Granite Transformations removed my old sink, put in a new sink and did a terrible job. The granite has scars all over it. I was told it didn't chip and there was a big chip in it. I took a huge nice deep sink then I got this cheap stainless steel sink. If I had it to do it over, I wouldn't have touched it. I was ready to turn them in to the Better Business Bureau. The salesperson though was excellent and couldn't have been any nicer. She told me how everything's guaranteed and how wonderful everything was. So I said okay.

I work in a shop right next to Granite Transformations so I drive by their place every day to work. I had them install counter overlays on two kitchens. I liked the quality of the remodel they did and I think their product is a better option because they can get away with a lot less work than real granite and I can save some money. So it works in everybody's favor. The salespeople were super nice and knowledgeable. The kitchen was L-shaped and in its opposite corner is a little office desk between some cabinets. I was going to do one solid color but one of the ladies helped me come up with an idea to have the little desk area in a different color which actually worked out real nice.

A very professional company, performed work to a very high standard. Everything was done as promised. Work was done on time and my kitchen was neat and clean when work was completed. I would definitely recommend Granite Transformations...

We did a repair in our house to sell it. The product and the experience with Granite Transformations were good. They were very professional and were on time according to their schedules. I would recommend them.

Their sales representative gave me his best price. The installation team finished in three or four days and cleaned up afterwards. I went with Granite Transformations because it is cheaper than the regular granite slab but looks just as good. It's not the real thing but it's okay for my purpose.

And then the people from the installation team kept things clean. They were very nice, upbeat people, and I enjoyed their company. I like my remodel. It’s of good quality.

He was able to point out some differences between them and Slab Granite. He provided the good and bad points for each, and we were able to make our decisions off that. Also, the installation team was very courteous and polite. I could tell that they ran into some sort of issue, but they all worked together, got the template in, and it looks great.

Two of my neighbors had Granite Transformations put in their home so I called them too. I had a problem with one of my new colder faucets and the sales rep was very helpful when I called their office. The installation team was a couple of young guys and they were very efficient, cleaned up after themselves and knew what they were doing. I've only had the product for a little over a year, but I'm very satisfied with it.

The sales representatives from Granite Transformations were great. They explained everything to me thoroughly. Moreover, the installation team went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done right, that it was lined up well even if they needed to use a little more product. They also worked late and got it done very quickly. I was really happy with them and I love the quality of the remodel that they did.

Granite Transformations did a project for one of our primary homes. This is the second project that was done for us, but I'm annoyed the way this one worked. Orders got mixed up, the supply of the granite material was shipped incorrectly and it wasn't done on time. The installation was rocky, materials came out a couple of times and one seam in particular wasn't done right. Other than that, the sales reps are fine and the installation team were supportive.

I‘d recommend Granite Transformations. I have used them twice. The first time was when we lived in Kansas City about 3 years ago. We had them do our kitchen countertops. We actually visited their facility and picked out what we needed—the color and the type of covering—but we didn’t have much interaction with their sales team after that. The team that did the installation was very clean, neat, orderly, and polite. I’m very happy with everything they did. The second time was here in St. Louis. I took a tabletop to their facility, and they went ahead and covered the tabletop in a Granite Transformations covering. I’m very pleased with both remodels. There was very minimum maintenance and both have continued to look good through all the years. I’m considering using them again for another kitchen remodel that I’ll be doing here in St. Louis.

Granite Transformations did my kitchen and bathroom and the quality of the remodels were very good. I'm very happy and pleased. Also, they work with extra things. I bought a table for the kitchen area and I wanted it to be covered in the same material that I used in the kitchen. They don't normally do a little job like that because it's five feet by three but they said that since I'm a repeat customer, they'll do it. So I took the legs off and made them shorter and they came out and made a pattern. When they were ready, I went back with the legs back on and all because otherwise it would be too high and then they place it right over the top. It looked so nice because they all matched.

When we were considering to have our countertops re-laminated, I saw the ad from Granite Transformations on our local TV station and they had this backsplash that was amazing so I decided to go with them. I brought my drawings to Granite and asked for a rough estimate because I was having an estimate done by someone else for the laminates in our bathroom upstairs. We wanted to redo the kitchen and both bathrooms to match, but I was planning to put granite in our master bathroom only. Granite gave me the rough estimate, and I agreed to it. The rep asked me if I wanted to check with my husband first but I told her it was a done deal because I already estimated what the other company was going to come back at. And it was $150 more to have Granite Transformations come in, do all three rooms, and have new laminates plus one bathroom granite.

I’d recommend Granite Transformations. They’re very responsive. One of the pieces that they installed was something we asked about, and the following day, they came and repaired it. In fact, they put in a whole new piece in it. It changed the seam a little bit, but it fixed the problem with the color. That was pretty good.

Granite Transformations was recommended to us by someone at my husband's work. In turn, we have recommended them and a friend that we recommended them to had used them. Our interactions with the sales representatives were wonderful. Likewise, our interactions with the installation team when they came to our home were extremely nice. They were very professional. got the job done, and were very good all the time. They started working and cleaned up after themselves when they left. We love the quality of our remodel. It's been holding up, seams up well, and looks good.

My fireplace needed to be refaced so I contacted Granite Transformations. Their sales rep was very professional and did a great job. The installers cleaned up after themselves. I'm very happy with their work although there was an issue with a piece that broke but they came right out and fixed it. So I'm satisfied.

Hoss and Josh did an amazing job with our kitchen. They turned our choices from an old drab kitchen into a beautiful sparkling one. I am very happy with the job they did, with the time that it took and with how kind, friendly and pleasant the entire staff is. I wold be happy to recommend the company to anyone.

We wanted new countertops on our kitchen so we had Granite Transformations came in for a remodel and they did a beautiful job of replacing them. Although there were a couple of problems with the installation, they came back and fixed it right away. And, The quality of the remodel was outstanding and the price was wonderful. I would recommend them to anybody.

My experience with Granite Transformations is fabulous and it's the best I’ve ever had. The sales rep came out to the house, took a look, got measurements and gave us a quote and a ton of options. He also had samples and it was great. It was a learning experience for us and he was very knowledgeable. Also, the installation team knew exactly what they needed to do. The information passed down from the salesperson to the installer was phenomenal. They did everything as we had talked about with the salesperson and they worked clean. Granite Transformations was a referral from my mother-in-law. I appreciated the two salespeople I have dealt with. The woman was very forthright, as well as the man. But I really enjoyed dealing with the man. He was very honest, and he stayed true to the prices. He did a great job. He put all the information out there and answered all my questions. He took the time and I was very pleased with him. As for the installation teams, I was happy with the work that they did. It was actually the contractors I dealt with that were punctual. They showed up when they said they were going to show up, and I appreciated that. They were very professional. However, I wasn’t happy afterwards, when we were having other contractors coming because we were remodelling the entire house. It’s because of the backsplash behind the stove that goes all the way up to the vent above it.

It's been a year since I've used Granite Transformations. Their sales representative came to my home and presented me with different options. He was very professional and helpful. Moreover, their installation was very quick and neat, and their team was very professional. Everything turned out perfect and I loved it. Since I had it, I haven't had any problems. In fact, I've gotten tons of compliments about it. I recommended your company to different people. It was an overall great experience.

I'm a repeat buyer of Granite Transformations. I got a new townhome after my divorce and again had them came in to put new countertops and backsplash in the kitchen. I absolutely love the quality in both of my remodels from them. I'd recommend it to anybody. The people were great - there were two different guys who did my remodels and both were fantastic. And if I had any problems, they came back to fix it whether it be my fault or their fault. But, they were resolved very quickly without any out-of-pocket expenses.

The quality of the remodel by Granite Transformations could have been better. The adhesive that the installation team used got on my kitchen floor and it wouldn't come off and it messed up my kitchen floor a little bit and it's actually chipped since I've had it. And one of the installation crew who came out was knowledgeable but the other one was probably being trained. He tried to clean the adhesive off, but he told me there wasn't really anything that would take it off. And, I just didn't bother because I'm eventually replacing the floor. But had it been a brand new floor, then I would've pursued it a little better.

I asked a few questions with the sales representative, and I took some information home with me. We were gathering information about some remodeling from different companies and I read a lot of good reviews about them, so I had them come out and give us a quote. I have nothing but good things to say about the installer, Bruce. He’s great to work with. He was really friendly, professional, and he cleaned up after himself. I’m really happy with the quality of our remodel. It was what I was hoping for. It was a really good experience with Granite Transformations. I’d recommend them.

I work in the beauty industry and I was talking about getting granite, had gotten a price quote from one place but it was higher than I wanted to spend, and one of my clients said to try Granite Transformations. So I got an estimate from them and saw the product and decided to go with them.The quality was very good and the installers did a really good job and they did it in one day. They were very polite and gentlemen. Their sales representative was very nice too and very informative. I had some samples that I had gotten at Home Depot of the color I wanted and she brought me their samples. It was almost a perfect match of the color I was interested in and she explained everything thoroughly about the process. I'm very pleased with the finished product. In fact, I've gotten a lot of compliments about it.

I had great experience with Granite Transformations and I love the countertop that they put in. It's beautiful and it's exactly what I had in mind, it's easy maintenance. It spruces up my bathroom in my weekend cottage - where we had it installed. The guys who came all the way there to measure and then back to install were so kind, very professional and they were there when they said they would. It was all done in a very timely fashion. Also, the sales lady at the place was very nice and very helpful. I would go there again for sure. It was refreshing to do business with them because I don't find that so much anymore.

The sales rep was a good guy and very outgoing. He came to the house on our schedule and didn’t do a hard sell because I was interested already. And when the installation actually happened, there were very few questions because he had asked all the right questions and told us the right information during the initial visit. Also, the installation team was very understanding and they worked to give us 95% of what we wanted. We missed out the last 5% only because it wasn’t doable based on the shape and size of our kitchen. But they were very good. It’s still holding up well. I was getting bids on the kitchen, so I decided to get into contact with Granite Transformations. Their sales representatives were nice, and answered the questions I had. The installation team that came out said, “Hi! We’re here. We’re gonna do it,” and they cleaned up after themselves. I heard about Granite Transformations from a friend in Boulder, Colorado, who had it done before we did. We didn't like the countertop that we had previously as it was awfully bad and terrible. It was 10 years ago that we spoke with their sales representative. Granite Transformations has very good and knowledgeable people. They know all about their product, what they can and can't do with it. We were sold on the company and the product was great. It has been great all these times. We've had two different installations and the installation teams were very knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up and explained what they were going to do and when they were going to do it. Everything is perfect and exactly what we wanted. They were just wonderful.

I am a hundred percent in love with the whole company of Granite Transformations. They're great. They treated us wonderfully. The sales rep showed us different samples. It was in March when we had the remodel done. It's great and I love it. When I had a little problem (that was not to be a problem in the end) their staff came out. When I had their product for about three weeks, I had a spot on there that I couldn't get off. I thought it was something in the granite. One of their guys came out and he was very polite. He had some kind of cleaner and that took it right off. It turned out that I hadn't rubbed it with the right stuff. So everything's gorgeous - no problems at all. I've told everybody I know about it too. I've had some other people do some work like the showers. However, unlike Granite Transformations, I was unhappy with everyone else (aside from the sink guy) so I went very carefully with them until they satisfied everything.

Granite Transformations did our countertops, vent rooms, and a shower and did okay. The workers did good. However, when they put the sinks in, the cuts are not straight at all and it looks really bad. I wasn't happy with that and then I asked for some information to be sent to me about the care and how to keep it, what I can and can't use on it. They said they'd send it but we never got it.

I liked the fact that Granite Transformations could get it done in three days and it wasn't going to be a tear-out. The sales rep and I got along okay initially, but we had some mishaps that was disconcerting to me. I had made certain requests that did not get to the guys doing the job. First, I wanted to make sure that the new stove that I got was going to be pushed all the way back, but it wasn't placed correctly. They tried to fix it, but not the way I would have wanted. I talked to the sales representative about that ahead of time, we were on mark on that but it didn't happen.

This is our second time working with Granite Transformations. They did our kitchen at our previous home and we knew we want to work with them again so we had them work on our counters in my kitchen. The quality was very good and I love it! And all interactions I've ever had with them are very positive. I recommend them all the time.

The remodel is okay but I was expecting granite per se and got the finished look but one can tell it's an overlay. I thought they were putting in a solid slab of granite but overall they did a good job and they didn't have any differences. They took care of the place around them and where they were working at.

My colleague recommended Granite Transformations and we got them to do our kitchen. We only had one issue and it was a little bit at the end where they couldn't install the splash but the rest of it went fine. I like it.

I've had Granite Transformations for quite a while now. We bought a Villa that had the counter top. I wanted more work done like the backsplash installed. I wanted it matched with the previous tile and also asked for a countertop. The installation went fine. However, I talked to them about doing two bathrooms but the man in charge of the store was in and out. I felt like I wasn't a very important customer so I haven't done anything in there yet and I'm going to look at other surfaces.

My girl was there for the installation and she told me they were on time, did the work in timely manner, cleaned up whatever mess they made, and took extra time to make sure everything was filled in correctly. Granite Transformations did all my countertops in the kitchen and the quality has been great. People can't believe it's on top of my old countertops. I love it. The sales representative at Granite Transformations was really helpful in helping me pick the color. The colors I liked were nice but we had to put them up against the backsplash and it takes a little while and I got to really be sure because it's a big investment. The installation team was very professional, nice and friendly, especially the guy that came out and did all the measuring. They were very fine with the dogs and everything went well. I have referred them to other people.

This is the second time we have had Granite Transformations do work for us... once in Denver and now in Tucson. They are always on time, always professional and in both cases the work turned out perfect. Very well priced also.

Granite Transformations did my countertop but their plumbers weren't good. The sales representative was very informative and the installation guy was great. He did a good job. But he said that I have a nick by my garbage disposal and told me that I did it, but I told him I didn't. Now it looks like I have another little nick. I've only had the sink since May. They ordered the grates for me, which were fine, but they're a pain to put in the bottom of the sink. They said they could replace the sink, cut it out and do an overlay but I would have to pay for all the labor. I told him to take a hike. That's truly wrong.

Granite Transformations helped us with a countertop. When the salesperson came he had a few samples. We decided to look at the sink and afterwards, they gave us a price. We adjusted the price a little because my husband is going to make part of the counter, himself, and then they’re just going to finish off the rest. They’re not done putting everything in, but so far our experience with them is good.

Granite Transformations helped us with our countertops. However, they used glue and I noticed later that there were spots on my bathroom floor which were damaged by the glue. They also did not put in the backsplash that I ordered. They substituted it with a different one without asking. It was all right but it's not as nice as the one that I chose. It was about a six-inch high ornamental piece. There was no room for me to be watching, so I didn’t see it until it was all done. They didn’t ask if that was the wrong one, they just put it on. The total effect is fine though. I like it and it's durable, and they'd proven all the things they said it was.

My wife and I were very pleased with all the services from Granite Transformations. Everything from the initial visit to the final stages was professionally well done. We have no problem in recommending this product to our friends.

We had Granite Transformations do granite overlaying and the sales representative was very friendly and efficient, and nice. The installation team that came were really super nice young men and very courteous. If we came home and they had their boom box on, they always turned it down and changed the station first. The only thing is their seams weren't quite as good as we have hoped. And we found a couple of places of glue on our kitchen cabinet set we can't really get off but were going to replace those soon anyways so we weren't so concerned about that.

Delivered and installed as promised. Installers were courteous and professional. The only issue was from the main office when on the second day stated the shower door was not in and may be a few weeks out since they are all custom ordered. After I called and spoke to the person who answered the phone a shower door did show up within a couple of hours and the job was completed. Also, the salesman should not state no painting of existing room would be needed. The installers did make one small nick and a couple of scratches that were easily touched up with leftover paint.

Granite Transformations did our counters and backsplash. I had a great experience with them and all their guys were great. I would recommend them and in fact, I've been giving their cards out to friends when they ask about it.

We first heard about Granite Transformations when we were at the home fair down in San Diego. Their work was perfect. They came in one day, measured up, built it the next day, and just put it all together in the next day. They were out by noon. Nothing was destroyed in my kitchen and it was just great! We love it. I've recommended them to a lot of people.

Granite Transformations had a kiosk in Escondido in the North County mall a long time ago. At that time, we had our kitchen counters redone with Granite Transformations and we've had that forever. When we decided to do the fireplace, we thought that was a good way to go. Everything went along just seemingly with their people who came to do the installation. They were here when they said and they finished when they said it would be finished. Our fireplace looks absolutely beautiful and we've gotten lots of compliments on it. People think that it's real granite, like they're really expensive stuff. When I tell them that it was just put over the top of the bricks that were already on there, they are amazed.

The gentlemen from Granite Transformations were very nice and I do like the product. There's a couple of issues for me. I would like the underside finish better. I don't know if everybody is as particular but I had to have my son come back there because I like it to be more smooth. And stuff was falling out of there for a while. And I hate the sink. I made that decision but it was a big monetary difference. I just don't feel that it's properly cleaned. I had an enamel prior and I liked it much better. But I have recommended them. I've told my friends that I liked it. Its a lot easier upkeep than the tile was with the grout and everything. That's why I went to this procedure. But other than that, I'm not dissatisfied with it at all.

Granite Transformations helped me with a kitchen remodel. The technician I spoke to was great and the installers that came to my house to set it up were really good. There's just a couple of little spots that chipped off and there was a little leak on the pipe so it was all wet underneath it. But I just patched it down and other than that, they did great and I would recommend them.

They installed some recycled glass up in the bathroom which looked like granite and everybody admired it when they see it. I found the entire process with Granite Transformations to be a pleasure. The attention to my wants and needs during the sales process was fabulous, only to be outdone by the incredible installation team. Travis, BJ and Paco managed the installation of 8 tops in single day while at the same time managing a quality install that was seamless, (no pun intended). It is hard to find contracting talent that cares as much about the consumer as this team did. Great experience and have already recommended Granite Transformations to two people.

Granite Transformations did a dynamite job. They helped me with everything in the kitchen and bathrooms. Also, the owner was a real nice guy.

We got Granite Transformations to help us with our kitchen counters. The salesman we talked to was nice and we liked what he showed us. And the installers were polite, but we had to have a redo because they did a really bad job. It was 4 of them that came out to make the template and I was told that it would be a two-day job for the granite installation and another job to put the sink in. They came back the same day and they put it in which I thought was great although I did express some concerns. And then when I looked at it after they left, I was pretty unhappy because they put a white color of caulking in and said before they left that it's going to get darker as it dries. It didn't get darker and the way that the caulking was done was horrible.

Granite Transformations put in our kitchen counter and backsplash. Our interactions with the sales rep was great and the installers who came to our home and set all that up for us were nice. The work done seemed kind of rough though. I should call them back to fix it. There’s a couple of areas that bothered me because when you wipe it off it’s not smooth, it’s rough. It could be glue stuff on there or they might need to sand it more. But other than that, it was a great experience.

My husband and I came down here and we bought a house. We needed some tiles so my husband let Granite Transformations come over and give us a quote and we decided on this. They did my kitchen, bathroom countertops and also my flooring throughout the middle of the house. I hadn't had any flooring put down before and I didn't have any experience with tiles. Their products are good and the people that they hire to come are experienced too. Everything was $20,000. The sales representative that came out was really nice and was the one that I called when I got back here. We had a problem in the family and we couldn't come back down here to get it done right away after we ordered it. It was nine months before we go it installed because my sister got sick.

We heard about Granite through another contractor that was doing work on our condo that we were purchasing. We had them resize our cabinets and put a new backsplash in the kitchen. The sales representatives were very knowledgeable, polite, friendly and informative. We liked them a lot. Also, the installation team was hard working. Granite Transformations provided an excellent quality and service.

I've used Granite Transformations before. We'd seen billboard advertisements and we finally walked into their showroom in Nebraska and the guy was climbing up the ladder with a 16 pound bowling bowl and dropped it into a square of this granite and it didn't break. He took a blow torch and held it over the granite and it didn't leave a mark. After that, we were kind of sold. It was expensive though. Although it's probably more expensive than just a slate of granite, we don't have to do any care or feeding to it like those done with other marble and granite countertops. My wife said their installation team was professional. It took them a little longer than normal to install but they told us ahead of time how long it was going to take and it took exactly that long and they cleaned up after themselves. We're very pleased.

We had our kitchen counter and bathroom remodeled by Granite Transformations. It was good, although we had two issues right now that we haven't called about. One is on the outside of the breakfast bar where it has a scratch right at the top. I don't know how it got there but it's a little rough spot and over by the sink. When I wash, I could see a little break and seems like it's cracked. We don't know if it's all the way through. Other than that, it's wonderful. The guys that put it in were clean and we had no problems with them at all. We recommend Granite Transformations.

Not very responsive to customer's needs or phone calls. On day of scheduled installation, bathroom sink could not be found and faucet not ordered yet. Had to make another trip to house AFTER I called to find out where things stood! Installer promised a window sill to match counter tops for $50. I paid him but never got and owner would not refund my money. Owner said he was not responsible. I even tipped the installers very generously! Owner is extremely rude and store assistant not helpful at all. Would not recommend dealing with these people.

Granite Transformations did a very good job with the kitchen countertop replacement. They were competent and efficient. The interaction I had with their sales rep was a friendly encounter at home to look over the site and plan what the work would be. The installation team was cordial and everything went real smooth working in the house.

Granite Transformations did a magnificent job. The price seems perfectly fair, and I love it. The service was wonderful. They were really good guys.

I'd definitely recommend Granite Transformations because what they're doing is not easy to be done right. We needed a whole new countertop in the kitchen and also a new sink and a new faucet in the kitchen. The product was explained thoroughly and what we really liked about it was the fact that they didn't have to do any demolition. The very thorough guy came in, did the inspection and explained things quite well. He was a little concerned because there was a spot back underneath the counter he couldn't see behind the dishwasher.

My mother had some things installed by Granite Transformations and I had them do my countertop. I love it. Their sales representatives were very knowledgeable on their products. She took her time and explained about it and provided me with a lot of samples to go through. Their installation team was good, too. They answered a few questions that I had about the countertops and they were careful in pulling my stove and fridge out to make sure that they didn't scratch my new floor. They did an awesome job.

We had Granite Transformations remodel our kitchen countertops recently. We used them twice, the other one for another address, and we love it. The sales rep was here three different times because she knew the painter that would be able to match up the countertops with a contrasting color for the cupboards and the installer did a great job. The quality of the remodel is perfect, especially the backsplash, and my wife is very satisfied. Friends who have visited our house have commented on it and others have gotten them after we have recommended them.

My son told me about Granite Transformations, and the company as a whole is a hundred percent professional. The sales rep was easy to contact, and knowledgeable, and the installers did a very good job remodelling my cupboards and drawers, as well as putting a new countertop. Granite Transformations did a really good job with our countertops and backsplash in the kitchen. The sales rep gave us a two-hour presentation, showed us samples and explained everything to us. I had a question that he had to go the vice president of their company to get answered, but he got it answered for me. The installation team came out the day before the installation and did the measurements. They built a template of the countertops and then took that back to their shop, cut the granite, and brought it out the next day. They were quick, professional, completed the installation and cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased. We have recommended Granite Transformation to several of our friends.

I had Granite Transformations work on our countertops. The quality of the workmanship was good. However during the installation everything was all messed up. It's kind of due to too many jobs at once. They're stuck on another job. My sales representative Danny was good. He tried to help me out, but he just couldn't get this all together.

I got a new countertop installed by Granite Transformations. We have been looking at them for the last 5 years, and talking to them at the fair. We decided to have it done this year, and when the fair came around, we told them that we had it installed, and that we were happy with it. I like their countertop better than what we had before because it's more durable, and I like the idea of being able to put hot pans on them and not worry about coasters. The installation team was very friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up their mess. They put a gouge on my floor, but I wasn't too concerned about it because we had an annoying floor and I was going to replace it anyway. There were 3 or 4 of them there at the time, and they answered any questions we had, so we decided it would be a good thing.

Do not use this company. Poor quality materials. Told won't easily scratch but it does. I am a very careful person with everything and it scratched 2 times. They did not even caulk under cabinets completely. Poor luster and sheen on product. Told only after installation that it would not match sample. Oh really too late now. Leonard in customer service was rude and condescending. Wish I had never used them.

I heard about Granite Transformations from a friend and had them put granite over some tile that I had on my countertops - it's lovely. In addition, the sales representative that we talked to was great and gave us lots of choices and the installation team knew what they were doing. I had a very good experience with them overall and I like what they did.

I had Granite Transformations put new countertops, a new sink and garbage disposal, and I had a fireplace that they covered with their product. I dealt with the owner and his wife and they were very, very helpful. Their installation team was very friendly and nice. They kept everything well cleaned up as they worked and it turned out nice. Their workmanship was very good and I like the idea that it was able to cover the existing top without tearing out the other product and maybe damaging my tile in the backsplash. It was very professionally done so I was very happy about that. At this point, I haven't had any problems with the quality of the remodel. It’s very good product.

My cousin used Granite Transformations in his kitchen and w had them do the countertop in my brand new kitchen. I love what they did. It's well done and everybody is excited about it. It's just so good to have because I know it's not going to break, chip or do any of that stuff that granite does. I dealt mostly with the main person for Granite Transformations here in St. Louis. He was wonderful and answered all the questions. When you buy something new and starting from scratch, it can be a little scary but they made it very, very easy for me. It was an easy-peasy experience with Granite Transformations.

Granite Transformations gave me new kitchen countertops and it was excellent. Everything was pleasant with their sales representative. During the installation the plumber made a little mistake with the water and we had a large leak but the installation team cleaned it up very nicely, so I have no problems with them.

We got our countertop and backsplash from Granite Transformations. The backsplash is beautiful and I'm very happy with the countertop. However, the color is not consistent throughout and you can see a definite seam that is rough and I'm not extremely happy about that.

The product is nice. Ordering was a bit of a hassle. Did not have a sample to see off the cupboard doors we wanted to purchase. The showroom was extremely sparse and we were told the only catalog there was theirs and there wasn't any literature we could take home. We found out about the product at the Del Mar exhibit. We had a seam that did not line up and the attempt at a repair was worse. Joe was an expert at what he did, but his helpers were new and their craftsmanship was lacking. I called him for a follow-up that he was to do and left 3 messages but never got a callback to this day. I guess you are done with us??

Granite Transformations helped us with our bathroom counters. The remodel was excellent. Their sales representative was very helpful because he helped me plan all the things that we are going to do once we took possession of the house. The installation team was very kind and they showed up when they said they would.

We were having some reconstruction done and some guy told me about Granite Transformations. We had them put granite on our countertops and I like it. They did well and it was a very good experience all in all.

I saw Granite Transformations in a store in Madison, WI and looked at some of the products. They had samples that I liked and then my mother-in-law installed it down in Arizona over her countertop and I know that it can go over existing countertop, so that's what fit my need at the time. They did an overlay of a bench seating area that was like a pressboard that was getting water from plants. I needed something to cover that damage that had been done and I knew that Granite Transformations does that.

I had my kitchen countertops, new sink and faucet installed in February 2014. The sales staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me with my decision for new countertops. With their knowledge and experience I was able to make the best decision for the "transformation". The Installation crew came out shortly thereafter, made their measurements and returned when the countertops were ready for installation. The crew were courteous, professional and above all - cleaned up after themselves. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any one I know. As a matter of fact, after mine were done, a friend of mine that had been debating on whether to use them or not, called them the day after she saw the work they had done for me.

The granite is beautiful - a great upgrade from the old tile and we didn't have to have our kitchen torn out to get it done. Everyone was professional. Other companies insisted we do other work before they would do the countertops. We got the countertops we wanted that made our cabinets pop.

The guys from Granite Transformations were exceptional. They came out twice to the house because we kept changing our mind about the color. They kept in touch with us by phone and accommodated a scheduled change with us. They were neat, polite, and were meticulous. They had me look at the whole thing at the end, and I found one little spackling and they got it off for me. They absolutely went over and above, and were very professional. The countertop and the backsplash that they did were absolutely wonderful. I love it and would definitely recommend them.

Have done both baths and the kitchen counters. Hopefully next year I'll be able to get my cabinets redone. Can't wait! Love Granite Transformations.

My co-worker introduced me to Granite Transformations. She had work done in their house. She told me how good they were and she was pleased with them so I thought I'd give them a try. I'm very happy with the kitchen countertop. They look good and were professionally put in. I like them a lot. The gentleman that came to put the granite countertop was very nice. Their sales representative was very nice too, and answered my questions. She was very cooperative and knows what she's talking about. The installation team was very professional, kind and talkative. They told me exactly what they were going to do. I would recommend them again to anybody. It was a very good experience all throughout.

In general, the experience with Granite Transformations was acceptable all the way up until I was signing the final paperwork to let the crew go. I had signed my name and then spotted the crack in the counter top. They would have known about the crack but did not tell me. It's not that easy to spot. I was tired of having my kitchen down, so I let it go. Nobody ever called to discuss the issue. They just hoped it would go away. I do love the look of the "granite". We had over 100 square feet to cover, so it was a cheaper option for us. Sometimes you get what you pay for...

After the job was done, I emailed Chuck inquiring why there were small plastic inserts put in drawers in front of sink. I did not hear back from him. I assumed that the same size of insert that was there before, would be put back. We were not here when they were installed. I would like to have had a larger insert for rubber gloves. Overall the job they did was great. Thanks.

I would like to know though of some suggestions on how to clean the countertops.

I love our kitchen countertop done by Granite Transformations. It's a very good product and I get many compliments on it. Plus, everyone that I worked with was very cordial, professional and did everything in a timely manner. I was not here the day they came which worried me a little bit because I'm kind of a control person, but I came home to a beautiful countertop and everything was cleaned up. I didn’t have to do anything after they left. It was perfect and I got what I bargained for. I have recommended Granite Transformations. They are definitely trustworthy and reliable. I would do it again.

The counter tops are beautiful and the seam is almost invisible. The back splash is a different story. It came in one piece already grouted. The installers were unable to install it in one piece so they had to cut it down the middle. The seam is very visible and the tiny tiles are not lined up well. I see it every time I stand at my sink, and every time I see it I wish I would have not chosen the little tiles. The contract states that the seams are not warranted.

We had Granite Transformations do our kitchen countertops and sink, initially. Recently, we also had them do our half-bath countertop. We had Keith come out and quote us for both of the projects. They framed it out the first day and then installation was done the second day. Each job was done in two days and the quality was very well. Granite Transformations was excellent and professional.

The installation went well and fast. There is one problem with the counter. There are some spots. When I clean it and wet it does not show but when it gets dry, some round spots appears. It seems that as the time passes there are more coming. Can you polish it or do something to fix it? I hate complaining and know it's guaranteed for life, I hope you can fix this.

I contacted Granite Transformations because I needed a specific countertop and they were the distributor. They ended up doing my kitchen countertop and the quality of the remodel was fine. It was a decent experience. They did a good job.

I have a "U" shaped kitchen. I purchased a Granite cabinet top and backsplash. Installation was completed several years ago. I have no complaints. Granite top has performed flawlessly. The installers did a very nice job, made no mess, everything is perfect. Thank you.

I enjoyed the experience with Granite Transformations. The man came the day before and a couple of hours later, he left. He came back, and they installed it and did a nice job. It's wonderful as I don't have to clean grout. I just wipe off the counters. I'm very happy with them.

I’ve had them come out three times to do my work with them and they responded quickly to my request. Plus, the countertops that they did were very nice and well received. We were very happy with the kitchen countertops. The workmen were capable and thorough and we have had no problems. Our only complaint was that the regular plumber was sick and we were sent an incompetent boy who did everything wrong and no one was sent to correct it. However overall we were happy with Granite Transformations.

It's been several years since we had work done by Granite Transformations. Based on our experience with them, I was surprised to receive a survey. There were a total of four visits to our home by the Granite Transformations personnel. The first one was by a salesperson and went very well. After discussing our wants with her, we obtained an address for one of their showrooms and went out to it in order to see first hand larger sizes than the small samples a salesperson carries. The visit to the showroom went quite well and we learned some valuable additional information.

I would not recommend Granite Transformations. When my countertops were finished I found chips of a different color in all my countertops ($8,000 job). I was told they were defective and would have to be replaced. Now a two day job became a four day job and they had the nerve to ask me for the full billed amount.
