back in like 10 minutes tops). He was very meticulous, we discussed all the crucial points of the move, I received a quote and the move was scheduled. The team that moved me did great. Mike and Steve moved quickly and weren't leaving any dents or scratches on the walls or furniture. They wrap everything nicely (maybe even excessively on my opinion, but materials were free so this excessiveness didn't bother me). The move was done in under 4 hours, guys seemed satisfied with the tips I gave and I was satisfied with the fact that my move was over!

When I was moving to another city I was looking for a company who going to take care for my stuff, and suddenly I find this good, strong professional guys. They coming on time to my house. Load all stuff in a truck with care and very gentle not like people in airports with luggage. So when they are done, we travel together. It was a good time and when we arrived in my new house they help me with all stuff to remove from the truck. So nice guys. If I need you in a future I will call you 100%.

They contract out to other companies, so there's no guarantee on the quality of movers you get. EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF FURNITURE I OWN WAS DAMAGED.

I used them to move my household items from Chicago to Baltimore area based on the good reviews they had on the internet. My experience was horrendous. First off, they were late by 5 days! The explanation they gave - 'we quoted the earliest date'. Next, they broke my Treadmill frame, broke my TV Stand, broke my Iron chair handle, and lost 2 items. 2 months after my claim was put in, I got an email of a $175 refund which was a fraction of what we lost... However, 50 days past getting that email, I still have not received the refund check! I have followed it up with them and waiting for a response!!

I had never done anything with van lines before and needed instruction on how things worked. And I felt their process was good and it was explained to us very well. BEWARE OF THESE MOVERS!!! We recently moved cross country from California to North Carolina. We researched and spoke with 3 companies, based on ratings and reviews, and eventually selected International Van Lines (IVL). It’s true what people say about reviews – are they real or are they bots? I can only say that our experience with IVL was a horror show. It was the move from hell! When I initiated the contract, their communication was virtually instantaneous. After I paid my deposit, the communication was virtually non-existent. It would take days or even a week before anyone got back to me. And that was before we even moved. The chaos started the day the movers came to load up our household goods. First, the truck arrived late, and they had a hand-painted cardboard sign on the door of cab that said “IVL”. Clearly not IVL movers but a third party.

We hired IVL for our move from San Diego to Coral Spring and we couldn’t have made a better decision. They were punctual, efficient (despite our PITA 3 floor townhouse move out), while being reasonably priced. The team were courteous, ensured things got where they needed to be, and took care of all our possessions. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will be using them again whenever the need arises!

Excellent moving company! They notified me early in the morning that the team would be delayed by an hour due to a previous job. When they arrived, the movers were not only professional but, most importantly in a move, very careful. They packed items on hangers in special boxes-not a single shirt was wrinkled. Wine glasses made of the thinnest glass with delicate stems arrived perfectly intact. The entire move, including packing at the apartment, took no more than an hour. The team worked so smoothly that all I had to do was point to what needed to be picked up and with what it should go. Each box was labeled, all fragile items wrapped in bubble wrap, and all dishes additionally in paper. Honestly, it wasn’t a move — it was a pleasure. I’ve now been unpacking these boxes for a week. They pack everything carefully and neatly and help with packing if needed. I should note that they have all the necessary packing materials. They make a detailed inventory of items and number them (which makes it very convenient to retrieve items from storage later). They are punctual, work efficiently and quickly, without unnecessary breaks or chatter. The team wears clean branded uniforms, uses shoe covers indoors, and handles furniture assembly and disassembly with their own tools. I really liked the professional and customer-oriented approach, they answered all my questions and resolved all my concerns. On the day of the move, the crew arrived a little early and started packing the furniture and belongings on time. I want to emphasize their careful and attentive attitude to their work. It was really impressive. There were no delays, which I appreciated very much. Everything was loaded, moved safely and completely, then unloaded, moved to the apartment, the boxes were sorted, and the furniture was assembled.

On November 1, 2025, International Van Lines (“IVL”) packed and loaded my belongings in Los Angeles for delivery to Salt Lake City. I set November 3 as my first available delivery date. From the moment IVL had my items, my repeated requests for updates were met with vague, inconsistent, or unhelpful responses. After pickup, I noticed unexplained “CP” and “PBO” codes on the inventory. When I asked for clarification on November 3, IVL responded on November 4 that CP meant “carrier pack” and PBO meant “packed by owner.” This was alarming because the inventory falsely listed several items—including my sofa bed—as PBO despite IVL packing them, suggesting they intended to hold me responsible for work I paid them to perform. At pickup, IVL also asked whether my new residence could accommodate a 53-foot truck, which I confirmed.

International Van Lines were awesome. They did a great job. I would 10/10 recommend IVL and recommend them. They took me from New York to Florida. We made great time and they took care with all my items. They also unassembled and reassembled my bed nicely. This was also cheaper than other moving companies I called so I’d recommend it. International Van Lines were wonderful. They were very kind, courteous, and respectful to not only my family but as well as our furniture. They worked very efficient and got the move done in a timely fashion. One thing I would like to add to help them improve for future customers is positioning the dressers & beds closer to wall because older people and/or disabled people wouldn’t be able to do that themselves. With three young kids, our move was chaotic. The crew was so understanding and careful navigating around us. They secured the doors and laid down floor runners to protect our old and new homes. They managed the entire process with expertise, giving us one less thing to worry about.

I called many times and no response back. I emailed several time No response. We had our items stored for a period and constantly had communications issues with no responses.

The office staff checked with me several times before our move to get the most up to date list of furnishings. The crew leader on the day of the move was a great leader and teacher for the rest of the (younger) crew. I heard him carefully giving instructions about how to lift, how to carry, and how to maneuver pieces of furniture around corners. His instructions were given in an approachable voice. It was clear that he cared about each of the crew members and wanted them to learn more about their job. All crew members were polite and positive. They worked without a break to load and to unload the next day. They didn't even complain when they had to unload in the middle of a rainstorm or when I asked them to move pieces of furniture to different places in the house. Would absolutely recommend IVL.

They provide a written estimate ahead of time (and were much cheaper than other companies in Florida), and I actually ended up paying less than my original quote. These guys were seriously the BEST from start to finish. They were extremely thorough in going over the details of the move with me including each piece of furniture and every single box. I moved into a third floor walk up apartment - no elevator, narrow staircase and these guys did the most incredible job. When we decided that they needed to move a few more items than planned, they cheerfully did those items as well. No scratches to floor, furniture, etc. I would definitely use them again.
