My experience with Granite Transformations has been great and beautiful. I heard about Granite Transformations from the Allentown Fair and I got in contact with them since my shower stall is 25 years old and it’s time for a new one. The sales representative who came to the house was very polite, nice and honest. The guy who’d put it in wasn’t very friendly but he was doing his job and was really good. He wants to do his work right and that was it, but he was very nice. Overall, the quality of the remodel was awesome and if I build a house again, I’d get them to put my next one in. I also like the quality and durability of the product and everybody who sees it falls in love with it. It’s a little pricey but that’s granite.

In time, we might sell our house and somebody said maybe I should get granite on my countertop because I needed a new countertop, and that maybe it would help sell the house, so that's what we did. We had Granite Transformations put in our granite countertops and I love the quality of the remodel they did! They did a very good job, except for one thing. I need a little bit more of the stuff in that crack and I have to call them. Their sales representatives were very polite and nice. I had no problem with them and the installation team was very good also. They're great.

Our counter top has cracked and our cabinets are peeling. They do not honor their warranty. I made a confirmed comment and they will not contact me anymore. Don't be fooled by this company. Buy real cabinets and counter tops.

The kitchen countertop is serving the purpose it was installed for and the quality that Granite Transformations explained to me is there so I’m satisfied. Plumber was very good and cleaned up after themselves.

We had our salesman from Granite Transformations in January who was very pleasant, right on time and easy to work with. The original date for installation was postponed because the granite had been cracked and then the next week the two installers came. There were three pieces of granite, two fit fine but the third piece was too short. They re-templated the piece that was too short and did a great job when it was brought back the next week.

Granite Transformations was great and I was happy with them. The fellas who put it in were very courteous, nice and they cleaned up.

Can't say enough good things about Granite Transformations. Work was installed professionally. A mix-up on the work order had the installer removing current backsplash, which was not on contract. Granite Transformations didn't flinch. A new backsplash was installed with no questions asked. Later had a small issue with a water line from sink installation, but again no problem. ** from Tennessee's Plumber quickly resolved the issue. Quality of work and excellent service follow-up makes this company one I would recommend.

I first heard about Granite Transformations through a friend. They have helped me with my kitchen countertop. My overall experience with Granite transformations is fifty-fifty. I was surprised that there was no follow-up by the owner/manager when the job was done, and a job like ours is not a big job but I'm surprised that they never called to find out how we liked it or if there were any issues, in which there are a couple of minor ones. But other than that they were punctual. They showed up when they said they were going to show up and the job took the length of time they said it was going to take.

I wanted granite countertop, so contacted Granite Transformations for my kitchen remodel. They did a very good quality job and I'm really pleased with it. It looks nice and I have gotten a lot of compliments on it. The only complaint that I had is that there was a delay in the installation. We had a set appointment time for the install, but that time, they said that several of their employees had been out sick. So, they really ran behind, but did compensate for that.

I went with Granite Transformations for new kitchen countertops and our bathroom. The sales representative was good and the installation team was knowledgeable and courteous. It went well.

Granite Transformations is excellent. Every one of them was right on it and the installer was so very polite, courteous, and professional. It was a very pleasant experience working with them. My kitchen now is beautiful and I would recommend Granite Transformations to anyone.

I heard about Granite Transformations from my sister and checked them out because I needed a new countertop. My experience with them was very good as the sales representatives and installation team were fine. They even cleaned up after themselves. The only problem I have is the two pieces that they pieced together appear to be different. One piece appears to be darker than the other but they said it came from the same batch.

Granite Transformations did our kitchen, bathroom counters and backsplash. They were very good and went beyond what I expected. Sales rep was very helpful in helping me decide on what to choose as far as what I had picked.

I wanted a countertop. Granite Transformations came and measured my cabinet's countertop. They made a template, brought the finished product and put it in, but they didn't give me a choice of colors. I just thought I'd get to pick out my colors for my countertop but they did a beautiful job and they were very nice people.

I called the office of GT per my salesperson's direction. She told me she does not do any service and to call the office. I called once in beginning of February 2015 and once in March 2015 and both times I was told the owner, ** would have to address the issue. I called again the end of March 2015 and left message for ** to call me, this time without speaking to "the service dept." ** finally called me but only after I called and emailed corporate. I am not happy about the fact he would not schedule anyone to look at the buckling issue in my shower until the end of April. I have been contacting his office for over 60 days without response. Poor management of his business if he does not receive messages or worse does not return them when he does receive them. Other projects completed by them need some attention also, however they are only cosmetic not structural.

The Granite Transformations sales representatives did a good job and seemed to know what they were doing. The counter that the installation team did looks very nice and I’m happy with it.

The heavy installations were very good and helpful. With Granite Transformations everything was precisely done. And I liked the lifetime warranty.

Granite Transformations helped me with a countertop that was already there and put the countertop on my island. They were very nice to me and I had a lot of compliments for them. I was totally satisfied with the experience.

Our experience with Granite Transformations was very professional from start to finish. We love our new countertop and sink. Would definitely recommend this company.

Granite Transformation did our countertop and backsplash. We had the lady that helped me in the show room to pick out my granite and backsplash tiles. Then a gentleman came out to measure. He came back and installed it. Everything looks great. I've been very pleased with the product and service. I also had friends come over and they ended up getting Granite Trasnformations to do their kitchens, and they also had friends of theirs who had theirs done so there have been so many since mine in my area.

I was very satisfied with the workmanship of Granite Transformations. The person who came out and did the work was very pleasant and he did a great job. But I had a color in mind that I wanted for my counter, and there wasn't anything that was in the tan and light brown, like a cocoa-and-tan combination, so I had to pick a color that I really wasn't wanting to have. I had a pretty big block from them for a sample because I was getting the floor and everything put in. I wasn't home the day they put it in and I thought they put the wrong backsplash up because there were dark colors in it. I had two sizes for the sample. There was a smaller size and one that was a quite substantial size for a sample. There was not one single block of this darker color in it.

I needed new kitchen counterparts. It took a very, very long for |Granite Transformations to get the product ready so that they could install it. They cut and broke two counters before they got to the third one which fortunately they didn't break. The sales guy was good, the implementation guy was good, but everything in the middle was terrible. They don't communicate with you or tell you what's going on. You have to chase them down to get an answer. It's a shame because I still think they did good work. They simply need to improve their communication, both the frequency and the quality.

We were very impressed with the representatives who came to our house to show samples. Even had color photographs and samples of granite. The installation was quick and clean. The owner even came out to do the template for the installation. We are very happy with the new counters.

Granite Transformations wanted to please me because I had a lot of problems with the fine finishes of the job. There was a lot of problems with it. I took pictures, and every time I complain, they did come back, and fixed it. The first time, they didn't really fix it, so they came back and did the trim all over again. They did want to work with me and make me happy.

My secretary has a friend who manages the Las Vegas Granite Transformations store. She knew that we bought a new house in Kansas and that I wanted a new countertop. I was going to look into granite, and she asked me to try Granite Transformations. I told her I had no idea what that is so she showed me the website for her friend, and I went from there.

Everything with Granite Transformations was fabulous. They did great. I've been telling everybody they're fantastic, from the designer that came in and helped me select what I was going to do, to the precise and pleasant guys who put everything together. They were very professional and got the job done. They didn't talk to me because they were working but they were very nice and very respectful of our home. From start to finish it was just a class operation and I'm very happy.

I got my countertops, backsplash, and new sink done about a year ago now. The product is very nice. However the installer had to come back about 3 times to redo things that should have been completed correctly during initial installation. In my honest opinion, I should have priced out solid granite before going with the Transformations. On the positive side, with my cabinets completed, walls painted, and new flooring, the counters really do look classy and add a lot to the look of the kitchen.

I have a 30-year-old house, so it had the old fashioned 3 or 4-inch backsplashes up the back, and behind it, there's no sheet rock. It would have been major surgery to go and buy cheap countertops because they don't come up at 3 or 4 inches; they're 3 and 5x8. So overlying, it was really the only way that it would work without causing major surgery in my kitchen. The installation team from Granite Transformations was wonderful, polite, respectful, and they cleaned up after themselves. I got a great price with them. I chose what was on clearance and they worked perfect. Depending on what neighborhood you live in, it's crazy to put $8,000 worth of granite. Sometimes it’s a lost cause to put that much money into your house. They're highly recommended, and the only thing it could've been better is if it would have been free.

We have been regularly using the Granite Transformations service and this is the third or fourth time. They did our bathroom and kitchen countertops and we have no problems about the quality at all. It's excellent. We will, for a while, use their business to choose for something else in the kitchen or bathroom area, or anything that they are capable of serving us. They are very professional and dependable.

I have a neighbor down the street that told us about Granite Transformation. I tapped them since I needed a sink (decided to renew it and get another sink). I needed to go ahead and transform the countertop as well. Admittedly, we've had some disappointment in that things have not moved along at the speed we intended. They have tried to accommodate back, however. There have been some logical reasons apparently, and we are now scheduled for the 13th of April to have the remaining things put in (we had part of it put in when we were not here and I was glad to see that they cleaned up). We must have the remaining items installed at by the 13th though because we're not going to be available after that. The biggest part has yet to be done...

There was a gap between the wall and the counter cabinets. I expected caulking, but a strip of wood matching my cabinet and walls was installed.

Granite Transformations came in to our home, brought samples and showed us what they could do. We selected granite countertops and backsplashes around the whole kitchen area. The men who came and measured were real professionals as were the men who did the installation. The work and the beauty shows their expertise and caring. We are 110% happy and proud of our NEW KITCHEN. Highly recommend them.

Crew was on time and quality work. What is very important to me is that the crew cleaned up after the job was complete. I would use them again.

I had a kitchen counter and back splash replaced, I was so happy with it I referred my sister and she had her counter replaced and she is also delighted. Quick, easy, clean and efficient! And reasonable.

We were needing to do some remodeling and Granite Transformations sounded like a good way to go so we had them do our kitchen and bathroom remodel. The product is good and we liked what they did. But we weren't overly happy with one of their contractors, the plumber that was recommended. There seemed to be a lack of communication amongst the parties and it created a lot of confusion in the process. But overall, we liked what they did. The Granite people that they used were outstanding. They were good, cleaned up after themselves and easy to work with and non-intrusive in their work. They were excellent.

Could not be more pleased!! Excellent product, excellent workmanship, excellent look. Installation was completed July/August 2014. The best decision we made with the best company to do it. Every day we comment on how beautiful it is and what a remarkable transformation. Would definitely recommend this product and this company to anyone who wants a maintenance free and beautiful product without going broke to have it.

I used Granite Transformations for the third time and they didn't disappoint! What I most appreciate about the process is the ability to get the durability and elegant look of granite without the hassle of a traditional counter top replacement. We were at our neighbor's house for a party one evening and their countertop was done by Granite Transformation, so we decided to also go with the same company for our house. Their representatives were generally good; there was only a person that I found kind of odd to work with: the one who came to take the measurements and such. Their people who did the actual work were good - they made every effort to make everything just right, according to my satisfaction. They also cleaned up after themselves.

Everything was great. Experience with sales was good and the installers cleaned up after themselves. I really like the product and the work. Our kitchen countertop looks nice.

Used Granite Transformations to solve for a pesky leak of a bathroom shower. Several traditional attempts to fix the issue were unsuccessful. Granite Transformations coated the existing shower wall with their product nicely blended in with the existing ceramic tile and fixtures. Problem solved!

I was extremely please with the entire process. I do not remember names. The woman who came to help me pick out my countertop was superb. Great recommendations. Extremely pleasant. There are many granite styles & colors, along with tile / accent strips from which to choose, and you can mix & match. This is a less expensive, visually pleasing alternative to get the granite look & feel without ripping out existing counter tops and then laying in inch-thick granite slabs.

Was extremely happy with our countertop and install from start to finish. Very polite and courteous staff. The installation was quick and everything was cleaned up. It was an amazing experience. What a transformation, my kitchen looks beautiful.

I used Granite Transformations to replace the countertops in my kitchen. The new tops were installed over the old ones, so there was no demolition, no mess to clean up. The installation took only a few hours. The crew were polite and efficient, and left my kitchen clean and neat. The new countertops looked so good that people thought that I had completely replaced all of the cabinetry.

Absolutely wonderful! Great job! This was a positive experience from my initial phone call, to the on-site visit and down to the installation. A special thank you to the installers who were so professional, so very careful handling the tops, cleaning up their scraps and even vacuuming the floor. Turnaround time was more than acceptable and the quality out-standing. Most of all was the open communication we had, I knew where the project stood at all times. I got exactly what I was looking for. It is such a pleasure to walk into my kitchen now, I can't stop smiling! Thank you for the professionalism of all your staff. This was indeed a great experience and I would be happy to tell anyone who asks "this is the place to go".

We had the counter in our kitchen done by Granite Transformations. They came out and made a template of our counters. However, instead of angling it at one end where it would match the angle on the top shelf, they made it square. I didn't like that but then once it was done, it was done. I didn't know until after they install it. Also, the person who did the backsplash used the wrong kind of epoxy, it was all rough behind my stove in the back wall, so, they had to send somebody out to redo it and put something else on top of it. I wonder about all these other things whether they would do that to somebody else or whether it was all okay.

My wife is extremely happy with the granite top that we got from Granite Transformations.

We got our new sink and countertops from Granite Transformations. We investigated several companies and had several people come out and finally chose Granite Transformations and we are satisfied with the results. They have been very good, extremely polite and accommodating. However, we felt like our seam was showing up way too soon. Unless you have a solid piece of granite cut you’re going to have a seam somewhere, and ours was already showing. They came back out and did some more stuff to it and told us how to go about cleaning it and keeping it clean like that. And they were very kind and very considerate about that also.

It was a great experience overall. I'm happy with the installation. Their men broke a piece but they went back and made another piece and fixed it. I was satisfied.

It was a very nice experience and they have very nice people so I would use Granite Transformations again.

They put a countertop and a backsplash in. We like the quality of the model, except for the crack. We've keep wanting to contact customer service but I know they'll just charge us a fortune. The installation team didn't talk much, they just did their work and left. They left a couple of spots for cleanup but we got over that. Except for the cement crack or whatever they put in them, I had no problem. I've already recommended Granite Transformations.

I love my countertops! The only thing is that where the tile backsplash met the countertops, the grout shrunk. So I called and they had a man out here immediately and I could not be more pleased. It's a wonderful experience with Granite Transformations.

Very pleased with Granite Transformations! They did our kitchen four years ago and we were very satisfied with them and we loved our counters in the kitchen that we now decided to do it in the bathroom. They did a good job. They didn't make a lot of dirt which was nice. They met all our expectations and it was very positive in every way.

I got Granite Transformations to do the job of changing my kitchen. I was a little disappointed when they only sent one man to do the job since it wasn't a one-man job and it could have been done a little better. He said that the guy that was supposed to come with him didn't show up so he had to do it himself. It just seems like it would have been better if it had been postponed until there was two of them to do it. See, some of my cabinets were pretty heavy for one man to lift and I now have a lot of glues that I'm still trying to get off of my floor and the countertop parts. Nevertheless, I liked the finished product. I get a lot of compliments when people come over. I would recommend Granite Transformation but I would also tell them not to put up with what I had to when one man come and had to do all that - that wasn't right.

We were in the process of figuring out what we were doing with our kitchen so I just went in to check Granite Transformations out and I liked what I saw. They put in a new countertop in our kitchen and I'm very, very happy with it. I was satisfied with the personnel in the store when I went in, and the answers I got when I took my husband then, and he was very favorably impressed which is no small deal. He wasn't into it at all until we went and looked together and he decided this was a good idea. Then the guy came out to give us the estimate and he was great. It was just all a really good experience. They came when they said, and they took as long as they said, and it was as simple and as pain free as they said. I've recommended them repeatedly.

The worker from Granite Transformations was very polite and seemed very knowledgeable. He did a nice job, which made the whole experience very good for me.

I was looking at some other similar companies and I noticed Granite Transformation's ad on TV several times. And I thought, "Well, they may have what I need," and they did. I had them install kitchen countertops, a new sink, and a new faucet. The sales representative that I mainly dealt with was really good. I really appreciated her experience and ideas. I had thought about doing cabinets but I just couldn't invest that kind of money right now. But she was very happy on several occasions that I called her and asked her questions. She always gave me the information I needed. She's really good to work with.

Granite Transformations did some countertops for us in the past and they did a really good job so we called them back out to do our floors in the kitchen, the hallway, the laundry room and the bathroom. Their sales representative communicated the whole time and the installation team was really awesome and nice and cleaned up after their mess. They did a good job.

Granite Transformations was wonderful. I thought their work was good. I had them a couple of times. I got them because my friend was selling her house and she had the countertops done, and she thought they did a marvelous job. They did all my kitchen countertops and then I called them later when I remodeled the bathroom and had them do a countertop for the bathroom, the master bath. The quality of the work they did for me is great. I can't say anything but nice things about them. Their people are so nice and they come in, and they're done in a few minutes. And the quality of the product is very good. I've never seen any that I think is prettier than this one. Actually I like the one in the kitchen better than the one in the bathroom. But they're both very, very nice.

The men from start to finish were very courteous and professional. Would recommend them always. Will be using them for upgrading bar area.

I had a good experience with Granite Transformations. We got what we expected and they did a good job for a fair price.

It took me years to figure out the right source for replacing the countertops in my kitchen, but I am glad I found Granite Transformations! I had hoped for recycled glass, because I love the color it offers and because glass was a better fit for the "look and feel" of my house. When my husband observed that it was available, I was hopeful. When the designer came to my house, we found an option that was exciting! And when it was finished, we are all happy.

Very happy with the remodeling job they did for my kitchen countertops. They did what they promised and it was awesome.

Our experience was not a happy one, from the measuring template, to the installation, and the finish (which is still unfinished). The underneath edge is still not been back-filled. The last worker said he would tell the scheduler to send someone to finish it because he was too busy and didn't have the product to finish.

I was redoing my house and didn't want to have to tear out my whole kitchen. I just wanted a remodel. I had checked the prices of granite and didn't like them. And I wanted something that was done in a very short period of time. I heard about Granite Transformations from my friend at the hospital where I volunteer so I purchased a kitchen remodel from them. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and did a good sales job. The installation team was terrific. They all introduced themselves and were very fast, very good, and did just exactly what they said they would do. The quality of the remodeling job was very good and I like it very much.

Our countertops turned out perfect. The company was very easy to work with from the sales person to the installers. You will be satisfied with the final product. We are!

Granite Transformations was very responsive. They came in and did a good job. Everything looks nice and I love the cupboards. They told me they were gonna be in and out in four days, and they were so that was very nice. They coordinated a lot of getting the plumber in to remove my sink and backed out, same way with the electrician and my electrical units. I appreciated that as well and I’m happy with the results of it. Pretty positive experience.

I relocated to a new office and my existing furniture did not coordinate well with a built-in counter. Granite Transformations covered my conference room table and the countertop with matching granite, and made it look like I spent many times what it actually cost. I constantly get compliments from clients and visitors (and the former tenant) on how great it looks.

Granite Transformations installed the granite counters and a stainless steel sink in our kitchen. Everything was great. The sales rep was really nice. There was one gentleman who helped with the installation that has a very, very good attention to detail. He did everything he could to make me happy and that went a long way with how I felt. My level of expectation was met. They were all very professional. I'm very happy with the finished product.

My counters look great. The installation went very quickly. The only complaint (and it is of minor importance) is that they left a lot of saw dust under my sink. Overall, I have recommended Granite transformation and will continue to do so.

I go around telling people about Granite Transformations all the time. We wanted to have a change in one of our bathrooms and I wanted to put in a different kind of sink so we called them. They just did another job for us and redid our counters in the bathroom upstairs. Their people are professional and know what they're talking about. Service could not be better. They come and take care of things and clean up after themselves. You can't ask for better. They also do not make a mess. Not only that, it's a lot cheaper.

Our kitchen transformation happened the day our work was completed by Granite Transformations! I couldn't be happier. My kitchen was done with no mess. The guys cleaned up when finished and it all happened in a day! My new sink is wonderful and I can't imagine not having this deeper, bigger sink as I do a lot of baking. The counter top is just as promised. It doesn't stain or mar and shines with soap and water clean up. I wasn't exactly sure about what I wanted for a back splash but the sales person's suggestions were better than I could imagine. Granite Transformations indeed transformed my kitchen into my happy place to work! It is beautiful and we have received wonderful comments from numerous people who have seen the new counters. It was a delightful experience! I’d been watching Granite Transformations on TV for a couple of years and I thought not having to tear the old tile out of the kitchen and just go over the top of it sounded like a pretty good deal. So I finally decided to call and they came out and gave me an estimate. We did our bathrooms first, and we liked that, so we went with the kitchen. We enjoyed talking to the sales representative and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. When the installation team came in and surveyed what they had to do, they put drop cloths down the hallway, on the carpets and worked like a son of a gun. I had one problem with the seam but they came out and fixed it. Everything was great and I was happy.

Everyone from sales to installers were great. Our counters are all they said they would be and beautiful.

We have homes in Tucson, AZ & Fort Wayne, IN. Kitchen was done in 4/08 & Baths in 10/09 AZ property. When we decided to do Fort Wayne we opted to use Granite Transformation for both kitchen & baths. This job was done July of 2013. Completely satisfied!!!

I wanted to get an estimate on my cabinet and got in touch with Granite Transformations. We purchased the countertop remodeling and it went fine. I would recommend it to a friend as it was a good experience.

Overall I am delighted with the result. The guys who did the installation were fantastic and went out of their way to be helpful. I have only one observation. When the templates were made, one of my switch plates was not square. When it was re-installed it looked terrible. It was not horizontal and the guys tried to rectify it. I did it the following day. I would suggest when the templates are made they ensure the electrical fittings are horizontal..

The original counter top looked dated and worn around the edges. The Granite Transformations tops 'modernized' the counters and gave our kitchen a modern look. They also complement the color of the cabinets. The surface is very durable and does not require maintenance other than cleaning.

I was very impressed with the salesperson... **... and the installers... **. They were very professional and nice. The countertops look fantastic and I have no complaints at all. I have wanted granite for a long time and am thrilled with them. Thanks!

I love my counter top. Love it, love it. I was sick of my old counter and wanted a new one. Granite Transformations did the remodel and I was very satisfied with the quality. I have had no problem with the sales representative and the guys that installed it were very professional. I am very happy.

Our kitchen counter was installed precisely as promised. The installer worked precisely, and accurate. Work was done in time, and work area was cleaned up perfectly after completion. Very happy with the product, We can only recommend it.

The sales lady told us it would take most of two days for the install. Upon arrival one of the installers was hunched down in the seat of the truck and appeared hung over upon getting out. The whole time he was here, his attitude was not good. The helper remained quiet and only did what he was asked to do, but the work area was left dirty, the new counter tops were not cleaned off, seams were VERY rough, some of the grout has voids between the countertop and the backsplash where water could leak behind. Total time of installation was roughly four hours, not two days as we were told. I spent roughly eight hours cleaning the mess-up after they left. In retrospect, we made a huge, costly mistake choosing this option for our kitchen makeover. Would not and have not recommended this procedure to others.

We had some issues. One installer to install our entire kitchen and island. He was exhausted and became sloppy. They had to come back several times 5 to correct problems and then when the island top had to be replaced they didn't have the same color, we had to pick another contrasting color. Argh! I gave a 3 star just because they did work to correct to our satisfaction but all could have been prevented!

The quality thus far is very good. The guys who came out to do both the cabinets and counter tops were great. Very personable, but also knew what they were doing and wanted to do it right. I would recommend Granite Transformations. My only advice is to be realistic on timing. We were told 3-4 days four our cabinets, it took 5. Our counter tops and back splash were rescheduled by the company for a week later than originally planned. We were told the counter tops and back splash would be done in one day (which was needed due to other scheduled activities for the house). It took 2 days, spaced several days apart (Friday and the following Wednesday).

I had an excellent experience with Granite Transformations. I like the countertops I purchased from them.

I can't say enough about the gentleman that came to help with the selection. He gave me great ideas in my selection of granite. The guy who came to measure the counter tops was courteous and didn't leave a mess. Measuring is more of a process than one would imagine. The install was as promised. I've had this material with moderately heavy use and it still looks beautiful. Stainless sink is a nicely done under mount. It will leak a bit underneath if you spray the nozzle directly at the edges though.

Their installation team were very nice, both of them...They did a very good job and it was quick. Their boss came here also to do the pattern and he was very nice and professional. I have installed Granite Transformations in 2 homes. One in Arizona and 1 in Michigan. The product is fabulous. Love the look, the price and the clean install.

One of the countertops got broken. When I called Granite Transformations about the crack, the sales representatives came by and took a picture of everything. They couldn't fix it because there were parts that need to be ordered. It's been over a month, however, and I haven't heard from then since. I'm going to call them tomorrow to see what's going on. Nevertheless, everybody who has come by and seen the countertops like it. I'd still recommend it to a friend.

We now keep our counter tops covered so no one can the ugly seams. The seams don't match - one side higher than the other. Don't understand why three guys could not carry it in in one piece.

I am very pleased with the product. The installers were fantastic. The only reason I did not rate a 5 was mainly because of what didn't happen. After making that kind of investment I expected a follow up call from the salesman himself. Were we pleased? Anything else I can do for you? Poor customer service in my opinion.

We saw an ad in a local paper and called after seeing the company at a home show in GR. We called and a rep was sent out. We had previously checked out prices and other types of counter tops, so we knew we wanted a granite type. The rep answered our questions, left us samples, and we decided to have their company do the work. We are in the process of getting the counter measured, and have paid a third down.

A carpenter said that Granite Transformations had good granite countertops so we contacted them. We purchased the kitchen countertops and a built-in table, and the quality of these items is excellent. But the one thing I don't like about it is that it seems like it's always cold. You can just feel it...when you set your plates down on it, even when our house is warm, our food gets cold quicker through our plate than it did on the Formica table and countertop we had before. Other than that, it's a fine product and we're very happy with it. The installation team was great in the way they did their work. They came ahead of time and made that cardboard, cut it all out and pasted it together, and when they came back, it fit perfectly.

I am very pleased with my new countertops. They are beautiful. ** arrived right on time when they said they would and installed them and cleaned up and now my kitchen is gorgeous. Thanks to ** and his helper.

Caulking - poorly done in places.

We had Granite Transformations install new counter tops for us a couple of years ago. We couldn't be happier with them. We searched and researched new counter tops for many months before deciding on this product. The cost and ease and quality of product all played a part in our decision. They were able to install over top of what we already had which was huge! We had counter tops that we had made ourselves with small square tiles and it would have taken quite a feat to remove them without ruining our cabinets. We are very happy with their product and we have had no issues. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had my kitchen remodeled by Granite Transformations since we needed new countertops. I don't think I've ever had anybody come in and do anything to my house exactly what they said they were going to do. They were here when they said they're going to be here and everything just went perfect. I was 100% satisfied with them and would highly recommend them to anybody.

I went with Granite Transformations because I needed new kitchen countertops. The rep that we talked to was a little overbearing when she came out but she's a salesperson so it was fine. The remodel was okay but I haven't had the chance to call them yet because there'll be a few things I was kind of disappointed with that I'll have them come out and work on. It seemed like they didn't even wipe down the counters when they were finished. It was still gritty all over the counters. And then on my backsplash, I have two different colors and there are some spots where you can see the glue that they used that had bled through onto the tile they actually used. It was all mediocre but alright.

We had our black granite counter about a year now and they are gorgeous. They were every bit and more than we expected. The wear is good and they wipe up and shine even with our hard water. My next venture is to look at a back splash. We have had so many compliments from friends and family. Love it.

All of the work that was done was excellent. The salesman was very helpful in us make decisions. The install employees were courteous and very efficient. Everything was done on schedule. The price was less than we expected after having researched other options, we felt we received more for our money than any other option we had considered.

New countertops and backsplash in kitchen and bath: It has made such a difference in the appearance of my kitchen and bath to have had this done. The updated look is exactly what we were looking for and it was done in just one day. The installer was great to work with. Very happy with everything!

I love my Kitchen counters that Granite Transformations did. When they came out to install the counters they were great! They installed my new sink for me and did a great job. I just wish that I had my bathroom counters done. I have had no problems with my counters and everyone that sees them think they look great. I would recommend them to anyone checking out and pricing granite counters.

There isn't much I like about them. I don't like the color use, can’t see anything on them. We had a backsplash put on and on the edges it doesn't look finished. I've contacted them and they tell me "when we're in the area," still haven't showed up after 2 yrs, really? And almost 8000$ later still nothing so I would not recommend at all!

I like my counters but the first installation (which was the biggest one) left me with a hole in my kitchen floor, dried goop (whatever you call the stuff they use to seal the counters onto the surface) on my dishwasher and front door of my oven, footprints on the floor in the bathroom. We had an issue with the dishwasher door and some guy came out and hastily tried to fix it but to this day no one else has done anything. He even sent me a nasty email. The 2nd install person was great and tried to remove the hardened goop but could not. So even after someone reads this review, I still will have to live with it. I do however like the product. That is why I purchased a 2nd counter.

Our outdated kitchen & Bath needed a full upgrade from the 90's to 2015. After calling, ** from GT came to our home with a full set of samples to help layout our ideas, in fact he was here on two different days. After deciding, ** arrived to start the process & did a outstanding over the top job. We are very pleased. The only downside was that the project took a lot longer than the estimate - which we expected considering the amount of work. Price was as quoted.

Although I was happy with the sale and install we have noticed some small blemishes after the fact and getting follow up to have them repaired and fixed has been very slow.

We appreciated the efficiency of the team of installers. It went well and was on time. Also, the ability to see what different colors and patterns actually looked like was helpful when the representative came to measure. There was a computer program that allowed me to see what each one would look like in my kitchen. It definitely helped me decide which one to choose.

The initial consultation was relaxed, informative and enjoyable. There were lots of choices. ** guided us through all the available backsplashes, and we chose the Perla Di Modera design. I love it. I especially like the copper look to some of the squares, and have picked up the copper in furnishings in the kitchen. The installation was as planned, and even some changes were accommodated by the technician. I'm very pleased and proud of the results.

My wife said they kept cancelling our appointments and renewing them, and it was a little bit hard to handle. And the only thing I don't like about this countertop is it sheds all the time and little stones come off, little grits.

What was the best about this installation is that the whole thing was done in four hours! In an afternoon, my kitchen looked completely different! It's so easy to maintain, and I love it! Satisfied with the product and the workmanship of the installers. It took a week for the installation. Some days no one showed up. Calls to the office were not helpful. We responded to an evaluation online expressing our dissatisfaction. Got a letter that someone would contact us. Heard from no one. It has been almost a year.

Granite Transformations made our kitchen beautiful at half of our expected cost to refinish our counters. We did have a hiccup in the beginning because of some scheduling issues but everything ended up working out and we could not be happier with the outcome.

My daughter had done some business with Granite Transformations before so I decided that I wanted my kitchen redone with them too. I had the refacing and the granite top. Their people were fine but we ran into a lot of trouble and it ran much longer than I expected. They had it measured and had to wait for reordering on the cupboards. When the cupboards came, one of the fronts was marred. We had to wait more for that one to come. I was satisfied with the work except that I was disappointed how long it took. I was in a mess here for a long time but after that everything was okay.

We had bought a new house and Granite Transformation did our kitchen counters. We liked the way they looked so we contacted them again for a new vanity in the bathroom. Their reps talked to us just fine. For the installation, the first one delivered the sinks and installed in the wrong place but the second team redid it. It's pretty good but the sinks don't completely drain. There's a lot of it that has to evaporate in there. But other than that, they're very good looking. They made the second countertop for only $150. I appreciated that. That was real nice.

We love our countertops from Granite Transformations. We are now interested in getting an estimate on a shower. The people there were all great!

We are thrilled with our new countertop. It is a custom size and the guys installed it in one day. It looks beautiful and in order to see if it is dirty, I need to run my hand over it to find the spots. I love that I no longer need to worry about burns or cuts in the counter and it always looks beautiful.

We had our kitchen counters done by your company. I was very impressed by the workmanship of the counters and the installation. There is one corner through an appliance garage and even that area looks wonderful. I felt the plumbing part was not up to the quality of the rest of the job. I had to have them return because the water pressure in the new faucet was too low and the sink baskets are cheap.

Was very pleased with the entire process. We had our countertops, backsplash and faucet all replaced. We were dissatisfied with one section of the backsplash when the kitchen was put back together and they were great about coming back and making it right for us.
