Bulwark has been out go to pest control for years. When we moved we were very happy to be able to continue service with Bulwark and Juan, in particular, has been excellent! He always takes care of all our needs and has tackled all of our bug issues since we moved in especially since it is a new neighborhood that had a particularly large amount of spiders when we first settled.

Excellent service as always, particularly from Chris **. He really went above and beyond for us and made sure to explain all completed treatments thoroughly. I also appreciate how fast and efficient every service call is, thank you Bulwark!

I can't recommend Joel highly enough! From start to finish, his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were outstanding. Our technician Laith is extraordinary. Every single visit her remembers our house and previous issues we’ve had. There’s even been one pest no one has been able to identify and Laith takes it personally and came up with some ideas to address it. It helped. And with frequent treatments we believe it will eradicate the pest. He’s always happy, friendly and professional. Laith has been our tech for over a year now and he is always thorough, explains the treatments and communicates great. Service techs like Laith are what secures our business going forward.

Jordan ** was our technician for today's scheduled pest control treatment. She asked whether we had any indoor pest control issues (we did not) and then she treated the exterior of our home. When she had completed her exterior work, Jordan reported back to us and remarked about some evidence of rodents on one end of our house. I remarked that we probably have chipmunks nested there so Jordan and I discussed Bulwark's approach to dealing with those. Jordan was very pleasant, punctual, efficient, and overall a lovely technician and a joy to have treat our home.

Brad with Bulwark was wonderful! They came and treated my property according to what’s needed for the winter season! I received a call once he was on his way and since I’m usually at work, I received a text update once the treatment was complete!

Once again Randy did an excellent job! He was punctual, professional and took the time to explain everything that he did. He also let me know if I see any new activity that I can call and the company would come out to retreat.

We've been seeing a lot of spiders and other creepy crawlies in our new construction home. We had a great experience with Bulwark today, the tech Joe they sent out was polite, personable and respectful. He wore shoe covers and was respectful of our home and belongings. Not that I want to see a pest control company very often, they've assured me that they will stand behind their service and will come back if we have any issues as often as needed.

We had previously used this company a few years back with great service. For a few years, we then moved out of the area. Upon returning back to this area - we called them up to start service. Bulwark Exterminating has been servicing our home since 2020 and has always provided us with great services. The technicians are knowledgeable, polite, professional, and arrive on schedule all the time. Today's technician, "Shephard", arrived at the early part of the scheduled visit and immediately contacted me to see if there were problems he should address. Shephard and I discussed the issues and he treated the home as well as making suggestions for the future. Another great service day.

Bulwark Exterminating and Matt in particular are great. He came by the other day, treated my property for bugs and was rather cheerful about the entire business despite the barking dogs and the cats underfoot. He is polite and efficient, and the house is bug-free. Two thumbs up. 5/5 Do recommend.

I had the pleasure of having Ms. Karen ** come to my house. She was thorough and did a good job checking and resetting our mice traps. I asked if she could spray my flower beds with the pest spray, and she did so. She also carefully sprayed the inside of the home. I had a good experience.

The prices are dynamite, and the services are compared to none other. I feel bad I've let my exterminator of 8 years go. Bulwark makes it hard for the next guy. I live in Dunwoody where people come knocking on the door to be your exterminator and bragging that they're taking care of lots of your neighbors. Bulwark's service technicians are the best! I have called them to my house several times to take care of an issue I had with ants in my sunroom, and they always came quickly and tried different methods until they successfully got rid of the ants. We had our bi-monthly pest control visit today. Braden M, our tech did a great job. He arrived within the time-window he scheduled with us. We were at home, so he came to our door to let us know that he was here and asked if we had any areas we would like him to focus on. We didn't have any pest problems that we were aware of, so he proceeded to review our outdoor areas. When he was finished, he checked in with us again and gave us his report. I will add that I have been impressed with how prompt and thorough Bulwark has been when problems do come up between regularly schedule visit. Last month we noticed a number of ants in our pantry, so we contacted Bulwark on their convenient app and arranged an appointment. They came out and eliminated the problem. Their work was so efficient that there were no signs of ants in our pantry (or anywhere else in the house) when they came today. And that follow-up visit didn't cost us any extra!

Bulwark has been great; sent a tech (Noah **) out for quarterly maintenance and I appreciated that he showed up at the scheduled time and did a thorough job. He listened to my requests and even took initiative to come back around to clear out the spider webs and wasp nests from my porch. Thank you for your help!

Manuel is very polite and explains what special areas we like for him to spray. He sprays inside home in all rooms and restroom and kitchen. Very detail spray into the cabinets. And always lets us know if we have issue just to call him and he will come the next day.

Joshua **, with Bulwark, did an excellent job today. He treated my whole house and knocked down so many of those pesky spiderwebs. I used to have so many spiders outside, as well as daddy long legs, but they have been greatly reduced. Joshua is a true professional.

Happy with the prompt attention and care. We had an ant problem both inside and outside. Bulwark installed bait traps inside our home. The entire perimeter of our property was sprayed. Nondo was a great guy and a great help. We look forward to ongoing care during the year.

Justen not only contacts me prior to a visit, he makes sure that I am well informed on all of my pest needs. He informed me he took care of wasp nests, rodents, and other bugs on a few visits now! I had used other companies before and the personal touch they add is welcoming.

We had scorpions in our new construction home which is common, so we reached out to Bulwark and they sent out Joel ** the next day. He sprayed the whole house and the yard. He was super knowledgeable and provide a great service.

I was going to use their services, but I told them I’m not ready. They keep spamming me although I’ve repeatedly asked them to stop. Don’t get a quote because they won’t stop spamming, even after you requested them to stop. Don’t do it.

Mr. ** is very thorough in doing his job, always making sure to treat around the perimeter of our pool for ants, as well as knocking down all the wasp nests. Jake did an excellent job of walking our property, listening and observing, and then spraying our home. We had a major spider invasion and have seen immediate results in their activity and presence. I am very pleased and opted for EOM treatments to get rid of all critters at our lake home.

We had a beetle infestation few months back in our backyard and there were a lot of beetles creeping in through small gaps of doors inside the house. After starting Bulwark service we have had no issues with pests at all. Charles who generally comes to our home for the service is super polite and does a great job.

My garsh I just love this company Bulwark pest control. Fernando and Carl and Cody awesome, awesome technicians. They come out three times for a bad flea infestation my granddaughter's dog gave me. I love them. I love them. I love them. They're the only ones that would come out and spray for roaches because I live in a duplex 8 of us and usually they have to do all of them but bulwark came out first. The receptions the ones that answers the phones are also awesome. I give him a 10 plus star 100 plus star. I love them to death. I love them, love them, love them

My experience with Bulwark has been very positive so far after being with them for a few months. They are quick to schedule any service that I need for my property, they offer a text to schedule option, but I'm still old school and love the fact that they still answer phone calls where I can speak to a real person. My service technician was Joel **. He provided great customer service and was very knowledgeable and professional. Every now and then when the pests are extra stubborn, their free retreats in between your regular service are a breeze to schedule, no hassle and are always taken care of promptly. I learn something new every visit. Reasonable price with exceptional service, can’t go wrong!

Carson did a great job! He always communicates when he's coming, when he arrives, and when he is finished. Very rarely do I see any type of bugs at all. If I do, someone comes right out to fix the problem. They're great!!

First of all, the dispatcher set us up with a schedule on the same day. Then Tracy the exterminator called ahead to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled which was great. When he arrived Tracy was very kind, polite and professional. He listened to the observations I shared and then walked me through his plan. He did a great job and we were very pleased with his work and great attitude.

Axl is always professional and friendly. He makes sure to spray everywhere we need and even moves things, like the dog water bowl, when I forget to. I get a heads up before he arrives and a follow up after he's left. We haven't seen any bugs since we started with Bulwark.

I was BLOWN AWAY by Jonathan from Bulwark Exterminating. Unbeknownst to me, my neighbors had a bunch of wasps dive-bombing their pool making the backyard generally unusable. They called Bulwark, but they couldn't find a source for the wasps on their property so they checked our place and we were WASP CENTRAL! 8 or 9 nests in the front eaves of our house! I just hadn't noticed them. :( Well, Jonathan ran right over and took care of the entire collection of colonies. Super fast and professional, and didn't even charge extra for the extra work. That's the kind of service that builds trust and loyalty! The next time I have a pest problem, I'm going to call Bulwark, for sure. And now I owe my neighbors both an apology and a beer for picking such a community-centered extermination team.

I noticed that we had been seeing a few roaches here and there in the house recently. Contacted Bulwark and they sent Terrel **. He arrived early and explained to me what was needed before entering the home. Even asked if he needed to take off his boots since it was raining. That may not seem like much but to me it is a sign of attention to detail which is what prompted me to give Terrel a good review. He was knowledgeable about the problem and clear in his explanation about how to remedy it. If you need a company and hire Bulwark, make sure you ask for Terrel. He'll get the job done. Carlos ** was our tech today and we were impressed with his level of consideration. We asked to have our porches sprayed for spiders. And I told him how I’d seen one that may have jumped off of our front door wreath. He took the time to shake off the wreath to ensure nothing was on it. And he placed all of the shoes we had on both porches on top of chairs or on our front porch bench so they wouldn’t get sprayed. And probably to ensure nothing was in them or underneath. We thought that was very considerate and thorough. We would most definitely request him specifically again.

Edwardo is a great person. Not only his personality but he's always thinking about how to enhance the experience of no pest and weeds. Had it not been for his advice on getting weed treatments twice a year my yard would look like a carpet of weeds. I told him my problem with the four-legged little creatures that come into my house by way of the garage, I would have never known that he could put some traps down to stop them in their tracks. The value for the upkeep is worth the cost. He's the best and I always look forward to him coming to take care of my yard.
