    My pool was installed in July. Liner leaked from day 1. Replaced September 15. This liner leaks worse than first 1. Still waiting on repairs. Never show up the day they say they will. Worst purchase I've ever made. Wish I had went with a better company.

    UPDATED ON 10/16/2017: Yes Blue World discussed with me my problem about not one but two bad liners. Since I found and patched myself the two holes in new liner they say they won't replace liner but send me $75 gift certificate. That's not anywhere near satisfactory. A very expensive pool with a patched liner!! Still very dissatisfied and the number to Sean ** is a answering machine and he doesn't return call. Do not deal with this company!!

Blue World Pools, Inc. has since spoken to the customer and the service technician and scheduled another day that fits in the customer's schedule.     We had made our payments each month. My husband called to try to work something out with them due to payroll being less. He was told they would have someone call him. The lady that called was very rude and he was told they tried to pool to our home so we could lose it. My husband was told they would not work with us. I received a phone call from a women who called herself Cardesia. She threatened me and made out like we would lose our home. She would not let me hardly get a word in. She also said that the pool payment was as important as my house payment. They file a UCC against your property NOT a Deed of Trust. She kept telling me what I better do and I had to do this and that. I ask what her name was and she said "Cardesia and you can spell that anyway you want". Very rude and very unprofessional. She also told me I owed way more than the cost of the pool.

    I do not appreciate being threatened when we had contacted them to try to work something out and had made our payments each month. Beware getting with them. I do not give bad reviews because things can usually be worked out. However, this company has taken the cake. You do not call and threaten me especially when I am at work. I told her I would talk with my husband and hung up. She turned around and called me again. BEWARE.

    Rebecca called into Blue World Pools, Inc. and said he lost his job and could no longer make payments on the pool. He said he was going to get unemployment but not severance. After the customer failed to make his next scheduled payment Blue World Pools, Inc. called his job and found out he was still working. Blue World Pools, Inc. did not tell the customer they could lose their home. Additionally, the customer has only made 12 payments out of a 132 month term. The amount that the customer owes is what is indicated on the retail installment contract the customer signed minus 12 simple interest payments made. Blue World Pools, Inc. has offered the customer to make a partial payment and the customer has not contacted Blue World Pools, Inc. back to make the past due payment or even part of it. Blue World Pools, Inc. works with all our customers in a time of financial strain. The customer has told fabrications to Blue World Pools, Inc. and now to Consumer Affairs.

    At first I wanted to get the cheap pool but after talking to the very knowledgeable sales representative, I decided to go with the 28 ft 54 inch pool. The installers came out when they said that they would and were very professional. They explained everything after the pool was completed and even cleaned up their mess before leaving. I have used the pool several times with my own kids and grandchildren and it was well worth it. It is very easy to maintain and I know I am going to get years of enjoyment out of it and my kids will even enjoy it years after me.

    Hi let me start by saying I am a water baby. I have wanted a pool all my life. I have had several places come and give me several estimates from in ground to above ground. Blue World Pools was the most reasonable in price. I have been happy so far with instructions and customer service. I did have a leaking tiger hose but after I sent a video on what was happening.     Got a great pool and system. Been very pleased with the ease of keeping it up as far as the water system cleaning. They have been very helpful in making sure that they have met or exceeded expectations. Quality of pool is very good, as well I was able to watch install from leveling ground to putting up wall and liner. The installer took pictures along the way at certain steps so, Blue World Pools is sure the installer is doing their install properly as well. Which protects them and the customer from fighting on if something is wrong at the finish.

    I have always wanted a pool so when I saw a Blue World Pool commercial I called the number. The representative I spoke to was helpful and set up an appointment with a salesman quickly. The salesman came to our house and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they offered. He took the time to answer all of our questions. We bought our pool that day! It was installed within a few weeks and all of the contractors who came to set up the site and install the pool were very nice and professional. I had to have the water tested locally the first week and I called Blue World's customer service with the results and they told me exactly what to add to get my water balanced.

    After two times of testing the water I have only needed to add my bleach and algae/clarifier every week. I feel so fortunate when I hear friends who have to spend hundreds in chemicals a week to keep their pools clear. I absolutely love my Blue World Pool. I love that I don't have to buy chemicals and the water in my pool is crystal clear. My family has enjoyed the pool so much and we would recommend Blue World Pools to anyone!

    This company took my money and ran... The installation process was very unprofessional. Customer service is none. My pool 4 inch unlevel and in use 2 months and the liner has torn from the seam. Really 1 month because it's been too cold to get in. I can get no one through email or on the phone. Is this how you run your business?? Definitely are not holding their end of the contract. Lifetime warranty and no one will respond to even take care of this matter so I guess I will have to now take it through legal action.

    My wife wanted a pool, I really did not want one. Pools were too hard to maintain (So I thought.) I let her talk me into having a sales person come talk with us. Well I had all intentions not to purchase a pool. After the presentation I wanted a pool just as much as she wanted. With the filtration system there is really no maintenance involved.     I wish I had a pool store near me, that knew anything about ionization systems. Just so they know what to recommend to me when the water gets funky. Other than that excellent pool, I love it.     My story is one of success and ease from start to finish. We are very happy with our pool and we did not experience any of the issues that I see reported for this company. Blue World Pools has been great from the moment the salesman walked into my home to the day the installer left and I was filling the pool with water. The filtration (ionizer) has been great and from someone who owned an in ground pool before this above ground pool was more affordable, bigger, and better in my opinion from my previous fiberglass. I could have purchased a pool from several local dealers where I live, however, I chose Blue World because they installed what they sold and I was connected to the company from start, finish, and afterwards.     To begin with, the installation company actually arrived when I was told they would be here. The lead installer met with me first to see where the pool was to be set up. They checked the measurements with what I had marked off and everything was a go. He went over the forms, covered what I needed to know before they began and had me sign their copies. We were also having our driveway resurfaced at the same time so everyone was accommodating as not to get in each other's way. Our driveway is about 200 feet from the road, so they carried everything into the backyard in the bucket of the Bobcat. When I saw all the boxes and equipment I was sure they would be coming back the next day also.

    There were only 2 men and I told the lead installer that we had big flood lights out back and he said, "That's great because we might be here until 9 or 10pm." I thought he was sincere. I watched as they started to move the sand to level the space needed and then saw him shoot the levels. I had to leave in the afternoon and when I returned at approximately 5:30, they had started the water in the pool and they were boxing up all the cardboard packing and cleaning up. Boy was I surprised! I received the run thru on the operation of the pump, received the explanation of the last forms and weed control and they were gone; by 6:30 pm. I was elated. Just in time for dinner. And that pool is beautiful!

The only reason why I can't give all stars is because one of the conditions we had for the purchase was a rush installation, but it took a lot longer than we were promised before the pool was installed.     Ok on June of 2017 I seen a TV ad about Blue World Pools. So I showed it to my husband and we called the number and ask all kinds of questions and they had answers for everything. So we ask for a company person to come to our home for all the information and the man was on time and polite. He showed us all the pool things like the liners, the wall pump, ionizer, everything. Well we really liked what we seen and heard. So he called Mike and he ask if the salemans told us all kinds of things about the company, the pools and it was all yes. So we ask when we could get a pool and he gave us the installer name and when he would be here.

    And on 7 17 of 17 he called, said he was on his way and what time he would be here. Well he was here and we were watching him and his helper work. It was very hot outside. But they worked all day putting it up. They were so very polite and answered things my little girls ask them. It made my girls happy. Like they were a part of the making of the pool. I was very pleased with them. All day they would explain things about the pool and how things will work, what to do about startup, getting it ready for winter, everything we could ask and more. Well the pool was up and filling. They walked us through everything we needed to know, ask a lot if we had questions, made sure we had Mario number at Blue World Pools and ext. When it was filling and all was done no more questions we had Mario was called and had questions. All my answers was a 10 about the equipment, the installation, Doug the installer.

    It was a great experience all the way around. Well a few days go by and we get calls from Blue World Pools asking if there's any problems and that a big no. If we had questions big no. If we are happy with Blue World Pools that's a great big yes. We have been in our pool every day. The water is beautiful. The pool is beautiful. All our friends and family love it and ask all the questions about the pool and company. We can't tell them enough of the great experience and great pool we have now thru Blue World Pools and we have talked to a lot of other companies before going with Blue World Pools. We are so very pleased with the company and pool. We're pleased we decided to go with Blue World Pools... A big thank you guys. We now have a vacation at our own house... We love you guys.

    We were lied to from the beginning by the salesperson stating that we would be swimming within 3 weeks. Well, we fell for the tactics and lies and signed up. We were told that someone would call us within 3 days to finalize the financing and then we would get a call to schedule the installation. Well, a week went by with no phone call, so I called them and they said they were backed up and I was next on their list that they would call me that day.

    No call that day so I called the next day, well you guessed it, same story... This bogus story went on for about a week until I finally called and got to speak with a lady in finance. She said, "Yes you've been approved. I don't know why someone from scheduling hasn't already called you." So I tried to talk to scheduling, they then realized that finance still needed to go over the contract with me.

    They wanted to con me into spending another $7,000.00 more than what we originally agreed to. By offering a 52" deep pool vs a 48" deep pool. I told them there was no way. She didn't want to accept my answer. It was clear to me that they are just put to shaft people. I understand companies trying to make an honest profit but that is ridiculous. I told her at that point if they couldn't honor what they originally agreed to then to just cancel it all.

    She seemed happy with that and said "Ok, then you will pay 50% cancellation fee, read it. It's in your contract." I could almost hear the sarcastic smile on her face. Well, I'm sorry. I am a man of principle. If it costs me twice that in attorney fees I will fight them and not pay a penny. All we wanted is a decent pool installed and we didn't mind paying for it. But unfortunately there are bad companies out there taking advantage of people every day, Blue World Pools is one of them! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH BLUE WORLD POOLS!!!

    Blue World Pools, Inc. has since spoken to the consumer, it appears that the underlying issue on wanting to cancel his contract has nothing to do with Blue World Pools, Inc. It ultimately came down to the ownership structure of his new property without going into intimate details My organization did give the customer an opportunity to upgrade however he declined that option. Blue World Pools, Inc. had no problem honoring his original commitment, however the real reason for cancelling had not changed. For good customer relations, Blue World Pools, Inc. resolved the consumers concerns and the customer has indicated that he is completely satisfied.

    Very unreliable and unprofessional! I was scheduled for someone to arrive at my home at 5:30 this afternoon. I was told that they would call me before arriving to make sure that I was home but never received a call. So I called the company asking why no one had called yet and she said that there was no one available in area. She also said that she had called my phone and left a message letting me know that no one would be arriving and they would not be able to reschedule but I told her I never received that voicemail. She said that she had mailed out a brochure on their special of an Econoline pool for $299.

    I told her that I was not interested in a smaller pool and that I would probably just go with another company. She then started to yell at me and told me that I was being rude and bad-mouthing her all because I said I was going with another company. I told her I completely understood all the reviews that I had read online now of how unprofessional and how very rude these people are. Be aware because I also read reviews of how a $3,000 above ground pool would turn into a $27,000 pool by the time you paid it off. I would highly recommend using someone else besides Blue World Pools. They are beyond rude and scam artists as well!

    I wish I checked this site first before getting a Blue World pool. First they charge more than your local pool stores. We purchased our pool in June. The salesman said that if we buy today the pool is guaranteed in by the 4 of July. We got it built Mid July. The salesman promised they could put it against our deck but the installer said that it could not be done and it happens all the time with salesman. The pool has about 6 inch gap around our pool. The salesman claimed this is a chlorine free pool and practically maintenance free. Which is a lie cause we have to put 2 gallons of bleach in a week and that is what liquid chlorine practically is.

    I just would not recommend this pool company. And would suggest to shop around. We paid 9500 for 27 foot round 48 inch deep. We could have paid half for same pool but 54 inch deep with the local pool company. Also at blue world pool they have you sign all kinds of documents with clauses in them other than the contract and expects you to get notarized. All the sheets to sign guarantees that this company is overly trying to protect themselves from any liability no doubtedly from all the dissatisfied customers. One of the clauses to sign is that only the homeowner is liable for damages caused by installers. I recommend shopping around before getting stung by this company.

Really the only thing that can ever go wrong with a liner is a seam separation which is a manufacturer's defect that happens a fraction of 1% of the time.     We have had nothing but trouble from this company from day one. Very deceitful about financing and once it was installed part only lasted one year before we had to replace it with new parts. If I had it to do all over again I would have bought it from a local dealer with a good reputation.

    UPDATED ON 07/26/2017: After I wrote a complaint on here about my product not lasting and how they treated me they called me back after I bought a new pump for my pool and replaced other parts for my pool and then they wanted to help me so they could put on here how they tried to work things out.     I paid over $12,000 for my 15 X 26 pool - they took advantaged of me a single widowed mother. But I bought the pool, paid cash. They told me OVER AND OVER that this pool had a lifetime warranty on EVERYTHING. I have never received anything from this company. I eventually had to replace the skimmer and pump because the weir would not stay in (kept breaking) and the button broke off the pump. So now 9 years later ALL of the top ledges are rusted from inside out and what did they tell me? That would be another $800.00 and I HAD to get my replacement parts from them. WOW - how is this company STILL in business??? Buyer BEWARE - DO NOT purchase a pool from this company! They are crooks!!!

    Called twice to discuss a purchase with this company. Both times was set an appointment. No show either time. Second call I asked if they serviced my area. I was assured they did. (Because after no show of first appointment, was told no installer for the area.) And an hour after my second appointment I get a call from a telemarketer who tells me they were too busy to send a sales rep out and would send me an application to buy the cheapest pool available. I asked, "Why couldn't I reschedule", rep got rude because I was asking questions.

    Then she told me I could only qualify for the $299 pool because there were no salesman in the area. I asked, "Why couldn't I wait to reschedule and possibly order a bigger pool". She was very rude and over talked me. To the point she was yelling. They do not have reps to send out at all. They bait and switch with the $299 pool and installation and then want to send you an application. They also pull your credit when they say they do not. Fraud! Fraud Fraud! Stay away!!!

    After our pool was set up and we went through all of the boxes we realized we did not receive a blue pill for winterization and a solar cover. In order to finance us, so they said, they had to increase us to a premium package, which was supposed to include a solar cover. I called customer service and they stated they would send out a blue pill. When he talked to his manager and he said there was no such thing as a solar cover, it was referred to as a solar pill.

    When I hung up I went to the website and they advertised solar covers. I called the finance department because customer service told me I would have to take it up with them. I talked to someone I finance department twice and left a message for services. No return call. I am paying for a premium package when I did not receive some items. I was told these items would be mailed to me and I am still waiting...

    A sales rep came out to our house and gave us his spiel. The price: $21,000. We said no. As he kept dropping the price we said no three more times. On his final offer of $9,000 we reluctantly said yes. Per the sales guy, how could we pass up such a great offer? This was June 26. On June 29 I decided to cancel because I just knew we couldn't afford it. Because it was the last day for me to do so, I called customer service to see if it was postmarked that day, would it still be ok. Without answering my question, the woman on the phone told me she would have the customer service manager call me, so I didn't put a letter in the mail. He called me 24 hours later, and I missed his call.

    Now I get a call informing me that either I take the pool or I pay half the price to cancel! When I told the manager that I had called in due diligence during the acceptable time period, and was waiting for a call back, he said that didn't matter - a letter would have had to be postmarked on June 29. When I told him that the woman on the phone said I would "be fine" since I made the call, he told me he didn't believe me. Of course, he also told me that they get "5 or 6" complaints a year. Just on this site, I'm seeing 8 in the last two weeks. High-pressure sales tactics, 50 pages of fine print, 90 minutes of a salesperson in my home... They wore me down. They take advantage of older people, they have no ethics and no conscience.

    I simply wanted to ask some questions about the pool that had been advertised on TV. When you go to the Blue World Pools' website, you are prompted if you would care to chat and ask questions. I assumed that when you are prompted to ask questions that you will be helped by a knowledgeable sales person. 'Ashley' asked what could she do to help. I start to ask some questions and she then types that she's not able to answer anything but what is stated in the ad (which is also on the website)... My questions would have been very simple and would have required only simple and honest answers. After reading some reviews, both positive and negative, I can relate to the Customer Service issues. I'm glad I didn't 'take the plunge' with this company.

    I was interested in buying a pool from this company. I knew the $299 basic pool and installation would be a con or with so many restrictions that it wouldn't be worth even looking at. My family were looking for a 24' pool (either their mid range or deluxe... probably upwards of $2000 to 3000 of our hard earned cash). So when I requested a call back I knew my budget(ish). So I got the callback. I went through the spiel (you know the usual salesman BS) they told me about their amazing $299 nonexistent offer... told me about their amazing other ranges (zzz... wake me up!). Once I woke up and the Rep stopped talking. I asked if they serviced the area we lived in. 40 seconds of fake searching later I was informed yes they did. "Ok" I said. "How much for the mid range/deluxe 24' pool." At this point he said "without a survey (free of charge) they could not give a firm price." (Now their website and the Rep said that install costs are included).

    He said their pools range from $299-$10000. I asked, "Ok I just need an estimate on a basic set up to budget... you know because that is quite a range". Again he said he couldn't give a price as they do custom packages per customer and the price range is $299 - $10,000. So I said... "So you can't give me a price on just the pool minus the add ons (ie filter, pump, chemicals etc.)" He said, "No... our prices are between $299 and you know." At that point I announced, "Ok if you can't give me a estimated cost no business." DON'T TRUST A COMPANY THAT WON'T GIVE YOU A QUOTE ON EVEN THEIR BASIC PRODUCT!!!

    Very disappointed with this company. They called us to schedule installation date 7/6/17 between 8-11. My husband had to take off work for this. I had to call 2 times. Second time was given the installer's name and phone number to call myself. The installer told me he was not even told about this date and my pool just arrived at the loading dock that day around noon. So now we have to wait a week to get our pool. No one called us to inform us that it was not going to be installed on the date promised. We losted money due to my husband having to take off work. Not happy with the installation department. Someone should have called us to let us know about it not going to be installed on the date promised and I should not have been the one to call the local installer. These people work for your company.

    I wished I would have done better research. I had a salesman come out and go over his little showing about their pools. He came out with a price list of over $20,000 for pools which was no way I could afford and if I could afford that, I'd bought an in-ground pool. Anyway, after agreeing on a price of $8,000.00, I decided to sign. I was thinking this was gonna be a great experience and I got this for a great price. Well I decided to turn this into a cash sale to avoid the ridiculous interest rate. And after waiting and waiting, I finally had to call Install to ask when the install would be done.

    After 5 appointments and after 5 no shows from Install, I decided to cancel and take my business elsewhere. Of course, the VP gets on the phone and tells me I will still be responsible for full price of the pool. I then said, "WHAT POOL", I haven't seen anyone from your company since I seen the salesman from day one. Not once and I clearly state, "not once" did we ever get a call from Install stating that they were not gonna show, running behind, or anything. I have to make all phone calls.

    I then stated again, "I am cancelling my contract and taking my business elsewhere." He then threatened to put a lien on my property. The conversation got heated and I told him I will pay nothing. He then stated that, "I will refinance my home 5 years from now or maybe 10 years, and he will then get his money." I lost my temper then and told him it is none of his business how and what I do with my finances. So very unprofessional of someone who don't deliver 100% customer satisfaction. I then hung up on him.

    He then called back and said he would refund my deposit and cancel my contract. I did receive my deposit back and I will continue in the next couple years, by checking with County Clerk, to make sure no lien is put on my home. This almost turned into a two-month process and still no pool. I did take my business elsewhere and go to a local company. I had the pool bought that same evening and it was installed and ready by week #2. I am very satisfied with this new company I got and now I have happy kids, not disappointed kids thanks to Blue World. Do your research everyone! Read all reviews and all lawsuits against them before you make that call.

    I had the oval pool installed 2 years ago. When they leveled the ground I told them it was not level and they informed me when the sand was put down it would level out. Well lo and behold it didn't! When it rained hard it wash the sand away from the upper side and pulled the liner tight across the brace underneath and cause a tear. Then I had to pay for a patch kit for a temporary fix. I was also promised 2 chairs and a light for the pool and A FOUNTAIN I NEVER received. When you call customer service they say they will correct the problem and you never hear from them again.Their word is mud because it washes away. I paid cash for it 05/17/2015.

    The salesman came to our house and gave a great A+ sales pitch. They stated all they were missing was my husband's pay stub. I email the pay stub then I don't hear from them another week, so we reach out to them again. Now they are missing a paper from my bank so I get this emailed to them. In the middle of these few weeks I referred a friend. She too buys a pool. So now we are on week 3. I still do not have a install date nor have I heard from the finance department if everything is good to go. So yet again we call them. Now they need a paper from the bank we financed our house through. We get that emailed. Week 4 still no install date and no clearance. Call them again. "Oh Mrs ** everything is good on the finance end. We will have someone call you today to go over all the finance paperwork and get you over to install."

    Few hours later we get through the finance paperwork via phone and the man tells me, "You should get a call from install within 2 days." Week 5 still no phone call but my friend that I referred has been through finance and has a install date. So we call them ask, "Are we getting our pool this summer or next summer?" They assure us this summer and they will get everything ready for install next Wednesday. The installer is at my friend's house that I referred and she tells her, "They want me to give your friend someone else's pool because they have put her off so long."

    So week 6 my friend now has her pool and I do not and yet remember she ordered hers 2 weeks after I did and we live about 10 miles apart. We are now on week 8 and I still have no pool and every time I call I am promised another day. I have taken off work for 3 days and the office and installer could care less. It's the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Please find another company that cares.

    We were told we would have our pool ready to go before July 4th. So when I was contacted by the installer to finally install we were excited. We both took a day off work to be home to sign paperwork. The guy calls me at 10:20 saying he is just leaving Irving headed our way. Keep in mind we only live 2:30 hours from Irving.

    When 1 rolled around and no calls, no nothing. Then 2 rolled around still nothing. So I tried calling him. He didn't answer nor call me back. So I called Blue World Pools explaining to them everything. The lady gets the number I have and calls him. He answers for her and tells her he is 30 minutes away from my house. Great right! Wrong!!! He didn't show up until 3:30 dug the spot out, a whole 11 inches!!! Then calls it a day at 5 pm. Tells us he has to get sand and will be back in the morning.

    He doesn't even show up until after 9 am and then leaves to get the sand and doesn't come back until 3:30. Spreads the dirt and calls it a day. Oh and has to cancel his next pool for the following day cause he is not done with mine! Day three he gets started before 9 and when I come home for lunch at 12, I finally have walls and a liner. Excited thinking finally we will have a pool. Wrong again. It's not level!! So he goes to buy a water level at 6:30 and comes back at 9 with a boss level, but can't figure out how to work it.

    Day 4 comes at 7:45 am! I come home for lunch at 12 to find string strung across my pool and him trying to get it level still. And told he has to take the liner out and re compact the dirt under it. This day my husband comes home early and watches as the wall falls over and bends! First crease in the wall. I come home at 5:30 and find the liner folded up in the bottom of the pool area and being told he needs more sand. At this point this makes 10-12 tons of sand! So here we are day 5 and no closer to being done than we were on day 2. When I call Blue World Pools I get told it wouldn't be fair to bring in a new guy to finish the job. At what point do we the customer get help to finish a job that was suppose to be done on day two!!! Why are we getting the runaround!!!

    Install was messy but ok. Wish would have cleaned up a little. The grandkids love the pool. So do the older kids. I would tell people about the pool. I just wish the first time doing start up they had a better way of teaching you to do it because even follow steps closely is hard. Everyone so very friendly. I have had no major issues yet. I don't care for the financing or how long to pay but I am told I can pay off at any time.

    PLEASE DO NOT GET SUCKED IN. We have been paying $200.00 a month for a pool from this company for 3 years only to find out we still owe $12,000.00. The pool was NOT installed in the right location, which I specifically showed them the location we wanted it. Their materials are cheap and the Low maintenance has already cost me over $500.00 in the last 3 months. SO NOT SATISFIED... Had I had known when my mom signed for the pool and had agreed to their terms which includes they do not tell you it's in very fine print you are putting your land up and they put a lien on it. My mother has passed away last month and I am stuck paying for it or lose her house. Plus with all that has been paid on the pool very little is on the pool itself, $165.00 a month goes towards the interest NOT THE POOL itself... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE.

    I was lied to about my ability to have this pool installed without any problem if I was going to refinance my home. The lien you have to sign is against your property and not just the pool. I have been trying to do this and Blue World Pools will not let you refinance and will not work with your mortgage company. I am a disabled vet and my wife is also disabled and the reason to refinance was to improve my home.

    I am working with FREEDOM MORTGAGE who has my loan now but since I put this pool in by Blue World I have a lien not just on the pool but my home and Blue World Pools will not allow my refinance and FREEDOM MORTGAGE has a list of vet that have had the same problem I am having. My pool has not been installed correctly and I had a contractor come and look at it and the water level is 2 in. off side to side. I waited a month for them to fix the sand filter and so far I have had the pool able to be used 10 day and it was installed MAY 17. It also has 1/4 inch gaps on 95% of pillars, you can see between them and the pool. This is the very worst thing I have ever done because for what they are charging me it is not worth. If I could have this nightmare gone from my yard and not have to pay Blue World thousands of dollars I would in a heartbeat.

    People in the finance department think I am just stupid because they know once you sign you are stuck and can't do anything. If Blue World want my pool back and will not charge me they can come and get it and remove the lien on my home. This is a mistake. Beware. They will not treat you with respect. DON'T SIGN anything without first getting a attorney, because I was told the lien was only on my pool and that was a lie so the mistake is mine. Eugene in the finance department is rude and if I was his boss he would be place in a different department. If you are going to need to refinance your home to do repairs like a roof like me don't buy anything from Blue World Pools, because your property is not yours. It belongs to Blue World Pools if you finance with them.

    If you doubt that try to refinance your home to repairs and watch how fast your mortgage company has problems. Wish they would come and get this pool out of my yard and as a disabled vet I should not have to pay them thousands of dollars to get out of this. To all vets don't buy from Blue World Pools. They will hurt you more than you know. Buy your pool local. Don't buy from Blue World. Yes they will finance you but trust me you don't want the lien they will place on your home. I am a very trusting person but I have learned you can't trust Blue World Pools and will not trust anything they say from this day forward.

    This company isn't a scam, however it was very good at first. Customer service is horrible. I have been calling for 2 summers now. My pool will not get clear. I have bought new ionized bars, tons of pool bleach, a lot of test strips, had water samples done at several places, all levels are right, but they guaranteed us that if we couldn't get it clear they would send a tech out to help. That's how certain they were of their system. Needless to say my pool is still green and they keep hanging up on me when I call, give me every excuse under the sun not to return a call, and always throw the call to someone who isn't there. Always waiting on a call back that never happens.

    This makes the second summer we can't use our pool. And Blue World Pools isn't willing to help. However they make sure to take 250.00 a month out of my account. I will never recommend this company to anyone ever again. Pool quality is great, customer service and clarity is horrible. I have a pool that I pay for, that we can't even swim in.

    When salesman first came out I requested the oval pool which they told me they didn't have but it clearly shows oval on their site and commercials. Haven't had nothing but issues with it since it was installed. The crew came out to install and rushed the whole install. They tore up my yard and said they would be out the following day to clean it up and haven't seen them since even after numerous calls. The first issue with the product started just a month after install. The sand they put down to level the ground was coming out from the pool. You can feel big pockets when you're walking in the pool. It then starting leaking. I called several times and was told someone would be out. Never saw anyone. Then the connections from the pump to the pool started leaking. So I'm having to put water in the pool daily just to keep the water level above the intake for the pump.

    I have continued to call and the last call I spoke with a lady that said in the notes that a repairman came out in October to fix the issues which is a total lie. I haven't seen anyone since the install date. I was told the guy would be out Monday 6-19-17 and it is now Wednesday and still nobody has came. I've called the service department several times since Monday and haven't gotten a call back yet. I do have my pool financed and they continue to want me to pay for my pool but don't want to stand behind their work or product. All I'm asking for is to have the product that I was promised and am currently paying monthly for. If I can't get anything resolved I will speak to my lawyer and the BBB. From my experience I would NOT recommend this company or their product EVER!! Total rip off!

    We were told absolutely no chemicals only Bleach once a week, the iodizer will take care of the rest. Lost my deposit check for a couple weeks, found it and scheduled an installation about a week later. Contractor didn't show up on appointment date, didn't call, had to cancel the water delivery. Next day I'm gone to help my mother who broke her arm, I get a call that he is at my house digging. I go back home and they are not there. No one there, no equipment but shovels and boxes. An hour later they come back, work a couple hours, leaves since the only had a mini van, no trailer for sand. Frustrated. They said will be there about 8:30 am because they had another pool to put in at 2. Well, good thing no one could being me water to be delivered since they showed up at 12:30 pm.

    Never got my lights for my pool and who know what else. The bottom of my pool is so lumpy to stand on. Now, calling me 4 to 6 times a day for final payment, but still do not have all my equipment. The left me two bags of salt and a box of chemicals. Pure lies, no chemicals you say? Very unprofessional company. Tried calling Sean at **. No response yet, days later, still no call back.

    The salesman was generic with his pitch. I told him up front what I wanted and he still gave me the whole sales pitch. But aside from that my experience was decent. They are overpriced but my pool is well built. The installation people were friendly and nice to deal with. They were not able to finish the pool in one day but stayed very late into the night and were there at sunup the next day to finish. Even came back the next night when I noticed a small dent had formed in the side of the wall. Fixed it very quick and had me back up and running. Overall very satisfied. Again be aware the price is a lot higher than other pools. But I was aware of that when I went into this deal. Overall satisfaction is that I'm pleased with my pool.

    Was very happy to purchase an above ground pool from Blue World Pools Inc. But to my DISMAY and SURPRISE I am currently having a very difficult time getting this Pool to be completed. I signed a installment contract on June 5 2017 but the pool was not completed because parts were missing. I was told by a Representative in the Finance Dept that on the date the pool was completed I could pay a certain amount. So I decided to take that offer because the Pool was not completed on the SAID date.

    I called the Office immediately requesting my Contract to be VOIDED and I was taking the original offer of paying the Installer the Payment representing Full Payment. The Representative agreed. Well to date which is now 2 weeks the installer has not returned to complete the Pool. I called NUMEROUS time and received all different excuses. I have a certain time to call the city for inspection because I had to get a permit. I am truly disappointed in this Company Performance.

    We talk with their Rep. who came to our home in Aug 2016 and surveyed our flat yard, and we went through all the pages of info and such even though we told him we wanted the $299.00 pool. Made my husband late to work. We decided this June to purchase the pool at $299.00 but of course as before cash no finance. They tell us we can not buy a pool with out another credit check again for again on a cash transaction. We do not need another sell spill or credit check which takes your credit down 6-8 points. They refused us a pool. Must not want a sale very bad.

    Updated on 06/24/2017: Within 3 minutes I received 3 emails. The first two was about resolving my complaint. The third was saying it was resolved by both parties. The third was wrote before I even read the first E-mail. After reading carefully it was very clear to me that two different people received my complaints and neither understood what I was complaining about. You have to understand a complaint before it could be resolved.

    Was planning on buying a 22' pool tomorrow from Wal-Mart for $500. Watching TV I see the Blue World Pools commercial. 2,000 pool for $300 installed! I call debit card in hand to order. And am informed to get that pool I must submit to a credit check. And allow a sales rep to come out for 90 minutes to convince me to upgrade. I explain I just want the 300 pool. No credit check. I will set up myself if need be. But no they require credit check. Complete scam. I shouldn't have to submit a credit check to pay $300 cash for a pool. Will be reporting this everywhere. What a joke.

    I absolutely agree with this scam report!!! I fortunately dodged a bullet big time just in the nick of time too!! So I had one of their sales reps out to my house and he did his whole pitch, which the more he talked the more nervous I got. Right off the bat he told me that the Econoline pool would not work in the space we wanted the pool to go. After he finished his pitch he laid down the price sheet. At which point I almost crapped my pants and laughed out loud. I said, “Uuuummmm seriously?” He said, “Yes” and I said, “Heck no!!” Then he said we could be a show house and it would lower it a few thousand. I said, “No, still too much.” So he proceeded to call his "boss" Bindi who then lowered the price a few thousand more I still said no.

    Then he starts asking if any military or first responders live in the house or nurses? I say, “Yes I'm a nurse...” The shirt I had on said "nursing is my talent". DUH of course he asked that! So that lowered it a bit more. Finally I said, “Let me call my husband,” to which he was annoyed, my husband said he was busy and that we would talk when he came home and we would contact him the next day about it. The sales man got quite pissed and said, “No. This deal will not be offered tomorrow” and he was way too busy to come back to write it up. So I got off the phone with my husband and asked the salesman if I sign up today and my husband decides against it can we cancel. He says yes we have 3 days by law but I can't just call. I have to email the company. So I signed up for it.

    THANK THE LORD MY GUT WAS TOLD TO RESEARCH MORE!!! Right when he left my house I got online... which made me sick to my stomach!! I immediately called BWP and told them I wanted to cancel. The person I spoke with said she would give my info to Kevin ** and he would contact me asap. I got off the phone and felt a bit better but still not at ease. So I called back and got an email address and emailed that I was cancelling. Again still not at ease. So I read the contract all the way through. That's when I saw that it had to be a dated signed letter mailed to the Reno office!! That sales guy lied, the person I spoke with in the office lied!! They all lied because that way they get to hold you off for the three days!! So I immediately typed up a cancellation letter dated, signed, notarized and sent certified mail to the Reno office!!

    I continued to try and contact Kevin to no avail. I read more reviews which made me even sicker. This is where I started seeing Sean ** comments with his number and ext. so I called him... no answer. I don't even think Sean exists to be honest!! After calling the 1-866 number on the website soooooo many times I began to notice that the same lady on the recording is the same lady that kept answering (and lying to me) the more I called the more annoyed she got. I would say I need to speak with Kevin now and she would make up every excuse in the book as to why I couldn't. I asked to speak with Sean and she claimed he wasn't in the office and when asked when will he be there she said she didn't know because he is the owner’s son and he comes in whenever he wants.

    ALL LIES!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!! There is a special place in hell for people like this!! Needless to say THANK GOD I took swift action and got this transaction cancelled when I did!! Please be careful people!!! I have been burned by contractors in the past and now almost by these jokers. Oh and Kevin did call me back... on the day the letter was delivered!!! I gave him more than a piece of my mind and even lost my religion for a minute. I was so mad and am still mad that these crooks are in the business of trying to steal people's homes.

    I could care less how good the pool is, it is not worth the headache or the freaking price gouged cost they are trying to sell it for!!! I will never do business with another person until I Google search them!! Oh and Sean. The only reason there are good reviews anywhere is because y’all hire people to troll and write them. How sad is it that you have to hire people with the sole purpose of writing fake reviews and cleaning up the bad ones? What's worse is that you can find people who would be willing to take a position like that! Our world is so corrupt and scary with people like you and everyone else that works at BWP in it!!!

    We are very pleased with the final product Blue World Pools provided. Our install started in the insanely rainy spring season we had. Our poor installer struggled in dodging storms to try to get the job complete. He kept a positive and upbeat attitude in the face of all this. All other installers had quit working due to weather so his scheduled partner didn't arrive, so he was a one man band. We were on a time crunch as my husband is Army and scheduled to leave and they needed both signatures upon completion of the job. Our installer did what needed to be done to make it happen.     Scheduled appointment on 6-6. The appointment was set for 8:30 pm on 6-12. At 6 pm on 6-12 they call to tell us that there is no rep available for our area. The manager who called us was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken with. She informed my husband that she was not in retail and that she did not need to make customers happy.

    I needed to replace an existing above ground pool that was destroyed by a large oak tree falling on it. My homeowners insurance needed estimates before paying me. I called Blue World Pools at the beginning of April and spoke to an extremely nice & helpful representative. She said that a tech could come out & tell me how much of my existing equipment needed to be replaced, & give me a quote for a pool of equal value to my damaged one. I had to get the tree removed before we could schedule anything, so I called last week & spoke to her. She set me up for an appointment on Sunday morning & said that the tech would confirm the appointment Saturday night.

    It is Saturday night now & I did not receive a phone call. Around 8:30 I called Blue World Pools to try to find out if the sales rep was still coming. Upon calling, I received an automated message saying that a technician would not be able to come out to give me an estimate, but instead they would send me a brochure about their popular Econoline. I hung up in disgust because the Econoline is not what I'm looking for! Shortly afterwards a sales rep called me & apologized, said they had no idea how popular their pools were in my area, & that they'd overbooked appointments. She could not estimate when they could even get to me. She said they were going to send the brochure about the $299 Econoline. I stopped her to inform her that the pool I'm replacing is bigger than the Econoline & I'm not interested in the Econoline. I said that I could give her a description of the pool that I'm trying to replace if she could send me brochures about that.

    She said that she could not - that only the sales rep had that information. I told her that I would take my business elsewhere then. I'm sure that their pools are probably nice, but it's not so nice for a consumer who is dealing with homeowners insurance to be misled, & schedule an appointment a week out, that I believe they never had any intention of keeping. It's also very poor business on their part to offer to send me information about the Econoline that is advertised at $299 when what I am looking for would cost much more than that I'm certain. The Econoline is a 15' x 24" pool with "pump, filter, liner, ladder, and automatic pool vacuum with free installation on your customer-ready site". There is no mention of materials used in this pool - steel or resin. I am replacing a 15' x 54" all steel pool, with steps - not a ladder. They have just lost out on a good sale.

    So far, I am extremely disappointed. This is the second weekend we have been stood up on pool installation. Was told last night that they definitely would be here by 9am this morning. We waited till 10 am and called and the "installer," said that it would be 4pm before they would be here. Which, coming from Memphis and the complete install will be almost impossible.

    I really wish my boyfriend and me would have read all the reviews and complaints first. I'm thinking now this company can kiss off and we will find another company in Knoxville that will keep their word. Seems like everyone else is getting the same load of crap from these people. If this is their business ethic, I am shocked they are remaining in business.

    UPDATE ON 06/14/2017: Just thought I would do an UPDATE since my last review last week. We were due for another installation this past Saturday. As with the other four times an installation was scheduled (by Blue World Pools), we sat and waited and no one ever showed. We did not even receive a courtesy call. The previous week, we were given the runaround that the installer had had a terrible car wreck and was in the hospital, the week before it was because he had vehicle trouble.

    We decided that by Saturday evening that we were done. Contract or not. Luckily, I do have a lawyer that is a family friend, and he said that with them continuously not showing up to install the pool (and we have proof of all phone calls that were made, and wrote down each incident), that their threats mean nothing. Which brings me to my next point, my boyfriend called them and politely told them that we cannot spend every weekend at home waiting for them, and them to just not show. He told them he wanted out of the contract. That was when the threats happened.

    The person on the phone said he was the vice president; he then went on to say that there will be a lien put on our home. He even stated that at some time in the future we would choose to refinance our home and they are going to get their money (during this time this representative was screaming into the phone). Money for what? We never received service. After the phone call abruptly ended, the guy called back and said he was canceling the contract and my boyfriend would get his money for the deposit. Which would be interesting if they actually follow through with that.

    Hopefully, people that are researching a family pool company will look for someone local. That is what we have done, and we are thrilled with the service we are receiving now, and on top of that the price is half of what we were being charged by Blue World. I am thankful now that we have dodged the bullet of actually having Blue World install a pool on our property. Just with dealing with their unprofessional business ethics, all the way around, I can only imagine what the product itself would be like. If you do decide to go with this company, you might also want to retain a lawyer.

    So far this experience with Blue World Pools has not been very good at all. First, they canceled 3 appointments for a sales rep to come over. When we finally did get a rep to actually come over, they did make up for it by giving us some deals. Now, we was suppose to have the pool installed today, even received a confirmation yesterday just for them not to show up today, no phone call either. We had to call them to find out they wasn't showing up, my girlfriend took work off today and lost a full day's pay cause of this. Now we have to wait till June 10th for installation. This is not good business at all.

    I've already spoke with installation and financing. I work with the public defenders and CANNOT just take days off for nothing. We had an install scheduled today for Central City, KY. Yesterday I called Blue World to confirm that I need to be present as well to sign for the pool and was not told even then that the installer wouldn't make it. In addition to that, the company called the day before and left a voicemail on our home phone to confirm our appointment.

    I called Blue World again today when the installer still had not shown up. I was given the installer's cell phone number. I called and was informed that he isn't coming today. The installer stated he tried to call our 330 number to let us know. This is my boyfriend's cell and that number is not always reachable due to terrible cellular signal. For that reason I'd also provided Blue World with my cell phone number, my work number, and our home number. His "no answer to call," excuse is unacceptable. The installer, upon my boyfriend connecting to wifi to check voicemail, did leave a voicemail stating to call him but did not mention cancelling.

    The installation manager, when I called Blue World, stated that the installer had been in a hotel for 4 days due to rain in KY. Ok. So the installer had FOUR DAYS in which he was fully aware that he would be behind schedule and had THREE ALTERNATE PHONE NUMBERS to contact. As it is, the initial sales meeting was cancelled at the eleventh hour more than once by the rep when we were first looking to purchase a pool. We were told first that was due to car trouble, then that a rep had quit so there was only one rep for this area. I caught a look of puzzlement on our reps face when we brought that up.

    Bottom line is we are terribly dissatisfied and more than inconvenienced at this point. Our kids have very short summer breaks here, and it looks like by the time this is installed and the water warms, they won't get to enjoy it. We started this process in April. I understand this is a large company, but potentially 2.5 - 3 months process is ridiculous. I'm asking for no discount. Our rep, when we finally got one here, and his manager cut us a phenomenal deal. I do hope the product is better than the service otherwise. But based on the service, aside from the wonderful rep who came here, I would never recommend Blue World Pools. We signed contracts for ours to be a show pool. We will not discredit to potential buyers who come to our home.

    They are still welcome to come here if the pool is even installed this year. Which brings me to a new question: if the pool is installed too late in the season to fulfill our obligation for showing the pool, will we be the ones penalized for that? If so, I will contact an attorney. I have been on the phone for over 2 hours with a terribly rude and condescending installation manager (granted I'd lost my happy thoughts by this time) at two points to be given a reschedule date for a week and a half from now that we have to reschedule previous obligations for, not knowing if they will even really show up. My trust in this company right now is zero. Again, I pray the product is better than the service. And if it isn't, I pray the warranty was represented correctly to us during the meeting with the rep when we purchased the pool.

    First off I inquired online for $299 pool. Well once I actually spoke to a sales rep he said the 299 would be installed in a ready site. Would send someone to evaluate my property. He was yes to run my credit. I said NO. He asked my birthday and was able to run it anyways. Why would they need to run my credit for a cash paid sale? Well first off the pool that is advertised for $299 is a scam. They want to come put in a pool on homes that are able to put a Lien against. Overprice the pools and snatch your home.

    No one ever came out. They canceled my appointment because I wanted to pay cash and contested the credit inquiry with Experian. They send a brochure after blocking your number about the $299 pool. In order to purchase it you must take out an insurance policy listing them as a beneficiary. Also get documents drawn up by an attorney as well before you can buy said pool for $299. After all the documentation is done then you must install it yourself. After driving to Georgia to pick it up or pay $695 for shipping (more than the pool cost)... SCAM BEWARE.

    We were really looking forward to purchasing a pool from BWP, so much so that when the soonest we could get a sales rep out to our house was during a holiday weekend in which we would also have loved to get out of town to enjoy it... we didn't get either.     Called and made an appt for sales rep to come out to our house at 5:30 pm and planned our day around it. At 5:45 Blue World Pools calls us to see if the girl showed up and we said, "No, we've not heard anything from her nor seen her yet." At 6:30 pm I call them back to see what was going on. They had no idea, and couldn't find the girl. They said for me to just call back sometime and reschedule. I decided to look up reviews on them and found out some awful things.     A sales rep from Blue World Pools came to our home and done her sales pitch. She told us step by step how the installation was to be done. After agreeing to everything we gave her a $500 deposit. Blue World Pools contacted us about a week or so later and gave us a date that the pool would be installed. A few days before install was to be done, after looking at the weather which was calling for rain, we contacted them asking if they were going to postpone install or what (reason because I had to get permits which were only good for 7 days). Blue World Pool gave me the installer's number and asked me to contact him. Installer (Eric) said that he would be here a day earlier and he was going to proceed with install.

    When he arrived, I showed him where we wanted the pool and the pump to be. I already had had a pool there before and a deck that was around the old pool. He showed my wife and I where it would line up to on the deck, and we agreed. He then proceeded to dig. On Blue World Pool's website it clearly states that when clearing area for the pool, the installer will start to dig from the highest point to the lowest. This installer did not do that. He went from lowest to highest. We kept telling him that that wasn't correct, but he said it was and kept digging in the rain. We had to get nasty with him to keep him from digging any further to our deck in fear that it was going to come down due to all the dirt he was moving from it. He left on Thursday evening and said he would be back Friday morning.

    Friday morning he arrived and once again he started digging in the rain. Once he stopped digging and dirt was piled up everywhere, he began to put up the pool. The sales rep told us that it was individual panels. Not true, it was all one piece. Also we had told the installer where we wanted the pump in the very beginning, now he saying wherever the hole is when he unrolled the walls is where the pump would be (we had no say). My thoughts are where he had piled up all the dirt by the deck which is where I wanted the pump, he didn't want to move the dirt so he could place the pump there. We also as stated told him where we wanted the pool to our deck, but he placed it 3 foot from my deck.

    At midnight he wants us to sign a completion form, saying the job is done, and wanted the balance of the pool cost. When he first arrived we paid upfront half of the cost of the pool and had a 2nd check for the balance once completed. Dirt still piled up everywhere, my yard destroyed, never explained how everything worked or nothing, trash all in the yard. So we refused to pay the remaining balance because the job was not complete. He said the pool was up and he was done. We still refused to pay and said we would be getting with the representative of Blue World Pools in the morning. He left.

    The next morning the yard looked worse than I expected from what we had seen at midnight. The posts that hold up our deck were exposed, the pool is 3 foot or better from the deck, and the pump is in the yard instead of where we wanted it under the deck. There is dirt piled up all the way around the pool. The pool is not level. It is totally a mess. Called Blue World Pools and they said that they did not put pool up by decks and that they wasn't responsible for the dirt and we didn't have a say where the pump was. Said they would talk with owner on Monday and get back to me.

    I then called the sales rep and told her all the problems. I told her that the pool was not individual panels like she showed us in her book and said we were getting. She said she didn't know that, she said in her sales school they said they were panels, told her that they are saying that they don't put pools to deck, she said she didn't know that either. Everything that was told was not true. Monday, I contacted Blue World Pools again to try and resolve the issues. Kevin ** called us. He said that if the pool wasn't level that he would have it taken down and leveled and at that time they would move the pump. However if they found it to be level they wasn't doing anything with the pump. It would stay where it was.

    He also said they would back fill the dirt and spread the remaining dirt across what was left of my yard, however I had to paid the remaining balance first. I told him that I would be happy to pay the balance once the work was done correctly but was not paying before it was complete. I asked him if this was what he called a professional job, and he replied yes it was. He said that they wasn't doing anything until I paid the remaining balance. He was going to put a Lien on our home, interest and attorney fees and that he was going to void our warranty and we would not be able to get any products to operate the pool. Best of luck to me and hung up the phone.

    I am willing to pay, but at this point, nothing has been done the way we were told so if I pay the balance before the work is done what assurance do I have that they will show up to do what they say. Building Inspector came out to our home on Tuesday and said that the job that was done was a hazardous excavation at best, and we had some major issues with what we were left with. He also confirmed that the pool was not level. What a nightmare.

    On May 08, 2017, I contacted Blue World Pools to report my ionizer not working nor my pump gauge not working. I have owned my pool for a year in which I was told that my pool was under warranty for 10 years. However when I called the representative attempting to sell me a new pump and ionizer I asked him about my warranty and told me my warranty was only good for a year. I proceeded and asked to speak with a supervisor. He told me he was the Vice President. I told him it seems as though the company is selling faulty equipment and lying to customers to buy pools. He yelled at me and called a sarcastic ** and told me next time read my contract. I am stuck with a pool that doesn't work and I can't clean. No follow calls or assistance from the company but they are taking my money.

    Updated on 05/16/2017: I have owned my pool for a year and faced some minor issues however I spoke with Sean and another staff member who resolved my issue. My daughter and my family will be able to enjoy our summer and pool thanks to the helpful and caring owners and staff.

    We had the worst time with this company. First they put up our pool wrong and had to come back and redo it. They left a big mess and left beer bottles and cans all over. We bought the pool in late 2015. It was so bad it had holes in it. When we called to complain they said, “We will come and see.” Nothing happened. I called again and they sent me a liner and charged it to my account. REALLY! We patched what we could and it didn't help. I called to say we didn't know how to put the liner in. We gave almost 8,000 dollars for a pool we are still paying through them, that they won't fix or guarantee. We now have a pool shell with no liner in it and no way to swim and still are paying on it. Don't buy from them. They will rip you off. I have pictures of holes and video of all the rocks that were left under the liner. Some of them were huge. The ground under the liner was awful. They never even leveled it and it had huge rocks and was so rough it hurt your feet to walk on it. These guys or awful.

    There is a lot to be said about Blue World Pools. For any homeowner wanting a nice pool without the headache and confusion of how to go about getting one and the installation of it and who's good to do the job, let me reassure you that Blue World Pools is the company to go with!!! They are always courteous and do all of the work for you, even the installation part of having someone they hired to do it and they can assure it's done properly!!! They stay in touch with you constantly during the process and ask you very important questions to make sure you are very satisfied!     Their sales rep will tell you one thing but nothing of it is true. They will strong arm you to upgrade to a larger size for no additional charge. They will tell you that you have a warranty that covers everything on the pool BUT they neglect to tell you that "acts of God" like tornado or flash flood are not covered. My house in Houston flooded (Memorial Day 2015, Tax Day 2016) not once but twice in an 8 and 4 months respectively window meaning I was displaced for almost 12 months while waiting for the repairs to be completed. When I finally moved back this last summer I had so much leaves and trash from not putting the cover back on after I was displaced the first time, that I decided to drain the pool in order to clean it.

    Needless to say after many complaints and phone call and a report to the Better Business Bureau, they stated that I was short of being an idiot for not covering my pool and me draining it was a costly mistake. I would not have drained my pool if I would have had a care manual telling me not to do it. Like I said and told them many times my house flooded twice and all my Blue World Pools documents were ruined. I also apologize that my pool was not the first thing but the last thing on my mind.

    If you are serious about a pool, go to Walmart and get one of their 4' deep pools for a fraction of the cost. Blue World's Econoline does not come with leveling a part of your backyard to put in the pool. If I could I would stop payments on the pool, and have them come and take my pool away, and I would have no problem paying for the sod to fill in the pool footprint.

    We called in and had a rep come to the house. Rep was great, very professional and courteous. He sold us. We thought about it and did some checking, and thought we could get a better deal elsewhere. We sent a certified letter of cancellation. We called and to let them know we were cancelling, and they hung up on us. We called back, and they refused to speak with us about it, or even verify we had the right address. We waited 7 days and called back to check on our refund that they had already deposited. They said until we showed them proof they would not send us a refund. Not to mention they hung up on me here once as well. This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had.

    On 4/25/17 I contacted Blue World Pools inquire about a pool and installation cost. The scheduler informed me I had to schedule a site call and an installer/sales person would come out and survey and show us our options. I was ok with giving my address and phone number out but when he asked my birthday I told him I wasn't going to do that. He said they need it to verify when they call back. I ended up giving him a phony one. He scheduled an installer to come out at 5:30 pm 4/26/17. I asked where he was coming from and was told Columbus, which is about 2 hrs away. Well I ran into complications and had to leave work early and lost wages so I could be home when he showed up. I was supposed to receive a call at 4:45 no call, 5:30 no show and was a no show all evening.

    On 4/27/17 I went to my call log and use the same number I called on Tuesday to call today. It dial through to the company, came up with the recording and then went to a dead line. I tried 5 times to no avail. I then went to their website and looked up the phone number to see if there was a different one. Well now the website has a different phone number on it. So now I'm even more suspicious so I called them and went to the scheduling prompt and was sent off into never-never land for a while. So I called back using the set up an install and naturally they answered right away there and I asked the gentleman what time my appointment was and he looked it up and he said, "Well something's not right here. He says you called back in January" and I told him no and I said, "You know why do you guys have two phone numbers anyway" and he says, "Well our phone number is such-and-such you know".

    He starts reading me off of phone number and it's not even either one of the two phone numbers I've called so far so I've got 3 different phone numbers for a company that doesn't answer the phone and can't keep a scheduled appointment. So I just told them, "Don't bother calling me. I'll get somebody else to install." I think it's shady that the same website I looked at two days ago had a different phone number on it and then he's going to give me a different one today. Who knows what it'll be tomorrow after I give them my money. I would not give him any money nor any personal information other than when I gave them.

    This was the best purchase I have made to date. My family and I are having so much fun with our pool. Step out the door and jump in. Have barbecues. It's just great. Above ground pool was the best answer for the area I'm in because the ground is so rocky that digging an in-ground pool would be impossible plus the property taxes would be outrageous. My family and I are totally happy with our pool and I would recommend buying a Blue World pool to anybody who's seriously thinking about or you been considering buying a above ground pool. The service was great though it's a lifetime warranty with mortgage. Yes or no chemicals involved. Just couple gallons of bleach we can put. Pool stays clean. Hardly any work involved.

    These people are absolute scam artists who try to bully good people into buying their overpriced pools. Online it says pools starting at 399.00 including installation so I called and set up an appointment. First off, the sales rep was an hour and a half late. Shows up, asks what I'm cooking and proceeds to tell me how I can lose weight. Finally when I interrupted her and told her she was there to talk about pools she pulled out a book, told us we couldn't have the 399.00 pool because our yard was too small (not true) and told us we essentially had to buy a 9,000 pool.

    She kept bullying me and my husband, proceeds to call her office and argue with a colleague. She then tries to put me on the phone with him and I told her to GET OUT!!! She then proceeds to tell the person on the other end of the phone that I'm telling her to leave. Eventually she does seeing I'm extremely upset and mislead. I was lied to on the phone, told they could install and level out ground before putting in the pool (not true). These people are rude, abrasive and downright liars!!!

    1st let me start by saying we had appointment today 4/13/2017 at 10:30 am and no one showed up so I called the sales dept and they stated that someone had called to verify that we were the property owners when they could have simple received that info from the appraisal district but instead they want to run a credit check to verify we are who we say we are, and no called was ever made in the 1st place. They are LIARS. Why would I do that when we are getting quotes to see who is going to build our pool and then the "so call Director of Sales" Charles get on the phone and was rude and just wanted to argue. This has been the worst sales/customer service team I have ever seen and they want to earn my business, I don't think so. I wouldn't spend not $1 with these people. Good luck to anyone that attempts to have these unprofessional, rude, and nasty people to build them a pool.

    Before I start I beg anyone who reads this if you get one thing from this message please listen when I say hire someone who deals with contracts before you sign or please, please, please read everything before you even pick up a pen. Any site you go to and read the multiple bad reviews are true. Of course it's hard to trust anything you read nowadays but please at least do what I had first typed. As for me, I am a 10 year retired Marine veteran and purple heart recipient. I am always there for people and try to help whomever I can. I am also a college student trying to pursue a career in psychology. So I believe my heart is in the right place. I was retired from the Marines in 2013 due to injuries I sustained in Iraq, which caused severe brain trauma and PTSD.

    Now back to why they are a ripoff. What I should have done, which is my fault, is I should've done my own homework on other pool places or leisures. The pools are NOT AS MUCH AS THEY CLAIM, they are only worth $3,000 to $7,000 MAX at their high end pools. I found, later, the same pool equipment for $5,000. Also, you have to pay out of your own pocket, which is a couple more thousand to install, and they will NOT remove the soil that was dug up. Someone from Blue World Pools comes to the house to sell their product. While they are in your house, they try really hard to not take "NO" for an answer. I now understand that these individuals are well trained. They play the whole "Well let me call my boss and see what we can do to keep driving the price down." Then they also have the "If you let us use your pool as a show pool, we will lower it this much more."

    We have had the overpriced pool since 2014 and still no one has ever come to our house to see our show pool. So, say you sign everything, you then have ONLY 3 DAYS TO CANCEL. They will give you the run around for those 3 days and by the time you get ahold of someone it's too late. No one returned my phone calls during those 3 days. Even if you do cancel in the book of contract they give you, there is a small part in very fine print that says you have to still pay a percentage of cancelling. REMEMBER HOW I SAID IT'S SET FOR FAILURE... Well there you go. You are already losing money.

    While a BWP representative was at my house, she presented the contract. As you are trying to read this book of a contract, at least 25 long pages, she will try see what she could to drop prices or veer you away so you do not read too much of the rip off contract. AGAIN READ OR HIRE SOMEONE WHO DEALS WITH CONTRACTS. What I ended up signing, and it is 100% my fault for signing (but also fooled by their deceptive, selfish ways), was a pool worth roughly $5,000 for $17,000 (just principal), with interest over $40,000, a lien on my house, an arbitrary (which basically means their whole contract is safe from anything and they are untouchable regardless of wrongdoing), paying a lawyer to try to help me get out of this (which they couldn't).

    At one point we even noticed they typed in new information on my contract that was blank after I signed. So they pulled a fast one but we could not do anything because of the arbitrary. Another time I called I tried to get a print out of my contract because they put these huge stickers on each page of contract so you can't see anything. Each page they printed for me would've cost me an additional $10 or more a page. Remember I said it was a book, so it was easily an additional $200 more dollars to spend on a contract reprint. These guys are all about the money and protecting their selfish acts. Now I am trying to sell my house and cannot do anything until this ridiculous amount is paid off first. They will not help me out of even bringing the price down a dollar because they want it all in full and know I cannot do anything about it.

    So this is one of the two things I can do, is write this and hopefully no one else gets hurt by Blue World Pools. I cannot believe they would even do this to a war hero, veteran, that almost lost his life in Iraq. I understand this nation loves their troops and I have had some national exposure when I got hurt. I always try to see the best in people but unfortunately; I was fooled by this fraud of a company and its employees. I will be bringing this to the press and share my story of Blue World Pools and the disrespect and scams it not only has on its people but their veterans that also protect this country.

    Ladder fell apart, broke in three pieces, other than that very happy. Was very happy with installer, he was very nice and did a great job. I only got to use it three times so look forward to this season being able to get some use out of it.

    To Blue World Pools, we want to thank you for returning us to the world of outdoor entertainment. We lost our original pool in an bad Hailstorm last year and by end of summer Blue World Pools had replaced it with a much larger and very well built pool. The salesman stuck to everything that he had told and sold us up to the date of installation to the day we would be able to return to the swimming part of our summer fun and entertainment. We got excellent customer service. Anytime we had any questions we always got the correct person to talk to and got the help we needed. Thank you again Blue World Pools.
