I bought a Frigidaire Gallery bottom freezer French door refrigerator back in 2022, we bought it as a package along with the oven, dishwasher and microwave for a new home. The fridge was model # FGHB2868TF7. It looked nice but looks can be deceiving. In early 2025, the lights for the water dispenser and the ice cubes stopped working, we did not bother to call Frigidaire to repair as it was no longer under warranty and it really was not a big deal as the water and ice dispenser still worked, just no more light. In the summer of 2025, the fridge was not cooling properly so we called the place we bought it from (Izzy Schwartz Appliances) for a repair and they sent someone to our home and he replaced the plastic fan blade and we paid him $170.00 for labor and parts. The fridge worked and started cooling again.
A few months later, the fridge tripped the breaker, we would go down and flip the breaker back. The next day it would trip the breaker again but this time it wouldn't let us flip the breaker back. We called an electrician to check the breaker panel and the electrical wiring, everything was up to code and the electrician told us it was the fridge, that there must be an internal problem with it. They ran it on an extension and plugged it into other outlets and it would trip the breaker in every outlet. We called back Izzy Schwartz Appliances and they told us to switch out the breaker with another type of breaker that did not have a ground in it, the electrician said he would never do that as that would not be to code and it is a safety hazard.
We had another appliance repairman come to the house with his tester and he could not find a problem with the fridge either but he told us he would have to order 4 or 5 different parts totaling over $700 to fix the fridge and that those parts may not be the problem either and if they were not the problem, he would have to order us a new compressor and control board and that would cost another $700 - $900. It was never ending so I told him no, not to order any of the parts and that the fridge was garbage and I will just buy a new refrigerator. I did buy a new refrigerator but I will never buy another appliance from Frigidaire again! Oh and by the way, our new refrigerator does not trip the breaker.

They knowingly assigned fraudulent service dates; then the service technician cancels the date assigned and reassigns a new date for 8 days later. This happened 3 times for the same refrigerator. Waiting 8 days for a technician to look at a refrigerator is unacceptable. I just fixed it myself and counted it as a lesson learned; NEVER EVER buy a Frigidaire appliance again!

Model GFRS2853AF2 Gallery top of the line. Absolute piece of crap. Everything on the left side of refrigerator, closest to the icemaker, freezes solid! Back side of BOTH crisper drawers freezes solid! Made the mistake of not purchasing the warranty and now each service call is $360+. Last service person used silicone caulk to “seal leaking” areas around icemaker. As expected that didn’t work! Have purchased three of these in the last several years for garage and kitchen use. NEVER AGAIN!

I'm voicing my disappointment and frustration of warranty repair service provided by Frigidaire. Only after a few months of purchasing our fridge, the ice maker stopped making ice. I contacted Frigidaire and they put me in touch with their 3rd party repair service Total Appliance Solutions. A technician came out several times, and each time it was supposed to be fixed. After each visit, the ice maker worked for a bit, then stopped making ice. After yet another call to Frigidaire, Total Appliance Solutions came out and told me the water line keeps freezing and no water is entering the ice maker.
Apparently, this is a known issue with this fridge. The technician told me according to an Electrolux bulletin on this problem a gasket needs to be installed on the ice maker. Waited almost 3 weeks for the part to arrive. Technician comes, installs the gasket. One week later, ice maker stops making ice again. Another call to Frigidaire, Total Appliance Solutions comes out with another technician. In my presence, he speaks to an engineer at Electrolux who says that not 1, but 2 gaskets need to be installed. How long do I have to wait now? Another 3 weeks?

What can I say about Model Number FRSS2323AS other than I am so over this piece of crap. The service technician will be here again on Thursday. If you get ice and water in a glass it will more than likely illuminate all of the lights on both of the panels. They will then go out except for the power outage detected light. They have replaced the main board, the internal fan, the water/ice module and both touch pads. The unit still does this, the last visit I was told that the unit would be replaced under warranty. Now they have decided that they will need a second opinion. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Frigidaire.

We bought a brand new Frigidaire Refrigerator /freezer and it did not seal properly. We had an appliance repairmen come out to repair it, it was still under warranty.. I feel like it was never repaired properly. I think maybe when something is under warranty, they do the minimal repair possible. It is now under two years old. And having the same issue. I will not be purchasing another Frigidaire appliance.

Bought a fridge less than 2 months ago and the high temp light came on, all the ice melted and spilled out into kitchen, food spoiling. Meanwhile, have to wait 5 days for service call and they could not even tell me if it will be a free service call. Called customer service and they tried to sell me a life alert necklace first and when I said no they hung up. Chat bot was not much better. They said they will see me on repair day to fix my “washer. Had to explain again it was a fridge. They actually asked me to check if I had shut my freezer door correctly! Horrible experience. Wish I had read reviews before purchasing and Lowe’s, where I bought it, was also unhelpful.

Bought this Sept 2025. Worked fine for till Nov 25, two months then stopped cooling. After7 different service calls where the fridge was "repaired" over the next month we finally got the fridge working again. However, now it sounds like a 25 year old fridge with a noisy compressor and fan system. Worse, AFTER the compressor and fan system stops running there is all this gurgling sound as the refrigerant seems to be seeping through the system. After a couple of minutes it stops. How bad is the noise? Our living room is 40ft away and you can distinctly hear it running and then gurgling.
As far as the service goes - which is by the Electrolux company - they usually came within 5 days of the problem call in. However, the first several calls they just started replacing parts rather than doing a full check of the system. Each time they would pressure up the system and within a few days it would stop cooling. Finally I cornered the technician and MADE HIM LOOK FOR A REFRIGERANT LEAK. Lo and behold, he sprayed his soapy solution on a fitting and all these bubbles started appearing. He rewelded the fitting, refilled it and since Dec 31st it has worked, noisily. My suggestion: stay away from Frigidaire products. Home Depot gives you 48 hours from delivery to return it faulty. So forget any help from them in replacing this piece of tin.

Frigidaire was a household name in our family since I was a child. I worked hard to save up the money to afford a new Frigidaire refrigerator. I bought Model # GRSS2652AF back in June 2025. I've had the refrigerator less than seven months and the ice maker has not worked for more than seven days since it got here. We have had about a dozen service calls with a company called Electrolux, (don't get me started on how terrible they are), and here we are two parts and seven months later, and still no ice maker! I'm home recovering from surgery today. I have a hard time moving around. The service guy knocked, but before I could work my way from the bathroom to the front door, he was gone and refused to come back.
You have to be home all day from 8-5 in order to schedule an appointment. They're supposed to call or text you that they're on their way, but he didn't do that today. Now I have to wait until Tuesday of next week for a service visit. Even with the ineptitude of the service company to fix the fridge, I feel like, with having spent almost $1,500 for a new refrigerator, it should work longer than a week! I contacted Frigidaire customer support, and they wouldn't help me, deferring me to the service company, who refuses to pronounce it dead and replace it. If you just want the run-around, feel free to buy one of these, but I won't EVER buy another one!

I bought Frigidaire's 32.6 in. 20 cu. Ft. Frost Free Defrost, Garage Ready Upright Freezer in Carbon. The decision to but this freezer was made to accommodate a half of cow/beef I was intending to purchase. And within 1 month after purchase I found it was not freezing and the few items I had in there at the were defrosted. I threw away the food in there at that time but it wasn't too much. I had a service call under warranty and they did come and put a few parts in there. It seemed to be working so I loaded it with the beef. It has failed again. I found it before there was too much meat lost. Only some was defrosted. So I called for service again and the service was supposed to be between 8am and 5pm on Dec 26. Well I waited that whole time and the tech never showed.
This is during the Christmas time, and I had family here, so we decided to go ahead and go to dinner. Then The tech called at 5:26pm and had a negative attitude saying he was on his way in 30 mins "If I wanted" but I was already heading out to eat and that was very inconvenient. So I asked to reschedule. Now the only next available time was Jan 6. I called and frigidaire couldn't help and said that these repair windows weren't strictly kept. I found the attitude of the customer service rep to also be terrible. I told him I was losing 2500 dollars worth of meat. They told me there was nothing they could do and nor did they care. I wish I never bought a frigidaire and now I am stuck with a terrible product sold by a terrible company with terrible customer support!

I've had my refrigerator less than a years. The light quit working. Should just need to replace the bulb, right? Apparently the light is tied to the computer. It would cost over $800.00 to replace the computer. I don't buy refrigerators with all the bells and whistles. I don't have a water dispenser or ice maker. It's just a small refrigerator with a top freezer. Apparently even the basic refrigerator won't last much past the warranty. That's a sad commentary on appliances built today. I'm retired and cannot afford to replace large appliances every other year.

My wife & I moved from NY to Gainesville GA into a new Community (55+). We bought the house with a set of Frigidaire appliances In November. When we moved in, we found out that all items placed inside the fridge would freeze even at the recommended temperature. We reached to Electrolux directly with no satisfaction: The technician from Frigidaire called out 3 times and Electrolux automatically rescheduled the service. Their contracted service provider haven't solved the issue or can never make it to the community.
This started Nov 21 when we moved in and still trying to get that issue resolved. Electrolux is more geared toward us purchasing an extended warranty than honoring their commitment directly or through their services providers. Once again, as of today (12/27/2025) our requested service is being pushed toward January 7th.
No fridge during Thanksgiving - Christmas - New Year (potentially). I don't think any construction company or any 55+ communities should still be utilizing Electrolux/Frigidaire unless they themselves are willing to fill out the gap. At this stage, we need our money back so we can focus on another company that had provided much better service to our family. No customer service - No technical support - No proof of concerns to the well being of their clients

Electrolux/Frigidaire is the worse company I have ever worked with. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I would not even accept a free appliance from them. I think they should be investigated for false information and faulty warranties. In June I purchased a whole suite of appliances. One of the refrigerator doors was damaged. We waited for four months for a replacement. During that time, 3 of the opposite door were shipped out, and each time it was recognized it was the wrong piece, the process began all over again. On Thanksgiving Day the new dishwasher "no longer" would latch ... We waited a month before a technician finally arrived, to which we were told that a new latch needed to be ordered... It would be delivered to my residence within a week. Now the appointment has been rescheduled four times and today I'm told that they are still waiting for the part to be shipped.

I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator approximately five months ago. The ice maker worked for only a couple of weeks before failing completely. Over the next several months, Frigidaire sent three different technicians for a total of seven service visits. The same parts were replaced multiple times, including the ice tray and water switch. One technician attempted a Frigidaire-recommended airflow restriction “fix,” which did not work. The final technician visited my home four times and ultimately declared the refrigerator non-repairable. I personally reviewed and signed the service paperwork stating the unit should be replaced.
Despite this determination, weeks passed with no contact from Frigidaire regarding a replacement. When I contacted customer service, I was told there was no record of the unit being deemed non-repairable and that Frigidaire was going to send yet another technician out. I was informed that a replacement could not proceed because the technician allegedly did not submit the report correctly.
Any internal paperwork failure is not my responsibility as a customer. I fully cooperated with every service visit and signed the required documentation at the time the unit was declared non-repairable. As of now, I have been without a functioning ice maker for roughly five months, despite repeated repair attempts and significant time spent dealing with service calls. This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and completely avoidable. I am still waiting for Frigidaire to follow through with a replacement refrigerator.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Frigidaire and the way my case was handled. I purchased my refrigerator less than four months ago, and it has had problems since the very first day. The refrigerator makes loud noises and clearly does not work properly. Now, the same issue is happening again. A technician was sent to my home and claimed that there was “nothing wrong” with the refrigerator — even though the noise and the problem continue. After that, Frigidaire informed me that if I want another technician visit, I will have to pay for it myself, and if any parts need to be replaced that they say are not covered by the warranty, I will also have to pay out of pocket. To make things worse, instead of fixing the problem, they had the nerve to offer me a discount on parts, as if I should accept paying for defects on a refrigerator that is practically brand new.
I have called Frigidaire multiple times. Every time, I was told someone would call me back with a solution — and no one ever did. I was always the one who had to call back just to get an update on my own complaint. This is unacceptable customer service. I feel frustrated, upset, and completely taken advantage of. This is not how a company should treat its customers, especially when the product is still new and clearly defective. I do not recommend Frigidaire. Based on my experience, their warranty means very little, and their customer service does not stand behind their products.

D3S Service just sent me a bill for $86 for repair of my Frigidaire fridge that was still under warranty. Frigidaire uses them to do their warranty work. Frigidaire then sent me an offer for an extended warranty. That takes guts. It had problems in less than a year and that tells worlds about the quality of their products. If your products and your warranty sucks, then why by that brand? I did not find a place on their website to complain. That seems to be the point with them. They are living on their "used to be" quality and service. They no longer are worthy of my business.

I've owned several refrigerators in my lifetime and never had one fall apart so quickly after purchase. I usually don't purchase extended warranties since I've been burned by those before and just ended up wasting my money. So, of course, the refrigerator stopped working just after the 1-year warranty was expired. I lost over $200 worth of groceries and had to pay over $300 to have a technician come to my home see why a refrigerator that's was only 15 months just stopped working. The technician said a temperature gauge was faulty and this had been happening to this same model. He knew exactly was wrong and fixed it in less than ten minutes.
After he left, we noticed that the refrigerator door was getting hard to open. We looked at the seal around the door and the entire bottom piece had completely fallen off. It's now costing me $114 (this is with a 25% discount) to get that replaced and I have to do it myself! I will NOT purchase a Frigidaire product again and recommend that if you are in the market for a refrigerator, please look at other brands.

My problems started with my Frigidaire refrigerator (2y 8mos old). First service repair less than one year old, was for the ice maker not making ice which had to be replaced. Now, two years and 8 months old, the compressor and dryer broke down! This is by far the worst appliance company I've dealt with in regard to products and incompetent technicians and customer service! The technician comes to the service call empty handed with no replacement parts in his big van and just does a diagnostic test "to check what's wrong"! Mind you that I'm already almost a week without cold food storage for me and my family! Then he has to order the parts which arrives the following week, then he has to schedule a date and time to come back to do the repairs!! This now two weeks without foods!! I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the broken piece of junk and the whole process of getting the repaid done!!!
DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE ANYTHING BECAUSE IT WILL BREAKDOWN ON YOU WITHIN A FEW YEARS!! EVEN IF YOU PURCHASED AN EXTENDED WARRANTY PACKAGE WITH THE "NEW" APPLIANCES, IT WILL NOT GIVE YOU PEACE OF MIND BECAUSE THE PROCESS OF GETTING THE APPLIANCE REPAIRED IS A BIG PAIN IN THE ** IN ITSELF!! I DON'T RECOMMEND FRIGIDAIRE TO ANYONE!! The customer service supervisors are ** in the Philippines that don't know their ** from a hole in the ground!! If you're considering purchasing model # grfn2023af 30 in. 20 Cubic ft. French door refrigerator, or any other frigidaire appliance, take the time to read this review in its entirety...or purchase at your own peril: I purchased this unit less than a year ago from Home Depot on their no-interest-for-one-year plan (essentially a bait & switch scheme, sanctioned by their appliance distributors/manufacturers). It has failed less than a year into purchase. Still paying it off, too. I'm a retired veteran on a fixed income. Paid a little over $1K with military discount, paid an extra $150.00 for the 3-year extended Allstate warranty (useless) and another $50.00 to have the old unit hauled away.
To begin: the deceptively-advertised, so-called "water dispenser" is a joke; it is a basic push-in lever with a hole, oddly/terribly positioned INSIDE the refrigerator near the shelf so that it is subject to being inadvertently pressed and dispensing not cold, but TEPID water all over the inside of the unit. Yes, you read that correctly: the water it dispenses is the same temp as the water from your supply line. GENIUS DESIGN, RIGHT? A Frigidaire technician informed me it was no flaw...it was designed that way INTENTIONALLY. Hard to believe? READ ON FOR MORE REASONS NOT TO BUY: The compressor constantly growls, vibrates and whines so loud that I can hear it through the adjoining wall in the bathroom, as well as throughout the house.
NOW, FOR THE BEST REASON NOT TO BUY: Last weekend, my girlfriend and I awoke to find the refrigerator light out and a dark control panel. The freezer light was dimmed. Perplexed, I unplugged the unit and powered back up. There was an audible beep, then all the LED's flashed and it came back on. However, the freezer temp began cycling on its own and after a few seconds with the door open, it shut itself off again and both refrigerator and freezer went dark, and the compressor shut off.
Took three days to get a technician sent out to assess issue. He was nice enough, but checked his tablet and said the control panel part was no longer available in inventory for some reason. He assured us he would request a new refrigerator replacement due to this fact, as it was still under manufacturer's warranty. He left. I call to confirm delivery date and suddenly find out there will be no replacement. There will be a part ("borrowed from a vendor" I was told...does that mean "used"?) and shipped out "at some point".
And, after said part arrives at my address, a technician will be assigned to replace it, "at some point, TBD". In the meantime, we have the kids/grandkids arriving in three days for a family get together. Cookout, lots of meals. Had to cancel a visit we had planned for nearly a year. Lots of disappointed children (and adults). So, here we sit...no working refrigerator, no way to store perishable food (not to mention no recovering the expense of what we had to throw away).
Here's the icing on the bitter cake: The Allstate extended warranty is useless, as they will not touch it since it is still under manufacturer's warranty until next month. There you have it: not only a shoddy, poorly-made and non-existent QC product sold to unsuspecting consumers, but terrible service and useless, deceptive warranties to go with it. Do yourself a favor: save your hard-earned dollars, purchase something of better quality with actual, reliable customer service and warranties. These big box store scams to save a buck just aren't worth it. And, Frigidaire just isn't the company it once was...you can't count on them to stand by their products. You're on your own, folks. Good luck.

I’ve now filed a formal complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario under the Consumer Protection Act, as well as a BBB complaint. Months of polite communication have gone nowhere. We purchased a model GRFS2853AFB 28 Cu. Ft. Standard Depth French Door Refrigerator in Stainless Steel in late 2024 in preparation for our home remodel in 2025. We hired a design firm to assist us and that turned out to not save us in the end. We installed the refrigerator in the left corner of our new kitchen. What we didn't know until we moved into the refrigerator was that the door swing of the left door wasn't sufficient to allow access to the ice maker, water filter, or the left produce drawer (to remove for cleaning). I will now be pulling the refrigerator off the wall for the next several years to accomplish those tasks. The installation documentation was very vague and there are no notes to designers/installers to verify adequate door swing if putting the refrigerator in a corner location (especially for the left side).
My designer's discussions with Frigidaire revealed the same thing, they actually didn't want to put detail in the installation instructions as that might "confuse installers"! Be very cautious on verifying location/door swing before buying this refrigerator! As a side note, the freezer drawer at the bottom is also very clunky/cumbersome. It needs to operate smoother and close without having to shove it into place.

One was bought at the Lowe’s Hamburg, NY store and the other at the Amherst, NY store. Both refrigerators are now failing after just 2½ years — but in different ways:
Unit #1 (Sunset Bay home – FRFS282LAF2, Serial 4A30502203): The most recent technician found no glazing on the coils throughout the system. He suspects either low refrigerant or a blockage in the tubing. The freezer section fails to keep proper temperature, triggering repeated high temperature alarms and allowing food to thaw. I’ve replaced the ice maker, motherboard, and front panel, spending nearly $1,000 with no fix.
Unit #2 (Tonawanda home – FRFS2823AD2, Serial 4A30416603): This freezer ices over completely on the coils, blocking airflow. The ice buildup causes automatic defrost cycles that thaw freezer contents and set off high temp alarms. The problem repeats itself over and over.
I’ve contacted Frigidaire/Electrolux many times and am repeatedly told their service department will call to schedule a repair. That call never comes. I’ve also had multiple independent repair companies look at the refrigerators, and none can find a lasting solution. Two refrigerators, purchased the same year from the same brand, both with major cooling system defects in under three years, is unacceptable for high-end appliances. The most concerning part is that these failures lead to food safety issues by allowing stored food to warm unexpectedly.

Now I have been told that they will order a new refrigerator, but it will be 7-10 days before I will hear from anyone, but that they got approval from the back office. I have never had such poor customer service or dealt with such poor quality from a company that, at one time, had a great reputation. What happened? Where do we go from here?

No refrigerator for over 2 weeks and counting. Fridge died in less than a year. HORRENDOUS customer service. I’m a breastfeeding mother with two young children and have been forced to live out of coolers. Despite the fridge being under warranty, Frigidaire keeps delaying—saying it takes 15 business days just to “look for a tech,” then another 7–10 business days for “replacement approval.” That’s a month without refrigeration for a covered appliance. I’ve filed complaints with the FTC, NY Attorney General, and BBB. Still no repair, no call, and no replacement. This company clearly doesn’t care about families or honoring their own warranty. DO NOT PURCHASE FRIGIDAIRE!

Came back home July 6, 2025, put something in the freezer and next day noticed the freezer was not working and the refrigerator was not cooling either. I called Costco technical support on July 7th and a Frigidaire technician came on July 14th and said he needed to order 2 parts (a compressor and an evaporator) and it would take 3-5 days and said he only has an appointment till July 28th - The compressor arrived July 18th and looks dented.
Today is July 28th. The second part never arrived and appointment had to be rescheduled to August 5th. I have been using an ice box for the last 3 weeks buying ice bags everyday. Frigidaire reps keep apologizing but couldn't provide a temporary refrigerator or replace it and Costco says they can only return within 90 days. I can’t trust Frigidaire. Extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a new refrigerator for a rental property that quickly did not work properly. We have had numerous service calls to fix the issue but nothing fixed the problem. I've called customer service a number of times and they cannot provide any resolution themselves and rely on the back office to approve things however there is no direct connection to a supervisor or the back office.
Because the issue could not be resolved, a replacement appliance was supposedly approved by the back office 6 weeks ago and I was supposed to be contacted to schedule a delivery but no one has called me back, despite almost weekly calls with customer service assuring me that I will be contacted. We are going on 5 months since the issue started and I have had to credit the tenant rent in excess of the refrigerator cost because the appliance has not worked and I have held off buying a new one because the issue was always going to be resolved "in a few days". Will never buy from Frigidaire again and will tell everyone I know to not either.

We Purchased a Garage Ready refrigerator in October of 2024. At the first part of June 2025 we noticed the refrigerator portion was not cooling and the freezer was forming ice on the door seal. We contacted Lowe's where the item was purchased and were told they could not help us. We were told to contact Frigidaire directly because it was under warranty. That's when our nightmare began. It is now July 7th and we still do not have a working refrigerator and Frigidaire will not refund our money. We have been told our only option is a replacement, if it is determined repairs are not possible. Well, we have had two service calls and parts replaced, but the problem has not been resolved. We are now waiting on a third service call to "verify" it is not possible to repair. If that occurs, Frigidaire will create a case to possibly give us a replacement.
I have done some research and from what I have read, a replacement seems impossible as well. The Frigidaire customer service process tends to continue service calls, hoping the customer will just give up. A replacement solution will probably never happen! We spent approximately $800 and will probably never see a working product for the money spent. If Frigidaire truly valued their customers and stood behing their products, we would not be in this situation. I hope the executives at Frigidaire read this review and take it seriously! The first time was the door which was replaced under warranty. This time the entire fridge and freezer stopped working completely. The freezer is at 80 degrees currently. We called on a Monday to schedule a repaired. The soonest repaired was on Wednesday. On Wednesday they called and canceled the appointment and rescheduled it for Friday. My husband and I both called to see if someone could come sooner and both were told that they were only schedulers and they could not connect us to an agent.
We learned that the control board in the fridge was broken from a third part tech. We messaged Frigidaire to let them know that’s the put we need. They refused to request that it be in the tech's truck when it can and said they needed to wait for the tech to view it. Refused to even have it in the truck. They said if the tech needed to order the part it would be another 7-10 days and the tech would have to come back again. They once again refused to connect me to a manager. First, the rubber around both the freezer and the fridge itself is so weak that every time you open one the other part pops open. Just got delivery from Lowe’s on my special order Frigidaire model FRFG1723AV. I needed smaller refrigerator /freezer since I have built in cabinets and limited space, had to special order as Lowe’s did not have floor model to view. The refrigerator looks nice and fits perfectly. I have only had for two days and it’s working. No issues with performance at this time.
When the refrigerator was delivered I discovered the back (near the floor) of the refrigerator did not have any cover or protection for the compressor area where there are exposed wires and open area, for in my case, pets and pet hair/fur to be a problem. I do vacuum and sweep daily. I contacted Frigidaire customer service and was told this was the way this model came and there was no part I could order from Frigidaire to cover area. Customer service told me I could/should have one made with sheet metal to protect and cover this area and that there would be no issue with the area being covered.
Seems to me to be a cost cutting design flaw for this refrigerator. I went back to Lowe’s and looked at their floor models and all the Frigidaire had the lower back near compressor covered to floor. My advice is if you can’t see the actual refrigerator you are going to buy beware. I understand some other refrigerators have the same issue as manufactures are cutting quality. Disappointed and learned lesson. Don’t buy special order…. and if you have to, like I did, request somehow to look at the back of the model.

Of the 800 plus reviews, I can't believe there were 23 Five stars. I absolutely do believe there were 672 One stars. Our 8 year old Frigidaire Gallery stopped cooling so I contacted customer service and Eduardo of Electrolux came out and diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor. This was after we paid $347. He ordered a new one and came back one week later and installed same. All of this started around 3/19/25. Still not cooling so Eduardo came back and the evaporator was frozen up with ice all under the refer. More parts ordered and he came back out. Everything still frozen, so Eduardo suggested we go ahead with a new refer. Since the service was not fulfilled BY Frigidaire, we asked for the refund of $347 after we purchased another refer. This is where the adventure began.
My first call was on 4/2 and spoke with Ken to initiate the process. Second call on 4/4, I spoke with Jordan who told me the request was being processed in "the back room." (I conclude that this is where requests go to die) Kind of like an execution chamber. Called back on 4/14 and spoke with a different Ken. Told that they were still working on it. Of course, each time you get a new person, you have to repeat the whole saga. Julia was next on/about 4/18 who stated the "back room" was working on the refund. Jessica was next on 4/24 who confirmed that the notes indicated that Julia was following up. It took 69 minutes for this startling statement. (See a pattern here?) On 4/29 I spoke with Joy who told me that the "back room" processes refund requests. Only 15 minutes on hold this time to be told what I already knew.
On 5/5 I called and the estimated wait time was 79 minutes. On 5/7 I called and spoke with Rose who told me that the refund had been processed and that I should see a credit on my card within 3-5 days. Yeah, I glimmer of hope. 13 days later and no refund. Love entered the arena. Love tells me that no refund has been processed and that I need another tech to come out and look at the refer for another attempt at fixing. Obviously, they did not notate the existence of a new refer and the one needing repair has probably been melted down by now (great follow up here) Thirty minutes on hold, I asked to speak with "the back room." Twenty minutes later Love came back on and said that the "executioner" would call me back on one day.
On 5/22 I called and spoke with Ian. Ian stated that no refund was forthcoming since parts were ordered and the tech came out but did not complete the repairs. I agree and because the contract I entered into was not fulfilled by Frigidaire, I maintain that I am entitled to a refund. I then asked to speak with a supervisor and Marlon called me back thirty minutes later. Marlon stated that we would not get a refund because there were no notes in the file that I was advised that repairs could not be made. This is NOT my fault as the service tech, Eduardo, advised us that we would get a new refer.
At this point, I must assume that we will not get a refund, but I am not going down without a fight. Frigidaire/Electrolux is an example of how a lot of companies operate this date. Their departments are so segmented and compartmentalized that no one talks with one another. For example, Marlon, the Supervisor apparently was at home because I could hear children in the background. Repairs are contracted out to a separate company and I can not tell where the buck actually stops.

The part needed to repair my refrigerator was never ordered after the initial technician visit. This was already a 2 week wait with NO WORKING REFRIGERATOR. I discovered this myself after following up when no repair had been scheduled. Over several days, I called Electrolux customer service daily and spoke to multiple representatives, explaining that I was leaving town on May 20 and that the repair needed to be completed before then.
Despite assurances, multiple representatives failed to take proper action or follow through: Day 1: I was told the part had not been ordered, despite it being two weeks since the service visit. I asked for it to be expedited and was told 2–3 days would be enough time. This call took 45 minutes. Day 2: I called again for an update. They said the part was “on a truck” but not delivered. Another expedited request was submitted with a note that it must be installed by May 20. I was promised a same-day callback. This took another 35 minutes. Day 3: I received an email stating my repair was scheduled for May 23 — After my departure. I called again and explained (for the third time) that this would not work. The rep said she’d talk to a supervisor and call me back. I provided both my work and cell numbers — I received no call.
That evening, I called again and spoke to another rep who had no record of any of my previous calls. She told me the only option was to reschedule the appointment myself via the link in the email. I again asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied multiple times. When the rep finally agreed, she placed me on hold for over 20 minutes, and no one ever came back. I ultimately had to hang up.
At no point during this process has Frigidaire taken accountability or provided appropriate support. I have lost time, incurred expenses for ice and a cooler to preserve food, and I still do not have a working refrigerator. Additional Context: When the technician originally visited, he also stated that he was not confident that the part he ordered would resolve the issue. He said there is a possibility that the real problem is with the electronic control board, which would require a separate part, leading to another delay. In other words, even if the part now being expedited is installed, I may be back at square one —Waiting weeks again for another part to be ordered and installed.

Waited all day, and when I called discovered the contractor they schedule with had been out of business for a year. Was rescheduled for 4 days later. He came out the next day and had the refrigerator working in 20 minutes (small module inside). Then I called Frigidaire to ask about coverage for food loss.
The Frigidaire manufacturer warranty does NOT cover food loss. The extended warranty does, but it doesn't take effect until 12 months after purchase. So, I'm out $250 worth of food with no coverage. So, not only does their equipment not last a full year from purchase, they also don't maintain contact with their licensed contractors to ensure they're still in business. And their manufacturer warranty is garbage because it doesn't cover the primary function of the product.

A new refrigerator just like it is on sale now for $900. The warranty says that if it can’t be repaired it will be replaced. I’ve complained to the store (Lowe's) and to the warranty company who both say there is nothing they can do about it. I complained directly to Frigidaire who said the same thing. I will never buy a Frigidaire product again nor will I buy an extended warranty! They don’t stand behind their product or their warranty!

I bought a refrigerator 8 months ago and the whole thing went out. The manufacturer is telling me that it’s going to be 7-10 business days before they can get the part to fix it. They say if they expedite the part that it is going to cost me even though the refrigerator is covered under warranty. The agent tells me they are doing the best they can. In my opinion they are not doing the best they can and they are definitely not trying to keep their customers happy. Who in this world can go 3 weeks without a working refrigerator that is only 8 months old and better yet why is an 8 month old refrigerator going completely out. I am so aggravated at this point and will never again in my life buy anything from Frigidaire again. Their customer service is a joke.

The ice maker and water dispenser on my Frigidaire Gallery has been malfunctioning. Today I had a repairman come out. When he pulled it away from the wall, we were mortified to see a large ice ball on the back of the fridge, with mold on the floor and wall behind the fridge. Frigidaire refuses to accept responsibility, since the purchase is out of warranty, but this is a health hazard and they need to stand behind their product.

My wife and I purchased a Gallery refrigerator, freezer model #GRMG2272CF02 on April 11, 2024. In November the freezer began to fail, often raising to over 25 degrees, making ice cream as soft as butter and keeping us from using it for actual food storage. (You know, the purpose that a freezer is designed for.) It knocks and thumps and runs for extended periods of time before it finally returns to its set temp. We have had 6 service calls through Electrolux and not one technician has ever done any real diagnostic testing on it to find the reason it still can't hold temp five months after the problem began. We have presented videos of the hi-temp alarms, recordings of the loud sounds it makes, and pics of the 2 freezer thermometers we bought to monitor the freezer temps.
We certainly have regrets for spending $2,000 for an unreliable freezer and do not recommend Frigidaire, as the company is not interested in taking care of its customers who have invested a lot of money in their product and have valid, documented issues. My review is a 2 star because the refrigerator has not had a single issue, so at least part of the unit remains reliable.

Bought a Frigidaire refrigerator 7 months ago and it already broke down. I should've read all the consumer reports as I would have known that it was rated as one of the worst and many have filed complaints against them. Their customer service doesn’t open on weekends so if you have problems on a Friday you have to wait till Monday. Then it goes to an India call center and get the runaround. Parts are hard to get so repairs can take another two weeks. They won’t do anything more than put in a work order then you have to deal with another layer of calls. Read all the consumer reports before making a decision but stay away from Frigidaire. Many people have told me they had similar bad experiences so opted for brands rated much higher.

My blood pressure right now is going through the roof! Why? This piece of junk otherwise known as a Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator which is a little over 2 years old (hence, out of warranty of course) has just given us YET ANOTHER broken drawer. This is the 4th time for a drawer or shelf to break, and replacement averages around $150. In the short time we've had this we have sunk over $600 into repair parts. In addition, the ice maker valve freezes because the insulation has worn down to the point that it no longer protects it from freezing, so the ice maker doesn't work. And how is Frigidaire customer service you ask? They will not do anything. I will NEVER buy another Frigidaire product as long as I live!

I am a volunteer at The House That Love Built (THTLB) transition home for women in Phoenix, Arizona. THTLB is home to as many as nine women at any given time. The women we serve are those who were formerly incarcerated, victims of domestic violence, substance abuse recovery, and homelessness. They enter our program to find safe housing, education, employment, and life skills for a life of sustainability and to become productive members of the community.
As a child, I remember growing up with many of the Frigidaire appliances in our home. It was a name brand that was one to take pride in for its durability and sustainability. So, when we needed an additional refrigerator for THTLB, we were delighted when a senior couple so graciously offered to purchase a new one for the house. But to our dismay, when the unit began to malfunction last summer, we were quite disheartened, and then to completely stop cooling was a major inconvenience. THTLB fortunately had two other older units, but it is not quite ideal for a home with 7-9 women at a time.
Based upon the dependence I remember as a child, I was very disappointed in the very short lifespan of this Frigidaire appliance. Unfortunately, we are not in the financial position to purchase a new appliance. Several quotes for repair were the price of a new unit. I am truly disappointed as my ladies are with having limited refrigerator space for their food, which requires additional shopping trips and confusion over personal property. This is time that should focused on health, healing, and mental growth.

PSA to my Realtor friends: Please warn your clients to NEVER buy Frigidaire appliances. Their warranty is not worth the paper it's printed on and there is no way to escalate or expeditiously resolve a claim. You are on their timeline and at their mercy. And they couldn't care less about your business. I have a brand new fridge that had a bad compressor, right out of the box. But if it's been more than 48 hours, Home Depot refers you to the Frigidaire warranty. Started the repair process on Feb 27th. FIVE days later they sent a repairman who spoke no English and told me through Google translate "it's not cooling [duh], I don't know why they sent me. I can't work on it. They should have sent new equipment." And he was gone in 5 mins.
Finally a third party contractor came out TWO WEEKS later on 3/13 only to tell me the compressor was out [yes, everyone knew that] and he didn't work on closed systems. They should have sent someone else. And in a flash, he was gone. He did tell me BTW that this is a very common problem that they deal with on brand new Frigidaire refrigerators. He said about 2 out of 10 have a bad compressor right out of the box. What?! Don't they test them before they go out? No, they obviously do not. What a crappy way to run your business. #shameful
Today 3/19: It took them another 6 days to finally tell me a third repairman would be out 'next week' to replace the compressor! [No date given] What?! Nearly a month into this and no one, and I mean NO ONE, at this company cares that I've lost $350 in groceries. Spent a fortune eating out and making due with ice chests and soggy food. And waited almost a month with still no resolution in site. Pay attention to the online reviews. They do not lie. There are hundreds of stories just like this on consumer websites about Frigidaire appliances. The price may be right, but trust me it's not worth it. Do NOT buy Frigidaire EVER. Home Depot should be ashamed as well, for passing the buck on their customers.

After being put on hold while they talked to their supervisor, I was told that we could just keep the worthless drawers that did not fit and that the previous money spent would be credited to the correct drawers and I would only be responsible for any difference in price and the shipping of the new drawers. I was told they were going to have to process everything and I should hear back with 48 on a confirmation. 72 hours later, still no response so I called back again. We bought a Frigidaire gallery French door refrigerator 6 months ago when our Kenmore died after 12 years. Very pleased with the new Frigidaire until last week, when it made some awful noises and then temps fluctuated. Under warranty, they assigned a third party servicing group to us (Appliance Service Center) who sent a technician out. The technician diagnosed the problem and ordered parts.
When I called Appliance Service Center to get the parts expedited, they said I had to get that approved by the manufacturer (Frigidaire). I called and spoke with Hazel, who took the time to call Appliance Service Center and confirmed order of several parts and told me it was expedited. She said I didn’t need the part numbers. I called Frigidaire back today to get the status of that expedited order, as I have to receive the parts before Appliance Service Center will schedule and send someone out to make the repairs.
I spoke with Mish, who was very tense and short with me and kept talking over me, without letting me ask my questions or even explain. She asked me for parts numbers, which I didn’t have because previous person said I didn’t need them, as they would be noted in my account. She kept lengthily repeating herself and scolded me for interrupting when I explained that I already knew the information she was giving me (that the Appliance Service Center is a third party and Frigidaire doesn’t have access to their database.) I asked for her manager and she argued with me some more, then placed me on a long hold before disconnecting the line. I called back and spoke with Jamelda, who was polite, but after trying the same phone number to Appliance Service Center that I have, said she couldn’t get through and I’d have to call later.
My order and parts numbers should be noted on my account since my call 2 days ago with Hazel. Using a servicing company that operates on Pacific Time means they don’t open until later, so no one can get the answers they need during other normal business hours. There’s absolutely no excuse for a rude Customer Service Rep - Mish didn’t even want to listen to what I had to say as I was trying to save her time and waste of her breath (and my time) telling me things I knew already, while I was trying to tell her things she didn’t even look in my account notes for. It’s my guess that she put me on hold so I’d think she was getting her manager for me, then just cut the call, thinking I’d give up.
I’ve spent a lot of time and energy trying to get my very new refrigerator fixed - one that shouldn’t have any problems yet! Frigidaire should be ashamed of having a fridge break down in the first 6 months and should be apologizing profusely to me for my inconvenience in what’s basically a brand new product still. If your parts go bad that quickly, why did I buy this refrigerator? I just want it to be working properly and have it fixed quickly, as I should not have to worry about a new refrigerator or spend this much time trying to get issues resolved. And I certainly shouldn’t be talked-down to. I still have to call back to either Frigidaire or Appliance Service Center to get a status update on my parts, and my fridge still isn’t working properly, and I still have to wait for a servicing technician appointment AFTER I get my parts. VERY DISAPPOINTING and FRUSTRATING!

Home Depot has been unable to help either thus far. Meanwhile my 80 year old mom has thrown out hundreds of dollars in groceries. We have contacted her credit card company. My problem is with customer service and the lack of it as well as the business ethics of Frigidaire. My new fridge needed a new water filter. I went to their site to order it and because it's cheaper to use subscribe I did, but then I remembered the fridge also had an air filter. While looking for the air filter I discovered they have a set of one each for a cheaper price that buying them separately. I decided to subscribe to the two set instead and go back and cancel the individual subscription for the water filter. There is a button to cancel and I used that since their customer service isn't open on the weekends and it might ship out before Monday. When I got to the screen with my subscriptions I mistakenly cancelled the two in one pack so I went ahead and cancelled the single one too, leaving me with no subscriptions.
I then went back in to the order place and set up a new subscription for the two in one pack. I received an email saying my two subscriptions were cancelled. That was February 8th. Yesterday, Feb 12, I received three - 2-packs. I used the chat button to get help correcting the mistake and I got all sorts of attitude, snakiness and sarcasm. I was cut off once for the minute I took to get a screenshot of the cancellation email even though they took on average 10 minutes between chats. I waited 19 minutes at one point. Jeff said that an order was made but it's different than a subscription.
Cancelled the subscription doesn't cancel the order even though it does with any other company. Nowhere is that made clear on their website, subscription page or product page. Then he cut me off and I got Jen who refused to "listen or understand me". She repeated multiple times that my subscription was cancelled. I repeated yes it was and still I was charged for three packs of filters when I only wanted one. I asked for someone who understood English and was trained in customer service, who could elevate the problem and she refused.
I asked her to email me a copy of the transcript and she said it wasn't allowed. She said it was a HIPPA violation. That's medical information. She lied. She said, "You have the filters, and you don't want to pay for them?". I have no doubt that she knew I didn't order the filters and I didn't want to pay for something I didn't ask for. I asked her if she would pay for a frog if I sent one to her and then billed her for it. She said, "Why would we send you a frog?. That is the level of intelligence you get from their customer service.

Do not buy Frigidaire appliances. I bought a refrigerator and it had a bad gasket. I called to have it serviced and a new gasket was ordered. I was promised the 1st appointment of the day by the technician. When they did not show up I called the service number to inquire when they would be here. Was told I was 6th on the list. Had to take a day off for this repair and scheduled a couple of other appointments. Asked for the service tech to come after 3 pm. The service tech was at my house and left before 255 pm. I did not get the 30 minute prior to arrival courtesy text or phone call. I received a text at 236 pm and the technician arrived and left within 20 minutes not honoring that 30 minute service window.
I spent an hour on the phone with Frigidaire who refused to acknowledge their mistake and refused to get a hold of the technician to reroute them back to my house for their mistake. Camille said, "I will have them call you" and when I called back in 20 minutes later to find out why I had not received a call Angel had stated my appointment was rescheduled for Friday without asking me if I was available. Unacceptable. They refused to get in touch with the technician although he had another 2 hours of work time to accommodate the customer. Frigidaire FG4H2272UF – A Complete Nightmare. I regret ever purchasing the Frigidaire FG4H2272UF. From the moment it was delivered, this fridge has been nothing but trouble. Over the past year, I've had at least six different service companies visit my home 25 times—and the fridge still doesn’t work. Each time they show up, they say it's something new that needs fixing, and the problem never gets resolved. Just today, another new technician came, stayed for a mere 10 minutes, and told me that I need yet another part. He claimed they’d call me next week to schedule a new service appointment when the part arrives. That’s just the latest chapter in an ongoing saga of frustration.
I’ve tried reaching out to Frigidaire customer service, but they are beyond useless. Their online chat and customer service number are a joke. They simply apologize and follow a script, offering no real help or solutions. There’s no way to escalate to a supervisor or manager, leaving you completely stuck with no options. After doing some research on Consumer Reports, I noticed that Frigidaire’s ratings have dropped significantly—and for good reason. If you’re considering buying a Frigidaire product, my advice is: DON’T. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a major appliance. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your fridge needs.

I ordered a Professional Series side by side refrigerator because of the reviews I read. After waiting almost a month to receive it, it had immediate issues. The ice maker chute sprays ice everywhere. If it's on cubed ice it still shoots crushed. It also had a small scratch on the front that I didn't notice until after the delivery. The Frigidaire badge in the top right corner is crooked so the whole refrigerator looks cheap. It also has poor design with the water dispenser. It's set so far front that you can't use a cup to dispense the water because it pours on the floor. As the homeowner, I can teach my family how to use it, but if we have guests they need to be instructed on how to get water without making a mess!
The worst part is the customer service. The hold times are astronomical. I tried reaching Frigidaire within my "return for any reason within 10 days" and couldn't get help. I finally after 65 minutes of holding for support on day 11 got someone on the phone and I was told I'd missed my return window and I needed service instead. Spent another 20 minutes waiting for someone to get on the line and finally gave up. I'm now 5 weeks into having this refrigerator and finally got a repair person scheduled. I will never recommend a Frigidaire to anyone and will go out of my way to make sure I let all my friends and family know too. I hope the recently appointed new CEO will do a better job.

So we had someone come to fix that. They tried and tried to fix it without any luck. Frigidaire was contacted and the engineer gave us advice for what they thought it could be. We ordered all the parts and a new motherboard and it still won’t work.
The new motherboard that was supposedly made for our fridge, just shut down when we installed it. None of the parts they told us were compatible with our fridge and now not only have we paid someone many times to come fix it, it still doesn’t work and now Frigidaire won’t return the parts we bought because they said “they were opened.” 😡 Are you kidding me?? How are you supposed to know if a part works if you don’t open it and install it. They are now telling us it’s not because we opened it, it’s because it’s past 30 days of receiving the parts.
They are so terrible to work with. Their customer service sucks. Bought a Frigidaire top freezer refrigerator (model #FFTR2045VW) in June '24. Seven months later, it died. It was fine the night before, and everything was thawing the next day, so it must have happened overnight. I threw out most of the food, hoping to salvage what I could. After speaking to a Frigidaire rep, he said the technician would be out the next day between 8am & noon. The rep then tried to sell me a repair package costing $400 or so, in case they couldn't repair the machine. It would entitle me to a replacement. I was still under warranty, and I asked if they couldn't fix it and I didn't have this package, I'd just be out a refrigerator. Yup, that was the story. I told him that if the machine didn't even last 7 months and I had to pay hundreds more to replace it, I would rather put the money toward a new one--any other brand.
I went out to buy multiple bags of ice, thinking to salvage some things until the next day. I received a call later in the day from the contracted repair company saying that they wouldn't be able to come until four days later between 12 & 5 pm. No amount of ice can safe anything for 4 days. When I called Frigidaire back to say that I had been promised a technician the next day and now it won't be for 4 days, I was told that they never send someone the next day. It's always 2 or 3 days (or 4, in my case). A refrigerator that only lasts 7 months and then has to sit there for 4 days waiting to see if it can be repaired, costing hundreds in spoiled food. Frigidaire Gallery Ice machine - Worst purchase I've made. I purchased it when it first came out and have had regrets ever since. It is awful to clean. I did a vinegar rinse weekly - and one day I noticed that the ice consistency was different - turned off the machine and took a deeper look and there was mold growing in the spaces of air in the drawers (yes, Both) mold growing in the chambers that the water ran through - and this is WITH a weekly cleaning. I started to do a deep clean and actually used a good antibacterial soap and a good scrubbing. Did a couple self clean sessions with the soap - rinsed several times and wiped down again. Did everything again with vinegar. Then I let it dry out for a day or two. Let a fan blow on it for full airflow during this time. Went back - did another hot rinse and self clean and started her up.
Later that day I looked into the reservoir and there is grit and particles floating in the water chamber. I was mad! I drained it again - did another rinse and another vinegar self clean - rinsed again - and the same - black specks on the bottom of the chamber. I've been cleaning it for nearly two weeks now - just from being stubborn about paying so much money for the POS - and I can NOT get this thing to rinse out clean. I've tried everything from dental picks, scrubby brushes, toothbrushes, cleaners, descales - This thing is just nasty. Keep in mind I had always given it a weekly clean and descale - and I'm still here after a years time.
I've come to the conclusion that one of the gears or parts inside must be fragmenting into the water. There is no other place that this crud could be coming from. My husband was a sweetie and went out and purchased a new one for me. I had it running for about a week - looked in and found THE SAME ISSUE! Brand new. Barely have owned this thing three weeks and I've been cleaning it for the last 8 days. I'm so PO. Which means this company is selling a product that is probably leaving micro plastic bits in the ice and water and then we consuming said plastic.
I just purchased a Fohere a moment ago. I'll be sending this thing back. Once again I'm peeved at Frigidaire once again - My full sized retro refrigerator nearly starting on fire only to find it was a known issue. The thing only lasted a year and a half. Now, I'll never purchase a Frigidaire product ever again. In fact I will preach and sing to the heavens how awful of product they sell to anyone, everyone - even when NO ONE IS LISTENING.

Broken (damper) this from what are told regulates temperature. Everything in our refrigerator part was freezing. With no control to regulate it. Took 3 weeks for repairs. During the wait we were having issues with load engine noises coming from the refrigerator. As well as no water or ice being dispensed. Called on this and informed that the tech that would be coming out to repair first issue would have this added to his work order.
Tech called to notify us he was on his way and first issue would be taken care of with the new damper. He had nothing on his work order for new issues but if not serious he would check it out as a courtesy. When done, he did fix the door and damper, but stated the water filter was cracked and frozen also more than likely was the cause of no water, ice and loud noises frozen but he could not replace as filters are not covered under warranty? I explained that the only reason it was cracked was because it was frozen and water when it freezes expands hence the crack. It was caused by a defect in a new refrigerator. He explained he could do nothing and suggested I call Frigidaire.
This was a complete calamity. Even though it was caused by the defect of the refrigerator they do no provide filters and I needed to buy one. Though they will give me a 20% discount. I said no not acceptable as I had nothing to do with the broken filter it was the items issue not ours and should be replaced by the company. Told no again, I asked to speak with a supervisor and at first told that supervisors only communicate with txt / chat. I requested to speak with someone again not chat and told not possible and maybe call back? That was odd?
Called back the next day and essentially the same runaround. Though I was transferred to a supposed supervisor that constantly put me on hold. He then hung up. "I was not rude or unprofessional at all as I own a large company with Fairly large CS department and understand and detest rude customers." I called back and was transferred now to parts. Of course they couldn't help. I called back again and was now told that they would be sending me a one time courtesy filter. I should receive it in 5 to 10 business days. Two weeks past called back told nothing was being shipped and would not be shipped as they do no cover filters. I explained what I was told and the person on the line (was very nice and cordial) stated that the other person was more than likely lying to me to have me stop calling. Wow is all that I can say. Filter from them is when checked almost $100.00 no.
