This wasn't the best experience I've had with flooring. I ended up getting vinyl and the sales rep was really nice. I told her what I wanted and I didn't want to break the bank. But flooring is not cheap. Doing the sales visit at home sucks 'cause I didn't get to see a lot of samples. But I was happy with what I picked and the installation was nice. The techs didn't have to rip up the floor in the living room but it took them the entire day. So it seemed like it took a really long time to lay vinyl in two rooms. In the living room, there were some spots where the vinyl was cut roughly and it didn't match up to the wall and the floor. Other than that, the bathroom was fine. It looked great. But whoever's gonna use Empire Today needs to ask a lot of questions and really be on top of it.

I got hardwood plank flooring. The installers were amazing and they were on time. They were super nice too. The new flooring has been great.

I went with the LVP flooring, which is a life-proof kind of floor and I did the whole first floor. The installers made a couple of mistakes and had to come back and fix them. But other than that, they did alright. They were trying to get it all done in one day. The warranty is five years up to the purchase price of the floor and they’ll fix or replace it. But there was a break in Empire Today's communication with their installers. So they could improve on that.

I had heard of Empire on TV and I knew we needed carpet. I called and they sent a guy out. He had everything in the car with him when he came. I told him pretty much what we wanted and he brought in what would suit what we were asking for. I liked their price so I got the carpet. They hired somebody to do the installation and the guys that came were really good. It took most of the day to get through everything. We had the whole bedroom end of our house done and they had to move furniture and take out old carpet and put in the new one and put the furniture back. It was three bedrooms and a hallway so it was pretty big. I love the quality of the carpet. Empire does a good job for a good price.

I had a laminate installed in my family room and the gentleman that came out, Jose, did an excellent job. I requested him and they were good to make sure that he was the gentleman that came out. I enjoy seeing the whole process of how it's done and he was very friendly and always answered my questions. He and his assistant were professional and I was very happy with the job and with the flooring. It looks very ritzy and expensive. Empire Today has laid carpet in my home several times in different rooms and I've always been very satisfied with their work. Also, they have sales frequently so that enticed me to call them in and get an estimate. I hope they also help the installers because they are the ones who actually do the work.

I looked at rugs at Home Depot and I didn't like any. Empire’s were nicer. The salesman was wonderful. He did not pressure me and I liked that. I had rugs put downstairs, up the stairs and in the upstairs hallway. The installers were wonderful, neat and professional. I had a very good experience with Empire.

We were getting 4 bedrooms upstairs, bonus room and stairs carpeted (replacing existing). Salesman told us 4 guys would come out and finish in 4.5-5 hrs. One guy and a girl came out, he was here 13 hrs and still didn't finish the stairs. Our son is 18 and works nights so he wasn't able to sleep at all that day. There was a very noticeable line in the master bedroom so when he came out a week later to do stairs (which I had to call Empire and ask for the job to be finished), he said he would have to redo the entire master bedroom and hallway. They were scheduled to come out today and haven't heard a word, tried to call several times, voice-mail and no response. We had to take apart our bed, remove all the drawers and shelves in our closets AGAIN, it's a true inconvenience. Three weeks since the first installment and we're still waiting. Worse experience ever.

Both the representatives that came out were great. They arrived on time, which I appreciated, and they were really informative. They asked me what it was I was looking for and made sure that they provided samples that met my ask. Neither one of them were pushy. They were really patient, they answered all of my questions, and it was clear that they wanted to be sure that I was a satisfied customer. I appreciate both of them. Also, each of them were available during the install process when I had additional questions.

The rep was professional and courteous. I had them install luxury vinyl in the living room, hallway, kitchen and throughout the closet. It started off well with the installers but I didn't know they were gonna have to move certain things like the refrigerator. They didn't plug things back once they moved it. If I hadn't gone back out, I wouldn't have found out that my food would have been all destroyed. I had to replug the refrigerator and my box for my internet. I also had a lot of dust and things to clean up. They didn't tell me all of those things.

Empire did a good job of installing the tiles in the master bath with an attached walk-in closet but I was disappointed because the tile floor was left dirty and had grout on it. I had to get down and scrub them. There was also grout on the baseboards. But the flooring looks good and the quality seems fine.

The sales rep from Empire Today was nice and wasn’t pushy. I bought carpet and the installers were on time and professional. It was a great experience.

Empire Today did a great job. It's the second time I've used them, and it's amazing how the competition wants to beat Empire up. Empire's product and their people were good and the price was very good as well. The only thing I found that they didn't do well was they were bundling up old stuff, extra pieces of carpet, and weren't paying attention and tossed a bunch of them next to my walkway, right into my planting bed. That aggravated me a little. They were putting it out there, then kicked it to the side, and I had to clean up my planting bed a bit.

A guy from Empire Today came and did the estimate. I already knew what I wanted and he already had it, so I just did it. I got the wood floors installed in the rooms and hallway upstairs. It took six to eight hours to do all three rooms and the hallway, and the installers were very helpful. They helped me with my other furniture that I could not move. They did a great job, and I love the flooring. I just wish that they did the stairs, because now, I have to look for someone to do it. Other than that, the warranty is good. If anything happens, it's covered. Keep up the good job and let the clients be happy with the products.

The salesman got me what I was looking for. I purchased a rug for the basement. The installation was great. They called me an hour before they were gonna get there. They were there, told me the amount of time that they would be there and stuck to it.

The rep did the appraisal, took measurements and gave me a quote. Installers showed up a few days later. They were extremely quick and efficient. They took 12 minutes to eat lunch and ran back to work. The quality of the flooring is really good and the installation seemed effortless. The color was great too and the thickness works very well for our purposes. It was a great experience for us from the scheduling of the appointment to the installers who did the job. In such a limited amount of time, they were able to do everything very well. They hauled out the old carpet and swept before they left.

I had wood floor installed by Empire. We had our living room and kitchen done. And then about six months or so later, we extended it into our front foyer and our bathroom. Customer service is great. They came out and they showed me what they had, prices and stuff, and we chose which one we wanted. Our floor is very nice-looking and the product is of good quality. Empire is a good company to work with. They do what they say they're gonna do.

I had wood floors installed in our entry way, living room, hallway, and one closet and another entrance. I felt much more comfortable with Anthony, who was the guy from Empire Today that came out to show us the product, and to help with financing which was another key factor along with the actual installers, who I felt treated us like royalty. They were so helpful. They moved things. Before they would start work on a particular area, they'd make sure that I knew what area they would work in, if I needed to come that way, or how long it would be before they would be finished with that particular area. They were very considerate of my comfort, my time, and how things were going for me.

It started from the sales person all the way to the installers. What great customer service I received. I was very well advised as to the right choice, service was completed as promised, price was within my budget and my floors look so very beautiful. The installers were super nice, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Great experience all around.

My experience with them has been good. The installers were on time and they explained everything. They also cleaned up their mess which was A+ for me. They also gave me instructions on how to care for the floor. But some of the pieces of wood he put across the floor are falling off. Other than that, they were very professional and they did a great job. I'm so proud of my floor. It's perfect and I love it. I'd use Empire again.

I have been dealing with this company for MANY years, and NEVER had an issue, UNTIL I moved to Ohio. I had Empire come out and install flooring in my upstairs and the staircase of my home (Dec 2021). Shortly after (little less than a month) I noticed (in the staircase) that the flooring was separating and or coming apart and some stairs it was really loose, I called customer service and spoke with "Paul?" I was told that he would "look into it and get back with me" a week and a half went by, no news, no phone call, no email, I called "Paul" back got his VM and left a msg. 63 days later I get a VM from "Paul" apologizing profusely and explaining a family emergency was to blame and how I wasn't forgotten. Never heard from Paul after that.

I had wood flooring and tiles installed. I was pleased. I was happy with the wood flooring. That was the first thing that I had put in, and then my ceramic tile, which was 50% off. The installers were on time, which I really appreciated. They called ahead of time to let me know. They were very good. I was especially impressed with the people who did the tile. Empire was very conscientious. Even after the installation, they wanted to know how well everything was and how the job went. It was a good experience. I also got great service from the person that helped me, Paris. I would have Empire do the next bedroom, too. I would trust them to do it again.

They did a good job. The only real problem I had was when they took up the carpet, I asked them, “Will you fill in the bottom part, because the carpet is gonna be higher than the wood?” They assured me they would cover it up with the borders. But they did not. But I like the wooden floors.

The cost and quality were equally if not a little better with Empire Today. The salesperson was knowledgeable. Just ordered the wrong floor, so we had to push our installation back a day. It was the same luxury vinyl plank, but a different color. The installers were excellent, hard workers. It took them 11 hours and they did it all day. I like the design.

I purchased laminate flooring for the kitchen, bathroom and pantry from Empire Today. Their cost is better than other companies. The sales rep was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable about the product and our needs. He helped me from start to finish with what the best options would be, what the best layout and design. The installation crew was also amazing. There were three installers and they had to remove peel and stick tile and a linoleum floor underneath that. They gave me instructions about washing, the product to use and the warranty terms if anything were to happen. I was fully informed of how to take care of it and get the most life out of it.

Empire did some flooring for me years ago and they did good work. I used them this time around too and had them install a wood product. They're planks. My sales rep was new and I was his first client. He seemed nice and accommodating. He answered my questions. If he didn't know the answer, he would call his boss. I could hear both sides of the conversation and it's pretty interesting. I was his last client on this one because he got promoted to a residential business. When he heard that I was gonna get some more flooring, he asked if he could take it.

Empire Today had the best product and salesman did a great job. The installation went very well. The guys that came out were very professional. They did a great job. We love everything about the flooring, the way it looks, the way it feels, and its quality.

I purchased vinyl flooring from Empire Today. The rep was really good. He was explaining to me the different types of samples, the quality of the samples, and which one might be a better fit. He was giving me really good information to help me decide. The installers were very professional. They told me to take pictures off the wall, anything that could move during relocating furniture. They moved everything when they were working in the section and covered it up. They were so neat. Their execution of getting the floors done, I've never experienced anything like that. It was a two-day job and they were able to put everything back and organize their stuff. It wasn't all over the place. It was a clean process.

I love the flooring from Empire Today. It's beautiful. I got the wine colored carpet. The price was good too. I wanna do my game room next. I want the same guys to do it. They did a great job. They even cleaned up after themselves. They were gentlemen. They even helped me move my furniture. They went over and beyond. Everything was excellent.

They installed bedroom carpet. The techs moved the furniture out, put the carpet down and moved the furniture back. Everything went as expected.

I had used Empire some time ago and they were very good so I thought to go back to them. I wanted something that sort of would blend in nicely with the floor and the existing living room carpet. The person they sent with the samples was supportive and helped me choose what was right for the rest of the house. I didn't feel rushed or anything. He showed us several pieces and told us the type of care that they would need. We eventually chose the one that I thought was best.

We were switching out carpeting and I saw Empire's ad for the $99 a room. I had somebody come out, we liked the carpet, and we went with that. But it was a lot more than $99 a room. We were charged for the padding and stuff like that, which was fine, because they said that that was not included. Also, the installers were fantastic and so polite. They came in and got the job done. Anything that they needed to do, they ask first and from the moment they showed up, it was about an hour and a half install. It was a very good experience with Empire Today.

Empire did some carpet for me over a year ago and that didn't come out well. I had a one year warranty on the carpet and two or three days after the warranty was up, the carpet started buckling. Empire wouldn't cover that. The installers should have stretched the carpet when they first put it in but they did not. I talked Empire back to doing my floors and installers came out and did that. I had horrible floors put in but their guy said he made compensation for that. The cost and quality of the flooring are good from what they did. The technicians did everything well with the exception of when they put my bed back together. They didn't tighten it all the way down. Other than that, I was happy with everything they did. I told a friend the price of my flooring and I'll send him to Empire.

I had a good experience with Empire Today. My only downfall was that when the installer got here, he expected the money upfront but we were on a payment plan. But it got squared away after about 30 minutes. After everything was okay, the people that did the carpet did a really good job. It was very professional. The seller did a really good job as well. It is a really good service.

I had laminate flooring put in by Empire. It's great. It's very durable, comfortable and easy to clean. I have a steamer that cleans the floor very well. It sanitizes. I have animals, and it's because of the animals that I had it installed because they ruined the carpet. Empire's rep was very nice, very thorough, and it was a very quick decision. The crew that came out to install was very nice. They were a husband and wife team. They did it in about four hours. They were very fast.

I used Empire before and they did a great job, so I decided to go back. I was driving by when I was new to a location that I'm living at right now. Then this time, I found them on Google. They did a really great job. I have no complaints with the way it looks. It looks beautiful. They did exactly what we wanted to do. The only problem was they put some type of glue. We've got a couple of pieces that have some glue. We don't know how to get it off. My husband called Empire and nobody ever responded. We would have thought that they would have responded. It's been a while ago. We've given them more than enough time to respond. My husband said that there was a couple of tiles that were broken. When they removed the old stuff, they cracked one of the tiles that were not supposed to be broken.

I used Empire again because I liked them the first time I used them. I liked their professionalism. I liked that they came in, and it was done quickly. They moved the furniture and took care of everything.

We had a great experience with Empire Today. They did a really good job and they're a big company. The installer and his partner are really good. The house looks great with that tile they put in. We're happy. We didn't feel like we got ripped off. We feel good. Since we saved up enough money, we're gonna have the rest of the house done. The sales rep left us estimates on the other stuff we need done. So, we're gonna call him as soon as we get ready.

I purchased carpet and luxury vinyl from Empire. The rep that came out was great. He reached out to his supervisor a couple different times to see if she had any promotional deals for us. We had a couple of different products picked out from different companies and the rep was trying to work pricing with us. He talked us through financing and made that super easy. So overall, he was very friendly. When he came out, another gentleman showed up who was in training. They had never met before and so we kind of got to listen to him training the other gentleman. That was pretty cool.

I had a very good and professional experience with Empire Today. The rep was very professional and knowledgeable of his product. He explained everything nicely. The installers were also very prompt and efficient. They did a very good job. We purchased hard wood and it has very good quality.

I had vinyl wood flooring put in my living room. It's very good. The only thing is that one of them spoke a little English, and the rest of them didn't. It was hard to talk to them.

For what we got from Empire, it’s okay than what the other place was gonna give us for the same price. They did good on the installation. When I got home and saw it, everything was perfect. They put the furniture back where it was.

I like the carpet Empire Today put in. It was good and so was the pad. The installers were great. It was like Dr. Seuss with The Cat in the Hat where they clean up as they leave then the parents come home and everything's perfect and they don't know what mayhem there was when they were gone. I was pleased. If I do the rest of my upstairs, I'm gonna use them again especially if they give me a better price and more of an incentive.

When I had my new floors put in, I used Empire again. They had to completely replace my whole floor because of problems but I still had a problem afterwards. I had to have the installer come back and fix a few things, and there are a few things I'm still taking care of. The installer said that everything would be fine for now, and that they could come back and fix the rest later. There are a few places where it doesn't seem like the flooring is lying flat. It seems a little puffy. There were also places where the trim they put in didn't meet properly. I could have done better than this, and I don't do woodworking.

The installers were good. However, there was a three-hour delay of getting the carpet installed because they didn't think they had enough. They had to call the manager and the person that sold the carpet to us. They re-measured three times and realized they had enough. We got the most expensive carpet that they had. The carpet is beautiful, but we wanted something that was more dense. When you walk on it, you could feel that another person had walked on it. It does not come back up. They had only two types of padding. We got the one that was supposed to be vapor-barrier. We wanted it to last for a long time. Nobody's ever called us back to see how we liked it. They sure come out and put out a big show, but they don't follow up. Also, they've got this trim and the nails did not set in good enough. I've ripped my heel several times on them.

It went well with Empire. I had a meeting with them. We sat through. The rep gave me what seemed to be honest feedback. We had them put manufactured wood flooring in the kitchen. They did a good job. The quality seems top-notch. I would recommend them.

I am very busy running a dog training business out of the home and I needed somebody that could come to me and bring me samples. I liked that Empire's website had a little option where I could take pictures. They kind of did this virtual overlay that gave me an idea of what the flooring might look like in the room even before the consultant guy came out with the samples. I liked him a lot. He was really good and prepared. I gave him my thoughts about looking online and what I was looking for. He showed me those and a few other options. In the end, we found a nice medium meeting ground place for what I wanted versus what my husband wanted as far as price point and quality.

We purchased a rug from Empire Today. We booked an appointment and a gentleman came out and brought samples. He was great. We also love the quality of the product.

The installation was quick and easy. It was an easy experience overall. They do everything electronically.

We purchased carpet flooring for the home. We chose Empire Today because of how soon they were able to come out, and their turnaround time was really appealing. It was beneficial for us because we were looking to make a change fairly quickly. The installation was good. But it was a little rocky. The installers that came out didn't really speak very good English. So it made it a little difficult to communicate with them on what we needed. Also, there were some concerns with the baseboards when they installed them. It's a brand-new house so the baseboards were all secured to the wall. But after they installed them, there were issues where the baseboards were popping out. So trying to communicate to them to fix that was a little challenging, but nothing that we weren't ultimately able to rectify. The cost and quality were right in line with what we were looking for.

I had four bedrooms done with carpet and the remainder of the house was done in porcelain tile. The cost was roughly around the same vicinity as other companies. But with Empire, they actually sent a tech to the house to measure everything and go over the whole process with us. So that was kind of nice. One of the sales reps came out and walked us through what the process would be. The tech brought samples of everything with them. They had different types of tile, colors, carpeting and padding.

Empire Today did a wonderful job. They showed up in a timely fashion. They cleaned up everything really nicely. I was extremely satisfied.

Empire Today is reputable. Their sales reps had a lot of information on everything and were really down to earth when they were explaining how the whole process goes. The installation team was also excellent. I'm 100 percent happy with the quality of the flooring. Empire is excellent all the way around.

Within 24 hours of calling, one of their sales crew came. He was a super nice guy and he brought all this carpet. We had carpet installed in three bedrooms. During the installation, my wife and I took everything out with the kids. We stripped all the baseboards down 'cause I didn't want them to have to do all that. Three techs came over and measured it all out. They knocked the job out pretty quickly. They took away all the old carpet. They were super polite and easygoing guys. I like the density of the new carpet. It looks good when it's all vacuumed up. My Roomba goes over it simply.

We had a carpet installed in the sunroom with Empire Today. They stand behind their word. If you see something that's not right, you call them and they send somebody out here to check it out or fix it.

Saved. On 5/2/23 I had Empire to come out for the $99 special they were running. When Chris the salesman arrived I asked him about the $99 deal, I asked what is the labor and padding cost for my room, he never quoted on that and didn't want to talk about the $99 deal. After several attempts to get information about that deal out of him with no results I expressed to him that I am a 30+ year salesman in what I do and that the $99 deal is just to get before the customer to up sale.. His reply was, and I quote "YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT AND IF YOU KNEW THAT WHY AM I OUT HERE WASTING MY TIME AND YOURS." I was floored when he told me that, so essentially there is no $99 special but Chris is such a smooth talker. He brought me back around and like an idiot I bought from him.

I had carpet installed and my floor is fine. But, Empire didn't do the work. They subbed the work out. They found someone who was qualified to do the work. However, the people did not speak English. They couldn't understand anything that I was trying to tell them. But they got it in quickly and they seemed like they knew what they were doing.

A rep came to my home and he was good and thorough. I did vinyl planks and it's good. I just wish they talked about if we had asbestos. When the installers came out, they were great. They were just polite and thorough. They found possible asbestos in three of the rooms and two months later, I still haven't finished having my floor installed. They've installed about 60% of the flooring. The installers won't disturb anywhere where there might be asbestos.

I had some indoor-outdoor flooring installed. The crew did a good job. They were punctual and courteous.

Install crew was pleasant and professional. Very hard workers. They did a great install job. Spent extra time on all the seams to ensure perfection. They were clean on the removal of the old carpet. The carpet was cut perfectly, and the new color was very pleasing.

I'm very happy with service and product. Highly recommend. Will continue business with them. Sales rep helpful. Very impressed. Quick service and moved furniture out of rooms. Not sure what else to say. But great prices and great installers. I am happy.

The team was very professional, the installers were hard working and rarely stopped. They finished the job in one day. I was so appreciative. For their dedication and hard work. The work looked beautiful with little to no clean up for me to do.

They installed lower quality carpet than I requested and observed from the 3" sample. When I discovered this upon installation, I refused to sign the walk through sign off. The kid that installed it said he would be fired if I didn't sign it. So I signed it, but wrote next to my signature what I was unhappy with. No follow-up on the carpet quality issue. I had to call 15 times within the first month after installation. Have called. Emailed and fought for one year with no resolution. I am out $4700. This is a very unethical company selling substandard quality carpet. They scammed me into signing and told me it's my fault for signing the paper showing my acceptance of their crap carpet. Every single day that I walk on this carpet I boil with anger toward these crooks ESPECIALLY because I am a repeat customer. If this is how they treat repeat customers I'm not sure how they plan to scam new customers. Beware, shop elsewhere.

Well, once again @EmpireToday has failed us. Here we are about a year after they came and “repaired” our buckled carpet yet AGAIN (it has been a disaster since installation) and it’s buckled everywhere again!! Manager supposed to call us last week - CRICKETS!! Run from this company! If could give ZERO stars, I would!

We set up an appointment and a gentleman came over with samples for us. He was amazing, and I loved him so much. Installation was great too. The installers did a wonderful job and they were very nice. They even suggested some things to my husband that the guy at the original appointment didn't mention. We got vinyl tile in the kitchen and carpet, and the installers did everything in one day. We love the quality and we're very happy with the flooring.

I had a good experience with Empire Today. The representative was very detailed and knew the products he was selling. He even made sure and told me all the costs and how the install would go. He brought in the samples and that's how I picked the flooring I wanted, which is the vinyl flooring. It was set up in my living room, and I could touch it and put it next to the floor. The installation was great too. The installers came in, told me what they were gonna do, moved the furniture, and had the job done in less than five hours. The flooring is of good quality. Everything's nice and neat, and there are no gaps.

Empire Today had a quick turnaround. The rep showed a small selection and we went from there. He has been at Empire Today for many years. He was knowledgeable.

The installation was good but I still have a problem with the threshold that they're supposed to come back and take care of. The installer put down the old threshold instead of a new strip. Other than that, everything else was great.

We had luxury vinyl plank installed in two rooms. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped us get what we wanted quickly. The installers were polite and the installation was definitely worth the difference in price. They tore off the carpet that was on the floor and got rid of it. They vacuumed the floors and helped take out bigger pieces of furniture that we weren't able to take out. They put the flooring down and cleaned up. I like the new flooring and it matches the other colors in my home better than I thought it would.

I had Empire do the floors in my kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. It was carpet in the living room and in the master bedroom. And it was stone tile in the kitchen. Those were all changed to luxury vinyl planks. It's outstanding but we've all been sliding a little bit. Empire has a nice selection and their crew was awesome. They were fast, efficient, and did their job. They cleaned up wherever they went.

We got vinyl sheet flooring put in and the installers were great. But when you're shopping on Empire Today's website, it doesn't tell you the thickness of the product. The vinyl sheet flooring is measured in two parts. The wear part on top that wears away when you step on it and the backing. But online, they don't tell you how many millimeters each product is as you look at it. They don't have the price per square foot either. Basically, you get an estimate from a estimator who comes to your house, and it's all-inclusive price, with installation too.

I got the engineered hardwood from Empire Today which was upstairs. Then for downstairs, I had the vinyl planking. The floorings are very nice. When they were installed, the crew that came out were fantastic and very good. They did it in two days. Not only did they do 1,000-square-foot upstairs, but they did the staircase too. I had them rip out all that rug and the stuff going down to my basement. So, that's all engineered hardwood going down. On top of that, it looks beautiful and I love it. I would always use Empire Today and if I sell this house and buy a fixer up in South Dakota, I would have all that torn out and have hardwood up there. Hopefully, Empire Today's up there too. I'm also going to use them again because I got two bedrooms downstairs that are carpeted and I have this cat that thinks it's a dog that likes to rip up my carpet. So, I'm going to replace the carpeting in those two rooms.

I was very happy with the price, and I'm absolutely ecstatic over my new flooring. The contractors that Empire Today sent were amazing too. They were, altogether, four different people and I was really impressed with the quality of their work and their attention to detail. They were a very nice bunch of young men and they were hardworking and didn't goof off. They just did their work, and when I spoke to one of them, he was very helpful in answering my questions and didn't seem to be bothered by me bothering them. I tried to ask reasonable questions. I was very impressed with that young man and his company. We had one little snag and the owner fixed it right away. I am a very happy camper and very satisfied with the service.

Wasted my time. They are real expensive. I thought they maybe were putting gold down in a small walk in closet. I had my bedroom done 18 x 15 Bruce Hardwood for 3200. They wanted 4000 plus. For a 7 x 12 closet I called Ziggy’s hardwood floor Co at 1400. Really I can't call these guys at all. Was going to do a small bedroom but that might be 12000 for a 15 x 13. Never again. Thought these guys were cheaper. Well gave it a try.

I purchased laminate for two bedrooms. Tim was wonderful. He brought in different options and showed them to us. He was not pushy, but he was thorough in giving us all our options and he did make a couple of suggestions that turned out to be what we needed. Empire Today had to move some furniture and pull up old carpet, and the carpet tack. It was one gentleman who was very professional, nice, and did a great job. He was here at 7:30 and was done by 3:30. The flooring is water-resistant, pet-resistant, and matches the rest of our flooring. I could use a Swiffer mop on it or one of the products that are made for multi-surface.

I saw an Empire advertisement about a sale going on. It was half off. A sales guy came over and he seemed professional and nice. I had the color in mind that I wanted. The guy had some samples to show me and I was able to pick out the ones that he said were the ones they had on sale. There wasn't a lot to choose from and the carpet was cheap and thin. You get what you pay for. I had carpet installed downstairs in one room.

I had carpeting for my house installed -- one for the basement and then a different kind for the upstairs level. The salesperson who came out to the house was helpful to us. He was able to answer questions and navigate through some deals for us. The installation went smoothly and it seems like they did a good job. We've been very happy with the way it looks. Everything seems to match up and fit in well in terms of seams, walls, and transitions.

We wanted to do the bathroom and the kitchen and we wanted to make sure the product was waterproof. The rep had stuff that looked like bathroom tile. Also, the floor tile in the kitchen came out good. The installers saw a couple of issues with the upstairs and they fixed it while they were here at no additional charge. It was awesome for them to go above and beyond for us and they got it finished within two days. The quality of the flooring was very good, especially with the kitchen. You got heavy appliances in there and the majority of my stuff slides good on it and doesn't scruff up the flooring. Empire Today did the financing through Wells Fargo and we did a down payment so, we have 5,000 left to pay off on the floor. I've dealt with Wells Fargo before and they know my payment history. So, it wasn't that much of an issue to put out there and approve it.

We had some carpets that were destroyed and it had to be done quick. I got somebody on the phone from Empire and then, they were here within a couple of days and knocked it out. They installed carpet in two rooms and they did a superb job. The salesman, Frank, was a really good guy. A couple of months later, we needed more flooring and we called again. We asked for Frank and he showed up. He did a great job and knocked it out of the ballpark. Then, the guys came in and they went above and beyond to make the transition easy. They knocked it all out in one day. Not one hiccup and everything was perfect. The only thing was I got two or three calls from reps asking me when I wanted the carpet or the flooring installed after it had already been installed. But that doesn't concern me.

We had carpeting done in a bedroom and family room with Empire Today, and we're very happy with it. The installers worked very hard. They got the job done before the end of the day, which we were happy about. However, I've had two experiences now where Empire called, rang twice, and hung up before I got to the phone. When people call to follow up, they need to wait until the customer can answer the phone. Also, unfortunately, afterward, we found a few more bumps and nicks in the wall than I would have liked. But it was a very awkward installation of laying carpet in the hallway with a closet on either side in one piece. That's not easy to do.

We got an exceptional deal through Empire Today. They have good variety, and they stood within our budget. We like the quality of the carpeting. The installation went very smoothly. We're very happy with Empire. My contractor is contacting them very shortly to get the ball rolling on our next property. They're going to be our main carpet installer in every property that we acquire.

The warranty was explained to me by the salesperson, and the vinyl flooring is very good.

Empire Today is a good company. I like the carpet because it doesn't wrinkle. The guy that came and put the carpet down did a marvelous job. However, the salesman sold me a little bit too much carpet. I had quite a bit of carpet left. He also didn't have a lot of colors. He just had mostly neutral colors.

I had two bedrooms re-carpeted, and one bedroom installed with laminate flooring. The rep was timely and friendly. He was not shy about delivering his opinion on what I should do and he was a little pushy. The installation team was very timely and super friendly. They did a good job. I had used Empire before in a previous house years ago and they were great from start to finish. At that time, they were doing the 50% carpet padding installation. That worked out great because I got the 50% all the way through. It's the same quality carpeting padding. But this time, it was not the one that was on sale.

Their salesman, Mike, did an awesome job and gave us a good price. He gave us what we wanted with no hardcore push and no upsells. The two guys who installed were very professional and they did a fantastic job. My experience was perfect.

I had carpet installed in two bedrooms, the hallway, and the stairs. I didn't like that neither one of the installers spoke very good English. But they were good guys and they cleaned up. There was a bunch of debris in my garage from where they were cutting the carpet but it's not like I had to work hard to clean it up.

When I first had the floors done, it was a great experience, but when Empire came to do the stairs, the service was lousy. I will not refer them to anyone.

The options were good, and the first guy that came out, the consult guy, was great. I knew exactly what I wanted, and he didn't pressure me. Everything was good there. The laminate flooring was installed in my living room, basement, family room, the hallway, and one of the bedrooms. It was almost the whole house, and installation took three days. The first day was good, but the second and third days were a little rough, mostly because the guys didn't have a bag on the saw. They covered my garage in sawdust and we weren't happy about that. My boyfriend was really ticked off. Other than that, it went fine.

Empire Today is extremely knowledgeable. The rep showed me everything I asked him to show me. He had samples. He had the books. He showed them and compared them to the floor that I had because I wanted something that’s close to the floor, which in five years I can't match them anymore. Also, Empire Today told me exactly the price, and when they could install the flooring. It was an easy thing to do.

Empire Today looked like they were the best deal. The installers came and measured, and moved everything.

I had to make many appointments to have them put the flooring in because they thought it was just vinyl. But it was sheet vinyl. When they kept canceling the appointment, we got it squared away. The rep gave me a $150 discount. It was excellent. When the installers showed up, they had the right product. They were very professional. They installed it and it was a very perfect job. I would highly recommend Empire.

The sales rep of Empire was respectful and professional. He showed my mom everything that she indicated that she wanted to see. The installers had to pull up flooring 'cause there was carpet in the room and they disposed of it. They did the job, came timely and because it was a small bedroom, it didn't take them any time at all to do it. The quality of their work was good.

Two people came for installation and I'm satisfied with the work that they did. They also removed the old flooring and moved the furniture around.

It's very convenient using Empire. I like that they move the furniture. The people that installed the flooring I purchased were professional, quiet and helpful. Overall, the flooring was okay. However, I could pull the thing. It's detached from the bottom. I was supposed to call in to ask the rep what was going on because my previous one was different. It sticks at the bottom.

Empire Today is responsive and reliable. They did the carpeting for the bedroom. We had gotten rid of the carpet pattern that was there. They had to clean the floor then they laid the carpet down. It turned out well.

I had Empire Today do a continuation of a job I had them do almost two years prior. I was very happy enough with the first job and I wanted to put more of the Broad Street vinyl planking in my house in other rooms. This install that they most recently did for me was in one bedroom and the bathroom. I took out the carpet in the bedroom and the tile in the bathroom, and continued the Broad Street vinyl planking that matched the rest of the house. The installation was done in one day and they had a whole crew that came out. They were on time and they made sure that the planking was an identical match to the existing flooring. I already cleared out everything from the room, so they were able to just get in and install the floor.

I had laminated wood installed in the whole house and carpet on the stairs. Empire Today's salesman was a good guy. I told him that if he gave me a good deal, he had the job. He got me the best deal, so that was what I did. But the installers were dirty and I didn't like them. They came to my house and they opened the windows and doors like it was their own house. They didn't even ask. They also told me to shut the heat off and it was cold. Then, they had to come back and that took a couple of more days. They made a lot of dust, too. I just painted my house last year, so I got to repaint it again. They don't take care of the people's house. They just do what they want, do their job, and get out of there. But other than that, I'm happy with the job they did.

The Empire rep was extremely helpful and pointed out tons of options for us. His name was Wade and we couldn't have an easier time of it. He set everything up. He went over all the warranty stuff. He really made sure that we were well-informed before we said, "Okay, go ahead." There were two guys who came to install the carpet. There were some issues with communication at first. But that got resolved, and then things went smoothly afterward. For what we got, it should have been $8,000. But we got it on the special of 50, 50, 50. But, all of a sudden after that, they went to $99 a room. They said, "Within 30 days if you find something, we'll do something about the cost." At 50, 50, 50, that was good. $99 a room would have been better, but the installation wouldn't have been cut in half.

I scheduled an appointment with Empire Today for a flooring estimate. I received at least 4 notices confirming my appt. A couple of hours prior to my appointed time, I received a call from them explaining they have no one in the area to give me an estimate. They said sometimes they "just don't have anyone in the area". I said "OK" and hung up. They called back and asked if I wanted to cancel. I told them they had already done that. They asked if I wanted to reschedule and I told them I didn't believe they would show up to do the work if they can't even show up to give me an estimate.

I really was interested in hardwood flooring but Empire's rep talked me into doing laminate flooring in the kitchen, living room, family room, bathroom, laundry room. He said that hardwood flooring was softer and that water damage mostly would happen to it. I could scratch it up too. I needed the flooring to be scratch-resistant, water-resistant, easy to clean, and pretty.

I liked the salesman from Empire. He was working with me to try to get my business. He wasn't just, “Well, this is it. And that's it. You don't like it, tough.” He was very respectful. He said, “These are your choices.” When I said, “Well, I can't do that much money,” he started working with me and said, “Let's try this.” I said, “Look, this is what I want.” He called his manager, and the manager said, “Do this.” The installers were a family of six brothers and a sister, and they were fabulous. The job was supposed to take three days. It took one. They worked their butt off. They came in at 9:30, and they left around seven o'clock that night. I would recommend them any day. They did a great job.

Empire Today's price was ridiculous, but I needed to get it done, so I bit the bullet. Other than their pricing, everything went smooth. I talked to them on a Thursday, and they installed on Monday. The installation team was great. They were on time and super fast. They installed the carpet on the third level, in a big, open attic space with a staircase, and the quality is decent.

We had Empire install laminated tile in the dining room, living room, hallways and steps. The rep was very informative and showed me some different examples, so it went well. The installer was nice, quick and efficient. He got it done and did a good job. Going down one of the steps, it got a little cracked. I don't know how that happened but yesterday, I got some of those markers to cover the cracks. I'm gonna try that and see how it worked before I call.

I purchased some carpeting for the family room and the process went very smoothly. But looking back at it, it looked like the advertising that was done was an overstatement of the facts. The advertising was suggesting that everything was half off. I still got a good deal, though, and I'm pleased with the final product. It was worth the price.

We had a previous dealing with Empire Today and went with them again because of how pleased we were. We have a carpet company 10 blocks from us but we went with Empire and we would continue to do that. This time around, they sent a representative who showed us the floor and he was very personable and explained everything. We picked out what we wanted and they called when they were gonna come. Two men came for the installation and they were awesome. They did their job, cleaned up, and left. Everything was wonderful and the cost was reasonable.

We tried a couple of other places, but Empire was the best deal so we went with them. But we had a couple of problems because they didn't have the right carpet and I couldn't get ahold of them. I ended up getting ahold of the manager in Denver and she took over. The installers were great and did the installation in about six hours, which was really fast. It was a good all-around deal.

I had carpet installed in the downstairs one bedroom and in the bedroom downstairs too. Empire was able to reduce the price to where I was more comfortable going with them instead of a different company at this time. I wasn't here when they installed it, but they were able to do what they needed to do. They vacuumed the room and I wasn't even sure about it. So, I vacuumed it myself and I got barely nothing up. I was very thankful for that. Whatever the vacuum that was, it was a good vacuum because I didn't get anything myself. The quality of their work was good. I looked on the cameras a couple of times to make sure everything was good and they were respectful of where they walked and what they wore.

I had planking installed in my kitchen. The planking that Empire Today has is waterproof. It's excellent for what we needed in our kitchen.

Empire Today was so much more responsive. When I called them to make an appointment with a representative, they came out the next day and had all the flooring samples available. I was trying to match the original floor so I could patch an area. It wasn't available, so I ended up re-flooring the whole house. They scheduled that within a week and completed it within three days. They did a great job. It was a laminate flooring and they had to chip up two rooms that had white ceramic tile. My only issue was it should have been done in two days. They didn't bring enough flooring to complete one of the rooms so they had to come back but couldn't come back the next day. They had to wait until the next day. It was four days where everything was torn up. But it wasn't a big deal and I was very happy with the job they did.

Empire was slightly lower in cost and it seemed like there were a few benefits as far as the warranty. Their sales rep was patient and he took his time to explain everything. He showed me the basic samples and things that we can look at. My wife and I talked about it and the rep also put in his advice and recommendations. That helped us make a better decision.

The installation was fantastic. It went pretty well and quick. I didn't have to spend too much time. The customer service of the installers was great.

Empire's sales rep was really nice. She explained a bunch of things to us and showed us the samples and gave us an overview. We selected from the samples. We did carpeting and flooring. Those were installed the next day. However, we needed time to clean our house and everything else over three weeks. The installation went okay, except for a couple of things. Mostly, it was the tile. They had miscalculated how much of the trim they needed for the tile, so they had to come back the next week to finish it.

They installed my carpet and the aluminum floors in the hallway, and the carpet in my living room. Everything went okay. The service was great. I like what I have in my house.

Empire Today had the worst service trying to get a new floor. We've been living in our garage for a week now because the demo crew led by Raphael has screwed us around multiple times, telling us they can't do anything for us after a week of not being able to live in our home. In my opinion you need a new crew that is not rude that are professional when they are in our home and then leaving because we're upset about living in our garage for a damn week and then telling us they can't do the job we want Even though by multiple people in the After many attempts, the crew basically Said screw you and left. If I were you reading this, I would not go with Empire Today their crew is a joke. So I'm expecting a full resolution or else Empire Today is going to lose $8,000 because of the demo and installation.

I had vinyl plank flooring installed in the bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room, the dining room and the hallway. We're happy with the work but there's one place that separates the kitchen from the dining area and the separator piece has come up. It's like they didn't put enough glue on it. But the experience with Empire Today was good. It's my understanding that there was a lifetime warranty. They did a great job in dealing with the dogs and with us and they were friendly. I have a two-year old and during the install, she decided that she was gonna lock herself into one of the master bedrooms in the home. Those installers stopped everything they were doing to try to get this door unlocked with a credit card, a knife and their tools. They tried everything. They were gonna jump in the window for us. They were awesome.

My sister had her kitchen floor done and it looked nice. She was very pleased and it was hassle-free for her. So I said that I would let Empire Today come in and do what I need. I had carpet on the stairway and the quality was very good. I had a good experience with Empire Today. the consultant came right away and acted in a sense of urgency. She made it easy to match up colors to my home.

Empire was able to do the work quickly and they fit into my schedule. We had an old carpet removed and a new carpet replaced in an upstairs office. The sales rep was knowledgeable and very effective. She was quick and got right to the appointment that was needed. Their crew then installed my carpet the very next day. The individuals that Empire employed were exemplary craftsmen. They were well over and above what I expected. They were incredibly knowledgeable and were clearly professionals. They took a lot of pride in their work.

Empire Today had product in stock so that we could get the job done. Other places didn't have anything because of backup orders. The salesman was here four hours. The product we wanted had been on sale, but it was not then. So, they wouldn't give it to us at a sale price. We settled on another product, which we're happy with. The salesman was fine. The problem was the ridiculous amount of management that they have with that company. We got calls from different people. They did not talk to one another about the project.

I had some carpet and kitchen floor redone. The person at Empire we've dealt with was really helpful. They were both a one-day install. The carpet was easy. They were redoing the stairs area. For the kitchen, they had to pull up the tiles. They put up barriers to collect as much dust as possible. They cleaned up and did everything. It was great.

It was a great experience with Empire Today. The installers were fast and professional. I love the flooring and would use Empire again for flooring in my house if I need to change. I'd recommend them.

Empire Today did everything that they said they were gonna do when they said they were gonna do it. The carpet is perfect and so was the installation. They did everything in less than four hours and that's four bedrooms, a hallway and stairs. I'm happy. I've told everybody I've talked to that Empire was great. I gave my sister Empire's information because they need their whole downstairs redone. She's wanting to go to Empire, too.

We got pretty hard sales and I don't feel like the carpet I got is what I purchased. I would have preferred to go to a location rather than have somebody come and not be able to get any samples of the material. The rep came with samples but I wasn't able to keep any of them. So I'm not able to compare what I chose and what's in my house. The pad doesn't feel as soft as what we had during the sales visit. Also, the carpet looks cheaper.

The rep showed up on time and brought quite a few options for flooring. I had hardwood put down in the living room and two hallways. The three techs did an excellent job. They had to pull up carpeting and they cleaned up everything. Everything looks nice. With my new flooring, I like the easy clean up. I just use my Swiffer on it. Empire is excellent.

Empire Today’s reps were responsive and came out the same day. Then, the installation was the next day. We did the carpet and two bedrooms. We had the installers come out a second time to repair a section. When it was originally installed, it wasn't stretched. So, there were some loose ends that needed to be readdressed. They came out within a day or two and fixed it and did it right. So, although we had an issue upfront, it was easy to correct. I'd recommend Empire Today. But I would want more of a greater selection of carpets. What we saw was limited, but it fit the needs that we were looking for and the spaces we were looking for. I had a very positive experience.

Empire was quick and came out soon after I called them. Then they got the work organized. The crew that came out was great. I got laminate and some carpet. The laminate is in the living room, dining room and hallway. The carpet is in all the bedrooms. So far, the quality is great.

The salesperson I had worked really well. He came to my home and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable. I was weighing on getting a more expensive carpet, but I started talking with him. I said, “Okay. Let's go with the medium grade.” He did a very good job. The installation was good as well. Empire Today gave me the time between 8:00 and 6:00, which was not really good, but when I called, they shortened the window some. They told me they'll get here at noon, and they came about 1 o'clock. The interaction was okay, considering there was only one person that spoke English. I had no issues with them. They were still mannerable and as friendly as they could be. I love the carpet, and the cost was good. Just ask questions to see what discounts you can get.

Empire was much more affordable than the other companies I looked at. The installers showed up, took the old carpet out, moved some stuff for us, and put the new carpet in. The installation took three hours. The carpet is good.

I liked the product. I was given some samples the day of the estimate, and I chose it, and it worked out. We got carpet for the stairs, and the person who came to install it did an amazing job. It happened very quick, and I was happy to see that. The cost was also fair and the experience was easy. I would call Empire Today again.

Empire's rep was thorough, nice, and did an okay job. I just think there may be some deception in prices. If you tell them that’s too much, they lower the price. During the installation day, when the guy was about 30 minutes out, he called me. He was on his way. We went over what areas would be carpeted. When he was done, we walked through to make sure everything was okay. The only thing is I didn’t think they did a good job of making sure the house was clean. As far as the new flooring, it has really nice and thick padding. The quality is good. I would recommend Empire, but people should make sure they get really fine details taken care of. They should make sure about clean up and that price is good.

I had my den and my bedroom and a hallway done by Empire Today. I got luxury laminate. I had a price in my mind and they were in that ballpark of that price, and that was why I went with them. When the lady called me on the phone, I told her what I wanted. I already had hardwood floors down and I described to her that these other two rooms had carpet in them and I wanted to match my hardwood floors. When the salesman got here, he had exactly what I had said I wanted. So, that was incredible.

The guy came out and did the estimate. We got the papers signed and it was a piece of cake. I got white laminate flooring with a gray pattern in it and the installation was perfect. The guys did a good job. Everybody loves my new flooring. If anybody's looking for flooring, I recommend Empire.

Empire Today's sales rep was wonderful. I had wished there were more color choices, but it turned out to be fine. The installers were wonderful. They couldn't have been better. So polite, thoughtful, helpful, and they worked efficiently. They cleaned up. It was just noisy. My husband and I left the bedrooms carpeted, but we took out the main living part. So, we held up in our bedroom. I said to him, “I feel like I'm living in a hotel room.” We would go out and pick our way through to the kitchen, and it worked perfectly. They were in and out in two days, and it was fabulous. We are pleased.

I used Empire because I figured they were a large reputable company. At first, my experience was fine. But it ended up being awful. The salesman was horrible and he should be fired. He pretty much did a bait-and-switch on us. He told us what we wanted to hear as far as pricing was concerned. He told us the original price and exactly how much it would be per month. I told him, “No way, I'm not paying 300-something a month for 48 months for flooring.” He then came back with another price and told me exactly what it would be, 247.91 a month for 48 months. I could do that. But that ended up not being that. When the crew came to do the installation, they wanted $4,800 on top of the $12,000 that I was quoted for the flooring, which I ended up not paying. I told them, “No. That was not our agreement.” They called and got the $4,800 taken off.

When the installer came, he found that our floor needed leveling. It was an amount that I was not able to pay out of pocket at the time. I told him the only way it could be done is if it was included in the financing. He got on the phone, came back in, and told me they got this on the financing. He said he would go to the warehouse the next day, pick up all the material, and he would be back to level the floor. They came back and got the floor all leveled. I signed the paperwork for them to turn in so they can get paid. Then, I got a call Tuesday morning stating that there had been a mistake. The leveling was not included in the financing and I had to come up with a payment for it.

The salesperson was thorough and showed us a lot of options. We were happy with the options that we had. Then, the installers came out and they were courteous, on time, and did what they had to do. They also explained everything at the end. We had a pleasant experience with Empire Today.

The sales rep came to the house and showed us all the different colors. The installation was really good. The techs were quick and professional. They did a great job.

The salesman had samples on hand and we picked out what we liked. We got Luxury Vinyl plank flooring for our hallway, kitchen and dining room. The salesman measured and gave us a quote. He gave us an installation date as well which was helpful. The techs came around the time they were supposed to be here. They got the job done in one day.

I ordered carpet for three bedrooms. Working with their rep was very positive. But I wasn't anticipating the amount to be as high as it was. I felt that I was gonna get the best deal by going with Empire. But it wasn't until I got the estimate and I checked in with some private contractors that they were like, “Oh, that's a little pricey.” But Empire was going to be able to do the job when I needed and gave me a warranty. That was a selling point for me.

The experience with Empire Today was good. The installers came prepared and were on time.

The rep was a little pushy, but he was pleasant. I would have liked to have spent more time looking, however I had to get the job done sooner than later. It worked out so I'm not regretting it by any means. The installation was quick and painless. We had a few little slip ups, but they fixed it and now we're good. Empire Today is a little pricey but everybody that comes and sees the flooring likes it. I enjoy it. It's easy to take care of. It wasn't what I originally was going to go with, but I'm glad that the rep showed it to me. It was nice for him to bring in a different sample.

Empire came and installed the new laminate wood floor. The quality seems fine, and I'm happy with everything. However, in the bathroom, they forgot some molding, because between the bathtub and the floor, there is a gap and I see down in there. That concerns me with water, but I haven't followed up with them yet.

The reps were nice, and they explained things to me really well. I went with luxury vinyl tiles for our upstairs hallway, and I really liked the crew that installed it. They did a good job, and we love our new flooring. It's great and exactly what we wanted. I wasn't exactly sure how much it was like gonna cost, but it was good. Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to working with Empire Today again.

We’ve used Empire multiple times for multiple properties because of their speed of service, and recently, we had LVP floors installed throughout our house. It was good.

My recent purchase was carpeting for my daughter's house. My daughter was removing old carpeting and getting a new one. The Empire ad said that there was some kind of a sale going on. But when the rep came, he said that was only selected carpeting. We still went ahead with them. They move the furniture around which is nice when you have small areas. They have all the equipment too. The crew was very nice and I was not disappointed.

We had Empire before and we wanted to go with them again since we had good luck. We talked with their reps about how we use the family room. They brought in samples and talked about pros and cons of the different kinds and explained them all. In the end, we did the laminate flooring for our family room. The installer had to remove carpeting and move a couple pieces of furniture. He was there for about six hours. We're very satisfied with the work done. It was efficient and professionally done. The floor is waterproof. We just mop it and wash it with a light detergent.

I reached out to Empire and they sent someone in. The sales guy did home visits and it was a time saver. The other company I contacted said they did in-home visits but they never came. We had carpet installed throughout the home and the quality of the product was top-notch. I like the plushness of it. Empire did a real professional setup and installation. The crew got here on time and they did everything that they said they would do in a very timely fashion.

I got carpets from Empire Today which I had in three three bedrooms, a den, and an office in my home. I like the color and the designs. The cost is a little bit high, but it's okay. It was something I wanted, so I paid for it. For the installation, Empire Today sent someone to do it and it was done very well. The individual that did the installation was a professional and he did what he was supposed to do. But after the installation was completed, there seems to be some faults in the carpet in every room. There are some marks in the carpet which are not part of the design of the carpet and I am not satisfied with the way it looks. So I called them and they listened to what I had to say about the issues I'm having with the imperfections in the carpet.

We put carpeting in the stairway, going upstairs in the foyer on the top, and then the two floors that were carpeted, they changed to wood. The sales rep was very good. He explained the options and the pricing and was very knowledgeable and very personable. He was a good representative for Empire. The installers arrived early in the morning. They worked very hard, and they finished the whole job in one day. They were very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Overall, the pricing was reasonable, and I was impressed with the efficiency.

I like Empire's different options to choose from. I was just interested in carpeting. They sent me all the carpets, and I picked a nice one. The sales rep was good and thorough. The installer were good, too. They worked well. They got it done. It looks nice. It's plush and it feels good under my feet. As far as the overall cost, it's a little cheaper and the quality seems to be pretty good. I got the protection plan, too. They'll come in and clean the carpet every six months for the first two years. I was pretty satisfied with Empire. I would recommend them to somebody else.

We got very nice carpet from Empire Today for a bedroom and a playroom. The two gentlemen who did the installation were very nice. I have a back injury, and we had moved all of our furniture and stuff out into the hall, and they were like, “Oh, don't do that. Don't do that.” They moved the couch to get by. I was climbing over the couch and they moved it for me. They stood out. They were very kind, and they did a great job, too.

I had Empire to install the carpet for our rental house. The installation was great. They were professionals and quick. They did everything they said they would. They also installed a carpet for a set of stairs in our current house. It looks great. Adding the carpet helped make it much safer for going up and down. The installation went well. The gentleman that came out was super nice and professional. But overall, our experience with Empire has been good. We'll definitely use them again when we need further flooring.

When I called Empire, everything came out okay. So, their representative came through and showed us this and that. We picked out some stuff, and we went ahead and got it done. Installation was quick. The flooring looks very good. I got a living room and a den. The den is about 11x12 and the living room is about 23x25. I had a closet. When you come in the door, there was tile on the floor. So, I had them go ahead and take that up and put the wood down there, too. It came out great. My wife loves it. I'm happy with the whole thing. Everything came out pretty beautiful.

The Empire Today rep said they would call and give me a time they could be here and show me some samples, and give me an estimate. And he was true to his word. Two guys came and put the flooring in. They did a nice job. They moved the big stuff out of the way. Most of the furniture was out of the way, but I've got a home entertainment system that's in three pieces that had to be moved, and they split it all out of the way. The estimate fit what I wanted to do, and I liked the look of the carpeting. It got a few compliments from people who have come over. They like it. And when you vacuum it, it stands up again. Empire was a great fit for me. I would do it again if I had to.

The workers who put in the carpeting I bought from Empire were great. They were timely and the one guy that would seem to be the subordinate of the boss guy was constantly running up and down the steps with different tools so that they didn't clutter up my house. They were very efficient and they laid the carpet very well.

In August of last year, we put in laminate in the living room floor. Two men came to do the installation. They moved some of the bigger items but there wasn't much of a mess at all. They had to rip up the carpet and then they put the flooring in. Then last month, we had vinyl installed in the kitchen floor. It just covered over the tile. They didn't have to rip that up. The flooring looks nice and it's easy to keep clean.

I got laminate flooring done on the first floor of my house. I also got it in the living room, the kitchen, and the powder room. When the sales rep from Empire Today came out, it was an exciting day. The guy was very knowledgeable of the product. I could tell that he was trying to sell stuff to get the biggest sale he could, but he made sure that whether he got the sale or not, what we wanted was within our budget, and he was able to make that happen. On installation day, a three-man crew came out. They didn't show their credentials. I did see that on the checklist, but they had an Empire paperwork, so I didn't really make a bigger deal of it.

Empire Today is everywhere and we used them in the past. I love that they come out to the house as that is much easier and I like the convenience of it. They just spend all the time needed and don't rush anything. We had the three bedrooms carpeted by them and had luxury vinyl tiles installed in the rest of the house. The installation was great. Because of the snow, we had to mess some things around and the times ended up being a little bit different. But it didn't hurt anything. They did a phenomenal job and the flooring looks beautiful. We're loving it.

Empire offered no interest for a year. I had them install carpet and blinds everywhere in my home. The crew was friendly and helpful. They explained everything to us about the different types of carpets and also the blinds. There was fast service. I called on Monday and by Tuesday, the products were installed. I couldn't believe it. The crew cleaned up and took garbage with them. The products are good and they last a long time.

The installers were on time and they were very courteous. The installation didn't take them long and they cleaned up everything that they did. I was satisfied. I had my daughter's bedroom floor done and I love the color that I picked out.

I bought linoleum for the bathroom, kitchen, and dining room and carpeting for the three bedrooms, hallway, and living room. The sales rep with Empire Today knew the materials and understood what I was looking for. They put the linoleum on the first day then the carpet on the second day. However, I don't like the work that they did. The house is 40 years old. I was missing one piece of molding and I told them to not worry about it. But they put quarter-round molding down and it does not match anything in the house. I took pictures, sent it to them, and they said, "That's what we told you we're gonna put down and you okayed it." I don't know anything about wood just like they probably don't know anything about my job. Now, I've got another team that's gonna come in at a later date and replace all the molding at my cost. I would not use Empire Today again.

We had carpet and vinyl floors installed by Empire. The carpet was fine but there were many issues with the vinyl flooring. Empire sent two teams out to install that both refused to do the work, with the 3rd team sent agreeing to install the flooring. The 3rd team finished the work but left many issues with the vinyl planks. Empire scheduled a repair to be done but no one showed the day of. The following repair they scheduled, the team showed up and fixed a few of the issues but created many more in the process and left after they were done. Following this we requested that Empire send another team to do the work correctly and they refused. We were told the only team they could send would be the original install team because they contract the work out to other flooring companies that do not have the large footprint within the flooring industry that Empire is able to provide.

The salesperson showed up on time, showed us what we wanted to see (something short that wouldn't get tore up by dogs), put a price quote together and made everything easy. Empire today installed the carpeting in the living room, but they didn't bring the transition strips, so they had to come back a couple of weeks later and finish up.

I use Empire Today for everything. When I first bought this house, I called I use Empire Today and they put in kitchen and dining room floors, rugs, downstairs in the living room all the way up the stairs and bathroom floor. All the floors in this house were done by Empire. The living room, on the stairs, and the top landing here are rugs. In the bathroom, floor tiles. And downstairs in the kitchen and the dining room, laminated floors. The windows, treatments. But it stinks that they don't do the window treatments anymore, because it's time to change my window treatments.

We went from the salesperson being in our home to the crew having completed the job in 20 hours. The cost was a little higher, and the quality was even, but the timeline that Empire Today was able to get the work completed was far more convenient than the other companies we looked at. We had carpet installed in over a third of our home in various rooms. It's durable. Empire Today came in, ripped the existing padding, hauled it out, installed the new one, and they were on their way. They left the rooms in better condition than they received it in.

I had hardwood flooring installed by Empire. My first issue was that the end pieces came off 2 weeks after the installation. I called the company, and the issue was resolved. My second issue was that within 30 days, the wood started to discolor in several places and it keeps getting worse. I contacted Empire and sent pictures. They told me that the discoloration appears to be the result of moisture collected in the house. I have had the house tested for humidity / moisture. The company which did the testing and 2 other flooring companies stated that the issue was that there was no padding installed between the concrete and the wood to prevent moisture buildup.

The sales portion went fine but the installation day was another story. The day of installation, before even starting work the installer clogged my toilet. Then they did not evenly lay the carpet, it didn't even line up against the wall, they left a gap. The installer said it was supplied to be like that. Before leaving they demanded payment even though I had paid in full when I made the order. They were extremely aggressive in demanding money (that I had already prepaid). They said they couldn't leave until I paid so I had to call sales and have them call the installer to tell them I paid and they need to leave my house. Overall it was a horrible experience and I ended up having to hire another company to fix the space near the walls where empire didn't lay carpet. Be careful if you hire Empire Today.

My parents use Empire Today and said they had a good experience, and the sales guy was really nice, so we felt really comfortable making a purchase. We got carpet in the living room, hallway, and master bedroom. We also got vinyl in the master bathroom. Regarding the installation of the carpet, the men were really nice, but we're not terribly happy because they left our master bedroom and our hallway lumpy. There are lumps or screws underneath the carpet, so when I walk barefoot, I can feel the lumps. The living room was installed nicely. I'm afraid of them ripping up the carpet, because it looks nice, and I don't really want them to undo what they've done and mess around and move furniture. It's such a hassle to have them come back that we just decided that we can live with it. The vinyl looks really nice in the bathroom, and the installers couldn't have been nicer. Overall, we're pretty happy with the experience.

Empire Today came and they showed me what they have and I purchased. I got the carpets in for my steps. The installation guys were so professional on the job. I don't even want to walk on the steps. I was very impressed. I thought it would be nice, but I didn't know it was gonna be this nice. They did a very good job. I'm still very happy with the job they did. They did everything they had to do and the quality was good. It was money well spent.

Empire Today is very well-known and reputable. We got everything ordered the same day the rep came. The installers were very nice. But they didn't know how to install our hardwood flooring. So, they had to have some other guys come install it. It was done in one week. But when the new people came, it was quick.

A salesman came and he measured everything. He was really pushy and wouldn't stop talking. After three hours, he was still talking and I was falling asleep. That was when he left. His price was pretty high. I then had a guy call me on the phone and he knocked it down $1,000. I was telling him about the first guy and he said he would get another person out there. A lady comes and she was really nice and she measured everything. She gave me another price that was even lower. I told her, "How can it be that low? There's gotta be some gimmick to this. Is this a good carpet?" She said it was the best carpet they got.

I've used Empire Today twice and I love the products. I love how it goes down. The only problem I have is there is a language barrier. Every time, I've had someone that speaks primarily Spanish, so it's hard for me to communicate what I wanna have done. This last time, they did the laundry room. They pushed the washer and dryer back too far against the wall, so I couldn't open the lid. But they didn't understand that. So, they had to come back later that night to do that. Other than that, I love it. It was a great experience.

Horrible experience. Empire's flooring quote included services they couldn't perform, staircase; which was the only reason I selected them over a competitor. I was refunded my money. The flooring had gaps at the seams one month after installation. Repaired with glue. At the end of the one year warranty the company refused to close additional gaps in flooring.

I had a great experience with the sales rep. He showed me all kinds of stuff. I had a Berber type of carpet put in three bedrooms and they got it done.

The fellow that came here talked a lot about Empire Today and showed us the samples. We were pleased with his showing of the flooring, and what he thought would make a good floor. Also, the installers did a good job. $186 of it was charged for a warranty of five years. Maybe the rep explained it, but I didn't catch it, that the warranty would be an extra cost, which I knew. But I didn't think we would be charged for it because I didn't agree to it. So, when I called the office and saw the papers that I was charged for it, they were very good about returning my money. Everything was fine.

Empire's sales rep was really good. We had a couple of issues that we've heard bad things about and she made us feel that she would take care that that wouldn't happen. She just made us feel that comfortable. We had them install carpeting in the living room, dining room, hallway, and stairway. The installers did great and we didn't have a problem. From purchasing to installation, everything took three days since they did it right away. We really like our new carpet.

We knew what we wanted already and the sales rep showed us the choices and we picked a carpet for our front room. He was probably at our house for half an hour. The guys came out for the installation and they were there for about two hours. They were in and out. We used Empire Today 10 years ago for three rooms and blinds and we never had any issues, which was why we called them back. This time, everything went seamlessly and the job was just as good. I've recommended them to other people. It's a quick and painless process and their price is good too.

DO NOT HIRE EMPIRE TODAY FLOORING - Paid extra to have furniture moved, but I boxed whole house up and I did everything except put floor down. Workers came in, looked at flooring and refused to put floor down. First, they had problem with our kingsize bed, which is electric and has rollers. They were afraid to roll it, thinking they would tear it up and we would sue them. Then, they wanted us to hire RamJack to even up our settled home. (Probably gets a kickback from RamJack and were in the process of "Quietly Quitting".

It was a positive experience, and we got to see different selections of what was offered. She was very pleasant. I liked she listened to what we wanted, so she showed us ideas based on what we wanted. The rep showed the different types of flooring through a book so I was able to select what I liked. Also, the installers were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves after they finished. The carpet that we got now is different than what we got before through Empire, so I love it a lot better. It’s fluffier and softer.

Working with Empire was good. The installation was very quick. The crew was good, too. However, the TV ads were misleading ‘cause they said half off, but half off is only on the very top of the line product.

I like the rep's flexibility. The carpet is expensive, but it's worth it.

Empire Today was fantastic right from the salesman who was not pushy. I called him 'cause he was also recommended by my niece. The experience was great. The guys who did the installation were super. They came and did the job in a day and a half. The job is fantastic. I had them come back and do the rest of my home. No complaints there either. They get right to work and clean up after themselves. Here, they ripped up carpeting and hardwood floor. You wouldn't even know they were in the house. Before you know it, the floor is down and it's superb. I would recommend Empire Today. The quality of the flooring is fabulous. My son just bought a house and they did work at his house too.

Years ago, I had carpeting put in both bedrooms by Empire Today. Then I had the carpet removed in one of the rooms to have flooring put in. The last project I had was I had flooring put in my bedroom. My sales representative, Darryl, was wonderful. He showed me all the samples. He took his time and didn't try to rush me. He followed up afterwards. The installer's name was Carlos. He was exceptional. He went the extra mile for me at the end when I had something put down underneath my furniture's legs so it wouldn't mess the floor up. He went out of his way to get that for me. I did referrals on both of them and let them know how happy I was with the salesman and the installer. The flooring is great. I like the color and the style. It is waterproof. I'm happy with my choice. Right now, I'm waiting for the extra pieces that Darryl's gonna be getting because they didn't leave any extra pieces in case of any problems. They're following up with me on that to get me some extra panels.

Empire Today was great. I've used them before in the past and it was such a quick turnaround. Our salesperson was excellent, and the installation was seamless, quick and very professional. We did carpeting downstairs, upstairs, and on a hallway. It looks great. I was very satisfied and I'll be using Empire again in the future.

We had a great experience with Empire Today. We purchased the laminate flooring for the kitchen. We like the quality a lot.

Empire's rep, Max, was great and he gave me all the options as far as the financing was concerned. They give you one price for the whole thing but at the time, there were a lot of different factors on my end on the finance part. If the option they gave me was to do everything at once, I wouldn't have gone with them. Also, I picked one flooring then changed it, and Max came up to my work and showed me some other ones. Then I finally made the final decision and got the dark wood vinyl planks, which were installed in the master bedroom.

The rep brought out 10 different samples and knew what he was talking about 100%. He was very polite. The installation team called before they came. It was about 1,500 square feet of carpet with padding. It took them two and a half hours. They were very quick, clean, and professional.

Somebody with Empire Today came to the home to do an assessment. He gave me good information about the carpet. There was no coercion. Most of what was done, I was very happy with. I've also done business with Empire before, and they did excellent work.

The sales person was excellent. She was right on time. She has everything prepared. We really loved working with her. We carpeted two bedrooms, a hallway, and the basement. But the installation guys took forever. They didn't clean up behind themselves. So I chased them around with shop rags. But besides that, it was okay. We’re very happy with the quality.

The first time I called Empire Today, I got an appointment and the reps never showed. So I called customer service but the rep could not get in touch with the salesmen. They made it for the week later and there was no problem since that point. I got laminate flooring installed in two rooms and it’s very pretty. The gentleman was very nice. He came with three other people and it was installed very nicely. My only problem is nobody knew exactly what I could use on the floors for cleaning, which is important. The customer service rep sent me a booklet but it didn't say what you needed to do on the laminate flooring. I would still recommend Empire. They are pricey but they're prompt, fit you in and do a good job.

Everything was fine in my experience with Empire Today. It was done in a professional manner. They called, came out and did the job. They cleaned up and the person who set everything up for us came out and showed us patterns. She was good as well. The installation was fine too. They removed what was already in there and then put down a new floor. The quality of the flooring looks really nice. I would recommend Empire to someone else.

The installation was fine and the carpeting is good but we were misrepresented. The rep said there would be no payments or no interest for a year. We went through Wells Fargo, and now they're saying there's a monthly payment. I spoke to Empire Today and they claim that that's not on their end, that's on Wells Fargo's. I called Wells Fargo and they said, “No way do we do that. It's definitely Empire."
