We had a whole closet installed by Closet World and it looks great. I also like their rep. He came out and we just decided to do everything with them. The installers were also very professional and very friendly. They noticed that the doors wouldn't open and they corrected those. Because we're very far from the plant they were able to bring the new doors after a week and a half but now it's all finished. We’re just very happy with what they did. We didn’t have a lot to work with.

We had an office custom designed with storage cabinets, a desk, and overhead storage through Closet World and we love it. We called a couple of companies but they never responded. I liked Closet World’s customer service and I liked their designer. He was really nice and he followed up and he stayed in touch. The customer service was the key. I loved that the designer took his time. He took our ideas and he did whatever we wanted. He was very sweet and he kept following up to make sure we were happy. When we were looking into financing, he kept calling up, letting us know that he hasn’t forgotten about us and to just let him know when we were ready. Our installation experience was great as well. The installers were super quick and other than the obvious banging and putting stuff together, they were quiet and they cleaned up after themselves. Overall, Closet World had good follow through, good customer service and I'm very happy.

I’ve had closets done before in different houses and I've never used Closet World but I’ve heard good things about them. I called them along with one other company and got estimates from the two. They were very comparable but I liked the designer I worked with from Closet World and so I went with them. She was here one afternoon and we just got along. It was easy to work with her and she was able to give me what I was looking for. We had a very traditional closet installed, we did one wall unit for my husband’s den and the bookshelves on the wall.

Closet World had a sale and so I had them install a cabinet in the garage. The interactions with the people from Closet World was good in the beginning, getting everything drawn up and meeting with the designer. But then the designer wasn't very helpful about confirming when the delivery was going to be. She came very rudely in the text and there was no follow up. I specifically said I was going to be gone at a certain time and needed an early setup time. That was not noted at all. So, when the people that were to deliver it called me, they had no note of the request about having them at an earlier time.

Closet World was willing to work with us on the price more than the other companies. The estimate that they gave was reasonable as well. The designer was great and knowledgeable. I had a closet system installed and the installation went great as well. Overall, it was a good experience.

We’ve heard and seen more about Closet World than some when we were looking so we went with them based on name recognition. A closet organizer was installed in our master bedroom and we were also gonna have them do a shelving in the pantry but that didn’t work out. We have a very odd-shaped pantry with angles and curved walls. We went round and round about the pantry but they could not come up with a design that we were satisfied with for that shape. It should not have been as difficult as that was but other than that, it was a good experience. We're very happy with the closet.

The installation is not yet done and I have yet to receive a call from Closet World as to when they are coming back. They still have to fix a drawer and also one of the doors on it has a crooked handle. They made an appointment but they didn't show up. I told them beforehand that the schedule wasn't going to work because it's between 3:00 to 5:00 and I live in a building where they can't start their job at 3:00. And they make everyone stop their work by 5:00. The person I talked to said they know what they're doing.

Closet World installed an office and storage for me. They did cabinets and a corner desk. I chose the company for their customer service and they came out and looked, and where we live is a place where it costs more to get people out. I had an awesome interaction with their designer who was very courteous, helpful and had good ideas. The installation went very smooth. The guys came out and we thought they’re going to be here two days but they ended up getting all done in one day.

I have used Closet World before in my home in Palais Verdes, California so I had them again when I recently had five sliders and a small kitchen window installed throughout the house. However, their designer didn’t give me options of using a pull cord to open and close the sliders and I told the installer that I didn’t want to twist it because I have very serious arthritis. He said that was all they had. And I was not super happy with that because there were break-ins here. Right now, we’re pending one follow-up appointment and the designer will come out again. But I said we needed to pull cords so I have to return the products. They responded very pleasantly and they’re going to install it because it will be best for me. So I’m impressed with that, and I have recommended Closet World to a friend.

Closet World was in my line of my sight, so I thought I would call and get a quote. Alice, the designer, was personable and had a great level of knowledge. She told me everything I needed to know and sold the product to me. The installers were diligent and great. They did the job very well in one day, but they had to come back two weeks later since there was a defect in the countertop and it was not their fault. I had to speak with some of the managers because they installed the wrong color countertop. The laminate was wrong, but they were all gracious and accommodating. It's easy to get things taken care of with them. Altogether, it was a great, cost-effective, efficient and pleasant experience. I'm satisfied with the melamine cupboards in the garage and I would use Closet World again. Also, Alice was amazing and I would highly recommend her.

Closet World installed two closets for me. They were pricey but they look nice. They also need to have a streamlined process so it won't be difficult or complicated. But their designer was great. She was helpful and had a lot of experience.

My experience with Closet World was wonderful. I had them install a closet in my computer room. They came in, measured and put everything in. It fits perfectly and looks beautiful. They were very patient, kind and helpful. I had my vision and knew what I wanted, but when I saw it, it was even better.

I went with Closet World due to convenience and their reputation. They put bookshelves and cabinet in the alcove of the living room. My interactions with the designer were fine and the installation went perfectly. The crew was as good as they could be. I liked how quickly and professionally everything happened and that everything was right there. It was a good experience all the way around.

I like the white wood cabinet with the silver hardware that Closet World installed. It was put together well and the quality is good. The designer was professional and warm and I liked her a lot. The installation was awesome, and the guys who did it were fast and good. Closet World is affordable, and it's good to use them.

I had looked at other companies like California Closets and Closet Factory. I typically get three estimates and when Melinda from Closet World came out, I liked her presentation. She drew the design to scale and was on point and she saved me money. She explained that they had been in business longer than the others and at the time, there was a 50% discount and then another 5% discount based on my zip code. She gave me the best price and she cut out the fluff in which the other two were trying to just fill up my entire space but it wasn’t really functional. It would only going to cost me more money.

I had two very small closets installed by Closet World and I spent almost $8,000 for them. They're basic closets with a panel that is holding the rail for the hanger, as well as five drawers. The lady who came first and measured them was good but the job done was not satisfactory. When they installed the interior of the closets, the gentleman who came out didn't tell me there would be a lot of holes after he finished. There were bullet holes, not from a nail, but from the screws that were bolted really tight which he was trying to get out. Also, he was supposed to finish in two days but he was done in one day and because he was hurrying, he scraped some of the wood. He should have had a veneer vacuum so I didn't have to spend money hiring somebody to patch the holes and repaint the whole closet. If they had that to cover all the wall area and that's included in the price, I wouldn't complain that much.

We saw a flyer from Closet World and the timing was right because we needed to have a closet in the bedroom and a wardrobe in the garage to be built. My parents had a smooth interaction with the Closet World designer and the installation was also smooth, easy and efficient. The installers were on time but we didn’t like that they wore their shoes in the house. We asked them to remove their shoes but they said they couldn’t. We got what we expected except for the depth of the wardrobe and it’s disappointing. The closet was a bit smaller than what we expected. We told them how wide we wanted it but our clothing doesn’t fit the measurements of the closet. It doesn’t have enough depth so the clothing hanger hangs outside of the wardrobe. We expected a better advice or maybe we didn't understand but it was miscommunication on that.

We had Closet World install a simple pantry shelving unit as well as a custom closet. Their designer came out to our house once and she was here for a couple hours to talk through the options and design our units with us. She was very helpful but there were times she was hamstrung by the Closet World process, which seemed a little cumbersome. We did a couple of revisions up until the sale and the process of reviewing and approving draft drawings was very strange and convoluted. In the final packet, we were supposed to sign and initial every version. Then, when the installers came to install, they seemed very confused about which version we got. That part of the process could’ve been a little bit smoother.

I've used Closet World in the past and I recently had them do three closets in our bedrooms. The quality is not over-the-top, but it's very comfortable for everybody else. It's a finish on top of particle boards and it's not real wood. But I knew what I was getting in and I'm perfectly fine with it. The designer was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and was pleasant to talk to. She had great suggestions and she followed up, too. There were two different installation teams that came and they were both great. They're very accommodating and were very careful with my house and carpet. They laid down tarps and wore booties, and did everything to make me feel like they really cared about the quality of my house as well as what they were doing. There was one follow-up appointment. The handle of one of the drawers was misaligned a little bit, so they came back in another time and installed a new one. Closet World was quick and easy to deal with.

Our house is full of so much stuff and we needed closets like we need water here. I had Closet World install closets in two bedrooms and in the hallway in the living room. The Closet World designer was excellent. She showed me the design and broke it down to me so that I know what I was getting, and she also let me know what design is good for what closet. She took care of me and my questions and made sure everything was done correctly to my satisfaction. She got me the best price, too.

Closet World's service is good and their price is a bit lower than other companies. I had them install a closet and an upper cabinet in the garage. The Closet World designer was fine but was hand drawing and didn’t use a computer so it was slow. If the company is using the computer for the design, they would be perfect. The installation and the crew were fine, but they’ll reschedule and come back because the cabinet’s door is the wrong size.

Closet World happened to have a good price for what I was looking for. I’d seen them in mailers and someone else recommended them. They installed garage cabinets for me. Their designer was friendly and knew what she was doing. I left her for about an hour to get measurements and she informed me of how to process the bill and how much everything was going to cost. It was a straightforward job and it was a smooth process for the most part. The installation process was also quick. The guy did it quicker than I expected and did a great job so I was satisfied.

I always want it when people who are going to do something in my home understand their product. Everything Closet World did was efficient. The installation was great, the design was fabulous and it just worked out perfect. The closet was installed in the master closet. It was a space that was a little bit awkward. I thought, "We’re probably not going to be able to utilize the space as much as we’d like," but the designer came up with a solution and it was great. The other companies were not as known to me, so I felt pretty comfortable that’s what Closet World does.

I liked Closet World. I had closets installed in two bedrooms and in one office and got good service. The designer and the people who came to install are good. The designer, Rick, came here a couple of times. He had taken the measurements and made a design that would work for us. The installers did everything on time. Our experience was good and we recommended them to a friend.

We got an ad in the mail from Closet World and we were in need of a closet so we had them install one for us. It's a very small walk-in closet in our master bedroom. We had the hanging part done and then they did some drawer stuff. Our experience with both the designer and installer went very well. Everything's great and it was a very pleasant experience.

I have been considering Closet World for about six months to a year. When I got the flyer in the mail, the timing was just right. So I called the company and they made the appointment for me that following Monday. The designer showed up and spent about one hour and a half with me. She did a great job of addressing what I needed and putting it all together and working with the space I have. I liked the plans. She also explained to me about financing and because of that, I actually got approved for more than I needed for a deposit.

I was looking online for a trusted company that I can hire for my project and Closet World was among those that popped up the most. They were also slightly cheaper than the others. As it stands right now, they're still trying to figure out what the installation is going to be like. They've been into my house four times already and they're still not done. Not only did they not give me the product that I requested, but the product they installed is damaged. They took it back and tried to fix it.

My husband, who’s an attorney, helped out someone that was in charge of a Closet World location. He mentioned to the person that we needed a closet and that he liked their closets, and so we got them to install an entire closet. Their designer showed up and then she took all the measurements. And then, she drew up an estimate right then and there at our house. We signed on to it and then it took a few weeks for them to build the closet. However, the designer didn’t do a very good job because when they came with the doors, the doors were the wrong measurements. So I had to call and then had to get somebody else to come out. We measured the doors and then they took about another week to come back with the doors.

I got several estimates and for what I was getting for the house, Closet World was the best way to go. Their designer did a good job. We have an older house and it has one curved wall, and he came up with a very good solution to save space. It was simple and it worked for us. However, there were a few problems with the installation. The service person that came out had a family emergency and had to leave so the installation was canceled. When they came back the next day, they didn’t have the notches that needed to be cut out in the product. But the supervisor at the facility was extremely nice and helpful. He put the notches that night so that he could get somebody out there on Saturday to do it. The installers came back on Saturday, which we appreciated but they could only do one of the closets. So they had to come back a few days later and do the second one. They did a good job trying to make up for the time in getting it installed timely so it was okay.

I used Closet World before when I was in the Bay Area years back, so I was familiar with them since the late ‘90s. My closet broke and Closet World did a good job. There's just a couple of things that are damaged a little bit. They cleaned my carpet because the guy was outside walking with his booties on and coming inside. It was all torn up. He was tracking up dirt going up my stairs and into my closet. They took care of that but I'm waiting for them to take care of the stair railing scratches when the guy came upstairs with the shelves. The guy just wasn’t that careful. But nobody has called me yet for that.

We had a closet and shelving put in into our daughter's nursery and the Closet World designer was here for two hours. She talked to us about our needs then she drew up the sketch of what the closet would look like. She was very helpful and after a couple of edits, we came to the design that we purchased. Unfortunately, the installers didn't clean up that well after themselves and on the very top shelf, I found the guy left his hammer. They didn't have 100% attention to detail either and there were a couple of nicks on the closet installation that I would have preferred not to be there. It was messier than we had anticipated but otherwise the installation was okay.

I got an organizational shelf, a master bedroom closet done by Closet World. The designer came out first and sketched out everything. She went over it with me and we agreed on the design. The installer who came out was very good, efficient, pleasant and professional. I had a very favorable experience with Closet World. They gave good service and everything worked out well.

We had Closet World install the closet for our newly renovated master bedroom. It's made of white wood and has shelves and places you hang things. We also had our three doors that slide. Their designer was very good but the installation wasn’t. The first time the installers showed up, they had the wrong materials for the closet. They had nothing to do with our closets, so the whole thing was off. Then they left. We called them up and they said it was our fault because it was on hold and we hadn't made the order, but that wasn't accurate. Then they said they would come back. When they did, the measurements were wrong on the shelving. So the guy put the doors in but didn't do the shelving. He thought that instead of 10 or 12-inch shelves, the spaces should be 16 inches, and he said because of the problem, we would just change the order and make it 16 inches.

I had Closet World install a closet in my master’s bedroom before. The designer who was in his 60s and was maybe new spent hours in the house. He really had no idea and it was my first experience with them, so I didn’t really know what the expectations were. When the installation came, the closet design was all wrong and it didn’t fit. So, the installers had to modify and they told me that they will send two people. I was working on a big area, too, so I told them that they have to finish within a couple of days. They said it wasn't a problem but only one person came. It was not the installer’s fault and they were saying it's the way it is and that they get pulled into certain jobs. I told them it wasn't really my concern because it needed to be finished.

I had used Closet World at a previous residence for a garage closet and had used them again recently. The designer was good however the installation was not. The installers left the place dirty and they broke a water pipe. It was a bad experience. I took photos and emailed. The only email I had was the designer’s and then he passed it along to whoever was in-charge with the installers. And they told me to submit an invoice with how much it cost to fix, which I did, and I'm now waiting to hear back.

We had 3 closets done by Closet World, the master closet and 2 other bedroom closets. Then we also had them do our countertop. The quality of their work was excellent. The designer was into what we wanted and geared it up that way. The installation had 2 days but they did it all in one day, which was great. They had a good price and it was a good product.

Closet World is a famous brand so we had them install garage and bedroom closets in my home. However, there were a lot of issues. I was expecting everything will be done by the middle of October but it's not, and that is why I am not 100% satisfied. The first concern is more from the designer who came to our house. She spent almost seven hours designing all the things. We were happy that she's taking care of everything, but she ended up doing unnecessary work like drawing.

We had Closet World redo the interior of our pantry, two bedroom closets, and one hall closet. Their designer was very helpful with measuring and identifying what kind of layout inside each closet. I was even surprised that she spent a lot of time in the house doing that. She was very thorough, which was a good thing. However, our installation experience was very bad. The installer didn't listen to me and disregarded the things that I told him. I even doubted whether he was able to understand me.

We met with the sales consultant and he made a good impression. Ron was upfront and honest and we also liked the quote he gave us. We moved forward then and the designer was thorough and detailed. He gave us a good feedback in terms of what would work fast and he guided us through because we had no idea how to go about doing it.

I called Closet World 15 years ago and they did good. That was why I called them back recently and had them do my garage. But initially, I asked for quotes from both Closet World and Closet Design for the project. Closet World gave a quote upfront, but Closet Design gave me a lower quote. As such, I went with Closet Design, but after I signed up and paid my deposit, I found out that packing was not included in the services that I paid Closet Design to do. So, I crossed Closet Design out and called Closet World, and Closet World did an awesome job.

Our designer, Bob, was great, very personable and wasn’t pushy. He listened to all of our needs, sat down and drew up exactly what we wanted. We had a whole shelving unit with some drawers. The installers who worked at the house left me alone, I left them alone, and they were in and out quick. We ended up being with four or six more shelves but it sucked that they they only brought us two. We were trying to get the room put together and we had to wait a week so that was frustrating. But Bob brought the other shelves by our house earlier than his boss had said and he left the shelves and a note at our front door. I was dissatisfied with Closet World at first but Bob fixed everything. We had a good experience and I liked that they had a teacher discount, which Bob let us know. My partner is a high school teacher, so we even got more of the discount than we saw online.

My sister is a professional organizer and she said I should call Closet World. I thought I had a Closet World closet at my old house, but it was California Closets and I’m kind of wishing I should've called them instead. I tried to have Closet World install a garage cabinet and had a plastic white slant wall, and a melamine black slant wall for my husband's workbench area. I got all the walls, and everything the guys had installed was very nice. The only problem was there was a lot of communication barrier. I don’t think my designer wrote it up right with the black melamine wall and she hasn’t sent anything. We started this project with them in late August.

I had Closet World install a walk-in closet, six feet on both sides, for my master bedroom. The designer that came in and did the estimate was very thoughtful and was creative in terms of the design, and I had confidence because of it. He was very professional and he explained everything. I shared with him some of the stuff I was doing. He assured me that they are to get me the best rates and he gave me his honest assessment of the different options. So, I didn’t feel I was being upsold, but was getting decent advice given what I knew. I had enough knowledge at that time to understand what they’re saying. I felt very comfortable.

When I was a kid my dad had a closet which was kind of similar to the way Closet World did theirs and I remember loving that closet. In my last house I hated the closet space so I wanted to have it professionally done. So I had the master bedroom closet done by Closet World. There was like a shelving. It was a white one with the rounded edges and then we had the extended top. It was furnished with a pull-up master closet, a walk-in.

I needed some doors removed and nobody was willing to do it but Closet World did it for me. So, I was happy about that. Also, their price was very reasonable compared to a lot of them that I had been looking at. They took the doors away, and I wanted a complete installation in wood and it really worked out well as it gives me extra space and drawers which I ordered. I’ve been very satisfied with it. With the second closet, they did the hangers and the bars and that was fine, too and I kept the doors on that.

Closet World installed a closet in the bedroom and some closets in the hallway. Their designer was good. There was a misunderstanding but it was all right because I ended up saying nothing. The installation went smoothly. Closet World did a good job overall.

My husband heard about Closet World and their salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable. I did not feel like he came just to sell the product to me. I appreciated his feedback and he explained everything to me. I recommended him to some of our other friends. We got other bids as well, but the overall package of the material to the quality, to the customer service, the warranty package, it was a good deal for us. The installation crew was only one guy and he was good. He put it all together quickly. My biggest concern was I didn't know if the closet itself would hold the weight. He pulled on it, said that it was good and I was like "Wow." We will use Closet World in the future for our other closets. We've already recommended them to other friends.

The Closet World representative named Pam came out, took measurements, talked to me about the materials, and drew up a design for me. She gave me a price and asked me my preferences. She was pretty thorough and really good. She came back the next day to explain the same thing to my husband then we paid the whole thing in full. She gave me her cell phone number and I was able to text her with any questions or changes that I had and she responded very quickly.

I looked at two companies to install a closet for me and I chose Closet World because of the variety available. I’ve also known them for the 11 years I’ve lived in Las Vegas. The designer was great while she was out here doing things. But she was working on a second job so it sort of scattered at the end. Also, the design was a little off in terms of the way the house is built. With the garage closets, the installer wasn’t able to follow the design, but he came up with a solution and that was fine by me and it resulted in a little more space for the same price. The actual situation of it though was less than perfect. The closet did not exactly fit and the installer said that he managed it and that it was flush. But when I went to check later, it wasn’t.

I used Closet World and working with the designer was great. When the closet was finished, we noticed that the shelving and the hangers for the clothes were at an angle and not straight. The center support was possibly installed a little lower than the other two sides so it's causing everything to go inward towards the middle and sort of dangling. The customer service number was provided to me and a very nice lady answered several times. She said that she'd leave a message to Marcus, the installer supervisor, who would be there at a certain day so I left messages. I also tried calling Alberto, left messages there, but I never got a call back. I tried to get someone there for two weeks then I got frustrated and told them to forget it. I had three other closets that I was going to work on but I'm not happy with Closet World so I decided to go with another company.

The Closet World designer was amazing. She didn’t try to sell up a bunch of stuff we didn’t need or want. I told her I just wanted to go basic with not a lot of bells and whistles. She totally respected that and then she stayed here and she drew it off freehand, not via computer. It was amazing, and impressed me so much.

We compared Closet World with Container Store and for the installed version, Closet World's estimate was better. They installed a pantry for us six weeks ago. The Closet World designer was a little weird. She was very frazzled and almost desperate for us to commit. She was also very easily distracted and overwhelmed.

I liked what Closet World did in my previous house so I got them again to install a closet in my master bedroom. Their designer was good but everything about the installation process was awful. They took two weeks to fix a closet when they were going to do it in one day. The first day they came, they came at 8:00 at night when they were supposed to come from 10:00 in the morning. They also messed up my moldings and I had to bring someone else to fix everything they messed. I talked to them about it, but I just wasted time with them and it was very hectic. I’ll never use them again.

I got Closet World's service because of the price. When their rep came, I told her that I wanted cupboards in front of the garage. She measured but she did not realize that part of the cupboards that were already built-in used an I-beam in the house. So when the installation people came out, they started to remove the cupboards and install this I-beam. It was a good thing they did some checking before they cut into it because they realized that they couldn’t take it out without affecting the stability of the house.

I had a great experience with Closet World installing three different closet sets. I had one big open closet and two in the master bedroom. The quality is good, the price is right, and the technician did a good job.

I looked at three different places and a man from Closet World was supposed to come but he got sick and it was very upsetting for me because I'm on a very tight schedule and I live between two different places. I told Closet World that if nobody comes the next day, I’d have to forget about them. A woman showed up and she was awesome. I liked her so much that I ended up talking to Closet World. She took her time in helping me design and made me feel what’s right for the place. We found the perfect match of wood so it turned out well.

I had a desk with upper cabinets done by Closet World. I initially talked to the sales rep who told me to talk to the installer and then they got back to me. It took only two weeks to rebuild it. But I’m still working on some issues and going back and forth with them because they installed it incorrectly per plan. Two weeks later we had to set-up a new appointment to get some things pointed out and then the sales rep told me there was backing but there wasn’t any written on the plans. So they’re going to come back and do that.

I had a couple of walk-in closets and a couple of standard closets installed by Closet World in our bedrooms. The overall price and how soon they would be able to get it in our house made me decide on them. Their designer was good but I would suggest for her to focus more on the designing of the closet. She took a lot of my time and a lot of talking that was not necessarily related to the closet design. She could be a little more focused and direct. The installation was smooth, though, and I was surprised with how long it took but it was an elaborate and detailed process. The guy was really nice and did a good job of installation. I was quite happy with the experience. They give good customer service and quick turnaround time.

I saw very good pictures from the Closet World online and the designer did a good job. She explained the designs very good. I had a closet done and the installers did everything correctly.

My sister had just done her closet and so I wanted to do mine. She told me she did it with Closet World so I called them and I had a closet organizer installed. The designer was really nice. She did the measurements and then I told her what I wanted, and she drew it up. The installation was quick and good. I really love the organizer that they put in.

Closet World installed a pantry for my aunt. I told the designer what we needed, and she came in and set up the space for us. She was very knowledgeable about it. The experience with the installation crew was fine and they came within the timeframe provided to us. I let them into the space to set up and given all the pieces they had, they got the job done a lot quicker than I thought it would take. Overall, it was a straightforward experience.

I had gotten a quote from California Closets and they were a little higher than I had anticipated. I wanted to get a second opinion of how much a custom closet would be so I stumbled upon Closet World. They worked with me in terms of pricing and got it down to a price that my husband and I agreed to. The Closet World designer was really personable and professional. She gave her opinion, which was nice because with such a blank space it was hard to envision what the flow of a closet would be. She came in, took measurements, then walked me through it.

Closet World installed the shelving for our brand new pantry. We had two estimates but ultimately, Closet World had a better deal. The designer was pretty thorough. She left a few details out that cost us some questions after the fact. I think because she was new, and she just didn't understand all the products completely. But she was very responsive. We thought we were going to get rounded corners on the shelving and the vertical piece and we just got it on the shelving because we are at a certain level of product that we bought. And she didn't realize 'till after the fact that if you went to the next step up, we could have gotten both.

Closet World’s designer was really nice and did a great job in terms of designing our full-sized master bedroom walk-in closet. I was satisfied with the way that she went about and listened to the stuff that I said that I wanted. I liked the design she drew and that's why I went ahead with them. Their installation team came out a total of four times. The first time, the vanity desk that they brought was way too high and it wasn’t what we ordered. It was supposed to be 30 inches high but they brought one that was 40 inches. So, if you sat out, it was up to the height of your face. I wasn’t able to talk to the designer about it since after the initial consultation, the only number I could call was the 1-800 number. But because it was their fault, they said they’ll bring me a new one.

I had cabinets installed by Closet World in my garage. They have coupons in the paper and my friend also had some cabinets installed by Closet World. The consultant was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The installers were okay but they didn't come on time and I waited for them the whole day. My window was from 8:00 to 2:00. At 2:30 I called the main office and I came to know that they were running late and that’s when the installers called me.

I started a project with Closet World about two months ago. It was for a small office and the designer I had was very excellent. The installation was also good and the crew was friendly. At the beginning, I thought the closet was assembled and to be installed. I didn’t imagine it was to be made on site. It was just a couple of boards and then assembled. But the connections between the pieces of wood seemed too wide. It’s white wood so it’s very clear. But I had it fixed and seems okay now.

I had a closet installed by Closet World. The designer was really good and knew what she was doing. She would also listen to what I wanted. However, the installation took too long, about three weeks and I was in a hurry because my clothes were on my couch. I asked them to do it sooner and they said they couldn’t. I had just gotten out of the hospital, my closets had broke and Closet World was the first one I called. I almost went with another company but when you come out of a hospital, you’re just not in the mood for calling up on prices and comparing them. Also, another thing is they’re overpriced. They charged me too much for what they did ‘cause now that I’ve been out and around, I think I could’ve gotten it done for a lot less.

I've used Closet World at my old house in San Francisco and everything went well. So I got them again and they installed one walk-in closet and two other closets. I needed more room for shirts so I ordered some longer shelves. I originally had shelves for the jackets and shirts to hang down so I need to get some cords to take the place of the hanging sections. Their sales was very good and the designer I worked with knew what she was doing.

We did a bedroom closet and a hall closet and I'm very happy with what Closet World did both times. The designer was wonderful. She was extremely conscientious and she listened very well. She spent a lot of time coming up with a plan and then more time tweaking it and tweaking it again until she got it so that it would work. I would highly recommend her. However, the installer's son had a medical emergency when he was on his way here so they had to cancel our installation at the last minute. That was unfortunate and it was very complicated to undo some of the things that we had scheduled to happen right after the closet installation because it was delayed for days. That was the only negative thing. But they came back and there wasn't any problem at all with the installation. My overall experience with Closet World was stress-free.

My wife's mother had Closet World do their closets, then we had them do a large closet for my wife and a smaller closet for me. Their designer was very courteous and she seemed to know what she was doing. Everything came right in and the installation was on time and straightforward.

I had a master walk-in closet done by Closet World seven years ago. We recently had a water leak and it affected a part of our closet so we had it redone. We had the designer come out and she was very customer-friendly. I showed her the before pictures and she was able to redo the whole thing and then the manager got the amount approved. The installers who came over were professionals. There was a minor setback on the design element but the installers’ supervisor was able to help me out with a solution and had his people come out the second time around and redo it. Everything was taken care of right away and the customer service from start to finish was really good.

I called Closet World to make the appointment. I liked their samples and had them install glass doors for the closet. The service is great but the pricing was a little bit much. After we got an estimate, we saw that there were other competitors that were a little bit cheaper. And at that point, it was too late for us to do anything about it. Nevertheless, it was a good experience. Closet World is efficient.

I was ready to buy and Closet World came out to see me right away. I liked what they had to say, their price and the saleswoman. She was tuned in to exactly what I needed. She was excellent and very knowledgeable. I could tell she had a lot of experience and that's something that I value. I never had a closet before so I treated myself to have my bedroom closet installed and I love it.

I had Closet World build three full closets and a small one for three bedrooms and a hallway. The designer, a Norwegian lady named Vicky, was excellent. I really love her. I told her what I want and she really worked with me. She put interest in it and she did exactly what I wanted. She’s also very friendly, creative, professional and kind.

I've done business with Closet World before and now I had a closet installed in the garage. Our Closet World designer was very knowledgeable and professional. She gave us good prices and we were happy with them. The installation crew was helpful. They didn’t finish in time but they came back and finished the work. Closet World did a good job and everything went well. I'm happy with what they’ve done and I would use them again.

My mother-in-law had the garage cabinet done by Closet World five years ago and she had a good experience. We also had the garage cabinet done by them but the measurements done by their designer was wrong. When they brought all the cabinets and the installation crew came, they said that the measurements were wrong because they didn't check my garage. Then we waited for one month to bring the other one. The installers did a pretty good job and they tried very hard to do their best. Everything has been resolved now and we just need to order the hanger for the board so we can hang the bike and other stuff on it.

Initially, a guy from California Closets came out and measured but I never heard from them again. I went with Closet World. I like their price and it seems like we got more for our money with them. They installed the closets in all of our bedrooms, including shelves and some hanging stuff. One of the closets had a few drawers. The designer was friendly, helpful and persistent. She followed us afterwards and told us she could work with us on the price. So, that was very helpful.

My husband wanted something very professional and Closet World was what he decided to go for. The designer gave us ideas how to design his closet and my husband kicked his ideas in there. The installer did a good job and really quickly too. He was very nice as well. We're also working on a walk-in closet but I got the feeling that the lady who came didn't believe that I wanted to do a walk-in closet there. But we're now in the process of fixing the floor on the closet because Closet World doesn't do that and we were not told that we needed to fix the floor.

I got a Closet World flyer in the mail which had a discount on it. I had them install two cabinets and drawers in the garage. Their designer was great and knowledgeable. The installers were also very professional and courteous, and did very clean work. Closet World was really good and I would recommend them to anybody.

Closet World ran an ad in a local flyer and I saw that there were discounts. We called them and we were happy with their product and the way they presented it. They helped me with the garage and their designer was very good. There were a few hiccups with the installation, but they were responsive and they fixed it. Also, the quality of workmanship was good. Given that they had to come back and correct a couple of things, it was a good experience overall and I'd use them again.

I’ve used Closet World before and this is the second house they’ve done for me. The designer that came out was great and she had good suggestions. We kind of went back and forth on the design and came up with something that’s pretty nice and I had three closets redone. I had two crews as I did two closets one day and another closet another day, and then I decided to do one more. Both of them showed up on time and were extremely courteous. They both respected my house. There were four booties coming in and out and they laid down tarps when they put the tools down. My only complaint is they are pricey. But everything went fine and I’d use them again.

I got a coupon in the mail for 50% off and Closet World has a more workable estimate than the ones that I got from California Closets. So, I just went with them and scheduled it that day. Their designer was lovely, smart, and knew what she was doing. She was also pleasant and easy to work with. I told her that I wanted a hamper, a jewelry drawer and to fit all my clothes in the drawer. However, I didn't like it when she told me to get rid of all the existing stuff in the closet. I had no idea how I was going to do that. I had to get rid of the poles and the back pieces of wood that it was attached to. They needed a clean room with nothing in it, and painted, so they didn't have to do any patchwork. That was a lot of work for me. But I figured it out and I got a handyman. It took some scheduling and it got done. But I would love to have had that included in my estimate.

Closet World is well-known and they have a good reputation. I was happy with the time that the person took with us and the prices were competitive. I had a shelving unit installed. The designer came out to the home, and I was a little annoyed because she didn’t let me know how long she'd spending. I have five little kids under five years old and I finally told her that she should be done pretty soon. She was very professional and was also great on following up, but it would have been nice for her to let me know that she'd be at my house for more than two hours. I had a complaint though when they came out to install the cabinet because I had clearly discussed with her that I wanted drawers on this unit and they didn’t do it. It might have been partially my fault for not reviewing the drawings that she sent me but I'm not really great at things like that.

I had Closet World install tall closets and a little workbench in between them in my garage. They did all the installation and I had no problem. The crew was fine. However, they didn’t put the stuff in lieu of a pegboard between the two cabinets above the big closet doors. The designer did a good job. She said that she would call and see if she can get them to do what they’re supposed to. I called her but she does not work there anymore. So I called this Genevieve instead. I want to talk to somebody from there about getting some more work done at a certain area. I didn’t realize how inexpensive it was to start with, so I simply wanted to get this done. After we went through all that stuff, I should have done everything along that, but things happen.

I wasn't very happy with my latest experience with Closet World. I needed a closet and I went no further. I was happy with the salesman and with the product, or so I thought. I had shelves and racks installed. Then one day, I went in my closet and the rack had fallen on the floor with all my clothes. I had four racks and by the end of the day, all four racks have fallen. I had a nephew who said that its rods are too short.

The company I used on the other two bedrooms when my house was being built is no longer doing custom closets. They referred me to a company but the lady that I talked to was a loser on the phone and she wasn't too swift. But Closet World’s saleslady was very good. Their designer was very professional and she explained everything and what I was getting. She gave me a drawing and a schematic. I had a small closet installed in a small bedroom and it was the usual closet that had three drawers and extra shelving and double poles. The guys from Closet World were nice, very clean and courteous. They did the job in a timely manner and although I was in no hurry, they did it pretty darn quick. I'm happy with the job and the way it turned out.

I had a good experience with Closet World all the way through. I had them install a small closet unit with two sets of shelves, two hanging units and six big drawers. The designer who came to see the area was very informative. The installer was incredible and there's not one thing that he missed. Overall, the service and timeliness from Closet World were good. I was satisfied with the product but they're way too expensive and not worth the price.

We had Closet World convert one of our bedrooms into a walk-in closet. My wife took care of all of it and she was satisfied with the whole process from the interaction with the designer to the installation which everything turned out good.

Closet World put in five drawers and then double hangers for my son's closet. The Closet World designer was a very sweet girl, knowledgeable and I appreciated her. We connected very well and she did an excellent job. The whole process of the designer coming over to set it up and quote me was wonderful and she was great. But everything failed once the installation occurred. The installer was an hour early, so I was a little taken back since it was eight in the morning. He wasn't supposed to be here till nine and he seemed to be in a big rush.

Closet World's website allowed me to get a call from someone to schedule an appointment. However, their availability wasn't as I had hoped. The site said I could get an appointment quickly, but I had to wait a couple of weeks. A designer came out and the day I spent working with her was nice. She was friendly and really helpful. The design was simple and straightforward. However, the installation was not a very pleasant experience overall. They made it sound like the appointment would happen a week later, but I had to wait for three weeks. My appointment was scheduled on a Friday, but something came up. I didn't know when my time slot was, so I called them that week to find out. I also mentioned that something came up and that the project had to be done by 11:45 am, otherwise, I had to reschedule.

I needed a place to hang my clothes. We downsized from a two-storey house which was 4,658 square feet to a single storey, which is 3,676 square feet, so I didn’t have as much closet space. Since we had four bedrooms and a bonus room, I thought to turn one of those bedrooms into a closet. When I looked at the companies, I had two different people come out, and I liked the Closet World price. The installation experience was fine. Two gentlemen came and did the installation. They did a good job and once they were finished, they vacuumed up the debris. When I put the clothes in the closet, though, I stuffed one of the racks too much and it came down. So, I called them back, and they came and fixed it. I would recommend them. If someone needed extra closets, I would suggest Closet World.

One of my friends recently referred me to Closet World. I just moved into a new home so there was a special promotion that they sent me. Every year, I was very skeptic because every time I would see the flyer that comes every weekend at home, I initially thought I’d be shocked of the pricing but that was not the case because Closet World was properly priced for the right quality. We don't want anything really expensive just that we wanted to basically keep things organized and wanted more storage. I installed different racks and shelves in the walk-in closet which is a custom configured closet and did the same thing with the other two bedrooms. The closets were complete like the off-the-shelf products that I buy from Home Depot or Lowe's. It’s a good material, their quality is definitely very promising and I really like it.

Closet World was great. They had a 20% or 30% coupon in their mailing flyers and I had them install a his and hers master closet in a 10 x 8 room and then a regular double door closet in the children's room. The designer was really sweet. I also had one a few years ago but they were all very personable and knowledgeable sales people. However, the installers didn't feel super professional. They dinged my wood floor on the way and I've redone my hardwood floors. They also ended up putting a screw into a sliding door I had. I couldn't quite figure out why the door wouldn't open and I ended up having to unscrew it. Also, I think one of the guys' hands were dirty and I had to clean it afterwards. Closet World is expensive but the experience was satisfactory and I needed product in that area of town where there are not much other companies to work with.

I liked what I thought I was seeing with Closet World and went after that. I had two closets and chest drawers installed but they had to come back and forth to fix things so it took three days instead of one. I bought an upgrade and they only brought half of it so they had tear it all out and redo it. Then they came back to install it but it turned out it was a five drawer system and they only installed a four drawer system so they had to uninstall that and reinstall it again.

I was a Closet World customer years ago, and this time, I had them install shelving and the casing rod in one of my master closets. The designer was good, friendly, and nice. I had an idea of what I wanted as far as putting a divider in the middle of the closet and then treating it as two halves in the design itself. I found in my past experience that it was easier to access your clothes that way. However, I got talked out of that.

Closet World had done some stuff in our house a long time ago and lately, we had them install a small walk-in closet. It’s a small room that we turned it into a closet, with drawers, cabinets, and everything. The designer we had was very good and professional. And the installation was very good too. It was completed on the first time and finished clean. My only concern is the wait time for the installation, it’s very long. For example, they come to the house, take the measurement and then give us a very late appointment.

I'm a repeat customer of Closet World. The designer was great and I had a positive experience when they did our garage. However, with the last job that they did, I was a little bit less than satisfied. When they installed the drawers, there was some finishing work missing. And if I set up a poster right on top of that chest of drawers, it will slide down behind it. I happen to be a small woman and it ended up sliding down so that I could get my hand through. I couldn't find a way to undo those drawers. And if the drawers come apart, that was never reviewed with me.

Closet World did the master room closet, a bar shelf, a chest for the head of the wine rack on any set, a playroom closet, my pantry and the shelving system for my husband's office. All of the closet places gave around 40% to 50% off for a particular week, which made me wonder how much the increase in the price would be for the actual item which was just a selling technique. Closet World's pricing was good. And their designer, Karen, was also fantastic, had a decent level of knowledge and was able to do what we needed.

Closet World did the previous install in our branch and initially, we went with them because of the price. For this time, they installed the closets in our bedrooms and they were fine. The designer was great and she communicated via text which was convenient for us. She was also friendly, nice, quick to respond and she spent quick with us the second time, but we trusted her from the first time. However, she didn't tell us about some of the options that we could have without the depth of some of the shelves. So, it was too shallow after the install. We had them come out to redo the closet and they would just charge us for the difference. On the other hand, the installation was fine as well. The guys were flexible with the time and they could come do it and finish on time. It was also easy to arrange the follow-up appointment. It was convenient overall.

Closet World installed master bedroom closets. There were doors, and hanging bars, and shelves as well. The interaction with the Closet World designer was fine except she didn’t accommodate the fact that the doors don’t clear the drawers. So, when I go into the closet, I have to close the doors in order to get into the drawers and that's a hassle. I also have to put stops on the doors since they hit the drawers. The installation crew did a great job. I would have expected that if they do a product like this, they wipe it down and clean it out. But they didn't do that. They left labels stuck on, sticky tape, and things that I had to clean up myself afterward. I already voiced my concern and complaint, so I would have expected they would have followed up but nobody contacted me yet.

I was looking online for some help with our closets. I talked to Closet World and the person who called me back the next day was very helpful and prompt about getting somebody out here ASAP. We had several interior parts of the closet installed and the designer was great. She understood what I want to do with the closet and she was very helpful about making recommendations. We would use Closet World again and we'll have the designer back.

My wife liked what she saw in Closet World’s brochure and so we had shelves installed in the walk-in closet as well as everything that goes with it. The designer was very nice while the install team was great. The job went very well overall.

I had a full closet done in my bedroom and the installer was awesome. He was very nice and informative but there was a defective drawer. There’s a gap on the top so they made a new top but then it didn’t work from the other side. He took it back and said that he was going to bring a replacement again. But even with that little problem, I am still very happy with the closet, the attitude and the customer service. They were very easy to work with and I like Closet World.

I used Closet World to do shelving in my garage years ago. We went with them since they had different shelvings and sizes and they had what we wanted. The person who came out was also very flexible and I like him. This time, they did the closet in the secondary bathroom. The designer came one time and drew out the plans. I also gave her my ideas and she accommodated what I wanted. We changed our minds from shelving to drawers and anywhere we wanted and they were versatile and we’re very happy with the initial design.

I didn’t want to pay the price the builder told me the upgrade would be for the closets. Closet World's designer came out, and had samples and we spent several hours talking about what I wanted in the master closet. She was nice and we got along well. Their price was much cheaper than my builder's. The installers arrived on time, brought in all their equipment and put things together. I got four drawers with shelves above them, and a shoe rack with shelves above as well. When they were finished, I looked at the product and it looked good. It matches what we had although it’s not as well-made, but it’s fine. However, I was a little disappointed that when I purchased the product, nobody explained that if they're tearing down old shelving, there would be holes in the wall and it wouldn't be covered up. Other than that, my experience was good.

I knew that Closet World had been around longer than the other closet companies because I knew of them first and I had heard of them longer. In addition, the products of their competitors were more costly. Closet World also had a discount and a special promo going, but the others didn't. So, I had Closet World add a walk-in closet and a bathroom to my bedroom. They had a totally empty space to work with and they did an amazing job.

I knew Closet World's reputation was good so I didn’t check another closet company. I had them do a closet organizer for my bedroom and I'm very happy with it as well as with Jessica, the designer, who was awesome. The installation, which took two or three hours, was straight too. Everything was handled the first time and it was a pleasant experience. The only negative was that Closet World's product was a little overpriced for what it was but it was what I wanted so I paid it.

I had a bedroom closet installed by Closet World. The designer was great and the installation went faster than what I expected. The closet's working out right now but the time for me to get an installation date was so far away and I had to deal with that for a while.

We recently had a garage cabinet installed by Closet World. Then last year, we had the bedroom closet shelves installed by them too. The cost was one main item why we selected them. Another was the designer, who came out to our home. She was really professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions. Since I knew what the possible cost was, we decided to go with it when she was near that cost. As for the installation crew, they're really fast with their work. The installation was good and all our experiences have been okay.

I was going to use the company that was provided by Costco which was Closet by Design but and they were too slow in calling me back. I went with Closet World and got one closet installed in the master bedroom. Their designer was great and answered all my questions. But the installers were supposed to show up between 9:00 and 11:00 and they showed up at 1:00. They were nice people but they took about four hours to install what was a super basic closet. Also, the work they left was kind of shabby and I wasn’t really that happy with it. The closet looked okay but it wasn’t worth $1,500 and I could have done it myself for about $500.

When I decided to do a renovation, Closet World was in one of my flyers. I just did a big renovation in my kitchen so the designer and I matched the colors, poles and everything with the master bath. She showed me all my choices and made it simple for me. I had Closet World install the bureau, dresser and tall shelving for shoes. Plus, a long area for hanging long items and two areas for short items on each side. During installation, the installers took the old and put in the new in. They got there right before I was and everything was all cleaned up. The full renovation in my house went very smoothly.

I had work done by Closet World 15 years ago. I was very pleased back then so I called them again and had some cupboards and the garage floor done. The lady who was here took a look at what I needed. She was very informative and recommended a few things as to the delivery date and how things were going to work. The installation team was very polite, nice and did their work in half a day. Everything went so smoothly and it was an excellent experience. Closet World has very professional and courteous people working for them.

A friend on my street had used Closet World and she told me that their prices were more reasonable than that of California Closets. I had Closet World install two closets, like closet organizers, in two bedrooms. It was good with the designer. The installers were courteous and friendly, and they’ve been fine to work with. But a few things have gone wrong, so they're going to come back and fix a couple of things, and install some more shelves in one of the closets. Although some follow-up has been a little slow, it was a good experience all in all with Closet World. They have a good product and I would recommend them.

We had Closet World install closets in the master’s bedroom and the guest room. Everything was detailed and organized when we dealt with the designer. The installer was late for the first day but it was okay because he was fast and the promised time is good. Closet World is affordable and they provide quick service. It was a great experience.

We had one of our guest bedroom closets installed by Closet World. We used them about 12 years ago but we also looked at other companies. In fact, we had an appointment with one but they did not show up and it was very suspicious. So, we decided to try Closet World again. Their designer was fantastic and he spent a lot of time being very precise so when they did the actual installation, the measurements were perfect so nothing had to be redone. The entire installation took about 90 minutes and it went very well. They came at the time that they said they were coming and they were very professional and helpful.

Closet World did my house 10 years ago. And their flyers came out again when I moved recently. Since I'm a returning customer, I said I needed new cabinets in the garage, and a couple of closets done at my new house. So their installers came out and did a great job. They were clean and neat, and it took them two days to get everything done.

The offer that Closet World had seemed reasonable and the designer did an admirable job. She was very nice. The installers were prompt and did what they were supposed to do. They forgot to bring free gifts though and somebody had to bring that back a while later. That aside, they did a good job. The two very wide closets and cabinets we had done are really good storage spaces. They look good and it achieved the results that we wanted to achieve so we're happy.

My experience with Closet World was wonderful. I used them in the past and I knew their work. They did my house that I used to have and they were good and efficient. I saw their ad again in the paper and I wanted to get it redone so I called them up and a lady set the appointment up for me. She was very pleasant and everything went well. A lady came out to measure, we talked a lot and she was really nice. I did a new closet with the track, three mirrors and the drawers and the hangers.

When I called Closet World, the person I spoke to gave me a good bid and I went with it. Their designer was awesome. I liked that she was professional, very knowledgeable and had a real personal bond with my wife. The installation experience was awesome as well. The guy came out and took care of the installation quickly. He installed all three closet organizers by himself and made sure the work area was cleaned up after the job was done. It was all good overall.

My contractor recommended Closet World because he knew the company and the person who does the drawings. I had met her before but I didn't know that she works for Closet World. I had a very good experience with her and she made drawings for all my closets but I had only two closets done with her. The installation was very professional and the installers were very quick in doing it. The kids seemed to be very pleased with the look and the closets. I like how it turned out and I will have Closet World do the rest of the closet and also our garage at a later date. I have already recommended them to other friends that are renovating their houses.

We just moved here five months ago and we needed a hall closet. A Closet World flyer kept coming in our mailbox every month and I finally convinced my husband to call them up, see what they're all about and if it's affordable. They set up an appointment and sent Marisol who was a sweetheart. She grew on us, made us very comfortable and confident enough to try them out. Our hall closet cabinet is exactly what we're looking for and we love it. The closet is five and a half to six feet wide. It's a linen closet to hold our blankets and pillows when guests come. We had a huge empty space in the house and I wanted a closet that's as big as can be and be as high as it can go. We couldn't do that since we have a trap door for the attic so we can only take is so high. But Closet World did it exactly like I wanted it with the four drawers and it's beautiful.

We had garage cabinets installed by Closet World. We went with them because we liked their designer. Their installers were great. They were very friendly and professional and came out and got the installation done. However, the designer mismeasured by 26 inches so they had to make another appointment. They didn’t put the knobs or the door handles the first time, but they came and made a special trip to put them on, which I appreciated because the cabinets were hard to open without the door handles on. The cabinets have good quality and they look nice. We would use Closet World again.

We looked at Ikea and Home Depot first but we liked the continuity of Closet World. We went with the three appointments and the interior designer who came out seemed to understand what our needs and what we wanted so we felt very comfortable planning with her. She came to our house, looked around our house to get an idea of our style, heard what we wanted, measured things, came up with a plan for the all-in-one, an office, an extra guest bedroom, and also my closet. She oversaw everything from thereon out and we liked that rather than us trying to come up with a plan and what we liked and then trying to order it and getting somebody else to install it. She was great and I very much appreciated the time that she kept. Her availability, attention and understanding of what we wanted made us so satisfied with the process.

Closet World was a referral from a friend. They had a good experience with them. I did a complete upgrade of my walk-in closet and I had a designer come out and go through what options were available. She helped us design the entire space and it was a really pleasant experience. One gentleman came out for the installation and he worked his derriere off. It was an upstairs installation so he had to do all the cutting outside. He had to run back and forth to bring in all the hardware and tear down what we currently had installed. He had to do all the deconstruction and then do all the installation himself.

I wanted to redo my room so I looked into Closet World and I fell in love with our designer. I thought she understood the kind of what I was talking about but there was a miscommunication between us. When I talked to her again, she told me that she thought that was what she had put down and she knew what I was talking about as it was the second time. She apologized since she didn't realize that she didn't put it right in. She was more understanding than the actual installer's boss.

My neighbor used Closet World and our contractor suggested that I use them as well. I met the lady that came out to measure everything and she was very nice. I didn’t want to go to anybody else and I loved her attitude. She was friendly and explained everything. I was also happy with the price. I had them work on a closet build. The installers were very nice, very professional and very clean. They didn’t leave a mess and they explained everything to me. At first, I was like, “Closet World? Oh, yeah. They're expensive,” but they really weren't. I'll definitely recommend them.

I had estimates from a couple of companies but I liked the same type of materials and designs that Closet World was providing. The designer was really flexible in terms of what I wanted but the installation was an iffy experience. They did not order the right parts for the master bedroom closets and one of the drawers was missing so they had to come again to get it done. It was very inconvenient because I had to wait for two weeks to get it done and I could not put my stuff away.

Closet World is a great company and within our price range. We called a couple of other companies and gave them the size of our closet and what we were looking for and they gave me a ballpark figure which was more than we were wanting to pay to have something done. At the time, Closet World was giving a discount and I'm glad we looked into them. Their product is good and I appreciate that their designer was very helpful and knowledgeable. She listened to us, pointed out a couple of things that we may need, and gave her opinion on how to organize and things to change that would give us more space. It was excellent dealing with her.

My husband is in the military and Closet World offers military discounts. We’ve also known about them for years and aside from their price, we also liked the quality of their closets. We were looking for a closet design and we liked that they offered us something that didn’t have the whole wire closet system. We weren’t paying $5,000 for wires in our closet. That’s ridiculous and we could go to Walmart and get the same thing for a couple of hundred dollars. When I first called Closet World, they put me in contact with Teri. She came out to the house and I told her the color and the price we wanted to spend. She brought the catalog, did some measurements and told us what we could see and what her different vision was for the area we had to work with. So, she guided us and went into a direction that worked for all of us.

I needed to get closets in my garage and someone suggested Closet World. After a couple of emails here and there, the designer came out and worked with me. Everything was on time, but there were a couple of flaws in the cabinets and the holes didn't line up. They had to take them back and come back again. Whoever built the shelves didn't do the best job but they came back and took care of it within two weeks. They also grabbed whatever it was that they were missing or whatever it was that needed to be changed. The fellas were great and they made a couple of suggestions. The designer might have mentioned them but I didn't think of it at the time, so we made those changes. Everything was great and I will definitely recommend them.

Closet World was extremely responsive and very fast. I called them and they came out the next day to measure. Four closets were installed in my pantry, in my laundry room, in my storage and in my hallway storage. The Closet World designer was nice and knowledgeable about their product. She even made a recommendation that I never even thought but I should think about and that was really helpful. However, one of her measurement was incorrect. So upon installation, the gentleman that came in to install had to make some changes. Nevertheless, everybody makes mistakes here and there. They made the monetary adjustment for changing the size, so that was nice. The installation guys were very prompt and cleaned up very well after themselves. Even though I had so much stuff to do, they’re able to finish it all in one day and I was very impressed.

Closet World was doing a no interest promotion, so we had them restructure the closet in our master's bedroom and have shelves, organizers and hangers installed. But once the wood bar that's up on the wall was removed, it was not pretty. Then when I came home from Denver, they obviously glued the wood to the wall and that tore the drywall. The rep explained the backing for the wall thoroughly, but she didn't show us a picture of how it would look like. So we thought the repair was unnecessary since the clothes are going to be in and we don't need the extra expense. But we could've talked about what the additional repair would cost if she did. So now it was my weekend project after I get off the road.

I had a sliding door from Closet World installed. The designer was really cool. It seemed like he had a limited understanding of what the product was or would be so I just gave him the benefit of the doubt. Then, upon seeing the installation of the product I think my hopes were a little bit high for what it would be. The metal that was in the pictures that he showed me was nicer and looked more like satin nickel, while in the final product, it's a little bit cheaper because it looked like aluminum which was really hard to tell from the pictures.

We had some misunderstanding with the contractors who installed the closet from Closet World. Their designer designed everything with the kitchen. I told her very clearly that this is a small closet and I need more space. It was already a very small closet worth only $1,500. But then, they made it smaller so I lost some space. For $1,500, I should have some extra. The installer said it was hard to explain to me the numbers, which were above the pictures. The picture shows I will not lose any space. I understand the person who installed it as he had no idea and did nothing with the design. However, my point was to make it compact so I can get more space. Also, they came late and I had to leave for work at that time. The supervisor said he will contact me the next day to discuss the issue with my design and contact the person who designed but nobody contacted me so I got upset. It was very stressful so I let it how it is.

I had called one or two other companies and Closet World returned my call and they also had a promotion going. The Closet World designer came out and she was very nice and great to work with. The installation crew came and they were here all day. They were very nice guys and I had them install an off white wood for the closet. They had someone else with them and I was happy that they were able to do it all in one day considering that they had told me it would take two days to accomplish the installation. The whole process went smoothly and so I recommend Closet World.

Closet World installed all five bedrooms of our house and we chose them because of their 50% off discount. They came back for a follow-up appointment to mix the colors of the bedrooms up and overall, it was okay. Although they need to hire the best and more experienced people who can design, it was a very good experience and I’m happy with it.

We had Closet World build a walk-in closet in our bedroom. I called them and they were available. I then asked for the quote and I liked their pricing. Their designer who came to our house was extremely helpful. She made three fantastic designs. She was really looking for the needs we had. It has been a good experience.

We got Closet World to install three closets in the Master bedroom and the children's bedroom. The designers were good and the prices were competitive. However, the installation was a nightmare, though they eventually rectified it. Two of the closets were installed improperly. A couple of the drawers didn't work, some of the moldings were left off the wall, and the wood had marker on it. It took them a week to come back and fix it.

My Closet World experience was great. They had an advertisement on the internet for a sale so we got them to put in a relatively simple unit and a walk-in closet for my son's room. It had shelving, drawers and two hanging bars. The quality is great and my son loves it. Their designer was very helpful, concise, and did a nice job. I had to do the demolition of the old closet myself which ended up being a pain. But beyond that, everything with the installation was easy and fine, and the installers got it done on time. Overall, it was a very simple experience and everything went as planned. Closet World had a good price, service and product.

I saw Closet World’s ad in the paper and they were the only closet company I had ever heard of. We had them installed cherry wood colored closets -- two small ones and one in the large master bedroom closet with drawers, and they were very nice. Their designer was very friendly and she felt like family being in the home. She was getting the idea of what our needs were and what would work best for our family. And with having little kids and one closet, plus how we could organize our shelving, she provided recommendations based on her experience. We had a good experience with her and I enjoyed her. The only thing was we weren’t informed that during installation, the baseboards that we had in there had to be pulled out which ended up having some discoloration. It was a bummer because when we did the plan, it was stated in there that we had them and I thought it would be a custom designed around it.

We got 3-4 estimates from other companies before we went with Closet World because of the in-house design experience. The designer had multiple options for us compared to other companies and also we got a good price. We made lots of changes but she was calm and patient and still did the changes for us. She concluded the order very fast. We had an installation in the garage and also in the walk-in closet, and we would still be giving two more orders this week. The installation experience was good. When they came for the first time, two of the doors were damaged so they came again the day before yesterday to replace them. They replaced only one while the other is still having issues so now we are having another appointment to install the last two, wasting a lot of time. Othen than that, they did fine and they had a good price.

I used Closet World about seven years ago and I had a good experience. I like them because they are responsive. Recently, I had a complete remodel done so working with Closet World was important. Once they got the green light, they moved in the time period that they told us they would. The designer, Heather, was great, prompt, and efficient. She answered the questions I had. And if she didn’t have the answers to them, she researched it and found out for me.

I needed a closet in the kid’s room and it was convenient to set up an appointment with Closet World. Their designer came to the house, took measurements and we talked about what I was trying to accomplish with the space. There's a lot of disconnect between their design and installation teams. During installation, only one guy came out but when it was described to me, it seemed that two guys would come out. Then the installer spent a lot more time than he had anticipated spending and part of that was because the demolition took longer than expected. He was really hesitant to start moving the shelving that was already there because the house was old. He said that in his experience, there had been times where the wall comes down because the house is so old. So I talked that through with him and it took a while.

I liked Closet World's design and they were worth trying so I had them install two bedroom closets in two small rooms in our home. The interaction with the Closet World designer was quick. I wanted her to do the doors to one of the closets as well and get all three jobs done. I hesitated since that was a lot but the designer said if I do all three then I get a discount. So, I called Closet World twice if they can contact the designer that would be best for the discount. However, they never got a hold of her and it wasn't a great experience.

I get the news flyer every week and heard about Closet World. There were shoes everywhere and it needed organization so we had two closets installed, in our daughter's room and then the master’s. The designer came over and designed the closets. The design was well, unfortunately, we didn't get enough shelving. The installer was cool. I think his name was Masui. He did have little trouble getting into the house because somebody at the warehouse gave him the wrong work order. And he ended up in Modesto, when I live in Manteca. But we figured it out. We got it squared away. Everything else was fine.

Closet World installed something for our bedroom and kitchen area. Their designer, Cindy, was very good but I am not too crazy about the installer. He was not polite. When he came in he was frustrated from a previous job. He did some work for some old lady and she didn’t give him a tip. After he finished the work I found that the pegs were not put in and I had to go look for pegs. They were not completely thorough with their finished job.

I had a walk-in closet in the master bedroom installed by Closet World. The designer measured the closets wrong. It wasn’t big enough for someone to walk in but the installer improvised and got it to work. He also cut the drawer on the next tier a little bit. He was a great guy and wanted to get the job done. He also tried to make sure I was happy with the product.

The salesperson came and they were supposed to install an entertainment center in my house. They threw out the plans and figured out the cost. I specifically told the salesperson that I was going put 6% off the cost and I wanted the difference so I went ahead and wrote him a check for $1,500, and $1,506. It was a deal. I even told him that I have additional cabinets that I was going to have installed in my garage. However, when they installed the wall unit in my house, the installers asked for the other half before they begin to work. I told the gentlemen at that time that the salesperson they sent us was a very nice man and very professional. The installer called his superiors. I explained to them what was going on and I even called the salesperson. And what the salesperson told me was he couldn’t recall exactly what happened on the previous appointment that he scheduled with me almost a month ago.

I got Closet World to install garage cabinets at home. I’ve talked to a couple of neighbors and I didn't like what they had. With Closet World, I get an envelope from them about once a month with a bunch of deals in. Plus I saw a couple of pictures and I got online so I gave it try. The designer came over and he was very, very good. He drew up the plans after he saw what I had in the garage. And the guys who installed it were good. They were on-time and very efficient. And the experience was very congenial. I discussed a few things with the installers because one cabinet had to go down lower because of the garage door rail. We hadn't thought about that when the designer came out. It had to be dropped about three inches and it was perfect. I got everything off the floor and into the cabinets. And now I can park my golf cart and car in the garage. So, everything went great.

There was a print ad where it said Closet World was at 50%. There was a sale going on. I went with it since at that time it looked cheaper based on the prices that we looked at. The designer explained all the options with respect to pricing, was helpful and discussing our concerns. She came on time and spent a lot of time with us. It helped us figure out what we wanted. However, there was some confusion about the installation. I was told they were coming at 12:00 but then I got a call at 10:30 that they're already there and that was still fine because I could come at 10:30.

The closet was average for us, and it wasn’t high quality. Closet World also didn’t do a great job on one of the bedrooms and they took on the moving and it cost us a lot of money to repair it because the moving just ruined the walls. I heard a lot of good things about Closet World but the prices I got from them was not fixed price and that’s the worst. One of the designers was an older lady and she was very pushy. She came and she was kind of racist because she tried to put the religion down and the race down. She was talking like that to my son and he decided not to go with her and her prices were very high. I called again to get another designer to come out.

I'm really happy with the built-in closet that Closet World installed in the office. I like how it looks. Their designer was very nice. She came over and we went over things and came up with a plan. The only issue I have is that they scratched the wall in three places during the installation. I understand that the thing is built in as tall as the house, so you need to be careful with it. But other than that, they did a good job. I would recommend Closet World.

I saw Closet World offering a discount so I had them put a large shelf space in our laundry room two months ago. Their designer was nice and the installer was fine. However, I was a little upset and annoyed that the installer didn't clean up afterwards. They had cabinets in there and I thought he’s going to take them away but didn't. So I spent my first hour cleaning up the dust and trash that he left everywhere. Also, when I looked at the product, I thought it’s overpriced and that it wasn’t a great deal.

I had Closet World make the large dining room into a pantry with lots of shelving. I also had a walk-in closet done, and then I had little jewelry drawers and some purse and shoe cubbies put in. It was very nice. There were issues on some things that weren’t covered and thought about like drawers at a corner space hitting each other when they open or an air-conditioning vent at the top when the designing went into place. But the designer was very passionate and excited about drawing something that’s wonderful for us. She was great.

Closet World responded to my inquiry so I went with them and had three closets done in my master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms. One of the closets included hampers, shoe racks and drawers. The designer and installers were great, nice and helpful. They did the closets really fast and they were clean as well. Overall, it was an easy experience with Closet World.

The company that did our closets before went out of business so we went ahead and gave Closet World a call. The designer was really good. She came over to the house and drew up everything. We got everything worked out the first meeting. We were one day past on the 50% off coupon that we had and she got that fixed up, too. The installation went pretty smoothly. They came on the day that they scheduled and during the time window that they said. Everything has been good. I would definitely recommend the designer. If anybody asked me about using Closet World, I would say definitely go for it. They were professional and on point.

Closet World had an ad in the paper about a 50% off, so that sounded good to me. But even with that, it’s still a little pricey. It's very nice though, so I understand. They did a beautiful job and I’m very pleased with what was installed. The designer was informative. What I liked was that she said that the colors and the handle were very similar, and it is, so it looks like it was installed at the same time when it was built. The installer was very nice and worked through lunch. He was very diligent. The experience was great but the price could be lower.

I had a bad experience with another company who did different work for me, so I was looking for a referral from someone who had used a company they were happy with and my friend referred Closet World. I needed them to put a storage wall in my garage. Their designer was wonderful. I told her what I wanted and she gave me some ideas. She drew things up and laid it all out for me. Their installers were polite and got there on time. They realized that they didn’t have everything they needed and they had to go get it but when they got it, they came back and worked late so they could get most of the stuff done in one day.

I interviewed three companies and Closet World seemed like what I wanted. It also had the best price. However, I had a terrible experience with the designer. She was very unorganized and her measurements were wrong. She made us resign the contract three times because of her mistakes and errors. And then, when the closets finally showed up, they were still wrong again from what we signed up for on the contract.

I liked the design that Closet World gave me and the price was about the same as that of other companies. I also liked the designer’s personality. She was really open to my suggestion as well as her giving out ideas. I had a closet installed in the master bedroom and the install guy was on time. However, I didn’t realize that two of the shelves are a little short and I don't know who to contact so I couldn't contact anybody. Nevertheless, I had an excellent experience with Closet World and I’m very satisfied.

I had Closet World install cabinets in our garage, master bedroom, and my children's closets. But before I decided to go with them, I compared their prices with California Closets and Closet World’s prices were a bit less. I also liked that they remove old installations from the closets. They did not just fit away, they also worked with a handyman as an intermediate step.

I've always seen Closet World ads in the papers for the last several years and every time I looked at it I said, “Oh, I wish I can do this.” Finally, they had a 50% off, so I called. Their designer came over, we talked and she measured. She was very nice. She drew out a plan that looked very good to me and we went with that. I had to wait for four weeks for the order to go through then we arranged for the delivery date which was on schedule. I was surprised that only one installer came, but he managed very well. He was efficient, quick and did a great job. I was very happy with the results. My closet in the master bedroom is a long one and I had shelves and clothes racks put in, in a gray color. It looks great. I would gladly recommend them to friends or relatives. I can't wait to be able to afford and do it again in the other bedrooms.

I’ve done business with Closet World before. This time, I had them install a closet in our master bedroom. I had a good experience with the designer. She was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and helpful. She got everything the way I wanted it, so I’m very pleased with the way the closet turned out. The installation was good as well. The guy came on time and explained how he was going to do it. He ran into some problems, which was normal because it’s an old house, and he worked through them. He did a wonderful job and completed it in three hours. Also, he cleaned up after finishing the project. Everything’s great with Closet World. They were all very nice and I would recommend them.

My salesperson from Closet World was able to work with me and did a good job on making me feel comfortable through the process. The designer was fantastic, very cooperative and worked with my budget. I had drawers, cabinets and hanging cabinets installed in our garage and bedrooms. The installation was awesome and professionally done.

I looked at my neighbor's cabinet that Closet World put in and I thought it was pretty good so I also had them install a basic white closet in my garage. Overall, the service was pretty good and their designer was very professional. But the first time the cabinet was installed, they accidentally punched a hole in a water pipe. Then they fixed that and said they're going to reimburse me for the accident. They also said they'll make me a new cabinet to replace the damaged one so they need to come back to reinstall.

I went with Closet World partly because of the cost and I liked their product. They have a very nice designer and the installation went good. I would recommend them.

I liked the Closet World designer a lot. She was really nice and she was the reason why I chose to go through with the bid. The installation, on the other hand, was a painful experience. I had them install the product in the garage. They were supposed to come within a window of time, and they were late, and I didn’t get a call. I had to preemptively call them to figure out what was going on. I had to reschedule them because it wasn't going to work. I wasn't really pleased with the installation. They also had to come back because there was some damage to some of the wood and they didn't have all the parts for the first part of the install. But it was ultimately resolved.

I’ve had Closet World’s service before and I used them again to install a white melamine closet in the master bedroom. My interaction with the designer was excellent as she was polite, she showed up on time and she’s sensitive to my needs. She appeared knowledgeable but the design that she came up with was flawed and has required me and the installer to modify to the point where I didn’t get what I paid for.

I received a welcome package in my new house and I had listed Closet World before, but we didn’t have a big space that I needed. Now with the new home, I had a big closet, so I figured I’d take advantage of that. I had seen their ad for a long time, and they were having the 50% off special. Their designer came in and designed it pretty simply and did her measurements. She was really sweet and kind and she made the process really easy. We got shelves and a dual hung closet all throughout across the entire wall in the master bedroom.

Due to Closet World's pricing, coupon and 50% off deal, I decided to go with them. The designer did a great job and she spent a lot of time at our house. She got to know us so that she could better figure out what would suit our needs. The products we got from them included drawers and shelving for the master closet, and the installation was good. The master bedroom was on the third floor and the installer had to carry all of the stuff up all by himself. So it took longer because he was all alone doing the whole thing. I felt bad for him as that was a lot for one person to do. He said it should've been a two-person job but he did it all and never skipped a beat. Overall, I enjoyed working with the designer and the installer. I got exactly what I ordered and paid for and the product seemed very durable.

I have worked with Closet World in the past so I had them install cabinets, shelves, and different units in my garage, kitchen, laundry room, and walk-in closet. Working with their designer was very good. She made a few mistakes but in the end, it all worked out. They had to do it three or four times so the installation took longer than 2 days, but it worked out in the end. It's been a very pleasant and positive experience. I’m happy and I would call them again.

The designer was great. She understood what I wanted and gave her honest recommendation. However, I did have a horrible interaction with the installation supervisor. Whenever the installation happened, I wasn't at home and my father-in-law was. But I had a very straightforward, simple closet. It's small, so it's nothing complicated. When I came home, I realized that they flipped the sides. So her side was on the right, and his side was on the left. When I talked to the designer, she made it very clear that her side should be the other way around. I called Closet World, and I told them, "Hey, guys. I'm wondering if you can come back and fix that." I was transferred to Albert and he was the installation supervisor.

I've done other properties and I've used Closet World's competitors, but Closet World had a flyer that came to my home which stated that they had 40% off. Their designer was excellent and better than the competition. She was knowledgeable, patient, exacting, has a good personality, had excellent follow-through and follow-ups, and she represented the product extremely well. She was the reason I went with Closet World.

I’m glad that I went with Closet World. Their process seemed a little screwy but it worked out and the end product was great. I felt bad for the salesperson because she spent five hours at my house. She’s an older lady and seemed kind of new and flustered by designing my system because it was underneath some stairs. She got the measurements a little bit wrong but the installation went pretty good.

Closet World installed a hamper, shelves, drawers and a bedroom closet for us. Their price got us to go with them. The installation was good and it got done in a day.

I had a custom closet installed in my bedroom and Closet World had half the price of California Closet. I also liked the lady that came out to do the estimate because she wasn't pushy. The designer that came out was awesome and I really liked her. The installer was great but there was some damage he couldn't really control from removing some of the baseboards and they said that they would reimburse me when I got it fixed. They were easy to work with and worked well within my needs.

I was very pleased with the way Closet World did the job. My wife dealt with their designer who was very good. She was extremely kind and very polite. The guys who installed the unit also did a good job. They gave us some critical insights, such as if they removed what was there on the wall then there was going to be some gaps, so they got me some fillers and got it fixed, too. They did some value added things that we were blindsided to start with, which was very good. However, I find that the price that they charged me was a bit too steep. If they would be a little bit moderate in cost, that will be better.

My experience with Closet World was not very positive. They installed two closets, a pantry and a consul in the garage in the home I purchased. The installers were great. They were very courteous, friendly, and did everything they needed to do. However, the designer didn't measure the stuff correctly. The consul was awful. It had to have gone from wall-to-wall, but it was 30 inches over and wouldn’t fit. Also, one installer went ahead and installed the pantry without letting me know that it's sitting on a window sill. He knew that the measurement was screwed up and I was not happy. It was all downfall. For the $8,000 that I paid, I expect quality work, product, and people who know how to measure. I didn't want to wait another six weeks and Closet World gave me back $600 for the consul. They need to redo the pantry and correct it.

The Closet World designer came to my house, measured everything then gave us a quote. She was very polite. The products that were installed were plain and white and we like them. The installer did a great job. It’s just that the product was a little bit expensive for what it is. But other than that, it's a great product.

Closet World was having a 50% off promotion, plus free installation and delivery, so I had them install a closet in my master bedroom. I got one other estimate and I could do more with them, but I had already put the deposit on Closet World. Their designer was good. She said she'd try to keep it under budget, but she gave me the basics. I wanted a little bit more but it’s fine. The installation was excellent and the installer also saved me money. He said what I wanted wouldn’t look right in my closet because I had such a big gap. It's a good closet overall and it was done right the first time.

Closet World was recommended to me. We had a meeting arranged with the first designer but the person didn't bother to show up which was extremely irritating. Nobody informed us that she wouldn't be showing up. Closet World supposedly gave us an additional discount the second time around to compensate for the screw-up. Then we met the second person and she did a great job. The installation team showed up when they're supposed to, installed two closets in the master bedroom closet, and they disappeared.

I used Closet World previously and I went with them again to have garage closets installed. I put their designer through challenges but she was fine. Their installers did a really good job and the site was left clean. I had a great experience with Closet World, which is unusual with contractors.

Closet World is a big company and they're a good-quality name. There are a few others but Closet World is what I'm familiar with, so that's what I went with. The designer came and we showed her what we wanted to do. She drew up the plans and we made some adjustments and everything was great. The installation crew didn't get done on the first day because they sent one guy, and it was four closets we were doing. He had to come back another time to finish the fourth one but I’m very satisfied with the team’s clean work. Overall, they made a difference and everything is sharper. I've recommended Closet World for their excellent work.

I liked Closet World's sales rep. I had two closets installed in a master bedroom and then in a second bedroom. I also had an entertainment closet built for DVDs and CDs. Their designer was good to work with, she listened to what I wanted and asked good questions and she drew it out and we agreed on it. The installation was good except that they only sent one installer and it took him six hours. I’m a store manager and I was not happy that I had to be away from my store for six hours. And when I called in to ask the manager why they only sent one, he said he didn't know and that they should have sent two.

I had Closet World do a walk-in closet, bathroom closet and two closets in the house. The design was good and the installer tweaked the design a little bit for the closet to fit the space. They also communicated to me the timing because the installation was a little bit later in the day because it wasn't urgent to get it done. So we had all day to get the project done and the installer cleaned up. Overall, it was a swift and immediate experience with Closet World.

I got three other estimates and in the end, went with Closet World due to the price. I had shelves and some drawers installed in my master bedroom. The designer was very nice and explained thoroughly. She also understood what I wanted. Although I wasn’t there when the installers came, everything looked good when I arrived. I’m happy overall.

A walk-in closet and organizers were installed by Closet World in my master bedroom. The designer was pleasant and the installers were on time. The only issue I had was that the designer made a mistake in the measurement so we needed more shelving. The work took another week to finish and I didn't like that. But the Closet World people brought more shelves out at no extra charge. They were professional, courteous, and worked in a timely manner. Everything went well and I had an excellent experience with Closet World.

Amy, the designer from Closet World, came in and she's really good. She made the who experience really easy. The price was good and they're confident with what they are offering. I had closets installed in our 2 bedrooms with normal hangers and drawers. The installation was easy and quick. The guys that came here were really nice, no hassle and friendly. After the installation, the office called me and wanted to make sure everything's okay. One thing that was uncertain though was when Amy came over and talked about the installation, she said it's a lifetime warranty when the installers told me it's five years. That put me not at ease and something I need to clarify but overall, I am definitely satisfied with Closet World.

We thought that Closet Worlds would make a more customized closet for the area that we need so we went with them. They installed a double wardrobe closet on one side, a window that’s in the center, drawers and shelves put under the window and then a larger wardrobe closet on the right-hand side. The Closet World designer was very friendly and efficient. He drew the diagram quickly and he's easy to work with

We used Closet World several years ago in our condo and they did a good job and had a good price so we used them again. I had a closet built fitted with shelves, doors and hanging rods. I also had custom shelves and cabinets built in our room. The designer came over, measured and showed me options. We talked about it, she gave me a price and we signed up. The installation was a little rockier though. There were a couple of dimensions that were incorrect so the installer had to cut things in the field a little bit. He made it work and although there were a couple of things that were not perfectly leveled, they’re fine. Everyone was friendly, professional and did a good job.

We had a kitchen pantry put in by Closet World. The price was fair though a little higher than the other companies. But their designer was more thorough with what she did on the design that we wanted and that made us decide to go to their direction. She also had a strong personality but she was nice and very good at following up. When the installers came, they didn't realize the design so they had to come back a second day to finish the job because they forgot to put some crown molding. But they came back when they said they would. Also, I have a new home and they didn't wear booties. We had to do some cleanup on our wood floor after they left. Though they cleaned up 90% of the area, they left some caulking marks on the floor and sawdust in the corners. So their installation crew aren’t the cleanest and they could have done a little better. Other than that, they were fine and we would use Closet World again.
