Bruno is wonderful. They're very responsive and very quick. There was a little hiccup in the beginning and they had to remake the stairlift. They have good customer service. The stairlift has made my brother able to live. It allows him to go up and down the stairs. It's going up to bedroom and bathroom, down to a living room and then down to the kitchen. They did a custom spiral thing and the overall quality is excellent. It's very clean-looking and durable.

The Bruno stairlift is working out well. It looks like it is supposed to look like, and the quality seems good. I would recommend Bruno. The rep who came had some brochures and she told me how the stairlift worked and how much it would cost and that was all I needed. It was very clear and simple how it worked and the price was okay. The presentation answered everything I needed. They told me they scheduled an installation date. So, I knew ahead of time what was going on. It was very well done.

The Bruno stairlift has been very good for my mother-in-law, where she can go up and down the stairs with it. It's convenient to have and has given no trouble thus far. Whenever they installed it, the installer had me and wife ride up and down on it. It's a straight stairlift because it was going to be very expensive to do the curved because you had to buy both sections and they had to cut it off. So it was much cheaper to do two straight sections because we bought a used section to use for the two-step. Then we used Bruno for the full set of stairs. I have recommended them to someone at my church that was looking at some stairlift and they came by and looked at it.

The stairlift is working well. It's a tight fit but there's room. I wouldn't have put it in if I didn't think it would help me and it's helping.

The Bruno stairlift gets us from one floor to the next and the quality is good. I plan to stay in my home for as long as I can and the stairlift will make it longer.

Bruno called me and said that a guy would be coming out to put the lift on my truck for the wheelchair and that he was also going to put the stairlift in. They told me that he had extra help but when he showed up, he was the only guy they sent out. But he’d done all right. He'd done the truck first because I could put it in the garage and out of the weather so I could get it done. When he worked on the stairlift, he showed me how to use it and after he left, I tried it a couple times. I don't know whether it's the way he put it in or my steps, but when coming up the steps, you can hear it. Other than that, whenever it comes to the top, it’s got to slow there then once it hits the very top, it stops there. I get off, turn it back around, fold it back up, then I grab the remote and I move it off the top landing, because I cannot close my basement door with it up there. It's too close.

The Bruno rep was really nice. He came out and set everything up and he was great. My parents like the stairlift. They said it's nice. Their old one takes up a lot of room. But this one definitely has more room on the steps.

The Bruno stairlift is comfortable and convenient. I like that it's made in the USA. My stairlift is curved and I feel like I'm on a roller coaster. But it's great. It's a game-changer. When you do that, whatever your problem is as far as the mobility issue is, and you put that, life changes. A simple thing of, "I left my phone upstairs. Can I go up those 14 stairs and then come back down?" It's not a source of frustration where you think, "Oh, no. I have to climb the stairs."

The stairlift is getting my wife up and down the steps. The quality is very good. It's life-changing.

We had the Bruno stairlift put into the stairs in the hallway and I like it a lot. The house is made for stairlift to be put into it. It fits in nicely.

Bruno's installers came and put the stairlift in. They were polite and discreet in their job, and left. They had to come back on the thing that turns the seat. It was a good experience. The stairlift does its job and we're very pleased. It has been a great help to my parents.

Bruno did a great job with my stairlift. I love it. The guys that put it in let me ride it up. They had to readjust the seat because my knees were touching too close to my wall when I was going up on it, so they adjusted the seat where I could sit back closer. That way, when I go up to the top, I can get off without any problems. It's got a straight curve, both of them. It goes up to the top level. It's 14 steps approximate to the flat bed up the stairs then it goes up some more stairs that was why they put that beam in there right down to go all the way up to the top step to the top doorway.

The stairlift is something that we had to invest in for my mom to get a bit of mobility for herself. It’s working out. Westchester Stairlift sold the Bruno stairlift to us and advised us. It was what they had and this was what they offered. It was the most suitable option for the space that I have. Westchester's reps were quite prompt. They showed us a brochure and explained the installation and I had them do the job. I have a lot of trust in them and I hope they will still be there in the future if I have to get any service or additional support from them. They gave a full assurance that they will show up in an emergency if there's anything that involves a warranty. The product is new in the home and it's working well. So fingers crossed, if I need support in the future Bruno will be there to back up their product.

We like Bruno very much. Our experience is great with it. My husband is now able to go upstairs and sleep upstairs. I've had both my knees replaced. So, I'm using it too. It's great. We have a straight stairlift and its quality is excellent. We're very well-pleased with it. It's wonderful to have it and be able to stay in our own house.

I've been very pleased with the Bruno stairlift. In this day and age, I was very happy to find something that was better known and made in the USA.

It seems a lot of money for no more than what you get but so far, the stairlift has worked out well. What I like about is I get on right up here in the step, swing the seat and go down the steps.

My experience with Bruno so far is good. The only thing is, right now, it beeps constantly. It was plugged in the whole time because it wasn't charged but it won't stop beeping and we gotta unplug it in-between. Other than that, it's good quality.

Their reps were all nice and decent people. We had a 14-step straight stairway installed and they told me what they were gonna do and how they were gonna do it. I was satisfied. Also, the stairlift is great and it works for us.

The reps from Bruno were polite and courteous and the stairlift was installed three weeks after we started the process. The installation took about three hours and the quality was okay though we have a couple of screws that are crooked and a couple of places where we're missing a couple of screws. The stairlift has made all the difference. It allowed us to go back to our bedroom.

Everything was done well in my experience with Bruno. He explained very well what would take place and how it worked. The technician who came out and put it together did a good job and told me the operation of the procedure. I like the way it fits into my stairs and I like the way they put it in. It was something surprising to me. I was wondering how they were gonna do it and how it was gonna take place. But with knowledge, you can do just about anything. I feel comfortable with the operation. It takes me to the top and it brings me back down. I feel safe and secure.

It was a good experience all around with the sales rep. He measured out everything and went over what each step would be. Having the Bruno stairlift is making my husband able to get up and down the stairs so much easier. There had been a couple episodes before the stairlift that he almost went down the stairs. The stairlift makes it a safer trip for him. I don't have to worry about him falling. He's out of the house more now. We don't have a lot of space going up and down the stairs, but the stairlift folds up so it gives the kids enough room to walk up and down the stairs still.

My wife needs a stairlift to go up and down the stairs. We had an Acorn and they didn't treat me right, so I took it out, ordered the Bruno and had it put in in three days. The guy that did the installation did a great job and really knew what he was talking about. I had a great experience.

We love the stairlift. Everybody that comes here loves it and it's good quality. Anybody that needs help in their house with their stairs needs to get one.

The salesperson was excellent. I'm living by myself when he came to my house. I'm not comfortable with having someone to come in, but I was very comfortable with him. Someone had put a sturdy banister for me to grab when I went up the steps and I thought I was gonna have to remove it, but it didn't interfere with the stairlift at all. After I got the stairlift, Bruno called and asked me if I was having any problems. I like the stairlift. The quality is good. It's a bit slow and it could take your time going up. But other than that, it functions fine. It also helps me when I'm having to take things up and down the steps.

The Bruno stairlift had done wonders. It didn't stifle me from being upstairs most of the day. Coming up and down the stairs, I would come down and just stay downstairs most of the day, keep attacking the stairs for any reason. But now, any time I have to go up and down for whatever reason, to get something or go back and forth has been truly a blessing. My experience with Bruno was good. I didn't have a hard time understanding what to do. The rep explained everything, showed me the instruction booklet and any questions I had were easily answered. The installation only took a couple of hours. They cleaned up and swept. There were no signs that they were there other than the chair. They didn't linger anything. They cleaned up their packaging and everything very well. I told some people about it, how well it is and how convenient it is that they should look into getting it.

The Bruno stairlift works well. It's going up to the bedroom and downstairs to the basement. The reps were also great. The installation was good. The installer came in early in the morning and he stayed a couple of hours. It was extensive 'cause we were installing two. He was really kind and he didn't wanna disturb them too much. He went outside to assemble some of the pieces. I also like the quality of the stairlift. It's also manufactured in the US.

We decided to go with Bruno Independent Living Aids because of the salesman that we had. Jason did a good job of explaining everything worked. The salesman was the same guy who installed it. So, it was nice to see him there. And he knew exactly our situation when he came there to give us a demonstration. At their showroom, they had a chairlift for my mom to try. They had a demonstrator there. It went up four steps. They were great to work with. The Bruno chairlift is what we were looking for for my mom. However, I could hear ours go up and down. It could be quieter. But it seems to be working okay. It has made it easier for my mom to go up and down the steps.

The Bruno was a godsend. It helped him go up and down for a month. Because every time he would go upstairs, he would get so out of breath. So, I thank God that we had it. It worked up and down. It was adequate.

The sales rep of Bruno I worked with was very good. He sold us on it quickly. We've had it for two weeks now and so far, good.

My mother-in-law was having a hard time walking up the stairs and the Bruno rep was the best one when they came out to explaining things. The stairlift is sturdy. It's great.

It's been been a perfect experience. They explained the Bruno lift very well and I had no trouble using it once they explained it. They even let us practice while they were there. We use the lift all the time. My husband is very unsteady on his feet so it's scary for him to go up and down the stairs. He couldn't go outside without me standing right in front of him and him holding my shoulders or me standing behind him and making sure he didn't fall. At this point, he can go into the lift and go out into the garage by himself.

The rep from Bruno was a top-notch guy. He was very clear and he was a very polite man. He was thorough with all this explanation and instructions on how to use it, and he explained every detail, the remotes, and how to use the remotes. He was professional in his work. He was a neatly dressed person, too. I'm very pleased with what he did. The stairlift works very well. It's not fast, but I'm sure it's not intended to be fast. I'm happy with it. I love it. I'm able to go downstairs and do things that I needed to do. I've got a tanning bed down there. I go down and get my tanning bed. I'm getting all tan and toasty for the summertime. This stairlift improved the quality of my life where I'm able to use parts of my home that I hadn't been able to use before. My wife likes it as well. She doesn't use it, but she's very thankful that I have one, and that I can safely go downstairs to the part of the house that I can now use again.

They finished the installation in a day. If there were problems, they worked them out. Everything went okay.

The Bruno stairlift was a little pricier than other models, but they were able to do it within a week of me ordering it. The stairlift is good. It sits up against the side of the wall. The motor on it seems to stick out a little bit more than some of the other models, but it works great and does the job. I like everything about it. I've ridden it several times. It holds 400 pounds. It's simple to use and it's got a seat belt, which is awesome. Everything folds on it and it twists so when it's at the top of the stairs, my father-in-law can twist away from the staircase so he doesn't fall.

The Bruno rep was very nice. He was very professional, and we had no problems with the lift. He did a very good job. He did a great job of teaching us how to use it, demonstrating it, and making sure we knew how to do it. It’s very convenient and very easy o use. The stairlift works very well. It cuts half of the walkway for the stairs. So, it goes straight up on the side of the wall of the stairs and it leads right to the top. So, it cuts the regular width of the stairs in half.

We've used the stairlift whenever we've needed it and haven't had any problems. The installation was wonderful. It's smooth and still. We've recommended it to a friend who came and tried it. She will be getting one installed soon.

The installer knew his job. He didn't leave until it was working. I was the tester. I had to sit on it and go up and down a million times until he was satisfied. The stairlift is a godsend for my husband because he's safe going up and down the stairs. It's not the best but it's doing the job that it needs to do.

I talked to a guy named Bob at the office. Even though they didn't have their display room set up because they were doing a rehab, he was able to explain the Bruno stairlift in great detail. I like the fact that it's produced up in Milwaukee so I knew that spare parts would be available. The sales rep understood the product and didn't waste my time. He took the measurements, made a couple of phone calls and said, "We'll be back a day after tomorrow." The guys that put these things in are all local. At least, there are gonna be guys that are qualified to fix it if I need that kind of service. They came in, put the stairlift in and were done by noon. The stairlift is easy to operate.

With my Bruno stairlift, it's a lot easier getting up and down the steps and a lot easier on the lungs. The stairlift is good. It's safer for me. The guy who came out to install it was very knowledgeable and very nice.

The sales rep was very professional, and installation was easy. We got a two-story, curved stairlift and it improved my quality of life.

Our stairwell is pretty narrow. They have the chairlift set so that it leaves enough room for going up and down the stairs. It's been working well. There were a couple of times when I got on it and wanted to go and it wouldn't get started right away. I had to do some jiggling and that got it. The chairlift makes it possible for me to go down into the basement comfortably. The stairs are quite short and going either up or down, I have problems, especially with the knee problem that I had. So the chairlift helped very much.

The Bruno stairlift helps me up and down the steps from the basement up. I ride when I need to get down and bring things up, and it helps me a lot. It swivels at the top so you can get in and out of it easy. It's certainly handy. It does what it's supposed to do. The only thing is, when they installed it, they were supposed to have sent me two remote control holders, and they never did. I guess I could call them. Other than that, they did a good job putting it in and everything. I would recommend Bruno. Everything was done the way it was supposed to be, and they put it in like they're supposed to. I just had to get the outlet wired in where they could plug it in.

The stairlift has changed my life. I was dependent upon my husband to bring me things and now, I can move around my home and I don't have to be fearful. I don't have to wait for my husband to be home for me to move around the house or my health aid person. Not only does it help me get up and down the stairs, but it gives me some independence about getting things to places, like carrying stuff. I can use the remote control and send something up. Also, my husband can take it off and I can bring the chair back down and go up.

I'm very happy with the stairlift. My husband is no longer mobile and it's very hard when he has to get out of the house. He goes down the cellar stairs and then I can get him through the garage and into the car. It's been a lifesaver for us and I've used it to haul my groceries upstairs. I wish my stairwell was a little wider, though. Getting by it at the top of the stairs is a little tight but it's not worth complaining about because the features that we enjoy so far supersedes any tightness.

The installation of our Bruno stairlift was good. The installation gentlemen came and did what they had to do. The quality of the product is good too. But right now, sometimes the issue is with the locking system. If it's not locked properly, my mom cannot move up and down. Sometimes she goes in and has to move around so it gets on the lock position so it can start going up or down. I called them before, the gentleman who was in charge, and he said this is a locking thing for safety issues. We should make sure she goes to the lock position, and then it will start going up and down. So we need more practice. They should be making it easier because this is hard for my mom and for us too. It's a lot of time pushing the left and right, getting to the lock position so it can start working.

It was very pleasurable when the rep came and did the presentation. He explained everything to me. I said I didn't wanna commit to something without seeing how it actually worked so I went over to their business and they had one set up over there. I test-drove it and it seemed easy, but it also seemed very wobbly. Then, two guys came out for the installation and they had it installed within an hour. Railing-wise, they had everything cut and ready to go. They were just waiting for a chair and when the chair came in, they called me. It was delivered the same day they expected it would be delivered and they came out in the afternoon. The installation took an hour and they were gone. The stairlift has made it a lot easier to go up and down the steps. I don't hesitate going upstairs now. It still seems wobbly but they explained to me that it's not going to feel rigid like something else on a flat surface would feel.

I was amazed how quick they put in the stairlift and how safe it was. It's better than I thought and it takes my weight real good. But it takes me up a flight of steps to the first level and then, there are three more steps and the railing is not good on those three steps higher than the original stairlift. If we get some type of a railing, it’d be good. Other than that, it's very sturdy and safe. There are a lot of precautions you gotta take before you get into the chair. You have to put the flap down for your feet and you have to seatbelt yourself in and turn the chair in the direction you're gonna be going where your back is towards the wall. Then, when you get out, you turn the chair back to the other side, it swings, and you get down to the floor, not the wall. I'm happy with it.

The guy who installed my Bruno stairlift called before he got here. He got here on time, was helpful and informative. He instructed us on how to use it and answered all our questions. My stairwell is wider than normal, so there's plenty of room. I could go down the stairs in it and my wife could walk beside me. I'm very satisfied with the stairlift. My main living quarters is on the second floor. I have a neuropathy in my legs and the stairlift makes me feel 1,000 times safer that if something bad would happen and I needed to get out of the house quickly, I can. I would highly recommend it for people that are in need for the safety and mobility purposes.

The presentation was brief. We had a need for a stairlift, and it was just a matter of making the decision whether we were gonna get it or not. The stairlift is good, and everything works. We're satisfied with everything.

Michelle gave us a very in-depth talk about how the stairlift works and what to expect with the installation. The man who installed it was excellent. It didn't take very long, but he did a very good job. My mom likes the chairlift. Now it's much easier for her to get up and down the stairs.

My mother had health issues and it was a problem going up and down the stairs. The chairlift helped tremendously. She likes it. It works fine for what we need it for.

They were professional. Whoever the representative was, they moved quite fast as far as getting it installed. I could not believe how fast it was. It was almost like an assembly line. The fellow who did the installation said he installed over thousands of chairlifts. He had the experience of doing it.

They explained everything. I wasn't sure if my stairs were gonna be wide enough to accommodate the stairlift and they were very helpful. Then the fella came, laid his materials out and started working and putting them in. He was really clean. There was no dust. It was pretty good. I haven't used the stairlift yet. But I load my laundry supplies on there and sometimes those tubs are so heavy. So it's great for doing that.

Bruno Independent Living Aids came and put the stairlift in in one day. It was very good, and they were very quick. The stairlift has been very helpful. I would recommend it to anybody.

We used to own a stairlift and then the motor went bad. There was none available for it so I had to buy a new unit. The older one was a 2008 and it was built a lot sturdier with a lot more metal to it. This one has a lot of plastic to it but everything that's mechanical is warranted. Everybody tries to save a buck where they can and the other one was probably not overkill but very well-built. And that you'll find in anything nowadays. A car that was built 20 years ago is better than what they build now. They don't build them to last. However, the way the warranty is on it, I don't care. That was one of the best sellers of it, with the lifetime warranty on the motor and the electronics that run the machine. If Bruno can't replace it or don't have it, they'll prorate it. The stairlift is very good. I've recommended Bruno and my friend bought one, too.

Installation took a day and it was easy. We've had the stairlift a few months and it's been fine. The price is high, but it's of good quality and we have easier access for people of older ages.

The sales visit was good. The rep explained everything, including how the stairlift was installed, how it worked, and answered all my questions. I sit down in it, hit the button, and go up or down.

We had the stairlift installed in December and it was quick and easy. When we had a question on the stairlift, Bruno was very quick to come out. The same guys that installed it came and inspected it to make sure that everything was okay with it. The overall quality is really good, and I like the ease for my mom to get up and down the stairs. We got the Bruno stairlift for my husband and he died soon after we got it. But he used it all the time when we had it. Our bedroom was on the second floor and we lived on the first floor. He went down every day, then came up at night or if he needed something, he would use it. After we ordered it, it came two days later. Then a gentleman came out to install it and we didn't have any problems. We wish we had gotten it sooner.

I like my Bruno stairlift, except it came with a couple of problems that I instantly became aware of. In fact, there's a little black switch in the armrest that makes it go up the stairs or down the stairs that keeps falling off. After the installation, they asked me to try it out and it fell off the first time I used it. They said they would fix it and they never did. It fell off again yesterday and it was a problem for me to chase it down the stairs. I had somebody do it for me. Other than that, the installation took about three hours. Also, they really took too long of a time getting here and getting it installed. The man who came, measured the stairs, and took pictures to present to his company must have been here nine months passed before they finally got the stairlift installed. So far, the stairlift helps me a great deal. It may be a little slow, but it's safe and I'm going to value it.

The Bruno sales rep came out and I could tell he's been doing this for years. They do everything. They do chairlifts, but they also do ramps and other kinds of mobility devices. Initially, I was thinking about a ramp. But when we did the math for my front steps, and the distance of the house from the curb to the street, it was a non-starter. There's just not enough space for a ramp. We got a chairlift and the chairlift attaches to one of the handrails. They drilled it into the steps. As you're facing the house, it's along the right side of the steps. It's a wonderful product and so far, it's worked perfectly. I thought it would be big and ugly but it's not. The only thing is, when you close it all up and put the cover on it, it looks like there's a person standing on your porch. We have to keep reminding ourselves, "No, there's nobody out there. It's just the chairlift."

The Bruno chairlift was 14,000 and it was more money than AmeriGlide. But I went with Westchester because theirs was a good salesman, and he sold me. I put the chairlift outside and put a canopy over it. I'm happy with the Bruno chairlift itself. My wife could go out there with her walker, a wheelchair or eventually even a scooter. It's only 34 inches, but that's five steps. So, she couldn't go up and down steps anymore. I put it in the backyard because that's where the pool is. I like it.

Bruno Independent Living Aids's rep and his wife came out. They were very good. They explained everything to us. And they brought us brochures on two different types of lifts. He said the one that we picked was the best one out of the two. The one we got is made in the United States, whereas the other one was made over in Europe. The stairlift works great. It has room enough for somebody to walk down beside it. When the chair is not in use, it folds up. It's very beneficial because here in Oklahoma, we have tornadoes often and we have to retreat to the basement. My wife couldn't handle the stairs anymore. It used to be no problem. But about seven years ago, she had both of her knees and her hip worked on. None of the surgery helped her. She was better off without it. That was the main reason why I went to get the chairlift. And we're pleased with the service we got from Bruno.

The Bruno stairlift is perfect for our stairwell. Installation was wonderful, and the stairlift is working well. They even took a couple inches from the wall. They said, "If you wanna hang pictures or anything in the future." They went over and above the installation and the actual apparatus. The stairlift has has made everything perfect. My mom can get to her bedroom and the bath on it. I don't have to be there for her. She couldn't go up and down the steps by herself. So this way, I can go out. She can get up when she wants. Everything has been wonderful.

My husband contacted Bruno and they were very quick to reply, come out, and put in the stairlift. The stairlift made my life easier. It took a lot of my anxiety away and I'm very pleased with it.

I'm happy that I have the stairlift so I can go upstairs and downstairs. However, I had an issue wherein I was trying to come downstairs on the chair, and it would stop and continue every inch or so. The problem had something to do with the contacts under the seat. I did a complaint and Bruno came in right away and fixed it.

I like the stairlift generally, but I'm gonna call Bruno soon to have them come back and check out some noise that we have on it. Besides that, I like the design. It opens up the staircase well.

The fellows that took and put the stairlift in were really good. When the electricity didn't work on it, they came back and fixed it within half an hour to an hour. They were considerate and talked to me really well. The stairlift is in a U shape and it's sturdy. It handles my weight very easily, which varies between 220 and 225, and even with something in my hands, it can take and lift me up with no issues. The ride is smooth all the way up. Using the stairlift is a lot nicer than having to take the stairs and stumble.

I appreciate Bruno. I looked into stairlifts and had one installed for my mom. The sales rep and the installation were good. The installers were very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately my mom passed away, so we only got to use the stairlift five times. I have it still installed for the moment, but I might transfer it over into a family member's home.

The installation was fine, but I'm incredibly frustrated with the product. I wasn't told that the chair doesn't rotate at the bottom of the lift, and because of that, I neglected to get the 90-degree turn that would allow me to get in and out of my chair and into my wheelchair. I'm sitting there facing the wall. It was not clear to me that that was gonna be an issue, so now, we're gonna have to retroactively order that 90-degree turn. I'm looking at about $4,000 more that I'm gonna have to put into this because of an incredible flaw on Bruno's design.

I'm very happy with what I got with the Bruno chairlift and who put it in. I use the chairlift all the time going up to the second floor. It has been very good because I have a problem going up the stairs. Now that I have the Bruno chairlift, I have less pain.

My Bruno stairlift helped me to be able to get in my house. It's out in the garage and the steps that come into the house from the garage. It's straight, and the quality is good. It's handy. I live up North Dakota and the stairlift has been operating well even though the weather gets pretty cold. As far as the customer service team from Bruno, they were very nice. They helped me and answered all my questions when they were here.

The installer of our Bruno stairlift was friendly and professional. He also did the demonstration. But he didn't have the bolts down there for more flush to the ground. So I called them and they had another guy come out and correct that. I just didn't want it coming loose. The first tech had to go somewhere else after here because he got a call and I think that was what made him not really get those bolts in there perfectly. So, even though it's been a while since we had it, he wasn't able to use it until the last two weeks. Also, I noticed the place where he tacked the wire up under in my step here came loose. My husband did the one in, but it's just dangling there. So when my husband's up and better getting around, he's going to try to tack the wire a little bit. But for the most part, the operational part of the stairlift seems pretty sturdy and we have no complaints.

A Bruno vendor came to do an assessment. The installation of the stairlift went very well. I wish the stairlift was smaller. We have two small ones because the house is a split level and my husband has gotta get off one and walk to the other one and he really can't walk. So, he uses a walker and hobbles. It's only a few feet. It may not have been the right one for him, but this is what we ended up with.

It was pleasant with the rep who came out. She knew what she was doing and told us what our options were and the basic cost. We talked it over a little bit and called her back and said we would take one. The guys came on install day and brought their stuff. We have an autistic granddaughter here with us and she was a little afraid of what was going on. We let them know and they were very conscious of that and took care of it.

The guy who installed our Bruno stairlift was nice. We like the stairlift. It works well. If we don't use it, we put it up and there's no problem getting down.

Bruno Independent Living Aids was very respectful, and were very good workers. For the installation, those gentlemen came prepared. They were in and out quietly in no time. My husband had not been in his basement in three years. He would go down his stairglide and hop in his wheelchair. He would work on projects he had started on, and would enjoy his man cave and freedom. We love our stairlift.

We had the stairlift put in November 6th and it’s wonderful. We love it. It's a lifesaver. It works beautifully. It's a great piece of equipment. We got the power seat which helps us.

I'm glad to hear Bruno Independent Living Aids is a veterans-owned company, one sells them and the other makes them. The stairlift is made well. Also, the installation was nice and smooth. The guy came in and did a great job. Cleaned up good, gave me the instructions, and left.

The Bruno stairlift works pretty well. The only problem is in order to make it work, you need a little plastic paddle that goes into the right-side armrest to make that go up or down. Those paddles come out. I ordered several more and it was 10 bucks for plastic paddle that I'm sure they can produce eight million of those every day for five cents a piece. If the thing doesn't work without those paddles, maybe they ought to give you four of them extra when you buy the thing. They're worth five cents a piece if that much. They ought to make them easier to get. Other than that, the stairlift made it easier to go up and down. It doesn't wear your knees out. I've only had it for a few months but so far, everything is fine. My experience is very good. The quality seems high.

The consultation with the gentleman who came out was very good. I couldn't ask for nicer people. I even called the owner of the company and told him how kind and appreciative of our home they were. They did everything so that there was no mess. They were very professional and kind to us too. The quality of the stairlift is excellent. It has made my life as well as my husband's so much easier. Bruno’s installers put it in our basement steps because our primary need was to be able to go to the basement. I haven't been able to walk the steps in years, so my husband would go up and down. But it's now becoming difficult for him. The chairlift is a blessing because now we can get down the steps to do laundry and bring laundry upstairs too. As long as we don't have anything too heavy, it can ride up in the chair on our lap. And my husband doesn't have to struggle either. Bruno’s reps were very professional and good at what they did.

The Bruno stairlift is expensive, but it's made in America, so that makes me feel good. The quality is tops. I'd recommend Bruno without any hesitation. Kevin, the guy that I talked to, was very easy to deal with. They gave me the timelines and everything turned out as planned. They did their part. We got the picture sent to them so they could do the dimensions that fit the stairs we had.

The two gentlemen that put the stairlift in did a wonderful job. They were very attentive to my need and what was going on with my husband. They went way beyond my expectations.

Bruno was wonderful. They came one day to measure, then they came back and installed it. They called before they came, then they came in a timely fashion and didn't take a lot of time. Everything was done, and it was neat. The stairlift is very good quality, and we like it. My husband can't go up and down steps, and now he can sleep upstairs.

The sales guy was great. We bought one reconditioned Bruno stairlift which was very affordable and one new which was expensive. The cost of the electric swivel seat was extremely high as a percentage of the overall price. The installers were here about the timeframe they did. They were courteous and installed the units correctly. On the new one, the electric swivel seat was not available. They came out yesterday and installed it. I'm happy and surprised that it went as planned.

Our Bruno Stairlift is silent, in general, and that's good. The chair needed some adjustments for a person like me. I have a very severe back problem, and so the chair did need some adjustments as far as my back is concerned. I am not overly crazy about the way you have to use the right hand to go up and down the stairs, pushing the lever. I did, long time ago, had one where you could just press in the middle and it was just on either hand. So, you didn't have to reach across your body to go up and down if you didn't have your hand right there for doing it.

I've dealt with Bruno for 18 years and I recently got a new stairlift. But it's very unhandy for a handicapped person if you ride the stairlift down and it's facing one way and won't rotate. It makes it harder for a person to get out of it because it doesn't rotate to the left. At the top of the stairs, it’ll rotate to the right so that you can get on it. But then when you ride the stair down to the bottom, it doesn't rotate. And in my case, when I get to the bottom of my stairs, I'm facing a wall. I told them about it, but they said Bruno doesn’t make the rotation anymore. Other than that, I like them and I haven't tried another company because I like mine. I even have a Bruno scooter.

The stairlift has made my wife's life very enjoyable. The quality is very good and I'm very impressed with it. They placed it perfectly. There's enough room on the outside of it to get past it. With it, my wife is able to walk a lot better and her knees don't hurt as much as they used to.

The company that uses the Bruno product responded to our inquiries. Other companies we called just either didn't respond or I didn't like the wait time. Then, they came to the house and did the measurements. We placed the order and the only downside was we had to wait about eight weeks. Other than that, the installers from the company did a great job. They got it installed in under four hours and we're very pleased.

The Bruno stairlift is working well. It goes up and down pretty good. It helps me with my groceries. The chair is comfortable and the height is right too. I also like the idea that it was manufactured in the US because not too many products are manufactured here. The stairlift has impacted my life greatly because right after I got the stairlift, I could hardly walk up the stairs. So it's made a big difference in my life.

I'm very happy with the speed at which Bruno acted to get the stairlift put in and I am enjoying it. I had one little issue that I discussed with one of the guys that put it in but he seemed to think it wasn't a problem. The way the cord goes around the wall to the plug, some parts of it are on the floor. The guy said it’s wrapped well. I was worrying about it when I scrubbed the floor but he didn't seem to think that was a problem.

I purchased a stair glide and it has really made a difference. I have a split entry and it goes down to the front door and further down into the basement. They put both of the chair lifts in and it's working well. But even though the techs were very business-like and professional, they didn't say, "Hey, would you like to sit on it and try it before we leave and make sure you're comfortable with it?" They just left me a booklet and said, "This will explain everything. And you use this little button." Other than that, I enjoy going down to the front door now.

I pulled up chair lifts on the computer and on the nurses' reviews, Bruno was number one. It's also made in the United States, so I went with that. I called them up, and they sent someone to my house. It took four days to come and they installed the chair lift rapidly. The installers were here about an hour, and they were very good, patient, and gentlemanly. We've used the chair lift, and my husband was able to get up and down better with it. It's easy to maneuver and simple to operate. It also doesn't take up a lot of space as far as when you're not using it to get up and down the steps.

Everything went smoothly in my experience with Bruno, didn't have any issues. The female whom I worked with was great. She called a couple of times to make sure things were good. As far as the guys who came and did the physical installation, they were my kind of blue-collar guys. They had it installed quickly and it works great. Showed me how to do everything. Those two guys were great. They also installed it for free. I'm also very pleased with the quality of the stairlift.

We had to have a special lift at the bottom because it had a doorway and Bruno Independent Living Aids had the features that we needed. The salesman was very easy to work with and got around our schedule. The lift works good and was very competitive to the other model we saw. It has helped my wife get up and down up to the bathroom and shower. We like the ease of use.

The Bruno stairlift did exactly what it was supposed to do because it allowed us to use both floors of the house. The quality is very good. It's easy to operate and, so far, no problems. The one who came to take the bunch of measurements was a very nice person. The stairlift also has a good price. However, sometimes it was difficult to get to their customer service.

I use my Bruno stairlift, but it's a little uncomfortable. The staircase is not that wide. The staircase between the going up is a little narrow. So, when I’m going up, my knee kept bumping on the railing. I cannot sit on it really straight, but I can sit on it sideway, coming up and going down.

Bruno's installer was very professional. He took a few minutes to take the measurements. They submitted their estimate to the VA, and the VA chose them and sent them out. I'm very satisfied with the chair.

Everything went well with my experience with Bruno. They showed up and took care of everything they needed. The installation went quickly and easily. Everything was great. I would recommend them to more people.

It took too long to have the Bruno stairlift delivered and installed. We tried to get it in July but didn't get it until the last week of October. It was involved with the government and anything that has the government okay on takes forever. For somebody who needed a stairlift like this, that was awful. But so far, so good. Once you get the hang of it, there are no problems. It moves slow enough, but it moves. That's the main thing.

On the lower end next to the living room floor, the stairlift gets hung up. We don't know what's causing it. We'll wait a minute and push the button but it still won't go on. We have to do it three or four times until it breaks loose and would go on up the steps. Other than that, Bruno is a good company.

Bruno's scooter lift is effective in the sense that it's making me mobile. I'm using it on the back of my SUV so that I can carry my mobility scooter. When they installed it, I wish they would have asked more questions because they tapped into my electrical system on my vehicle when there was already a plug available. But other than that, they did a good job. They installed everything and everything works.

We heard that Bruno is a good make and it's much cheaper than the other ones. It was explained to us very well, so the only thing that I wasn't sure was I thought that the stairlift turned automatically when it got to the top. But that's okay. We would do it manually. Other than that, it's performing well. It goes up slowly like it's supposed to do. My wife has been using it now and she thinks it's good. Before, she was leery about the height. But it's no problem now. It makes things easier and changes it. My wife can now use the upstairs if she wants to get something, and that's where she has to use it to take showers.

I'm about 270 pounds. This stairlift takes me up better than my other stairlift did. I was gonna try to get one for downstairs because I can't get down to do the laundry. My wife and I gotta sit down on the steps and go one at a time and that's the same way coming back up. This stairlift helped me a lot. It does everything I want it to do. If I'm upstairs and my wife's got a basket or something I gotta take back up, she'll put it on the chairlift and take it up to me and I could take it off. When I come back down, I sit back down and come down. It makes it a lot easier for me.

The stairlift works well. It's been wonderful. The installation was very nice and clean.

Working with them was fine. The rep was nice and he explained everything. The price was reasonable. The installation tech was neat and the lift itself is of good quality.

The chair lift should have stopped when it reached the unfolded bottom power rail extension but continued down. My father could have been severely injured had my mother not noticed the rail was going into the back of the chair. My concerns are why are there not any safety sensors preventing from this occurring to these power rails. This is an major failure in your power rails for the safety of the user. We decided to replace rail with manual rail because of our traumatizing experience with the power rail.

The sales rep was great. He came in, showed us what he had, and we ordered it, then the installer came and put it in. The installer was very easy-going, explained things as he went along, and told us how to work it properly. He was really good. We got the straight indoor stair lift, and it has made it a lot easier to get upstairs. It has a seat belt too.

We have a Bruno stairlift and it's a lifesaver. It is one of the best things that's ever been. As far as the price, I was hesitant. We had the money because we've saved. It's a lot of money. We were surprised that Medicare didn't pay anything on it except the taxes, but that was $300. It's expensive but it's a necessity. The quality is A+. My husband said, “If you hadn't kept on to me, and we had not got this when we did, I would never be able to get up those stairs.” Our bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. So, it saved our life here because I couldn't get him up those steps, and I knew that he was struggling more every week.

Justin was great, and Jody, who represented the office, was wonderful to deal with. She explained everything thoroughly. They did everything they said they were gonna do. They stayed on schedule. Most pleasant people I've dealt with in a long time. We were very happy with the process from beginning to end. I went to Bruno's website a number of times and it was very good. The video was helpful as well. I like the features of the chairlift itself. I like its ease of operation the most. It's quiet and it does the job. It's as close as they could have gotten it to the wall. It's a straight stairway, and so there's no automatic lift at the end of it. It makes life easier, particularly going up the steps.

Bruno's rep answered all the questions and tried to explain everything clearly. He was a nice person. Also, the installers were a father and son and they did a great job. I don't like it when I fold the bottom side, it's a little sharp. I also don't like the color, but the stairlift works excellent and that's what I want. I take my mom from the stairs to the first floor to the second floor. It is good quality. It changed our life.

The rep seemed very confident and knew a lot about stairlifts and about his product. He had a good price. We're impressed with the stairlift. It does what it was advertised to be. It appears to be well-made. It's relatively quiet and it functions well.

The stairlift looked like a good option. I went to YouTube and Bruno has more than one of videos showing how it works indoor and outdoor. I started searching for businesses that sold them. Bruno had a phone number to call. So, I called it and left a message. The next day, I got a call back from this company in Tacoma which is in the western part of Washington. They referred me to this company in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho which is an hour and a half from here. In the meantime, I made calls to some of their competitors. And it turned out that in this region where my wife and I live, the only company that follows up and provides customer service is Bruno. I got responses from North Carolina, Florida and different places. But all they wanted to do was either send me the equipment and install myself, which is illegal, or they would hire a contractor to install it. But I'm not gonna get customer service in Florida when I live in Washington State.

Jake was the sales rep who came out and he was very thorough. He was there during the first part of installation and he explained things to me. The installation took about an hour and they cleaned up. My wife has tested the stairlift and she said all is well.

I had to get a chairlift to utilize my basement so I called. The sales rep for Bruno was very good and explained very well. The installation was fine. But there are a couple of issues with the quality of the chairlift. One issue is it'll go by to stop for the activation switch when you're back to the wall. If you go by, it'll go by to stop a little bit. And you gotta swing it back so it will activate. The chairlift is a little wobbly but it works. I can get up and down to the basement now. My wife likes the chairlift very well too. Right now we're working on the basement so we use it quite a bit. My wife uses it to take the laundry down. She puts the laundry in the basket and goes down with it. All in all, Bruno is pretty good.

We got two Bruno stairlifts. We got coming to our foyer. We got one that goes up to the upper level, and a separate one that goes down to the lower level. We use them on a daily basis. What else is handy with the stairlifts is for groceries. We would have one person in the upper level and another in the foyer, and we can put bags of groceries on the seat and send them up, have the person on the upper level take them off the seat and set them on the floor and send the unit back down.

Everything went very smoothly. The installer was very informative and showed my in-laws how everything is gonna be put in and the ease of operation. The stairlift is very simple to operate and maintain. I like the rail and how it was installed and placed on a wall. Everything looks very sturdy -- something we'd be able to get years of use out of.

The installers installed the stairlift and they didn't talk much. They left remote controls, but they didn't tell me how to use them or even tell me that they were leaving them. They also took out my banister, which I was really hoping that they could raise the banister a little bit and still keep it in. But so far, the stairlift has been okay. The stairlift has gonna do wonders for me 'cause I'll be able to go downstairs, and I haven't done that in three years. It'll help me a lot.

It was a great experience with the Bruno sales rep. She did a wonderful job explaining everything and going through the different styles and options that they had. The installers were great and professional too. They did everything and explained everything. The stairlift fits in very well. There's a landing, and they made that adjustment wonderful, so there's no delay and my mom's going up with ease. She doesn't feel like she's gonna fall down the stairs. She has sore legs, so that eliminates some of the soreness with her walking up and down the stairs.

They referred me to a service in my area which was great. They sent a rep out and they measured the stairs. Then they set up a timely appointment in a couple of days. The installer was very neat and we went over how to use it. The rack and pinion made a clicking noise but he made an adjustment. That slowed down the noise a little bit. The ride was good but it's a little bit slow. I thought it would be a little faster going up. Other than that, it was a good experience with them. The stairlift doesn't take up much space.

I liked that Bruno's distributor was close to my home. When I called, the staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Also, they were able to accommodate me and set up the stairlift in a reasonable amount of time. The sales rep that came out was extremely knowledgeable. I like that he had worked with the company. It's a family-owned company, so they worked for many years with the Bruno product and other stairlifts. I felt like it was somebody I knew. The install was fine. They did it fairly quickly. The turnaround time was also satisfactory. So far, everything runs as it should. It's easy to adapt to. It's a good product. It’s not a hard to operate machinery, and I like it.

I looked at a whole bunch of chairlifts on the internet and Bruno came across as the best one. Plus, somehow, I got the impression that Bruno had a capacity of 600 pounds, but it turns out that isn't right. It was 400 pounds. I still chose Bruno because it had a more of a higher weight capacity. The guy that came out to measure the stairway was very professional.

The rep was prompt and he did what he said he was gonna do. He measured everything and made sure that the unit would work in my location. He showed us how to work it and explained everything. The stairlift is a little close to the doorway, but it works well. It's doing what it's supposed to do so it's a help to us. It's good quality. The price was a little high, though.

Bruno Independent Living Aids is a company someone you could consider and call because we're pleased with them and we've had no problem. Thank God everything works fine, and we're happy with them. The rep came in and measured the steps. When they came back and put the stairlifts in, they showed us how they worked. It took half an hour. We only have seven steps on each of our two stairlifts. Everything was great. The lifts help us get down the garage and get to the car to go to doctors and cancer treatments. They're a very huge help.

Jason, the sales rep, took all the measurements and told us what would be involved in the installation. It went very smoothly so, we were very happy with his presentation. The Bruno stairlift fits very nicely into the stairwell. When everything is folded up, we still have plenty of room to walk up the stairway. We're fortunate we've got a wider stairway than some that Jason was telling us. He said some of them get tight or narrower. We have plenty of room to walk up when the chair is either at the top or the bottom. My mom likes the stairlift. She gets on it and knows how to run the switch and where the chair needs to be. When it gets to the top, she knows how to turn it. She'd get off and then reposition it, so it could sit at the top of the stairway so she could use it when she comes down.

The company that installs the Bruno stairlift came out and the installers were very professional. They did a good job. They explained to us exactly what they were gonna do, how they were gonna do it and made sure that everything was okay with us. Before we even realized it, they were done. The stairlift looks nice and seems to perform well. It's been very helpful. We also have a wheelchair lift on the back of our truck and it's a good quality piece of machinery.

The salesman was very kind and considerate. I have a small house, so a different apparatus had to be used to get the track all the way down. It’s very tight at the stairs in the front door but he took his time and measured carefully, and explained everything to me. The people who came out were professional and thorough. They did have to come out again and adjust it. Terry, the rep, is not good at getting back. When I complained about the adjustments that I needed, I had to wait a week. There was definitely a lag time there. But maybe they're really busy.

The salesperson was very nice. He told me about the company that installed the stairlift is family-owned, and they had the equipment in-house, so they were able to do it quickly. For the most part, the stairlift is good and it looks like it's put in well. It definitely makes the stairs a bit skinnier now, especially at the top where the walls come in a little closer, but if we send the chair down to stay on the first level, it's perfect. It's tighter up there to get up and down, but people can still come up and down alongside of it. I'm a little heavier as well, so I get nervous going up. In general though, it does its job, so I'm happy. The Bruno stairlift will help us stay in this house a lot longer. Also, my parents visit, and my mom can't do stairs anymore. For her, the stairlift is a lot of fun.

The stairlift has been very good. It helps me out a lot getting up the steps. The sales rep was nice too. The installers were able to put it in. But you have to put the seat up to get past.

The gentleman that gave the presentation was good. He explained everything to us. We had to move a wall. But we got the stairlift in there and it works really well. The installers were great. They told me if I needed anything, they'd come back. They showed us how to keep it in good shape and how to clean it. They did a good job. The stairlift makes it a lot easier for me to go up and down the steps now. I just sit on it and it takes me right down.

My husband came up with a couple of different names. We interviewed a couple of people and we chose Bruno because there was something about them that appealed to us. We've only had the stair lift for a short period of time, but I would say that it is high quality. I would recommend them.

We've been very happy with our Bruno stairlift. It works. The people from the company that we used were very nice.

The sales agent was very good and helpful, and explained exactly how the chairlift would work. We ended up getting a customized chairlift for our home. It fits very well on our stairs. It was easy for my husband to get up two levels of stairs, one going straight and then a curve. We were satisfied with the chairlift and the quality of the railings. But we had to have it taken out because we ended up downsizing. When we bought it, Bruno said, "Oh, well, you'll be able to use the chair again. You'll be able to use parts, some of the railing again if you move someplace else," but that didn't happen. So we had a pretty big loss on that one. We weren't able to use the chair in the new home.

The technician was a good worker. The stairlift is really fast and very sturdy. It helps me a lot.

The sales visit was very helpful and the reps were good. The installer was very efficient and he knew what he was doing. He did a really good job and had the stairlift up and running in a shorter time than I thought it would take. He showed me how to use it and any other little nuances. He did a great job. The stairlift fits very well into the stairwell. The track is on the stairs and it's very close to the wall. So it gives you a lot of room particularly when the seat and arms are up. It's very easy to use and very secure. It has a seat belt on it and it doesn't wobble. I can tell it's very well made. My mother couldn't come downstairs before. She says it's so easy now.

Both the salesperson and the installer were great. My mom and dad love the Bruno stairlift. It’s straight up and down and functional. The price was reasonable for what it was. We were gonna have to look for another house for my parents and thank God my parents could stay in their house longer because of the stairlift. It’s life-changing so it’s good and absolutely positive.

The product is good quality, but it doesn't cater to people with special needs. I was disappointed. The chairlift wasn't comfortable. And I couldn't reach the footrest because my legs' swelling prevented me from bending my leg back enough for me to reach the footrest. Bruno Independent Living Aids tried. They were very cooperative. The rep came over. He tried to help me. He gave me a chance to make up my mind if I wanted to keep it or not, and I didn't know what to do because I was desperate. I have no way of getting out of this house. They don't come up with any solution, like to extend the footrest if you can't reach, to make different provisions in the design to accommodate people that have a problem like mine or something similar.

My son, his wife, and a niece thought it would be a good idea to get a chairlift before the prices keep going up on things. A gentleman came and was very nice. He explained everything very well and was very thorough. I had my niece here with me if I missed anything and to see if she and I both liked this product. There were two to choose from and we liked the Bruno one the best.

The sales rep was wonderful and he dressed like a professional. He was professional in every respect and that's what really impressed my mother and stepfather and he was very courteous, which was what appealed to me. The install was 10 days earlier than scheduled because they had an opening. The installers came, installed the stairlift, and it's perfect. My stepfather loves it and uses it.

A salesman came out and measured. I told him I was on a fixed income. He told me to try for the Lowe's credit card 'cause they work with them a lot. I did and was approved. It didn't take the installer that long to install the stairlift. He showed me how to use it. Though the stairlift could be faster, I like it. It helps a lot. I can come and go when I want.

We were given a chairlift -- an older one that only went to one floor. A gentleman from Frontier Access & Mobility came out and looked at it. He indicated that it probably wouldn't work well for our needs so he had the design for the Bruno done. They brought it out to us and it looked good so we told him to go ahead. The installers were fantastic and did a great job. I love the stairlift. It does what it's supposed to do and I get up and down the stairs easily with it.

The salesperson was very informative. He explained very thoroughly. They installed the stairlift very nicely and safely. It fits very well. If it doesn't stay in the proper place, it doesn't move so it tells you that something is not adjusted. You feel very safe that you can go down without worrying if something is gonna fall apart.

Our son who lives in London, following an accident that my wife had, thought it was important to get a stairlift. He did all the choosing and negotiating, and we just sat by and let it happen, then when I called Bruno to check on the completion, I got a very good response from the people. Our stairlift looks and works very nice, and it couldn't have been done any better. I'm using it and I didn't even need to. My wife is the one who is hurt and she isn't sleeping upstairs yet, but she can go up to get a bath.

The stairlift was installed in half a day. It’s straight and fits fine. I have troubles with my knees so I need it to go up and it has helped. The ride is perfectly smooth and it’s in a reasonable speed.

I called Bruno and the reps were nice and professional. The young man came out and he was very informative. He told me he had been a nurse and he went to do this because he wanted to spend more time with his family. He said this was his reputation and loves Bruno very much. Because of their kindness and niceness was why I went with them. Their reps are good people and their biggest asset is their employees. The installers were supposed to be here one day and they called and said they broke down. The salesman went out and tried to help the guy so that he could get there because he knew my husband wanted to come home and couldn't come home without the stairlift. They made it for the next week but my husband was able to come home anyway. They were kind, courteous and clean. I like the chair and my husband liked it. It works beautifully. The service is particularly why I bought it.

The rep that did the presentation was a veteran and he was professional and knowledgeable. The installers were unobtrusive. They were quick and professional. They gave a great demonstration, and explained everything about the chair and how it works.mails.

We discussed with the Bruno consultant which side of the stairway we wanted to put the rail on and discussed the fact that the landing at the bottom was not big enough to leave the chair out in the landing so we needed the fold-up stairwell that folds back on itself so that you can leave the chair up in the stairs instead of out. The stairlift is a tight fit because my husband is over 6 feet tall and has size 13 shoes. So he's a real big guy. There's no adjustment for the chair that I know of to make it taller so his knees aren't sticking out across the stairway. But I'm very relieved that the stairlift is there.

Bruno Independent Living Aids' rep was available to come and see us. And she was very professional, knowledgeable, and somebody nice to interact with. When the installers put the stairlift in, they managed to get an almost imperceptible to the normal person bend in the rail. It does not interfere with the function. The only thing it interferes with is the sense of symmetry. The thing I don't like about the stairlift is that both the remote control and the switch on the unit are hyper sensitive. When I push down on the button to summon the thing to come to the other end, I have to concentrate on keeping a firm pressure on the button. If I twitch just a bit, it stops. It takes a moment or two to get the thing restarted. I know it has to be that way for safety reasons. And that's a better thing than if once I pushed it and let go of it, it didn't stop. This added safety feature outweighs having to restart it.

I just moved my 92-year old mother in with me. My husband wrote to Bruno Independent Living Aids and they called me within 10 minutes and were here the next day. The rep was very nice and helpful. And the way the installers put the stairlift in was perfect. It fits good. It's well-made, sturdy, and easy to use. We like everything about it. We needed it to get my mom downstairs. It gets her up and down the steps so we don't have to walk her through the rain anymore around the house. It's gonna be a great selling point for our house someday too because we have a stairlift in here, even though we live in a ranch.

The sales rep was punctual and called back when he said he would. He explained things as thoroughly as he could. My father had a couple of questions for the guy who was gonna do the installation but the rep gave us all sorts of options and pros and cons. The stairlift we got is solid and secure. It fits fine in the stairwell.

Bruno’s price was less than the two other companies I checked with and I liked the company in Chattanooga that provided it because they specialized in mobility devices for people. The sales reps were good. They just stated the facts, were not pushy and described the product. The stairlift works good and it’s very useful. But we don't use the stairlift very much. Getting my wife from the wheelchair or on the bed over to the lift is difficult.

The rep who spoke to me placed my number under the wrong consumer's name. So, Bruno was calling me because, apparently, they had some issues with that person. The rep kept calling me and I told him to just come because I really need the lift. He said I gotta pay the money so, I was a little annoyed. At one point, I was about to cancel. But because I needed the stairlift, I continued and told him to come. He said Bruno won't let them come when I don't pay. He was a little annoying and he kept going. He called me on Sunday and called me at work. I told him I couldn’t talk and he was still calling. But when he called to come, he realized he was calling the wrong person. I gave him my name and he looked at the paperwork. The guy who came did a good job and I was glad I got the product. And I paid them for it. The stairlift is the best toy my mother-in-law has ever had. She appreciates it a lot.

We like the Bruno Stairlift. It's good for us. We don't have to go up and down by stairs, which was starting to be difficult for us. We're in our late 80s.

The rep from Bruno was very informative. We told him what we wanted and what we didn't want. And one of the things that came up was, the chairlift would stretch all the way to the front door but I couldn't enter the front door. So I got the removable, adjustable straight piece that allows me to just lift it up and my wife can still use it. One guy did all of the installation and he did an outstanding job. It took him about two hours. I knew what the stairlift cost and I paid half up front. I just paid the other half when the unit was installed. The quality is fantastic. The installer told me the base weighed 50 pounds and the chair is probably not much lighter than that. The lift has allowed my wife to get upstairs, take a shower and get her clothes. So it has worked out well. In terms of mobility, my wife would not be in the shape she's in today without that. I would recommend if people are in need of a stairlift to give Bruno a shot.

They were very pleasant and they installed the chair in record time. After they installed everything, they showed me how it operated. They told me to sit on the chair and showed me where everything was and gave me the remote control, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. They also gave me information about the number to call, if I have any problems with it. My husband's 6'2". So, there's not much room for him. But it is a help in that he doesn't have to walk up the steps so he can spread his legs. That's no problem on the platform. It's safe. It's a great asset because of the past difficulty walking up and down the steps.

The chair has some drawbacks that I didn't realize were there. I am in a wheelchair and it's not really made for people in wheelchairs because the back is concave and the arms are forward. When I transfer, something jabs me in the back and there's no way that it could be fixed. Also, the rail is thicker than the stairlift I had before. I can't get as close to the wall as I used to. When they installed it, my knees hit the wall and I have to sit sideways and then pull my knee over with my pants to clear a banister. I wish I had known that in advance. Other than those, I liked the install crew a lot. Also, the model I got was better than the one I had before and that the seat is bigger, which made a big difference.

My stairways are very narrow. I can get on and off the Bruno stair lift that goes upstairs easily, but the one that goes from my kitchen down to my cellar is a little tricky for me to get on and get off of because the stairway is so narrow. The man who hooked it up said, "It's really narrow, you're gonna have trouble getting on it." First, I had to move the rail that you hold on to because my knees hit into it. I moved that. But now, my knees still hit the wall. What I have to do is I have to get on it and swivel my legs around to the right, and then I can get up and down with no problem. Once it's down, then I have all the room in the world. The girl that came over and read up the whole thing just told me, "You're gonna have problems here." But it seemed like she knew what she was talking about.

The stairlift is game-changing. My mom likes it.

The installers explained how the process was gonna be, and it didn't take a couple of hours to install. The quality of the Bruno stairlift seems to be great. The people that have used it and seen it seem to like it. It helped the people that couldn't get from one level to the other one.

The sales rep had a booklet and it was very informative. I wasn't too keen on getting something that was gonna be like that in my house. But I got used to it. At first, I was very leery whether I was gonna operate it or not but it turned out to be very easy and comfortable. It's done very well so far. It has very high quality.

Everything worked good with Bruno. The guy who came out and put in our stairlift was very nice. He was very knowledgeable and he did well. The stairlift is working good so far, but if I run out, I don't know who to call to get more grease. And if I ever have to take something down from upstairs, like a bed or a couch, I don't know how to take the stairlift off. I could leave the rail on there, but I'd have to move the chair. Other than that, I would recommend Bruno to my friends.

We liked Bruno's style and the price. My wife said that the rep who came and did the presentation was very professional and did a thorough job in explaining how the unit operates and the kind of warranty and service. We put the stairlift in when my mother-in-law was in the hospital. She's been back now for about a week and used it about once a day, and so far, everything is so good. It's just we've had to call the emergency squad a couple of times. She gets a lot of infections. So, it will be difficult for them to get up and down. It's kind of in the way. We have a curved staircase. So, it doesn't fit. We still have to get her up the first couple of stairs to get her up to the straight way. We were informed that they can put a smaller one in to get up the first couple of stairs, but then you got to transfer to the second one. So, we're gonna try and go with it the way it is right now.

The installers came when they said they were gonna come. They did a good job. The installation was good. They also showed me how to operate the stairlift. My life is more comfortable now.

The rep was extremely courteous and he was polite. I recommend him to anybody. The installers had a problem the first two days. But they explained it to me and they came back. I had a straight stairlift installed but I'm so short that my feet don't hit the floor. I have to kick the wall to push me and turn it. It swivels and it has to be in the correct position to go. Other than that, I highly recommend this chairlift to anybody. It's the top-of-the-line in my book.

My interactions with the Bruno reps were very pleasant. They stayed on top of everything and notified me of anything I needed to know. The installation was wonderful too. The installers knew more about it than I did, and I stayed out of their way and let them do their thing. They worked out on the driveway, came in the back door, and went straight down to where they were working, which was convenient for them, because we were near the back door. We went on about our business that morning, and we let them go on with theirs. Every once in a while we'd go look at the stairs to see what was going on, and they were busy at work and not a problem. They also cleaned up any little speck of dust that was on the carpet or the wood floor. My husband said they didn't do windows though.

Bruno's sales rep and installers were very good. The installation took five hours and so far, I'm very happy with my stairlift. I got it at the right time because a couple of weeks after I put it in, I ended up in the hospital. I came home last Tuesday and I was very thankful I have that stairlift. I have breathing problems, so that helps when I'm getting to the top of the stairs. I would tell a friend that it's great and to go for it.

When we were moving into the house and had things to take downstairs, it was inconvenient to try to lift it up high enough so the stairlift is not in the way. You have to hold stuff over the top of your head because you can't take the stairlift off to take stuff down. Nevertheless, we love our Bruno stairlift.

The team that did the stairlift was super efficient. They were in and out quickly. The product is great. My mom uses it and because she's pretty tall, she's having a bit of difficulty. She also has dementia so we have to convince her that the stairlift is safe. That's been challenging for us.

The sales rep answered our questions and we were able to make a decision about purchasing the Bruno stairlift. Cosmetically, it would have been good if it was a little bit more refined and a little sleeker. But so far, t's doing what it's supposed to do and it doesn't take up all the room on the stairs. It's a game changer, plus it's affordable and convenient.

The guys who installed were nice. I spoke to them three times, they explained to me everything and everything went smoothly. The stairlift works fine. It's compact because we have small stairs. But it's enough space to go up and down. And it helps us because my sister who is not walking is getting heavier and it's easier for my mom to bring her upstairs and downstairs.

I called two authorized Bruno people in my state and they both did their thing as far as telling me all about the stairlift. They were both very nice, very accommodating, very professional, and polite. Nobody pushed me or called me back 800 times. They sent me the information in my email. One of them had a guy come out and take a look to see where I wanted the stairlift and how they would fit. So, I had a good experience with them. Two nice young gentlemen came out to do the installation. They were very patient with my husband asking questions and watching what they were doing. They did a good training session with me and what to watch for and left all their numbers to call if anything went wrong or if any questions came up. They left a lot of information andlet us know what the warranty covered and what it didn't. So they did a good job with that as well.

The footplate is tucked underneath the seat. And as a paraplegic, I can't bend my feet back that far. I can't even see that footplate. So, I'm hoping Bruno would be able to help me remedy that. Other than that, the strairlift's quality seems good.

Bruno's rep was very thorough. He came to give us the information, which we had asked for. He showed us the cost and the features of the item, and he installed it. It was a lifesaver. He showed us how to use it on that particular day and what to do to keep it clean and functioning. And he was an excellent salesman. I was thrilled.

The guy came and did all the measurements. While he was doing that, we had an appointment somewhere. So, I left him here by himself and I said, "When you leave, lock the door." And he did all that. I called Bruno Independent Living Aids one time and they told me when the stairlift was due in. It came in and he and another guy came over and they had all the screws and nuts laid out perfectly and everything went smooth. The stairlift is well-built and very sturdy. There have been friends who asked about it already. And I told them it's great. My son and daughter saw it and everybody loves it.

The Bruno rep explained everything in detail. He explained to me exactly what he would do and how the stairlift would fit my body size and height. It's comfortable. After he installed it, he demonstrated to me how it goes up and down and he let me go up and down on it. It was all professional and positive. When I get upstairs, I turn the stairlift, get off into my foyer upstairs, and it's enough room for someone. It folds up when I'm not using it. It made it a lot easier for me to be mobile going up and down the stairs.

The Bruno stairlift is a very high-quality product. The reps were very knowledgeable and had good recommendations on how to install the stairlift. They were very attentive to the things that I was concerned about and addressed them. Others should definitely give Bruno a look.

I've had no problem since the stairlift has been installed and that's been well over a month now. The quality is fantastic. I've gotten old now and the Bruno stairlift saved me some steps.

I was on the porch when the installer was putting the chairlift on the porch and everything went well. I love it. The quality is 100%. Before the chair got here, I was using the ramp to go up and down the steps. But once the chair got here, it was easy flowing. Everything was lovely. Bruno does good work.

I purchased the stairlift from Bruno because I reviewed the National Geriatric Organization and they had a positive review for Bruno as their pick. I looked at how they were made and where they were made. Bruno was American-made completely and not just assembled in the USA and it was important to me to have good service records after it was installed. The sales visit was very good. The only thing is the rep told me that the rail was all one piece and that was also a selling feature for me. But when they came to install it, it was in two pieces. The installer said they all come that way. Also, when the installer came, I was told that they would help me with the rail. I said I would take it off and help me judge how far up I could put it so that the chair would go underneath but he wanted nothing to do with that. He wanted to get his job done and that was it. That was a little different from how the salesman portrayed what it was gonna be like with the installation.

The man that came out was very professional. He knew his job. He also knew what needed to be done. I wrote a synopsis of what was going on and he went to look at it and he could see what I was talking about. The installers were very professional. They did the job and kept it moving. They were very cordial. The stairlift is doing great. I like it very much. My only concern is the little button that powers it up and down that doesn't stay in place. It keeps popping off.

Bruno called me to let me know that someone would be out to measure my stairwell, which he did as scheduled. He was very courteous. The man took some measurements and explained to us what would happen in the next step. When the installation guys came, they were scheduled for a two-hour type thing. The guys were very efficient. They worked well together. They were done in half the time. But one of the things that I liked about them was they introduced themselves to us. They thoroughly made sure that we were aware of how to use the chairlift and my husband knew how to maneuver it in case I was unable to. I was very pleased with the service.

The stairlift is straight from the bottom of the floor. Our stairwell is 5 feet wide so, there was plenty of room to put it in. Our handrail is on the right side and they put the bar that it sits on and it's just going from the bottom. There are 15 steps and then, it goes up to the platform. It's a good stairlift. Supposedly, from what the people said who installed it, it cost probably anywhere from 25,000 to 35,000. My wife was on the stairlift and she went over it and got caught on the flip-down part, and the stairlift caught the metal at the end where both parts meet together. We called Bruno and the installer, Kevin, came back. It’s working good now though it’s still doing that and it does it with me, too. But, we're just gonna try it and see how it goes and go from there. If we have any problems with it, we'll definitely let Bruno know. But we love the lift and we needed that.

Bruno got back to me almost right away. It was within a day or two and they had the local person come to my home. They measured and headed in in about a week. The installation was excellent. We like the stairlift. Given our house is two levels and it's getting harder for us to get up and down, it's gonna be a big help.

We love the Bruno stairlift. The installers were excellent. When they were drilling to put the screws in, they'd make us laugh and joke around to try to discourage us from listening to the loud noise.

Westchester Stairlift installed the Bruno stairlift. They did a very nice job. I'm very happy with them. They were very easy to work with. They were very understanding, trying to run around and working a schedule between me running back and forth to the hospital. They were willing to work out whatever time they needed to be here. The stairlift is a straight run, but it's a colonial, so I don't have any room at the bottom of the stairs. I had to get the retractable folding bar as the added option. The folding mechanism pushes the stairlift out further from the wall. I asked the guy to move it one more inch and I didn't even have to take the railing off the wall. It makes it a little bit tighter. My father is 6’5”, so he's got to open his legs to make sure that he misses the railing. But it's an old house, and the stair’s only 3 feet across.

The man that came told me exactly the price and that it would take not even a few hours to put in two of the stairlifts. So he was very thorough. Two separate straight lifts were installed. One for the basement and another one for the upstairs to the bedroom. The installers were very nice and courteous. They told me exactly how to use it. So they were really good. For the two of them, it only took 90 minutes. It was fast. Everything is working wonderful. The quality is good. It goes up when I wanted to and it goes up straight.

The installation guys were great. They were very courteous, and well-mannered. They did a great job. It's a good lift chair. It's well-made and saved me. Lately, I've been doing work at rental, and I had to be climbing the stairs there. It was three levels. We were busting gas lines open and redoing and reworking it. When I come home, the last thing I want to do was climb another stairs. So it's been really good.
