I have a stink bug and mice infestation outside and inside of my home. The mice were in the garage, but the stink bugs have been and in and outdoors for some time now and I finally called our pest control, Bulwark. Not only did they make themselves available by just a few days time, they showed up not TOO early, but not TOO late in the day to where it's an inconvenience, they made themselves scarce inside my house, they were nice about my having dogs that bark and allowed me to hide them in one room while they did the house and politely knocked when it was time to move the dogs to another location so my room could get sprayed as well.

David ** did an amazing job, coming through our property and removing spiders with a cobweb duster and then making sure he hit all the spots when it came to Pest control. He even had some awesome suggestions. He is a keeper and Bulwark is fortunate to have him. Thanks David W! You are awesome!

We have been a customer for almost a year & have had zero issues. In between visits, if we see any pests, it’s a simple phone call and they make arrangements to come out ASAP - with no additional charge. The day before each scheduled service, we get a notification text to remind us. The day of the service we also get a text before AND after the treatment is complete. I cannot recommend them enough!

Didn't take a lot of time, explained to me how the product works. Used a product for German roaches, said she will add a follow up for a week from now. Was here on time and did not try to upsell to me.

I liked the fact Andrew rang the doorbell and introduced himself along with his co-worker. He asked if I had any areas that were a particular problem. He worked quickly and efficiently. He even reached spider webs I can’t reach and I appreciated that.

Our technician, Dakota **, is always professional, friendly, and very thorough. He takes the time to make sure all of the areas are covered and will neatly move things that we might leave in the way. He contacts us before hand so we know pretty much when he will show (which is something we asked for and he had no problem accommodating us). He has come in between visits when we asked for a little more service. This has been our best experience with a pest prevention / control service. Dakota is awesome.

Jake had come out to see about my mole problem. They explained their method and went to work. They did a thorough job and told me call if I see any activity which I did and they came right out and baited more. Not sure if the outcome yet but they are easy to deal with and seem to want to give you a good value. Much less than others I called as well so that’s a nice bonus

Chris was both very professional and thorough. When my house had a particularly difficult time with spiders he made the extra effort to clear up this problem for me! He also sent me a detailed explanation of what he did. I definitely would recommend this company and Chris.

Kyle always does a good job on our property. He gives a little more than expected and is careful not to do anything that would hurt our bee hives. He doesn’t spray our bushes and even sprayed around our shed. He always gives me a quick rundown of what he did during his visit. Very nice young man.

I had an issue with ants. I had never experienced an issue like this before. I live in a new community. I was the first to move in, and my last month has been insane. I have. Caulked every last inch of my downstairs and my pantry. I leave no food out, ever!! But somehow I was in a never ending war with ants. Just when we thought we had fixed the issue, they found a new way in. Zack listened to what I said and genuinely cared and wanted to help. He was amazing, and I will be continuing my service just because of him. Thank you so much Zack!!

Brad did excellent work, covered all the bases by spraying the outside of the house plus inside the garage. He knocked down the spider webs around the doors and replaced the glue traps in the garage. He also kindly moved the trash bin from the street back into my garage. I am scheduled for knee replacement surgery and walking is painful, so his exceptional help was greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately we have construction going on next to us, leading to a rodent problem in our home. Isaiah got out here reviewing the area and made the recommendation to set a few traps despite not seeing any sign of rodents to be safe. Good thing we listened, within ten minutes of setting the traps, we’d caught the rodent. I called Isaiah and he answered and came right back to set new replacement traps and remove the current rodent. Thanks Isaiah for your professionalism and assistance!

I’ve been with Bulwark Exterminating company since I’ve purchased my house back in 2020. I personally have not ran into many issues as other residents may have but whenever I do run into an issue I’m able to call the customer service and they’re able to meet my expectations and resolve the issue at hand. I had a follow up spray because the first technician did not meet my satisfaction and customer service was able to resolve my problem by sending a new technician out a couple days after for a re-spray and now have over exceeded my expectations. I am happy to continue doing business with this company because whenever I have an issue they’re always able to follow up and pull through. Jake came to do our initial extermination service today. This was my first experience using an extermination company and I was very happy with how clear and organized the entire process was. I was offered same- or next-day service at the time of my initial call, and they made the whole process so easy. Jake was friendly and courteous, and made sure to explain what he was doing and the plan if something comes up later on.

I have been receiving service with AZ Classic for over a year and was very happy to see that my technician Justin went with Bulwark when they took over. I will be continuing with Bulwark and adding weed control that Justin told me about.

We called the company for a breakthrough treatment regarding spiders. James, the service rep went above and beyond in his service. He spent over 2 hours cleaning cobwebs around the house perimeter as well as treating the house and overhanging trees with a pesticide.

Signed up, 30 minutes later guy came to house and did his thing .. Very thorough. Expert performance. Sprayed inside real good. Then sprayed all around house and windows real good. Then put granules on the grass. Then put sticky traps in garage to catch more stuff. If it doesn't keep the bugs out I will be shocked.

Jackie came in and done a great professional job and she was outstanding. On a scale of 1-10 I give her and Bulwark a 10+. Always on time. I don't have to worry about spiders or any bug of any kind. Exceptional work and always take care because we have dogs and cats.

Jakie does the job and she don't try to rush on work and leave. She want to double check with my wife when I am not at home. She is very detailed spraying the treatment and remind us if we find any nest so she can come back and spray again. Yesterday I forgot to unlock my gate and the technician Steven contacted me directly to let me know that he wasn’t able to get into my back yard. Today he came and did a really quick and thorough perimeter spray and bait box reload. Great service and communication!

My exterminator, Rufus, did a very good job exterminating and was also very helpful in giving me details as to his procedure. He explained to me the insects that were being targeted. The way the insects generally enter the home. The products being used to exterminate with and the fact that they were not harmful to pets. He explained the ongoing scheduled visits to continue with the procedure and the upcoming dates.

Zach came out from Bulwark in Tacoma today and did a great job!! Knew exactly what was needed and was quick and happy!! He let us know what would be done and all about the chemical used. He was clean and seemed happy at his work.

I’m happy with Bulwark Extermination. They have been consistent and helpful. I finally don’t have to worry about ants and they will come and spray again if I have any problems. They keep me informed of any pest issues.

He makes sure we’re getting the best service to rid our perimeter of insects. He’s been by a few times and am very impressed with his attention to what is needed. He follows up with a text describing what he found and accomplished that day.
