Steve and his crew did an excellent job. They were professional and efficient. They packed everything with care. Packed everything in storage pod with care. Recommend Steve and his crew highly. Only downsize was the additional fees added on (boxes, tie downs, blankets). So ask about additions before booking. Also Sara was very helpful when booking the service.

We're gonna be snowbirds and have purchased a house in Florida as our second home. We took half of our house down there, and half of it is still in Binghamton. With International Van Lines, I would say that the initial contact was exceptionally good. I had very positive feelings about connections and availability of talking to people. Whenever I called, I got a person. I did not get a recording or call back later. I liked having a personal contact immediately when I had a question. I had never done anything with van lines before and needed instruction on how things worked. And I felt their process was good and it was explained to us very well. There were not too many surprises.

This is my second time hiring their services. I absolutely love how they communicate, how efficient and fast they are. Shout out to the four guys Steve, Jon and I’m so sorry I can’t remember the rest of the party! When I move again I will 100% have no doubt which company I will be using. Also, thank you Natasha for taking my call and scheduling me with so quickly.

The most incredible moving company hands down!!! I moved from Connecticut to Colorado as a single 68 yr old female and it was a very challenging and stressful time but they made it so easy for me! My initial contact was Jordan ** and he was just so nice and supportive as was his assistant Melissa! The crew lead by Foreman Glendon ** was fantastic! They were stuck on a major highway in Connecticut for 3 hrs as all lanes were closed due to an accident! When they showed up, they immediately got to work, never complained, were friendly and so nice! Special thanks to the crew, Javier, Shyheem and Joseph! Then there was Albert the driver who delivered my furniture and many boxes and bins! He was so hardworking and carefully managed all my belongings!

BEWARE OF THESE MOVERS!!! We recently moved cross country from California to North Carolina. We researched and spoke with 3 companies, based on ratings and reviews, and eventually selected International Van Lines (IVL). It’s true what people say about reviews – are they real or are they bots? I can only say that our experience with IVL was a horror show. It was the move from hell! When I initiated the contract, their communication was virtually instantaneous. After I paid my deposit, the communication was virtually non-existent. It would take days or even a week before anyone got back to me. And that was before we even moved. The chaos started the day the movers came to load up our household goods. First, the truck arrived late, and they had a hand-painted cardboard sign on the door of cab that said “IVL”. Clearly not IVL movers but a third party.

We hired IVL for our move from San Diego to Coral Spring and we couldn’t have made a better decision. They were punctual, efficient (despite our PITA 3 floor townhouse move out), while being reasonably priced. The team were courteous, ensured things got where they needed to be, and took care of all our possessions. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will be using them again whenever the need arises!

Man, this moving company came through fr. They pulled up on time, moved my stuff quick, no attitude, no damage. Smoothest move I ever had and the prices are also reasonable, 10/10, they really did they thing.

Excellent moving company! They notified me early in the morning that the team would be delayed by an hour due to a previous job. When they arrived, the movers were not only professional but, most importantly in a move, very careful. They packed items on hangers in special boxes-not a single shirt was wrinkled. Wine glasses made of the thinnest glass with delicate stems arrived perfectly intact. The entire move, including packing at the apartment, took no more than an hour. The team worked so smoothly that all I had to do was point to what needed to be picked up and with what it should go. Each box was labeled, all fragile items wrapped in bubble wrap, and all dishes additionally in paper. Honestly, it wasn’t a move — it was a pleasure. I’ve now been unpacking these boxes for a week. I arranged a move from one apartment to another on November, 2025! Everything went absolutely great! The team was punctual, arrived exactly on time, and got straight to work. They handled my belongings with care and attention. Loading and unloading were quick, all boxes were labeled, and everything was placed logically in the rooms, with my comfort in mind. I’m still in a state of amazed delight after today’s move, organized by IVL. I think anyone planning a move shudders at the thought of how to organize it, what to do, and where to start-especially when you need to move 12 shelving units full of heavy books. We were lucky: the IVL team came to help and handled everything perfectly. Rick organized everything, and team leader Mike and his crew worked efficiently, smoothly, carefully, and very quickly. Excellent service! I’ve been using IVL for several years now. Whenever I need to organize a move or temporary storage, I always turn to them for the high-quality service I require. They pack everything carefully and neatly and help with packing if needed. I should note that they have all the necessary packing materials. They make a detailed inventory of items and number them (which makes it very convenient to retrieve items from storage later). They are punctual, work efficiently and quickly, without unnecessary breaks or chatter. The team wears clean branded uniforms, uses shoe covers indoors, and handles furniture assembly and disassembly with their own tools. Fragile and difficult-to-transport items are treated with great care and delicacy. The cost of their services fully matches the quality. The team was led by Ivan. Highly recommend IVL!

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a while and finally, here it is! The guys came to help with my latest move, and the crew was just great. At first, it was all polite. “Hello,” “please put this here” and then the atmosphere turned friendly and fun. Thanks to the team for making everything so comfortable! They did everything perfectly: arrived, joked around, and got the job done flawlessly. Huge thanks. I definitely recommend them!

They packed all my computer equipment, televisions, and sound systems with extreme care using custom-designed boxes and ample padding. Every piece arrived in perfect working order. Recommend for everyone!

I chose IVL very carefully. Then I submitted a request and spoke with the manager. I really liked the professional and customer-oriented approach, they answered all my questions and resolved all my concerns. On the day of the move, the crew arrived a little early and started packing the furniture and belongings on time. I want to emphasize their careful and attentive attitude to their work. It was really impressive. There were no delays, which I appreciated very much. Everything was loaded, moved safely and completely, then unloaded, moved to the apartment, the boxes were sorted, and the furniture was assembled.

I never had to wonder what was happening. IVL's team provided clear, proactive communication at every stage—from confirming dates to providing delivery ETAs. This made the process completely stress-free.

Moving heavy and awkward gym equipment is no small feat. The IVL crew handled my treadmill, weights, and rack with ease and confidence. Everything was reassembled and works perfectly in the new space.

The young men that showed up were very polite, and very respectful. I appreciate the fact that they took great care with my items. The price of my move was the BEST I FOUND. I called around to several places and the prices they were asking for my simple move was ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. If I have to move again, I will call IVL first, and I will definitely tell my friends and family about them.

On November 1, 2025, International Van Lines (“IVL”) packed and loaded my belongings in Los Angeles for delivery to Salt Lake City. I set November 3 as my first available delivery date. From the moment IVL had my items, my repeated requests for updates were met with vague, inconsistent, or unhelpful responses. After pickup, I noticed unexplained “CP” and “PBO” codes on the inventory. When I asked for clarification on November 3, IVL responded on November 4 that CP meant “carrier pack” and PBO meant “packed by owner.” This was alarming because the inventory falsely listed several items—including my sofa bed—as PBO despite IVL packing them, suggesting they intended to hold me responsible for work I paid them to perform. At pickup, IVL also asked whether my new residence could accommodate a 53-foot truck, which I confirmed.

International Van Lines were awesome. They did a great job. I would 10/10 recommend IVL and recommend them. They took me from New York to Florida. We made great time and they took care with all my items. They also unassembled and reassembled my bed nicely. This was also cheaper than other moving companies I called so I’d recommend it. International Van Lines were wonderful. They were very kind, courteous, and respectful to not only my family but as well as our furniture. They worked very efficient and got the move done in a timely fashion. One thing I would like to add to help them improve for future customers is positioning the dressers & beds closer to wall because older people and/or disabled people wouldn’t be able to do that themselves. We are blessed to be able to do so. I’m a very happy customer and will definitely be a returning customer when the need arises.

We used IVL for a recent move from one bedroom apartment in Coral Spring to another. David and Steve were our movers and they were professional and friendly. They moved our bedroom furniture, dining table and chairs, couch and love seat, coffee table and end table all for a very affordable rate! The move took approximately 4 hours in total. I highly recommend this moving company for your move!

This is my second experience with IVL and it certainly won't be my last. The professionalism and courtesy of their service is immaculate. My movers were Alex, David and Mike and they kicked so much ass. They came right on time and had my move done in record time and I can't appreciate them more. I will always come back to IVL for my moves, particularly because of the wonderful moving artists they employ.

I hardly ever write reviews, but I really must highlight the excellent service provided. They transported all my furniture quickly and carefully, and fortunately I was able to move into my new home quickly.

I was worried about moving some of the old furniture I had. What I liked the most about International Van Lines is the optional extra services they offer, and I picked one for packaging and extra protection. I explained to them about the old furniture, which I considered fragile, and they really went the extra mile to protect and pack it. The move was just fine.

I highly recommend IVL. They are true professionals, not just 'guys with a truck'. Jon, Steve and David had my two floor 3BR house loaded up in no time. They delivered and unloaded at the new place just as quickly. Also, I like the pricing strategy used by IVL (by the item not the hour). I was able to stay within my budget, without worrying about how long it would take.

With three young kids, our move was chaotic. The crew was so understanding and careful navigating around us. They secured the doors and laid down floor runners to protect our old and new homes. They managed the entire process with expertise, giving us one less thing to worry about.

We used International Van Lines for a long distance move. Do not use this company! Don’t walk but run away! 1. Communication: we got our date for move. As soon as they got our money they ghosted us. I called many times and no response back. I emailed several time No response. We had our items stored for a period and constantly had communications issues with no responses.

Very professional service. Easy to schedule the movers, very flexible with moving times around to meet our crazy schedule. The two man team worked very hard and cared about the level of service they provided. We first used IVL to load three pods. Then called them back in about 2 weeks to unload at our new home. Which goes to show how happy we were with their service.

The office staff checked with me several times before our move to get the most up to date list of furnishings. The crew leader on the day of the move was a great leader and teacher for the rest of the (younger) crew. I heard him carefully giving instructions about how to lift, how to carry, and how to maneuver pieces of furniture around corners. His instructions were given in an approachable voice. It was clear that he cared about each of the crew members and wanted them to learn more about their job. All crew members were polite and positive. They worked without a break to load and to unload the next day. They didn't even complain when they had to unload in the middle of a rainstorm or when I asked them to move pieces of furniture to different places in the house. Would absolutely recommend IVL.

Highly recommend IVL! I've used them for two moves and had a great experience both times. They provide a written estimate ahead of time (and were much cheaper than other companies in Florida), and I actually ended up paying less than my original quote. They were also flexible with letting us reschedule when our lease-start date changed. The day of our most recent move was POURING rain and the two guys still did an awesome job!

The list grew considerably and when they arrived, we reassessed what needed to be moved and they gave me a new estimate of how much time would be needed. They were spot on with the time estimation. They did not waste any time with elaborate rigging and moved everything without any damage to either the furniture or the house. Our movers were excellent! They were fast and careful. They took their time loading and handling our furniture and belongings while still being extremely efficient. They were also very nice and polite! They were eager to make sure that our furniture was where we wanted it and even indulged us as we changed our mind about how the living room was laid out! Moving with International Van Lines was very hard for me. I was moving to a new state after living 23 years in another. I have medical issues, I live in constant pain, and I wasn’t looking forward to the move at all. My initial person was Brittany and she was wonderful. She then handed me over to Natalie who ended up never speaking to me. Every time I called her, it went straight to her voicemail, and I needed questions answered quickly. She wasn’t good at her job.

We opted for their full packing service, and it was a game-changer. They brought all the materials and packed our entire house efficiently and systematically. Unpacking was a breeze because everything was so clearly labeled and organized.

Moving is so stressful- not with IVL! I didn't feel the need to go behind them and make sure my belongings were being treated with care. I could pack and clean while they did the rest! My items were wrapped then carried out by people who were in constant communication about how to best maneuver them. The people this company hires are kind, responsible, and trustworthy. The guys were so great! They were quick, personable, and easy to work with throughout the move. We had a huge desk that wouldn't fit up the stairs and one of them had to take it completely apart. Never complained even though it was a serious hassle; got it upstairs and put it all back together. They were careful and everything was it the same condition as when it left our old place. We had Steve, David, and Jon for our move last month. It had to be the hottest days of the year to move, but it was no issue to them at all! They went over everything on our list and made sure it was moved efficiently and with care. We had these guys come and move our elderly mother this past weekend. All the guys were amazing and very helpful. Very respectful and just overall great to work with. David had my mom laughing the whole time. She just adored him. This is our second time using IVL and am willing to say they do not disappoint.

Moving is expensive and tiring, and stressful, but when you have such a great company and great guys working hard to move you and set up your furniture and arrange your living room, it makes all the difference. At the start, they are quick to respond and thorough in preparation, they are communicative leading up to the move, and on the day of, they are prompt, polite, and personable. I've had friends whose movers complain about the items or locations they are moving to/from, and IVL has never been ANYTHING other than professional and fun. I can't recommend them enough.

International Van Lines' price was better than the other companies, and Alex, the person that I spoke with, was extremely knowledgeable, nice and easy to work with. Their website is a 5 out of 5. I logged on and I put in information about my move, and I was immediately contacted. The move was under 400 miles. It was from Indianapolis to Madison, Wisconsin. A crew came and packed everything. They were all great. The lead fellow, Juan, was very efficient and listened very carefully. We walked through the house when they first got there. He followed up on everything I told him. He had it all down.

Mike and his crew helped us move on Sep 11, 2025. The 4 man crew arrived on time, worked hard the entire time (managed to get a sleeper sofa to a third floor bonus room with a tight staircase) disassembled and reassembled furniture as needed, very professional and easy to work with. One of the guys was new and Mike was great about talking through how to properly move pieces of furniture and educating the new crew member so that things were done correctly. If you have Mike as your crew leader for the day you are in good hands. Make sure you understand their pricing structure so you are not caught unaware. Mike went over everything before they started so we understood every time we added a piece it would increase the total price. Would definitely use then again for a move and recommend them for your moving needs.

Let's be real, you hire movers and you expect something to get a little scratched. I moved a house full of IKEA furniture that's basically particle board and plaster, and a brand new 65" TV. I held my breath when they unloaded. I shouldn't have worried. Not a single dent, scratch, or scuff. The TV was in its original box, but they still padded it and secured it in the truck like it was a priceless painting. They clearly know what they're doing and take pride in their work. For the care they took, the price was more than fair. If you're neurotic about your stuff like I am, hire them.

Horrible experience with this company. They barely communicate, there are SEVERAL hidden fees, and they DO NOT pack your items with care. If you are in the Virginia area - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The subcontractor they used once we got to Michigan was good. Their actual personnel or whoever they used in VA/DC area were inconsiderate and through all of our things in boxes. Several items were broken during the packing, they mislabeled (or didn't label) boxes at all. They kept charging us for "more boxes" and "more space" after saying that wouldn't happen because we paid for more than enough boxes and truck space for our small apartment. It's all part of a giant scam. By the end of it we'd paid almost $3k above what we were originally booked and could have thrown all of our stuff in boxes without caring and it would have been better packed.

Moving is stressful. We have used IVL for three moves now and couldn't be happier. Each time, the company has been amazing to work with. When contracting out a complex service like moving, you expect a few hiccups. We have never had one issue, complaint, poor comment to make about this company or their team. The team is professional, and fun to work with. By the end of the move, you feel like old friends. The team works tremendously hard, with care and at a fast pace. The pricing is beyond fair. If you want to hire a well oiled moving company, International Van Lines is your solution. You will not be disappointed.
