Closet World Reviews

We used Closet World's services before in our previous home in California and we were pleased with the end product. We had them install a Murphy bed and two desk spaces with an overhead cabinet in my upstairs office. Their designers were very helpful and courteous. They cared for our area and cleaned up behind themselves. My office area was on the second level so I felt sorry for the installers carrying the equipment and the materials. I had to give them some water because it was hot. Still, they managed and they were a pleasure to work with.

I had an office done in my home several years ago by Closet World. And since they have a good price and I was satisfied with their work, I went with them again. This time was for my daughter’s home. My understanding was it was going to be a desk with something comparable to what I had in my home. But it just turned out to be a desk. It was probably my fault because I was allowing my daughter to talk with the their rep. Nonetheless, the designer was pleasant. I paid over a $1,000 just for a desk. So subsequently, I had to go out and get the rest finished someplace else. Overall, I wasn’t satisfied with what I received, I wasn’t very satisfied with the customer service and the installers were a day late. I would probably not use them again. I'd tell others to shop around. And where I had the other shelves and things done, someone can do it at a less price and less hassle.

Previously, I used Closet World's services at home to put in closet stuff. More recently, I hired them to give me shelving outside at my workplace where I could have a microwave and put in a sink. I had them install a basic waterproof counter with doors underneath and above it. I had an awesome time working with their designer who drew it out the way I wanted it. Their installers were efficient and though Closet World costs more than other companies, they were quick and everything was done in one appointment.

Closet World's salesperson had it down. I had them install a master bedroom closet made of gray melamine wood. However, we had a few issues when the installation team was here. There was a miscommunication because the board came precut and there was a slight variance in measurement in what was designed. So, their installation team had to come back and fix something. Our needs were resolved after that.

I had Closet World install 3 small cabinets and a little piece of pegboard. They go above the car in the garage. An old lady who was in her late 70s came here and I asked her if I could have a military discount. She said "Yes. I will give you a military discount" but she didn't. $2,000 for the cabinets I got was not a good price at all. Furthermore, the military discount was not in any of the paperwork and so I'm kind of mad. The paperwork should say military discount if they gave me one.

The salesperson said she was put one closet on hold since it was still under construction and just do the other. That did not happen. They installed both and now are refusing to remove the one in the unfinished room. It’s their fault!! The room still need flooring and paint!!! The salesperson was concerned about her sale. The people at the office want to charge me to remove it. Don’t use them. I’m spreading the word. Be warned!!

We had Closet World do a big closet which is almost over 350 square feet and one small closet, living room and loft entertainment centers, and some cabinet wall in my office. I was a bit leery about the designer at the beginning, but after she sat about three hours, she convinced me that the product and the design were good. We made some designs and got it all taken care of in five hours. So it happened quickly. I had a much better experience with the installer. Everything was done greatly.

The designer knew exactly what I wanted and she drew it real fast. The installers did a great job with the bedroom closet, and it was completed properly. They were very efficient and very quick. I highly recommend Closer World.

We got quotes from two different companies and they were kind of similar. Closet World's install day was first and because of that, I decided to go with them. The designer was really nice. However, when it got installed, I was really disappointed. It was very way overpriced for the material that they used. They charged me almost $2000 and it looks like bunch of shelves that you buy from Home Depot. I wanna make two other closets for myself and I would never use them.

Closet World has been around forever. I had them install a closet and everybody was professional and quick. I’d recommend them.

Closet World's reviews were good and their prices were less expensive. We had talked to California Closets and it appeared that they used the same products, but we'd be paying for their advertising and their fancy showroom. We did a master closet in our bedroom and the Closet World designer was wonderful. She was very efficient and she knew her stuff. She came in, walked us through everything and was able to quickly pull up the dimensions and give us a price quote. The installers were also really efficient, clean, neat and orderly. They worked and were out quickly. Everything turned out fine. In fact, our neighbors also had Closet World after we did.

We had White Melamine closets installed by Closet World. Their designer was a very nice guy. He had good knowledge of the product and the designs that were to be used seemed appropriate. Thereafter, installation went as well as expected. The technicians who came in to perform the installation were very kind, professional, and made sure that we had no concerns. As installation was going on, they made sure that we were agreeable to the work. Also, the quality of the material seemed appropriate for what we knew was going in. While it's not your high-end hardwood closet, it’s definitely a sturdy material that should last. Closet World did a great job.

I had Closet World install products for my garage. There were shelvings and cupboards. Their designer was really good. I was kidding her at one time because she was saying that I had to sign up right then and so I replied that there was a saying that people aren't supposed to go with companies that say such things. She then replied that she wasn't pressuring me or anything. Thereafter, installation was wonderful. The man who did it was a real joy to work with. He was very neat and he cleaned up after himself.

Closet World was the first one to talk with us for the closet. I have a large master closet, so we did drawers, tie rack, belt rack, angled shelves for my shoes. The designer was pretty good. There were a few things that I thought were a little unprofessional though because by the end of it, I knew more about her family than I did about my family members. There was kind of an awkward conversation.

Closet World had some good discounts, so I decided to use them. I had them install some of their products in the walk-in closet and the master bedroom. The designer came to our home and did the design. I found it very easy and I was very happy with that. The installation also went very well. But I did not get much for the money that I spent. It was not a good deal and I won’t be going again with Closet World in the future.

Closet World's representative was very professional, courteous, on time, and was trying to get us a good deal. And I felt that she had an interest in making my experience a good one, so she was very helpful in making my decision to go with Closet World. We had a garage closet installed. The installers came and installed, they cleaned up, and then we signed off. The work was good. The design of it was not exactly what I had imagined, but it works fine. After seeing it, I would have designed it differently. I wanted my car to be able to go underneath the cabinet. My car is still not able to go under it because the long part of it is too far over to the left. But I didn’t think there was anything they can do about it. And so, if someone asks about Closet World, I'd tell them to be very clear in what they're looking for and what they need because it's not always interpreted correctly.

We had reached out to Closet World some time ago for a quote and then ended up not going with them, but we get circular ads in the mail and I have friends who have used them in the past. We had them do garage cabinets and the designer was pretty direct, clear, concise and easy to understand. They were also thorough and had good follow-up. The installers got the timeframe confirmed, then they showed up within that and completed the work. It was pretty straightforward and painless. It was a good experience.

I had gray wood shelves and a master bedroom closet installed by Closet World. The installation went smoothly but then Closet World's guys ended up mis-measuring something. Still, they dealt with it and they compensated me immediately for the mistake by reimbursing me for materials that weren't needed. I liked their designer and how well he handled the situation. Overall, the work was of good quality.

Closet World's price was decent so I decided to work with them. I had them install some drawers, hanging shelves as well as places for hangers in a closet. Their designer was pleasant. However, there were a couple of things that she missed. She did not indicate where we had pipes on the wall for the installer to notch out to allow these pipes to be visible. So, that resulted in additional time wherein their installer had to be at our place. Also, our closet wound up a little taller than I thought it was going to be.

I first called California Closets because I noticed that they had a location in Sta. Monica where I'm based. Their rep came out and told me it was going to be $5,000 for the closet and that wasn't including the sliding doors that I wanted. She said that for sliding doors, it was going to be another $5,000 for the sliding doors. I was like "What, ten?" and then she said that sliding doors were not their speciality. Furthermore, they only had two choices for sliding doors that were not cool and I didn't even like the styles of them. I decided California Closets' price was way too much and I called Closet World.

Closet World is easy to do business with, and they get the job done fast. We had a bedroom closet done and for it being particle board, it looks really nice. The installation was real quick and the team who did it was very professional. The designer was very friendly too. We're having something else done with Closet World again.

My existing house had really nice closets in other rooms. I wanted to do something professional so I called Closet World. Chris, their designer came in and he helped me with whatever I wanted. I already had what I needed in mind so I told him and he was able to find the right cabinets and right models in the books. He drew it out for me and got my consent that those were what I wanted.

We got a Closet World coupon, so I called to see if they were competitive. And they were twice as much as the other estimates I got. Still, we ended up going with Closet World because it’s a really busy time for construction in Las Vegas and the first vendor who I had used before was not able to get back to me in time and I had to take what I could get.

Upon calling Closet World, I got an immediate callback and their designer, Amy, came the next day. She was able to design whatever I needed and so I chose to work with them. Our garage is now a dance studio so I needed a closet to keep my dance costumes. Amy was able to design it in a way that I can put in all of my company's costumes in there without bugs or dust coming in. Additionally, I needed a shoe cabinet to fit without it showing.

This company by far is the worst company to deal with. Sales staff doesn't follow through with their designs to installation. If you have issues you have to contact customer care and go through your entire issues all over to every new person you talk to. My design for my closet I was told was quality and that it was not. The drawers wobble and was suppose to be soft closing and were not and same with the hamper. I was told I would have lots of room for my shoes and showed her all my shoes and I have NO ROOM. I cannot even put my shoes in my closet. The design also was not installed per design as I couldn't see the last 2 feet of my closet on one side upper and bottom. I called to have these fixed and they wouldn't fix the drawers or hamper so I had them removed which 2 drawers and a hamper only costs 369.00 which isn't true but that is what they said. This processes took many days of them coming out and wasting my time.

I had a closet changed in the hall by Closet World. One half was as a coat closet and the other half was with upper shelves for the upper part of wine storage. I also had them do a complete closet in the master bedroom. Their designer, Cynthia, was prompt and on time. However, the installation was a nightmare. The installers had to come back four times to do the job. There was a misunderstanding of the prep. I called the day that my painter was here to prepare the whole closet and I asked that day if he needed to do anything in the master closet because the shells and the rod needed to be removed. They then said that Closet World takes care of that.

Closet World offered a deal that was much better than two other competing closet companies. Furthermore, their designer was fast and one of their installers was quite experienced. We got them to install soft tap drawers in a standard closet. A shoe section was added as well as a dirty clothes hamper. Now, I got plenty of space all set up for hanging clothes. The closet came out pretty good and I'm happy with it.

I liked Closet World's pricing and so I had them install a walk-in closet for me. My designer was very knowledgeable about the available products and was able to design a closet that fits our needs. Also, their installation team was there at the scheduled time, installed it on the same day and was able to answer all the questions that I had. With Closet World, I had different options and a designer who met my needs as far as scheduling in days was concerned. Their availability was great.

I've been a Closet World customer for 12 years now. And if I need something, I don’t go anywhere else except Closet World. This time, I asked them to add a top shelf in my closet. Their designer was very nice and parts ordered are on time. Everything was perfect.

We liked Closet World's combination of customer service and willingness to work with us in terms of pricing. We had them install a part of a walk-in closet and add some hanger and drawer space. We had multiple design changes over the course of multiple conversations with their designer, Craig. He was more than willing to work with us on any design change that we had. That was amazing and I felt that he went out of his way to do that for us.

I called two companies and Closet World got back to me first. Plus, my sister used to work for them, so, I went ahead and hired them. Linda, their designer, was great. I told her and showed her what I needed, then she came up with the design and worked really well for what I needed. We had them do three garage organizer cabinets. We also converted a closet downstairs into a pantry because our kitchen is so small we needed additional storage. There was this closet that was tucked underneath the stairs and instead of being a closet, which was a waste of space, Linda helped design and change it into a pantry which could hold the additional appliances like the blender and food processor because that was the storage we needed. Then we had three bedroom closets organized, a master bedroom and two regular bedrooms.

We saw an ad in the newspaper about Closet World saying that it was 40% off on installation and materials so we decided to work with them. They did two closets for us. First, they did my son's closet and then our master closet. Their designer came out and did a good job of doing the plan for it. He had a helper outside cutting his stuff. He was in there measuring. I called my contractor to come out and he followed the plan accordingly. It was all-white and it looked great.

We just bought a house and we had a big closet that wasn’t very functional. So we had very basic shelves and rod done by Closet World to hang and put things on. Everything was great. The installer was super nice and he worked for many hours on his own. But at the end of the installation day, I was notified for the first time that they had to remove my baseboard and the installer told me that there was an option to do the notching prior to installation so they wouldn’t have to do it. So I was locked with the predicament of either further delaying and paying more money to do all the notching or just getting it done.

We had two cabinets installed. We also had them install a shelf between a desk only it was just like a platform. Overall, we had a pleasant experience working with their designer who was very straightforward and business-like. My husband has been quite happy with the cabinets and overall, we're happy with Closet World.

I had gone with another company before and I wasn't completely satisfied. I needed some additional help and I needed to do another room, and Closet World had a discount with free installation which motivated me to call them. The designer was great and knowledgeable. However, the biggest complaint that I have is once you meet that person, you basically never see them again. There’s no follow-up and it’s really difficult.

The person who came to us from Closet World was very professional and offered us a good price. So, we had them install a very large closet that had a lot of hanging cupboards and an island all in white. Their designer was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. Furthermore, their installers were excellent and very quick. They did a good job and they cleaned up thereafter. I've remodeled my house and I've had nothing but horrible situations. On the flip side, Closet World was the best and I really liked the overall end product. While I wish the wood that they used was of a nicer quality, I knew I that for the price I was paying, that was what I was getting.

The Closet World designer was good but the installation of the closet door was not so great at all and we’re very disappointed. The mirrors looked like towel mirrors so it's not good quality mirrors and the rail is not as smooth. One is good but another is not and it’s not what they said it was. It was good up until the time they sold it us. When we started pointing out the problems, the installers got annoyed and became standoffish. After that, we're still waiting for them to come reinstall new doors. We're still in the middle of it and they're supposed to come on Monday. We wanted to do our whole house so obviously, not anymore.

Closet World's representative showed me that their pricing was good and she helped me design the closet I wanted within my budget. She was punctual and she was really good at what she does. So, I went with them. The installation was smooth and their installer completed. When I went in, I liked what I saw.

I just bought a house and it didn't have any doors across the closets. Furthermore, it had an open space where it was just the washer, dryer and the water heater. So, when I walked in, that was all I saw. Closet World's guy came out and showed me a few options. They laid down the tracks and I had sliders and mirrored doors installed so I could hide all of that. The process was simple and quick. Working with their designer was a pleasant experience. He was a nice guy, gave me suggestions and told me what the price was. He also told me what it would look like and how long it would take.

I got Closet World to install a garage cabinet and I like it. The designer was good. The installation was good as well, but I wish they could get rid of all the dust on the floor. They cleaned with a small broom and did it abruptly, so I had to clean the floors again. It might have been better if they had used a vacuum.

I used Closet World 15 years ago in my house. I've used them about four times. I build restaurants and so forth, and I had them do a whole walk-in closet system with drawers, shelves and rods. The designer was nice and the installation guy was amazing. We have five, working on sixth, restaurants in San Diego, and the best way I could say it is he was extraordinary. He went above and beyond. There were issues and I was in Europe when these all happened. The designer measured wrong, and they couldn’t do the installation.

I had Closet World install seven storage and bookcases all in one room, and they’re all connected so it makes an L shape I call a den. I’m a magician so I use it as my magic den. And I have 3.5 shelving units to 24-inch deep ones against the back wall. And then, next to the adjoining wall, there are two bookcases and then a last storage unit with a door alongside the 18-inch shelving unit. The Closet World designer was friendly. It wasn’t a huge project. I had storage units in there before and I just wanted it to be more uniformed, and for the most part, she helped me do what I was after. My wife was here during the installation and she said that the people were very nice and did it quickly and she thought that went well.

We had used Closet World six years ago for some work in the garage, and I reached out to them again since I had a good experience before. I had them install some shelves on the existing closets, more like the in-built closets in the house, and then we got a Murphy bed put in the wall. The designer was wonderful. She spent a lot of time on the phone and in person explaining everything. She gave good ideas of what we wanted and some things that we had in mind that would not work out and so on. It was very helpful.

I had three of my closets done by Closet World. Their designer was great until I later found out that when their technicians came to install, they brought the wrong stuff. Their designer then said that generally, people wanted the stuff they brought to she had assumed. The miscommunication she committed was a mess. I had to debit again more money to have the correct item. $6,000 later, I'm completely unhappy and I'm going to have somebody take all that they did and brought out of my house so I can get what I truly wanted.

I had storage closets done in the garage by Closet World and the installation was very poor. There were always mistakes and they had to come back. The doors were not measured correctly and I have to wait weeks to get the doors replaced. I told them that one of the cabinets needs to go above. They said no, it’s going below. They put it down below and it was wrong. I can’t put my car in and I had to wait weeks for an appointment to have them put it up higher. When I would reschedule for them to come back and correct it, it was like they never had anything available for weeks, which was annoying so I had to get nasty. But the designer was really helpful. He went back and informed them that the mistakes needed to be corrected as soon as possible.

I was referred by my parents to Closet World. I had them install a closet and a small shelf in another Closet. Their designer was great. The design she came up with for this one small closet was really efficient and everything she explained came to fruition, so working with her was great. However, we went with a lower end style this time but only because we won't be staying for a long time. Still, I think that it's great that Closet World has different levels of design. When we buy a new home we'll do a better-looking design.

I had used Closet World previously for another job then I saw an ad in the local paper about a 40% discount so I thought it was worth the try. Our walk-in closet had a couple of weird angles so they worked with us to develop the best solution to maximize the space. The designer was super sweet too. She listened to everything that I said and then walked through some better options other than what I had in my head. So it helped because I had this visual of what I wanted but I didn't exactly measure out everything.

My whole experience with Closet World was so bad. I went with them and paid extra cash because I'd get a custom design, but I didn’t get it and that pissed me off. I had something designed in mind, but the designer who they had sent me messed it up and it was a loss of $10,000. I told her my budget and the design, yet she missed a lot of points and just said, "Here you go. This is your design for $10,000." She should have communicated with me that there would be a lot of missing shelves and hangers in that. She even messed up with the color. I asked for white for everything and it ended up being cream-ish white.

I’ve used Closet World in the past and everything was convenient. How they come out to you and then they measure everything worked out so nice. This time they did two closets and a pantry and everything came out perfect. The designer was very nice and had some good ideas. I'm very happy. The installer was very nice too and did a good job. He ran into a little problem but he handled it right away. I didn’t have to wait for anything. He figured it out. It was just a couple of touches weren’t right. I have a heating vent in the closet and the way it was designed was to cover over the heating vent. I didn’t want to so he made a couple adjustments and got it taken care of. That was perfect. I’m getting ready to call again soon ‘cause I have a laundry room that I’m going to beginning a closet put in for. Go use them. Everything works out good.

Closet World had a 40% discount for first time buyers, which was why I decided to go with them. We had three modulars installed in our master bedroom, guest bedroom and office. The closet inserts didn't go all the way up to the top of the ceilings, so the hang bars are at an average level. I'm a tall person and at my height, especially for my shirts and suits, it would have been nice if they had gone all the way up and had more hanging room. I contacted them about it but it would have to be a complete recut of the design because everything was cut to measure. If the salesperson that came out had brought that up to my attention, I would have changed it a little bit and have the entire insert fit the entire closet space. That's a little disappointing because I spent over $3,000 on the closets.

Closet World had a better reputation out in the market over other closet companies and I had them install a His and Her master closet. I had an awesome interaction with their designer. She was knowledgeable. But they ran into a snag during the installation. Their fabrication shop cut some of the boards wrong. They sent it to the site and I checked them before they started installing them and I found out they were wrong. And so they had to send them back and asked their Los Angeles office to redo them and they ended up rescheduling.

The mailer explained and told us what kind of product we would get from Closet World. So, we chose them over other companies. We had shelves and cabinets installed in the master bedroom and other bedrooms of our house. We had a pleasant and very good interaction with their designer. She was great. The installers were also good and prompt. They cleaned up and did everything very well. The quality of their work is good and we are very satisfied with our experience. We'd also tell others to check them out.

I got a contractor buddy who said that Closet World was good, but they're the most expensive. So, I got some different bids for the two walk-in closets and one reach-in closet that I wanted. I still ended up going with Closet World though because I liked their product for the money and there was a sale going on so that helped quite a bit as well. Their designer was very good, very personable, and worked well with me. Then, the installation was pretty quick and easy. The installers did a very good job but they initially only had me down for two closets. So, they had to come back for the third one which was kind of a pain in the butt. They had to order the parts and they came back the next week. They also did not compensate me for the mistake, which was kind of surprising. Other than that, I'm happy with the end products. So far, they're still up and everything is good.

I had some closet work done in a previous home by someone else, back in the Washington, D.C. area, and I was only marginally satisfied with it. So, when Closet World came out and I looked at their options, I liked them a lot and decided to go with them. I also liked the fact that when I was looking for a closet, they had a 40% off and it was enticing.

Everything went well with Closet World. I had three bedroom closets installed with a designer. The installer took a couple of hours to do the job and that was not bad at all. He was also nice enough to remove all the things in my closet that my contractor was supposed to remove before my scheduled appointment. I would recommend Closet World depending on the prices.

I got a coupon for Closet World in the flyers. Also, I found the receipt for the cabinets that had already been installed in one of the rooms in the house. Apparently, the people who used to own it hired Closet World to install the cabinets on half of the wall. Since I wanted to install the other ones and I wanted them to be consistent with the current cabinets, I went with Closet World.

I regularly receive Closet World's advertisement on my mail. And then their 70% off deal was very big so I called them and their sales person, Sarah, came and she was so nice and professional. And finally, I build up a mutual trust with her and I decided to get Closet World's cabinet. I had them install closets on the second floor, the shelf for my floor closet, and I got upper and bottom closets for my garage. Four people came out and two of them will be installing the garage cabinet and then another two of them will install the second floor closets. And I didn’t feel comfortable that before they opened the box and removed all the furniture down the truck, they asked me to pay. One of them told me that it is a company regulation that customers pay first then they start their job. Otherwise, they would go right then and come back when I can pay them. It's terrible. I've been in this country for 22 years and no other company did that to me.

Their designer was also very good and she knew her stuff. When I rearranged the bar, I thought I could use an extra shelf. So, I ordered one and I'm still waiting for it. All in all, my experience was fine and I'd recommend Closet World.

I liked Closet World's scheduling and they were able to come out quickly. Their designer did a simple design and it worked out for what we were looking for. The installation went fine. Everything went according to plan. My experience with them was all positive.

Closet World had the color match that I wanted and also a first-time discount. We had them do a closet in a bedroom and it's working great. The installation crew did a great job. Everything was good the first time and they even reinstalled the baseboards. I would absolutely recommend Closet World.

Closet World was a great experience. They have the best cost. The designer gave me a rundown of everything I needed and was very nice. The installation was also fantastic.

My wife contacted Closet World to do some work. The lady who first came out was a nice lady and talked to my wife exclusively on what she wanted. However, their technician said he was going to be out between 2:00 and 4:00. Then all of a sudden at 4:00 he says that he's doing another job so he wouldn't be here until 5:00. He was here from 5:00 to 7:00 but then the baseboard was just cut at the base and he pieced it back together. My wife wanted to have certain closet spaces designed but I felt it was unfinished and it looked like their guy rushed it. Also, I remember there was some sawdust left from his work. Most guys would bring a portable vacuum or broom to sweep off after they've installed something and this guy didn't do it. I even had some other contractors go. What a hack job. He didn't finish it properly but still, my wife paid Closet World. We aren't happy. I don't recommend them.

I had Closet World do the laundry room and the installation crew did very well. They did their work right the first time and we like how it turned out. Also, the rep did a good job. We're gonna go with them again as soon as we get the pantry done.

I liked Closet World's samples so I went with them. They knew what they were doing. The installation guy was very professional.

I’m a general contractor and we’ve used Closet World a couple of times. In the last time, the experience was perfect. They were in and out, and everything got built just the way I had said. But this time, we are months behind and still waiting on multiple things to be completed. My customer is very involved on this particular job and he is very dissatisfied. When the Closet World team first came, they didn’t come with all the material. It was no biggie, but it was two weeks wait. The customer was also very unhappy with the nailing, the screwing, and patching of screwing holes on the wrong spot. He made a list of what he wants fixed and gave it to them when they came back. And when they were back the second time, they had incorrect material to finish the top shelving so the job is still incomplete and it’s horrible execution on the finishing.

The Closet World designer showed up, assessed all the rooms and measured. She gave some ideas on what would be the best material to use and drew out a layout of the two closet. And then gave me the quote. It was more than I expected to pay. But I didn’t really have anything to measure against because I haven’t checked out any other sources.

I had a closet remodeled and chose to get it done with Closet World after I had seen some reviews. The designer measured everything, explained to us about all the materials that they would use and what we would be paying. It was a good experience. The installer looked very efficient. The installation was scheduled for four hours but he was done in three and a half. I'll recommend them.

We had moved in to a new home and we had three bedrooms with closets. We did the shelving and the interior of the closets. The Closet World designer had been pleasant enough. We felt comfortable with her. We told her what we were looking for and she took a good 20 minutes in the room, probably mapping or drawing it out. Then she quoted us the price. We told her it was a little over what we were looking to spend then she called into the office and got a little bit of a lower rate. Then we moved forward with it. The installers showed up on time and finished the job in one day. Everything looks fine now. We initially were looking for closet doors, not for a design on the interior, but the cost for the doors was almost ridiculously high. So we opted for the designer. We didn’t really need to do that but it helped us organize a little better. I would tell others to try out Closet World, get a quote and see if the price is right for them.

My neighbor used Closet World before and recommended it to me. We had one closet done and the designer was good. She came up with some ideas, we modified them and came up with a good solution between us. And when there was a mistake made during installation the guy came back and fixed it. He figured it out before he left and then he scheduled the time to come back and fix it, and everything went well. I would recommend to give Closet World a try and get an estimate. See if you like them.

I like the sales rep of Closet World. He was just very honest and confident. The installation team was professional and open. But they had to come back because the measurements were wrong. They came back about two weeks later and finished it. And I'm mostly satisfied with the end product.

I'm so disappointed with Closet World that it's just been ridiculous. I had a work done before and that went well. I decided to use them again on a bigger 10,000-dollar job and they were awful. I got my measurement dont and now I'm fighting with them to get a refund back on some work that they didn't do. The designer came out and measured, we agreed upon a measurement, she gave me a price, I gave her 50% and then the 50% when it's done. $1,000 of that was on my husband's Discover card because he was gifting that to me and I told them not to use that Discover card any more. Just a one time $1,000 but they kept trying to use the card. And I sent them cashier's check for the remainder of the 50%.

I had planned some closet for my kids and then I said, “Let me see the first one for my daughter’s room.” I had my daughter’s closet done through Closet World. It is regular white and the installation and the product were good. The installation took 2 hours. I like Closet World but I also had some problems. There are some things left to be fixed but then they didn’t respond because they told me I had already talked with the designer.

I like the idea of a custom product and once I decided on Closet World, I used them for other things right away. Closet World is less expensive than California Closets too. When the Closet World designer came to my home, we discussed what I had in mind and she was able to whip something up right away. She even suggested additional things that I took her up on like additional shelves and a different custom color. She was very knowledgeable.

My experience with Closet World was good. Their price was reasonable compared to other companies so I had them install a walk-in closet, doors and racks. I felt comfortable with their designer and the installers were cool. They finished everything the same day and I'm satisfied, overall.

I thought Closet World previously did my closet, so I called them to get an estimate for my garage. But it turned out that I confused them with someone else. I still ended up having Closet World do our entire garage. Their designer was excellent. She came over, measured, and drew the design. Her name was Renee and we discussed the material, the colors, and the budget. I did have to wait two weeks for installation, which was not first choice. It was not convenient, but I worked around it because I was redoing an entire garage. It was brand new drywall, ceiling, and floors. It was almost like a new construction. But it delayed a lot of things because I had to keep things in storage so I could keep the garage empty. Everybody else delivered on time. My drywall was done, my walls were painted, and the entire garage looked like a brand new canvass.

My experience with Closet World was great. Their pricing was good and I really liked the rep that we worked with. We had our garage redone and we had them install built-in cabinets there. Their designer was great. She came to our house twice, met with me and had drawings. She was professional and friendly. The installation went well. The installers did a good job and I'm very pleased with the end result. Overall, Closet World was timely, communication was great and the people that worked with us for the design did a good job.

I wanted to get a garage cabinet done immediately and I found Closet World to do it. We had big, heavy and customizable shelves on the design. However, I had an issue with the installation. The moment the installation guy came, I told him I wanted another shelf to be near the wall. Initially he said okay, but he kept it on the other side of the wall. I asked him and he said, “Oh that’s what you meant? I did not get it.” Also, they did not even send the document that they would be taking my consent for charging me for the closet. I had to call a couple of times to reach the designer that day. I received a call from her asking why I did not give consent to charge my credit card, and I told her, “This is what was promised and I don’t have it.” She said she’d talk to her manager and she would get back to me, but that did not happen.

We recently had Closet World do a walk-in closet and the designer was fine. However, the installation has been a disaster and it has taken three or four follow up appointments to make it look decent. The installers are pleasant people, but they hardly know what they're doing. I found a piece that l wanted to change yesterday, but I don’t know how much time they need to spend in there. Closet World is really trying to satisfy their customers, but they need to train their installment people better and make a significant increase in the quality of the product because it's falling apart already.

I was very satisfied with Closet World and others would probably get what they need there too. When the designer came over, he spent about half an hour with us. I had already known what I wanted so I drew it out and he put it on whatever paperwork they needed to fill out. He went through a couple of options based on the price that we were willing to spend and came up with a good option. We did a small closet that's in a pantry. It's kind of a bookshelf area under the stairs and the job was done the first time.

I had used Closet World a long time ago, so this time, I reached out to them directly for a project. The designer was good. He knew what he was doing and went over everything. But, it took a while for me to get a date to install. What made it harder was that they only do it during weekdays and that would be nice to know upfront because I didn't remember happening before.

Closet World has cheap price and I had them installed the walk-in closet in master and then the garage. Their designer was okay. She stopped by, measured the area and designed the closet. The first installer was okay but when the second guy came and installed the closet, I didn't like it because the door won't open. I told them to fix it but they said they can't. It was a really bad experience. I talked with the supervisor about the garage cabinet and he said that there's nothing he can do. So, one door is not opening. But they took the money out from my credit card. I know they could fix it. They just don't wanna spend time and money. Overall, I spent 12,000 for it and I'm not happy. If I move, I'm not gonna do my closet with Closet World.

I saw an ad about Closet World that came in the newspaper and they had a special at 40% off. I contacted them and their designer was very efficient. She knew what I wanted right away and designed it quickly. Our session was about 45 minutes long. The installation went well also and didn't take too long either. The installer was very professional when he came in, then he explained what he did and showed me everything. The closet was installed in the front bedroom. I had three hanging shelves and four shelves for folded clothes. I was pretty happy with everything.

Our contractor told us about Closet World and I found the designer to be really good. She’s very responsive and very fast. And although I wasn’t there during the installation of the closet, it looks good to me. It was done in just one session and I’m happy with the service.

I've used Closet World before. I like the fact that their rep did the actual estimate right in my house because I didn't want to wait. The designer was good. I had my garage cabinets done and it was perfect. The installers had to come back because the measurements were off. But the installation and the overall product were good. In fact, I'm having an office and a master closet done tomorrow. I would recommend Closet World.

We had Closet World install a closet with drawers in my son’s room. I told the designer what I was looking for and what I wanted, and that process went well. Their rep was really nice and that’s why I decided to go through with the purchase. However, the ordering never got processed. It wasn’t until I called when I knew that our order was on hold. Once the order was off hold, they said they would contact me to schedule a date for the appointment. But I didn’t get a call until the day before the appointment to get the window of timeframe, and they didn't show at that time.

We had seen other advertisements but my wife had friends who used Closet World in the past and when she was in the construction business, other people used it. We had closets installed in my daughter’s bedroom and one of our spare rooms and they were nice. I actually enjoy them but we’re still debating on whether or not we’re gonna do our master closet because that’s a lot of cash. The designer measured everything when she came and she designed it the way we had in mind so everything was good including the installation and we would recommend.

Closet World was recommended by preferred construction out here. Closet World's sales person really made the process easy for me. I told the designer that we hang a lot of our stuff up and she just got in there with her little sketch pad and said, “This, this, this, this.” And I said, “Yeah, that looks great.” It was easy. She made me want to buy from her. Basically, 80% of the closet was hanging space and shoe shelves. So under each hanging space I had a shoe shelf. And then, I got some additional shelves and three drawers where my husband can put his socks in. The installers did it in one day. However, he was missing four of those little shell pokey things where you put in the hole. He came back first thing in the morning and put it in for me.

Closet World was referred to me by a friend. The rep was very confident and I like the product so I went with them. I had two custom closets installed. One in my masters and one in my daughter’s room, and I’m happy with both. The designer was very nice and knowledgeable and the installation was good. However, they are missing a drawer. They came back the second time and they still didn’t have the right size so I’m still waiting on this one drawer. They’re gonna come back this Friday so I’m assuming it’s gonna be fine then. Other than that, everything else has been great. It was a good experience, overall. My closet was great and I’m very satisfied.

The Closet World lady that was helping out was really nice and very thorough. We had them install a closet with a bunch of shelves near the living room. It's a closet that we use there to organize the room. The installation team was great however, they broke a light fixture. I had sent them the light fixture that they broke and their manager hasn't responded back to me. It's been a couple of weeks now and I'm not really happy about it.

I’ve dealt with Closet World over six years ago. There was a designer that did my first job and I really liked it. However, I’m a little bit questionable about this one as I expected something different to materialize and I was a little upset. I didn’t get the information that I thought I was getting, but my husband explained it to me and I didn’t really have an idea of what I wanted, so I can’t blame anybody but myself. Other than that, the installation was fine and I don’t have any issues.

The designer was awesome and the installation was great. I had closets in the master closet. And then, in my office, I had a wall unit with a desk. I love the way everything turned out. I would recommend Closet World.

I love the walk-in closet organizer and garage cabinetry that were put in. I just wish Closet World had given me some additional info before some things had been done. They need to tell you a couple of days before the install that you should hire a handyman to come out and take down the existing shelving that's in the closet, and to do the repair work and the paint so that when they come to hang the closet organizer thing, that's all done. Because now, whoever I hire, if I do it myself, I have to work around the unit and it would've been easier to have it done before.

The first time I used Closet World was perfect and I was really happy. It was seamless and we had great communication. There were 2 guys and they were really on it. They were really good, professional and were in and out in an hour. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it. They did a beautiful job. And since the first time went so well, I felt confident to use them a second time. So a month later, I called them back and told them that I wanted them to do another job for me.

The Closer World designer I worked with was wonderful. We communicated a lot of things, too, which was good. It made it more personal and it was nice. They installed a closet in the master bedroom and they did the hanging bars and shelves and the installation went very well and smooth. It took a hair over two hours and the guy was excellent and very professional. He listened and made me comfortable. Closet World listened to what I wanted and what I expected and it worked out beautifully.

Closet World is one of the most popular brand names and I always come across with it when I do any search or navigation online. I used their services so I could have cabinets in the garage and a cabinet in the walk-in closet. The Closet World designer was very professional, friendly and not pushy. So, I didn't feel the pressure that I had to make the decision or purchase the stuff. The only thing is that there is some discrepancy between the sample that she showed me when she came into our house to do the design and the actual product model. I mentioned it to her so she had her installation team come back and take a look. But the team told me that that is the way it is and there's nothing they can do. They don't know why her sample is different from the actual product.

Closet World's cost was fairer but things could’ve been communicated better from the salesperson to the installation people. The salesperson did not do an effective job in providing guidance in the way that my current closet looked. The previous closet was torn out along with some of the wall then when the guys came in, they just put the closets in there. Nobody said we were gonna need to have a general contractor come in ‘cause you’re gonna be able to see the wall all torn up. Plus we had to have additional work done outside of the services that Closet World did to repair all the damage that was done to the walls and the closet. In addition to that, the installation guy was rude to my husband. He told my husband he looked like crap.

I had shelves installed in an extra room in my home by Closet World. Their designer was amazing. I told her what I needed and she looked at my design. We reached a plan which was more expensive than I intended. Still, she worked with that to make sure it met the price range that I was going for. The installation process was really fast and their installers were very professional. There was a flooring issue with the room which the gentleman on their installation team pointed out. He asked me if I wanted him to continue the project or if I wanted to repair the issue before he proceeded. That was very helpful.

I thought that Closet World would do well, but with my experience, I don't wanna recommend them. I paid for a shoe closet, and only size 6 footwear would fit in there. It took two months for literally $8,000. The product is fine, but the designer, supervisor, and installing team need to be more professional. Schedules are horrible and the designer that came measured it wrong. And then the supervisor didn't communicate, so they ruined the whole job. They never contact me and they avoid my phone call. They say, "I don't know. Talk to the supervisor." It was so stressful during that period. It was like a nightmare and I just wanted to get it over with.

I spoke to one of my co-workers who said she had some work done and that was when I called Closet World. The designer was great and very knowledgeable. I was a little apprehensive about the design but he helped put me at ease. And I'm so glad that the installers said they would be in within a certain amount of time and they were. They were very professional. They installed a closet organizer in the master bedroom and they took two hours which surprised me. Everybody said what they were gonna do and they did it. So I'm very impressed by that. I had a pleasant experience, I would return it if it wasn't, and I would definitely recommend them.

I looked through Closet World's products and I found one that I liked. It was a mirrored closet with a two-door system. The designer was excellent. She knew the products and she was efficient in and out. And I ordered it on the spot. But the installation wasn't so good. There was a concrete floor and they brought screws to put the bottom track in and they banged up the piece that runs on the floor. So I had to call them and ask them to come out and replace that piece which they did nicely. They had to drill into the concrete and use different type of screw to attach the runner to the floor. So if you have a concrete floor tell them ahead of time. But outside that things were perfect.

We installed a closet in the bedroom through Closet World. We had a person from Closet World come in. She was really nice and she explained a lot. She designed the closet and helped us to get the price down as well by reducing the number of doors. However, I was surprised there was only one installer and he did everything. He took our old stuff in there and put the new one in, and he did a great job. It's nice. Overall, our experience with Closet World was all good. I was surprised to see that I had a loan account opened with Wells Fargo. So, a few days ago I set up an automatic payment in this account. I'd tell my friends, if they want a nice closet, Closet World is one of the sources to go to. They will design one and put one in.

I had heard about Closet World for years and they had a reputation. I was browsing online and I wanted to at least get a quote. The designer came to the house multiple times, did the measurements and did the quote. Then she had to redo something so she came back. She was very good and she was very easy to work with. One hiccup was in the understanding as to what time the installers would be here. They gave us time ranges and the second time they had to come back, it was a two-day project. When I called up and asked why they weren't here, I was told that they were supposed to be here within a window of time that was different from what we were originally told. But they ended up coming and they were fine.

When I first moved here a year ago, I saw an advertisement for Closet World and I had them come out and look at my bedrooms. But the price was so high so I passed on that and went with Closet Factory for those. Then a few months ago, there was another flyer in the mail saying 50% off Closet World. At this point, I could afford it. So, I called them to give me an estimate on the garage storage and decided to go with them. It was installed a couple of weeks ago and there was a flaw on one of the doors but they replaced that yesterday.

We have an architecture firm and we use Closet World's services. Our clients also use them a lot for their closets in their kitchens, garages, and pantries. My husband and I have little wall closets in our house and we had those done by Closet World. Their designer was great. She came around on a Saturday because we have three little ones. She took all the measurements and had her first stab at it. Then, we went through all the finishes and haggled out how we wanted to store everything.

From start to finish, they were great. There were not a lot of companies that could do sliding glass door, and my parent told me Closet World does something that has to do with the closet so we gave them a call and they said that they do them. The designer had good ideas and she was very attentive and helped us out with finding the right products for our house. She was awesome. The installation crew was also nice, very thoughtful and respectful. We have a "Remove your shoe" sign before you come in the house. They took their shoes off and I told them not to. I really like them. Closet World did a perfect job for the sliding mirror closet door. We’re very pleased. And we thought it was gonna take forever to get the closet door but it got done fast.

The designer that we had was awesome. But when they came out to install on one of the closet in the garage, the measurements were off, so I'm waiting on a refund. And they were three hours late. My house was under construction so I wasn’t living here at the time of the installation. I was living in my other home in Victorville. I liked to get out of here about six but because they were late they asked me if I could stay as late as possible so they can finish the work but they wind up coming the next day and I had to stay two hours later than I wanted to. Also, one of the installers took a poop in my toilet and didn’t tell us it clogged. Luckily, before we left home my husband checked everything and caught it. So we had to fix that which kept us here another two hours. I called Closet World the next day and complained and told them not to send that installer back to my house. So the next day they sent someone else.

The Closet World salesperson was very good. He insisted that Closet World stands behind their product, delivers on time and their product is very durable and the price was reasonable. The designer was knowledgeable and courteous and I will definitely recommend him. However, I will not recommend Closet World. I had them install cabinets in my laundry room, and do my closet. But the installation was a disaster from day one. They told me they were showing for a certain day between 9:00 and 10:00. I took a half day off but at 11:00, they were still not there. I kept calling. They said they were on their way. At 12:00 noon, the guy told me that actually, they were not coming at all because there was an emergency and so they had to reschedule. By then, I already emptied all my closets. Everything was all over the house. So it was a nightmare. The house was a mess. Not only that, they couldn’t reschedule right away. They scheduled five days later.

I made a deposit for Closet World and the first day that we scheduled they came with all the wrong equipment which made me miss a whole day of work so I was upset. I talked to the manager that day and he apologized. He assured me he would make those changes. They came with bookcases and I was supposed to have shoe cases. He said that the representative that had wrote me up and signed me up me up wasn’t clear but that he was gonna correct it. I also didn’t get everything that I was promised because the representative showed me different things and when the stuff came here it wasn’t at the quality of what I was being shown. So I feel like I was deceived. And at that point I had already purchased things and emptied out my house for them.

Closet World seemed like a larger company. I had them do their basic system for our master bedroom closet. The designer was fine, friendly and not pushy. He seemed knowledgeable during the consultation about what we were looking for and reflecting that in the design. The installation was good as well. The installers were professional, courteous and quick working, but seemed thorough. They were making sure that we were happy with everything.

I didn't know of anybody else to go with and the Closet World flyers came through the mail. They caught my eye and it happened to work out. When the sales person came, she was there on time. It was raining that day and we met where she wanted to because we were working in the garage. I was talking about a closet and she just set herself up before saying, "You know we can help with the thing also." I'm quite sure we're gonna get together again. Plus, she can design a closet for me. Lee was really great and she left a major impression on me. She knew what she was doing and was able to make adjustments and sell future products. She was a knowledgeable person.

Closet World had good pricing for the quality and our interaction with the designer was very good. Closet World put in two walk-in closets and three closets with folding doors and they did everything in one day. All is good including with the installation crew and the woman, who was our salesperson, was great. She went above and beyond.

My contractor mentioned Closet World and I saw it online. I had experience with Easy Closets. That’s a company that you order online and they had brought was inferior in quality, and I liked Janine, the sales rep from Closet World. She’s very nice. I had a master bedroom closet installed. It’s 22 linear feet, a premium white melamine, and the tower was rounded edges. In the end I changed Janine's design. She didn’t make it wider. I don’t know if this is how they were told to do it so the pricing is high but they were making it fairly narrow about 24 inches each. I prefer 36 inches that has less panels and wider space in the closet.

I used Closet World years ago and then I used them again to install three closets with doors. The designer was good, nice and sweet. She helped me with what I wanted and she gave me options. The installation was also quick and easy. But the bottom of the closet broke and the locks were undone. So I need to call them to follow-up on that. I'm also a little unsatisfied with the drawers. Every one has a problem. But I was told that I could go somewhere to get a sturdier drawer catch on it, just to pick up the least expensive one. Also, the drawers were too deep for me. I should have gotten four drawers instead of the three. Otherwise, the quality is okay.

I found Closet World in the weekly magazines, they looked good and they had 40% off so I said, “Might as well.” We converted the whole room to closets and it was great. The designer was amazing and because of him, we wanted it more. He was good and helpful and it was a very good experience. The installers came in, finished in a very quick, clean and sharp manner and then, they left. Everything was okay after that and I would highly recommend them.

I’ve been talking to Closet World for almost three years. We were constructing a new home and once we were done with the house, then we started making garage cabinets. We got it from Closet World as there was a discount when you buy it. We got it for me and my father in-law, but mine went wrong. They damaged the water pipe. They didn’t check on that and they thought that it was not there so they kept going until they hit the pipe. So there was a water spill and everything is damaged over there. They still have to repair that whole part of the garage. Other than that, the closets are looking good. From all the places I’ve seen miters as far as the closet from the dark cabinets, theirs was very good. The designer was also very good. She helped us go with a very good design. I like Closet World, which was why I recommended to my father in-law who already has the cabinets.

We got a Closet World flyer in the mail for 40% off. It also said there was a free installation. It all sounded well to have them come out and give me a price. Also, I had already priced the project myself, looking at buying the cabinets on Amazon, so I had a good idea what materials were gonna cost. I had Closet World install garage cabinets that are about 42 inches wide hanging on the wall, as well as a four-foot work bench at the end. The installers were very good. I left them alone and they were done in a few hours. One door had a mark on it so they said they would replace that, and another door was not on the truck so they came back. We were gone for a couple of weeks but we had it all scheduled and they came back the day after we got back. So it was good.

I had four estimates from different closet companies and we had another rep from another company who had nearly the same price but the Closet World designer’s time, effort and follow-up made us go with them. We had them install a closet for the walk-in closet in the master bedroom and we had a great experience. Nick, the installer, explained everything and cleaned up after he left. I would tell my friends that their service and price were good.

Closet World's designer, Toni, has been great. She took her time and answered all my questions. We went through the design two or three times to make sure that it was what I wanted. I had three closets installed by their company. One was a walk-in and the other two were standard closets. Their two installers were great. They came in and focused on what they were doing. I was pleased with their work. However, the measurements for the drawers in the closets were incorrect and so they're remaking the drawers.

I looked at California Closets, Ikea and a couple of other companies. Still, Closet World seemed to have the best price for what we needed at the time. We had them install a closet system and it had two sides to it. It's shaped like a "U" and there are some cabinets in the middle and upper side. Their designer measured and we told him what we wanted. However, we could have communicated a little better as we wanted to move the unit. So, we should have gotten a different product on some of the closet systems.

Closet World's rep came right away and there wasn’t a delay. We also liked the lady who came out and the price was fair, so we didn’t bother getting another price. We had five closets customized then the master closet was 10’ X 14’, which was the side our room, and that was made into a custom closet with shelves and rods and all sorts of things. The designer was great and the installers were wonderful. Tony did a great job, as did his men. We were satisfied with the work and the timing. Everything worked out fine and we were happy with Closet World. We’d also recommend them.

I’ve been using Closet World before. They did a good job installing the cherry wood closet, and there were hangers and a shelf. The product was okay. The designer and the one who installed the closet were good too.

My experience with Closet World was wonderful. I did an estimate and went with them for their pricing. The rep was really good and I really liked him. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. I had them install in my master closet and the installation was good. But they have to come back because a couple of things were missing, like the tie rack and the handle.

We used Closet World back in 2008 when we lived in Pasadena and we were very pleased with the product that they produced. So, when we moved to the desert and it came time to have new closets, we went with them again. We had double hang and long hang as well as some shelving, cabinets, and drawers done. Penny, the designer, had been at this a long time and she worked hard to help us design the closet that we really wanted, so we were pleased with our interaction with her. The installers were also great. My wife called about some drawers that were kind of sticky, but overall we were well satisfied with the product that we received, the work that was done, and the price point. All they did was fair.

For this last job, I looked into several companies and Closet World's prices sounded good. I noticed the installation too. Everything went fine with the designer and the installation experience for the two closets was okay too.

I had a two-person office desk installed by Closet World. The designer was great and she knew what she was talking about. And the installation crew did the supposed to be three-day job in a day. The installation went well for the most part. But they were trying to fit the desk and were pounding on one side which caused gashes in the walls. I hired a painter to fix it and I forked out the bill which they are supposed to cover. Also, there are some small details with the desk that I wasn't too happy about but I'm satisfied with it.

This is my second project with Closet World. Two years before we moved, I asked them to build a cabinet in our garage and a pantry. They were very nice, and they were very flexible with what I wanted. They also gave me a discount, plus an additional discount because my husband is with the military. I also like the way their installers build the projects. It's very easy and fast, and they're very good at communicating. The plan before was to make the cabinet low. But because they saw that the hose for my washing machine was gonna be hit by the cabinet, they asked me if they could bring that up so I wouldn't have a problem in the future, and I said yes. One installer was very pleasant and told me that he could help me put my extra rod in the other cabinet. I have two rods, but one is longer so he cut it for me, and that's why I really appreciate him. I'd recommend them.

Closet World's website was really easy to use. It was easy to get a hold of somebody and the reviews were great for our area. We got built-in desks, shelves and a couple of bookcase units for the office to make it a two-person workable space. The designer was great. She was at the house probably a little bit over an hour with all the options and what we wanted and then she made it work. The installation team were also really fast, really nice and accommodating. They minded their work and were out. It was all fantastic and I would definitely recommend them.

Closet World had a redone work for us in the past and they called to see if we needed any more work done. We had them do our closets, our pantry and our garage. Our designer, this last one that did our pantry, was great. She did exactly what we wanted, just figured it out. She also followed up to see how we liked everything. If anybody needs any closet, I'd refer Closet World.

I liked my Closet World salesperson. She was very honest, easy to work with and talk to. Their pricing was also in line with what we were looking to pay. Out of the quotes that we got, I felt they were the company to go with. They did some simple pantry shelving for us and the installation was very good. Overall, I was happy with the job. If we ever need anything else, I would definitely consider Closet World again.

I had closets put in by Closet World years ago in my garage. This time, we had a hallway closets changed over, took out some racks that we had clothes hanging on and made shelves on one side, and just clothes hanging on the other side. The designer was wonderful and I liked her a lot. We weren’t gonna do the hallway closet. I called her out for something else that we couldn’t do but she talked about that one and it was a great idea. I was happy about her idea and she was great up until installation day. During installation I realized that the shelves in the closet were sitting back five inches from the front of the closet. I thought they were gonna come all the way out to the door, at least farther. They seemed like short shelves and I wasn’t happy about that at the time. So, I called her and left her a message and I never heard back from her, which was really annoying.

We've used Closet World's products once in our ranch property, in our mud room and then again in another home in our garage. In the ranch property, we put in some cedar closet configuration so that we could put linens in without problems. Their designer came out and listened to what we were looking to do. The designer sat down, measured and worked with us to come up with a solution that would work for us specifically in those areas. The installation was very fast and efficient. Their installers were very polite and engaging. We're pleased with the outcome.

A cabinet with shelves, drawers and new velvet layers was installed in my walk-in closet by Closet World. Their designer was very knowledgeable. She was very cool and she knew what she was doing. The screw metals are good and the cabinet is beautiful. However, the installation was not as good. Their crew installed it one Friday. By Saturday morning, the screws were out already. Furthermore, Part B was already on the floor. The little shelf's screws were already off as well. At that point, I just used the remaining part that I could use so that I could get organized. Up until the writing of this review, it's not yet entirely fixed. Now, this problem is delaying me.

I'm a repeat customer of Closet World. More recently, I had them install a closet of mine. Their designer was pleasant and the installation experience was seamless. It took just a few a hours.

I kept getting coupons and mailers and I have a friend who works with Closet World which was a good timing because I needed another closet done for my other bedroom. The Closet World designer was really good, patient, and she gave us a couple of options. She worked with how we would like the closet to be which include factors to be considered like in terms of my husband's height since he's 6'3" and I'm 5'3" and in case we switch bedrooms with my daughter. She asked for our priority, what we really wanna put in the closet, what do we need the closet for, and how would our daughter use the closet moving forward in 5 or 10 years from now. So, it was really customized based on our needs.

Closet World was one of the vendors that was listed in our database when I was looking at possible vendors to work with and trying to do a closet renovation in one of our offices. It was fairly easy with the designer. He was very good about following up and checking to see where we were at in terms of decision making and what we have decided. And whenever he said he would call me on a certain day or date, he would always be so on. Communication was very good and the timeframe they gave us in terms of when the crew would be arriving was quite accurate. We had two people come in to do the installation and they were done within four hours. They were done before the end of the business day or by the time we had to close. Everything went really well and we had no issues which I appreciated.

I had Closet World install a bedroom closet, wall-to-wall, for the master bedroom and it went fine. I had four or five quotes from different companies and I liked Closet World's price. The designer was great. She worked with me to figure out a design that met my needs and at its price point that I was comfortable with. They did a good job. The only thing I’m not satisfied with is the constant marketing calls afterwards. But otherwise, the product is great. I like it.

Closet World was great and their price point was good. I learned about them from a friend and I got them to install three closets for me. Their installer came in late and he worked till 9 o'clock. Then he came back to work again the next day morning. The work was supposed to be done in one day, but it took two days for him. Luckily, I had two days work from home, so it was okay. Other than that, their designer, Audra, was good and she was able to complete my requirements in a nice manner. I was able to negotiate with her and I really liked her. I even recommended one of my other friend to her who's getting her closet done this Friday.

Closet World's installer left a mess on my porch and the closet itself is really flimsy. He put anchors on a couple of them but then he should have put anchors on all so that the closet would be firmer and more attached to the wall. Furthermore, he complained a lot that he needed help and that Closet World wasn't going to send him any because they felt that he could do it all by himself.

I had Closet World configure the inside of a closet in my bedroom. They added some drawers, shelves for shoes and a couple of racks for me to hang up my clothes. Their designer was someone who had worked for a window company which did my house windows years ago and we remembered each other. She was very nice. Also, I had a good installation experience with them. The guy came and the installation was quick and clean. However, I noticed that one of the shelves might be coming unglued.

It's the third time we got stuff from Closet World. It's very easy for me to design. The designer is good and also, we can can get help financially. Very good service. We had a closet installed in the bedroom and the installers were very good. We had a little problem because they pushed the installation to finish the day. But after we asked, the manager helped. I'm very satisfied with my experience with Closet World.

We had Closet World put some cabinets in our garage. We liked their announcement and their pricing. The designer was very good, very professional, and got me what I needed. So, it worked out and the installation went very well. And I had a problem when one of the units fell down, and they immediately fixed it and replaced it.

My parents used Closet World and I liked that they could come out for an appointment right away. They installed a two bi-fold door closet. In the center, there's drawers. On the left, there’s an upper and a lower hanging. And on the right, it’s all shelving. I like the design. The designer was great. She was friendly. She didn’t take too long and didn’t take too short. She showed up on time. My only complaint is when the first time we had an install schedule, they were a no-show. It took four days for them to reschedule and actually come out. But when the installers came, they were quick and professional, and they picked up. Just be careful on the install date. They also didn't show up on my mother's.

I needed a new closet because all of my shelving and everything caved in to my closet. I had a friend who had a good experience with Closet World and recommended them to me. I showed the Closet World designer the closet and I asked here to make sure that I'll have enough space to hang up some dresses. I have lots of shirts and pants. And then I wanted a section for shoes and fold-ups, so she gave me a pen and got that made with everything on it. It took her less than 30 minutes to do that. We were able to negotiate a price. I signed the contract, scheduled an appointment, and then the installer came out.

I had some of Closet World's ads in the mail and I decided to try them. I got them to install a few closets in the garage and in another room for me. Their designer and installers were good. And if there was any problem, they were very ready to replace it. All in all, I would tell others to go for Closet World because they are professional.

Closet World did a good job, and I had used them in the past. However, there is a scratch mark on the outside of the closet that they installed that they did not fix. I tried reaching out, but I have not followed up yet. But, the management and coordination really needed improvement. Trying to get them to give me a price took six months. And then once they came in, they came in with the wrong furniture. And then they had to go back, and then come back again. So, I lost a day. But, other than those, everything is okay. The guys who came to install it were good, too. It’s an okay company, but it is not the best. Be cautious and be careful how you deal with them.

Closet World has a better price compared to the price I got from a different person, which was outrageous. Everybody at Closet World did a good job. My garage closet was beautiful. It's white and it looks organized. So, I'm very pleased with it. My experience with Closet World was wonderful. I would tell a friend that they did a professional job and that they should go with them.

Closet World was cheaper. I had them install a built-in closet on two walls in one room three months ago. The designer Paul designed the closet for me and I signed off on it. Then, when the installer came, Paul had made a mistake, so the design was not gonna work at all. We then had to contact the office here, and they had to redesign it for me on the fly and emailed over the new design for the installer. It was messed up, but it turned out okay. It was done on one day via email and phone. The quality of the work was good, but it could have been a little better. Nevertheless, they accommodated my timeframe, so that was good.

I used Closet World about 15 years ago and I liked the work that they did. That time, I had work inside done inside and this time, it was outside in the garage. The designer was knowledgeable and my experience dealing with her was nice. The installation was great too. Two guys came out and they were on time. They put the products in and it all went well. I’m happy that they came out and did what they said they were going to do. It was good having them to come back again.

I moved into my brand new place here in Los Angeles and purchased a lot of brand new furniture and I needed my desk. I was gonna have my son’s neighbor do it for me, but he lives in San Diego so it was taking forever. I knew what I wanted so when I saw Closet World, I gave them a call and a gal came over and measured my wall and showed me what she could do. It was a little more expensive than what I thought it would be, but they could do it for me within two weeks. And they came in here, got it done and it was fabulous. But the place I’m in right now has maintenance issues and I’ve been talking to the apartment management to move me into a new one and I will need someone to dismantle and reinstall this desk. Closet World said that they don’t do that, so I’ll have a professional company do it instead. But other than that, I would recommend them.

Closet World has great price and excellent quality, and it was the best deal that I found. So, I had them install a closet system in a white finish. Their designer was good. He was extremely responsive and really knowledgeable. We had some changes back and forth and he was really quick to make those changes and then revised the quote. I really appreciated working with him. The installation guys were great. They were really clean, very polite, very quiet and they did an excellent job. I was really, really happy with my closet.

My project was almost $6000 but I don't think Closet World took their time with the way that they cut the materials at the plant before they shipped them. I think Closet World is mass-producing a lot and quality control is probably not on the forefront of their mind. So, that was a little disappointing, and I was a little underwhelmed. They did offer to come and fix whatever for me, but I just didn’t want to deal with it. So I didn’t call back because I wasn’t really sure what they were gonna do to make it any better. It was not horrible, but just little things here and there that I thought could’ve been done better. And it wasn’t the installers’ fault.

I was turning my dining room into a huge walk-in closet and my decorator suggested Closet World. I had a double island installed in the middle and it is dreamy. I have low and tall racks, glass shelving, as well as things to display my purses and my shoes. But my husband and I were both unsatisfied with the installation. It looked a little supbar in my department. The glass on the doors that open up to display all my handbags was really rickety. There were some other things that didn't seem really beefy enough for paying almost $15000. So we had to call them back. The people were certainly nice and they stand behind their product but they beat around the bush a little bit. I hated to have to call them 28 million times to say something was rickety or to ask if they could come back and do something.

Closet World was referred by a friend and I had shelving, shoe closets, racks and drawers installed. Dealing with the designer was fine but I was not impressed with everything they built. I lost a lot of hanging space so there could have been a better design. She was at my house for three hours so it was a little awkward to have her there sketching it out on a piece of paper versus going back to an office and doing it on the computer and getting a better idea of a layout and the measurements. Also, I would’ve thought more options would be available.

I was looking for a cabinet for our garage and I saw Closet World online. I saw the reviews and there weren't many companies who do cabinets for garages so I went with them. Their designer was very positive. She helped me design how I wanted the cabinet. She was really good. My dad was present when their installation crew was there and he said that they were very polite. I'm happy with the project and I recommend Closet World.

We've used Closet World a number of years ago. When we got a different house, we got beds from three different people and I was impressed by Closet World's design. Recently, we had them work on one of our master walk-in closets and I was very happy with the installation and their follow through. They were very professional. I had one guy show up and he was done in about the time he was gonna be done. There was one minor issue and he came back two days later to replace one of the drawer phases. I'm very happy with the quality of the products and we're gonna have a second closet installed probably in May. I'd also recommend Closet World to any of my friends.

Closet World was great. We went to them because the closet was 50% off. When I first initiated them the price was much higher and when they came back and called me they gave me a different price and it was good so I selected them. I had a wall unit and a storage for a pantry closet. The designer was great and they have good customer service. He explained everything of what he was doing. And the installation was very fast, very nice and very neat. They vacuumed up everything. I love the unit and it looks nice. If my friends are going to need units like that I would tell them it’s a good experience and a good price.

We have had three closets done by Closet World. The designer was fine and I was very happy with what I got and I'm happy with the timely manner that things were taken care of. We first discussed things, and then she drew something out and it looked good. And I said, “Well, let’s put the shelves here and the racks there.” And then that was it. I was happy with the installer, too. I’m very happy with them.

We got the new triple closet drawers and then we had shelving put in as well. The Closet World designer was very professional, thorough and easy to get a hold of. The installation was really good too. It was just one day. Everything was done pretty well and I like the closet.

The beginning with Closet World was good but once they got the work done, there was no follow-up at all. There were two shelves missing and the installer told me that he would let them know and I would be getting it in a shipment within two to four weeks, but the deadline has crossed. In the meantime, I reached out to the designer and she said that she couldn't figure it out from the picture I sent even though it was quite visible. I gave her the receipt from the installer showing that two shelves are missing and she said she would follow up. She took more than a week to follow up and then she told me to email the issue to Closet World customer service.

I had Closet World install a pantry and the designer was very nice which is why I went into this. But I’ve been talking to the guy to come and fix one of the things that didn’t give me enough space to put some stuff on top of the pantry. I told Cheryl, the lady who helped me with this that I need some space for storage because I have a big gap in there, so I can put my paper towels. She told me that she will tell the guy to make the last shelf small so I can put my stuff in there. I called three times. We made a date because my husband was there and he never came. I want to call her again since she asked me to call her back if they don’t come but I’m very busy and they haven’t done anything so I’m not happy with that. I want them to fix my stuff and not waste my time. I thought it was going to be a good experience but it was expensive and not of good quality so I will not recommend to anybody else.

Closet World advertising a 40% off sale which I suspect is their normal sale. But I thought a reasonable price. I got a portable closet with a particle board and white laminate over it with poles. The designer was pleasant and cool. He drew up a design, gave us a quiet and private time to let us decide if we wanted it. And then we said yes.

A co-worker got an estimate from Closet World but he didn't get a job. He told me about them and I had already shopped around for the other closet companies but I decided to go with them. I got installed some partitions inside the closets to organize them then I got some more of a closet outside around my bedroom. I So I had two big closets and a section for shoes done. Their designer had better ideas and I liked the fact that she came out and did everything at the visit. Most of the other companies would get back to you within a day or two and send you a quote online. So, she was able to do it right away and get a decision made on set on the spot.

I had Closet World install some shelving and poles in my main closet. My Closet World designer, David, was great and I really liked him. He maximized my space. He was really knowledgeable and he knew what I wanted. He designed something for me and it was perfect. Closet World had my wrong address, so the installer was lost. So, I told him to call me once he got here and I met him at my house, I opened the door, and I let him do whatever he needed. He called me back, told me it was done and he also told me to look and make sure everything was done to my liking. And I looked and everything looked great. He had me sign the form and he left. He was great as well.

Closet World had good pricing, and I really needed to get my closets in the garage. I really like the way they installed it and I liked how it organized my garage space. Our designer was really good, very helpful, and she listened to what we needed and that's what we got. The installation guy had to come in three times, but it was okay. He missed the shelf in one of them and had to bring it again. And then, we had a concern because it was installed on the wall, and we needed a better explanation for that. But he was able to bring something to install on the bottom. Closet World has met my expectations.

There were a lot of miscommunication and errors when I hired Closet World to build me a closet with hanging bars, shelves, and drawers. Their designer made a lot of mistakes. She didn't measure correctly and promised that I would have certain things added which the installers didn't have when they came out. She gave me the wrong color, too. I ordered white and she gave me almond. She also didn't quote me correctly then came back and said that I had to pay more money after I already signed the contract and put a deposit down.

Closet World had a special signing and we were impressed with all of their pictures, so I contacted them when I bought my new home. Stacy, the designer, came to my home and then we ordered from there. It was because of her that we chase the order but there were a few things were missing from the pictures. The picture had an ironing table that goes by the wall which I liked, but she didn’t tell me that it was not big enough for me to even iron my shirt. I complained about it to a supervisor and then he asked me to send the pictures to him. But there would be too many pictures, so I asked him to send somebody up here so that I could show them the work that was done. He said he would schedule somebody to come in, but it had been two weeks and nobody came.

Closet World was less expensive over another similar company so we had them install two customized closets for the master bedroom. The Closet World designer was very friendly and very fast in getting the plans designed and coming to our house. She made everything very easy. On the other hand, the installers were amazing. They installed it a lot faster than they had told me they were going to take. They were going to do it in two days but they did it in one day. They were very friendly and the installer came back to install a tire rack. I was very satisfied with Closet World and I wouldn’t go with anybody else. I would highly recommend them.

I'm new to the area and we previously used California Closet in Northern California. I thought to try Closet World and see how they do. They looked like they have some big discount and so I tried them. However, it was awful. I didn’t realize what I was getting so it was my fault in many ways. I was expecting from the quality of the closets of California Closet, and what I received was something that I could have purchased from Home Depot. So, we ended up upgrading the door and cabinet. It just looked very cheap. The wood front face of the doors of the actual drawer’s doors were glued together rather than one solid piece of particle board. They were going to charge us extra for upgrading and I don’t know if they did since I havent looked at my receipt. But the sales person was great and I really like her a lot. I just think that they need to communicate a little bit better particularly when they know that they are working with a previous California Closet person.

We had a master closet and a guest room closet installed by Closet World. The designer was great and very knowledgeable. When she was here, she wrote everything on a piece of paper but she whited out some stuff. But the copy that the installer had was a photocopy of that, and it was the darkest copy ever and so he started asking me questions about what the measurements are supposed to be. And he was going off somebody else, ensuring that the correct item was on the truck.

We used Closet World a few years ago in a different house, and then we had California Closets do some interior work in this house and they pissed me off. So I went with Closet World to do the garage cabinets. The designer's name was Caroline, and she was great. She made everything out perfectly. And I didn't have issues with the installation.

I knew about Closet Work thru a shipper ad in a local new shipper and I chose them because a family member had used them previously. I had them install a custom closet in the master bedroom and it was great. Their designer was really good and she has a very high level of knowledge. She was very respectful of what was necessary. I didn’t feel like she’s trying to push higher end stuff or stuff that we didn’t need. I actually had asked her for more drawers because I knew that we had more stuff in the garage and she was like, “Well, you don’t need more drawers based on what I’ve seen.” On the other hand, the installation was quick and clean. They didn’t do any damage, so no issues there. If I can add one suggestion, they should have a wet mop because it get what's left. He cleaned up all the debris and all that stuff, but there’s still some stuff left.

Closet World was cheaper compared to the other companies and a friend of mine used them, so I hired them to do cabinets in the garage. My Closet World designer was great and she was very helpful. The installers were in and out, and I never even knew they were here. They were very clean. It was a great experience overall.

The Closet World designer who came out for the initial consultation was helpful, knowledgeable and made good suggestions. But the installation process was really aggravating. They brought one of the wrong drawers and the drawer for the laundry portion was damaged, which the installer replaced but with the wrong drawer and then they forgot the shelving. Also, they didn’t measure to make sure the shelving fit so when they came back to install it, they just put the shelves against the wall and didn’t put them in. So I called Harold, the installer, and told him I was frustrated. It was the first stop and it wasn’t done right, so they had to come back twice in one day. But Harold was able to fix it quickly and he did a fine job. Anyone looking into Closet World should proceed with caution.

I found Closet World on the internet and I like the fact that they could do the job in a quick timeframe. Their designer was a little abrasive, but nice. She did what I wanted her to do. I wanted to have additional hanging and shelves and drawers in my closet and they did that for me. Everybody was very nice. The only bad interaction I had was the woman who called me to schedule the installation. We wanted to do it in a timeframe because I was going out of town. She called me and said there was absolutely no way they could do it. I was about to say something and she just hung up. Nevertheless, the designer cleared it off, and we were able to do it in the timeframe that I need it to be done.

We had two closets organized by Closet World for my master bedroom and our entry area in the kitchen. The designer came by one time to answer our questions and to give feedback as well. But that was the last we saw of her and there was no follow-up on her part. She gave me a name of somebody who would do the prepping, but it wasn’t clear in my mind how we were going to accomplish this. So I called and told her that if this guy would do the demolition and painting and Closet World would do the installation, I would be double paying because the demolition was included with the price that she quoted for the new closet. And she said that was just how it is.

We got a few bids from different companies and Closet World had the most cost effective quote. The designer lady came to our house and took all my needs and concern and sketched out a drawing and got us a price. She was really nice. We got them to do two closet organizers and two sets of closet doors. When the installer got here, he told me that there would be an additional $50 to haul away the old stuff which was disappointing because we were never told that before. And so, I had to get on the phone with the sales person and the Closet World people.

I had used Closet World before and this time they did a walk-in closet in my bedroom. Everything went well with the designer. The installation took five hours. It went okay and my interactions with the the installation crew were good. I'd tell friends to go ahead and do their closet project with Closet World.

I liked Closet World based on their online reviews and I found them better than most other closet companies. So, I got an estimate from them for my closet project and I had them install closets in the bedroom and in the garage. The designer I had was good. She gave her suggestions, but she could accommodate our requirements and change the design if needed, so it was pleasant working with her. Also, she wasn't pushy. She gave us the estimate, then gave us all the time to make a choice on the design. I would recommend Closet World and tell friends about my experience with them. It was easy to work with Closet World. The prices could be lowered but were good enough.

My Closet World experience was perfect. The service and personnel were good. The designer was good and the installer was very professional. The walk-in closet installation was quick. The closet was good and strong, and very easy to clean. So far, everything is fine. I will recommend Closet World.

Closet World had a great sale price of 40% off, so I had them install closets in my house in Southern California. I knew their product was awesome, so when I moved to Hampton I didn’t have to shop around and I decided that I wanted Closet World to do my garage here in Las Vegas. The designer was awesome. I told her what I needed and what I wanted, and she measured and said, “This will be perfect.” The gentlemen who installed the closets were friendly and on time. They were very polite and they asked if I had any questions. They knew what they were doing and they just got to it, and they got the work done. I have recommended Closet World to a friend. He was thinking of putting some shelving in his garage and I told him, “You've got to do this. These guys are awesome. Their closets are top-rate."

I had the organized shelving in the bedroom installed by Closet World. The installation guy was very professional. He pretty much knew what he was doing and got in there and got it done. I'd recommend Closet World.

Closet World hard sold me in the house. The designer showed up and did some drawings and pitched me right there. I didn't expect her to do that, and I was just expecting that she would just make some measurements and only be in the house for 30 minutes. They told me that the whole appointment would be from 30 minutes to an hour, but it turned out to be a three hour appointment. I wouldn't have done it If I have known. But she was fine, and I got a closet, some closet shelves, a cabinet, and then a garage cabinet installed.

The Closet World designer was professional and their installers did a fine job. I had a track wall system and some building cabinets on another wall installed and it was done quickly and was clean. But the quality of the product and the product itself was not equivalent to the amount of money spent. I could save a ton more money with another company or even doing it myself.

My experience with Closet World was fine. Everything was timely and they checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was working out. I had used them before at my old house. I wasn't originally gonna use them. We were gonna use our contractor to redo the closets because they had a better quality of work. But my daughter's closet collapsed and we needed to do something more affordable and quick. So, I just called Closet World and we ended up doing two closets and two bedrooms. The designer drew up the specs really quick and explained how the pricing would go. We got a discount for something on the first closet, and then, we got another discount on the second closet because we were adding it to the first order.

The price from Closet World was a lot more pleasing than the first company that gave me a quote but based on the quality, I wasn’t going to lose. Their designer was awesome and really helpful. When she came out, she took measurements right away and sat down with us and showed us what we were going to expect. She really tried to understand what we were envisioning and tried to make it happen. She designed the closet for us and went through the materials and showed us options and accommodated us with anything that we asked for. But, the installation was the worst side of the experience.

I had a closet done from Closet World in my previous home and I had good experience with them so I went again with them. This time around I had them to install cabinets and drawers, shelves, a master closet, and closets in my children's room. The designer was really good, but there was some misunderstanding between him and the person who actually came to install the closets. This happened because we restructured the design with the designer.

My sister-in-law recommended Closet World and my wife went with it. The designer was great. She came out, took her measurements and she showed us what was going on. And then she gave us a price. We had a closet with glass doors and there was so many shelving for shoes, and a closet. We got the standard small closet with sliding doors. And there was three sections to hang clothes as well. The installers were great guys. They were polite and respectable. But I'm not 100% satisfied with the job but half of it was already paid for. There are gaps on the top where it meets the ceiling and also on the back wall. I talked to the guy and he said that our wall and floor could be uneven. But I had a carpenter check before the job started.

Closet World installed a garage system and a closet for us. The designer came over twice, measured and brought the pricing. She was in constant communication and was wonderful. The installation went great and the professionalism of the installers was perfect. Closet World is a great company and has great pricing.

I went online and looked at different reviews of the different types of companies and it seemed like Closet World got the best reviews. So, we got our cabinets from them and had them install it in the garage. The designer came to the house and then we explained to her what we wanted to do. She went out in the garage and she spent almost an hour out there making her sketches and her drawings fit exactly to what we wanted and how it would look. And then, we went over everything and price, and we had to go back and forth and negotiate with the price. She had to get her manager involved to get it down to where we wanted it to be. The installers came, I led them to the garage and they did the work which took around three hours. I'd recommend Closet World. They have good service and I'm happy with the product. And, the price was good too.

Closet World's price was reasonable and that’s the reason I went with them. If I’d go to Home Depot or Lowe’s, they don't have the selection and colors that Closet World has. Their designer knew what she was doing. The saleslady came and did the estimates was okay as well as the installers but I’m still missing a couple of shelves that the installer said he’s gonna drop off. It’s been a month and a half and I haven't seen those shelves yet but overalll it was a great experience, and they are a great people to work with.

Closet World did a cubby and shelving, and a couple of bridges for the master, and then just a regular long closet, shelving and hanging spaces in the other bedroom. My designer was Wendy and we had a good time talking. She was very friendly and very professional. She knew what her job was and took care of it. The installer was fantastic. He came in and he took care of everything. He cleaned up behind himself and he did a great job.

I had some cabinetry installed in my garage by Closet World. However, their designer mismeasured because my garage floor had a slight slope to it and she didn't see that because I had so much junk there. They brought the product out to install but the doors the factory sent out were three inches too big. Then they came back two weeks later to install the doors on the product and the shelving. Still, their designer was very nice and accommodating. Also, their installation crew was very efficient. They cleaned up the garage and the floor where the sawdust was before they left. So, I'm fully satisfied with their services.

Closet World was the first one who came out for an estimate. We had another one lined up but our person who came compared what we were looking at and sounded like Closet World was a better company. Their designer came out and looked at the closets and showed us some pictures of what they could do and gave us prices and left the decision up to us. There was no high pressure. We just decided it was what we wanted. They were able to work within our budget.

The salesperson who came out and the guy who came out and did the install were very nice and friendly. But there was information that I wasn't given, which I didn't know about until I got my install done. The closet did not come with a back and I was very upset. When I called the salesperson back, she said that she had told me about it. But I knew she didn't because I wouldn't have been so shocked. I couldn't prep the closet because when the installer came in, he had to tear the shelves out. The hole wouldn't have been plugged up so I could at least get the closet repainted before they came out. That didn't make sense so that was part of the frustration.

When we had a closet organizer installed, the Closet World designer was very professional and did a great job giving me the right ideas for what we were looking for. The installers cleaned up well and the installation was very quick and I was so happy with it.
