Granite Transformations Reviews

We had our kitchen counters done by Granite Transformations and they look great. In fact, I referred three people to them since we had ours done. It was during a home show in Allentown Fairgrounds when we encountered them and we were thinking of getting our counters ripped out. They gave me a price and it was a perfect solution. We got the granite stone top on top of all of our kitchen and a back splash. They came out great. We're all very pleased with the workmanship.

I wanted to get some estimates on getting counter replacement so I contacted Granite Transformations, and they eventually did our bathroom, two sinks, and a backsplash. They did a good job but the big idea is that you don't have to tear out, it goes right over the existing tile and it saves you money. However it didn't turn out to be all that much cheaper. I'm pleased but I could have got a better deal had I pursued the regular granite tile where I tear the existing tile out and they put the new tile in. I could've had more choices, too.

We needed a bathroom redone. We drove down to Granite Transformations showroom, and the girls in the office were great. We had them put a shower stall area in our bathroom and the tile on the wall. On one part of the bathroom, we really didn’t get what we wanted. And when I contacted them, I never heard back from them again. There was a mistake that was made around the base of our shower stall and the piece was supposed to be replaced and it never was, so I am very dissatisfied.

We heard about the quality of Granite Transformations' merchandise so we had them do our countertops and backsplash. The remodel they did was great. The sales reps couldn’t treat us any better. They made sure that we were satisfied, and the installation team had good manners and cleaned up their mess. The quality is great!

We wanted new countertops and we love what Granite Transformations did. It was of very good quality. Around in front of the cabinets, I wish the bottom edge had continued on under a little bit because there's some rough edges. But other than that, it's beautiful. Their sales rep was great and everything was good. It was all done right away and faster than we expected.

We liked Granite Transformations' sink and kitchen worktops when we saw them in an ad and they had a good deal so we decided to have it in our home. Everything seemed to go very smoothly with the sales reps and the work was done quickly and efficiently by the installers. It worked out well.

Granite Transformations were wonderful. They did composite granite countertop in our kitchen. Their sales rep was great. The estimating, the templating and the installation went very smoothly. I just wish they have more choices. Other than that, we are totally and completely satisfied.

Granite Transformations did a countertop overlay and backsplash, and the sink. The sales reps were helpful and the installers were nice and personable. I love the remodel and it's of nice quality. I had to have the sink tightened a little bit, and once they did that, everything was great!

Because we like the way their product looks, we contacted Granite Transformations and let them help us with our kitchen and bathroom countertops. Their installers were outgoing, but I don’t think they really knew what they were doing since we had to have someone else come back and fix what they did wrong. They did great in the kitchen, but not in the bathrooms.

I wasn't too pleased that Granite Transformations put the same material as the walls were made of, along the floor, four inches out from the tub. That's going to be a problem when I go to lay a regular floor, I will have to cut it out. Also, I wish I had picked the tub instead of the shower installment. I’m very dissatisfied with my choice. The reason is that I was used to putting my head over the tub to wash my hair. If I want to wash just my hair using the shower, I can't do it without getting a whole shower and with the tub I can do that. Now I have to come down to the kitchen sink and wash my hair which is harder on me than bending over a tub.

My wife liked Granite Transformations' products and they seem to be cheaper, so we contacted them. Their sales rep was good and we're satisfied with the work their installers did on the cabinet tops in our kitchen. It took them about three different trips back and forth before they got it ironed out, but they finally did it. Their manager even came with them. Overall, everything was good and I would recommend them.

The customer that we worked with had used Granite Transformations in the past. They did the original kitchen and the repair through the insurance company as the restoration works. We needed to match the same materials before, so we chose Granite for the remodel. The product was fine but I don’t think customer service was good. The sales reps did know their product. However, I will not be using Granite Transformations in the future.

We had Granite Transformations put in a backsplash and some counters. The installation team was in and out fairly quickly. They were courteous, fine and efficient and they knew what they were doing. It took them about half a day to do the installations. Roy, the guy we’ve been dealing with, said he’s going to replace the backsplash because we had some big problems with its quality and we believe him. He’s a good guy to work with.

Granite Transformations was very good. I love my countertop that they did. The quality of the remodel was great and everything has been fine. They put it in quickly and efficiently. The installation team were very polite and nice when they were here. The sales rep came out and made some suggestions as to the sink. However, the only thing that made me a little suspicious was when he gave me a price and I told him that was too high, he immediately lowered it $1,000.

I got countertops and a new sink for my kitchen from Granite Transformations and I was about 97% satisfied with the quality. The sales rep did a great job. The installation team was fine but they did have to come back to patch up a couple of little grout lines after they left. There was one other issue with my faucet because it was miscolored. They sent me a new one but wanted to charge me to come out and replace it. Other than that, Granite Transformations did a great job.

I was going to do granite for my kitchen counter but I did some research and I liked the look of recycled glass. Granite Transformations offered that as a product so I went with them. Their sales rep did his job very well. He was knowledgeable, patient, wasn't pushy, explained the product and answered all the questions I had. The installation team did a nice job as well. They were neat, clean, and knew what they needed to do to get the job done. They were also in and out quickly. I would definitely recommend them especially to someone who doesn't want the mess of grout and dust. Now, I can't tell that there's an old countertop in my kitchen. I'm still enjoying it and I would certainly use them again.

We used Granite Transformations before in Scottsdale and I was very pleased. This time they remodeled our kitchen here and the quality was good but the guys who came were pretty sloppy. There was glue everywhere. They didn't clean up after themselves either.

Somebody referred Granite Transformations to us so when we wanted to do a kitchen update at our seasonal home, we contacted them. The sales rep came out and talked to us and it was all done when we were gone. The remodel quality was very good.

I got the recycled glass countertop from Granite Transformations and I love it. I've asked for the granite countertop but when they showed me the recycled glass countertop, I liked it much better plus I'm helping the environment. Paul, the co-owner of the company, was very nice and very helpful. I do recommend Granite Transformations. If someone's buying something from them, they'd love it.

I wanted to replace my countertops so I contacted Granite Transformations and we were very happy with our experience with them. Had a fine talk with the sales reps and their installers were efficient, on time and they did well on the project. Everything went well and we were totally satisfied.

We came over to the Granite Transformations office and got a cabinet top. It was 99 percent quality. We had a very pleasant experience. Everything was taken care of the way we expected and it was done promptly. I don’t think there’s anything that I’d do differently. I've had many compliments on it and I'm very happy with it.

Granite Transformations installed a countertop in our kitchen. It had a fantastic quality, was cute and simple and it had everything I was expecting and more. I've also been over twice because of the problems with the nozzle on the sink. We got one of those spray nozzles and the quality and their care is utmost and goes up and beyond what I would expect. And after the installation, the installers cleaned up. They were beautiful and I'm a hundred percent satisfied. I even told them they can show our countertop if they ever have somebody who wants to look at them.

Granite Transformations installed my shower walls. It was what I wanted so I was pleased with it. They were just starting up so the sales rep was the owner, but he was knowledgeable and explained the products to me. The installation team did their job and cleaned up after themselves. All was great.

Granite Transformations helped me in resetting the island countertop in my kitchen, and the quality is fine. The installation team did it in good time and it’s holding up well. Their sales representative was very nice and friendly, too. Everything was fine.

I got in contact with Granite Transformation as I wanted some remodeling done, and they helped me with the countertops and backsplash in my kitchen and bathrooms. Their sales reps were very nice and polite guys. The installation team also cleaned up. They were in and out in one day so they were fast. They worked with me because my time frame changed due to my stepmom getting sick and were very accommodating so everything worked out great and they did an excellent job.

I decided to get in contact with them because my kitchen was ugly. I had countertops from them, and the quality of the remodel is good. The owner is awesome. The sales and installation teams were all good and real friendly.

I needed some new countertops at my office and Granite Transformations helped us with our countertops and sinks. The quality of our remodel went very, very well - I like it a lot. It certainly solved an issue that I had because I didn't have to take the counters out and completely redo them. Their sales representative was great. He worked with me. Because it's a CTA office, they worked on installing them the day before Christmas while the office was closed. So that was really nice. The only negative I had, and that's my fault, was when I went with the plumber they recommended to hook up the sinks. They were very expensive. But that was my fault because they told me I could go with any plumber and I didn't. I used theirs. Other than that, I had a great experience.

It has been a couple of years since I had Granite Transformations put new countertops in our kitchen. They have a good product, and I like it. We went to a home and garden show here in Conway and they had a booth set up. We talked to them and they said they will come out. I didn’t know a lot of things about granite, but we were thinking about putting four sets of granite in. It’s less expensive. They came out and showed us what they had. It seemed all right so we set up for them to redo our countertops. The guy who came out and showed us the product was the same guy that came out to install. He had another helper, and they were the ones doing the work. That was an oddity right there.

We got countertops from Granite Transformations and had them put one on the island that we have too. It ended up with a little crack in the facing of it so I called them up and told them about it and they sent a couple of fellows out here last week. They were very professional and have done an excellent job on the remodelling.

I like her a lot. The installers were very nice and they came out, took the measurements and put a countertop on for me. They were very cooperative and I was very pleased with the results. I was happy with the whole experience and I'd recommend them.

Their installers were polite too. The installation was real messy, but they cleaned it up nicely when they finished. There was one mistake that was made and they took care of it. We were doing some remodeling in our kitchen and decided to go with granite where we had Formica countertops before. We'd seen Granite Transformations commercials and it looked like an idea that we might want so we contacted them. We had no problem with the sales rep. He was very helpful and explanatory. The installation team was very polite, efficient and did their work well. They did a bar and a countertop in our kitchen and the sink. It's wonderful.

We chose one of the granite colors to cover our tile kitchen countertops (tired of cleaning grout lines). This was a great solution and caused no disruption. Linda, Maxine and Dorian were all great to work with and delivered what they promised. We also chose to include the Eclipse Marin stainless steel under-mount sink and are pleased with this also. Overall looks great and so much easier to clean! I would recommend this option to others and already have - our neighbors are choosing to do this too!

Granite Transformations' remodel of my countertop and backsplash were very good. Their sales rep acted like he knew what he was doing. The installation team was great. The guys who came out and put it in also did well. I'm 100% satisfied.

Everybody at Granite Transformations was very good and did a good job. The man who came out and talked to us about the remodel and showed us the video was very informative. He did everything just right. The gentleman who measured and made the template to build it by was very polite. He explained everything he was doing. The quality of the countertops and backsplash remodel was fine, but we were not pleased with the gentlemen who put it on.

We had all our kitchen countertops redone with Granite Transformations. We liked the product and the way they installed it. However, there's a noticeable gap in the surface on the whole countertop against the wall, next to where the range top is. I'm dissatisfied because they didn't get it down right.

I like Granite Transformations. I wanted my kitchen changed quickly and didn’t want a lot of weeks or days. I got countertops and then a backsplash behind my stove cooking area. It’s doing quite well so far and everybody that comes in likes it. The sales representative came out to the house and he was very pleasant, and did whatever we asked. My interactions with the installation team were very good. Everybody was very nice.

Granite Transformations did what I asked them to do and they did it in a timely manner. I'm impressed with the countertop remodel. They left a bit of glue underneath the edge, but it's no big deal.

My husband and I are very satisfied with Granite Transformations. I liked that they were just going to cover over my old countertops, the Formica, since I didn't wanna rip everything out of the kitchen. They were a big help with everything. They were here and helped picked out the color and I feel great about the remodel. My brother and his wife were here and they looked at the remodel and his wife said to him, "That's what I want over my countertops. That's exactly what I want." Everybody was great and helpful. We had no problems with them. The installer did an excellent job.

A friend of mine had used Granite Transformations and I got them do my kitchen countertops. They did a very good job. There was a little miscommunication here and there but nothing major, and it got taken care of best as could be. Everybody was efficient and pleasant. I was disappointed in the sink color. I thought it would be almond instead of white. I also felt like I paid too much, but it's done and it is what it is. But other than that, the job was done faster than they said they were going to so it was nice. They came out a couple of days earlier too. It was a very good experience.

Granite Transformations installed all new countertops and sinks in both bathrooms, the laundry room and the kitchen. The sales rep was thorough and made sure the work turned out nice. The installers did a good job. However, I was hesitant to write them a check until I got the job completely done. Then at the last minute, the plumber showed up and finished everything. I wrote the check and off they went. I love the quality and have recommended Granite Transformations to three other people.

Our son and his wife used Granite Transformations when they wanted to get new countertops for their kitchen and bathrooms. We purchased our kitchen counters from them too. The sink we ordered was not going to be in stock for a while, so we changed my order to a different sink. They had to readjust their measurement but they took it very much in stride and there was no problem at all. The product looks fabulous and I like it a lot. No one can tell that we didn't strip everything off. It looks like a quality product. Customer service was excellent too. The sales rep took time to go over everything with us including what would be our best bet to add value to our house when it's sold since we're thinking to move in the next year or two. It was a very good experience. The installation team was very efficient, and didn't make a mess.

Granite Transformations' remodeling of my countertop was excellent. Our home is 18 years old and we needed a new countertop because a pink one wasn't doing it. They're a good group of guys and we had a great rapport with all of them. They were all very professional and friendly. The installers were hardworking Mexican boys. We had a lot of fun with them. They came in and measured, then did the installation, and everything was right to the T. I served them coffee and made them salsa. As we do with every contractor that we bring in, I treat them well and they treat me well. Apparently, Granite Transformations is now available in Canada, so I'm recommending them to friends of ours that may want to. I live in an adult community so none of them have got much money but when they had a booth in a flea market we went into I told them I'm impressed.

I had these super stupid counters that were put in the '80s and they're like stones with slots. They look like sidewalks and food got stuck in the grooves all the time. Instead of having to rip up all my countertops, Granite Transformations put their product on top of the old. I don’t know all the technology behind it, but for me it was perfect because I had super strong stone counters already.

We had a good experience with Granite Transformations and their very efficient staff. They got everything done and cleaned up after themselves. I enjoyed our kitchen countertops.

Granite Transformations is a very good company. I had the people who installed my countertops reassess the cooktop and it worked out fine. They were professionals and did a really good job. Everything looks good.

We thought that Granite Transformation was a good alternative to putting in granite, which requires a lot of work. The ease of installation was amazing - they had it done in a day. We didn't have to tear out our old counters, and it’s just bit over the top of them and it was perfect for us. The remodel quality was wonderful, we felt good about it and was done in a timely and professional manner. We were amazed how they could cut out the granite with precision and so we would definitely recommend it to people. My daughter has granite too but I prefer mine over hers. I'm very happy with it.

The workers who came in to do it were very nice and they did an accurate job. The filling was noticeable but it’s not a big deal because the remodel was very nicely done. Everybody noticed my counters and I’m really glad I did it. The price was good and it was easier than taking it all down and building new ones. The whole experience was worthwhile and I've even recommended it to a couple of friends.

Thought I was getting more teal color; I counted two specks in the Terra di Siena. Counter was initially measured incorrectly. Had to slip $50 extra into the pocket of one of the installers in order to make a cut. The counter design isn't what was expected. I'm totally disappointed! And it's been 2 years, knowing that I paid a lot for this project.

We found out about Granite Transformations through my cousin who had his home done with it. They did the cabinet refacing and a countertop for mom. They did a good job but we would’ve understood more if they explained how and why they are doing this and that.

Love my counter tops from Granite Transformations. This is the 3rd room we have done. We don't look anyplace else, when we are ready to do something we just call & they come over with samples & that is it. Our sales person is great & the installers are also. Had a couple of rough edges on this one & they came last week & smoothed it all out. I love the way it cleans & that nothing we have ever done to it marks the counter. We had a new home built, but we weren’t satisfied with the service of the kitchen countertops so we contacted Granite Transformations. I really love the material that they used for the remodeling. But it’s hard to keep it without a white film on all the time. If water is spilled on it and don’t get wiped up right away and it dries, a white film forms on the countertops. We don’t actually know the exact product to use on it. Maybe Granite could tell me what I can use on the countertops to keep it sunny all the time because I really like them. Other than that, I’d recommend Granite Transformations.

A young lady from Granite Transformations came and helped me so much with the backsplash. She also helped me in picking the stainless steel sink in the kitchen and bathroom and the faucets. I'm absolutely pleased with Granite Transformations and they made my whole kitchen look like brand new. It was an amazing experience.

We had kitchen countertops done by Granite Transformations and we did two kitchens and backsplashes. The saleswoman, Zuli, was very friendly and she sold me. And the people at the place in Kansas were very nice as well. The installers were professional except for the first kitchen that they did over at my mother's. The backsplash was uneven and there were pieces sticking out in the first kitchen. I didn't notice that at the time until they did it already. Otherwise, I would have rejected that.

I called Granite Transformations because we were looking for a granite countertop and the older one was going to be the backing on it. I was going to have a lot of trouble getting the whole thing out so it just made a whole lot more sense just to go with one that goes over the top. I had no problem with their sales rep and their installation team was friendly and cleaned up after themselves. My wife was unhappy about one spot in it and they came out and took care of that. I am very satisfied with Granite Transformations.

Both had good ideas, and I like them. The crew that did the installation was great, and the guy who came to measure was excellent. They were always on time and always quick and fast. The remodel looks good and I’m happy with it. If I had to do it all over again, I’d have the same thing done.

Granite Transformations did everything asked of them. They delivered what they said they were going to do and back up their warranty. When you call in a problem, they come out and take care of it right away. They're a good company. I've already recommended them to two friends.

They came and did the measurements, then about four weeks later, came back and put the products in. I like it a lot and I'm happy with the way things turned out. They made the whole kitchen look really nice and new. I've recommended them.

Granite Transformation has an OJT guy onboard who did the cutting when they worked on my case. When somebody's learning, they don't do as good a job as the guy that does the job all the time. But still, they did an excellent job and everything looks good. I'd recommend them.

The overall product is so nice and we're enjoying it. It was so much easier than doing it the traditional way of carrying everything out. It saved us a lot of time and mess. We're very happy with Granite Transformations and had a very good experience with them.

My kitchen had the 60's white tile countertops. I chose a flecked granite w/ light background and am VERY happy with my choice. It is so easy to keep clean -- and so pretty. The work was done in less than 3 days. I ended up painting my cabinets to complement the counters -- my friends all love my kitchen. (The granite sink is also great!)

We needed a new countertop for our master bathroom and we were told that Granite Transformations was affordable and has good looking products so we contacted them. Our interactions with their sales representative and installation team as well as the quality of the remodel they did were all good.

My experience for installation was fantastic. I love the way the counters look. So why 1 star? Because I actually use my kitchen. If you ever plan on using a coffee pot or an electric skillet, then DO NOT get these counters. There is a light circle in the counters wherever you use these items. It is NOT recoverable. The lifetime warranty isn't worth a grain of salt! I simply got a stains – aren't covered from the owner. This is NOT a stain. It is a reaction between heat and the epoxy that holds the counters together. These counters should never be used in a kitchen. I can only imagine what a curling iron would do if you were to put them in a bathroom!

Final result was fine, the beginning was not. When the rep came out, she told us what was available and sold us a book with different colors, and different choices. When the guy came out to measure, I said, "The cost in the books are fine but I wish there would be like a showroom." He said there is and he wanted to know what I want to have, but she never told us that. We found out that there were different granites than the ones the lady showed us. Finally we picked out the one we liked and everything was okay. But if we would have paid attention to the first suggestions then we would have been disappointed.

Granite Transformations put my kitchen top on and two bathroom counters and it can't get any better. It's easy to clean. Their reps didn't explain the products but they made sure I'd seen all their stuff. I saw their products in the showroom so I knew what that was about. And I wrote that back on how things should be improved. The countertop and the backsplash is the same. I did it myself and didn’t have any help. If they would’ve shown me some pictures and gave me some more ideas on how that would’ve been done like, “Here’s a countertop. Here’s a dark color, now maybe you want a light color back" or show more ideas.

Granite Transformations remodeled our countertop. The remodel was great, and I'm glad I called them.

I thought I'd do something nice for my wife cause we needed new counters so I contacted Granite Transformations. They remodeled our countertops and were excellent. However, we had to replace a sink top once. We had to redo it because the hole wasn't in the right place so they measured for the plug to come out. The drain was close to the wall, but they came out and redid it for nothing and it's been good. The only thing I didn't like was when the sales representative didn't wanna come out unless we're gonna put it in because of the commission she's gonna get. She didn't want to waste her time and I wasn't too impressed with that. But nobody is ever perfect when you do something where you've never been doing business with before and people will have problems when they're building or something. So overall, they were expensive, but good.

We love what we got from Granite Transformations and we're happy with their service. We do have one little problem but I'm sure when we call them, they'll come out and fix it if we can't.

The sales rep did a fine job. She answered all the questions that we had. The Granite Transformations team came and made templates. They came back with their product made and it went together without problems. They did a very fine and professional installation. We’re happy how it turned out and I’m thinking about a countertop or a tabletop from them. I was very satisfied.

I called Granite Transformations for an estimate in redoing my bathroom counter. I thought the estimate was too high and told the representative that I didn't want to sign up to pay anything that day. My child was hanging on to me screaming, and he clearly saw I was distracted. Maybe he didn't understand me when I said I didn't want to pay anything that day, but he had me sign something and before I knew it I was charged $274 on my card, after being told directly that no money would be charged without my say so.

Two years ago, we found a distributor in Grand Rapids for Granite Transformations and we utilized them for our cottage to replace the countertops. The workmanship and installation could have been better. He made some wrong cuts in their product. How they installed it could not be rectified. We went with another product when we did it here in Ionia because we got a perfect fit in how they measured what cuts they should make prior to installation. We did not go to Granite for our countertop here because of the mistakes that were made in the original.

Our bathroom countertops was very well done by Granite Transformations. Their sales representative and their installation team were very good and professional overall. I appreciated that they explained things very well.

We wanted to update without all of the hassle and expense, so we contacted Granite Transformations and got their countertops. We had excellent interactions with their sales rep. Everything went extremely well with the remodel. They were on time and friendly, and the product itself was exactly what they had promised. We were pleased that they did everything that they said they were going to do. We'll have them back because the remodel that they did was for my mom's home and I'm considering having them do something for myself. But I haven't seen the pattern that I'm looking for since the patterns that they show are mostly a composite. I'm looking if they have upgraded their selections or not.

I've used Granite Transformations three different times in my house and I'm very happy with them. I've got two bathrooms redone and it looked like their showroom and it was beautiful. The installer who did my bathroom was a real craftsman and the other people are very competent. Everybody was a knockout. Nancy took care of the rest of the designers who came out, worked with us unbelievably and was a sweetheart. I ask for her every time because she does a great job. I try to suggest them to everybody who is looking for something to get done.

Our friend had used Granite Transformations and was very satisfied, so we used them too. The sales rep that I spoke to was very professional, personable and helpful. I was very pleased with her. I purchased their countertops and backsplashes. The only problem I had with the installation team was that they were all Mexican guys and I had a hard time communicating with them. I would have felt better if I would have been able to carry on a conversation. But other than that, they knew and did everything that they were supposed to do. A month after the installation, we found a flaw in the island. We called and I believe it was the owner of the company who came out and took pictures of it. Within a week, they came out and replaced it. I was very satisfied.

I absolutely love Granite Transformations' products and services! And the quality of the remodel they did was excellent. A contractor I had in my house to look at my roof said, "If you need kitchen cabinet, Granite Transformations is the perfect place to go", so we called them and had them come over and give me an estimate for kitchen countertops. The guy who came to do the estimate was very personable and helpful. The workers who came to do the installation were very professional, and they did it as quickly and unobtrusively as possible. I'd love to have them come back and do my bathrooms, but there's a small thing about cost.

I've used Granite Transformations back in 2007 and again in 2015 when I got my countertops redone. I love them. Their sales rep was great and the installers were efficient. It's a fantastic product and it helps the environment so much because people don't have to do so much demo. It's been awesome.

The experience with Granite Transformations was good and satisfying but the cutting process needs to be improved such as in cutting the openings for the sinks in the bathroom since the openings are not exactly oval and smooth. If I run my fingers all the way across, I can feel some ridges because it was done by hand instead of a tool to make it nice, smooth and oval.

They helped with the granite tops in my kitchen. The sales guy did a nice job, but my experience with the installation team didn't go as well. They had to come back several times to get it right, because I wasn't happy with it in the beginning. The guy did a nice job and what he was supposed to fix with it but it took them longer than I expected. I am now happy with the product, it looks nice, but it wasn't what I expected. They represented it as being one thing and it came out something else.

Granite Transformations removed my old sink, put in a new sink and did a terrible job. The granite has scars all over it. I was told it didn't chip and there was a big chip in it. I took a huge nice deep sink then I got this cheap stainless steel sink. If I had it to do it over, I wouldn't have touched it. I was ready to turn them in to the Better Business Bureau. The salesperson though was excellent and couldn't have been any nicer. She told me how everything's guaranteed and how wonderful everything was. So I said okay.

I work in a shop right next to Granite Transformations so I drive by their place every day to work. I had them install counter overlays on two kitchens. I liked the quality of the remodel they did and I think their product is a better option because they can get away with a lot less work than real granite and I can save some money. So it works in everybody's favor. The salespeople were super nice and knowledgeable. The kitchen was L-shaped and in its opposite corner is a little office desk between some cabinets. I was going to do one solid color but one of the ladies helped me come up with an idea to have the little desk area in a different color which actually worked out real nice.

Granite Transformations did a project for one of our primary homes. This is the second project that was done for us, but I'm annoyed the way this one worked. Orders got mixed up, the supply of the granite material was shipped incorrectly and it wasn't done on time. The installation was rocky, materials came out a couple of times and one seam in particular wasn't done right. Other than that, the sales reps are fine and the installation team were supportive.

I‘d recommend Granite Transformations. I have used them twice. The first time was when we lived in Kansas City about 3 years ago. We had them do our kitchen countertops. We actually visited their facility and picked out what we needed—the color and the type of covering—but we didn’t have much interaction with their sales team after that. The team that did the installation was very clean, neat, orderly, and polite. I’m very happy with everything they did. The second time was here in St. Louis. I took a tabletop to their facility, and they went ahead and covered the tabletop in a Granite Transformations covering. I’m very pleased with both remodels. There was very minimum maintenance and both have continued to look good through all the years. I’m considering using them again for another kitchen remodel that I’ll be doing here in St. Louis.

Granite Transformations did my kitchen and bathroom and the quality of the remodels were very good. I'm very happy and pleased. Also, they work with extra things. I bought a table for the kitchen area and I wanted it to be covered in the same material that I used in the kitchen. They don't normally do a little job like that because it's five feet by three but they said that since I'm a repeat customer, they'll do it. So I took the legs off and made them shorter and they came out and made a pattern. When they were ready, I went back with the legs back on and all because otherwise it would be too high and then they place it right over the top. It looked so nice because they all matched.

When we were considering to have our countertops re-laminated, I saw the ad from Granite Transformations on our local TV station and they had this backsplash that was amazing so I decided to go with them. I brought my drawings to Granite and asked for a rough estimate because I was having an estimate done by someone else for the laminates in our bathroom upstairs. We wanted to redo the kitchen and both bathrooms to match, but I was planning to put granite in our master bathroom only. Granite gave me the rough estimate, and I agreed to it. The rep asked me if I wanted to check with my husband first but I told her it was a done deal because I already estimated what the other company was going to come back at. And it was $150 more to have Granite Transformations come in, do all three rooms, and have new laminates plus one bathroom granite.

I’d recommend Granite Transformations. They’re very responsive. One of the pieces that they installed was something we asked about, and the following day, they came and repaired it. In fact, they put in a whole new piece in it. It changed the seam a little bit, but it fixed the problem with the color. That was pretty good.

But I really enjoyed dealing with the man. He was very honest, and he stayed true to the prices. He did a great job. He put all the information out there and answered all my questions. He took the time and I was very pleased with him. As for the installation teams, I was happy with the work that they did. It was actually the contractors I dealt with that were punctual. They showed up when they said they were going to show up, and I appreciated that. They were very professional. However, I wasn’t happy afterwards, when we were having other contractors coming because we were remodelling the entire house. It’s because of the backsplash behind the stove that goes all the way up to the vent above it.

The quality of the remodel by Granite Transformations could have been better. The adhesive that the installation team used got on my kitchen floor and it wouldn't come off and it messed up my kitchen floor a little bit and it's actually chipped since I've had it. And one of the installation crew who came out was knowledgeable but the other one was probably being trained. He tried to clean the adhesive off, but he told me there wasn't really anything that would take it off. And, I just didn't bother because I'm eventually replacing the floor. But had it been a brand new floor, then I would've pursued it a little better.

I asked a few questions with the sales representative, and I took some information home with me. We were gathering information about some remodeling from different companies and I read a lot of good reviews about them, so I had them come out and give us a quote. I have nothing but good things to say about the installer, Bruce. He’s great to work with. He was really friendly, professional, and he cleaned up after himself. I’m really happy with the quality of our remodel. It was what I was hoping for. It was a really good experience with Granite Transformations. I’d recommend them.

I work in the beauty industry and I was talking about getting granite, had gotten a price quote from one place but it was higher than I wanted to spend, and one of my clients said to try Granite Transformations. So I got an estimate from them and saw the product and decided to go with them.The quality was very good and the installers did a really good job and they did it in one day. They were very polite and gentlemen. Their sales representative was very nice too and very informative. I had some samples that I had gotten at Home Depot of the color I wanted and she brought me their samples. I heard about Granite Transformations from a friend in Boulder, Colorado, who had it done before we did. We didn't like the countertop that we had previously as it was awfully bad and terrible. It was 10 years ago that we spoke with their sales representative. Granite Transformations has very good and knowledgeable people. They know all about their product, what they can and can't do with it. We were sold on the company and the product was great. It has been great all these times. We've had two different installations and the installation teams were very knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up and explained what they were going to do and when they were going to do it. Everything is perfect and exactly what we wanted. They were just wonderful.

I am a hundred percent in love with the whole company of Granite Transformations. They're great. They treated us wonderfully. The sales rep showed us different samples. It was in March when we had the remodel done. It's great and I love it. When I had a little problem (that was not to be a problem in the end) their staff came out. When I had their product for about three weeks, I had a spot on there that I couldn't get off. I thought it was something in the granite. One of their guys came out and he was very polite. He had some kind of cleaner and that took it right off. It turned out that I hadn't rubbed it with the right stuff. So everything's gorgeous - no problems at all. I've told everybody I know about it too. I've had some other people do some work like the showers. However, unlike Granite Transformations, I was unhappy with everyone else (aside from the sink guy) so I went very carefully with them until they satisfied everything.

Granite Transformations did our countertops, vent rooms, and a shower and did okay. The workers did good. However, when they put the sinks in, the cuts are not straight at all and it looks really bad. I wasn't happy with that and then I asked for some information to be sent to me about the care and how to keep it, what I can and can't use on it. They said they'd send it but we never got it.

I liked the fact that Granite Transformations could get it done in three days and it wasn't going to be a tear-out. The sales rep and I got along okay initially, but we had some mishaps that was disconcerting to me. I had made certain requests that did not get to the guys doing the job. First, I wanted to make sure that the new stove that I got was going to be pushed all the way back, but it wasn't placed correctly. They tried to fix it, but not the way I would have wanted. I talked to the sales representative about that ahead of time, we were on mark on that but it didn't happen.

This is our second time working with Granite Transformations. They did our kitchen at our previous home and we knew we want to work with them again so we had them work on our counters in my kitchen. The quality was very good and I love it! And all interactions I've ever had with them are very positive. I recommend them all the time.

The remodel is okay but I was expecting granite per se and got the finished look but one can tell it's an overlay. I thought they were putting in a solid slab of granite but overall they did a good job and they didn't have any differences. They took care of the place around them and where they were working at.

I've had Granite Transformations for quite a while now. We bought a Villa that had the counter top. I wanted more work done like the backsplash installed. I wanted it matched with the previous tile and also asked for a countertop. The installation went fine. However, I talked to them about doing two bathrooms but the man in charge of the store was in and out. But he said that I have a nick by my garbage disposal and told me that I did it, but I told him I didn't. Now it looks like I have another little nick. I've only had the sink since May. They ordered the grates for me, which were fine, but they're a pain to put in the bottom of the sink. They said they could replace the sink, cut it out and do an overlay but I would have to pay for all the labor. I told him to take a hike. That's truly wrong.

Granite Transformations helped us with a countertop. When the salesperson came he had a few samples. We decided to look at the sink and afterwards, they gave us a price. We adjusted the price a little because my husband is going to make part of the counter, himself, and then they’re just going to finish off the rest. They’re not done putting everything in, but so far our experience with them is good.

Granite Transformations helped us with our countertops. However, they used glue and I noticed later that there were spots on my bathroom floor which were damaged by the glue. They also did not put in the backsplash that I ordered. They substituted it with a different one without asking. It was all right but it's not as nice as the one that I chose. It was about a six-inch high ornamental piece. There was no room for me to be watching, so I didn’t see it until it was all done. They didn’t ask if that was the wrong one, they just put it on. The total effect is fine though. I like it and it's durable, and they'd proven all the things they said it was.

My wife and I were very pleased with all the services from Granite Transformations. Everything from the initial visit to the final stages was professionally well done. We have no problem in recommending this product to our friends.

We had Granite Transformations do granite overlaying and the sales representative was very friendly and efficient, and nice. The installation team that came were really super nice young men and very courteous. If we came home and they had their boom box on, they always turned it down and changed the station first. The only thing is their seams weren't quite as good as we have hoped. And we found a couple of places of glue on our kitchen cabinet set we can't really get off but were going to replace those soon anyways so we weren't so concerned about that.

Delivered and installed as promised. Installers were courteous and professional. The only issue was from the main office when on the second day stated the shower door was not in and may be a few weeks out since they are all custom ordered. After I called and spoke to the person who answered the phone a shower door did show up within a couple of hours and the job was completed. Also, the salesman should not state no painting of existing room would be needed. The installers did make one small nick and a couple of scratches that were easily touched up with leftover paint.

We first heard about Granite Transformations when we were at the home fair down in San Diego. Their work was perfect. They came in one day, measured up, built it the next day, and just put it all together in the next day. They were out by noon. Nothing was destroyed in my kitchen and it was just great! We love it. Granite Transformations had a kiosk in Escondido in the North County mall a long time ago. At that time, we had our kitchen counters redone with Granite Transformations and we've had that forever. When we decided to do the fireplace, we thought that was a good way to go. Everything went along just seemingly with their people who came to do the installation. They were here when they said and they finished when they said it would be finished. Our fireplace looks absolutely beautiful and we've gotten lots of compliments on it. People think that it's real granite, like they're really expensive stuff. When I tell them that it was just put over the top of the bricks that were already on there, they are amazed.

The gentlemen from Granite Transformations were very nice and I do like the product. There's a couple of issues for me. I would like the underside finish better. I don't know if everybody is as particular but I had to have my son come back there because I like it to be more smooth. And stuff was falling out of there for a while. And I hate the sink. I made that decision but it was a big monetary difference. I just don't feel that it's properly cleaned. I had an enamel prior and I liked it much better. But I have recommended them. I've told my friends that I liked it. Its a lot easier upkeep than the tile was with the grout and everything. That's why I went to this procedure. But other than that, I'm not dissatisfied with it at all.

I still have some work for them to do but I don't have the money right now and they probably already figured it. It's on the books but it might take another year.
