Nick did good job! He was professional, and knowledgeable with great customer service. He took extra time to address all my concerns with explanation. He removed two wasp nests and provided ant traps.

Anthony was extremely professional and went above and beyond my expectations. My family recently had an infestation of small gray bugs, and he went over the process with me to ensure I felt at ease with what was being done, as well as peace of mind for my 7, 4, and 3 year olds being around the pesticides. I've used companies where I wasn't always comfortable with the person that had to come into my home. This was not the case with Anthony. He was extremely polite and professional. Corey from Bulwark was very nice, knowledgeable and professional! He attended my issues with silverfish and spray all over. He also removed a nest of some kind of Wasp on my outside door and gave me a great explanation on the good and the bad of these ones.

Levi was our exterminator today and he did a great job. He started in the house and pinpointed applications to the area where we were seeing problems. He provided explanations on why we're seeing more ants right now. He finished up by spraying the perimeter of the house.

Randy ** was a great tech for lawn weed control as well as pest control. I was very pleased to have both services done at the same time. In addition, Randy portrayed excellent customer service from having good communication to thoroughly checking for wasps nests. He even went above and beyond to take pics to show me what he found and was able to treat. It should be noted that I've never had someone check along the fence line, but thank goodness he did!! We recently decided to look into switching pest/bug exterminators due to scheduling and service concerns with our previous provider, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our initial experience. Kyler was very helpful in setting up our service, what was and wasn’t going to be covered, and running us through what to expect for the initial service. Our technician, Juan, was equally as wonderful during the initial visit. Juan was very thorough and concise. He took the time to listen to each of my concerns, checked all “highlighted” areas we marked out for him, completed the service in a very efficient manner, and took the time to prep us for the next “stages” on what to expect. Again, very pleased with this first visit and looking forward to working with Juan and the rest of the team at Bulwark in the future.

Alex was quick and professional. Alex took time to explain and made sure all areas of the house were covered. I've had pest control from Bulwark for several years now and they have been great. Alex made sure to check all the bait boxes and send pictures.

My apartment complex has a scorpion problem and I also had hornets building two nests in my porch. Jonathan sprayed the protective barrier and got rid of the hornet nests and sprayed that area as well. His service was fast, polite, knowledgeable and pleasant. Thank you Jonathan

Zackary ** with Bulwark did everything right. Very professional and competent. First gave an early arrival text notification, Rang the doorbell camera to announce his arrival. And then when my cell phone service dropped out he was still able to manage my wonky ratchety busted backyard gate without needing direction and was able to make sure it was closed up securely ensuring my dogs were safe. I grew up in Union County so I knew there would be some ants - that's normal living out in the country, but when we recently moved back to Indian Trail we were welcomed by a TON of small black ants. We set traps, sprayed, and did everything we could ourselves until realizing we needed to call someone. Dakota ** from Bulwark was able to not only get the ants out of the house, but also get them off of our Crape Mrytle tree which was completely infested. It's been several weeks now and the ants are out of the house. Would recommend them to anyone.

Kevin with Bulwark in Showlow, AZ. was very friendly and did a fantastic job. His customer service is second to none. Kevin came out to the property and evaluated the complexity of this large job and came out a few days later with help from the owner. Between the two of them they had the job in less than a day.

We used this company a couple of times. Every time, very disappointed. 1. They would schedule appointment, and would not show up, stating computer went down. 2. Service person spent 5 minutes at my house and left, didn't walk around and check for bee's nest. 3. Ask to speak to a manager, was put on terminal hold, when I did talk to Someone they could not answer my questions and kept giving me the run around.

I started using Bulwark Exterminating about a year ago. They are awesome!! Today. I had the pleasure of having Boaz come to my home and he did such a thorough job. I couldn't believe that it was happening. And I say that because I have had exterminating companies in the past that have come and they're done in 15 minutes. He spent the better part of an hour if not more and he didn't hesitate to do some of the things that I asked him to do in places that I asked him to spray. So I would highly recommend Bulwark, and especially Boaz. He did a great job today for me!

Frequently requests for service only meet minimum expectations. On more than one occasion, Bulwark has responded with professionals, not just physical labor. Jeff and Seth, were able to go significantly beyond my expectations and also provide insight and suggestions about the behavior of the insect world. They could discuss the effectiveness of various treatments and do so in depth, not just read the label to me. This is why I use them rather than buying various poisons through a store and applying myself. The difference in price is more than made up in the value received.

Isaac from Bulwark came by the crib and was AWESOME!! Super friendly dude from Gilbert Arizona, this company hires great employees. We like Bulwark because they use essential oils spray, which is non-toxic and works great. Their gopher and mice traps work great, we killed 150 rodents in only a few months. Our house is on a hill in Draper, UT and gets tons of bugs, insects, rodents, et al.

My roommate is the one who always calls to schedule the appointments and I’m always the one who makes sure everything gets sprayed when they arrive. We’ve been doing this back and forth for a while now and I have to admit that I notice a complete stop to all the pests that usually come in the house. Ever since they have started coming I haven’t had any ants, scorpions, spiders, and some of the other bugs that you see every once in awhile. I haven’t had a roach problem since moving in but I know they spray for those also. I haven’t dealt with a lot of pest control companies but I know no matter what I will use this company from now on. Steve did a great job, was very informative and detailed regarding the optional mosquito service and pleasant. He made sure everything was taken care of before he left and was very thorough! He noticed I needed an additional trap needed on my property and took care of it.

My first experience with Bulwark: Mark ** called about 30 mins before arriving with his ETA and he was spot on. I was feeling unwell so we had a chat about what should be done inside. He suggested we start inside. When it got to outside, he advised, please go rest and he will do what needs to be done. We had spider webs on our enclosed deck and other areas around the house. He ensured they were removed and treated. He also looked for wasps as that was on my list.

Justin paid a lot of attention to detail and was very professional and polite. He made sure to sweep away all of the spider webs and carefully addressed the problem we have with ants. He did an excellent job.

Tom showed up on time, sprayed the front and back of my house. I asked for some fly stick traps for the window but he was fresh out but had something he said works just as good. He sprayed the windows inside of the house for flies. I don’t see much bugs after the spray just a lot of flies but that’s because I have animals.

Connor was great! He treated all the wasps' spots and he knocked down the big nest at the highest point on our house! There was one wasps' nest up super high and he was able to knock it down easily. He also treated our umbrella where we have had lots of wasp activity and underneath our porch steps.

Best pest control company that I've dealt with. We have had many techs over the years and each one we have had surpassed the previous tech. Steve serviced our property for pests as part of our ongoing maintenance. As always, he was prompt, professional, thorough, and courteous. His services have really helped with an infestation issue we had.

Devin ** came out to my house today, VERY polite!! He was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He did the outside of the house and let us finish our breakfast before he came inside. Took care of the fire ant pile and garage as well. He knocked down any spider webs outdoors and paper wasp nest on the house. Then he came in and sprayed the baseboards in the whole house. He even wore covers on his shoes so he didn't track in any dirt on the floors!!! Very nice guy, and a pleasant experience! He did say once I had the flooring replaced around my kitchen door they will come back out and respray the floor within 24-48 hours to have a barrier back down on the new flooring. FREE OF CHARGE! The first call I made out to the office I had a ton of questions, so we talked for almost 2 hours on the phone and they didn't mind a bit. From spiders to fire ants, or wasps they got it under control.

After 1 year of pest control service, I added weed control to 2 of my homes. I was forced to cancel all three contracts. This company is unethical, lacks leadership and training. There is an obvious breakdown in communication, procedures and customer service. I was quoted a price for weed control that consisted of services that I didn't need. The technician arrived and stated that I had paid more than I should have since I have zero scape and no grass to treat. This meant that I paid for 5 products to be applied and the technician applied ONE. He literally sprayed round up and that's all. Nearly 1 week later, the treatment has done nothing. The weeds are still standing strong. Did the technician not do his job correctly or was I gouged? The manager could not answer this question. She stood by the price and offered no resolution.

Our tech David ** was very courteous, patient, and quick! He was in and out and answered all my questions. I appreciated the work! If anyone needs any pest control done I recommend David for you, your friends, and family!

After introducing himself, he did an examination of our property for termites or mice, as he sprayed around our home. He provided us with a follow-up report at the conclusion. I was having an issue with ants coming up through my pavers in my back patio. It’s starting to get warm and I love hanging out back and firing up my black stone grill. Throwing a couple steaks on there but it can be annoying when the ants are crawling on your leg. Jose J came out and wiped those suckers out. Haven’t seen them since.
