We have had great service. Kyle explained what he would be doing that day. Made sure the kids were safe and not outside while spraying. And stopped by after the service to let us know what he found and knocked down (wasp nests, etc).

Bulwark is reliable, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They have always been easy to work with. Any time I have an issue with specific bugs, they come back out to look and then communicate what needs to be done.

The Servicing Technician, Seth **, exemplifies top-notched professionalism. I'd returned home from a quick errand to find Mr. ** performing tasks on the front exterior of my home. Subsequently, he readily exterminated the interior & back exterior in a thorough and efficient manner. Mr. ** exhibits a pleasant and competent demeanor. It is my opinion that Mr. Seth ** is a tremendously valuable team member with Bulwark Exterminating LLC.

We called the company for a breakthrough treatment regarding spiders. James, the service rep went above and beyond in his service. He spent over 2 hours cleaning cobwebs around the house perimeter as well as treating the house and overhanging trees with a pesticide.

Chris **, our service technician for Bulwark Exterminating, did a great job! He is always on time, professional, and makes sure the entire house is thoroughly treated for pests. I would highly recommend Bulwark Exterminating and Chris **.

Signed up, 30 minutes later guy came to house and did his thing .. Very thorough. Expert performance. Sprayed inside real good. Then sprayed all around house and windows real good. Then put granules on the grass. Then put sticky traps in garage to catch more stuff. If it doesn't keep the bugs out I will be shocked.

Jackie came in and done a great professional job and she was outstanding. On a scale of 1-10 I give her and Bulwark a 10+. Always on time. I don't have to worry about spiders or any bug of any kind. Exceptional work and always take care because we have dogs and cats.

Jakie does the job and she don't try to rush on work and leave. She want to double check with my wife when I am not at home. She is very detailed spraying the treatment and remind us if we find any nest so she can come back and spray again. Service is good and always sending me the reminder message to my phone so I can remember. You should try Bulwark for sure. You will love this company for sure. This is a guarantee on me.

Yesterday I forgot to unlock my gate and the technician Steven contacted me directly to let me know that he wasn’t able to get into my back yard. Today he came and did a really quick and thorough perimeter spray and bait box reload. Great service and communication!

Christopher G is new to our home but did a very nice job. He arrived in the promised time interval and was very conscientious about pest control. He was thorough outside and sprayed every area inside that had ever had a report of a bug and put traps to prevent future occurrences. Happy to have him as our tech.

Kyle came out to our house twice a week for around a month to help fix our mouse issue we had. All free of charge visits until we got them! Great service and will continue to use them! Kyle gave great customer service and very knowledgeable.

My exterminator, Rufus, did a very good job exterminating and was also very helpful in giving me details as to his procedure. He explained to me the insects that were being targeted. The way the insects generally enter the home. The products being used to exterminate with and the fact that they were not harmful to pets. He explained the ongoing scheduled visits to continue with the procedure and the upcoming dates.

Jose was awesome, he was there when they said he would be, he sprayed the perimeters of our house and yard, gave us a receipt showing all the products they used and where. I've gone through three other pest control providers. This is my favorite so far.

Daniel Called when he was on his way, arrived within the time frame he was supposed to, came inside and quickly and quietly sprayed the entire house and yard without disturbing my guests (this is a daily rental property) or myself. Living in an older house with many cracks, the bugs and critters are finding a way to get water in this drought summer 2022. I've used Bulwark for a couple of years now, and as usual, the serviceman was able to address many concerns, as well as some I wasn't aware of (he saw a snake in my backyard, as well as ants). I’m happy with Bulwark Extermination. They have been consistent and helpful. I finally don’t have to worry about ants and they will come and spray again if I have any problems. They keep me informed of any pest issues.

He makes sure we’re getting the best service to rid our perimeter of insects. He’s been by a few times and am very impressed with his attention to what is needed. He follows up with a text describing what he found and accomplished that day.

I have used national names in exterminating and was quoted quite a different price when they showed up. Bulwark, over delivered what they promised. They were on time, professional, courteous and killed my bugs! I am extremely happy with them, and I believe you would be too.

Jeremy ** was my technician today with Bulwark. The temperature outside was 102 at the time of my appointment. Jeremy still took his time and treated every inch of my yard. I am very appreciative of his attention to detail.

Pest control is a must here in Texas. When I first moved here I had Bulwark and they were excellent, then we tried another pest control company, and needless to say we’re back at Bulwark. Keith did our pest service today and he did a great job treating our home. We had him spray inside as well. He did not rush at all. We have issues with spiders in our area especially living by wooded area so he treated heavy which we greatly appreciated.

We have seen a noticeable decrease in pests and bugs. Dustin is always on time and the regular treatments are key to us enjoying our time outdoors with no bugs or ants, especially the large black ants that were everywhere before.

Ricky came out well within the scheduled time. He was courteous and listened to our concerns regarding pets and my husband’s honeybees. He adapted the treatment plan to address our concerns and treated our house quickly with no disruptions of our routine.

Zachary goes out of his way to make sure our bugs are under control. Very conscious about spraying bug-prone hideouts. We had had an ant problem and his diligence helped with keeping them away. Zachary is the best.

The technicians always notify before visits and always on time, unless they call to change the appointment. A little "overlap" at onset, with multiple "office" people calling to set appointment when local person had already set the appointment; then the "office people" never called back when said they would; but local person showed up and was cordial and helpful and answered all my questions.

Tony came out to our property yesterday, and went above and beyond to ensure that our problem was addressed. He sprayed in a few outlet boxes, our entire kitchen, around window/door sills - then went outside and coated the perimeter with granules due to the rain. TYLER C showed up the day of (even calling to check if it was okay to come early) and was happy to help with it, reassuring me that this is why they have the warranty! We also get a text with pictures after the service is complete letting us know what he found. So thorough we rarely have had to call him back out for additional service between our scheduled visits. Had Dakota ** come out today and he was able to identify the entry point for the ants that were coming into our kitchen, place the spray and the Optigard gel, then went outside to see where the ants were coming from. The company had someone out to my property a day after I made the call! Jason ** showed up on time and did a very thorough job servicing the perimeter of my house, as requested. He also set up half a dozen mouse traps in the garage. I didn't know I had a rodent problem when I initially phoned, but discovered it later in the day. Fortunately, the company was able to include treatment on the first call, and Jason was good about laying out the traps.

We've been using Bulwark Exterminating for year and they do a good job. The technicians (thanks Brandon) are always polite and professional, letting us know when they arrive, asking about problem areas and checking in again as they leave. With their help, our spider and beetle population is under control.

Always good service with Bulwark. Always responsive when different types of service are requested. Had issue with a rat in our basement at one time. Bulwark brought bait traps and the rat was caught the first night. Bulwark has also helped us when ants were a problem. Most recent tech did the usual good job.
