We had a tech come by last Saturday and he sprayed all around the outside of the house. But yesterday we started seeing ants inside the house, so we called and it was really easy to make an appointment for someone to come in, and they made the appointment conveniently soon. When our tech Travis arrived he was really nice, came in and put some Advion ant gel on the places we were seeing the ants plus he sprayed the outside of the house again.

Chad came to my house on Saturday August 28. I had a cricket problem. He ad r granular all around plants and sprayed all around house and in house and garage. So far I am only finding dead crickets.

Experience has been excellent... They show up on time, do go work, and I don't have pest issues. Joel is very good to work with and communicative should he notice anything. I haven't had to think about my pest control since Joel/Bulwark has been doing it. When I am paying for a service to help me, that is basically the test for me. If I have to follow up, ask, have things redone/fixed then it's not a service for me. Bulwark has met my standard of keeping it simple and doing the work well that I pay them for. Called before arriving and exactly on time. Introduced herself as this was her first time here. Upon arriving she listened to my requests and was very considerate about what I was experiencing. Explained what she would do outside and then came inside and treated the areas I requested. All at times she continued to wear a mask to protect both of us. Austin was the technician who came out to service my home. He was thorough and didn’t just spray and leave. He knocked down lots of spider webs around the exterior, set a couple of traps for a mouse in my garage and refilled all the bait boxes around the outside. He was patient and answered my questions. I appreciate him taking the time to do a good job and not being in a rush. I have used this company for about 9 years. It changed names, but it’s still the same great service!

Spencer came out this morning and did a general treatment outside and inside and knocked down several wasp nests I inherited when I bought my home in September. I've been to chicken to try it myself so I was extremely happy. He even checked my attic to make sure they hadn't gotten in through the eves. Spencer was very friendly and courteous. David W serviced the property for termite inspection and a requested interior spray. He made up for the scheduling error. He was professional and quick.

Last time here, he was able to FINALLY rid the inside of the house of a carpet beetle infestation that had been bothering us for months. He definitely knows his stuff.

Jessie W was excellent. He was here right at 8, was very professional and knowledgeable on how to treat our problem and got right to work. Reassured me that the products were safe for my children and pets, which was a big concern I had.

Michael has been so responsive to our messages when we have questions about pests or need visits between re-treatments. He’s kind and considerate, always makes sure to update us during or after each visit. We so appreciate how communicative you have been! Highly recommend Bulwark, and Michael specifically. We love the customer service and its family owned! One of our favorite aspects of this service is that we get the same technician coming out for service. Micheal ** takes extreme care when servicing our house, especially with all of our animals. We had a few cobwebs in the garage and outside the front door which he also got down for us. He goes above and behind!

I called this AM as my family noticed a ton of bees, flies, and spiders… They already had sprayed for the quarter but if there is any issues they will come back and spray for free… (I love that.) Well they sent Jace from Bulwark Exterminating. He sprayed around the eaves for spiders, bees, and flyers and knocked down some webs. The young man was very nice and handled things quickly. He came inside the house to take care of the areas where ants have been seen. He even put little shoe booties on before coming into the house. Love this company's service.
