Very nice and durable countertop. Would rather have chosen one with a little more color in it. Other than color it is just fine and would do so again. This one will last my remaining lifetime. Great working surface and long lasting.

A dull finish, has chipped two times. However they were excellent at repairing it. They're great to work with but I'm not happy with product. Spend more and go with real granite unless you're flipping a home...

Granite Transformations did a fabulous job! At first we had a little trouble communicating with the office about changing an appointment and they were very apologetic about it - turns out that person I was talking to was new. The people that were actually experienced and knew their job did a great installation work; they were super nice and polite guys. I liked their work very much and would recommend this company to others.

Bad product and the worst installation team ever. Sloppy workmanship and no care on preventing a mess throughout the house. Just terrible.

You came in and measured and within days came back and installed a small island cabinet top and then the rest of my sort of reversed U shaped counter with a sunken in double sink. That was 10-28-2011 and they are still beautiful. I'm adding some more cabinets and plan to have them do the tops of them as well.

I did an extensive overview on either getting regular granite or quartz, all the different options and Granite Transformations were one of the options. I purchased their kitchen countertops and a sink. I feel good about the quality but the first sales representative gave me a really high price. They told me it would be in the same ballpark but it was even higher than regular granite or quartz. So they offered another sales rep and I went with that price and it was much better.

I was really impressed with the guys from Granite Transformations that installed the countertops. They were very nice, young gentlemen and they left the work area really clean. In fact, they cleaned areas that I didn't expect them to clean like under the stove. They vacuumed it really good. They went under the sink and vacuumed that a lot. Everything is fine.

Just a note to let you know how happy I am with the experience I had with Granite Transformations. From the day we went to look at samples, to the day of my estimate, to the installation process - everyone involved was completely professional and informative. They did very good job with the countertop remodeling for our kitchen and bathroom. Everybody has been good, very nice and polite. I think it's been a good experience and I would recommend them.

We got Granite Transformations for a remodeling because we had plants that were going with cords in it all through. The other company we were considering couldn't get a big enough slab and wanted to do three scenes; Granite just had to do one. They did beautiful work. I'm also well-pleased with their people - the sales rep was nice and knowledgeable, plus the guy who installed was very conscientious of what he was doing. This company is trustworthy and efficient!

We wanted to do a kitchen makeover and was looking for something local in Ventura. So we got in touch with Granite Transformations. Their sales rep was extremely helpful and helped us with some design ideas. The installation team was great as well. It was kind of a tricky thing they had to cut but they did a good job. Everyone from Granite Transformations was professional and courteous. Everything came out great. We love the countertops.

I needed new countertops since mine was over 20 years old. Granite Transformations remodeled my Kitchen and I am very pleased with the countertops they placed. Their salesperson was very nice and helpful and the installers were here when they said they would be, did the job well and cleaned up their work area well.

I am extremely please with the material and installation of Granite Transformation for my kitchen. The template was precisely made in a couple of hours and the installation a couple of weeks later was a very pleasant experience with great looking countertops done with precision and professionalism. Even the sales process was very pleasant and professional. I am very happy with all aspects of Granite Transformations.

Granite Transformations did our bathroom four years ago. I liked it enough to have my kitchen countertop done with them. Their sales rep was very helpful and the installation team did a good job. They went out of their way to do the best job possible. They had an issue with getting the product and they compensated me well. I was very happy.

Granite Transformation looks like a good product so when we needed to replace our kitchen countertops we went directly to them. The sales rep was terrific and very knowledgeable about the product. The installation team did an excellent work with the remodel. All of them were very pleasant and very professional, top rating experience and so I recommended the product to others.

Granite Transformations squeezed us in right before Thanksgiving so we're happy with them. We were looking to reface our cabinets and that triggered us to get in touch with them. We also had them do our countertop and backsplash. All the people we have talked to - from the girl in the showroom and the people who went for the measurements - were helpful and knowledgeable. The installation team that did the remodeling were very professional and they also cleaned up after themselves. They got the job done in the time they said they would and it was pretty much hassle-free.

I needed a counter for my kitchen and when I saw Granite Transformation's ad, I went with them. Unfortunately, their work was very poor. Right now I have glued pieces by myself with Gorilla Glue. I've had them out here on three different occasions. I have a scratch on one of my countertops that basically was beginning to be bucked out. The service tech never came back out. Then he came in two different occasions. He couldn't fix the problem and left and never came back. I have caulking that was coming out against the wall that is peeling away and the caulking they used for the countertop turns bright white every time it gets wet until it dries back out again. During the first time a piece of the front had come off by my kitchen sink, they came back out and fixed that and halfway down they stopped. I got to a point where I quit calling them that's why I fixed it the second time myself. Granite Transformation lacks workmanship.

We had all of the countertops in our home covered with your product...Love it very much...Clean up of the glue strings was tedious the first year, but the product is great.

We decided to change our kitchen countertop. The person who came here and did the installation was very professional. They did everything they said they were gonna do. We were very happy with the quality of the work.

I went and got estimates for my countertop. I was considering pure granite where they take out the old and put it all in, but two estimates I got would damage the tile works that is already in place. I decided to go with Granite countertops because they will put it over and would not damage it. Everything went fine, though they missed one spot that I have tried to paint over. It’s just one small spot that I’m a little displeased with, but such a small thing to make them come back.

Two years ago, we had Granite Transformations to install new countertops and backsplash for our kitchen, plus, a stainless steel sink and a new faucet. They did an excellent job. We knew then that down the road, we would want them back to do our countertops for the 2 bathrooms. Recently, they did that job for us. They did an excellent job, plus they installed 2 new faucets. When I heard that the plumber would be a female this time, I was a little hesitant. But, guess what? Hazel did an excellent job. The company has a great designer, named Stephanie.. She was wonderful helping us to decide on colors. My husband and I highly recommend this company when you are ready to do a makeover.

My new granite countertops, sink and faucet were installed in my kitchen about a year ago and I have been very happy with results.

My initial installation did not go well. There were several mishaps. It was very stressful for a few weeks. However, the company and its employees worked hard to make it right. I am very happy with the final outcome.

They replaced our old countertops with the granite tops. Quality material needs no maintenance, will not crack by the sink like std granite, looks nice. Had issue with caulking, they came right away, resolved it. Very satisfied. Added value to our home.

Do not like the way they do business. Did not get what I ordered. They did not finish on time. They also changed the price to finish the job. I will not use them again. They charged me an extra $ 200.00 to frame out the tiles in my shower. Which was to be included in the price.

I've been thinking about redesigning my kitchen and bathroom when I saw Granite Transformations in the newspaper. They upgraded my kitchen, the cabinets, and stuff. The installation team were very good. They explained to me everything they were doing, showed up when they said they would show up, and were neat and tidy. They haven't quite completed the job yet through lack of materials that they have had to order but so far it has been excellent.

Very Satisfied - looks terrific and love the black sink. Customer service from every person from sales to the installation was excellent. One small issue and resolved in a timely manner. Their follow through is #1.

Our kitchen and laundry room countertops will be one year old this April. We could not be happier. We had professional help with the people from the Granite Transformations Omaha office. We followed the suggestions for the color of the ground granite sinks in the kitchen and laundry room, as well as the faucets. The workers who did the installation were extremely careful. We ran into some stinkers during the 18 month remodel of our 22-year-old home. In contrast, working with Granite Transformations was a breeze! We do recommend them to friends.

We had Granite Transformations come in and redo our kitchen... Expected it to like nice after completion but didn't expect for my kitchen to be the "TALK OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD". What an awesome job they did... Went above my expectations. Needing to see about having my bath remodeled. Granite Transformations are better than the Transformers when it came to turning my kitchen from Bland to Glam!!!

I can't say enough good about this company... from the salesman Billy **, to the young man who does the measurements and then to the installers. It was professionalism at its best. But the end result was amazing!! Not only beautiful, but durable as well as affordable. So many colors to choose from. I would highly recommend Granite Transformations to all. I call it my gorgeous "counter slipcover".

I was very pleased with the work that Granite Transformations did while we were remodeling the fire station. They were easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. The work looks great and I would definitely use them in the future for home or work.

Had countertops and backsplash done about 2 years ago and they still look new. Very professional workmen completed on time and would do it all over again. Great company to deal with.

Love the product... Service reps great too. The fact that the product is sealed sold us. Just wish I would have stuck with my gut on color as I do prefer a lighter attribute to such a small space.

Bought a discontinued granite or price would have been too high to have work done. Install went OK and in one day. The one exception is that tightness of the install area caused a need to make an unplanned cut in what was supposed to be a large single piece. Smoothing of the cut line was not great, so had them back out to repair as well as reseal some small gaps under the overhang. No problem in scheduling the work and the repairs look and feel better. Overall, the appearance is good and final price was not too bad.

My wife always wanted a granite top for our kitchen and after looking around for some time, we found Granite Transformation. After the first and only visit to their showroom, we decided to go with it. Three things stood out: price, quality and punctuality. The price was fair as compared with other options, the quality of the work and the looks of it are amazing and last but not least, they were very punctual and courteous delivering. There were also a few details that made me write this review, I guess you can imagine what they were. Now my wife is happy we did it and so I am.

We spent $6k on new kitchen countertops through the Raleigh NC store. Within 3 months it had a crack by the sink and where 2 pieces meet it is separating. Also the caulking of the top edge of the counter has separated from the wall. I wish I had invested in a better quality material. I loved it at first but the "honeymoon" phase lasted a few short weeks.

We had Granite Transformations work on our Kitchen and Bathroom countertops and sink. I like the fact that they can go right over the existing corners so it doesn't take forever and you don't have a big mess. The sales rep and installer did a nice job and everything was dandy. They were on time, courteous and professional.

We had our kitchen countertops replaced about 5 years ago. Were so happy with them and the experience, we had a new bathroom shower stall with seat installed, as well as new vanity countertop. Professionals from start to finish, design phase was fun, templating went well, install was great. We are thoroughly enjoying both our kitchen and bath and have recommended Granite Transformations to many!

They came and explained about the process, gave an estimate on the costs. Granite Transformations set up to measure, and transform my countertops. They were on time and actually finished early. We purchased a new stove later and they came and cut the extra inch needed with no problems.

I have not liked the product since I had it installed in 2014. The color was not what I saw on the very small sample I was presented. I explain this to the sales person who sent another person from the company out to my house. This person spent more time talking about the flaws in the construction of my house in about the actual product itself. I would never recommend Granite Transformations to anyone based on my experience. It was a $4000 mistake I made. And I paid upfront in cash.

Very pleased with Granite Transformations workmanship. Technicians were prompt, courteous, and thorough. They cleaned up and they made sure I was satisfied before they left. I received in return a countertop that I show off to my friends as one I can be proud of and one that is very affordable. I will definitely call them soon for my next project!

Excellent product. I went from painted countertops to granite in a day. The granite looks nice, cleans easy, doesn't need to be sealed, and has a lifetime warranty. The men who installed were professional, attentive, and fun. Would do again in a heartbeat.

The job was done very well and is beautiful. Time spent was excessive because of lack of coordination between installers and person making the template. Irrespective of the excessive time (10 hours to do a 4 hour job) the work was done very well and a professional result was left. I am very pleased and would use them again.

When you invite Granite Transformations into your home, the service quality is evident from the first comments. There is no high pressure sales tactic needed since the product speaks for and sells itself. Everything is explained fully and the options and colors are many. The craftsmen come in with the product ready to install and do it quickly and professionally. It is all done very quickly and cleanup is great.

One of our showers was completely redone. We are very pleased with the new shower and we were extremely pleased with the workmanship and with the workers.

My only concern was we never had any follow-up from Granite Transformations after installation. There are a few minor issues but all in all, a good experience.

Our experience was awful with this so company and we would eat off picnic tables first before dealing with them. They say one day, but not so much. If you are getting a back splash that adds two days, sink and that adds a day. The best part is that they never tell you this and when you question them about it, all your fault. To make it better, they want all their money before the work is complete. Owner/manager was as rude and arrogant as anyone I have ever dealt with in my life. In short if you want lies and arrogance this is the place to go.

We wanted new kitchen counter tops and we thought Granite Transformations might be a good option. We had serious problems with the remodel though. Due to their wrong measurement, the new counter tops were the wrong size. I pointed out that it was wrong but they installed it anyway. The same guy who got the measurement wrong was the same guy who was sent to fix it, and I think he basically made it worse. The owner then came down and looked at it then chipped about a third off the price. Nevertheless, the counter top was left the same way so we're not very happy with it. I hate to post negative comments just because of one employee's screw up but I was seriously angry; I think the counter tops would have been nice if he had handled it right.

I had a terrible experience from the being. There are chips in the seams and the whole process was very upsetting. And they changed ownership in the middle of my job. My counter top does not match to the other piece at the seam.

My wife and I are very satisfied with look, installation, and choices that we were given by Granite Transformation. The installation was as they promised and with very respectful installers. We have recommended Granite Transformation and will continue to do so.

My kitchen was transformed from a 1970's kitchen with the addition of a new counter top from Granite Transformations. Along with the counter, I replaced my sink and faucet. I knew this was my chance to replace my Harvest Gold stove, so I made that move too. When the stove arrived, it was just a 1/4 inch too wide to fit into the space. The man with Granite Transformations who came to make the template for my counter, cut the old counter so the new stove would fit. They were wonderful to work with and I will think of calling them when it is time to work on the bathrooms.

We paid little attention to our laundry/utility room. We had done several renovations but they took months and convinced us. This transformation took days and turned out beautifully thanks to Granite Transformations!

It was a genuine pleasure dealing with everyone associated with Granite Transformations. From the gentleman who came and gave us our initial quote to the last follow up call to make sure we were happy. We had some issues with the back-splash installation, but they walked us through it and made sure we understood why and what was going to be done. It looks great!

We used you for 2 different projects. The first project was for our kitchen countertops and back splash. That was a great experience with no issues except that 1 year later they came back to fill in some cracks with the backsplash. Overall rating was a 4 star for this experience. The other project was 2 bathrooms and it was a huge struggle once the project started. The overall product looked good, but the quality and care was very disappointing. Regardless of wrong vanity being ordered, and the project taking 3 times the length of stated time, the actual care put into the installation was horrible. The manager finally came back to do the job correctly and he was nice. The backsplash was actually laid over an electrical outlet. There were many other issues with the second job that will keep me from using Granite Transformations again. If any additional information is wanted, I am happy to reply.

The granite countertops and backsplash were installed in a timely fashion. The materials are very nice, good quality. The selection of granite and backsplash materials is adequate and the salesperson was very helpful in the selection process. My only complaint was that the installer left the site dusty. The backsplash needed to be washed down as it was still coated with grout residual. There was a dusty film over the granite. Seems like it would be simple enough for them to do a wipe-down once their installation is complete - would be a very nice finishing touch. I would recommend this company but I'd also suggest your staying around to make sure they clean up afterwards.

Granite Transformations worked on remodeling the countertop, cabinets, and sink on both my kitchen and bath. The quality is good, there is just a little bit more that needs to be finished but I already paid them in full and I trust them that the technician would come back in and get all this done. We also never have to haggle about the price with their sales rep and I like that.

We were very, very happy with the way we were shown the entire order and the excellent way the installers completed the work. The saleslady was so friendly, it was like talking with family. We are very proud to show off our new cabinets. And we tell everyone who did this fine work.

We were wanting to get the countertops in our kitchen refinished. The sales rep did a good job in giving us an exact quote, as well as in doing the needed measurements. The installers, one the other hand, are nice and professional but they had to come back several times and the job's still not complete. I tried calling the owner, who once came out to see what the problem was, but he hasn't called me back. The product is beautiful, but there are some cosmetic things that weren’t done correctly.

Day of installation - After the workers left following the completion of the kitchen countertop, we checked the workmanship. The underneath area in the desk area had not been filled in at all and the other underneath areas that had been filled in had not been sanded down. So we called and told them about the unfinished work.

We had two bathrooms updated with countertops and sinks and the same with our kitchen. We are very pleased with the results. The units look the same today as the day they were installed. The installation was very professional and precise. No maintenance required. We definitely feel it was the way to go.

I love the final product, everything went as expected. No mess, came on day and time they said they would. Helped with ideas but probably the best part was the person installing-- he was kind and very professionally.

Granite Transformation put in the countertop in my kitchen. When they initially came out, the installation guy cracked the granite that they brought out and he immediately called the office to have another piece cut and ready when he went back. I wasn't there but my father was. It must have gone smoothly - they'd been at the job that day even with that setback. Now my kitchen looks 100 times better.

My daughter told me about Granite Transformations by showing information she got at the home show in Auburn. It sounded like a good deal and she liked it so we contacted them. The sales reps and the work they did in my kitchen were fine and I'm happy with it. But I'm not happy with the plumber they sent. I have a faucet which is a hose that you can pull and spray around the sink and I really like to use it, but the plumber installed a different one which is made of cloth and now it's fraying. So I bought a new metal one with four adapters but the plumber said none of them fit. Now, my water is not near as forceful as it used to be. I've been hesitating to call a plumber to come and fix that. Other than that, I like the countertops and the backing real well.

Replaced a damaged Formica counter top in an 8-year-old home with a Granite Transformations granite counter top. We are pleased with the outcome and appreciate the look and quality of the product. We had evaluated replacement of the damaged counter top with Formica and a new solid surface product, but this option was the best of all worlds and utilized existing counter top materials and back splash. The new counter top highlights the back splash that I had grown unhappy with. A little polish to the back splash as recommended by the design consultant highlighted the back splash as well and the overall look of both materials seem looks better together. The installation was also a much easier process with minimal construction burdens.

We had Granite Transformations replace the Formica counters on our bar in the basement of our ranch home as we did not want to replace or disrupt the tile back splash that was already in place. They did a fabulous job! The crew was very professional and respectful of our home and any mess they made was promptly cleaned up. The installation was fast and extremely well done. We are very impressed with the product and professional team!

We planned our changes in both kitchen and bathrooms with the company's designer in two different years. The work was measured and about a week or few days later installed, both on the days that was agreed upon. We were pleased with how the kitchen turned out that we had two of our bathrooms done and are pleased with them as well. There was no mess left behind and the workmen were pleasant throughout. I am not computer knowledgeable enough to include pictures. We have received many compliments on the way things look.

I had Granite Transformations put in the countertop overlay in the kitchen and it's fantastic. The original sales guy that came out was the big reason why we decided to go with the company because he was very well-informed and not too pushy. The installers had to do a couple of minor adjustments when they got here. It was a challenging project because of how tight our kitchen space was but they still got it done in the day and it was clean when they left. I honestly don't have any complaints.

We are very pleased with the work done in our kitchen by Granite Transformations. Even my husband, who was doubtful at first or perhaps thought we really didn't need a make-over is very impressed with the difference the cupboards have made in the appearance of the kitchen. I love, love, love how the kitchen now looks! The counter-tops are very nice and the backsplash makes a very complete look. The cupboards look rich and doors and drawers open and close very easily. Using Granite Transformations allowed keeping the box (parts attached to the wall) of the original wood cupboards as home built in 1950's. With the solid box and the new doors & drawers I feel we have sturdier and better cupboards than if purchasing entire new cupboards from a supplier. I would recommend Granite Transformations in a heart beat!

I am very satisfied with the quality of the countertops and they look great with my oak cabinets and wood floors. I have gotten a lot of compliments on them. Granite Transformations installers' workmanship was very professional and efficient. They arrived on time. I appreciated the fact that they put up a plastic cover in the doorway between the kitchen and living room to keep out dust before they started the project. I would highly recommend Granite Transformations to anyone ~ it's a high quality product!

Countertop in the kitchen is "sagging" on one side, resulting in a gap between backsplash and countertop. This is occurring on two sides; not sure about what can be done to stop the "sagging." We are satisfied with the countertops installed in both bathrooms.

The wife and I decided we needed an update to our kitchen. We had all new appliances and the countertops were dated. We contacted several companies in the local area. Only one stepped up and showed us they had interest in giving us a quote. This was Granite Transformations. The sales lady Deb come to our house, did some preliminary measurement, gives us a price quote the same day. The template maker made the templates in a couple of hours and then in a week later the crew showed up and in less than 5 hours and installed the new tops and splash. Workmanship was great and we had had only great response from visiting friend.

Service was as advertised, very professional installers, on time, product turned out just as I expected. I have had two different installations, always first rate.

The product looks much better & is quicker than getting a full remodel. Less mess, and perhaps more cost-effective depending on the materials and demo you might otherwise use. I used them twice (old & new house), and liked each distinctive look equally well, as far as colors and design. Product is quite expensive, so I think there is a level of expectation in the service. Both times, I was in need of a tub liner and the surround area. The first time they handled both. When I called as a repeat customer, who had paid promptly and obviously came back...I ended up having to go with another company for the tub liner (which went in first), because they would not push my tub order up to facilitate our move in date. They came in to do the surround after I had the other company install the tub liner first. The Granite Transformations installers dripped glue onto the new white tub liner, where it has remained, marring the new surface.

Our beautiful countertops were installed in one day. After a year of enjoying my countertops - I love them. They are easy to clean and always look classy. We also installed the granite sink. It is one of the favorite things in my kitchen! Would highly recommend them!

I had new counters and backsplash install almost 2 years ago and they are still like brand new. People remark how beautiful they are. The under the counter sink is still looking new. I would recommend Granite Transformations to anyone. It is a great product.

We loved the countertops we got, but the sink, no. The sink got stains, and we could not remove them. I would not buy your sink again.

We had Granite Transformations work for our kitchen countertops years ago and we had them do our bathroom countertops recently. They actually had to have it installed twice. There were some problems with the first installation and they came back and redid new sinks and new countertops since the first ones were without connected plumbing. It took a little while for them to correct it. The first guy who installed was very polite, very nice. He might have been a little inexperienced which is why the problems came up but I couldn't tell that at the time. The team were apologetic when they came back the second time. We did make an arrangement for rebate for part of what we paid because we had to have some plumbing installed twice. We haven't received that yet; they're a little slow on the rebate.

The experience with Granite Transformations was great. Their sales guy was absolutely excellent and very informative. He knew all about it, what the warranty was, what had to be done in order to get ready for them. We got a new sink hardware, new garbage disposal, everything ready for them when they come, but he had already laid out the time frame and how it would go down.

I went to a home show at Folsom and saw Granite Transformations there. I had them come out to give me an estimate for this little island I had. They did that and I was really pleased. I also went to the home show in Sacramento with my daughter and they happened to be there. I recognized Jason and started talking to him. I said I wanted to get a new kind of top for my bathroom. I asked, "Do you know anybody that does the refacing of cabinets?" He says, "Oh we do that too!" And I said, "Oh! Okay, well come out and give me an estimate." So he did.

We absolutely love our new kitchen. We looked at the big box stores for new counters in an effort to transform our tile kitchen to something a little higher end. After finding Granite Transformations at a local home show we met with the sales consultant in our home for a very low pressure consultation. The design consultant Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable and had great recommendations, without being high pressure. The overall experience from consultation to installation was easy and amazingly fast. GT answered all of our questions all along the way and worked completely around our schedule. Definitely have been showing off our new kitchen counters and recommending GT to all our friends and family.

I wanted granite countertops in my kitchen, then I saw Granite Transformations' number on the TV and in the paper with the $500 off so I contacted them. The sales representatives were all knowledgeable and polite. I had little interactions with the installation team but what I had was good.

Our son's a contractor. He deals with condos and he does the other type of granite and he recommended that we do it in our house but when we got looking at the way the backsplash was, it would have been probably hard to design and put it underneath without messing up. We liked the backsplash so we felt the other type that lies on top of the tiles we already had would be better. We had Granite Transformations put in countertops in our kitchen. We also had a friend that we go visit and she had had her kitchen done with them.

We saw Granite Transformations on TV. I had been wanting to update my kitchen and kept seeing their commercial so I decided to call on them to do the work. I love the quality of the remodel and my family loves it too. The installation team was really nice and clean. I don't have any complaints at all. Everybody asked me who did it and they just wanted to know who did the work and from where I got the information. My son and his wife are thinking about doing something.

We were very satisfied with Granite Transformations for not having to do a demolition to put granite in. I think this is the way to go. I've used them 3 times and I'm pleased to have the last order on Monday. We've been very happy. Nothing to complain about with the sales team. They are very courteous and I've been working with Stephanie and she's great. But when the installation team came for my bathroom about a month or two ago they had a little trouble on maybe because it was a Friday afternoon and they were trying to get the sink out and having plumbing problems so we ended up calling on a plumber over the weekend so we could have water but nothing that was terrible about that. We just needed to have water and so we had to get things going. I would highly recommend them.

Granite Transformations looked like they had a pretty good product and it was pretty much what we're looking for. Rather than go to remove the old tile and do solid granite countertops, we decided to go with the over layer on the original tile. We had a good talk with them at the Home Show and their salesmen came out and showed us what they had and we went from there. Carlos was very informative. He had 20 samples and he helped us pick our countertops because we had four different sections that we wanted to do. It was no hard sell. Then when it came down to price, it was very reasonable.

Granite Transformations redid all our counter tops in the kitchen. The people they sent arrived right after they called and right on time. We had two visits. The first one they came to do the measurements to make sure how it had to be cut. Then when the regular people came, one looked like a very, very young guy but he did an excellent job. It took them about 11 hours to get it done but it was really done well. We also put a new sink and it was a female plumber that did it. She was super. She did an excellent job and it didn't take her that long to do it. My wife is very, very pleased with it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anybody I know.

We were looking to redo our kitchen counter when a friend of ours said they had done it with Granite Transformations. They were wonderful, efficient and knowledgeable. We had to have a new sink put in because the undermount sink we had with our other counters didn't fit right, and that went very smooth. They were able to do it in a very timely manner. We will use them again.

We had Granite Transformations out to replace our sink and kitchen counters. The transformation was beautiful and we haven't had any issues with the product, except a tiny gap in the corner of our counter where the two pieces did not seal completely. The installers were pleasant and did a great job overall. I was told by our sales guy that he was going to do wonders for our bathroom, but never heard from him since the initial appointment.

Very professional, quick. Although expensive, the cost savings for tear outs and time to repair and receive other products, made this product worth the cost. The surface is very easy to clean, requires no special maintenance and is a beautiful addition to our kitchen. We like it very much and would do it again without hesitation.

I got my kitchen countertops from Granite Transformations. From sales to installation they were very good, and the installers were very thorough and very clean. However the plumber didn't get here until forever. He kept calling saying he had problems with his truck. I understand all those things but he was supposed to come between 2 and 3. Then he called me and said he wasn't going to be in until later and then wasn't until later. I didn't think he would ever come due to his car, probably due to another job but then he came so everything was OK in the end. We just wanted to get it done and the plumber did a good job. But if I had plans there is no way I could have left because it had to be finished.

We had new counters installed in the kitchen. They have worked out very well. No problems with heat, sharp objects, no cracking. We stand on them all the time with no problem. They have been able to make it through a number of kitchen paintings, new backsplash as well.

The gentlemen at Granite Transformations were very professional and friendly. They did a fantastic job. I'm not going to tell you that we were jumping up in joy because after all that work was done then I had to do a bunch of work. They cleaned up the best they possibly could but you got to figure when you put up a backsplash, after the work is done even though no matter how much they wipe down and clean, you're still going to end up with grout and stuff falling off the wall so there are still things that need to be done. This is just stuff that I had to do after they were done. But as for them being professional enough to clean up the best they could, they did a good job. We were happy with it.

I had a small problem that didn't result from anything that Granite Transformations or the installer did, but they came out and took care of it for me so I could get my range installed the day before I moved in! That, plus the fact the pricing is so much cheaper than a total top change, made us probably the happiest customers in town! It was a roller coaster experience. They didn't seem to talk within the office. I would say one thing to the representative and it would never get carried through to anybody else, and we ended up delaying months because they couldn't seem to coordinate the timing with what I was telling this one person that would show up at my house multiple times. It just ended with him. They didn't seem to talk among themselves at all. And they promised to get it done by a certain date and they were way off, two months off that date. And then halfway through the process, when I met with a carpenter three times, he ends up no longer working there two days before he's supposed to show up. So I feel like we've started over so many times. I just felt like they had no idea what they were doing and their act was just not together.

We recently sold our home in West Nashville and moved to a lake condo in Gallatin. You guys did my kitchen twice in West Nashville (I had a fire) and I absolutely loved my kitchen. The kitchen I have now is granite and I hate it. Can't afford another new kitchen but would tell anyone to use Granite Transformations in place of any other counter top. Love you guys.

We had our counter tops, bath surround and full shower redone with combination of granite and tiny glass tiles for accents. We also got a new frameless shower door. The whole effect is clean, modern and spa-like. The folks at Granite Transformations were great to work with and were creative in problem solving when our shower door delivery was delayed.
