I am pleased with our pool. It is all I was told and more. If given the chance I would purchase again. Installation went as planned and now I have a clear beautiful pool to enjoy. I extremely like the liner thickness and feel that it will last for some time to come... This pool requires little maintenance and I really like the automatic cleaner.

Our experience with this company was not the best. We ordered our pool in April, provided all of the documents needed and they still asked for more. We provided those, the people in the finance department were rude and left rude messages on my voicemail. The pool didn’t get delivered until mid July. We had to personally buy some of the pvc pipe for the installation when everything was supposed to be included. The installer did a great job. That is the only good experience we had with this company. We love the pool but I would not recommend this company.

It was a great all around experience from the time the sales representative came to the door until they were here to install the pool. They were all very kind and friendly and helped with any questions or concerns. We have really enjoyed the pool and would recommend to others. Thank you Blue World Pools!

Excellent customer service reps were very patient. Each time I called I received nothing but great customer service. I am very confident that the pool I chose with the help of the sales rep will benefit me. Big shout out to Liddell in finance whom I talked to on numerous occasions during the contract process. Each time that I spoke with him he never once appeared to get frustrated with me. YOU ROCK. He deserves a promotion!!

On April 16,2019 we purchased a 24’ round pool and paid 18,000 in cash. We then had 5 cancellations and my husband missing 3 days of work before it was installed on June 6. They finally installed the pool and did a very rushed and sloppy job! We got a rushed 15 minutes instructions. We found 4 screws missing on the laterals and one in the bottom of the pool. The worst part is we have huge sink holes in the bottom of the pool. The ground is flat here with no rocks! The ground was not prepped right. I made multiple calls to the service department and was told the supervisor would call me back. That never happened! One month after the pool was installed the police showed up with a warrant for a felony because the installer rented the machine in our area and never returned it. He used our address! I want some answers! This company is a joke! We are supposed to be a show pool! I would love to show them the bottom of my pool!

I had no idea how awful this experience would be. I purchased my pool on April 30th with a promise for it to be installed by Memorial Day. The pool was not installed until July 23rd! During that time Blue World sent out the different installers with little information for the delays. Each installer is an independent contractor so they operate differently. None of the installers informed me that they would dig up a large portion of my yard and leave me to deal with the aftermath of a huge pile of dirt to be hauled off.
During installation a sprinkler pipe was hit which created damage to the bottom of the pool. This was reported to Blue World the next morning. They refused to pay for the repair, although they state that they give 30 days after installation to fix any problems. We agreed to be a “show pool”, so I suppose they want us to help them sale their pools to other unassuming people?? I will show our pool for sure but will absolutely let everyone know the truth about this experience. Had I known this would have turned out like this I would have saved my thousands of dollars.

We have had our Blue World pool for a year and a half and it's been great. We enjoy it a lot and our grandkids love coming over to swim. It's so easy to maintain compare to other above ground pools and the water is crystal clear. Happy with our purchase.

Blue World Pools is an excellent company that provides great financial help with getting a pool. If I have any problems with my pool I am able to call Blue World Pools and get help with my pool. Excellent customer service! I’m glad I can enjoy my pool with my family this summer.

Updated on 08/01/2019: Finally got my pool installed. Nightmare. Installer sucked. In hurry. Paid 500.00 to fill. Now it leaking underneath. Sidewall kinked. Sloppy job. Total take down. Redo. They said they will not cover the cost to refill leaking at skimmer filter. Said someone will contact asap. No one has. It sucks. Get the pool 27 round. Cannot use it.
Original Review: Purchase a 27 round. Paid deposit 700.00 on June 25. Had to call to get install date. It was to be July 18. Installer called 8 PM. Said he can not make it so we reschedule for that Saturday. Again call the night before at 8:50 PM. Again can't make it. Called office. They said, "He will be there. Installer will call you. Name is Bruce **." Call office in morning. They tried to contact him. No answer. Took time off from work. Lost 2 day pay. Hope they get here today. We signed a contract to show our pool had deck company waiting. They said they will here Sunday along with the landscape contractor. If not done today we be put on the back burner. They have other work.

I called about the $299 deal and was told I had to be a homeowner to purchase which is fine, but was hung up on when I mentioned the homeowner wasn't nearby and before I was even able to tell them I'm translating for my parents so I had to be the one speaking. I've never been hung up on by a company before. It was completely unprofessional.

I got a pool from Blue World Pools. They came and leveled the ground and put together our pool and was done within 4-5 hours. Within a week after filling and testing water we were swimming! This pool is not like a chemical pool. We love the fact the water is crystal clear and you can see the bottom of the pool 24'x 52" deep pool. We love that you can open your eyes underwater and it doesn't burn! It's an investment we'll enjoy for years to come.

I signed a contract with Blue World on May 25 2019, I told them no financing, I would provide cash on delivery of pool. The salesman and people on phone both told me 2-3 weeks. I was given no date until I called numerous times at which point I was given a date of June 10th. No one showed. No one called. Then I finally reached someone and I was given a date of June 20th, then a date of June 21st. Then a date of June 27th, then June 28th. Then an installer called to tell me he would have someone here on July 8th or 9th guaranteed. It is now July 9th and no one is here, no one has called and I am unable to reach Blue World installation (option 2) or the installer who called me. No pool still and I assume it will be once summer is over before I get a pool but they did great because they got my $500 deposit out of me. I paid $500 to get the runaround from everyone in this company. Very dissatisfied with everything about Blue World Pools. Thank You.

Updated on 07/08/2019: I wanted to update my experience through the process of buying a pool from BWPs... See my post from the 5th of July...I still do not have my financial paperwork or know what my monthly payment is going to be in writing. I called and emailed BWP on Friday the 5th of July to get this information and spoke to someone within the installation department (finance department transferred me) who said they cannot get it because my file can’t be found, pretty sure VP Sales is sitting on it. The person I spoke with said she would track it down and call me back that evening or Sunday and never got a call back.
I called BWP on Monday the 8th of July and asked for the details of my installation and they had the installer contact me, he was helpful and answered my questions but told me they do not half fill my pool like I was told by the sales department on initial purchase. How does a company that want to hold us to our word and threaten customers with liens and legal get away with this stuff? Why doesn’t BWP have to hold up to their end on the agreements? Sean ** I am asking for you to contact me and please step in and give a straightforward answer on how this process is supposed to go.
Original Review: On May 25 2019 we had a salesperson out to our home to talk about purchasing a pool from BWP. He was friendly but a bit nervous and he explained he was new with the company. What we liked about him was the fact he did not BS us and would call his supervisor with any questions we had he could not answer, so we were not lead astray. We decided to sign the contract for a BW pool and to be honest I did not research the cost of above ground pools but I liked that they were selling the iodized pool system, full warranty, the pool buy back program, and etc. so I signed. After more consideration and research on above ground pool cost we decided that the price was high and called BWP find to out how the 72 hrs cancellation process worked, which they explained it had to be done in writing as stated in the contract but they would note the account that we would like to cancel. This is where it all starts getting shaky.
A day or 2 later I get a call from BWP VP of Sales and we discuss why I want to cancel and I explain to him my concerns about price and some of the reviews I had read online regarding BWP. We discussed pricing and basically cut the pool price in half which was a lot closer to the other above ground pool pricing I had found, I still liked what BWP was offering (non chemical, free installation, iodized pool system, full warranty, the pool buy back program) so I agreed to the new pricing. The VP of Sales then explained to me he was going to overnight a new contract, I asked him for a show of faith and to hold my 1st portion $500.00 (of $1,000.00) deposit until the new contract was signed and received by BWP, which he agreed but it did not happen.
Also I explained to him I know according to the contract BWP had 120 days to install my pool but the sales person and his supervisor told me I would be swimming in 3 to 4 weeks and I would like the pool and be swimming by the 4th of July which he stated that he could make that happen and "I would be swimming by the 4th of July". The contract took 5 day to get to me during which I called BWP to acquire on if it was sent and I finally received on the 2ndish of June 2019 which I signed and UPS back to them the following day (3rdish June). I then called the company again the following week to make sure it had arrived and to find out what else was required from me. I was told they did not have it in the system and I would be contacted by BWP when the paperwork was processed with the next step.
On the 14th of June I got a text message stating they did not have proof of income, which I gave them on the 1st contract but resent it in a text back (finance person told me to do). I then called again a couple of days later because I did not hear from anyone and asked if they had all they would need. I was told I would receive a call if there was anymore issues and I was also checking on install date, which I could not get until finance was done with my paperwork. Keep in mind I reminded everyone I talked to the the VP of Sales had made a agreement with more that I would be swimming by the 4th of July.
On the 26th of June I received a call from BWP to verify my agreement, I was recorded stating that I agree to the terms I was buying the pool under, believing this was another step in the process I agreed to all but was holding on to the verbal agreement that was made to me that I would be swimming soon. After I agreed I was told that I would be contacted in 5 to 7 days on a install date. At this point I had thoughts that the by the 4th was not going to happen.
On the 1st of July I called again to speak with installation and the VP had no date. The person I spoke with said they were going to contact VP of Sales and get back to me on a date. I then asked to speak to the VP of sales and he said he was going to pull my file and call me back from the installation department with a date which the call back never came. I called back the next day and spoke to installation and I was given the 5th of July as the earliest. I became upset and told them to cancel the pool because it was not what I was promised. They said they would put in the cancellation and I would be contacted in the next couple of days on what the next step was.
I received a call from VP of Sales where he stated, "Well it looks like we could could not get this done by the 4th but the 11th of July is when it was scheduled for install." I was upset at this point to which I replied that is why I want to cancel the pool and want to know how I get my deposit back. He said that was not going to happen, I could not cancel unless I pay $5,000 or half the price if the pool had not shipped and 100% of the price if it had. "So what will it be a check for $5,000 now or keep the installation?" I explained to him to keep the installation date until I can get legal counseling but was beside myself on this because truly all I wanted is them to make it right and get me my pool.
I read the contract. I knew what I agreed to but I felt protected by a verbal agreement we had, which he is saying we never agreed to and acted like those conversation never happened. He went as far as to tell me I was getting a good price on the pool and he said something along the line of he had to be drunk or out of his mind to give the pool to us at the agreed price (which if you look online is the price most everyone is paying). This guy's attitude towards me was arrogant and left me stumbling for words and only wanting to seek legal counseling to help me through this deal (which when I stated this to him he replied be careful which I can only take as a threat). He lied to me and it makes me wonder what else I was told is untrue.
I may vary from a lot of folk who have filed complaints against your company because I still want my pool but don't want the stress and experience of dealing with this guy as a direct reflection of BWP as a company. Everyone else I have talk with have been as helpful to the best of the ability but this guy is a bully and hides behind false promises and a contract that makes folks feel trapped. I mean really a threats of a lien on someone's home/ and lawsuits are not how we do respectable business.
I know the enjoyment of having a pool will bring my children and grandchildren but I have lost all faith in a honest answer from the company's VP of Sales as I have been mislead on more than one occasion over this process. I believe as many hardworking people do that a man is as good as his word, and a promise made over the phone/verbally is just as binding as written one. Just to restate I want the pool but I see here that Sean ** responses to issue from other customers. I would like to discuss this with him direct and resolve my concerns of this deal.

From the saleswoman to the installers everything went smoothly, no issues. Company calls you and verify every step of the process to make sure you are getting what you want. Pool is awesome!!! Very easy to maintain, and then if any questions there’s help just a phone call away.

Wonderful experience until installation time. Scheduled, No Show, five times. Installer even went into detail that he wasn't getting his paycheck on time. Finally got ahold to Jeff ** after leaving voicemails to call me back. Hopefully we will resolve this issue & I will not have to continue to bug people. I paid cash or this pool and would like to put this behind us. My husband has lost wages of $1600 waiting for an installer to never show. I even offered to install it myself. I just want my pool that I saved for, Please.

The pool is the best item that we have ever bought. Should have gotten it a long time ago. We have lots of fun with the family and the grandkids love to swim all day and I like to relax in it. The pool is wonderful and we are very glad we got it.

We have a brand new 33' x 18' Blue World pool that was installed a couple of weeks ago. The day after installation and filling the water, we had severe rains and the sand washed out from underneath the pool and the bottom is jagged and the liner broke against the braces. We have been working with the installation department (Jamal) and he has been wonderful. They replaced the liner and the installation crew is coming today to resurface the pool. They said they would send us gifts (have not seen any yet) for the inconvenience and the lost expense for filling the pool and having to refill.
My only issue is that I am a blonde and for the first time in my life my hair turns green with this water. I am unsure if it is the bleach used (was told to use 2 gal of bleach every week) or the copper from the pump system. I hope to have someone help answer and offer suggestions other than a swimming cap. :) More to come once our pool is underway again!

We have had our pool for 6 days. The buying process and set up was so easy. They came to our house and discussed our options. We talked to financing then they scheduled installers to come. They set the pool up by noon. After the pool was up it took about two days to fill up. We did all the recommended steps and have swam every night since.

The installation department and crew at Blue World Pools is a joke! I paid for my pool in full on May 18th, I was told it would be installed on June 1st, no call no show. Then it was June 16th, no call no show. They brought my pool on June 19th and dropped everything in my yard and left. No call no show on the 20th, dug a hole in my yard on the 21st. Mind you they didn't show up until 12:30, they left before 5. I called Blue World Pools, the girl was very nice and understanding. Supervisor was supposed to call back, that didn't happen. Showed up on the 22nd at 11, put sand down and left. Now it's the 23rd, no call no show. I called Blue World back, spoke to Gerald, who was a complete smart **, basically said he doesn't know what to tell me, oh well!!! The salesman was great, the guy on the phone was great. But after they got my money the customer service went to rock bottom!

The final product, a Classic pool, is absolutely worth 5 stars. The route to get there can be a difficult one. I was extremely skeptical of the process due to all the bad reviews. Essentially it comes down to the installer. It's a gamble whether or not you get a good one. I would recommend asking for the installer's previous reviews before allowing them to install. The salesperson was not entirely knowledgeable about the pools themselves, so there was a little misinformation in the beginning.
The first installer we had was not so great, but the second installer was fantastic. The Blue World Pools representatives were helpful throughout the entire process. Whenever we had questions or concerns, they had answers. I would encourage you to be engaged throughout the entire process and to ask questions at any point to ensure you're getting a quality product. It was a lengthy and at times a frustrating process, but we now own an awesome pool that will hopefully last for years to come.

Having bought this 27 ft pool was a great event. The pool is huge and looks fantastic. It will be a great asset to our home. Am waiting to have others come and look at it. I would recommend anyone wanting a pool to check out Blue World Pools as they look great and are so enjoyable to be in.

We scheduled to have our pool installed Friday at 7AM and made it clear to the installer that my wife would be leaving at 10AM so all paperwork must be done by then. He finally showed at 3PM without so much as a call or text to let us know he would be late. Once installation was complete we began the process of filling the pool and quickly found it was leaking 400 gallons per day. We called Blue World Monday as soon as they opened and were told to contact the installer (subcontracted). I reached out to the installer and was told that he would be ordering a new liner and main drain but three days later Blue World called me to do a survey on my satisfaction and it was discovered that repair parts were never ordered.
They ordered the parts at that time and advised that when they arrive I should just call the installer to schedule the work. Parts arrived Monday so I called the installer and was told he would be here Thursday. Thursday came and went without so much as a call or text so I called first thing Friday and was told he would be here that afternoon, but about 4PM I called to see if he was still coming and was told he got behind and wouldn't be here until Sunday. Again Sunday came and went without so much as a call or text. Monday I called the company and was assigned a new installer and he showed Wednesday and due to all the flooding from the leak he will be unable to repair my pool for at least 2 more weeks (area needs to dry out or it or could cause sinking issues).
I have now had my pool for three weeks and will be waiting at least two more before I can even get it repaired and try to fill it again. The 2nd installer continued to point out where the original installer didn't back fill the tracks like they are suppose to, used inferior "dollar store duct tape" on the main drain (which caused the leak), did not properly pack dirt around the main drain which would eventually cause it to sink and probably break, did not properly install the top rails causing a potential weakness that could make the pool break open, among many other things... I spent $15k on a pool in late April and was told my kids would be swimming by late May yet now we are looking at mid to late July.
Was also told that payments do not start until 30 days after install to ensure you get to enjoy your pool prior to payments so when I called to see if they were going to delay payments as I still do not have a pool I was told that payments would continue as scheduled and I "don't need to worry about the payments, I need to worry about getting my pool repaired". The only reason I gave them a second star is due to the 2nd installer actually showing when he said he would and so far he seems to want to do things the right way.

I love my new pool. The salesman was very friendly. Customer service has been helpful and my installers were fantastic. The installers spent a lot of extra time going above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The pool is well constructed. Made out of sturdy materials.

Blue World Pools gave me a courtesy call before they came out they were on time. They installed my classic pool. They did a great job. They were always on time. Very polite and make sure that everything was in place and working properly. After my pool was installed they even had the courtesy to call and say, "Hey Miss ** has everything you doing is everything working fine. Do you need anything" and that just made my day. Good job Blue World Pools. Keep up the good work.

Called about the $299 pool. Was told needs to be a homeowner and if married my husband had to be home with me to talk to the salesman, was not told to set aside 90 mins for this! Monday salesman shows up, starts talking and I tell him, "I only have 10 mins. Can we talk about the pool." Was told, "No it's 90 mins long" and he has to go over this book. I told him, "If we can not talk about just the pools now then I will not rebook." If I would have been told it's 90 mins long I would have booked this appointment after work not during my lunch hour! All I wanted was the $299 pool but he could not even sell me this, wanted to upsell me! Too bad I had cash in hand! I did not care about the upgrades or other pools!

I got off to a rocky start, but due to constant support from service, I got the water perfect. The group that put the pool together didn't share enough info for me to move forward with water maintenance, but the great guys at Blue World got me squared away.

Purchased a Classic Deluxe 24' round pool. Took the installer 8 hours to install and instruct the startup and operation of the system. The pool exceeded my expectations. Service answered all questions.

Blue World Pools did everything they said they would. We had a few hiccups the year before and were unable to get the pool. The next year we came back, and they honored everything they said they would. If there were any issues, they diligently fixed the problems.

I have called several times and no one called me back. We were going to get a pool last year but had some issues. The manager was suppose to call over a week ago. I will take my money somewhere else.

Love the pool, good quality. Experience not as easy. Salesperson was not knowledgeable of rules in our area. We ended up with smaller pool than she insisted we could get, and was ordered. Finance department attempted an upsell, which I did not appreciate. Installation took several weeks longer than told. Ladder parts missing. There was a leak after installation. Took a day and a half to get installation company back out to repair. Thanks to who Mark came out, did repair, had parts to get ladder installed.

I want to share my dealings with Sean Warren and Blue World Pools as well as my professional salesperson. A company is only as good as a leader and this is my experience to share. My salesperson was most professional and told us up front that she was here to make sure our experience was good and we made a sound decision. She did her part most professionals. The experience was very exceptional! The guy who installed it brought a crew of about 5 guys. He explained everything they were going to be doing and did exactly what he said. Friendly and informative. It was even lightly raining and he didn't stop. Then he showed us how everything worked after installation and what to do once we got water in it. Would recommend again.

My experience with Blue World Pools has been easy and a great experience. I made the inquiry and within seconds I received a phone call to set up a site visit to inspect the site and receive information about their products available for my location. From the time I contacted Blue World Pools until the pool was filled and ready to swim was 3 weeks. Some of that time was because of me having to remove a few trees to have room for the pool. Overall everything moved fast and by the time I was ready for them to install they had the pool and was out the next day to install. If you are looking for your own place to relax and cool off this summer then I would very much recommend giving Blue World Pools a call.

We purchased a 27 ft round classic pool. The process went well, other than the rain which they can't control. We have had a issue with the ladder, but when we contact Blue World about it they quickly resolved the problem. Seem to be very responsive and communicate well.

I contacted Blue World Pools who sent out a knowledgeable salesman. Him and his wife also own a Midline. Talking to him made it easy to decide what I wanted. No pressure from this company at all and everyone I've spoken with has been super helpful and if they couldn't help me, they put me in touch with someone who could. I love my pool, it is actually bigger than I thought it would be. It's very easy to keep clean even after all the rain had my water turning green. 2 gallons of Clorox Bleach and 6 hours on the pump and my pool was back to the clear Blue color and testing was also good! I'm really glad I chose this company to provide my pool entertainment for my family.

I had been very interested in adding an above ground pool to my property. One night I was up and saw an ad on Instagram for Blue World Pools. I called the next day and with a few days a salesman came to my house. He was not pushy in any way. We surveyed the property and found the perfect spot to put the pool. I had originally sought out to purchase the Midline pool, but I upgraded to the Classic 27' pool. Financing was smooth, even for someone with not so good credit. The whole process before the pool was installed was about 2 weeks. Then here comes the pool! The installers were so much fun, I was so happy I could watch the entire process and learn a lot more about the pool as it went up. It has been about 10 days since I received my pool and we have been in it almost everyday possible.
A little more about the pool itself. The pool has a large function filter, that is almost whisper quiet. The waterfall liner is much prettier than the tile liner. It stays clean even in the warmest weather, Spring, Texas. The Ionizer tells you the temperature of the pool. The pool came with a Krazy Krawler, so the bottom and sides stay clean. The pressure of the filter really moves the water well so I have not had to run my filter more than 4-6 hours a day. The ladder and steps that come with the pool are extremely safe. Everything about the pool is safety, Blue World Pools makes sure that all signs and placards are placed around the pool to remind swimmers to be safe.
All in All, I would and have recommended Blue World Pools to friends and neighbors. Neighbors and friends have come over to see the pool, not just to swim, but ask about my experience with Blue World Pools and each time I say, "I still cannot believe that I have a pool in my backyard, but my Experience With Blue World Pools has been smooth and truly with great customer service."

Could not be more pleased, from start to finish Blue World Pools were great. They did everything they promised and more. They told us everything upfront so we could make up our minds on which pool we wanted without any pressure. Then we decided on the Classic Pool. I am happy with the end results and I am sure we will have many enjoyable times in our 24’ BWP. The pool quality is there and so far I only have had positive experiences with both the service dept and customer service dept. I was disappointed with the time it took to install the pool after purchase but understood that it was peak time. I was not prepared for the way the installer left my yard, they had to level the ground and left mounds of dirt for me to have to replace because they said the pool had to be filled before the dirt was put back in place and left all the boxes in a pile for me to carry to the curb. The installation was completed in one day and without complications. I think had I been prepared for what my yard was going to look like I would not have been so upset!

I had a salesperson named Jamie. He lied and misled us. So many times. I called several times to the finance department and got transfer I guess to the sales manager and for the inconvenience. He said he would give us solar lights and some floats for the pool. That didnt happen at all. I am getting my pool installed today. The lights was never put on my acct at all. The agents and management are rude as all get out. Dont expect no help from them especially install manager named Jeff. He is rude, non helpful and down right ignorant. He is a complete **. The damage my fence and wont do nothing about it. I even tried to talk to the general manager Mr ** and they wont let you talk to him. So stay far from this company find you someone else. They will cause you heartache and grief. They will stress you out.

When I purchased the pool it was May 8th. They told me it would be less than 3 weeks it will be installed on May 22nd. The team that came here to set the pool up was absolutely wonderful. They cleaned all their mess up and explained everything in steps how it was going to be done. It was a very hot day but it's up and I love it.

Would give no stars if possible.. In order to set up an appt with a salesperson this company wants to run your credit to “make sure you are who you say you are.” They set up the appt, then they call back to say there are no sales reps in my area. They said they will mail out a brochure and a request form for me to fill out and mail back in.. I have tried calling back several times only to be put on hold for more than 30 minutes. I tried the online chat, just to be told she would have someone contact me & then she discontinued the chat while I was still typing, this happened twice! If this is how Blue World Pools does business, I definitely will not be using them for anything..

We have had our pool now over a year and the company and people that are with Blue World Pools are very easy and pleasant to work with! From the very beginning, we had someone that made an appointment to come out in detail went over everything and then no pressure to make a decision. On Monday 5/27/19 we noticed that our pool level seemed to be a little low. Tuesday, my husband noticed that it was lower than the prior day, so he added the hose and let it run for 2 hours. At that point, he noticed that there was a lot of water in the yard. After 2 hours, the water line was even lower and the yard was more soaked. We called on Weds to request a service call. I spoke with Chi. He said that we had to pinpoint the leak before they would send someone out. My husband had previously gotten into pool and searched, but could not find the source of the leak. So I told the gentleman that. He said they could send someone out to find the leak for $150 and then we would discuss the cost of repair if it wasn't warrantied.
On Thursday, my husband called back and requested to schedule the service as we are still unable to find the source of the leak and we have now lost 1/3 of our pool's water into the yard! We were told that the pool will have to continue to empty and there is nothing they can do to help us find the leak. He was also told that the service call I was told we could schedule wasn't available. My husband was told they would rent us a machine for $250 and a $75 deposit, and then couldn't explain how it worked or how long we could keep it to find the issue.
So, they have basically said that the 16,000 gallons of water in our pool will have to completely drain into our yard, and then we will have find the leak, before they will send someone out!!! This is completely unacceptable! The liner is going to ruin and stain from algae while the pump is unable to run, and it's going to cost us a fortune to refill the pool, if it's able to be repaired! We have previously called them for a pipe leak that they said wasn't their problem, and that we just needed to tighten the fittings. Their service department is useless. And now we are watching $$$ drain into the yard. How is this Customer Service?!?
My organization's installation and service department head has reached out to the customer directly to schedule the service. Blue World Pools, Inc. can get out there within a short timeframe. My organization is immediately sending out a patch kit, a $39 value free of charge. There is a 90 day free labor warranty as contained in the pool contract. Liners don't just spring leaks. Significant outside interference must have caused a hole in the liner. Blue World Pools, Inc. is absolutely here to help. Blue World Pools, Inc. will also be giving Jennifer Segulja a direct contact for future customer service purposes so she can obtain the quality support she is expecting. One complaint I have is that you have to purchase ionizer yearly which no one told me about, Waiting on my new one so we can start swimming.

We found Blue World Pools through an internet search and chose them because of their customer service and full service installation. We didn't know how to install a pool and really wanted it to be all inclusive with whoever we went with. Blue World fit that criteria. They were great throughout the whole process explaining everything. Their installers were here on time and delivered the materials as stated. They have also followed up with us to make sure everything has gone well.
I think the only thing that could have been better is to have more installation crew members to put the pool up. It is very windy where we live and the whole family had to step in to help set up the pool. We didn't mind because we didn't want to reschedule our installation. We now can say we were part of the building process. Another suggestion is to make sure you have at least a 20 amp plug for the extension cords or have an electrician set up a dedicated plug for the pool. Our plugs on the back of the house were all 15 amp and were not strong enough for the pump. We were going to have a line installed anyways, it was just a rush to get it installed so the pool could run. The kids can't wait to get in and swim!

It's a corporation that brags about being the largest pool company. Well, with the largest company means lots of corporate mouths to feed. Which means "You the consumer, will be paying for their high end golf games, expensive lunches, and their filthy habits". The guy wanted $15,000 for the low end pool. Their sales pitch offers customer viewing. I don't have a problem with using my pool as a gallery. Seriously a local company with 4-5 years experience is going to be much better than a large corporate company that has your money in their pocket. They don't care about you. They care about themselves. Please pay attention to details. Details I saw were 25 gauge steel. If you don't know much about metal I can tell you this. The lower the gauge the thicker the metal. 25 gauge or 25 gauge is very thin.
Your HVAC metal duct work is made of 18 gauge or thicker. So if you pulled out a tape measure the black thin line that marks the 16 increments for an inch. 25 gauge is thinner than the black line. The liner he brought with was a joke. He said 13 mills. With mill thickness the higher the number the thicker. It felt like about 6-8 mills. It was thinner than a sandwich bag but thicker than a exam glove. He said they will install and leave once it holds 2 inches of water. For $15,000 they best stay and finish the job. Their product is imported from Taiwan. The local installer quote for a pool with 16 gauge steel and 22 mill liner was $5600. The local installer said he would leave after the water was 20 inches, but would return 3 days later to follow up with care and instructions.
So now the 299 pool they advertise can only be bought after August. Part of the fine print reads, a separate insurance policy must be purchased, you have to add Blue World to your homeowners policy, you have to have an attorney write a disclaimer stating you cannot sue Blue World, you have to drive and pick it up in Atlanta Ga. I did get my jollies off a little writing this letter hoping just one person reads this, understands it, and makes their own decision to stay alert about large corporate greedy companies.

The sales rep was very polite and he did not pressure me into anything. He came to my home and talked with me and answered all the questions that I had for him about the pools and the filtering system. We really enjoy being able to go in the backyard and take a dip anytime we want. The kids love to invite their friends over for a swim. And the dogs love it too! If you’re looking for a way to keep your kids home and know who their friends are this is the way to go. We also like barbecuing in the summer and this is a great way to cool off during a hot sweaty day! I’m able to invite my adult friends over to lay out and enjoy the pool. My pool went in April 17th. Filled 21 and omg no chemicals needs. The staff and installers was great. I love the way it looks and glad I went with this company. I was looking at 2 others for pools but this one is the best by far.

The salesperson was new but very nice and informative. The installation took a little longer due to training however they did a good job. The pool is in place where we suggested with no leaks and closer to level than we would’ve probably ever got it lol and we are awaiting warmer water. The water is staying pretty clean so far with the ion as stated, still holding out hopes on lower maintenance, great material and craftsmanship which only time will time! We will recommend this company and the people installed the pool, luckily have not had to deal with customer service yet due to no issue and everything was very well explained and gone over before they left our property.

Blue World Pools is such a rip off! The installation was not done right, we have been going round and round with them for a year. The installer basically said, “Oh well.” We have called several times and told a manager would call us back, NEVER got a call. They don’t want to fix the issue unless we fork out another 4200$! This was such a waste of $$. The person in charge Jim ** is RUDE and doesn’t care, this company is just a SCAM! They say they have the best pools and best installers. Well we got the worst installers and Blue World has yet to even attempt to resolve our issues... STAY FAR AWAY FROM BLUE WORLD POOLS!!!!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with anyone. I had a appt at 5:30. No one showed. I called. They said they would call back. Still no one so I call back and they hang up on me. This is the worst thing ever.

Been talking to several different people about fixing my pool for the last month. Here in Iowa we don't get much swim time. They don't seem to care. No one is ever available to come out and fix the problem. To top it off the installers are the ones that didn't install it right. I got a hold of them last year with the problems and still no one has come out to fix it. We got a pool in the backyard that is not useable. Sad when all we can do is look at it! Very disappointing!!! Called him Harris the manager on his cell phone as I was told to do and he was very rude and told me to call him at his office which lead me to the same people I have been talking to. Even got pic emailed to the staff!! Nothing!! Stop installing pools if you don't have staff to come out and fix them!

Cant change the narrative but can change the rating. I decided to do that because even though i am in this for the long haul i understand i should read everything before signing. My bad...i will say when i got a callback they try to help out as much as possible. They were sympathetic to my pleas and gave us a hefty discount to take some of the burden off. So the customer service is definitely improved and doing a lot better. I hope in the future they become a little more transparent about exactly what signing this contract means not just telling people to review their contract and hope people can get thru all that jargon to decipher what it means, but truly transparent to where they explain not only what you stand to gain, but what you potentially stand to lose. Otherwise i would say good attitude toward me even when i wasnt the best customer. Sometimes i get frustrated and jump the gun on a review they were totally understanding.

I should have asked way more questions, done more research, and definitely read reviews before signing the contract. Yes you get 3 days to cancel and nothing happens however they don’t outright tell you how to do this and their reps are misleading. I was told I have 3 business days to cancel and if we went past the 3 days the only thing we lose is our $200 deposit as long as they haven’t ordered the pool or had installers call for set up. If they had ordered the pool we would need to pay the entire deposit. We wanted to cancel the 4th business day and was told that what the rep said was not right.
In fact the "executive customer service manager" said in a not so nice tone that "as per the contract even if we had wanted to cancel within the 3 day period it would have basically been impossible since the contract specifically states we would have to cancel by mail" and jokingly added "and we all know how slow the mail is so you would never have made the deadline since the place you need to send the handwritten request is in Nevada". Then he proceeded to tell me that my options are either cancel and have the lien enforced and a bad mark on my credit or try to pay.
Mind you if I cancel I am still responsible for 50% of the cost of the pool. So my options were either pay for 50% outright with no pool which would have been roughly $7,000 or make make payments on a $14,000 pool and pray I can do it. The guy asked me why we continued past the 3 days if we couldn’t make the payments and I said "yes right now I can make the payments but we were so overwhelmed by the options and our need to have a pool that we didn’t think long term and that is something that takes more than 3 days." We have 5 kids and using this pool during the summer would come in handy, however because we have 5 kids we also know situations change and quickly.
One year my hubby and I were full time students with no income and the next year we were doing great with steady income...so thinking about this and how quickly things can change we wanted to cancel, but can’t. Another thing to look out for is that they basically make it to where you have to have their financing. Obviously some people getting these pools can’t be approved for outside financing such as ourselves and they make it sound so great that we can get approved even with bad credit but if you don’t answer their questions with a straight "yes" (can you handle the payments without undue hardship) you won’t get approved and guess what...you’re stuck either trying to get your own financing or paying for 50% of the pool (you would need a loan just for that).
So either way they will be trying to enforce the lien and you get a bad credit mark) and since I can’t get outside financing I have no way out... I really wish I would have said, “Let me look over the paperwork before I commit to ANYTHING” because this is a very profitable scam. When I initially wanted to cancel the lady told me she didn’t know what to do because they don’t ever have anyone cancel and I originally thought it was because the pools were great... Little did I know it was because those people didn’t have a choice and now...neither do I.
When making a big investment like this please please please do research, read the fine print, and always read the reviews. I have no comments on the pool itself since as of 4/24 I am awaiting financing approval (which they already said I qualify for) and on install. Which the lady said they should call any day now... Just in case you were wondering they are horrible at returning calls in a timely manner. Sean if you would like to discuss this further my number is **.

The pool area was cleaned up when the pool was finished. The pool has low maintenance which I like. Everybody enjoyed the pool last summer. The ladder is the best ladder l have ever seen. Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the products and was very helpful with answering our questions. He was also very patient with our decision making process. I informed the call center rep that I only wanted the pool - delivered, and that my location is not accessible to just anyone - would require air or water travel. Do you just sell the pool I asked? No - of course not - she had to get supervisor approval - NO. They sell services. Good luck if you try to inquire what brand, horsepower pump, etc. with a call center employee. Buy an above ground pool at Walmart, install it yourself with friends and some beer - you can do it for $250. It would cost you likely $10K using this "company".
For liability purposes, Blue World Pools, inc. installs all the pools we sell as it is a company policy. Additionally, Blue World Pools, Inc. uses heavy machinery and equipment (bobcat) during installation that would not be conducive to air or water travel. Moreover, during installation several tons of sand are used which would also not be conducive to air or water travel. Blue World Pools, Inc. is one of larger and longer running above ground swimming pool companies around. Blue World Pools, Inc. is considered to be experts in the above ground pool business. I would advise against drinking alchohol while installing a pool that your family will be swimming in. This is the very reason Blue World Pools, Inc. does not sell a pool for somebody else to install. Blue World Pools, Inc. wishes you only the best in getting your family safely swimming. The salesman was informative and respectful. He knew all the ins and outs of the pool. We spoke about financing options and how I can get a lower interest rates by doing a bank loan and he was correct. The idea of having the option is great because you don’t have to have thousand of dollars cash to get a good quality product. Things were delivered on time before my installation date so it was ready to go when the contractor got here.

After having my 26ft pool. My 15 grandchildren are loving it as much as I do. Once you get use to the cleaning process there is no fuss and all play. I was injured a few years ago and lost a lung so I was in need of therapy so I looked into a pool and was happy to come across Blue World Pools with their setup and financial assistance. We had an appointment scheduled for almost 2 weeks on a Saturday. They called to confirm & texted to confirm our appointment. The day of there was a no call no show from the technician. I called about 45 minutes later and the lady was rude. I hung up on her, then the lady who scheduled my appointment called to explain the tech was off work that day. If that tech is off work you call beforehand. Don't wait until 45 minutes past the appointment time. Bad customer service.

We decided to purchase an above ground pool and saw the reviews Blue World Pool had. A gentleman came to our house with all the information about the type of pools and materials and helped us made the perfect decision on the pool that fit our needs. Three weeks later, the installation crew arrived early morning and were finished installing by 5 pm the same day. It's been almost a yr and we enjoyed our first summer with our Blue World Pool. The representative that came to our home was very nice. They wanted a quick answer. We were excited about owning our first pool. Pool was paid for in full. We decided to get a pool last year and found Blue World Pools online. We just wanted the advertised pool but agreed to the rep coming out. They RAN OUR CREDIT. Then the rep never showed. I called the president of the company and he DID personally talk to me. He said he would send me a voucher for the pool and assure me the install was included. I waited 2 weeks and no voucher. I called again and spoke to a rep who was very nice and assured me it was 'lost in the mail' but was going to lunch and would put another in the mail. Still waiting on that one. A year later. Maybe they are both list in the mail. I can tell you, I am not impressed. After running our credit, they were good at that, the ball not only got dropped, it got run over and flattened.

The salesman showed up at the scheduled time. This was a no pressure presentation. My wife and I decided to upgrade and go with the mid grade pool. Blue World then upgraded me to the top line pool. The installer called and scheduled our installation. He was very professional. There were a few issues with a minor leak and a part for the ladder that the customer service department sent out directly. Very pleasant experience.

We have owned our pool for a few years now. The only issue I have is that when they installed the pool. They did not put enough sand under the liner and you have many dips and can feel every piece of framework. I was not told I only had 90 days to get this problem fixed at the time of install. Now that a few years has passed it is becoming a major problem and getting worse.
I have developed a small leak where the liner has been rubbing on the frame on the bottom of the pool. This poor install, which I was not aware of the long term problem it would cause at the time, is now Going to cost me out of pocket. When talking to Blue World they informed me I only had 90 days to get this problem resolved and it's no longer their problem. Now I'm looking at removing the liner filling with more sand myself and getting the liner fixed or a new liner, with no help from Blue World Pools. You would think for the price I paid for the pool there would be something done on their end.
Typically if the installation is faulty you know immediately upon installation. Blue World Pools, Inc. makes sure the proper amount of sand is put down and requires pictures during installaton of the rolled sand bottom to ensure quality control. Whichever option you choose Blue World Pools, Inc. will be more than happy to give you significant discount on product replacement and provide labor at what the installers charge us! We bought our pool last year and we have had so much fun with family in our pool. Night swimming was so relaxing for me and day swimming so refreshing. We have taken many pictures. I checked out a lot of different pool places before I went with Blue World... and all I can say is from the first phone call to the last everyone was very helpful, answered my questions... and explained every thing till I got it right on my end. I've had my pool since 2015 with very little to no problems. The salesman was very clear on what he was selling. Finance was a breeze... The guys who came out were on time... Our 4 year old wanted a pool for his birthday. We saw the commercial for Blue World and decided to give them a try! We are so glad we did. A sales associate came out to our house and showed us the many plans and items we could chose for. After an hour of explaining and talking we decided on a pool. Filled of the paperwork, wrote a check for the downpayment and then waited for our pool to be delivered! Once it was delivered we paid for us pool in full and the team that came to set it up was wonderful. Very professional and thorough. It was set up in no time and we are enjoying it everyday!

This company tells almost everyone they will get a cheaper pool for being a show pool. Sales pitch, be aware. 100$ gift card is really in store credit. They have no online store to look at and you have to do it over the phone. The products mostly are over a 100$ so you literally are paying for the product. This company is a complete joke and sucks money out of people in every place possible. Interest rates are high. Only way to buy a pool from these guys is getting your own financing first. They record everything because it is their back up for court and lawsuits. They are misleading, terrible ethics, and literally do not care about you except take your money. These guys are a joke. Get a reputable company with local financing and local reputable contractor. Cheap stairs, pool cover that is free is terrible, and the only positive was the guy installing the pool.

The purchase of this pool starting with installation was a nightmare and got worse as time went on. Foreman of job was only person that could speak proper English and his smart mouth got him beat up the night before at a bar in Austin and he found himself in hospital. Therefore he tried talking his workers through the process of installation over the phone from hospital bed. Before pool installation was complete the foreman contractor asked my husband and I to sign off on paperwork so that he could pay his workers, which in our error we did. What a mistake that turned out to be.
It took 3 times for foreman and workers to come out and get it installed correctly, which means 2 times to drain and refill at our expense. The plumbing from pool to pump looked horrible and pump installed was not correct size to filter pool correctly. Needless to say a year later we were purchasing the correct size pump to accommodate the pool size we had. That's another headache in itself... Company tried to accommodate by sending free floats and a cheap vacuum system.
A hemorrhagic stroke in 2014 left me unable to work therefore we were having a difficult time making payments and we were not able to come to any sort of an agreement to repay the loan. An individual by the name of Eugene proceeded in harassing my husband and I along with other family members regarding this issue. He was rude and aggressive every time he contacted us. We have made several attempts to reach an amount so that we could settle this and have yet had any luck. I refuse to allow them to withdraw funds from our bank account but have offered to send monthly payments which they say they have no way to accept a check or money order for the payment each month. Therefore, we continue to receive crude and harassing calls each month. Now we are having to retain an attorney to hopefully settle this matter once and for all.
Since your pool was well over 5 years ago and this was never mentioned back then, it is certainly suspect it is brought up now when you are well past due. The easiest way to pay is on a rechargable debit card so you do not have to send anyting through regular mail. I have been with Blue World since 2016 and had a loss of income in my household, I tried to explain to them that I need my payments cut in half or they can have the pool back, instead of working with me I paid them with my debit card and they went into my account. Took additional funds out on the same day. Eugene has been harassing my references after they asked him not to call anymore. Blue World has been advised not to call my job and he continues to do so when we cannot have personal calls at work and he has left very rude and threatening voicemails on my phone. They have already place a lien on my property, and he still continues to harass me and my references along with my employer!! This is very disrespectful and needs to stop the harassment!!!!

We had been thinking about purchasing a pool for a few years, this pool has been a completely different experience for the pool I had growing up. We are busy and don't have a whole lot of time to spend maintaining the operating on the pool. It is easy to maintain and still gives us time to enjoy the pool ourselves. Everyone I have dealt with has been very knowledgeable about the function of the pool, was friendly when I called in with a question on the start up, maintaining and closing the pool up for the season. Since I'm a busy person I don't have the time to spend a whole lot of time on maintaining or cleaning the pool, this is a perfect pool for me. With my package I received everything I needed for the start up and closing the pool for the winter.

My experience with Blue World has been fantastic. The installers were very friendly and had my pool installed and filling in about 6 hours. The ion system works amazingly well to keep the water clear and clean. Customer service is always available with help for questions that I've had from closing the pool for the winter to questions about water quality and how to read the test strips. We purchased a pool. During the Thanksgiving break we came back and my liner was completely destroyed. Now every time we have called this company for warranty they have said, “You have to patch it. You have to patch it.” We have patched this line at least 40 times. There were more patches than line. Now our pools liner completely gave way and there is no line, released all the watch and now flapping. But no one is in the office. No one will return calls. This company after getting money is bogus, next step small claims court I guess.

I signed my contract on the 1st of July, 2018. I was told I would be "swimming" in August. I heard nothing from the company for over three weeks, then I contacted them at the end of July. Said they would have a date available Mid august, that didn't work out. They then assured me that it would be installed on the 26th of August. I cut my vacation at the beach short to be home and once again no install. I was told then that it would be handle to following weekend.
I called that Friday the 31st of August to verify the install time and was once again lied to and told that there was not an install scheduled. The last person I talked to was a Mr. ** who assured me that I would receive a call the following week no later than the fifth of September to talk about my concerns and when my pool install could be scheduled. It is now the 26th of November 2018 and I have left the company install department numerous voicemails and I have tried to contact Mr. **. I hope this review helps get their attention. I want my deposit back and the decency of a truthful and honest conversation.
There were many uncharacteristic delays on the installation side. The last conversation you had with our VP of sales was that you would be one of the first installations of 2019. I will be more than happy to have the same gentleman you spoke to last review with you the details of that communication. The weather pushed back the installation on multiple occasions. Swimming pool is awesome, very clean & enjoyable. The ladder that comes with this pool is amazing & easy to enter and exit the pool. We live in Missouri so we had to winterize a month ago and already missing our pool time. The pump is very powerful and keeps the water super clean!

We bought a Blue World Pool in June and it was installed on or about 23 July. The installer was very good guy named Xavier. The ionizer and sand filter work great at keeping the pool clean with a gallon of bleach a week. We have been swimming in it daily since installation, including warm Central Texas days in October. I have regularly kept the pool level up to par and noticed slow leakage around the bottom rim about two weeks ago. The leak then was not visible but the water level continues to drop one inch a day. I put a pair of goggles on and noticed a discolored blackish stain on the bottom edge seam of the liner that could be hairline seepage causing the leak since I could not locate anything else. This seepage is like looking for a needle in a haystack. The installer came out two days ago and told me it was the seam and that he would ask Blue World Pools to cover a new replacement liner under warranty.
Well, after spending 10000 cash for a pool Blue World tried to bill us out of 25000 for, James ** of BWP says they will not replace the liner under warranty. The only thing they would do is send a patch kit and I can either repair it myself or hire it done. He says he thinks the damage is not warranty related. Then he berates me and instead of trying to help solve my problem, he makes me very upset and retaliatory. He said I need to discuss it with my lawyer. Forget that; lawyers are what protects BWP and the money they pay them from billing their customers. No, I will go directly to the manufacturers of the products that BWP sells and see if they care to solve my problem without having to pay for a faulty seam. Beware of this company. They will not stand behind anything!
Blue World Pools, Inc. sent out an installer because because you were convinced it was a seam separation and did not wish to patch your liner. The installer indicated it was not a seam separation and you refused to pay for the service. It was clear that you had some work done after the installation that caused the puncture in your liner. A seam separation happens immediately upon installation and is unbelievably rare. You developed a slow leak but it was not caused by Blue World Pools, Inc. I purchased a pool in May 2018. I had been having issues with the pump. The company sent me all the parts to replace the ionizer. I can call at any time and they are there to help me. If they are closed I leave a message and get a response the next day. I have had no issues I have even had a family member get a pool already as well. I am very pleased with how fast the process was in signing and actually installing the pool...

Blue World Pools are a lot of fun. We bought a 27' Midline pool. Best bang for your buck. Also, I love the filter they include with the pool, it is very easy to maintain. Just 2 gallons of Clorox bleach per week and I'm good to go. That's only $8 in chemicals/week. A lot cheaper than some of my other friends pay for their in-ground pool. The only problem I had with Blue World Pools was the first installer. He was a no-show. I guess you are going to have a fair amount of crappy installers when you outsource, it comes with the territory. But the second installer I got was great, on time, and did everything he said he would. No issues or complaints with Blue World Pools or the second installer.

They have help me with instructions/ guidance and quality customer service. Some companies sell you things and drop the ball but not Blue World Pool. I found out earlier this year that my loan was for 11 years and not the 5 year I term that I agreed to initially. I entered into this loan under false pretenses due to the lies that were told to me by the sales representatives. After searching the internet regarding the companies standing; I found out I was not alone. Now Blue World Pools have a lien on my property and I am stuck paying on a 5 year loan. Not to mention, I have no way to trace my loan because I have no access to my account. I receive no statements and no online account is set up. This is one reason why I didn't know that I had entered into a 11 year loan. I only found out that I had entered into this long term loan because I was being treated rudely by the unprofessional staff that work in the payment account department.
I had been paying for 4 years and thought I was about to be done paying on my loan; so I inquired about the balance only to find out that I was nowhere near paying off my loan. The staff was so rude that when I attempted to make a payment once the staff told me they could not take my payment. I just could not believe it! The company stopped taking payments out of my account for months; and Oct 21, 2018 out of the blue with no heads up the company began taking payments out of my checking account again. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I've had to call a few times to get confirmation on how I was operating my pump and how to clear my water. Luther walked me through everything step by step every time I spoke with him. Recently I called in regards to how to winterize my pool and he told me exactly what to do to prep it then told me after I do those steps that I need to call him back and he will walk me through the shutting down process, also step by step.

Pool was leaking since the installation in July 2017. Thought it was just from us splashing. Then during the winter it kept up. Opened pool June 2018 and it started all over. Repeated calls to the company got us answers like "we will send our leak detector" to you to find out the answer. I asked if they would need a "left handed crescent wrench" to help with their "leak detector" that was never sent or followed up on. To this point Blue World Pools is doing their best to NOT back up their guarantee promises.
8/10/17 had first bad experience, installation was totally unacceptable. 8/10, 8/12, 8/21 twice. 9/26/18 "leak detector" out in the field. He'll (Luther or Jeff) send someone to find with "leak detector" NEVER HAPPENED. 10/26/18 Talked to Luther again. Will set up service call that will cost me $$$ REALLY??? If it sounds too good... It is. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE FROM BLUE WORLD POOLS.
Liners just don't start leaking, something has to pierce it for it to leak. Blue World Pools, Inc. makes sure there are no defects in the liner at installation when filling the pool with water. After a bit of work leveling the pool site and getting ready we finally got our pool. My family, friends and I have enjoyed our pool every day. It looks beautiful and it feels wonderful. I live in Panama City, Florida and just had Hurricane Michael visit us. It is total devastation. Our house was hit and much to our surprise our pool is still standing. We love our pool and we are so happy we still have it.

From the beginning, Blue World Pools has been a great company to work with. We had quite a delay due to constant rain last year when they were planning to install. They continued to communicate with me and when it came time to install, they were here bright and early. They had my pool in by the end of the day, digging, grading, setting up, all of it. Once it filled, I was in love!! This pool is VERY minimal on chemicals and you can tell when in the water. Maintenance was a breeze, SO MUCH EASIER than a chlorinated pool. Stays perfect all year. When we closed it down, it was in great shape, clear water, etc. When we opening in the spring, it was just as perfect! I was amazed, expecting to see green water when I took off the cover, but not a bit of algae. Simply followed the instructions and it was perfect. LOVE MY POOL!

Took longer than expected. The overall experience was not bad. We signed our original contract the 10th of July and was told it would be 3-4 weeks. The pool was completed on September 30th. If you are thinking about a pool for next summer you may want to start your process now.
Getting your pool installed now will mean you get to use it earlier on next swim season! I know that the weather and the amount of customer interest put us further behind than we would have liked. Every step of our pool purchase went smooth. When the contractor came out to check out the area and give us a quote, he was very friendly and helpful. The man that installed our pool did great at getting it leveled out and it was up quickly! The maintenance is so easy, we loved every second in the water!

From the time of delivery to now, the service department has been wonderful. They patiently answer our questions and offer advice on any problem we have whether it be water not clearing up properly after laying idle all winter to a part not working properly. They offer great incentives in the form of gift certificates to help keep the cost down. We love our above ground Blue World Pool and the ease of keeping it maintained by adding Clorox weekly!

I initially called for the 299 pool but realized how much more amazing products they have after her presentation and was blown away! Now we have the pool of our dreams and the quality is top of the line. I couldn’t believe how awesome the prices were with everything that I got with it. They helped me do all the financial paperwork right from home and got me approve very quickly. They answered any questions I had and were very professional. Took a month to install. Leaks. Leans. Not level. Ladder is very cheap made. Cleaning systems don't work properly. Pump leaks. Phone call/voicemail now salesman and secretary very nice but past that horrible. Shame on you.

I seen a commercial on TV for Blue World Pools for 299. I called them and they sent a sales rep out within a week. I wanted the pool for 299. The man says, "You have to pick up that pool at the warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia." Then he states, "Let me show you what we offer with great products." As he talked to me in the dark out at my table as we used the flashlights on our phones to go over what they offered as a chemical-free pool!!! Well that sight there bought me... Then after we do paperwork he states, "only one gallon of bleach a week is what you are to use." Well me and my daughters' hair turned green... And water was getting slimy. I took water to be tested at different places and well they all say the same thing. "You have to have chlorine stabilizer and shock in your pool."
Now here I am with more money out for chemicals and pipes that leak due to not being put on right. The installers left trash and packing all over. A lady calls me and says the day after my pool was put in if I give them a good review then I can get 150 in products for my pool. Well my dumb ** left a good review now. When you call them to ask questions or talk about the pricing of this chemical pool they want to be rude and disrespectful... I should have knowed it was too good to be true. Run while you can.
