Bulwark exterminators are extremely helpful and definitely know customer service! The bugs and spiders are non existent with them. If I do see anything they come right out to take care of any problems. I am so grateful for their service! I won't go anywhere else for my pest control!!!

Kenny did a good job and was very kind. I was more than thrilled with how he got all of the spiderwebs around the house. He really went the extra mile. Thank you! In addition, he got all of the spots that I was worried about.

Austin always does a great job in controlling our pest, cleaning spider webs and giving a report of what he did. Like I’ve asked, he always text about 20-30 minutes from our home so if I want to be there to show specific concerns, I can do so. Outstanding tech!

Jonathan deposited granules around my foundation. He dewebbed the outside and put an extra peppermint spray around my doorway. I have used Bulwark for 6 years and continue to be happy with their work and pricing.

We love the customer service and its family owned! One of our favorite aspects of this service is that we get the same technician coming out for service. Micheal ** takes extreme care when servicing our house, especially with all of our animals. We had a few cobwebs in the garage and outside the front door which he also got down for us. He goes above and behind!

I called this AM as my family noticed a ton of bees, flies, and spiders… They already had sprayed for the quarter but if there is any issues they will come back and spray for free… (I love that.) Well they sent Jace from Bulwark Exterminating. He sprayed around the eaves for spiders, bees, and flyers and knocked down some webs. I just appreciate how quickly they respond and take care of any concerns. Especially because I am very allergic to Bees. Thank you Jace!

The young man was very nice and handled things quickly. He came inside the house to take care of the areas where ants have been seen. He even put little shoe booties on before coming into the house. Love this company's service.

I am glad I went with Bulwark! From the first rep that I spoke with over the phone to the exterminator Keith the service was unlike any other company that I contacted. When I scheduled the appointment the rep took his time and explained why they did each service and how. He was so detailed and I was amazed at the time that he spent with me educating me in areas that I was unfamiliar with. When Keith came out I was so nervous but he didn't laugh at my fear. He made me feel as if every customer reacted in some similar way that I did, but I knew my fear was a bit more than average. In my opinion I n customer service does not exist on the level that I received starting from my phone call and Keith brought that same level of professionalism and patience when he came to my home! Our technician is Marty. He is great and I trust him to do a great job. He sends me pictures of problem spots he finds and always takes care of them. Today he sprayed inside my sprinkler valve boxes because cockroaches like to hide there.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! After much research I signed up for Bulwark's natural plan using oils and not pesticide. Upon canceling my service after being a customer for TWO years I was offered to change my subscription to their "natural" plan. I HAD SIGNED UP FOR THEIR NATURAL PLAN! I experienced a huge decline in my geckos and now I know why. They were spraying toxic chemicals all over my house. And the supervisor was rude, said she was unsure why I had not received the correct treatment, and NEVER apologized. Completely unprofessional and unethical!

We live in an area that oftentimes has an abundance of critters. Bulwark has been with us since we moved in and it makes a big difference and offers peace of mind with small kids. Kenny H was our tech today and was polite, communicated with us and focused on areas of concern. We are very happy with the service we received.

I called to set up pest control service for my new house and was able to receive service the same day! I spoke on the phone with David and he was very helpful and detailed about how the service worked. Thomas came out to our house a few hours later and was very friendly and resourceful. He answered all our questions and said they would come back at any time if we saw any bugs or rodents even if it was between scheduled service. This is a family owned business and it reflected in their customer service because the really care about their customers! They are awesome!

He told me he was new, and was honest about his current knowledge in his field. But we all have to start somewhere, and with the customer service he provides, he'll go far! I do remember when I was growing up, exterminator services used to spray the inside of the house all around, and not just the windows. I never noticed this before with Bulwark-since I'm herding my 3 littles and 2 dogs, but I thought that the borders of the outside of the house, in addition to the borders of the inside of the house get sprayed. Not just the windows and window wall. I need to call for verification. But Kyle had nothing to do with that, he's doing what he's trained to do. He's awesome!

Stephen from Bulwark did a tremendous job getting rid of a large Yellow jacket nest on the underside of our deck railing and putting a roadblock on any trails that have been widely used this year. Thanks!

Esteban did great job on this service. Clean up the bait boxes and refilled it. Meanwhile server through all corners and detail parts of the house. The work is clean and complete and I’m very happy to this.

Bulwark always arrives on time and asks (if we are home) if any pests are getting through inside our home and treats the inside if needed and always does the outside. Often the same technician comes to our house each quarter. We have had them return for ants in between our quarterly service and it’s always easy to schedule.

Bug and mosquito spray. Tech was polite and provided the info I requested from me. He was supposed to call before he came but that was a minor oversight. Acted very professional and was very detailed in his work.

Since we called Bulwark to come out, we’ve had 5 rats caught in our traps. Each time we have had someone come out at no cost to pick up the rats and replace the trap. Today was Renz, thanks so much Renz and Bulwark!

Ciaran is my technician. He is always on time, respectful and professional. I have a large property with many areas requiring maintenance and special attention, which he routinely handles. He always ask if there is something during the past month, I may seen, but forgot to mention, to refresh my recall if in fact there was. One day I noticed a wasp hive in my cat enclosure, texted him and he was there in record time. He will advise me if he is not available on my regular day, to give me the option of having him service me earlier or after his return. Can’t say enough good things about him. I built this home 13 year years ago, and they have been the only extermination company I’ve ever used. Highly recommend him, and the company.

Have had these guys coming around about a year now. Started off mainly for Vole control, but also had them spraying for bugs. Not only has the Vole activity diminished, but I haven't seen any spiders or other bugs for that matter in months. The stuff they do works! Travis R. has been my technician for the last few services if not more, and he is always very thorough and communicates clearly on what is being done and how the process works!

We just moved to the area and they were included with our new home as a complimentary bug service. We had a small amount of ants that were in the house and we ended up calling to set the appt up, it was simple to do that and Tristan H was the rep sent out to us. He was professional and explained everything he did, I also had a sleeping kid upstairs and he made sure to be quiet when treating that room which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend them again and will most likely be using them in the future.

He did say this was not his normal zone so that is the only thing we didn't like. The service was friendly and nice. Charles did a nice and fast job. He was early out of hours given but because he was so fast it didn’t affect my day. He did the inside and outside of my house. He also swept some cobwebs away.

Mark showed up on time, listened to our concerns and told us his plan for taking care of the bugs. He did a spraying with a back pack unit which he said could be used twice a year and that it was a bit stronger in eliminating the bugs this time of year. He was efficient and helpful. He refilled our bait traps at the bottom of the hill. He provided us with glue strips to use near the garage doors. We were very satisfied with his knowledge and service.

Technician (Nick) arrived at the scheduled time. He sprayed the exterior of the house heavily, took some webs down and granulated the yard. He was polite, efficient and very thorough. Would recommend.

Our service rep, Rex **, is always professional and thorough. He arrives on time, asks about any issues we are seeing, advises us how he can treat the issue and moves ahead with the application. Typically, this resolves the issue. If it doesn't, we call and Rex returns to address the situation. We are very satisfied with Rex and Bulwark.
