Johnny came and provided us service today. He did an outstanding job, from customer service, to the actual exterminating part. He was extremely informative and polite. I couldn’t recommend Bulwark more.

The Bulwark technician ** is always pleasant and efficient. He does an excellent on covering areas outside the house when specific bugs are most active. We have had less of a problem with any insect since Bulwark service started. We are always asked if we have had any problems since last serviced, if so they will return free of charge.

I contacted Bulwark Exterminating regarding a rodent problem we were having. They were quick to respond to my concern and sent out a representative the very next day. Corey arrived promptly at the indicated time and completed the work efficiently. He provided us with information of the products he was using and made sure that they were safe for our dog. Thanks Corey and Bulwark for your prompt attention to the matter.

Convenient for my schedule and kept me informed. Accommodated everything that I requested. Their self scheduling was superb. Especially since I usually forget to make the appointment. They inform me of all the issues.

Chris ** was out today and sent pictures of his work. He took care of sweeping for spiders, opened all the irrigation boxes and sprayed there as well. Always takes care of things I don't even think about. Perfect.

Marco ** came out to help start treatment of a German cockroach infestation. He listened to all my concerns and was very thorough and explained what he was doing really well. This is going to be a bit of a lengthy process to get rid of the bugs, but I think it's been an excellent start.

Isaac communicates with us, as well as sends photos to let us know the areas that were treated heavily. They hit all the spots that I told them about as well as the perimeter. Great company to work with all around!

I called a lot of places before I called Bulwark! Everyone treated me like I was crazy when it came to the questions I was asking. Bulwark did not! Bulwark handled everything so professional! They came out and cleaned all my spider webs and they rock!!

My roaches are tenacious, but Bulwark has been very willing to come back weekly for -free- follow ups. All the technicians have done great jobs, but Ryan did more than I requested, even spraying areas that weren’t asked for.

I’m on a quarterly service plan & my rep Austin always checks-in via e-mail to advise me of his upcoming visits. He always asks if there is anything additional to address on the routine visit beyond his treatment. The last 2 visits I have asked him to give attention to seasonal pests. This trip it was spiders in my garage & screened in patio that like to enter the house in colder months. A thorough spraying this trip should deter the spiders. So happy with Bulwark & highly recommend them!!

Our exterminator Dave ** with Bulwark Exterminating was excellent. He has gotten rid of all the rodents in our crawlspace and ensured they won’t be coming back. He was extremely friendly, prompt and detailed in his extermination. He has came back several times to ensure that the crawlspace and attic are good and to go over what he has seen. I would highly recommend this company for anyone who is looking for pest control.

Keigunn did my service here in Stansbury Park Utah and he was amazing!! Professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to interact with! If all employees were like Keigunn this world would be a better place, and have less bugs!! Win win!

Matt ** is great at his job. We were having a problem with bird mites and had several visits with no success. Matt examined the area of activity and walk me through best chance for a quick resolution. He is really helpful and straightforward with his solutions.

Carl ** is exterminator in our area. He is always quick to answer phone and quicker to stamp out bugs, rotten, reptiles or any other insect breed that I discovered in my home. I always appreciate his service.

Called on a Sunday and followed the directions to set up appointment. They were able to come the next day. Service was excellent. Justin B. went above and beyond my expectations. He sprayed inside and outside.

Axl ** kept us notified of his arrival time. When he did arrive he was courteous and professional (even when our dog greeted him at the door). Axl inspected the property and did an efficient/thorough job.

Nolan was my tech who came out today, he was very helpful in my pest needs to kill those vermin around my home, he answered all my questions about this ant that lol. He helped me sign up to a every other month visit to get the flea infestation under control, thank you again Nolan for the help.

My technician is Tristan **. He is always smiling and very thorough. We needed him to come back the very next day due to ants in our family room. Once again, he was very caring, professional, and kind, in spite of having to come back. Bulwark and their techs are definitely 5 stars!

Tech arrived on time. Finished the work quickly and quietly. For years we have been bug free. If we ever have any problems, they come back out without question and retreat. They have even cleared away cobwebs on the front porch.

Today I had a new employee, Prestin **, perform my bimonthly service. Past service technicians simply spread granules in the yard and around the house. Prestin sprayed an insecticide around my front yard and all over my patio and deck. Then Prestin sprinkled fire ant bait in 2 places in the yard. He was scheduled to arrive between 4pm-7pm today. He pulled up to the house at 4:03 pm. He was well-groomed and well-spoken. He performed an exceptional job and I have requested that he be my regular service technician. Very pleased with his work.

We needed pest control in a hurry after our last company left us in a bind. We contacted Bulwark and the next day we had a technician at our house. Our technician was Mark and he was very professional and accommodating. He explained all the products thoroughly and let us know the treatment plan. We have 4 little dogs and he explained how long they should wait after application to be around the treatment areas. We hope to have him back each time!

We are delighted with Bulwark Exterminating! Our pest control guy, Keigunn **, is so thorough and efficient. Keigunn found a wasp nest that we didn't even know was there, and took care of it before it could cause problems for us or for my roommate's pupper! Bulwark is great with their communication as well. We always know when they will be there, and they always show up. They aren't like other companies that make a plan with you and blow you off. They're affordable, and they really work. I'm so delighted with them!

I called Bulwark and they got me an appointment the next day. The service price was very affordable and sounded very thorough. My technician Leroy was friendly and did a good job. I appreciate they have free call backs in case problems pop up. I would definitely recommend them.

Dustin V.K was amazing! He went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. He really represents his company well! We are new to Arizona and have no idea about scorpions. Dustin really took the time to explain what he was doing and why. We were really concerned with our toddler outside and he made sure to heavily spray so we can have some peace of mind. He even went outside the house while spraying, he removed cobwebs, wasp nests and any residual pest 'leftovers'. I also asked him to refill the bait in our rat traps next to the house. He did it all. Justin ** was very helpful keeping the water spiders from entering my home. Every fall we have a large spider issue and he made sure to cover every entry and exit point into the home as well as a barrier around the entire house.

We have been using Bulwark as our “bug guys” for many years here in Marysville WA. Tristan always tells us to call if we have trouble with anything that has more than 4 legs haha. He even left us with fly trap/bait since they’ve been coming inside seeking warmth. When we have a reoccurring ant problem, they don’t hesitate to come out and treat. Jose and Courtney were here today to treat for some ants around the house and they did an amazing job. They were so considerate of my 4yo daughter with autism! Making conversation and including her in the process while still enforcing safety measures. We love our “bug guys” and highly recommend them.

My technician was Curtis ** and he gave me notice when he was on his way, he made sure to spray all target areas to keep the barrier strong including sweeping away all cobwebs. Very polite. Fabulous job. Highly recommend Bulwark (and Curtis).

Keigunn came and sprayed the house and he was very helpful and considerate of the chemicals he used and made sure they were safe for our pets and baby. He even said he would come back if we ever saw another living bug.

The tech that came out to spray was friendly. He had shoe covers on. He explained what he was doing as we went from room to room. I saw him do something to the outlet and he explained what that was for. He removed wasp nests.

This company was recommended by Angi and the only company that was persistent in trying to make an appointment. The wasps were in a difficult spot and I needed to get supplies to seal off the area after the extermination, but the company kept calling! So when I got my materials, I immediately called them and they scheduled me for less than a week out. They came, they saw, they conquered. It's now the next day and I don't see a single wasp going in or out of the area. And Bulwark gave me a 2-month warranty to come out free if they come back. It was a good $200 spent. I highly recommend Tristan, Dylan and Jose to come out and help you if you have a problem.

My family has used Bulwark for years. In fact we have moved 4 times in the last 14 years and Bulwark services are one of thr first thing we set up after the major utilities. It was my first experience with pest control so did not know what to expect but Mr. Alexis ** the service tech informed me of everything he was going to do before he did it. Steve, from Bulwark Exterminating did my routine maintenance for Sept. He did a fantastic job checking for any exterior webs and treating the exterior of my home thoroughly. He reestablished a protective barrier around the home and inside the garage to keep unwanted pests away. Steve, is super polite, very knowledgeable and gets the job done!

Even the event of emergency where you find a hornet's nest or spider intrusion in the home. They come out at least the next day to identify issues and mitigate them as soon as possible and all at no extra charge.

About a week and a half ago, Bulwark set sticky traps for a spider (the size of a child's hand) in my garage. We called, late in the afternoon, to get a worker to remove a trap that ended up catching a mouse. The next day, Martin T, came by and removed the used traps and replaced the unusable ones. Also, he set up a few rodent bait traps around the house and property. We are very happy and relieved to have such a quick turnaround service.

Every pest control person who I have come to my home for treatment has been more than excellent. They perform their job professionally and quickly. Today my exterminator was Adam **. Polite, professional and helpful in listening to my concerns.

We got started with Bulwark immediately after we bought our house after being referred by our realtor. Azrael is usually our service provider, he’s super polite and professional and always does a great job. Pedro has come by a few times as well, there’s been other guys depending on our and their availability, they’ve all been great. We extremely rarely see live critters since their sprays are pet safe but still high quality. However, since our neighborhood is still in construction we’ve had a few stray roaches, ants, and spiders come in and recurrent wasp nests, but all we have to do is express our urgency and they manage to fit us in for a next day service. Overall, no complaints whatsoever and some of the technicians even take a minute to pet our nosey cats when they’re here.

Bulwark was quick to schedule my initial treatment when I reached out in a panic about spiders. Jayden and Dylan were very friendly and knowledgeable about the services and listened to my problems. They helped target the areas of concern and explained in great detail the treatment plan. The whole interior and exterior service wrapped up quickly too.

We've been using them for a while and actually stay because of how well of a job they've done. We usually have Terrence ** who has been the best with us. He texts or calls ahead since we have dogs and even watches out for our chickens when it's raining. No better service than that, someone who cares about the job and client!

Problem with fleas.. Daniel came out twice and was a great service person..Fleas are bad in this area..Only lived in my townhouse 4wks.
