Sam ** with Bulwark service the house today for bugs. He did a thorough job of treating inside and outside of the house. He is very professional in his behavior and pleasant to talk to. Answered all our questions.

We had previously used this company a few years back with great service. For a few years, we then moved out of the area. Upon returning back to this area - we called them up to start service. Nicely they still had our previous records and promptly got us back on the schedule. The service man Michael ** was on time and professional. We would recommend this company to anyone.

Thank you Austin ** for doing an excellent job getting rid of all our bugs and insects. Much appreciated! Doubling up the barrier around the house to keep those pests and insects out during those warm days when they look for a home to stay.

Bulwark Exterminating has been servicing our home since 2020 and has always provided us with great services. The technicians are knowledgeable, polite, professional, and arrive on schedule all the time. Today's technician, "Shephard", arrived at the early part of the scheduled visit and immediately contacted me to see if there were problems he should address. Shephard and I discussed the issues and he treated the home as well as making suggestions for the future. Another great service day.

Bulwark Exterminating and Matt in particular are great. He came by the other day, treated my property for bugs and was rather cheerful about the entire business despite the barking dogs and the cats underfoot. He is polite and efficient, and the house is bug-free. Two thumbs up. 5/5 Do recommend.

I had the pleasure of having Ms. Karen ** come to my house. She was thorough and did a good job checking and resetting our mice traps. I asked if she could spray my flower beds with the pest spray, and she did so. She also carefully sprayed the inside of the home. I had a good experience.

The prices are dynamite, and the services are compared to none other. I feel bad I've let my exterminator of 8 years go. Bulwark makes it hard for the next guy. The team is absolutely amazing. They are professional and excellent on communication. They respond to text, emails, and voice calls in a promptly manner. Getting down hornet nests or wasp nests they send pictures to make sure the home owner is aware it was safely removed.

Bulwark's service technicians are the best! I have called them to my house several times to take care of an issue I had with ants in my sunroom, and they always came quickly and tried different methods until they successfully got rid of the ants. We had our bi-monthly pest control visit today. Braden M, our tech did a great job. He arrived within the time-window he scheduled with us. We were at home, so he came to our door to let us know that he was here and asked if we had any areas we would like him to focus on. We didn't have any pest problems that we were aware of, so he proceeded to review our outdoor areas. When he was finished, he checked in with us again and gave us his report. I will add that I have been impressed with how prompt and thorough Bulwark has been when problems do come up between regularly schedule visit. Last month we noticed a number of ants in our pantry, so we contacted Bulwark on their convenient app and arranged an appointment. They came out and eliminated the problem. Their work was so efficient that there were no signs of ants in our pantry (or anywhere else in the house) when they came today. And that follow-up visit didn't cost us any extra!

Bulwark has been great; sent a tech (Noah **) out for quarterly maintenance and I appreciated that he showed up at the scheduled time and did a thorough job. He listened to my requests and even took initiative to come back around to clear out the spider webs and wasp nests from my porch. Thank you for your help!

Manuel is very polite and explains what special areas we like for him to spray. He sprays inside home in all rooms and restroom and kitchen. Very detail spray into the cabinets. And always lets us know if we have issue just to call him and he will come the next day.

Joshua **, with Bulwark, did an excellent job today. He treated my whole house and knocked down so many of those pesky spiderwebs. I used to have so many spiders outside, as well as daddy long legs, but they have been greatly reduced. Joshua is a true professional.

Justen not only contacts me prior to a visit, he makes sure that I am well informed on all of my pest needs. He informed me he took care of wasp nests, rodents, and other bugs on a few visits now! I had used other companies before and the personal touch they add is welcoming.

I was going to use their services, but I told them I’m not ready. They keep spamming me although I’ve repeatedly asked them to stop. Don’t get a quote because they won’t stop spamming, even after you requested them to stop. Don’t do it.

We had a beetle infestation few months back in our backyard and there were a lot of beetles creeping in through small gaps of doors inside the house. My garsh I just love this company Bulwark pest control. Fernando and Carl and Cody awesome, awesome technicians. They come out three times for a bad flea infestation my granddaughter's dog gave me. I love them. I love them. I love them. They're the only ones that would come out and spray for roaches because I live in a duplex 8 of us and usually they have to do all of them but bulwark came out first. My experience with Bulwark has been very positive so far after being with them for a few months. They are quick to schedule any service that I need for my property, they offer a text to schedule option, but I'm still old school and love the fact that they still answer phone calls where I can speak to a real person. My service technician was Joel **. He provided great customer service and was very knowledgeable and professional. First of all, the dispatcher set us up with a schedule on the same day. Then Tracy the exterminator called ahead to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled which was great. When he arrived Tracy was very kind, polite and professional. He listened to the observations I shared and then walked me through his plan. He did a great job and we were very pleased with his work and great attitude.

I was BLOWN AWAY by Jonathan from Bulwark Exterminating. Unbeknownst to me, my neighbors had a bunch of wasps dive-bombing their pool making the backyard generally unusable. They called Bulwark, but they couldn't find a source for the wasps on their property so they checked our place and we were WASP CENTRAL! 8 or 9 nests in the front eaves of our house! I just hadn't noticed them. :( Well, Jonathan ran right over and took care of the entire collection of colonies. Super fast and professional, and didn't even charge extra for the extra work. That's the kind of service that builds trust and loyalty! The next time I have a pest problem, I'm going to call Bulwark, for sure. And now I owe my neighbors both an apology and a beer for picking such a community-centered extermination team.

I noticed that we had been seeing a few roaches here and there in the house recently. Contacted Bulwark and they sent Terrel **. He arrived early and explained to me what was needed before entering the home. Even asked if he needed to take off his boots since it was raining. That may not seem like much but to me it is a sign of attention to detail which is what prompted me to give Terrel a good review. He was knowledgeable about the problem and clear in his explanation about how to remedy it. If you need a company and hire Bulwark, make sure you ask for Terrel. He'll get the job done. We have been with Bulwark exterminating for at least 10 years and are completely satisfied with our tech Rex. He’s thorough with his work and courteous too. He takes care of all our needs and we definitely do not have bugs in or outside of our house.

Sara was very helpful and punctual just like the rest of the Bulwark team. They are available via phone and text and can schedule you quickly so you don't have to deal with the pest. She came to do quarterly outdoor treatment and helpful with a recheck of an inside treatment.

Carlos ** was our tech today and we were impressed with his level of consideration. We asked to have our porches sprayed for spiders. And I told him how I’d seen one that may have jumped off of our front door wreath. He took the time to shake off the wreath to ensure nothing was on it. And he placed all of the shoes we had on both porches on top of chairs or on our front porch bench so they wouldn’t get sprayed. And probably to ensure nothing was in them or underneath. We thought that was very considerate and thorough. We would most definitely request him specifically again.

Edwardo is a great person. Not only his personality but he's always thinking about how to enhance the experience of no pest and weeds. Had it not been for his advice on getting weed treatments twice a year my yard would look like a carpet of weeds. I told him my problem with the four-legged little creatures that come into my house by way of the garage, I would have never known that he could put some traps down to stop them in their tracks. The value for the upkeep is worth the cost. He's the best and I always look forward to him coming to take care of my yard.

I was having a bad gnat problem and a previous pest control company wasn't able to get rid of them. I paid extra for specific treatments on more than one occasion with no success. However, Bulwark was able to help me decrease my gnat problem about 90 % within less than 2 weeks after their first visit/treatment. I have been with them since. Would like to say "Thank You" to Chris ** (& son) for their patience. They have come out to do extra treatments when it's that time of year and the gnats return. They listen to me gripe and complain about how frustrated I am. They are knowledgeable, and inform me when they have a new product that we can try. Mychal did a very thorough job to help control pests at the house. He knocked down wasp nests and paid close attention to all potential entry points. He also kept me informed when a tire issue made him arrive a little later than planned. Very professional!

I'm not from the South and I'm not used to big bugs coming to visit! However, I don't worry about them zipping around my house much anymore. If I see one, it's dead. I still call Bulwark because I hate bugs in my house or garage even when they're dead. Today Justin and Kyle came and sprayed my garage and door frames thoroughly and then continued around the entire house. Kyle found lots of spiders in the back. Randy came and sprayed the interior, exterior, yard, and weeds. Randy was so nice and was very good with our dogs. I learned a lot from him regarding certain pests or suggestions to keep pests away from the home and bird nests. He did great work by taking care of wasp nests, mud daubers, and other insects lurking around. He replaced the garage traps. Overall Randy is great at what he does and his customer service. I'd give him 10 stars if I could!

Andre came today to deal with an ant problem in our kitchen. I had called yesterday to report the problem. He was friendly and arrived on time as promised. He put booties on his shoes before entering the house. I showed him the problem, then he explained how he planned to deal with it. He sprayed in the house, then sprayed the exterior. He then came back in the house to place several sticky traps. He showed us several holes in the exterior that he recommended patching. Before he left he said to watch to see if the problem is solved and offer to return if necessary.

I have my home serviced monthly by Bulwark. I received a reminder call letting me know they would be by on Wednesday to complete the service. I forgot to unlock the gate to my backyard, so the service tech ended up leaving and advised that I call in to reschedule. I did that and told them I would make sure my gate was unlocked for today. Well, I forgot and the tech had driven back out to my house. Instead of leaving, this time the tech found a stool and he used that to reach all the areas he needed to and provided a level of service I was not expecting. Kudos to Ethan!! He is a great example of doing whatever it takes to get the job done!

For my latest service, Technician Omar ** came out promptly with a message beforehand to make sure we were aware. Upon arrival, he addressed my questions and sprayed inside and outside as requested, and replaced glue traps. Dennis ** from Bulwark Exterminator came to my home today. He started by explaining what exactly he was going to do to the outside of my house and how to keep my pet safe. He sprayed my entire exterior of my home, removing all cobwebs, then he treated a large wasp nest and removed it. He was also kind enough to remove all the cobwebs from my front porch furniture and treated the chairs for carpenter bees. Next he came in, removed his shoes and spray the exterior including drains. I was very pleased with the service I received. I will be having Dennis back for my next service. Dennis was very thorough and polite. Thank you for sending such a great employee to my house.
