We had Granite Transformations modernize our kitchen. We got mainly a quartz countertop from them. The sales reps were very helpful and knowledgeable, and I'm very satisfied with them. Also, we had a very positive interaction with the installation team, and we're very pleased with it. The remodel that Granite Transformations did was excellent.

We had a new countertop and a new sink from Granite Transformations and I love it. Their sales rep was very nice and knowledgeable. On top of that, their installer was friendly and knew what he was doing.

Granite Transformations was on time, delivered the product as they promised they would and very professional. The salesperson to the people that did the work, to the payment people are all top notch.

I needed to have my countertop replaced, so I got in contact with Granite Transformations. Their rep Pam did a good job. We didn't wait long and the job went through. The quality of the remodel is very good and I'm very happy with the result.

Somebody told my husband about Granite Transformations and we drove a long way to get to them. Their reps did everything they said they would do and were neat about it. The installation team were very professional. They put one in our bathroom counter top and it was beautiful. The people were awfully nice. If we have questions, we call back and ask them about it and we always get the answers. It was a wonderful experience and our kitchen is absolutely gorgeous.

I heard about Granite Transformation from a friend's relative who had some work done in another city. Well, I wanted new countertops, so I contacted them, and their sales reps were very professional. Granite Transformations was here when they said they were going to be, and they helped me with my countertops and undermount sinks. I’m very pleased with the remodel. I’ve already sold a couple more jobs because of people that came to see mine and liked it, too.

We’ve been thinking about putting granite in the kitchen and our financial adviser happened to mention Granite Transformations to us. The countertop shows the grease spots all the time and so it’s hard to keep it clean. I wish we’d gone with real granite.

I got the countertop and backsplash from Granite Transformations. I liked that there was not a lot of tearing up in my kitchen to put the countertops in. The sales rep came to my house, did the drawing, then gave me a price. The installation team was excellent. They had to move my refrigerator out, which hadn’t been moved in quite some time, and they swept it all up and cleaned up after themselves. The remodel was wonderful. I love the backsplash and I have had so many positive comments on it. It’s really pretty - it’s glass, kind of gold and pearly. I was really pleased with everything.

We wanted to do some work in our kitchen so we contacted Granite Transformations. We had a countertop covered and they did a good job. Their rep was great, very professional and personable at the same time. The only thing is the sales tactic that the rep used. She came out and said, "You only have the rest of the day with this price." Ir was what she also said to someone else I know. But, it was still a fair price.

Very good experience with Granite Transformations. Found out about them when a neighbor across the street used them. I saw their truck, spoke to one of the workmen there and made an appointment with the person that came out and he told me about it, measured and told me about the costs and then gave me a price. I replaced all the countertops in my kitchen with their countertops. The sales rep, I liked her a lot. I found out afterwards that she was the daughter of the owner. She's very good and I told her daddy that when I went and picked out what I wanted. Also very professional and very good installers. They cleaned up after themselves. It didn't take months to do their job nor was there a gritty mess. Very pleased with the product and the whole thing.

We were looking to redo our kitchen and met with Granite Transformations to get a quote. They replaced our countertop and did the tile backsplash and it absolutely looks beautiful. We're very pleased with the appearance and durability. Also, I'm pleased with the sink and faucets that we had replaced. We got a big package deal and Granite was very helpful and coordinated. The lady rep was excellent and very knowledgeable. She did a very efficient and thorough job of explaining everything, and was extremely helpful with matching up both the countertop and the tile. Additionally, the price wasn't bad. We live in an older house, and had a couple of specifics. The installation people were fantastic and we're very pleased with them. I met with them a couple of times. And then, I was gone that afternoon, but by the time I returned home, everything was installed and cleaned up.

I wanted new countertops and flooring for my kitchen and my mother who had Alzheimers was living with me. So I didn't want to go through the normal taking-out-the-countertops and all that construction and disruption for her. I called Granite Transformations because I wanted it as simple and as quickly as possible to not upset her. Their sales rep was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to contact. Then when the installation team came, they told me what they were gonna do and it didn't take that long when they were measuring for the first time. So they went, and then they came back for the installation. It was quick and fast and it wasn't messy nor disruptive. It was just what I expected and I love the quality of my new countertops.

I was selling the house so I needed to update the countertops. We bought a countertop with the built-in backsplash as part of it from Granite Transformations. It's fine but I wish we'd taken more time and picked a different color. Nevertheless I was in a rush and I can't blame that on Granite Transformations. For the purchase, I called them, made an appointment, and they came to the house. I stayed out of their way so there wasn't much interaction between their representatives and I. Still, they did their job and they were efficient. They did it in one day and did a fine job. This was done in fall last year.

The Granite Transformations representative came and we made a choice, then they came out and measured. I chose to have the granite just put over my countertop because I did not want to tear out all of my countertops and have a mess. They did the kitchen installation in one day and there was no mess. I was very pleased. I recommended them to my neighbors who were considering doing the same thing.

Granite Transformations helped us with our new shower but I wasn't that pleased with their work. It's very expensive. We ended up paying about $15,000. Even with natural granite, it would have been about half the price. We already contracted with them, and then the installers suggested that we go all the way up to the ceiling. I didn't realize it was gonna cost me another $5,000, and it probably took three weeks to complete the job.

I had dark covers in my kitchen. They were older and I wanted them refaced, so I went to the Granite Transformations store. A friend of mine had her kitchen done by them, too. Their sales rep did a nice job and their installation team was good. They were really quiet - they came in, did their work, and finished up. The remodel looks really nice.

I wanted to update my kitchen so I got in contact with Granite Transformations. They did my countertops and sink, and a year later, I also did the half bath that was right off the kitchen. They did the same granite and I got a sink as well. Different sales reps handled those and both were great, and the installation team was great, too. On the second installation, there was an error made and they had to go to Omaha to get a new countertop and come back. They did all that and still got it done. I love the product and I like the fact that it's a one day install. It's probably a little bit on the expensive side but I was very happy with the experience and the product.

We went out to the store and they were very pleasant and worked with us in the showroom. Then a person came and met with my wife at home, walked her through the process, looked at what we had, and worked up an estimate for us. Then we met with them again. My wife dealt with the installation team since I was not home that day, and all of her comments to me about them were very good.

Granite Transformations did a great job on putting in our counter top and we’ve been really happy with the product. They included a stainless steel sink and a new faucet with the purchase. All the people that we dealt with was as nice as they could be. When we tried to reach them, they came right out and measured. They sent a guy out to make a template of the area, then they made the pieces and brought them out and installed them. Their installation team was really nice. They did their work and did a great job at it.

Their installation team was fine, just a little rough around the edges. But the kitchen countertop had very good quality. It’s very user-friendly. Granite Transformations did a great job and I’m very happy. It was a positive experience.

First of all let me say that we love the results but getting there was not always easy. My complaints: 1) Color sample took 5 weeks not the 2-3 we were told. 2) No one at Granite Transformations followed up until we complained. 3) Because of this the installation date was delayed. 4) Were told that installers would arrive at 8:30 a.m. They did not arrive until just after 10:00 a.m. No phone call. 5) Were told that installation would take 1 day and perhaps part of another. Actual 3 full days. 6) Cabinet doors and drawers did not fit. Corrections were made and finally done at a service call.

I needed something done fast so I looked on Google and found Granite Transformations. We got the granite top for a bathroom from them and they did the lay over granite. The sales rep used to sell houses and she actually sold the house to the homeowners so she had their business relationship with them in the past. Then the installer came here when he was supposed to, talked to him a little bit and then he did a really good work. Overall, my experience with them went well and I'd recommend them.

We were needing to do countertops and I liked that Granite Transformations had green products. I'm very impressed with that. Their sales rep came to the house and she was knowledgeable and helped us. We chose the colors that night and got it scheduled. I love the countertops and backsplash they installed in my kitchen. The quality of the remodel is awesome and we're very happy. Also, I don't have to put the sealer on the countertops every year. The whole process was easy and fast. I have a good size kitchen and the installers were in and out in half a day. They also took good care of cleaning stuff up.

Great choice for kitchen counters. My wife and I compared slab granite and Granite Transformations. We decided to go with your Granite Transformations due to fact they have forever seal built into their countertops. You never have to seal a GT counter. They are heat and stain resistant. There is a color uniformity with GT. There was also less mess due to the fact there was no demolition. We really like the way it turned out. The Malvern, PA team was very professional.

My husband saw different countertop options online from Granite Transformations so we got kitchen countertops and a backsplash. Wendy the sales representative was awesome and super-duper nice. She answered all of our questions, went through everything with us and gave us a lot of different options. We liked her. The installation team weas absolutely fantastic. They called to let me know that they were going to be a little bit late and locked up my house for me when they left. The way they finished everything was really nice. We're happy with the work that they did. It's a nice strong beautiful product. However, I need to call them at some point because of an underlapping part that is starting to get dinged up. I also found a tiny tick in one little spot and we thought that a $6,000 countertop probably wouldn't have any of those in it. I'm hoping that they can come out and just fill it in.

My sister liked the work that Granite Transformations did at her friend's house so we had them do our kitchen counter. The installation people were really nice and did a good job.

I needed to complete a project (a bar in my kitchen), and Granite Transformations got the job done which I enjoy. It's a self-caring material they did and I like it. I was recently looking at the corner and the gentleman did that with precise measurement. From beginning it was a very good job. My experience with this company was very good.

Their sales rep was very professional and very knowledgeable, and their installers were friendly, very efficient, and professional, too. They also did my sink. The entire remodel is perfect and was done fast.

I was looking to replace a bathroom counter. I went to a granite place and looked at slabs, but I couldn't find one that I liked. When I was on my way back, I remembered that Granite Transformations had a showroom so I stopped by because my co-worker had told me that they did beautiful work. I was in love from that point. The salesman showed me the different options and talked me into doing more than I was planning on doing. I didn't even realize they could wrap a tub or that they could do designs like he showed me. I ended up having my whole kitchen done as well as all three bathrooms. I also had my tub surround grouts. The salesman did a great job, however, I had a little bit of an issue originally with him and the pricing because he made some addition errors. But it was all handled with respect. I talked to the owner and we worked everything out.

We had Granite Transformations do the kitchen in our other house many years ago and recently, we had them do the kitchen and a bathroom here at the house we moved to in September. What they did were good and I like it. I asked the sales representative a lot of questions and they were very good. The installation team was also nice. They answered my questions and didn't act as if I was a stupid woman, like how some guys are who only talk to a guy and a woman is just a scenery.

Granite Transformations seemed like a good option when we were looking to redo the countertops of our kitchen and the cabinets. The sales rep was really friendly and helped us out. When we had to order one product and we weren’t sure, they called us to say that it was going to look different. We were on vacation and we couldn’t see the sample, so we had to trust them. It worked out and it looks great.

Granite Transformations did our kitchen cabinets. The sales rep at the showroom did really good. She went through the whole scenario with us and helped us pick out the hardware for the work. The installation team was good too. In fact, they made a correction from what was measured at the showroom. On one of the doors, it was gonna be a plain door that we didn’t like. They set it up and reordered a new door and it came up perfect match. The one that was shipped wouldn’t have matched very good. Everything came out perfect. It’s been a couple of years at least and everything still looks good.

The installation team was very clean, quick, and efficient. Everybody did their part, everything was picked nice and I was extremely happy with the remodeling quality of my countertops and sink. In fact, I got a couple of jobs for them. Everything was good and I'd recommend Granite Transformation to others.

We did a complete bathroom from the walls up - the shower, the sink and the top. It turned out great and we loved it. They took care of us very well. The installation team was great. He went above and beyond what he should have done. We're gonna use Granite Transformations again when we do the other bathroom.

Granite Transformations did our kitchen and I like it. The work has really improved everything in the kitchen. The sales rep that I worked with was fine, however, he didn’t explain clearly that I needed to hire my own plumber and that there would be another whole cost with the plumbing. The installation team was good but since I had to find my own plumber, I had to get these people to work together. They had some disagreements on things and my plumber pointed out some things in the installation that weren’t done right.

Both guys that came for installation were great, easy to talk to and answered any questions that I had. One thing which surprised me though was when the sales guy came out, he said the countertop would be in one piece but when one of the installer guys started talking about it having a seam, I said, “No. It's going to be one piece.” He had to look at the work order and then said I was right, but he said they normally don’t do that. I feel excellent about the quality of the countertop we got for our kitchen. We chose Granite Transformations due to the guarantee for life of the top against scratches and burns.

A friend of mine referred Granite Transformations to us. She's had it much longer than we've had ours. So they helped us with our kitchen counter and island and we're very pleased with their work. But one of the things that we don’t like is some of the pinholes that are in it. A couple are large and some people who come over notice them. But when I contacted customer service and sent a picture, they said, “Oh, that’s not large enough for us to worry about.” That wasn’t what we feel was good customer service. Though, the sales rep was good and answered our questions. He knew his product. Everything he said and how it would happen happened so we were pleased.

I've had Granite Transformations before and I've been dealing with them for quite a number of years. When I had to redo my bathroom, I contacted them. The sales rep was a little aggressive. He was more pushy but I got along with him okay and he did what I wanted, not what he wanted. Also, the remodel could have been done a little bit better but on the whole I'm pretty satisfied.

Granite Transformations replaced the countertops in my kitchen and the quality is good. The guys that did the work came back and fixed something. They came back relatively quickly and were good. However, considering my kitchen is small, I thought it was a little bit overpriced.

Granite Transformations did good work on our kitchen overall. Their salesperson was very nice and personable, but they had a delay in installation. It wasn't one day like they advertised which got us excited about. It took about a week and a half because when they came to install, the sink was in the wrong place so they had to remake the whole counter. However, we let them deal with the problem and work it out and when they finally got it done, it looked beautiful. So far, it's holding up and we haven't had any problems at all with it. I've already recommended Granite Transformations to a few people.

We liked the idea of no natural stones for less chance of a fault line or cracking and that Granite Transformations could overlay the countertop over our old one versus making a mess tearing it out. The sales reps were knowledgeable and treated us fair. The installation team was very neat, professional, thoughtful of the surroundings, and took care of things. We're very satisfied with Granite Transformations.

Granite Transformations did an estimate and told me instead of tearing out the whole kitchen sink, the countertop will go over the sink. The representative was very nice and did everything they can to help me and my wife pick out the right products that we wanted, right color, right backsplash and all. The installation team was also nice and did a wonderful job. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. Everybody was very pleasant, courteous, and very professional. The kitchen countertop is of very good quality and I'm very happy with it. If somebody asks me about it, I would recommend Granite Transformations to all my friends and family.

We have been getting wonderful praises from many different people. It is a joy to work in it. This weekend is Bennington Daze and we are serving Sloppy Joes, Hot Dogs and Ham & Cheese sandwiches. I hated my sink and thought that if I’m never going to get rid of it, I have to do the whole counter thing. Granite Transformations had an ad where I could get a free sink if I get the counter. I called and made an appointment to talk to them. After that, I found out that a neighbor down the street had it done and was really happy with the whole thing.

I’ve used them twice on two different homes and I liked the service both times. They're a little bit pricey but otherwise, everything’s great. We knew the boss who runs Granite Transformations as a friend. I had the kitchen completely done and three bathrooms. Everything was done very nicely and efficiently, and it was excellent. Their sales rep was always very positive and found the answers that we needed. Majority of the installation team were very good but we had one that was a little weak. We got it addressed and knew that it was the company and they stood by it.

I wanted a new countertop for my kitchen. The Granite Transformations salesman was great and very much knowledgeable. It was unbelievable as well with the installation team. They even had a cleaning lady come and clean and we were impressed. They did good work but I don't the hollow sounding here and there. It's like knocking on bad floor tiles. I wish they had a glue that's solid. I don't like the quality of the sink. I have to scour it about every other day, which I didn't know it was so porous, and that just rinsing dishes, it gets grouty-looking. I don't know if it's a bad sink or that's the way it is.

We got Granite Transformations to do our backsplash and cover up the back wall back in April 2015. My wife was the one who went for it and also the one who dealt with them most of the time. The sales representative came out to our home and the installation team was good.

I had a competitor refer Granite Transformations to me. He didn’t do refacing of the cabinets, and that’s what we were looking at and what we wanted to do. We needed to redo our kitchen, and the quality of the remodel is very nice. The installers said they were gonna be here at 9:00, and they were on time.

Granite Transformations put in a new granite bathroom countertop in our house. They took out the old one which is a classic 1975 shell design countertop for the sink. It was a bad, back in the day, piece of work. The sales rep I met with was really nice and I liked her a lot. I wanted black for the countertop because our bathroom has green and black tiles and she showed me the different stuff. She helped me select something that would go with our tiles because I didn’t want to replace all of them.

My son-in-law in Omaha heard good reports about Granite Transformations and they helped me put in a countertop. The sales rep was very good and members of their installation team were neat. They put up a little shelter, and worked in it, got it done, and cleaned it up. The countertop looks real nice. I'm very satisfied.

It was a good experience and we were very pleased. We've had our counters for just over a year now. The countertop we got from them is some kind of a composite that has shelves in it. It's beautiful and we love the color. When they put it in, the installers worked well with us and we were also very pleased.

After we contacted Granite Transformations to see how much the cost would be versus other companies (which was comparable), we got the countertops and had the cabinets refaced by them. It was an excellent remodel. I love my cabinets and the granite top. In addition, dealing with their salesperson was very informative and we went back a couple of times to make sure the color that we were going to get was the color I wanted. Their staff also came back to see how it was after the installation, and everything was fine.

This is the second time we've used Granite Transformations. They did the countertops and an island in the kitchen before. Recently, they put a granite on the counter that we had in the pantry. Their sales rep was good and helpful to my wife regarding what color would be better. The guy who did the installation was nice and polite and when he left, there was no mess. We didn't even know he was there after he left aside from a new top to the cabinet. Everything went together real good. The workmanship was good and everybody was helpful and courteous. We're going to do a remodel this next winter and are going to take a look at Granite Transformations.

I was interested in Granite Transformations' granite tops, so I got it for my kitchen and it's excellent. Everything was great and I never had to call them back for a problem. It's on the pricey side but it's worth it.

I had my stove go out and my sink was crotty so I decided to remodel my kitchen counters and backsplash through Granite Transformations. The sales rep was very, very helpful and the quality of the remodel was excellent. The installation team had some issues but they resolved them quickly and I was very appreciative. This was definitely a rewarding experience. This company provided excellent work skills in installing our new countertops. They did a beautiful job way past my expectations of the finished product. Plus they were respectful, courteous, and made sure everything was picked up and clean. In the next 2 years we plan on rebuilding a new home in Florida and will be using this company again. We were out getting bids from several companies, and when the Granite Transformations reps came out and visited us, we really liked them. They were very friendly, personable, and had good suggestions. We then decided to go with their company. They installed the kitchen counter in our kitchen when we were remodeling it. We were at work when the installation guys came in. They got in the house, did their job, and it was all done when we came home. They did a great job and it looks wonderful. The quality was top-notch. It couldn’t have been any better.

I got a lot of different bits and ideas for it and heard about Granite Transformations through a neighborhood association website and gave them a call. The sales rep that came over to my house had a bunch of samples with her, so I didn't have to go somewhere else and look at different granites. She was also able to assist me with the design and was able to help me out that's why I went with them. The cost is reasonable and I like the service that they offered and they were easy to work with.

We have some countertops that we were trying to get resurfaced, and Granite did a very good job in our granite overlay. We’ve used them twice at two different businesses. Every time, the installation guys are very forward. They’re very good people with great customer service skills.

We wanted to make some changes so we got in contact with Granite Transformations. Their rep was very good in explaining to us about the overlay product we got. The team were very good on the installation, and they did a good job of matching what we already have. There was a little bit of cleanup to do afterwards, but not much. Everything went well and we’re very pleased with the product. It was a great experience.

A friend had Granite Transformations do work, and seeing what kind of work they did and what we wanted to do, we contacted them. They did the countertop and the refinishing of the cupboards in our kitchen. The reps were friendly. Although there was very little interaction with them, everything was positive. It was a good and smooth experience.

One of the reasons I chose them was I like their product better than slab granite for several reasons. It's more ecologically friendly. I didn't see that a little piece of granite didn't smooth in and one night I was doing dishes and I felt it and I called right away and they came out and redid it. And in the process, they take granite and grind it or chop it up so they can use either recycled granite or they can use waste from slab granite, and they put it in this patented resin and pour it. When they brought it in, it fit right in.

My wife was tired of her old countertop so I went up at Granite Transformations. About a year later, I made up my mind to buy it for her. First, the people came out and measured the countertop. Then they made their mold so the granite can fit perfectly when done. The two guys that were here did such a fantastic job and no mess when they got done. We have a patio out here in the deck and they set up their cutting and all they had to do out there. They came in the patio door and had a canvas hanging up so no dust would get in the rest of the house. They were in and out of here in the same day, and we were back to eating in my kitchen.

After doing research online, I knew that the countertops from Granite Transformations is more stain-resistant and I don't have to apply any sort of sealant on them each year. Their remodel is really excellent. Their sales rep was helpful, explained the process, went through the background story of the whole company, how things were made and the exact step-by-step of what I was gonna be doing. Their installation team did a good job even though I wasn't here when they did it. They left what was left of the caulking for me, cleaned everything up and did what they were supposed to do. I was happy from start to finish. It was very satisfying.

We were very excited to have the kitchen counters and backsplash replaced. In fact, a lot of saving $ went into planning and hoping for a professional result. Big disappointment. The finished product ended up looking like an inexperienced DIY project. The counter top joint does not match. There is about a 1/8 difference in height resulting in an uneven countertop. Cleanup was non-existent. There were splatters of adhesive everywhere. Cabinets were splattered, as well as, the floor and countertops. The workman said he did not have time to clean up but was kind enough (LOL) to leave several razor blades for us to use. We also found a cut on our floor. It looks like a utility knife was dropped. We called and had the owner come out and boy did we get the runaround with a promise to get back to us. That never happened. My recommendation is, do not call the Ventura California Granite Transformation store.

When I contacted Granite Transformations here in Lincoln to ask them to come out and recaulk, I was disappointed and a little less than satisfied to find out that they were not going to come back and take care of this caulking issue for me.

My only suggestion is they really ought to integrate a plumber into it because I had to get a plumber separately which meant that it was another day without being able to use my kitchen.

I saw Granite Transformations at a home improvement show. Their products looked good and I liked them. They redid the countertops in the kitchen. I was promised that there would be no seams and that I could put my hand over and wouldn't feel anything, but at the corner where they attached the L, there's definitely a seam. Every time I wipe over it, my hand lugs across it, so I have to be careful not to drag anything across that area. The product is fine but I'm not happy with the way they installed that corner.

My experience with Granite Transformations was good except that there is one place that I’m not really happy about. It’s like a chip right where I keep my coffee pot and it’s very noticeable. The installer tried to get it out but he couldn't. Other than that, the guys were very pleasant at work, and I’m 95% happy.

Granite Transformations' remodel is good. The installation team was courteous. They did countertops and a backsplash. I do wish that the product I selected had more shine to it. Seeing a little piece of it doesn't do it justice. We needed to see a bigger piece. My friend has a countertop done by them. It’s the broken beer bottles and it has a much shinier look to it. It looks wet and ours doesn’t. The product is overpriced, too. I was a little bit disappointed with the finish but it wears well. It doesn’t leave cup marks or heat.

I had to do the financing and my only issue with that was that my product didn't get installed until the end of May but then I had to have everything paid off during the first two weeks of April. So, I don't feel like I've got my whole 12 months which I've paid off and I feel like I lost a month on the finances. However, I was satisfied with the product. Granite Transformations was awesome. It's all about saving the environment and we have a manmade Corian surface and it went on perfectly. I had a backsplash that my husband and I had installed ourselves that we wanted to maintain along with some trim and we picked out this great color. So I didn't want to just throw away the countertops and have my whole kitchen torn apart because it would probably cost the same price to have that removed and granite put in. They came in and did the templates and they did the final installation for a few hours and everything just went on perfectly. We're probably gonna sell our house and move to the lake and this is gonna add to the resale value. So, it was a very positive experience and it was beautiful and worth every penny. I would totally recommend it to anyone and I wouldn't even mind telling someone that.

Granite Transformations helped me out with our sink, kitchen counter, and backsplash. There was one issue that I called them back on. I had picked out a particular sink and I changed my mind. I called the next day and they said it was too late. That was the only thing that is not quite like I wanted it. Also, I’ve not called them about one of the spots on the countertop. We have a social network here in this retirement community, and somebody complained about their countertop, called them and they were told, “Forget it.” That’s why I haven’t called about this one spot on mine because I figure I’m not going to get anywhere.

When I called them originally, the woman said that they didn't have a facility here and it's a franchise that was no longer in business. After that, they came out, did the presentations and we went through the whole process. Once they came to install all the kitchen countertops, the lead person came back with a helper. They did a good job and we were satisfied. They didnt have enough samples to go by but the one that we picked worked perfectly in our kitchen set up.

Granite Transformations has a fairly broad variety of surfaces that other places didn't seem to have so we chose them to do the vanity top in the bathroom. They were also always the first result when looking up online like when I searched for "Plano granite." They did a great job and everything was well done. The only thing that I didn't think about was the material is thinner and we can't tell where things are because it goes down the edges. But other than that, they couldn't have done a better job. The vanity top looks great and it's a quick installation which only took less than a day. I would recommend Granite Transformations but I would have to let people know it is a different kind of process so the result is slightly different. I like the idea that it's scratch-proof but I don't think I would use them for my kitchen because of the look of the material, not because of anything that they did wrong.

The sales rep was nice, courteous, and did a job which I've been very happy with. Everything was acceptable and good with their installation team, too.

My experience with Granite Transformations has been very good. Over the past couple of years that we've been working with them, we dealt with a couple of sales representatives and everything has been fine. Granite Transformations did a counter for the island in our kitchen, a fascia for our fireplace and they're currently working on a counter for the bathroom. There's nobody that could do anything better than they did. When the installation team came to do the counter in the kitchen, they had to make a slight modification on it while they were here. But it was completed and a perfect fit, they dropped it on and Bob's your uncle.

Granite Transformations installed our new countertops. The installation folks were also the same folks that supported us when we first went to the showroom and they were outstanding from start to finish. It was a 5-star experience.

I saw Granite Transformations at the Pomona fair and had my countertops done and my cabinets refaced over a year ago. Their installation team was very friendly and the remodel done was very good.

We wanted countertops for our kitchen and master bath and somebody referred Granite Transformations. The first time the rep came out, he brought some samples, and we discussed what I wanted. He made a few suggestions, took very detailed measurements, and created some type of a template. About three weeks later, he was back and scheduled the day for installation. Then he came back and installed the countertops, including a new sink, in one day. The designer and installer are the same guy, and he was responsible from beginning to end, although when he came back out he had somebody with him. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves, and my wife was very surprised at that. They did a fantastic job and it certainly exceeded our expectations. It was everything we wanted.

Granite Transformations is awesome. They came in and measured quickly. But when they installed it, they had to sand down one of the seams of it because it wasn't measured properly. Now it's completely yellow and everything else is nice and white which bugs the ** out of me. Besides that, it's beautiful.

We had Granite Transformations redo our kitchen countertop and reface the cabinets. We called them back later and had them redo our two bathrooms. All the interactions we’ve had with them have been very good, and if we had a problem, they got back to us right away and made resolutions to it. Everything went very smoothly during the installation, and the installation team were timely and did an excellent job. It was an excellent, very professional experience overall.

We found Granite Transformations on YouTube. When we started, we had issues with the glass getting delivered. Apparently, the truck driver was in a car accident. Thank God, he was okay. It just took longer than expected. It was supposed to be a two-day job, and it turned into a two-week job. That inconvenienced me as it put me out of my kitchen for two weeks.

For a couple of years, I had gotten brochures from Granite Transformations, and I like that the process is real quick and easy. We purchased countertops, and we love them. The quality is excellent. The sales rep was very friendly and helpful, and the installation team was fine.

Granite Transformations' products and samples are really nice so I decided to get in touch with them. The two installers who came out were good. They explained what they were doing and were very meticulous about the installation. They cleaned up everything before they left. My countertops are great and I love it. I’ve showed my counters to a number of people and I'm very proud of them. I've had a very good experience with them and if ever I bought another house, I would use them again if I needed them.

We wanted to redo our kitchen cabinets so we contacted Granite Transformations and they did our countertop. We liked them so we called them back again for the second time to do our bathroom last fall. Everything went very professionally with the sales representative and we liked it. The installation team guy was great, pretty professional, knowledgeable of what they were doing and cleaned up after. We’ve recommended them to other people.

We had Granite Transformations help us with glass products to put on our countertops. They're not super excellent, and some of the problems we had with them were due to miscommunication. They made some measurement and cutting mistakes, but they finally got it right and we're ultimately happy with the product. It's quite nice. They followed up on their promises, but it took a long time for them to follow-up on some repairs. They drilled a hole where they weren't supposed to, then they had to patch it, and instead of doing that, they covered it with another wall. We had to keep calling and asking them when they're going to be back to fix the problem. They could have managed that a little bit better. But my whole experience with them was pretty good.

Talking with their sales reps has been all good and the team that did installation was courteous. We had the granite put on a countertop and I'm very satisfied with the quality. I've used Granite Transformations three times in three different houses and the experience has been pretty simple with them.

Granite Transformations did island and my kitchen before and I liked it. Then several years later, I had the rest of my kitchen, all the counters and my bathroom sink done. A piece on my kitchen island broke and my only problem was that I had to deal with several different reps. Then, I had a crack in the sink in my upstairs master bathroom. A service rep came and took a picture of it, but I've never heard from anybody. The crack hardly shows, so I haven't really pushed about it. Other than that, I'm very happy with Granite Transformations and have told several of my friends about them.

We were looking for kitchen tile tops and saw a Granite Transformations ad, so we decided to contact them. They have less demolition because their countertops fit right on top of our old counter. It's great - it's low-maintenance and looks nice. And then, I made the guys in touch with the right cabinets for all the kitchen cabinet refacing. Their sales rep was direct to the point and their installation team was quick and measured everything perfectly. When I had one issue, they came out and took care of it. Wife's happy and that's what counts.

I looked up Granite Transformations online and thought it was a nice way of getting the countertops done without having the kitchen torn apart. I like the idea that they put it over the existing countertops. So when I got back home in Fort Worth, I went to the Granite Transformations place. I saw what they had, liked it and made the appointment for them to come out and measure. I have compared prices with actually getting granite countertops and it's a little bit more expensive with Granite Transformations but the convenience of not having my countertops ripped out outweighed it. I was very happy from start to finish. The amount of time it took to get the kitchen countertops done was only a one-day installation. It didn’t take months as some things take. The installation team knew what they were doing and did a great job. They did it fast.

A friend of mine had Granite Transformations do her countertops. They offer several different products, too. We spoke with a knowledgeable sales rep and just like the installation team, he was polite and on time. The installation team also explained what they would be doing and how long it would take. It took a little longer than what they said, but only an hour or two. I got a recycled granite glass countertops. I really like it and we're very happy with it. They were very professional, did a great job and it came out good. We were very pleased with the whole experience with them.

We were extremely satisfied with cabinetry installation and George who did the work. The back-splash work, while mostly was good, had issues where the installer didn't follow instructions. Cut a hole where none was to be and had to make a major correction after the backsplash was already epoxied to the wall. The repair is pretty good, but you can tell there was a repair done. There was also the issue where corner back-splash sections did not align and looks odd, unprofessional. In addition when cutting out a hole in back-splash for electrical outlet, part of the back-splash cracked and is visible, especially when under counter lighting highlights it. Would I use GT again? I would definitely shop around, so maybe not.

My daughter went to the home show and saw Granite Transformations there. She knew I was wanting the countertops and she told me about it so I called them. My experience with them was good. They did what they said they’ll do and there weren’t any problems. I was completely satisfied with everything and I have recommended them to other people.

Granite Transformations did our kitchen 13 years ago and we didn't have any issues with their work so we had them do the flooring and the surround wall in our bathroom shower. What they did with the bathroom shower was great! Loved it. Their sales rep was very nice, pleasant and informative. The installers were great as well. They cleaned up and had me review the work before they left. I'm very happy with them. It's a great product, wears and cleans well and looks good!
