We had a pretty severe ant issue. Could not get rid of them, they were everywhere! It truly was a disaster until Sam ** from Bulwark Exterminating arrived. The ants are gone because of Sam **'s expertise in knowing how these little buggers think. We were very concerned because we watch our Grandbabies but Sam assured me that everything he uses is non toxic to people, pets and small children. He is the Best at what he does! Thank you Sam!

We’ve been using Bulwark for a while now and had regular maintenance done today. We usually only have the outside barrier sprayed but once a year I like to treat the inside as well. Our technician Trey was polite and professional. Highly recommend.

We have been customers of Scott ** for over six years. Our home was vacant for a long period of time when we purchased it, and had significant pest infestation. Scott has been a fabulous resource in assuring our home is pest-free and has helped us resolve new challenges on our acreage as they have presented themselves. His knowledge and expertise is phenomenal and he always is very thorough during his visits. We have dogs and horses, and Scott is very conscientious about making certain the products do not pose a risk.

I love this service because they do a good job but also because they notify you before coming out to see if there is anything particular needed - and they leave a notice with what they did. And all of the staff is wonderful - especially Philip. :)

A new person, Shannon, arrived to administer your service call. She had her mask on, was very professional, and asked about what areas that we had serviced. Told her and she sprayed every area and did a thorough job. She provide a few extra bug traps and asked if there were any other areas that needed attention. Thomas ** was thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. He wore a mask and shoe coverings while spraying inside. Then sprayed exterior perimeter and inside garage; and made sure gates were locked before leaving.

Just had another great service call from Tristan with Bulwark Pest Control. Have been living in a new construction home in the Texas Hill Country for four years, and BulWark has been taking care of our scorpions and centipedes since we first arrived! They provide treatment every other month, without me having to call, and they check in the day before to let us know what time they will arrive. Great service, clean, reliable, and professional.

Anthony from Bulwark did an excellent job. He sent me pictures of the yard treatment that he did. He removed all the spider webs and wasp nests from outside. For indoor treatment he treated the attics too.

David came rang the doorbell. Don’t know if someone answered or not but he went straight to work. After he was finished he sent me a text and said I could call back if I had any issue. Overall great experience!

We had a bunch of hornets in one of our shrubs in the front yard and had asked other pest control technicians to remove them with no luck. However Jacob E. at Bulwark was able to locate the hard to find nest and get rid of it. No more hornets and a job well done!

Bulwark Exterminating Pest Control Company was great! I called on Wednesday and had an appointment on Saturday morning. Kevin arrived at 11:00 am right on the dot. He was friendly and wore his mask the whole time. Kevin explained the whole process to us and answered all of our concerns and questions. He was very knowledgeable of his job. He was also able to add another service that I had called in that same morning. Shout out to the rep that answered my call this morning. Kevin was fast and quick, no more than 30 to 40 minutes to finish the job. I would highly recommend this company for your pest control problems. 5 STARS to them.

We have 3 acres and hired this company to get rid of ants and beetles. The technician that serviced our property was very courteous, professional and thorough. He wore shoe coverings while in our house so there was no dirt or other materials brought in from the outdoors. He also used proper protective equipment for himself during the application of the pesticides outside. A few weeks later, we noticed more ants appearing and he came the same day I called in order to apply pesticides to the affected area: he was as friendly, courteous and thorough as before. We are very pleased with the service and products from this company.

I setup service on the phone with Kylar ** and Robert ** came out to treat my home, they were both great. I explained the issues I was having to Kylar and he told me how they could help. When Robert arrived he was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what the treatments he was applying were. Pest control service was performed on time and in detail explaining the process. Sprayed interior and exterior of the house. Within a few hours after application, found 1 dead roach. I rest in peace that it's working.

Bug and insect extermination and prevention. Robert ** was my service tech for the job. He was courteous, professional, and properly outfitted in the appropriate PPE gear. He answered all my questions and explained how each application worked.

Last week, I called for a service to be done as soon as possible. I was feeling really uncomfortable about my bug problem that started up suddenly. They were able to schedule me the day and time I wanted although it was only 2 days away, and Kelley came out and did a quick and efficient service. He spoke about the issue and put my mind at ease. A week later, I saw one or two more bugs and called to ask what I could do. Bulwark sent 2 techs out an hour after I called for a free spray! Cory and Kevin were very nice and gave me some tips to help with preventative! Again they were quick, efficient and even wore masks and shoe coverings to keep my floor clean. I'm definitely feeling better now and will be keeping Bulwark for regular service.

I have had problems with Bulwark in the past and stopped using them for awhile because of Techs not doing what I wanted them to do. I decided to try them again because I still had an account with them. This time it could not have been a better experience. This tech (Skyler) listened to what I wanted, said "I can do that", and proceeded to go above and beyond my expectations. He took the time to explain how and why they do things, how the chemicals work and what I could expect from this application. I understand they are under new management and have replaced some of their techs and equipment. Based on my last experience, not previous ones, I would recommend Bulwark Exterminating.

I am not sure if there has been in a change in management, but this summer's service has been deplorable. 1. Service man showing up 4 hours earlier without a text notice. 2. Specifically asked not to spray bushes and flower areas, just grass and natural area for mosquitoes, but spraying everything. We had a very healthy community of bumble bees - all dead. :( 3. Not sure what was sprayed that was different from other summers, but mosquitoes were back two days later. 3. Gate left opened so we had to chase one of the dogs. I specifically asked to please close gate. 4. Two days waiting for a supervisor to call back (one with a specific appointment for a call) just so I can cancel service, because there is no way to cancel service online, or by asking the folks who answer the phones!

I found Bulwark Exterminating on Groupon. When I called the purchasing department to see how I could use the Groupon deal, they were willing to honor the price online AND my coupon with no issue. I had a great setup price, plus they were able to come out that weekend to do the initial service. Rudy W gave me a call to let me know he was on his way, and with a great personality and demeanor, he was able to come through the residence and check the walls, plus went around the perimeter, checking for bugs and spraying down their product as a barrier. They have a call back for no extra charge if I see anything out of place as well. Happy with the setup and hope for a lasting business relationship.

My home was due for pest control service. Ciaran B, a tech wearing a Bulwark shirt, (Bulwark-wrapped vehicle parked on the street) knocked on the door stating he was servicing a neighbor's home. He stated he knew I'm a Bulwark customer and that my home is due for service next week. He asked if I would like my home serviced today instead of next week. Coincidentally, I had seen a cockroach two days earlier. I was thrilled. Of course I'd like my home serviced! He was polite, asked questions, wore booties, was efficient and explained everything he did. A++ Ciaran B! I'm always thrilled with my interactions with Bulwark. After an absolutely horrendous pest control experience with BugMaster, we decided we would try one more company. We were at our wits end when we called Bulwark Pest Control. When setting up the appointment they gave us all kinds of new information that actually made sense compared to what previous companies had told us. When our technician, Mike ** arrived, we were greeted with a smile and the statement, “I am here to kill your scorpions!” and kill them he has. Mike is so full of knowledge and ideas that helped us manage our situation that I can’t even begin to thank him for his help. This is hands down the guy to go to when you need help with scorpions! Hunter ** showed up within the specified timeframe And even recited the cheesy line I’m sure they have to. Explained the process of what he’d be doing and asked permission to come in and put on necessary protective gear. Very quick and efficient, easy to understand what would happen.

Our technician was courteous in notifying us when he arrived and when he left the property. He was thorough in providing our exterminating treatment completely around the house, and in finding and destroying mud dabber nests.

I've been using Bulwark Exterminating for the last 2 years and have been very happy with their product and their customer service. They always call ahead of time to schedule my service and make sure they find a time that works with my schedule. Whenever I need them to spray inside the home, they are very polite and professional and offer to remove their shoes, or slips coverings over their shoes so they don't track any dirt inside the house. Today I was working from home, and the technician, Bryan **, was so respectful and great when he had to come inside. I was on a work conference call and once I showed him the rooms that needed the attention, he quietly moved about the house and checked in with me before he left. He was very polite and considerate. Bulwark has been handling our pest control for the past 9 months and they have been amazing! They always show up on time if not ahead of schedule. My recent interaction with one of their exterminator was very pleasant. Chad ** did a very thorough job. He even made sure our gate fully closed and sent us pictures prior to leaving our property.

We just moved into a new house and saw a few dead roaches as well as fire ants in the yard. We reached out to Bulwark on a Saturday to setup regular treatment and to address the bugs we were seeing. They got us in for a Monday morning appointment with Caleb. Caleb was thorough, friendly and helpful. He’ll be back out for free if we see any lingering bugs before their next scheduled visit in 2 months. Highly recommend!

We had our first treatment for bugs from Bulwark Exterminating. Our tech was Toinia and she was awesome! She was totally friendly with our dog and was very professional in explaining everything about the treatment and service. We will be requesting her for further treatments.

Jeremiah came by at the scheduled time as always. They notify me in advance prior to arriving. He left the list of what he sprayed and where. The note contains info on the type of solution and when it will be safe to go near it. Since I have been using Bulwark I see no bugs!

A technician, (Tellas) was scheduled to come out to our home at time that was convenient for us. I signed up for Bulwark Pest services in 2016. Professional company and they keep their appointments. Would recommend their services to residential consumers. They inspect and treat exterior of home for insects and rodents every two months.

Jonathan ** was our service technician today and once again he treated our area around the house very carefully. Bulwark always communicates in writing what they have done but also with photos. Steven came out to the house in the middle of the rain and sprayed/conducted the extermination. Very professional and timely. He explained the process very well and asked if I wanted to change the extermination schedule. Very pleased with the initial visit.

Carl was our exterminator and he was wonderful. He was polite, professional and was able to answer all our questions. We do have psycho dogs and he easily worked with us as we moved them from one place to another so he could do his job.

We are relieved about the thorough service because living on the mountain brings many critters, including scorpions, but also we want to make sure our home is safe for children, animals, and gardening. I've been using Bulwark for a while and they always do a good job. Even during the coronavirus epidemic they are still working and practicing social distancing to the best of their ability. Remington came out today and sprayed the perimeter for ants, knocked down spiderwebs, and prepped for bees. He also left items for me to use inside the home. Great company. I had to change my start date twice and they were very accommodating. These guys go the extra mile in service. They treat inside under sinks, electric sockets and around window frames and baseboards as well as everything outside. The tech that came out, Jeremiah, was super friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. I would definitely recommend Bulwark Exterminating for any of your pest control needs. They also provide additional treatments over and above the normal treatment schedule at no additional charge should it be necessary. Today, April 6, 2020, David came by to conduct my monthly extermination service and he sprayed in between each paver and concrete slab to ensure the ants stay outside. He went above and beyond when he did this detailed work. Such exceptional service by him!

The service team, Edwin ** and others, resolve all my issues. Every time, I have an issue with bugs, they come and resolve it. Ants and spiders are the two difficult pest but they got it. We also have rodent issue and they provide glue pad on timely matters.

When it comes to choosing Pest Control, I have tried them all. Most of the techs spend less than 5 minutes half ** the job and not doing the job right and then charging an outrageous amount of money for a job not done. Bulwark spent 20 minute just on the outside of my house, spraying the foundation, the bushes and the rocks around my house. Then another 20 minutes inside my house getting every nook and cranny. Top to bottom Bulwark is by far the best at an even better price than all the rest. It isn't even close. I'm so glad I found Bulwark Pest Control, I haven't seen a bug since they came into my life. My service technician was Philip L. He texted me to let me know he was on his way. He arrived as promised, asked if I had any questions and reviewed what I wanted done. It appeared that there was a genuine interest and compassion in doing the best he could do for me (the client) and the company.

My technician Kaimen is always on time and always very efficient and polite. Any questions I have he is always willing to answer. This pest control company is also great in that if I need a call back I can get it within 24 hours.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would! Not only did they send me a text the day before they were supposed to come out with no scheduled time, but 4 out of 5 times it was forecasted to rain. I almost always had to reschedule, and they only came inside two or three times. The last time they came over was for warranty work. A guy by the name of Steve text me to let me know he was on his way. I was on my way out the door, but waited till he got there to let him know I needed him to spray inside also. He said he wasn't aware he needed to spray inside but would take care of it for me. When he showed up he stated that he wouldn't be able to spray outside because something was broken or not working properly. He said we would have to reschedule an exterior spray.

Have had Bulwark Exterminating company come out numerous times to treat fire ants. Their policy after a paid treatment they will come out again if you see any more insects. Had our yard treated on a Wednesday and Thursday evening I took pics of 21 active fire ant hills. 1 of these hill had granules on it and seemed to be dead. Do not like to have to keep calling and scheduling someone to come back out. Also while taking pics of the active fire ant hills I got a tick on me. Got a pic of this as well. Would not recommend this company!!!

I signed up with Bulwark only because we had a tech that was doing door to door soliciting. He had good selling points, as expected, to sell the bi-monthly service. One selling point that got my attention was that he stated when the tech comes out to spray the inside of the house they spray inside the outlets. He said they take off the outlet and spray inside the walls, which to me was a selling point. So, we signed up. The first initial visit was a few days after. The tech came inside and began to spray and I asked him if he was going to take off the outlets and spray in the wall like I was informed. He said no, they don't do that.

8:47 prompt is what I expected and first impression met. Secondly, in house and did most professional job ever for inside home. Easy to talk to. Did crawl space and got down any spider webs outside. Did 2 areas outdoors. One at house and other away from house to stop spiders, ants, centipedes, crickets and earwigs. The water bugs on several occasions was what we had. Will say nothing but excellent to everyone I see. My husband agrees 100%. Josh ** was technician.

FRAUD! BEWARE! These guys clearly have a habit of skipping scheduled appointments and charging you for service they did not perform. In April 2019 these guys NO-SHOWed for their first initial spray. I was able to call them in the same day after waiting for 5 hours at home on a work day and rescheduled. Cool, no problem... Now in June 2019. I got a text appointment reminder for a second spray. NO SHOW for the whole day. Thank goodness I have cameras around my property and knew these guys didn't show up. I was planning on calling them the next day to report the NO SHOW.

I have been using Bulwark for 3 yrs now. And now I'm looking for a new pest company. Major billing and scheduling issues with very poor communication. I was recommended by my sister and after using them for a while I turned my mom onto them. They used to be a great company, but things have changed over the last few months. They show up to your house unannounced for your bi-monthly service. If you're not there for them to treat your house they still charge you the full 79$ even though they didn't do any treatments. I called and expressed my frustration and reluctance to pay it but told them I would pay it and just cancel my acct with them. They couldn't care less. Took my money and cancelled my acct. Realized thru that, that they don't value their long term customers.

We’ve had their services for about a year or so. First they were scheduled for quarterly service and it was a fine system. Then they started coming out more frequently than quarterly. So I called and asked about getting us back on schedule. Why would you exterminate when it’s pouring rain, which I told them not to come out.

We hired Bulwark for our commercial property and could not be happier. On each visit the territory manager checks to make sure if we have any questions or concerns before starting the treatment. Over the past few years we have seen a substantial decrease in the problems we were having with the former pest control company. Great job!!!

This company knocked on my door in Hoschton, Georgia to sell pest control services. After pointing out some spiders, I paid him to spray once. He apparently changed my status to recurring and then showed up without an appointment, sprayed the outside, and then proceeded to bill me. When I called the office, they said a manager would call me back, but never did. The Past Due Notices they continue to send me don't have a phone number on them but expect me to send $79 to Queen Creek, AZ.

You sign up for a 1 year service contract. The first service they have you schedule a time that works best for you. The service guy comes few minutes early and wait for you to open and will be super nice! Talk to you about different bugs they'd seen and walk around every corner of your home - removes each power receptacles by the outer wall spray with a can, treat all windows, go around your property outside with a hose and does such a detail job to impress that you got the best contract! Now fun starts. No longer check with you or allow you to schedule a time that works best for you. You will be "notified" day before that they will treat your property tomorrow with no specific time. You come home and the receipt waits at your doorknob.

I have been a Bulwark customer for 5+ years. I moved out of the service address in September, 2017 and gave notice that I was vacating and asked for all services to be canceled. I was not informed that I had an outstanding balance of $44.50 for a service that I do not believe was completed. I never received any invoices or billing statements or phone calls from any representative regarding this issue. I received a collections notice from A.R.M. Solutions. Having received this notice, I immediately called the company and was told that I never paid my bill. It was not paid because I was not aware of it. I asked to speak with a manager on multiple occasions over multiple phone calls as it is not right for me to have been sent to collections without being given the chance to rectify the bill which was in error. A return call was never made to me.

I told Bulwark to come out and treat the inside of my house because they didn't do it the last time they were here. They have failed to do the inside the last few times they been here. I told him I wanted it done at no charge. They said fine but then all the sudden my warranty is up and they want to charge me. I pay hundreds of dollars every year. They're expensive. They're not worth it and that here's my notice, I will never do business with Bulwark pest-control again.

The service was fine until I wanted to cancel as our contract has been fulfilled. It took several phone calls to achieve this very simple cancellation. I explained to them repeatedly that I did not want the service as my son had lymphoma and I was not comfortable with the chemicals. This was not good enough. They wanted to offer me deals, I said no, so many times. I finally hung up on them. Pushy service people.

Multiple visits, called them back several times, no results. I asked them to do kitchen cabinets but they did not seem to think they needed to. Sprayed some stuff from an aerosol can on the walls in strange spots, left. One guy sprayed around the outside, set some glue traps and left. They said I had to stay on monthly program to get rid of the critters. I finally called another company, they left and we swept up lots of bugs! They did not charge for the call-backs, but I saw no results for what they were doing. I was not happy with them and with holidays coming up, wanted the critters gone. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! They did not even give them a good drunk, let alone kill any! Do not waste your money and time.
