This place is poorly run by shady and disgusting business practices. They are quick to accommodate you when there is payment due. They literally bin you thereafter and will scream at you if you ask them to fix their own shoddy work. The adhesive on the edges, like others have experienced, began rapidly deteriorating within 30 days of the installation. I had to beg for weeks just to schedule an appointment to have this fixed a full month out. Then the day of that appointment, they canceled on me.

This company supposedly took back over the default company (Aesop's Fable?/ Bath Planet) that they had sold to, agreeing to honor the contracts that the Bath Planet company defaulted on. They told me I had to get my bathroom finished within a 2 week period or they would not honor the contract. I agreed, yet the shower door handles were brushed nickel instead of matte black like the rest of the shower. The installer told me they would order the handles and that I could pay for them when they came in. I called numerous time over 3 months to inquire about the handles on to be put on hold, given to voicemail or to just be flat out lied to regarding these handles. I last spoke to someone on Wed, who was extremely rude and told me that they did not have to order handles that matched, it was my problem .. So here I am with 2 shower doors with no handles. This company is terrible, and extremely unethical and unprofessional. I would never use them for anything!

It took longer than expected due to some measuring errors. But, everything was addressed and taken care of as promised. A BIG SHOUTOUT to John and James who were satisfied with nothing less than perfection.

I had my countertop and backsplash replaced by Granite Transformations. During the sales process, I clearly explained that I had an additional issue that needed to be taken care of while replacing the countertop. The issue was that my stove was in the way of my dishwasher clearance, as a result of which the dishwasher door could not be opened fully. The salesperson assured me that the company would take care of the issue by cutting extra inches off the back of the countertop to allow the stove to slide back in just enough for the dishwasher door to open fully without obstruction. I signed the contract with this understanding. Not only did they not take care of the issue, what I am really upset about is they gave me a recommendation that turned out to their own acknowledgement to be wrong and cost me unnecessary time and money.

Read your contract carefully and pay close attention to the sales associate! Pretty deceiving sales process. We have done many remodeling projects in the past and this has by far been the worst. I have never been accused of lying by a contractor. More important, we never felt that they had the customer’s best interest in mind. If not clear from the above, we HIGHLY discourage people from using Granite Transformations.

I hired Granite Transformations to do counter and cabinet refacing. Even though I was still shopping for cabinet refacing companies they said that if I signed for both that day I would get better pricing and I could always cancel the cabinet part of my order within 3 days. And that's what I did. I used their financing company Momnt and got the same as cash deal with them. I received my first bill in June only to find out that they never cancelled the cabinet part and I was billed for the whole amount - that is $11,238 OVER what it should be. Granite Transformations was using another entity, Aesops Gables, to work with but I thought I was dealing with Granite Transformations the whole time. Well, Aesops Gables has apparently sold it back to GT right before I got my first bill so neither company will help me now and Granite Transformations is telling me I have to sue Aesops Gables to get my money back.

We chose Granite Transformations to do our cabinet refacing because we had had a good experience with a countertop replacement project. I do not recommend anyone to use them now. In this case, the work took 6 months to complete because of supply issues (October 2021 - March 2022) - they outsource their component construction. The job was officially "complete" in March 2022, but two drawers which were either measured or constructed wrong, took until July 2022 to be installed. At that time they also corrected a problem with the crown molding. I made the mistake of signing off before things were completed. Also, I had to point out the bad joints on the crown molding, and some other cosmetic problems before they were corrected.

We called Granite Transformations after seeing them on local TV; we have a new spec home where the kitchen island made of quartz needs to be changed due to a defective product, so we thought using their technology to “cover” the island vs. completely changing it will be great. Shaun (a salesperson) visited us, and he was very professional and well-spoken; he showed samples for the island and stone sink, and we discussed a backsplash. We selected a beautiful white color with veins for the island and received the bid; we were looking at another contractor, so we didn’t respond to them right away, and they offered a big discount, so we decided to sign with them.

We had issues with Granite Transformation of North Phoenix, from right after signing a contact with them which was Sept 4th, 2021, they finally finished Oct 1st 2022. We had no communications for months, when we did get someone to talk to, they lied, was promised multiple times over a year, to finish our Kitchen and Bathroom. Was told it would take 6 to 8 week to complete and it would be finished before Thanksgiving 2021, Lied to about the Thanksgiving date, parts not even ordered, and the order was lost I was told, this went on for months. Our kitchen/bath eventually got completed after calling them daily. It took over 12 months, numerous unanswered calls and messages. We were lied to numerous times. We kept getting the run around. I had to keep calling as well as the headquarters. Always an excuse, we were excited when we were told material was in. Sure, they delivered the wrong material, and not complete.

Not satisfied, the counter tops were cut wrong, instead of cutting new ones they use them and they had to make them fit. They use scraps to fill in areas. They took off my backsplash and ripped off the whole wall on top, they still haven't texture it and they said they don't paint, so I'll have to paint it myself. The backsplash behind the sink is coming apart at the seams. Been emailing them and was told they will send someone out again for the repairs, I'm still waiting for them to come out a third time. Don't sign a contract with Granite Transformations because they only give you 3 days to get out of the contract, you will have no choice but to let them do the job. Even if you're not satisfied with the product or work you will be obligated to pay the contract in full. I suggest hire a real contractor.

The two men were on time both days. They cleaned up as soon as they completed each section. If I asked a question, they took time to answer me. Since the plumber was coming in the second day to install the sink, they had the kitchen cleaned and the parts all ready fror installation. They also returned my cooking utensils to the cabinets and had the area below the sink cleared. They did an awesome job overall. Highly recommended to do this a remodel of a kitchen.

The absolute worst customer service experience we have ever had. The project installation process (from start to finish) was a giant nightmare. We couldn’t get a hold of anyone, ever. They still didn’t finish our cabinets… They actually left materials at our house!! They terrible part is that they keep calling us about final payment (the payment isn’t even accurate and is $3,000 over what they quoted). We will be taking this to BBB. Go with another company to reface cabinets. We went with another company to install countertops and I’m so glad we did. Please don’t make the same mistake we did.

When I first got my counters installed they came out beautifully, however as time passed the countertop Beveled edges started to come unglued. I contacted the main office. Someone requested my paperwork and said they would be working on it, then bam. No contact after that! No help. This isn’t standing behind product. Don’t do business with this company. They give promises and don’t follow thru!!!

We paid Granite Transformations to do our backsplashes and cabinets. We were supposed to have soft closing doors. We have one door that bounces when it closes and other doors that do not line up correctly. The backsplashes have sharp edges and we have Been cut by them. I went into their office and asked what they were going to do to repair them. The young lady I talked to said that there is nothing that they were going to do. If I can get one person not to have the same problems from their work then I have accomplished my goal. So don't get ripped off by their shoddy workmanship. I have pictures to prove the work.

I was so happy to stumble onto "Granite Transformations". Dan, installed our cabinets. John and Sam installed our granite counter tops and backsplashes. These three men were very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and skillful. They amazed us. Their combined work was "mindboggling" fantastic. When we redo our master bathroom we will be asking for Dan, John and Sam to do the work. Thank you team.

I came in contact with Granite Transformation through a Home Show in my locality. I had never heard of them before. I was quite impressed by their presentation where they promised complete customer satisfaction and lifetime warranty. Well, it was everything but that. I am extremely disappointed not only with the product, but mostly with the workmanship and more importantly the customer support and warranty. What happened is that the countertop was punctured through during installation; the size of a dime. Also the grouting job was incomplete. Rather than replace the damaged portion of the counter, they poorly attempted to repair the hole which remained very apparent. I never received compensation for the damaged countertop. The repair was poorly done and I still have a problem with the hole today.

We had two showers refinished. Stephanie was very professional and informative when she came to quote the project. And Jason did a great job on the installation, he arrived on time and finished within the dates we were told!! We love it!

Jeff from Farmington Hills, Michigan did the installation of our kitchen countertop. He and his assistant were very professional. It is really beautiful and is a stunner. He told us how to keep it clean and be careful of acidic substances on it. Our salesperson should have told us that before we selected the one with shells in it. Regardless, we are very happy.

We are happy with the overall work. Except there were a couple of issues. It took Granite Transformation several months to install. The dates moved once because of us and second because of nonavailability of people at Granite Transformation. The work was done very nicely, however, one of our big mirror in the bathroom is chipped. We are waiting to hear back from Granite Transformation on the issue.

Having two friends recommend your company, I felt confident in making my decision to have you do the work. I understand that stone can have flaws, but what I didn't plan on is a damaged product. Extremely disappointed not only with the product, but with the workmanship... Marking up my walls, the uneven grouting in the inlay, the cleaning of the grout and the grey water residue left across the bottom cabinet doors... What a mess... Horrible experience. Spending this kind of money for this product/installation... I strongly feel that a portion of this installation should be refunded to me. Sheryl **

I am so happy with my new kitchen! The entire process was so smooth, beginning with Interior Decorator Stephanie guiding me with her great ideas and helping me pick everything out. Robert was meticulous and did a beautiful job on the cabinet refacing, and Jeff did a great job on the countertop installation and backsplash. The Master Service plumbers were very helpful and expertly hooked everything up. Great, friendly work crews. Everything turned out beautiful and perfect. I would highly recommend Granite Transformations in Farmington. Thank you!

Overall great experience. The company started with educating us on granite quality. Making sure we understood what makes quality granite, things like thickness, origin or region of stone, fill, and more. Made a tremendous difference in knowing what I was purchasing and what factors contributed to cost. Assuring us there would be professional well experienced installers working the project. And the finish work sealing and polishing was well done.

They tried to pressure us into to a deal only good for 24 hours. We canceled, and went with a contractor and got granite for 2500 instead of fake granite over the old counters for 2000 less mmmm.

Company Statement: “We deliver quality bathroom and kitchen remodeling services in as little as a day – and without the stress and mess of a traditional remodel.” Our remodel was to be completed by November 06, 2020. We JUST got it finished February, 2021!! The product looks great and the results adequate. The salesperson explained the process: measuring, ordering, and installing countertops; cabinet doors etc measured/ordered. In between, body of cabinets sanded, stripped and ready for install of the vinyl, doors, etc. My BIGGEST concern was dust and how they would ensure “little to nothing” (per sales rep) because the workers will temporarily “enclose” the area. This was for the sanding of the cabinets. The countertops would be made offsite and as the salesman explained, they will “simply deliver the product, secure it” and done. DID NOT HAPPEN!!

Pleased with the salesperson, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. The countertop was installed yesterday, and it is very looks very nice, we are pleased with the finished result. The installers were Patrick and Parker. They were outstanding. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. You could not ask for better representatives of your business.

Extremely pleasant experience with the installation of our Onyx Shower Unit. Installer very informative and good worker. Work was done in an orderly manner and all clean up was completed at the end of the installation. Would recommend Granite Transformations to friends and relatives.
