Purchased a pool from Blue World Pools. Installer contacted in a week and scheduled us to install our pool. The installer did a excellent job getting the pool level. He was thorough and told me exactly what I needed to do.

We bought a 23' round pool from them and it was not as easy an installation as I thought it would be. Our most level ground still had to be dug out about 2 ft on one side to make it level. They did a good job, even though it does sort of look like a crashed space ship. My review, however is based on post sales service. So far, everything we needed to have done we had to hire someone else. I cant even get parts from them. A fire destroyed the ion control board and cartridge and I have to get a replacement from somewhere else. Oh well... Point is, if you need a pool installed, great. If you want service for that pool, look elsewhere.

We purchased a Blue World Pool and from the time we purchase until our pool was completely installed was only 2 weeks! The installers arrived early and were professional and very friendly. They had our pool up and running in 1 day! It’s a beautiful addition to our backyard and we can’t wait to spend a lot of time swimming this summer!

We are very happy with our pool. The quality of the product is very good. The installation process was a little lengthy. They are in high demand and there were not very many installers for my area. After it was completed we were happy. Make sure to be well informed on all the different types of above ground pool systems and that this one is the right one for you.

Last week our Premium above ground pool was installed. The technician was extremely qualified, very knowledgeable and very pleasant to have on our property. The installation was done in a very timely manner.

We got our pool about 3 years ago now. Great experience from the beginning. Installers were friendly and did a great job. We love our pool. Very easy to maintain and lots of fun! Timely installation and no problems. Our first liner was leaking but they came back and replaced it and haven’t has a problem since. Would recommend if you want above ground.

Customer service in all departments was excellent. Sales, service & installation. As a new pool owner, I had many questions. I was walked thru every step I had questions about & trust me, I had plenty. I even panicked a few times & with the help I received from everyone, I feel comfortable saying I can do this! The pool is amazing! I've never seen a system like it. The water is crystal clear without any chemicals. Maintenance is minimal & I love that about it as well. My neighbors also said they have never seen a system like the one I have. I think they might be a little jealous. I live in a community where most everyone has a pool. But not like mine! I also know that I can call Blue World anytime with questions & they will have someone who can answer them. Ty all! I love my pool!

Updated on 03/13/2023: I bought a pool in 2016 for this company and a UCC-1 Lien was placed on my property as soon as the pool was installed. I fell on hard times and I could not afford to keep paying on the pool in 2018. According to Texas state law a UCC-1 Lien is only valid for 5 years, but the company can file a continuation statement and extend it another 5 years which they did. I told them several times I cannot afford to keep paying for a $20,000 pool and they will not come get the pool. When you try and call everyone in conversion team from my past experiences are rude and refuse to work with you.

Best quality aboveground pool I've ever experienced. Cant beat the design and construction. The process was easy and the owner manual is very detailed. The products that they recommend are awesome. Cant wait to jump in this summer.

Nice above ground pool. Had a very good presentation from the sales lady, I was not pressured in a sales and she listened to me for the options that I wanted. The setup was late summer so we did not get much enjoyment but the kids are looking forward to for this summer.

The sales lady that came to our home was very helpful. We love our pool. The kids spent all summer in it. It was great not having to drag them to a pool. We live in a small town and there is not a pool near us.

Nice size pool, and easy maintenance. Keep your pool water balanced and all will be well. The pool pump runs smoothly, easy to clean debris out of the pool skimmer. Also get yourself a leaf vacuum. It will help out a hell of a lot cleaning the bottom of the pool and top surface of the water.

My family and I purchased a 27 foot pool from the Blue World Pools. The pool is very strong in the winds. The pool is strong in snow and ice. The filter and pump are strong and the best once I have had so far. I have had the big store cheaper pools but they don’t last long like this one. This pool chemical system is easy and simple to use for anyone.

I have to tell you that I am very disappointed in our new pool. It’s NOT CRYSTAL CLEAR like it should be. The gentleman who dug/installed the pool has been back out however it’s still not crystal clear. I have seen many pools in my life and this pool isn’t living up to my expectations. Our pool has been in for a month and I have only been in it once because of the cloudiness. There is sand on the bottom that apparently is leaking from the sand bag that holds our steps in place. In my opinion the sand bag shouldn’t be leaking and if it is then it needs to be replaced. One would think that the vacuum would pick up the sand but it’s not or if it is because the sand bag is leaking there is continuously sand being let out into the pool. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

We purchased a pool that met our needs and the sales representative was able to work with us price wise. Where this pool may seem expensive we are looking forward to having the peace of mind of a lifetime warranty.

I've had my pool going 2 summers. The company checks on me around the beginning of pool season to make sure equipment is functioning properly and to see if I need anything. My buying experience was great from start to finish.

We purchased our Blue World Pool last season and thoroughly enjoyed it until it got absolutely too cold to endure being wet and outside. We have plans to construct a deck with a landing for a structure to change clothes in. The terrain was prepared well and timely. The pool was installed professionally and quickly with success. I enjoy my pool. Customer service is excellent too. The people who work there are extremely helpful. They work with you in any way they can to satisfy the customer. Every time you call they are always willing to help you in any way that will make the customer happy.

I order my pool in 2019. My family loves the pool and very easy to maintain. I have a 15ft round pool and it’s bigger than I thought it was going to be. I have a family of eight and we all was able to swim and have a good time.

Updated on 02/07/2022: We have had our pool for 3 years now and we've had no problems with it at all. It was professionally installed by the company and is very low maintenance and sparkling clear waters. The ION system works really well and no need to spend lots of money on chemicals each month.

Pool came earlier than expected. Installer did all the work. It was great swimming in a pool with no chemicals. Automatic vaccum makes it easier to clean and to keep clean. I would highly recommend this company.

We purchased our pool a few years ago from Blue World Pools. The salesman was fairly new and had to reach out to his boss several times with our questions. The pool itself is decent! The installation was not good and to this day the ground is bumpy underneath. I have left numerous messages with the lady who answers the phone, but never get a return call. The liner could be stronger... Another call I have placed, she is quick to tell me how I can go about getting a new liner, but I have yet to receive a call back from the guy who is in charge of financing.

Blue World Pools provided a good service and the pool worked as stated it would. The maintenance is easy, and no issues with algae which is amazing living in hot humid state. Would recommend this company to others.

Was shown and explained about the the difference in pools and how low maintenance it is. I am 71 one so this is great for me. The installer and his helper were really good at their job. I would definitely recommend Blue World Pools to others. The salesperson was very good and slow explains things to me.

Heavy duty above ground pool. Great filter that doesn't need replaced, just flushed every once in a while. Had problems with the initial installation not being dug deep enough and the pool sank, but they made it right and now it looks great.

Bought this pool in August so we had limited swim time last year. As agreed, the pool was installed approximately three weeks after purchase. Friendly staff installed the pool in one day. No problems with installation or quality of pool. Looking forward to more swim time this year.

Customer service is very rude. Dont buy a pool from these people. They charge high interest. Supervisor in Atlanta head quarters called my mom a **. Very unprofessional service. They will get you in a contract of being nice at first and threaten you with nasty texts and calls.

This company has a great product, too bad they are virtually impossible to communicate with after the sale. After many phone calls and emails I finally was able to live chat and get some sort of communication started. This is when I was informed there is no separate customer service department to resolve issues. Basically if it had not been for the independent installers they gave us we would have been screwed. It was so bad I was beginning to think we had been scammed and would not receive our pool at all. I also found out they were not paying their commissions to their sales staff. Overall a very stressful purchase.

We had some issues with getting the pool set up but overall Blue World was great to address and correct our issues and deliver what was promised. Not sure if I would truly recommend the installer that was used Scott out of the Birmingham AL area but Blue World did their best.

From the time we decided to buy a Blue World Pool the company did exactly what we agreed to. They came out and put in the pool and there was no problem whatsoever. We started swimming and the kids have enjoyed it so much. Blue World Pools are as great a pool as you can ask for. They do what they say. They worked around our schedules and made it easy. The rain delay was unfortunate and delayed things slightly but that's not their fault. Once this is dried up things moved quickly and they were efficient and cleaned up daily behind themselves. Always polite and kind when asked questions.

The pool has been true to my liking. Very little maintenance if any. It hasn’t turned green or slimy. Is always crystal clear month after month. Very happy with my pool. I love it very much. Salesman was extremely helpful in knowledge of pool. The installers took a little while to get an appointment so backed up on dates but when they showed up installed pool in 6 hours and were extremely helpful in showing us how to operate everything and to clean filter. When the salesman came out our goal was to get the 400 dollar pool on special and be done with it. He sit and went through the different pools they have. We loved them but wasn't feeling an extra monthly payment. However, I'm a teacher and off in the summer. This would be the dream to have my own pool. So they worked with us until we could agree on a payment we could handle. They then told us it would be 3-4 weeks to get installed. After 3-4 weeks, we called and they said the installer has had our information for about a week. When we didn't hear from him, we kindly asked for a new installer and they agreed.

The first installation of our pool was not really great, but they got someone else out to re-do what was wrong and so far we are happier with the results, but we have not really been able to check it out because it was too cold to go swimming after it was redone.

Any questions I had were answered promptly. Came through on their promises. I had some problems with my installation in the beginning but the situation was assessed and it was found my pool was not installed correctly so BWP sent out a veteran installer to redo the job correctly. I have nothing but good things to say about this new installer and how the problem was handled.

The pool was delivered and installed in record time and by professionals!!! Love the pool. Spent many hours in it already. Had it less than a year but we are very satisfied!!! The ion system is great. We don't have a problem keeping it clean. Very easy upkeep!!

Good quality pool but be patient because it takes a while for install. They offer great add on to help maintain the pool as well. Customer service is slow but management will get back with you fairly quick and will be very helpful.

I absolutely love my pool! Super easy to maintain. I’ve had it for a full summer and part of another (it was installed middle of that summer) and I’ve never had to put any chemicals into it. Any questions I’ve ever had were answered timely and dealing with customer service has been a breeze. We had some difficulty with the installation process but well worth the wait. Swimming without the chlorine feeling is fantastic! If you’re searching to buy a pool, hands down this one supersedes them all.

Had our pool for two years. We got our Blue World Pool two years ago. We knew that we are going to be investing a lot of money into our pool so the final cost did not surprise us. We learned patience that year because it took forever to begin (two months of waiting at least). The installation was finally done and we are happy with our pool. I like the fact that the pool does not require constant chemicals as we have children that have skin sensitivities to chemicals. They can safely play in the pool and enjoy going underwater without their eyes burning and skin getting blotchy afterwards. This past year we had some issues using our pool filter and called Blue World Pools for help. The staff were very helpful and were able to solve our problem and get us back in our pool quickly. Blue World Pools have been wonderful to us!! We just got our pool last year and our pump went out, so they sent us a brand new one free of charge. They also gave us a gift certificate to get 2 free chair floats. At the end of summer we opened the 2nd one just to check it and it had a hole in it, so now they are sending 2 free ones!! They move my payment if needed during the month. They answer any questions you have in a timely manner. They are really Excellent!! We are loving our pool and have been in it everyday!!

The pool was setup and ready to be filled in one day. This is my second season for the pool. The water is crystal clear. No more chlorine. Very big plus. Very little maintenance is needed. Great pool.

We are absolutely in love with our pool!! This was our second year with it.. It's super easy to maintain and last year I shocked it and put on the cover and opened it the season to a crystal clear pool.

I am very satisfied with how my pool turned out, and the quality. The whole experience was simple from start to finish, I had to wait a couple of weeks on the installation but I did decide to purchase my pool at the busiest time in the season. The installer Alex, was great, very knowledgeable about what he was doing and had it completed in no time, really great person, the grandbabies have greatly enjoyed the pool.

Pool was installed when promised and in a very professional way. Pool quality is great as promised. Overall I am very satisfied. The service and support after the sale has also been great. They actually answer the phone or call you back in a prompt time when you call for advice.

The workers arrived on time and started right in. They leveled the property where the pool was going. Then they proceeded to erect the sides. They did tear up our yard a little bit but not bad. They drove over our septic covers and broke one. The driver did not follow our instruction as to where not to drive but other than that we had no problems. They got our pool up and running and explained what we needed to know. We are very happy with our pool and have enjoyed many hours in it.

Our pool was installed in July. It was a very easy process with Blue World Pools as well as the installer. A couple of issues arose several weeks after the pool was installed, I called, and the installer was back out within a few days to correct the problem. We love our Blue World Pool.

My pool was installed by a different person to begin with but after 2 weeks the pool started leaking and was not level. He made several appointments to come and replace it but never showed up. After many attempts I gave up and contacted Blue World. They contacted another installer and he can and looked at job and was very efficient and was back to install it correct and I was very pleased with his work and keeping me informed through the whole process. Thanks to them and Blue world for making it right.

Great customer service, and they really took the time to listen to our needs. They helped us make the right decision. The pool was a great addition to the house and really looks good and the kids love it.

We had a great experience with them. The pool is gorgeous. I’m anxious to use it for a full summer next year. Didn’t get until mid August but what we did get to use it this year it was awesome. Easy to take care of. No chemicals.

Well our installers Mik and Rich are 2 of the best the way they worked and made sure it was exactly the way we wanted!!! When you buy your pool definitely if you can request those two you won't be disappointed at all.

Blue World Pools is a wonderful co. This is the second time that I have received a pool from them and the pools get better every time. They keep all their equipment up to date and explain fully how to operate the pump and everything. If you are not able to catch it all when they explain it to you that's ok because they will give you a DVD to watch that will help you pulse step by step instructions. If that's not enough and you are still not able to comprehend just give them a call and they will walk you through it. I love my pool and so does my family. Blue World Pools did a excellent job. The pool turned out better than I ever thought possible. The kiddos really enjoy everyday even the hot dog days of summer. My experience with Blue World Pools was amazing. It all started with a call to the company, and they setup an appointment for a sales person to come to your house. The sales person checked my backyard to see if it was able to hold the pool. Once it was established that the yard was able to hold a pool; we went inside to see the different types of pools. The sales person was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Once I agreed to purchase a pool everything ran smoothly. Once I was approved the service department called me to set up an install date. The company that installed my pool were very professional and quick. They cleaned up after themselves, and I was very happy with the final results. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. I would recommend Blue World Pools to anyone.

I love my Blue World Pool. There is no comparison to any other above ground pool. This pool is the top of the line line Pool. You will probably at more for this pool but the quality is definitely worth it. I only wanted the best and I got it.

We bought the 15ft Classic above the ground pool. Our salesman, Gerry, was very friendly, knowledgeable and came to our home. He had pictures and written info on pool size, materials and pump. Our pool installation was scheduled quickly and completed quickly. But, it was installed very well. Our installer, Mike, had 30yrs experience. He answered all our questions. It makes for a great family time. We have had Parties and everyone loved it. Told them that they need to try Blue World Pools. Every time someone comes over I tell them about the pools. Have nothing but a great time.

From start to finish Blue World was within a phone call away. They called to start the process and keep me up to date from when every piece was in to the day sand was delivered. Called afterwards to check if boxes were stacked in the right way.

Sales and service are very prompt in answering questions or concerns. The only problem we had was our skimmer was leaking and once I called we had a new skimmer within the week. Very satisfied with our pool.

We had one of their pools installed 05/2019. After about 2 weeks in it was unlevel. Had caved in spots around the pool and sand. Called had a tech out they told Blue World it was unlevel. Need to reinstall it so we had pool reinstall. A week later same thing going on. Had a diffrent tech out, told Blue World it was unlevel and the caved spots and screws where removed from ladder from the last install could have went bad. The 3 tech we need to reinstall again. They put pavers blocks which did help some the unlevel but still have sand in bottom and caved spots. They have treated me like I'm to blame for my issues. I paid 2,000 down and have made all payments. The pool is 15,000 dollar pool. I have had it 3 months.

Our first installation crew was fired due to faulty workmanship. The pool buckled and we lost our water. Blue World Pools sent out their best installation team with a brand new pool including filter to replace the original pool. I must thank Jim ** for all his help during this process. Our new pool is working great! We expect to be swimming in it for years to come.

Above ground pool purchase. We love our pool! Blue World Pools have been awesome! The people are friendly and helpful, we had a little trouble with the installation, but called Blue World Pools and they took care of it. This pool by far is the best pool ever! Low maintenance. 2 gallons of bleach a week and that's all the chemicals we have in it! We have had a lot of swimmers and we just add a extra gallon of bleach to shock and we are good to go! Overall the pool and install of the pool were excellent. The pool has performed as promised. It took a bit to get the pool installed once all the paperwork was done. But there is a limited amount of installers. I think that is good because that means not just anyone is installing the pool.

Salesman arrived as scheduled. Covered packages for different size and shapes. We chose the package we liked. Signed the paperwork. Here is the only issue I have. I did not get a copy of the pool package we ordered. Get a copy. The cover was in the package we agreed to. Still have not received the cover or a response to our inquiry. The installation went as promised, timely and professionally. The installer was great. He asked us a lot of questions and answered all our questions. He even answered questions we hadn't thought to ask. He has even called twice to see how things are going. If the salesman was as caring as the installer, it would have been a perfect experience.

Our experience with this company was not the best. We ordered our pool in April, provided all of the documents needed and they still asked for more. We provided those, the people in the finance department were rude and left rude messages on my voicemail. The pool didn’t get delivered until mid July. We had to personally buy some of the pvc pipe for the installation when everything was supposed to be included. The installer did a great job. That is the only good experience we had with this company. We love the pool but I would not recommend this company.

It was a great all around experience from the time the sales representative came to the door until they were here to install the pool. On April 16,2019 we purchased a 24’ round pool and paid 18,000 in cash. We then had 5 cancellations and my husband missing 3 days of work before it was installed on June 6. They finally installed the pool and did a very rushed and sloppy job! We got a rushed 15 minutes instructions. We found 4 screws missing on the laterals and one in the bottom of the pool. The worst part is we have huge sink holes in the bottom of the pool. The ground is flat here with no rocks! The ground was not prepped right. I made multiple calls to the service department and was told the supervisor would call me back. That never happened! One month after the pool was installed the police showed up with a warrant for a felony because the installer rented the machine in our area and never returned it. He used our address! I want some answers! This company is a joke! We are supposed to be a show pool! I would love to show them the bottom of my pool!

I had no idea how awful this experience would be. I purchased my pool on April 30th with a promise for it to be installed by Memorial Day. The pool was not installed until July 23rd! During that time Blue World sent out the different installers with little information for the delays. Each installer is an independent contractor so they operate differently. None of the installers informed me that they would dig up a large portion of my yard and leave me to deal with the aftermath of a huge pile of dirt to be hauled off.

We have had our Blue World pool for a year and a half and it's been great. We enjoy it a lot and our grandkids love coming over to swim. It's so easy to maintain compare to other above ground pools and the water is crystal clear. Happy with our purchase.

Blue World Pools is an excellent company that provides great financial help with getting a pool. If I have any problems with my pool I am able to call Blue World Pools and get help with my pool. Excellent customer service! I’m glad I can enjoy my pool with my family this summer.

Updated on 08/01/2019: Finally got my pool installed. Nightmare. Installer sucked. In hurry. Paid 500.00 to fill. Now it leaking underneath. Sidewall kinked. Sloppy job. Total take down. Redo. They said they will not cover the cost to refill leaking at skimmer filter. Said someone will contact asap. No one has. It sucks. Get the pool 27 round. Cannot use it.

Our pool was installed right after Memorial Day. The installers were great! They worked fast and managed to get the pool up in half a day, right before storms moved in. We have reaped the benefits all summer!

I called about the $299 deal and was told I had to be a homeowner to purchase which is fine, but was hung up on when I mentioned the homeowner wasn't nearby and before I was even able to tell them I'm translating for my parents so I had to be the one speaking. I've never been hung up on by a company before. It was completely unprofessional.

I got a pool from Blue World Pools. They came and leveled the ground and put together our pool and was done within 4-5 hours. Within a week after filling and testing water we were swimming! This pool is not like a chemical pool. We love the fact the water is crystal clear and you can see the bottom of the pool 24'x 52" deep pool. We love that you can open your eyes underwater and it doesn't burn! It's an investment we'll enjoy for years to come.

I signed a contract with Blue World on May 25 2019, I told them no financing, I would provide cash on delivery of pool. The salesman and people on phone both told me 2-3 weeks. I was given no date until I called numerous times at which point I was given a date of June 10th. No one showed. No one called. Then I finally reached someone and I was given a date of June 20th, then a date of June 21st. Then a date of June 27th, then June 28th. Then an installer called to tell me he would have someone here on July 8th or 9th guaranteed. It is now July 9th and no one is here, no one has called and I am unable to reach Blue World installation (option 2) or the installer who called me. No pool still and I assume it will be once summer is over before I get a pool but they did great because they got my $500 deposit out of me. I paid $500 to get the runaround from everyone in this company. Very dissatisfied with everything about Blue World Pools. Thank You.

Updated on 07/08/2019: I wanted to update my experience through the process of buying a pool from BWPs... See my post from the 5th of July...I still do not have my financial paperwork or know what my monthly payment is going to be in writing. I called and emailed BWP on Friday the 5th of July to get this information and spoke to someone within the installation department (finance department transferred me) who said they cannot get it because my file can’t be found, pretty sure VP Sales is sitting on it. The person I spoke with said she would track it down and call me back that evening or Sunday and never got a call back.

From the saleswoman to the installers everything went smoothly, no issues. Company calls you and verify every step of the process to make sure you are getting what you want. Pool is awesome!!! Very easy to maintain, and then if any questions there’s help just a phone call away.

Wonderful experience until installation time. Scheduled, No Show, five times. Installer even went into detail that he wasn't getting his paycheck on time. Finally got ahold to Jeff ** after leaving voicemails to call me back. Hopefully we will resolve this issue & I will not have to continue to bug people. I paid cash or this pool and would like to put this behind us. My husband has lost wages of $1600 waiting for an installer to never show. I even offered to install it myself. I just want my pool that I saved for, Please.

The pool is the best item that we have ever bought. Should have gotten it a long time ago. We have lots of fun with the family and the grandkids love to swim all day and I like to relax in it. The pool is wonderful and we are very glad we got it.

We have a brand new 33' x 18' Blue World pool that was installed a couple of weeks ago. The day after installation and filling the water, we had severe rains and the sand washed out from underneath the pool and the bottom is jagged and the liner broke against the braces. We have been working with the installation department (Jamal) and he has been wonderful. They replaced the liner and the installation crew is coming today to resurface the pool. They said they would send us gifts (have not seen any yet) for the inconvenience and the lost expense for filling the pool and having to refill.

Every time I call them they are very easy to talk with. Also very in helping to solve any problem that I may be having. To step by step instructions. I have enjoyed doing business with Blue World Pools!

We have had our pool for 6 days. The buying process and set up was so easy. They came to our house and discussed our options. We talked to financing then they scheduled installers to come. They set the pool up by noon. After the pool was up it took about two days to fill up. We did all the recommended steps and have swam every night since.

The installation department and crew at Blue World Pools is a joke! I paid for my pool in full on May 18th, I was told it would be installed on June 1st, no call no show. Then it was June 16th, no call no show. They brought my pool on June 19th and dropped everything in my yard and left. No call no show on the 20th, dug a hole in my yard on the 21st. Mind you they didn't show up until 12:30, they left before 5. I called Blue World Pools, the girl was very nice and understanding. Supervisor was supposed to call back, that didn't happen. Showed up on the 22nd at 11, put sand down and left. Now it's the 23rd, no call no show. I called Blue World back, spoke to Gerald, who was a complete smart **, basically said he doesn't know what to tell me, oh well!!! The salesman was great, the guy on the phone was great. But after they got my money the customer service went to rock bottom!

Very satisfied with our pool. Very easy transaction. Installer was outstanding. They finished our installation in the rain, made sure we were satisfied and understood the operation of our pool. Would recommend.

The final product, a Classic pool, is absolutely worth 5 stars. The route to get there can be a difficult one. I was extremely skeptical of the process due to all the bad reviews. Essentially it comes down to the installer. It's a gamble whether or not you get a good one. I would recommend asking for the installer's previous reviews before allowing them to install. The salesperson was not entirely knowledgeable about the pools themselves, so there was a little misinformation in the beginning.

Having bought this 27 ft pool was a great event. The pool is huge and looks fantastic. It will be a great asset to our home. Am waiting to have others come and look at it. I would recommend anyone wanting a pool to check out Blue World Pools as they look great and are so enjoyable to be in.

We scheduled to have our pool installed Friday at 7AM and made it clear to the installer that my wife would be leaving at 10AM so all paperwork must be done by then. He finally showed at 3PM without so much as a call or text to let us know he would be late. Once installation was complete we began the process of filling the pool and quickly found it was leaking 400 gallons per day. We called Blue World Monday as soon as they opened and were told to contact the installer (subcontracted). I reached out to the installer and was told that he would be ordering a new liner and main drain but three days later Blue World called me to do a survey on my satisfaction and it was discovered that repair parts were never ordered.

I love my new pool. The salesman was very friendly. Customer service has been helpful and my installers were fantastic. The installers spent a lot of extra time going above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The pool is well constructed. Made out of sturdy materials.

We ordered our pool and in less than two weeks we are swimming in it! How cool is that? Installation only took one day and they were very hard workers. We love our pool so much as it has created a wonderful family time together and the entertaining in it is the best! ♥️

Called about the $299 pool. Was told needs to be a homeowner and if married my husband had to be home with me to talk to the salesman, was not told to set aside 90 mins for this! Monday salesman shows up, starts talking and I tell him, "I only have 10 mins. Can we talk about the pool." Was told, "No it's 90 mins long" and he has to go over this book. I told him, "If we can not talk about just the pools now then I will not rebook." If I would have been told it's 90 mins long I would have booked this appointment after work not during my lunch hour! All I wanted was the $299 pool but he could not even sell me this, wanted to upsell me! Too bad I had cash in hand! I did not care about the upgrades or other pools!

I got off to a rocky start, but due to constant support from service, I got the water perfect. The group that put the pool together didn't share enough info for me to move forward with water maintenance, but the great guys at Blue World got me squared away.

Purchased a Classic Deluxe 24' round pool. Took the installer 8 hours to install and instruct the startup and operation of the system. The pool exceeded my expectations. Service answered all questions.

Once we got an installation date and got connected with an installer. Things went very well. Every time I call the staff is very pleasant and helpful. We are loving our pool! Love the fact that the pool is chemical-free and we are learning how to keep it up.

Love the pool, good quality. Experience not as easy. Salesperson was not knowledgeable of rules in our area. We ended up with smaller pool than she insisted we could get, and was ordered. Finance department attempted an upsell, which I did not appreciate. Installation took several weeks longer than told. Ladder parts missing. There was a leak after installation. Took a day and a half to get installation company back out to repair. Thanks to who Mark came out, did repair, had parts to get ladder installed.

I want to share my dealings with Sean Warren and Blue World Pools as well as my professional salesperson. A company is only as good as a leader and this is my experience to share. My salesperson was most professional and told us up front that she was here to make sure our experience was good and we made a sound decision. She did her part most professionals. We ended up not purchasing a pool however when I can I will purchase because of the salesperson. I had an opportunity them to speak with the owner Sean Warren. Same professional manner as my salesperson. Kind hearted and listened. Answered my concerns and is a great leader. I will deal with this company again. I am so appreciative of the owner and salesperson I met and worked with.

The experience was very exceptional! The guy who installed it brought a crew of about 5 guys. He explained everything they were going to be doing and did exactly what he said. Friendly and informative. It was even lightly raining and he didn't stop. Then he showed us how everything worked after installation and what to do once we got water in it. Would recommend again.

My experience with Blue World Pools has been easy and a great experience. I made the inquiry and within seconds I received a phone call to set up a site visit to inspect the site and receive information about their products available for my location. From the time I contacted Blue World Pools until the pool was filled and ready to swim was 3 weeks. Some of that time was because of me having to remove a few trees to have room for the pool. Overall everything moved fast and by the time I was ready for them to install they had the pool and was out the next day to install. If you are looking for your own place to relax and cool off this summer then I would very much recommend giving Blue World Pools a call.

We purchased a 27 ft round classic pool. The process went well, other than the rain which they can't control. We have had a issue with the ladder, but when we contact Blue World about it they quickly resolved the problem. Seem to be very responsive and communicate well.
