Connor was very professional and was answering my questions and more than willing educate me about what he was doing. He was very efficient and made a thorough inspection of the house after I told him about our ants and wasps.

My first experience with Bulwark: Mark ** called about 30 mins before arriving with his ETA and he was spot on. I was feeling unwell so we had a chat about what should be done inside. He suggested we start inside. When it got to outside, he advised, please go rest and he will do what needs to be done. We had spider webs on our enclosed deck and other areas around the house. He ensured they were removed and treated. He also looked for wasps as that was on my list.

Justin paid a lot of attention to detail and was very professional and polite. He made sure to sweep away all of the spider webs and carefully addressed the problem we have with ants. He did an excellent job.

Tom showed up on time, sprayed the front and back of my house. I asked for some fly stick traps for the window but he was fresh out but had something he said works just as good. He sprayed the windows inside of the house for flies. I don’t see much bugs after the spray just a lot of flies but that’s because I have animals.

Bulwark always sends the best exterminators to do the job. Joey D did a great job. Went the extra mile to kill fire ants. Extremely satisfied with our recent treatment. They always follow instructions well and are always respectful.

Have ** called and then texted to let us know that he was on his way for our appt. Within a matter of minutes, he was at our door. He got to work quickly to service the outside perimeter of the house. He came to the door to let us know that he placed a fly trap there. He then came into the house and spray the inside perimeter and around our couch. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We talked about the scorpions we had seen and he related as he is from Arizona. An overall great visit.

After my wife found a centipede and a cockroach she called Bulwark right away as we already use them at our offices. Friendly and fast same day service! Connor was great! He treated all the wasps' spots and he knocked down the big nest at the highest point on our house! There was one wasps' nest up super high and he was able to knock it down easily. He also treated our umbrella where we have had lots of wasp activity and underneath our porch steps.

Michael was more than willing to add inside treatment today and was awesome with my overly yappy dog. He even promised to bring Chewie a treat when he was finished outside and he did! The good kind too!! Chewie tried to go home with him! We have been with Bulwark for many years and find them to be a great value.

Bulwark is amazing. Chris was very professional, courteous and informative. The explanation of The Queen Ant and Queen Bee and how their soldiers operate was interesting. Chris also sprayed the outside of the house to ensure the little critters don't enter. Big thanks Chris!

Best pest control company that I've dealt with. We have had many techs over the years and each one we have had surpassed the previous tech. While they were all good, Ben is the best and we are thrilled that he has been our tech for many years. He ALWAYS without question goes above and beyond for us.

I would recommend their service to everyone! On his first visit, he went through our house & examined any areas that the rodents could be entering through. He set up traps and came the next day and retrieved them. They are the greatest. He is very kind and courteous and so respectful.

Our family loves Adam and Bulwark exterminating. No matter what kind of bug that shows up in or outside of our home Adam has our home protected. Adam came out to our house because we had ants in our kitchen. After Adams service we saw positive overnight results. He did not stop there though. Devin ** came out to my house today, VERY polite!! He was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He did the outside of the house and let us finish our breakfast before he came inside. Took care of the fire ant pile and garage as well. He knocked down any spider webs outdoors and paper wasp nest on the house. Then he came in and sprayed the baseboards in the whole house. He even wore covers on his shoes so he didn't track in any dirt on the floors!!! Very nice guy, and a pleasant experience! He did say once I had the flooring replaced around my kitchen door they will come back out and respray the floor within 24-48 hours to have a barrier back down on the new flooring. FREE OF CHARGE! The first call I made out to the office I had a ton of questions, so we talked for almost 2 hours on the phone and they didn't mind a bit. From spiders to fire ants, or wasps they got it under control.

Very professional, always upbeat and friendly. Respectful of our home and it’s always a pleasure when he comes to service our home and we would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for pest control who would feel comfortable with all of the areas of your home they cover...They take down cobwebs, even a wasp nest. John from Bulwark is excellent. He is honest, thorough, and a great communicator. I never have to worry about insects coming into my house. On the rare occasion they do, a quick call and someone is out there ASAP. They give great explanations and take their time to make sure customers are happy.

Andy B came to my home today for my monthly service. We live near a mountain so when we first moved in we saw a lot of critters, mice scorpions, etc. After using Bulwark for over a year now we don't see a reason to move on. Boaz did a great job with the pest treatment and alerted us to a wasp nest he found while spraying outside. We’ve not had issues with bugs while maintaining the treatments. Simple to schedule and reliable service with photos each treatment.

Austin with Bulwark came out today. He was next door doing my neighbor’s house so we asked if he was coming to do ours next. He was scheduled to do our house later in the day but was very nice and did ours next after he was done with our neighbor. Austin always super nice and professional when he comes and makes sure our needs are met.

I had Jason R. come out. He was very pleasant, professional, and was able to up-sale me! Again, me! This makes him a company secret weapon because I always pass, with a hard no, when it comes to any up-sales!

I am writing a review to let you know that Terry ** did a great job today. He came to our house to finish exterminating where someone else left off who came to our house when we were not home. Terry, was really polite, great customer service and fulfilled all of my request. I appreciate Terry **!

I would like to highly recommend, Tony **, Bulwark exterminator, as a trustworthy, professional and extremely efficient exterminator. He was informative and helpful in explaining what was best for our home regarding bugs and insects. He had our best interests at heart. He didn't hesitate to perform a request when asked. My family and myself appreciate the service that Tony provides in our home. I will request that Tony, when available, be assigned to our home for future exterminating services.

After 1 year of pest control service, I added weed control to 2 of my homes. I was forced to cancel all three contracts. This company is unethical, lacks leadership and training. There is an obvious breakdown in communication, procedures and customer service. I was quoted a price for weed control that consisted of services that I didn't need. The technician arrived and stated that I had paid more than I should have since I have zero scape and no grass to treat. This meant that I paid for 5 products to be applied and the technician applied ONE. He literally sprayed round up and that's all. Nearly 1 week later, the treatment has done nothing. The weeds are still standing strong. Did the technician not do his job correctly or was I gouged? The manager could not answer this question. She stood by the price and offered no resolution.

Our tech David ** was very courteous, patient, and quick! He was in and out and answered all my questions. I appreciated the work! If anyone needs any pest control done I recommend David for you, your friends, and family!

Jacob with Bulwark was absolutely amazing. He listened to my issues and really made sure my house was taken care of. Jacob made sure that all address all Pest issues with thoroughness. I appreciate the work he did.

They are always punctual and efficient. Hugh ** does a great job and is very professional. Most importantly, I don't have any bug problems! The bugs stay away, spring summer, fall and winter. Definitely worth the money.

Dave came by so quickly - as soon as I reached out to say we saw ants in the basement. He gave great insight on how we should treat going forward and gave a game plan with expected follow up. Then he completed the usual maintenance around on the outside afterwards.

Everyone with from the people that answer the phone and schedule visits - to the professionals that come to our home to treat for infestations have truly been excellent. Sean J is our professional and he has always been not only very responsive but very knowledgeable about any infestations we might be dealing with. He has even found areas to treat that we were not aware were an issue. (Like a hidden wasp nest) I highly recommend bulwark.

I have loved all the techs they have sent to my house. Alex was great. He sprayed everywhere I asked for cockroaches and also set up some traps for mice outside. We moved from an infestation from our apartment and moved to our house and didn't want to bring them with.

We have Bulwark contracted on a quarterly basis to come out to spray around our home to eliminate pests. Sebastian ** was our tech for this service. After introducing himself, he did an examination of our property for termites or mice, as he sprayed around our home. He provided us with a follow-up report at the conclusion. Well done and well worth the service.

Steve & Sam came out for our initial treatment. They answered all our questions (& we always have a lot). They knew this stuff & took care of things without feeling like we were in the way. They were friendly, & we look forward to seeing Steve for our regular treatments.

This company is amazing. Their personnel are super friendly, seek input and then go get the job done. 100% satisfaction. We have had problems with spiders and yellow jackets in particular and they have done a great job in reducing the problem dramatically.

The technician was patient with my questions. At first I was skeptical about his observations of what was in the bait box. But he was patient until I saw what he was referring to. I’m required to continue, so I’ll try to think of other points. He was on time on the correct date.

Steve from Bulwark came out sprayed today knocked down all webs and stuff but done job like sun was shining, done a really good job, came hit doorbell camera, asked if having any problems which we don’t cause they come out every 60-90days but are always kind, curious, clean and on time and great communication to be sure not waste any of our or their time. I was having an issue with ants coming up through my pavers in my back patio. It’s starting to get warm and I love hanging out back and firing up my black stone grill. Throwing a couple steaks on there but it can be annoying when the ants are crawling on your leg. Jose J came out and wiped those suckers out. Haven’t seen them since.

Corey D. sprayed around my grandparents' house. He left a detailed message about everything he did. That makes me feel good knowing their house is in good hands. I also received a picture of their house showing it’s the right location.

Corey did a wonderful and thorough job and sent me a prompt message once services were completed along with a photo and details as to what was done and or found around my home. I’ve not noticed any pest activity of late, it may be due to cooler weather but I know these treatments are also definitely helping.

We have been blown away with how great everyone has been at Bulwark. Justin B was out at our house today and called when he was on his way, answered when I called back with a question, and followed up with photos of the work he did. We feel comfortable with asking them questions and have only gotten professional, thoughtful answers. We have several properties and some are in locations where Bulwark doesn’t have coverage and we really wish they did because they are a pleasure to work with.
