Called to ask a question about my pool vacuum. Mr. ** gave me the name of a person I can call to troubleshoot my problem. He also asked if I had any other issues. He was very professional. He also told me if I had any other issues to call any time and he would walk me through the issues.

The sales representative was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to be sure we got the pool we desired. The installers were professional and took the time to install the pool correctly. They were there on the scheduled date. The experience went very well.

Our 4 year old wanted a pool for his birthday. We saw the commercial for Blue World and decided to give them a try! We are so glad we did. A sales associate came out to our house and showed us the many plans and items we could chose for. After an hour of explaining and talking we decided on a pool. Filled of the paperwork, wrote a check for the downpayment and then waited for our pool to be delivered! Once it was delivered we paid for us pool in full and the team that came to set it up was wonderful. Very professional and thorough. It was set up in no time and we are enjoying it everyday!

This company tells almost everyone they will get a cheaper pool for being a show pool. Sales pitch, be aware. 100$ gift card is really in store credit. They have no online store to look at and you have to do it over the phone. The products mostly are over a 100$ so you literally are paying for the product. This company is a complete joke and sucks money out of people in every place possible. Interest rates are high. Only way to buy a pool from these guys is getting your own financing first. They record everything because it is their back up for court and lawsuits. They are misleading, terrible ethics, and literally do not care about you except take your money. These guys are a joke. Get a reputable company with local financing and local reputable contractor. Cheap stairs, pool cover that is free is terrible, and the only positive was the guy installing the pool.

The purchase of this pool starting with installation was a nightmare and got worse as time went on. Foreman of job was only person that could speak proper English and his smart mouth got him beat up the night before at a bar in Austin and he found himself in hospital. Therefore he tried talking his workers through the process of installation over the phone from hospital bed. Before pool installation was complete the foreman contractor asked my husband and I to sign off on paperwork so that he could pay his workers, which in our error we did. What a mistake that turned out to be.
It took 3 times for foreman and workers to come out and get it installed correctly, which means 2 times to drain and refill at our expense. The plumbing from pool to pump looked horrible and pump installed was not correct size to filter pool correctly. Needless to say a year later we were purchasing the correct size pump to accommodate the pool size we had. That's another headache in itself... Company tried to accommodate by sending free floats and a cheap vacuum system.
A hemorrhagic stroke in 2014 left me unable to work therefore we were having a difficult time making payments and we were not able to come to any sort of an agreement to repay the loan. An individual by the name of Eugene proceeded in harassing my husband and I along with other family members regarding this issue. He was rude and aggressive every time he contacted us. We have made several attempts to reach an amount so that we could settle this and have yet had any luck. I refuse to allow them to withdraw funds from our bank account but have offered to send monthly payments which they say they have no way to accept a check or money order for the payment each month. Therefore, we continue to receive crude and harassing calls each month. Now we are having to retain an attorney to hopefully settle this matter once and for all.
Since your pool was well over 5 years ago and this was never mentioned back then, it is certainly suspect it is brought up now when you are well past due. The easiest way to pay is on a rechargable debit card so you do not have to send anyting through regular mail. Great experience starting with the sales rep to installation. My husband and I spoke with different companies before making a decision and I could personally would like to thank them. My husband had brain surgery and need some time to have thing repeated but to them they didn't mind repeating themselves. And that what I call excellent customer service. Again thank you for everything and of course love my pool.

I have been with Blue World since 2016 and had a loss of income in my household, I tried to explain to them that I need my payments cut in half or they can have the pool back, instead of working with me I paid them with my debit card and they went into my account. Took additional funds out on the same day. Eugene has been harassing my references after they asked him not to call anymore. Blue World has been advised not to call my job and he continues to do so when we cannot have personal calls at work and he has left very rude and threatening voicemails on my phone. They have already place a lien on my property, and he still continues to harass me and my references along with my employer!! This is very disrespectful and needs to stop the harassment!!!!

We had been thinking about purchasing a pool for a few years, this pool has been a completely different experience for the pool I had growing up. We are busy and don't have a whole lot of time to spend maintaining the operating on the pool. It is easy to maintain and still gives us time to enjoy the pool ourselves. Everyone I have dealt with has been very knowledgeable about the function of the pool, was friendly when I called in with a question on the start up, maintaining and closing the pool up for the season. Since I'm a busy person I don't have the time to spend a whole lot of time on maintaining or cleaning the pool, this is a perfect pool for me. With my package I received everything I needed for the start up and closing the pool for the winter.

My experience with Blue World has been fantastic. The installers were very friendly and had my pool installed and filling in about 6 hours. The ion system works amazingly well to keep the water clear and clean. Customer service is always available with help for questions that I've had from closing the pool for the winter to questions about water quality and how to read the test strips. I definitely recommend Blue World Pools.

Bought a 24 foot round pool. The pool has been great and easy to keep clean. The salesman had all types of information and facts about going with the non- chlorine pool. He was right. Kids love the pool and get in it as much as possible. The installation department works well with you and keeps you informed with what’s going on during the process.

We purchased a pool. During the Thanksgiving break we came back and my liner was completely destroyed. Now every time we have called this company for warranty they have said, “You have to patch it. You have to patch it.” We have patched this line at least 40 times. There were more patches than line. Now our pools liner completely gave way and there is no line, released all the watch and now flapping. But no one is in the office. No one will return calls. This company after getting money is bogus, next step small claims court I guess.

I signed my contract on the 1st of July, 2018. I was told I would be "swimming" in August. I heard nothing from the company for over three weeks, then I contacted them at the end of July. Said they would have a date available Mid august, that didn't work out. They then assured me that it would be installed on the 26th of August. I cut my vacation at the beach short to be home and once again no install. I was told then that it would be handle to following weekend.
I called that Friday the 31st of August to verify the install time and was once again lied to and told that there was not an install scheduled. The last person I talked to was a Mr. ** who assured me that I would receive a call the following week no later than the fifth of September to talk about my concerns and when my pool install could be scheduled. It is now the 26th of November 2018 and I have left the company install department numerous voicemails and I have tried to contact Mr. **. I hope this review helps get their attention. I want my deposit back and the decency of a truthful and honest conversation.
There were many uncharacteristic delays on the installation side. The last conversation you had with our VP of sales was that you would be one of the first installations of 2019. I will be more than happy to have the same gentleman you spoke to last review with you the details of that communication. The weather pushed back the installation on multiple occasions. Swimming pool is awesome, very clean & enjoyable. The ladder that comes with this pool is amazing & easy to enter and exit the pool. We live in Missouri so we had to winterize a month ago and already missing our pool time. The pump is very powerful and keeps the water super clean!

We bought a Blue World Pool in June and it was installed on or about 23 July. The installer was very good guy named Xavier. The ionizer and sand filter work great at keeping the pool clean with a gallon of bleach a week. We have been swimming in it daily since installation, including warm Central Texas days in October. I have regularly kept the pool level up to par and noticed slow leakage around the bottom rim about two weeks ago. The leak then was not visible but the water level continues to drop one inch a day. I put a pair of goggles on and noticed a discolored blackish stain on the bottom edge seam of the liner that could be hairline seepage causing the leak since I could not locate anything else. This seepage is like looking for a needle in a haystack. The installer came out two days ago and told me it was the seam and that he would ask Blue World Pools to cover a new replacement liner under warranty.
Well, after spending 10000 cash for a pool Blue World tried to bill us out of 25000 for, James ** of BWP says they will not replace the liner under warranty. The only thing they would do is send a patch kit and I can either repair it myself or hire it done. He says he thinks the damage is not warranty related. Then he berates me and instead of trying to help solve my problem, he makes me very upset and retaliatory. He said I need to discuss it with my lawyer. Forget that; lawyers are what protects BWP and the money they pay them from billing their customers. No, I will go directly to the manufacturers of the products that BWP sells and see if they care to solve my problem without having to pay for a faulty seam. Beware of this company. They will not stand behind anything!
Blue World Pools, Inc. sent out an installer because because you were convinced it was a seam separation and did not wish to patch your liner. The installer indicated it was not a seam separation and you refused to pay for the service. It was clear that you had some work done after the installation that caused the puncture in your liner. A seam separation happens immediately upon installation and is unbelievably rare. You developed a slow leak but it was not caused by Blue World Pools, Inc. PS Our agreements with the manufacturer detail Blue World Pools, Inc. would not come out of pocket any money on a seam separation. However, Blue World Pools, Inc. will not make our manufacturer be accountable for something he should not have too and did not cause. Blue World Pools, Inc. will be more than happy to give the consumer a substantial discount on a new liner or an installer can patch the liner at cost. I purchased a pool in May 2018. I had been having issues with the pump. The company sent me all the parts to replace the ionizer. I can call at any time and they are there to help me. If they are closed I leave a message and get a response the next day. I have had no issues I have even had a family member get a pool already as well. I am very pleased with how fast the process was in signing and actually installing the pool...

Blue World Pools are a lot of fun. We bought a 27' Midline pool. Best bang for your buck. Also, I love the filter they include with the pool, it is very easy to maintain. Just 2 gallons of Clorox bleach per week and I'm good to go. That's only $8 in chemicals/week. A lot cheaper than some of my other friends pay for their in-ground pool. The only problem I had with Blue World Pools was the first installer. He was a no-show. I guess you are going to have a fair amount of crappy installers when you outsource, it comes with the territory. But the second installer I got was great, on time, and did everything he said he would. No issues or complaints with Blue World Pools or the second installer.

I bought a pool a few years back from Blue World Pools. When I tell you I adore their parts/service department I truly mean it. They have help me with instructions/ guidance and quality customer service. Some companies sell you things and drop the ball but not Blue World Pool. I can call with questions and they ALWAYS spend the time to talk me through my situation or sell me what I need; I love my pool but service/parts and a gentleman named Luther has been my lifesaver. You will be satisfied with this company so I give them 5 stars that are well deserved.

I found out earlier this year that my loan was for 11 years and not the 5 year I term that I agreed to initially. I entered into this loan under false pretenses due to the lies that were told to me by the sales representatives. After searching the internet regarding the companies standing; I found out I was not alone. Now Blue World Pools have a lien on my property and I am stuck paying on a 5 year loan. Not to mention, I have no way to trace my loan because I have no access to my account. I receive no statements and no online account is set up. This is one reason why I didn't know that I had entered into a 11 year loan. I only found out that I had entered into this long term loan because I was being treated rudely by the unprofessional staff that work in the payment account department.
I had been paying for 4 years and thought I was about to be done paying on my loan; so I inquired about the balance only to find out that I was nowhere near paying off my loan. The staff was so rude that when I attempted to make a payment once the staff told me they could not take my payment. I just could not believe it! The company stopped taking payments out of my account for months; and Oct 21, 2018 out of the blue with no heads up the company began taking payments out of my checking account again. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I've had to call a few times to get confirmation on how I was operating my pump and how to clear my water. Luther walked me through everything step by step every time I spoke with him. Recently I called in regards to how to winterize my pool and he told me exactly what to do to prep it then told me after I do those steps that I need to call him back and he will walk me through the shutting down process, also step by step.

Pool was leaking since the installation in July 2017. Thought it was just from us splashing. Then during the winter it kept up. Opened pool June 2018 and it started all over. Repeated calls to the company got us answers like "we will send our leak detector" to you to find out the answer. I asked if they would need a "left handed crescent wrench" to help with their "leak detector" that was never sent or followed up on. To this point Blue World Pools is doing their best to NOT back up their guarantee promises.
8/10/17 had first bad experience, installation was totally unacceptable. 8/10, 8/12, 8/21 twice. 9/26/18 "leak detector" out in the field. He'll (Luther or Jeff) send someone to find with "leak detector" NEVER HAPPENED. 10/26/18 Talked to Luther again. Will set up service call that will cost me $$$ REALLY??? If it sounds too good... It is. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE FROM BLUE WORLD POOLS.
Liners just don't start leaking, something has to pierce it for it to leak. Blue World Pools, Inc. makes sure there are no defects in the liner at installation when filling the pool with water. After a bit of work leveling the pool site and getting ready we finally got our pool. My family, friends and I have enjoyed our pool every day. It looks beautiful and it feels wonderful. From the beginning, Blue World Pools has been a great company to work with. We had quite a delay due to constant rain last year when they were planning to install. They continued to communicate with me and when it came time to install, they were here bright and early. They had my pool in by the end of the day, digging, grading, setting up, all of it. Once it filled, I was in love!! This pool is VERY minimal on chemicals and you can tell when in the water. Maintenance was a breeze, SO MUCH EASIER than a chlorinated pool. Stays perfect all year. When we closed it down, it was in great shape, clear water, etc. When we opening in the spring, it was just as perfect! I was amazed, expecting to see green water when I took off the cover, but not a bit of algae. Simply followed the instructions and it was perfect. LOVE MY POOL!

Took longer than expected. The overall experience was not bad. We signed our original contract the 10th of July and was told it would be 3-4 weeks. The pool was completed on September 30th. If you are thinking about a pool for next summer you may want to start your process now.

From the time of delivery to now, the service department has been wonderful. They patiently answer our questions and offer advice on any problem we have whether it be water not clearing up properly after laying idle all winter to a part not working properly. Took a month to install. Leaks. Leans. Not level. Ladder is very cheap made. Cleaning systems don't work properly. Pump leaks. Phone call/voicemail now salesman and secretary very nice but past that horrible. Shame on you.

I seen a commercial on TV for Blue World Pools for 299. I called them and they sent a sales rep out within a week. I wanted the pool for 299. The man says, "You have to pick up that pool at the warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia." Then he states, "Let me show you what we offer with great products." As he talked to me in the dark out at my table as we used the flashlights on our phones to go over what they offered as a chemical-free pool!!! Well that sight there bought me... Then after we do paperwork he states, "only one gallon of bleach a week is what you are to use." Well me and my daughters' hair turned green... And water was getting slimy. I took water to be tested at different places and well they all say the same thing. "You have to have chlorine stabilizer and shock in your pool."
Now here I am with more money out for chemicals and pipes that leak due to not being put on right. The installers left trash and packing all over. A lady calls me and says the day after my pool was put in if I give them a good review then I can get 150 in products for my pool. Well my dumb ** left a good review now. When you call them to ask questions or talk about the pricing of this chemical pool they want to be rude and disrespectful... I should have knowed it was too good to be true. Run while you can.

Customer service dept needs some work as far as professional language with customers. Seemed like a few reps forgot they had a adult on the line instead of a buddy. My installation team was wonderful!! Here in time, finished on time and answered all questions. Salesperson nice but was in it to make a sale, must work on commission.

My pool was installed on August 17, 2018, and it developed a slow leak about 3 weeks later. I am waiting for repairs to be made. Until the pool is up and running for next summer, I really cannot do a complete review since I was only able to use the pool for about 3 weeks. My contacts with the service department have been good, and they sent an installer to look at the pool, but until the repairs are made, I can't really do a review justice.

This is a great pool, I would recommend it to anyone. The man that dug out the lawn for the pool knew exactly what he was doing and did a great job, even leveled the rest of my yard with the dirt he pulled out. When my pump went out after the first year, they did not hesitate to replace it for me. The maintenance department has been very helpful whenever I needed assistance.

Blue World Pools is the worst company that my husband and I have ever dealt with and we regret investing our money in one of their pools. I've contacted the company including Sean ** numerous times about a couple areas at the bottom of my pool where there are blunt objects protruding, one is actually coming up at least 1/2 inch. Sean has assured me along with various people from the installation department to go ahead and enjoy the pool, that they'll be sending someone back out to take care of it.
Been getting the run around since the end of June, just to call again today and be told by the installation department that they may not make it back out until next spring. All my trust in this company is now out the window and I'm so glad that the majority of my conversations with them are recorded. I'm afraid that when the pool freezes this winter the weight of the ice is going to cause the objects to puncture through. Doing my best to prevent a potential mess for me and my neighbors.
Was trying to avoid making a negative comment about the company. I hate that we decided to go with Blue World Pools and that I may have to seek legal counsel to get the issue resolved. If it weren't for the objects at the bottom of the pool and how Blue World Pools is handling this or should I say not handling this, the comment about my experience would be great. I love the pool. Just want the issues taken care of. Please please please think twice before you spend this type of money on one of their pools.

Sean ** doesn't keep his word after numerous no shows. He stepped in gave me his word that next time it's scheduled it would be installed or he would cancel contract give me deposit back. The day came and for the sixth time contractor cancelled, two weeks go by and they call to set up install date. I said, “No we are done Sean ** word.” I called Sean spoke with him the whole time. He tries to convince me into accepting a classic and tried to give me his word again. No a man's word is his worth. After back and forth he says Blue World is cancelling contract with no penalty and full refund. All he needs is copy of cleared check and I'll have my money in 5 days. It's been seventeen days now. Get a letter in mail today wanting me to sign to cancel and refund my money.
I’m not signing cancellation papers that are not true statements. By signing this it as I (we) agree that Blue World is an ethically superb company, that has agreed to cancel our contract without penalty in an effort to help me (us) out in a time of financial trouble. I (we) further agree to never disparage Blue World pools in any manner. Then wants me to add positive comments. You’re not using my money to keep me and my experience with your company quit. It was not cancelled due to financial reasons. This started in May 12 2018 with six no show no calls. Contract is out of date on 9/09/18. Sean ** we are done and I will spread the word my experience the truth and nothing more company not recommend by the ** family or **.
Blue World Pools, Inc. would like to apologize to Bryan Kinner for any inconvenience he feels he encountered while dealing with Blue World Pools, Inc. Due to the overwhelming response from Blue World Pools, Inc. advertising campaign there was a slight delay in installation that was exacerbated by the weather and the customer's insistence on a Saturday installation. With the combination of trucking terminals being closed on the weekends, as well as most sand pits, accommodating the customer's request was delayed for longer than Blue World Pools, Inc. would have preferred. In the spirit of good faith and customer satisfaction, Blue World Pools, Inc. cancelled the contract without penalty.

There is a lot of information that is left off if you are a first time pool owner so do your research first. Some of the Customer service representatives could use some "Dealing with people" Seminars (depending which representatives you get.) I would recommend Blue World to others.

We had Blue World Pools install a 27' round above ground pool about two years ago. They were incredibly professional, helpful, and fast. Our pool was up and running in three days. It has been very easy to maintain and our house is now the fun place to be on the weekends. I like the way the pool filter itself and it is strong against the wind, it have a lot of room. We have pool party with friends and family. It's not hard to keep up. It makes the yard looks good, the ladder is a safety ladder. The price is good and also the monthly payments. My husband and I enjoy the afternoon in the pool, it's so relaxing. The thought of being able to afford and owning a pool was a nice surprise especially a quality above ground 24 diameter pool. When the price was more what we would be able to afford. Our family loves the new pool and it nice to have recreation at home not going to a public place or being invited to someone’s home. Also the installation of Pool by contractors was Great. They knew their work (Job) plus diligent at Job. They were polite and respectful. We really like the Ionizing that comes with pool instead of a regular chlorine pool. Also that pool/equipments with care has a lifetime warranty.

I had my pool installed at the end of June 2018 and have enjoyed every minute we’ve had it. Everything the salesman and the installer told me about the filtration system is correct. No maintenance on the pool at all. The water is very clear as long you remember to turn the pump on for 6 hours everyday which I forget from time to time and it gets a little foggy but when I turn it on and it pour a gallon of bleach in it it clears up in 30 minutes. I’ve had the best experience with this company and would do it over again. I would do it 1000%. Thanks Blue World Pools for everything.

I have owned lots of pools in my lifetime, and the quality of Blue World Pools far surpasses them all. The materials used to manufacture the pool components, the Ionization system, the filtration system, and VERY low maintenance, among many other things, makes me wish I purchased one of these pools years ago! Our family purchased a 24ft above ground pool in July of 2018. We have been really happy with it. The company had some of the best representatives that you could ask for. The entire staff was very helpful. The moment I emailed for information I received a call saying they could meet me the next day. The gentleman that came out to speak with us was very professional as well as everyone we spoke to from that point on. This company has some shady business practices. First, they send a sales rep out to your house to demonstrate this B.S. presentation. Then, they make it seem like there are doing something for you by offering you a show pool, but according to other reviews everyone gets a show pool. Not to mention, my mother signed an agreement on 07/01/18 and gave them a down payment which they cashed on 07/17/18 and didn't make a move to contact a contractor to install the pool until 08/08/18. Yet, as of 08/27/18 there is still no pool.
PAY ATTENTION TO THIS... after the sales rep leaves your home, someone from their office will call to upgrade you to a larger pool, in which they say it cost a little bit more at a lower interest rate of 15.9%. However, if you do not want the bigger pool then they will charge you 34.7% interest of the cost of a pool that is quoted at very high amounts (more than 10,000). Do not do business with these people because an above ground pool that is not custom built should never cost 24,415.

I was so glad to see my pool being put up. It was very interesting. The crew done a great job at putting everything together for me. The experience was as the sales rep said. I had 1 price break on the pump, I called it in n the company sent the part right out. I love the idea that there is a life time warranty on my 18 ft round pool. We love our pool especially when our grandbabies come over and swim. It's so much fun watching them have so much fun playing in the pool. My husband and I also enjoy the pool for relaxation and for exercising. My husband likes to come home from work and likes to get in the pool for his down time after a long day. I love spending my time listening to my favorite radio station and laying out in the pool. I invited a friend over for the day to swim and she really loved the pool. I hoping when they buy their place I can talk them into getting a pool. I would love to send in my pool pics but they are all on my phone. Maybe I can figure out how to send them soon... I can really say we love our pool!

We were very excited when the sales guy came to our house and told us all about the 27-foot midline pool! We agreed to be a “Show Pool” and were told it would be 3-4 weeks and we would be swimming in our new pool. We were also told by our salesman that we didn’t need to get a permit in our county for the pool or the electrical hook-up. He also said in our county we didn’t have to install a fence around the pool. I called an electrician and the first thing he told me was, “Yes you do have to get a permit for the pool and a separate one for the electrical”! So that was an additional cost for the pool permit and additional cost for the electrical permit. I called our homeowners' insurance company and was told we do have to install a fence and that all insurance companies require one! I wasn’t told until install day that I had to get heavy duty 10 or 12 gauge extension cords which cost me more expense.
In week 5, an installer came to install the pool, the first thing he gave me was a form that I had to get notarized that day! Very inconvenient. He also asked for payment before he started working. I told him I wanted to pay him when he was done. He called someone at Blue World and he said that he was told he had to collect at least half payment before the install started! We had gotten financing from our bank, so we only had one check for the entire amount. I did not feel comfortable paying before the work was done but the installer said he couldn’t even start the install unless I gave him the check, so I reluctantly gave him the check.
I walked around my yard and showed the installer exactly where he could drive in our yard because of our fill lines and septic, he said ok. I had to leave to go get the form notarized and I come back home to tire tracks and a big muddy spot where he drove through my yard (exactly where I told him not to drive)! I have security cameras and caught the whole thing on video! He got his truck and trailer full of sand stuck in my front yard and pulled it out with his bobcat! So I ask him about it and he tells me that he drove where I told him to... clearly by the tire marks and the video. He did not! So, now I have a huge rutted out muddy spot in my front yard.
So back to the install, they use the bobcat to level the ground where the pool is going, they lay the track down and put it together and I notice they aren't putting blocks under the jointer plates (where the wall posts will sit). I ask why not, he says that it doesn’t need them. They put down one trailer load of sand, I’m not sure how much. It starts raining and they left for the rest of the day. They came back the next day and finished the install, then told me how to fill it up and how to work the filter and then got me on the phone with a Blue World rep to agree to all of their questions again. Then they leave before the bottom of the pool even has an inch of water in it!
A few hours after they left, a big dent formed on one side and I noticed one side of the pool was filling with water before the other side. I immediately texted the installer and called Blue World Pools. The installer never responded but the csr from Blue World called him and he came back to check the pool. He said, "Oh it’s fine. The wall will pop out when it fills with water and the water line looks deceiving, keep filling it and let me know if you have any issues!" So we kept filling the pool, only to see clearly that the water in the pool was not filling up level! So I try to reach the installer. Again no response. So I called Blue World again and sent them pictures. Several DAYS go by of back and forth calling and leaving messages with Blue World, finally I got someone on the phone and was told to drain the pool and the installer would be back to level it correctly.
The installer texted me and said he got sent to Memphis and would be back on Monday, he didn't show up or even call/text on Monday. Finally get through to someone at Blue World again and they tell me the installer is now in San Antonio, TX! The installer finally sends me a text and tells me he’s on his way (this was Wednesday). He didn't show up or call/text again! Thursday, I call Blue World again, he tells me he will figure out what's going on and ship out a new pool liner because our pool had been sitting empty for an entire week.
Later on Thursday, the installer responds to my texts and says he will be here on Sunday. Sunday, I send him a text and ask what time he will be here to fix the pool, He responds and says “Has the new liner came in”, I said, "Yes. It was delivered on Saturday." He never responded after that text! He didn't show up or call/text again! Three times, no call and no show! This is time that I took off work or had to rearrange my schedule for, only for him to never show up.
On Monday, I call and leave a message on extension ** and **. Ext. ** has never returned my calls since we started having problems. ** called me back and said he didn’t know what was going on with the installer and he would figure it out and call me back. I said, “No, at this point I would prefer you send someone else”! So he tells me he will call me back. He called me back a few hours later and said that another installer would be here on Tuesday.
Tuesday, (the new installer) arrived exactly when he told me he would! He checked the pool and it was off level by 4 inches side to side! He had to completely take the pool back apart, re-level the ground, bring in more sand, go get paving blocks to sit the jointer plates on and re-install the entire pool! It took him and his helper about a day and a half. It is now Wednesday of week 7 (August 22nd, the swim season is almost over) and our pool is finally filling with water. Again. Hopefully, we will be able to turn the pump on and get it going in a few days. I will update this review if we have any more issues.
Lastly, Blue World Pools Inc., what do you intend on doing to rectify all the additional costs that I have had to pay? With having to fill the 27-foot pool twice, I am sure my water bill is going to be expensive, plus all the other things I had to purchase at the last minute, and all of my time that was wasted waiting on your installers to show up. What about my front yard, are you going to send someone to fix the damage? Awaiting your response...

THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE PURCHASE AND EXPERIENCE! We were very excited when the sales guy came to our house and told us all about the 27 foot midline pool! So we kept filling the pool, only to see clearly that the water in the pool was NOT filling up level! So I try to reach the installer. Again no response. So I called Blue World again and sent them pictures. Several DAYS go by of back and forth calling with Blue World (it was the weekend), finally got someone on the phone and was told to DRAIN the pool and the installer would be back to level it correctly.
The installer said he got sent to Memphis and would be back on Monday, he DIDN’T show up or even call/text on Monday. Finally get through to someone at Blue World again and they tell me the installer is now in San Antonio, TX! The installer finally sends me a text and tells me he’s on his way (this was Wednesday). He DIDN’T show up or call/text again! Thursday, I call Blue World again and talk to Jim this time, he tells me he will figure out what's going on and ship out a new pool liner because our pool had been sitting empty for an entire week.
Later on Thursday, the installer responds to my texts and says he will be here on Sunday. Sunday, I send him a text and ask what time he will be here to fix the pool, He responds and says “has the new liner came in”, I said, "YES it was delivered on Saturday." He NEVER responded after that text! He DIDN’T show up or call/text again! THREE TIMES NO CALL AND NO SHOW. This is time that I took off work or had to rearrange my schedule for, only for him to never show up. On Monday, I call and leave a message for Sean and another for Jim. Sean has never returned my calls since we started having problems. Jim called me back and said he didn’t know what was going on with Eric the installer and he would figure it out and call me back. I said, “NO, at this point I would prefer you send someone else!” So he tells me he will call me back. He called me back a few hours later and said that another installer would be here on Tuesday.
Tuesday, Jeremiah ** (the new installer) arrived exactly when he told me he would! He checked the pool and it was OFF LEVEL BY 4 INCHES side to side! He had to completely take the pool back apart, re-level the ground, bring in more sand, go get paving blocks to sit the jointer plates on and re-install the entire pool! It took Jeremiah and his helper about a day and a half and they did a great job! I give the two of them a 5 star review on the re-install! It is now Wednesday of week 7 (August 22nd, the swim season is almost over) and our pool is finally filling with water… Again. Hopefully we will be able to turn the pump on and get it going in a few days. I will update this review if we have any more issues.
Lastly, Blue World Pools Inc., what do you intend on doing to rectify all the additional costs that I have had to pay? With having to fill the 27 foot pool twice, I am sure my water bill is going to be expensive, plus all the other things I had to purchase at the last minute, and all of my time that was wasted waiting on your installer to show up. What about my front yard, are you going to send someone to fix the damage??

I recommend this pool for the quality of it! It’s a beautiful pool and well made! The only issue is you will have to wait longer than they say to install! The fine print says they have 120 days... but it didn’t take that long. It took about 2 1/2 to 3 months for it to be installed. The installers were amazing and very knowledgeable about the pool.
Based on the weather and volume of purchase orders coming in at the same time, we did experience a slight delay on the installation side. We saw the advertisement on TV. Gave them a call. Within one week we were sitting here talking with a representative. Supposed to have it installed around July. This was a month later. They had to hold off extra week due to weather so we still have been able to get in pool yet cause fighting cool rainy weather but it supposed to change up for little while so we should be able to enjoy our pool a couple weeks before we shut it down for winter. We also recommend you explain the pump startup better or make sure your installers are staying around or coming back to make sure your customers have their systems working properly. I have owned a Blue World pool for nine years now. With the low maintenance and great value, you cannot beat it! My pools continues to sparkle year after year with little work on my behalf. The thick pool liner has withstand years of wear and tear and is still looking and feeling brand new! The liner is definitely made with better quality than most pool liners. I absolutely love that I do not have to add chemicals on a regular basis. To have a pool that does not require a lot of maintenance is key to enjoying your pool.
If you ever do need a part or service for your pool, the service department at Blue World Pools is extremely helpful. They do everything they can to ensure you are taken care of and your needs are met. I am writing this review so other people can see what great values you can find at Blue World Pools. So everything went smoothly but we were never told the process! When contacting the company the representative was very rude. No empathy for my concerns. Could never get a Manager on the line to discuss anything with me. Finally got a call from the Manager. He was very polite. Showed empathy towards my concerns. Very apologetic. Overall with the pool we are very satisfied & the installation. We do recommend using Blue World Pools to anyone looking to invest in a pool. Just make sure to have them go over the process with you.

I begin with noting that I read many reviews of Blue World Pools prior to calling, and was quite a bit hesitant to trust this company. Thank God I gave them a chance to redeem their reputation in lieu of a few negative reviews! We have enjoyed our pool this summer and I expect that we will for many years to come. Once we were notified of the installation date everything went as we were informed it would by the BWP's representatives. The group that installed our pool was Absolutely Wonderful!! (I believe him name was Alex). His family has apparently been installing these pools for years and take extreme care in doing it right the first time.
The amount of roots they had to dig through in order to complete the leveling was very time consuming and certainly added a lot of time and hard work for these men, however: they were determined to get it accomplished in one day with no complaints. I really can not say enough about how great this team was!! Prior to leaving that evening, they answered any questions we had regarding the operation of the pump, maintenance, etc. We have since built a beautiful deck around our pool and Love It!!
There is Honestly very minimal maintenance required for the pool we installed. I love the fact that it is chemical free also! As I earlier stated, I was very hesitant in the beginning and stayed in contact with BWP constantly yet they always returned my calls and made sure I was satisfied and happy with the results. We had a winter pool cover added in with our contract and I expect that delivery in September. I would 200 % recommend Blue World Pools to anyone in search of a High Quality pool.

We had a salesman come to our house June 28th to finalize the contracts for a new pool. We have been promised an installation date within 3-4 weeks tops for the pool. The finance department cashed our check for the down payment July 11th. On July 13th we were called to tell us our contract has been accepted and someone would call us within 3 to 5 days to set up installation. Called installation numerous times and told it would be at least 10 business days from July 18th before we would even be assigned an installer. We finally got an installer's name and number but he will not call us back even after several messages. Have talked with at least 3 people (called approx.10 times) in installation department and are assured each time the installer would call us and set an appointment. Today is August 11th and still no call. We are supposed to have a "show pool". Guess what our recommendation will be.

In April of 2015 we purchased a 28' Blue World Pool to provide me with a therapy pool. The workmen who came to do the installation of the pool were so nice, and did exactly what we requested as far as placement of the pool, as well as moving the excess soil to a hole that had been left by a fallen tree. So courteous, couldn't have been an easier installation for us. We love the pool, and have just had a new deck built for easy access into the pool. The water stays clear and that beautiful blue color, and it remains in balance with only the addition of clorox weekly. Couldn't be easier to care for. I highly recommend this pool for any one considering installing a pool at their home.

I love my Blue World Pool. It is easy to maintain, just add 2 gallons of bleach per week and keep the ph level in line and it good. I have had 3 summers to enjoy my pool and have had no issues. My pool even went thru hurricane Harvey.

Purchased a pool from this company and asked while on speaker phone in front of the salesman with his “manager” I asked, "Will a lien be placed on our property?" in which then the manager stated several times no. That a lien would be on the pool only. I’m sure this is on a recorded line however later after wanting to cancel and refusing installation because it has been 72 days today and still no pool along with so many hiccups in the process I received a financially threatening voicemail from Kevin ** stating a lien would be placed on our property and we would not be able to ever sell our home until we paid full price for the pool. I also had an installation guy come to our property hours after he said he would arrive and show up with equipment wanting to start digging our property but claimed he didn’t have the pool because it was shipped to the wrong location so it wouldn’t be available until another date.
Mind you this is after calling to check on why it was taking so long for installation to happen and receiving many different stories. Was told pool had shipped. They were just waiting on installer. The very next day was told pool had not shipped yet and then at the end found out from our installer they had taken a pool that was for someone else who had purchased before us to give to us because I was so persistent I suppose...very unethical company. I have photos of equipment left on our property for 2 days from the installation department after we decided to cancel. I have financially threatening voicemails and will be asking to have the initial calls pulled for court. The company is trying to force us to pay 21000 for an above ground pool that we have yet to receive. After all of this chaos, have contacted an attorney. Beware of these guys.

I spend as much time a possible in my pool. I take naps out there on my favorite raft. I sneak out at night to swim for a few minutes before bed. Now I have an 8 year old who comes over just to swim with me, learning the basics and playing mermaid. We love it.

I am very pleased with my pool installation. Everything is running fine. The pool bottom is smooth without a single wrinkle. Communication with installer was exceptional as to location and filter placement. The crew stayed all day and into evening to make sure I was happy with everything. There were some problems with wind for a time but crew waited for weather to die down and resumed to finish install. These guys get an A from me.

We were in the market for a swimming pool, so we put in a search on our phone and came across the Blue World Pools advertisement. It was on a Saturday, they responded back and asked to meet us Sunday afternoon at 3:00 at our home address. He showed us several options, and we looked the site over. He said the best place for our pool for more privacy would be in our backyard by the deck we already had built. We asked him if they would be able to put it on a hillside like this, and he said yes.
We went back to the front porch and he showed several options of different types of pools. We discussed the midline pool (27 ft) because it has a lifetime warranty. We paid a lot for this pool, but in the long run it will pay for itself. There is no other pool company that offers a lifetime coverage like Blue World Pools do. He also showed us samples of the Blue World pool lining compared to the standard lining that is used in other pools. The pool walls are also a better quality than your standard pools are. We love the ionization process that is used in these pools, our pool water has never been this clear. I would recommend Blue World Pools to anyone.

Updated on 05/23/2021: We Love Our Blue World Pool. We had our Pool installed July 2018. We love it. Would highly recommend Blue world if you are looking for a pool. It is now May 2021 and we still love our pool. Every part of getting the pool was great. The sales people were great as well as installer and customer service after purchase has been fantastic. Give them a call if you are interested in a great above ground pool.

So for years we have been wanting a pool. So one day I made the call to Blue World Pools to get some information. I was put in contact with a gentleman that called and we set up a time. He came out and went over everything with us. We walked and looked over the area we wanted it to go. He had a book with pictures and things that explained the pool and the maintenance of the pool. So we decided to buy and so far everything is going great, Our pool was installed a few days ago. The crew that came out was super nice and helpful. They set up everything, We have not swam in it yet but will this here soon coming up. I love my pool and I am very big on reviews and this one is a great one. So I highly recommend Blue World Pools.

The warranty is not true. They will look for ways to not replace your pool. I have had my pool for 11 years which is great but the side opposite of the skimmer busted out and they are saying my warranty is void because of a little rust beside the skimmer. Said it was leaking which it was not. When it rains it flows out the back of course. If they would send someone out they would see it has nothing to do with the skimmer... I have taken care of my pool. Do you honestly think it would of lasted this long if I hadn't. The warranty is good for 40 years.

The only reason I am writing this review is to get a response. I have attempted by other means but have been unsuccessful. The contract was signed (estimated) end of April or 1st of May, either way it is the end of July now. No communication from Blue World, none. I am very patient but no calls is unprofessional. Anyhow to the point, contract signed, gave the verbal over the phone agreeing the ??? cancellation fee, spoke to an installer who agreed to July 18th (still taking forever but hey we finally get the pool... right?). Nope installer finally answers the phone (states he is no longer installing for Blue World).
I sent two emails to Blue World (no response - even to tell me the proper procedure), I joined a live chat (told they would call me)... nope no call back. I don't want to get the deposit back, I don't want an excuse from Blue World, I just want this to be made right. Either let me out of the contract due to the installer cancelling which is not my fault or deliver some results as summer is soon gone. Not too much to ask.

Everything was great until they informed me that my husband would need to be there as well. I explained that his name is not on the property, and I am paying for the pool, not him. I was told that this was their policy due to problems with "wives buying pools without telling their husbands" causing them trouble at installation. It is 2018, not 1948, and I am not a child. He is not my daddy. I would have understood completely if they said all owners of a property must be present. Or the person paying for the pool must be present. But this is just insulting, and I am buying local, like I should have to start out with.
The policy that both husband and wife be present at the appointment is in place is to make sure all homeowner's and decision makers are present to make an informed decision. So I signed paperwork with BLUE WORLD POOLS on May 13, 2018. I have yet to be contacted by the installer even though the company has assured me that I have one. It is now July 21, 2018 and all I get is "we will contact your installer and have him call you." I reside smack dab in the middle of three of the service centers for the company. At this point I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. As of July 23, 2018, I will inquire about how legal it is for the company to take your money and tell you if you cancel at this point you will be required to pay the full price of the pool.
Your pool is already shipped and will be Thursday of this week! I know we just got off the phone, I have already spoken to the installer and reconfirmed! I'm going to start like many others. I should have done my research on this company before calling them. I don't understand why they say that you will be swimming in 3-4 weeks if that is not the case at all. I have been waiting patiently to get an installation date. And NOTHING!!! The installer assigned to me is overbooked and mentioned that it would take him 3-4 weeks to set a date. So far my experience with them has been the worst. I will not recommend anyone to buy from Blue World Pools. The way they get you is to sign and agree to a pool is by telling you that you will be swimming in 3-4 weeks in your own pool. Well Blue World Pools it's been 6 six weeks and I am not swimming.

Very professional company to deal with. Always answers any questions we have and answers our calls. Everyone is pleasant to deal with and we love the quality of the pool's construction. Everyone that has seen our pool has said how nice and heavy duty it seems to be. We have and will highly recommend this company to anyone who inquires. We especially love how low maintenance this pool is and how little worry we have about taking care of it, as this is not the first pool we have owned! We love our pool and look forward to enjoying it for years to come! Maybe the only downside is everyone else loves it too! Actually we do enjoy sharing the pool with others too, just kidding Mom. We love when you come swim with us! LOL!
The crew that came and put our pool up were amazing also! They were quick, kind and helpful in so many ways! They were thorough in showing us how to operate everything on the pool but even gave us helpful advice beyond the operation of the pool, like how to get read of moles in our yard. That actually worked! And when I asked him if he would mind going over it once more so I could video him (something I should have thought of first time around) he did not mind at all! It has been a pleasant experience in every way getting the pool and having it installed and mostly now being able to just kick back and enjoy it, which is what we're doing now! We had the salesman out on June 8, 2018. We went with the pool company and we were told that it would be a show pool. We have had nothing but problems with getting the pool. We were told in the beginning that the pool would be installed for the July 4th holiday and here it is July 19th and still being jerked around and no pool and no answers. I will not give this name to anyone for a pool and your salesman needs to get on the same page with you all.

HORRID AND THREATENING! I called Kevin ** yesterday to ask for a full refund of the deposit ($100 of $700) that momma gave them for her "new $299 pool". My mom and stepdad have dementia and are their '70's and '80's. When I found out that my mom called to cancel the pool (since it turned out to be closer to $10,000) they would not do so. That's when I stepped in and called the finance fella, Mr. **. He told me that they would NOT cancel the pool. He told me that he is continuing with the order and that is too bad.
I asked him to please consider the fact that elderly folks cannot afford this on a fixed income and he proceeded to threaten me saying that momma signed a contract giving them the right to put a lien on her house. He told me that he couldn't speak to me without a power of attorney (even though he actually did speak to me about it for almost 10 minutes...) I offered to get my mom on a 3-way call so he could have her permission. He refused and told me that if I call again, it would be considered HARASSMENT and then hung up on me. However, before Mr. ** hung up on me, he was loud and talking over me. I had asked that he send me a copy of her contract (which she cannot find, which isn't surprising as she was admitted to the hospital today with heart issues!) and he refused.
Once again telling me that my word was worthless and this conversation never happened. I asked if he would send it to her email address. He again refused to send it to his own 'client'. After he hung up on me my husband was furious and suggested that I call an attorney. Obviously, my mom cannot afford an attorney and neither can I. Lastly, I called momma to call Mr. ** to get him to send her a copy of the contract. He wouldn't take her call. So we decided to call the Attorney General's office in Austin. They are going to help us by being our Consumer Advocate. I'll keep y'all posted.

The law allows three business days from 6/7/2018. Both your mom and dad were present during the presentation and aware of the purchase and it was not for the Econoline pool. Blue World Pools, Inc. tape records for quality control to make sure there are no misunderstandings, and did so with your mom at 4:29 pm on 6/7 to make sure we memorialized the sale of the Midline model pool. Let's start from the beginning. The man that was selling the pool was 2 days late. First red flag. The installer was 2 days late then left the laser level so came back second day. Didn't put it where we agreed on. City made me move the pool. Had to drive to Atlanta to see Sean to get anything resolved. I live in Ohio. Fast forward to this year. Got the pool moved after I stopped payments. The guy in financial left me a pretty rude message. My pool was installed in July last year. Just called. They said June 27th but my warranty on my pump is over and they want 500$ for a new one. I would recommend getting your pool from someone else. They really don't care. Jim ** is the only one at Blue World that has cared at all! Biggest and most expensive mistake of my life.

Well, I wish I had read all of the reviews BEFORE signing the contract. I really thought that maybe, just maybe our experience would be different! I’m an idiot! Just like all the other reviews - we experienced pretty much the same thing. The installer showed up as promised, installed the pool, but installed it about half a foot off level. Of course, as stated they don’t stick around while you fill it. So we immediately called the installer on his cell to let him know. He said he would come back and fix it. He told us it was no problem and that we could just go ahead and finish filling it up and that we could even go ahead and build our deck around it. WTH! It’s been a week now.
We have called Blue World Pools four times and the installer (who won’t return our calls), we have been told each time that they have no records of our previous calls, we are told the installer will call us, we are told someone will call us back from Blue World Pools and NONE OF THIS HAS OCCURRED. I’m sure they are going to want their payment, right! Can’t get in the pool because we are afraid it is going to blow out on one side - which is at the top of the pool on one side and isn’t even touching the skimmer on the opposite side. We didn’t buy the cheap pool either. We paid $29K for this thing! You would think they would at least be nice on the phone or return a call. #biggestregret #whatwerewethinking #horriblecustomerservice
Updated on 09/26/2018: On July 12, 2018, I went online and wrote a complaint on the Consumer Affairs Complaint Website. This got their attention, and I received a response to my online complaint the very next day along with contact names for Sean ** and Jeff **. Neither of which we have been able to get in contact with since they left their direct contact information, despite our repeated attempts. It is at the time that I left the complaint online that I discovered all of the other disgruntled customers that are going through or that have gone through the very same things that my family is going through. This seems to be a way of doing business for Blue World Pools. Which actually brings me back to the unleveled pool.
My husband and I, both continued to call. I would call their office and be put on hold only to be told that the installer has been in touch with my husband and they have it all worked out. My husband had no such conversation with the installer. This went on until about August 8, 2018, when the installer called my husband and told him that he was coming back by to level the pool. We drained the pool and the installer showed up and we thought it was leveled. Again he left. Second attempt was unsuccessful again. My husband called the installer immediately. This time it’s off by about three inches.
Again we take pictures, sent them to the installer, and asked him to return to fix it. Again his response was, “it’s no big deal man… and if I come back out there, I will lose money on this deal.” After a few more calls from my husband, he agreed to come back out. This time, he assured us it was level. For the third time we filled it with water… this 27’ round pool. Well… now it has a leak in the liner! My husband takes video and pictures and starts to investigate as to where and why it is leaking and finds that the installer shoved brick pavers that we had on our property up underneath the pool to level it.
So now we are trying, once again, to contact Blue World Pools, to come out and repair the pool that their installer caused damage to, and they will not return our many messages. They will not return my husband’s emails, as he emailed the pictures and videos of the leak to them. We are at a loss. I have read the contract and it is stating that we as consumers have no recourse. I fail to believe that and I fail to accept that. They have failed to do their part. They willing and knowing have deceived us as a consumer and apparently many, many others. I will be seeking legal counsel, but I felt it necessary to formally file complaint with your office, as well, as a consumer.

I have a home owned by my mother. They set up an appointment after talking to my mother to give me information about what I needed to do in order to prepare for the pool. The contract labor appointment person quit, so they canceled my appointment and said they would send me information via mail. Never got a thing. I called again, asked for info. Never sent it. I called AGAIN, they set me up an appointment, called and canceled the appointment because they wanted my mother to call them and verify her permission again... Again, no information sent. I really don't think they sell pools. I think they are a shoddy company with terrible employees that don't check on their customers and their practices are horrendous.
I know for a fact that we have sent the information out, our office liaison is reaching out to you to see if another address will work. We were told that we would be called in 5-7 business days to set up our pool. We were never called. We had to call back and find out who the installer was and set up the date with him. He then did a no call no show. When he was contacted we were told that he would get back to us later. He was with another client. That was huge red flag there. Then called back and canceled with us. We called the V.P. of the company and they refused to give us our downpayment back. We were told that he would make everything right.
Then we called the installer back and set up another day which was suppose to be this morning. Another no show no call. Texted him and got no response until several minutes later and said he would be there at 11am today. Then minutes later canceled. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GET CAUGHT UP WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEIR LIES. I have never in my whole life been set up as bad as they have done us. WE still do not have our 500.00 cash back. So, no pool, no cash, no apologies. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.
The lugbolts went out on the installer's trailer on the way to the job. Although the same installer could get there on Tuesday, the customer preferred a different installer on Wed/Thurs. Blue World Pools, Inc. reassigned the installation to the new installer and will be sending out a free products $250 value free of charge for the delay! Spent way too much time trying to get the appointment set up, and verification of my address. After several calls to verify the appointment, an hour and a half before the appointment, I was told that it was too far to send the salesman. I was then told that they would mail me the info on the pools. I asked for an email but was told that it would have to be mailed. Sounds like a shady company to me. Yesterday the manager I talked to me said they had to send the sales guy out PERIOD -- Got it. I was ready for a 90 minute high pressure sales pitch -- just a big waste of time and I bet they never mail the info to me.
We did have a representative that lived in Columbia but he moved to St. Louis right around the time you called. The rep that came to my house very nice read his script well. I said sign me up. Got a call weeks later from lady that talked me into upgrading which I did (stupid me). Was told 7-10 days installation would call with date. Ok week goes by then a gentleman calls and pretty much tries to sell the same upgrade as previous lady and said it would be another 7-10 days. I said no I was already told that I’m not waiting any longer. A manager called me back and says week of the 9th. It’s now the 11th no call yet. I called today and very nasty rude lady said, “Oh no that’s not happening this week.” I said, “Your manager said it was.” She didn’t care at all was just gonna transfer me to another department. I said “I want YOUR manager to call me back” then she hangs up on me. Installation department is horrible. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life!!!

We purchased our pool on 5/25/18. We were told we would have our pool in 2-3 weeks. It took til 7/5/18 for the installer to finally call us back and schedule for 7/9/18. He called to check on whether left message on husband's phone. My husband phoned him back and like usual no answer left message. The weather is beautiful today and no word. I am extremely disappointed in this. Our grandkids are down visiting from Ohio and we were expecting the pool so they could enjoy it. We are ready to cancel the whole process and contact our attorney. We need the pool this week...
Updated on 07/19/2018: We finally received our pool. It looks wonderful. Had a few questions regarding the startup process. Left message with installation at corp and left message for the installer on 7/17/18. Still no response from them. Also was suppose to have a cover for our pool. It was on the contract and it was not with the pool. Waiting on response as to if they have shipped it out to us or not. The installer was very nice and did a great job. But just wish we could get answers when we call.

Am very upset with Blue World Pools! I was promise that the pool would install 3 to 4 weeks. It is now 5 weeks and nothing! Been on phone all day! Now it going to be another 2 weeks! Why?? I called for a pool and was scheduled within 2 days for the sales guy to come out. He was very friendly and helpful. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I still have never received a call from finance or anyone else. I have been the one calling and found out I was approved. Called again this morning and was told I would be getting a call to verify terms and then to install. I’m getting very angry because this is supposed to be a show pool for the area and no one has EVER reached out to me. I have had to do all the calling.
Also, my home deed was switched to my name because I paid it off. So the original app had the past home owner on it as well as myself. I sent the documents that said the home was in my name only and was paid for but when I call, they still pull my account up with the original home owner on there with my name too. I’m pissed!!! I’ve asked and asked for this to be fixed. Why do I want to buy this pool if I have to wait till end of summer to get it? I don’t!!! So if I don’t hear something soon, I mean them calling me instead of me having to call, I’ll invest my money elsewhere. This is a lot of money to spend for such sucky customer service. I need an answer about install soon or they can lose my business.

There was a problem at my bank with my first payment. Something about their bank saying they didn't get their payment but my bank says they did. These people call me on the 4th of July swearing at me and acting like they're gonna come break my legs. I said I'd situate it with my bank and they couldn't accept that there could be a simple mistake made. I would highly recommend that people think twice before dealing with these people. Don't make the same mistake as we did. Take my advice or not but if not I'm sorry.
I hope you can understand how trouble receiving your first payment would cause alarm bells to go off. I know for a fact that nobody in the finance department would use profanity but in fact it was you calling my staff names in a belligerent state. Purchased our pool on May 25th. Was told 3-4 weeks for install. Started calling after the 3rd week as I had not heard much from anyone. Finally got to the point in week 4 that we were waiting for install. I waited and heard nothing in the 5-7 days I was told they would call. I call back and am told that last week (end of June) it would happen. DOESN'T happen. I call again and I am given Monday July 2nd with a name and phone number of installer. I text the installer Sunday night just to confirm and am told that he cannot do it Monday, would today (Tuesday) be okay. Sure, one more day won't kill me. TODAY, installer is not here, he does NOT even have my stuff, it is some other person with the same last name in another town hundreds of miles away.
I call Garland at sales (as that is who I have been dealing with) and get the runaround. I finally talk to Mario in installation who informs me that they may get to it NEXT WEEK. I just wanted to cancel and get my money back, Mario informs me that if I do that I am still paying for this pool. (Oh and that even though I have been told this time frame of 3-4 weeks, contract states they have 120 days to install.) WTH??? All I wanted was a pool before the 4th of July for the kids and now not only I am stuck WAITING for them to get around to installing this pool, but I cannot cancel this contract and must buy this. So now I have to just wait for them to get around to my install. What a crock! This has been a great big lie right from the beginning and now maybe by fall I will have a pool. How fun will that be!!

Our story seems to be like everyone else's. My husband and I took the last of his back pay money to buy our 3 kids a pool. We had the salesman come out, he done his whole presentation then finally we get to pricing. $24,000 for a pool! This was not possible. So he asks what we can do. Well long story short, we pay down everything that we have left and end up financing some. My husband gets on the phone with the finance dept. and he offers us a bigger pool so they can have their "show pool" in this area. We agree. Salesman told us we would have our pool in a month guaranteed!
We have called several times to get appt. with installer. We have been given the run around, lied to, hung up on and spoken with the rudest people I have ever come into contact with in a business. We were told we can't speak to a supervisor because they were in a business meeting. Hopefully they're meeting about how to better customer service! We were also told that the installer in VA was not available so they would call one in from TN. Nobody ever calls back. We were told today that someone will call us Wed. I'll believe it when it happens. I think we'll just contact our lawyer because it seems like this is all a big scam to get hard working people's money and not deliver. I will never recommend these people to anyone!
Updated on 07/19/2018: Wow, I mean, do you people seriously just sit around and think of ways to screw people over? So here's the update from VA. After weeks of dealing with Sean we get an installer to contact. WE have to contact him. He was supposed to call us and he never did. My husband texts and he says, "Oh I had to get a new phone." Well clearly you are still using the same one if you are texting. My husband asks him to call so we can discuss installation and of course he has an excuse of he can't cause he's in a meeting or some BS.
Finally after another 2 weeks he is supposed to be here this morning (7-19) oh but guess what? He blew a transmission gasket on his truck. Tried to contact Sean but he won't be in the office until 2-3pm! My kids go back to school August 7th and they will have no time to swim. All I want now is our money back. I am so sickened by this company. Please never do business with these people. Dustin is the name of the installer we have been trying to deal with. Truthfully, if he's this unreliable I'd rather him not be putting up a pool that my children are going to be in in the first place!

Either demand that your salespeople both in home and on the phone that they can't use the word 3 weeks or live up to the sale. I didn't make my first call until we were at 7 calendar days. After that I have had to call every day to get your process moving along. I was told by one person on the phone that they don't have to live up to what the salesperson said only the contract. Well funny enough it says RUSH DELIVERY on mine but they can't see that as evidently. It is only what is typed and my signature. Funny how the rest of the ink on the page means nothing. I was also told that mine is moving thru the process pretty quickly. That is because I call you every day to harass you into fulfilling your promises.
Don't act so concerned about their bait and switch pool. That is absolutely why they have to have you sign and record your voice saying you weren't bait and switched. Be more concerned about how they lie to you about how you are going to be swimming in 3 weeks and have no way of getting that done. You can hear the call center in the background on every call. Yet how hard is it to walk a file from one office to another.

Ordered midline pool on June 1, 2018. Was told by salesman that we will be swimming in 3 weeks. That got us very excited because we will be having family coming around that time for the first time at the new house and new state. Started calling into week three. Was told we will hear from installer soon so we wait another week. Hear nothing. Got onto this site and saw the phone extension for Sean. Left him a message. He actually called back and said he will see what he can do. Yesterday I received a call from a woman. I guess she schedules installations and she said the installer will be at our house end of July. All family will be gone by then, reached out to Sean again last evening. Heard nothing. I am so sad and upset. If I would have known that this is a two month process I would not have agreed to this purchase.
Updated on 06/30/2018: Spoke with Sean today. It seems there was a glitch on their end. Sean is working hard to get it resolved. Unfortunately pool will not be here when family is here. Was promised 3 weeks. Now we are looking at about five or six weeks. I am trying to stay positive and Sean helped and he is really looking into what went wrong.

Me and my husband purchased a Blue World pool 2 years ago and it was well worth the money we paid for it. Our kids and grand kids love it. The upkeep on the pool is really easy and doesn't take up a lot of your time cleaning or a lot of cost. You get everything you need with the pool. Along with the cover to put on the pool for the weather. When I close the pool for the summer I put 1 bag of weather chemicals, put the cover on and we were amazed how great the pool looked when we uncover it for the summer. It was just as clear as it was the day we cover it. You can't get a better pool than this. Also if you have any problems that come up, you get a number to call and they will get it taken care of for you. This company's sale rep came out a year ago right after my husband had passed away (5 Mo) and I was going to get the 299.00 pool and was talked into a bigger pool that was said would fit right in my backyard with problems. That was bull. It is very close to the neighbors yard. They tell me nothing to keeping it up. That's bull. I work keeping the pool clean every day. Then I tell them I get a widows check and my SSA each month as income and yes I can make a payment but it will run me low each month. So they talk me into I sign the papers and yes I have been late on payment each month because I get paid on the 3rd and they want to take out at the end of the month so it does not clear the bank.
I get messages on my phone (which is hit or miss because I live out in country) from Eugene in the collection department with rude messages like, "Oh again your bank didn't pay. When are you going to quit lying." I got one last night of, "When are you going to stop lying," because I am now behind and I called to work something out. I was told that they had a lien on my home. Never ever was I told about this or there would have been no pool. This company is the worst and IF I was thinking clearly and it had not been so soon after my husband passed away I would never be dealing with these rude people. Yes I may be behind but I do have other bills and winter bills. Gas and electric went up and when they don't care if you eat or not and will not work something out.
I really hate this pool and company. But I will fight them tooth and nail on my house. I am making my payments. On the 3rd of month is when they are to take out and I have to make up two somehow but I swear if that Eugene calls me again I will be calling my lawyer for harassment and I will sue the company for false advertising. This so uncalled for. The pool is nothing what they claim and I would not tell anyone to get one or use this company. But because I have I will pay but God I wish I had checked ahead a time and read and did my homework and NOT LET MYSELF BE TALKED INTO ANYTHING BY SALES REP AND OVER THE PHONE WHEN HE CALLS IN. I really think they take advantage of people.

My boyfriend and I recently found Blue World Pools online and decided to purchase one. The man came and he was brand new or so he said and gave us his spiel. We replied about an ad for $299.00 but once the man was here our final cost was like $21,000.00. That's as much as our new car! Insane! They told us to give them a voided check to hold for the downpayment and be sure and call the bank and place a stop payment on the check so there would be no error and it wouldn't come out.
We were going to have money in a day or two and would be making our downpayment that way. So we were told everything was good because the man called the main office and said we were going to get a call from installation and we'd have our pool in about 3 weeks. Apparently we meet our salesman June second and we still have no pool. If it hadn't been for us calling them then no one would've notified us. The salesman also told us a big spiel about dangerous chemicals of regular pools and not needing to shock this pool from them which is a plus because chemicals are so dangerous then before his presentation was over he said just buy a cheap gallon of bleach once a month and add to your pool and you're good to go?!?
Chemicals or what?!? We received a call yesterday to tell us our interest rate would go down and note term would shorten, they upgraded us to a 52 inch deep when we were at a midline pool of 42 ft round. Now we're getting a "better" pool? For 21k I could put one in the ground I'm quite sure. Someone please tell me we aren't making a mistake here.

On May 19 2018 sales person came out. Told us 3 to 4 weeks for installation. Well here we are June 26 2018 and cannot get any answers except the installer will be calling you in a week. I have heard this since June 15. I was promised my pool will be up by July 4th. Obviously at this rate it will be the end of summer. I read all the horrible reviews before I purchased but there were good ones also. As a business owner I understand a lot but this is insane. I am currently on hold with the installation department waiting on a manager now 45 min. This is ridiculous. If I don’t get a installation date today I will contact my attorney. Cause this is only the beginning I have a feeling. So disappointing.

Finally got my pool installed after being put off 6 times and my fiance, Tiffany **, and I thought that we finally were going to enjoy what we are paying our hard earned money for. No. The nightmare seems to be just getting started. A few days after being installed we noticed sinking spots in the bottom of the pool, the ladder fell apart almost hurting Tiffany. Then about a week later I noticed the whole pool is starting to lean. So Tiffany starts calling Blue World Pools, and here we are 2 weeks later still being told we will get a callback. No one returns our calls, we had damaged items also such as solar balls and spring balls that were broken that we haven't gotten yet. I will have to get a lawyer I guess to get this right and I will. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

The overall experience of the purchase of the pool has been great. Longer than expected from the timeline we were told from sales rep and financing. Putting that aside we were fine in waiting our turn. Install was pretty quick once we had the date finally set and installation rep was fantastic as well! Very informative but after install there was a lid to the weight hold for stairs missing in which they are shipping to us. With little ones we know how that may end up. My poor children have just been anxious and ready to get swimming. After 30 hours of filling installer said they could swim some and then do the startup. So of course I now have an injured little one from that fall in the stairs now bruised and cut!
Now doing the startup. I am missing the stain out and test strips. I have called the call center a few times and continue to get hang ups! So frustrating after I have this pool filled now at a complete standstill. We were told to only do salt and bleach but instructions say otherwise!!! Now reading how we have to bleach and check waters weekly is a bit upsetting! Rep said this was a very little maintenance pool with only having to do bleach once a month. Now I have to do that weekly plus check waters. Seriously I wish I would have had more clarification on this. I mean we are now paying double for the pool. Was really hoping it was indeed the low maintenance pool! Just had me double thinking this whole thing over. I pray the water is fine just sitting until I can get someone to answer or say hello when I call.

I called Blue World Pools on 5/28. They sent a salesman to my home the next day. We were told that a 24 ft round pool would fit in our backyard. He knew this because he measured with his feet. We were told they took care of permits. And that we would be swimming in 3 weeks or less! We discussed the price and terms. After numerous phone calls to them we were finally able to get approved for financing! BUT the terms had changed. The price was almost double with a lower interest rate.
I must add that they were also giving us an upgraded pool. There were several additional calls after that one, until they finally set an installation date, which is supposed to be Monday the 25th. Feeling a little nervous, I called to make sure the permit had been taken care of. Only to be told that is my responsibility! Still... I go to get my permit and find out the pool will not be far enough from the property line. Blue World Pools offered no apologies, no solutions and have been very rude through the whole ordeal!

After being contacted by ** and convinced they would work out the problems with me I changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars as requested! They did seem to be working with me, at first. Right before I was to be handed off to "**" for financing I was informed my pool would not have a warranty because we were having it put 2 feet in ground. We have talked about putting it in ground since day one...starting with the salesman! I no longer wish to deal with this company! I sent emails informing them of this! I asked to cancel my contract and refund my deposit. I assume that answering my email would hold them liable!
After 3 days I tried to call **, who I have been dealing with and who I sent the emails. He would not take my call. It is no longer in his department. I feel he still could have responded to me. I was transferred to **. He also could not take my call! He was "on another line". All I want from this company is to tell me they are cancelling my contract and refunding my deposit! I do not want to do business with them!

I have to first start out by saying how much I love the pool and the system as a whole. However, I must note how our salesman lied to us about key points. #1 The salesmen said that the installation crew would take care of everything. He said they would check for underground utilities, and file for a permit if needed. This is not the case. You are required to do it all. #2 The salesman said the crew would take away all their garbage. Again not the case. They “neatly stack” it for you along with all their personal rubbish. #3 The salesmen said we would only need to run the filter for 6 hours a day. Again this is a lie, the owners manual requires at least 12 hours.
#4 The salesmen ensured us that all we would have to do was get the pool up and going and that was it. He said we would never need chemicals and again (other than the 1 gallon of bleach a week) however that is not the case. You still have to balance the ph and alkaline levels. #5 The salesman said immediately. Before filling out the paperwork the salesman said that the pool would be installed almost immediately. Then after everything was signed he told us 3-4 weeks. Also for any of you who want a pool, if you get JR request a new sales rep. The sad thing is that the salesman didn’t need to misrepresent the pool. It’s great! And it doesn’t need to be inflated, its features can stand on their own. I don’t mind these things mentioned above, but I would have liked him to be honest.

On May 20 2018 a sales person came and we got a pool. Today our pool is sitting in our backyard in boxes. This company is no good. Please don't ever use them. Jeff and Sean told us they didn't have the screw and bolts to do the job. Very upset.

I responded to the $299.00 pool advertisement which is totally a scam because they really have no intention of selling you a pool for $299 without a huge amount of hassle on the homeowners part! In fact, I'd love to know how many of those they sell!! BUT we did like our salesman and he was pleasant. I knew all along that he was definitely a salesman and was overselling the product.
As I have been reading several of the reviews, I realized our story is the same as many others. Promises, promises, promises but none is writing. I have learned a valuable lesson. GET PROMISES IN WRITING. The company is sure to explain the 3 days cancellation terms but NEVER is there a clause that the company has to abide by. So, if you are looking for what your salesperson tells you about the fact that they need 'show pools in your area' or that you will be placed in the front of the installation line or it will be 2 to 3 weeks for installation... don't believe a word of it!!!
I have called the company three times since Memorial Day wondering why I hadn't heard a single word from anyone. FINALLY, I was told I'd hear something in 5-7 working days. On DAY 8, I called again and was told "the paperwork is on my desk and I was just getting to work on it..." sure thing!! So this guy said I'd hear within 3 days which I have! But they can't install until 10 days from now and we'll be out of town. So it won't happen until July 10th. From what I am reading on these reviews, I sure hope that works out. I felt sorry for the installer on the phone. He gets the backlash from unhappy customers that have had to wait much longer than their wonderful salesperson claimed.
I would cancel my order if given the option at this point. I really despise being treated like a stupid individual that believes everything she's told. I had hope for honesty in a company. Is there a way now to back out because the company hasn't done what we were told? I can certainly prove the lies and false promises from all the reviews that state the very same thing we have experienced. Oh, it is nice to know that someone paid $8,700 for their 24 foot pool when we are paying more and were told that was the bottom line... more fibs!! Hope you all can sleep at night! I am quite sure that there are companies that can sell products honestly and without coning people into false hopes.

I contacted Blue World Pools on 5/13/2018. They immediately called to have someone come out and give us a quote. That salesperson came out on 5/14/2018. It was awesome how fast they came out. The sales rep was good. He had us convinced to get it. He said all the right things. He was adamant that the pool would be ready for memorial day weekend (5/28/18). If not then for sure the first week of June. We felt pressured to sign the contract right away but we really wanted to get the pool for the kids so we signed. We sent in all financing information. It is now 6/18/2018 over a month and have yet to hear from anyone to schedule. I have called and questioned/complain but every time I call the customer services reps pass me down to different departments and they are RUDE. Never have I had someone be so rude to me giving that I am the customer and these pools are not cheap.
Today we noticed Blue World Pools has already cashed our first check yet here we sit almost done with JUNE and nothings been scheduled. Kids go back to school the first week of August. They wont even get to enjoy the pool for a month because I know by the time we hear about scheduling it will still be time out before they actually come. I have asked to have a manager or every a supervisor someone with answers call me and NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE. So here I sit trying to get someone to care or at least get this process moving. Will not recommend this to anyone. I have even told family/friends that has wanted to purchase a pool not to go with BLUE WORLD POOLS. Go local next time. They actually care about the customer.

I scheduled a appointment to receive a estimate on a pool. I asked the phone rep for pricing and she didn’t have that info. I Contacted the chat and spoke to Olivia! Blown away on how rude she was! I asked her for pricing and she was unable to Provide me that information which is perfectly fine. I asked her for the company’s number and she replied, "It’s 888 number. You’re going to have to look on the website." I then informed her that didn’t answer my question that I needed the number for the company. She said "I am unable to give it to you but it’s 888" with a ! at end of her sentence and disconnected the chat!
You work for a company and you can’t provide me the number! I went back into the chat and asked her why did she disconnect the chat on me and she replied she had the right to Disconnect the chat if it’s not regarding the pool. I replied "Of course it was regarding the pool but I need your manager's number" and she disconnected the chat again. I Went in a 3rd time and asked for the number and she gave me the number and disconnected again. I finally called the number and I got a guy that told me not to trip because it was Father’s Day not to let her bother me. I called again and spoke to the manager name Luther ** to go chat with Olivia.
The live chat agents work in the appointment scheduling center. While they cannot give out pricing on all our pools, our site technicians do when they come out to your home. All the kids love the pool including niece and nephews. It has become the hangout spot for the kids and great exercise for them. It's been great for teaching the kids how to swim and not be scared of the water and get out of the house. It has also helped teach them responsibility on how to take care of something when you buy it.

This has been one of our best purchases, the pool gets a lot of use. It's our go to place especially when my wife who works outside gets home. After all the scheduling issues were resolved the pool was installed in a timely manner according to the agreed plans. The installation crew was great to work with and I have no complaints with them. Blue World Pools customer service team were not very friendly throughout the process, with the exception of Sean, who reached out to me after my initial review on the consumer affairs website. Only after I had spoke with him did I receive a call back from the service manager from Blue World. Overall the pool is great, my kids have really enjoyed it so far, and we haven't had any issues to date.

Our issue seems to be quite common on these threads, but here it goes anyway. We (my wife and I) have called customer support concerning our problems, and they get defensive very quick every time. I have tried, with patience, to explain our frustrations but they don’t seem to care. Twice now we have asked to speak with a manager and get the seemingly scripted response “He’s gonna tell you the same thing I am”. Once they even told us “he’s standing right here telling me what to say”, I said, "Ok...let me speak with him," then of course they are suddenly unavailable. I had left my information and was supposed to receive a call back from management, but never did.
Our story started out like many that have posted here, sales rep scheduled then cancelled and rescheduled due to double booking, then, the next person was a no show, no call, then we rescheduled for the same evening but at a much later (and less appropriate time) but he actually shows up. Several weeks with nothing, then I decide to call, their response, "Your installer is Charles and his # is..." So I do THEIR job for them and call him. We set the appointment based on timing that works for us both and I schedule my time off work. The day before installation I get a call to reschedule. Guess what, they wanna reschedule for the 3 weeks later...the week I told them over a month ago I would be out of town. So I ask “Why” they say because he was in an accident.
At this point I become sympathetic and start to agree, but before I did I asked if there was someone else that could step in for him. This is where it gets interesting, I was told there wasn’t and they couldn’t get me in sooner because he was already booked up the next 2 weeks. At this point my sympathy is gone. Not to mention the installer is coming from Texas to install my pool here in Alabama??! Really a “Big” company such as Blue World only has 1 installer per state, according to customer support, and mine's not even in the state or even the 2 neighboring states?! I’m sorry but I don’t know how they stay in business. A company as unorganized and rude as this couldn’t possibly last.
Now since I’m locked in by the contract with no way to back out, I’m just gonna have to bite my tongue and break the bad news to my kids this evening. So far I’ve been fortunate not to lose any days of work, which is the only positive feedback I have thus far. As of now I’m still in mix of them finding us an installer, otherwise I’ll be forced to wait 3 weeks (like I got kicked to the back of the line) for the pool. Summer for my kids is already halfway gone and I’ve wasted a month with these people that call themselves a company.
Now they want me to call them at the end of next week and they might magically have more installers available that will most likely add me to the end of their lines. When I asked, "Why can't you give me a call," their response took me by surprise, “we have too many customers, so it’s not possible for us to take time to call each back with updates.” There again...LET ME DO YOUR JOB FOR YOU!!! It’s not my job to make sure jobs go well, it’s Blue World Pool's job. Our pool is supposed to be a show pool but they better pray I’m not around to give feedback 'cause I’d let them know exactly what kinda company they’re talking to. My experience so far has been horrible, I’m hoping it gets better, but I won’t hold my breath.

WE bought a 24' pool and all was great, however about 8 months later the pool got a small hole on the bottom seam. We called and they sent us a patch kit, we tried but could not get a seal because it was on the seam. We told them many times, every time they would send us new patch kit, every time it would not work, as the problem was on a seam. We were told that they could send someone to look at it but it would cost us $250. And if it needed a new liner it would cost us $1000. The pool already cost us $8700. Why should we pay to have it looked at or repaired. Called management they really didn't give a crap.
After numerous attempts and no help and no one from management would return our calls, we just gave up, well this weekend I decided to put in a new liner myself and get the pool running again, as I was removing the liner a strong wind came and blew the retaining wall down. Now I have no pool as I can't repair it by myself, thanks for nothing and NO help and thanks for the horrible customer service...
Seam separations do not happen 13 months after installation, as that is when it was first reported to us. A seam separation happens immediately upon installation and filling the pool up with water. Blue World Pools, Inc. are above ground swimming pool experts and have no reason not to honor a seam separation claim as we get fully repaid by the manufacturer. Once the liner is in it does not just spring leaks, there has to be major outside influence to make that happen. Blue World Pools, Inc. sent out a free patch kit to patch the liner. Additionally, Blue World Pools, Inc. offered to send out an installer and for the customer to pay him directly for patching the pool so Blue World Pools, Inc. would not make a dime off the transaction. This would have fixed the customer's problem at a very reasonable expense. Blue World Pools, Inc. also offered to warranty the liner at reduced rate to help him. Blue World Pools, Inc. has done everything we can to help the consumer. Blue World Pools, Inc. is still happy to help Brian, if the customer would reach out to me at 1 800 706 0907 ext 3031, Sean Warren. Typically the labor that is charged on a service goes directly to the service technician.

Would recommend this pool, the people we've dealt with have always been friendly and helpful, the installers they sent were very fast, friendly, and helpful with all our questions.

This was such a better experience than the pools I've been putting up every few years. The arrangements were all made by Blue World and I didn't have to do anything, but be on site. My lovely new pool was installed without issue and we have enjoyed it immensely.

I am beyond upset! I waited all day and had intentions of going to Backyard Oasis to buy a pool today, which was around 6k or more. I thought, let's see what this company has to offer, we own our land, it's paid for, we wanted to pay cash for a pool. I had a 530 appointment, NO ONE CALLED to let me know that they weren't coming, I called THEM to find out where the rep was! So then they said he could be here at 830 pm today, so I said fine, I have my area cleared, had a aboveground pool before, it's ready for installation! I called again, because no confirmation call.
FINALLY I get someone whose exact words were "You were inquiring about our $299 pool, so no one is coming out!" I said, "Maam, I don't want a damn $299 pool. I wanted a more expensive pool, like around 10k," she said, "Well no one is coming!" WOW, if you want apparently a piece of crap pool, go with these people, horrible experience! NO ONE will show up! THERE IS NO $299 Pool. It's a SCAM and what's funny is I didn't want that crap to begin with! Lol IDIOTS!
I greatly apologize for your inconvenience. It really has nothing to do with what pool you are interested in. When you called in we showed you as a single homeowner, however the deed to home showed a different name. As Blue World Pools, Inc.'s policy is to only do business with homeowners, we had no other choice than to cancel the appointment. You state "we" own our land but you told our customer service agent that you were a single homeowner, so we assumed you did not own. It looks like there was a mix up or miscommunication, and for that again I greatly apologize. We ordered a pool and my husband got laid off. They told us we had 3 days to cancel. We ordered on the 6/4/2018. We called on the 4th and talked to one representative Erica. She took the information and stated someone from finance would call back. No one did. We called back. 3 hours later they transferred us over to finance. We left a message. Still no call. We called again and left a message. We called on 6/5/18. Left several messages. Called again and got someone from finance and they said, "That's not our department. You have to talk to Kevin **." Left several messages for him. Called on 6/6/18. Left several messages. No one has called back.
Called on 6/7/18 and was told Mr. ** would be in at 10:30. Called back and was told he wouldn't be in until 1. We called back at 1:30 and someone answered. Asked for Mr. **. Was placed on hold, heard a click, they hung up. Called back again and got the same person. He stated, "Mail us a letter." I asked. No one there can cancel our order. He stated it's above my pay grade. So I said, "Give me Kevin **." He stated, "Have a nice day," and hung up. My husband called and talked to Hank the hammer. He stated put it in writing. I called back and talked to Jason in finance. He stated that Travis (Mr. **'s assistant) has our file and he would call back.

We got our pool last summer as the swimming season was winding down and fall was approaching. That didn't dampen our spirits, because there was much fun to be had before the pool officially closed for the winter. The grandchildren and cousins were so thrilled that they could still swim after Labor Day. We had an extended "fun in the pool" summer/fall. We’ve called customer support about our problems with our problems that we’ve been having and they seem not to care. They all have sour attitudes. They promise to return calls and never do. Ask to speak to management and they always say, "Well sir I’m gonna tell you the same thing he will," and I say, "Well I’d rather hear it from management." Management gets on phone and seems not to care that we’re unhappy. They promise to return calls and never do. The story started out our installer had us scheduled and canceled due to rain, I said, "Sir it hasn’t rained at my house," and he said, "Well it has here so I’m behind and can’t make it". I told him, "Well we already was on your schedule," and he didn’t care. We rescheduled with him and he didn’t call or cancel he just choose not to show up, claimed his equipment was broke when we finally got a hold of him. Called tech support and they said we wasn’t on his schedule for that day and he was on a job working.
I’ve lost 2 days of work because of the poorly run company. Still in mix of them finding us an installer and still waiting on the persons to return our call to let us know when the installer will make it. Probably be waiting on call for a while like all other calls that was never returned. They wanted us to call the installer that we’ve never talked to or have no clue what they’ve had told him. It’s not my job to make sure jobs go well. It’s Blue World Pool's job. My pool is supposed to be a show pool but I hope nobody ever ask how my experience went.

I have been waiting 4 weeks for a pool. Call Blue World and they are very rude. I was threatened on the phone by someone in financing. I have called a total of 6 times and today it is a month. I had my husband call and even he said very unprofessional. I finally got the number to the pool installer. This is sad. I’m sorry I even purchased this pool. They never call back. It says they love their customers. Well, for the amount of money I’m spending on a pool you should be kissing my feet. Very unhappy! Will not be sharing where I purchased this pool. Horrible mistake!!!

This is the second season with our Blue World Pool. So far it is just as advertised. Here in southern Mississippi, we don't need to close it for the winter. I just add 2 gals of bleach every 7 to 10 days, depending on how much use the pool is getting, and how warm the water is, and it has stayed crystal clear the whole time! No chemicals, no salt, just 2 gals of bleach.

A little while after posting this review I received a call from Sean **. He apologized profusely for the inconvenience the whole ladder situation has a caused and for the less than satisfactory customer service received. He gave me his main # and extension and the # for his service manager. Sean was super helpful and quick to get the situation resolved. We really appreciate him going above and beyond. Looking forward to our ladder getting here and the awesome pool goodies!

I was very excited when we scheduled our appt with Blue World sales rep Paul. He was very courteous and even though he ran late (he got lost) called several times to update us on his arrival time. Paul was very informative and answered all of our questions. He even called his supervisor Travis to get the price down to where we would be comfortable. Up to this point customer service was great. It took a few weeks to get the pool installed due partly to weather (no biggie). When the day came for the installation everything seemed to go okay. Well that is until they noticed part of the ladder system was missing. We were told by Mark the installer that he would call and make sure the parts were ordered and they would be in no later than Thursday of the following week.
When Blue World called to do the quality survey after the install they asked about the ladder and my husband stated that the ladder was missing several parts and was not functional. At this time as well I had walked the perimeter of the pool and noticed there was a place in one of the uprights where screws were missing. I called Mark and let him know and even texted him a picture. He said he would take care of that when he came out to finish up the ladder. We were also not told that the install company would be leaving all of the boxes and trash associated with the pool plus a substantial pile of screws left laying in the yard.
Well we have had our pool over a week and a half now and still no functioning ladder. I have called Blue World to inquire about the ladder and was told by the rudest man ever that it wasn't ordered until nearly a week after the install date. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told by the "customer service" rep that it wasn't necessary as he had already apologized and asked what more did I want. I asked again to speak to a supervisor. I was put on hold for 7 minutes and was told that one was not available but he would take my number and have one give me a call. Well never got that phone call. So on Memorial Day I get a call from Blue World "customer service" to do another quality check. I let the lady know that we still had no functional ladder system and we had not heard from anyone to fix this problem. I let her know that at this point we are very dissatisfied with our experience.
I have worked customer service for several years and I know how important it is to listen to a person's concerns and complaints when they are not happy. Both times I have talked to reps at Blue World I was interrupted and they were beyond rude. The lady that called Memorial Day was rude to the point that I had to just hang up. 10 minutes after the phone call I finally hear from Mark the installer asking if the ladder parts arrived at our house yet. We were told they were being shipped to him. I can't seem to get a straight story and being one of their "marketing/show pool families" doesn't seem to matter. For what we are paying for this pool a stinking working ladder in a timely manner is not too much to ask. Love the pool, completely appalled by the company and their so called customer service.
Jennifer is absolutely correct in that the box for the stairs was missing a few pieces! I agree that having that beautiful pool out there is like torture not being able to use it! The product should have been out there very quickly and for that Blue World Pools, Inc. apologizes! We had talked to one of the sales reps that came to our house about ordering a pool. Everything went smooth. He was very nice and explained mostly everything. The main issue I have is the pool for $299 because that is what we wanted to get, but after seeing it, definitely a no go. There is a lot of fine print with that pool. I wish y'all could show what it actually looks like, and the headache that comes with it. The other pools are very nice and decent priced. They did want to work with us for a very good deal, but the payments were still a bit much for a pool. I also got skeptical with how low they were going on the total price after we saw the original prices. So we decided not to do it. We called customer care to cancel our order. Finally got ahold of someone who was very rude. Maybe next summer.

We have had our pool since July of 2014, we took the pool and paid $300 to have it moved to our new house last year. The pool installation guys left rocks in the bottom of the sand. This has caused the liner to tear. Mind you the rocks poking thru the liner are sharp. We were sent out patches and told to patch them. We did only to find more holes by the seam of liner now. I was told that I would need to pay another $300 to get a new liner and then perhaps pay for the installation guys to come back out. This liner isn’t even a year old and we already have issues. I’ve never had an issue with this company. They have always been very good to me as I pay my bill on time every month. I’m very disappointed and not sure why they won’t make this good and just have the guys place more sand and install a better liner? We have patched and patched this pool and nothing works.

I spoke to a young man and he set an appointment for 5:30 this evening. Well my other half is a truck driver and wouldn't make it back tonight. So I called to reschedule. I was transferred to a young lady that was quite rude. They would not be coming out to my house but she would send me info on some 299$ pool. I said that's not the pool I am interested in. She said, "That's the only one we can offer you after checking your information." I asked her if we could have another sales rep come out and discuss the different pools with us. She said, "No. There will not be anyone coming to your home. We reviewed your information." Well all they had was my address and birth date.
I was planning on paying cash for the pool but we don't want the 299$ pool. We will give our money to another pool company. I have owned my own business and customer service is very important, as is word of mouth. I would NOT recommend this company to any of my friends, family or neighbors! The customer service I received with just having one phone call has changed my mind about doing business with this company!

We are very happy with our purchase. Our Blue World pool is easy to maintain during the summer and put up in the winter. It also doesn't make our electricity bill go up. We have had it for two years and haven't had a problem. The customer service agents are also very helpful and check up on you to see how everything is going.

I would like to say how much I love my pool and how fast and easy the process was to have a salesman out and have the pool shipped and set up and what good quality the Econoline pool is! I would like to say that but sadly that wasn't the case... I called and sat up for the salesman to come out to go over the different pools and financing and all and was given a time and date he would be coming. The day come and I was so eager to meet him and get a pool picked out (I had cash in hand and planned to buy that day) so I was set out on the driveway in my lawn chair with my phone in hand so I could keep an eye out in case the sales man couldn’t find us I could flag him down or call and let him know to turn around... I sat out there over 3 hours in the hot blistering Texas summer heat, got sunburned to high heavens and darn near succumbed to heat stroke waiting on that sales man that would never show up...
So I finally went back in the trailer and looked up the number to customer service and give them a call. And I tell you I was fired up. I was madder'n dang heck and was all set to cancel having the salesman come out ‘til I talked to a real sweet woman who apologized saying that something had come up with the salesman and someone was suppose to call and let me know about it and reschedule. Anyhow I ended up rescheduling and the salesman come out and I decided on the Econoline pool after about 20 minutes but had to go thru over an hour of the used car like sales tactics trying to get me to upgrade to a pool that cost more than my single wide trailers worth! Finally I had to get real firm on him and tell him I would get the Econoline or nothing at all so he got all the paperwork for me and set up the order.
Then I had to go thru getting them proof that I owned the land and the trailer and get things set up on my insurance and that was all one big rigamarole. But about a month later the pool come and we got it installed and it looked real nice. The very first time I tried to so much as climb up and dip a toe in I was like a cow on crutches trying to get up the rickety ladder. Well the sheisty ladder broke as I was on the top step and I went head over heels into the pool! I am a full figured woman and I asked the salesman if I needed to upgrade the ladder and he said, “No it would be fine.” They did send me the piece to fix the ladder but after that I am leery of climbing up the ladder...
Now as for the actual pool I coulda got a fridge box and put a trashbag in it and filled it with water and it woulda been more sturdy than this pool! I coulda reinforced that pool with lug nuts and it woulda been about as sturdy and one of the 10$ kiddie pools over to the dollar store. It shimmied. It shaked even just from swimming around a little the walls of the pool would jiggle. I was always afraid a wall was gonna give way while we was in it and someone would get hurt when the water come gushing out of it. It did finally give way. Luckily we weren't in it when it happened though. We have a porch off the back of the trailer and had the pool installed off the deck and when all that water ended up under the trailer it messed up the brick supports because the ground got so wet the bricks started sinking sideways and eventually one of the bricks fell out.
Anyhow after it was all said and done with the cost of the pool and having to have the trailer foundation fixed our 299$ pool ended up costing over 3 thousand dollars! Even though there's a 10 year warranty on the pools. After weeks of trying to get someone to call me back I finally got them on the phone and they told me we musta had done something wrong for the pool to have the side bust!! I told them we wasn't even in it when it happened but it’s still our fault?? They wouldn't even send someone to look at it. They just said it's our fault and that's all.
Luckily we had cash to pay for the pool or they woulda had us over a barrel with their high as heck interest and Ida been paying on this pool that is rotting in a landfill ‘til kingdom come! I know maybe if I got a more expensive pool from them that maybe this wouldn't have happened but they cost so much we coulda darn near got an inground pool for what one of their better above ground pools cost!! Y’all just beware and be careful with your money!!
Updated on 05/25/2018: I already wrote my review and the manager commented on it saying basically that I was lying. Well I ain't the one selling Dollar Store quality pools at Macy's prices. Isn't that dishonest? The manager never would call me back but is gonna call me out as a liar on my review? That's a load of malarkey if you ask me.
