I have no complaints with Granite Transformations. It was great. Their installation team were wonderful, couldn't have asked for a better assistance. They installed the kitchen countertop and around my bathtub. They were very professional and very good.

I was looking to have the granite down for my counter tops in the kitchen so I called Granite Transformations. A lot of money but it was a good - the workmanship, the employees. Everything they said, they did. They were on time and polite. It was excellent all around. I told a friend that might be calling them to take a look at mine, I told him I had a good experience and he said he might call after. It's worth it.

The experience with Granite Transformations was great. Their sales guy was absolutely excellent and very informative. He knew all about it, what the warranty was, what had to be done in order to get ready for them. We got a new sink hardware, new garbage disposal, everything ready for them when they come, but he had already laid out the time frame and how it would go down.

I went to a home show at Folsom and saw Granite Transformations there. I had them come out to give me an estimate for this little island I had. They did that and I was really pleased. I also went to the home show in Sacramento with my daughter and they happened to be there. I recognized Jason and started talking to him. I said I wanted to get a new kind of top for my bathroom. I asked, "Do you know anybody that does the refacing of cabinets?" He says, "Oh we do that too!" And I said, "Oh! Okay, well come out and give me an estimate." So he did.

We’re very satisfied with the product, the people, the way they represented themselves, the work they did and the timely fashion they used on it.

We contacted Granite Transformations because we needed to do some remodeling in the kitchen, the counters. Everything was good - the actual remodel, the sales rep, and the installation team. The only thing is that they started a little bit late so they also finished late. We were satisfied with the work and the installation. We're happy with it!

We absolutely love our new kitchen. We looked at the big box stores for new counters in an effort to transform our tile kitchen to something a little higher end. After finding Granite Transformations at a local home show we met with the sales consultant in our home for a very low pressure consultation. The design consultant Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable and had great recommendations, without being high pressure. The overall experience from consultation to installation was easy and amazingly fast. GT answered all of our questions all along the way and worked completely around our schedule. Definitely have been showing off our new kitchen counters and recommending GT to all our friends and family.

I wanted granite countertops in my kitchen, then I saw Granite Transformations' number on the TV and in the paper with the $500 off so I contacted them. The sales representatives were all knowledgeable and polite. I had little interactions with the installation team but what I had was good.

Our son's a contractor. He deals with condos and he does the other type of granite and he recommended that we do it in our house but when we got looking at the way the backsplash was, it would have been probably hard to design and put it underneath without messing up. We liked the backsplash so we felt the other type that lies on top of the tiles we already had would be better. We had Granite Transformations put in countertops in our kitchen. We also had a friend that we go visit and she had had her kitchen done with them.

Granite Transformations has done work for me in the past at my old home. I like the durability and it not having to be maintained. The sales representative I have interacted with has been great. She helped me pick out my colors and what I wanted to do. They helped me with my kitchen and bathroom countertops. The installation team did a good job. I would recommend them.

We saw Granite Transformations on TV. I had been wanting to update my kitchen and kept seeing their commercial so I decided to call on them to do the work. I love the quality of the remodel and my family loves it too. The installation team was really nice and clean. I don't have any complaints at all. Everybody asked me who did it and they just wanted to know who did the work and from where I got the information. My son and his wife are thinking about doing something.

My friend referred me to Granite Transformations. She told me that she was happy with Granite and what they did to her kitchen so I decided to do it that way. We changed all the countertops in the kitchen. It was perfect! The installation did a great job. I would recommend it to anybody who's looking into something like this.

We were very satisfied with Granite Transformations for not having to do a demolition to put granite in. I think this is the way to go. I've used them 3 times and I'm pleased to have the last order on Monday. We've been very happy. Nothing to complain about with the sales team. They are very courteous and I've been working with Stephanie and she's great. But when the installation team came for my bathroom about a month or two ago they had a little trouble on maybe because it was a Friday afternoon and they were trying to get the sink out and having plumbing problems so we ended up calling on a plumber over the weekend so we could have water but nothing that was terrible about that. We just needed to have water and so we had to get things going. I would highly recommend them.

Granite Transformations looked like they had a pretty good product and it was pretty much what we're looking for. Rather than go to remove the old tile and do solid granite countertops, we decided to go with the over layer on the original tile. We had a good talk with them at the Home Show and their salesmen came out and showed us what they had and we went from there. Carlos was very informative. He had 20 samples and he helped us pick our countertops because we had four different sections that we wanted to do. It was no hard sell. Then when it came down to price, it was very reasonable.

Granite Transformations redid all our counter tops in the kitchen. The people they sent arrived right after they called and right on time. We had two visits. The first one they came to do the measurements to make sure how it had to be cut. Then when the regular people came, one looked like a very, very young guy but he did an excellent job. It took them about 11 hours to get it done but it was really done well. We also put a new sink and it was a female plumber that did it. She was super. She did an excellent job and it didn't take her that long to do it. My wife is very, very pleased with it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anybody I know.

Everybody was really nice. The guys did their thing and everything went well.

The new counter tops moved my kitchen from everyday use to a professional kitchen. Not only improved the prep and cooking areas but left my home better than they found it. Thanks a million for a great job. Would recommend without hesitation.

We were looking to redo our kitchen counter when a friend of ours said they had done it with Granite Transformations. They were wonderful, efficient and knowledgeable. We had to have a new sink put in because the undermount sink we had with our other counters didn't fit right, and that went very smooth. They were able to do it in a very timely manner. We will use them again.

My house had caught a fire and I wanted to redo my counter. I called them and I'm very pleased with what they did. They put new counters in, countertops, and granite tops. Everything they've done they explained to me in a professional manner.

We had Granite Transformations out to replace our sink and kitchen counters. The transformation was beautiful and we haven't had any issues with the product, except a tiny gap in the corner of our counter where the two pieces did not seal completely. The installers were pleasant and did a great job overall. I was told by our sales guy that he was going to do wonders for our bathroom, but never heard from him since the initial appointment.

Very professional, quick. Although expensive, the cost savings for tear outs and time to repair and receive other products, made this product worth the cost. The surface is very easy to clean, requires no special maintenance and is a beautiful addition to our kitchen. We like it very much and would do it again without hesitation.

I got my kitchen countertops from Granite Transformations. From sales to installation they were very good, and the installers were very thorough and very clean. However the plumber didn't get here until forever. He kept calling saying he had problems with his truck. I understand all those things but he was supposed to come between 2 and 3. Then he called me and said he wasn't going to be in until later and then wasn't until later. I didn't think he would ever come due to his car, probably due to another job but then he came so everything was OK in the end. We just wanted to get it done and the plumber did a good job. But if I had plans there is no way I could have left because it had to be finished.

We had new counters installed in the kitchen. They have worked out very well. No problems with heat, sharp objects, no cracking. We stand on them all the time with no problem. They have been able to make it through a number of kitchen paintings, new backsplash as well.

My brother and sister-in-law had Granite Transformations put a countertop over at their house, so I had them for my kitchen. The guy I talked to was very professional. They did a fantastic job and we were pleased with their work.

Our remodel was done very professionally and everything we were promised came to be. We love our kitchen countertops and we're very pleased with our installers.

The gentlemen at Granite Transformations were very professional and friendly. They did a fantastic job. I'm not going to tell you that we were jumping up in joy because after all that work was done then I had to do a bunch of work. They cleaned up the best they possibly could but you got to figure when you put up a backsplash, after the work is done even though no matter how much they wipe down and clean, you're still going to end up with grout and stuff falling off the wall so there are still things that need to be done. This is just stuff that I had to do after they were done. But as for them being professional enough to clean up the best they could, they did a good job. We were happy with it.

I called Granite Transformations so they came out and measured, gave me a price and then installed my countertops. It all worked out great and I love them. The installation team was awesome and very professional. I'd highly recommend them and more than willing to be a reference. The product exceeded my expectations and I’m a very pleased customer.

The work was performed within the time agreed to. The installers took every precautions not to soil the place, the installation was made with precision and complete care. We are totally impressed by the positive attitude and pride in the quality of their work demonstrate by everyone in this company. We have dealt with a professional organization and the finish product is spectacular.

From start to finish our experience with Granite Transformations was wonderful. Our sales person was honest, open and professional. Our installer became a welcome addition to our home for the week plus that he was with us! Wonderful workmanship and the finished product is better than expected! We wanted to keep our current granite countertops but replace our cabinets. Refacing was a great option and it was a very reasonable price. The drawers now pull out all the way, they are of good quality, and our cabinets are all soft closing now and up to date. We have had several people over to the house since the project was complete and we have gotten amazing feedback on the work. We would highly recommend Granite Transformations for cabinet refacing! I am so pleased with the outcome of my kitchen tops! Granite Transformations was probably the best experience I had during my complete remodel job. I had a small problem that didn't result from anything that Granite Transformations or the installer did, but they came out and took care of it for me so I could get my range installed the day before I moved in! That, plus the fact the pricing is so much cheaper than a total top change, made us probably the happiest customers in town! Thanks Granite Transformations for making my kitchen remodel the easiest and most professional thing in my house!

It was a roller coaster experience. They didn't seem to talk within the office. I would say one thing to the representative and it would never get carried through to anybody else, and we ended up delaying months because they couldn't seem to coordinate the timing with what I was telling this one person that would show up at my house multiple times. It just ended with him. They didn't seem to talk among themselves at all. And they promised to get it done by a certain date and they were way off, two months off that date. And then halfway through the process, when I met with a carpenter three times, he ends up no longer working there two days before he's supposed to show up. So I feel like we've started over so many times. I just felt like they had no idea what they were doing and their act was just not together.

We recently sold our home in West Nashville and moved to a lake condo in Gallatin. You guys did my kitchen twice in West Nashville (I had a fire) and I absolutely loved my kitchen. The kitchen I have now is granite and I hate it. Can't afford another new kitchen but would tell anyone to use Granite Transformations in place of any other counter top. Love you guys.

My son-in-law told me about Granite Transformations and he had it. I had them remodel the kitchen and the quality is ok and it looks good. The sales rep that came out and the one who had done it were alright. I would recommend them.

We had our counter tops, bath surround and full shower redone with combination of granite and tiny glass tiles for accents. We also got a new frameless shower door. The whole effect is clean, modern and spa-like. The folks at Granite Transformations were great to work with and were creative in problem solving when our shower door delivery was delayed.

I had three works done by Granite Transformations. Everything was fine, although they got more expensive.

We have used Granite Transformations twice in the past for new kitchen countertops and we're pleased how well they have held up. They are over 10 years old and still look like the day they were installed. So, when we wanted new vanity tops, we called Granite Transformation. They came in and measured everything including adding an extension top over the toilet in one bathroom. When installation time came, everything fit perfectly including the extension that I added over the toilet. The workmanship was very professional and done in one day. We are excited about the new look in two of our bathrooms. I would highly recommend Granite Transformations.

I had kitchen countertops installed by Granite Transformations. The girl at the desk was fantastic, and the gentleman that she hooked us up with was most helpful and eager to help us. The installation team was informative and worked in a very clean manner; there were paper down on the floors. They worked quickly and efficiently. Everybody else we dealt with said, "You give us the deposit then well come out and we'll measure and we'll do a template. Then you pay us the rest and we'll put in your countertop." They came in, measured and did everything and I paid at the end. That was fantastic. Nobody else would even come in and look at it until we gave them half down. I'm very satisfied with my finished product. It's beautiful!

My daughter called me and told me about Granite Transformations. We purchased a countertop. The quality is good. It's a pretty good job. But we had a little discussion with the sales rep about a little piece of the backsplash that wasn't fitted in when they finished it up. I called them and said there's a piece missing and they wanted to charge me a hundred dollars for that little piece. We got it resolved and they didn't charge me the hundred dollars. They came on time. They ran out of material and came back to put that piece on and finished putting on the filling on the bottom of the counter.

I have been so pleased with my choice of Granite Transformations! The initial consultation/presentation was very professional. The agent stayed to answer all of my questions, and was very accommodating, considering my likes and finances. The work was superb. The countertops are beautiful, as well as the refaced cabinets. I would highly recommend this company, and could do a commercial!

This was a very disappointing experience. The installers broke one of the counter tops when it fell in their truck while still parked in our driveway. They had to take it back to the shop and either remade it or fixed it. They did get it installed in one day though. They did not clean up after themselves as promised. The sink cut out is not perfect, but looks sort of lopsided. There is a piece missing from one part of the bar. The material is much thinner than I expected, so much so that I hear a hollow sound when I touch/tap or set something on it in some areas. The counter's surface is not shiny as it appears in the brochures and commercials. The thinness of it makes it look horribly cheap where the under kind sink is. If I had realized all of this ahead of time, I never would have chosen this company or this product. It is way too expensive to have this poor quality product. I would not recommend it to anyone.

We redid our whole bathroom and I think it was good overall. The best part of it was the installation crew for the granite. Granite Transformations was fantastic, but the company that do their glasswork leaves a lot to be desired. It took way, way too long. I think it's very misleading when they say they're in in so many days and they're out in so many days, and then you have to wait two weeks to get the glass. Then the glass wasn't done so it was another week after that. When we redid the other part of our bathroom we did the same thing, and then we waited another two weeks for a piece of mirror. It was just insane. And then the mirror fell down and broke. Would I do it again? Probably not. I would do it differently, like get another contractor to do it, to be honest. It wasn't the fault of Granite Transformations because their portion of it was good. It was their subcontractors that were terrible. I got pretty upset at one of them and then they turned around and used them again to do the mirrors.

The result is even better than I thought it would be. The entire process from start to finish was easy. I appreciate how the staff walks you thru each step making sure you know how to be prepared for the renovation. Excellent job! Thanks!

We needed to remodel our kitchen and we were getting quotes at that time. We saw Granite Transformation’s ad on the Tennessean paper and so we called them too. I love the product, it’s wonderful and we like the pricing. We like the idea of not having to rip off our whole kitchen. It was just laid over the existing counter. And the most important thing to me was that they cleaned up afterwards. I did have one little area that had been missed in the installation and when I called them, they were out 2 days later and took care of it - no problem. They did everything they said they'd do. I love my kitchen and I'd surely use them again.

The Granite Transformation people came in and quickly placed the countertops, new sink, and faucet, plus installed our new backsplash very professionally. We're definitely having them back to do our master bathroom!!

So glad I decided to go with Granite Transformations! The installation was hassle-free. They were done with the countertops, the backsplash, and the new sink in no time. No mess to clean up after. Glad I was there to see it in action. A few minor communication errors between salesman's paperwork and what I had ordered were quickly resolved and the result was amazing. Professional, courteous staff in the office and at my home. Couldn't have asked for more. Family and friends were amazed at the results!

Because we had tile on our old counter tops it would have been costly and messy to tear them out and then add a new surface, so we had put off updating them. The Granite Transformation counter tops were installed right over the top of the old tile and it looks wonderful! The installer was very professional and did an excellent job. Upon installation we noticed one small section of an underside edge was a little sharp. We phoned them and they immediately came out and honed it smooth like the rest of the edges. A very professional company and I'm very happy with my great new counter tops. We installed a subway tile backsplash ourselves after the countertop went in and my kitchen looks wonderful and new.

My kitchen was remodeled by Granite Transformations. The kitchen countertops and sink that I got from them have excellent quality. We had several meetings and discussions with the crew that did the set up and installation and they were all very cooperative and very professional. Shortly after our second meeting, I got on the website to get comments and was totally shocked at all the negative comments. There are pages and pages and pages of very negative comments. I sat down with my wife and said, “You know these comments are really bad but our experience is good.” We started checking and we realized it was a franchised organization. We were very skeptical all the way through it. We told them that we were and they didn’t bat an eye. They said, “We’re good. We address bad, negative comments or situations right on and straighten them up.” From then on we had no concerns.

My decision was major since my island top was porcelain tiles. Granite Transformation did everything possible to make the change an easy and pleasurable experience. From the salesgirl I dealt with on the phone, to the installer that came and brought samples I could actually see and chose from, everything worked great! I would definitely recommend Granite Transformations!!

I was and still am very pleased with my countertops that I had installed a little over a year ago. I was really amazed at how quickly they were installed and how good of a job was done in my home. Both the initial visit and subsequent visits were all done very professionally and for the most part right on time. The only issue I had was that it took a little longer to get them in after I placed the order than was originally promised. They are very durable and easy to maintain and I would recommend them to anyone thinking about replacing their countertops.

Did a very nice job with my bathroom counter. Also removed mirrors that were wall to wall. Only thing I would suggest is they need to do a better job cleaning up when completed.

Not only am I pleased with my products, counters, cabinets, shower, etc. But I cannot overstate how much I appreciate the excellent customer service. The owner himself came to my house to fix a minor problem. I trust this company, they will stand behind their work. And, they are some of the nicest people I have ever met.

The best thing for me besides the Italian made granite was the speed in which the project was finish!! They came one day and measured and within the next 2 weeks the project was completed..... Also, did not have to contact a Plumber ---- they did the entire project!!

We liked the work that Granite Transformations did at our friend's place, that's why we called them and had them redo our kitchen countertop. Everything was done very well and we're very satisfied. We'll use them again if need be.

Too much money upfront 50%. Several weeks before job started. Wanted more money before job was completed. I consider the renovation very overpriced.

I am a realtor and was also preparing to list my own home for sale. I didn't want to dump a lot of money into my kitchen but knew it needed to be updated. Granite Transformations had the perfect solution and it was hard to leave it behind!

I decided to get in contact with Granite Transformations because it sounded like a good deal and I wanted to remodel my kitchen. They put a new top on what I had on there. The sales representative was very good. I didn't have any problem with the installation team as well. Everything went really well with them. They did what they say they were going to do and cleaned up behind themselves. And it was only about half a day's service.

The process of getting new countertops was awesome. You don't have to go through the process of tearing out the old countertops, they simply come in and place new countertops on top of the old. The counters look beautiful and Granite Transformations did a great job. I would recommend them.

They installed our kitchen countertops in our first home and when we moved to a condo last year, they were the first people we called to change out our countertops. Everyone who has seen our new place has asked about our countertops and we have told them about the Granite Transformation Company. The company is so friendly and the workers know their jobs excellently. They are all great. Love this company.

We have a large kitchen which Granite Transformations remodelled for us. To begin with, their sales representative came within a day of our call; he was pleasant, cheerful, and very professional. Their technician came the next day and took the measurements, which turned out to be unbelievably accurate. Next, the installers came on the promised day and finished the installation in one day. We were very favorably impressed with the entire process and don't hesitate to recommend Granite Transformations. (We'll probably call them soon about two bathrooms.)

We have now had our new counter tops, backsplash, and sink for about 2 years. I am still thrilled with the results and the counters are so easy to clean. Looks great and I would recommend it to my friends. I hope to do my bathroom in the future.

Granite Transformation remodeled my kitchen (countertop, back splash, and cabinets). Every one of their employees (or subcontractors) was professional, courteous, and helpful from beginning to end and beyond. It's too bad more companies don't treat their customers like they do. I think they are their best of the best!!!

Granite transformations did a beautiful job, the all glass shower with roller for the doors is very nice. The tub surround and the counter top added to the beauty. The best was the granite floors that look like wood. I would highly recommend the company to do any job. Also a few years ago they did our kitchen.

I had been in my house for 28 years with a formica countertop. I wanted an upgrade with granite or marble. I got three bids to install granite. I had a corner appliance cabinet which made the removal of my formica and the installation of the granite very difficult. The granite was thicker than the formica so they were going to have to remove the cabinet and cut the bottom of the cabinet off. I called Granite Transformations and they came to my house and gave me a bid. They told me how they could go around and inside the cabinet without removing it. I contracted with them and was very happy with the outcome. The installer was very meticulous and did a great job. You have to look closely to see the seams. There are many advantages of the overlay over granite (weight of the product, cleaning, upkeep, etc.). We are very happy we went with Granite Transformations and would highly recommend them.

I was happy from the moment I walked into their showroom with the attention given the customer. I was even more relieved to learn that the owner of this franchise lived in my community and in fact stopped by on his way home to check on the job. The crews were polite and cleaned up after every part of the job. The granite fits perfectly and the deep soaking tub has been a great addition to our home. It's been two years since the work was done and I think well of the experience every day I walk through the rooms they worked on.

I have never been happier with the cost, work and outcome of a job performed. First thing is they were totally professional. My wife would comment everyday how clean they left the work area. An outside plumber damaged the new bath tub and they took care of it without any question. The Granite truly Transformed our bathroom. They are the best. Granite Transformations.

Over the years, Granite Transformations handled three separate jobs for me involving my kitchen and baths. They deliver exactly as promised, take great pains to ensure measurements, etc., are accurate, and work quietly/efficiently. They even created an arc for one my kitchen surfaces. Price-wise, you'll pay about the same for granite, quartz, etc., but with GT, it's still a natural product, a no-mess install, no re-sealing, and easy to clean. I would also recommend working with your local GT office, as more options are available beyond what is featured on the website. I now rent that particular property, and will be calling Granite Transformations to help me in my new home.

Granite Transformations did the counter tops in our kitchen. We're enjoying the quality of the remodel and we're very pleased with the workers and what they did. The installation team had to work an extra day because one area was quite difficult but they did a very good job and they were very cordial. But there's one thing...not a complaint, though -- we had them to finance it and they turned it over to a bank. Of course, we're gonna take care of that. In fact, my husband really wants to just go ahead and pay it off. But that's the only thing, because when I first heard about it, I thought they did their own financing but they do turn it over to another bank. But that's the only drawback that I can think of so far in dealing with them. I'm just really pleased because my kitchen is a small kitchen and it was in dire need of renovation.

Granite Transformations did a facing for our fireplace and hearth. The salesman was very nice, and the installers were knowledgeable and did their job well. We’re pleased with the whole process. It was satisfactory.

I just love the new countertops that I had put in my master bathroom and upstairs bathroom! The installer that put in the counter top was super nice and explained everything that he was doing. I even had them put frames around my mirrors in the master bedroom and upstairs bathroom! Talk about a difference in my bathroom! Wow! It made my bathroom look modern! When the plumber came to put in the sink and faucets he was friendly, helpfully telling me and showing me what he was doing! What a great plumber! Thank you Granite Transformation!

We called Granite Transformations about lamination of our kitchen cabinets. The estimate given seemed reasonable and the salesman okayed some additional areas we wanted laminated but unfortunately when we asked about the underside of the cabinets we were told they would be finished but the installer said the lamination would not hold up on the underside. They were left with the paint half sanded off and left quite the mess. We were told the job would take between 3 days to a week. When the installer came he said it would probably only be 2 days!. Wow, we were happy.

I love my new kitchen. The countertops are beautiful. Workmanship is exceptional. They came as scheduled and on time. They were very neat and clean; respectful of my home. I received a free granite sink during their promotional offer. Everything is top quality. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

I moved in and was having trouble with my bathroom, so I had Granite Transformations tear out the tub and put a shower in, which is stunning. I love it. Everyone that sees it says it’s really nice. They also did a kitchen top. They did a wonderful job and I have recommended them.

My experience with Granite Transformations was horrible, I would never recommend using this company or their product. Very overpriced, workmanship poor, and customer service worse I've ever dealt with. We have many problems with our counter and has never been fixed. Slanted, collects water behind sink and spots of color that don't match. We are just really upset that we used this company or this product.

My wife and I were very pleased with the work done by Granite Transformations. The salesman's knowledge was very constructive in helping us decide colors for the counter top and backing. The installation crew were friendly and left the premises clean and ready for use. I would certainly go back to them when the time comes for more renovations.

My first experience wasn't the best as far as the administration staff. However, the actual installation of the tub liner and marble surrounding the tub was wonderful. The installers were very professional, friendly and did a great job. My second experience was much better with the administration staff and the installers for the counter top and sink installation were amazing. Excellent experience! Requested several samples, which we received and then scheduled meeting for measurements and finalize project details. Installers arrived on time, and completed the install in less than an hour. We are very pleased with their work and professionalism.

I had Granite Transformations' help for my counters. The sales rep that I talked with was a former student of mine, he was knowledgeable, explained the product well. No problem there. I talked with the installation team a few times about different things and everything went well. They did their job properly and left no mess, and everything was hunky-dory. I guess the only thing was that the paperworks took a while to get to me, the receipts and all that because they send it after the job is done. But overall it went very well. No problem, no complaints.

I had heard about Granite Transformations on TV. The salesman that came to the house was very professional. The quotes that were given were accurate. The timing was amazing. They came and did the template on a Friday and installed the new countertops the following Tuesday morning. It took about 2 hours in total. I did not have to empty my cabinets, just clear the stuff off the top of the counters. It was so quick and easy, not like regular countertop installation. I got the recycled glass countertops, which are beautiful and totally upgraded my kitchen. No seams in the countertops at all. Perfect!

We were kind of halfway looking at granite and there was a lady that worked at one of the granite places that told us about Granite Transformations. We told her what we were looking for and that we didn't want anything really heavy because we have wooden floors, and she told us about it. We got cabinet tops from them. All of the sales representatives that we had any contact with were very nice, very polite, very helpful. We were satisfied. The installation team was very professional. They were really careful about keeping everything clean. We are very satisfied with them and would suggest it to other people. We've had several people come in and look at it, and everyone likes it.

We love what they did for our kitchen countertop. It was great for the most, other than the guy that put it in didn't have something protective for the floor.

From going into the saleroom to the appointment, the whole experience was good. They came out when they said they were going to. It was a pretty big project and they thought it would take one day, but it took two days. But that was okay too because I was prepared for that in my own head. They were excellent, timely and efficient.

We bought a new house and really wanted to get new countertops and keep our cabinets. Granite Transformations had what we were looking for so we decided to go with them. We got our countertops and our bar done with the recycled glass and got a new sink. It was a very good experience working with them. Everybody was awesome from the plumber to the installer to Kevin. Everyone was really nice, very respectful, helpful and worked quickly. We love everything about our whole experience and we're really happy with the end result. We get comments all the time about how beautiful they are and it was a good decision all the way around.

I had a pretty good experience with Granite Transformations. People showed up when they were supposed to. The negative aspect wasn't necessarily their fault exactly. We just had a few concerns with getting the stove top to fit back in. I didn't have the stove there when they were there, and I had requested that they pull the granite back to the certain spot but they didn't seem to think I needed that. When I got the stove, I couldn't get it in, so they had to come back. I learned later that if I had the stove there, they would have got it in for me while I was there. Overall, I'm happy with the whole deal.

We were very pleased with what Granite Transformations did. I saw them in Home Improvement, a little magazine that comes out every month. We called them because we didn't want a major overhaul in our kitchen. We wanted to be able to do it easier and they seemed to be the way. The sales reps were super nice and the installation team was great. We called them back on a couple of things and had no problems at all. They were very helpful and did a very good job.

We had been here about a year and my friend Carol told me about Granite Transformations. She knew that my countertops were one of the things that are on my list to fix. The quality of the remodel was just fantastic. The salesman was terrific. The guys that came and did the work were terrific, and they went way above and beyond in doing our stuff, did extra things and spent extra time. A couple of things came up while they were here and they're “Not a problem. We can just do this and that.” They were marvelous, absolutely great. I had put off doing this project because I never thought I could afford to do anything this nice. So when it came along to being able, not only to afford it but to have such a great product, it was an awesome experience. And I have recommended them many times. I've shown this kitchen a lot.

Last year ordered a new countertop. Service awful. Never returned our calls. Product was late. We were given a sink that scratches easily (never offered a granite sink) - still waiting for someone to come and polish the sink. I will NEVER recommend.

We needed to convert a bathtub to a walk-in shower and that was one of the advertised services of Granite Transformations through Angie's List. So they redid a shower in my in-law's house. The sales people were excellent, very understanding of my situation and what I needed to do. It was a very pleasant experience. The installers were very good. We had a short timeline before my in-laws moved into their home and they were very punctual. We had a couple of issues that they took care of right away. It was an excellent job.

My journey with Granite Transformations began in the Spring of 2014. I read an article in the Ottawa Citizen regarding the Company and what they had to offer. I immediately began checking them out further and all I discovered was great. As I had bought my condo of 10 units 6 years ago all the units had the same cupboards, countertops, ceramic floors, carpet etc. I started by painting, having hardwood floors installed, crown mouldings but my kitchen definitely needed an uplift. The white cupboards and white back splash were fine but the counter had to go.

We have used Granite Transformations twice, and I've been very satisfied. The people were very pleasant, nice, and came when I needed them to. The installation team was very efficient and pleasant. Granite Transformations put on my kitchen and bathroom tops. I was amazed that they could build this in a shop then come and put it in my house, and it was so perfect. The sales representatives and the installation people were wonderful and I was very impressed because they knew what they were doing and did it in a timely manner. They treated me well and didn't get me out of my house for very long. I thought about changing one of my bathrooms colors, and they referred me to the owner. He said it could be done but I changed my mind. It is kind of a startling affair to get this, it so different than what I had. I just want people to realize what a bright company Granite Transformations is.

We went up to the Granite Transformations store and had been talking with the salesman. He was really nice and explained quite a bit and showed us what was in the store. The guy who came to install it up was great. The only thing that we didn't know is that we had to clean up underneath too because he had to cut a little bit old the counter top. They had told us only to clean up the top of the old ones so they would be able to work on it. It was little things that we were not prepared to do but it went really good.

Everybody that has seen my kitchen has loved it. That's thanks to Granite Transformations. I love them! We built my kitchen at my house 37 years ago and my Formica was in perfect condition. It just seemed so wasteful to have that all ripped out. The cabinet and stuff were all custom-made and they're still nice. My countertops were all built a little bit taller than most countertops so that you could stand up straight instead of having to bend over. I'm not that tall but I wanted them taller.

The counter tops are very attractive and easy to keep clean. The fit where various components meet are a perfect match. The sinks and taps are of excellent quality and attractive. The feature where the counter tops overlap the sinks is a real bonus eliminating the usual raised band around the sinks. We have received many compliments on the upgrades and expect the additions to be a selling feature in the future.

We are very pleased with the work that was done by Granite Transformations. It has been more than a year now and we love the transformation. We had loved our kitchen configuration but hated the out-dated look and cabinets and some counters. We didn't want to go through major renovations. It took Granite Transformations a week to do the work as we had a lot done. I found all of the staff to be very helpful and good at their jobs. From the beginning we found the process not too stressful as the salesperson had clear and great ideas. The office staff are professional and the workmen did great work. Everything went great. Granite Transformations remodeled my kitchen countertops and backsplash and it was really good. We had a little glitch on the backsplash but they solved it. They let me pick out something else. They were nice, courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves. We had a great experience with Granite Transformations. My husband knew the manager from there. They put countertops in our kitchen and it was good. The sales representative was very excellent in everything that he did. We met him at the home show and didn't know that he was from Granite Transformations. We talked to him and made an appointment for him to come to the house. The installation team was good. They were having a few problems with the wall coming off because we were putting the granite all the way up the wall, like as a backsplash. But other than that everything went well. We got in contact with Granite Transformations to have our kitchen redone. They did a good job. Their sales representatives were good--very knowledgeable and explained the products to us very well. The installation team was also knowledgeable. They are still not finished yet though. I still have some stuff they've got to come back and finish. It's not done yet but so far they're good.

I referred two people and they both bought countertops from Granite Transformations and I was told I would receive a $50.00 check for each and I have not gotten anything. I first referred Jenny ** in Carthage Missouri and she had to drive to Kansas City to pick out her pattern. And she loves it but I was told since she lived in another state, I was out of luck on the $50 referral check. I also recommended Katie ** right here in Tulsa and her countertops were installed last October but I have not received anything. I love my countertops and thought your installers were fabulous, but I was lied to about the referrals so I am reluctant to refer anyone else. My install was done a year ago. January 27th I believe.

I purchased a bathroom vanity and was extremely pleased with the price, service, selection and especially the installation services. The installation posed some problems, but the installer persevered and did an excellent job, without any increase on cost.

Granite Transformations did our kitchen countertops. Most of our interactions with the sales representative were pretty good. It was a little high-pressured at the very end because in order to get to the deal you've got to basically sign today. That was the only part I didn't really care for, especially when it's a large purchase like that. My wife was there during installation as I was out of town. Everything went pretty smoothly, so there were no issues with that. Overall, they did exactly what they said they were going to do, so no real big issues.

Granite Transformations helped me with the countertop and sink and absolutely could not love it any more than I do. They were great, helpful and accommodating. My counter was really bad. I needed to have a counter and a new sink. Granite Transformations were great and did an excellent job. They got here at about 8:30, left at about 2:00 and everything works fine – this is the reason I wanted this system done. I didn’t want my kitchen torn apart. They were very efficient and I was very pleased. My son had a look at it and said that they did a really good job.

We needed the installation earlier than the expected 6 weeks and they did accommodate our request. We were equally impressed with the installers. They were knowledgeable, careful and took pride in the installation. While we needed a follow-up call because of a leaky faucet, they came and made the repair to our satisfaction. The installers also kept their word on when they would do the work, why it was taking longer than expected and arranged a suitable time to complete the job.

Want a kitchen makeover in half a day? This is the way to go! Dealing with contractors, is not my favorite pastime. I've been stood up, dissatisfied, and worst of all, even ripped off. But, I must say, working with Granite Transformations was refreshing. They showed up when they said they would (on time) and were a pleasure to deal with, from beginning to end. I was also pleasantly surprised with their follow up. The only weak point was that the sample and the installed product were not quite the same color. They were in the same tones however and it does work. Anyway, the final outcome looks gorgeous. All in less than 5 hours of installation! Two thumbs up.
