The title says it all. Please don't waste your time or money. I chose International Van Lines because their price estimate was most reasonable, and included $70,000 coverage for items. Or so I thought. Apparently, you have to actually go through outside insurance companies even though they include it in your estimate. They contract out to other companies, so there's no guarantee on the quality of movers you get. EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF FURNITURE I OWN WAS DAMAGED.

The team communicated clearly throughout the process, stayed on schedule, and treated our belongings with great care. Everything arrived safely, on time, and in excellent condition, making the entire move stress-free and reliable.

International Van Lines are the absolute best! I had no issues. Everything went extremely well and they didn't have any hidden fees which is very important to me! They have an excellent customer service department that answered all my questions and concerns. I definitely will be using IVL again in the near future!

I can’t recommend this place enough. I have moved quite a bit in the last 5 years due to unforeseen circumstances and these people by far were the best! They came right on time, wrapped my things well so there would be no damage and moved everything with extra care. I have never been so impressed with movers or a moving company. From the very beginning the company was responsive, attentive, listened to all my needs and delivered as promised. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process from start to finish. And the icing on the cake was how honest and fair the pricing was. If you are in need of any movers, look no farther. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Alex and his team were excellent! They let me know that they were on their way, on time and ready to go. They were very careful with furniture and appliances. Everything arrived in one piece. I definitely will use them again the next time I move.

I move quite often and always use movers, this was one of the easiest companies I have worked with. Their communication and responsive rate is great and was able to answer all of my questions. Steve and Mike were my movers and they were very professional and helpful, AND efficient, which is not always the case. I highly recommend IVL!

As my first time using professionals for moving I can just say wow amazing service, on time and they took great care of our furniture highly recommend them. 3 guys unfortunately I can't remember the names but they were so good and honest. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.

I used them to move my household items from Chicago to Baltimore area based on the good reviews they had on the internet. My experience was horrendous. First off, they were late by 5 days! The explanation they gave - 'we quoted the earliest date'. Next, they broke my Treadmill frame, broke my TV Stand, broke my Iron chair handle, and lost 2 items. 2 months after my claim was put in, I got an email of a $175 refund which was a fraction of what we lost... However, 50 days past getting that email, I still have not received the refund check! I have followed it up with them and waiting for a response!!

Best decision using IVL. Not only were they professional, & friendly, but very efficient and fast. They arrived to the location on time and got to work with hesitation. I absolutely recommend IVL and will be using them from now on - no questions asked. Thank you IVL for keeping great communication and professionalism.

I can't put into words how grateful my family is to IVL, we didn't know how we were going to move my mother in law's entire house full of stuff from Georgia to Mississippi until I found them online, not only did they move it but they packed it up too. International Van Lines helped us with our move from Florida to California. Right from the first call with them till the unloading, it all went very smoothly. When asked for a quote at start, the staff and service was great in their response. They provided all details, clearly stated all charges, there were no hidden fees. There were timely reminders as the move date was approaching. Team was on time, came prepared with all required material, gave us a heads up before arrival, carefully packed and loaded all stuff. Unloading too was equally good where they informed arrival time, coordinated well on the updates and completed work carefully and in a timely manner. Definitely recommend them for moving needs!
