Kyle added me to his packed schedule for a same day service to kill the fleas in my home. I wasn’t here for two weeks, because I had a pacemaker installed in my lil body and when I came home, satan’s pets were everywhere. Kyle was kind, professional, and efficient. He let me know exactly how fleas need to be treated to be killed forever. So I know what to expect. Thank you so much. Thank you.

They come out promptly - and free - if you see bugs between service calls. Today Jalan ** was very kind and thorough, being sure to treat every area I asked him to. This is par for the course with Bulwark.

Every pest control person who I have come to my home for treatment has been more than excellent. They perform their job professionally and quickly. Today my exterminator was Adam **. Polite, professional and helpful in listening to my concerns.

We got started with Bulwark immediately after we bought our house after being referred by our realtor. Azrael is usually our service provider, he’s super polite and professional and always does a great job. Pedro has come by a few times as well, there’s been other guys depending on our and their availability, they’ve all been great. We extremely rarely see live critters since their sprays are pet safe but still high quality. However, since our neighborhood is still in construction we’ve had a few stray roaches, ants, and spiders come in and recurrent wasp nests, but all we have to do is express our urgency and they manage to fit us in for a next day service. Overall, no complaints whatsoever and some of the technicians even take a minute to pet our nosey cats when they’re here.

Bulwark was quick to schedule my initial treatment when I reached out in a panic about spiders. Jayden and Dylan were very friendly and knowledgeable about the services and listened to my problems. They helped target the areas of concern and explained in great detail the treatment plan. The whole interior and exterior service wrapped up quickly too.

I’ve been a customer of Bulwark for more than 2yrs. This is the first time I will write a review since Anthony “Tony” needs to be highly recommended for his job well done. Very knowledgeable and professional and he cares for his customers satisfaction by giving enough time to explain and take time checking your house and keeping you informed on how you can keep your house free of bugs. Tony deserves 10/10.

We've been using them for a while and actually stay because of how well of a job they've done. We usually have Terrence ** who has been the best with us. He texts or calls ahead since we have dogs and even watches out for our chickens when it's raining. No better service than that, someone who cares about the job and client!

I made an appointment for them to come out and the person who answered the call was CRAZY helpful. I can't remember who it was, but it was Chris who came out for the service this morning. He was on time. He was respectful of the property. He answered a million questions for me and gave me a lot of good information. Super knowledgeable and really went the extra mile I thought.

Problem with fleas.. Daniel came out twice and was a great service person..Fleas are bad in this area..Only lived in my townhouse 4wks. First 2 wks no fleas then all fleas started in backyard..Made their way into my house..It was terrible.. Daniel is the best..He took his time and listened to what I was having trouble with.. Great work Daniel..

Brandon ** was very friendly and did a great job. He was and thorough and explained to me what all he was doing. He asked me where and what I was concerned about. He is the one I will prefer as my technician.

Isaac did a great job. He asked if we had any issues around the home with spiders or other pests and made sure to take care of it. We have always had a great experience with Bulwark and their employees.

Brendon sprayed our house for scorpions and did an outstanding job! He was so thorough and helpful with describing why we are having more scorpion activity. Brendon also took measures to prevent this problem in the future!

I had a huge beetle problem the last couple of weeks and Brendan came to the rescue! He walked me through the steps he was taking to combat these bugs and told me about the product he was using and was very thorough when spraying, making sure he didn't miss any area where the beetles could come from or hide. We have been using Bulwark for a few years now. I have been very impressed with how easy it is to reach them for our scheduled services. They also have free retreatment in between services, which I have had no trouble to schedule. Leroy was our technician today, and he was professional and courteous. We have small children and he was extra cautious about letting us know when our children can go outside and play again. I appreciate that sentiment.

John “Trey” ** III just left my residence at 125 Henderson Dr. in Statesville. He was very personable and listen to my concerns and address them accordingly he was very nice to talk to and very professional. I would love to see him again.

The gentleman, Leroy, came and took care of my house. Showed up at the time we expected but also was able to get it completed with no issues whatsoever. Was super professional and it has been working. A+ service.

He took out the wasps all round the home and sprayed in depth at the window wells. Is a great technician from Bulwark Exterminating. He went around the home removing wasp nests. And sprayed all round the perimeter. Very satisfied with his performance.

I have been using this company this summer to control the mosquitos in my backyard and they have been very responsive when I needed them to come an extra time and they seem to do a very thorough job. Last summer I was inundated with the biting insects and this summer (when it's not too hot to leave the house), I can again enjoy my backyard.

Rob with Bulwark was awesome. He did the initial treatment of my home and was very knowledgeable on various pests, what to expect with the treatment, what to look out for, how else he can help, etc. Great guy and great experience!

My service appointment with Terrence ** was amazing. He was prompt, efficient with the service and did excellent work. He has been responsive to all my concerns and remains in constant contact with me to address any issue now and in the future.

We needed service for the first time as we noticed ants with wings in our shower. I called Bulwark because my daughter and my mother use them and are very satisfied. Thomas ** came to our home, explained his process and treated the outside with granules as it was raining and will come back in a few days to spray outside. He did a thorough job inside including an outlet in each room. My husband has asthma and he gave us the option of a natural option. I hope that we get Thomas on a return trip! Very satisfied customer.

Tyler does a great job of being on time and informative. He listens to our concerns and addresses them fully. He's also very thorough in his application. He never leaves a mess. He is polite, professionally attired, and efficient.

As described, our tech Beau called beforehand, was on time, he was super knowledgeable, explained what and why he was doing, a spray here and a spray there... Beau was smiling, happy demeanor, pleasant and had a great sense of humor.

Daniel ** did a great job taking care of the concerns I had in my backyard. He text me before he came, and again with pictures after he left. I could see him on my video cam even though I wasn’t there. He did exactly what I asked.

I was skeptical at first because in my initial call I was told the chemicals would not just be applied to my baseboards. When I come home I thought that’s what they were doing. Once they explained it was clear the specialist knew what he was doing. Tanner Q even removed a hornet's nest in my carport that was sure to cause a problem in the future. We are very pleased with the companies and the Specialist's professionalism and glad we decided to go with Bulwark.

Kevin and the supervisor spent an hour and a half at our home, surveying all of the issues and treating all concerns. They were thorough, very professional and helpful in every regard. I can definitely recommend them to any other client.

Curtis ** Jr was very professional and explained everything he was doing. He sprayed the entire outside of the house and set the glue traps in my garage. He showed up on time and performed the service in a timely manner.

He and his partner treated inside and outside of my home before unexpectedly treating my yard for cicada killers, which no other professional company has dared attempt for the last several years. Mr. Jason ** was absolutely amazing. He hit every nook and cranny his first visit. He gave me a detailed list of what needed cleaning by the second time he came. It was smooth sailing with a few more cleaning tips.

Mr. Curtis was amazing and very friendly. I had called at the last minute and Curtis helped me out. He did not have to due to the fact that he was off of work but he took my service with no hesitation. We need more people like Curtis **. I will be calling Bulwark back and asking for Mr. Curtis again!

Mickel ** provided my wife and I a very informative overview of their service line(s). He was very complete about their process. Furthermore, he carefully explained their cost structure and was a very good listener.

We are seeing a dramatic decrease in roaches. Josh is amazing and very professional and ready to answer any questions or concerns we may have. 100% recommend if you are have a bug problem. Service was easy to get and is cost-friendly.

George did a very good job by securing the perimeter of our home and was very informative on what was performed by him. Even when I sent him messages to check on the progress of the visit, he was very responsive and there was no type of confusion.

Sam did my extermination today and was awesome to work with. I love that they give you a 3 hour time frame the day before service to watch for them, but then on the day of service I’ll get a 30 minute heads up of their arrival. Thank you for keeping scorpions, black windows, and flying ants out! I tried to treat the property myself for a year and nothing was working until I called Bulwark. I highly recommend their services.

I use the mosquito containers (4)… Eric is the only technician that thoroughly cleaned & properly loaded these this year… He found where a previous tech had improperly loaded so they weren’t effective until Eric fixed them. Eric is on time & very positive. I hope Bulwark sends him every time going forward.

Jason has been to our home on a couple of occasions. He is always polite, courteous, and professional. He answers all of my pest questions and is genuinely a nice person to do business with. We are new to Tucson and called Carl ** to treat ants in our house. Carl arrived within 20 minutes and was very friendly and professional. He explained Bulwark's treatments and plans as well as common pests in the area; he even shared a few "things to see in Tucson." We decided on an affordable, no-contract plan with bi-monthly treatments and free call-backs if needed. Carl took care of the ants and thoroughly treated the interior and exterior of our house. We have had Bulwark for almost 20 years. We tried another company a few years ago but the quality of work and responsiveness did not match Bulwark. Yesterday my son was mowing the lawn and he hit a yellow jacket nest and got stung about 30 times. I called Bulwark and they had someone come out the next morning. Adam is our technician. He showed up on time (8am) and took care of the nest. Yellow jackets were swarming around him, but he did not back off. I am so impressed with Adam. Also with Bulwark. When I called the office to see if someone could come out, the customer service was great. I highly recommend this company.

Terrence was on time. In-and-Out. Got all the places that I needed to get sprayed and an excellent service. We get our yard treated every month for all the bugs, and Terrence always has me on a recurring schedule.

We have a problem with wasp building nests inside the double-sided fence that separates my yard from the neighbors. Lately, the wasps have migrated to the ceilings over doorways. Technician ** treated this residential facility with care and in detail adapting his treatment to eradicate both the increase in the number and types of pests. He seems to be the most knowledgeable of the techs and provides very good customer service.

He’s kind, dependable, thorough, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond every single time. He answers all of our questions, and sometimes that can be a lot. Jason came out to our home the morning after we called Bulwark to set up service as a new customer. He understood our needs and had recommendations based on his many years of experience. He treated the inside of our home and was very professional.

My tech Isaac ** was great. He did a great job. A really personable guy that wasn’t afraid to strike up a conversation. He sprayed the house well and explained what he was doing before he started doing it.

Timothy and Bulwark are great. <3 Always cordial and pleasant, in person and on the phone. Scheduling has always been very easy. Exterior services are always done without the need to be there, meaning there's no scheduling involved. Tanner ** was the technician who came to our home today, and he provided a very thorough service. He made sure to ask about any problem areas, and ask if we wanted specific areas treated. He even listened to my twin 6 year olds address their bug concerns about the yard, and assured them he would take care of the issue. He was great.

Tim ** was our tech. He called to let me know he was on the way about 20 minutes before arriving. While he was here, He shared some of the company history and told me what I can expect. He was very professional the whole time and even greeted my dogs and daughter who were at home at the time too. We even got to shoot the breeze about some Veteran stories. The icing on the cake, While he was treating outdoors and the Garage, he brought my trash bin in from the curb which really surprised me. All in all, a very pleasant and impressive first impression.

Whenever we've had a particular uptick in pest problems, Bulwark has helped us solve them. Today Orlando helped us solve our ant problem. They also always clear our outside spiderwebs. We've used them for several years and they are very professional.

This was our first time going with Bulwark. Dawson came out and sprayed our interior and exterior of our house. He was extremely thorough with his work and made sure he accommodated all of our needs. They came out very fast for a refresh in my treatment after I saw a bug crawling around, they came out the next day and are very helpful. They were polite and did the work very quickly, I'm hoping the problem is totally resolved now.
