Hawx Pest Control Reviews

Hawx has done what they said they're gonna do. They generally send me a text and an email the day or two before they're coming. The experience went as planned. I don't talk with the technician but I did this time. We discussed some things and all went well. However, Hawx has gone up in the last year or two and I have been offered a lower price by another provider. Other than that, they do good work.

Hawx comes out once every three months. They do whatever is necessary for that time of year and an inspection. The technicians are fine. They give us a heads up the day before they come out and do their service. Usually, after the service, I get a text message to reply how things went.

The technicians, Miguel and Marvin, were excellent and very polite. They took the time to spray the house and the property. But I've had several treatments from Hawx and I’m just not getting rid of the bugs. I'm still buying stuff to kill bugs and it doesn't make any sense for me to keep buying products and keep paying them to come out and spray. My husband has made the last payment and canceled the service.

The experience with Hawx has been good. At one point, the guy that they sent out was fairly new and was not good. He only did half the job. But it was rectified when his boss came out and did the rest. This last time, the guy who came was okay.

Dealing with the tech has gone very well and I'm happy with the experience. We had an ant problem and they’re gone. It’s been great. Hawx has done a good job.

Hawx is great. The techs are very knowledgeable, professional, respectful, helpful and detailed. I'm very satisfied with what they did and what they are doing. They are trustworthy as well. Since having their service, the pest has disappeared. I will highly recommend Hawx.

I had just signed with another pest control company and Hawx came to the neighborhood and knocked on my door. Their pest control combined with the termite protection was way cheaper than what I was currently with, that I immediately cancelled my contract, paid the penalty fees and went with Hawx. I’ve only had to call them once to make an extra trip. They email or text me when they're coming, and I'll let the family know. The techs have been very nice. We have Ring cameras all over the house so we get the alarms if we're not home that they're there. And they're always doing their job.

Hawx has always been great and professional. If I'm home, they'd stop and let me know they're here. They're doing a follow-up now. They seem to have taken care of the bug infestation on a porch attached to the house that needed controlling. They also went after a few wasp nests, and they treated the whole house originally and checked for ongoing wasp growth or nest. Hawx did the job, and I was perfectly satisfied.

Every time the techs from Hawx come to the door, they are very courteous and professional. They're doing a good job because I don't see any critters. Everybody thinks the cost could be less but it's okay.

In the past, we had an ant problem on the first floor, and the techs came out and treated. And if it wasn't remedied, they would come out and do it free of charge, which is great. Dealing with them had all been positive. I scheduled just the initial set up and then, they sent me an email or a text saying that they were gonna be out. I don't have to call them every time they come out. Since I started the service, the pest activity has been minimal. If people had any pest issues, I'd recommend them reaching out to Hawx.

The techs from Hawx come out monthly, and I am amazed because they take pictures and send when they're done, and with a full report of everything that was completed. They even knocked down all the spider webs around the house, which I could just kiss them for. I'm very pleased. They have been very communicative and professional. I know ahead of time when they're coming. They let me know when they’re here because I'm often not home. Each of the professionals are incredibly polite and professional. They're an outstanding team and I never feel uncomfortable with them here. It's been a good experience. I would recommend them to anybody. I have never had a pest control company this good.

The techs have been wonderful. They come out every three months and then come back as needed. They spray for bugs, mostly ants around the outside. We live on an open field, and they have a mousetrap out back. Hawx’s service is good for a little bit and then all of a sudden, I'll have ants in the bathroom and the laundry room. Still, I'll recommend them.

My most recent experience was a couple of months ago. A newer person came out and he was super nice. When I talked to him at the end, he told me what he did and then I asked for some of the big bait traps and he had them. Also, they always offer to come in if I need anything inside. They've been friendly, thorough, and they seem to be educated.

Hawx Pest Control has helped a lot.

I got notification when Hawx techs were coming. They came that day, so on time. Hawx called me recently to see if I wanted to add mosquito protection, and I said I wasn't interested. They didn't try to push it. That was nice. I like it when companies are understanding. I called one time to make sure they did the inside of the home as well as the outside, and no problems with that either. I would recommend Hawx.

Hawx Pest Control sprays the front and back yards, and checks the hornet's nest. They knocked everything down, they spray for mosquitoes and bugs like ants. They would come back out again and spray to get them to stop trying to come in the house. All of them have been very friendly. Sometimes, I forgot that they were coming and I had my gate locked. And they would leave me a message saying, "We were not able to get into the back. Whenever you're available, let us know. We'll come back out to finish the job." All their staff have been amazing. The service has been great and the bugs have slowed down as far as coming into the home. I would recommend Hawx Pest Control because they do everything.

They come every quarter and then they come once a month for the mosquitoes. Their technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and courteous.

I had a good experience with Hawx. The people that came out were very polite and congenial. They delivered better service than my previous provider. They did a more thorough job and had good customer communication. I'd run into a couple little problems from time to time, and they responded quickly. I didn't have many issues with them until I realized that there were other services that offered slightly more for a similar value. I'm canceling service going forward.

Technicians come once a month or once every other month and interactions have been good. Compared to the other company that I was using, Hawx is fairly good and it's not that expensive. It's just that even after they service my backyard, sometimes there are some mosquitoes. They serviced my backyard and we were still uncomfortable being in the backyard. The treatment can be a little bit better in terms of the mosquito issue. That is something I have to address with Hawx.

My recent experience with them was excellent. I called back the company I used before. It feels comfortable when I know somebody. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He did everything. I was very happy.

Please do not use this company if you want success in treating your home. I am an honest person, and this review is not for my unhappiness or anger alone. This company dropped the ball several times and now we have a termite infestation that has been at our house for several years affecting not only our crawlspace but the first and second floors.

Signup was a quick process. The Hawx Pest Control guys rolled up on those hoverboard things going door to door, and they contacted me. The guy I dealt with used a tablet to go through what I was signing up for, and within two weeks, somebody came out to assess the house and to begin treatment. Prior to them coming, I was doing something similar to what they're doing. I'd mix up the stuff, spray it on the outside of the house with soap in it to get it to stick, and then spread pellets. It wasn't that effective. Living in the south, we've got the palmetto bugs, which would be called a cockroach anywhere else. There are these big ones that tend to show up and I haven't seen a big one since they started. What they're doing is more effective than what I was doing.

I only have a one-year contract with Hawx Pest Control. And they came out whenever we first moved in. We had a bunch of wasps, spiders and ants. They would get the wasps down, but for some reason, our house is not infested with wasps, but our house always has wasps. Even when they came out, there would still be wasps. It would be a couple of weeks, and I wouldn't see them. And for some reason, there would still be more.

I have some mixed emotions about Hawx Pest Control. I've always had a great experience with the technicians that come out. They help out. On the other hand, I feel like the way that it is set up is a little bit different from other pest controls that I've had with them coming out only three months. At the time of sign-up, things weren't explained as well as I feel they should be concerning how you're paying and how many times they're going to come out. There were a couple of months where they didn't come out at all, but I was paying $100 a month. I had to call in and they said, "Oh, we only come out every three months to do the inside." If they would have explained that a little bit better, I wouldn't have had to call and waste my time doing that.

Technicians come out once a month and they spray the house. They spray the yard for ants and they also do mosquitoes. They've been controlling everything well. The only thing is I've been trying to reach out to Hawx to come back to do some stuff, but they don't even come out and they don't even contact me about it. They just do their thing. That aside, I would refer them.

Hawx Pest Control is a great service. Their techs are very professional. I like a lot that they call me, send me pictures, tell me what's going on, and what I need. I told Hawx that the cost was a bit higher to what I saw on the competition. But because of the service, I'm happy to pay that difference.

Hawx comes out for normal pest control once a quarter unless I have something going on, which is very seldom. Their techs have been fine. They come and do their job and they're professional. I haven't had any pests and I'm quite pleased. Hawx is a good pest service. I referred my daughter and she uses them.

The technicians have always been very nice. They came in the house and checked and did things. When the technician was here the last time, he never came in the house. He did leave a rolled-up thing in the door there. But I would have liked it if he would have taken away my one drawer that was covered all the time where the mice came in. I also have a sticky tablet. So the next time Hawx comes, I would like them to take away that tablet and the other mouse trap.

We have Hawx for preventative reasons. We started using Hawx right in the middle of summer. I called them one time because I had an issue and they scheduled me for an appointment. A tech came right out and took care of the issue. We've had the same technician for the most part and he is wonderful. He is always super-duper polite and very attentive. He always follows up and wants to know if everything is okay. At the beginning he was like, "Hey, if I don't see any issues, I won't bother you anymore. I will just send you the report. If we see something, I'll come back and talk to you." That works for me because I have a two year old and a 10 month old so I don't really have the time. All in all, I'm very satisfied and I would recommend Hawx. It has been great and easy.

Hawx comes out every other month to spray for bugs and refill the bait boxes for the mice. So far, the techs have been out here twice since I signed up for it. They came one time and they couldn't get in. I have a lot of dogs and they're scared of them. I'm busy so I have to make arrangements for them to come out. I have a lot of animals and a lot of dog food and critter food out. But that doesn't seem to draw the bugs where the techs spray for the bugs. The pest activity has been a lot less. I don't have any bugs and don't have mice in the house now. If I do, they're hidden.

The gentleman called for an appointment and he showed up on time and was very accommodating. He took care of business with a minimal amount of interaction necessary from me. I was pleased with that. I've had Hawx out here about three times and each time had been very good. That's why I keep them. Everything is great with them. Hawx is a good service provider for pest control.

Hawx found us right after we moved into the neighborhood and we've been using them ever since. A guy knocked on the door. He was polite, professional, and wasn't pushy. I have no time for salesmen that are one of those, "This deal would only last 10 minutes, sign up now." It'll just rub people off. I asked for whatever paperwork he had and said I would look at it and get back with him. I did that and gave him a call directly. He was still in our neighborhood that next day and came back by. We talked a little bit. The first factor was the price. Hawx was cheaper than who we had in our previous house by 20%.

When they came out, I had a couple of questions and they walked with me through the yard. I showed them the problem and they put stuff out. Three weeks ago, the tech made sure he cleaned out the wasp nest. He sprayed around the house and so many yards up into the grass. They do not hesitate to do anything. I'm glad I got them. Also, if I need to, I can call them anytime and they would come and take care of my problem.

We had a problem with ants. They came in and sprayed around and it helped. We had two different technicians come at one time and one another. Both of them were very pleasant and did a good job. However, they wanna have me sign up for long periods of time and continually leave money out of me. I don't think that's a good business plan.

We've had really good service as far as when we call, they come right out. Sometimes, they come out even in bad weather. But my husband doesn't like them to spray with the weather bad. But other than that, the people have been great. We don't have any bugs now. The only thing is with the mosquito treatment. Sometimes we get the mosquitoes before the techs come back out. But that's understandable, especially in Texas.

Scheduling a service with Hawx Pest Control is easy, and the service is good. When you call and ask for something, they do it really fast. They only do the outside of my house because I have a baby. At the beginning, when I got the service, they came, then two days later, it rained. I was afraid that the chemical that they used was gonna go away, so I told them that and they said, "Don't worry, we're gonna go again."

The techs who come out have been professional and on time. If I have questions, they're available. At one point, we had a beehive that got into the house. A Hawx tech was coming to spray and check the area, so I told him to spray the crap out of that. I'm completely satisfied with their service. The last time Hawx was here, I explained to their tech that it has been two times now in the dead winter that I had flies in the basement. I put one of those fly sticks and within an hour, I had 20.

We have field mice and the Hawx techs would leave us traps for that. Hawx has limited them down, but there are still one or two remaining. One day, we caught six on the sticky pad, but they were babies. The cost of the service is good and I would recommend Hawx to family and friends.

Hawx Pest Control reps were going through the neighborhood, and they came to my house, which is how I got signed up. It's been good. Sometimes I get ants on my grass, and they have been taking care of that as soon as I call in. I recommended a lot of my friends, but they believe that Hawx Pest Control is a little expensive.

I called Hawx and they came out pretty quickly. They treated the inside and outside a few times and I like the price of the service. The first technician I had was Brian and he was a really cool dude. He was down to earth, very informative and educational about everything that he was doing. The next guy who came out was George and he was really good, too. So far, everybody who I have had an interaction with at Hawx Pest Control has given me wonderful customer service and great communications.

Hawx Pest Control beat me out $300. They had a guy come over here, and I told him that I had fleas in the house and I wanted him to spray the house. First, he agreed to it. He said they had that and that he could do that. So he came in, just sprayed my carpets and left. I told the company that that was all he did, and that wasn't worth $300. They had a lady from accounting talk to me, and she said she looked at the ticket and it was legit, then she hung up in my face.

The techs from Hawx came in a good time of day. They did everything I asked them and I never had any problem with it. They're programmed now not to ask me. They know exactly what I want. I like them.

The rep's presentation was professional but it was a bit misleading. He indicated that they would spray underneath the house crawl spaces. But when the exterminator came, he realized he couldn't stand up in the crawl space. Other than that, I'm satisfied with my experience with them. They're credible.

We always had an ant problem and I wanted to see if by having Hawx, the treatment would work. They come once every few months to do what they do. They text me, so I let my mom know a guy is going to be coming, so he'll be in the front yard and the backyard. But she doesn't even know when they're there. The men that I have come in contact with were very nice and if I called and had questions, they were very helpful. So far, we don't have any more ants.

It was easy to sign up with Hawx Pest Control. Everybody I've talked to has been good. The guys that came out have been good as well. I call if I have a question. That's why they're coming out on Wednesday because I have a few bugs.

Hawx Pest Control does the perimeter once a quarter. They usually do it during the day and I'm out working. I have an assistant that's here sometimes. And she said that she told them that we saw ants. They asked where it was and they handled it. If I had any problem, I could give them a call. And they would come out and handle them. If they're looking for somebody that’s good, Hawx is it.

We had a mouse infestation and did not know about it. I reached out to Hawx and they told me that the office is closed and would be reaching back out to me the next day. Sure enough, the next morning, at 8:00 AM, I got a phone call. They went over everything that was available and they said, "If you happen to wait, we can send somebody today." Within three hours, there was someone here at the house. They went ahead and took care of everything that one time. Closed up everything, gave us different tips, showed us where possible entry points would have been if they were getting in, and what to do to prevent certain things. They were great. I'm very satisfied with Hawx. I like them and the fact that they follow up. Also, as soon as they're done with the service, you get a picture around your home or where they did and what they did.

Techs usually come out every four months and they spray and check the traps around the yard. They have been really good. On the four-month schedule we have with Hawx, they text me about four or five days before the techs come out. If I need them in between, I can just contact them and they'll send somebody out within the week. I had to call them a couple of times in between the normal visits and they came out quickly. The pest activity is now a lot better. We had a mouse infestation and they pretty well took care of it.

Hawx Pest Control does a good job. The cost is a reasonable one. Also, the techs seem very pleasant and ready to work. They're good people. If I had questions, they explain what they do before they get started, and they're very knowledgeable of what they do.

In the summertime, I would see some ants. So, I got the service for my house first. And I decided right around the same time to sign my mom up because someone had told me about it. So, I've been getting the service on two different properties. Hawx Pest Control set me up for a 12-month commitment, so I'm stuck. So, sometimes it's easier to just pay for something than to deal with canceling yet. If I could cancel it, I would.

I have two packages with Hawx. I have an outdoor bundle where they come quarterly and do mosquitoes, ants, and outdoor pests and I have them do a indoor German roach problem that I have. Then, if I need them in-between treatments, I'd call them. Scheduling a service with them is easy.

Their rep showed me some of the options for termite treatments and some of the monthly options. I signed up for a year and I won't go through with it again because it's a little bit costly. Also, in the previous years, I didn't have ants pop up and once they started being in charge of it, I've seen a lot of ant mounds. But it's not a bad service for what they offer. They do come around and ask you if you had any issues in particular. In my most recent experience, they pulled out some cobwebs and sprayed around the property.

Anytime we've had problems with bugs and called them out, they’ve come and got rid of the problem. We're in a new build home and we had noticed bugs and stuff. The tech said that I may see an increase in pest activity for a day or two but they should disappear. Sure enough, it did. Also, every time the tech comes by, he explains the service simply and does what he has to do as quickly and efficiently. He always gives a good little report that's easy to read and he's always friendly, helpful, and answers any question I ask on the spot. It's been an overall good experience. The cost hasn't been bad, as well. It's manageable on our budget and it's a nice relief that we don't have to worry about it.

Hawx Pest Control techs have all been friendly and nice. The guy came to the house and was spraying outside. He asked my husband if we wanted to get the inside sprayed, my husband told him, "No." But after I found out that he had told the guy no, "No, I wanted him to spray in the house because I had seen a few spiders." The guy came in and sprayed the house very good. And he left when he finished the yard. The last guy that came out here seemed professional. He got right in the conversation with us. A great experience, and I would recommend Hawx for anybody.

Hawx has been great. They communicate well, they take care of business, and they are very flexible. I'd tell others to get on with them.

They came out to spray but they were only able to do the inside because it was raining. Then, they told me to call whenever I wanted them back. I'd recommend others to use Hawx.

I like what Hawx does. The thing that I like about it is I have it set. Also, they're reliable. They send me a text when they're gonna come out so I know and I keep the animals inside. Most recently, they came by and they sprayed the yard. The tech came to my door and let me know that he was there and that he was gonna do different stuff. Then, he did his stuff and then came to my door again when he was done.

Hawx gave me their best deal. I called four different people. The techs from Hawx come out once every two months, and they do the same thing. They do outside. Then they ask me if they will do it inside, too. It's been pretty good, so I haven't told them that they have to. The techs are all super nice. They're in and out really quick and get things done. Then they'd text me what they did and tell me to have a good day.

My most recent experience with Hawx was solid. They came out and did their standard quarterly inspections and services.

Hawx has been great and my interactions with them have been positive. Most recently, they cleaned my eaves and sprayed around my house.

The tech was supposed to be spraying. But he walked around the house for about 15 minutes, sat in front of my house for 45 minutes, and then left. So, I'm not really happy with him. The tech has been out here before and I'm not tickled with their service.

Hawx usually comes out once a quarter, and they typically will call before and ask if I need any treatment inside. If not, then they just treat the exterior. They do the yard and knock down pests that have made homes in the eaves. The technicians are cordial and professional. Hawx is worth considering depending on what the pricing is.

We had a really bad German roach infestation. I have been with Hawx for eight months now. The first time they came out, it knocked half of them out. Since we've been continually doing it, I rarely see them anymore. Their service has been very good.

I really like the tech from Hawx. He was really different. Other guys were also very friendly, but he was very knowledgeable. He was very thorough with the application of the pesticides inside the house because the main issue was inside the house. He really did a good job. I had ants and cockroaches. They also treat the cobwebs. They spray the foundation for small different insects. I like their service. They provide good service.

I had a good experience with Hawx. I had to reschedule, and they accepted my rescheduling. As far as the service, it's going great.

Their service is awesome. They did a lot for us. We had a lot of cockroaches and they got rid of them. The techs were really sweet, nice and respectful. They did their job and they did what they were supposed to do and were just wonderful. They usually call and let me know that they're gonna come on a certain day, and then they'll show up and call me, and then I'll let them in. If I'm not there, they'll do the outside. They'll go inside if someone is there.

The tech did a very good job. The thing that I liked was he called me when he arrived saying that he was starting everything, what he found there and what product he was applying. I was happy with this. I also got the report afterward and the report with the picture was very good and detailed. I like it. I would recommend Hawx.

I paid Hawx for termite service. When I paid $1,500, I charged it to my American Express and the paperwork was blank. The guy said, "The company will fix it. Don't worry about it." But all of a sudden, they took $200 out of my account. I contacted them and then they gave me a lady in customer service, and the lady in customer service said, "because we have your signature. We take it out yearly." I said, "You weren't supposed to do that." She said, "You don't understand me. I'm gonna hang up now." And she hung up in my face.

Their techs have been friendly and they've alerted me that they have arrived by text or in person or both and the service has been delivered smoothly.

They were very informative. They came out once I made the appointment. The tech was friendly and on time.

It was an excellent service with Hawx. There were a lot of ants, and they killed them all. I would recommend them.

The sales rep with Hawx was well-spoken. There was no high pressure. It's been a good thing that I did. They came today and sprayed. They did a great job. There seems to be less ants and mosquitoes.

Hawx offers a good rate that's not offered by the few companies that I've spoken with. They come out once a month and spray around the outside if they aren't able to get inside. It's always been a smooth experience. The pest activity has definitely improved. They're still there a little, but they're tiny roaches. The services that I pay for was less than what I was supposed to have. But as far as the service that was given, it was good.

We like Hawx. They've come out quickly and taken care of the few issues that we've had. The most recent one was one of our quarterly services. We haven't had any problems since then. The only thing was the one time that I called because of a pest issue, the customer service rep that I spoke to on the phone was a little bit flippant and didn't seem to care about my issue at all. Other than that, we are pleased with Hawx's business and what they've done for us so far. We encourage others to look into Hawx.

I've been having problems with ants but after the Hawx tech applied the chemicals, I didn't have them anymore. I've let them do the treatment outside for four months now and for their last visit, everything went as expected. I would recommend the service. I haven't had any problems and the service has been done in a timely manner. Also, the technicians have been very efficient and they explained to me what they were going to do.

I talked to a Hawx rep and she was helpful. She did the presentation over the phone and it took 35 minutes. She was really fun about all her explanation and it was those type of phone calls that you enjoy to have. They told me my pest problem would be done in a week, but it was done before that. I've been a member for four months now and when the techs get here, they're really nice. They let me know that they're going to go in and it takes them about 20 minutes to do the treatment outside, which is really fast. I would recommend them.

Hawx came out and sprayed the front yard and back yard. They did a fine job and were very cordial. We would highly recommend them.

I didn't care for the first tech in my first year with them. But everybody else since then has been okay. Also, it was a mix-up about what my services were. The first year, I wanted carpenter bee protection. Then, mice got out of hand because my neighbor was doing digging for Comcast. This year, they said, "Well, if you want pest control and carpenter bee service, it's gonna be $55 as opposed to $45 a month. I was really thinking about getting rid of them and going with somebody else but my time expired and I got busy doing other things.

Hawx is very on it when I schedule service. They answer and immediately schedule me. The techs come every 3 months and fumigate. They've always been very friendly and they've done a good job. They're a good company and they're very professional. I don't like the contract they put you on for a year but besides that, everything else is good.

I’ve had a good experience with Hawx Pest Control. They call me to schedule our quarterly, routine service, and the techs have been very good about explaining what they're doing and what they're gonna do, as well as checking in with me when they leave and asking me if I’ve got any other issues.

Our experience with Hawx has been good. I haven't seen any ants since they've been out here. They've been coming every three months and making sure they re-spray. Our interactions with the techs are good. They ask if we've seen anything and if we did, where it was, and they try to fix it if we have any issues. To me, it's a good service. The monthly payments are reasonable as well. I don't have to pay the whole thing. I can just do monthly, which is great.

The techs from Hawx Pest Control come once a month. They send me an email on when they're coming, and the tech and I also communicate through text message, which is the way I prefer.

Hawx Pest Control usually does ants. I asked the tech about mice, so he put a few traps. He's very friendly.

I got Hawx because we have spiders in our house. I just got it to keep bugs out of the house and from outside, too, like mosquitoes. There haven't really been any pest at all since I've been using Hawx. We had changed our service for the wintertime to just mice. I need to change it back because I've seen a spider in the house for the first time since I’ve been using the service. For the most part, the techs have been pretty professional. Communication and everything have been pretty good, so I’ve had no complaints.

I've been needing to get ahold of Hawx to schedule because spring is coming early. Mosquitoes are coming out early. They're like, "Oh, okay, cool." We got that scheduled for them to come out and do the mosquito spray stuff. That worked out.

Now that we're on a subscription service, Hawx Pest Control emails me when they're coming. And because they have our credit card on file, they email me a receipt. If there's a problem, I call them. They treated for just general inside pests. The technicians have always been fantastic. They're informative. They tell us what they're doing. They're respectful of our time. And we've never had a bad technician. We would highly recommend them.

The price has become over double since when I first started with it. So, I gotta cut back because of all the inflation. I pay 97 bucks in the application and I like it. It's working. But I can't afford it. Other than that, everybody from Hawx Pest Control that comes here has been great. They contact me and I open the garage door for them, they spray the garage out. They're great people.

The Hawx technician was very polite. He explained to me what the service did and how many times they would come around, which is every month because of the mosquito thing that I bought. There's unlimited warranty there if I ever see any mosquitoes even after the treatment. I could call him up again to schedule another appointment for a redo on that one. He was a super great person. We talked for a minute and he was very nice. At the beginning of the contract, it had been raining a little bit. So, it kinda washed off what they put in on the house and we had a little bit of some spiders here and there. So, they just came back and resprayed everything. So far, so good.

Interacting with their techs has been good.

I like that the techs let you know when they're on their way and when they're done. Also, I can always tell after the techs come. They do what they said they were gonna do. Also, Hawx's rep gave me a good price. I had some other people in the neighborhood getting services and Hawx was able to give me a little better deal since they were in the neighborhood anyway.

I'm in the desert and the bugs and big roaches would sometimes come inside the house. When I first moved here, I would still see some of those in the winter. But after the service by Hawx, I haven't seen many at all. Whenever they come by, they'll just ring the doorbell and let me know that they're gonna start service. Then in the end, they'll ring back the doorbell and let me know they’re complete, or sometimes they'll send a text message instead of ringing the doorbell. Whenever I've told Hawx that I needed service, they're pretty quick at getting back to me. Sometimes, they'll come either that same week or a little further out. But they come every three months and whoever shows up, I see them spraying the area.

The techs come out every three months and knock the cobwebs off and put something down around the house. They'll text me or email me when they're gonna come. I'd recommend Hawx.

I already had a pest control but the guy from Hawx was able to beat out the price and offer some more stuff. I don't think it's guaranteed but, in particular, we have fire ants in the back that I wanted to try to keep somewhat at bay. The technicians have been good. They've kind of missed me the few times that they've come, and my wife says they're very nice. One of the things that I saw was the technician sent me a bunch of pictures through some automated thing and he showed me some of the spraying that was happening. From when we first moved in here to now, at least around the house, I haven't had any wasps. So, I'm very happy.

Hawx came out here for the first time last summer. There was a mice problem. I'd see them outside and running across the garage floor. Since Hawx has been here, I haven't seen any. I had to call them back once because I heard what I thought were mice in the walls, but there were no issues since. The most recent time, the tech came and he picked up the traps and told me there were some mice, and then he rebaited the stations. Hawx said he walked around the house and sprayed some stuff in the cracks. Overall, it was good. Without being here, he sent photos and a review thing after with everything that he did. It went as expected. The times I have been here, I'd walk around with the techs and share my concerns. Everyone was friendly, and I never felt uncomfortable. They are knowledgeable and they handled the concerns that I was dealing with. I would recommend them.

Hawx sends out their techs every quarter. They spray the bugs and do the pest treatments outside. They send out all the pictures for every visit and they're pretty good.

Hawx comes out quarterly, and they normally knock on the door and see what problems we're having. Then when they do their treatment, they dust the eaves with the duster. I think it's got some kind of pesticide on it for wasps. Then they treat the yard so far out from the house. They've been doing a good job. The treatments are effective. We had little worms coming in, and they would be on the entry threshold of the door, and the treatment has gotten rid of those. We also have wasps that like to build nests under the eaves, and the treatment they've been doing for that has helped tremendously. Occasionally, we get one or two, but they're out of my house, so I'm happy.

At the beginning, when the seller came door-to-door, Hawx sounded like a very good program. So, I gave up what I had previously. It's just that I didn't see the fine print because now I'm still paying my monthly fee, yet I will not get any service on a monthly basis. I have to call them and let them know if there's any activity going on. When I tried to get out of it, they said I could, but I still have to pay up the difference until July because the year will be up in July. They said it was a yearly contract, and the thing is that I had signed up for one kind of service, but then I was convinced to go with this with a bundle.

The Hawx techs come out monthly. They'll text me a few days before they come and I don't have to schedule with them. They treat the yard and spray around the perimeter of the home. They have been good and I'd tell my friends to try their service.

Hawx had a decent price. They came out and treated for fleas. It seems to be working. Nobody has complained about fleas since they started treating the area. The techs are punctual and they keep their word. I kinda wondered if I could have done it myself because all they do is just take some kind of pesticide and broadcast it around the area, but whatever they're using is killing the fleas or keeping them out of the house.

Hawx did some pest control inside my home. Then for like one month, they did the backyard too. The technicians are cool, but I didn't like the sales guy. He lied to me. He told me that I would only be billed after they do a service. It was a bit foolish of me to believe him because the iPad clearly read recurring monthly. I was thinking that was just verbiage. I ended up signing and get locked in to that. They actually charge you every single month even though they only come once every three months. The reason is because in case you need a warranty, but I think if you don't do a good job the first time, it's your job to come back. I shouldn't pay for that. Other than that, Hawx does good work. I've never had to call them before to come fix anything. It’s usually one time and they're good. I didn't see any issues until the next appointment. They've got pretty good customer service.

Hawx Pest Control is doing very good so far. They come in once a month and spray around the house. The techs are friendly. They let me know in advance. That way, somebody would be there to open the gate for them. I have not seen outdoor roaches since they have come out. Hawx calls and offers me a different service but I'm happy with what I have. I recommended them.

Hawx Pest Control sprays all the way around my house. And I caught a hornet's nest in the ground. The ones that I got are good people. They do what we ask them to do. They do a good job.

They treated the yard for ants. I've spoken to every one of the technicians that have come out. I have animals so they're very aware of what goes on in my yard. So anytime that they're at the house, I always make sure I'm able to interact with them. It's always awesome. Since they've been treating my yard, I have not seen a single ant.

It's a real good service. They spray my yard and they come every quarter unless I call for them to come back and spray again. They always notify me before they come out and they tell me which technician is coming out - sends me his name a picture of him.

I had a hard time getting started with Hawx. The schedule was messed up and they didn't have me down for some reason. But that was way back then. That's got nothing to do with the service now. The techs have been very cordial and nice, and they seem to be doing a good job cutting down on my critters.

Hawx came in offering a better service for about the same that we were paying our pest company. And we ended up getting more. The techs are very pleasant. I usually get a text that they’re coming to do the service. Matt, one of the guys, is super nice and very friendly. I've never had a problem with any of them. They do what they say they're gonna do, and I haven't seen any bugs. So, I'm happy. It’s been awesome.

It worked out at the time that I was having a lot of bugs in my house, and a guy from Hawx came to my door. He was persistent so I got the service and I haven't had any issues with any bugs since. So, I'm satisfied. I kind of forgot about the service. The techs come when they come. They let me know when they're gonna do it. One time, they couldn't get in my backyard so they had to reschedule. They did the front and came back for that. Another time, I was seeing a lot of water bugs and I told them about it. They didn’t give me any hassle. They just scheduled it and came down and did it. It was great.

So far, my experience with them has been fine. Every 90 days, the techs go around the house and they spray for any kind of pests. They also put bait out if there are any issues. They are very courteous people and they do a good job. I recommend that you use Hawx.

The techs from Hawx are wonderful. They have been doing things outside for me, fire ants and spraying for various critters outside. They're coming next week where they're gonna be checking and doing a spray inside also. The last guy who came was fantastic. And the guys are good as far as coming and taking care of everything, and there's never any problems whatsoever. They're very polite. Right now, we’re fine with the cost and the quality of service, which is part of the reason why we still have Hawx.

The tech came and did the outside, and I was pleased. If people need an exterminator, they can call Hawx and I would recommend them

They charge me yearly and they come out every three months. They service my home for spiders. I've been satisfied with them, so far. If I have more spiders than normal, I can call them and tell them, "You need to come back out," and they'll come back out. If I have issues on the inside, they'll come inside too. I would recommend them.

Scheduling service is easy. Working with the techs has been good.

Since using them, it has been good. We still have occasional spider stuff but that's gonna be normal right after treatment. If I ask their tech to come up pretty quickly, they're always willing to do it. The techs have been informative, communicative, educational and proactive. It has been a really good experience with Hawx. I'm happy with their service.

It is easy to schedule service with Hawx. The technicians are good. However, I haven't found the cancellation policy for this.

Everything is good with the techs. They’re very professional. It’s been one full year with Hawx and they treat quarterly. I have one more service with them and I'm gonna get ready to get out of the contract. So, hopefully, there are no problems there.

I have a big problem with ants and wasps at my house and I have daycare kids and pets, and Hawx has been amazing. They are very conscious about where any chemicals might go. So, I appreciate that. All their service techs have been fantastic and it’s been one of the best service I have, especially with running a business out of my home. Child care licensing is very strict about pests and ants, specifically. So, it has been so nice. I've had to call a couple times for between their scheduled services and they've come out within a few days and taken good care of me.

Hawx takes care of the front and the backyard, spraying it down. They also did an interior cockroach spray. It's been smooth with the technicians. I talk about Hawx when someone talks about needing someone to take care of ants in their front yard.

Hawx has been very professional. They treat spiders and bugs. When I moved into the house, I had a bad issue with the roaches in the garage. They've done the garage. They're always helpful. They always let me know when they're coming and it's been a good experience. It's quite a bit of savings from them and they're doing the same thing as the other companies.

I'm okay with what Hawx Pest Control is doing. They're responsive and do what we have them.

Hawx Pest Control is one phone call away. Within that same week, they are able to come out. So, that's neat. And they haven't charged me anything extra for just them coming out extra times. They are there whenever I need anything done with pests as far as mosquitoes or wasps that keep coming back in the front porch. And they're helping me with some rodents. The techs are friendly guys. They answer all my questions because I have a lot that seem stupid, but they're patient with me. They caught one mouse in the attic. And the bait traps seems to work like they're being eaten by something. So, they're getting the job done.

I called Hawx Pest Control last week, and they came a couple of days later. I like how they do things. Apart from just telling me what they've done, they take pictures of everything. They ask if any other areas are a concern and they treat those additionally. So, that's a lot better than some of the other pest control folks, where they just come in, when I'm not here, they just do the pest control and leave. No photos. And they would say, "Pest control is done." So, I like that Hawx takes photos of everything, show what they've done. Even if I need extra treatments, they come in within the next couple of days, and they're able to resolve it.

Hawx come out about once every other month at the longest and they take care of the lawn treatment, inside treatment if I want it and the mosquito control. It has been an outstanding experience with the rep. Every now and then an ant bed will pop up and it will be a new one and Hawx is usually back out before they become a nuisance. My main concern used to be ants getting into the house and spiders around the house. I haven't had any problems with that since I've gotten Hawx on it.

Hawx started off okay. But then it got bad so I started to quit. I was having them spray the inside of the house. While they were spraying the bottom of my cabinets, my stove, and my refrigerator, they ruined a shelf that I have in my dining room. It was not good. In the dining room, the tech walked around and just nonchalantly sprayed everything with a white chemical and it's black lacquer. After every time they leave, I have to wash the bottom of my refrigerator and my cabinets. I also got a rag and it ruined it.

We've been a customer of Hawx since October 2021. During that time we have had to ask for multiple retreatments. The last treatment was scheduled by Hawx for outside only even though we always have the interior done, too. The technician who provided the service and the supervisor I later spoke with stated that their approach was to keep the pests on the outside and only treat the inside when necessary. This was the first time anyone had tried to use that excuse.

I liked the deal that Hawx offered. They waived the initiation fee, and then they had it down to a certain amount that worked for my family’s budget. They come out quarterly. They'll do around the perimeter of the house, and then they clean the cobwebs and the spiders. They do the spraying at the potential areas where they can hide. Then they do the perimeter spray, and then they’ll kill the anthills that they see. The technicians have been very good so far. There was a little bit of miscommunication between the salesperson about what was being done and the tech, but once the tech clarified exactly what they were responsible for doing, everything's been great.

Hawx comes monthly and sprays on the exterior of the house. There's only been one tech, and he's a nice guy. The one thing I don't like is they've still been spraying during the winter. It's Northern Wisconsin in the winter, so there's no point to be spraying. There are no bugs.

The young lady that answered the phone was super nice. She explained the pricing to me and what they do. I had a gappy treatment because the people that Hawx was sending were not showing up. I finally gave them a call and said, “Hey, you guys are charging me but nobody's showing up.” It took them a little minute, but they rectified that issue. They credited the account and then they told me someone would be out here. They explained to me that they changed the way they do billing. It’s now every month, instead of every quarter.

A door-to-door salesman sold me a month-to-month "premium" plan with Hawx, which included both indoor and outdoor spraying. Although Hawx was withdrawing $85 from my debit card every month, their rep never appeared after the initial visit so I tried canceling. My profile page didn't allow an option to cancel and their phone number listed via google only reached call centers who said someone "might" call me back between 48 - 72 business hours. When I eventually reached someone, they explained that my payment was monthly, but my service was only quarterly (this would have been extraordinarily expensive for one hour's spraying around property perimeter!). Furthermore, I was paying for inside spraying, but this would only be done if I was specifically requested it each time and they normally didn't do it despite billing for it. Worse yet, they said I had agreed to an annual contract and would have to pay a $450 cancelation fee. WHAT?!!!

The Hawx Pest Control rep was good. He did everything that he was supposed to and was very polite. He was very professional. Kept me informed, too. They did the outside and now, everything outside is great.

Hawx has been good. I've had one incident but they made it right. I've never had a rude tech. They've all been professional and respectful. They let me know what day they’d be coming. They send me an email as well. The person who's gonna be coming to the house texts me and lets me know a window of time that they'll be in the house. They've been on point with being on time. The main reason I got with Hawx was I had somebody at my house for a couple of months who brought their little friends over. I had an infestation, and within a few months, they all disappeared so I'm thankful for that. I've kept Hawx to continue the exterior of the home.

We have Hawx for pest control to keep the critters out in the winter and the summer. Five minutes before they came to our house, we discovered a hornet's nest on our porch. It was under one of the benches and they took care of that. The timing was nice. The tech said that they spray right at the bottom where they come out. Because if they spray there, then no one's getting out of there alive. They did that when we weren't at the house.

I was looking at my invoicing and their visits here and I know there were a couple of months when it wasn't scheduled for them to come out, but I was still being billed. So, I will be going back to the drawing board to see if the service is worth it. I'm paying $100 a month so I expect someone to come every month. I haven't buckled down to call them to discuss my account because I had received feedback from other people who have had them and they said that when it comes to having to try to cancel with Hawx, it's pretty hard to do so. Plus, if you cancel with them, they charge you more money to cancel. When I signed on, it was through some kind of like special and I got $50 off. But, I was going to cancel, they charge for that.

We had gotten a couple of mice in the house from a remodeling project. Hawx came and took care of that. They're still monitoring it so they come every three months. Sometimes, I can't answer the phone but they call back to get it scheduled. I like that. The technicians have all been good, but Donald goes over the top. He's good at explaining everything. He goes through everything that he's doing and why he's doing it.

Hawx lets me know in advance when they're coming for service. They're pretty good and they help control the mice. Sometimes they take pictures.

Hawx Pest Control is very helpful and reasonable. Whenever I need them, I call and they come out when they have the time. The techs text us when they're on their way. Whenever I call in, the lady’s always sweet. When I talked to them in person, they've been very helpful, letting me know what they've been doing. They take pictures of everything that they do. Everything's been good.

Hawx does their job every three months. If I need something in between, I just call them. Pest activity is still there but it's better than before. But they could do better in terms of service and kill the whole thing. Also, when I signed up, the rep said, "Oh, I'll waive the initial fees." But then, he said, "Oh, it will be a year contract." I don't really like that. I'll be stuck in it and if I wanna cancel, I have to pay cancellation fees of 200 bucks.

Right after I moved in, I was seeing a fair number of bugs here and there. The door-to-door salesman came up and they offered their services. Ever since they started, I haven't seen anything. I’ll recommend them. It’s a very decent price and the service is good.

While the technicians were spraying, I made mention of a couple of things that I noticed in the house. They immediately jumped in and took corrective action to deal with it. It wasn't anything that I even expected that they would do. They are friendly folks, and the product seems to be working as described. The price isn't unreasonable. It's quality service and you get what you pay for.

The techs always been pleasant, and I haven't had any problems scheduling the service. It's a monthly invoice for pest control, but I don't think they come out quite that often. The pest activity has been better, but it hasn't ceased.

Whenever they say they're coming out, they come out. Their operations people and their pest killing liquid are doing the job. I don't see any pests. Last summer, we still have some mosquitoes, but they would come out and spray again. It doesn't kill all the mosquitoes but they're quick to come out and spray again, which is all that you can ask.

Hawx is more affordable and does a relatively good job. They come out quarterly. We have some rodent traps that we have set up. They also sprayed on the house for any insects. The technicians are great. They take care of what we need. However, there is one service we are looking for, and it is not provided with Hawx at this time. It's gopher control.

Hawx is a good company. It's so easy with them. Usually, I don't have to look for my service. They call and tell me that they're available to come to my house, and I agree. Those people are very good people.

They always send me a text before they come, and then they send a text message when they finish the service. Sometimes, I’m not here but they do the job well. Everything is good. I like their work. I'm happy with it.

I used to have another service and they were not doing okay. A couple of neighbors posted in the community chat that they used Hawx and that they were having a good experience. I decided to give them a try. So far so good. They go every other month. I talk to them and they seem to be nice. They are always very attentive. Anything that I asked, they were taken care of. In February, there were some spider webs in my garage. I asked the guy if he could take care of it. When they go for service, my garage is usually closed. That day, I was there so I was able to tell the guy and he did a great job.
