After I found Closet World online, I didn’t call any other closet companies and I used them to convert the laundry room into a walk-in closet. It's my bedroom closet where I can have some place to hang my clothes. The designer was very nice. I told her I wanted to use two different credit cards and Closet World did the opposite. They charged one card instead of using two of my cards. I wanted to split the payment on two cards, and so she was real good at calling them and getting all that situated. That part was a little irritating, but other than that, everything looked fantastic. That was the only little issue and everything else went well.

Closet World had a lower price compared to other companies so I had them do five closets for us. The designer was excellent and the installation went really well. I would use them again and I would recommend them.

I always see Closet World mailings and I chose them mostly because of their cost. I had them install a master bedroom closet. It’s just the shelving doors and a vanity. Their designer was great and my interactions with him were excellent. Installation was pretty easy. It took them less time than estimated. There were a couple of things they left but were not a big deal. They came back and fixed it. The quality was good but the cabinetry might be a little lower quality if I were to get it from a cabinet company. But the price it went was good. It's a medium quality product.

After I got the installation I felt like the material and the installation does not meet my expectation. I found out all closets of the three bedrooms on the right side bottom shelf were different. The customer service manager asked me to measure the size. I did that but I just compared the exact size, so I don’t know what I can do. Some parts also show the original color. I compared Closet World with another company and Closet World is expensive.

We had the garage cabinet, a pantry, and a master closet done by Closet World. Their designer was very good, helpful and knowledgeable, though the customer service guy was not very professional. Then there were several things that happened with the installation. I only had them done for about a month and they had been out several times and fixed some things. The garage cabinet was fine and there were a few things that were wrong in the pantry, but for the money spend on the master closet, the quality isn’t that good.

Betty from Closet World did a good job and was responsive. Also, the pricing was good. I had my walk in done, eight racks of hangers and a shoe rack, a couple laundry baskets, and 10 drawers. The installation was good and was done in eight hours. I’d recommend Closet World.

I've used them Closet World in the past. We had a linen closet installed and the Closet World designer was good. She came out the house, measured and gave us a quote. She was fairly new but she definitely put the effort into it so she was able to research any of our questions and got back to us. One gentleman installed the closet and he seemed quite knowledgeable and did the job timely. And it took a little over two hours to complete.

Closet World has a great price and I really like the technician who came. He was very approachable, easy to talk to, and has great personality. I had a full closet unit installed in the master bedroom and the installation crew was very nice, punctual, and took care of everything. People have seen the closet, they really like it, and I have told them about Closet World.

We had a great experience with Closet World. We got one of their mailings and we used them for our first project then we chose them again for subsequent projects. This time, we have them to install a garage closet. We had an excellent interaction with the designer. I was impressed with the attention to detail and being flexible and also helped us control the cost. The installation crew was very good, too. They were very efficient, did a great job, and cleaned up everything.

I heard about Closet World through a friend. While they did not have the lowest prices, on average it was about what I wanted to spend for the quality. So, we had them install in our master bedroom. Our designer was great. She was very helpful and she knew their products well. The installation was fine as well. However, their installer was at our place by himself which I thought was strange. It took him really long to install everything and I feel it would have made sense if they had more than one installer. Still, I would recommend them to people. For the price, people are getting a good product.

Closet World was a recommendation from somebody my wife met at work and they had a sale going on at that time. They did the pantry and the master bedroom closet and it was great with the designer and the installation. The designer showed up at the house, walked us through everything, and explained everything to us. It was very professional and there was no high pressure. Then, two people came during installation and they showed up on time. They answered all questions we had based on some oddities in our closet and gave smart recommendations. It was a great experience and everything was exactly the way they told me that it would be.

Closet World offers a discount and I got a bedroom closet. The designer I worked with was very nice, pleasant and he did a good job. The installation was good and the guy was nice, too. I just wish somebody had told me ahead of time that they were going to remove the baseboards because I spent a weekend pinning the baseboards before he came. And the first thing he said was he was going to remove them. There was a follow up for some of the shelves and poles that were too tight and we couldn’t adjust. So, they had to come out and make them smaller so they were adjustable. And although Closet World is overpriced, I'm happy with the product and it looks good.

We saw one of the Closet World trucks go by, and we've called quite a few closet companies. Closet World has a lesser quote than the others and also, the lady who came was very good at sales. I was impressed by her personality. We got the cabinets put in the garage, but the installation process was very bad. If somebody comes now, they would be able to tell that it was very poorly done.

Closet World did work for us a few years before prior to me getting a playroom closet, craft closet and two bedroom closets installed by them. Both times, prices were better than other closet companies. Their designers were knowledgeable and they understood what I wanted. They didn't try to push for upgrades that were not necessary. Also, their installation team was all clean. It took them a few hours and I was satisfied with their workmanship. I'm happy with Closet World and I would recommend them.

Everyone knows about Closet World and I get their 50% coupons in the mail about every week. I had a closet installed with the drawers, shoe shelves and hangs, and a shelf above that and the designer was excellent. She gave me lots of good advice from years of experience and we designed the appropriate closet together. Also, she was able to further negotiate on the price aside from the 50%. It was a really good experience with her. My first installation with them two years ago was a horrible experience because they sent people with no experience and they messed it up. But this one was great. The guy knew exactly what he was doing. He came in, did his job, and did it right which was what I expected.

Closet World sent me a designer who was really understanding and helped me choose a closet. And I was very impressed with their installer. He was polite, pleasant, told me what he was gonna be doing, gave me a rough estimate on how long it was gonna take and then he was able to navigate a conversation with me while installing and still got it done in a quick time. It was a really simple and basic closet. Their website was a lot easier to navigate and everybody put my mind at ease. I would recommend Closet World to my friends.

We're very happy with Closet World. We let them do our house in Culver City and this second time we had them put drawers in the closet outside our door and in our the master closet. Their designer was very good. She asked us what we wanted, she sketched it out and took measurements. It was a painless process. The installation process on our outside closet was good. But the installer that came out wasn't properly equipped when he came out. We had to loan him our dolly. He'd have to bring the materials and equipment in because it was about 250 feet from where his truck was parked and he wasn't provided with a dolly. In fact, the second time they came out to do the rest of our place here, it the same thing.

A guest bedroom was turned into a wardrobe for my husband and we went with Closet World because of the cost. My husband knew exactly what he wanted and they explained how the measurements worked. That was a great experience for him and an even greater experience for me a year later when I had the master closet converted into a closet just for me. The installation then was easier because it was our second time working with them. After the first part of the installation, they gave me an opportunity to take a look and see what else I would really want. And they came back and completed it for me. I really enjoyed the experience and I’m still excited about my closet. I would refer them to anyone.

When I moved over to Granite Bay I was looking for somebody to install a closet for me. I converted a bedroom into a closet and I had a large fixed closet put in. It's about 120 square feet and it included everything from doors to closet rods. It was a pretty sizable job. The Closet World designer was a local person and she came out quickly. She provided the drawing, which I approved of and they priced it out. Everything was good there.

I had Closet World install a walk-in closet system. They were offering a good deal, which was a 50% off. And we’ve also used them before for closet doors. Our Closet World designer was wonderful. I just told her what I wanted and she gave me options. And I wanted it really fast and she got me in the mix really fast. It was great. The installation was good. The guy showed up perfectly on time, gave me a great heads up when he was coming, and when he came in, he did a nice job and cleaned up. So, I was satisfied. I love the walk-in closet. It’s a linear 10 feet of dual and single rod and shelving system. It’s great and very well organized. I love walking in my closet.

I was in a fix and I saw a Closet World ad that says they have a 40% off. I didn’t know another company and so I used them to install cabinets inside my closet. The lady designer who came was very nice, good, and helpful. I had to postpone the installation for a while and then the installer came on time. Except for the equipment being dirty, the whole experience was fine.

Closet World installed my U-shaped home office and it got some shelving, too. The Closet World designer came to my home and she was fine, although, she didn't do a great job of explaining what she was selling me. So it ended up looking different than I expected but it’s not horrible. Also, there’s a pullout part of the drawer and they made it for a laptop to sit on and it’s kind of a waste because I can’t use it for anything. I would rather just have a drawer. Other than that, the installation went fine. Some of the measurements were wrong and the installer had to go back and recut something. So, it took a long time, but he was a nice guy. And he did a good job.

We had Closet World install stuff in my garage. The first designer was great. She was so nice and I really like her. I ordered some other stuff and the other designer was good too. The installers last time were good, they showed up on time. I can definitely recommend Closet World to other people.

We had remodeled this house so when the Closet World rep contacted me, the timing was right. I had been thinking about putting multiple closets in. They got it all done in one day and it was good. The closets are very good except the metal board where you attach equipment and things to hang on the wall. I can't even use it. I can’t find any clips to fit on there. I was told that I could buy them at Home Depot or Lowe’s but I can’t find them. I’m also concerned about these brackets because if I have to buy their brackets, they’re very expensive and I probably don’t even need this panel. But that’s the only complaint I’ve got. It’s white and it's pressboard, and the shelves seem to be nice and strong. I’ve got plenty so I’ve got a lot of room to store things. And with the way the closets are, things don't hide behind the shelves as much and I like that better.

When we used Closet World in the past, we had them do three closets for us in our first home that we lived in for 17 years. The last two or three years of our ownership of that house, we had them come in and do cabinetry in our laundry room. We've always had a good experience with them with respect to finishing things off. So, we called them back when we moved into our new home. We met with them the day we were getting ready to close, walked the house, got everything situated, they drew the designs and my husband said to me that he thought it was the same designer that we used before 'cause he remembered her face. She was very helpful. She gave me good ideas on what we could potentially do in the space. So, we went with their program and it's worked well for us.

Closet World installed a closet in our master bedroom. My experience with the designer and then the installation were good. I really like the space I now have available. Everything came up the way it was.

We heard about a discount offer that Closet World was having and that was going to give us a bigger deal. We decided to go with them because of that and we made the right choice. They take care of their customers. Their designer was exceptional and their installation crew was top of the line. The measurement was slightly off at first but there was no issue with them accommodating us when we were going to be available for them to come back and complete the work. We had big closets done and we were extremely happy with the results.

We had Closet World install closets in our four bedrooms. The designer presented to me a layout design. I want nothing too fancy, just for organization purposes and our transaction went smoothly. The installer was good. I just wish it started earlier in the day because he started at 1:00 and he was here till almost 9:00 at night. He wanted to come back around 5:30. So, he really only got a four-hour working day and was not done with the last closet. So, Closet World promised me a one-day job, which it was, and there were no naps, so it’s just a crazy day. I think the schedule was poorly planned on their side. I also had a follow-up with them to fix a little bit of the damage because of the removal made. Nevertheless, it was a good experience, overall.

A trade man was at our house and he told me that he used Closet World and he likes them a lot. We got Closet World to do an entertainment section and another wine cabinet area. We had a good interaction with the designer but there were a few things that we had under a different impression in what was coming. The design wasn’t actually too bad and it looks better than I thought it would when we first started installing it. I won’t find fault with the layout but what we had to get done was a little tricky. We talked about a different kind of glass and that’s what we thought we were going to get. It might have been harder than what the designer expected but it wasn’t done that way. Also, my wife thought it was real wood yet it wasn’t real wood so she was disappointed there. It was white so they used it that way rather than another.

Closet World was excellent. However, the mirrors on the large wardrobe doors were wavy, which was not a good thing. They looked like they were something from the funhouse. But Closet World replaced them. Their reps came and put new ones in, and they were very courteous and helpful. But the new ones also have a bit of a wave in them although not as severe as the first batch. Nonetheless, the salesman was wonderful. He knew his stuff, held our hand, walked us through the process, and gave his suggestion. He worked with us very well. He also came a couple of times to make sure the guys were doing a good job. So far, we’re very happy with Closet World. They just might need to find another company that has a bit better quality of mirrors.

Closet World's designer was very knowledgeable and professional. I liked Closet World's reputation, too, and I had them install a closet in our master bedroom. I was at work when the installers showed up, and when I came home, they were done. They were quick. I’ve been impressed with the workmanship as well. It's very high quality and nice. Overall, I had a good experience and their product is good. So, I’d definitely recommend them.

It was pleasant with the Closet World designer we worked with. We had floor to ceiling cabinets installed and garage flooring put in our garage. But we had a lot of extenuating circumstances during the installation and it was horrible. Mudslides hit Montecito and they couldn’t deliver and install on time. They had a total of four visits to finish the installation.

I liked Closet World's pricing and I got them to install drawers and shelves for a pantry. I told their designer what kind of items I needed to store and we decided where things would go and whether I’d need drawers or shelves. She listened to what my needs were and accommodated them into the space. The initial installation was great. Their guys came on time and did everything well. But at the beginning of the year, I called because there was an issue with one of the drawers. The bottom had fallen out on it. Then on another drawer, the track wasn’t rolling smoothly.

Closet World sent down flyers and they were one of the three companies that I booked appointments with. They were also the first one that came. Their designer measured the area and was here for a very long time. She designed what she thought was going to be the solution to my problem, but it turned out that it wasn’t. She designed my order incorrectly and the measurements were all wrong. She obviously didn’t know what she was doing. So now, I have a bedroom that is still in the state of disarray and I'm very dissatisfied. I have materials going off my bedroom and they're not going to do anything about it. They refunded the money but they didn’t do anything at all to try and keep their customer satisfied. I would not recommend them to anybody and I would convince people not to go there.

We had closets installed in the hallway, guestrooms, and our kids’ bedroom. We designed something that I had had in my mind and I had hoped for, but as a result, the kids' room's closet is not functional and then the guestroom's isn’t exactly what I had pictured in mind. I'm not an expert. I told them what I was hoping it would look like. The lady just designed it in a way that she thought would benefit me the way I was telling her what my needs were for the hallway or the kids or the guestroom. But then later, I realized why this was not such a great design. There wasn’t any warning about certain things to look out for. I had no idea and I don’t think she did at that time.

A neighbor got her closet done so I went to her closet and I saw that Closet World did a good job and it looks nice. I had a customer and he was looking for something so I called them. I had them do a master closet and everything was great. The closet came beautiful.

We had Closet World install three closets for us with shoe shelves and drawers for the master bedroom and guest bedroom. The designer came three times here and she wasn’t great. Our closets were worse than I thought. The quality of the material was really cheap. Some of the design didn’t look like that was the best design. It was kind of rushed. The quality of the material was really bad and I specifically mentioned the sort of high-end stuff and it was definitely not. I had to do work on the wall because I didn’t know they were going to tear out the baseboard, so I had to pay for someone else to come in and fix that. I told them to stop because the quality wasn’t good and when I tried to resolve things with the company, they had terrible customer service. And the person who was handling my account was dishonest. When I wanted to speak with a manager he denied there was a manager to speak with.

I was having my master closet redone and Closet World got back to me right away. The gal who came out to redesign was really nice and easy to work with. I told her what I wanted then she wrote out a diagram and gave me a quote. Then we scheduled the appointment and it was easy. When the installer showed up, he told me that there was an extra charge to take all the removed stuff away. And I was fine with it but other people might want to know about it ahead of time. Otherwise, he was very nice. He took out all the shelving, put in a lot more hanging storage and cleaned everything up. He was very fast too. It was just an hour or two. It was great.

I liked the price of Closet World. I had a master closet done by them. Working with their designer went well and the installation was fine, too. It took them one day to finish installing it. The product’s quality is pretty good, too. However, I am a little bit unhappy with the follow-up. I have some issues with the closet and I spoke to someone who was supposed to be a supervisor regarding it. And I’m kind of in talks with him right now. We discussed some things that needed to be fixed. And he was supposed to get back to me yesterday but he hasn’t contacted me yet. And I tried to contact him again today but no answer yet. So I’m going to have to call him again myself to see if we can resolve that issue.

I saw an ad from Closet World in the newspaper for a 50% off offer and got a simple closet for an office from them. The designer was really helpful and knowledgeable. She got back to me soon after I contacted them. She was here for the afternoon and got all the designs together for us. But the installation got delayed three times and I was due to have my baby any day. So, that wasn't the best experience but they tried to fix it and we were happy in the end. The installers were pleasant, and the designer tried to help with the installation issues as well, so I appreciated that.

I had used Closet World when I was in Northern California and I wanted to use them again in Southern California so I went straight with them. The designer was exceptional. She really cared, took her time, drew up exact sketches, and came up with an exact location. I had a little bit of a nightmare during the installation which we resolved. They stayed true to the fact that they needed eight feet of working space. But if I took eight feet of working space from three walls, that's almost the entire garage. I had some things in the garage which I felt was completely out of their workspace but they wanted to cancel it and postpone the work until I corrected this issue. So I was not very happy about that.

Closet World was recommended to me by a friend and their price was cheaper than other closet companies. My designer was wonderful and she was a great person. She was right on time and made accommodations for me when I wanted to change designs a few times. But the installation was quite difficult because I was leaving town that day for Bangkok to shoot a commercial. My friend had to come over and babysit while they were here. They were late and forgot to put in the cedar panels. They came back to put it in but they just stapled them and they were all bowed. I had to nail it to position and it turned out to be glued to the wall. It was really shabby but I just let it go.

Closet World was offering a discount and I happen to be at the right time because I was remodeling my upstairs. I got a basic line, basic model closet on white color and nothing fancy on the type of wood. Also, the price range for the style of the drawers, hamper, and handles are within budget but they're top of the line for me so it worked out well. We parted ways in mutual understanding with the first gentleman designer who came out then Amanda and I hit it off as a woman to woman, which is great. She understood what my needs were and I was able to show her some of my garments, some jewelry, my shoes, my boots, and what I wanted. She spent hours with me and did it.

I looked up Closet World online and then they came and gave me some samples. The samples looked really good and they were accommodating but the quality is awful. I’m really not happy with the quality for the price I paid for it. The material is lacking and also it didn’t calculate that I had three doors. So I can’t even get to my clothes properly. There’s a door in the way. I’m always having to move the doors over to get to one side of the closet. I’ve called them to obviously let them know how I feel. They’ve given me two extra shelves as accommodation but that’s pretty much it. There’s no way to fix this door situation because they didn’t measure it properly. And at this point I’m just over it. I could’ve gone to Ikea and I could’ve had a better quality for less.

The Closet World designer was great and the interaction with her as well. There were definitely some hiccups along the way with them when they said they were going to be here on a certain day and then they weren’t here. And then, they only sent one person and he was here for nine hours until about 9:00 at night. I don’t think they should have sent just one person out, and you shouldn’t have someone in your house for nine plus hours to do a closet. And then they didn’t have everything. They brought another guy back and he looked at what happened and said the installer did a horrible job. He tried to shimmy up some stuff. So, it was unique.

Closet World had a good and larger discount than the others. I had them install the light shelving and some hanging space off of two closets that are together. The designer was very helpful in planning the design and what I was going to do, making suggestions, and walking me through the whole process. The installation didn’t go as well. I painted the closet, but I didn’t know I needed to take out the railings part. Maybe the design person told me, but I didn’t remember. I had just painted the room. And in the installer's removal of that railing, there were some areas of the ceiling that were scraped. There was a big hole put in the closet, the wall, and the back wall. And although I read the contract where it says that they weren’t responsible for any damage created, it would’ve been helpful if they had just pointed it out to me at the very minimal.

The lady from Closet World came to design our closet. I have two closets in one kid's room and one master bedroom. We have a few designs. Initially, I thought of going the 16-inch depth but the price was more. I have a budget and I want to get the closet done in that budget. She called and told the manager what my budget was. The guy came for the installation and I feel that the 12-inch depth they installed was very less. I could not put more clothes. So, we are not happy at all. I am a returning customer of Closet World. I had made my garage closets with them too. Everything was good then. The lady at I dealt with at that time, the price and the material. That was why I came back again.

This is our third project with Closet World. We had a closet and there was a desk that was designed. So, two sides of the closet are by the wall, and there is a desk spaced between those two closets. We wanted a contrasting color for the desk, so we chose the lighter gray for the closet, and then there was one which looked darker in the sample that was brought, and the designer knew that we were looking for a contrast, but it was not so contrast when it came in. The sample had fewer grains, and I understand that with a grainy surface like that, it could go either way. So, when it came in as a full desk, there was like, a lot more grain, so it looked much lighter when it came in as a full product.

Closet World has local presence and I needed someone for installation and design so I had them do my master bedroom closet. I’m so impressed. The design gave me so much space that I didn’t even think it was possible. The installation was good but it could have been better. The installer forgot some parts at his previous job but followed up the next week to bring me more materials and he left my house very clean.

We needed a small closet insert with drawers and a dresser done quickly in my son's room. And since Closet World was offering a big discount, we had them do it. The installation was very good. The kid who came out painted the little back part for me because the closet had to be flushed against the wall and so we had to take off a little strip that was on there and he helped me do that. So far, it has been painless. The closet is nice and not moving. However, even with the big discount, the price was still a lot as it was around $1500. Still, I would recommend Closet World because getting those little closets done is like putting together an IKEA dresser with their tiny pieces. Also Closet World's closets are sturdy and we were very pleased. And if my budget allows it, I would definitely do it with them again.

I looked online and the people had relatively positive things to say about Closet World. I got them to install garage cabinets and I had an excellent interaction with the designer. He listened, gave us what we were looking for, and didn't try to oversell us. The installation took about an hour and a half. The team has done it before and they knew what they were doing. I'm very satisfied about the work that was done and it's exactly what we were looking for. Not too expensive and just appropriate. I would recommend Closet World.

I used Closer World about 20 years ago in my other home. And when they had an offer for free installation the timing was correct because I had a little project in mind for my house. This time I have a stand-alone closet in a converted garage room installed. The designer was good except that what happened is she made some mistakes in conveying the order to the company. The biggest mistake was that she had written it down to have backing but it wasn’t included in the company’s communication. I know they didn’t get that message. It came wrong the first time. But the supervisor, Joe, was very helpful and had the guys coming up to me four times to get it right and they were here for the last time now.

I called Closet World and they gave me a reasonable price. So I hired them and I didn’t talk to anybody else. I got a new closet in one of our rooms installed and their designer was very good. The installation was a little bit tricky though. It wasn’t horrendous, but Closet World's reps kept miscommunicating everything about what was supposed to be there. Then a couple of times, they didn’t have any workers to do the job, so we had to reschedule. But the workers that came out did a nice job putting the closet together. It was that the parts weren’t there and I waited another couple of weeks for the door because the door that was brought wasn’t the right one. The installers were also very conscientious in how they did the installation, which was nice. They could have jerry-rigged it but they were very good. Closet World also tried to make up for the scheduling issue by reducing the price of my installation. So they didn't really ignore me completely.

Closet World's product was easy to use and the discount was really good, it was a promo. We had them install a two U-shaped office in our home, 14x12 new with two desks and upper cabinets on both sides. It was a good experience. The installers were great. We had some issues because the one side of the cabinets was deeper than the two outer sides of the U that the cabinets were too long, so we cut them down and made everything fit.

I booked appointments with three different companies and I really liked the Closet World designer when she came out. She was very easy to work with and I trusted her. It was time-consuming and time is valuable to me so I decided to go with them. I chose the basic materials for my bedroom's very tiny walk-in closet and the installers who came out were wonderful. But it took five times before they could get it done. They just couldn't get it right. Plus I have an older home in downtown Huntington and with these older homes, there are different issues. But when the installers call for help when there's an issue, it's like hitting a brick wall with the supervisor of the installers. I even talked to the guy but they made it so much more difficult than it needed to be.

I saw an advertisement for Closet World and I wanted a quote but they came back with a good price that I just went ahead and got the job done. Wendy, the designer, was wonderful and I was impressed with her candidness. She worked on the design with me and she was very professional and nice. We had a long bedroom closet and I had taken the doors off. They did a laundry basket, the drawer and shelves so it looks nice and I’m happy with it. I had prized doors because there were three and it was 150 ft. It was a very long closet and they did all that for me for six dollars more than what the doors were going to cost me which was a high point. The installer was a nice and a very courteous man, except he didn’t come on the day he was supposed to but it was okay. He came and did a good job. He was one piece short so he came back and fixed the part that was short and we were good to go.

I liked Closet World's price and their product went all the way to the floor. It didn't just hang from a wall. The one we installed was that closet insert to drawers and hangers. The installation took three or four hours and there were two installers. The one side panel goes up the wall and there's a light switch there and so they had to cut a piece out. And the way they finished that piece looked cheap. The overall install was good. Some of the finishing work wasn't so great, but the product is up and it's as it should be. I would tell my friends to check Closet World out.

I called up Closet World and they made an appointment and showed up. When the lady got here, she said some things but I didn’t know what they meant and she didn't help me understand. She mentioned that I had a dropped ceiling in my master bedroom and she went to the next room, measured it, and it didn’t have a dropped ceiling. Then, she went to the third closet and I told her what I wanted. She told me how much it would cost more to just get one small size for long-hanging items and I said, “Well, I don’t want to pay that much with that closet. I had my master bedroom closet installed through Closet World and I wasn’t happy with the result. First, they didn’t tell me upfront that I needed to clear the closets before their installers would work. I thought that they would have a garment rack to hang my garments on and then they would do the work. So it had to be rescheduled because I hadn’t anticipated doing all of that work taking our stuff out of two closets. They ended up helping me but they didn’t have a garment rack or anything to put my garment on. And then the second aspect was they had always advertised that you would have more space and after they did their work I had less space.

We had doors installed by Closet World that are closed in on the top and the bottom and they open in the middle. It is in the front room, where they give those darn recesses that they do in my home. I hate them, so we just closed that in. We now have the built-in shelving and I'm planning on getting another one done too when we pay that one off. The lady we worked with was great and really nice. She knew what I wanted, so it helped because I really was not sure how to say it. The installation team also did fine, and everything was finished within the allotted timeframe. I prefer the workmanship, and they did a great job.

I had some work done for me by Closet World in the past. In fact, they've worked on all of my homes. Their product was clean and organized. It works for me getting my stuff organized and out of sight, hidden and tucked away. Our organizer was good. I let her know what I wanted, she gave me feedback and let me know a different way of going about doing certain things, which made sense. It worked out and we got a finished product that I love. The installation was good. I had everything moved out of the way for the installers. All they had to do is come in, attach the unit and put doors on it, and we were good to go. Two guys came in and did the work in two hours. I'd highly recommend Closet World. They could bring the price down a bit more but it was decent and you get what you pay for. The quality is good. I had a 50% coupon on my orders, which I got from a Sunday paper, so it worked out. Closet World is the way to go if you have the money.

I had closets, shelves and drawers, installed by Closet World. The installation went pretty good and the guys who came out were great. They did it in one visit. However, I did not feel like the designer was interested in educating as opposed to getting a sale, which was an easy sale. More explanations on how things look and their sizes, as well as suggestions, would have made the experience better -- assuming that they are experts in closets. Nevertheless, my experience was not too painful. It was cool.

We got one estimate from Closet World and we had them install a pantry, a master closet, and a second closet. The designer came to the house and designed what we wanted, then she left. The installers were very efficient and they were in and out of here in three hours. On the whole, our experience with Closet World was fine.

I wanted to turn one of my spare bedrooms into a closet. And I had Closet World put some shoe racks on one of its walls and then another wall has a clothing rack and a three-drawer thing. The Closet World designer had a very strong personality. She wasn’t pushy but was a little rude. She said, “You're either going to accept this or you’re not. I have thousands of other customers that are going to.” The installer was cool. I was sleeping on my couch and I let him work. I like my closet and my experience was good. I was satisfied and I'd tell others to definitely choose Closet World, too, if they want a freaking closet.

I called Closet World's 800 number and then the 800 number scheduled the designer to come out, which she did on a Saturday and she came back on a Sunday. I tried to give her as much information and let her measure and do all that good stuff. We’ve been trying to get a hold of the salesperson from Closet World because we were looking at possibly changing the type of or adding drawers to our closet. We kept trying to contact her prior to that and we couldn’t get through to her. And we were not willing to change the installation dates because both my husband and I have a very demanding job. So, we ended up going with what was scheduled.

I used Closet World before. They were referred by a friend and I had a good experience. Recently, I hired them again to install a regular closet for me and I got doors for it. I told the designer that I needed exactly the same thing as the previous one they did for me which had a back part. She looked at my old stuff then she prepared the drawing and I didn't even look at it since I didn't ask her for anything different. After, she gave me the contract and I signed it. She didn't even go through it with me. Apparently, when she made the design, she did a new one without a back and that was what they installed for me.

I have worked with Closet World before in my previous residence. Then I had a small walk-in closet done in my current home. The designer was great. We worked with her before. She’s still currently employed with Closet World and she oversees this area. She was just very professional in what she does. She connects well with people and she was easy going and does a nice job at design.

Closet World had 40% off and I had them install a closet in my bedroom. Their designer was great. She came over, did some sketches, and we discussed it and gave me the prices. The installation guy was great as well. I would definitely recommend Closet World.

We did a full remodel of our house and the closet was the last thing. I went for Closet World, which was the most familiar. The closet that we had installed was simple. It was white with a few shelves and a few little bars to hang clothes on. However, there was just one installer so the installation took a long time. Since we just remodeled the whole house, everything in it was new as well as the paint. And so, when I put in our closet, there were some scrapes in some things and some paints that just didn't need to happen. But I'm going to go ahead and take care of that. The installer seemed good and nice, but if they could show up with more than just one guy to get the job done fast, that would have been nice. So far, I'm satisfied. We spent about three grand on the closet. They're nice and they look okay. I'm not unhappy but it seemed like a half that price would have been the right price for what actually is there.

Deric had his closet done with Closet World a few years ago. Then recently, we decided to do some other closets, one being mine and one being another one in our house, and we hired them again. We had both of our closets redone and organization put in there. Our designer was Joshua and he was extremely awesome and helpful. He came in and spent a lot of time making sure that he designed what we needed specifically for our needs. He was so thorough but we ran out of time at our first appointment because we had somewhere to go. So, he came back another time to finish our designs with us. I have to complement him very highly. He was very patient, very kind, did all the measurements a few times to make sure everything was perfect, and we had a great experience with him.

Closet World is a good company to work with. They did our garage years ago. Then I think I got a flyer in the mail and I figured I'd work with them again. We ordered closets. The designer was friendly and attentive, and she knew what she was doing. She's the same lady I worked with on the garage years ago. The installation went fine and fast. It was one guy. He knew what he was doing, so it went well. We're happy with the work they did. I would recommend Closet World highly.

I had to tear out the old closet. It wasn’t sufficient and I had to have higher and lower bars put in all the way around. I had my closet done through Closet World and I just got two doors on it -- one on the left and one on the right if you’re facing it. Closet World did a good job.

We had just moved to Vegas and we came from the mid-west where we’re used to lots of storage. So, we turned our third bedroom into our closet and had two closets organized. Their designer had a lot of good ideas and wasn’t pushy. She knew what we were looking for and worked on that instead of trying to sway us in different directions. The installer was very good, organized, neat and quick. Everything was perfect. Closet World was good for what we wanted and very professional. I would recommend them.

I researched two other companies but I liked the salesperson of Closet World. She was really smart and she had a lot of good ideas. I had a mahogany organized system put in my son's closet, which includes drawers and shelves and rods. However, the installation did not go very well. The products that I picked, the drawers, had some defects on them. It looked like they were glued. When I called the saleslady and told her my problems, she gave me the email and they were quick to respond. They showed shipping and I called up and I emailed them and they responded very fast. But then when I followed up with them, it was two and a half weeks before I could get a hold of somebody that would schedule me to get it fixed.

I used Closet World 10 years ago. This last time, they installed a master bedroom closet. Their designer was very efficient and got the job done in a big hurry. One fellow installed the closet and he was perfect. He showed up on time and came back when he needed to come back to do another thing. We had a little glitch in the installation process but the people at the main office handled it perfectly and then all was good. The fellow on the phone at the main office was really good, very responsive and pleasant to talk to. I would recommend Closet World.

Their price was also competitive. They installed the closet, hanging rods, shelving, drawers, and a cubby shelf in our kids’ room. The designer we worked with was Linda and she was open to what we wanted. I’m a little picky with a lot of things, so I had questions in regards to not just how it was going to look like, but also if something were to happen then what would I need to do. And, she had answers to all the questions I had.

A family member hired Closet World and I figured if he trusted them, then I could, too. I got a basic white closet which was customized. Their designer was very sweet and everything was cleaned up after the installation. Right now, I'm adding more to the closet so I'm still ordering from them.

The girl from Closet World who came in was very professional and they had great prices. I had them install a closet for our bedroom. It fills up most of the wall and she designed it pretty close to what we had before. It's very nice. But their installer had little quirks. He was angry about a strip of wood that was sticking out in an area and he gave my contractor a hard time about it.

I had a good experience with Closet World. I had them install a Shaker style closet and their designer was very nice and quite knowledgeable. The installation crew was very nice too. And they had it done in a few hours. Quality is good. My only request would have been for a couple more shelves for the closet on both sides. But other than that, it was perfect.

I got a Closet World flyer in one of the newspapers and I liked the discount and pictures that were on the sheet. I also Googled them and they had some pretty good reviews, so I decided to let them install two children’s room closets for me. Their designer listened to me, did what I said, and changed things that I didn’t like. My installation experience went well, but there was one little mistake that I haven't had a chance to fix yet. A couple of the bars were hung too close to the room and I haven't had a look to see if my husband could fix that or whether we'd have to have them come back out. Other than that, it was a very clean job and I had a positive experience. I'm also happy with the products and I would recommend them, but with a caveat about the price. It was a little more expensive than I thought.

We read some reviews and checked out Closet World online. Then we picked them over others. We had someone come out a couple of months prior to us actually deciding to do the closets so, we had an idea from that first experience what we wanted. So, when the second designer came, it was really fast and easy. We picked the closet we wanted, she gave us the price and it sounded good, so, we went ahead with it. We had them put in sliding mirrored doors on our walk-in closet and the installer who came out was really nice. He was on time, he finished quickly, and didn't leave a mess. The product is good quality and the people that we worked with were very friendly and professional. It was great experience.

I used Closet World six years ago when I first bought my house. This time, I got them again for another project because I have an old home and the closet is from the 1940's. It's very big and I wanted to maximize my closet space. Closet World's designer was pleasant and she listened to me. She gave me options, which I liked, and gave me a very good price. In fact, the price she gave me was much more reasonable than the first time. So I was very satisfied. They made two closets for me and the installation was very quick and clean, which was what I expected. The installer broke down what he was going to do and the timeframe, which was all pretty accurate, and he did it all in a few hours. So for the most part, I had a good experience and I would use them again. But they're still expensive. If you're a handy person, you can do it by yourself.

I was overall quite pleased with the Closet World effort. However, on their first attempt, the mirrors they brought did not fit so they had to go back and get a new set of mirrors. That took quite a while and that was slightly inconvenient. However, my caregiver called them and negotiated with the supervisor and he knocked $100 off the price. I was pleased with that and as far as the doors that were in there, they were very good. They slide very well and they look good. I’m happy about that. Their designer was very nice too and I liked her. She was very good and she did everything properly as far as I’m concerned. I’m a little eccentric, I’m an old man and I may have thrown her off a little bit. But I don’t know if she made a mistake measuring the mirrors or not. Overall, I’m fine with Closet World. They are good and I would say good things about them.

My wife got at least one or two extra estimates from closet companies and she felt that Closet World gave the best price for the product that we needed to get. We had a closet unit along the wall installed in the bedroom and the designer was very good. She had a lot of suggestions and ways of doing things that we didn't think of and that we felt were very good. And the installation was quick and well done. It took three hours and the gentleman answered any questions we had. It was a fine experience.

I had Closet World install closets in our bedrooms. The quality of work was fine. However, there was a problem where they had installed the wrong sliders on the drawers, so they had to come back and redo that. There were some errors in the measurements when they were taken initially. The installer was able to make the adjustments but there was a little stuff at install, which is totally normal. The closets are fine, they look nice but the drawers are a little wobbly. They slide in and out, but it's not really, really tight. The guy came and put the closet inserts in. It is not like the plan Rene and I made, except for the little side shelves. He also put the hanger bar for clothes deeply set into the closet and up high, so I still have to climb into the closet up the two steps and reach far and up to the bar. I still whack my head on the closet entry when I try to hand things up. It is NO better at all from what I had originally. We talked about the closet depth and height and smallness of the entry and the fact that I kept hitting my head on the entry frame due to having to climb into the closet to use it. Your design took that into consideration and made it so I would not have to do that. But that is not what happened.

I had a closet with shelves and drawers installed in the master bedroom by Closet World. Their designer was great. She went straight to business. She explained the product and drew us the design she felt that would best fit for our need. She knew what she was doing and was right on. The installer was amazing as well. When he came to the door, he took his shoes off. Nobody asked him. He just automatically took them off. So he did the whole job basically barefooted. In my family, we have to take our shoes off when we come in the house. But my own kids when they come visit the house, they don't take their shoes off. So for this guy to come and take his shoes off, that spoke volumes.

My original intention was to get different people in to do estimates, but it didn't end up happening that way. Their designer was very nice, pleasant and knowledgeable, and I got custom closets with some shelves and places to hang clothes in the master bedroom. I didn’t get any more estimates because I was pressed with time but it turned out not to be cheap. The price was at least $500 more than I expected it to be. It’s over 40 percent off yet I ended up paying so much. The house was empty as it is being flipped, so I was happy that the guys came and installed it and there wasn’t a problem.

She put together a design that we were skeptical about but it is handling everything that we need at the moment. The guys came out and installed it in one day. We had told them that they needed to be done by Friday at 5:00 o’ clock because we had something else that we had to do. Then they told us that the installer would arrive between 2:00 or 4:00 pm on a Friday afternoon.

The products were fine as well as the designer I worked with. I had exactly what she said I would get. The installation went okay and the installers were on time and got the job completed.

We liked Closet World's pricing and product. But the biggest selling point for us was their designer. The gal was very informative and wasn't like a pushy salesperson. In fact, she recommended some things that helped to save money as opposed to just trying to upsell everything. So, we really appreciated that. She was very engaged and understood exactly what we were looking for after we explained to her what we were trying to do. We had them install a full walk-in closet for us and during the installation, there was one shelf that came in white for whatever reason. We ordered a brown wood color and everything was fine except for that shelf. So, they had to install the closet that way, then they come back a few days later and replaced the white shelf with the right one. Other than that, we had a very good experience and we're calling our salesperson back again in a couple of weeks to do three other closets.

I had five closets redone by Closet World. The installation process was easy and they have a smart installation team. Their designer was great in person but terrible in functionality. She placed drawers behind doors and you can't open them. She didn't think through the sizing of the drawers and she tried to rush through the entire order of all five closets in one day. We had a problem a year later where almost all the drawers were broken, and we ended up talking to the same person and then the same team.

I've used Closet World in the past. It was a name that was familiar then and because I was happy with them, I chose them again this time. We had a closet redone in the master bedroom, the pantry and the kitchen. In the kitchen, we had no pantry so they created the shelving unit. And then in the bedroom, they added shelves in one of the custom units. Their designer was friendly, listened to what needed and developed a design that she thought would meet our needs. However, the installation was horrible. I'm not happy with it. There are still some things that needed to be changed.

My husband and I moved into a brand new house and we wanted to do a built-in closet. Closet World then was having a 50% off promotion and the timing worked out for us. I also shopped at Home Depot and Closet World turned out to be the better deal for what it was going to cost us to install our own closet and buy it from Home Depot.

The installer from Closet World said my payment due was $10.40 and he needed my check. I told him I'd pay him when he is done. He went outside to the truck and called his supervisor. He then came back to me with his cellphone and said his supervisor wanted to talk to me. I got on the phone and it was Harry. I dealt with him before. He also told me what our balance was and he kind of backed off with my husband, but my husband had to have some harsh words with him.

The project was shelving for the garage and some closets for the master bedroom and the guest bedroom, and I decided to go with Closet World because we like their workmanship. The designer came and we were happy that she spent time with us. She went over the details and the drawings and then gave us a lot of options and that was how we decided. The installation was good, as we expected. They promised three days and then they were done. They didn’t spend too much or too little time, and the crew was pretty good. It was a great experience. So far, things are working good. It's a nice product and I like the quality of it. My friends have come after we got everything installed. One thing I like, and they also like, is that it's got a good solid feel. I like the way it's constructed and the way it works.

I dealt with Closet World about six years ago, and I had them again because I wanted the same kind of closet installed. The designer we got this time was new and not very experienced, but he was anxious to please. The design idea was good, and the materials that they used were really first-class. But when they came out to install after the order had been placed, there was a screw-up with one of the colors. So, they didn't install it and they had to take it back. They came back a week later and everything was right the second time. It was just a tiny entry hall closet and it wasn’t a big installation, but they did a nice job. I would recommend them.

I had two closets done by Closet World. The big closet is for all my clothes, drawers and shelves and then the other closet, I’m using for storage and coats. The designer was very nice and I really liked him a lot. He took a lot of time with me and he knew exactly what I needed when I told him what I had. The installation was very quiet and the installers got down to it. In about four hours, they were out of here.

I am not satisfied with Closet World. The installation schedule was all messed up, and the designer was not professional. She made a mistake with a lot of the pieces so we had to do it again. She also missed a few pieces, so we had to wait another three weeks in order to complete all the installation. We put some drawer and next was the hanger. But I can't open if we opened the drawer and we hang in the closet. She didn't calculate, and the measurement is a little messy. It was not what I wanted. And I had to call more than 10 times complaining about the installation. Closet World did a closet for my parents and it looked really, really nice and that's why I ordered from them. But the product I got was not that satisfying and I spent more than $10,000 for it.

I saw the advertising of Closet World. At the same time, I needed my closet and I decided to call them to see what they have. Closet World hires good people. The designer was great. She came to my house and told me everything. She advised me what to do and I have a good experience with her. Also, the installer was an awesome guy. He was very professional and did it very well. He installed it in one day and did it in the morning. It's an outside closet and it's attached to the wall and white in color. The material is very good and I am happy with it. I will refer my friend. I already did to one and she said she'd call them very soon and just install for her closet like mine.

We had Closet World install a master bedroom closet and an office. The finished products are what they told us they would be and they work fine. They're not the greatest quality, but we knew what we were getting. The Closet World designer was very personable, friendly and helpful. However, the portions could not be put in because of incorrect measurements, and we had to wait a couple of weeks to get the parts. The person who came back to install those parts was extremely helpful and willing to do what we asked. But I felt that we should have gotten some recognition of the issue or a bit more contact from the management concerning the incorrect measurements. Now, if someone would ask me about Closet World, I'd tell them to go to another company.

I went on the web looking for someone who did window shades, and it led me to another company that called me and said they didn't do that. The work here was done by Closet World, and their designer Cathy was wonderful. Firstly, I had some typical hang-from-the-wall cabinets put in the garage. And then, I had some shelving put in an area that is being turned into a pantry. I also turned one of the bedrooms into an office for myself, so I had some shelving and then a stand-up desk put in. The desk they made is a flat piece that matches the desk in the office.

I inquired with Closet World before so they have my phone number in their system. They had some promotion wherein they had a good price and they called to schedule an appointment. I ended up having them install products in the laundry room and garage. Their designer has knowledge and it was nice trying to figure out what I needed to be done. He did what was according to what we were paying at the time. But if I were to do it again I might do it differently. But the installers were nice. They came and did the garage first. It was raining heavily and it damaged the cabinets in the laundry room. They told me that and they set up a different day to come back, which they did. And it was fine.

I have no issues when Closet World guys first installed my cabinets, but after service was awful. Two months ago, I had them uninstall and reinstall back the cabinets. But they messed up all the appointments time. It was a bad experience. One time I made a Friday appointment and they didn’t show up. So I called them and asked why they didn’t show up. I think it was because they messed up with my other schedule ‘cause I told them if I want to reschedule to reinstall the cabinets, it would take more than two weeks. So, I said we schedule uninstall on Wednesday and reinstall on Friday. The reason that I need to uninstall and reinstall back is because I had to do some gas pipe behind my cabinets. I have people coming in doing the pipes on Wednesday afternoon and then Thursday we have the permit city come in for approval and I’ll have Closet World coming back on Friday to reinstall the cabinets back.

Closet World did some business with my church and I told the designer I needed her to come and figure out for me what some garage cabinets would cost as far as what I wanted. So she came by and quoted me a cost. We had some issues with the church so when she came to do my cabinets, they made sure that everything was put in correctly and they turned out fine.

We had a closet installed in one bedroom by Closet World and everything was okay. One person came to do the installation and he was professional. He mentioned something about the measurement not being right so he had to do modifications. The wall that I ordered didn't quite fit, so they had to tear up some of the drywall to get it to fit and I still have the big hole in it. It can't like fit in where it was supposed to go.

I picked Closet World ‘cause I knew that they specialize in closets. Plus their prices are excellent. I had them do framed mirror closets with a gold plate and it's really beautiful. Everybody that comes by loves it, and it's a far cry from what I had. The designer and I talked and he was very efficient. Also, the installer was good and it didn't even take him long. He put the double-sliding doors in and they slide real good. I would recommend them to anybody.

My parents and in-laws had used Closet World before. I got two estimates and I had Closet World install an office, which was like a study, a desk, and cabinetry. The designer was very great. She spent a good amount of time with me in designing the room. We went through a few, different tweaks of the layout and she had to do everything by hand, but she was very patient and thorough in going through the design to make sure that it really met my specifications as to what would be easiest for my kids to maneuver in, with such a small space. Initially, there was just one man working on the installation, but then eventually, someone else came to lend assistance with the upper cabinets. They were timely and very thorough, and they did the project within the allotted time.

We had our kitchen, upstairs closet and book closets done with Closet World and we are currently going to be getting the garage done the next month. I have no issues about the quality except that they never called me when they want to install it and that was a very big issue for me. We weren't ready and the house wasn't ready. No calls were given and my cellphone number was there. We had just returned from vacation and our designer, who designed the closet, knew the day we've said we were out. But the installation guy was good.

My wife did lots of the purchasing from Closet World. We installed a dresser and we had a friendly interaction with Closet World's designer. The installation was an adventure. The first installer was unable to complete the job. He worked long on it and just couldn't get it right. Everything was misaligned. The drawers weren't tightly fit together. So a few days later they sent out two other people who were able to finish it. In case a friend asks Closet World I would tell them about the issues we had. I'm not convinced that it was worth the added expense of having it custom-installed rather than just buying one and moving it in.

A Closet World representative came out and I agreed. The designer was awesome and calm, and she knew her product. But the installation experience was a different story. They were not very good at scheduling the appointment. They called me and said somebody would call me to schedule it. But nobody called me to schedule it. Then when I called and complained, ‘cause I had asked the first thing in the morning, they were like, “Oh, well. Blah, blah, blah.” They were not organized.

The product I got from Closet World was a closet and it was installed in the master bedroom closet. I liked the dynamics between the artist and the builder. They were both very knowledgeable. The artist was very quick, and he was very personable. The builder was really quick as well, and he put up a quality product. He was also on time. He came in and assessed the workplace which was empty, then we laid some tiles down. He got the job done and it looks really good.

Closet World was the first one I called, they came and I liked the deal that they gave me. I had them install a bunch of shelves to put hanging things and shoes in off of my master bedroom. The designer asked me and my girlfriend what our needs were and told us what the best fit was. He designed it well and showed us what we were going to get.

I had a closet in the garage done by Closet World and the designer that came out was very sweet. Also, the installers were very good and professional. They knew what they were doing. I'm gonna have two, possibly four, wardrobes done and they've already taken measurements for the two. It would be perfect if I could get the same installers.

We wanted to get closets designed and installed downstairs, and we wanted something more professionally done that would last longer. We had another company come in and they were way cheaper than Closet World but we went with Closet World because we liked the girl who came in here and helped design everything. She was very nice and extremely helpful. But there were some details that weren’t brought to our attention and these were details that one doesn’t really think about until stuff gets installed, like moving electrical fixtures and blinds. These things were in my office the whole time but we didn't go over them and being a first-time user, there was no way we would have known.

I found a Closet World advertisements in a weekly mailer and I called. They came and they showed us their products and we said yes. The deal was in our price range so we just went for it. Their designer came to our house, showed us the products and our options that were available. She measured and everything she has to do, gave us an estimate, offered us our options in payments and we decided and set up a date. It was fast and took them a few hours and they were done when they came to set up. The installer were great too. They knew what they were doing. They came in and we pretty much left them to do their job. It took them maybe at least a half a day and they cleaned up perfect. They did a great job and it looks beautiful. I would highly recommend them.

I'd used Closet World before and they were professional, they did a fabulous job and everything was absolutely perfect. However, my most recent experience was not very good. I did an entire wall unit with the closet and the interaction in the very beginning was great. During the installation, they had one person. It was a large job, but that's how they work. I paid 50% upfront, and then the first 5-minutes they were there, they wanted the rest of the 50%. I said I would like to pay when the job was done, and they said that once they dropped the product, they had to be paid. I talked to the dispatcher, Andrew, and I said I needed to be assured that this job could be done in two days. He said, "You have my word."

My parents had got something installed by Closet World probably like 15 years ago. I had some drawers, some shelving, and some like to hang your clothes in one room. The designer was good. She came in and she was really super nice. I told her what I thought, and then she explained how it really would not work and then what she was saying made more sense. Then, she came up with a good design with me. She wasn’t pushy or anything. The installation team came in and did what they had to do. they were friendly, but we just let them work and it went well. That I highly recommend getting closet done by them. I didn’t have anything else, but I'm sure everything else is just as good.

I had Closet World install a master bedroom closet and some garage cabinets. The interaction with the designer was great. When we first did the job with the designer we told her that if she could better the installation date that it would help us out, and she did. She was able to do that within a day or two. They called me back and they confirmed an earlier install date. The person showed up on the earlier install date, but he only brought half of the material. And it was almost a month and a half before they came back to finish. The original install date was December 18 and they didn’t make it back till middle of January.

Closet World had done some work about three years ago and I had them add on some shelves to it. They already had all my stuff on file, so they knew what they had to do. The installer was fine. He measured, cut it and put it in. It was easy and everything was good.

I ordered a bookcase from Closet World in December and then they promised me to complete it by the 5th of the January. I relied on that completion day and then signed the contract. They have visited my home about four times already but still have not finished. They would call me to stay home. They scheduled the green light. I have to be absent from work waiting for the installation. So it bothers me. I never experienced this kind of customer service before. The worst experience I ever had. I even complained to the Better Business Bureau. The designer talked to them and recorded it. They never return my call or return my text after they got my order. Don’t even deal with this company. This company’s damned.

I tried California Closets and the quality is about the same with Closet World but Closet World's price was a lot lower. We got a closet which was about 12 feet wide altogether and the drawers and the hanger for hanging the suits and dresses. It had the soft clothing drawers which were nice. The designer, Cynthia, was helpful and gave me some advice on other ways of setting up the interior design of my condo here. And the installers, Rico and his assistant Manuel were very polite and very efficient. They did a very nice job and it was quick. It was a very convenient and a nice upgrade of our closet.

I have two en suites in my house and I both had them done so that I have the biggest closets. One bedroom was too small for a big dresser so I had two drawers put in. They were double-hung drawers, and next to that were shelves and then double-hung closet rods, and shelves on the other side of that. The designer knew what she was doing. I told her what I wanted and that's what I got. I told her my biggest wish was to have all of my clothes available and I want to be able to walk in and look at all of them. And she understood what I was explaining. Before the installers came, I did what they asked me to do and made sure everything was down and patched. They knew what they were doing and the installation went very well. I'm very pleased with what I got, and I've recommended Closet World to other people.

I felt that Closet World was a trusted name and I had them do a closet in my bedroom. I liked the closets that they completed in my room but as far as the service, it's bad. They haven't finished in my kids' room because the designer messed up pretty badly. When the installers came to build, they tore out my organizers then put their own in. I don’t think the designer understood what was supposed to be done. They did the bedroom right and they should have gotten them all the same in the other room. I was very disappointed and they have to come back out.

We had put in a closet in our house and we were trying to figure out the best way to set it up. We had no idea and we saw an ad on what Closet World offers. They’ve also been around for a long time. What I really liked was the fact that the representatives were very professional and they came when they said they were going to be here. We didn’t have to sit around and wait all day.

I had Closet World install a closet in my garage and I liked the guy that came to the house. The installation went fine. We got something done that I needed to get done and I’m happy with the workmanship. I had my concerns about them, but it's all been corrected now and we’re good.

I originally had Ikea. But then because I saw the sales thing I thought I would at least get an estimate with Closet World and see how it compared to Ikea. Closet World cost more but I like the fact that it’s going to be done in one day and it would save me so much time over Ikea so I had a walk-in closet installed with them. The Closet World designer came on time. She designed it so fine. The couple of issues that I had was I wanted this done by a certain date and they didn’t get it done on the time that I asked them to get it done. So that was hard.

I got a price with some other company and they wanted double. Closet World was under that by quite a bit, so I went with them. The product, considering the price I paid, looks good. It is a 6' by 9' closet, and the quality and trackmanship were good as well. The lady who came out drew the design for me and I like it. She was very knowledgeable, very polite and across the board. The installer was polite, efficient and fast too. They completed the job the first time with no mistakes, and they are really professional when it comes to calling and scheduling. My wife and I are happy. 5 stars on all of them.

I talked to a bunch of people and Closet World was pretty responsive in getting somebody out. They did a walk-in closet and a basic sliding closet installation. The designer was very helpful and followed up quite a few times. She came over and we also talked on the phone a few times. She came up for another time and then we agreed to move forward. She seemed really knowledgeable. Also, I was really impressed with the guy who came in for the installation. He worked as quickly as he could. He was very communicative and very nice. He cleaned up and took care of everything. I liked him. I was happy when he left.

Closet World was running a half-price sale. I had them install a bottom of the line melamine shelving in my clothes closet. Closet World's designer was wonderful. She came in here and she stayed until she had the whole thing down on paper, and what made me pick them was that she sat here and did it right in front of me. She hand-drew everything. The installers were great. They were here when they were supposed to be, and they did everything they said they were going to do.

The Closet World designer just came and we told him what we need and he kind of put the design in place. We reviewed it, made some modifications and he submitted the order. I had closet shelves in my bedrooms and I had some storage shelves in the garage. I wouldn’t complain about the crew except they missed on a couple of things. I still haven’t received the final shelves from them that they were supposed to send me and it’s been more than a month. I have contacted them twice and then I got too much busy with my work. And when I get free after office hours they’re gone. But overall it was a good experience. I would recommend it. The professionalism is what I liked.

The quality of their product is extremely well. The installation was done extremely sloppy. Everything is horrible about it. They’re actually coming to fix it and I don’t like them at all. Also, I didn’t have a good experience with the designer. Her layouts was not very useful. The supervisor came out because of my complaint and he changed up her design, and he’s going to be redoing two of the closets. He’s been great and he’s had some wonderful follow up. He’s the only piece of the Closet World experience that I’ve liked. I wish they used a computer like California Closets to show you the design digitally. They showed the design on a piece of paper and it didn’t match up to what they actually put in. Because of my initial experience and having to go back to call them to fix it, I wouldn’t recommend them.

One of my siblings had some work done with Closet World a few years back. They've always been an option for me and since I wanted the job done so fast, they were the first person I reached out to. The designer was okay. She let me know right off the bat what Closet World do and don’t do, but I didn’t really know what I was getting into. On the other hand, I did not get the installation date that I wanted to even though they guaranteed that they have same day installation. They had the two-week installation pushed out after the account was paid off and I paid within three weeks of estimate and the measurements were taken. I couldn't get my appointment until a month after.

Over the last three years, I've had two closets and three cabinets done by Closet World. We've loved the work and how the closets are done. The most recent designer was very patient and she went through whatever request we had and whatever changes for the couple of hours that she was with us. She was very detailed and she gave her own ideas. It worked out well. The installation was good too. They usually get the job done in one appointment. Anything we need to get done with cabinets or closets, Closet World takes care of it. We'll go to them again next time.

We found Closet World online and they're one of the first places we called and we set up a time for them to look at our area. It went well so we moved forward with them. We did a home office and our designer was very detailed. There was just one person during the installation and it probably was a two-person job so it took a little longer than they were hoping. He did scar the walls up a little bit so we had to do some repair that was required. But overall I felt like he did a good job by himself. Had he had help it probably would have been much easier. He did have to take one drawer back and make an adjustment to it and then he brought it back the next day. The dresser looks nice. We're satisfied with Closet World. If someone asks me about them I would say it would be worth entertaining and I would compare prices. But I think it's a company well worth looking at.

Closet World had a 50% off deal so I got a closet for the bedroom. The first design girl was good in designing the closet and cost effective, but she was not as much helpful when we had trouble afterwards. But the installer was great. He was very courteous and very professional. But the manager I talked with over the phone was totally opposite. He was very arrogant and very nasty. He said I lied about every word and didn't trust me. The guys stayed here for over two hours trying to put the closet in and he told me there was no labor involved. It was just an outline. I had to get a follow up appointment because there were a couple of accessories that they didn't put in the first time. The whole process took about a month and a half and it was a couple of weeks longer than expected. Don't use them.

We went to Closet World because of the price and the design that their designer came up with. We got the closet organization system in the master bedroom closet. The designer came on time. We went through a detailed design and planning. And then she drew on everything and then I mean she came back once we confirmed that I wanted to do it. And then she re-measured and made sure of all the details and then we signed a lot of paperwork and then a few weeks later they came in for installation.

The lady who assisted us from Closet World was really nice. I sat down with her to sign the contract and she was really nice. She helped me out, she explained some things to me and she got it done. The installation crew handled their business and they’re gone. And I like my closets. I got my wife and I's walk-in closet and then my daughter’s closet in another room. I needed more place to hang stuff at and it came out good and some shelves to put my hats and shoes. Everything’s been fine. I would tell my friends to use them and give them some business.

I was looking for closet purchases and saw Closet World had a special running 50% and upgrades as a Christmas promotion. I had them do a basic closet, a couple of shelves for shoes and a couple of hangers. The designer was obviously an extremely good sales person, but the experience could have been better. During installation, somebody was sick and they couldn't come, and I had to rearrange my schedule. The next day, they were late. Then the designer measured it wrong. It was off a whole inch and so they couldn't do it, and they had to recut things and redo stuff which was a little bit of a hassle. They botched up a wall and they had to fix it. I wasn’t happy at all. But the guy that got the installers out here really came through. He did a really good job of trying to get everything solved and he went the extra mile. All in all, the product is fine and it turned out okay. For the most part, they do a good job, though I probably wouldn't recommend them.

We had Closet World five years back for our garage stuff and we had liked them at that time. That’s why we decided to be with them again this time. We got five closets installed in our bedroom, one on the wall and four inside the wardrobe. The designer was okay but did not have all the samples. A little bit more would have helped but that’s a minor point and that was really the only thing that I thought could have been a little bit better. But it was a good and very hassle-free experience. The guys came, installed everything and then went. Their quality is good too. If you manage to get a good discount then the price is okay.

We got 50% discount from Closet World, which made it comparable to a couple of other places that we had found -- we had a total three of three other estimates. They also have the installation, and the free and seven-year warranty, which made us decide to go with them. We had a master closet installed, as well as shelving, double hanging rack, drawers and a laundry basket.

We have used Closet World in the past and that first time was great, so smooth and nice. That’s why I liked them and I went back because they took care of business. They knew how to do business. But this time, it was terrible. A designer came over to do some measurements. We showed what we needed and what we wanted. I told the designer to draw something and get back to me. But it was not the same experience as we had last time and we tried to cancel that order and call another designer to come over.

I got new closet doors for one closet from Closet World, and I also had them do all the household closets years ago. They're the only one I know of that did closets. Everything went smoothly during installation and I had very pleasant interactions with the installation team. Then there was also somebody who called me and wanted to make sure the job was done. The only thing I get annoyed with is the solicitation and they keep bothering me on the phone.

We had four garage cabinets installed. So we had a couple of cabinets covering our small den area and then a couple of tall cabinets in the regular area. The designer from Closet World came here exactly on time and she was very patient. She took everything we wanted and she was very thorough with the design. She gave us a bunch of options. We had a budget in mind, so she understood what could possibly be done to fit us into that budget. The best part was when they finally installed the cabinets and it was exactly how she described it to us. It was very difficult to design for the den area but she was able to do it.

Closet World had a much better pricing compared to all the four quotes I got and I loved the person who came out. She was amazing and was willing to work with me. She was very personable, polite, friendly and genuine. I could feel her energy and I connected with her right away. The other people I talked to weren't trying to do what was best for my vision and what I was looking at. But the Closet World designer asked me questions, figured out what I needed and what my musts were. When she designed the closet, it was even better than what I imagined. She listened and incorporated all that.

My friend installed closets from Closet World in their garage, so we went straight to them too for a cabinet in our garage. Their designer was good but I didn’t really talk to her that long because I had to pick up my kids, but she’s legit. She's very nice and professional. Closet World has a good product. I was telling my friend maybe they should install too. So, I would definitely introduce them to other friends.

I had closets done in the garage and the saleslady was great. She was very nice, sweet and approachable. I went through the details with her and they were very clear. The installation people did a perfect job too. Afterwards, the saleslady called me on the phone to ask me how it went. I’m very happy with the whole experience.

Closet World was a referral from a family member and I ended up getting a closet and a laundry room cabinet setup installed by them. The product was great and decent but the installation left a lot to be desired, as well as the service before and after the installation. The designer mismeasured and therefore, when the people came in to install the laundry room portion, the cabinet doors had to be changed in size and they had to make another trip out to finish the project. They did some cutting and stuff in my garage then they left dust all over my motorcycle and gym equipment which I had to cleanup myself.

I used Closet World before and I went with them again. They installed closets in the two bedrooms, and the organizer set up. Their designer was pretty knowledgeable, drew up a sketch, listened to what I wanted them to do, then went from there. The installation was straightforward and painless. The installer had the sketches and he walked over, took a look at the two areas, and made sure that they were the right sketches for the closets. However, it was overpriced. Still, I'd recommend them.

We had a big discount from Closet World and the salesperson was very friendly. They knew what they were doing and showed the quality of the product. We had panels put up with shelves so that the shelves had places for hanging clothes and putting blankets. The designer did a very good job explaining what to expect and showed us the design. She came in and looked at how we did everything, how that room was set up and took all the measurements. She was very polite, friendly and really engaging.

I have an 11-foot long closet in my bedroom so there were lots of room in there and it was an appropriate place to put shelves and drawers in. Closet World is known so I had them do it. Their designer came out and did her measuring, then came back with her suggestions and listened to what I wanted and made adjustments from that point. So, everything was good. The installers who came were very nice men. They went to work and they weren't here for a full two hours and it was done. I’d recommend Closet World.

I see Closet World all the time and my daughter's closet was done by Closet World. The designer came in one day and it was kind of a trying day here where we were, and she worked with us to get the drawing together. There was a fire coming and we were being evacuated. But it was a pretty good kind of counsel. She answered all my questions. I called her back and a couple of times added something to it, and all was good. A man came in at the time I was expecting him and did the job. He was by himself and he worked all day. He installed some drawers and hanging areas. It was great.

I got a flyer in the mail and the coupon said half off and all my neighbors paid probably double of what I paid. I had a built-in Citizen office and then I had my closet, shelves, racks and things done. The designer I dealt with was very nice and professional. I really like her. I felt like she really knew the products well and she knew what I wanted. She got the things round up on the first day so I was pretty happy with it all around. Installation went faster than I thought. There were two guys and they cleaned up everything and it was really good. I was very happy. I'm thinking about having a built-in put in my bedroom now by Closet World. I just have to think about what I want. But once we get settled, I'll contact Teresa and have her build a built-in for me.

We have seen the ads of Closet World in the papers or the direct mailers for a while and we just didn’t have the need for it and all of a sudden we have the need so, we decided to call them. We didn’t really know what was going to be the cost with everything so, it just happened that we needed to get it done as soon as possible and Closet World was pretty quick. We had some custom shelving put in. The person met with us and she went over through everything. She was really nice and went through everything. She took the measurements pretty quickly and it didn’t take as long as we thought. The installation person came in and everything went up pretty quick and he was really nice and he didn’t really need any help. I had taken out most of the closet before so, he didn’t have much to do with that. The room were already out, as far as anything in there. He was good, fine, quick, fast, and sufficient.

When we moved here, we wanted a conversion of one of the rooms in our house to an office. We'd seen commercials of Closet World and so we contacted them. We wanted a quote on changing out our wardrobe closet doors in the bedroom and to add a desk and cabinets in what we wanted to be our office, and we wound up just going with the office. The designer was friendly and professional, and we had confidence in the product that they were presenting. They helped us choose the color palette that my wife wanted and helped us design what we wanted. It was a good experience. Also, the installation went smoothly, exactly the way it was promised. The crew was courteous and stayed on the job. They didn't take excessive breaks.

We had Closet World install a Master's bedroom closet. Our interactions with their designer were very pleasurable. She was very smart and she knew what she was doing. She came up with a good plan and a good design. On the other hand, the installation went well. The installer came when he said he would and spent most of the day putting the closet in. He was very neat and he didn’t damage anything in the house. It was also a very pleasurable experience.

Closet World did very basic compartments, closet rods and one area with shelves for a regular closet. My interactions with the designer were all very positive but I wish I had pointed out to her that I had some long clothes. I had to rearrange things so that there was one area where all the shelves got moved up and we put a rod there so I could move my clothes around and still have space for the long clothes. Adrian was very kind and gracious, and he did that for me so that took care of it. But if the designer had asked more questions to begin with, I would have asked for that design, not the one I got. She had shelves going all the way down to the floor on that section but I needed the rods more than I needed shelf space. It would have helped if the person designing the closet had realized that to begin with. We could have eliminated having to settle with it.

I was trying to do my closet. I googled California Closets just because they were a little more known. They gave me a quote and it was way out of my budget. I'm familiar with Closet World through the ads that I get on my ad paper all the time. I decided to call them and they said they could do the same thing plus more for a lot less. The products that I got installed were for my master bedroom. The quality is okay. However, I noticed a little bit more of the flaws after the fact because when I was getting it installed, I felt like it was a little rushed to check. I was also excited about it so I wasn’t able to go over everything thoroughly. There are a few minor nicks and scratches on some of the cabinets and I am also missing some shelves that I had originally planned to have in there.

I had two closet people come out at the exact same day and they were literally there at the same exact time. I ended up liking Closet World’s rep better as well as her ideas. She was also able to get me a little bit of a better pricing for the two closets that I was doing than the other person. So I let the other lady leave first. I guess the way they like to do it is close the sale then do the negotiation before they actually leave, and that was fine. I knew I wanted to get the closet anyway so making the decision was no problem.

I went to California Closets and they were way out of line. And then Closet World had a big sale going so I said, “That’s where I'm going.” I got some shelves and three drawers. There's four things to hang my clothes, two on each side and it turned out really nice. It made my closet so much bigger. The designer was very nice. She did everything on paper then showed me and made sure it's what I wanted. The installation team were on time and they got it all done the same day. I'm just very happy with it. Closet World is fast and the finished product looks nice.

Closet World was one of the companies servicing our area and my initial experience with them was really good. The project took six weeks and I was really happy with their service. My designer was very warm and knowledgeable. The installation of my nice wood drawers and shelving was easy and perfect too. Closet World then called about a promotional thing to do a second closet and I decided to do that and schedule an appointment. I was excited about the second time. They called twice to confirm the appointment. But on the third call, it was to say that the designer was sick and they had to cancel our appointment and reschedule it. This was just a few hours before. I was driving so I couldn't make the appointment and they said they would call back to reschedule but I've never heard from them. It's been a couple of weeks now and it's on my to-do list to try to track them down and do it again.

The installation went very quick and the guy who did it was very thorough and did a good job. I showed the designer the space and she showed me the colors available, then gave me a design which was not appropriate for what I wanted. For the closet, they tried to put the shoes all the way up on one of the cabinets when they should all be in the bottom and everything in the upper space should be for clothing. So, we had to call to get another bar which gave us a hard time. There should be more options available so that anybody who has never gotten a closet done would have better use of the money one’s going to pay for it. I'm not satisfied with their service and I won’t use Closet World again. I wasted my money on them.

Closet World was recommended by my neighbor across the street. I got estimates for the material to put together and it didn’t seem worth it for me. The quality is not what I thought it would be. I was thinking it was going to be wood and it was not. It's all melamine. There were a couple of dings in it too but they were not that bad. But they didn’t finish the job so they're coming back tomorrow to finish. Also, there was supposed to be a bridge, top, and bottom in all of the corners but the installer doesn't have that on his list. Unfortunately, I didn’t have my contract with me at the time. After they had left, I found the contract and it said right on it, "Bridge, top, and bottom," I called Closet World back and they said, "No problem." And I haven't heard anything. I called back again yesterday and the rep was like, "What are you talking about?" I said, "You're supposed to come back and do the top and bottom bridge." He then said, "Okay." So, they're coming tomorrow.

The salesperson of Closet World was so discombobulated. I explained to her I had over $900 of credit with Closet World as a deposit and that I didn’t want to do the extent of work that I originally want to do because I lost my job. But since I had over $900 of credit I wanted to see what I could see for $900 or something close to it. I spoke to her boss and he said, "Yes, you should be able to do that." And I said, "Great. Closet World has good products and they’re competitively priced. They did closets and garage cabinets for me 15 years ago. In 2013, they had a cabinet built in for me, and most recently, I had them put pullout drawers in those same cabinets. Their designer was cordial and very professional but he measured the cabinets wrong for the drawers. When the guy came out to install them, he didn’t have the proper drawers because the measurements were off. So, he had to reschedule. And then, when they came back, they ran into a few little problems but they figured it out and corrected them so now the pullout drawers are in and they’re good. At first, the guy who came out to install was by himself and the second time he came out, he had helpers.

I'm satisfied with Closet World for about 75% because with the middle section whole drawers that I got, whenever I open and close them, they whistle. I always have to use two hands slowly so it wouldn't be noisy but I could tell that it's not smooth. Also, about seven shallow drawers in the bottom and on top are open and touching each other. Other than that, I'm happy with the drawers. The designer was friendly, the installation went quicker than what I thought and their price fit my budget as well. All together, it's recommendable. Budget-wise, they're middle class and they could develop the drawers that I have.

I’ve used Closet World in the past. Right now, they're installing a laundry room cabinet, closet, and a pantry. They started two weeks ago but there is a cabinet that’s not finished in the corner. The designer's great but I can’t get a hold of her easily so, it’s really annoying. The installation experience so far is fine but it’s just dragging on for weeks.

Closet World got our project done in almost two weeks and the product wasn't bad, but the process was too much. There was a problem with the installation and the process of working with the people. The designers measured wrong. They did not take into consideration things like sockets that were there so and the plug sockets were being covered. When the installers came, they brought all materials then they had to leave. That took another four days where they had to go and cut new materials again. They had to re-measure and they had to come back at least three times.

We had some cabinets, some shelving, and some drawers installed in a master bedroom closet, as well as a shoe organizing shelving unit and a whole closet. The Closet World designer was great. She came in, listened to our brief, talked about some ideas and we landed on some specific ideas. And then she did a measure, drew up some plans and gave us a quote. We also talked about the timeline and a schedule was done.

The designer from Closet World was a nice lady but the people who came to install didn’t even know what they were doing and did something wrong. The pieces weren’t the measurements that the designer had told them. They came in many times with the wrong item and left. Then, they came again, again with the wrong item, and left. They finished my closet but left the garage unfinished and never called back. It has been about two weeks and they don’t even care. I had to leave out of town and I'm going under surgery so I never had the time to call them and ask them to come back to finish the job. I don’t think I would be able to call them for a long time. Also, they have my credit card information because I gave them half of the amount but I sure hope to God that they don’t charge me. Otherwise, they will be dealing with me. I'm very, very unsatisfied.

Closet World did our master closet about two years ago, and then we had seen their 40% off special. They called and said they were running a special for previous customers, and so we decided to have them come out and do that for us. The designer was really good when we met her. She was really friendly. However, we ended up having some issues with measurements not being right. The measurements that were correct in our paper somehow got transposed or copied down incorrectly.

I was snooping around which company had a better price range and the Closet World ads said 50 percent off plus free installation. I had them do basic dividers in my closet and the worker was professional. But I was shocked about the price. I thought it was 50 percent off in the beginning but he told me that there were some installation fees. I brought it up to a higher level and they said that there was no installation fee. I'm guessing all the installation fee went away but it was still the same price. I wished there was more transparency in the pricing. Other than that, the workers were good and I like the product I got. People should still look around though and double-check with the price.

The Closet World designer was great. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and she drew up nice drawings and laid them out very well for me to understand. She also offered some good ideas for the space available. We had them install a master closet and two smaller closets in the other bedroom. I had a different idea going in and the installers weren’t cooperative as far as doing it that way so they ripped off a lot of stuff. It cost me another $800 to have it put back and painted. I wasn’t too pleased about that. It would have been nice to know that things were going to be cut on site instead of all that was done on the edges of the particle board showing. It wasn’t as finished as the little samples that I saw.

Closet World had a special and I got them to put in the doors. They only sent one person, but he did a good job, and the quality is good.

I had a great experience with Closet World in the past. So I got them again but they forgot to put my order in when I placed it and paid for it. We ordered for my master closet and my two daughters’ closets, and another bedroom closet. I paid a deposit and applied for the credit, and was approved for the financing. But the schedule was going to be about three weeks after I moved in. Then I had to make some calls and talked to my rep. They were going to come earlier after all, but they didn’t show up that Friday and Saturday. I paid someone to be there because I was going to be out of town, but they didn’t call me.

Closet World renovated our closet and they did a nice job. We had just a couple of bars in our regular old one and they took that out. They put in shelving, a four-door dresser and double racks for hanging shirts, up and lower. They also put in an 18-inch piece for pants, as well as a little vertical thing for shoes and we can put eight pairs of shoes in it.

I’ve used Closet World in the past and went with them again. I installed basic closets in two bedrooms at my daughter’s condo. The designer was very nice and came over twice, but in hindsight, the design wasn’t really done well. There was also a follow-up after the original installation because they did not bring the right stuff. And I need another because the whole rack is falling down now. My daughter took a picture, and everything’s on the floor. The closet completely fell apart.

We had a customized closet with drawers and shelving for my master bedroom. The designer took measurements and consulted with us as to how we wanted it to turn out but I wasn’t totally happy with her. She didn’t seem to be totally competent. But she had spent so many hours crafting it and planning that we went ahead with her. We thought at that time that maybe she was new.

Closet World came on time, and their service was very nice. I have also used them 15 years ago at my previous house. The closet and garage this time are not in excellent condition, but they are good. The material they used is not that great. The drawer is supposed to be self-closing but it does not self-close sometimes, so I'm not 100% satisfied. The designer was very nice and friendly, and the installer was very excellent and he did the installation very quickly, as well. I had a previous follow up on my master bedroom closet because the jewelry box was not in good condition, so I had to replace it.

Closet World constantly mailed flyers to the neighborhood and I've seen them so many times so I decided to give them a try. They installed counters in my closet and their designer was a very nice and friendly person. But she made a lot of errors with the measurements. The installers had to come twice because the first time they came, there was no way for them to do anything. After they took the shelves and drawers out, they said it wasn't going to work because the measurements were off by so much and I was so disappointed when they told me that. They had to remake and reshape the borders and the frames, then come back again to install that. For their second trip, everything was completed and there were no issues.
