Jacob ** always arrives on time as schedule and is very polite and personable. He gets the job done swiftly and makes sure to ask if there any additional services needed & does what is needed to handle the pest issue.

Robert ** was our service tech. He was kind and professional. Robert came out on a Friday night to take care of our pest problem. He did a thorough job in our garage. Highly recommend him and his services with Bulwark.

Jacob ** is a fantastic young employee. He not only takes care of our regular services, he always does a super job at inspecting for those hidden pests. Today, he saw spiderwebs and took special care to eliminate them. He’s courteous and efficient. You have a keeper.

We’ve always had a good experience! I like how they always call or text before they arrive. Curtis ** was excellent with communicating exactly what he did on our property. He took pictures of areas he sprayed that are good hiding places for insects and other bugs.

We have been with Bulwark for years! We always have a great experience and see results all around our home. Taylor came to see us today (ahead of schedule!) and took his time chatting with us about specific concerns. He spent a while going all around the yard treating it and knocking down webs/debris. We had been experiencing roach issues on and off. Noah was thorough with asking questions and accessing the situation, and was able to target pin point spots where roaches could enter. He took the time to apply extra bait and spray to specified spots. He was knowledgeable but most importantly very polite and caring if our situation. I highly recommend Noah at Bulwark.

Had my first service 2 days ago. Saw a live scorpion yesterday and called. Got an early morning appointment for today. Ashton was very nice, and he was in time and he sprayed the areas I was concerned about. Very nice young man.

We have had Bulwark for over a year now and they have managed to keep mosquitos at bay in my backyard. Which has been amazing not to worry about my kiddos being bit while we are out in the pool or play area. General pest maintenance keeps almost all the bugs away but if there is ever an issue customer service is great. Their techs are knowledgeable and always conscious of our dog and kiddos. Shout out to Eutimio for the call back service on those crazy ants!

I would recommend Bulwark to anyone! The expertise and efficient manner of addressing my issue was very comforting. Especially with dealing mice. Making sure I understood this was not just a one time treatment and my technician said he would feel much better if they could re-treat again in a week. Suggested that a monthly treatment after that especially through the winter months. I feel so relieved.

Tech arrived on time, told me what he intended to do and why, then provided the appropriate services in a very professional manner. Was friendly, answered relevant questions, and even petted my dog. I felt very comfortable with him.

Good communication and thorough application of product. Somewhat costly to maintain but effective for what we need as we have a scorpion problem. I’ve been stung twice before I hired this company. They are responsive.

Noah was our pest guy. He was respectful, quick and kind. He was great about asking what I wanted and what information I needed, and he didn’t over-explain or talk down to me. He was considerate of my young kids, he did the inside of the house very quickly and efficiently and the outside thoroughly as well. I needed to leave before he was finished and he sent me a text describing what he had done and he checked that my garage was closed before leaving. Excellent customer service!

Having Bulwark come to my house every other month has really helped keep the spiders and other insects away. Matt F came yesterday and he always does a thorough job. I like that he sends me a text after with pics explaining how he treated the exterior.

Spencer showed up and treated all necessary places for bugs and pests and rodents. Didn’t disturb any plants or vegetation and notified promptly when he and crew finished the job. Because of his good work we remain pest free.

This morning Elizabeth ** came to my home to retreat my stubborn ant issue. Fortunately for me, she didn’t just retreat the area that I continue to see ants. She looked around my yard for the source and found a huge amount of ants in a nearby tree. She treated the tree, told me what she found and scheduled a follow-up. I appreciate the level of detail that she exerted and I’m expecting to see a significant difference.

I appreciate the communication- email and text reminders of when they will be here. The window provided is always accurate. Tristan is a great communicator- open, helpful, and warm. My property benefits greatly from their service! When I make a specific request, they respond to fix!!

Zach ** just finished a normal pest control treatment we do every other month. He also applied the 2nd optional treatment for mosquito control. He was very courteous and professional. Over a couple months, they addressed wasp problem we were experiencing in two places. We have utilized the services of Bulwark for several years now. I have a stink bug and mice infestation outside and inside of my home. The mice were in the garage, but the stink bugs have been and in and outdoors for some time now and I finally called our pest control, Bulwark. Not only did they make themselves available by just a few days time, they showed up not TOO early, but not TOO late in the day to where it's an inconvenience, they made themselves scarce inside my house, they were nice about my having dogs that bark and allowed me to hide them in one room while they did the house and politely knocked when it was time to move the dogs to another location so my room could get sprayed as well.

We have been a customer for almost a year & have had zero issues. In between visits, if we see any pests, it’s a simple phone call and they make arrangements to come out ASAP - with no additional charge. The day before each scheduled service, we get a notification text to remind us. The day of the service we also get a text before AND after the treatment is complete. I cannot recommend them enough!

He contacts us before hand so we know pretty much when he will show (which is something we asked for and he had no problem accommodating us). They did a thorough job and told me call if I see any activity which I did and they came right out and baited more. Not sure if the outcome yet but they are easy to deal with and seem to want to give you a good value. Much less than others I called as well so that’s a nice bonus

Kyle always does a good job on our property. He gives a little more than expected and is careful not to do anything that would hurt our bee hives. He doesn’t spray our bushes and even sprayed around our shed. He always gives me a quick rundown of what he did during his visit. Very nice young man.

I had an issue with ants. I had never experienced an issue like this before. I live in a new community. I was the first to move in, and my last month has been insane. I have. Caulked every last inch of my downstairs and my pantry. I leave no food out, ever!! But somehow I was in a never ending war with ants. Brad did excellent work, covered all the bases by spraying the outside of the house plus inside the garage. He knocked down the spider webs around the doors and replaced the glue traps in the garage. He also kindly moved the trash bin from the street back into my garage. I am scheduled for knee replacement surgery and walking is painful, so his exceptional help was greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately we have construction going on next to us, leading to a rodent problem in our home. Isaiah got out here reviewing the area and made the recommendation to set a few traps despite not seeing any sign of rodents to be safe. Good thing we listened, within ten minutes of setting the traps, we’d caught the rodent. I called Isaiah and he answered and came right back to set new replacement traps and remove the current rodent. Thanks Isaiah for your professionalism and assistance!

James is always great! He texted me to let me know he could arrive early and checked in when he arrived to ask about areas of concern. He treated and then checked in at the end and let me know of any areas to stay clear of, for a little while (we have kids) and to call if we have any issues after the treatment. I’ve been with Bulwark Exterminating company since I’ve purchased my house back in 2020. I personally have not ran into many issues as other residents may have but whenever I do run into an issue I’m able to call the customer service and they’re able to meet my expectations and resolve the issue at hand. I had a follow up spray because the first technician did not meet my satisfaction and customer service was able to resolve my problem by sending a new technician out a couple days after for a re-spray and now have over exceeded my expectations. I am happy to continue doing business with this company because whenever I have an issue they’re always able to follow up and pull through. Elizabeth L. came out to remove bees and was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything to us to make sure my family and pets were safe with the removal. I will definitely be contacting for other services as well. First time using Bulwark and very satisfied, they also guaranteed their work!

I've had so many exterminators come out to my house and Ryan ** was hands down the best and most thoughtful. He also educated me on so much and gave super insightful suggestions. I definitely felt like he was to help me.

Jake came to do our initial extermination service today. This was my first experience using an extermination company and I was very happy with how clear and organized the entire process was. I was offered same- or next-day service at the time of my initial call, and they made the whole process so easy. Jake was friendly and courteous, and made sure to explain what he was doing and the plan if something comes up later on.

I have been receiving service with AZ Classic for over a year and was very happy to see that my technician Justin went with Bulwark when they took over. I will be continuing with Bulwark and adding weed control that Justin told me about.
