Put in my tree service search, got my professionals recommended, they contacted me quickly after I submitted the request. I spoke with both professionals on the phone and set up appointments for quotes. They both came as they promised. I got 2 quotes and decided which to accept. Once that was done the work was done in my case the next day. Great service.

Tech was very friendly and efficient. He snaked a 10 foot section of pipe between the house and septic tank and all is well. I whined about the cost and he gave me a %10 discount. He also recommended replacing the access cover with one that would release the water outside should I have another similar clog.

Gutter cleaning - He was very professional, was most importantly on time, very courteous, knowledgeable and most important didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. He Did an amazing cleanup of all the leaves and didn't damage any landscape. I would highly recommend Rene.

Service was quick and all three choices provided were very well qualified. Being able to choose among several pre-screened candidates meant I wasn't subject to hard sells or sales pitches.

Reduce 3-5 feet of tops of 15-foot hedge surrounding the entire property. Many of the trunks of these hedges were more than 8" round, making the job laborious and time-consuming. The service did a great job with them, cleaning up afterwards and piling the debris neatly in several out-of-the-way piles. The workers also took care to thoroughly clean neighbor's yards adjacent to us where branches may have fallen.

Air duct cleaning - As soon as I filled out request started getting phone calls immediately from qualified contractors, almost too many. Once I scheduled the job the company cleaned registers, returns, trunks, furnace and ac coil in a very timely fashion. I was at work and my wife was home and they kept me informed of progress via cell phone thru the whole process.

My water/sewer line was leaking and after having a WSSC come to take a look at it, he determined it was my responsibility since it was on my property. I looked into WSSC plumber listing and I had two come out for an estimate. They priced it very high without payment plan. My brother then mentioned HomeAdvisor and once I put in the request I received 3 calls from plumbers. All were great but I decided to go with H Two O since he offered a payment plan and was very informative. A rep from HomeAdvisor followed up and was very kind and vibrant over the phone. Pipe was fixed and it passed inspection. Pleased customer.

My only suggestion to HomeAdvisor would be to recommend that contractors have photos of who they are sending to your house. It's scary bringing someone into your home that you don't know. I would be much more comfortable if I knew the person was bonded and if I had a picture. But all in all, 5 stars for a wonderful experience.
