They were very lenient with their timing. I called, scheduled an appointment to look at the place, and they provided a quote. Then they scheduled an appointment for installation. The whole thing took about four weeks with them. The stairlift is fairly new and we have only been using it for about three weeks. But everything's fine.

My grandmother fell and she broke her ankle. We have a finished basement for her and she lives with us. So, we needed a way for her to get down to her apartment safely. We went with Bruno for a stairlift and their rep was wonderful. Everybody there was very nice. The delivery of the lift was right when they told us it was going to be here. The guy who installed it was very kind and told me how to do everything before he left. My grandmother has used the lift a dozen times and it has been working just fine.

Bruno's reps were very cooperative and they did a good job. We went with them and the stairlift we got fits fairly well. It's a little tight at the bottom and at the top as our stairwell isn't the widest it could be. Still, it's not a problem and the stairlift is of good quality. It gets me up and down the stairs with no pain.

We liked Bruno's convenience and their installers. We went with them for a straight stairlift and the installation worked out great. So far, we like the size of our stairlift. It's of good quality and it has impacted my mother's life for the better. It has been hard for her to press down on the release and twist around to get herself out of the lift. Still, she managed to do that herself the other day.

Going with Bruno went smoothly. I had a good experience with their sales reps and installation people. After the tech had the lift installed, we rode it up and down the steps. He talked to my mother and got her through the fear she had of stairlift.

My wife who has vertigo was having a little trouble going up and down our steps. Getting a stairlift would help her get up and down. The foot lift of Bruno's stairlift would get raised up as I raised the seat up. That was very important for my wife as stooping is bad for her and her vertigo. We went with them and installation took a couple of hours. The installers left everything as they found it. So far, having the lift has been really good. When we had a minor hitch, their techs came out the next day and took care of it. We're happy with our Bruno lift.

The installers were wonderful, and it was fast and clean. Everything was great and I like the stairlift just the way it is. I was to the point where I was having a real struggle walking down my steps to do the laundry and what a blessing it was to get this stairlift. I liked the idea that I'm secure when I sit on it and I know it's locked. I can't make it go unless it's totally locked in place and I feel very safe. In fact, I've already told my girlfriend. She's up in age too and she's planning on getting one. She needs one to go up and down her basement.

My wife needed a stairlift. We chose a distributor in the area that had samples that we could see and ride up a short distance. That was kind of the selling factor because I wanted to make sure my wife would try it before we committed. Once we did that, it was a matter of just selecting the one that seemed to suit her needs. That was Bruno for us. The installation team kinda really showed where the stairlift would be installed. It's really just eight steps. We're like a tri-level and we needed to get up from the middle level to the upper one. It's been in place for about a month now and it's been okay. It seems like a pretty good unit.

I was looking online at all the different brands and gave some of the dealers a call. Bruno called me back and was most efficient about taking care of me. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and he wasn't pushy. He explained what they could do, how much it would cost, what they would probably need to do in order to put the stairlift in, what they would need to remove, what I might need to add as well as how long it would approximately take to get the chair and get it installed.

Our Bruno stairlift is working very well. We love it. I fit in well. The installation was seamless. The gentlemen came and was very knowledgeable. He had measured everything beforehand so that when they did come, they just put all the wood things that they needed to put on there and nailed it down. He as well as the people that I dealt with and talked to were great. I had experience with two other companies prior to that and it was such a hassle.

I got a Bruno through the VA and the installation went well. To me, it’s good quality and I can go around the house now. If I was gonna go down the steps, I would feel safe as well, but I don't want to go down there without something anyway.

I got one with an aluminum rail indoors. It's a 2-speed that starts off going good, then it slows down a little bit, but that’s part of it. There are also a lot of pieces to move when you get off of it. Too bad they can’t tie that foot rest and the seat, and the arm rest all at once, or when you pull one up, they all go up. Still, I'd recommend it highly. The installers were very professional as well.

We needed to replace the previous Bruno that we had. It was economically unfixable based on a rather poor design on their part where the local shops can't replace the motors locally. So I had to buy a new one to replace it. But everyone at Personal Mobility was all great people. The stairlift is a lot quieter than my old one. But they should come up with a new design to make sure they match up the ends of the tracks so that the racks will be properly spaced for the chair. Having the rack segmented seems to be a pretty intelligent design for the installer.

The VA sent the lady from Bruno and she talked with us. We had a good conversation. She measured and selected for the stairlift to go inside the house and down to my front door so I can ride right down to my front door to go out and come back up that way. She turned all that information into the VA and they went ahead and approved the stairlift. One guy did the installation and I was surprised. It took him about all day but he did a good job. We talked with him and he really knew what he was doing. Everything works fine. We had good conversations and good interaction with all the people associated with Bruno.

We live in a two-story home and we're getting up there in years. We thought to get a stairlift now and then if we need it, we have it. The sales experience with Bruno was all good. They didn't push and it wasn't a hard sell. Also, I was ready to buy. I got the stairlift with a 300-pound capacity and it was on a straight stairway. The installers were good and with the current COVID thing, they were very respectful of distance and masks. But I still got to put the handrail back up. They didn't want to do that and it would have been nice if they could have done it for me. But it's just a matter of finding the studs and not missing with screws. I'm sure I can do it. The stairlift is nice to have when you've been working hard and you're tired.

The stairlift is part of a program to help seniors stay in their homes longer. Also, I had bypass surgery on both legs two years ago and some days, it's very hard for me to go up and down the stairs. Most of my trouble is during a cold weather with arthritis in my leg. The chairlift is gonna be a gift for those days that I can't do without it. I worked through Disability Services of Habersham County and they chose Bruno. The fellow that installed it was very professional and very fast.

I have arthritis in my knees and with the Bruno stairlift, I don't have to go up and down our stairs. We have a split level, so we had to get two straight stairlifts inside. The reps were nice and the whole visit was very good. Everything worked out great. The fit and quality are good.

We had an old Bruno stairlift that was pretty old and the quality was good. But they couldn't get any part. They don't make parts for the old one anymore. We had to have it serviced twice. We had replacement motor one time and thought that this was gonna do it, but no. It was just was worn out. So we went ahead and got a newer version. The sales rep was very good. She was very natural and friendly. She talked about the dogs annd all the things that are good. Then the guy that installed it did it all by himself. It was very hot outside and he had to assemble a lot of the parts outside. It was an awful job for one person to do in one day. But he's very efficient, friendly and nice. Everything is great.

We bought Bruno a stairlift for my father who had trouble getting up and down the stairs. Now, my mom has the same problem. The motor was out on old stairlift we had and the fellow who installed it said that the were was no point trying to repair the motor. We went to Bruno again and bought another stairlift. The rep who came was fantastic and very helpful. We got a full demonstration from him. He wouldn't leave until everything was functioning properly and my mother was comfortable. The new stairlift fits perfectly into our stairwell and operates very quietly. My mother finds the ride down very comfortable. The lift is very durable for her.

Bruno put in a chairlift for my husband and I and we've had it for 10 years. We got a new one and during the sales visit, the reps answered all the questions I asked. The installation took three hours and since then, we have been very happy with the model we got. It is gonna be used very much.

It made it easier, if I was tired, to be able to get up and down the stairs without a problem.

Bruno stairlift works wonderfully and I'm very satisfied with it. It did exactly what we wanted it to do. I have a hip that has bone on bone and needs a hip operation. So we needed to get a stairlift done so I could get up and down after the hip operation, but we found out that I had so many other problems with my heart and other issues that they were not gonna be able to operate on the hip until they could get those other issues resolved. I'm in a nursing home right now and I'm looking forward to when I can get back and use the stairlift again.

There are times when my mother really needs a stairlift. The family-linked program that she is in chose to get one from Bruno Independent Living Aids. Their installers came and did their thing. They told us a little bit about the stairlift and they were gone. We're pleased with it so far.

I wanted a stairlift for my parents who are both 95 that is reliable. I wanted one which could be serviced if necessary without a long wait period. Bruno was the number one choice for us. I asked their reps questions regarding comparisons with other companies during the sales visit and they were very professional. There was no pressure and I was very satisfied. We went with them and everything worked out great. The installers who put it in were excellent. They didn't leave until they tried out the unit and one of my parents got on it. They showed us how to do troubleshooting and we were able to understand everything they said.

I had the stairlift install straight down to the basement with enough room for somebody to walk alongside it easily. My dad can't walk up the steps anymore. When we weren't sure how to get it started, we called the sales rep and he came out. My dad got stuck and he couldn't make it move and the rep was really helpful. Our home is a split level house and the straight stairlift going up with the top level of steps. It's just five steps and it's narrow after. We can't leave the chair out when he's not using it. Everything has been fine, but last night, my dad got off the stairlift and tried to move his wheelchair back, and it pulled the cord out of the wall and the wire fell loose. It's a little green wire that's going into the next plug. We haven't tried to use it since then.

They were very respectful. They came and they were speedy. My grandfather was downstairs and he was very ill, so they worked outside to help him even though it was hot, which was very nice. But the stairlift kind of jams when you go to rotate it. You have to be very specific about where the handle is placed. My grandmother has a hard time with that part. She still has to have supervision for it.

The Bruno salesperson that came out couldn't have been nicer. I couldn't have asked for anything more. He was quick, efficient, and just gave me the straight skinny. There were two people who put in the stairlift. It went very well. I had to have the man come back because part of the chair wasn't making good contact. And every now and then, it would click like it was getting ready to operate. He came out and in 15 minutes, he got that fixed and we haven’t had any problems since. It fits our stairwell pretty well. The only problem is, the way it is right now, we would have to move furniture from downstairs to the upstairs. There is not that much room.

Andrew from Sterling in Central Massachusetts was our salesperson and he was very informative. My husband and I are both no-nonsense kind of people and he really told us what to expect with the Bruno stairlift. The installer was excellent and he answered all our questions. It was a good installation and the stairlift doesn't make any noise. We put it in in just the right moment. We haven't had the stairlift very long but it's good and I'm happy with it. It has worked for us and it’s comfortable for my husband.

We decided on Bruno based on their product’s functionality, price, dependability and the folks that I spoke with on the phone. We had that stairlift up and running within two days of my call, which we needed to have done because my mom was being released from the hospital. The salesperson that we worked with was wonderful. He's a local person and knows my area. He was very pleasant on the phone, accommodating and was able to get the service people there who were very thorough with the installation and instruction of the use. The stairlift works wonderfully although my mom doesn't really use it very much. She came home from the hospital, went upstairs and has not left the house since then. But we've used it from time to time to help us up with some groceries. I like the remote control, which is helpful. Also, the stairlift is compact yet extremely sturdy.

We live in Cashmere, Washington. Nobody installed Bruno and I didn't know anybody that even carried them. Wenatchee is a bigger town and is the closest. I went to the ValuPlus store there which carries wheelchairs and things for people, diapers, and all that kind of stuff. The man there that owns it knew the name and the number for Bruno. I called and got Lyle, the owner. He was very nice. They were here within a couple of weeks.

The installation didn't take long. My fiancé is a contractor. He was with the installer and the installer showed him. Everything went very well and was perfectly done. The stairlift is working properly and it’s exactly what we wanted.

My wife needed a stairlift and I researched various brands. Bruno is a little more expensive but it appears to be the best quality. We dealt with one dealer in March and he never really seemed interested and never came out for a bid. Then, we went to the one we bought from and it was phenomenal. It was a quick service and the rep was a very nice person. The installation was good. They were training a new guy and it took a little longer but it went well. The only issue I had was the handrail is important to me and if the chair were mounted an inch further out, my handrail brackets would have fit. I had to make some different arrangements to get the handrail on. If their engineers had looked at the back of that chair a little bit, maybe they could have made an allowance for keeping a handrail. Also, the beep when you turn the chair and so on is a little irritating but other than that, everything is fine.

My life partner found Bruno last year and contacted the Mobility Concepts people. They came and provided a bid. But my partner was killed in an accident. I re-contacted Mobility Concepts to come and install what had been bid. The installation went fine. The stairlift is on the outside of the house, on the front steps, so they didn't even have to come into the house. They just took care of the job and once it was done, the lead of the crew introduced me to it. Now, I don't have to wear myself out trying to go up and down the stairs. My situation is such that without the stairlift, there are times I would not make it up and down the steps because I have to use a cane. I have to have one hand on the cane and the other hand on the rail of the stairs. And there are times it would be impossible for me to get in or out of my house.

I sent the Bruno Independent Living Aids dealer an email and they responded. They called me back, I sent them some pictures, they sent me a price and we did the deal. The rep was very good. Then the installers showed up on time and put the stuff in and showed us how to use it. Then they were gone in about three hours. It's a straight stairlift and the quality is good. My mom uses it and she likes it.

I saw an advertisement for one of Bruno's Independent Living Aids' competitors on TV and I found that they had a really bad track record. Bruno was top-rated and I liked what they had to offer. So, I went with them for a stairlift for my mother in law and their guys came to my place. I talked to them about getting things set up. They wore booties the whole time they were in my house and took very good care of my carpet. They explained things really well and I asked a lot of questions. They got things set up in our driveway and then came in and installed my stairlift.

I had Acorn Stairlifts come out about a year ago. I saw a commercial and they were too expensive. We're in a situation where my hip and knees are really bad. We have a beautiful home. We spent too much looking for a one level home, but with those that we found, we had to go way out in a community that we didn't desire to live in. So, my wife got on her cell phone, and someone said there's a place right down in Fife. That was how we got to Bruno. The sales and installation were good. I have no complaints. As far as our stairlift, the seat is a little bit smallish, but it holds you. They say it can hold 300 pounds but as we get in it, I’d always feel like it’s not solid. But it's done the job, and the only issue I’ve had so far is it stops halfway down sometimes.

We needed a way upstairs from the basement. I stopped coming down there. The installers from Bruno were very pleasant. They knew what they were doing and showed us how to use it. The stairlift works. But you could get hurt on it, so you better watch out.

She knew what she was talking about. We got the straight stairlift and it's absolutely perfect. The installation went very well. A young man by the name of Justin put it in. He worked by himself and he worked very hard. He didn't quit until he got it done and it was done right. And when we had problems with the remote controls, Bruno sent us brand new ones. We've not had a problem since. My husband is the one that uses the stairlift. He's had multiple strokes. He's in not a scooter but in like a motorized wheelchair. The stairlift enables him to get into the basement area of our house and gives him access to another third of the house.

The installation with Bruno went okay. It took roughly an hour and a half. We got a straight stairlift and it's safe. It's been a little bit slower than I expected, but that's okay.

My mother is in stage four cancer and we bought the stairlift because she moved in with us. Her living quarters are upstairs and she has trouble working upstairs. When I contacted several different companies, Bruno was recommended. They were very fast and efficient. The stairlift got here right away and Bruno installed it. I had one put in from the kitchen down to the basement because I have a lot of products in packing cases that I never got to open because I couldn't get down there.

Bruno was available and close by. They called and told me when they would be here. They were here within 20 minutes of scheduled appointment. When they arrived, twice they put in two different lifts, put in a standard lift which they had in stock. And then they had to have one sent back to make it in the factory. That one came in about four weeks later. The same crew came up and installed it. It went right in, no problem. I got the one with the armrest and the seat belts. We have only used it one time. I sat in it and ran it up and down the day we installed it. The only problem we had was the fiddling the seat where it rotates. The micro switch in there, I had Bruno do some work on that the second time they came out. But other than that, everything has been okay.

My wheelchair lift from Bruno came through the VA. Bruno was the one that said that I could put their wheelchair lift in my car. I can't use different ones because of the weight. But it doesn't lift the wheelchair level. It's doing a lot of pressure on one side and it squishes the side closest to the lift. The bar came down too hard on the one side and it ripped a hole in it. There's also this manual thing that I'm supposed to be able to do if the power goes out. It's in the back on the bottom of the motor and it's only a couple of inches long, so it's probably gonna take hours to try to get it to crank up. So they need to correct the hand crank and it should lift the wheelchair level.

Bruno Independent Living Aids seemed to be highly recommended online. It was fine dealing with their rep and everything went okay with the installation. It was not too long for them to do. They had to run the cords along the baseboard just to get to an outlet and that was a little less than pleasing to have to look at that. But they did the best they could with what they had to work with. Thee stairlift seems to work well for my Aunt. It allows her to be able to get up and down the stairs safely. So other than the $7,000 cost, I’m glad to have something available that she can utilize and still stay in her home.

A person in our office came down with MS and we have another gentleman in his mid-80s that still comes in to work. We wanted to put the stairlift out there as an option for them in case they want to use it. Bruno was convenient to come out and see so we went with them. The woman did a very good job. She's very professional. The stairlift fits fine but I feel like it slid down farther than they said it would. There's a doorway where it starts at the bottom of the stairs and we were told that the stairlift wouldn't impede it. It did seem today when I saw it down there that it is in front of the doorway a little.

A good customer service is when you're being asked the question and you're providing the customer service, you anticipate what the customer is trying to ask for. And the Bruno representative did that. He knew exactly what it was that we needed. We were getting a stairlift in anticipation of us getting older and we went with Bruno because of the speediness of being able to install and their price. The installation went well. It's a straight stairlift and if fit just right. It was from the basement entry to the upstairs level, so we didn't need anything elaborate. The quality is wonderful. It holds up to 300 pounds. It glides very smoothly and is not noisy. Since it's in the basement, it's out of the way whenever we're going up and down the stairs.

We’re getting aged so we purchased a stairlift. I knew what I wanted and Bruno Independent Living Aids had it. They easier to find and their reps knew what they were doing. When the installer came, we opened the door for him and we came back in the living room and let him do his job. The stairlift fits the way I've thought it would. A piece fell out of the right arm with the switches on it and I had a little problem finding that. But I've found it and pushed it back in and it’s working fine again. My wife just turned 82 and she was having a problem getting down the stairs. Now, she likes riding the stairlift up and down.

The VA sent me down to Southwest Mobility and got a Bruno wheelchair lift. It's in the back of my van. The installation guys were good. The day after I got it, I went to use it and it quit working. So they came out and they were out there within 20 minutes. Then they got it where it could get the chair up. They also showed me down there a couple of times and it worked right. But if I do it by myself, it's a pain in the butt. I still have to figure out how to use it right.

My mom and dad live alone and they're both some 89 years old. Neither one of them is sure-footed and they wanna go in the basement and do things down there. So I told them that if they wanted to keep going down there, we had to put something in there in the house. When I called Bruno Independent Living Aids, I talked to the owner of the company and he answered all my questions. He came and saw me and he did a good job explaining everything. He had a good price. So I went with him. If I have a problem, I know right where to find him. Then the installers did an outstanding job. My mom and dad were right there and they showed them how to use it. They were awesome. With the stairlift, I don't have to worry about coming over there with them lying at the bottom of the steps in a pile. It’s great.

We went through the VA and Bruno was offered to us. The installation was really good. They were very professional and they cleaned up very well. The curved stairlift fits good in my home and the quality is very good.

I had a stair rider of a different brand and I called Bruno to fix it. They looked at it and told us that the parts came from Canada because that's where it was made. They said having an old stair rider is like having an old car, once you started having problems with it, it's gonna keep giving you problems. Also, it would take a long time to get the parts and it would be expensive to fix it. My husband and I went to Bruno's store to see what was available and we picked one that he could run to if he needs to. The person in the store was very nice. We got a stairlift that goes straight up the stairs and it's inside. The installers were great and they put it in where they took out the other one. I haven't had any problem with the stairlift and I like the feature that when you get to the top of the stairs, there's a lever that will swing you around so that you can stand up on the landing.

I can't breathe good and my wife has a bad back. She has a pinched nerve. We got a stairlift from Bruno and their reps did good. So far, I like the quality of the stairlift. I don't have to walk up and down. But it doesn't last as long going up and down when the power is off. It only goes a couple of times.

I'm 84, and we needed something to help me up 14 stairs. My husband researched and he liked Bruno, so he went that way. I love our Bruno stairlift. It is wonderful. The only thing is part of my carpet is up and they should have put it down. But the sales reps were very nice. They were in and out during the installation.

I work with Toyota and we have a relationship with the Auto Access Seat mobility vans that Bruno is involved with. I went with them for a stairlift and I was able to measure my area. They sent me a thorough check sheet of measurements and then they came out to confirm those measurements and installed. Everything has been going without a hitch so far.

However, when my mother-in-law gets to the stop of the stairwell, it's a little difficult for people who can walk up the stairs to squeeze by. Regardless, going with Bruno has been a great experience. My mother-in-law says that the stairlift makes life a lot easier easier for her.

Bruno was one of the options that was offered to me through the VA. 101 Mobility have more than one product available. But this is the one that they thought would fit best in our situation. The people from Bruno were very thoughtful. They were very careful about their measurements and came back three different times to check and reconfirm their measurements. They’re very considerate. They always wore masks in this situation so I appreciate that.

My mom couldn't go up the stairs anymore. I researched a little bit and Bruno came up at the top of the list every time. I was a walk-in at the Mobility office and because I was getting a straight staircase they didn't have to come out and do a site inspection. I had pictures of everything and the rep gave me the estimate and told me what it was gonna be, and done paperwork right there in the office.

I’m 86 years old and my balance has been getting rather difficult. We moved from our private home into a condo and we got a second-floor unit. There are 17 steps up to it and no elevator. I'm a disabled veteran from Korea and I was having difficulty getting up and down the stairs. The VA took a look at it for me and said that I needed the stairlift. It took them about a year to get through the paperwork. In the meantime, I looked at different companies. I looked at Bruno, read about it, and liked it best. I have arthritis in my lower back and my hip. I wanted a stairlift to make getting up and down the stairs a whole lot easier and I bought one from Bruno. The salesperson was really good then several people came out here. They measured and after a whole day, they said they couldn’t put the stairlift in. I had an L shape stairs and the stairlift was a straight one. With the L shape, they kept saying they couldn’t put it in. They told me what to do to put it in, so I had to redo my stairs to get it in.

We have a Bruno stairlift going upstairs and downstairs and it saved our lives. It's quiet, reliable, and safe. My husband and I use it and it's been a godsend. My son knew about the company and he told me ahead of time that there were some guys coming that were gonna put in a chairlift for us. They came and got it done under two hours. They were clean and neat and took away all their crap. It was wonderful. We're so happy we've got it, we have no complaints.

My brother, Robert, is in the Alexian Brothers (PACE) Program, and they all started recommending the stairlift for him because he wasn’t able to get around. So, it was set up through them. We got the outdoors stairlift from Bruno and two younger guys came out to measure everything. They were businesslike and didn’t have much to say or do with me. They didn’t explain the process to me when they came and they just wanna get the job and get out of that. They did the job, but you could tell that because of the virus going on, they didn't seem to be too all happy about having to be there in that environment where I was at in East Chattanooga.

I've had Bruno stairlift before and I liked them. They were very nice and knowledgeable. I went there to another one 'cause I was looking around and I went with the first one that I went to. They were very professional and courteous, something you wouldn't see very often, and they took the time. Their rep knew his stuff and took the time to answer the questions I had. He is a really good representative.

My mother who lives with me is 90 and her knees are really bad. I have a double flight of stairs to get from the garage into the house so it was really hard for her to get up the steps 'cause she has AFib. She doesn't want to get it in the beginning, but she's really glad she's got it now ‘cause it's definitely better than having her to climb. It's about 14 or 15 stairs so by the time she gets to the top, she's just exhausted. The salespeople knew their stuff and I liked them. Then the installers were on time when they came out to put the lift in. They were all around good.

The guys who put in our stairlifts from Bruno Independent Living Aids were really decent. Since then, one of the issues is that on the bottom step, there is a little jerk that we notice every time we come up and down. Also, concerning the control on the wall, when we push it, the stairlift gets started. But then, we are stopping a lot on the long stairlift going down the steps. Other than those issues, everything has been fine.

I use our Bruno stairlift quite often. It rides well.

I needed a curved stairlift. I'm in my 90s and I live with myself too, with certain amount of stair climbing. I live in a three-bedroom, three-level condominium. The installation of my Bruno stairlift went well. There's one little concern I had but they've attempted to reassure me. When it reaches its ultimate height of ascension it has a rumble and they attribute that to the need of the power to go a higher angle. I called before the 30 days are up and the mechanic, who installed it, told us that that's the nature of things when the load is heaviest, making the final climb. Maybe it should be looked at. But we don't want people in the house at this point with things going on, so we're hoping that his explanation is adequate.

I like my Bruno stairlift. The sales visit was quick and very informative, and the installation was also very professional. But the remote control works intermittently. You could press the button down and the stairlift will move some and stop then you press it again and it moves. There doesn’t seem to be a reason. It's still new for it to be a battery issue. But that would be my only complaint.

The Bruno stairlift is wonderful. A social worker that told me about them. I had Acorn come first and they game me their spiel about how I could have it in three days. But then, when I heard about this other company, I called them. The rep explained his company to me and how Acorn gets you involved in extended warranty packages, but they don’t. Whatever it is, it is. I liked the way he presented himself and the unit was nice, very well-made, and it works well. He said to me that he was never gonna see me again. I said that was good.

My wife wanted a scooter she could ride around on and I went into Bruno and bought a motor scooter. While I was in the store, I noticed they had chairlift samples sitting in there. They gave me good service on the scooter, which was why I went back in and bought the chairlift from them. They were friendly and helpful. They came out and installed it. It works great. I called another place and they wanted $1,500 more than what the place in Waterloo did.

Andy gave me his cellphone number and he was responsive every time I called. I had issues because we were at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburg and I wasn’t able to be home. But he was wonderful and very kind when he came that day. Everything was cleaned up perfectly and I had no problems. I even referred somebody else to Bruno yesterday. They should be getting another order because we're happy.

My wife's doctors recommended Bruno. Her in-laws also had a good experience with it, with that company and that stairlift that they installed. We had to show the sales representative two different stairs and the sales guy didn't push anything, just mentioned that the other stairs would be better and it was. The installer was very thorough and very clean. Only one fellow and he wore his mask. It was a clean job and I was satisfied. The stairlift has been working fine. It’s in good stairs. The first day, my wife had a little trouble with it, clicking, but then she got the gist of it. She had to move from right to left a little to make it click right, or else, it wasn’t moving.

My wife and I are 75 years old and she has bad knees, cancer and a few other things. We bought two straight stairlifts from Bruno Independent Living Aids and when I called their rep, he came over and took measurements for us. Everything was set up that way and within two and a half weeks, their crew started installing the lifts. The two lifts work very well for us especially with the way the folding thing folds up with plenty of space. They are of excellent quality.

They were also on time and got the job done. Everything went smoothly. The stairlift has done everything we wanted to so far.

It's cheaper to live in my own home than it was to go to assisted living, but I have a two-story house and I wanted access. Their rep was very quick. He looked the place over and measured. He then quoted us a price. The installers came out and the installation took them half an hour or so, which was very quick. We had a straight stairlift installed and its quality seems fine.

Bruno's sales rep provided excellent service. He was very easy to talk to and was very informative. He knew all the answers to the questions that I had. I got a curved stairlift from them and their guys were out at our church yesterday working on the lift. The installation went excellently and it took their guys less than half a day. The stairlift looks good. I turned the switch one when I got to church to let the battery charge and ran it up and down a couple of times to keep it activated.

I could hardly walk so I got a Bruno Stairlift. It’s really good and convenient. It has made life easier. My wife, too, has problem. I’m 89 and she’s 84. She got problem walking sometimes also. Our rooms are in the second floor so we have to go upstairs every night. The stairlift has been very useful.

But we're having a problem with the one for the basement. That stairlift just comes straight up. It is brand new and we've only had it for a month. I liked the people from Bruno and it only took a few days to get the crane lift for the wheelchair installed. But I’m not a fan of Bruno products. It left me stranded multiple times. I had to try and repair it myself temporarily 'cause I'd have to, however I can. Some of the control button difference is taking some getting used to. It works a lot slower and I'm not keen with that being I’m a quadriplegic. I get stuck out in the rain and the heat, so I need it going faster.

I liked Bruno's information online and the time they could come and install it. They were rated higher, too. The chairlift is great. The guy who installed it was professional and so nice. We needed this put in right at the start of the pandemic to move my mother-in-law here. They came and did it. They were great. The chairlift is very easy to figure out. It sits in my home fine. I like that it folds up. It isn't horrible looking, too. Bruno was awesome. We needed them to hold the check for us because we needed to wait until I got paid to be able to pay for it. They installed it and held the check until we called them and said my paycheck has gone into the account.

I had to have certain different estimates and Bruno went with the lowest one. Mobility Concept, the place that installed lift, was the lowest bidder and they brought Bruno's product. Bruno's customer service has been excellent, and the installation wasn't that long. The chair's really comfortable. It's a nice ride. It's not jerking or bumpy. It was really easy to figure out. It was only a couple of buttons and the remotes. It's a great product overall.

We went with Bruno Independent Living Aids and everything has been fine. Our unit is a little big for our stairs but we manage. Also, we had to get used to the beeping sound of their unit though which lets us know when we've been realigned. Still, our customer experience has been pretty good.

When you’re 90 and you can’t get up the stairs, having a stairlift helps. We went with Bruno due to availability and their sales rep had been outstanding. She was amazing, attentive and very knowledgeable. She gave a full explanation of the product. The installer was very courteous and was absolutely perfect. He did everything with no contact because we just started the COVID issue. It's a straight stairlift and it fits the stairwell just fine. I like the dual mechanisms for the top and the bottom of the stairs. It has totally changed my life.

My wife has Parkinson's Disease. We went with Bruno Independent Living Aids for a stairlift and their rep who came out was wonderful. We bought their unit that has an extension at the bottom of the stairs which is a thing that reaches out automatically. However, there's a bit of noise there and it has a much higher whine than the other parts of the stairlift. It's mildly annoying but still, it works very well. My wife likes using it.

I had back surgery over a year ago and it was not successful so, when I go up the steps, my back would hurt a lot. I had to rest for about 15 minutes before I could move from the pain. I know the people that run the Bruno store so I went down there to check on the stairlifts. The salespeople were wonderful. I got the straight stairlift and had it installed inside. The guy that installed it did a wonderful job. He’s done it for years and knew exactly what he was doing. It didn’t take him that long and it works wonderfully. We thank the world for him.

I had Bruno install a stairlift for a customer. To me, they looked to be the best in the market. I've had no experience with them but I liked the way it was set up. I also liked how they handled everything professionally. The stairlift was not a standard size and had to be customized. They had to cut up on top. The lift looked really cool. It was sturdy and safe.

I had a tumor attached to my spinal cord and it required a couple of surgeries and radiation. My right leg has just recently kinda stopped too. I have four steps to get onto the main level of the house or to get out of the house. And it was just terrifying to try and navigate the stairs because I never knew if my right leg was going to give out or not, and the left leg didn't work at all. So, I was just hanging on with my arms and using the one leg to try and pull myself up and I was afraid of falling and so I got the stairlift. And I even had one put across the street at my brother's so that I could go into and out of their house as well.

I had Bruno and another stairlift company come out and talk to me. I liked the people at Bruno. The guy from the other company that came out was a little pressure guy and he turned me off. He probably was okay, but the person who recommended Bruno was a doctor and she was very happy. She got one that was more upgraded than mine but we still liked it. I have a straight stairlift and the quality is pretty good. It's comfortable and it works. I've used it every time I've been in the house. We have a one-story house with a basement and the stairlift will allow me to use the whole house we're downsizing to. The young man who installed the stairlift was excellent. He went over and above trying to get everything just right.

The Bruno stairlift was installed in about two and a half hours. Then I had to try it out and everything worked well. Their work is outstanding and I'm very pleased with everything. I live in a split foyer. When you come in the front door, you either go up or down the course. My laundry room is downstairs. The stairlift goes down to the foyer and the next one goes down to the basement door there. They had to stop it short because of the basement door. They couldn't go any further because it would hit the door and I'd need to have that basement door closed for the weather and wintertime. So, when you get off at the last bottom there, you still have a step and then the floor. Other than that, the stairlift is very comfortable and I'm completely satisfied with it. I can't explain how much it has helped me.

The quality is excellent. We know we can get out now more easily it hadn't been for this crazy virus. Because the irony is we now have a stairlift where we can get in and out of our house more easily but we've told not to go anywhere.

I Googled chairlift companies that were close to me in my area and I came up with two. I knew about Bruno and I knew about Acorn, so I had both of them come out to give me an estimate. Brunos rep was great. He was really helpful. He took a little longer with his presentation than I really needed. He was almost too thorough but he was really nice. I already knew about everything that he was telling me because I had read up on it and I actually had one previously and it was really old. I chose Bruno because we moved into a new house and I had more stairs. I didn't want something that didn't look good in my new home. The installers came the day I asked. It took them a while to get it in, but that is understandable. I was pleased with it overall.

Bruno Independent Living Aids is made in the United States and they do have a reputation. We had three stairlifts installed on three sets of stairs and they were able to accomplish it in a day. It went very well and was quick. The installers did a neat job and my parents were very happy with it. So far, so good. It’s definitely a big deal for my mother to be able to get to different levels of the house safely. I also rode it a couple times and it seemed pretty sturdy, so I was happy with it.

I have a scooter carrying device on the back of my truck, sold by Bruno. I drive my scooter on it, press a button, it locks itself in, and lifts the scooter up. It works adequately and it's doing what it's supposed to be. I've been using Bruno products for the last 15 years. This was a new one, replacing one that I had. I got them through the VA. Installation was good. I dropped my truck off, I came back and picked it up four hours later, and it's done. One way to improve it though may be a remote to where I could let the scooter down before I got out of the truck and not have to stand in the cold. But the quality is fine. Any problems I've had have been addressed by the people who installed it.

My husband is not able to go up the steps, so Bruno stairlift was purchased for us. The installation went good. It holds up to 300 pounds. It's doing good and I'm very satisfied.

My wife and I can still go up and down the stairs pretty good, but we live in a two-storey house and our cars are parked in a garage. We needed something to help bring up bird food, dog food and groceries. It’s getting a little tiresome walking up and down these stairs so many times a day. So, we got the stairlift mainly for that. I did a little research on all stairlifts. I checked about five or six different companies and for the price and the quality, hands down you have to go with the Bruno. Also, theirs seemed more heavy duty.

My mother-in-law was coming to live with us and she was in need of a stairlift to get up our stairs. We installed a stairlift from Bruno. The installation went flawlessly. The installers did an excellent job and finished in half a day. She hasn't moved in with us yet, but we tried it with our grandkids and it seems to work fine. I'm certainly very pleased with it.

The sales reps were fine and I had no problem with the installers. My daughter was here all the time and she said they were really nice. They showed my daughter and then she showed me after they left. The stairlift is good. I don’t have to be afraid if anything’s gonna happen when I get on and everything works fine. I keep my fingers crossed though that everything will stay that way. I thank Bruno very much. The girl that was putting it in came the day I came home from the hospital and she was really nice. She came back to see if everything was all right, which was good.

My wife had a stroke and she's paralyzed on her right side. We have a two-story house, so a stairlift was the only way she could get up and down the stairs. My daughter runs a community home oxygen store over in Billings and she has a customer that has a Bruno. He had another brand previously and had very bad luck with it, but he had very good luck with the Bruno. So, we had recommendations. Then we looked at the reviews and they all came back good, so we decided to go with that. But I'm in Hamilton, Montana and nobody here carried Bruno. I also couldn't find anybody in Montana that had it. We're in Western Montana and the nearest dealer I could find was Couer d'Alene, Idaho. So, I had to go all the way there to get it. Then, the man that owned the store, Mobility Concepts, used to live here in Montana and he came over himself and installed the stairlift. He did it in about four hours, so things went very well.

My wife has got COPD pretty bad and I've got stage 4 cancer and I have balance problems. We have a bi-level and we have two sets of stairs. One is six steps and one is five steps. We considered Bruno as the difference in price with the other is outrageous. Out stairlift seems to be good. It’s convenient and it helps a lot. Veterans Affairs is looking into it right now and they’re gonna pay for one stairlift. We got one for each side.

Our experience with Bruno was very good. We had have a few quotes because of what the Veterans Affairs requested, and so we went with the one that was recommended by the VA. The installation went perfectly, and it was quick. We have a straight stairlift and it is very smooth. Having it is very helpful and it eliminates the fear of falling.

My mother is eligible to receive a stairlift. It's a service for elderly people. So we did not pay for it. Bruno Independent Living did the installation three weeks ago. We were here when they came and they were professional. Also, somebody came and checked everything and took a photo from UDS. The stairlift is good and helpful for my mother. Everything is going well for her.

I looked at three different stairlifts and had an opportunity to look at an installation of a Bruno stairlift. I liked it and chose it over the other two. The sales rep was a very pleasant gentleman. He followed up to see if we had any questions and answered every question. One guy came and installed it and did an incredible job. He answered every possible question that I could have ever asked before I even asked him. He was very helpful. I was very pleased with the company that installed it. Our stairwell is a little tight but other than that, the stairlift is fine. I am happy with the quality for the money. The model that’s above it is wider, has a heavier lift capacity and is much nicer, but for the money, this one is an extremely good buy.

We got our straight stairlift from Bruno as our installer suggested. The sales reps were very nice. We enjoyed dealing with them and the installation went fine. It's very short and very easy. It worked great and my son doesn't have to struggle at the stairs anymore.

My mom cannot go up and down the stairs. We went with Bruno's straight stairlift through the waiver program and things went well. So far, it has been of good quality and she's happy with it. She's very comfortable going up and down the stairs with the stairlift. We like how I can turn it and she can sit down. I wrapped her with the seatbelt and taught her how to use the handle for her to go down. I have to watch her though because at the bottom, I have to get her up and out. With it, she doesn't feel afraid.

The VA had three people from Bruno come and it took them four hours to install two stairlifts. I live on a split-entry and it couldn’t go around the curve at the front door, so they had to put two in. Before the stairlifts, I could hardly make it up the second flight of stairs. Going down is not hard. Coming up the first flight wasn’t hard either, but by the time I got to the top, I’d have to sit and rest. I wouldn’t have been able to stay in my house much longer, but now I can see I can stay here a good while longer. The farthest thing for me to do is navigate those stairs. It also used to take us over an hour and a half to get our groceries up, but we were at the store today and we got our groceries up in 20 minutes.

We had a Bruno stairlift going up from steps to a landing, then we needed to extend up another 4 steps to the second floor. We used the same company that we used for the original and the second stairlift is a lot sleeker than it was 11 years ago.

My husband was in the rehabilitation place and he needed a stairlift to get into the house. To come into my house, we have a walkway with a pretty big incline. Then there are seven steps to come up to our porch and there's a step to get into the house. My husband can't do that. The young gentleman from Bruno that did the sales visit was very nice. They made an extra installation appointment for us because my husband was coming home on Friday and we had to have that stairlift thing in before he could come home. So I was very pleased about that. My husband uses the stairlift and he said it's good. It's from our basement into my kitchen because it's flat. He can get into the house. It's a big help for him and I can use it for myself, too.

My husband has health problems and we have the bathroom upstairs so we needed to get something to help him with the stairs. We had a Bruno stairlift installed, and the installation went very smoothly and very nicely. We got the straight one and we’re very happy with it so far.

We got Bruno through the VA and they contracted them. The sales rep was fantastic, very nice. Also, the installer did his work and he was out in a couple of hours. They did a good job and the stairlift is nice looking, smooth and quiet. It folds up and other people can walk on the steps too. We have a split entryway and it's from the family room to the foyer. My husband has been sick and I've been taking care of him. He walks a little bit then he gets on it in the foyer and it comes straight up to the living room. He doesn't have to go up and down the steps. We're thankful Bruno came and installed the lift because we don't know what he would've done.

I fell down and broke my hip in January and before that, I had a 12-hour heart operation in October. So, I had two things wrong with me that I couldn’t go down the stairs. I had to be very careful, and I decided to get Bruno. Once they put me in the chair and showed me what to push and everything, I could go out and not have the fear of falling down those stairs. I would have no problem going to the dentist. My partial plate cracked in half when I fell down 14 stairs. I gotta have my partial plate done and it’s gonna be four visits before they can do it. Aside from getting me to the doctors, the Bruno stairlift allows me to have confidence. But right now, I’m a little nervous about sitting on them so I have to have someone tell me what to do. Other than that, everything is fine and I’m getting used to it. They’re beautiful and I love it. It takes me up and I get to my walker, and I can go in the living room and come out with no problem at all.

I liked the design of Bruno's rail and it looked like a good-looking outfit. But mostly, I liked the way the rail was vertical. The sales rep was very good. The installation went very well. There were two guys, and in about an hour and a half, it was done and they gave us a walkthrough and went over everything. It worked out very good. I like the product really well. It works perfectly and it does what they said it would do. We got a straightforward model. It’s got a lot of nice features to it where the speeds change, and as you’re approaching the ends, it slows down so you’re not hitting the ends at same speed you’re doing in the middle. And about safety things, if you bumped into something, it stops right away really quickly.

We're getting older and Bruno was introduced to my wife. The stairlift is super good and we're happy. Also, the installers cleaned up after they were done. It was wonderful.

Bruno is super good. The reps who came were very nice and very professional. The installation was very good. The installers finished in a short time. I got bad lungs, and now that I got my stairlift, I can go upstairs and watch the TV. It has helped quite a bit. It works nice as well.

We had a stairlift installed so my wife and I could both go up and down the stairs to get to our laundry room. The fella who came to install was very professional. He did a good job. With our Bruno stairlift, I like that my wife has no problem now getting down to the laundry room. It seems to be working fine.

The installers of our Bruno stairlift came in at 8 o'clock in the morning and they had it done relatively quick. They worked well. Everything was intact and the cement was already poured. The stairlift rides and sits well. It doesn't make a clicking noise. The other one prior to this from another company made this clicking noise, like it was running over rocks. It was bizarre. But this one from Bruno doesn't have a cover on the chair permanently attached. With this you have to take out and cover it up. When you're done you have to take it and fold it meticulously so it fits in the bag.

I needed some help getting up and down our stairs. I was sitting in the living room one day and watched the Acorn chairlift. I called them. Then, I got to thinking it's in Cole's over in Melbourne. We live in Red Oak, and it's about 25 miles from here. I’ve seen Bruno's truck in town a lot. We’re handicapped. When I called Bruno, they said they have chairlifts. So, we were tickled because we’d get it locally. The installation was perfect. I couldn’t ask for it to have went smoother. The installer had to take the banister off. He was so nice. We got a lot of knick-knacks around our house, but he was so ­­very careful when he came in. After he had the board put together, he glided himself through the house and didn’t touch a thing.

I moved my elderly mother into my house, and she's on a different floor so we needed a stairlift. The people from Bruno were efficient. They were on time and pleasant. And the one gentleman who installed it was very friendly and informative. He got the installation done quickly without a mess and thoroughly explained how to use the stairlift.

I had a contractor come in and he said Bruno was a good one, so I checked it. The installers were good. They didn't made any mess. They left the way it was, so it was clean. It only took a hour to put in. I got the straight stairlift and it fits good in my stairwell. I got bad legs and I could climb the steps with it. But it's hard for my wife to get down the stairs with it. But it helps me a whole lot. I can get things down and I can take clothes upstairs.

My mother is elderly and could no longer safely manage the stairs. The company we got the Bruno stairlift from has been phenomenal. It is a very close-knit family company so the salesperson was genuine and wonderful. And it’s the son and son-in-law that installed and they were both professional and did a wonderful job. The stairlift has been a lifesaver. My mother’s been very sick at the time. She would not have been able to get into her in-law’s suite, which is on the basement floor. She’s been ill, and we could not have lived without it.

I had a back injury back when I was in the military and getting up and down the steps is an effort. I told the VA I needed a stairlift and they sent three people out here and they made the choice to go with Bruno. I’m pleased with it. Their salespeople were nice, professional and I got no complaints. I’m a retiring salesperson so I can tell they know what they were talking about. They did the installation in about four hours and cleaned up behind themselves. After the guy cleaned up and did everything he said, “Let me show you how to operate it. Here’s the book. And you can check all I showed you.” It was excellent. I got enough room with the lift and when it’s not in use I can flip it up and walk past without a problem. It's a good piece of equipment so far.

I called Bruno and the man that came out and made the presentation was what convinced us to go with them. He seemed very knowledgeable about the product that he was talking about, what would it take to install it and how it would work, and a brochure that was quite helpful to look at. He was very personable. The installation was slick and smooth. They got it done in three hours. They had very carefully taken the measurements before they came back to install it. So when they came back, everything was ready. They already had the rail measured and cut. So, it wasn't one day, fly by the seat of your pants. They knew what they were doing with taking measurements. All I had to do was bring it in, bring the equipment that they needed and the parts and put it in. It was kind of a two-phase operation. They obviously had experience and had done it before, so that was helpful to know.

I did some research before and one of the things that I like was the warranty that Bruno had at that time. I was told they had a five-year warranty. So I wanted a Bruno and then when I went through the VA, they offered a Bruno. Brett came to measure and when the unit was available, they called me to set an appointment. They came, put it in, cleaned up and left. The stairlift makes the stairwell a little snug getting by seat. But other than that, it's working out fine. You don’t get out of breath going up the stairs. It's going to the second floor where our sleeping and shower areas are, so we don’t get exhausted going up the stairs, and we have to go up a couple times a day.

I’ve reached a point where I was worried about falling. I wanted the stairlift because Tina, the agent from Bruno was very helpful. I liked her. She told me about the fact that I could get a $4,000 refund from the state but I haven’t gotten my 4,000 bucks from the state yet. The installation went well. I liked the people who installed it and measured. With having the stairlift put in, I am no longer worried about falling.

I like the Bruno salesman. He was honest and he used to live in the area that I live in. The installation took two hours, which was fast. I have a trilevel and the stairlift went for 15 steps and didn’t go all the way to the top. I don’t like that if I turn the seat at the top, the bell keeps ringing. But I like that I can now go upstairs any time I feel like it.

Those people who installed the stairlift were fantastic. They made me satisfied but I'm gonna have to call them. The stairlift worked but about halfway down, you get a big bump. And one time, it stopped. I had to go back up and push a button, then back down. But I love the stairlift. It's out of this world. I'll be 84 years old and I needed it because I fell down the steps.

When we get a little bit older, we don’t wanna move our washer and dryer upstairs so we got Bruno straight indoor stairlift. I like that it charges anywhere on the rail. The only thing is that it stops every once in a while on the way up. It turns around, it’ll go part way up then it’ll stop, then it turns around and wait a while, and hit it again then it’ll go. I called the guy that installed it but he's out on the job. I just talked to the secretary today and they're gonna get back with me. The stairlift probably needs to be adjusted. Other than that, we’re very satisfied with it.

Their sales rep came out after hours on a Monday night. He was very nice, very professional and he wasn't here more than 45 minutes. He did not try to upsell us on anything. He was great to work with and he knew what he was talking about.

I’m a disabled vet. Bruno was referred by the VA. When their agent came here, he explained everything, how it worked, and what he was gonna do. The gentleman was excellent. The guy who came out to do the install was very friendly. We had a conversation with him about cars and different things. That was very professional. I got a straight lift and it’s perfect. I like the accessibility, how we get to the top of the stairs, and the way it flings around easily when you get off of it or get on it. Sometimes I get a little trouble when trying to get it to go up the stairs. I have to jiggle it. Sometimes it's like it won’t engage when you go up the stairs. I was gonna call about that. Otherwise, the experience has been excellent.

My husband is disabled and he was having problems getting up and down the steps. We got Bruno stairlift as replacement for the one we had before. We like this one better. It is smoother. The installation also went well. The installation team were very polite. But I would like to get the bottom one replaced. It’s hesitant. My father had an automobile accident in November. He had to go to a rehab center for the month of January, hoping to come home at the end of January. He has to go up a flight of stairs to go home. The rehab told me that he needed a stairlift because he has to go up a flight of stairs and he couldn't really walk so well. So I called Westchester Stairlift and they have the Bruno chairlift. They promoted the Bruno, saying that it is the only company that does outdoor chairlifts. So I gave them $5,000 to install a chairlift on the side of my house for my father. They did it about the second or third week of January.

We live in a split-level home. We have seven steps one way and eight the other up to the bedroom and down to the den and the washroom, etc. We’ve got two bathrooms upstairs, we’ve got one bathroom downstairs, but we have no bathroom on the main level. We don’t have a bedroom on the main level. I’m 84 and my husband is 88. When something happens to us, it makes it hard getting to the bathroom. He broke his bone in his ankle and he was wearing a boot. And then he took cellulitis in his leg after they took the boot off and he couldn’t get up and down the stairs good.

I got the deluxe chairlift that could hold more weight ‘cause I’m a little overweight. The guy put it in but it started stopping at the first day. I gave him a call and they were here promptly the next day. He made some adjustments and I haven’t had any problem since.

The man came out and talked to us right away. I was happy with the price versus what I had heard about what they could cost. He offered two different choices. I thought that that one would take up the least space and work the simplest, with the least maintenance.

Bruno was not too far from the house, and they were kind and considerate. The stairlift, which will be used by my daughter and wife works fine. It takes me up and down. It’s sturdy. I think it’ll last for a long time. The people that put it in were great too. I couldn’t have worked with any better people than them.

We got Bruno from the VA and EJ Medical installed it. Their service was okay. My husband is not happy with Bruno though. It's straight and it takes him up to the second floor but that's it. He thinks it should go all the way up to the stair landing. Because we have a banister, it won’t go all the way up.

My wife's knees and ankles made get a stairlift, and we went with with Bruno based on internet research and the availability of product. The sales visit with them was good. The guy had good information and he provided a reasonable answer to our situation. We went with a straight model and we got two because we have a landing in our middle of our bent stairs, so there is one angle, a landing and then another angle. It was still cheaper to buy two of those than to buy one. The stairlift fits well in the stairwell, and my favorite feature is the rack and pinion system. It’s been a very good product, overall.

My wife and I were 81 years old and had a rough time going up and down the stairs. There are 12 steps and it's difficult. Our washer and dryer are in the basement. My wife could not walk, so I was using the stairlift to let her down into the garage level, which is on the bottom of the basement floor. It also helps me out. We had Bruno install a stairlift and everything was awesome. During the sales visit, the rep assessed the situation and they measured for a couple of days. It took weeks for the equipment to get made and then they installed it. The quality and service are excellent. Nothing was left undone.

I got a Bruno stairlift and I'm enjoying it. My favorite part is coming up the step. But I'm having a problem with the footrest of the lift. It's short and sometimes, my feet can't stay up, especially when I'm coming up. I'm a tall guy and I'm having problems like bending my knees and my foot hangs over the footrest. Sometimes, it hits the step when I'm in operation. Still, the stairlift is helpful. Also, the reps who came were professional, friendly and they answered my questions when I asked a question. They were great.

My son Albert has multiple disability, and in March of last year, he had 50 seizures one day in the ER and it caused some brain damage. So, with him having brain damage, he was trying to walk and stand up. And all of our bedrooms are upstairs, but I didn't want to move because I do sessions on future planning if something happens to your loved one. If something happened to me, he would feel he was at home -- he was born, raised and lived here 21 years of his life. The Bruno sales representative we dealt with was a very kind and nice. He was understanding because Albert had his mood swings while he was here, but he kept right on working and everything was fine. The installer did a great job, too. It was loud at times, but that happens. We also modified it, so it was great. The quality of the product is 100.

We moved into a house with stairs, and I can’t climb stairs very easily at all. My husband can’t either. He can climb, but it’s better if he rides up too, so we’re both using the stairlift. Our interaction with the sales team was fine -- I did not have any hesitation. I had worked with them before with a wheelchair and I was familiar with them, and that was why I gave them the business. I was very pleased with the whole thing. The man that installed it was wonderful and he answered all my questions. The stairlift is perfect. It made it easier to live where we are living. I couldn't live here if I did not have it. I also love having two remote controls, one for downstairs and one for up. My husband has dementia and teaching him how to turn the chair has been a challenge. So, that is going to take a little for it to sink in. But, overall, we haven’t had any problems at all with it and I like it.

My wife is a diabetic and over a period of time lost her leg below her knee. Needless to say a very traumatic experience with a month stay in a hospital and a two month stay at a rehab facility. Our house is two stories which required a stairlift. I learned there were two companies that were recommended in our area. Without getting into too many details I was shocked that one company tried to take advantage of my situation knowing she was coming home in a few days after multiple months stay in the hospital and rehab facility. I canceled that company business and contacted Bruno Stairlifts at the recommendation of the rehab facility and Hanger Prosthetic in Silverdale.

We got a Bruno stairlift put in because my 94-year old patient was leery about going down her front steps. It made it easier to allow her to have the quality of life to go in and out. I also like that I can get her in and out of the house. The installation went smooth and they were able to meet our needs. It's also cost-effective.

My husband asked through the Veterans Administration, and Bruno responded to the call for the service request. So, the VA put in orders for it. The installation team was great. They were very friendly and they knew what they were doing. One of the guys had to go get something from Lowe’s, which was no problem because we live very close to Lowe’s. We got a curved one at the bottom of my stairs and it fits well in the stairwell. We have still space to walk down the steps without it being crowded. We like that it is smooth and safe and it gets out of the way when you don’t need it. The stairlift is very sturdy and well-built, and there's nothing flimsy about any of it. Having it is a lot easier. My husband can get on it and go down, and even I use it.

I got Bruno stairlfit through the Veteran's Administration. The guy that came out to the house and talked to me and took the measurements seemed to know what he was doing. He was knowledgeable and thorough, and I just felt comfortable with him. The stairlift looked like it was well constructed. Unfortunately, for me, I had to have some electrical work done before it was installed, and I had to put in an electrical outlet to plug it in. I delayed that because I didn't want an electrician to come out here for 10 minutes and run a wire and cost me a couple hundred bucks to have him do that. So, I stalled to get some other electrical work wind up, and that went on and on for a couple years.

The installer was cooperative. He was very kind and very mannerly. He had patience. You could ask him questions and you got appropriate answers. We got the party curved, the top of the stair model. When it goes down at the bottom, it is straight. But coming up, it has like a turn. When you reach the landing, it turns there. It fits perfectly in our stairwell.

Our daughter and her friend had a stairlift put in their house, and I have trouble going up and down the steps, so we put one in here as well. I usually couldn’t get in the basement without it. But now, I can. I like it. I can get up and down the steps. The guys who came out for the sales visit were excellent servicemen. The installation went fine. The people that put it in were very kind and explained everything. It didn’t take them long and they’ve done a great job.

I’ve had two heart attacks this past year and I’ve got cystic fibrosis in the lungs, and both of them occurred after I walked up the stairs. So, getting a stairlift was a preventive measure. My wife is a computer geek and she looks everything up on the computer. She started doing the calling and found this one place, and we went over and tried them out. It took a couple of days and we made a decision. We also got the chairlift and the electric chair from Bruno. We can put it on a rack on the back of the car and carry it around. We just don’t like taking it out in the rain, and we do have a cover for it.

I had Acorn come out and give me an estimate. And then people suggested Bruno was quite good. So I made appointments for them to come out, and then I ended up in the hospital. My brother came out and he picked Bruno because it was high on my list. So I'm very happy with it. But I really dislike the seat belt because it snaps. If you undo it, it literally snaps across your body. We wondered if we could put it the other way because I have a bad hand, but that was not possible. Other than that, it's terrific. When I got home, I couldn't make the stairlift move up or down, so they had to come out for me. So when they do the installation, you should be there so you can ask the right questions.

I lost my leg in May 2019 and I have a baby at home, so I wanted to be safer for him coming down so I use the stairlift to bring stuff up or bring him down. It's awesome with Bruno. I spoke with a rep on the phone and it was good. The installation was really quick and they did a good job so we’re happy with it. It took only an hour or so. The stairlift is straight and there's the part in the bottom that just flips. He said it was annoying.

The Bruno stairlift is a good product and I’m glad we chose it. Their salesman was very knowledgeable and he did a good job comparing different things that are out there. Bruno looked like a heavy-duty product that you can get parts for if needed. The installation went very well and the installers did it in a small amount of time. They were very careful about where they put things and not to break anything. We bought a curved stairlift and it fits the stairwell better than I thought. We still have plenty of room to walk up and down, and we didn’t have to take the handrail off. My wife uses the stairlift, and it is smooth and very safe. It gives you error codes if something goes wrong and it beeps when you get to the end. She feels very much safer going upstairs on it.

When I called another outfit, they never called me back. But When I called Bruno, they called back right away. Their rep also came right away on the same day The installation took two and a half hours and it wasn't bad at all. Whenever it goes to the top of steps, you gotta turn the seat around to get off. Then if you get back on the seat and you gotta flip that around so that you're facing the wall. If you don't get that seat in exactly the right position, it will not go. I called my installer and I talked to him right away. He said that whenever you swing that chair around, it has to lock into place and that you might have to jiggle it two or three times to get it to lock into place. My wife doesn't move around too well and she's unable to do stairs. The stairlift definitely makes things easier.

I can't do stairs and I got a stairlift through the VA. They were the ones that picked it. It's straight and it fits well into the stairwell. The quality is real good and the rides are nice and smooth. I have no problems with it including with the remote. The sales rep was also good.

The Bruno stairlift seemed like the best fit for our house. We like the look of it better than others and the chair is more comfortable. Their sales rep was also very thorough in what he was telling us and he told us what our options would be. We got a curved one, and though it would be nice if it was a little slimmer, it looks like a very good quality stairlift.

The Bruno sales rep explained everything to us and the installation team did a good job installing our straight stairlift. Also, they were more localized so we had service if we needed it. The stairlift seems really slow going up and down, but it has made carrying things up and down the stairs easier.

It was fine talking with the sales rep. The installation, which was done in one day, went well and the installers were very nice. I took their boxes. My husband, Gerald, has problems getting in up and down the stairs. It's better now with the stairlift ‘cause it’s taking him upstairs. Before, sometimes, he would fall. Now, he doesn't. The quality of the stairlift is pretty great but one time, when my son and I were sitting down, the thing started beeping. We just cut it off for a while for two days, and then when we turned it on, it started working. My son said the code kept saying C4. It wasn’t lined up on the battery.

The Bruno stairlift was a replacement for the one the VA put in 15 years ago, and which was worn out, so they put in a new one. Kenneth had 11 knee replacement surgeries. That was why he got a stairlift in the first place. I've used the Bruno stairlift a couple of times and it’s working fine. The only thing was that the guys that installed it left footprints on the stairs from their boots in grease. But their work was fine.

With the company selling Bruno being local, I felt that if I ever had service issues, they would be more responsive. They were very helpful and informative throughout the sales process, and they explored some other options with us that we didn't feel were necessary. The installers were here for a while because they have the inspector online kinda like in a FaceTime, and they ran the stairlift on several tests like a weighted test, where they put weights on it, among other things. They were very patient and wrote things down, and they made sure that my mom felt comfortable using the stairlift. They had her do several test runs before I signed off. They also gave me information for follow-ups for servicing questions or concerns and they were pretty comprehensive. The stairlift is very functional for my mother and it's very easy to use.

My wife is confined to a wheelchair and she cannot walk up the steps. We decided to get a stairlift so she could go back upstairs to her bedroom. I told the sales rep at Bruno that I wanted one. It was a very nice interaction and I saw a sample of the stairlift. We got the straight one and it fits very nicely within our stairs. The man who came out for the install did work on our front porch because it rained that day. The steps are just inside the door and he came in and installed it in about half a day.

I had my meniscus replaced or fixed. Also, my dad had Parkinson's so he has a hard time going up and down the steps when they visit. We got a stairlift and I've been using it. I had a surgery and the stairlift has already paid for itself. It's been an absolute blessing. It's been wonderful and so smooth when it's operating. It turns from one way to the other, and being able to turn it because of my leg has been awesome. We have a straight stairlift and it's the same one we also have at our church.

I have a problem with my legs and my back. I really enjoy my Bruno stairlift. I like the extension on the bottom where you can bring the chair up, and then that bottom rear comes up and you can go on the other side of the stairs. It’s good and a great help. I like that I don’t have to walk up and down the stairs.

My husband had a stroke and cannot walk. Bruno Independent Living Aids were the only ones that came right away. They came in three days and installed in one. We have straight stairlifts and they fit our stairwell pretty good. We have 12 steps that go up, and then we have three steps that go off to the left. I wanted the one that curves so my husband just gets on the bottom and goes all the way up to the top. But the guy said it would take a month to get that one. So we had no choice but to get one that goes up the 12 steps, and my husband has to get off of that and get on another one that goes up the three steps. I was not happy about that. We just spent almost $10,000 on three stairlifters, so I'm not gonna update it.

We got a stairlift through the VA and I love it. It makes it much more easier for me to get up and down because my bathroom where I take my showers is upstairs. It's a very big help. Also, the installers were very professional. I'm very satisfied.

Buying a stairlift was cheaper than selling my house and I had Bruno install it right around Christmas. It went great and the stairlift looks good. My husband takes the stairlift up and down the steps and it’s the only way I have to get in and out of the house. The inside that goes in the farm house doesn’t go until next week. But I haven’t used the stairlift yet because my husband hasn’t had any appointments and hasn’t had to go out. I’m satisfied with Bruno. It was what my installer recommended and I’m happy with what I’ve got. It went up and down the steps the way I wanted it, and that was all I needed.
