Granite Transformations was wonderful. I thought their work was good. I had them a couple of times. I got them because my friend was selling her house and she had the countertops done, and she thought they did a marvelous job. They did all my kitchen countertops and then I called them later when I remodeled the bathroom and had them do a countertop for the bathroom, the master bath. The quality of the work they did for me is great. I can't say anything but nice things about them. Their people are so nice and they come in, and they're done in a few minutes. And the quality of the product is very good. I've never seen any that I think is prettier than this one. Actually I like the one in the kitchen better than the one in the bathroom. But they're both very, very nice.

The men from start to finish were very courteous and professional. Would recommend them always. Will be using them for upgrading bar area.

I had a good experience with Granite Transformations. We got what we expected and they did a good job for a fair price.

It took me years to figure out the right source for replacing the countertops in my kitchen, but I am glad I found Granite Transformations! I had hoped for recycled glass, because I love the color it offers and because glass was a better fit for the "look and feel" of my house. When my husband observed that it was available, I was hopeful. When the designer came to my house, we found an option that was exciting! And when it was finished, we are all happy.

Very happy with the remodeling job they did for my kitchen countertops. They did what they promised and it was awesome.

Our experience was not a happy one, from the measuring template, to the installation, and the finish (which is still unfinished). The underneath edge is still not been back-filled. The last worker said he would tell the scheduler to send someone to finish it because he was too busy and didn't have the product to finish.

I was redoing my house and didn't want to have to tear out my whole kitchen. I just wanted a remodel. I had checked the prices of granite and didn't like them. And I wanted something that was done in a very short period of time. I heard about Granite Transformations from my friend at the hospital where I volunteer so I purchased a kitchen remodel from them. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and did a good sales job. The installation team was terrific. They all introduced themselves and were very fast, very good, and did just exactly what they said they would do. The quality of the remodeling job was very good and I like it very much.

Our countertops turned out perfect. The company was very easy to work with from the sales person to the installers. You will be satisfied with the final product. We are!

Granite Transformations was very responsive. They came in and did a good job. Everything looks nice and I love the cupboards. They told me they were gonna be in and out in four days, and they were so that was very nice. They coordinated a lot of getting the plumber in to remove my sink and backed out, same way with the electrician and my electrical units. I appreciated that as well and I’m happy with the results of it. Pretty positive experience.

I relocated to a new office and my existing furniture did not coordinate well with a built-in counter. Granite Transformations covered my conference room table and the countertop with matching granite, and made it look like I spent many times what it actually cost. I constantly get compliments from clients and visitors (and the former tenant) on how great it looks.

Granite Transformations installed the granite counters and a stainless steel sink in our kitchen. Everything was great. The sales rep was really nice. There was one gentleman who helped with the installation that has a very, very good attention to detail. He did everything he could to make me happy and that went a long way with how I felt. My level of expectation was met. They were all very professional. I'm very happy with the finished product.

My counters look great. The installation went very quickly. The only complaint (and it is of minor importance) is that they left a lot of saw dust under my sink. Overall, I have recommended Granite transformation and will continue to do so.

I go around telling people about Granite Transformations all the time. We wanted to have a change in one of our bathrooms and I wanted to put in a different kind of sink so we called them. They just did another job for us and redid our counters in the bathroom upstairs. Their people are professional and know what they're talking about. Service could not be better. They come and take care of things and clean up after themselves. You can't ask for better. They also do not make a mess. Not only that, it's a lot cheaper.

Our kitchen transformation happened the day our work was completed by Granite Transformations! I couldn't be happier. My kitchen was done with no mess. The guys cleaned up when finished and it all happened in a day! My new sink is wonderful and I can't imagine not having this deeper, bigger sink as I do a lot of baking. The counter top is just as promised. It doesn't stain or mar and shines with soap and water clean up. I wasn't exactly sure about what I wanted for a back splash but the sales person's suggestions were better than I could imagine. Granite Transformations indeed transformed my kitchen into my happy place to work! It is beautiful and we have received wonderful comments from numerous people who have seen the new counters. It was a delightful experience! I’d been watching Granite Transformations on TV for a couple of years and I thought not having to tear the old tile out of the kitchen and just go over the top of it sounded like a pretty good deal. So I finally decided to call and they came out and gave me an estimate. We did our bathrooms first, and we liked that, so we went with the kitchen. We enjoyed talking to the sales representative and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. When the installation team came in and surveyed what they had to do, they put drop cloths down the hallway, on the carpets and worked like a son of a gun. I had one problem with the seam but they came out and fixed it. Everything was great and I was happy.

Everyone from sales to installers were great. Our counters are all they said they would be and beautiful.

We have homes in Tucson, AZ & Fort Wayne, IN. Kitchen was done in 4/08 & Baths in 10/09 AZ property. When we decided to do Fort Wayne we opted to use Granite Transformation for both kitchen & baths. This job was done July of 2013. Completely satisfied!!!

I wanted to get an estimate on my cabinet and got in touch with Granite Transformations. We purchased the countertop remodeling and it went fine. I would recommend it to a friend as it was a good experience.

Overall I am delighted with the result. The guys who did the installation were fantastic and went out of their way to be helpful. I have only one observation. When the templates were made, one of my switch plates was not square. When it was re-installed it looked terrible. It was not horizontal and the guys tried to rectify it. I did it the following day. I would suggest when the templates are made they ensure the electrical fittings are horizontal..

The original counter top looked dated and worn around the edges. The Granite Transformations tops 'modernized' the counters and gave our kitchen a modern look. They also complement the color of the cabinets. The surface is very durable and does not require maintenance other than cleaning.

I love my counter top. Love it, love it. I was sick of my old counter and wanted a new one. Granite Transformations did the remodel and I was very satisfied with the quality. I have had no problem with the sales representative and the guys that installed it were very professional. I am very happy.

Our kitchen counter was installed precisely as promised. The installer worked precisely, and accurate. Work was done in time, and work area was cleaned up perfectly after completion. Very happy with the product, We can only recommend it.

The sales lady told us it would take most of two days for the install. Upon arrival one of the installers was hunched down in the seat of the truck and appeared hung over upon getting out. The whole time he was here, his attitude was not good. The helper remained quiet and only did what he was asked to do, but the work area was left dirty, the new counter tops were not cleaned off, seams were VERY rough, some of the grout has voids between the countertop and the backsplash where water could leak behind. Total time of installation was roughly four hours, not two days as we were told. I spent roughly eight hours cleaning the mess-up after they left. In retrospect, we made a huge, costly mistake choosing this option for our kitchen makeover. Would not and have not recommended this procedure to others.

We had some issues. One installer to install our entire kitchen and island. He was exhausted and became sloppy. They had to come back several times 5 to correct problems and then when the island top had to be replaced they didn't have the same color, we had to pick another contrasting color. Argh! I gave a 3 star just because they did work to correct to our satisfaction but all could have been prevented!

The quality thus far is very good. The guys who came out to do both the cabinets and counter tops were great. Very personable, but also knew what they were doing and wanted to do it right. I would recommend Granite Transformations. My only advice is to be realistic on timing. We were told 3-4 days four our cabinets, it took 5. Our counter tops and back splash were rescheduled by the company for a week later than originally planned. We were told the counter tops and back splash would be done in one day (which was needed due to other scheduled activities for the house). It took 2 days, spaced several days apart (Friday and the following Wednesday).

I had an excellent experience with Granite Transformations. I like the countertops I purchased from them.

I can't say enough about the gentleman that came to help with the selection. He gave me great ideas in my selection of granite. The guy who came to measure the counter tops was courteous and didn't leave a mess. Measuring is more of a process than one would imagine. The install was as promised. I've had this material with moderately heavy use and it still looks beautiful. Stainless sink is a nicely done under mount. It will leak a bit underneath if you spray the nozzle directly at the edges though.

I wanted my kitchen redone and needed a kitchen top, so I got in touch with Granite Transformations, and they did an excellent job. The sales representatives were able to answer all my questions and the installers did a very professional job. They were able to put everything together.

The entire process - from the initial quote - to the finishing touches - went very smoothly; absolutely no complaints! In hindsight, where things are always clearer, I should have shopped around for other products before making such an expensive purchase. Not because of the price, but because of the fact that I had to provide a plumber and electrician and get that all coordinated.

We are very happy with our counters. Very professional staff and install. We did not receive the right size backsplash but decided to just go with what came to get the job done. Would certainly recommend to anyone.

I had Granite Transformations work on remodeling our kitchen because I wanted a new cabinet top and I knew what I wanted. I'm very happy with the results so far. I had no problem with the sales person and their installation team were wonderful. It was expensive and that would be my only complaint but I would recommend them to someone else.

Very pleased with the workmanship of the product. It was installed in a timely basis. The installer was very professional and kept the house clean. The customer service people were very helpful when we called the company several times with questions.

We were redoing our kitchen so we contacted Granite Transformations. All they did was the counters, but that was really good and I like it. Their sales representative was very helpful. Their installation team were very nice, both of them...They did a very good job and it was quick. Their boss came here also to do the pattern and he was very nice and professional. They had a good team and we had a nice experience with them.

I have installed Granite Transformations in 2 homes. One in Arizona and 1 in Michigan. The product is fabulous. Love the look, the price and the clean install.

One of the countertops got broken. When I called Granite Transformations about the crack, the sales representatives came by and took a picture of everything. They couldn't fix it because there were parts that need to be ordered. It's been over a month, however, and I haven't heard from then since. I'm going to call them tomorrow to see what's going on. Nevertheless, everybody who has come by and seen the countertops like it. I'd still recommend it to a friend.

We now keep our counter tops covered so no one can the ugly seams. The seams don't match - one side higher than the other. Don't understand why three guys could not carry it in in one piece.

I am very pleased with the product. The installers were fantastic. The only reason I did not rate a 5 was mainly because of what didn't happen. After making that kind of investment I expected a follow up call from the salesman himself. Were we pleased? Anything else I can do for you? Poor customer service in my opinion.

Absolutely love my counter top. I have had them for almost 2 years now and they look as they did the first day they were done. Very professional company. When they were in my home working, when they left, it was as if no one was here working. Everything was clean. I have recommended this product to many friends.

I called various companies for our kitchen counter top remodeling and chose Granite Transformation to do the kitchen countertops. A lady came out and explained to us what the product was like and how it worked. The guy that installed did a good job. He took the time and did it right.

We saw an ad in a local paper and called after seeing the company at a home show in GR. We called and a rep was sent out. We had previously checked out prices and other types of counter tops, so we knew we wanted a granite type. The rep answered our questions, left us samples, and we decided to have their company do the work. We are in the process of getting the counter measured, and have paid a third down.

A carpenter said that Granite Transformations had good granite countertops so we contacted them. We purchased the kitchen countertops and a built-in table, and the quality of these items is excellent. But the one thing I don't like about it is that it seems like it's always cold. You can just feel it...when you set your plates down on it, even when our house is warm, our food gets cold quicker through our plate than it did on the Formica table and countertop we had before. Other than that, it's a fine product and we're very happy with it. The installation team was great in the way they did their work. They came ahead of time and made that cardboard, cut it all out and pasted it together, and when they came back, it fit perfectly.

I am very pleased with my new countertops. They are beautiful. ** arrived right on time when they said they would and installed them and cleaned up and now my kitchen is gorgeous. Thanks to ** and his helper.

Caulking - poorly done in places.

We had Granite Transformations install new counter tops for us a couple of years ago. We couldn't be happier with them. We searched and researched new counter tops for many months before deciding on this product. The cost and ease and quality of product all played a part in our decision. They were able to install over top of what we already had which was huge! We had counter tops that we had made ourselves with small square tiles and it would have taken quite a feat to remove them without ruining our cabinets. We are very happy with their product and we have had no issues. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had my kitchen remodeled by Granite Transformations since we needed new countertops. I don't think I've ever had anybody come in and do anything to my house exactly what they said they were going to do. They were here when they said they're going to be here and everything just went perfect. I was 100% satisfied with them and would highly recommend them to anybody.

I went with Granite Transformations because I needed new kitchen countertops. The rep that we talked to was a little overbearing when she came out but she's a salesperson so it was fine. The remodel was okay but I haven't had the chance to call them yet because there'll be a few things I was kind of disappointed with that I'll have them come out and work on. It seemed like they didn't even wipe down the counters when they were finished. It was still gritty all over the counters. And then on my backsplash, I have two different colors and there are some spots where you can see the glue that they used that had bled through onto the tile they actually used. It was all mediocre but alright.

We had our black granite counter about a year now and they are gorgeous. They were every bit and more than we expected. The wear is good and they wipe up and shine even with our hard water. My next venture is to look at a back splash. We have had so many compliments from friends and family. Love it.

All of the work that was done was excellent. The salesman was very helpful in us make decisions. The install employees were courteous and very efficient. Everything was done on schedule. The price was less than we expected after having researched other options, we felt we received more for our money than any other option we had considered.

New countertops and backsplash in kitchen and bath: It has made such a difference in the appearance of my kitchen and bath to have had this done. The updated look is exactly what we were looking for and it was done in just one day. The installer was great to work with. Very happy with everything!

I love my Kitchen counters that Granite Transformations did. When they came out to install the counters they were great! They installed my new sink for me and did a great job. I just wish that I had my bathroom counters done. I have had no problems with my counters and everyone that sees them think they look great. I would recommend them to anyone checking out and pricing granite counters.

There isn't much I like about them. I don't like the color use, can’t see anything on them. We had a backsplash put on and on the edges it doesn't look finished. I've contacted them and they tell me "when we're in the area," still haven't showed up after 2 yrs, really? And almost 8000$ later still nothing so I would not recommend at all!

I like my counters but the first installation (which was the biggest one) left me with a hole in my kitchen floor, dried goop (whatever you call the stuff they use to seal the counters onto the surface) on my dishwasher and front door of my oven, footprints on the floor in the bathroom. We had an issue with the dishwasher door and some guy came out and hastily tried to fix it but to this day no one else has done anything. He even sent me a nasty email. The 2nd install person was great and tried to remove the hardened goop but could not. So even after someone reads this review, I still will have to live with it. I do however like the product. That is why I purchased a 2nd counter.

Our outdated kitchen & Bath needed a full upgrade from the 90's to 2015. After calling, ** from GT came to our home with a full set of samples to help layout our ideas, in fact he was here on two different days. After deciding, ** arrived to start the process & did a outstanding over the top job. We are very pleased. The only downside was that the project took a lot longer than the estimate - which we expected considering the amount of work. Price was as quoted.

Although I was happy with the sale and install we have noticed some small blemishes after the fact and getting follow up to have them repaired and fixed has been very slow.

They cleaned up after the job was completed. This is the second installation done by Granite Transformations and would recommend their services to all. The counter tops are beautiful, easy to maintain and cost effective.

Counters and sink "transformed" our kitchen to beautiful.

We LOVE our Granite Transformations kitchen counters! Every aspect of our experience was wonderful: choosing from samples, installation, and enjoying a beautiful, easily maintained product. I've recommended GT to everyone I know.

We appreciated the efficiency of the team of installers. It went well and was on time. Also, the ability to see what different colors and patterns actually looked like was helpful when the representative came to measure. There was a computer program that allowed me to see what each one would look like in my kitchen. It definitely helped me decide which one to choose.

The initial consultation was relaxed, informative and enjoyable. There were lots of choices. ** guided us through all the available backsplashes, and we chose the Perla Di Modera design. I love it. I especially like the copper look to some of the squares, and have picked up the copper in furnishings in the kitchen. The installation was as planned, and even some changes were accommodated by the technician. I'm very pleased and proud of the results.

Granite Transformations did an excellent job with our new countertop. They did everything they promised and showed up on the day they promised. Installation was not messy and you can't even see the seams. We get a lot of positive comments about our new countertop. We highly recommend them to anyone considering new countertops.

My kitchen needed updating so I sought the expertise of Granite Transformations. Their salesman was very helpful and he explained everything well. They have professional installers who told us what they were going to do then did it. I was happy with their explanation and I was happy with the pricing. Everything was fine and the outcome was what I had expected.

We are very pleased with our granite counters. We had a rough spot, and Granite Transformations came right out to fix it.

My wife said they kept cancelling our appointments and renewing them, and it was a little bit hard to handle. And the only thing I don't like about this countertop is it sheds all the time and little stones come off, little grits.

The installer was VERY skilled and did a wonderful job... I think my counters are around three, maybe four years old, and when I put a bit of granite polish on, they look brand new.

We had Granite Transformations replace our kitchen countertops and backsplash. They came to the house with samples so we could select the appropriate color. What was the best about this installation is that the whole thing was done in four hours! In an afternoon, my kitchen looked completely different! It's so easy to maintain, and I love it! Highly recommend!

Loved the counter top. I have already put it in 2 houses. They are very professional. They show up on time. They don't stay too long and try to sell you on their product if you are not interested. The sales people are friendly and knowledgeable .

Working with Granite Transformations was fast and efficient, so much better than having your kitchen torn apart for days or weeks. We love our new counters, it changed and updated the appearance of our whole Kitchen!

Satisfied with the product and the workmanship of the installers. It took a week for the installation. Some days no one showed up. Calls to the office were not helpful. We responded to an evaluation online expressing our dissatisfaction. Got a letter that someone would contact us. Heard from no one. It has been almost a year.

Granite Transformations made our kitchen beautiful at half of our expected cost to refinish our counters. We did have a hiccup in the beginning because of some scheduling issues but everything ended up working out and we could not be happier with the outcome.

My daughter had done some business with Granite Transformations before so I decided that I wanted my kitchen redone with them too. I had the refacing and the granite top. Their people were fine but we ran into a lot of trouble and it ran much longer than I expected. They had it measured and had to wait for reordering on the cupboards. When the cupboards came, one of the fronts was marred. We had to wait more for that one to come. I was satisfied with the work except that I was disappointed how long it took. I was in a mess here for a long time but after that everything was okay.

We had bought a new house and Granite Transformation did our kitchen counters. We liked the way they looked so we contacted them again for a new vanity in the bathroom. Their reps talked to us just fine. For the installation, the first one delivered the sinks and installed in the wrong place but the second team redid it. It's pretty good but the sinks don't completely drain. There's a lot of it that has to evaporate in there. But other than that, they're very good looking. They made the second countertop for only $150. I appreciated that. That was real nice.

We love our countertops from Granite Transformations. We are now interested in getting an estimate on a shower. The people there were all great!

We are thrilled with our new countertop. It is a custom size and the guys installed it in one day. It looks beautiful and in order to see if it is dirty, I need to run my hand over it to find the spots. I love that I no longer need to worry about burns or cuts in the counter and it always looks beautiful.

We had our kitchen counters done by your company. I was very impressed by the workmanship of the counters and the installation. There is one corner through an appliance garage and even that area looks wonderful. I felt the plumbing part was not up to the quality of the rest of the job. I had to have them return because the water pressure in the new faucet was too low and the sink baskets are cheap.

Was very pleased with the entire process. We had our countertops, backsplash and faucet all replaced. We were dissatisfied with one section of the backsplash when the kitchen was put back together and they were great about coming back and making it right for us.

So far everyone I have dealt with has been fantastic! Great company to work with.

Very nice and durable countertop. Would rather have chosen one with a little more color in it. Other than color it is just fine and would do so again. This one will last my remaining lifetime. Great working surface and long lasting.

A dull finish, has chipped two times. However they were excellent at repairing it. They're great to work with but I'm not happy with product. Spend more and go with real granite unless you're flipping a home...

Granite Transformations did a fabulous job! At first we had a little trouble communicating with the office about changing an appointment and they were very apologetic about it - turns out that person I was talking to was new. The people that were actually experienced and knew their job did a great installation work; they were super nice and polite guys. I liked their work very much and would recommend this company to others.

Bad product and the worst installation team ever. Sloppy workmanship and no care on preventing a mess throughout the house. Just terrible.

You came in and measured and within days came back and installed a small island cabinet top and then the rest of my sort of reversed U shaped counter with a sunken in double sink. That was 10-28-2011 and they are still beautiful. I'm adding some more cabinets and plan to have them do the tops of them as well.

I did an extensive overview on either getting regular granite or quartz, all the different options and Granite Transformations were one of the options. I purchased their kitchen countertops and a sink. I feel good about the quality but the first sales representative gave me a really high price. They told me it would be in the same ballpark but it was even higher than regular granite or quartz. So they offered another sales rep and I went with that price and it was much better.

I was really impressed with the guys from Granite Transformations that installed the countertops. They were very nice, young gentlemen and they left the work area really clean. In fact, they cleaned areas that I didn't expect them to clean like under the stove. They vacuumed it really good. They went under the sink and vacuumed that a lot. Everything is fine.

Just a note to let you know how happy I am with the experience I had with Granite Transformations. From the day we went to look at samples, to the day of my estimate, to the installation process - everyone involved was completely professional and informative. I am extremely happy with my new counter and will not hesitate to recommend Granite Transformations. Thank you!

They did very good job with the countertop remodeling for our kitchen and bathroom. Everybody has been good, very nice and polite. I think it's been a good experience and I would recommend them.

We got Granite Transformations for a remodeling because we had plants that were going with cords in it all through. The other company we were considering couldn't get a big enough slab and wanted to do three scenes; Granite just had to do one. They did beautiful work. I'm also well-pleased with their people - the sales rep was nice and knowledgeable, plus the guy who installed was very conscientious of what he was doing. This company is trustworthy and efficient!

Their sales rep was extremely helpful and helped us with some design ideas. The installation team was great as well. It was kind of a tricky thing they had to cut but they did a good job. I needed new countertops since mine was over 20 years old. Granite Transformations remodeled my Kitchen and I am very pleased with the countertops they placed. Their salesperson was very nice and helpful and the installers were here when they said they would be, did the job well and cleaned up their work area well.

The template was precisely made in a couple of hours and the installation a couple of weeks later was a very pleasant experience with great looking countertops done with precision and professionalism. Granite Transformations did our bathroom four years ago. I liked it enough to have my kitchen countertop done with them. Their sales rep was very helpful and the installation team did a good job. They went out of their way to do the best job possible. They had an issue with getting the product and they compensated me well. I was very happy.

Granite Transformation looks like a good product so when we needed to replace our kitchen countertops we went directly to them. The sales rep was terrific and very knowledgeable about the product. The installation team did an excellent work with the remodel. All of them were very pleasant and very professional, top rating experience and so I recommended the product to others.

Granite Transformations squeezed us in right before Thanksgiving so we're happy with them. We were looking to reface our cabinets and that triggered us to get in touch with them. We also had them do our countertop and backsplash. All the people we have talked to - from the girl in the showroom and the people who went for the measurements - were helpful and knowledgeable. The installation team that did the remodeling were very professional and they also cleaned up after themselves. They got the job done in the time they said they would and it was pretty much hassle-free.

I needed a counter for my kitchen and when I saw Granite Transformation's ad, I went with them. Unfortunately, their work was very poor. Right now I have glued pieces by myself with Gorilla Glue. I've had them out here on three different occasions. I have a scratch on one of my countertops that basically was beginning to be bucked out. The service tech never came back out. Then he came in two different occasions. He couldn't fix the problem and left and never came back. I have caulking that was coming out against the wall that is peeling away and the caulking they used for the countertop turns bright white every time it gets wet until it dries back out again. During the first time a piece of the front had come off by my kitchen sink, they came back out and fixed that and halfway down they stopped. I got to a point where I quit calling them that's why I fixed it the second time myself. Granite Transformation lacks workmanship.

We had all of the countertops in our home covered with your product...Love it very much...Clean up of the glue strings was tedious the first year, but the product is great.

We decided to change our kitchen countertop. The person who came here and did the installation was very professional. They did everything they said they were gonna do. We were very happy with the quality of the work.

I went and got estimates for my countertop. I was considering pure granite where they take out the old and put it all in, but two estimates I got would damage the tile works that is already in place. I decided to go with Granite countertops because they will put it over and would not damage it. Everything went fine, though they missed one spot that I have tried to paint over. It’s just one small spot that I’m a little displeased with, but such a small thing to make them come back.

Granite Transformations did a great job on my counter tops. It is beautiful, and they did a great job of cleaning up. I would use them again.

Two years ago, we had Granite Transformations to install new countertops and backsplash for our kitchen, plus, a stainless steel sink and a new faucet. They did an excellent job. We knew then that down the road, we would want them back to do our countertops for the 2 bathrooms. Recently, they did that job for us. They did an excellent job, plus they installed 2 new faucets. When I heard that the plumber would be a female this time, I was a little hesitant. But, guess what? Hazel did an excellent job. The company has a great designer, named Stephanie.. She was wonderful helping us to decide on colors. My husband and I highly recommend this company when you are ready to do a makeover.

My initial installation did not go well. There were several mishaps. It was very stressful for a few weeks. However, the company and its employees worked hard to make it right. I am very happy with the final outcome.

They replaced our old countertops with the granite tops. Quality material needs no maintenance, will not crack by the sink like std granite, looks nice. Had issue with caulking, they came right away, resolved it. Very satisfied. Added value to our home.

Do not like the way they do business. Did not get what I ordered. They did not finish on time. They also changed the price to finish the job. I will not use them again. They charged me an extra $ 200.00 to frame out the tiles in my shower. Which was to be included in the price.

I've been thinking about redesigning my kitchen and bathroom when I saw Granite Transformations in the newspaper. They upgraded my kitchen, the cabinets, and stuff. The installation team were very good. They explained to me everything they were doing, showed up when they said they would show up, and were neat and tidy. They haven't quite completed the job yet through lack of materials that they have had to order but so far it has been excellent.

Very Satisfied - looks terrific and love the black sink. Customer service from every person from sales to the installation was excellent. One small issue and resolved in a timely manner. Their follow through is #1.

Our kitchen and laundry room countertops will be one year old this April. We could not be happier. We had professional help with the people from the Granite Transformations Omaha office. We followed the suggestions for the color of the ground granite sinks in the kitchen and laundry room, as well as the faucets. The workers who did the installation were extremely careful. We ran into some stinkers during the 18 month remodel of our 22-year-old home. In contrast, working with Granite Transformations was a breeze! We do recommend them to friends.

We had Granite Transformations come in and redo our kitchen... Expected it to like nice after completion but didn't expect for my kitchen to be the "TALK OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD". What an awesome job they did... Went above my expectations. Needing to see about having my bath remodeled. Granite Transformations are better than the Transformers when it came to turning my kitchen from Bland to Glam!!!

I can't say enough good about this company... from the salesman Billy **, to the young man who does the measurements and then to the installers. It was professionalism at its best. But the end result was amazing!! Not only beautiful, but durable as well as affordable. So many colors to choose from. I would highly recommend Granite Transformations to all. I call it my gorgeous "counter slipcover".

I was very pleased with the work that Granite Transformations did while we were remodeling the fire station. They were easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. The work looks great and I would definitely use them in the future for home or work.

Had countertops and backsplash done about 2 years ago and they still look new. Very professional workmen completed on time and would do it all over again. Great company to deal with.

Love the product... Service reps great too. The fact that the product is sealed sold us. Just wish I would have stuck with my gut on color as I do prefer a lighter attribute to such a small space.

Bought a discontinued granite or price would have been too high to have work done. Install went OK and in one day. The one exception is that tightness of the install area caused a need to make an unplanned cut in what was supposed to be a large single piece. Smoothing of the cut line was not great, so had them back out to repair as well as reseal some small gaps under the overhang. No problem in scheduling the work and the repairs look and feel better. Overall, the appearance is good and final price was not too bad.

My wife always wanted a granite top for our kitchen and after looking around for some time, we found Granite Transformation. After the first and only visit to their showroom, we decided to go with it. Three things stood out: price, quality and punctuality. The price was fair as compared with other options, the quality of the work and the looks of it are amazing and last but not least, they were very punctual and courteous delivering. There were also a few details that made me write this review, I guess you can imagine what they were. Now my wife is happy we did it and so I am.

We spent $6k on new kitchen countertops through the Raleigh NC store. Within 3 months it had a crack by the sink and where 2 pieces meet it is separating. Also the caulking of the top edge of the counter has separated from the wall. I wish I had invested in a better quality material. I loved it at first but the "honeymoon" phase lasted a few short weeks.

I like the fact that they can go right over the existing corners so it doesn't take forever and you don't have a big mess. The sales rep and installer did a nice job and everything was dandy. They were on time, courteous and professional.

We had our kitchen countertops replaced about 5 years ago. Were so happy with them and the experience, we had a new bathroom shower stall with seat installed, as well as new vanity countertop. Professionals from start to finish, design phase was fun, templating went well, install was great. We are thoroughly enjoying both our kitchen and bath and have recommended Granite Transformations to many!

They came and explained about the process, gave an estimate on the costs. Granite Transformations set up to measure, and transform my countertops. They were on time and actually finished early. We purchased a new stove later and they came and cut the extra inch needed with no problems.

I have not liked the product since I had it installed in 2014. The color was not what I saw on the very small sample I was presented. I explain this to the sales person who sent another person from the company out to my house. This person spent more time talking about the flaws in the construction of my house in about the actual product itself. I would never recommend Granite Transformations to anyone based on my experience. It was a $4000 mistake I made. And I paid upfront in cash.

Very pleased with Granite Transformations workmanship. Technicians were prompt, courteous, and thorough. They cleaned up and they made sure I was satisfied before they left. I received in return a countertop that I show off to my friends as one I can be proud of and one that is very affordable. I will definitely call them soon for my next project!

Excellent product. I went from painted countertops to granite in a day. The granite looks nice, cleans easy, doesn't need to be sealed, and has a lifetime warranty. The men who installed were professional, attentive, and fun. Would do again in a heartbeat.

The job was done very well and is beautiful. Time spent was excessive because of lack of coordination between installers and person making the template. Irrespective of the excessive time (10 hours to do a 4 hour job) the work was done very well and a professional result was left. I am very pleased and would use them again.

When you invite Granite Transformations into your home, the service quality is evident from the first comments. There is no high pressure sales tactic needed since the product speaks for and sells itself. Everything is explained fully and the options and colors are many. The craftsmen come in with the product ready to install and do it quickly and professionally. It is all done very quickly and cleanup is great.

One of our showers was completely redone. We are very pleased with the new shower and we were extremely pleased with the workmanship and with the workers.

My only concern was we never had any follow-up from Granite Transformations after installation. There are a few minor issues but all in all, a good experience.

Our experience was awful with this so company and we would eat off picnic tables first before dealing with them. They say one day, but not so much. If you are getting a back splash that adds two days, sink and that adds a day. The best part is that they never tell you this and when you question them about it, all your fault. To make it better, they want all their money before the work is complete. Owner/manager was as rude and arrogant as anyone I have ever dealt with in my life. In short if you want lies and arrogance this is the place to go.

We wanted new kitchen counter tops and we thought Granite Transformations might be a good option. We had serious problems with the remodel though. Due to their wrong measurement, the new counter tops were the wrong size. I pointed out that it was wrong but they installed it anyway. The same guy who got the measurement wrong was the same guy who was sent to fix it, and I think he basically made it worse. The owner then came down and looked at it then chipped about a third off the price. Nevertheless, the counter top was left the same way so we're not very happy with it. I hate to post negative comments just because of one employee's screw up but I was seriously angry; I think the counter tops would have been nice if he had handled it right.

I had a terrible experience from the being. There are chips in the seams and the whole process was very upsetting. And they changed ownership in the middle of my job. My counter top does not match to the other piece at the seam.

My wife and I are very satisfied with look, installation, and choices that we were given by Granite Transformation. The installation was as they promised and with very respectful installers. We have recommended Granite Transformation and will continue to do so.

My kitchen was transformed from a 1970's kitchen with the addition of a new counter top from Granite Transformations. Along with the counter, I replaced my sink and faucet. I knew this was my chance to replace my Harvest Gold stove, so I made that move too. When the stove arrived, it was just a 1/4 inch too wide to fit into the space. The man with Granite Transformations who came to make the template for my counter, cut the old counter so the new stove would fit. They were wonderful to work with and I will think of calling them when it is time to work on the bathrooms.

We paid little attention to our laundry/utility room. We had done several renovations but they took months and convinced us. This transformation took days and turned out beautifully thanks to Granite Transformations!

It was a genuine pleasure dealing with everyone associated with Granite Transformations. From the gentleman who came and gave us our initial quote to the last follow up call to make sure we were happy. We had some issues with the back-splash installation, but they walked us through it and made sure we understood why and what was going to be done. It looks great!

We used you for 2 different projects. The first project was for our kitchen countertops and back splash. That was a great experience with no issues except that 1 year later they came back to fill in some cracks with the backsplash. Overall rating was a 4 star for this experience. The other project was 2 bathrooms and it was a huge struggle once the project started. The overall product looked good, but the quality and care was very disappointing. Regardless of wrong vanity being ordered, and the project taking 3 times the length of stated time, the actual care put into the installation was horrible. The manager finally came back to do the job correctly and he was nice. The backsplash was actually laid over an electrical outlet. There were many other issues with the second job that will keep me from using Granite Transformations again. If any additional information is wanted, I am happy to reply.

The granite countertops and backsplash were installed in a timely fashion. The materials are very nice, good quality. The selection of granite and backsplash materials is adequate and the salesperson was very helpful in the selection process. My only complaint was that the installer left the site dusty. The backsplash needed to be washed down as it was still coated with grout residual. There was a dusty film over the granite. Seems like it would be simple enough for them to do a wipe-down once their installation is complete - would be a very nice finishing touch. I would recommend this company but I'd also suggest your staying around to make sure they clean up afterwards.

Granite Transformations worked on remodeling the countertop, cabinets, and sink on both my kitchen and bath. The quality is good, there is just a little bit more that needs to be finished but I already paid them in full and I trust them that the technician would come back in and get all this done. We also never have to haggle about the price with their sales rep and I like that.

We were very, very happy with the way we were shown the entire order and the excellent way the installers completed the work. The saleslady was so friendly, it was like talking with family. We are very proud to show off our new cabinets. And we tell everyone who did this fine work.

We were wanting to get the countertops in our kitchen refinished. The sales rep did a good job in giving us an exact quote, as well as in doing the needed measurements. The installers, one the other hand, are nice and professional but they had to come back several times and the job's still not complete. I tried calling the owner, who once came out to see what the problem was, but he hasn't called me back. The product is beautiful, but there are some cosmetic things that weren’t done correctly.

Day of installation - After the workers left following the completion of the kitchen countertop, we checked the workmanship. The underneath area in the desk area had not been filled in at all and the other underneath areas that had been filled in had not been sanded down. So we called and told them about the unfinished work.

We had two bathrooms updated with countertops and sinks and the same with our kitchen. We are very pleased with the results. The units look the same today as the day they were installed. The installation was very professional and precise. No maintenance required. We definitely feel it was the way to go.

I love the final product, everything went as expected. No mess, came on day and time they said they would. Helped with ideas but probably the best part was the person installing-- he was kind and very professionally.

Granite Transformation put in the countertop in my kitchen. When they initially came out, the installation guy cracked the granite that they brought out and he immediately called the office to have another piece cut and ready when he went back. I wasn't there but my father was. It must have gone smoothly - they'd been at the job that day even with that setback. Now my kitchen looks 100 times better.
