Ray and I are very pleased with our "new kitchen". The Light Italian Walnut turned out to be the perfect choice for our cabinets. The quartz countertops are beautiful as is the backsplash and we're so happy with our undercounter lighting. We also appreciate the special attention to detail to the cabinet that was added for extra storage and to accommodate our microwave. Each phase of the installation was "superior work", and the few minor adjustments afterwards were handled promptly. We're also very pleased with the vanity transformation in our Master Bath. It's beautiful. Thank you so much for giving our home a much needed facelift. Each time we walk into our new kitchen we feel like we're playing house.

We moved - couldn't wait to get Granite Transformations in to do the Kitchen in the new house. This is the second time we used them and the work came out fantastic. Workers were neat and kitchen work done in 1 day. I would never hesitate to use them again!!! Price is always fair and materials great!!! Our countertop and the backsplash for our kitchen cabinets were put on by Granite Transformations' installation team and they did great, so we'd recommend them.

I got kitchen countertops from Granite Transformations. They put in a new sink and the plumber hooked the dishwasher to the drain system. Our old dishwasher wouldn't drain out and we thought there was something wrong with it so we went out and bought a new one and they put that in and it didn't flow out right away. The guy installing it said "Give it a few hours. There might have been some water in your line that froze." After a few hours, it still wasn't draining and it turned out that the plumber that Granite Transformations used had forgotten to knock the plug out for the water to drain from the dishwasher. He came back and did it. Other than that, we had no problem and the whole thing went very smoothly.

I got Granite Transformations do our kitchen countertops, some cupboard removal and a new sink. They did very good work and everything turned out perfectly. They followed through and were timely. Everything was cleaned up. The people were friendly and very nice. If I needed to have something else done, I would definitely contact them and see what they had to offer.

Replaced counter tops and refinished cabinets. We had issues with their plumber as well as with the way the salesperson explained the way payment had to be made and when the work was complete there was and is issues with the "backsplash". We were told it was made that way, not true. But we have paid so?

Granite Transformations was absolutely excellent. Good customer service. They were prompt and very professional all the way around, from the salesperson to the person that came out to do the estimation for the granite and to the staff that actually put everything in. The staff that came out to install completely cleaned up everything and it was a nice job.

I saw my co-worker's kitchen and like the job that Granite Transformation did to it so I contacted them as well to work on our kitchen countertop. I felt that their sales rep were informative. I went in there having a really good idea as to what I wanted, so it was just a matter of my choice and my husband and I agreeing on something. So it was fine - luckily we both have pretty similar taste so it worked out alright.

We saw the demonstration for Granite Transformation at the Auburn home show and made an appointment with the guy. He came, measured the counters and gave us a date when they were going to be delivered. They arrived on time, on target and everything was done in one day, cut and dried. They were top notch, polite, courteous, and cleaned up everything. The counters were perfect. Excellent job! A hundred percent satisfied!

My experience with Granite Transformations so far is good. It was all done in one day and that's the main reason we went with Granite. The cost is more than what we had anticipated but the guys did a good job and it looks fine. It holds up well and we're satisfied with it.

Granite Transformations helped me with the countertops. The product is great and the sales representative was fine. All seemed to work really well, but the installers were inconsiderate. We have molding that ran up to the old countertop, and instead of taking it off, because they couldn't handle it, they butchered it up. When they took the stove out of the kitchen and put it into the dining area, they did some damage on the carpet. They put it back and didn't say too much about it, but my son noticed it. They need to be more professional, and cough up to the fact that they did some damage when they shouldn't have. Other than that, they did a good project.

I saw Granite Transformations in the paper and it took me two years to convince my husband that I should go ahead and have it. I contacted them because I had heard many good things about not staining and a number of things. I didn't know anyone off hand that had used it but all the things I read about it that I did go out and looked at to plan.

I heard about Granite Transformations at a fair. We had been talking about changing our countertops and we saw their display. They helped us with our countertop remodel and now it looks very nice. I would recommend them.

Working with everyone at Granite Transformations was a real pleasure. We had our kitchen cabinets refaced and installed granite countertop in both our kitchen and on the wet bar in our entertainment room. The finished product far exceeds our expectations. Everyone was friendly, professional and dependable. From Carlos who came to our house and showed us all the samples of granite, cabinet doors and hardware and gave us the estimate, to Gil who mapped the layout of the kitchen and served as the contractor on the job, to Alfonso and Eduardo who showed up on time everyday and did a high quality job of installing everything, every person we dealt with was great! They even proactively moved our installation week up when they had a cancellation!

Granite Transformations helped me with my kitchen. I am happy with the product and the sales representative was wonderful. My big problem was the measurer and the installer. They did a terrible job installing. And because it's permanent, I can't have it fixed. I tried to stop the credit card payment but I was too late. But then when they heard my problem, they gave me a full refund, and then Granite Transformations sued me. I had two Granite Transformations' people come to my house on two separate occasions, and told me to my face "This cannot be fixed." But in court, they lied and said everything could be fixed. So the judge bought it and they won. I'm not having them near my house again. Also because of my lawsuit, I did a lot of investigation that I should have done prior, I have found out that I could've gotten true granite for half the price. I was very displeased with this horrible experience but that's my fault. I should have done my homework.

Granite Transformations did my kitchen top and backdrop and it's very good. I've nothing but positive feedback on the sales representative. They explained what would happen. But if I had one negative comment, that would be the timing because I was without a kitchen sink for three or four days. At that time, we didn't have a sink and having to bring it upstairs to wash dishes wasn't pleasant for a while.

However, their office sucks. However the lady we were dealing with was pregnant but she was excellent and has very good customer service. She always returned our calls, answered our questions and helped us pick the stuff. Then she left and a new crew came in and I don't know if they weren't trained. One of the doors wasn't hanging right and one part broke on the drawer so they'd come up and fix it. And there was a cabinet that a door was sticking out from it and didn't close tight so we had called them up to do that. We thought they did it but they had set that aside to do at the end because they weren't sure if they were gonna do it, so they fixed the little do-dads and left and forgot to do that. We called back and told them but then we didn't hear from them.

I had granite put over the old kitchen counter, and I am satisfied with the quality of the remodel. The sales representative at Granite Transformations was nice. The installation team was also helpful. So far, for what had been done, I'm satisfied.

Granite Transformations redid our cabinets as well as put in countertops. Quality was excellent and we liked each and every person who came out here to talk to us.

I was trying to update my kitchen so I had Granite Transformations do the cabinets and countertop. The sales representative was awesome and the installation team were really good. They were prompt, clean, quick to get it done and walked me through every step. I had an issue but they were extremely prompt on fixing it. Granite Transformations is a great company. I'd highly recommend them.

My neighbor told me about Granite Transformations since we were looking to get some bathrooms to be redone. The quality of the remodel was good and we were happy with that but the workmanship we were not so happy with. When the installation team was here, I noticed that there was a bulge in the shower wall that he put in and he didn't undo it when I noticed it. They had to refund the fees and everything else and it was the primary reason why we still hadn't have him come out and redo our other bathrooms.

After three months of little or no communication and deceptive promises, a man showed up to start demolition. His first words were "I've never taken down a shower door like this" - it was a common door. No coverings for floor or furniture. No sealing of room. He did ask about a Lowe's where he could go and buy some clothes, but he has not gone. He did ask to borrow my tools to do some of the demo. I'm trying to be patient and see what the end is going to be, but I'm disgusted at the moment. My advice to potential customers - RUN as fast as you can away from Granite Transformation. Their best asset is making promises and excuses.

I was helping a friend to fix up their house to sell it so we sought help from Granite Transformations for the countertop. It looked great when they were done installing it. The sales rep they had was very friendly and brought out a lot of great options. He was quick and it was a painless process having to install a real slab and a lot more involved.

A family member told me about Granite Transformations. They redid my kitchen counters and I'm very happy with the remodel. The only thing I'm unhappy about (it's not their fault) was the quality of sink they gave me for free was not the same quality that I had. I was extremely pleased with the sales representatives, both when I was in their shop and when someone came out to my home. I had no problem with them. The installation team were efficient. They got it done in one day and cleaned up their mess. I was extremely pleased with the entire situation. I have recommended them.

The quality of work that was done in our remodel is very good and I appreciate it. The sales reps at Granite Transformations were excellent and the installers that came to our home were very good too.

I was selling my home and was updating the kitchen when I got in contact with Granite Transformations. My son recommended them. The sales representative came in, presented options, looked at materials and invited us to the showroom. We looked at different ideas and they were very easy to do business with. The installation team was hard-working and they did an excellent job. They got in, did the job and kept everything clean. They were awesome to deal with. They cleaned up everything. We thought we'd have to get rid of the sink and all that stuff. They said, “Nope. We're hauling it all the way.” They did and it was a good return on my investment.

I'm pretty happy with our kitchen's remodel. However, there's been an issue with the seam on the granite all along that I don't think is really top quality. The day they were here installing, I kept them for a couple of hours trying to get it set. It felt like that was as good as it was going to get. It's not an eyesore but it's certainly just a little bit of a quirk. But the team were okay. Ultimately, they drilled through an electrical line. After they left, we didn't have power in a room. Fortunately, I think through Granite Transformations' luck, the plumber who had come to do the plumbing work that day for them, left their card and we called them, and they basically handled it for us without us having to battle with Granite Transformations. So it got handled very smoothly with no cost, no fuss. They obviously had a good subcontractor that comes out but Granite Transformations wasn't really involved.

I decided to go with Granite Transformations because of their price. I had them work on my kitchen counters and sinks, and the quality of the remodel was excellent. So, it was an extremely good experience with them.

We had a great experience with Granite Transformations. They were very professional, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. I've recommended them a couple of times.

Granite Transformations remodeled our kitchen and it looks great. Their sales rep laid it on the line, showed me a video, then cut down to the prices and what I liked. Also, their installation team was real nice and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and they were great. However, there was a problem with the plumbing. Whoever they hired was bad and I let them know that so they got somebody else out here quick. He fixed whatever that individual did not do right and it's good that they're able to jump on that for me.

Granite Transformations finished the job but I don't feel that it's quite worth what we paid for. Removing excess grout still has to be done by us. I'm getting ready to show and sell my house and I can't show it like this. They came out with not enough to finish the project, which I'm not happy.

We saw Granite Transformations at the town fair and I decided to get in contact with them because I liked the idea of putting the product over our existing counter and that they didn't have to tear up my tile for the kitchen remodel. Everybody was great and very polite. They were really nice and we're all happy with the quality of the work they've done.

Granite Transformations did an excellent job with my fireplace. Their rep brought different types of granite that we could use. I brought him up to see if the hearth could be done with the granite over the top. He told me how it was going to be done, showing how strong it was and durable, and how to take care of it. All of that was very helpful. The whole highlight is that they're not putting a big piece of granite like it's usually put on a kitchen counter, but it’s still as strong and durable as the granite that they use for those plus it was something that looks very, very nice and attractive. I'd recommend them!

We needed work done on our tiles and one of our local friends told us about Granite Transformations. They have done the remodel of two of our bathrooms which they did pretty good. I only had one little discrepancy and that's where the sinks were set. The contour was not smooth and round, even with the sink. So we asked for that to be rounded out and they did that. It's still not quite exactly the way it should be but it's okay so I'd still recommend them.

We wanted to redo our countertop that's why we contacted Granite Transformations. The quality is good. The only problem we're having right now is the edges because it leaves little space. But other than that the sales representative and the installation guys were all good. They're very friendly. I'd recommend it to a friend. They were great.

The countertop is beautiful. Granite Transformations did a beautiful job with that. But I’m sad because we’re excited to have this done and when I pay a little bit money I want it to look like the professionals did it but it looks like I did it and I'm not good at doing any of that.

He couldn't do what I was asking or he didn't think it would be feasible so he steered me towards Granite Transformations. I was very satisfied and impressed with their work. Their people are very professional and they did an excellent work. They were on time and cleaned up after they finished. They did a beautiful job. I had no complaints at all. It was a good experience and I will highly recommend them.

We've been looking to change over to granite countertops in our kitchen for quite a while and Granite Transformations caught my eye so I contacted them. They did everything they said they would within the time frame they had set and it came out beautifully. We're very happy with it.

I called Granite Transformations and asked if they had a place that would display their products and they did. I went there and was encouraged by what I saw. he guys that came in and worked for me did a great job. Every one of them knew what they were doing. I'm delighted with their job. We live in a manufactured home. We couldn't get regular granite so we decided to get into contact with Granite Transformations. The quality of the remodel was very good.

My son was going to do his countertops and I asked him if he heard about Granite Transformations and he said no. Shortly after that, one of their commercials came up on their TV. He called the number and we went to their showroom on the weekend. He really liked it so he got it. After he got his, I got mine too. The seller that did the template was very nice did an excellent job. The only problem I had was communication problems with the guy that I bought it from. He was supposed to check on the sink for me and apparently he passed it on to somebody else and they failed to communicate back to him. When they showed up for the job, they did not have my sink for the kitchen, the faucet for the bathroom and the granite for my carts that I have in the kitchen. As a result they had to take everything back and come back on a Saturday to finish up. That was the part I was not very happy about. Other than that, it turned out very nicely.

We had a problem with the counter from Granite Transformations. They came out, questioned us a few times, had to make a few phone calls, and then they replaced it. They did a good job and stood by their warranty.

Hot water valve leaked. My bad. Not checking to see if water flow is completely shut off your bad. Caps should be put on for just that reason. Maybe a change in procedure is needed. We were gone to babysit for hours. Water on kitchen floor, under cabinets and in basement, not fun. Running around at 9 PM to replace valve, not fun.

We were at the L.A County Fair when we stopped by Granite Transformation's booth. They were not pushy, very well versed in what they do and they answered a lot of our questions. The quality was excellent and their installation team were outstanding. In fact, I've told a lot of people in our neighborhood about Granite Transformations.

We had our counter done several years ago by Granite Transformations. The sales rep was very good and helpful in figuring out the design. The installation team were hard workers. Overall, the remodel has been good but there are few little things that could have been a little better. Now our kitchen looks very neat and a lot better.

I looked into Granite Transformations, which a friend told me about, because of its value. The installation team were very professional. They came when they said they were coming and they also tried to keep the mess to a minimum. They did a remodel in my house and the cabinets are beautiful - that's good quality - but I'm not happy about the countertop. I guess you get what you pay for. I'd recommend getting true granite tops but other than that, they did a nice job.

We love the job done by Granite Transformations. We started out having them do our kitchen counters and from there had them completely do our master bathroom. Granite Transformations helped me in installing a conglomerate counter top. The quality of which is wonderful. The sales representative came out and gave me a presentation. He had to come back, however, to deliver the same presentation to my husband. He had our questions answered, and everything was good. I would recommend them.

Granite Transformations had the countertop and the procedure that we really liked and it just worked. The quality of the countertop was excellent. The salesman that originally came out and took the order was great and he explained everything to us. There was nothing that we didn't already know. The only thing he did tell us was "It's not a problem. We won't make a mess in your house. You'll never know we were there." Well it didn't turn out that way. Though I should say that the people that came and did the installation were very nice. They were understanding but it wasn't professional. We were not happy with the work that was done because they were sloppy. They cut a lot of the granite in the house and not outside so the crap was everywhere. It just was very disappointing and was just too much. But they got it done and it looks great.

The only problem I had with Granite Transformations was that they didn't ask if I wanted my stove taken away and they did that. There were a couple of things on my stove that I wanted. I was in the hospital then, so my friends were here and it was taken away without me knowing about it. It was still in good condition and I could've used it in one of my apartments. Other than that, they did a fairly good job. There were a few issues I had with it but I called them and they came out immediately and took care of it. All in all, I would recommend Granite Transformations but I would just say, "Hey! Make sure somebody's there and make sure they don't take your things away without asking you."

My countertops were as old as the house and it was time to get rid of the tile squares with the grout in between because these were yucky and nasty. I could've spent the money to have somebody come in and totally tear out the grout and re-tile, and try to find tiles that matched, but I did not. I purchased countertops from Granite Transformations and really love the countertops they installed. Everybody that comes in here says, "Wow! They look really, really good." I haven't had any problems with them and really enjoy them. I wish I would've been a little more prepared to do what I wanted to do with my kitchen counter. I already asked them, "If I do this, will you come back and fix this?" And they said, "Sure!" Their installers were very professional and did a fantastic job. They have very good people working for them.

We were quite happy with Granite Transformations. When we saw them for the first time, we were interested in their products and so we had them come out for a kitchen redo estimate. The only problem I had was that we had to wait because the material for the second half of our backsplash with one wall hadn't come in. So they had to come back a second time to finish that. When we went through the work and saw where they had put in the first backsplash for the first wall, we noticed that there were a lot of horrible job underneath.

I had been wanting to redo my kitchen, so I ended up with Granite Transformations working on my kitchen and three bathrooms. The installation team was very good but the guy I was dealing with, the one who owns the franchise screwed me royally but he's gone now. I told the rep that I had a problem with that guy because he flat out lied to me. I had ordered a particular tile and he told me that they no longer make that, but I now have it in my bathroom so they do still make it. He put in the tile that was not Granite Transformations' tile, and he did a horrible job that I couldn't stand that floor, I had to have it redone. But finally everything's been taken care of now.

We've been looking at upgrading one of our bathrooms so we contacted Granite Transformations. The quality was very good. Their sales representative was very knowledgeable. He took a lot of time with us and he was not pushy. The company is professional and friendly.

It started with the Home Show in Melbourne, Fl. We had no intention of redoing our kitchen counters. We saw this product at the home show and was impressed. The girl at the display asked if we would like to have a salesman visit and we said "OK." About 2 weeks later, ** showed up at our house. He was informative, professional, witty, interesting, and a great salesman. We signed the contract. About a week later, 2 more professional persons showed up to make the pattern for our counters. The counters were manufactured and installed within 3 weeks. The job is beautiful. The price was right and we are very happy!!!

We saw Granite Transformations at a trade show and we were wanting to redo our kitchen so we got them to do it. Our interactions with their reps were all positive. He came over and measured everything out and he had pretty good selections to choose from. Have us what we thought was a fair price. So off we went. It was fine, the work came out very well. Everything they said they would do, they did. They were very professional and easy to work with. We used them for a second time for our bathroom.

I had a relative who had work done in their home by Granite Transformations. So I got them for some work for my home as well, and their service has been of good quality. Everybody showed up when they were supposed to and got things done when they were supposed to, so I was pretty satisfied.

I contacted Granite Transformations because of the way they could do the work by putting a granite top on top of the countertop. It wasn't as messy as taking the whole top off. The installation team was very professional and we like what they did very much. It was a very pleasant experience working with them. We didn't have any problems and they did everything we expected.

The first time Granite Transformations were supposed to come, they never called. Somebody's car broke down. The second time, nobody called, something else happened. The third time, they were supposed to come at 9 o'clock, then 10 o'clock and they finally came at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. They had promised me a cutting board which I never got and they broke the knob on my drawer and I'm still waiting to have that repaired. I keep calling up but nobody ever called me back. But I like the project.

I had excellent service from Granite Transformations two years ago. It's a wonderful organization and the people who work for it did a wonderful job.

Granite Transformations installed countertops in my kitchen. I like the quality of the remodel they did and I'm very happy with it. With the original salesperson who had came out, it was fine. It's been awhile since I had the original installation done and I had a second one -- a wall addition to my kitchen. The installer guy was great. He came in and did what needed to be done. He got me the right stuff and was very helpful. Because there was a length of time between my original installation and the second installation, I could not match my original counter with my new extension because the product does change. So that's something for folks to think about but I would recommend them.

Granite Transformations has been really good. I like everything from A to Z, and I don't say that about too many experiences. When I misplaced the literature on cleaning, they hand-mailed me a letter and spelled it out. The quality of their remodel is very impressive and we're very pleased with the product. We liked the people that measured it as well as the person that installed it. It was all thumbs up.

Then I saw Granite Transformations one page ad in the newspaper and I thought since I didn't want to tear the whole kitchen apart just to get countertops, I'd give it a try. Well, I’m extremely satisfied with it. In fact I've had them in here twice now.

The work we asked Granite Transformation to do came out real nice. They were very professional and the installation was done very well. Being familiar with remodeling, there's always little quirks and little things you have to do to make it work - their people did that. They had to come out and take the grinder and make the closet dip better.

I wanted the work done in a short amount of time with very little, if any, demolition so I decided to use Granite Transformations. Their sales representative was very informative. The team that did the installation were very efficient and friendly. They did a good job. I like it and recommended it to two people.

I was browsing online and came across Granite Transformations and purchased a powder room sink from them. It was a pretty good quality, I have no problem with it. However, my wife just got one small issue with the installation. She felt they could have done a better job. I wasn't home at the time of the installation.

We decided to get in contact with Granite Transformations because our house is old and we really didn't want to rip into the kitchen too much, so we thought that just placing a granite on top was a much better solution for our situation. When we first stopped by there, their staff were really helpful and they got us lined up really nicely. Then when we were ready to proceed with the quote, they were really on top of it in regards to scheduling and coming up all the way from where their office is. Everyone we spoke with was very helpful. The installers cleaned up pretty well and installed it very nicely. The quality of the remodel is definitely appropriate to the cost. We get a lot of compliments on it and it's worked out really well for us. I would definitely recommend them, and we have in fact recommended them to other folks.

I had them do two jobs two different times, one upstairs and one downstairs. Granite Transformations did a good job just as I expected. It had a little problem and they came back and corrected it.

I used Granite Transformations for my new granite kitchen countertops and sink. It was quite wonderful because from the point that they came out and sold us and told us what we're going to do, the saleslady was wonderful. The man came out and measured one day, took all of these measurements and did his templates and everything. And then about a month later, there were two guys that came in. They first came out and they told us exactly what they were going to do, and that's exactly what they did. When they got to one piece of the countertops, it was fairly large. They didn't want anything to happen to it so they called a third man in to help when they moved it out of the truck so they could make sure that it didn't bump anything and they were very careful. When they were done, they cleaned up everything. So, in one day the granite tops and the sink were in, and we were ready to go. We were very pleased.

I wanted new countertops in my kitchen. The Granite Transformations sales rep was great, she came to the house and spent about an hour here and we got along fine. I was at work when they installed them but everything was fine when I got home. The countertops are excellent.

We liked the remodel they did for us because it didn't ruin our tile and the stuff that we had at the backsplash, whereas if we had replaced the counters with the regular granite, it would've ruined the tile and we would have all that redone. In addition, they were very professional and did a fabulous job. They answered all my questions and I'm impressed with their workmanship. I would recommend Granite Transformation to friends!

I had Granite Transformations out a couple of years ago and decided not to do it because it was kind of expensive, and so I went back to the same sales rep and she was long gone. So I started with somebody new. She was good. We actually to their facility this time instead of having them to come out. And then they sent out a guy, basically, to do the measurements and kind of assess the whole job, and he was great. He was a former contractor himself. He understood architecture and design pretty well. He closed the deal and got us to write the first check. I've been very impressed with the quality of the remodel, which was done six months ago. In fact, I was surprised by it on how well it works and fits. I haven't had any problems. It really did the job I was trying to do with it.

It's good so far. It's pretty pricey but Granite Transformations did a good job for us.

I learned about Granite Transformation through my husband. He used to see the building down and talk about it all the time. The sales representative was very good, helpful and walked us through everything. We said what we wanted and she told us what was available and what we would need to do if we had solid granite compared to the overlay, and which works better, then we don't have to reinforce our cabinets. It was very good besides the fact that we had to wait longer than they wanted us to because of a problem with getting the granite, like a two-week delay. But other than that, they came in and it's fine.

We wanted to look into granite countertops so we decided to contact Granite Transformations. The quality of their countertops and their sales representatives were very good. Also, the installation team had done everything that the salesperson said they would do.

Granite Transformations gave the products that I wanted. They had to alter the countertop to my liking which isn't something they usually do, but they did and they've incorporated the backsplash which is a different material than the recycled glass. It is exactly the way I wanted it done, and it looks great. They were wonderful. They arrived on time and came in with no problems whatsoever.

I recommend Granite Transformations. My wife loves the countertops we received. The sales representative was very detailed and showed me all the options I have. Actually I wasn't thinking I was going to conclude the deal during the first visit. The installation team was on time and did their job exactly as long as they have predicted. Overall, everything was satisfactory for us. We didn't have any issues or doubts about going with them.

I went to a Granite Transformations home show in Sacramento. They put granite over my counters and resurfaced my cabinets. The kitchen is gorgeous but I had several misunderstandings with them. The plumber came in and installed the new garbage disposal and sink but on Christmas Eve, my sink started leaking. So I had water all over the floor and underneath the sink. I called the next day to get the plumber back out. But she copped a little bit of an attitude and that irritated me because it was something that she did.

Went with Granite Transformations for our kitchen counters because their price was considerably less in granite and the way they make their granite with the composite is kind of no maintenance. They also did a job in 2006 which we felt very good about. However, the job done recently was not as much. The counter itself is fine but the customer service was not as good. The counter ended up getting chipped which it is not supposed to do and when I originally called them, they wanted me to pay for the repair. This is like two weeks after we had it installed. I had to resort to being not very nice in an email to actually get them to do anything. They ended up fixing it at their cost which was not much but I wasn't happy that I have to go that route. It shouldn't have had to go that far.

Granite remodeled our floor and it was good. Spoke with their reps over the phone and they explained to me all the information I needed to know. Their installation team took care of the job and cleaned up afterwards.

Granite Transformations was wonderful and we never had a problem. Everything went exactly according to plan, how they said it would. I'm very happy with it and I would use them again because one of these days I want to do my bathroom. Everybody was extremely nice, very helpful and answered our questions nobody else could seem to answer and they explained the process and everything to us, we've been very pleased. The sales representatives were very knowledgeable, they never hesitated and they never looked up anything. The installation team were very friendly, clean and prompt, did exactly what they said they were going to do. I don't have anything bad to say, in fact I've told several people about them.

Granite Transformations did a fabulous job in my kitchen update. As promised, the templates were prepared so accurately that the finished countertops were able to be installed right over our 90+ square feet of existing tile as promised and on time. Our installation took less than one day as we retained our existing sink and plumbing. Our kitchen looks wonderful.

When we were going to remodel, I looked Granite Transformations up on the internet because I wanted to use them if they were in this area. We did the kitchen and bar area. The quality of their work was great. They did the counter work and again had them the second time and got a granite sink. The first sales rep I spoke with from the Omaha store worked well with me and he's the one who introduced and suggested the granite sink to me. The second sales rep from Lincoln store was a girl and was also good. The installation team was fairly good but they don't always speak English. Overall, Granite Transformations is the way to go and I didn't have to worry about anything. They hold up, which is what I wanted.

We put Granite Transformations in our rental house, and I know that the people that are renting the house are very happy with it. We had a great experience with the sales representative. He came out and showed us samples, talked us through the process, answered all our annoying questions and was very gracious. My husband, who interacted with the installation team, was happy after they left. Granite Transformations was really worth the money and I think we got a really good deal.

Granite Transformations helped us replace our countertop and reface our cabinets. Interactions with their people involved the initial sales meeting and then a follow-up phone call to make some decisions about going forward. We didn't hear from the sales rep again as he was kind of nonexistent after the sale. It would've been nice if he had stayed on the loop and gotten back to us because there was a three months wait for the products to be produced. There was also some confusion about picking out hardware and when we were supposed to do it or how we were supposed to do it. As a result we had to reach out to the store personnel.

We were redoing our kitchen and we needed countertops. So we went to Granite Transformations and looked and liked what we saw. The sales representative was very pleasant and the installation guy was super. I really like him. I was very pleased with the quality of the remodeling job that was done on our home. The only thing I thought was irritating is when the salesperson was at our house and gave us our quote. If you sign right that minute you get a discount but if you thought it over for a day then you lose that. It would cost you more. That was poor marketing. You got to make sure you want to sign that day otherwise you're screwed. That is the only complaint that I have with them. I'd still recommend them.

I would recommend Granite Transformations. Their people were courteous and they worked until the job was done. They installed our kitchen granite countertop which is still fairly new to us but it's been doing great and we're enjoying it. We will give them a call when we need our bathroom counters replaced which would be within the next year or so.

Granite Transformations was fantastic. We had our kitchen remodeled and mostly my husband dealt with them. In reference to the gentleman that came out originally to get our colors and do the measurements, he was great. He made a lot of suggestions in reference to the colors that we chose and the layout. There were no issues. The quality is very good. There's one or two things we actually have to follow up with them and it's just things that we're not sure about. We haven't had a chance to follow up with them but the kitchen looks gorgeous. The colors that the gentleman recommended and my husband chose look fantastic with the kitchen. They did a good job of putting the sink in and the countertop and cleanup was good.

Granite Transformations showed up on time, did the job and left so it was a good experience.

Checked out Granite Transformations' products and we had a shower enclosure installed. The product quality is good and the installers did a good job for the most part. They didn't clean up quite as well as we would have liked, but we took care of that. I think that they are a little bit too high-priced but I'm satisfied with the job they did.

I've had Granite Transformations a few times. They re-did my kitchen counters and then they've made me a few tabletops and the bar top. The sales reps were fine. They took my information and got my product out to me. Everything was fine, except for the first time when they measured my countertops wrong. They had to re-do it twice which was a little distracting because the whole issue was only supposed to be done in a day or so. But they did get on their word and they corrected the problem. I've been pleased with their product and I would recommend them.

My experience with Granite Transformations has been great and beautiful. I heard about Granite Transformations from the Allentown Fair and I got in contact with them since my shower stall is 25 years old and it’s time for a new one. The sales representative who came to the house was very polite, nice and honest. The guy who’d put it in wasn’t very friendly but he was doing his job and was really good. He wants to do his work right and that was it, but he was very nice. Overall, the quality of the remodel was awesome and if I build a house again, I’d get them to put my next one in. I also like the quality and durability of the product and everybody who sees it falls in love with it. It’s a little pricey but that’s granite.

In time, we might sell our house and somebody said maybe I should get granite on my countertop because I needed a new countertop, and that maybe it would help sell the house, so that's what we did. We had Granite Transformations put in our granite countertops and I love the quality of the remodel they did! They did a very good job, except for one thing. I need a little bit more of the stuff in that crack and I have to call them. Their sales representatives were very polite and nice. I had no problem with them and the installation team was very good also. They're great.

Our counter top has cracked and our cabinets are peeling. They do not honor their warranty. I made a confirmed comment and they will not contact me anymore. Don't be fooled by this company. Buy real cabinets and counter tops.

The kitchen countertop is serving the purpose it was installed for and the quality that Granite Transformations explained to me is there so I’m satisfied. Plumber was very good and cleaned up after themselves.

We had our salesman from Granite Transformations in January who was very pleasant, right on time and easy to work with. The original date for installation was postponed because the granite had been cracked and then the next week the two installers came. There were three pieces of granite, two fit fine but the third piece was too short. They re-templated the piece that was too short and did a great job when it was brought back the next week.

Granite Transformations was great and I was happy with them. The fellas who put it in were very courteous, nice and they cleaned up.

Can't say enough good things about Granite Transformations. Work was installed professionally. A mix-up on the work order had the installer removing current backsplash, which was not on contract. Granite Transformations didn't flinch. A new backsplash was installed with no questions asked. Later had a small issue with a water line from sink installation, but again no problem. ** from Tennessee's Plumber quickly resolved the issue. Quality of work and excellent service follow-up makes this company one I would recommend.

I first heard about Granite Transformations through a friend. They have helped me with my kitchen countertop. My overall experience with Granite transformations is fifty-fifty. I was surprised that there was no follow-up by the owner/manager when the job was done, and a job like ours is not a big job but I'm surprised that they never called to find out how we liked it or if there were any issues, in which there are a couple of minor ones. But other than that they were punctual. They showed up when they said they were going to show up and the job took the length of time they said it was going to take.

I wanted granite countertop, so contacted Granite Transformations for my kitchen remodel. They did a very good quality job and I'm really pleased with it. It looks nice and I have gotten a lot of compliments on it. The only complaint that I had is that there was a delay in the installation. We had a set appointment time for the install, but that time, they said that several of their employees had been out sick. So, they really ran behind, but did compensate for that.

My experience with them was very good as the sales representatives and installation team were fine. They even cleaned up after themselves. The only problem I have is the two pieces that they pieced together appear to be different. One piece appears to be darker than the other but they said it came from the same batch.

I wanted a countertop. Granite Transformations came and measured my cabinet's countertop. They made a template, brought the finished product and put it in, but they didn't give me a choice of colors. I just thought I'd get to pick out my colors for my countertop but they did a beautiful job and they were very nice people.

I called the office of GT per my salesperson's direction. She told me she does not do any service and to call the office. I called once in beginning of February 2015 and once in March 2015 and both times I was told the owner, ** would have to address the issue. I called again the end of March 2015 and left message for ** to call me, this time without speaking to "the service dept." ** finally called me but only after I called and emailed corporate. I am not happy about the fact he would not schedule anyone to look at the buckling issue in my shower until the end of April. I have been contacting his office for over 60 days without response. Poor management of his business if he does not receive messages or worse does not return them when he does receive them. Other projects completed by them need some attention also, however they are only cosmetic not structural.

The Granite Transformations sales representatives did a good job and seemed to know what they were doing. The counter that the installation team did looks very nice and I’m happy with it.

Granite Transformation did our countertop and backsplash. We had the lady that helped me in the show room to pick out my granite and backsplash tiles. Then a gentleman came out to measure. He came back and installed it. Everything looks great. I've been very pleased with the product and service. I also had friends come over and they ended up getting Granite Trasnformations to do their kitchens, and they also had friends of theirs who had theirs done so there have been so many since mine in my area.

I was very satisfied with the workmanship of Granite Transformations. The person who came out and did the work was very pleasant and he did a great job. But I had a color in mind that I wanted for my counter, and there wasn't anything that was in the tan and light brown, like a cocoa-and-tan combination, so I had to pick a color that I really wasn't wanting to have. I had a pretty big block from them for a sample because I was getting the floor and everything put in. I wasn't home the day they put it in and I thought they put the wrong backsplash up because there were dark colors in it. I had two sizes for the sample. There was a smaller size and one that was a quite substantial size for a sample. There was not one single block of this darker color in it.

I needed new kitchen counterparts. It took a very, very long for |Granite Transformations to get the product ready so that they could install it. They cut and broke two counters before they got to the third one which fortunately they didn't break. The sales guy was good, the implementation guy was good, but everything in the middle was terrible. They don't communicate with you or tell you what's going on. You have to chase them down to get an answer. It's a shame because I still think they did good work. They simply need to improve their communication, both the frequency and the quality.

We were very impressed with the representatives who came to our house to show samples. Even had color photographs and samples of granite. The installation was quick and clean. The owner even came out to do the template for the installation. We are very happy with the new counters.

Granite Transformations wanted to please me because I had a lot of problems with the fine finishes of the job. There was a lot of problems with it. I took pictures, and every time I complain, they did come back, and fixed it. The first time, they didn't really fix it, so they came back and did the trim all over again. They did want to work with me and make me happy.

My secretary has a friend who manages the Las Vegas Granite Transformations store. She knew that we bought a new house in Kansas and that I wanted a new countertop. I was going to look into granite, and she asked me to try Granite Transformations. I told her I had no idea what that is so she showed me the website for her friend, and I went from there.

Everything with Granite Transformations was fabulous. They did great. I've been telling everybody they're fantastic, from the designer that came in and helped me select what I was going to do, to the precise and pleasant guys who put everything together. They were very professional and got the job done. They didn't talk to me because they were working but they were very nice and very respectful of our home. From start to finish it was just a class operation and I'm very happy.

I got my countertops, backsplash, and new sink done about a year ago now. The product is very nice. However the installer had to come back about 3 times to redo things that should have been completed correctly during initial installation. In my honest opinion, I should have priced out solid granite before going with the Transformations. On the positive side, with my cabinets completed, walls painted, and new flooring, the counters really do look classy and add a lot to the look of the kitchen.

I have a 30-year-old house, so it had the old fashioned 3 or 4-inch backsplashes up the back, and behind it, there's no sheet rock. It would have been major surgery to go and buy cheap countertops because they don't come up at 3 or 4 inches; they're 3 and 5x8. So overlying, it was really the only way that it would work without causing major surgery in my kitchen. The installation team from Granite Transformations was wonderful, polite, respectful, and they cleaned up after themselves. I got a great price with them. I chose what was on clearance and they worked perfect. Depending on what neighborhood you live in, it's crazy to put $8,000 worth of granite. Sometimes it’s a lost cause to put that much money into your house. They're highly recommended, and the only thing it could've been better is if it would have been free.

We have been regularly using the Granite Transformations service and this is the third or fourth time. They did our bathroom and kitchen countertops and we have no problems about the quality at all. It's excellent. We will, for a while, use their business to choose for something else in the kitchen or bathroom area, or anything that they are capable of serving us. They are very professional and dependable.
