Fidel ** showed up for our Pest Control with Snake treatment. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and patient. Fidel went above and beyond to address all the issues reported. His attention to detail was exceptionally awesome!

Pest control. We had a mice infestation. I hate mice. Our technician, Matthew ** put me at ease surveying the situation and setting traps. He was very thorough and professional In handling the situation.

Rubin ** treated outside and inside our house. We were having an issue with crickets, spiders and a few other little bugs. He was very thorough and we haven’t seen a bug since! What an awesome job he did! We’ve used Bulwark for over 20 years when they took care of scorpions in our new home. Excellent service always!

My contract is for every three months and like clockwork my Technician Shannon is here. She checks in to see if there are specific needs, addresses them, treats and goes! Shannon makes suggestions and recommendations that are spot on. She is great!

Trey thoroughly secured the perimeter and diligently sprayed all the most likely infested areas. He guaranteed a bug free home or he will return if necessary. Nice guy, highly recommended by our neighbors.

However, today, Ian R, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us mitigate our ant and cricket problem. Once he was done, he texted us a picture to show us where the crickets and ants were coming from (under a heavy piece of flagstone which he took the time to turn over) - thank you Ian, it's people like you that make this world a better place.

We have the every other month treatment scheduled with Bulwark Exterminating and they always do a fantastic job. Our regular exterminator, Chris **, always keeps an eye out for spider webs or mud dauber nests that crop up in between treatments and takes care of them for us whenever he finds them. I've have recommend Bulwark to my coworkers and friends and will continue to do so.

Eric B with Bulwark is a fantastic tech and very personable! He made it a point to schedule a time slot that worked for us so he could get to the backyard and do a walk around of problem areas (mainly the garage). He went above and beyond services provided by other pest companies we’ve had in the past. We appreciate how thorough and knowledgeable he is!

Bulwark has been serving my home going on 2 years. They always do a great job and guarantee their work. If any bugs show up after service, they will follow up at no additional charge. Nathan is my primary service tech and always is very professional and detailed. He comes in, does his job and leaves. He always sends a text before he comes and after he is finished to assure me he's locked the gate. I couldn't be more pleased.

Our service pro, Shane, explained everything before he started spraying on our property. We have not seen ants in our backyard since he sprayed. He also pointed out the the bees that are housing in the ground. Very happy with the service.

Matt has been relentless in getting rid of the ant problem in my backyard as well as providing good regular service for all pests. He is informed and polite. Call backs, if needed, are addressed promptly.

Services were provided by Brad **, arrived on scheduled time. He approached our home wearing mask and informed us that he was here to perform Bulwark pest control. He sprayed all around the house, also in the backyard. He changed the glues pad for rat at the garage doors. He also checked rat traps outsides that were empty and loaded them with bait again. Told him about a wasp that bit my daughter, he looked around for wasps nest. Brad was very courteous and professional.

Tyler's at it again! Making my life easier and keeping us free of any bug/rodent worries. This company is great, and their employees are top notch. Tyler is always asking if I have concerns, and when I do he is sure to take care of them promptly.

I had my service completed on 01 Sep 2020 by Jacob E. and feel that he did a great job, he listened to my requests and followed through without hesitation and with a fantastic level of service, even going above and beyond to correct small details that he noticed my requests did not cover. He was professional and friendly the entire visit, and PROPERLY wore his mask (above the nose) the entire time he was around.

Did not have the right service the first visit and thanks to Edwin ** he fix the issue. He also mention what else need to be done. He does the job right not like others that just go spray, excellent customer service!

I had my quarterly treatment today, and Jacob E went above and beyond! He was extremely thorough in the treatment because of extra pest issues in the area. Jacob is great and I hope he does my next treatment!

Will our technician always notifies us prior to his visits in case we need any extra services or something sprayed indoors. Bulwark will re-treat for no charge if any issues in between scheduled maintenance. He also leaves a detailed description of what was treated if we are not home during his service visit.

Alex sent me a text saying that he heavily treated my house today and that if I would write a good review he would get $15. Well sorry but no can do. I was at my house by 8:15 and I never saw anyone. The biggest kicker is that the picture of the house that he sent me wasn't even my house, so that tells me that he never came. I didn't see any signs of where someone had been here. I do NOT like a liar!! Someone needs to check in with their employees because they are not doing their job!! Jim **

Our tech is outstanding. She sprays inside the house, garage and the perimeter of my house. I always know when it is about time for her to come back out because the creatures start reappearing but until around the 2 month time, no creatures. Our tech is personable and respectful.

Bulwark has done a fantastic job keeping my yard and house free of pest problems. In my most recent appointment Jacob ** was very thoughtful, thorough, and professional. We've recently moved in to my new home to find multiple wasp nests on the property as well as a number of issues left by the previous home owner inside the home. Bulwark has helped to deal with the immediate issues, provided additional precautions to prevent resurgences, and been reliable with ongoing care.

Hyrum did an excellent job at my place In Renton. He was detailed and I couldn’t be more impressed! This was my first service and Hyrum spoke to me prior to service, listened to my concerns and took steps to manage those concerns (abundance of spiders). Insight is exceptional. Earlier, I was having issue with Moles but this company took care of everything.

I called Bulwark Exterminating because I was having a mice and spider problem. The first treatment got the spiders but some mice remained. I called back for a second round and they promptly sent Jonathan at no extra charge. Jonathan was extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire experience and displayed a high level of industry knowledge. Employees like him are what set Bulwark miles ahead of their competition. 10/10.

Jacob took the time to listen to where we knew spiders were entering our home. These places were not on their routine spraying areas, so it was important that he follow me through the house and spray where I indicated, rather than using the company's standard spraying areas. Roger is my technician and he is the best ever! After two other techs came to treat an ant problem it persisted for 6 months and tiny ants had taken over the kitchen. Roger then came and the ants were 85% contained. He returned in a week and that treatment finished them off. It was amazing. Apparently the other two techs either did not have the training or expertise to deal with it.

Very good choice in hiring Jacob E! He came out, was prepared to handle all treatments that I called about. He was quick but very thorough. He double checked with me before heading out to his next appointment to make sure all was taken care of with his visit.

We have been Bulwark Exterminating customers for 12 years. The company was highly recommended by neighborhood friends who had been customers for many years, and still are. A company is only as good as the employees they hire, and Bulwark has certainly done a great job in hiring top notch exterminators who always conduct themselves in a professional and friendly manner. We used to have problems with cockroaches, spiders and earwigs in the garage and house. Since we hired Bulwark, we scarcely have any problems. We especially like "Paul" who has been here many times and he has become like a friend over the years. He is very knowledgeable of all our local insects and pests, and is very good at explaining how they "act" and get around. The treatments they use are safe for humans, and are long-lasting and effective in killing the creepy crawlers around the perimeter of our home, both inside and out.

I was having really bad issues with Black Widow spiders and Bulwark Exterminating was quick to respond and call me. They sent Dakota out in 3 days. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great work and I appreciate it!

Jacob ** did a terrific job as our technician for extermination of spiders. He called ahead of time, let me explain the areas where we'd noticed the problem, answered my questions, was communicative while administering, and did a thorough job including potential areas I hadn't even identified. If we have any further issues, I will specifically request Jacob to come help us out.

9/03/2020. I was having out of town guests so hoped for a visit the day after I signed up with this company. I was pleasantly surprised that they could accommodate me on such short notice. I was able to request Cody ** and I could not have been more pleased. He was amazing, thorough and respectful of my home, both inside and out. I corrected his 1st name, in the initial experience I typed Cory, not Cody. I want only his services. Kudos to his compassion for bugs!!!

A Bulwark technician set up an appointment for me within two days of my call for a two-hour window. Skyler ** (the technician who came out to my house) arrived 5 minutes early (awesome!), wore a mask and boot covers inside my house, and explained details regarding internal/external exterminating treatments he would be applying to my home. Skyler was respectful of me and my property and checked in to ask me if I had any questions. Then he got to work and finished the job in 30 minutes! (This was likely because I didn't have any major problems he needed to tackle). Afterwards Skyler explained additional steps he took to deal with my specific issues that I called about: ants and beetles. He also found nests on my porch rafters that he removed for me. I am very satisfied with this service and working with Skyler was the best!

It is a blessing to have their service, I’m a first time home buyer who is learning everything. Travis is the best guy because he actually goes over the bugs that you have and explains about the cases. He is a master of pest!!! And he cares about the customers.

Last night I found myself under siege. A wolf spider the size of my palm had breached my home and was terrorizing my living room. I will spare you the harrowing details of our battle, but in the end he escaped and hid under the rug in my living room. It was now 11:00pm and I contacted the sales representative from Bulwark to set up an appointment.

Caleb and Carl answered the (maybe silly) questions that I had and put me at ease. I had an awful German roach infestation I inherited from the previous tenant in my unit, and as I understand it that's one of the more difficult pests to get rid of. These guys have really waged war on the roaches and made my living space habitable. I appreciate their work so much, especially that they're doing it at a risk to their health due to the pandemic. They've all been very good about using PPE in my home as well.

The technician asked if I was having any issues inside the home. I was having minor problems which he treated. He then treated the entire outside of the home. In the past I suspected I had rodents in my attic which they address without any additional charges. Very satisfied with the service.

He provided us with excellent information about the product and even offered to lay interior traps in the (remote) event a bug gets inside by flying over the ground product.
