Rachel is knowledgeable and has great customer service. She is friendly and courteous. We have a sugar ants issue which she addressed inside and outside. She is vigilant to be sure that the spider webs in the garage are removed, the ant beds are killed and the wasp nests are knocked down.

I have never had a large snake on the property. I have had 3 baby snakes caught on glue boards in the garage. In 15 years I have seen 4 scorpions in the house and all were dead! I am very pleased. Very thorough.

Jeremy ** was our exterminator today. He is very polite and friendly. Was more than willing to come inside and spray in a few places that I had not previously told him I would need. Did not act like I was “putting him out” or that he didn’t have time. Just great customer service from him!

We have relied on Bulwark for our termite monitoring and pest control for several years. Michael just completed our spring check. He had read our notes and preferences but, new to our house, he reviewed the service to be done. Because we have a butterfly garden in back, we are very particular to avoid sprays where their eggs and caterpillars would be affected. Michael did a great job, treated what we needed to keep pests outdoors while taking care with our garden. That service is why we stay with Bulwark.

We've been using Bulwark for years, mainly for scorpion control. It took a while to knock them down, but stick with the program. They'll get the job done. We were having 5 or 6 scorpions a week in the house and 30 to 40 outside. Now, maybe 3 or 4 per season in the house, and about the same outside. Thanks.

I've been getting bi monthly service for a few years and he has always come on time and done a stellar job of preventive care and I've had little to no pest issues inside my home. He contacted me when he was on his way and sent pictures of all of his work along with a summary of the products or chemicals he used to keep me informed. One thing I left out is that they always ask if there is a need to do work on the inside of the home which I appreciate because they ensure that if any pests slip through that it's taken care of. Overall great service and I'd definitely recommend.

Seth came out today and once again took care of my weed control service. I love the fact that I can just text him when I have a question or a concern about my weed services. We have had him out here for nearly a year now and the results are amazing.

Great service. Even alerted me to an area animals could enter the roof from. I've had Bulwark for many years and they consistently keep the pests out of my house. Dakota completed our Termite Bait Inspection and arrived earlier than expected (11:40 am when the anticipated arrival was between 2:00-5:00 pm) and was very polite and efficient. I appreciated his follow up to let us know he did not find any issues.

Bulwark notified me a day in advance that they would would be at my house the next day to service my termite bait stations. They gave me a 3 hour time frame and Austin showed up right on time and found no activity. He also replaced the old bait in each bait station. I am very happy with Bulwark and with Austin in particular.

John ** was the serviceman for our new home - doing a very thorough job, both inside and out, while also explaining their service well - he was punctual too - scheduled for between 12 and 3 - he called before showing up right at 12 so I could get on to other projects. We had just had an invasion of clover mites (I’ve never seen those before), and the chrysanthemum-derived spray used by John used extensively, around all our windows inside and then around the exterior of our home, is exactly what is recommended to control those tiny little invaders.

Brady my technician did a great job treating my house. He is always professional and on time. I was having a roach problem inside and they treated it once and have never seen another one. I couldn't be more happy with their service.

Thomas ** always has arrived on time in the window assigned. Thomas is very professional and always asks if I noted any areas needing special attention. Today he treated an area I mentioned that bees were drilling holes in the front porch wood. He treated for that.

We had Bulwark Exterminating in the desert of AZ and know all too well how important pest control can be there. When we moved to NC 15 years ago Bulwark was just starting up in this area. Their service is wonderful, the technicians are very friendly and well informed. They are very respectful of the property inside and out, as well as our furry friends. For a majority of the time we have had the same technician taking care of our place, “Eric B.” He lets us know in advance when he is coming and plans to arrive, what he plans to do (inside, out or both), and when he leaves he lets us know if he needed to move anything to get an optimal protective barrier. If we ever have an issue with bugs appearing again, they come back out to spray again at no additional charge. We highly recommend Bulwark and their amazing staff.

Had a great experience. Customer service called and was very cooperative when I’ve had to reschedule my appointment a couple times and the worker that came out to spray my house for pesticides I was very knowledgeable and let me know everything he was doing and how it worked.

We live in an older rental in a neighborhood that has a problem with mice. Ever since we started getting visits every other month, we haven't had mice! They also helped us with the sugar ants that came out this past summer. They are always a phone call away, visit for free in between services if we have any questions and are so polite.
