This was the first time we had Kevin spray our house/yard. Not only was he super friendly, he did a great job paying attention to detail and was very thorough with his application, especially in our yard!

Kelly, was great! He was right on time and was very professional, thorough and quick. He made a point to ask if I had noticed any pests in particular so he may take care of them….which I greatly appreciated. Look forward to seeing him on a regular schedule!

Ty went above, he made sure to get the window wells and also sent me a picture so I knew exactly where he sprayed. He also listened and got around my front door wreath where I have found spiders before! He was awesome!

These guys show up on time and do a great job. My pests have gone down even though the season is pushing them in. I like that if you see more bugs in between scheduled sprays you can just call them and they show back up, on time!

The service is always on time and thorough. I like that the the tech, Chad **, texts and emails the day before and the day of. Very observant of what is needed. Cleaned out the spiderwebs. Great service. Recommend.

Bulwark is great! Cory sprayed my house today and was super thorough spraying and even cleaned the webs. I used to constantly get scorpions before I started using them. They will come back if I ever see any bugs. Thank you!

Came out to do a typical service treatment but helped me remove wood infested with red ants! He even disposed of the wood and made sure the area was nice and tidy afterwards. He was professional, kind, friendly and extremely helpful!!!

I have been using Bulwark for many years (at least 15) and have always been satisfied with their work. They let you know when coming, when leaving and what was done. Updated on 08/08/2022: Our regular exterminator just left the company and they worked me in with Dustin. He said he just had been with the company a month but you couldn’t tell. He was awesome. Thanks, for helping us out Dustin!

The exterminator arrived right at the beginning of their service window, so we didn’t have to wait around. He did a quick but thorough job of spraying around the outside of the house. Friendly too. I’d definitely recommend their services!

I actually got a same-day appointment by calling in. Spoke to a nice woman who booked me. Jared R came by to spray for ants and check the traps and bait boxes. Super fast and friendly visit. I would highly recommended.

Have been a customer for a very long time over 10 years at least. Our tech is Patrick and he always does a great job. Came out today, 11/15 and was very professional and courteous. He always makes sure we are happy with their services.

Joshua ** did good job for my house ants treatment, arrived on time and politely treat my kitchen and dining area for the places ants showed up before, and he explain the things to me too! Nice to work with.

Jacob, my technician always arrives promptly (mostly early) and does a wonderful job asking what my needs are and addresses them fully. He is efficient and afterwards texts me exactly what he did. Highly recommend.

Awesome customer service by technician today! Took care of wasp nest and recommended placing screen over vent. Unfortunately Bulwark does not provide that type of service but I appreciated the advice to stop wasp from entering home!

I requested a same day service due to ants in our kitchen and bathroom and Austin was there within hours. I called at 4 and they told me he would be there by 6. He was there at 5:55. We appreciate him.

He contacted me the night before to ask how things have been and to make sure he addressed all of my concerns prior to my scheduled appointment the following day. Carl ** spent a lot of time today taking care of our exterminating needs and explaining details to me. We were having a problem with field mice and he placed our traps in a place where the mice that were attracted to the bait wouldn't be near our air conditioning unit and the tempting wires to gnaw. I've been using Bulwark for roughly about 6 months now, Jeremy is my guy. He treats me with nothing but respect, and is extremely thorough with the work he does. When Jeremy comes to the house, All of my bug problems disappear. For a long time. Besides that they're extremely affordable.

He was very thorough in spraying all outside doorways, behind compactor, under other kitchen appliances, in the basement and in the workroom. He is such a delight to work with. You have a good man there.

I called on a Friday after hearing something gnawing in a wall the night before. Steven ** arrived on Saturday, showed me what he found, and was able to set traps immediately. Everyone I spoke to was helpful.

Tanner provided excellent service today. He called 30 minutes before arriving. Hand sprayed inside, outside, under the house, and took down spider webs. Will reschedule outside power spray due to rain.

Jonathan ** did an excellent job and assisted in every way we requested. He treated both indoors and out, spraying thoroughly. Jonathan asked where there were any issues and worked diligently to address all of our concerns.

Mr. ** provided us with great advice and service during our service appointment this month. He let us know the problem places in our home and gave us inside products to help some of our issues, as well as doing the outside of the house, removing spider webs and etc. Guess we will have to decorate for Halloween after all...

They are mindful that we have dogs. He makes sure we keep them indoors and the treatment is dry. We have used Bulwark for at least 12 years and at one time we had three houses for them to service. We now have our home and one rental.

I have had bad experiences with other companies coming so I was hesitant about bringing someone, however I needed to get rid of the spiders. The moment I opened my door Thomas changed my attitude, he was friendly, kind and explained every process he was doing, he was careful around the house and kept explaining to me as he worked, I felt like I knew what was going on and I felt confident, he deserves a raise!! He even encouraged thinking about signing up for more services and honestly I am thinking about this seriously, thank you Thomas and company for hiring top talent.

Our pest control guy, Lavell **, was informative and very kind. He sprayed our house and it started working right away. I will recommend using them for any bug problem. They sprayed the inside and outside of my house. Also you pay only after the services never before.

So we had multiple guys coming to our house and not treat our yard like we wanted to and we had second thoughts about using them again but on Friday the 22/10 John showed up and help us out, took his time and got every single spot we needed. Couldn’t be more happier of the way he helped us out.

Contacted Bulwark pest control when we killed a scorpion in our living room. New to the desert living, (moved here a week ago from Ohio), we were quite unfamiliar with these pests. The next day a young man named Tyler came out and sprayed the outside of our house. Tyler was very thorough and professional, he is an asset to your company. We hope he will be the technician coming every other month to spray.

Today Jesse came to spray for bugs. I asked him to help with a couple of areas in the house and he gave me good tips to help. He was also really great with my dogs! He also took care of my screened in porch which is hard to keep bugs out of.

Needed to refill mouse bait and Josh came within a day. Good overall customer service although I accept we’re always going to have some pests since we live in the woods. I recommend this service, employees are very friendly.

The service is always prompt, time efficient and responsive. Elijah is friendly and accommodating to meet our needs. He readily adjusted our service to account for new pests with the change of seasons, adding more detailed treatment and follow-up visits.

Chad did a great job, found some hidden spider nests, knocked them down and treated for them. He always goes above and beyond when providing treatment for our yard. Also is great at communicating with us on what he has found.

Scott M was very friendly and very professional, Scott explained exactly what he was doing and asked if I had any other concerns or needs. From start to finish great service. Before he left he still asked questions if I had any other needs or treatment or something that he missed. Everything was great.

I have been using Bulwark for over 11 years and the customer service that I get from them and their techs is top notch. This month Heath was my tech and he even texted me a picture of my gate saying that he made sure the gate was closed since he knows that I have dogs. That was SO super thoughtful and I really appreciate it. Thank you Heath for going above and beyond in my opinion to ensure that I am taken care of. This is a great company.

Kenny came out and did an initial preventative pest treatment for us (keep the bugs from coming in as the weather cools). He did the exterior of the house and garage first and then the interior and was done quickly!

Mike came today to treat the yard. He rang our doorbell introduced himself and asked if we had any problems which I relate to him. He then proceeded to treat the yard and did an excellent job. I asked him about some bugs that were around our bird feeders and he indicated they were only passing through and should be gone soon.

Miscommunication lead to my son being bitten by mosquitos to the point of frustration. Brandon came and offered his help to resolve our issues and distress. We couldn’t be more happy working with him! Hopefully, our son will get a more restful night of sleep today!

Our technician Jonathan ** did our service today. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed properly. Great company and a fair price. He made sure to inform us of everything he did and answered our questions.

Chris ** was by far the best pest control specialist I have ever had the pleasure in dealing with. He was very professional and explained everything before and after the service was performed. I will continue to use Bulwark Exterminating in the future.

Renz was the technician assigned to our house and when he was in the area, he was courteous enough to call us to ask permission to service the house early than the scheduled time. He performed a thorough spray and took picture of the bait box to show us the content since I mentioned to him I wasn’t sure if the bait box gets changed during each service. We usually are not home when the sprays happen, so we are never really sure what services were performed. My husband was home this time though and he said that Renz was there for about half an hour, so we can be sure he did a thorough job.

They are very professional and the spiders and other pests are few and rarely seen. They show up when scheduled and it is a no hassle process. Esteban ** was fast and efficient and listened to my requests before starting the treatment

Jonathan ** was very friendly & came on time as promised, listened to my concerns for recent pests around my home & went beyond by treating an additional area of my yard. It’s nice to know that companies, but more importantly knowledgeable & kind employees like Jonathan still exist.
