Patrick called and arrived early to do the treatment. He was kind and courteous and very informative. I am not easily impressed but Patrick impressed me. I will be asking for him specifically for all my future treatments.

So we had multiple guys coming to our house and not treat our yard like we wanted to and we had second thoughts about using them again but on Friday the 22/10 John showed up and help us out, took his time and got every single spot we needed. Couldn’t be more happier of the way he helped us out.

Contacted Bulwark pest control when we killed a scorpion in our living room. New to the desert living, (moved here a week ago from Ohio), we were quite unfamiliar with these pests. The next day a young man named Tyler came out and sprayed the outside of our house. Tyler was very thorough and professional, he is an asset to your company. We hope he will be the technician coming every other month to spray.

The work was done efficiently and seems to be well done. Thanks for getting those cobwebs in front of the house. Thank you for treating the bark for spiders. I will let you know if we need you to come back, and that is usually a real fast process.

Patrick took the extra time and effort to meet my dogs but also since I'm remodeling a bathroom with open access to outside bug world treated my perimeter and inside the side extra special. He listened and did a great job for me at **.

Zach, completed my recurring service today. He came early in the day as promised and he followed up with a text and pic when the job was complete. I have not had any more problems with spiders after my first treatment.

Today Jesse came to spray for bugs. I asked him to help with a couple of areas in the house and he gave me good tips to help. He was also really great with my dogs! He also took care of my screened in porch which is hard to keep bugs out of.

Needed to refill mouse bait and Josh came within a day. Good overall customer service although I accept we’re always going to have some pests since we live in the woods. I recommend this service, employees are very friendly.

Bulwark Exterminating has been a great company with which to work!! We've used others in the past and haven't been very impressed. The service is always prompt, time efficient and responsive. Elijah is friendly and accommodating to meet our needs. He readily adjusted our service to account for new pests with the change of seasons, adding more detailed treatment and follow-up visits.

He was timely, thorough and provided great customer service. He came in, assessed the problem, then sprayed all the spaces and dewebbed our entire home. He even removed the sockets from our walls to spray and ensure he got to the source of the ant issue. I would recommend him!

He took care of the problem, even had to kill a huge swarm of red wasps. Sprayed in my attic, sprayed around the outside my house, wore a mask when he was in here and took his shoes off. Very nice guy.

Chad did a great job, found some hidden spider nests, knocked them down and treated for them. He always goes above and beyond when providing treatment for our yard. Also is great at communicating with us on what he has found.

Although I am not home, but able to talk to service person through Ring door video, he did nice jobs or routine maintenance, also left the glue trap box I asked while ago. This did not happen last time with different people. Really appreciated.

Mike came today to treat the yard. He rang our doorbell introduced himself and asked if we had any problems which I relate to him. He then proceeded to treat the yard and did an excellent job. Renz was the technician assigned to our house and when he was in the area, he was courteous enough to call us to ask permission to service the house early than the scheduled time. He performed a thorough spray and took picture of the bait box to show us the content since I mentioned to him I wasn’t sure if the bait box gets changed during each service. We usually are not home when the sprays happen, so we are never really sure what services were performed. My husband was home this time though and he said that Renz was there for about half an hour, so we can be sure he did a thorough job.

They are very professional and the spiders and other pests are few and rarely seen. They show up when scheduled and it is a no hassle process. Esteban ** was fast and efficient and listened to my requests before starting the treatment

We had a tech come by last Saturday and he sprayed all around the outside of the house. But yesterday we started seeing ants inside the house, so we called and it was really easy to make an appointment for someone to come in, and they made the appointment conveniently soon. When our tech Travis arrived he was really nice, came in and put some Advion ant gel on the places we were seeing the ants plus he sprayed the outside of the house again.

Experience has been excellent... They show up on time, do go work, and I don't have pest issues. Joel is very good to work with and communicative should he notice anything. I haven't had to think about my pest control since Joel/Bulwark has been doing it. When I am paying for a service to help me, that is basically the test for me. If I have to follow up, ask, have things redone/fixed then it's not a service for me. Bulwark has met my standard of keeping it simple and doing the work well that I pay them for. Austin was the technician who came out to service my home. He was thorough and didn’t just spray and leave. He knocked down lots of spider webs around the exterior, set a couple of traps for a mouse in my garage and refilled all the bait boxes around the outside. He was patient and answered my questions. Spencer came out this morning and did a general treatment outside and inside and knocked down several wasp nests I inherited when I bought my home in September. I've been to chicken to try it myself so I was extremely happy. He even checked my attic to make sure they hadn't gotten in through the eves. Spencer was very friendly and courteous.
