We are very satisfied with the workmanship, the product and the guys that installed it. The work that Jeff did was excellent and very professional. I would recommend him and Granite Transformations to anyone that is looking for this type of work to be done.

My kitchen counter has a slight variation in color at a seam next to my sink, which makes it noticeable. My other seam in a less conspicuous area, has no color variations. The off color counter was replaced once before the job was completed, and yet still there's a noticeable color difference. I was told I had to live with it. My calls were not taken or returned. I couldn't even get my warranty information, until a second outside party apparently was able to talk to someone, and it was mailed to me. Still no calls or consideration. I'm very disappointed and a bit angry, that there was no communication after I wrote my last check to remedy the situation.

I love my new kitchen counters and sink! Not only do they look great but I was extremely pleased and impressed with the workmanship and ethic of the installer, Walter. On a scale of 1-10, I would definitely give him a ten. I was also very happy with the installation of the faucet by the plumber you work with. Working with Granite Transformations was a good experience. I would definitely recommend.

This would be 5 stars for the initial installation and one (at best) for the repair. When I first saw the granite samples I was concerned that it would be slippery for a shower. I was told that it wasn't and went ahead with the order. We were very happy with our beautiful new shower and the guys installing it did a great job. We soon found out that if you moved around on it just right during a shower that the water acted like hydroplaning. Maybe not as much for me because I have small feet but for my husband with shoe size 14 it was much worse. When his feet went out from under him while showering, he hit the wall with his shoulder and his head on his way to the floor. The floor is dangerously slippery when wet and presents a huge liability.

Why oh why did I fall for the sales hype and cover over my beautiful (but old) granite worktops? Salesperson persuaded me that this would look great, never show any watermarks or drips, and the clincher was I wouldn't have to "seal" it every year (big deal). I got Nero Stella because I liked the black glittery surface but four years on the worktop looks sad. Unsightly white bits have risen to the surface and every drop of water or liquid shows unless I polish and wipe and wipe and polish. Granite Transformations came back once and "stripped" it down for free because I'd been using a granite cleaner which I shouldn't have done. Then they came back (at a fee charged to me) to strip it again. I'm so disappointed and annoyed with myself for choosing this over genuine granite because this looks so awful now.

I had my kitchen counters done. They promised a couple of days, it took several days, hacked my kitchen bar, laid the counters, and it's lopsided. I complained, and they said it wasn't bad enough to repair. One of the worker's son was on the job, and he was released from his position, I still didn't get a refund, discount, or have my counters repaired. Do not use this company!

I had a granite overlay installed eight years ago. The sheen has long worn off the countertops and a chip broke loose, leaving a hole. I contacted the corporate office and sent pictures. I received a "sorry" letter, but they refused to make it right, even though the website tells of "lifetime guarantee." The product looked nice new, but did not stand up to normal use. The company does not stand behind their product. Save your money!

I purchased a new kitchen and large amount of Carrara worktop from them, and it was fitted late November 2018. By February 2019 bearing in mind I live in the north of England, not the sunniest part of the world and my kitchen faces East so at most I only get two hours of direct light daily. My worktops changed colour from grey and white to GREEN and white, inside a couple of months. I contacted the warranty team, and so began a saga that has lasted until now Jan 2020.

We were told that there is a lifetime warranty which gave a peace of mind and helped make the decision to purchase their counter-top overlays. However, now that the counter-tops need repair, I found out the local office has closed and corporate will not do anything to honor the warranty. For about 6 months now, corporate continues to tell us that we have to be 'patient' while they find someone to buy the local franchise. I have been waiting for over 6 months and still am being told to be patient. Had I known that the warranty isn't worth anything when the local franchise closes the door, we would have never chosen this company. I must also say that the counter-tops do not look like real granite. Disappointed.

We loved Trend Transformations commitment to sustainability and made the decision to use this company rather than dispose of old countertops and install new ones. We were thrilled with the service and product for 15 months, and we even convinced our friends to use them. Then, at 16 months post-installation, a two inch crack appeared in our countertops. I spent four months calling and emailing Trend Transformations (our local outfit is no longer in business so I had to contact the national office) to learn about how to use our warranty. No one ever answered the phone and my messages were not returned. When I finally got a return call, I was told to email someone who would help me. I emailed weekly -occasionally getting a hollow promise that someone would respond within two days which never happened- and was astonished at the poor service.

We had our entire bathroom redone 10 yrs ago. It took about 3 days and was very well done. After about 6 years the grout in the shower started coming out. We contacted them leaving messages, emails and finally after two months they said they would charge 200$ to look at it and it would not be taken off the costs of fixing the problem. We re-grouted ourselves multiple times and then finally I got a tile guy I trusted to take the job. He replaced 60% of the tiles (the ones that were loose). I suggest keeping a lot of spare tiles if possible. He said the installation would have held better if they had scored the tiles underneath and had used a better product (he used flextile as the adhesive) and then grouted with power grout. So I would give 4-5 stars for install, and 2 stars for service. We have a lot of tiles in our house and these were the only ones that have lost grout and become loose.

Den Window Bay and Cabinet Tops. Entire process - from selection to measurement to installation - was handled very professionally and everyone was a pleasure to work with. All commitments were met (appointment arrival times, length of appointment, cleanliness, etc.) This is the second time we have utilized Granite Transformations, and would definitely recommend them to others.

As a the bread winner in my home and the person who makes all financial decisions I was surprised to hear that I would not be given the experience that was explained to me. Jennifer in the Indy office shared that the "showroom" would be brought to me and I could pick out and see my options and get a quote during my consultation. Upon arrival the agent explained she would only be taking measurements and I would need to make a trip to a showroom to get a accurate quote. When I questioned the process she told me "I don't understand the process" and that she didn't have time to make an extra trip to go over the process when the financial decision maker was available.

On Monday June 3rd, l had counter tops installed by Justin and Steve. Service by these two gentlemen was excellent. Work was completed in a neat and timely manner. I was so impressed with my new counter tops and would definitely recommend your company to all my friends and family!

Granite overlay on kitchen counter tops - The entire experience was efficient and quick. Didn't waste time, reasonably priced and followed through on everything they said they would do. The estimation was thorough and helped us think of everything. Made our old, original counter tops look fresh and new. Feels great to walk into the kitchen! Easy to care for and durable. Love the under mounted XL sink that was recommended by the estimator.

The local folks are very nice to work with, especially the very patient and artistic office manager... and the product is beautiful. Disruption to our lives was also minimal. In addition the senior and super skilled installer managed the work onsite and most is praiseworthy! However, miscuts in the backsplash around the window ledge resulted in quite visible "holes" in the granite, which the fix for was equally visible caulk. These caulk-filled holes in the granite detract from the otherwise lovely professional look of the project.

The countertops in the our guest bath and our master bath upstairs came out fantastic. The team was a pleasure to work with and Jason did a great job on the install. Both bathrooms look great and work great as well.

Everyone was very cordial, friendly and professional. They did an outstanding job! I would recommend Granite Transformations for anyone looking to update their home! They came on time, and was done in a very timely manner, and cleaned up after themselves!

Went out to Granite Transformations to pick out the color of the material we wanted to use for our remodel. When we got there even though the website and window hours posted that they were open Sat. 10-2 the store was closed. Had a sign that read for Immediate service call the phone number they had posted. To date I still haven't been able to reach anyone and no one has called me back. I've left 2 messages. We had to drive 45 min in heavy traffic just to turn around and go home. I need a company who's professional and I can trust. This is NOT that company.

My experience with Granite Transformations was good! Besides a small mixup on my start up, everything went smoothly! All of the staff were nice and that made my installation go well! I’ll be calling them back to do my sink in the master bath! Good job Granite Transformations!

In 2013 we contracted with a Granite Transformations franchise, now Trend Transformations, to do a kitchen and master bath renovations. We were very pleased with the result of the renovation. Unfortunately, in April of 2017 the shower leaked doing extensive damage to the bathroom flooring, wall studs, and ceiling in the basement below. The franchise that did the work said they would do all of the necessary repairs at no charge, since the work was not done correctly in 2013. Unfortunately, they had ended their relationships with the Trend corporate company less than a month before.

This was a great company to work with. Stephanie came out in January and was very helpful. She brought many samples and ideas. Then a few weeks later Jason came out to do exact measuring. He called ahead of time and was very friendly and encouraging that this would work in our weird configuration in our bathroom. Then 1 week later, Justin came out to install. He also called ahead of time.

Exceeded my expectation. Looks fabulous. Jason and the installers did an awesome job. Definitely will recommend them. Thanks for a great product and experience. Our Kitchen looks totally different and everyone that has seen it, loves it. It's nice to know there are companies that do what they promised.

Kitchen counter top - I just want too let people know that I will not ever use this company anymore because I had the company come out two times before to fix the same thing and just because is over a year they tell that they would have to charge me. They said that they would not charge me the $150.00 but only $50.00 to fix the same thing and I feel that it not fair. I pay $2400.00 for this and they should try to fix it one more time. I do not have that kind of money but if that's how you feel I will make sure that I tell anyone that will listen. If I have to I will get touch with BBB.

I couldn't be happier. The installer, Justin, was efficient, professional and friendly. He didn't mind when my cat "helped" him with his work and the work is beautiful. All 3 of the people who came to the house were a pleasure to meet and work with. Thank you.

Purchased new countertops and had them installed by a Granite Transformations installer on Feb. 1st, 2018. Noticed cracking/splitting and notified GT on Nov. 6th who sent out the previous installer, who stated the countertop needs to be replaced as it will continue to crack. It has now been 6 weeks with no acceptable response or resolution from the local GT or its HQ. It was repeated several times that the countertop was so durable you could "drive a car on it " or "drop a bowling ball on it", neither of which I have done. Wish I had read the previous reviews stating this company Does Not stand behind its warranty??? That this gets resolved before I have to pursue other avenues.

They were high pressure salespeople, way too expensive for the shoddy workmanship performed, will not make good on defects of their own making. They did not finish the job and refuse to fix it to our satisfaction. Owner was rude and hostile.

We were really impressed upon entering the store. We were instantly put under the impression that they made their own kitchen cupboard doors to a high standard etc (being timber doors rather than mdf). The quote provided was broken down into sections. ie, worktop...cupboard doors...etc. We were so shocked that the Door price came to £5,300. When we asked about this they confirmed that it included, handles, closing & fitting. (If faulty they will sort - As any good reputable fitter would). We have since sourced the exact same brand of door online from various suppliers. We have had a quote per door from between £43 - £49! - pre drilled. With handles, soft closing & fitting our max quote is at least £2,000 “Less” than what quoted us - It’s probably even less as that a max guideline.

I love my new kitchen countertop. Affordable and user care friendly compared to actual Granite. Justin and Steve were polite, friendly and very professional. They installed in a matter of a few hours and even cleaned up. I highly recommend Granite Transformation and I look forward to my next project with them.

Steve and Tom our installers were awesome!!! So polite! They arrived on time and finished within a few hours! They even cleaned up! Love the countertops!! I couldn’t be happier with the product!! We plan on updating one of our bathrooms and will definitely use your services again!

I purchased benchtops, splashbacks and kicks from Granite Transformations two and a half years ago. Carrara. Grey and White. The benchtops, splashbacks and kicks are now pink and white. Yes pink. (Anyone want photos? I have them.) I contacted Granite Transformations in June and nothing is yet sorted. What a nightmare they are. I was told it was a total product failure and I could no longer select from that range - was walked past sheets of stone in the workshop and told to ignore; was shown an alternate selection which were nothing like what I had selected, and not suitable to my home. I was then told to sit tight; then weeks later shown a couple of alternatives.

Two men arrived quite on time on Saturday August 25th and were finished with the installation in one hour and forty minutes. They were both friendly and worked very efficiently. The jobs are beautiful. Truly, what a transformation!!! We would definitely recommend your company to friends.

When my bench top was installed several years ago it instantly started to stain. After eight months they replaced it. The new replacement had a horrible seam right through the middle of the main part that wasn’t there before. Maybe they used offcuts but when I wasn’t happy I have had no response or callbacks whatsoever. I gave up. Now a few years down the track with my yellowing and dull bench tops, the edges have a lot of chips that have destroyed all of our shirts with holes and when I offered to pay to have them come file it or something I get the runaround. I’m saving for a new bench top 5 years after this one and would advise anyone to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!!!

My countertop is falling apart and hanging by tape. It was improperly installed. They do not honor their lifetime guarantee and have refused to return my calls after over a year! They sent a guy out last August to look at it and I had some interaction with emails and photos and then nothing. They have refused to return my calls ever since.

Several years ago we purchased new countertop. The countertop has pitted so we went back to the Sioux Falls, SD store as that is where we purchased the product, it has a guarantee. We have contact them personally and my phone many times. They keep telling us someone will get a hold of us. They did come and look at the counter and agreed we have a problem but that is all they have done. They said they need to talk to the owner, that was many months ago, the last time they said someone would come out was last February, we have not heard from anyone. Since then we have stopped in at the Sioux Falls, SD store. They keep telling us they need to hear from the owner. What can we do? The Sioux Falls store has all our complaints and paperwork.

We are completely happy/satisfied with the installation of new countertops, a sink and crown molding (over our cabinets). The process, from coordinating our wishes with the sales representative to the final installation of items, went as smoothly as possible. All appointments regarding the installations were met on time, and the workmanship by the fabricators and installers was excellent. The beauty of the countertops installation was that we didn't have to empty out our cabinets under the countertops. The new countertops fit perfectly over the old ones and were installed in just a few hours. We heard about Granite Transformations from a couple of our neighbors who were so satisfied with the work.

Beware of Granite Transformations' Warranty Scam? GT offers a limited lifetime warranty. Granite countertops were displayed at a local home show & products were installed by an authorized GT dealer. A number of years later, our granite developed a crack and the installed sink is falling. We contacted a dealer closest to our area and they believed the original contractor failed to install a sink support rack. They offered to fix the defects in material and workmanship for $350.

When we did the countertops in September of 2017 I praised the company, because they did everything they said they would, called, came when promised, Loved them. Now that the caulk is separating from the countertop, I call, no callback, I call back and speak with someone. She said, "We talk about repairs on Tuesday, someone will call you." It's now Thursday, no call. :(

The purchase and install went smoothly. No problems with installation. My countertop is now 2 years old and I noticed a small scorch spot on the side and top of my countertop. I called the local franchise that did the install and they are no longer in business. After some digging I was able to locate an email address for the corporate office (I could not find a corporate phone number) and inquired about how to go about having it repaired. Warranty or not... That was the beginning of November 2017. After 4 weeks a rep was finally sent out to look at my countertop. The rep said someone would be in contact with me within the week. That was another month ago. No one calls you and no one answers your emails. Their customer service is terrible. If you go with this company for any of their products hope that you never have an issue and have to have it repaired. You will not be able to reach anyone.

I Do Not Recommend!! Sales rep came out and showed me kitchen granite and explained how they put on top of existing counter rather than demo counter. Made decision on countertop and sales rep showed me back-splash tile options. Showed Sales rep one from Lowe’s that I liked to have him match it up and he said I could buy my own tile back-splash and it would be far cheaper than buying it from them. Appreciated that and preferred to have the Back-splash tile that I liked.

I contacted Trend Transformations (Granite Transformations) in mid May to give me a quote on new counter tops and back splash for my kitchen as well as a new vanity top for the powder room. The install was completed June 23rd, much earlier than promised. I am happy about that. The product is beautiful. However, I do have some complaints about the installation process. During the install, when moving my stove, the workers scratched my hardwood floor and broke the oven door. They "fixed" the door by adding a couple of screws to the door so it will open without the glass falling out, but now the oven door screeches and moans when I open and close it and the oven light doesn't work. I mopped and waxed the hardwood with Bona and a Oreck floor buffer, and the scratch would not come out.

Granite Transformations have the motto "Done in a day, beautiful for life" (it only had taken more than a month). I hired this company in February 17, 2017 for refacing my cabinets, change my floor, redo my pantry, and install real quartz on the counters and as backsplash. I have to wait for they start the job on April 24 looking forward to have a perfect finished product, but today June 4, 2017 they have still have not gave me the kitchen I want. They said I have to wait 10 extra days for change some doors and install a "blind corner" cabinet, but they have not finish and they do not respond my calls and emails. When I talked with some of the managers about my dissatisfaction (Tim and Bryan) they said that customer service is their priority, but they transfer me to Beth ** and she only have given me hard time. I want they fix this:

What initially drew us to the concept of a granite overlay was the ease of installation. Had we known then what we know now, we would have gone with real granite. Our biggest complaint is the fact that the product simply does NOT hold up well. After four years of usage, the surface has become dull in places and "pockmarked" around the faucet. Apparently, certain cleaners, like CLR dissolve whatever material is used in the fabrication of this overlay. We have also several, rather obvious seams along the edges where the pieces were joined which does not look exactly attractive. Which brings me to fact that you cannot have nicely rounded corners with this product -- only thick and clunky looking edges. All in all, we found the product to be just as expensive as real granite -- which we are about to get after all. If you are looking to save money, Granite Transformations is NOT the way to go.

Granite Transformations, Shrewsbury, UK. have genuinely transformed my kitchen. This company from start to finish, could not have been more helpful, patient, understanding and efficient. Everything went according to plan in spite of my changing my mind several times about various aspects of the installation. All together I am 100% delighted with my new kitchen and would highly recommend Granite Transformations of Shrewsbury, England without hesitation.

The experience we had with Granite Transformations was awesome. They were very polite and efficient from the start to the finish. The Installers were very professional. They were polite and friendly, and cleaned up their mess. Would not hesitate to refer this company and their product for renovation. I am looking forward to using them and/or this product on my vacation home in the near future. It was more expensive than granite/quartz. However, you do not have the mess with this product as it goes over the existing surface. My whole kitchen counter was done in a matter of 6 hrs, compared to a few weeks with the tear out and rebuild on counter subsurface. And did I mention it looks just beautiful with my existing backsplash?

I live in a manufactured home and a slab of granite would be too heavy for the wood floors. Granite Transformations is the company that fits my needs at the time because they make it into a slab that's very lightweight and mount it on top of my existing counter. There is very little work and they do it all in one day. My experience with Granite Transformations has been a good one. They bring the pieces already made then set up on top of my existing counters and it's beautiful work. I like the thickness and how it looks very bold when it's on the counters. Also, it's guaranteed for life. If something happens, they will come down and repair it for me.

Ten years ago, Granite Transformations opened an office in Temecula and we had them put countertops in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. When we moved into this house we needed some more work done so we called them. Interactions with their salespeople were very appropriate and their installers were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great experience and I'd call Granite Transformations again if I need to.

Granite Transformations did the remodeling of my kitchen and one of my baths. Most of their work was really good, but they damaged my sink. The sink was bought by my wife, and it was a special copper hammered chrome sink. And they offered to try and replace it, and pull everything back out. My wife told them no. Granite said that they would compensate us for it because we really didn't want it removed. They came up with a $400 rebate back on to it for us, and that still has not happened. And I've been in touch with them for several times. It's been about a year and a half now.

We wanted to change counters and didn't want to tear our kitchen all apart, so we gave Granite Transformations a call. They came in, measured the counters out, brought them back and put them in. Their work was really nice and they were professional about everything. People pay to have something done and hope it turns out right and that's exactly what Granite Transformations did. They're a little pricey but they did a good job.

I needed countertops done in the house so I decided to call around a couple of different shops and Granite Transformations was one of them. The sales rep was very professional and knew what he was selling. Any questions I had, he pretty much answered right on the spot. I had a very pleasurable experience with them and would recommend them to anybody. I'd also do it again on the next go-around.

Granite Transformations covered our guest bathroom, vanity, and shower, and it's very fine. There was a little miscommunication at one point between what the sales rep had told us and what the installer shared. She said that it would be no issue at all to have them install some little corner shelving in the shower, but that wasn't the case with the product we bought, so we weren't able to do a little corner shelving. However, we came up with an alternate, so we're not dissatisfied. There was also some scheduling frustrations. But aside from these, we're very happy with the outcome.

The sales rep of Granite Transformations was a little pushy but he's good. The company helped us with our cabinet and its quality was pretty decent. The installation team was very good and thorough, and the installation went well. However, it took a bit longer than anticipated. Also, the product was a bit expensive for what I got.

We wanted to replace our countertops and found Granite Transformations online. We did a kitchen and two bathrooms, and we're extremely happy with the remodels. Everything went smooth and great. Plus, the installers were really nice people. I would recommend Granite Transformations to anybody who would like to get their countertops done.

I needed to get a change in my kitchen. I called Granite Transformations and the rep was real nice, very cooperative, and excellent so I went with him because I thought he was good. The installers were very good too and the work is beautiful. I love it. Definitely would recommend Granite Transformations.

We liked the product of Granite Transformations so we purchased about $25,000 worth of countertops from them. Their sales rep was fine. She came out and spent a lot of time with us and explained everything and then we made our decision. They did a nice job. They improved the house 100% because we had it appraised. And it helped that, and it’ll last forever, that’s the gold part. It’s beautiful work. We’re all happy with it and we’re glad we came to Granite Transformations.

I just bought a place and didn't want to go to all the trouble taking the tile off. I contracted with Granite Transformations and the remodel is very nice and looks really good. I went in a few times and was very satisfied with the sales reps. They're very nice. Everything was fine with the installation team and everything went real good.

I liked what Granite Transformations' product looked like compared to others. They redid my shower, and when they went to install it they realized they manufactured one of the panels sideways so I didn't feel secure about them. Then they ordered the part, but it set back the installation for a couple of weeks, so it made me wonder about the quality of their company. However, everybody was helpful. They brought the problem to my attention, then they asked whether they can put it in that way or get a new one. They were very friendly and they always answered my questions.

I had a very good interaction with GT's sales rep and they had color samples and samples of different option for finishes. There were a couple of areas of concern with the setup that he wanted me to clarify so one of the managers actually showed up and helped go over with some of that and how they would take care of it. They were on time. The installation team took measures ahead of time to protect the areas they were not working on and they cleaned up afterward. Then they walked through what they did and had me take a look at it before they left. It was very good quality.

My experience with Granite Transformations was really great. I saw their work and they were also recommended so I had them do a kitchen installation and it's a beautiful work. The whole process was absolutely easy and they showed up on time. They did an outstanding job. They were knowledgeable and just great. They even cleaned up the mess that they didn't make.

We had blue countertops in the house that were like the 80's blue tiles and blue grout, and it's horrible. I did my research and had three other quotes then we chose to go with Granite Transformations. The sales representative came over and showed us everything. We weren't really happy with anything that we saw then she brought out the recycled glass and we loved it. That's what we went with. They have one person who came out and measured it and then another one who installed it. It's unique how they do that. However, there was one glitch and they missed one piece. But they came back the next day and got it fixed so there's no problem. It was quick, easy, no stress on my part, and a good experience. They did a great job and I have recommended them.

Our house was built in 1935 and it was last remodeled in 1960. So I had the ugliest counter tops I've ever seen in my life. I had Granite Transformations cover my old countertops with something up-to-date. They showed up when they said they were going to, to estimate it, make the pattern, and install it. Everything was fine, and I love the quality of the remodel. The installer was also great. He cleaned up my kitchen cleaner than I have it. I would highly recommend Granite Transformations.

My kitchen was remodeled by Granite Transformations and it was great. I absolutely love it. The guy who came out and did the templating and the guy who did the installation were great. I was around the whole time and they were friendly and talkative, explaining what they were doing. It was fun.

I needed a new countertop and it was a lot cheaper to go with Granite Transformations for what I wanted. I've never been unhappy with my remodel a day since we had it. It was the best thing I ever did and I love it. The sales rep gave me a thorough rundown on everything and he was easy to contact. The installers came quite early and they were lovely. However, the installation took a long time and the installers should have come earlier because I ended up getting in trouble. We live in a mobile home park and our neighbors fussed at us because the installers were working too late, but it's not something that the installers could have done any different. My kitchen was cleaner when they left than when they got there. They're wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone.

Granite Transformations had done something for me years ago and redid my master bathroom last March and the remodel quality is fabulous. The sales rep was really good and knowledgeable. The installers are fabulous too. I call the installation team if I have problems, like when a piece of the bathroom vanity that they had repaired ten years ago, I asked them if they could replace the piece. They redid it and didn't even charge me for it. They're very efficient and they know their business. I call and ask questions all the time and they're very patient and answer everything. I've already recommended them to four people.

We remodeled the bathroom for my mother who has difficulty getting in and out of the shower. I really like the quality of the remodel and it's very appealing visually. I wouldn't change anything at this point. As for the sales rep, he was great and was on his best behavior. Everything went smoothly as far as that. The installer was a little more drained, but they're construction workers, so that was nothing unexpected. I would highly recommend Granite Transformations for a quick and beautiful transformation of an older bathroom or kitchen. If I had a longer time, I might have done a little bit differently constructional wise for my mom. But for what we had done, it's absolutely gorgeous.

We heard about Granite Transformations from my neighbors who got their services. We were considering something else for our kitchen counters. I wanted the old-fashioned farm sink and in order to get that, I had to have new counters. We thought that Granite Transformations might be the best way to go. It might be a little cheaper than granite and a lot cleaner than getting the whole granite counter.

The sales rep was competent and very thorough. He followed through wonderfully. We had a problem with the sink and he tried very hard to accommodate us and find a sink that would work. But we ended up having to use the old sink because the kind of shape is not made anymore. Granite Transformations did what they said they would and finished the countertops for our kitchen in one day. The people were courteous and professional. Everything was how I would expect. I'm very happy and satisfied.

Granite Transformations put in a backsplash and countertops to update my kitchen. They were professional and pleasant and I like the quality of their remodel. The installers did a good job. If I pointed out something, they looked into it and took care of it.

And when I was at a local home show, I saw Granite Transformations had a booth there and I was impressed with the fact that there wouldn't be any demolition. So I had my kitchen counters and kitchen backsplash done by them. They were all very good and professional. I'd recommended Granite Transformations to several other people. I've been very happy with the product and with the company itself. The owner of this particular location came over twice to meet and see how everything was going. So I appreciated that personal touch as well.

Granite Transformations had the product we were looking for. The installers were nice, friendly and courteous. We were expecting it to be a two-day installation but they did it in one extremely long day. We're a little far out and I didn't think they wanted to have to come back. They rushed out of here and didn't finish the finishing job. There's glue stuck on the floors and seams that still have silicone on them. I'm not happy with that but the quality of the countertops in my kitchen is good. I would recommend them.

We had our kitchen countertop done by Granite Transformations and we got a new sink, too. The sales rep from Granite Transformations initially came over and provided us with all the different options. He was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Their installers did very well but there was a little problem. But the installer came down the next day, finished it off to the way I like it and all is well. They were prompt and I was impressed with their service. My experience with Granite Transformations went smoothly and I like the way it all came up.

Granite Transformations has great materials. The price is a bit higher three times than doing it myself with regular granite but theirs is guaranteed for life. We first knew about them at a home show then got them to make a cover for the top of our hearth. It looked fine but they missed it. It was about an inch bigger than it should have been so we couldn't center it. That part wasn't the bad part but the installers took a sticky rag and stuck it on my handmade, beautifully done mantle and it left terrible marks.

We had some other friends here in Durham who had used Granite and we liked what their kitchens looked like. Our kitchen is small and we really needed to bump out two walls but we don't have $40,000, so it was this or nothing. We're very satisfied and the guys did a phenomenal job. The young man who came and did the pre-measuring explained everything while the guys who put it in and installed work really well together. I could tell one had done this for years and the other one was learning, but the younger one was just fine with directions given to him and questions that he was able to answer. They also cleaned up nicely after themselves.

I didn't want a complete kitchen redo and to pull the cabinet tops out. I was looking for a relatively quick and easy change over and that's what Granite Transformations did. I feel good about its quality. The installers were good and cleaned up after themselves. They actually had to come twice. But they did a great job.

About eight years ago Granite Transformations did tiling in a granite cabinet top in my kitchen. They did a counter cover-up in a wet part area for me and the did a good job. Fred, their sales rep, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made good recommendations based on the set-up that I had. We set up the appointment to do the measurements, and then once the pieces were acquired and installed, it has been great. The installers were efficient and very helpful.

I had new countertops for my kitchen from Granite Transformations. They were referred to me by one of my friends whose daughter use them. The sales guy was really good and the one that was truly amazing was the young man who installed it. It took him 13 hours to do the job, but it was done right and his clean up was impeccable. We're really happy with the product and the total experience was uneventful and painless.

We needed a new countertop so we could sell the house and didn't have the money to spend on a full one so we got in contact with Granite Transformations. Their reps were all very knowledgeable and told us what we could and couldn't do. There was only one problem when we purchased the material. We were told that once we get the full item in, it may not exactly match with the samples that we saw because the samples are small and they're made from different batch lots. We ended up with something a little bit darker than we wanted but it was fine.

And the guy who came in and did the work was very friendly. He knew what he was doing. And he did it and it wasn't a mess. Before the countertops were put on, they cut them beforehand. They ask you how you want your design and stuff on it. So when the guy brings it out and puts it on, it's all set up that way. The people in the office were very friendly and helpful in any questions I had. They were very professional. I enjoyed interacting with them and we'll probably get our showers done in the future.

The Techs involved in Transforming the kitchen were great! The first issue I have is with the drawers, both in the cabinets and the pantry - mostly the pantry. The pantry drawers all needed to be remade - due to the placement of the hinges on the doors. The Lead on the job specified where the hinges needed to be put but that fact was ignored. The drawers are smaller than what I had, so less fits in each drawer, but they feel less substantial and one drawer falls off the slider periodically. If I had to do this over - I would Refuse to have new drawers made. The old drawers were far better constructed. The counter top has a few spots where the edge has some chipped areas, nothing major but perhaps it is due to what style it is.

My dad is in construction and he had told me that he was painting a house and that someone had just laid something over the top of their sink. I also wanted to get granite installed in my kitchen so I googled it and Granite Transformations came up. Their sales reps came, showed me all the different stuff and went over the pricing. Then somebody else came and did the measurements. Afterwards, their team installed it. We had everything moved for them so all they had to do was put it on and do whatever they did. It was a pretty simple and easy process. The granite looks good and it's been almost a year since it was installed so it's still holding out.

We needed to have a bathroom vanity redone. We contacted Granite Transformations and the quality of their work turned out to be very nice. However, we had an issue with the product the first time it was delivered. The vanity's probably 10 or 12 feet long and it looked too long for a single piece. When the installers showed up, the pieces were covered and when they uncovered them and went to install them, they did not match. So they had to rush order a new set and get it out to us. They did that in a fairly timely manner and took good care of us.

We have a kitchen in our mobile home that has curved countertops. We're very happy with the arrangement of the countertops but not happy with the countertop itself. So we had looked into other options like replacing it with granite which is very difficult to do. But two years ago, I had heard about this where you can lay things over the top, so we'd been looking for a company that did that. And when we found Granite Transformations, I was thrilled. The gal that came out gave us a price but when it came down to the last minute she said that she had made a mistake and that she wasn't able to measure and write up our bar area in. The day the installers came, they forgot the sink and had to go back out to get it. But we talked, got to know them and they were nice guys. They seemed to know what they were doing. We love the quality of the countertops and backsplash that they did. It's done with crushed up beer bottles which is really unique. We're well pleased with it and we like to show it off.

I signed up for a drawing in a home show about a year before. Granite Transformations contacted me and the lady told me that I won the drawing. She asked me what I was interested in, was very friendly and she listened to me. I told her at that time that my husband was ill and I wasn't able to deal with anything like that right at the time. She understood and was very helpful. Since the amount I was allotted was $3000, I ended up getting a backsplash in the kitchen which didn’t cost that much.

I purchased cabinets from Granite Transformations. I kept my old tile countertops but they redid and resurface my cabinets. It’s very good and the quality of the materials was very good. A woman came out and measured. Then the company owner came up from Chico with Sandor who was gonna install it and they measured. Sandor came up the third time and he's amazing. He was really, really precise and I was so impressed with his work. I give Granite Transformations the highest recommendation. I even tell people all the time to not replace their cabinets and see what Granite Transformation has done with mine. If they're not going to change the footprint of their kitchen, they should have it redone.

I've known Granite Transformations for quite a few years and I've seen other works that they’ve done. They did my kitchen countertops and it was okay although there were some things that I'm not quite satisfied with. The joints are visible and not as smooth as I was hoping they would be. However, I wasn't there when they installed. I still have recommended them though.

We had the kitchen countertops done, however, the installation team dumped a whole bunch of stuff on my rug and put a big stain on it and that turned us off. It still isn't fixed. We went to a local home and garden show. We saw Granite Transformations' products and thought that would be a nice thing to do versus ripping up all the old tile so we had them do our countertops and backsplash. The installer, Dan, was absolutely fantastic. We like the remodel.

I used Granite Transformations over a couple of years. I had cupboards redone in the kitchen, bathroom, and the halls. One rep was as obnoxious as sin. He came to the house and didn't know that I was a repeat customer. I called another man that I had dealt with, and told him not to ever send that other rep to my house again. After they left the house, I turned on the water in the bathroom, and it leaked under the sink. I called him back and he just purported it as nothing. To me it was quality control. If they're going to do the plumbing, they should check it out and make sure it doesn't leak.

We've had lots of stuff done by Granite Transformations. We've had them here about four times for four different projects, and each time they've been excellent to work with. They've been a real upstanding company. We had a little scheduling issue with the last project we had, but it wasn't anything horrible. It was an unforeseen stuff that came up.

My daughter had used Granite Transformations and when my kitchen and master bath needed an upgrading, I used them too. The quality was excellent. However, I was not satisfied with the installation. I complained about it, so they came back out and did some follow-ups, but I am still not totally satisfied with them because they messed up the kitchen sink and it does not fit. And they had to do some cutting down of the old counter. They also did a lot of electrical sawing and sanding, so there was fine dust all over the kitchen including inside the cabinets because they had open up the cabinets to give them access. I was not happy with that at all. I finally gave up after they came back and did a little bit of redoing under the countertops in the kitchen, but they did not address the sink. But overall, I'm very pleased with the appearance of both the kitchen and the bathroom counters.

I'm very pleased with the quality of the new counters, island and countertop that we got from Granite Transformations. The owner who came out and did the sales pitch was excellent. The shop manager was very good, too. The people down at Granite Transformations that I talked were helpful to make our decisions. The installation team was here for two days and did a beautiful job. They put paper on the floor to protect everything. I highly recommend Granite Transformations.

Our experience with Granite Transformations was incredible. The gal who came and talked to us about the product and explained the process thoroughly understood it. When they came back to make the templates, they were timely, very efficient, and extremely respectful. When they said, they were gonna be here, they were here. And we absolutely loved the work that they did. We are super happy with it.

I liked Granite Transformations' product because I didn't have to remove a complete countertop and then have to put in solid granite pieces. I am really pleased with the countertop and backsplash they did. It's very easy to care for and made our kitchen look a thousand times better than what we had before. The only comment I would have is that there was a little lack of coordination in the timing between the plumber to fit the sink and the installation. So at the end of the installation, the installer had to hurry up and it got a little messier. But otherwise, they were really good.

The quality of Granite Transformations was very good, but the time frame was not what they said. The remodel was done in an RV, not in a house. My husband asked for the delivery to be on a certain day, then when we delivered it, he said, "I won't be able to get to it 'til Monday, the following week." So, we've had to take the RV home instead of having it sitting in a lot over the weekend, and then finally returned it. To go back and forth to pick it up and drop it off was just an annoyance, but it got done. Other than that, everything was great.

My wife was looking for granite countertops for amenities in our bathroom as she wasn't happy with the tiles in there. She found Granite Transformations online and we liked their tile. We ended up having them do the countertops in the bathroom and then the floor in the master bathroom. My talks with the sales rep and the installers seemed professional. However, the process wasn't as smooth or as good as I thought it would be.

Granite Transformations helped us out with our kitchen counters and cabinets. The first time they came out they had a pushy sales person, but I ran into a different set of people at a home show and they weren't pushy. Don just wanted to talk to me and show me what was going on and how everything worked and let me make up my own mind. Also, the remodel was done professionally and with very good quality. The guy that did the cabinets was a miracle worker. He was excellent. They also cleaned up after themselves and made everything like they weren't there. I was very happy with what they did.

We had Granite Transformations come out two years ago to install our kitchen and everything was great. They again came out within these last couple of months and were doing our bathroom. The gal who came out and did the paperwork was a very nice lady, and the office was nice as well. Two gentlemen came out to install and I noticed that there was a crack in one of the aprons in the front. So I said, "Hey, is this normal?" One of the installers replied, "You know what? I don't build them. That was done back in the office back-shop." And I go, "So, back in the shop, this is how they build them? Because remember I have my kitchen done with you guys and there's nothing like that." He replied, "No. That's the way it's done da, da, da." At that point I was thinking that it looks like it was broken, like somebody dropped it.

I liked what Granite Transformations had in a home show we went to. The lady that first came to our house was nice. But the weird thing was that the guy that came and did the template had a hard time doing so. It also took their guys forever to get here and do the work. They kept putting us off and off, saying they couldn't get their truck here in the driveway. But they eventually put a new countertop and an ivory top in. The work is beautiful. We love it and everybody is calling me about it. We have recommended the company to a couple of people.

I needed new countertops and Granite Transformations came out and gave me an estimate. Then a guy came out and measured, and then they came and installed it. It was good overall. They were very good at following up and making sure that I was satisfied. And if they needed to fix something, they came out and fixed it without a problem. We had our countertops, kitchen, and bathrooms remodeled by Granite Transformations and I was astonished at how wonderful they turned out. I don't know how they did it but they did a perfect job. What I don't understand is why they never called to see how we liked it. It's been over a year now and they never called.

Granite Transformations put the countertop and the sink in. The first guy they sent out to do the installation put the wrong color of grout in, and he just had big wide things of grout. When I walk in the room, it's hitched in the corners looking like big cracks. I called, and he happened to be somewhere nearby, so he came by again and made a bigger mess. I called again and I said, "Guys, this isn't going to cut it, not for $5,000 here. I'm not looking at this like this." So they send a different guy out and when he got done, it looked fabulous. It took three times to get it fixed.

Fred was really good with explaining everything and the whole process was good. The installation team cleaned up and they offered a cleaning service to come in too, but we declined it as we didn't need it at the time because they've done such a good job with the clean up. Plus, every time that they said they were coming out, they were on time, very courteous and explanatory of what they were doing. The remodel was excellent.

I wanted new countertops so I looked up online and found Granite Transformations. They seemed like a convenient way to do it. They were great and the remodel that they did was very nice. I'd recommend them.

We were tired of the existing counters but we were dreading the mess and all that stuff. When I saw a Granite Transformations booth, I talked to the person there, got some brochures, and brought them home to my wife. We discussed and decided to have somebody come out and tell us what's available. The salesman showed us the various colors and kinds, but I was most interested in exactly what was going to happen. He was very good. We looked at the cabinetry or the refacing, but we didn't like any of the choices, so we didn't do that.

My son and daughter-in-law were looking for a new kitchen. They went to several places and then to Granite Transformations. I wasn't in the market for one but they wanted my opinion there. And when I saw all the things at Granite Transformations, I decided we needed a new kitchen. The salesman was super nice and very helpful. Also, the man who measured the counter for the new one was perfect, and the man who installed the cabinets did a beautiful job, although I wasn't crazy about his attitude. All our friends who come over and see it think it's wonderful. I'm very happy with it. I have also recommended and I do recommend them to anybody who mentions new kitchens.

We went to a local trade show and liked what we saw in Granite Transformations' presentation and what they had set up at their booth. Within a week, we visited the store and met with the sales rep one time. Two months went by and we found out that she was no longer with the company but there was another sales rep that stepped in and did the measuring. Installation was outstanding and I don’t think I’ve ever seen anybody better. They redid our kitchen countertops and backsplashes, and also a bathroom and we love it. We would use them again. They're wonderful, and with outstanding product. Anything with granite is quite expensive so we will talk to them when we get ready to do a master bath suite.

Granite Transformations helped install a walk-in shower, and they did a good job. They were very professional. They came in and did the install and everything very well. They cleaned up everything. I definitely would use them again.

My daughter was very happy with having her kitchen redone with Granite Transformations. It was her experience plus the TV commercial about them that led me to use them as well. I very much love that they covered my countertops with their granite. Also, their sales rep and the installation team were very, very nice. I live up in the mountains and when we had a bad storm, they called and said they couldn't make it on the installation date, which I understood perfectly. They rescheduled it for a later date and it worked out fine. I'm very happy with them.

We looked at the various granite slabs and marble and they were going to require too much remodeling of our cabinets to make them work. With the center stuff of the Granite Transformations, I wouldn’t have to redo the whole kitchen just to get a new counter. It was excellent working with their sales representative. She went above and beyond. The installation team was amazing and phenomenal. This is an old house and things aren’t level and angles aren’t right angles everywhere. They ran into one little wiggly spot and we put our heads together on what to do and made the decision. Then they fixed it right on the spot. It was just fantastic. The whole experience was much easier than I expected it to be. I love the quality of their work and I highly recommend them.

Having Granite Transformations for our countertop felt like it was gonna be a little cheaper than the full granite so we decided to go with it. The sales rep did a great job and the installation team was good. I really like my countertop and everything’s fine. One of my friends has already used them.

We bought a house that somebody else had lived in originally and two years prior to our purchasing the house, they used Granite Transformations to redo the kitchen. Then we decided to add a bar and a big peninsula. I really thought we'd have trouble matching what already existed and I didn't want to have to tear everything out so we called the previous owner and they gave us Granite Transformations.

Granite Transformations did two bathrooms and countertops with a little bit of some framing work for mirrors. The sales rep was more of a decorator or designer and she helped as well with color. All in all, the experience I had with them has been very positive.

I got a kitchen countertop from Granite Transformations and I liked it a lot. The sales rep explained the product and how the process worked. When I had questions, I could call and ask. Then, the installers ran into a problem and they had to come back the second day, but they fixed all that. Everybody was very competent, expert and friendly. Overall, it has been an exceptional experience. It’s everything I would expect from a company that was selling me something.

I had a Formica countertop that's peeling and chipped. I then went to Granite Transformations and they helped me. The sales representative was wonderful. She and the installation did a great job. I'm pleased with what I've got. It looks great and it's everything that the sales rep said it was going to be. I can put hot pots on it too. I'm very happy with it. It's just what I wanted.

I contacted Granite Transformations since I needed good cabinetwork for our two bathrooms and the kitchen. The sales team was really easy to work with, even though scheduling was difficult for us because of my husband’s work. They were able to come out at hours that were very accommodating and not necessarily on their own schedule. We really appreciated that. The installation people set the expectation. They said what they would do and then they did it. That is rare with contractors these days, so I really appreciated that. They were also very clean and professional. The only thing is that it would be really nice if there were more color options.

The sales rep came to our house and was there for quite a period of time and going over what we had. There was a confusion in what we got and then they reneged on what they said they would do. The guys that put the tops in did okay.

I had my cabinets measured and the sales rep from Granite Transformations came out and helped me pick out colors. The installation team got it all done in the amount of time they said they were going to do it. It looks really nice and upgraded my cabin kitchen. It was a very pleasant experience.

We've just gotten a house and we were wanting to get the cabinets refaced. A sales rep from Granite Transformations came by to give us an estimate and did measurements. But we decided not to go through with it. They have good customer service but they might be a little pushy.

I wanted to look at replacing our countertop and our cabinet doors. The day that we were at the home show, we really weren’t that interested with Granite Transformations but I took their card. And then I started reviewing the junk that I got from the home show and gave them a call. Their rep came out and was very, very nice and very professional. We signed up for them to work on our countertops, but we did not do our cabinets because we couldn’t afford it at the time. The installers were very professional and I was extremely pleased with the work that they did. They even called and made a follow up to make sure that everything was successful. It was an excellent experience and they were wonderful. I would definitely recommend them.

A good friend had used Granite Transformations before and she was very pleased. Then everywhere I looked, it was going to take weeks to get it all done and installed. Granite Transformations had the best turnaround - they come one day and get it all figured out, then come one day the next week and have it all installed. I needed it done at least the day before Thanksgiving and didn’t get it contracted until late but they were very obliging to me and got it done three days before Thanksgiving, so I was thrilled. We had one problem months down the road as something came loose. I called them and they came the next day and fixed it at no charge. They were a little bit pricey but the extra money was worth it to get the job done quicker. I highly recommend Granite Transformations.

We were wanting to transform our bathroom. We went to a showroom, saw Granite Transformation's products and contacted them. We had the shower, countertop and did a sizing on the tub. The sales rep was wonderful, very sweet and informative. She did her job well and I was impressed. The installation team took a little longer because their plumber thought he was having a heart attack, but it was reflux. He had to move the weekend before and it was a Monday. But normally it wouldn’t have taken as long as it did. They had to wait for another plumber because they have other things they’re doing and he was the one that was designated. But everything else was fine. They did a excellent job and we’re very happy.

We’d been looking at granite or some type of new surface for our countertops. Our home is 22 years old, and we thought we needed to do something different. We had priced the way that involved more demolition of our kitchen, and thought using Granite Transformations was the least intrusive. It was less of a mess and our kitchen wouldn’t have to be torn down. I was at work when the installers came, so I allowed them into my house to do their thing and they left the home as discussed. There was a little bit of dust in places, but that was expected. I was explicit that I wanted to keep my old sink and they didn’t pressure me about any of that. I said I wanted to leave our backsplash because everything’s so dark.

We had an excellent experience dealing with Granite Transformation. I heard about them from my next-door neighbor. His mother-in-law had her whole kitchen done and she was pleased. I looked up online and then I went to see about it and I did my bathroom. Their sales representative came here, brought samples and explained everything beautifully. Everything was done quickly and beautifully. The bathroom is lovely and we haven't had any problems with it at all. I have recommended them to my friends that are considering remodeling.

It went very smoothly and exactly like they told us it would. I’ve been very happy with the quality of the remodel done by them. I’ve had lots of people that have made comments on it when they’ve seen it. All in all, it was everything that I expected.

They had a guy out here in four days and got it fixed right back up.

We called Granite Transformations and a sales rep came to our house and gave us a quote to install their product over our counters. We were showed small samples of colors (4x4) and not very many to choose from. We were very surprised with the price he quoted to do our kitchen and one bathroom. It seemed quite expensive to us for a substance that was not a true stone product.

I saw Granite Transformations in a home show in Knoxville and since I wanted the job done quick, I had them install a countertop in my kitchen. I didn’t think that they would be able to be competitive, but it was great. One thing I didn't like during the purchase though was the sales pressure. They didn’t give me time to think and asked me to make a decision then. But the quality of the remodel is awesome and I have no complaints. The installation team was great and they knew exactly what they were doing.

Granite Transformations offered something different because they don’t have to do demolition and can apply the granite on top of my current kitchen or counters. I wanted to explore that. It went great with the sales representative. She helped me put the timeline together and with the décor, which has the different selections that I wanted. That part went very smoothly.

Granite Transformations did a granite countertop in our bathroom. The woman they've sent came out to the house and did the measuring. She did a fine job talking about the product but she wasn’t completely knowledgeable. We were talking about the bathroom and the kitchen and she said that we’d get a stainless steel sink with the kitchen if we go ahead and order. So I asked, "What grade stainless steel sink, what number?” She said that there isn't a difference and it's all the same. I said that there are heavier stainless steel sinks versus a cheaper quality. At first, she tried to tell me that there was only one and that I didn’t know what I was talking about, which put a bad taste in my mouth. But we went ahead to do the bathroom.

I wanted new kitchen countertops but I couldn’t afford a real quartz or granite so I got with Granite Transformations. I love the remodel which they did, and so does everybody who sees it. Also, the sales rep was able to help me pick out products that would be the best for my counters. I’ve already recommended them to friends.

We have used Granite Transformations on three separate occasions. The first was a complete kitchen renovation (counter tops, back walls, and cabinet updating). Because we were so happy with the outcome we used them again to cover a large fireplace deck (36 sq ft) and fireplace surround. Once again the work was done in a timely and professional manner. And, just recently, we used them again to provide counter tops and backsplash for a bar area that consists of a wet bar and separate serving bar area. On all three occasions we were completely satisfied and found the entire experience(s) enjoyable because of their dedication to customer satisfaction.

I had already made up my mind that I was going to use Granite Transformations, so my interaction with their sales team was mostly picking out what I wanted and discussing the different options I had for countertops and backsplash. They did a good job and I like the remodel they did. However, they didn’t reconnect my dishwasher to the countertop.

My friend told me that Granite Transformations did really good work, so I went to their showroom and I liked everything I saw. they did my countertops and the quality's perfect. Their sales rep was also very knowledgeable and she knew everything that I needed to know. The installer did a perfect job as well. He did all the layout and told me exactly what he was doing. Then he came back a couple of weeks later to install it.

Granite Transformations estimate was lower than the others and the particular samples that they had fit the color schemes in our kitchen better. Some years ago, we also had them out to give an estimate for countertops. They showed us what they had and were all very professional. Although I didn't go with them at that time, they seemed to have their act together so we went to them on this other project.

The sales guy was wonderful and I couldn’t ask for anything better. He was real patient with me and gave me a fair price. It was pretty expensive, but that’s just the way it goes with granite. But what really impressed me was the installation team. Whatever they use to glue things, it would've been a mess but they foresaw that. The wind was blowing so they took all their stuff way back at the end of my driveway so it wouldn’t go in my car and my husband’s car and we had window stain on. I didn’t even notice that at first, but then I saw what they were doing. I really appreciate them for that.

I drove by the shop where my dogs were and the veterinarian’s place was next door to Granite Transformations. I thought their products would be a good addition to a house that I was fixing up to sell. They helped me out with a long double basin and a whole bunch of corners and behind the stove, and they did quite a beautiful job. It really added value of my house. It was quite a good experience.

Granite Transformations did my bathroom sink and the shower area. The quality of the remodel was great and I’m very happy with the product. I like the fact that there’s no grout between tiles - I didn’t want to have to deal with that - and the ease of cleaning the tiles. The sales rep was wonderful. During the installation, however, we had numerous problems, but everything was rectified and done to my expectations at the end. It’s been a year now since I’ve had my shower stall, and the sealant where the floor meets the wall has come off and might need repair. Other than that, I recommended them to a couple in the area that I live in.

My overall experience was excellent. Granite Transformations did everything they said they were gonna do on time and they were very professional.

I wanted to convert a bathtub shower into just a walk-in shower. The first install, I started to see separations at the outside corners. They were coming apart, and then we started getting water buildup like it wasn’t draining. So we called the installers back out, they looked at it and decided that the floor was cracked. They had to take the floor out, replace it and re-slope it. That means that it’s not one continuous piece of granite anymore. It’s pieced at the feet part. It’s draining fine now, but that meant that partway through the project, I made a change by changing the size of the seat. Having the slope wasn’t right to begin with. It wasn’t draining and backing up. I was without a bathroom much longer than I had anticipated because I thought Granite Transformations was gonna be quick.

Granite Transformations did my countertop and I’ve been very happy with it. The people that I worked with were very nice, considerate, and pleasant to work with. They were very helpful as we went through the process. The installers were superb. They did the work good, and were pleasant and knowledgeable people.

Everybody was professional and did a nice job. We didn't have any issues. It was a great experience.

I was pleased with the new kitchen countertops I got from Granite Transformations. The product itself was okay and the installation was done in a timely manner. Although I had some issues with the mess that was left, which I had to deal with. They also don't give a whole lot of details and if I had known what I was gonna have to deal with on the back end, I would have taken more time on the front end and completely emptied out my cabinets and moved some things around.

We liked what the products and stuff looked like so we called Granite Transformations. We got countertops from them and liked the quality. Also, the sales rep was very good.

I was redoing my kitchen and I figured I'd better have it done with Granite Transformations. They cut my cabinets and put new doors on and stained the cabinets to match my doors and my countertops. I loved it and everybody that comes really likes it. They've done really good and I'm really proud of them. I had several spots on my counter but is was not real noticeable.

We had decided we’d like to have granite countertops and it seemed like Granite Transformations did a pretty good job. One of their sales reps was pushy but the other one was fairly good. I had no problems with the installation team and they did what they were supposed to. They put in two bathroom countertops, three new sinks and faucets for us. The granite part was pretty good, but I was not very happy with the plumbing part. They sold me faucets that were no longer in production. That’s not a very good way to do business. Overall, I’m not real, real pleased, but I’m happy.

The salespeople and the installer from Granite were professional and did a fine job. They were very courteous and very nice and they helped us anyway that they could. They did our countertops in the kitchen. It's holding up and my wife's pretty pleased. Our experience went well and we'd recommend them.

Initially, Granite Transformations was going to put down under top over a Formica wet bar. Instead, they ended up taking the complete old Formica off and putting in the new top-down over a new base. Everybody, both the sales representative and the installers, seemed very professional. They exceeded our expectations, and we're very happy.

My daughter has Granite Transformations on her kitchen and they also helped me with my cabinet tops in the kitchen. The remodel was very well done and the team from Granite Transformations was very professional. The installation was very well done.

The lady in the showroom, the lady that came out and looked at the actual kitchen and even the installers were good. My co-worker's parents had the work done and they were very happy with it also.

All I’ve got to say are good things about Granite Transformations. It was a great experience. They did a wonderful job and we love the outcome. Our kitchen looks beautiful and had no problems whatsoever. They remodeled our cabinets. They put new cabinet tops on and splash boards, behind the wall, around the kitchen wall, and above the stove and it just really looks nice. The man that did the work did a fantastic job. Their reps were super nice. Whenever we asked them questions, they had the answer for it. The installation team did a good job. They knew exactly what they were doing, and we’re just really pleased with it.

I had to call back Granite Transformations to fix a couple of little things that were bothering me, and my experience with them was positive. They were really friendly and did a quick job. I would recommend them.

We liked Granite Transformations so much that we've done their remodel twice. First, we had our bathroom done, and then the next time we redid our kitchen and had our kitchen counter and bar done. We went to the place of Granite Transformations in Knoxville and looked around the different exhibits they had up there. Then we thought we had the tops already on and it looked like we could do what we wanted to do without having to buy the new and expensive granite. It worked out well. What my wife chose for the bathroom was some kind of ground up glass, and she liked it real well. Then when we did the kitchen, she got in more of the granite look.

I love the counter tops in my kitchen by Granite Transformations. It's beautiful and it hides everything. You can't see if there's something spilled on the counter and that's why I'm satisfied. It also goes great with my new cabinets and I like it because it's not like granite where you have to seal it. And nothing hurts it, even heat doesn't hurt it. It's more expensive than granite and it looks very nice. I had one issue on the bar at the end because it was coming away from the wall or falling lower because it hits the knee but they came and fixed it to make it sturdy. The sales reps were great and the installers were good too. I'd recommend it and I know not everybody can afford it but it's nice stuff.

I had put a granite countertop in my wife's bathroom. We ordered them through a cabinet maker and it was very expensive, so I knew that the one in the kitchen was going to be even more expensive. So I thought I'd at least check Granite Transformation. When we went there, this lady who was the in-house person showed us what was available. She gave us some material to take home and we decided what was right for us. We also got a sink from another place because they didn't have the kind of sink we wanted. But, the guy who installed it didn't quite know how to put that faucet on and ended up putting the hot on the cold side. Other than that, Granite Transformation turned out to be a good buy and I have recommended them twice.

Granite Transformations helped us with our bathroom and the sink and hardware that goes with it. I've had really good interactions with the sales reps. The installation team was great and I like them. The remodel that Granite Transformations did was great. We hope to do more work when we come across some money.

I was in a meeting at a Women in Sales and Business, and some people told the whole group about the great job that Granite Transformations did. These were all women in business that were very happy with them. We then decided to use them and have their rep, Wendy, come out. I’m really glad that she came out ahead of time and brought samples because I might have gone in a different direction without seeing what it looked like in my kitchen. We had Granite redo our entire backsplash. We have a lot of cabinets and then have backsplashes all over our wet bar, too. It appealed to me that they weren’t going to take down the existing ones. Instead, they were going to go right over it. I’m very happy with what I picked out.

The first time I used Granite Transformations, I redid my kitchen countertops. I came to find out that these were glued on so to take them off would've damaged the cabinets and they did an excellent job. They did it a little bit differently, like a regular granite countertop on the backsplash and made it real thin. It looked better than I expected and the quality of the remodel was very nice. They've also done two of our bathrooms.

We had a nice countertop from Granite Transformations. The house already has them before I bought it. So, I also had them help me with the countertop, sink, and backsplash remodel. The quality was very nice and I was there while the installers worked so I could see how they did the installation and point out a couple of places that they might have missed, including some rough edges of the counter. They took care of things and fixed it for me. They did a really good job, so I was impressed and pretty happy with it.

We have a lot of countertop space and didn’t want to go through the tear-out process so we contacted Granite Transformations. They gave us a glass composite overlay countertop. The sales rep was knowledgeable and the installation team was okay. The countertop was installed appropriately. It was raining the day they installed the countertop and they asked if they could use our garage. My wife agreed, however, they did not tent it off and my wife's car was covered with granite dust. For the most part, they cleaned up after themselves, with the exception of the garage. That was an unfortunate set of circumstances and a little lack of experience on the crew in that they were used to cutting and drilling outside where they don’t have to worry about that. Otherwise, everything was fine and the quality of the remodel was pretty good.

My son had Granite Transformations and we contacted them because my husband wanted new countertops. They did the countertops and the sinks and it's very, very nice. The sales reps were very kind and nice, and the installation guys were friendly and did a good job. The remodel changed the look of my kitchen and has brought out some other highlights in my kitchen that really didn’t show up until I put the sink and countertops on.

Granite Transformations helped us put in new kitchen countertops and the backsplash. The rep came to our house, estimated it, set everything up and followed up after we're done. Then one gentleman came and templated everything. He was very thorough. However, we had some concerns with the countertop and the base so we talked about how to address them. He took all of that down and addressed them all. Then the installation crew came in and they were great. They were in and out in a day and what I was amazed with was the craftsmanship of their work. In other words, the joints were tight and the caulking was nice. They did a really nice job and I was very pleased with it. They also helped me solve a problem with the dishwasher vent that was blistering the old cabinet.

We had our bathroom vanities redone by Granite Transformations. Their salesman was very easy going and seemed to know what he was talking about. He offered up suggestions as we were going through the whole process and it was our own pleasant experience. The installation was also very easy going. The installer realized that it was easier to cut in and put in a new top instead of reusing the existing and he didn’t have to, but obviously he saw something was wrong with it so he just pulled it out just like he knew it and to make sure that the top would function and work as designed. I am fairly satisfied with the quality of the remodel and my only hiccup with it is the alignments because the sinks aren't 100% centered with the vanities. It bugs me but I have gotten over it.
