Tyler came and did a great job even in the rain and a horrible weather outside! He messaged when he was done with pictures and an explanation of what he did and I wasn’t home at the time so I appreciated the update!

We have had Bulwark for the past year and they have provided excellent service throughout. Even after their scheduled treatments they are always more than willing to come back and spot treat for any issues that we may be experiencing at no charge to us. Recently we have been having an issue with wasps and spiders due to the season. However when the tech (Martin T) arrived, he took the time to understand our issues and problem areas and developed a thorough treatment plan to get rid of them.

Our service provider was Landon ** and he treated our home for termites. We were extremely pleased with his professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge. We feel like we were in excellent hands and will definitely recommend Bulwark to our friends and family.

Bulwark employees are very polite and great with communication. They walked me around my house and explained everything they were going to do to help protect my home. After the initial treatment they asked me several times if I had any questions and showed me how to use their helpful app.

I've been struggling with rats at my rental house for a year now, so I called Bulwark to see if they could help. What I got was a easy, fast contract that was affordable and simple. Then their professional Spencer showed up 2 days later, and I'm thrilled with my product so far! They provide free callbacks and their trap setups were extremely affordable. Glad I didn't try to do this myself!

The technician was timely, and he did an excellent job. Kevin Was instructed to call ahead, he did that. He was very thorough and listened carefully to my needs. I did appreciate them calling ahead and scheduling my service.

Our tech, Payson S. Has been so thorough. We had an ant infestation and after he came and sprayed, we haven’t had a problem since. Honestly haven’t seen a single bug since. He even found a wasps nest I wasn’t aware of and took care of it too. Probably one of the best and most thorough techs we’ve had with any company.

They have treated my home for years- always been great!!! They communicate with pictures and always do fabulous job. When I’ve needed extra treatments they handle it right away!!! Jesse was great and all of the employees have done a great job.

Jake & Trevor were awesome, nice, and did a great job. They did the routine bug maintenance and sprayed around the house. They also went a little heavier on the window wells since we saw some spiders inside. They also checked the bait boxes since we saw rats in a neighbor's yard when the snow started melting.

Monique was very kind and positive, she seemed to genuinely care about my pest concerns and treated my house efficiently and thoroughly while emphasizing I am free to call if I have any additional issues.

Takes care of every aspect of her job. When asked to take care of any pest problems goes above and beyond expectations. Also explains everything to me that I can take care of to help control the pests.

Alex of Bulwark Extermination takes good care of my home for pest control. I've been using Bulwark for over 20 years without a single complaint, which is due to the professionalism of people like Alex. He is fast and efficient but if I ever have questions he takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. Their service is very effective, especially the mosquito control. I am a very happy customer. We called for wasp removal and Bulwark San Antonio were able to send Braxton out the next day. He sprayed our perimeter and found additional wasp nests that we hadn’t noticed. They are always readily available to provide as needed services in between scheduled extermination.

Ruben did an excellent job letting me know when he would be coming. He took very good care of the exterior of my home so that I wouldn't get spiders or ants. He also pointed out to me that I have some holes in my screens where a rodent could get into my home.

Been with Bulwark here in Prescott area for a Year. Like all business we have had a few glitches. Don't get me wrong. However, Rex, Jacob and everyone I have spoken to in the office or texted have been so helpful and courteous. I can say this, their word is good when they say, "If you still have a problem we will come back out free of charge and take care of any problem." For one picky guy like me I don't think you can do better. PS. I have chemical allergies and they saved my house from carpenter ants with that spray that relates to the Chrysanthemum flower. I am real grateful!

Recently signed up with Bulwark and have truly enjoyed the service from all the pest control guys that have come out. They eliminated ants at the beginning and now have been treating the spiders and wasps which gives me peace of mind!

I have had Bulwark for over a year. They are always, kind, courteous, prompt and listen to any changes or requests that I have requested. The price is very reasonable for the service they provide. Joshua has been multiple times, and is very good at his job.

Dakota arrived about 15 min early and got straight to work! He identified the source of our mite infestation, got rid of the bird nest it came from and sprayed the room. He then processed to treat the entire indoor and outdoor premises with a general pest deterrent. He made a few good recommendations to keep animals that carry mites out of our vents and even offered to help us put them on at our next follow up appointment. We couldn’t have asked for a better technician and I will be recommending him to everyone in my community!

I have been a faithful client since 2014, because they actually CARE! They work CAREFULLY and CARE about your needs. Today Thomas ** came out to spray protection around my home from scorpions & mud hornets. He was professional & knowledgeable, as ALL of Bulwark's technicians prove to be. Thomas laid down some glue boards at my garage entryways, and took the time to explain things to me. I appreciate Bulwark so much!

I have had excellent service from Bulwark Exterminating in general and Mr. Isaac ** in particular. Bulwark periodically indicates a date they will be coming, and if my dogs will be there, they quickly change the date based on my request. Mr. ** texts me to advise me that he has treated the areas around my home and sends photos if there is a particular area that needed attention. His service has always been effective and reliable.

He made sure that I would be the contact number instead of my husband because I was embarrassed being caught in my PJs. He ask me several times if there were any places we saw bugs so that he could spray extra there!!

Jason ** from Bulwark came to our home to provide extermination for Spider and bugs. We had service about a two months ago and was seeing lots of spiders. Bulwark will come to out home free of charge between visits if you are having problems. We did just that and when Jason came he was super friendly and sprayed the trouble areas and more! He found wasps nest and took care of those as well. Love this company and its employees. Very awesome to work with!

I should have call Bulwark sooner. Every summer my house is invaded by scorpions and water bugs. They’ve been treating my house for two months and I haven’t seen scorpions or bugs PERIOD! We had a visit from Daniel ** for fumigation for bugs. He got it done in a good period of time, he was respectful and knew what he was doing! He gave us instructions on what not to do after the fumigation. We were allowed to stay home, there was little to no smell to what he sprayed. Very satisfied with service.

I just explained my pass routine with Joel and Kyle just took over and did what I needed. I have my inside done, along with my garage in my outside. He left a message behind, saying he did my sprinkler system, since with the heat the bugs love to hang out there. So appreciate it.

Was able to book an appointment for an ant issue in less than 24 hours' notice using the online site. Our Tech was Matthew and he was timely, friendly and efficient. Really appreciated his quick service in dealing with the problem!!

Been using Bulwark since we move in 2021 and never had any issue or complaints towards them. Tech seem to change but that doesn't stop them from doing their job to the fullest. We have Azvarl ** and love what he brings. Feel comfortable with him every time I do a call or when it's time for them to come out. Hopefully we have him permit because what he does lets me know I can sleep at night knowing no pest will be coming through.

Jayden was on time. He explained the process concisely and thoroughly. He treated the house inside and out, explaining that the inside treatment was water soluble and the outside was not. He removed three separate wasp nests from the eaves. Jayen also reminded me to keep the dog inside for 30 minutes so the outside treatment could dry.

Chris ** came by and did an amazing job. He was also very knowledgeable. Most of the exterminators that came last year didn’t do half as much as he did and we are very grateful for his work. This guy is amazing and should get a raise. We would def want him to be our permanent exterminator if we need the services again. Thanks Chris

Jeremiah with Bulwark does a very professional, thorough job! They are always communicating prior to arrival and on time. They also send a comprehensive summary of the with that was needed afterwards, which we appreciate because we are often out of town. Highly recommend Jeremiah and this company.

I’ve been using Bulwark Exterminating off and on for a few years. They seem to be inexpensive. Reliable. Dependable. I travel a lot and they were able to accommodate me at a moment's notice a couple of times. I’m sure it’s based on technician availability but to take the time to try and figure out a way to address an issue at a moment's notice says a lot about a company. My most recent service was done by Bernard **. He was on time. Professional. Great attitude. He completed the service thoroughly and quickly. When he left he sent me a text with pictures showing a couple of key areas treated and to let me know he closed the gate to the backyard. In my opinion they are a great company with good service. I’ll continue to use them.
