Anthony's professionalism and expertise truly impressed me. Not only did he rid my home of pests, but he also provided helpful tips to prevent future infestations. A reliable and knowledgeable exterminator, I'm grateful for his outstanding service!

We are new to Tucson and called Carl ** to treat ants in our house. Carl arrived within 20 minutes and was very friendly and professional. He explained Bulwark's treatments and plans as well as common pests in the area; he even shared a few "things to see in Tucson." We decided on an affordable, no-contract plan with bi-monthly treatments and free call-backs if needed. Carl took care of the ants and thoroughly treated the interior and exterior of our house. He encouraged us to call if we have any issues. Our first impression of Carl and Bulwark could not have been better.

Michael ** is always very friendly and helpful when he comes to service our property. Since we started using Bulwark, the ants haven’t been inside anymore and when we had a family of mice move in after we went on vacation, they were quick to help us eliminate them! Thanks for all the help!

Caleb C came out to take care of our wasp problem. He was very thorough and when he came back to do our regular treatment. He followed up. He’s great! Highly recommend him and Bulwark. They are very responsive when there are issues with new pests. Quick and the prices are reasonable.

We have had Bulwark for almost 20 years. We tried another company a few years ago but the quality of work and responsiveness did not match Bulwark. Yesterday my son was mowing the lawn and he hit a yellow jacket nest and got stung about 30 times. I called Bulwark and they had someone come out the next morning. Adam is our technician. He showed up on time (8am) and took care of the nest. Yellow jackets were swarming around him, but he did not back off. I am so impressed with Adam. Also with Bulwark. When I called the office to see if someone could come out, the customer service was great. I highly recommend this company.

Terrence was on time. In-and-Out. Got all the places that I needed to get sprayed and an excellent service. We get our yard treated every month for all the bugs, and Terrence always has me on a recurring schedule.

Kevin showed up on time, did an evaluation, then completed the job in a timely manner. So far so good on the bug issue. No wonder people have issues leaving reviews on these. They just need to be short and sweet!

Tim was the one that came out the same day I called in to start service. He was on time and great!! Tayvian was the one that came out when we caught a mouse on the glue boards and he was quick to come and take them away!

Jaden came by this morning and did an awesome job (as always) knocking down newly formed webs. We have had this company for almost a year now and haven't found 1 critter inside our house! Very respectful and thorough.

Blake arrived promptly at 8:00 and worked for quite a while inside and outside. Great service was provided!! He rid the property of webs and sprayed both inside and out. We had some issues with palmetto bugs so hopefully we won’t be seeing more for a while. We have a problem with wasp building nests inside the double-sided fence that separates my yard from the neighbors. Lately, the wasps have migrated to the ceilings over doorways. I contacted Bulwark & received next-day service. Schyler came out & was very thorough in treating the problem. He communicated w/ me all the way. Bulwark has exceeded my expectations. I put in for a FREE RESPRAY late last night and they scheduled me for this evening. Tanner ** was the technician and he is great! He was thorough and spray every baseboard, he even went outside and knocked down the three wasp nests. At the end, he offered bug bait for free and explained what they were for and how to use them and place them. Definitely happy with this service. Thanks so much Tanner!

Technician ** treated this residential facility with care and in detail adapting his treatment to eradicate both the increase in the number and types of pests. He seems to be the most knowledgeable of the techs and provides very good customer service.

Justin B., has been our technician for over a year now and he’s such an awesome tech! He’s always on time, or works around our schedule if needed. He’s kind, dependable, thorough, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond every single time. He answers all of our questions, and sometimes that can be a lot. Isaac ** was awesome. Been using Bulwark for over a decade and they always do a great job. Isaac continues that trend! Sprayed inside and outside, removed wasps, con webs, treated for ants seeking water, etc.

He was attentive to bug activity and found a wasp hive somewhere we hadn't known about that had been giving us problems. Exterior services are always done without the need to be there, meaning there's no scheduling involved. Gus comes to my home usually every month to spray for bugs we have in our house. He is very efficient and effective. He sprays in all the hard to reach areas and does an awesome job. He is also very nice.

Tanner ** was the technician who came to our home today, and he provided a very thorough service. He made sure to ask about any problem areas, and ask if we wanted specific areas treated. Tim ** was our tech. He called to let me know he was on the way about 20 minutes before arriving. While he was here, He shared some of the company history and told me what I can expect. He was very professional the whole time and even greeted my dogs and daughter who were at home at the time too. We even got to shoot the breeze about some Veteran stories. The icing on the cake, While he was treating outdoors and the Garage, he brought my trash bin in from the curb which really surprised me. All in all, a very pleasant and impressive first impression.

Whenever we've had a particular uptick in pest problems, Bulwark has helped us solve them. Today Orlando helped us solve our ant problem. They also always clear our outside spiderwebs. We've used them for several years and they are very professional.

They came out very fast for a refresh in my treatment after I saw a bug crawling around, they came out the next day and are very helpful. They were polite and did the work very quickly, I'm hoping the problem is totally resolved now.

The 2 techs Hunter and Dante were great. They listened and followed every instruction to the letter. They were very thorough and respectful. I had fired my previous bug guys the day before and these two came to my rescue.

We have had Bulwark for the past year and they have provided excellent service throughout. Even after their scheduled treatments they are always more than willing to come back and spot treat for any issues that we may be experiencing at no charge to us. Recently we have been having an issue with wasps and spiders due to the season. However when the tech (Martin T) arrived, he took the time to understand our issues and problem areas and developed a thorough treatment plan to get rid of them.

Our service provider was Landon ** and he treated our home for termites. We were extremely pleased with his professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge. We feel like we were in excellent hands and will definitely recommend Bulwark to our friends and family.

I've been struggling with rats at my rental house for a year now, so I called Bulwark to see if they could help. What I got was a easy, fast contract that was affordable and simple. Then their professional Spencer showed up 2 days later, and I'm thrilled with my product so far! They provide free callbacks and their trap setups were extremely affordable. Our tech, Payson S. Has been so thorough. We had an ant infestation and after he came and sprayed, we haven’t had a problem since. Honestly haven’t seen a single bug since. We called for wasp removal and Bulwark San Antonio were able to send Braxton out the next day. He sprayed our perimeter and found additional wasp nests that we hadn’t noticed. They are always readily available to provide as needed services in between scheduled extermination.

Ruben did an excellent job letting me know when he would be coming. He took very good care of the exterior of my home so that I wouldn't get spiders or ants. He also pointed out to me that I have some holes in my screens where a rodent could get into my home.

Been with Bulwark here in Prescott area for a Year. Like all business we have had a few glitches. Don't get me wrong. However, Rex, Jacob and everyone I have spoken to in the office or texted have been so helpful and courteous. I can say this, their word is good when they say, "If you still have a problem we will come back out free of charge and take care of any problem." For one picky guy like me I don't think you can do better. PS. I have chemical allergies and they saved my house from carpenter ants with that spray that relates to the Chrysanthemum flower. Dakota arrived about 15 min early and got straight to work! He identified the source of our mite infestation, got rid of the bird nest it came from and sprayed the room. He then processed to treat the entire indoor and outdoor premises with a general pest deterrent. He made a few good recommendations to keep animals that carry mites out of our vents and even offered to help us put them on at our next follow up appointment. We couldn’t have asked for a better technician and I will be recommending him to everyone in my community!

Bulwark periodically indicates a date they will be coming, and if my dogs will be there, they quickly change the date based on my request. Mr. ** texts me to advise me that he has treated the areas around my home and sends photos if there is a particular area that needed attention. His service has always been effective and reliable.

Jayden was on time. He explained the process concisely and thoroughly. He treated the house inside and out, explaining that the inside treatment was water soluble and the outside was not. He removed three separate wasp nests from the eaves. Jayen also reminded me to keep the dog inside for 30 minutes so the outside treatment could dry.
