Ethan from Bulwark Exterminating is a hero! We’ve been overcome by European Hornets and Ethan came to the rescue! He suited up in his bee suit and did a fantastic job to find the nest and eradicate those beasts! He also provided a lot of education on the hornets and was very personable. I was having a bad gnat problem and a previous pest control company wasn't able to get rid of them. I paid extra for specific treatments on more than one occasion with no success. However, Bulwark was able to help me decrease my gnat problem about 90 % within less than 2 weeks after their first visit/treatment. I have been with them since. Would like to say "Thank You" to Chris ** (& son) for their patience. They have come out to do extra treatments when it's that time of year and the gnats return. They listen to me gripe and complain about how frustrated I am. They are knowledgeable, and inform me when they have a new product that we can try. They are respectful of the property, always leaving a notice of their visit with information on what was done. So thanks. =)

Mychal did a very thorough job to help control pests at the house. He knocked down wasp nests and paid close attention to all potential entry points. He also kept me informed when a tire issue made him arrive a little later than planned. Very professional!

I'm not from the South and I'm not used to big bugs coming to visit! However, I don't worry about them zipping around my house much anymore. If I see one, it's dead. I still call Bulwark because I hate bugs in my house or garage even when they're dead. Today Justin and Kyle came and sprayed my garage and door frames thoroughly and then continued around the entire house. Kyle found lots of spiders in the back. Justin got rid of my old traps and left new ones. These guys are great!

Cody L is great! Helpful and courteous, he informed us of where he would apply treatment and followed up on previous work that had been done last time. Speaking of last time, equal praise for Max, who helped us out with special treatment for a roach infestation, but indoors and outdoors. I had noticed a bunch of wasps nest around the front of my house. I wasn’t sure what exterminator to go with. I looked online and found Bulwark. Called and they came the next morning. I recently have my home treated for spiders and other pest and I was done by Jessica **. She was very professional and treated the inside and outside of the home. Jessica even helped me out with a bird that the neighbor cat did in but putting it in a bag for me. I've use Bulwark Exterminating for the last year and half. They done an excellent job.

Randy came and sprayed the interior, exterior, yard, and weeds. Randy was so nice and was very good with our dogs. I learned a lot from him regarding certain pests or suggestions to keep pests away from the home and bird nests. He did great work by taking care of wasp nests, mud daubers, and other insects lurking around. He replaced the garage traps. Overall Randy is great at what he does and his customer service. I'd give him 10 stars if I could!

Great service! Prompt to respond and attentive to customers needs. Wayne performed above and beyond by addressing my ant issue and clearing out hidden wasps nests. Excellent customer service! He inspected the home, sprayed for mosquitos all done without rushing and in a timely manner.

Andre came today to deal with an ant problem in our kitchen. I had called yesterday to report the problem. He was friendly and arrived on time as promised. He put booties on his shoes before entering the house. I showed him the problem, then he explained how he planned to deal with it. He sprayed in the house, then sprayed the exterior. He then came back in the house to place several sticky traps. He showed us several holes in the exterior that he recommended patching. Before he left he said to watch to see if the problem is solved and offer to return if necessary.

We have been Bulwark Customers for years and are happy with the service they provide and especially, Mark ** who visited us on August 7. He worked with us to adjust service time and took excellent care of all areas that need attention.

I have my home serviced monthly by Bulwark. I received a reminder call letting me know they would be by on Wednesday to complete the service. I forgot to unlock the gate to my backyard, so the service tech ended up leaving and advised that I call in to reschedule. I did that and told them I would make sure my gate was unlocked for today. Well, I forgot and the tech had driven back out to my house. Instead of leaving, this time the tech found a stool and he used that to reach all the areas he needed to and provided a level of service I was not expecting. Kudos to Ethan!! He is a great example of doing whatever it takes to get the job done!

We had Luke at our house yesterday for our quarterly pest control treatment. He was impressive with his politeness, kindness, and attention to detail. He took care of two wasp nests he found (we didn't even know they were there) and went above and beyond to listen to my instructions about avoiding a recently painted area. Robert ** did a great job today. He was detailed, explanatory, and careful to listen to my concerns. Not just listen, but tend to those concerns as well! After he left I watched the little critters start to come out and scurry away from our home. I will be asking for him as our permanent tech! Tabitha is reliable, friendly, and diligent at finding the pests. We had spiders and ants, she searched for the source of the ants until she found them and treated for the spiders while cleaning up webs. She was also thoughtful for the safety of my pet. Wonderful experience, I highly recommend.

Lily and Anthony performed a routine scheduled maintenance of my home. I mentioned a problem with ants, and Lily took the time and effort to treat the property specifically for that issue, in addition to the regular maintenance. She was most professional and courteous, and encouraged me to call if I ever saw another issue. Kudos to Lily and Anthony for excellent customer service!

Contacted Bulwark to restart service. They came out the same day, with excellent service. Technician, Mark W. was excellent, took time to answer questions, very personable. Hope he is my regular Technician.

Had our monthly service visit today by Mychal **. He did a stellar job as always. Swept the wasp nests, sprayed inside as we requested, nuked the outside, and wore booties to keep the carpets clean. We are happy Bulwark customers and Mychal is an asset!

For my latest service, Technician Omar ** came out promptly with a message beforehand to make sure we were aware. Upon arrival, he addressed my questions and sprayed inside and outside as requested, and replaced glue traps. I had concerns with noise as I have dogs, and had visitors sleeping, and he was able to work around that efficiently. Great service!

Dennis ** from Bulwark Exterminator came to my home today. He started by explaining what exactly he was going to do to the outside of my house and how to keep my pet safe. He sprayed my entire exterior of my home, removing all cobwebs, then he treated a large wasp nest and removed it. He was also kind enough to remove all the cobwebs from my front porch furniture and treated the chairs for carpenter bees. Next he came in, removed his shoes and spray the exterior including drains. I was very pleased with the service I received. I will be having Dennis back for my next service. Dennis was very thorough and polite. Thank you for sending such a great employee to my house.

We recently decided to look into switching pest/bug exterminators due to scheduling and service concerns with our previous provider, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our initial experience. Kyler was very helpful in setting up our service, what was and wasn’t going to be covered, and running us through what to expect for the initial service. Our technician, Juan, was equally as wonderful during the initial visit. Juan was very thorough and concise. He took the time to listen to each of my concerns, checked all “highlighted” areas we marked out for him, completed the service in a very efficient manner, and took the time to prep us for the next “stages” on what to expect. Zackary ** with Bulwark did everything right. Very professional and competent. First gave an early arrival text notification, Rang the doorbell camera to announce his arrival. And then when my cell phone service dropped out he was still able to manage my wonky ratchety busted backyard gate without needing direction and was able to make sure it was closed up securely ensuring my dogs were safe. I grew up in Union County so I knew there would be some ants - that's normal living out in the country, but when we recently moved back to Indian Trail we were welcomed by a TON of small black ants. We set traps, sprayed, and did everything we could ourselves until realizing we needed to call someone. Dakota ** from Bulwark was able to not only get the ants out of the house, but also get them off of our Crape Mrytle tree which was completely infested. It's been several weeks now and the ants are out of the house. Would recommend them to anyone.

Bulwark, and specifically our service tech, Vincent Rice, have been excellent. Very quick to respond, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Today Mr Rice showed up when he said he would, checked everything, treated for spiders and rodents, then gave me a quick summary. Highly recommend.

We used this company a couple of times. Every time, very disappointed. 1. They would schedule appointment, and would not show up, stating computer went down. 2. Service person spent 5 minutes at my house and left, didn't walk around and check for bee's nest. 3. Ask to speak to a manager, was put on terminal hold, when I did talk to Someone they could not answer my questions and kept giving me the run around.

I started using Bulwark Exterminating about a year ago. They are awesome!! Today. I had the pleasure of having Boaz come to my home and he did such a thorough job. I couldn't believe that it was happening. And I say that because I have had exterminating companies in the past that have come and they're done in 15 minutes. He spent the better part of an hour if not more and he didn't hesitate to do some of the things that I asked him to do in places that I asked him to spray. So I would highly recommend Bulwark, and especially Boaz. He did a great job today for me!

Bulwark has excellent technicians. Isaac was punctual, advised ahead of time, communicated his interventions as well as sent photos of pests that were targeted. Excellent service. At some point I had gophers but since there were no active signs left they even took that service off for the day and didn't charge for it.

Frequently requests for service only meet minimum expectations. On more than one occasion, Bulwark has responded with professionals, not just physical labor. Jeff and Seth, were able to go significantly beyond my expectations and also provide insight and suggestions about the behavior of the insect world. They could discuss the effectiveness of various treatments and do so in depth, not just read the label to me. This is why I use them rather than buying various poisons through a store and applying myself. The difference in price is more than made up in the value received.

Nick is a professional through and through. He is great to talk to and takes his time to make sure the job is done right. Will definitely be using Bulwark Exterminating in the future thanks to Nick. Great job!

Isaac from Bulwark came by the crib and was AWESOME!! Super friendly dude from Gilbert Arizona, this company hires great employees. We like Bulwark because they use essential oils spray, which is non-toxic and works great. Their gopher and mice traps work great, we killed 150 rodents in only a few months. Our house is on a hill in Draper, UT and gets tons of bugs, insects, rodents, et al.

My roommate is the one who always calls to schedule the appointments and I’m always the one who makes sure everything gets sprayed when they arrive. We’ve been doing this back and forth for a while now and I have to admit that I notice a complete stop to all the pests that usually come in the house. Ever since they have started coming I haven’t had any ants, scorpions, spiders, and some of the other bugs that you see every once in awhile. I haven’t had a roach problem since moving in but I know they spray for those also. I haven’t dealt with a lot of pest control companies but I know no matter what I will use this company from now on. Thank you guys for running a tight ship and being so kind.
