I decided to get new countertops, and the Granite Transformations sales reps came out and gave me a price. They stuck to their price, and did what they said they would do. I'm very happy with the entire transaction with the sales team and the finished product. It's nice looking.

Outstanding customer service and product workmanship!!!

We were having some reconstruction done and some guy told me about Granite Transformations. We had them put granite on our countertops and I like it. They did well and it was a very good experience all in all.

I love Granite Transformations. Their sales rep was a very nice young man and their installation team was very neat and good. The countertop is great, and I'm completely satisfied. I've recommended them to everybody that I talked to.

I saw Granite Transformations in a store in Madison, WI and looked at some of the products. They had samples that I liked and then my mother-in-law installed it down in Arizona over her countertop and I know that it can go over existing countertop, so that's what fit my need at the time. They did an overlay of a bench seating area that was like a pressboard that was getting water from plants. I needed something to cover that damage that had been done and I knew that Granite Transformations does that.

I had my kitchen countertops, new sink and faucet installed in February 2014. The sales staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me with my decision for new countertops. With their knowledge and experience I was able to make the best decision for the "transformation". The Installation crew came out shortly thereafter, made their measurements and returned when the countertops were ready for installation. The crew were courteous, professional and above all - cleaned up after themselves. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any one I know. As a matter of fact, after mine were done, a friend of mine that had been debating on whether to use them or not, called them the day after she saw the work they had done for me.

The granite is beautiful - a great upgrade from the old tile and we didn't have to have our kitchen torn out to get it done. Everyone was professional. Other companies insisted we do other work before they would do the countertops. We got the countertops we wanted that made our cabinets pop.

The guys from Granite Transformations were exceptional. They came out twice to the house because we kept changing our mind about the color. They kept in touch with us by phone and accommodated a scheduled change with us. They were neat, polite, and were meticulous. They had me look at the whole thing at the end, and I found one little spackling and they got it off for me. They absolutely went over and above, and were very professional. The countertop and the backsplash that they did were absolutely wonderful. I love it and would definitely recommend them.

Have done both baths and the kitchen counters. Hopefully next year I'll be able to get my cabinets redone. Can't wait! Love Granite Transformations.

My co-worker introduced me to Granite Transformations. She had work done in their house. She told me how good they were and she was pleased with them so I thought I'd give them a try. I'm very happy with the kitchen countertop. They look good and were professionally put in. I like them a lot. The gentleman that came to put the granite countertop was very nice. Their sales representative was very nice too, and answered my questions. She was very cooperative and knows what she's talking about. The installation team was very professional, kind and talkative. They told me exactly what they were going to do. I would recommend them again to anybody. It was a very good experience all throughout.

In general, the experience with Granite Transformations was acceptable all the way up until I was signing the final paperwork to let the crew go. I had signed my name and then spotted the crack in the counter top. They would have known about the crack but did not tell me. It's not that easy to spot. I was tired of having my kitchen down, so I let it go. Nobody ever called to discuss the issue. They just hoped it would go away. I do love the look of the "granite". We had over 100 square feet to cover, so it was a cheaper option for us. Sometimes you get what you pay for...

After the job was done, I emailed Chuck inquiring why there were small plastic inserts put in drawers in front of sink. I did not hear back from him. I assumed that the same size of insert that was there before, would be put back. We were not here when they were installed. I would like to have had a larger insert for rubber gloves. Overall the job they did was great. Thanks.

Granite Transformations did a great job. We love it and if I had anything like this to do again, I’d call them.

Granite Transformations did our countertops. We contacted them because they could cover our counters without having to remove everything. We appreciated that their sales representative was knowledgeable and very pleasant. She made us feel very comfortable in asking what we needed to know and she had all the answers. The quality of the remodel, beginning with their installation, has been marvelous. The men who did it were very professional. They came in, did what they needed to do and didn't leave any kind of mess. We couldn't have asked for a more user or patron-friendly company. I would like to know though of some suggestions on how to clean the countertops.

We visited my brother-in-law in Kansas City and he was praising Granite Transformations. Then we came back, talked to some people and found the very same reaction. We decided to have our kitchen countertop remodelled by them and it was great. The sales representatives were very good and the installation team were customer-oriented and very amiable. They were here for two days because we have a huge kitchen. They were very good at customer relations and we were extremely pleased customers with the entire operation.

They were super - fast, efficient, friendly, everything, and they were done in 2 hours. I told all my friends about them. My little sister called them and had some work done. I told my brother and he’s gonna have some work done, too. We’re definitely happy as hell with Granite Transformations.

We had a great experience with Granite Transformations. They put the granite over my kitchen tiles. The remodel, in terms of quality, was fine and all exchanges with the sales representative went well.

The work Granite Transformations did on our new kitchen countertop had exceptionally good quality, I love it. Their installation team was so efficient. They came about 8:30, a little bit early, which was wonderful. They also cleaned up before they left. There was no mess, no fuss. They were like poetry in motion, I couldn't recommend them more highly. I'm very satisfied with Granite Transformations.

I love our kitchen countertop done by Granite Transformations. It's a very good product and I get many compliments on it. Plus, everyone that I worked with was very cordial, professional and did everything in a timely manner. I was not here the day they came which worried me a little bit because I'm kind of a control person, but I came home to a beautiful countertop and everything was cleaned up. I didn’t have to do anything after they left. It was perfect and I got what I bargained for. I have recommended Granite Transformations. They are definitely trustworthy and reliable. I would do it again.

The counter tops are beautiful and the seam is almost invisible. The back splash is a different story. It came in one piece already grouted. The installers were unable to install it in one piece so they had to cut it down the middle. The seam is very visible and the tiny tiles are not lined up well. I see it every time I stand at my sink, and every time I see it I wish I would have not chosen the little tiles. The contract states that the seams are not warranted.

We had Granite Transformations do our kitchen countertops and sink, initially. Recently, we also had them do our half-bath countertop. We had Keith come out and quote us for both of the projects. They framed it out the first day and then installation was done the second day. Each job was done in two days and the quality was very well. Granite Transformations was excellent and professional.

The installation went well and fast. There is one problem with the counter. There are some spots. When I clean it and wet it does not show but when it gets dry, some round spots appears. It seems that as the time passes there are more coming. Can you polish it or do something to fix it? I hate complaining and know it's guaranteed for life, I hope you can fix this.

I contacted Granite Transformations because I needed a specific countertop and they were the distributor. They ended up doing my kitchen countertop and the quality of the remodel was fine. It was a decent experience. They did a good job.

I have a "U" shaped kitchen. I purchased a Granite cabinet top and backsplash. Installation was completed several years ago. I have no complaints. Granite top has performed flawlessly. The installers did a very nice job, made no mess, everything is perfect. Thank you.

I enjoyed the experience with Granite Transformations. The man came the day before and a couple of hours later, he left. He came back, and they installed it and did a nice job. It's wonderful as I don't have to clean grout. I just wipe off the counters. I'm very happy with them.

The sales and installation team of Granite Transformations were very professional, clean, quick and did a good job. I’ve had them come out three times to do my work with them and they responded quickly to my request. Plus, the countertops that they did were very nice and well received. Everything has been wonderful with our experience with Granite Transformations. I have recommended them and several of my neighbors have used them already.

We were very happy with the kitchen countertops. The workmen were capable and thorough and we have had no problems. Our only complaint was that the regular plumber was sick and we were sent an incompetent boy who did everything wrong and no one was sent to correct it. However overall we were happy with Granite Transformations.

Granite Transformations worked on my new countertop and backsplash and they did a high-quality job. The sales rep that I talked to was very friendly and on time. She sat down with us and I had no problems with her. Moreover, the installers who did the remodel were good and also prompt.

It's been several years since we had work done by Granite Transformations. Based on our experience with them, I was surprised to receive a survey. There were a total of four visits to our home by the Granite Transformations personnel. The first one was by a salesperson and went very well. After discussing our wants with her, we obtained an address for one of their showrooms and went out to it in order to see first hand larger sizes than the small samples a salesperson carries. The visit to the showroom went quite well and we learned some valuable additional information.

I would not recommend Granite Transformations. When my countertops were finished I found chips of a different color in all my countertops ($8,000 job). I was told they were defective and would have to be replaced. Now a two day job became a four day job and they had the nerve to ask me for the full billed amount.

Unfortunately, I was not totally satisfied with this company. When my salesman quoted me, the price seemed high. I asked him if there was any wiggle room. He made a comment that his time is money and it costs for him to come to my house. It just seemed inappropriate to say that to me. He could have just said no. Also, they measured the slab wrong. I have a 2" gap on either side where it meets the wall. They tried filling in it with real thick caulk, but the caulk started to come out after a year or two. I called them and asked them to come out and fix the caulk. They accused ME of pulling it out! I had to pay my handy man to fix it. Plus I couldn't get anyone to call me back about the caulk problem originally. I personally would not deal with this company again.

I loved my installer, BUT at the original appt was talked into a garbage disposal that was ENTIRELY too big! When the installer & I saw how big it was, he called the owner & was told I would be charged a $75 restocking fee! I now wish I would've shopped around before scheduling with the first company I called! Oh well, live and learn.

TV and sales brochures show counter top made to fit over existing counters. None of the ones that were installed were over - they all are pieced and glued edged. It has been about 2 1/2 months and the counter can be cleaned then 20 minutes later they feel like super fine sand has been spilled on them. Wipe it with your hand you feel it but can't see it, it's so fine. Also the sample that was displayed when sale was being made was baby butt smooth and shiny - the one installed is not smooth. There is some shine but nothing near the degree of the sample shown to me. In good conscience I could not recommend Granite Transformation to anyone.

Employee took several items from my house and was caught by the cops for stealing out of several houses. What upset me was the manner in which the owner started off by telling me what he was responsible for (legally) and what I was responsible for, like I may sue him. He should have started off the conversation with an apology, offer to do more work at a discount. Try and regain respect for his business and win a cash paying customer back. Now I tell everyone not to use him only because of the way he treated me.

Chuck and team did a great job with my kitchen! I am extremely please and would recommend Granite Transformations to friends and family!

We are very happy with the countertop we purchased. What was not good was the prep work the day before. Unorganized and amateur. The day of the install, the worker claimed the space wasn't as it should be and wouldn't do the work. We waited 3 weeks for a new date to install. The company manager was unreasonable and unaccommodating. To the point he will not honor our guarantee. I cannot recommend this Granite Solutions store.

I am still very pleased with the company, product, representatives. We were blessed with a custom backsplash, counters, double sink and a professional grade sprayer and a customized center island with matching granite top. They were in and out so quickly and efficiently. All the staff were a delight to work with! They backed their warranty up one year later, fixed a granite issue in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend them and have!

It was very positive with Granite Transformations. I love it. They are what they were advertised. They come in and out, 24 to 48 hours, instead of turning up your house. I would recommend them.

I had such a great experience with the team at Granite Transformations! They were so easy to work with from the start, and make the job as easy as could be from start to finish. I would and have recommended them for friends and family!

Was greatly disappointed with the backsplash install - shoddy workmanship. Felt the local company did not take responsibility for the quality of this work and placed the blame on me for changing the work order to include more mosaic tile. There was some re-do but have placed a picture over the area that is not lined up properly to hide the errors. The countertop install was okay. Will not utilize company for future projects. This project in 2013 was my second project with G/T.

They were very professional and the job well done.

Working with Dan was easy and he did not do any high pressure selling. The time between ordering and installing was reasonable. My results are beautiful. There was a problem with a couple of the cabinets but they did not flinch at reordering to make the finished product perfect. The price for granite and cabinets was fair. I would readily recommend Granite Transformations.

Granite Transformations installed a small kitchen counter plus two bathroom counters in our condominium. There was a high degree of professionalism, attention to detail. Service was prompt and the results were excellent!

We bought a house with a 40-year-old Formica and so it needed to be updated. We had Granite Transformations do our kitchen, and it was a very positive experience. The lady who initially came (who I believe was the owner of the franchise) as well as the installation team were wonderful. The quality of the remodel was very good.

We were not completely satisfied because of the delay in not having all of the materials. All of the installers were great and helpful.

I choose granite for my kitchen counters. It was installed within a day and it looks fantastic. I had my island extended by 10" so I had to install brackets to secure the 15" overhang. They wouldn't do that part, but I'm very satisfied with my new look!

We were very happy with Granite Transformations and will certainly contact them again for other projects. They completed the job professionally and on time. The recycled glass countertops are beautiful and easy to care for.

The guys at Granite Transformations were on time every day, did a good job, and answered all our questions. We liked the counter, and everything seemed to go fine. I’d recommend them to a friend.

The top of the counters and the backsplash look very good. The installer did not completely fill in under the counter top. I called and someone was sent out to fill in the areas that had been missed. I was told to let the fill dry for several hours before touching it. After the second try there were still some areas that were not filled in or were not smooth. I could not check for smoothness until the material had dried. When I called again, I was told that a person would be sent this time but for any other return calls, I would be charged for a service call.

I saw at a home show several years ago. Loved the recycled glass counter tops. I have had the recycled glass counter tops in my kitchen and bathroom since then. No upkeep, can cut on them and put pans from the oven on them (under 500 degrees). Two of my friends have since ordered (based on my experience). They love the recycled glass also. The employees were all wonderful and very professional. The installers besides being great, really cleaned up after the job was completed.

I got Granite Transformations when I bought my home in 2010 - old formica in the kitchen had to go! I looked at granite, but the cost was prohibitive, so I looked for alternatives and Granite Transformations fit the bill! Great workers, work done in one day, they cleaned up everything, and it was easy! This countertop is the BOMB! I can place hot items directly from oven directly on the counter. I can cut veggies on the counter, it cleans like a breeze - I could not be happier with a countertop (granite notwithstanding could not take a hot cookie sheet at all!). This is one of the best investments I've made in my house and I highly recommend!

The guy who installed our kitchen countertops was pretty good. They put up a tent to work at because it was rainy that time. That all worked out. But there was a mismeasurement and there was a problem with the sink. We weren't told about the hook up underneath the sink and that there was money involved in that. There was also a sales representative from Granite Transformations who doesn't know what she was doing. But from what I understand, she's no longer with them. Other than these little problems, the quality of the countertops in our kitchen was good after it was remodeled.

We had a little problem with the warping of the wood underneath that we had to redo and Linda was absolutely wonderful about taking care of everything. I'm extremely pleased with Linda's follow through and caring attitude towards what I wanted to replace the countertop with. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the original granite that I wanted and so we used a different one but the installers were wonderful, polite, caring, and delightful to work with. Everything having to do with Granite Transformation was an extremely pleasant experience. I've recommended them to my real estate company and I would highly recommend it to all of my clients.

While we like our counter tops and the sales person did an outstanding job, the installation process was sloppy. I settled for a lesser job than I paid for. When the installation was not correct then instead of Granite Transformations coming right back in to correct the work, we had to wait. A one day job turned into one month and still not right. Sorry. No recommendations from us.

I'm very satisfied with Granite Transformations. I had a tiled kitchen countertop that my late husband used to maintain. I scrubbed it so hard to get it clean and the grout was disappearing and I couldn't replace it. I got in contact with Granite Transformations and the people there were very good and so far I like the quality of the remodel they did. However, only time will tell.

Granite Transformations did our countertop. We got the black but we have to really polish it. It showed a different color in it like a gold, or dark black and light black. There are a lot of white spots in it too which I don't like because it looks like there's stuff like bread crumbs on the countertop. My husband wished he would have gone with the regular granite for the price that we paid for. Other than that, we do like them. We're old so it'll last us the rest of our life.

The job was perfect. My kitchen is beautiful. George, Noel and Hoos were wonderful to us. They did everything we asked them and were courteous and polite. They were very clean. No mess no cleanup ever. I would recommend your company and these men. Thousand times. Thank you so much for making this old lady very very happy with my new kitchen.

Our kitchen countertop was getting bad so we contacted Granite Transformations. Talking to their sales rep was good and my wife says she liked the people who came to do the installation and how they went about it. The remodel's really good. The only problem was that the faucet they installed was not the right one so they had to get another. The faucet keeps on loosening up that I had to get underneath to tighten it up. It's tightened now but gets loose in the morrow.

The redo that we're having made through Granite Transformations seems to be doing okay. The sales rep was not pushy in any way and the installers were good, professional and courteous. They had to reinstall it completely because the counter started lifting up. But I got good response from them - they came out and took care of the problem. The wife likes the countertop; I'm waiting to see if it holds up the second time.

We purchased granite countertops Granite Transformations and they did a good job. Their sales rep was awesome, and I like the quality of the remodel.

We were renovating our kitchen, and a friend of mine referred Granite Transformation to us because they used them before and thought that they were good. We hired them and they gave us a reasonable price. The sales rep was great and the people that worked on the remodeling did the job professionally and thoroughly even they had some complications when they got here. They did a great job, but I'm waiting for Granite to call me back because they have to come back and do a repair.

Images of the last two projects completed were taken by Granite Transformations for use in promotion literature. The representatives who conduct the measuring requirements and the install team are precise. They do the job right the first time. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the work-site when completed. The team approach the projects as if they are working on their own home.

Granite Transformations did the hearth floors on our fireplace. Everything from the workmanship to the attitude of the people has been great. I've already recommended them to people.

I've had my countertops for 8 years and I've been happy with the remodel done by Granite Transformations. I'm not a big cook and I don't beat it up that much but it's been durable. I did have a problem and had to call a store that's 50 miles away because the store that I bought my countertops from is no longer open as most of them are already closed around here. It took me a very long time to get a response and aside from them not calling me back, the associate that I spoke to seemed to be not real clear on their procedures. She couldn't answer any questions - everything had to come from her boss.

Granite Transformations helped me with my kitchen countertop. Their sales representative was very friendly and nice. The young kid who installed our countertop was also very professional. I was amazed that they could do what they could do. There are no problems so far after our countertop was remodeled. I only have one comment though. We went to one of the showrooms on a Saturday and the girl knew nothing. She couldn't explain some products. I had to go back another week when the owners were there. They needed a more knowledgeable person there on the weekend.

My experience was fine. The men worked hard and warned me that there would be a seam. However, it's disappointing since the seam is very visible on a light color as well as compared to a seam that I had before.

The whole process was very easy and professional. We love the way our kitchen looks!

Every step of the process was wonderful. From the initial sales call to the installation, every part was professional, accurate, and included extra touches (at no extra charge). Kitchen countertops, breakfast bar, and all back splash areas look absolutely wonderful. This is the third time I have used Granite Transformations and Linda and her team exceeded all expectations.

We had our kitchen counters done and love them. We have recommended this product to many of our friends. People have been very impressed with the look and quality. I love it because I didn't have to dispose of our old counter. Our salesperson came to our house with her samples. We did not have our counters installed yet and had a sample. She was able to help us pick out the best color and product. It is beautiful. The gentleman were professional and worked diligently to stay on track. The one thing that we have struggled with is a call back from our salesperson after the install was done. We just have a simple question.

My overall experience with Granite Transformations has been very good, we were very pleased. We recommend them.

This is the second time we have used them. Beautiful work, precisely fabricated and installed. Only problem is that some cutting was done onsite, leaving white powder on everything - every dish, glass, pan, floor, appliance. No tarping or request upon ordering that we remove everything from every drawer and cabinet beforehand. We would have done that. Called to complain. Promised $100 toward cleaning services. Never received anything.

I needed a bathroom vanity changed. The Granite Transformations sales rep was very helpful and informative, and the transaction went very smoothly. The quality is amazing. My only issue is that the selection was a bit limited compared to real granite.

I love the bar top, but when they installed it they had it on and fitted, then took it off and cut the piece in half, so now I have a seam that doesn't look too bad, but I feel it doesn't have to be there.

I love the look, ease of installation, and the total price. GT gave me the granite look without the granite investment. I have recommended the product to lots of friends. I wish the installers would have vacuumed my cabinets after installation. Otherwise, TWO THUMBS UP!

I needed an updated countertop but had a tight budget. Granite Transformations gave me the look I wanted at a fraction of the cost of slab granite. They were easy to work with from start to finish. Very professional. I highly recommend. The countertop looks amazing and is much easier to care for than slab granite.

We needed to update our counter tops, but did not want the expense or the necessary care granite requires. We saw what Granite Transformations was able to do for friends and were very pleased. We had Granite Transformations install new tops in our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. We could not be happier. They look great and there are no extra requirements for care. We were able to update the kitchen and 3 bathrooms for the same cost of granite in kitchen only. We recommend Granite Transformations to anyone who plans to update their homes.

The installation guys from Granite Transformations were really good to work with, and they did a really great job. They seemed knowledgeable, quick and sociable. Overall, it was a good experience.

Granite Transformations did a great job on my backsplash. They did the measurements, tore off the old tile and cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with the whole concept of their work and would highly recommend them.

I had used Granite Transformations before. They put in countertops for me, and this last time I wasn’t satisfied with what they’ve done. The installer didn’t put the sink in correctly. It had a shadow where you could see on the lip of the counter that shouldn’t be there - it should be in line with the sink. They wanted to fix and regrind it, but it will make a mess and I didn't want that so they gave me some of my money back. I’d recommend them to other people, but I’d also warn them to be careful on how they're installed.

Salesperson was awesome during consultation, no pressure but great info. to help me make an informed decision. Installers were fantastic. I did a re-face of cabinets and new counter/sink. So much to choose from. I have recommended them to all my neighbors.

Did not receive the proper countertop - the one received did not match the existing backsplash. Ordered new backsplash but the installation was terrible. Overall very disappointed. I had other work done at my previous two homes which was great - will no longer deal with GT even though I must replace the backsplash. Everyone that sees the work totally agrees that I should replace.

Worst installation I have ever seen. Measurements were wrong, backsplash was not finished properly, had to cut into our door frame to fit the counter. I would not recommend Granite Transformations.

Completely happy with the product! Our fireplace looks great! Our only criticism is it took a long time between measuring and completion without us being kept up to date on the delay.

A property manager in our company told me about Granite Transformations, and I liked the work that they did. I manage commercial properties at southern Madison, and got Granite Transformations to work on my building. The sales rep did a wonderful job. I gave her the idea of what I wanted and she set it all up. We got access into the building after hours and the installers came in, did their job and cleaned up. They did a good job. It held up and looks nice. We’d definitely recommend them.

Excellent from start to finish. At no point were we pressured to make a purchase. Jennifer came to our home and her advice was invaluable in helping us select our countertop. Installers were friendly, took extreme care with their surroundings and by the time they left everything was back to normal with the addition of a beautiful countertop. We were very impressed with the fact that we had nothing to do. They cleaned up after themselves and everything was left spotless. Would highly recommend to anyone. Wonderful experience. We wanted a white kitchen instead of oak so we contacted Granite Transformations - we saw them on a morning show on Channel 6. They were wonderful. We didn't change any of the setup in the kitchen but we refaced, retiled, and put in two new countertops, sinks, taps, and two bathroom floors. Overall, the remodel was excellent.

Ordered new sink and countertops 1/5/15. Installed 2/4/15. Seam on countertop very visible. Within one month, both bowls of sink scratched terribly. Called Granite Transformations - Marie in office. Eventually came out and filled in seam adequately, but was told they would do nothing about sink. 18 gauge stainless steel and totally scratched. I asked about the grates that could be inserted. Told $75 each, no discount, no offer of apology for inferior product. We are senior adults, no children in house, no misuse of sink so don't understand how this product can be their "top of line". Paid for quality. Received inferior product. Not happy. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

I had countertops put in my kitchen by Granite Transformations and they look great. Their installation team was courteous throughout, cleaned up and kept the area clean while they worked. Also, they were here when they said they were going to be here a certain time.

The new faucet has low water pressure. The Granite Transformations are very well done and we are very pleased with the counter tops.

The product is great. It's a fantastic idea. No demolition required and a lot lighter than real granite. We love the look of our counter and the dark sink. It looks so luxurious. The staff were great too. Sales staff were really helpful and the installers were professional and very courteous. Things went really well and we are very happy with the results.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received. The fellow who did the template was meticulous in his detail. Installation was a breeze and the installer didn't leave any mess for me to clean up. With my new black and silver wallpaper and new sink, faucet and granite counter, my bathroom looks fabulous!!

We have used Granite Transformations two times, once in Raleigh, NC and again in Mountain Brook, AZ. The NC was for kitchen counter tops, and the AZ for counter tops in two bathrooms. We are extremely satisfied with both jobs. First, there was no difference in either the high quality of the work or the high level of customer service. In the NC case, after about 6 months, we noticed a small bubble in the counter top that had opened up. It was very hard to see but once noticed, we wanted it repaired. Wanting to satisfy us, they didn't fill it, but replaced the entire counter top. This was on the sink portion of the counter top which meant they had to remove and replace the sink also. We feel that Granite Transformations provides a high quality level of service and product. In fact when we are at home shows and see their display, we step up and tell the potential customers what a quality product Granite Transformation has.

I was referred to Granite Transformations by another company, and they helped us in replacing the countertop that we had. Their sales rep was extremely helpful and did a wonderful job. The people who came and did the measuring and installation were on time, very upfront, first class and wonderful people to deal with. We're happy with the finished product. The quality is great.

Had countertops and sink installed earlier this year. Ordered a deep stainless sink. Salesman measured sink wrong. On day of installation wrong sink arrived. I was not at home. I was called at work and told they "happened" to have another sink at the warehouse for an extra $150.00 that was deeper. I did not see it. They did not tell me it was square with offset drain. When I came home- it was scratched. I called owner "Joe". I was told- "It's a soft metal - you would scratch it anyway". Never came to look at it or make good in any way. I HATE this sink. It is scratched. I cannot get a mat or anything to adequately protect it. (Another person there offered to give me something and Joe said NO. The water splashes all over the counters. If I had known it was an offset drain- I would have had the faucets placed differently at least. They just want your money then no follow up or customer service. I want to cry every time I look at that piece of crap.

I believe the traditional granite look will be out of fashion in a few years, but the unique look of my countertops will not fall out of date so quickly.

I wouldn't use this company again. They quoted me a price. When they went to write the order made it sound like they made the mistake and would miss out on their commission by quoting me the lower price. Guilt trip on me. I was stupid enough to believe them and pay the higher price. Thinking back I feel like it was a scam.

I love my counter from Granite Transformations - it's excellent. I don't have a huge kitchen, but every time I walk in, the counter just brightens up my whole day. Granite Transformations did a double-bowl bathroom vanity at my office, and it was good quality work. Their sales reps were easy enough to reach. However, I didn't understand how Granite Transformations product differs from a solid granite top, and it created a little bit of heartburn. There was a little bit of misunderstanding when some of the things that I wasn't told about came out, but it worked out fine and it was all resolved.

I had a great sink and Granite Transformations took it out and put this little cheap stuff in that I don't like it all. They can't do anything about it now, but if I had seen what they were doing before they did it, I would have never put the sink in my house. Underneath where the top went was also very rough. We sanded a bit around it to make it a little better. The rest was good though. However, I'd like for everybody to know not to take Granite Transformation's big offer of a free sink as it's a cheap sink. My sink was a double stainless steel that never had a scratch on it. The one they put in is already scratched and looks like crap. I had to go buy some sink liners to put in there to keep from making it any worse.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! I'M SORRY THAT I WENT THIS ROUTE! I did write a formal review and never heard a word back! Customer service was non-existent! The work/workers were very unprofessional! They left a huge mess, worked pissed all over my bathroom floor and toilet! Product is ugly, missing stones, and was very expensive in comparison to a better product that I would have preferred...NOT HAPPY!!!

I purchased countertop and backsplash from Granite Transformations. It was the seller who first came to our house who made the measurements and estimates and let us sign the contract. The installation team came to our house to make the template for the counter and then did the installation which went fine at all steps. We really liked the workmanship, the product and the service. The only thing was when we had a problem after the installation. We left them a message about the sink dripping. My husband told me to wait for them, but I will not. So we repaired it ourselves, but we never heard from them.

My mother is in a house flipping business and used Granite Transformation a couple of times so she recommended them to me. I worked with their president and he was great. They helped me with granite countertops, but there was a mix-up and I was a little disappointed on how the long the mix-up ended up taking. But besides that, it worked well so I would use them again.

My need was to re-surface my counters in a relatively short time. After visiting the showroom, selecting styles, colors, textures, in a few days my kitchen was measured and shortly they expertly installed the new surfaces in one day, totally upgrading and updating my kitchen. In addition, I was referred to a reliable service which re-stained my existing cupboards exactly as I desired.

Installation of our Granite countertop and sink went well. They opened the box with the sink the first day they were supposed to install it. However the sink was cracked in two. They couldn't do anything until they install the sink and that had to go in first because it was a drop in. So they scrambled around and were able to come out on a weekend day so that they could get it done because I'm in and out of the house. They fixed the problem and I recommend them.

I am very happy now with my new countertop. It is not only beautiful but very easy to clean. When I first had it installed the countertop warped and I was definitely not happy. However, the company responded to my complaint and came back out and did the entire job over. They even replaced the old wood on which the countertop was on with new wood. As far as living up to their warranty I would say they were honestly great about it and did not give me a difficult time at all. It was also done in a timely manner.

When we did our bathroom, we purchased the recycled glass from Granite Transformations. Our interactions with their sales rep was very good and the installation went well.

This product s/be clearly marked "this countertop dissolves in food". A year (?) after installation, we received a "warning" letter about how vinegar, etc. will dissolve the "shells" that dot the surface, and we have been manic about wiping up after ANY activity. Still, there are little "pits" appearing in the countertop. Friends have been justifiable unimpressed w/ the product.

We challenged Granite Transformations to create a unique and beautiful countertop combination. They delivered a main countertop that allows the existing counter to remain. They created an adjoining counter which can be lighted on the underside with LED lights. They also created a back counter which can be lighted in the same manner. The copper back splash they created is outstanding. We added LED lighting to highlight the copper and it turned out great. They also created a lighted base to a wall on the opposite end of the room which also brings out the copper colored wall. It was a great experience working with Granite Transformations personnel who were very professional in executing our project. We would definitely recommend them to do your kitchen counters.

As for the installation, according to my husband, a nice guy came in, introduced himself and did his job.

We feel disappointed by Granite Transformations. We were charged the full payment for the project before the project was completed. When I called to check I was told this was a learning experience for the company. Learning experience on our expense and the company reputation, hope it was worth it. Sadly we cannot recommend this company even though the product is good. We will contact BBB to share our experience.
