As we are not home right now, I can only review from what I detected on my security cameras. Kevin was prompt and it looked like he did a thorough application. I have always had excellent service and I appreciate to fact that I can have a redo if needed.

Austin ** does a great job. He makes sure to spray my crawl space and clear out all spider webs. He always sends me a video showing me his completed work. He is thorough! I recommend this company over all the larger Pest Control companies.

Keigunn ** did a thorough job. He took time and was not rushed. He looked at all possible corners and even found a dead mouse. So far Keigunn has come twice at our place and both times he did a great job.

Great company! Ian came by and did a thorough job and he even helped me out by pulling my trashcan in for me! Greatly appreciate him for his work and he even made sure my kid's playscape was clean of any bugs!

Cody was extremely helpful during my scheduled insect/rodent treatment. As we had a recent heavy snow he treated with granules rather than the usual liquid. Very easy to start the process. They don’t require a payment to start the treatment. They do free retreatments every week if you want them to. Easy people to talk to. I’m not sure of the product they used but it works like magic. We finally feel like we are taking our house back. 10/10 recommendations.

Steve from Bulwark came today for our initial spray/treatment. He was kind, courteous and efficient. It was raining so he was able to use granular treatment for the outside of the house. He sprayed inside (and used boot covers without prompting which was GREATLY appreciated). Very good job.

Chris is an excellent exterminator who is always professional in both his application of insecticides and knowledge of targeted insects. He is also always willing to conduct spot treatments in the event we have insect issues between treatments.

I recently reactivated my pest control services with Bulwark after returning from a long trip in Asia, as we discovered some ants in our house. Charles was assigned to the job this time. He texted me before his arrival and patiently waited outside for 5 minutes until my business meeting was over. Before he began his work, he thoroughly examined the issue and walked me through his game plan in detail. He applied baits only where necessary and sprayed bug spray throughout the house where ants may enter. He even applied some powders (dust) behind the electrical outlets and attic to kill other unseen bugs. After the work was completed, he opened the window ajar to ensure that my pregnant wife could breathe fresh air. Finally, he shared a print receipt that summarized all the products he used for the job. I was very impressed with his delicate & kind work manner and professionalism and would highly recommend him to my friends!

Zero Stars!!! Do NOT USE this company!!! My home was infested with brown recluse spiders and I found Bulwark online. I told them I was already bit by a brown recluse in the past and had to have surgery. I also told them I have 4 kids so safety was a huge concern. I gave them 4 months, the spiders did not slow down, there were no changes, and eventually I had spiders coming out of my freaking light switches!!! I called a different company and at the first visit they removed my baseboards and all outlet covers to spray into the walls and we did not see another spider. Bulwark tried to bill me again and I declined the bill as they obviously were using bad product. They sent me to collections for the $100 bill. Do not use them, their product is awful.

They have been here 3 times and every time each guy was great today was Clint J who rechecked all the traps and bait boxes, he was fast a kind with answering any questions, he checked the attic to make sure we didn't have any in the traps and made sure all the traps were still working.

Raymond D and Isiah B arrived within three days of our request for a free re-treatment. They texted and called a 1/2 hour in advance of their visit so that we could prepare for them. They treated every room of our home and were pleasant and polite. We are very happy!

Jeffrey ** is amazing! He set up bait traps for our mice and haven't seen a single mouse since! Excellent service! In addition, we haven't seen any other pest activity since we signed up. We think it's so affordable as well.

Christopher ** was the tech who came out, he greeted my doggies, asked me about the pest situation and thoroughly treated the exterior, and then the interior of my home, paying special attention to the kitchen, where I’d seen the ‘intruders’. He reassured me that if there was any site of any further intruders after a couple of days, to give a call and he would come back out and re-treat the area, no extra fee. He answered all my questions and the whole service didn’t even take 40 minutes. I’ll sleep at night now, I’m very grateful.

I use Bulwark Exterminating for pest control at my property. I noticed mice infestation in my garage and contacted them for help. They are sending the technician to take a look. Charles ** was the technician. Charles gave me a full rundown of the problem and recommended solution. It included, putting some bait boxes around the garage and outside. The company will take care of hauling away any trapped mice and replacing the trap boxes. Overall, I am very pleased with the service so far and highly recommended it.

We have personally requested Rob be our permanent service person. He has a great people skills, is respectful of the home and very patient taking time to explain things. We first had him out on an emergency call and after that we have decided that he needs to be our pest person.

These are every 3 month scheduled services. And it helps to ensure my home is pest/bug free. If I need in between service after a scheduled one; The company schedule me for a Free Service. I been having this service since I brought my home in 2020 per my home builder partnership.

I was scheduled for service today and told Eric I did not need it because I don’t see any bugs. He explained to me that because of the constant spraying is why I don’t see any bugs. That made sense. He did an inspection and remove 5 hornet nest and an ant nest. He explained what he was doing and did such a thorough inspection. I appreciate him and wish for him to come back next spray time.
