Alissa S. came and did a thorough job of spraying for bugs, clearing cobwebs and checking the baits. She always does an excellent job in going around the property and making sure nothing is overlooked during her inspection.

Alyssa was here bright and early this morning spraying all the cobwebs down spraying all around the house for bugs. The last owners of this house obviously had bug issues because they had bug spray everywhere so I immediately called this company and they came out. This is the second time they’ve been here since I’ve own the house. I’ve seen a total of one aunt since September. I’m happy. I’m so happy.

Alissa serviced our condo in Seattle today and was very thorough. She texted me throughout the service providing photos and offering suggestions for additional services. I appreciated her level of customer service and attention to details! It is nice to work with a local company that has a user-friendly app-thank you!

I contract with Bulwark Exterminators quarterly. They performed the quarterly service today, and Alissa our Service Rep. did an excellent job. Alissa is both professional and personable communicating her assigned tasks.

Moles were ruining my sidewalks and sprinkler system. Everything was sinking!! Bulwarks came out and got started right away! In only 4 weeks, I already see a huge decline in my mole activity. Jeremy has came out a couple times and always does a very thorough job. In all, It saves me a lot of time now that I don’t have to fight the moles alone….

I ordered rat extermination services from Bulwark Exterminating. The technician was professional and thorough, inspecting the property carefully and explaining each step. They used safe and effective methods, set traps, and provided follow-up support. The service was prompt, and I appreciated their friendly approach and attention to detail, which gave me peace of mind.

Alyssa ** was phenomenal! She is very knowledgeable, kind and a very hard worker! She addressed our concerns and treated inside where needed and gave great suggestions for our outdoor areas! Torrey was great with making sure our house was well sprayed. He documents well and accommodates requests and concerns we have on our house treatment, definitely a hard worker that's an asset for Bulwark.

ABSOLUTELY do not use Bulwark! Their door to door people are liars and will tell you anything to get you to sign. Their customer service is nasty and their "spray" left yellow marks all over our walls and window sills that cannot be removed.

Alissa communicates clearly and effectively. She is thorough & very professional. She has been the tech for 2 very large properties & we have seen great improvement with ant and spider reduction. Also rodent.

I’ve been with Bulwark a long time now and they have outstanding service. Zach normally has my route. However Joey stepped in and took care of everything. Great staff. I had to get retreated at the peak of ant season but the staff send someone right over for another dose. No long waits. No extra charges, no hassle. We’re very happy with our service.

I’ve been a termite plan customer with this company for almost 10 years. I paid for long-term protection and trusted them to stand by their service. Out of nowhere, they canceled my account, told me they “can’t treat the property anymore,” and refused to give me MY FULL REFUND. No detailed explanation, no help, no accountability. This is NOT how you treat a loyal customer. I’m shocked at the lack of professionalism and the way they completely walked away from a long-standing service agreement. If you’re considering using them, be warned: long-term loyalty seems to mean nothing to this company once they decide they don’t want to service you anymore. I expected better — and I paid for better. STILL HAVE TERMITES IN MY HOUSE.

Torrey did a great job protecting us from annoying pests. Not only did he spray the perimeter thoroughly, but he checked for yellow jacket nests and sent a photo of one he destroyed. Thanks to Bulwark, we rarely have to be concerned about pests - and we’ve been using their service for years.

Zackary ** was helpful and knowledgeable, gave us great tips to help keep pests away and told us the best solution for varying bugs/pests that also find our vehicles, in addition to our home exterior. Comes on time regularly.

Leah showed up today to deal with hornets near our front porch. Not only did she expertly deal with the hornets, but she also treated tent caterpillars outside my house. She was prompt, courteous, and professional. Highly recommended.

Zackary ** came out to my home and did a great job getting webs and found a wasp nest and got rid of it. We have been a customer of Bulwark for years and Zackary is a great part of the business. We had mice gone, we had spiders, they don’t come into the house now. We are extremely happy with their service.

Dave from Bulwark Exterminating is fantastic. He is helpful, knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly. After all these years of servicing our home, he remains extremely polite and has never hesitated to fulfill any request we made. We want to ensure that he continues to visit our home every time.

They were quick to get someone to my home, and promptly arrived during the stated window. (That seems rare, recently.) Spencer was very friendly, attentive to our asks, and got down to business going through all the potential places where our new mice residents might be. After one hour, Spencer had pictures of the problem areas, helpful and easy suggestions, and an immediate plan of action — which he executed, with lots of tips for things to look out for in the future. It was nice to know that our situation wasn’t so bad, how the mice were getting in, and that with the new traps and tips that we shouldn’t have any issues going forward. I also love that he said he’d be by in a week to check the traps and let us know if they need to be repositioned — all as part of the package.

Getting rid of moles can be frustrating. Appreciate employee, Jereme. Using just one employee to work with when it comes to moles is optimal. If the company keeps sending different employees they don't make available the treatment plan that was last done, so techs may be repeating same treatments, some of which didn't work. Bulwark is great with getting workers out to you quickly. All workers have been great, easy to talk to and respectful. Jereme took initiative to make a plan with frequent follow ups and it is working. Thank you.

Alissa was professional, courteous, and thoroughly examined my black ant problem. Bulwark is affordable and very responsive. I highly recommend. It’s so comforting to know that I can call them at any time and they will schedule us within several days.

Joey from Bulwark came out immediately for a follow up on an ongoing ant infestation. He sprayed and added some ant bait to the problem areas that I identified. Joey is really knowledgeable and provided options for me to decide on. I called Bulwark out to deal with some mice I had noticed chewed a hole into a step leading to under our house. They were upfront with their pricing and services and very friendly. Josh came out and inspected the garage, around outside and crawled into the crawl space doing a very thorough inspection and set some traps. He was very knowledgeable about the process and answered all the questions I had with a very friendly demeanor. I’d definitely recommend Bulwark and Josh if you need an exterminator.

We called Bulwark Extermination as new house owners. They came out the next day and sprayed and treated for bugs. Chris and did an awesome job taking care of our home. I highly recommend this company.
