    Buying here was my worst decision. I didn’t have no credit and I went to this store to finance a couch so I could build it. I have been paying for 1 year and a half. I have make even 2 payments per month and last month the balance of what I had left was 300 dollar. I checked today and now my outstanding balance is 800. The couch was 1700 and I’ve been paying for 1.8. Even I if I paid 20 dollars per month THAT SHOULDN'T BE MY OUTSTANDING BALANCE. They clearly robbing people. That’s the reason why they’re going bankrupt. I have all of my receipts on emails and screenshots.

    I want to say first of all I wouldn't have given even one star to Conn's, if I could have wrote a review without one. We paid more than what the regular monthly payment amount was, so that at the end of the year we wouldn't have that outrageous interest to pay. It was paid in full at the end of the year, but they still come back and wanted more money! They are very lame and need to run a business the honest way. I have never seen anything like that!

    The customer service is horrible. I don’t know if it is intentional (due to language barriers) but it feels like it. When I purchased a bed from them in 2023, everything was fine for one year. The second year, they called, harassed, and placed a blemish on my credit report. I made the payment and again, some six months later, the same thing happened. Their interest rate was predatory. So much to the point where I wanted to close the account. When they told me about a settlement offer, I jumped at the chance. After checking on how they would report it (a negative) on the last day, I requested an opportunity to pay the account in full. When they said they would, the people who they outsource the calls to became evasive and reneged on what was promised. Their credit practices are discriminatory to those in the subprime market and what is troubling this is done with intention. If I could upload the recorded conversations, I would.

    We have been paying our contract payments on time for close to 2 years. I called CONN's and told them that I would not be able to make my payment on time in June 2025 and it would be five days late. The CONNs rep told me that it was ok and that we had 7 days. Since our payment date, my wife and I have been called by CONNS multiple times on a daily basis. I called CONNS back and told them that I couldn't be bothered at work and that we had already called them to inform them of our payment to be made on June 20th. I have a phone list of all the times my wife and I have been called by CONNS. I keep telling them that my wife is disabled and I am at work but they don't seem to care. I have never had to deal with an abundance of call from a company even though you've made sure to keep them informed. We will be paying our contract in a few months and will never do business with CONNS again.

    Never again. I hate I ever saw this company. Bad customer service, give you the runaround, double and over charged 1500 for a 600 dollar washer. Didn’t realize that’s why I got low payments and if the full price was not paid by a certain time it doubles. Only found this out about 7 months in. I had paid 400 on a 600 dollars washer and if still owe 613.00.

    I started out last year purchasing furniture. Then come the bad news the company went into bankruptcy. But the Conn's financing company horrible, adding high interest to paying on your merchandise. I had to sacrifice taken $$ from my other bills just to pay them off. They would not even offer a buy out on the purchase. Never again, if Conn's go back in business, I will never go back to them.

    Called Spoke with a Micheal id number **. He was very unprofessional and would not help or answer questions but went around them. I asked for a supervisor 4 times and he said no I'm not getting one!

    I recently purchased a refrigerator from your company on August 13, 2023, for $1,800, and unfortunately, it is currently not functioning. According to my invoice, I am eligible for repair services. However, I have encountered significant difficulty reaching your customer service, often spending over an hour on hold before the call disconnects. This experience has been quite frustrating, and I hope to share it as a cautionary tale with others considering making a purchase from your company. It is my sincere hope that the company can address these service challenges to improve the customer experience going forward. This purchase has been a nightmare.

    I ordered a fridge from them and when they came to deliver it the delivery men damaged my washer and dryer bringing the fridge in the house. I called Conn’s to have this rectified and they said it’s my problem because I “signed a liability waiver”. I knew I didn’t sign anything, come to find out, the delivery men just forged my signature on the liability waiver because they forgot to get me to sign it in the beginning and they couldn’t have me sign it after they damaged my property. Conn's refused to do anything about the situation. I’m glad they’re going bankrupt and shutting their doors, they don’t deserve to be open.

    I was going to purchase a recliner today but the salesman tried to increase the price by taking a tag from another chair and using it for the one I was interested in. I along with 4 other customers looking at recliners saw him do this. I left immediately. Really Conn's? This is why you’re going bankrupt.

    We purchased a $2,500 oven from Conn's in Hickory, NC. The salesman scanned my license and filled out something on his I-pad and then said, ok. It'll be delivered in three days. It was with no issues. Then - after three months of asking - they sent us a copy of the contract that we'd never seen or signed. We'd been given a monthly payment figure but that was it. AND the contract had all the boxes check for three separate insurance policies that cost $400. 16% of the purchase price. Apparently, the salesman, Richard ** signed my name to the contract with a "docusign" app on his I-pad. We've forwarded this issue to Law Enforcement and the NC Attorney General's Office for a separate investigation.

    TERRIBLE COMPANY I'VE EVER CAME ACROSS!! They have over charged me, they have failed to help me through customer service, financials, upper management, warehouse, corporate. Emails, messages, calls I did it all and no help. They have delivered all damaged and dirty full of dirt items and have failed to change out since first delivery. I have been calling for over a year to assist me since first delivery. They have ignored me. I tried to pay my account in full since I was moving out of state. But I needed things fixed first, they ignored me until the day after the 0% interest was over. Scammers! I will be seeking legal assistance.

    They did not honor the promise of 30% back if you do not use your warranty. They told this to me to get me to buy the extended warranty but will not honor it. I was told they couldn't refund me because they filed bankruptcy. I will not purchase from CONN's again. They scammed me out of altogether on the 4 appliances I purchased over $800 in extended warranty.

    I've never done this before and sad that's it's came to this...however if you plan on buying furniture from Conn's don't.... I spent over I thought was 1,800 on some couches and after 3 months of I paying what I thought was almost done come to find out it was double so my payments haven't even made a dent in the balance. I was told months later over the phone it was in my contract to pay it off sooner before the interest gets tagged on although my salesman never mentioned that..nor did he tell me until I made my purchase and signed everything Conn's wouldn't deliver to New Mexico from El paso TX..,so I had to pay someone to pick it up for me and deliver it... And to make matters worse I have a sectional with 2 recliners both are broken one doesn't recline back in its sit up position and the other doesn't open and where we sit the cushions are sunk in as if kids have been using it as a trampoline...

    Let me just this is in a house with 2 grown adults no kids and no indoor pets...so now I've been fighting with everyone and demanding something get done and overtime my payment comes due they tell make a partial payment and they will figure something out.. I've had this furniture now for only 7 months and all I get is a bunch of lies and everyone points to the next guy at fault.. I'm so Done. Never buying from them and you shouldn't either.

    There’s a difference between being honest and a crook. I got sued From Conn's AKA conns furniture on Hillsboro, Tampa, Florida. Not only did I get everything and every piece of furniture with cockroaches cracks, dense you name it. And as anybody would do, I took it back so keep that in mind. I don’t have the furniture but I still got sued for 3300-3500 with no furniture to court. Nothing happened. You know I’m sorry I submitted papers. The pictures never got a reply back from anybody next you know I get garnishments. Two months later, I’ll get another garnishment after the garnishment was paid for complete for an additional $200-$300 for their fees. If I could give them no stars I would

    My sister visited Badcock Home Furniture store in central Alabama. She paid $400 for a specific recliner. When our nephew picked up the recliner and brought it to her home, she discovered that Badcock had switched chairs and sent one that was not at all suitable. They refuse to accept it back. She went back to the store and paid $900 for a specific recliner. It was scheduled to arrive on Saturday. It is now afternoon on Sunday, and the chair has still not been delivered. She plans to contact her lawyer and report the Bait and Switch and Non-Delivery to him and follow his advice on how to get her $13,000 back. We are very, very displeased with Badcock/Conn's.

    Con is in the name for a reason. They are something!! I can see why they are going out of business. They are horrible!! Can't keep saying the same thing. If you go make sure you pay cash for it and take it home yourself.

    I recently bought a T.V. and a Refrigerator and it was delivered this past Saturday, the driver was unloading my Shipment. I received a email saying Conn's is going out of business and dropped the prices significantly, So I read the "Price match guarantee".

    I bought a living room set for over 3K. In less than a year it’s falling apart. Sagging, rippling, plastic edging from cushions coming out, side coming apart. Absolute trash. Refused the 1 year manufacturer claim. Absolutely disgusting to say that their overpriced furniture is so bad that “normal wear and tear” is less than a year where it looks so bad we need to buy another set!

    Worst customer service. Technician do not know how to fix items. I have had to have 4 service calls to my home. Currently on my fifth. I have been out of a fridge for four weeks and they still can't fix it. They refuse to replace it. I would not recommend you buy anything with their warranty. It's a loss of time and money. Too many headaches.

    The service is slow. The prices get raised unexpectedly. The managers are rude and talk too fast. The workers goof off occasionally and don’t take their job seriously. Appliances are not working properly. The maintenance people who come to fix it don’t even leave reports to help the problem. They only care about sales and not the betterment of the customer and once again the service is so slow like excruciatingly slow I’ve yawned 5 times. Don’t shop here if you care for your family and bank account. Go to Nebraska Furniture Mart. I wish I could rate 0 on 5 different accounts on 10 different phones. This is crazy. We’ve been sitting here so long we might leave a dent in the couch they’ve sat us at.

    The people at the store are very nice but do not purchase the extended warranty for appliances. I now have to 2 weeks for them to come out to fix my washer. I have called several times trying to talk to a manager or someone that can help me but I was told that they can not get on the phone because they are other calls! I have purchased several warranties in the past and they always came out with 2-3 days, it’s never a problem. These people are just awful! No one cares, never again

    If I could leave a minus 10 I would. Bought couches. Delivered them broken. Won't return them. They said I can exchange them. But I can't get them to do the exchange. It's a joke. I'm disgusted with this company. I can't want you enough to stay away from this place.

    Conn’s on Bobby Jones are just what their name is. Conn’s. I went there on 6/21/2024. To purchase an AC. Talk to Victor, (saleman) and Ashley the manager. I was looking for 20,000 volt air conditioner. I was told by Victor that they don't sell them anymore. But they had an 20,000 volt heater & AC. I didn't know the window measurements so I told him to let me go home and measure my windows. Victor stated that, “OK, let do the application and if we need to change anything it will be OK. We can size down if need.” Conn’s had one in the back but the box was damaged. So Ashley gave me 10% off. So we completed the paperwork. Victor stated I had 7 days to bring it back if I wasn't satisfied.

    I went home and measured the window. Call Victor back and told him the AC wouldn't work. Victor measured the AC. Victor open the box and measured the AC in the store. By his measurements the AC would work. So I came to pick up the AC. Upon arrival I was greeted by Victor, Ashley, and two saleman. They put the box on top of the air conditioner and wrap it with plastic wrap. So this indicates that the box was open. So when I got home I tried to put the AC in the window. The AC wasn't secure good. So I call the store to return the AC. I was told I have to call customers service to see if I can return it.

    The lady at customers service said yes that I could return it. I call the store and told the manager Ashley. She just started yelling on the phone saying I can't return it. She said customers service lied to me. So I stated what I’m do with an air conditioner that I can't use. Ashley stated, “I don't know what you’re going to do with it.” (Very unprofessional). So if you can't take an AC back because the box open. Why sell one with the box open? Don't go to Conn’s on Bobby Jones. They will tell you anything to get a sale.

    I bought a T.v from Conn's. Not even 40 days after purchasing it cracked. I wiped a small hand print and crack. Not one or two places. Hell No!!! I barely even wiped. The most smallest pressure on the main screen and the inside screen just shattered. Conn's won't even replace it with warranty.

    I am paying for a product they won't replace and I want to return it but told me it would go on my credit as a repossession or I have to pay it off. They are stealing people's money. I would never recommend people here. Shop somewhere else if possible.

    My 2 year old Frigidaire fridge broke, I bought extended warranty, they sent a tech with no parts to tell me it was broken, ordered the parts and after two week I still don't have a refrigerator! What a poor customer service! Do not buy from this store!! If you do you'll be sorry!

    We purchased a washer and dryer online and was told a delivery date and to expect a call. We never received any calls and each time called customer service to confirm directly and was told we would have to wait for their call between 8-9 the prior. Our delivery has been pushed out 4 times and still not had any calls. The last person we spoke to was so condescending that we requested a supervisor who again never called. Worst experience I've ever had.

    We did the paperwork in the store and were led to believe our payments were monthly, when really they were weekly. We now have to pay $525 per month for a stove and dishwasher. It also all of a sudden became a purchase and not a lease to own. They don’t care that I have stage 4 cancer! Blood sucking thieves!!!
