This is the 2nd time Dakota has serviced our home and he was prompt, polite and professional. Both times, he has explained what he was going to do and why and inquired as to if I needed him to focus on anything in particular. He has been excellent!

Daryle ** came to my residence on 2-3-2022 and provided his usual excellent exterminating services. He even left me extra bug traps for the garage in case I needed extras. Much appreciate Daryle servicing this house and hope this level of service continues.

Great work Zach, keep it up! Zach was very nice, personable, and polite and did everything we needed him to do. We would certainly want him to come back to service our home. He obliged and wore shoe covers when we asked him to before he entered our house.

First Experience with Bulwark, and walked away impressed. They were quickly able to respond to a home rodent problem (the same day). Prices are very reasonable. Jon ** was the technician on site, and he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. What I thought were mice burrowing in my crawlspace HVAC ducts, ended up being Rats. He walked me through why they were there and what to expect over the next week and how to patch their entryway into the crawlspace. He also spoke to second order effects like Hantavirus. Overall: Very pleased with the service, and a hearty thanks to Jon.

Trey and the folks with Bulwark are excellent. Trey is always on point when it comes to dealing with whatever pest we have milling about, be it scorpions, ants etc. Communication is awesome, scheduling is easy and he’s a real good guy to top it all off.

Rex explains the need and effectiveness of each application. He is always open to questions. He offers to treat garage and house in addition to outside areas. He offers cardboard boxes as needed. He is careful and thoughtful; always makes sure my security gate is shut and latched.

We’ve used Bulwark for years, even though many companies have tried to lure us with lower prices. Bulwark is always responsive to calls/concerns and provides great service. Sean is a great technician, always checks to see if we have specific concerns, and provides details of the service when he has completed it.

Caleb texted me when he was on his way to my location. Afterwards, he texted me a picture and an explanation of the services he completed. He has provided excellent service every time he has been here.

Bulwark team has been successful at exterminating the unwanted creepers inside and all around our home. Thank you Matt ** and crew for keeping our home free of insects. I want to also mention how considerate Matt was by wearing shoe covers and hand gloves while coming into our very clean home. Thank you.

Charles did a great job and was respectful of our property. We only needed the outside treated today. He texted what had been done when he was finished. Great job all around! Thanks again. Would recommend.

Patrick did a great job treating our house. Bulwark has always kept our house pest free. We have had bulwark for 7 years and they have never let us down. They knock down cobwebs, treat for bugs, and are willing to treat inside anytime we have an issue.

Bukwark has always been on time and performed all treatments as required and requested, Kyle our service tech is very efficient and always checks to see if there is anything we would like to have done and then takes care of it.

Tyler did a great job. He did our service very thoroughly and got all we needed and so much more. He sprayed my house and swept all the webs of of all our windows inside and out. Anything we asked him to do he did it with no hesitation and all of our questions we had about the product or the cost and the service we received he had all the answers to and was always happy to help and had a smile on his face. He did a great job and would definitely recommend to anyone in his area. Bulwark has never let me down.

We have been using Bulwark Exterminating for 8-10 years. Service has always been prompt, professional, courteous and thorough. Bulwark employees have always done a great job, but Miller went above and beyond today. This was his first visit our house and he stood out as a 'cut above.' he very carefully/methodical went through each step of his treatment process, and I had no doubt everything was done to the best of his ability. We have several rescue dogs at our house and they like to intimidate visitors. Miller was undeterred. It was a pleasure to meet you Miller and I hope we see you again.

Whenever I have an issue, they listen to my concerns as a customer. Zach is respectful of the property and pays attention to areas I tell him are of high interest for me. Whenever I call in between services, a courteous technician always comes out to my house and diligently completes the task necessary.

Very helpful in answering questions about spraying and glue boards for insects in garage. Stephen offered to have a return visit in between scheduled visits if I saw any new problems at no additional fee.

James, Austin and Sam were the servicemen who have come out to my home to work at getting rid of the rat problem on my property. They were thorough and explained everything they did and proposed to do to help get rid of they. They checked in a week after my treatments to see how things were going and if I saw any activity. We had a new technician come to our house today. Sean was awesome, very nice and respectful. Our original exterminator has fallen ill, he serviced our house for two years and we just couldn’t trust anyone else. But Sean was great and most of all he respects our us and our house. Thank You Sean!!! We’ll be requesting him for our future exterminating services.

Before arriving, Marco texted to alert us he would be arriving soon. When finished, Marco texted pictures with explanations about the service and communicated with me to make sure our home environment was satisfactory.

Jeremy from Bulwark does a great job with our pest control. He goes above and beyond every time. If I'm not available to answer the door, he starts a routine covering things I wouldn't even have thought to ask about. I'm very grateful that he's available as a resource (to ask questions) and as an exterminator (to care for our house). He's always respectful of our property, punctual, and professional.

Stephen from Bulwark Exterminators came out today to put down exterior barrier for pests, bait boxes for rodents & interior product to treat our home. He explained the treatment method, what to expect & that we should receive a call about next session.

Kenny was great! He was quick & friendly and made sure to update us with any problems he found. He was here for probably here for 15 minutes & sprayed our entire yard thoroughly. A quick moment out of our day for a bug free house!

I have been using Bulwark for several months now and I have been very pleased. Ricky has been my tech the last couple of times. He sprays the outside of the house and I have barely seen any spiders in my home. Amazing service!

Hugh not only sprayed the exterior, but he also swept most of the cobwebs from the exterior lighting fixtures. He was friendly and very helpful. He offered to close the gates, but I needed them left open to do my gardening work.

Pest control was serviced by Jesse and he did an amazing job. I will definitely give 5 stars for him. He covered all the rooms and windows and also interior and exterior for the roaches treatment and other pest control.

Easy to talk to about any issues. Also if we notice ants or anything’s between spraying they are quick to come out any issues we might have. Also during visits they will notify us of any issues they see and what they did to address them.

Roaches love my house. But they're not big fans of Seth ** and Bulwark. He keeps my house roach free. Great service. Always helpful. I made a great choice with Seth and Bulwark. A lot of exterminators go door to door in my neighborhood. I save them a lot of time by telling them I'm with Bulwark before they can start their presentation.

I have been using Bulwark for about 6-8 months now, and they have always been great. Jeffrey ** is my exterminating expert, and I really appreciate his thoroughness. I get a text after he's done treating, and it details what he had done, with a picture! They always stress that I can always call for free re-treatments if any problem persists until the next treatment. That really puts me at ease since where I live has a lot of trees and shrubs. I will stick with Bulwark and Jeff for a long while.

John is very attentive to providing a quality treatment and we never have any pest issues because of the thorough job that Bulwark and John always provide to us. The 4 stars is because I've had a hard time with other services Bulwark offered. However Ethan being as new as he is really brought his A game to the table. He's very knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to my issues and concerns and had a way to help.

Elliot does a fantastic job getting the spiders and webs out of my windows whenever he comes. He maintains the deck too, and does a great job with the wasps and carpenter bees. I have a big house on a wooded lot, so there's always a lot of insect activity for him to deal with. Elliot handles it amazingly. I love looking out of my windows after he's been here.

Great service, as always, by Jonathan **. Started servicing when I had roaches, all gone now. Also, they took care of an ant invasion that I had at home, now there are no ants. They always inform me when coming, and have come back outside of the regular schedule when needed.

Sam came out and did a fine job. I have enjoyed dealing with this company. They are flexible and willing to do whatever you ask. Once I was scheduled for an outside treatment and I changed it to an inside. This was not a problem for this company. Thank you Sam.

We have been using Bulwark for years and the service has always been great so when we moved we were happy to know that we could continue with the same company. This past week was our regular service time, but we had a different person to come out. I am glad to know that they all are capable, qualified and courteous. This past week the young man (Jared **) showed up with a smile, explained why he was here and asked if we had seen or had any concerns with anything in particular. When he was finished, he knocked on the door to inform us that he was done, told us that he found one ant mound that he treated and if there was anything else before leaving with a smile.

We’ve had such a good experience with Bulwark. They helped get someone out here within a day's time which was much needed. Sean J and Gustavo C have been out to help us with the problems we were struggling with at our house. The communication and customer service is amazing!

The first time I had Jason come out and do the service and he was amazing. The second time, I had John ** and he was great too. He made sure to mention when I was able to get back in the house and he patiently waited until I exited, so the chemicals wouldn't harm me.

Showed up early in the time window provided, which was great. We reviewed site conditions inside and out, I told him what others had done prior and showed him where the traps were. He went into crawl space and pulled out a rat and two mice, then reset the traps. He made a suggestion for a vapor barrier repair, and it sounded like he’s ready to come back for the next visit. Great job!

I’ve been using Bulwark Pest Control of Las Vegas for about five or six years, and I’d recommend it. Prior to Bulwark I could count on a semi-regular ant invasion from the front of the house into a particular bedroom, and after Bulwark — never. All the techs are reliable as far as texting prior to arrival & following up after. Tech Christian ** was last here, in the early part of the window & gave me the receipt right off the bat which I appreciate. I’ve never had any problems with Bulwark.

Matt text when he was 30 minutes out and headed my way. He was very personable. He made me feel comfortable to have him inside my home. He asked questions and was very professional. I would recommend him and Bulwark to anyone.

Like this company and Patrick our exterminator they are easy to work with and if I have an issue it is always resolved quickly. Scheduling is very easy and if I need to reschedule, they are very happy to help.

Travis ** did a great job and was very informative. I would definitely refer him to others. He made sure to spray every area in the garage and the front and back of the house as needed. He cared about the service he was providing.

Matt came out and efficiently applied the treatment without much involvement from me. I appreciated this as it's during my work day. One nice thing to add as a company is a 10-15 minutes text heads up before arrival as both my partner and I are on calls all day.

Dakota was professional and did a great job. On a cold, dark, gloomy, cloudy day in December, 2021, Dakota did his best to brighten the day!!! He loved our Christmas decorations, and handed me a couple of books that Amazon had delivered to our front porch. Customer service! The exterminating was great too, I'm sure.

I like the pictures he text messages me showing the areas around the house where he found spiders. Also, he is very thorough when he checks for pests and does a really great job when spraying the outside and inside of the house.

We appreciate the text reminders! And the elimination of our pesky insects! We even get a text and picture after he has finished, showing work completed. They are a great company and make use of technology available.

We have been using Bulwark for about 18 months now. We had Travis come today and he was fast, efficient, and polite. They are always here when they say they are and we have had no issues with bugs since we have been using them. We live in a high mosquito area backing up to fields and other undeveloped area so the fact we have had almost no issue with bugs, including wasps or spiders has been great. We appreciate their good work!

He was early and sent me a text about what he had done. My grand children were home and he explained everything to my grandson. Seemed to be efficient and got the job done. Now time will tell if it takes care of the problem.

My Tech went through the whole house and was able to find a nest of spiders that he removed. I would of never noticed them. Customer service was perfect. I had an APPT. and the Tech even showed up on time.

Mark ** does a very thorough job and makes sure that we are satisfied with his service. Always ask if there is anything we are concerned about. He sends us a text to tell us a time frame that he will be at our house and then rings our doorbell to let us know he is there.

Bulwark is a great service!! Stephen at Bulwark was my technician today. He is always friendly and I would hire him on his communication skills, willing to help, and work ethic. Bulwark sends a text when they will be coming next. Then the technician sends a text more close to the time they will arrive at your home. The techs always listen if you have a concern and they Target what you describe and tell you how they will treat. They usually are spot on since the techs know the local area bugs and their habits. On occasion bugs have reappeared, however I contact Bulwark and they come out promptly and assess and again re-target the issue. Treatments are environment & pet friendly. Great value, as in bugs are gone. I wholeheartedly recommend Bulwark to get rid of your bugs. Also I just tried their mosquito treatment and they disappeared completely in 2 days.

I have used many pest control companies since moving to Henderson NV in 1998 and Bulwark is the best of all of them. On the receipt they tell you which pesticides they used and where. Always on time. Thank you.

Bryan ** my service tech today were above and beyond to help solve a front door issue with bugs entering my home. He was very pleasant and tolerated my dogs jumping all over him. I have always had good experiences with Bulwark techs, but he was stellar.

Marco from Bulwark came today & found a fire ant pile in our backyard. Sprayed it & killed them. He texted us to let us know when he arrived & left. I'm very happy with the service we recieved today..

I have only used them twice so far but I have seen less spiders around my home after my first treatment and the exterminators are friendly. The second treatment was quick and early but not too early which I appreciated.

Celeb took care of the usual service and checked around to make sure nothing extra was needed. He did treat for fire ants that he saw and then took care of our ant concerns inside the house. He was very thorough.

Ty went above, he made sure to get the window wells and also sent me a picture so I knew exactly where he sprayed. He also listened and got around my front door wreath where I have found spiders before! He was awesome!

These guys show up on time and do a great job. My pests have gone down even though the season is pushing them in. I like that if you see more bugs in between scheduled sprays you can just call them and they show back up, on time!

The exterminator arrived right at the beginning of their service window, so we didn’t have to wait around. He did a quick but thorough job of spraying around the outside of the house. Friendly too. I’d definitely recommend their services!

I actually got a same-day appointment by calling in. Spoke to a nice woman who booked me. Jared R came by to spray for ants and check the traps and bait boxes. Super fast and friendly visit. I would highly recommended.

Awesome customer service by technician today! Took care of wasp nest and recommended placing screen over vent. Unfortunately Bulwark does not provide that type of service but I appreciated the advice to stop wasp from entering home!

They are mindful that we have dogs. He makes sure we keep them indoors and the treatment is dry. We have used Bulwark for at least 12 years and at one time we had three houses for them to service. We now have our home and one rental.

I have had bad experiences with other companies coming so I was hesitant about bringing someone, however I needed to get rid of the spiders. The moment I opened my door Thomas changed my attitude, he was friendly, kind and explained every process he was doing, he was careful around the house and kept explaining to me as he worked, I felt like I knew what was going on and I felt confident, he deserves a raise!! He even encouraged thinking about signing up for more services and honestly I am thinking about this seriously, thank you Thomas and company for hiring top talent.
