Ty has been working on my mosquito problem year round. I have noticed a significant decrease in the number of mosquitos buzzing around me. I enjoy gardening so it has given me my garden back. Ty is knowledgeable, professional and informs me of the steps he has taken each time he comes.

My tech was Daniel, he was amazing! He was on time, very professional, explained everything to me even when I didn’t understand certain things, and he addressed all of my concerns. I truly love this company. They made a special stop to my house because of a scorpion and I couldn’t be more happier with the company and with Daniel. Kudos and THANK YOU!!!

We love bulwark, they’ve been so helpful with working with us. We just bought our first house and they’ve been helping us get on top of a cockroach issue & they’ve completely gotten on top of it. We’ve had them back out a few times now and the techs are always so kind, helpful, and friendly. I’m a girl meeting them alone usually when my husband is at work and the techs have to come inside the home to service and they are always SO friendly and make me feel safe with being alone with them in the house. Luke came to our house today. He was EXCELLENT!!! He did a very thorough job- went beyond expectations - very professional and communicated everything! Quick service and technician very respectful. He even checked the yard for ants and sprayed them. He cleaned the awnings and fence line and removed cobwebs. He placed barrier on entry points as well too.

We have been using Bulwark for a few years and all techs they have sent out have been very communicative and considerate, Preston has been very consistent and helpful. 2 separate rental houses we have used them for had spiders and even cockroaches and after a month of them being out, we don't see anything past common house flies on occasion. Just bought a new house we will be moving to and even though I do some extermination at work and have enough experience to protect the house, with Bulwark it's affordable and very reassuring that I never have to think about unwanted bugs wandering around my house or yard.

Rushton ** was our service tech today. He was professional and listened to my concerns about the Well House. Once he completed the job, he came back to let me know what was done to the Well house. I did not want spray, he placed a gel ant bait and explained how it works. I appreciate the extra time he had to do with the Well house.

I have used Bulwark for years now! When we first moved in there were issues with bugs and spiders due to the woods behind the house! They came out and we have not had any inside the house since. A tree fell on our house in 2023 and roof rats got into the attic upstairs due to the hole, Bulwark told me about their services which was more reasonably priced than competitors and we have not had a problem there since either! Matthew came today and was within his expected window and really made sure we felt comfortable with the treatment before he left!

We had a really bad roach problem moving into a new house. The house had been infested for close to 9 months with no treatment. Within 2 months we are roach free. They have continued to work with us during our flea treatment. Outside factors have made it difficult but Tom is always there for us when we need someone to come out. He is professional and willing to answer any of our questions. Even if he can't make it, he will make sure to send someone just as good.

Marco came out to treat my property interior and exterior. He was very friendly. He made sure to make the scheduled time slot. He sprayed the restrooms and then my yard. He also did the entranceways to my house. He took time to move my rugs to not spray on them. He was kind enough to notify me to wait 30 mins for the chemicals to dry before I released my dog. Our technician, Cory went out of his way to please us. Cory is super customer focused and honest. It was a pleasure to talk to him. I really appreciated him returning to our home after he came a couple days earlier but since we weren't home he was unable to do the inside. Bulwark returned at no charge to finish the job. Cory even brushed my garage door of dirt and dust for me. We've had three pest control companies... This is the best we've had!

I’m seven months into my service. I requested treatment for interior spiders and exterior mice. We were sprayed one time inside for the spiders and it’s was a very limited spray and we had no results. For the seven months we had service until I asked once more today advising we have seen several spiders and showed the technician all the webs I had cleaned and those remade on the window blinds. He was new, they let go of their entire staff in Dec or Jan. He basically was asking me what did I want him to do? He said spiders are tricky. He volunteered to spray a few windows, then suggested maybe the windows were not sealed and my reply was we don't have any leaks. So with his can of spray he sprayed a couple of windows. I asked should I buy a can of bug spray and just do this myself? He said he would. Okay!

Jimmy, does an excellent job keeping my home bug free. He is knowledgeable, courteous, punctual and keeps the pests from coming into my house by doing work outside. I highly recommend Bulwark and Jimmy is an excellent employee. I feel comfortable having the routine service call performed even if I am not able to be there when he comes. On the very few times over many years when I have needed them to make an interim visit, they have come immediately with no charge. I wish every home maintenance service was as reliable.

Mark did an excellent job. He was even a little early, and explained in detail what he was going to do. He sprayed a natural chemical inside, left granules outside, and even cleaned cobwebs off the windows.

On Saturday, March 8, 2025, Carlos ** came to my home for a routine visit. He was very nice and professional and provided a detailed review of what he found along with pictures. I asked him to do some extra spraying inside my basement and garage… “No problem, I’ll get to all of that”. He dusted my eaves front of house and back of house, power sprayed all around my home, check my mouse traps in the garage and big box mouse taste treats on the sides of my home (new build neighborhood…lots of 4-legs and a tail things trying to find their place). Nate pushed my garbage cans back inside the garage and closed the door. All done, and still very pleasant, Nate knocked on my door to give me a report and wish me a good day. We purchased our home on April 2024. Pest control was on our list of things to acquire but was not at the top of our list. Over time we noticed evidence of field mice and even a snake in our home. We called Bulwark Exterminators because they were recommended by the previous owner. Stephen came to the house and we walked together to assess the situation. There was a bait system with evidence of recent activity. Stephen sprayed snake repellent around the perimeter of the house and had a bait box placed outside where mice would take the bait prior to attempting to enter the house. Jordan ** was our technician for today's scheduled pest control treatment. She asked whether we had any indoor pest control issues (we did not) and then she treated the exterior of our home. When she had completed her exterior work, Jordan reported back to us and remarked about some evidence of rodents on one end of our house. I remarked that we probably have chipmunks nested there so Jordan and I discussed Bulwark's approach to dealing with those.
