My son called them, and the next day it was installed. The installation was wonderful. My son was there when they did it, and he said they came in and did what they did. They did it quickly and well and efficiently. It looks fine. It was a very neat job they did. The stairlift has been a big help. The whole thing was one of the most pleasurable transactions given the circumstances that I can imagine.

I gave the installer the garage to install our Bruno stair lift and he installed it out there. Then he took it apart in his shop, brought it back in, and put the stairlift on 15 stairs in a straight shot, up and down. The next week, he came back because the stairlift wouldn't go and the sensitive switches were off. They told me to kick it on the side, so I did. But I had to reach across to a different foot and I couldn't do it with my prosthetic leg. So, I called the company and the tech came out and worked on it. He adjusted a couple of screws and told me to kick the side if it didn't go. So, I kicked it like buying a used car and it started going. And it also seems to be working good now.

The rep was wonderful. He was very thorough about explaining everything, making sure that we knew exactly how to operate the stairlift. It wasn't like he just came here and put something where he wanted to put it. He asked us where we liked to plug it in. He said he could do either side and asked which side would be more convenient for us. He made sure that we understood everything about the warranty on it and who we need to call. He got the book and gave us numbers. The Bruno stairlift seems easier to operate than the one we had. Some of the stuff on the other one was manual. My father can operate the Bruno stairlift. With the other stairlift, we had to come and let one part of it down so it would come all the way to the floor.

The Bruno stairlift is good. I like it. My husband loves it, too. He could hardly walk to the mailbox but now, since he's not up and down the stairs all the time waiting on me, he said that helps going up for that. We had no trouble with the stairlift so far.

They came out and looked at our stairs. They did measurements and gave us a good estimate. Everything went like it was supposed to be. Also, my wife said the installers were great. They made sure that she figured up and down and knew whatever she needs to know about it. She likes everything about the stairlift and it makes her legs feel better.

Bruno Independent Living Aids' rep was a nice lady. She explained everything to me. And everything she told me, they did. The installers did their job and made sure I was satisfied with it, showed me how the stairlift worked and the remotes. They also had me go up and down a few times while they were here. I like the way that it takes me up the stairs. I would get up there and I turn it. I get out. And we have two remotes. I put one up the top of the stairs and one downstairs. That way, if I had to use a remote, I could use one.

The installation is still in the process. They rushed through the installation. They didn't take measurements correctly. When I told them to come and fix it, they are taking their sweet time to come back. If I were with the reputation that Bruno claims to have, they would jump to make it right. But for some reason, I highly doubt they'll do anything. I wish Bruno stood behind their products and partners with professional companies.

The young lady rep was very professional. The installation was done in a timely manner and the techs were very quiet and efficient. The stairlift works fine and it's of excellent quality. It's fun and fast. I am 100% happy with the situation.

I had a very good experience during the sales visit. They were detailed. The installation went well. I was surprised that they didn't have to install it on the wall. So, I was very happy about that. The stairlift has taken a lot of stress off of me getting my mother up and down the stairs. The quality is good and it's fairly quiet. She was a little apprehensive at first, but she seems comfortable now.

The Bruno stairlift is great. I have no problem with it. I love it as a matter of fact. I use it to get up and down the stairs properly. It helps me get in and out of the house okay because I've been having a hard time getting in and out of my house. Because of the stairlift, I can get outside more. I feel pretty secured in it. I don't think I'm gonna fall because the seat is okay. The stairlift seems to be pretty sturdy except when it gets to the point to where the two rails that they connect together has a little bump in it. It feels like it's going over a lump.

I've had Bruno for 12 years and the systems have been working fine. I'm now taking my old ones out and putting new ones in. The stairlift has kept me in my home. I'd be in a nursing home otherwise. People should get it. Bruno is the only outfit out there.

I called Bruno, and a rep came out the next day. He was awesome. The next day, the installer was out putting the stairlift in. He was excellent. He showed me every possible way it works.

The rep did all the measurements and told me what each measurement was going to be. At first, I was going to get a one-chair stairlift that did the wraparound on the landings. I was also going to get one of the electrical rails that folded up when not in use. But when the techs came for installation, I was lucky that they brought two rails instead of the wraparound. The installation was fast and I was very surprised. The tech had everything out of his vehicle put on the front porch of the house and he walked me through everything.

The sales reps were wonderful. The tech who put it in was really to what our needs were. We're in our 70's and my husband is blind. The tech knew that we needed the automated stuff because we wouldn't be able to handle the other stuff. He let us know what was available, and then took it back and did whatever he needed to do to get that through. We had an excellent experience with him and we're really pleased with the stairlift. Going with Bruno was the easiest thing we've done through the VA ever.

The sales rep was a very compassionate guy. The installers did the installation very quickly and did a very good job on it. We are very pleased.

We decided to go to the stairlift that was advertised on TV. It was a pharmacy that carries it and that was a local business for us. We called them and it was all done through the local retailer. They came in and measured. The chair that we needed was not in stock so they had to order it. That took a little bit of time to come in. It was only a week probably and they were getting it installed.

The Bruno stairlift that we got is the long straight-through one. The sales visit was amazing. It was installed by Totally Mobile. Financially, they had to look at the cost comparison, and it got installed about a month ago. I would recommend Bruno.

Everything with Bruno went well. My experience was awesome. The stairlift is very good. It helped me a whole lot, especially going up and down the stairs.

The installers were fast. They were excellent. So far, I've been able to lift myself up. Since I'm confined to a wheelchair, I haven't been down in my basement. We're in a bi-level home, and I haven't been downstairs for over two years. This is the first time I've been able to go down there, and what a blessing it is, because I can now go down and do my laundry. But I have an issue with the on and off switch. I keep losing it off the end of the arm, and I can't pick it up because I'm in a wheelchair. My husband has been able to pick it up and we just shove it back on. Another thing is that the wheelchair is a wee bit high. It's 3 inches too high for me. I mentioned this to them and they said they couldn't do anything about that.

I love Bruno. Their reps were friendly, courteous, polite and they cleaned up after themselves. They were awesome. The installation was all done right on schedule. As far as the stairlift, I have had zero issues with it. It lets me go downstairs. Half of my house is downstairs. It's pretty important. If you need one, you gotta get Bruno. It's awesome.

My case manager asked me about having Bruno come out and show me what the product was. I got delayed in waiting a length of time until we found somebody to put in the stairlift here. It took just about a whole year to wait to get the stairlift put in. We live on a farm. My husband and I were both home when the people came. My case manager was here and she explained my need for it and that I had to have it. The people explained everything. The stairlift was ordered and installed. The only thing is I don't like the bulkiness of the stairlift. And yet, it has to be to fit you. That aside, I wouldn't be without the stairlift.

We like the price of the Bruno stairlift and the accessibility to the product itself. The installer worked well with us. Every question that he asked, he had a purpose for. He also cleaned up everything. Left it in better condition than he started. The stairlift seems to be carrying the weight that was promised too. It's a product worth looking into.

Bruno's rep came, took measurements on the staircase I wanted the lift on. He told me what would go in, how long it would take, where the power source would come from, and how to operate it. It works fine. Everything was aboveboard. The quality is great, and the cost was adequate. I love it.

Bruno has been very helpful to us. I was already sold before we got there so the sales visit went very well. The reps were very pleasant people and the equipment is awesome. I love the lift chair. During the installation, we just sat here and visited with the gentleman that was putting it in. He was very pleasant and it wasn't difficult for him. My son is a licensed electrician and they needed a plug-in put in a spot where it gets its electricity from. So, he got that done and it was no problem at all.

The Bruno I have is very handy. I use mind every weekend. It's 100% good and it has helped me out. It has a lot of safety stuff on it.

The lady from Bruno that did the presentation was very helpful in trying to help me understand how this is going to work and how it’s gonna affect my lifestyle. I felt warm and fuzzy about the lady. I’m an 80-year-old disabled Vietnam veteran and Bruno is owned by a veteran. I went to the VA and said, "Can you give me some assistance in this?” Because the prices were up from 4,800 to 6,500. That’s a lot of money when you’re on a fixed income. The VA said, “We will help you with this.” The installation of the stairlift went well. I couldn’t believe how easy it was. It didn’t take more than three hours. They were very professional. There was no dust to clean up. It was all set up. They also took the time to show us how to use it. It was a slam-bam-thank-you-ma’am deal, and it was great.

We had an Acorn chair in West Virginia and when we relocated up here to Pennsylvania, we're reorganizing and developing our basement, so we needed a chairlift. I did not like doing business with the Acorn people. Their chair was fine. Their business practices suck. I looked up on the computer for people who installed lift chairs and found out that there were a few others besides Acorn. We went out and called, and had them come in and give us estimates, and decided on the Bruno model partly because parts of it were lifetime warranty, and part of it was for the design. Their parts were accessible and repairable, and I didn't have to deal with Acorn. It was good for me. The installers were quite efficient and very good. They did a very good job in cleaning up. We got a straight stairlift and it does not fit into the stairwell as well as I'd like, but it's good.

Bruno Stairlift was the less expensive of the two prices that I got. The young lady that sold it to us was very professional and thorough. The installation was perfect. The gentleman cleaned everything up. It was a very nice experience. The quality of the stairlift is great too. We like it very much.

I had the company come out, and they measured everything. I was satisfied with the service that I received from them. The sales rep did a 45-minute presentation and explained everything, including how the chair would be installed and how it worked. We got two units and Bruno scheduled us quickly. We have a three-story house and it took about four hours to completely install the units. It was just one guy, and he was good. He put the chairs together outside and explained to us what he was doing. I felt comfortable. We tested out the stairlifts, and the guy explained the operation of it to us. It was good. I've recommended three friends, and Bruno already installed at one friend's house. They're satisfied.

I have my craft and sewing rooms upstairs. Also, my husband can't walk without much help but he occasionally likes to change the view. The VA sent out Bruno. They came out and interviewed me. The rep didn't try to force anything and he explained everything perfectly. He even told me that if at some point in the future we decide we don't want the stairlift anymore, they will buy it back and remove it. No questions asked. Bruno was nice and had all the answers. They were totally educated about this. They've been telling me things that I didn't know that I needed to know so they were totally on spot with this. An appointment was then set up to put the stairlift in. It was a win-win and I'm very pleased with it.

We worked with Jake and he'd come over and talk to us. I also went down to their location and talked to him. They had some Bruno lift chairs on display and they even had one I could ride up a couple of feet. That was great that they had it on display. They also had one, a wrap-around, which I couldn't ride, but they had the one that just went straight. And we decided not to go with the wrap-around because it would go way out in our foyer. Ours is a tri-level house, so we went with the two different ones. We have two chairs, one going up the first steps, then we'd get off, go around, and get on the next one. The tech who installed them was nice. I thought Jake was coming out to do the installation, but apparently, he was more of the salesperson. So, it was a different guy that came out to install and it took about three hours. He did a great job.

The Bruno reps were very nice. They came, measured and told me exactly how everything worked. The installers were good too. It was pretty fast. My wife can get upstairs now. She wasn't able to before. She's a little nervous using it a little bit, but I can understand that.

I like the other stairlift better but this one's alright. In the old one, I was able to stand on the way down and I didn't have to sit down and stand up again. And this one, I have to sit down. But I like that the Bruno stairlift gives me the ability to get up and down the stairs, and that’s important to my life. I got this from the VA, and they're the ones who hired Bruno to come over and put the thing in, and I'm thankful to the VA for doing that. I'm also thankful for Bruno for doing it, because it's very helpful. I could barely exist without it.

I wasn't expecting my Bruno stairlift to be that nice, but it is great. Mine goes straight down the steps. The quality is superb. It's well-built. I can turn it in, up and down. Plus, I got two remotes with it. I could keep one upstairs and one downstairs. The stairlift saved my life. I had fallen in the basement before on the steps, so now, I don't have to worry about that. The person that came out to do the installation was so nice. He had me sit on it. He instructed me up and down the stairs. He even took a picture of me on it.

We have two separate stairlifts from Bruno, one for the stair and one for the other. They seem really comfortable and my husband uses them all the time. He likes it. He's happy. Everything was good. They made sure they put it in properly. When they first got here, they thought they had the wrong stuff, but they made sure that what they did have worked. They talked to us. The guy who came out and did the measuring talked us through it. We're still trying to get one for the outside.

I like the fact that when I ride it up, I can push the lever down and turn the seat around to get off of it. The installer was able to adjust it to a 19-inch height, which is perfect for me.

The young man that installed the stairlift was absolutely wonderful and we are very happy with the stairlift. It works well and we're glad about the safety features.

I got the straight stairlift from Bruno because my stairs are straight up. It's awesome. Nobody can come up while I’m going down because there’s not enough space but I can put the stairlift out of the way. I just fold it up and let the bottom up, and that way anybody can go upstairs and come down. I love the stairlift and I enjoy it. It has helped me a lot. I wouldn't give it back for anything.

Everything went well with my experience with Bruno except for they were a month late delivering it, which meant that since insurance had decided to quit paying for in-house rehabilitation, I had to go ahead and self-pay for the last week of it. But once they got there, it was quick and painless. Everything went smoothly except for the fact that the stairlift wasn't ready when I was told it would be, so they had to install a different one. That was a two-piece stairlift, which meant that we had to manually transfer my wife from one seat to the other halfway up the stairs, instead of having one continuous stairlift that goes around the corner and all the way up. With the exception of that, I was very satisfied with everything. The Bruno stairlift seems to be working fine.

The Bruno reps were very nice and explained everything. They installed it so fast, we couldn't even believe it. Now, it's easier for us to get our veteran up and down those stairs without taking three people. I would highly recommend it.

Bruno is good but the stairlift creaks a lot.

We live in an upstairs apartment. We have a 12-year-old and we've been carrying him up and down as needed when going out. It’s just getting to the point where he's getting taller than me and he's getting heavy. I'm having back problems. We started looking at resources for something for him to be able to get up and down the steps. The stairlift was mentioned to us so we went forth with getting that taken care of.

I needed something fast and the ETA of a Bruno stairlift was really fast. Everything works great. The stairlift fits perfectly fine. My mom is the one using it and it's a huge help for safety. It's helping her feel more independent. She was afraid of leaving the house because of the stairs. Now, she's like, “Let's go out.” She's really happy. I am also going to purchase a wheelchair elevator in the next few weeks because of the weather in Chicago. It was too cold to do the adaptations to the house to put the lift.

The sales rep with Bruno was perfect. The installation took a little bit of time but they explained to us how to do everything. The stairlift is handy. My husband uses it too. I'm happy with it. I wish we could have bought it second hand though.

A rep called and informed me that I had been approved for the Bruno stairlift, that they got the approval for it from the VA, and that they would be calling me back with an appointment time. About three days before they were coming, they called me back, and when they came out, they were on time. There were two of them and they put the lift in. They gave me the instructions and they were very professional. I got the straight design and it works. The quality is good but they weren't able to adjust the speed, which is a preset thing. It goes down so slow and comes back up slow as well.

The sales rep was a nice guy. His knowledge was very good. He did a great job of explaining everything. He was very good. The stairlift seems to be built very well. I can walk around it easily. My wife can get on it easily. It fits very nicely in our stairwell. It seems to work very well. It's relatively quiet. My wife really, really likes it. She appreciates it.

The sales representative from Bruno was very good. He explained everything. He was also the installer. We didn't have any problem with the installation, but after a couple of days, one of the remotes wasn't working, so I had to call the guy. It looked like the batteries weren't put in properly and that was why that remote wasn't working. Some guy was on his way to another place and then he stopped by here and checked it and that was what it was. It hadn't been put in properly. Other than that, the quality is good. We're tall people. So, my concern was, "Oh, my gosh, maybe our knees are gonna scrape as we're going down on the opposite wall." It's not. There are not as many inches in between as I was hoping, but that's not Bruno's fault. It's the way the house was built.

My father is turning 88 and he already suffered two strokes. It’s hard for him to go up and down the stairs so we made the suggestion of getting him a stairlift. Bruno was the one referred to us by the DC government. Everybody was very professional and did an outstanding job. The installation took a few hours. My father is very happy with the stairlift. He goes up with a smile on his face now.

Don was the third caller I called, and he was the only one to come out that day and put me another stairlift in. The installation went good. The tech had to take an old one out and put another one in. It was quick. He was here for four hours. If it hadn't had to take the other one out, he wouldn't have been here that long. This Bruno lift is 20 seconds faster going up the steps, which is good. I had to take it up another foot at the top. But the tech just went ahead and installed it. He was a good guy. I was glad to get it installed.

When I spoke with the sales rep on the phone, Brian, I was so connected with him. He asked all the right questions, answered everything in the way that I was hoping, and asked really important questions about me. The other people never asked about me, they only were concerned about the job. Then, the installer was awesome. He did all the work in the garage and was very neat, orderly, and really respectful of me. I watched everything and it was no problem for him. Then, they gave me a call in a week's time. It was seamless with Bruno.

The installers of my Bruno stairlift were nice. So far, it's working well. The only thing is that they could have made the seat a little bigger. The only problem with the customer service was there was some stalling situation. The state taking my MLTC said it wasn't necessary. The state overturned that decision and told them it was medically necessary. I had fallen three times. The ambulance had to come and get me up off the floor. So, it was medically necessary. I relayed this to customer service and they worked with me but it was a back-and-forth process. There were three different times that they had me put my life on hold so that they could accommodate my stairlift. It was a hassle, but I finally got it.

We had a previous stairlift with Bruno. That was in the house for about 10 years before it broke. We recently had another Bruno stairlift installed. They got it done in a timely manner, no hitches or glitches. My husband likes this one compared to the old one because it's a lot quieter. Before, we had Accessible Systems come in and put in the previous one. They never would call back. They wouldn't get on the ball. That was disappointing that they wouldn't come and take care of their products. But with these people, they did a good job. They were here on time, answered calls and the whole nine yards.

I had a good experience working with the reps. The installers were very professional. The stairlift is working fine and it has made day-to-day life much better.

The installation of our Bruno chairlift was very easy and so far, the quality is good. It's helping my husband up and down the stairs. I would suggest it to our friends.

I've been having problems with these stairlifts since they've been put in. They're beeping. They put something new in the one down my basement and it's still beeping. Now, the one in the front room is also beeping. But I will recommend them.

The two gentlemen that came to install the chairlift were terrific. They cleaned up everything. They went over everything, like any possibility why the chair would stop working. They gave us a number to call. I told them, in a year, I'll call for a service call to have them come back out. The actual chairlift is great. The first day that I went down after the installation, my dad had somehow pulled the little knob that's on the handle. But fortunately, I was able to push it back in. Overall, he does pretty good with the chairlift, but sometimes, he'll get on there and forget what he's supposed to do. I would recommend the Bruno chairlift.

I have a two-story home and I requested a stairlift from the insurance company. I was working in conjunction with JK Medical Supply and I told them that I wanted a really good stairlift. I told them that I wanted the best that the insurance company would allow and they led me to purchasing a Bruno stairlift. Jonathan did all the measurements and I was very impressed with the way he did that. I was also impressed with the layout for the engineers. I have a custom staircase with a lot of 90° angles and some offsets. And when the fellows came to install the stairlift, they were top-notch gentlemen. Everything came in boxes and nothing came tossed around in the back of the truck. They laid down a nice heavy duty drop cloth to put all the parts on it and assembled the unit perfectly. It took them a little longer than two hours, from start to finish, because it was a very intricate build.

I was happy to hear that they had refurbished ones of various ages available. We purchased one of those. They didn't have another one refurbished in the one to two-year category that would fit our situation, a left-hand stairlift. So they gave us a brand new one at the refurbished price. We got two of them. I was very happy with that. That was very nice.

I like Bruno's presentation and the product in general. The salesperson seemed quite knowledgeable, pointed out the additions that besides their service that I need to have in terms of electrical outlet added, and told me about the warranties on the various parts. I got an indoor straight stairlift. It does take up a little more room than I was expecting, but because the footrest and so on hold up, it's fine. I'm 99% of the person who uses that stairwell. So, it's not really a big deal. One person installed it quite quickly, showed me how to use it, and it was a very good experience. It gets me up and down the stairs without me having to block because I have arthritis in addition to some other issues that make it hard.

Everything about the stairlift attached to the back of my car seems to be working fine. But one of the keys that has the black tap on it is hard to use. For some reason, it won't slide in far enough to engage. So, I have to use the spare key to unlock the unit. Other than that, Bruno's reps seemed to be great.

I was very happy with Bruno Independent Living Aids. The rep was very professional and informative, and I decided to buy the chair. The only thing is they would have to pay more attention to the reason that people are buying the chair. They had to come back and change the seat on my chair because I could not sit back far enough, therefore, my feet hit the stairs going down. Because I have two bad knees, I couldn't sit with my knees bent under to sit on the little foot rest. I had to pay more money for a bigger seat so that I could sit back farther in it. The installer had to move the rail system back farther to accommodate the seat. Other than that, the installation went smoothly. The guy was very professional and very good. I would like the stairlift to move faster. But I'm very happy with it.

Their communication was excellent and the crew was right on time. They worked steadily, efficiently, and competently. The stairlift works very well and my wife likes it very much. It gives her a degree of freedom.

I had a Bruno stairlift before and I had a repairman come out. He was very honest with me. He said it may work a short time and I was taking a chance of having it repaired. He was right. It worked for a month and then gave up. The one I had before was for the 450 pounds, because my husband was quite large. And this one is a regular size, 300 pounds. I like it so much better because it's more compact. I like the new design. It's more sleek and not so cushy. The installation crew was wonderful, very good and thorough.

The Bruno stairlift is good for me. My house has a 15-step stairwell and before I got this equipment, when I would go up, I'd be tired then I'd be crawling like a baby and I'd be going down. But since I got this one, it's been wonderful for me.

The stairlift is great because the track is against the wall. It's not on the steps and I have more room on the steps.

Betty loves the Bruno stairlift. I've been telling her for years to get it. Everything is working out fine so far. The salesman explained everything. The gentleman who installed it was great, a nice guy, and got everything clean. Betty's very happy. There were a few delays in the beginning. They're waiting for parts, which now I understand all that. When the parts came in, they were right here to install it.

The lady that sold the stairlift to me was pretty good and the team that installed it was professional. So far, the stairlift is working well and since I got it, I don't dread going up the stairs. The other problem was that I had a risk of falling down the steps when I was coming down and the Bruno stairlift eliminates all that.

The sales rep went over what I was getting and the cost of it. We went to the area where the stairlift was going to be and he checked that out. They put off the installation because we were having construction in the basement and he explained to me that it was not best to put it in at the time because there was a lot of sawdust and stuff down there, which we couldn't get in the motor.

We picked the Bruno stairlift based on the flexibility and maneuverability for my mother-in-law. They had installed it very well and everything seems to be working fine. We are very satisfied.

I communicated well with the sales rep. I asked questions and he answered them. We got things well cleared up. Since getting the stairlift, it has been less pain going up and down the steps.

I went online and filled out some basic information and got responses from several suppliers. We had narrowed it down to Bruno, Acorn, and Harmar. All three brands seemed to be pretty good. Then we got down to the difference between Bruno and Harmar. I like the way the rail that the Bruno stairlift runs in better than the Harmar stairlift. The Harmar had a different kind of mechanism for you going up and down the stairs. Instead of rack and pinion, it had a worm gear kind of thing. We have cats in the house and sometimes they chase my wife up the stairs. We didn't want them to get their fur caught up in the rail. The rail with Bruno was more enclosed. So we liked that portion of it better.

The reps were courteous, friendly and nice. The installers friendly too. So far, the stairlift has been good.

I went to the dealer and they were very accommodating. The stairlift I got fits beautifully down the stairwell. There was no digging into the walls. It was screwed down and there was no need for an outlet to be put in. I couldn't have had better service from the installer.

The rep from Bruno was cordial. I tried to find someone else at a lower price, and I didn't get the response that I got from Bruno. I appreciate their customer service, so I went with them. The installer was here on time, and he didn't take long at all. He cleaned it up and went through the process of showing me the operation. He also left the manual and some maintenance supplies, which is a little bit of oil. The complaint that we had with the stairlift is it doesn't blend well with the housing decor.

I called 101 Mobility, and they came out and did the measurement and showed me what kinds of stairlifts. Jimmy talked to me and explained everything. He was a good salesman and he knew what he was talking about. Everything he told me seemed true. I'm real satisfied with my Bruno stairlift. They had to come back and put some shims in it because it was setting a little bit too straight. After putting the shims in, it works just fine. I couldn't ask for anything nicer. It's been a lifesaver for me and my wife. It's money well spent. It looks like everything is top-notch equipment.

We have seven stairs to get into the house, which were difficult for her, which that made the idea of having to go out of the house and come back in an impossibility and exhausted her. So, we looked into chairs, contacted the company, talked about specific chairs. He recommended Bruno and here we are. My mom has only had the opportunity to use the chair twice. But it worked great those times. Our stairwell is skinnier than the average. But my sister and I both are here and we don't notice it anymore. It will make it getting in and out of the house for appointments much easier.

We got an outdoor lift from Bruno for my father and I was able to do everything remotely through the salesman. I talked to the person who was in charge of the scheduling for the installation and then, I relayed that information to my sister. It was very simple. The experience of how the installation was done in one day was a relief, and within a couple of days to get it going. It was perfect. My dad's not heavy, but it feels stable, so I feel comfortable him riding it up and down. It's better than him going up and down using a walker. So far, we're pleased with the Bruno stairlift. It's easier. It’s not much of a physical strain and it's not a concern for my father anymore to go up and down the stairs. It's the best investment we made.

The reps met with me on a Thursday. They were very courteous. The following Thursday, I had the stairlift put in. The techs did the installation really well. They explained any questions I asked and cleaned up after their mess. We can still use the handrail of our stairs. The stairlift has made it easier on us to get my special needs child upstairs to his bedroom and the bathroom.

It was very nice to deal with the dealer in New Rochelle that sells the stairlift. Bruno is exclusively what they sell. And they were very upfront with their pricing, service, and response. The reps were very good to deal with. They were right on time when they said they would come. We had a temporary one before we got the final one. We got the curve. The one piece to go up an L-shaped staircase. Before that, we had two straight ones to go up the L shape. They put that in within the next day and it was all good. I would recommend them.

My daughter flew in to see her dad and spent some time here to help me out. She made an appointment with Bruno and met with the salesperson. He showed her everything. Then he came over to our house and we showed him where we wanted to put the chairlift. Putting the chairlift in is the best move we ever made. We're in a tri-level home. The main level is on the ground floor. You can come in off the ground floor. But then you have to go up six stairs to go to living room, dining room, and kitchen. Then to go up to the bedrooms, you have to go six more stairs. So we had a chairlift put in in each staircase. Bruno had a really nice guy come and do the assembly. He put his nose to the grindstone and worked and worked and worked, and got it done and did a beautiful job. We were very pleased with him also.

The rep was very knowledgeable and I like the way he explained everything to me. The installer was very efficient and I was very pleased with him also. I'm happy to have my Bruno. I like it.

Their rep Brandy was phenomenal. She wasn't too pushy or obnoxious. When we finally decided to get the stairlift, we had someone do the measurements. Two weeks after that, we had the single track stairlift in and it has been phenomenal. It's a blessing for my mother. I'v e been trying to get her to use one for years and I thought it wouldn't go well. But as soon as she got in, she hasn't had any trouble with it. She uses the Bruno every time she goes up and down stairs. She loves it. But the step that she puts her feet on makes it very narrow for someone to walk down beside her. It sticks out. Other than that, we love the stairlift because it's mounted sideways.

The installation of my Bruno stairlift was very good, and the service has been very good thus far. The stairlift helps me get up and down the stairs. I'm on oxygen, so that helps me a lot because I was usually out of breath. I really love it.

The stairlift is out of whack right now. It's making a lot of noise when you step out of it. But it's wonderful and it's the only way my husband can get upstairs. Also, I love the people. The installer was wonderful.

The rep was knowledgeable and she was understanding of our needs. But we needed the stairlift sooner than it was delivered. We had a couple of situations when she cancelled the delivery which made us a little nervous. Other than that, it all went smoothly once we got it in. The installer was great. My son who had ** uses it. It was nice that he finally got into his own bed and took showers upstairs.

I met with the installers before they started to install. They explained to me what they would do, and how far I would be away from the steps. When they were done, my husband and I both met with him again. They showed us how to run it, and answered our questions. The Bruno stairlift works great for us. It's compact. My husband is able to run it. It has given him security going up and down the steps. I have less stress my husband going up and down the steps.

We've had them before when my dad lived with us and they just got rid of it a couple of years ago. They're really good and helpful. Then, my kids looked into a few different ones and they thought this one looked like the most reliable. Also, a lot of times, people don't like dealing with old people but they were very polite. I really appreciate that. My husband uses the stairlift all the time. I wish it could speed up just a little bit. It's really slow. But it's very good.

We purchased the Bruno stairlift because my husband couldn't make it up and down the steps. He hasn't had any trouble with it the one time that we used it.

We called the person that was recommended to us by someone who had recently purchased a stairlift from Bruno and he explained exactly how it would be done and how we would do it. And in fact, another guy came the second time to be sure that we understood. During installation, the reps did a very good job and they did it in a very timely manner. The stairlift is composed of a chair with arms and a seatbelt. And on the right arm, it has a little switch that takes you up and down. We also have a couple of remotes, one that we keep at the bottom and one at the top to use. It fits our stairway it's been doing fine. We've been using it a good bit and it has helped us be able to get safely up and down.

I'm very happy with the stair lift. It's just a little tight with my legs but other than that, I have no problem with it.

The rep that came to my home was very polite and professional and the installers were prompt and considerate. They got a little bit early and they let me know they were showing up. My little puppy didn't bark at them, which was very unusual because he barks and carries on when strangers come in the house. That tells you they have a good aura about themselves. Bruno's reps were very accommodating, very professional, and very time-sensitive. We got the stairlift that has the leg that folds up which was put on our straight stairway. It fits very well and I love it. When it was installed, the team who came out was wonderful and they cleaned up everything when they were done. After they left, the stairlift started beeping. So, I called them and they were out here in 20 minutes. They fixed the problem and explained what happened.

Bruno had a place here in town that we went to that’s not far from us. We wanted to look at either the elevator or the stairlift. We wanted to try it before we spent that much money on it. We got the stairlift. And it does great. We found them to be of great quality. They're made in America, which is good. We met with the owner. Him and his wife both were at the place. And the installers were fantastic. Great service.

Bruno's reps were able to show us what to do and they explained very well how to use the stairlift. Then they said that if there were any other questions, we should call. So we were pleased. We got the straight model and it seems good and well-built. It's made our lives a whole lot easier and it's impacting my wife a lot because she's the one that helped me up the steps. For that, I really appreciate it.

Bruno knew what they were doing. The rep came out, made his measurements, and he was courteous. Everything went well. The stairlift makes it easier for my mother-in-law to transition from one level to the next.

After a roughly $15000 installation, I've spent thousands of dollars keeping my 'Bruno elite curved' stairlift running in the 7 years I've had it. Do I have a lemon or is this common? My motor is bad, the brushes were replaced, the charger went bad, the wheels went bad causing the whole wheel assembly to be replaced, and now the lift is a runaway on the downslope (very scary), what's next?

I had representatives come to talk to about a couple of different brands and I liked that Bruno warranties on their stairlift. The sales rep was very knowledgeable compared to another company that came. When I asked questions, they weren't too sure. The Bruno stairlift is nice. Coming down the stairs for us is safer. The only concern is that the chair itself wobbles a little. They told me that that's perfectly fine, that all of them do that.

I'm satisfied with the Bruno stairlift. I don't have to lug all that grocery up and down the step. I don't have to lug my dirty clothes down the laundry room. It helped me out a whole lot. It's really good and nice. I really like it.

It was a very nice experience with Bruno except for having to get in line and wait several weeks for them to be able to schedule a time to come. But the installation team went over everything. The stairlift has a compact design for what you're getting. It holds up and is reasonably out of the way. I am impressed with the design and what it's doing.

The sales rep of Bruno set up everything with the computer and all the aids he has. It was a narrow staircase that he put in with like an L. Their tolerance after they finished this thing was unbelievable. It fit perfectly. The engineering part of it was incredible. I've already introduced them to a couple of my friends. They also did everything so quickly. I didn't understand everything that they said, but it was easy. I sat on the chair and figured it out.

The woman who came over was the owner of the company and was very nice. She had a Bruno chairlift in stock so they could install it right away, which we wanted, and it's looking fine. My wife has just now been capable of getting in the shower so we made the decision of buying the chairlift outright and keep it because it makes her life a lot easier. She's a lot happier now that she can get up to the other half of the house. The chairlift is compact and doesn't interfere when it's up. I like it.

There is a little slight bend with the railing of my stairwell and the stair lift just goes straight up past that little bend. It's working wonderfully. It's very efficient and easy to use. I was concerned that I'm a little bit afraid of heights and that I might find getting onto a chair at the top of the staircase scary but it's not because the seat rotates and you just step right off. I was sleeping in the living room on a bed that had been brought down because I couldn't climb the stairs but because of the Bruno stair lift, I went back to using the upstairs of my house again.

The sales rep from Bruno was good and knowledgeable. He went over everything I wanted to go over and had a sample of the chair that showed me what it would look like. So, it was positive. My father has nine steps so I purchased the standard stairlfit and it fit perfectly. He's had it for two months now and doing well. He likes it. It’s easy for him to use and it's been working out great so far. My dad can move within the house now and he doesn't have to worry about walking up the steps. I don't have to worry about him falling so it helps him that he could stay in his house.

The sales rep went over every little detail that I can think of and the installers did the same when they came. The functionality and performance of the stair lift have been excellent. It has made traversing the stairs so much easier for my parents. Also, it folds up, which makes it easier for other people that don't need to use a stair lift to be able to get up and down.

They were very nice and they responded to questions. The rep was very nice. He came when he was supposed to come and he was helpful. There were some delays because of the stairlift not shipping to 101 Mobility when it was originally intended but other than that the installation went well. The installers cleaned up really well and went over the instructions and the remote. They had us try it out and they were very helpful. My stairlift takes up a lot of room but there weren't many options because my parents live in a split foyer. But it's attractive and it feels secure. It's very smooth and solid.

The installation went well. My mom loves the stairlift. It helped tremendously because it was 13 steps she had to go up and down.

The fella from Bruno came over, then we proceeded and the installers came by and put the stairlift in. They were very good. We had another fella with another brand here before, and we were looking at having to drop a power supply down from a switch right in the foyer. Bruno's guy looked around well enough to find there's an outlet totally hidden under the stairway. Even if we didn't need it, I'd leave it there because it's cool. We like our stairlift very much as well. It seems very well-made and I like the narrow, elegant rail compared to other things that I've looked at in websites. A lot of people are just laying down a rail, a flat piece of aluminum on horizontal. First of all, they're wider and, second of all, much less elegant than a vertical rail.

A Bruno rep came about a year ago and gave us the price and it was so outrageous at that point in time. My husband and I said no because we have a foot-level house and it was for a curved lift. When he came back, we were talking about it and we opted to go with two individual stairlifts, one for each level. The price was a lot cheaper.

The rep who did the installation of the stairlift was a very nice young man. He did a thorough job and explained it as he went along. He did very well and cleaned up behind himself. if people are at the age where they need a stairlift or a family member may need one, I would recommend that they try Bruno out because it's not heavy. It's light and all you gotta do is take care of it and it'll take care of you.

I got the stairlift with straight steps from Bruno and it seems to be very good quality. The installation team that came out was good.

The installer was good, and the quality of the stairlift is nice. It is underneath a covered porch and it sets along the side of the stairs. It's really good for the person I'm taking care of because she has a hard time breathing when walking down the steps.

We had the opportunity to test the stairlift at the business and where we purchased it and we liked the overall options that were provided with the stairlift with respect to the weight. We liked the looks and feel of it. My husband and I both need assistance for getting up to the second floor and the stairlift is working out very well. It's very helpful.

The stairlift works right now and hopefully, I won't have any problems. But there was one day that I pushed a button and it didn't go up. I pushed it down and then pushed it back up again. Also, it's running at one speed and as it gets to one place, it's like a little hiccup and then it continues.

I spoke to their rep Anthony online and he was really nice. Their installer Tyler was really good. We like the stairlift and we can't wait to start using it more. Everything's been wonderful with them. They told me when they were coming and they arrived on time.

The sales rep that came out was great. He didn't try to upsell me anything and talked me out of some of the things that I wanted to do, which he said weren't beneficial for me to have. I had three stairlifts installed and the installation was very quick and efficient. The guys that came out did a good job. One man for the inside one and two did the outside at different times.

I had a real excellent service and everything went well. If I had to recommend Bruno to somebody else, I would.

The Bruno stairlift is an excellent product. The rep was very positive about it and I like it very much.

The installation went well, but the installers were having difficulty getting the old chairlift out. They had to cut it but they didn't have a blade and they tried to cut it with the old blade. Someone had to go and get a new blade and they were finally able to cut it. At the top of the steps, when the foot rest is down, the Bruno stairlift doesn't go all the way up. The foot rest stops it. It's a little inconvenient. It hits the last step so I have to reach under, pull it up and then go all the way up and turn the chair to get up. I almost had to lean out of the chair to reach down. I'd be up at the top of the steps, so I could topple all the way down.

The rep was informative and easy to talk to. He was happy to address whatever questions you have. The techs who did the installation went right to work and got it done. The guy who initially talked to us about the chairlift taught us how to use it and asked if we had questions. He was very nice and relaxed. We need a wider stairway though. It's narrower if you're not using the chair and you're carrying stuff up the old stairs. I noticed my son accidentally beeps the stairlift once in a while when he’s carrying something. It is nice because it beeps whenever you do something because the grandkids are not supposed to be messing with it. And the way it’ll beep, it’s like the chair tells on you. I'm happy and delighted with the Bruno stairlift.

The service from the sales rep was great and he was very informative and nice. I got a straight stairlift from Bruno and it is good quality. It takes up very little space when it's folded up. The installers were clean and thorough.

The reps were very accommodating when I had the chairlift from Bruno installed. They came and got my vehicle, and they took me so I could pick up the vehicle. I got the first lift about 12 years ago when I got the power chair and we’d have a way to get it in and out of the car. Then I got a second one and I got some Velcro tie downs to tie the chair because it was shifting in the back. They said I didn’t need the chairlift but I still did. So now, I'm on my third one because I was rear-ended and the second one was damaged. With COVID and everything and being the age I am, I try not to drive too far and I don't do too much. I almost didn't get it this time because I don't use it that much. But when I do need it, I need it. So I said I have to have it.

The Bruno rep was fabulous. He explained everything and how the stairlift works. He was very thorough and left me the brochures. It was two females that put the stairlift in and they were very nice and laughable and we had a good time while they were getting through. They were thorough, they trained me on all the aspects of the chair, and they upgraded the seat for me so that I would have a better ride as opposed to a plastic seat. This one is cushy and the armrests are really nice. Just a good, all-around experience. Their customer service was also excellent. Any questions I had after the fact, they answered right away.

The tech's work ethic was very good but the motherboard wasn't working properly. The tech went back to the shop and got another one but they didn't have a new one. So, he ordered one and came back to install it. The ride going up and down with the stairlift is good. I'm very satisfied with it.

The rep and the installation techs were fine gentlemen. The techs put the rails together. Having the chairlift makes heading for the basement easier. I'm enjoying it.

The reps were wonderful and Bruno is a very good brand. That's the brand of the lift that we had in our van. The stairlift fits very well into our stairwell and I'm very pleased with it. I have an open stairwell and I feel so much more secure and safer with the stairlift.

I love the Bruno stairlift and I'm very happy with it. I like the convenience and it works very well. I get up the stairs and I could turn the chair and do what I need to do. It’s good and I don't have to crawl up the steps.

The fellow that I talked to at Bruno came down and told me that he could do the stairlift for 4,200. It needed some carpentry work at the bottom to make the landing bigger and add a stair down in the other direction. So, he had that done. I was happy with the bid because it was almost 3,000 less what that other guy was talking about. We had to put some stuff downstairs and rather than having to carry it, we put the stuff on there. So it worked well for us. The Bruno stairlift has taken a lot of worry off our mind because every time we went down the stairs, we were nervous. I had to put an extra hand rail in so we'd have two handrails. It was so steep. We didn't go down the stairs very often because of it. So the stairlift made our life easier and relieved a lot of stress from us.

The sales rep and installers were very good. My husband uses the Bruno stairlift faithfully. I don't like the looks of it though. It’s a very ugly appliance. But it's going to enable us to stay in this home.

The Bruno sales rep came out and did the initial setup. It was simple and easy. But four days after I had the stairlift installed, the chair shifted and I almost fell out of it down the stairs. Somebody came out to inspect it and apparently, parts of it were welded on backwards and the chair was at the wrong angle. There's nothing they can do so they're just gonna have to redo the whole thing. So, I haven’t been able to use it. I don't feel safe on it. It makes a noise. But when the stairlift worked, it was great.

The VA sent three people to measure the place that we were going to install the lift. They called me and said that they would be bringing out the stairlift the next day and asked what time was good. Bruno did a very good job and John is so happy with the stairlift. He loves it because even though it was only three steps, at 104, three steps are hard. When he has to go to the doctor, my husband and I try to help him down the steps or lift the wheelchair down the step. And for John, the stairlift is a blessing because now, he doesn't have to go through all that agony he was going through before, going down the steps. The stairlift is perfect for us.

The stairlift fits very well into the stairwell and the quality is fine. The only thing is the lever or bar which activates the footrest is out of reach. It's very uncomfortable for me and I almost fall off of the chair. But other than that, the stairlift has made my life a lot better.

The sales people were good as well as the installers. I’m impressed with the Bruno's product but it’s expensive. They got to come down on their prices so people can afford them.

I went to Advance Mobility, which is what VA uses, and their rep checked the tongue weight on my car. Then, he ordered everything for my chairlift and now, it hangs on the back of my vehicle. I like it.

The sales rep, Mark, was excellent. He seemed to understand the whole situation and was good at what he does. The reps from Bruno came out and looked at the steps and took some measurements. Then, they came back and put the stairlift in in a couple hours. It is working very well though it’d be nice if it was smaller but I don't think it could do the job that it’s doing.

The technicians were wonderful and they didn't take a long time to do the installation. They did it in very good timing and I was very pleased with them. It was a wonderful experience with Bruno.

We have a two-story house. My husband was very ill and was pretty much living on one floor. He was basically too weak to take the stairs. Also, my kitchen is on the other floor. I was going crazy running up and down the stairs so I killed my knees. We started researching products and the distributor for Bruno here popped up first. We had a great sales rep and he was very helpful.

The installers completed the installation within a day. We like the Bruno stairlift and I was satisfied with everything. We've had a stairlift for about 20 years so it's been a part of us.

When their salesman came out, I was very happy with everything he suggested. I'm a heavier man, and he said that the stairlift would take a weight of up to 400 pounds, so I took it. I was very happy with the rep at 101 Mobility in Elgin. She answered all my questions. The service is fine. I had a problem and I called them, and they came right out and took care of the problem. The installation day was good. They came in the morning and installed it. I'm very happy with the stairlift. It's very good. My wife is also very happy with it. She was paralyzed on her left side, so the control being on the arm on the right side works great. Then we got two remote controls to send it up and down. The stairlift has helped her.

Bruno is first class. I had a Bruno for about 17 years, and that was why I called Bruno back. The first man came and checked it out. He said, “Well, I hate to tell you this, but I'm afraid you're gonna need a new one. I can't repair this one because they don't make the part anymore. But I've got one. This is the next generation of this same model.” So, I said, “Okay.” He brought it and installed it in the same place. It’s a straight stairlift. It’s called Elite, and it's a better machine than the old one. It’s a 15-year newer model. So, everything’s been improved. I wasn’t really expecting anything different than what I’ve had before since this is just a newer version of the same one and it operated the same way. It’s a little smoother, and it eliminates a few minor faults the old one had.

The Bruno stairlift works great. It’s a lot easier going up the steps and down.

Bruno made the most amount of sense with what the product was. The sales rep was a bit standoffish, but he was okay. He wasn't feeling well. He had just gotten out of the hospital. The installers were great. They had this whole little routine worked out. They were absolutely a snitch. I got the straight stairlift. It could be just a little more compact, but it does fit in the stairwell so that another person can walk down the stairs without being impeded by the stairlift.

Everything, so far, is going well with the Bruno stairlift. My mother's getting used to it. The Bruno sales rep was very friendly and informative. There was only one installer and he kept working right along. He was done in an hour. But everything looked good.

The lady with Bruno was very helpful and came out within a week after I called her. I explained to her what we needed. She went through it and told us we needed a curved stairlift, which is a special one. We discussed the entrance and exit, and how it would work. So far, it's been very good. The stairlift works. We're very pleased. The only downside is the remote controls don't work well. You push the remote, and it starts then it stops. You have to let it go, push it again, and it goes up a little way. It might stop, and you push it again. It might take two or three times to get it all the way up.

Bruno was a wonderful company. I'd do business with them again if I had to. They were very courteous and prompt, and they did a good job with everything and cleaned up their mess as they went along. I was very satisfied. One guy came back out today but of everything that we've tried on th product, it seems to work really well. I'm happy with everything.

Bruno is an excellent company. The sales rep was fantastic. He was very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. I really liked that the stairlift is very close to the wall. It's not intrusive.

You have to fold it up every time but other than that, it's good. I've only had the fuse pop on it a time or two but I just had to replace it.

I called EZ Able, and we set something up, and I liked what Bruno had. So, I bought a Bruno chairlift. The owner of the company did a very good job explaining it and trying to keep Nancy at ease. The biggest problem we were having is Nancy was having a hard time accepting the fact that she needed assistance. She kept looking at it as a, “Well, people will know I’m old.” The owner was very informative. She was very knowledgeable to me and very good with the client, Nancy, just keeping the conversation kind of lowkey and under no pressure. She was like, “Here’s what we’re gonna do, and here’s what’s gonna happen.”

Our Bruno lift works perfectly. It's great.

I was very comfortable with the Bruno rep I worked with. She presented it very comfortably for me to understand. She came to my house and she introduced herself and there was no pushiness. There was no insistence that I purchase the product. It was just a presentation at my kitchen table, which we were very comfortable at. She gave me the information for the different breakdowns and why the prices were a little bit different, and then she left it up to me. I appreciated that because it wasn't anyone that was referring that I was an older person and needed help understanding.

We just love our Bruno stairlift. We're very happy with it. Their reps were very nice to us. We couldn't ask for them to be any better. We were so happy they let us leave the ride that we always hung on when we went up the steps. We didn't take that off. When I get groceries or bring the clothes down to wash my clothes, we really appreciate that a lot.

Bruno came in and installed the stairlift in one day. The installer was very informative, and so far, the stairlift is good. It's straight, but it has the fold-away rail on the bottom, because we have a door, and the power swivel on the top. I was covered by our insurance, but we’re having a little problem with billing right now.

Both the sales people that came here were excellent. They answered all my questions and they were straightforward. If I said X, they answered X. Whatever my concerns were and that of my wife, they weren’t afraid to answer. They didn’t hem and haw around anything. If I asked them about something, they explained and told me what it was.

The sales representative was excellent, and the two gentlemen that came to do the install were very professional. They did a fine job.

The reps came out and understood our needs, and they helped us come to a decision on what would work best for us based off of our circumstances. We’re extremely pleased with the chairlift and the quality of it. It does great. My mom lives with us, and she can get up and down the stairs a lot easier now. She takes advantage of it all the time, up and down the stairs more often than before. She’s 80, and her mobility isn’t what it used to be.

Everything was great. The guy showed me how to use it, and it's been going well ever since. He was pleasant, really professional and didn't leave a mess either. The stairlift was in in no time, and it's very convenient for me at this particular time in my life.

Bruno was great. They were spot on. You call a lot of people and they call you back two or three days later. I called Bruno, and they called me back on that day the time they told me. I made my mind up which one I wanted, got it and the service and the quality could not be any better. They told me when the stairlift would be here and when they would install it, and they did everything they said. The gentleman they sent over was super nice, very informative, got his job done and cleaned up and left. It was a very pleasant experience. The stairlift goes straight down into my garage, and I found out something else about it, too. It's really good for when you buy a lot of groceries. At the bottom, I load the groceries and bring them up then my wife takes them in. My garage door walks into a mudroom and my kitchen is right there, so it’s perfect.

I talked to the fellow who came and put the stairlift in for me. He got me in the chair and told me how it worked. He was very fine, and the chair is great. I've been in the house 30 years, and it's the first time I’ve been upstairs in two years.

The sales rep was very informative. He absolutely knew the product and told us what we wanted to hear. We got a straight stairlift, and it does what it’s supposed to do. The stairwell is rather narrow, and I would rather it be wider, but it can’t happen. Also, I didn’t really want a stairlift because they’re ugly, but my husband cannot do the stairs. So, we had to get it. It's made it easier for him to get up and down the stairs.

I loved every bit of it, and I am so happy with Bruno. The installer was wonderful, and my father in law is really happy with the stairlift since he doesn't have to inch down those stairs and me hanging on to him. Now he can sit down, I can buckle him in and he can push the button on his own and get down or up. It's a lot easier to get him in and out of the car and go down to the garden area to help me garden. It is the best thing right now. This is what he needed and it makes me feel so much safer than him going up and down those stairs without it.

The sales rep was a real nice guy, very outgoing and almost acting like a member of the family. To us, we feel that we could trust more with somebody that’s more open. The installers were on time and very professional too. They kidded around some, talked and joked with each other, which is good. It means they have a good rapport with each other. They got the job done in fair time, and my wife is liking the stairlift very well. It has made it a lot easier on her. At this point, Bruno has done excellent. We can trust them, and we don't have any issues.

The installer was a very nice young man. He did a wonderful job. We love our Bruno stairlift. It’s a godsend. The fact that we can run it up and down empty helps so much. My husband can go up then I can bring it down and go up.

Everything was top flight. The Bruno reps did a great job and were pro all the way. The stairlift helps to get grandma up the steps, and it works perfectly. Very happy. The quality is great too.

I barely walk, and the stairlift is a big help to me. I like it. I use it every day, and it’s good for me coming down the stairs.

Bruno put a lift on my truck. They called, and I had to take my vehicle down there. Our conversation was there at the place. The lift works fine. They did an excellent job putting it on. It's 100% on time. It takes a big burden off me as far as transporting my chair.

The presentation took a while, but that's okay. Bruno made things easier going up and down.

The installation was really good. The techs did a good job and they were really nice. The stairlift's quality is really good and it has really helped. I couldn't do without it. I recommend Bruno.

Communication with them was excellent from start to finish. One of the office managers came and did the measurements. She also gave me brochures and all the different types of chairs. She was very insightful. We chose the top-of-the-line and three weeks later, the parts came in. The installer was very friendly and he gave us a lesson to make sure we had it all down. We were happy with the installation and I love the quality of the product. But one thing that annoys the bejesus out of me is the beeping sound. When it gets to the top of the steps, if you don't put it in the right spot, it just keeps beeping and beeping and beeping.

The rep was very nice. We got a straight stairlift and it fits fine. Its performance and functionality are great. Using it is very easy.

There are some quirky things about the stairlift with the remotes. And it seems that the footrest is a bit awkward. And it has a stuttering type of operation sometimes. Sometimes, it stops for no reason and there's not a positive click. But the installation was smooth. It was quick and easy.

Dealing with the reps was very satisfactory. They made sure I knew what I was doing and they were able to answer our questions. My son and daughter both talked to them as well and they were well-pleased with the reception they got. I got a straight stairlift and I'm well-satisfied. The installer was very courteous and he did his job.

The rep seemed very thorough. And the installer showed me how the stairlift worked. My wife has been using it successfully.

Bruno was short-staffed so sometimes, they had to reschedule. But the installation was good and the installers were very nice. The stairlift was installed three weeks ago and parts have been spontaneously falling off of the chair. We've collected the parts and someone's supposed to be coming later on today, to figure out what's happening with it. We're definitely having to have some follow up on it. I told them they needed to get over here quickly because my concern is that the next thing is it was gonna actually fall off the track or the chair was going to become unstable.

Bruno is a good product. As far as the installation, the electrical work and the cleanliness were marvelous. The wires were completely out of view, and the installation was done in about three hours. Both of the men who came were great. We had to call them back. One of the chairlifts was making rattling noises, and I think they lubricated the track. I'm not a mechanic but as far as I could tell, they loosened up and then tighten up the bolts and things on the chair itself, and it's working fine now.

Bruno was wonderful. The first guy was in and out and didn't do anything. But the second guy was fabulous and very thorough. He measured everything and looked for power. We live in a raised ranch so there are eight sets of steps and then a landing, and then another eight steps. So, we have two straight stairlifts. They leave the handrail up so the space is limited. I wish I would’ve known when they were installing and I would’ve told them to take the handrail off. I’m not a petite person. It is annoying. But the installers were very professional, quick and cleaned up everything.

Bruno took a while from the time we called them to come to the house. It was a couple of weeks but the installation went fine. I couldn’t ask for better. The stairlift is very helpful and safe.

The Bruno sales rep was very cordial and took care of my needs in a timely manner. I got a straight stairlift and it’s great.

Michael, the guy who sold the Bruno stairlift to us, works both Kansas and Missouri. You have to be licensed in Missouri and in Kansas, you don’t. But since he's licensed in Missouri, he has the skills. The stairlift has a split rail and there’s a little bit of a bump but that’s not an issue. I feel very good about the quality. We've used the Bruno stairlift a lot since it got in and it's performed well. I like it. It does its job well and I don’t have to walk.

I called Acorn and they wanted more money. They gave me a hard time about getting an electrician here so I decided to look elsewhere. Albany Stair Lift was the second place that I looked at and they were a little cheaper. They knew some electricians that could come. They're a little bit more convenient for the things that I needed so I went with them. The only thing was they told me the electrician was gonna come but he never did. I waited two weeks for the electrician to call. I called on the day they were supposed to install the stairlift and was still told the electrician was gonna come. I ended up having to get my own electrician over to my house. He dropped everything, came over that day, put all the stuff in I needed, and charged me $100 less than what I was gonna charged by Albany. I paid my electrician myself. Other than that, everything else was fine. My stairlift is very nice.

We bought Bruno through a third party. It was a Westchester chairlifting company. The reason we had to go with Bruno was because we didn't have much of a choice. It holds more weight than the other companies. The third party company was wonderful. There was a lot going on and they made the time in the evening to come and see me. They explained all options to me and the payments. I got a fair price. They had a sample of the chair itself and they explained how they were going to install it. Their sales guy must have been with me for at least an hour.

My mother needs to get down the stairs now that she has lung cancer. I got connected to James Medical and they were very pleasant and easy to deal with so I went with them. Their rep was really nice and excellent. We got the Elite stairlift. I wanted that because the seat was better for my mother. There were two models set up at the retail store and my mother sat on both of them. She looked like she was fighting out of the lower model but she fit comfortably in the upper model. The seat was broader and she felt more secure.

The salesman was a nice guy. He came out and made a bunch of measurements. He wasn't aware of how bad the remotes worked and he didn't say anything about that. He just said to push a button and it'd turn. So it was annoying me since I had in mind that when you push a button, it would go one way or the other. But after we got it, you had to sit there and hold the button the whole time, which is something that you can't do anything about. It's aggravating because the reason that you're doing that is because nobody's in it and you want to move it. I can understand that if somebody's in it, they might not want to turn it on and let it go. Then, the controllers were very touchy. The day before yesterday, a guy came over here and he spent about five hours trying to find places to put them where they would work. And I really haven't had time to play with them yet to see how they do. But I hope they do better.

I like our Bruno stairlift. It was installed in a very short period of time and the reps I dealt with were very good. I can go downstairs now and I'd tell my friends that it's what they should get.

Bruno's reps were very courteous and knowledgeable. We got the curved lift from them and it's been working fine.

The installer did a very good job. He said he's gonna come back in a couple of weeks and see if we can lubricate something. The stairlift is a little bit loud than normal when he put it in. He thought it might be a little quieter if it was lubricated a little more. But I was very happy with the people. They knew just what needed to be done and they did it fast. Everything works fine, except the seat was a little bit too high for me. But I feel much safer getting up and down the stairs than before without the stairlift.

On a number of occasions when there has been a power outage the lift does not work. It has needed new batteries and some internal device. A real problem and also a very costly one. When it is working it is fine.

Bruno's tech was very polite. And from start to finish, he was very helpful. He had me get into the chair and go up and down. And explained to me how the remotes work, and everything to operate the chair safely. It works perfectly because it got me from being dependent on someone to get me up and down and monitor me as I'm going up and down. I can get from point A to point B. And each day, I’m more mobile. This week, a day or so ago, I was left upstairs in the morning. And I was wondering how I was gonna do, but I was fine.

Bruno's sales agents were excellent and because of them, we found out that we were eligible to get the stairlift and that was huge. We purchased the curved model and initially, we were really concerned about how it would look in our house. But the gray-beige color that it came in goes really well with our colors. With it, my husband has access to the study upstairs so that's really nice.

The salesman was very good and thorough. The guy that installed the stairlift was very good too. We got a straight model and at the top, the chair can turn to let us out but not at the bottom.
