Bulwark has done our pest control for 7 years now and they have always been up to the task. When we’ve had any issues they are quick to respond and remediate the situation. They do an outstanding job!

Antonio ** came by for our first preventive pest control service today. He was very friendly, explained what services they would provide, and got the pest service done promptly. Extremely easy to get signed up with them and glad we will continue to use them for our office's pest control needs.

Dereck came by to check in as we had our first treatment a week ago. He was very patient, thorough and informative. He answered all my questions and addressed all the issues we are having both by doing some additional treatment and by giving us tips on changes we can make to reduce pests (like keeping our chicken food -protein source- cleaned up off the ground). He also explained everything he was doing and how it worked which I found to be really helpful!

Kenneth ** has been our Tech via Bulwark Exterminating for many years now & he knows exactly what our yard/home need to maintain a good barrier against the bugs! Here in the San Antonio area we have to deal w spiders, scorpions, ants, pill bugs and more. He always listens to any specific requests & handles ant piles close to the house himself by baiting. He’s always pleasant to speak with, considerate & always on time within the pre-texted scheduled period. Gene was amazing. He was on time, friendly and kind. He wasn't just doing a job, he really cared about us and wanted to help. My dog liked him right away and he got down to pet her. My cat got out of the house before we left and we couldn't find her. We were worried and Gene said he would watch for her. He found where she was hiding and sent us a picture! We came back to get her right after he left and she was still there. I only hope that the flea treatment is as good as Gene's service!! Thank you Gene!!

Jason, my Jason ** has been excellent in providing my pest control and termite service. Always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, Jason covers the usual work while also spraying or investigating other areas where I suspect pests or other critters. He also come back to check out other things as I request; has also done additional spraying in areas for scorpions and the company hasn't charged extra for that. Jason also texts me pictures of the bait stations and what he actually did on site after his visit. The office staff is friendly and courteous as well and always successfully completes any transactions or requests that I may have. I am sent texts in advance of when to expect Jason that is very helpful to make sure I can be around. I recommend Bulwark for their consistency in service.

Jeremy has provided our family excellent service and has been on call for specific issues that arise at a moment's notice. We've had several instances where we were concerned about specific insect infestations and he's answered all questions, looked at photos we sent him and come out to spray areas of concern very quickly in addition to the regular service.

Our tech, Tyson, does a great job. Always arrives at appointed time. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. No complaints. He follows our guidelines as to where we want him to treat and where we don’t.

Damon did a great job today spraying my house. I asked him to check my garage for spiders and he did. He also left traps down for spiders too. He was kind and very helpful. He even handled my big dogs with no problems.

Over the course of the last several months, my house has been filled with large cockroaches, or waterbugs, and it has been disgusting to say the least. I called this company, Bulwark Exterminating, because I had used them in the past, and they have never disappointed. However, today was something truly spectacular. A man by the name of Justin ** came to spray roach medicine inside my house, and not only did he do an outstanding job, but he was personable and endearing. The experience was truly unmatched, and I look forward to my future with the company. If Justin ** is indicative of the workmanship and talent that Bulwark Exterminating has to offer, well then I can't wait to see what else might be in store for subsequent visits depending on what other vermin I might find lying around my house.

Recent treatment was provided by Javan. He arrived right on schedule and all ready to go. He was very accommodating as usual when I requested an additional location to treat. Javan is a pleasure to work with. Always cheerful and polite and does a thorough job. Bulwark Exterminating has always provided excellent service done by professional staff.

From the first call in September each representative from Kevin, to Jared and George R. arrived on time, contacted me if they could get here earlier, and were well knowledgeable about each pest (from what they were, where they usually hide and how to get them out). They not only applied the treatments, but took the time to inform me on my role in the process of getting rid of the roaches. I am really glad today that I took that leap of faith, this was a really good company I came across by chance.

The fellow who did the service today was the best they have ever sent: Mumin N. I would like to have him every time. He was excellent, and knew what he was doing to protect the home. Wore a mask and shoe coverings.

Cathy was very knowledgeable and explained her activities. Very helpful. She explained why there would be no yard impacts for my grandson when he goes outside to play. She went after cobwebs and addressed the various shrubs by our front porch.

He was friendly and did what we needed him to do. Really satisfied with the service from Bulwarks over the past two years. Ryan sprayed outside today and really did a great job. He cleared out the webs in my eaves and moved decorations on my van porch to make sure the spray didn't get on them! Very conscientious!! My exterminator was on time when they called prior to arriving. We started using Bulwark Exterminating about three weeks ago. We were were having issues with ants. They responded quickly, and their service technician, Edwin ** came out & treated the exterior of our home. Edwin is friendly, professional, and courteous. He was in compliance with COVID directives. He did a thorough treatment, and came back out yesterday for a 2 week follow up spray & he also spread granules to stop the ants from returning. We are also subscribed to their bi-monthly service for all the pests we may have in the future. We are very satisfied with Bulwark, and Edwin.

Carrick ** was the technician that provided the extermination spraying service on my house on 2/8/21. He was extremely efficient and thorough as he sprayed my house and interior wall of my garage. He showed me exactly what he had done and then asked if I needed additional coverage. He was very professional throughout his service which was very appreciated!

We use Bulwark Exterminating for our home and have had nothing but great service from them. During the summer I had to call them back out and they were super responsive and was able to come back out in a timely manner. Shane Smith with Bulwark Pest Control is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and quick at what he does. He gave tips and immediately saw our dog and notified us to leave him indoors for about 15 minutes after he sprayed. Highly recommend Bulwark Pest to come out and treat your home.

We live on San Tan Mountain and we have rodents. They get into our attic and live there. Jacob climbs into our attic spaces to set and reset traps and retrieve dead animals. It can be hot, smelly and is a tight squeeze. Even when I told him the rats can get to be as big as small cats, Jacob has never complained. He has done the job willingly, professionally and has made suggestions to for maximize rodent control. We are so happy with how the rodent population has diminished.

We’ve been customers for three years now, and Bulwark has always done a great job for us. They’re punctual, they use only safe pesticides, and their prices are lower than the competition too. They also never try to “up-sell” products or services that you don’t need, unlike some of their competitors. Jeffrey has done the last two treatments, primarily for spiders...and he’s awesome. He’s friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We have no complaints about this company or any of its employees.

Bulwark and their employees do an amazing job for a very reasonable Price. We started using their services 6 months ago when we bought our first house after it had sat vacant for more than several months. Let me tell you, their services were needed. After their first visit the reduction in pests was almost immediate, by the time they came back around for the follow up pests were nearly non-existent.

I am extremely pleased with how the service tech Jonathon rendered service to my property. During the visit, there were spider nest and mud daubers on the exterior of the home. Jonathon took great care to remove all of the debris as well as added a barrier around the exterior for insects. After moving to San Antonio we tried several pest control companies (without good results) before one of our neighbors told us about Bulwark. What a difference Bulwark made! We always request our favorite technician, Robert G, because he is knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, courteous, and takes the time to listen to our concerns and do the job right! We are on an every other month regular treatment service, and they always come back out for any problems at any time in between for free. We use their mosquito treatments as well with very good results, and of course Robert is trained in this service as well (not all the techs are). Chimney sweep identified wasps in chimney, but could not finish the sweep until wasps were killed off. We called Bulwark and Jackson ** came out and did a great job, spraying up the chimney and sweeping up dead wasps after the spraying. Chimney sweep came back out and had no problems finishing after Jackson's good work.

I have a contract with Bulwark to keep my house pest free. Gene ** from Bulwark came to my house this week, and I hope he comes in the future as well. He provided advanced notice of the day and time slot he would arrive, and was right on time. He let us know when he arrived, asked if there were any trouble areas or concerns he should attend to, and then started his work.
