Tyler helped me out today with an ant problem - he was quick, responsive, efficient and so polite. Won’t use any other company for my pest control needs. He sprayed the outside and inside of the house and makes it so I don’t have to worry about anything between services. If anything comes up in the meantime though, I can always have them come out and take care of it right away.

Tyler even came in and took down cobwebs from my 2 story foyer that were way too difficult for me. Had Bulwark since we bought the house. Always done a great job for us. We get text reminders, a call when on the way and then they make sure to knock/ring doorbell to let us know they are here, which is needed with dogs.

The service pros have always conducted themselves in a professional manner, they are willing to listen to all of our concerns, and they make sure that they service around and inside the house to our requirements. They also provide free followups between scheduled service dates to ensure desired level of control is achieved.

Spencer was prompt, informative, and efficient. He summarized and took pictures of his findings. Knocked down spiderwebs, rid spiders, checked traps, and refilled. These services continue to keep the pests away.

Zach did a great thorough job today clearing all webs, filling bait traps, and providing mouse traps. He even took it further and gave us great tips for sealing open holes. Very grateful for the extra feedback and easy solution he provided.

We have been a client of Bulwark Exterminating for many years and Michael ** has been our technician during most of those years. Michael has always done an excellent job of keeping our place bug free. Today's visit was for a matter different from removing bugs. We noticed there was a mouse (or mice) in our garage! This is the very first time we've had to deal with mice. Michael came out immediately and put out mouse bait and traps in various places, inside the garage and outside, and showed me places where a mouse could possibly enter our garage. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail and assured me that our mouse problem will be solved soon. Thank you, Michael!

Let's be honest, bugs need to be handled at a reasonable price - but not by me! That's where Cassie B comes in, she is prompt, personable and professional! I work from home, have an elderly parent living with me, and several pets of all ages and abilities; so my extermination appointment could be a little CRAZY or Complicated. After several pleasant and still efficient experiences, I requested Cassie for EVERY appointment. I trust her if there is a snafu or I'm running late and service needs to start with another family member at home; she gained that trust by understanding our family dynamic and responding to what we needed to feel secure. Bulwark should let her teach the customer service portion, she gets it. Cassie is the only one we work with and we are happy to wait if she's unavailable.

CJ did a very complete service and good detail. I had opened under the dishwasher because the cat was hinting that something was going on. We had some old stuff. He still put down two glue traps. He also took a dead mouse from the utility room and two mice and a snake from under the house.

I live in a newly constructed home and had spiders in window wells and unfinished basement. He cleared all the webs and sprayed thoroughly. I was panicking as I have had regular pest control through Bulwark and always have great service. I bought a fridge second hand and apparently it brought some “visitors” which was horrifying! Michael was very knowledgeable and started by asking me some questions and then changing his game plan accordingly. Jeremiah was polite and professional and he took care of all of our pest control needs. He sprayed inside the house, all around the perimeter, and addressed our concerns about beetles in our yard, both by spraying and by telling us how to follow-up should the need persist.

Our service technician was Jakob **. He was on time and provided friendly and professional service. He is an asset to Bulwark Exterminating for sure. As a manager of a large company for 30 years, I always looked for people like Jakob to mentor for leadership type positions.

Glenn ** came to the house yesterday. He was attentive and professional while treating the house. He asked what we would like to have treated and promptly did it. We have never had a bad experience with Bulwark and no bug problems here.

I have used Bulwark since I moved here 4 years ago and I very rarely see any pests make it into the house, and when I have seen a bug, I can't be sure I didn't bring them in from a package left on the porch. They've always been prompt and reliable and every interaction I've had with their employees (when I've been home during the time of service) has been first rate. Ron called to ask if he could come early. He did. He did a good job. He removed a very hard to reach wasp nest. He removed spider webs in the crawl space and sprayed there to lessen the spider population. He was pleasant and respectful.

I appreciate the way Royce educates as he's treating. He's 30 years in this, a Terminator in his own right! Hired this company for ant and pest control. The exterminator was very thorough in eliminating all of the ant holes and mounds and applied further measures to ensure the kids’ safety, since they are outside a lot. Overall, very thoughtfully and cleanly executed.

Not all technicians are good, Damon was excellent. Treated attic areas for scorpions which is not easy. Also treated entry areas with aerosols. The main porch areas where bugs cross to enter the house at times.
