Overall our experience was good. Our children love our pool, and it gives them something to do during the hot summer days. The installer was very helpful and did his best to make sure we were happy. It's made our days out of school fun and easy.

Nothing like blue water! I have had a very pleasant experience so far with my new pool. Installation was prompt and professional. Love the ionizer. All I have had to add to my pool since original start up is clorox bleach and pool is beautiful blue and clear. Very good experience!

We had our pool installed in April of 2016. Erick and his son did an amazing job! We have loved it from day one! No issues at all. It still looks new. We maintain it per Blue World Pools recommendations.

Pool was installed at a timely manner. Working well, people were very professional. Had the pool for 2 years. Really enjoy the pool. With temps in the 90's it feels really good, not too much maintenance. We would recommend this.

I ordered a 27 by 52 in pool from them. The Service was excellent from both the salesperson Jim in the office and the installers. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would recommend Blue World Pools to anyone!

I love my Blue World Pool. It is easy to maintain, just add 2 gallons of bleach per week and keep the ph level in line and it good. I have had 3 summers to enjoy my pool and have had no issues. My pool even went thru hurricane Harvey.

Thank you World Pools customer service for your the courtesy of calling me back about my pool issue, trying to solve a problem with my pump and called them and they told me what was the issue with the noise of the pump. Low water level. I raised of more the water level and unfortunately the pump bearing was already affected...

Purchased a pool from this company and asked while on speaker phone in front of the salesman with his “manager” I asked, "Will a lien be placed on our property?" in which then the manager stated several times no. That a lien would be on the pool only. I’m sure this is on a recorded line however later after wanting to cancel and refusing installation because it has been 72 days today and still no pool along with so many hiccups in the process I received a financially threatening voicemail from Kevin ** stating a lien would be placed on our property and we would not be able to ever sell our home until we paid full price for the pool. I also had an installation guy come to our property hours after he said he would arrive and show up with equipment wanting to start digging our property but claimed he didn’t have the pool because it was shipped to the wrong location so it wouldn’t be available until another date.
Mind you this is after calling to check on why it was taking so long for installation to happen and receiving many different stories. Was told pool had shipped. They were just waiting on installer. The very next day was told pool had not shipped yet and then at the end found out from our installer they had taken a pool that was for someone else who had purchased before us to give to us because I was so persistent I suppose...very unethical company. I have photos of equipment left on our property for 2 days from the installation department after we decided to cancel. I have financially threatening voicemails and will be asking to have the initial calls pulled for court. The company is trying to force us to pay 21000 for an above ground pool that we have yet to receive. After all of this chaos, have contacted an attorney. Beware of these guys.

I spend as much time a possible in my pool. I take naps out there on my favorite raft. I sneak out at night to swim for a few minutes before bed. Now I have an 8 year old who comes over just to swim with me, learning the basics and playing mermaid. We love it.

The sales representative that came out and sold us the pool was nice friendly and knowledgeable she was great. The contractor they sent out did an excellent job explaining everything, putting everything up right. It did take a little longer for them to install but I’m happy with my pool and the result.

I am very pleased with my pool installation. Everything is running fine. The pool bottom is smooth without a single wrinkle. Communication with installer was exceptional as to location and filter placement. The crew stayed all day and into evening to make sure I was happy with everything. There were some problems with wind for a time but crew waited for weather to die down and resumed to finish install. These guys get an A from me.

If you are looking for a beautiful pool (Ionize pool system) with minimal work and low-cost maintenance this is the pool for you. We did absolutely nothing for installation, they did it all. Water is always clear and beautiful, spring opening is a breeze.

We were in the market for a swimming pool, so we put in a search on our phone and came across the Blue World Pools advertisement. It was on a Saturday, they responded back and asked to meet us Sunday afternoon at 3:00 at our home address. He showed us several options, and we looked the site over. He said the best place for our pool for more privacy would be in our backyard by the deck we already had built. We asked him if they would be able to put it on a hillside like this, and he said yes.
We went back to the front porch and he showed several options of different types of pools. We discussed the midline pool (27 ft) because it has a lifetime warranty. We paid a lot for this pool, but in the long run it will pay for itself. There is no other pool company that offers a lifetime coverage like Blue World Pools do. He also showed us samples of the Blue World pool lining compared to the standard lining that is used in other pools. The pool walls are also a better quality than your standard pools are. We love the ionization process that is used in these pools, our pool water has never been this clear. I would recommend Blue World Pools to anyone.

Updated on 05/23/2021: We Love Our Blue World Pool. We had our Pool installed July 2018. We love it. Would highly recommend Blue world if you are looking for a pool. It is now May 2021 and we still love our pool. Every part of getting the pool was great. The sales people were great as well as installer and customer service after purchase has been fantastic. Give them a call if you are interested in a great above ground pool.

So for years we have been wanting a pool. So one day I made the call to Blue World Pools to get some information. I was put in contact with a gentleman that called and we set up a time. He came out and went over everything with us. We walked and looked over the area we wanted it to go. He had a book with pictures and things that explained the pool and the maintenance of the pool. So we decided to buy and so far everything is going great, Our pool was installed a few days ago. The crew that came out was super nice and helpful. They set up everything, We have not swam in it yet but will this here soon coming up. I love my pool and I am very big on reviews and this one is a great one. So I highly recommend Blue World Pools.

The warranty is not true. They will look for ways to not replace your pool. I have had my pool for 11 years which is great but the side opposite of the skimmer busted out and they are saying my warranty is void because of a little rust beside the skimmer. Said it was leaking which it was not. When it rains it flows out the back of course. If they would send someone out they would see it has nothing to do with the skimmer... I have taken care of my pool. Do you honestly think it would of lasted this long if I hadn't. The warranty is good for 40 years.

The only reason I am writing this review is to get a response. I have attempted by other means but have been unsuccessful. The contract was signed (estimated) end of April or 1st of May, either way it is the end of July now. No communication from Blue World, none. I am very patient but no calls is unprofessional. Anyhow to the point, contract signed, gave the verbal over the phone agreeing the ??? cancellation fee, spoke to an installer who agreed to July 18th (still taking forever but hey we finally get the pool... right?). Nope installer finally answers the phone (states he is no longer installing for Blue World).
I sent two emails to Blue World (no response - even to tell me the proper procedure), I joined a live chat (told they would call me)... nope no call back. I don't want to get the deposit back, I don't want an excuse from Blue World, I just want this to be made right. Either let me out of the contract due to the installer cancelling which is not my fault or deliver some results as summer is soon gone. Not too much to ask.

Everything was great until they informed me that my husband would need to be there as well. I explained that his name is not on the property, and I am paying for the pool, not him. I was told that this was their policy due to problems with "wives buying pools without telling their husbands" causing them trouble at installation. It is 2018, not 1948, and I am not a child. He is not my daddy. I would have understood completely if they said all owners of a property must be present. Or the person paying for the pool must be present. But this is just insulting, and I am buying local, like I should have to start out with.
The policy that both husband and wife be present at the appointment is in place is to make sure all homeowner's and decision makers are present to make an informed decision. So I signed paperwork with BLUE WORLD POOLS on May 13, 2018. I have yet to be contacted by the installer even though the company has assured me that I have one. It is now July 21, 2018 and all I get is "we will contact your installer and have him call you." I reside smack dab in the middle of three of the service centers for the company. At this point I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. As of July 23, 2018, I will inquire about how legal it is for the company to take your money and tell you if you cancel at this point you will be required to pay the full price of the pool.
Your pool is already shipped and will be Thursday of this week! I know we just got off the phone, I have already spoken to the installer and reconfirmed! I'm going to start like many others. I should have done my research on this company before calling them. I don't understand why they say that you will be swimming in 3-4 weeks if that is not the case at all. I have been waiting patiently to get an installation date. And NOTHING!!! The installer assigned to me is overbooked and mentioned that it would take him 3-4 weeks to set a date. So far my experience with them has been the worst. I will not recommend anyone to buy from Blue World Pools. The way they get you is to sign and agree to a pool is by telling you that you will be swimming in 3-4 weeks in your own pool. Well Blue World Pools it's been 6 six weeks and I am not swimming.

Very professional company to deal with. Always answers any questions we have and answers our calls. Everyone is pleasant to deal with and we love the quality of the pool's construction. Everyone that has seen our pool has said how nice and heavy duty it seems to be. We have and will highly recommend this company to anyone who inquires. We especially love how low maintenance this pool is and how little worry we have about taking care of it, as this is not the first pool we have owned! We love our pool and look forward to enjoying it for years to come! Maybe the only downside is everyone else loves it too! Actually we do enjoy sharing the pool with others too, just kidding Mom. We love when you come swim with us! LOL!
The crew that came and put our pool up were amazing also! They were quick, kind and helpful in so many ways! They were thorough in showing us how to operate everything on the pool but even gave us helpful advice beyond the operation of the pool, like how to get read of moles in our yard. That actually worked! And when I asked him if he would mind going over it once more so I could video him (something I should have thought of first time around) he did not mind at all! It has been a pleasant experience in every way getting the pool and having it installed and mostly now being able to just kick back and enjoy it, which is what we're doing now! We had the salesman out on June 8, 2018. We went with the pool company and we were told that it would be a show pool. We have had nothing but problems with getting the pool. We were told in the beginning that the pool would be installed for the July 4th holiday and here it is July 19th and still being jerked around and no pool and no answers. I will not give this name to anyone for a pool and your salesman needs to get on the same page with you all.

HORRID AND THREATENING! I called Kevin ** yesterday to ask for a full refund of the deposit ($100 of $700) that momma gave them for her "new $299 pool". My mom and stepdad have dementia and are their '70's and '80's. When I found out that my mom called to cancel the pool (since it turned out to be closer to $10,000) they would not do so. That's when I stepped in and called the finance fella, Mr. **. He told me that they would NOT cancel the pool. He told me that he is continuing with the order and that is too bad.
I asked him to please consider the fact that elderly folks cannot afford this on a fixed income and he proceeded to threaten me saying that momma signed a contract giving them the right to put a lien on her house. He told me that he couldn't speak to me without a power of attorney (even though he actually did speak to me about it for almost 10 minutes...) I offered to get my mom on a 3-way call so he could have her permission. He refused and told me that if I call again, it would be considered HARASSMENT and then hung up on me. However, before Mr. ** hung up on me, he was loud and talking over me. I had asked that he send me a copy of her contract (which she cannot find, which isn't surprising as she was admitted to the hospital today with heart issues!) and he refused.
Once again telling me that my word was worthless and this conversation never happened. I asked if he would send it to her email address. He again refused to send it to his own 'client'. After he hung up on me my husband was furious and suggested that I call an attorney. Obviously, my mom cannot afford an attorney and neither can I. Lastly, I called momma to call Mr. ** to get him to send her a copy of the contract. He wouldn't take her call. So we decided to call the Attorney General's office in Austin. They are going to help us by being our Consumer Advocate. I'll keep y'all posted.

The law allows three business days from 6/7/2018. Both your mom and dad were present during the presentation and aware of the purchase and it was not for the Econoline pool. Blue World Pools, Inc. tape records for quality control to make sure there are no misunderstandings, and did so with your mom at 4:29 pm on 6/7 to make sure we memorialized the sale of the Midline model pool. Let's start from the beginning. The man that was selling the pool was 2 days late. First red flag. The installer was 2 days late then left the laser level so came back second day. Didn't put it where we agreed on. City made me move the pool. Had to drive to Atlanta to see Sean to get anything resolved. I live in Ohio. Fast forward to this year. Got the pool moved after I stopped payments. The guy in financial left me a pretty rude message. My pool was installed in July last year. Just called. They said June 27th but my warranty on my pump is over and they want 500$ for a new one. I would recommend getting your pool from someone else. They really don't care. Jim ** is the only one at Blue World that has cared at all! Biggest and most expensive mistake of my life.

Well, I wish I had read all of the reviews BEFORE signing the contract. I really thought that maybe, just maybe our experience would be different! I’m an idiot! Just like all the other reviews - we experienced pretty much the same thing. The installer showed up as promised, installed the pool, but installed it about half a foot off level. Of course, as stated they don’t stick around while you fill it. So we immediately called the installer on his cell to let him know. He said he would come back and fix it. He told us it was no problem and that we could just go ahead and finish filling it up and that we could even go ahead and build our deck around it. WTH! It’s been a week now.
We have called Blue World Pools four times and the installer (who won’t return our calls), we have been told each time that they have no records of our previous calls, we are told the installer will call us, we are told someone will call us back from Blue World Pools and NONE OF THIS HAS OCCURRED. I’m sure they are going to want their payment, right! Can’t get in the pool because we are afraid it is going to blow out on one side - which is at the top of the pool on one side and isn’t even touching the skimmer on the opposite side. We didn’t buy the cheap pool either. We paid $29K for this thing! You would think they would at least be nice on the phone or return a call. #biggestregret #whatwerewethinking #horriblecustomerservice
Updated on 09/26/2018: On July 12, 2018, I went online and wrote a complaint on the Consumer Affairs Complaint Website. This got their attention, and I received a response to my online complaint the very next day along with contact names for Sean ** and Jeff **. Neither of which we have been able to get in contact with since they left their direct contact information, despite our repeated attempts. It is at the time that I left the complaint online that I discovered all of the other disgruntled customers that are going through or that have gone through the very same things that my family is going through. This seems to be a way of doing business for Blue World Pools. Which actually brings me back to the unleveled pool.
My husband and I, both continued to call. I would call their office and be put on hold only to be told that the installer has been in touch with my husband and they have it all worked out. My husband had no such conversation with the installer. This went on until about August 8, 2018, when the installer called my husband and told him that he was coming back by to level the pool. We drained the pool and the installer showed up and we thought it was leveled. Again he left. Second attempt was unsuccessful again. My husband called the installer immediately. This time it’s off by about three inches.
Again we take pictures, sent them to the installer, and asked him to return to fix it. Again his response was, “it’s no big deal man… and if I come back out there, I will lose money on this deal.” After a few more calls from my husband, he agreed to come back out. This time, he assured us it was level. For the third time we filled it with water… this 27’ round pool. Well… now it has a leak in the liner! My husband takes video and pictures and starts to investigate as to where and why it is leaking and finds that the installer shoved brick pavers that we had on our property up underneath the pool to level it.
So now we are trying, once again, to contact Blue World Pools, to come out and repair the pool that their installer caused damage to, and they will not return our many messages. They will not return my husband’s emails, as he emailed the pictures and videos of the leak to them. We are at a loss. I have read the contract and it is stating that we as consumers have no recourse. I fail to believe that and I fail to accept that. They have failed to do their part. They willing and knowing have deceived us as a consumer and apparently many, many others. I will be seeking legal counsel, but I felt it necessary to formally file complaint with your office, as well, as a consumer.

I have a home owned by my mother. They set up an appointment after talking to my mother to give me information about what I needed to do in order to prepare for the pool. The contract labor appointment person quit, so they canceled my appointment and said they would send me information via mail. Never got a thing. I called again, asked for info. Never sent it. I called AGAIN, they set me up an appointment, called and canceled the appointment because they wanted my mother to call them and verify her permission again... Again, no information sent. I really don't think they sell pools. I think they are a shoddy company with terrible employees that don't check on their customers and their practices are horrendous.

We were told that we would be called in 5-7 business days to set up our pool. We were never called. We had to call back and find out who the installer was and set up the date with him. He then did a no call no show. When he was contacted we were told that he would get back to us later. He was with another client. That was huge red flag there. Then called back and canceled with us. We called the V.P. of the company and they refused to give us our downpayment back. We were told that he would make everything right.
Then we called the installer back and set up another day which was suppose to be this morning. Another no show no call. Texted him and got no response until several minutes later and said he would be there at 11am today. Then minutes later canceled. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GET CAUGHT UP WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEIR LIES. I have never in my whole life been set up as bad as they have done us. WE still do not have our 500.00 cash back. So, no pool, no cash, no apologies. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.
The lugbolts went out on the installer's trailer on the way to the job. Although the same installer could get there on Tuesday, the customer preferred a different installer on Wed/Thurs. Spent way too much time trying to get the appointment set up, and verification of my address. After several calls to verify the appointment, an hour and a half before the appointment, I was told that it was too far to send the salesman. I was then told that they would mail me the info on the pools. I asked for an email but was told that it would have to be mailed. Sounds like a shady company to me. Yesterday the manager I talked to me said they had to send the sales guy out PERIOD -- Got it. I was ready for a 90 minute high pressure sales pitch -- just a big waste of time and I bet they never mail the info to me.
We did have a representative that lived in Columbia but he moved to St. Louis right around the time you called. The rep that came to my house very nice read his script well. I said sign me up. Got a call weeks later from lady that talked me into upgrading which I did (stupid me). Was told 7-10 days installation would call with date. Ok week goes by then a gentleman calls and pretty much tries to sell the same upgrade as previous lady and said it would be another 7-10 days. I said no I was already told that I’m not waiting any longer. A manager called me back and says week of the 9th. It’s now the 11th no call yet. I called today and very nasty rude lady said, “Oh no that’s not happening this week.” I said, “Your manager said it was.” She didn’t care at all was just gonna transfer me to another department. I said “I want YOUR manager to call me back” then she hangs up on me. Installation department is horrible. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life!!!

We purchased our pool on 5/25/18. We were told we would have our pool in 2-3 weeks. It took til 7/5/18 for the installer to finally call us back and schedule for 7/9/18. He called to check on whether left message on husband's phone. My husband phoned him back and like usual no answer left message. The weather is beautiful today and no word. I am extremely disappointed in this. Our grandkids are down visiting from Ohio and we were expecting the pool so they could enjoy it. We are ready to cancel the whole process and contact our attorney. We need the pool this week...
Updated on 07/19/2018: We finally received our pool. It looks wonderful. Had a few questions regarding the startup process. Left message with installation at corp and left message for the installer on 7/17/18. Still no response from them. Also was suppose to have a cover for our pool. It was on the contract and it was not with the pool. Waiting on response as to if they have shipped it out to us or not. The installer was very nice and did a great job. But just wish we could get answers when we call.

Am very upset with Blue World Pools! I was promise that the pool would install 3 to 4 weeks. It is now 5 weeks and nothing! Been on phone all day! Now it going to be another 2 weeks! Why?? I called for a pool and was scheduled within 2 days for the sales guy to come out. He was very friendly and helpful. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I still have never received a call from finance or anyone else. I have been the one calling and found out I was approved. Called again this morning and was told I would be getting a call to verify terms and then to install. I’m getting very angry because this is supposed to be a show pool for the area and no one has EVER reached out to me. I have had to do all the calling.
Also, my home deed was switched to my name because I paid it off. So the original app had the past home owner on it as well as myself. I sent the documents that said the home was in my name only and was paid for but when I call, they still pull my account up with the original home owner on there with my name too. I’m pissed!!! I’ve asked and asked for this to be fixed. Why do I want to buy this pool if I have to wait till end of summer to get it? I don’t!!! So if I don’t hear something soon, I mean them calling me instead of me having to call, I’ll invest my money elsewhere. This is a lot of money to spend for such sucky customer service. I need an answer about install soon or they can lose my business.

No good service after the sale. Called 4 different times about a leak and it's been two years. No response. Installation not professional. Pool not worth the cost. $17,000 worth of crap. Buy local, you'll be much better off.

There was a problem at my bank with my first payment. Something about their bank saying they didn't get their payment but my bank says they did. These people call me on the 4th of July swearing at me and acting like they're gonna come break my legs. I said I'd situate it with my bank and they couldn't accept that there could be a simple mistake made. I would highly recommend that people think twice before dealing with these people. Don't make the same mistake as we did. Take my advice or not but if not I'm sorry.
I hope you can understand how trouble receiving your first payment would cause alarm bells to go off. I know for a fact that nobody in the finance department would use profanity but in fact it was you calling my staff names in a belligerent state. Purchased our pool on May 25th. Was told 3-4 weeks for install. Started calling after the 3rd week as I had not heard much from anyone. Finally got to the point in week 4 that we were waiting for install. I waited and heard nothing in the 5-7 days I was told they would call. I call back and am told that last week (end of June) it would happen. DOESN'T happen. I call again and I am given Monday July 2nd with a name and phone number of installer. I text the installer Sunday night just to confirm and am told that he cannot do it Monday, would today (Tuesday) be okay. Sure, one more day won't kill me. TODAY, installer is not here, he does NOT even have my stuff, it is some other person with the same last name in another town hundreds of miles away.
I call Garland at sales (as that is who I have been dealing with) and get the runaround. I finally talk to Mario in installation who informs me that they may get to it NEXT WEEK. I just wanted to cancel and get my money back, Mario informs me that if I do that I am still paying for this pool. (Oh and that even though I have been told this time frame of 3-4 weeks, contract states they have 120 days to install.) WTH??? All I wanted was a pool before the 4th of July for the kids and now not only I am stuck WAITING for them to get around to installing this pool, but I cannot cancel this contract and must buy this. So now I have to just wait for them to get around to my install. What a crock! This has been a great big lie right from the beginning and now maybe by fall I will have a pool. How fun will that be!!

I had an excellent experience with Blue World Pools recently. After requesting a free quote on their website, I was contacted almost immediately. Their salesperson was able to come to my house that very evening. She was personable and knowledgeable and quite good at making their pools sound wonderful. They were able to schedule my install within a few short weeks. The installers were very professional and worked very hard and very quickly. The pool is up and running and looks beautiful. We are enjoying it immensely.

Our story seems to be like everyone else's. My husband and I took the last of his back pay money to buy our 3 kids a pool. We had the salesman come out, he done his whole presentation then finally we get to pricing. $24,000 for a pool! This was not possible. So he asks what we can do. Well long story short, we pay down everything that we have left and end up financing some. My husband gets on the phone with the finance dept. and he offers us a bigger pool so they can have their "show pool" in this area. We agree. Salesman told us we would have our pool in a month guaranteed!
We have called several times to get appt. with installer. We have been given the run around, lied to, hung up on and spoken with the rudest people I have ever come into contact with in a business. We were told we can't speak to a supervisor because they were in a business meeting. Hopefully they're meeting about how to better customer service! We were also told that the installer in VA was not available so they would call one in from TN. Nobody ever calls back. We were told today that someone will call us Wed. I'll believe it when it happens. I think we'll just contact our lawyer because it seems like this is all a big scam to get hard working people's money and not deliver. I will never recommend these people to anyone!
Updated on 07/19/2018: Wow, I mean, do you people seriously just sit around and think of ways to screw people over? So here's the update from VA. After weeks of dealing with Sean we get an installer to contact. WE have to contact him. He was supposed to call us and he never did. My husband texts and he says, "Oh I had to get a new phone." Well clearly you are still using the same one if you are texting. My husband asks him to call so we can discuss installation and of course he has an excuse of he can't cause he's in a meeting or some BS.
Finally after another 2 weeks he is supposed to be here this morning (7-19) oh but guess what? He blew a transmission gasket on his truck. Tried to contact Sean but he won't be in the office until 2-3pm! My kids go back to school August 7th and they will have no time to swim. All I want now is our money back. I am so sickened by this company. Please never do business with these people. Dustin is the name of the installer we have been trying to deal with. Truthfully, if he's this unreliable I'd rather him not be putting up a pool that my children are going to be in in the first place!

Either demand that your salespeople both in home and on the phone that they can't use the word 3 weeks or live up to the sale. I didn't make my first call until we were at 7 calendar days. After that I have had to call every day to get your process moving along. I was told by one person on the phone that they don't have to live up to what the salesperson said only the contract. Well funny enough it says RUSH DELIVERY on mine but they can't see that as evidently. It is only what is typed and my signature. Funny how the rest of the ink on the page means nothing. I was also told that mine is moving thru the process pretty quickly. That is because I call you every day to harass you into fulfilling your promises.
Don't act so concerned about their bait and switch pool. That is absolutely why they have to have you sign and record your voice saying you weren't bait and switched. Be more concerned about how they lie to you about how you are going to be swimming in 3 weeks and have no way of getting that done. You can hear the call center in the background on every call. Yet how hard is it to walk a file from one office to another.

So they come to put my pool in. Oh but wait since it's Saturday they can't get sand. Now my yard has big hole equipment there and no pool on hottest weekend and I already made plans to have people over.
The installer was under the assumption the sand pit was open later than it really was. Blue World Pools, Inc. is very sorry for your inconvenience! Ordered midline pool on June 1, 2018. Was told by salesman that we will be swimming in 3 weeks. That got us very excited because we will be having family coming around that time for the first time at the new house and new state. Started calling into week three. Was told we will hear from installer soon so we wait another week. Hear nothing. Got onto this site and saw the phone extension for Sean. Left him a message. He actually called back and said he will see what he can do. Yesterday I received a call from a woman. I guess she schedules installations and she said the installer will be at our house end of July. All family will be gone by then, reached out to Sean again last evening. Heard nothing. I am so sad and upset. If I would have known that this is a two month process I would not have agreed to this purchase.
Updated on 06/30/2018: Spoke with Sean today. It seems there was a glitch on their end. Sean is working hard to get it resolved. Unfortunately pool will not be here when family is here. Was promised 3 weeks. Now we are looking at about five or six weeks. I am trying to stay positive and Sean helped and he is really looking into what went wrong.

Me and my husband purchased a Blue World pool 2 years ago and it was well worth the money we paid for it. Our kids and grand kids love it. The upkeep on the pool is really easy and doesn't take up a lot of your time cleaning or a lot of cost. You get everything you need with the pool. Along with the cover to put on the pool for the weather. When I close the pool for the summer I put 1 bag of weather chemicals, put the cover on and we were amazed how great the pool looked when we uncover it for the summer. It was just as clear as it was the day we cover it. You can't get a better pool than this. Also if you have any problems that come up, you get a number to call and they will get it taken care of for you. This company's sale rep came out a year ago right after my husband had passed away (5 Mo) and I was going to get the 299.00 pool and was talked into a bigger pool that was said would fit right in my backyard with problems. That was bull. It is very close to the neighbors yard. They tell me nothing to keeping it up. That's bull. I work keeping the pool clean every day. Then I tell them I get a widows check and my SSA each month as income and yes I can make a payment but it will run me low each month. So they talk me into I sign the papers and yes I have been late on payment each month because I get paid on the 3rd and they want to take out at the end of the month so it does not clear the bank.
I get messages on my phone (which is hit or miss because I live out in country) from Eugene in the collection department with rude messages like, "Oh again your bank didn't pay. When are you going to quit lying." I got one last night of, "When are you going to stop lying," because I am now behind and I called to work something out. I was told that they had a lien on my home. Never ever was I told about this or there would have been no pool. This company is the worst and IF I was thinking clearly and it had not been so soon after my husband passed away I would never be dealing with these rude people. Yes I may be behind but I do have other bills and winter bills. Gas and electric went up and when they don't care if you eat or not and will not work something out.
I really hate this pool and company. But I will fight them tooth and nail on my house. I am making my payments. On the 3rd of month is when they are to take out and I have to make up two somehow but I swear if that Eugene calls me again I will be calling my lawyer for harassment and I will sue the company for false advertising. This so uncalled for. The pool is nothing what they claim and I would not tell anyone to get one or use this company. But because I have I will pay but God I wish I had checked ahead a time and read and did my homework and NOT LET MYSELF BE TALKED INTO ANYTHING BY SALES REP AND OVER THE PHONE WHEN HE CALLS IN. I really think they take advantage of people.

My boyfriend and I recently found Blue World Pools online and decided to purchase one. The man came and he was brand new or so he said and gave us his spiel. We replied about an ad for $299.00 but once the man was here our final cost was like $21,000.00. That's as much as our new car! Insane! They told us to give them a voided check to hold for the downpayment and be sure and call the bank and place a stop payment on the check so there would be no error and it wouldn't come out.
We were going to have money in a day or two and would be making our downpayment that way. So we were told everything was good because the man called the main office and said we were going to get a call from installation and we'd have our pool in about 3 weeks. Apparently we meet our salesman June second and we still have no pool. If it hadn't been for us calling them then no one would've notified us. The salesman also told us a big spiel about dangerous chemicals of regular pools and not needing to shock this pool from them which is a plus because chemicals are so dangerous then before his presentation was over he said just buy a cheap gallon of bleach once a month and add to your pool and you're good to go?!?
Chemicals or what?!? We received a call yesterday to tell us our interest rate would go down and note term would shorten, they upgraded us to a 52 inch deep when we were at a midline pool of 42 ft round. Now we're getting a "better" pool? For 21k I could put one in the ground I'm quite sure. Someone please tell me we aren't making a mistake here.

On May 19 2018 sales person came out. Told us 3 to 4 weeks for installation. Well here we are June 26 2018 and cannot get any answers except the installer will be calling you in a week. I have heard this since June 15. I was promised my pool will be up by July 4th. Obviously at this rate it will be the end of summer. I read all the horrible reviews before I purchased but there were good ones also. As a business owner I understand a lot but this is insane. I am currently on hold with the installation department waiting on a manager now 45 min. This is ridiculous. If I don’t get a installation date today I will contact my attorney. Cause this is only the beginning I have a feeling. So disappointing.

Finally got my pool installed after being put off 6 times and my fiance, Tiffany **, and I thought that we finally were going to enjoy what we are paying our hard earned money for. No. The nightmare seems to be just getting started. A few days after being installed we noticed sinking spots in the bottom of the pool, the ladder fell apart almost hurting Tiffany. Then about a week later I noticed the whole pool is starting to lean. So Tiffany starts calling Blue World Pools, and here we are 2 weeks later still being told we will get a callback. No one returns our calls, we had damaged items also such as solar balls and spring balls that were broken that we haven't gotten yet. I will have to get a lawyer I guess to get this right and I will. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

27 feet, round, midline pool. I am writing this review because our experience has been a nightmare. After numerous calls to Blue World Pools and many messages left to return my call over the last few weeks, my issues are not being addressed. I can't even get a return call! I need to speak with someone at this company! I have never in my life thought I would consider suing a company but if my issues are not resolved ASAP I will be contacting a lawyer.

The overall experience of the purchase of the pool has been great. Longer than expected from the timeline we were told from sales rep and financing. Putting that aside we were fine in waiting our turn. Install was pretty quick once we had the date finally set and installation rep was fantastic as well! Very informative but after install there was a lid to the weight hold for stairs missing in which they are shipping to us. With little ones we know how that may end up. My poor children have just been anxious and ready to get swimming. After 30 hours of filling installer said they could swim some and then do the startup. So of course I now have an injured little one from that fall in the stairs now bruised and cut!
Now doing the startup. I am missing the stain out and test strips. I have called the call center a few times and continue to get hang ups! So frustrating after I have this pool filled now at a complete standstill. We were told to only do salt and bleach but instructions say otherwise!!! Now reading how we have to bleach and check waters weekly is a bit upsetting! Rep said this was a very little maintenance pool with only having to do bleach once a month. Now I have to do that weekly plus check waters. Seriously I wish I would have had more clarification on this. I mean we are now paying double for the pool. Was really hoping it was indeed the low maintenance pool! Just had me double thinking this whole thing over. I pray the water is fine just sitting until I can get someone to answer or say hello when I call.

I called Blue World Pools on 5/28. They sent a salesman to my home the next day. We were told that a 24 ft round pool would fit in our backyard. He knew this because he measured with his feet. We were told they took care of permits. And that we would be swimming in 3 weeks or less! We discussed the price and terms. After numerous phone calls to them we were finally able to get approved for financing! BUT the terms had changed. The price was almost double with a lower interest rate.
I must add that they were also giving us an upgraded pool. There were several additional calls after that one, until they finally set an installation date, which is supposed to be Monday the 25th. Feeling a little nervous, I called to make sure the permit had been taken care of. Only to be told that is my responsibility! Still... I go to get my permit and find out the pool will not be far enough from the property line. Blue World Pools offered no apologies, no solutions and have been very rude through the whole ordeal!

After being contacted by ** and convinced they would work out the problems with me I changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars as requested! They did seem to be working with me, at first. Right before I was to be handed off to "**" for financing I was informed my pool would not have a warranty because we were having it put 2 feet in ground. We have talked about putting it in ground since day one...starting with the salesman! I no longer wish to deal with this company! I sent emails informing them of this! I asked to cancel my contract and refund my deposit. I assume that answering my email would hold them liable!
After 3 days I tried to call **, who I have been dealing with and who I sent the emails. He would not take my call. It is no longer in his department. I feel he still could have responded to me. I was transferred to **. He also could not take my call! He was "on another line". All I want from this company is to tell me they are cancelling my contract and refunding my deposit! I do not want to do business with them!

I have to first start out by saying how much I love the pool and the system as a whole. However, I must note how our salesman lied to us about key points. #1 The salesmen said that the installation crew would take care of everything. He said they would check for underground utilities, and file for a permit if needed. This is not the case. You are required to do it all. #2 The salesman said the crew would take away all their garbage. Again not the case. They “neatly stack” it for you along with all their personal rubbish. #3 The salesmen said we would only need to run the filter for 6 hours a day. Again this is a lie, the owners manual requires at least 12 hours.
#4 The salesmen ensured us that all we would have to do was get the pool up and going and that was it. He said we would never need chemicals and again (other than the 1 gallon of bleach a week) however that is not the case. You still have to balance the ph and alkaline levels. #5 The salesman said immediately. Before filling out the paperwork the salesman said that the pool would be installed almost immediately. Then after everything was signed he told us 3-4 weeks. Also for any of you who want a pool, if you get JR request a new sales rep. The sad thing is that the salesman didn’t need to misrepresent the pool. It’s great! And it doesn’t need to be inflated, its features can stand on their own. I don’t mind these things mentioned above, but I would have liked him to be honest.

On May 20 2018 a sales person came and we got a pool. Today our pool is sitting in our backyard in boxes. This company is no good. Please don't ever use them. Jeff and Sean told us they didn't have the screw and bolts to do the job. Very upset.

I responded to the $299.00 pool advertisement which is totally a scam because they really have no intention of selling you a pool for $299 without a huge amount of hassle on the homeowners part! In fact, I'd love to know how many of those they sell!! BUT we did like our salesman and he was pleasant. I knew all along that he was definitely a salesman and was overselling the product.
As I have been reading several of the reviews, I realized our story is the same as many others. Promises, promises, promises but none is writing. I have learned a valuable lesson. GET PROMISES IN WRITING. The company is sure to explain the 3 days cancellation terms but NEVER is there a clause that the company has to abide by. So, if you are looking for what your salesperson tells you about the fact that they need 'show pools in your area' or that you will be placed in the front of the installation line or it will be 2 to 3 weeks for installation... don't believe a word of it!!!
I have called the company three times since Memorial Day wondering why I hadn't heard a single word from anyone. FINALLY, I was told I'd hear something in 5-7 working days. On DAY 8, I called again and was told "the paperwork is on my desk and I was just getting to work on it..." sure thing!! So this guy said I'd hear within 3 days which I have! But they can't install until 10 days from now and we'll be out of town. So it won't happen until July 10th. From what I am reading on these reviews, I sure hope that works out. I felt sorry for the installer on the phone. He gets the backlash from unhappy customers that have had to wait much longer than their wonderful salesperson claimed.
I would cancel my order if given the option at this point. I really despise being treated like a stupid individual that believes everything she's told. I had hope for honesty in a company. Is there a way now to back out because the company hasn't done what we were told? I can certainly prove the lies and false promises from all the reviews that state the very same thing we have experienced. Oh, it is nice to know that someone paid $8,700 for their 24 foot pool when we are paying more and were told that was the bottom line... more fibs!! Hope you all can sleep at night! I am quite sure that there are companies that can sell products honestly and without coning people into false hopes.

I contacted Blue World Pools on 5/13/2018. They immediately called to have someone come out and give us a quote. That salesperson came out on 5/14/2018. It was awesome how fast they came out. The sales rep was good. He had us convinced to get it. He said all the right things. He was adamant that the pool would be ready for memorial day weekend (5/28/18). If not then for sure the first week of June. We felt pressured to sign the contract right away but we really wanted to get the pool for the kids so we signed. We sent in all financing information. It is now 6/18/2018 over a month and have yet to hear from anyone to schedule. I have called and questioned/complain but every time I call the customer services reps pass me down to different departments and they are RUDE. Never have I had someone be so rude to me giving that I am the customer and these pools are not cheap.
Today we noticed Blue World Pools has already cashed our first check yet here we sit almost done with JUNE and nothings been scheduled. Kids go back to school the first week of August. They wont even get to enjoy the pool for a month because I know by the time we hear about scheduling it will still be time out before they actually come. I have asked to have a manager or every a supervisor someone with answers call me and NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE. So here I sit trying to get someone to care or at least get this process moving. Will not recommend this to anyone. I have even told family/friends that has wanted to purchase a pool not to go with BLUE WORLD POOLS. Go local next time. They actually care about the customer.

In order to get a formal financing approval the customer must send all document in a timely manner, if all documents aren't received the approval will be delayed which would result in delay in installation. I scheduled a appointment to receive a estimate on a pool. I asked the phone rep for pricing and she didn’t have that info. I Contacted the chat and spoke to Olivia! Blown away on how rude she was! I asked her for pricing and she was unable to Provide me that information which is perfectly fine. I asked her for the company’s number and she replied, "It’s 888 number. You’re going to have to look on the website." I then informed her that didn’t answer my question that I needed the number for the company. She said "I am unable to give it to you but it’s 888" with a ! at end of her sentence and disconnected the chat!
You work for a company and you can’t provide me the number! I went back into the chat and asked her why did she disconnect the chat on me and she replied she had the right to Disconnect the chat if it’s not regarding the pool. I replied "Of course it was regarding the pool but I need your manager's number" and she disconnected the chat again. I Went in a 3rd time and asked for the number and she gave me the number and disconnected again. I finally called the number and I got a guy that told me not to trip because it was Father’s Day not to let her bother me. I called again and spoke to the manager name Luther ** to go chat with Olivia.
The live chat agents work in the appointment scheduling center. While they cannot give out pricing on all our pools, our site technicians do when they come out to your home. All the kids love the pool including niece and nephews. It has become the hangout spot for the kids and great exercise for them. It's been great for teaching the kids how to swim and not be scared of the water and get out of the house. It has also helped teach them responsibility on how to take care of something when you buy it.

This has been one of our best purchases, the pool gets a lot of use. It's our go to place especially when my wife who works outside gets home. After all the scheduling issues were resolved the pool was installed in a timely manner according to the agreed plans. The installation crew was great to work with and I have no complaints with them. Blue World Pools customer service team were not very friendly throughout the process, with the exception of Sean, who reached out to me after my initial review on the consumer affairs website. Only after I had spoke with him did I receive a call back from the service manager from Blue World. Overall the pool is great, my kids have really enjoyed it so far, and we haven't had any issues to date.

Our issue seems to be quite common on these threads, but here it goes anyway. We (my wife and I) have called customer support concerning our problems, and they get defensive very quick every time. I have tried, with patience, to explain our frustrations but they don’t seem to care. Twice now we have asked to speak with a manager and get the seemingly scripted response “He’s gonna tell you the same thing I am”. Once they even told us “he’s standing right here telling me what to say”, I said, "Ok...let me speak with him," then of course they are suddenly unavailable. I had left my information and was supposed to receive a call back from management, but never did.
Our story started out like many that have posted here, sales rep scheduled then cancelled and rescheduled due to double booking, then, the next person was a no show, no call, then we rescheduled for the same evening but at a much later (and less appropriate time) but he actually shows up. Several weeks with nothing, then I decide to call, their response, "Your installer is Charles and his # is..." So I do THEIR job for them and call him. We set the appointment based on timing that works for us both and I schedule my time off work. The day before installation I get a call to reschedule. Guess what, they wanna reschedule for the 3 weeks later...the week I told them over a month ago I would be out of town. So I ask “Why” they say because he was in an accident.
At this point I become sympathetic and start to agree, but before I did I asked if there was someone else that could step in for him. This is where it gets interesting, I was told there wasn’t and they couldn’t get me in sooner because he was already booked up the next 2 weeks. At this point my sympathy is gone. Not to mention the installer is coming from Texas to install my pool here in Alabama??! Really a “Big” company such as Blue World only has 1 installer per state, according to customer support, and mine's not even in the state or even the 2 neighboring states?! I’m sorry but I don’t know how they stay in business. A company as unorganized and rude as this couldn’t possibly last.
Now since I’m locked in by the contract with no way to back out, I’m just gonna have to bite my tongue and break the bad news to my kids this evening. So far I’ve been fortunate not to lose any days of work, which is the only positive feedback I have thus far. As of now I’m still in mix of them finding us an installer, otherwise I’ll be forced to wait 3 weeks (like I got kicked to the back of the line) for the pool. Summer for my kids is already halfway gone and I’ve wasted a month with these people that call themselves a company.
Now they want me to call them at the end of next week and they might magically have more installers available that will most likely add me to the end of their lines. When I asked, "Why can't you give me a call," their response took me by surprise, “we have too many customers, so it’s not possible for us to take time to call each back with updates.” There again...LET ME DO YOUR JOB FOR YOU!!! It’s not my job to make sure jobs go well, it’s Blue World Pool's job. Our pool is supposed to be a show pool but they better pray I’m not around to give feedback 'cause I’d let them know exactly what kinda company they’re talking to. My experience so far has been horrible, I’m hoping it gets better, but I won’t hold my breath.

WE bought a 24' pool and all was great, however about 8 months later the pool got a small hole on the bottom seam. We called and they sent us a patch kit, we tried but could not get a seal because it was on the seam. We told them many times, every time they would send us new patch kit, every time it would not work, as the problem was on a seam. We were told that they could send someone to look at it but it would cost us $250. And if it needed a new liner it would cost us $1000. The pool already cost us $8700. Why should we pay to have it looked at or repaired. Called management they really didn't give a crap.
After numerous attempts and no help and no one from management would return our calls, we just gave up, well this weekend I decided to put in a new liner myself and get the pool running again, as I was removing the liner a strong wind came and blew the retaining wall down. Now I have no pool as I can't repair it by myself, thanks for nothing and NO help and thanks for the horrible customer service...
Seam separations do not happen 13 months after installation, as that is when it was first reported to us. A seam separation happens immediately upon installation and filling the pool up with water. Blue World Pools, Inc. are above ground swimming pool experts and have no reason not to honor a seam separation claim as we get fully repaid by the manufacturer. Once the liner is in it does not just spring leaks, there has to be major outside influence to make that happen. Blue World Pools, Inc. sent out a free patch kit to patch the liner. Additionally, Blue World Pools, Inc. offered to send out an installer and for the customer to pay him directly for patching the pool so Blue World Pools, Inc. would not make a dime off the transaction. This would have fixed the customer's problem at a very reasonable expense. Blue World Pools, Inc. also offered to warranty the liner at reduced rate to help him. Blue World Pools, Inc. has done everything we can to help the consumer. Absolutely love our pool, it's our third year with it, easy to get up and going after winter, we went with the 30'round. Would recommend this pool, the people we've dealt with have always been friendly and helpful, the installers they sent were very fast, friendly, and helpful with all our questions.

This was such a better experience than the pools I've been putting up every few years. The arrangements were all made by Blue World and I didn't have to do anything, but be on site. My lovely new pool was installed without issue and we have enjoyed it immensely.

I am beyond upset! I waited all day and had intentions of going to Backyard Oasis to buy a pool today, which was around 6k or more. I thought, let's see what this company has to offer, we own our land, it's paid for, we wanted to pay cash for a pool. I had a 530 appointment, NO ONE CALLED to let me know that they weren't coming, I called THEM to find out where the rep was! So then they said he could be here at 830 pm today, so I said fine, I have my area cleared, had a aboveground pool before, it's ready for installation! I called again, because no confirmation call.
FINALLY I get someone whose exact words were "You were inquiring about our $299 pool, so no one is coming out!" I said, "Maam, I don't want a damn $299 pool. I wanted a more expensive pool, like around 10k," she said, "Well no one is coming!" WOW, if you want apparently a piece of crap pool, go with these people, horrible experience! NO ONE will show up! THERE IS NO $299 Pool. It's a SCAM and what's funny is I didn't want that crap to begin with! Lol IDIOTS!
I greatly apologize for your inconvenience. It really has nothing to do with what pool you are interested in. When you called in we showed you as a single homeowner, however the deed to home showed a different name. As Blue World Pools, Inc.'s policy is to only do business with homeowners, we had no other choice than to cancel the appointment. You state "we" own our land but you told our customer service agent that you were a single homeowner, so we assumed you did not own. It looks like there was a mix up or miscommunication, and for that again I greatly apologize. We ordered a pool and my husband got laid off. They told us we had 3 days to cancel. We ordered on the 6/4/2018. We called on the 4th and talked to one representative Erica. She took the information and stated someone from finance would call back. No one did. We called back. 3 hours later they transferred us over to finance. We left a message. Still no call. We called again and left a message. We called on 6/5/18. Left several messages. Called again and got someone from finance and they said, "That's not our department. You have to talk to Kevin **." Left several messages for him. Called on 6/6/18. Left several messages. No one has called back.
Called on 6/7/18 and was told Mr. ** would be in at 10:30. Called back and was told he wouldn't be in until 1. We called back at 1:30 and someone answered. Asked for Mr. **. Was placed on hold, heard a click, they hung up. Called back again and got the same person. He stated, "Mail us a letter." I asked. No one there can cancel our order. He stated it's above my pay grade. So I said, "Give me Kevin **." He stated, "Have a nice day," and hung up. My husband called and talked to Hank the hammer. He stated put it in writing. I called back and talked to Jason in finance. He stated that Travis (Mr. **'s assistant) has our file and he would call back.

We got our pool last summer as the swimming season was winding down and fall was approaching. That didn't dampen our spirits, because there was much fun to be had before the pool officially closed for the winter. The grandchildren and cousins were so thrilled that they could still swim after Labor Day. We had an extended "fun in the pool" summer/fall. Having had a long winter in Indiana, we are getting ready to open the pool for this swimming season. We highly recommend Blue World Pools as your "go to" for quality family fun!

We’ve called customer support about our problems with our problems that we’ve been having and they seem not to care. They all have sour attitudes. They promise to return calls and never do. Ask to speak to management and they always say, "Well sir I’m gonna tell you the same thing he will," and I say, "Well I’d rather hear it from management." Management gets on phone and seems not to care that we’re unhappy. They promise to return calls and never do. The story started out our installer had us scheduled and canceled due to rain, I said, "Sir it hasn’t rained at my house," and he said, "Well it has here so I’m behind and can’t make it". I told him, "Well we already was on your schedule," and he didn’t care. We rescheduled with him and he didn’t call or cancel he just choose not to show up, claimed his equipment was broke when we finally got a hold of him. Called tech support and they said we wasn’t on his schedule for that day and he was on a job working.
I’ve lost 2 days of work because of the poorly run company. Still in mix of them finding us an installer and still waiting on the persons to return our call to let us know when the installer will make it. Probably be waiting on call for a while like all other calls that was never returned. They wanted us to call the installer that we’ve never talked to or have no clue what they’ve had told him. It’s not my job to make sure jobs go well. It’s Blue World Pool's job. My pool is supposed to be a show pool but I hope nobody ever ask how my experience went.

I have been waiting 4 weeks for a pool. Call Blue World and they are very rude. I was threatened on the phone by someone in financing. I have called a total of 6 times and today it is a month. I had my husband call and even he said very unprofessional. I finally got the number to the pool installer. This is sad. I’m sorry I even purchased this pool. They never call back. It says they love their customers. Well, for the amount of money I’m spending on a pool you should be kissing my feet. Very unhappy! Will not be sharing where I purchased this pool. Horrible mistake!!!

This is the second season with our Blue World Pool. So far it is just as advertised. Here in southern Mississippi, we don't need to close it for the winter. I just add 2 gals of bleach every 7 to 10 days, depending on how much use the pool is getting, and how warm the water is, and it has stayed crystal clear the whole time! No chemicals, no salt, just 2 gals of bleach.

A little while after posting this review I received a call from Sean **. He apologized profusely for the inconvenience the whole ladder situation has a caused and for the less than satisfactory customer service received. He gave me his main # and extension and the # for his service manager. Sean was super helpful and quick to get the situation resolved. We really appreciate him going above and beyond. Looking forward to our ladder getting here and the awesome pool goodies!

I was very excited when we scheduled our appt with Blue World sales rep Paul. He was very courteous and even though he ran late (he got lost) called several times to update us on his arrival time. Paul was very informative and answered all of our questions. He even called his supervisor Travis to get the price down to where we would be comfortable. Up to this point customer service was great. It took a few weeks to get the pool installed due partly to weather (no biggie). When the day came for the installation everything seemed to go okay. Well that is until they noticed part of the ladder system was missing. We were told by Mark the installer that he would call and make sure the parts were ordered and they would be in no later than Thursday of the following week.
When Blue World called to do the quality survey after the install they asked about the ladder and my husband stated that the ladder was missing several parts and was not functional. At this time as well I had walked the perimeter of the pool and noticed there was a place in one of the uprights where screws were missing. I called Mark and let him know and even texted him a picture. He said he would take care of that when he came out to finish up the ladder. We were also not told that the install company would be leaving all of the boxes and trash associated with the pool plus a substantial pile of screws left laying in the yard.
Well we have had our pool over a week and a half now and still no functioning ladder. I have called Blue World to inquire about the ladder and was told by the rudest man ever that it wasn't ordered until nearly a week after the install date. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told by the "customer service" rep that it wasn't necessary as he had already apologized and asked what more did I want. I asked again to speak to a supervisor. I was put on hold for 7 minutes and was told that one was not available but he would take my number and have one give me a call. Well never got that phone call. So on Memorial Day I get a call from Blue World "customer service" to do another quality check. I let the lady know that we still had no functional ladder system and we had not heard from anyone to fix this problem. I let her know that at this point we are very dissatisfied with our experience.
I have worked customer service for several years and I know how important it is to listen to a person's concerns and complaints when they are not happy. Both times I have talked to reps at Blue World I was interrupted and they were beyond rude. The lady that called Memorial Day was rude to the point that I had to just hang up. 10 minutes after the phone call I finally hear from Mark the installer asking if the ladder parts arrived at our house yet. We were told they were being shipped to him. I can't seem to get a straight story and being one of their "marketing/show pool families" doesn't seem to matter. For what we are paying for this pool a stinking working ladder in a timely manner is not too much to ask. Love the pool, completely appalled by the company and their so called customer service.
Jennifer is absolutely correct in that the box for the stairs was missing a few pieces! I agree that having that beautiful pool out there is like torture not being able to use it! The product should have been out there very quickly and for that Blue World Pools, Inc. apologizes! We had talked to one of the sales reps that came to our house about ordering a pool. Everything went smooth. He was very nice and explained mostly everything. The main issue I have is the pool for $299 because that is what we wanted to get, but after seeing it, definitely a no go. There is a lot of fine print with that pool. I wish y'all could show what it actually looks like, and the headache that comes with it. The other pools are very nice and decent priced. They did want to work with us for a very good deal, but the payments were still a bit much for a pool. I also got skeptical with how low they were going on the total price after we saw the original prices. So we decided not to do it. We called customer care to cancel our order. Finally got ahold of someone who was very rude. Maybe next summer.

We have had our pool since July of 2014, we took the pool and paid $300 to have it moved to our new house last year. The pool installation guys left rocks in the bottom of the sand. This has caused the liner to tear. Mind you the rocks poking thru the liner are sharp. We were sent out patches and told to patch them. We did only to find more holes by the seam of liner now. I was told that I would need to pay another $300 to get a new liner and then perhaps pay for the installation guys to come back out. This liner isn’t even a year old and we already have issues. I’ve never had an issue with this company. They have always been very good to me as I pay my bill on time every month. I’m very disappointed and not sure why they won’t make this good and just have the guys place more sand and install a better liner? We have patched and patched this pool and nothing works.

I spoke to a young man and he set an appointment for 5:30 this evening. Well my other half is a truck driver and wouldn't make it back tonight. So I called to reschedule. I was transferred to a young lady that was quite rude. They would not be coming out to my house but she would send me info on some 299$ pool. I said that's not the pool I am interested in. She said, "That's the only one we can offer you after checking your information." I asked her if we could have another sales rep come out and discuss the different pools with us. She said, "No. There will not be anyone coming to your home. We reviewed your information." Well all they had was my address and birth date.
I was planning on paying cash for the pool but we don't want the 299$ pool. We will give our money to another pool company. I have owned my own business and customer service is very important, as is word of mouth. I would NOT recommend this company to any of my friends, family or neighbors! The customer service I received with just having one phone call has changed my mind about doing business with this company!

We are very happy with our purchase. Our Blue World pool is easy to maintain during the summer and put up in the winter. It also doesn't make our electricity bill go up. We have had it for two years and haven't had a problem. The customer service agents are also very helpful and check up on you to see how everything is going.

I would like to say how much I love my pool and how fast and easy the process was to have a salesman out and have the pool shipped and set up and what good quality the Econoline pool is! I would like to say that but sadly that wasn't the case... I called and sat up for the salesman to come out to go over the different pools and financing and all and was given a time and date he would be coming. The day come and I was so eager to meet him and get a pool picked out (I had cash in hand and planned to buy that day) so I was set out on the driveway in my lawn chair with my phone in hand so I could keep an eye out in case the sales man couldn’t find us I could flag him down or call and let him know to turn around... I sat out there over 3 hours in the hot blistering Texas summer heat, got sunburned to high heavens and darn near succumbed to heat stroke waiting on that sales man that would never show up...
So I finally went back in the trailer and looked up the number to customer service and give them a call. And I tell you I was fired up. I was madder'n dang heck and was all set to cancel having the salesman come out ‘til I talked to a real sweet woman who apologized saying that something had come up with the salesman and someone was suppose to call and let me know about it and reschedule. Anyhow I ended up rescheduling and the salesman come out and I decided on the Econoline pool after about 20 minutes but had to go thru over an hour of the used car like sales tactics trying to get me to upgrade to a pool that cost more than my single wide trailers worth! Finally I had to get real firm on him and tell him I would get the Econoline or nothing at all so he got all the paperwork for me and set up the order.
Then I had to go thru getting them proof that I owned the land and the trailer and get things set up on my insurance and that was all one big rigamarole. But about a month later the pool come and we got it installed and it looked real nice. The very first time I tried to so much as climb up and dip a toe in I was like a cow on crutches trying to get up the rickety ladder. Well the sheisty ladder broke as I was on the top step and I went head over heels into the pool! I am a full figured woman and I asked the salesman if I needed to upgrade the ladder and he said, “No it would be fine.” They did send me the piece to fix the ladder but after that I am leery of climbing up the ladder...
Now as for the actual pool I coulda got a fridge box and put a trashbag in it and filled it with water and it woulda been more sturdy than this pool! I coulda reinforced that pool with lug nuts and it woulda been about as sturdy and one of the 10$ kiddie pools over to the dollar store. It shimmied. It shaked even just from swimming around a little the walls of the pool would jiggle. I was always afraid a wall was gonna give way while we was in it and someone would get hurt when the water come gushing out of it. It did finally give way. Luckily we weren't in it when it happened though. We have a porch off the back of the trailer and had the pool installed off the deck and when all that water ended up under the trailer it messed up the brick supports because the ground got so wet the bricks started sinking sideways and eventually one of the bricks fell out.
Anyhow after it was all said and done with the cost of the pool and having to have the trailer foundation fixed our 299$ pool ended up costing over 3 thousand dollars! Even though there's a 10 year warranty on the pools. After weeks of trying to get someone to call me back I finally got them on the phone and they told me we musta had done something wrong for the pool to have the side bust!! I told them we wasn't even in it when it happened but it’s still our fault?? They wouldn't even send someone to look at it. They just said it's our fault and that's all.
Luckily we had cash to pay for the pool or they woulda had us over a barrel with their high as heck interest and Ida been paying on this pool that is rotting in a landfill ‘til kingdom come! I know maybe if I got a more expensive pool from them that maybe this wouldn't have happened but they cost so much we coulda darn near got an inground pool for what one of their better above ground pools cost!! Y’all just beware and be careful with your money!!
Updated on 05/25/2018: I already wrote my review and the manager commented on it saying basically that I was lying. Well I ain't the one selling Dollar Store quality pools at Macy's prices. Isn't that dishonest? The manager never would call me back but is gonna call me out as a liar on my review? That's a load of malarkey if you ask me.

The pool is pretty easy to take care of. We are lucky to have a pool supply company right down the road which helps. When shutting down for the winter is done correctly the pool is amazingly easy to get started.

Our family got this pool last summer. I have had a chlorine pool and then a saltwater pool before getting this one. Here in Louisiana, with the high humidity, we were constantly getting algae blooms despite adding all sorts of chemicals. This is not only the sturdiest pool we have had yet, but is also the most well constructed and pleasing to the eye to look at. After startup, all I have had to do in the past year was add two bottles of bleach per week. That's it. I actually spend more time now enjoying my pool than taking care of it. The ladder is amazing too. I will never buy another pool from another company EVER again. We have plenty of pool parties, and have no problem fitting 10+ kids and several adults. Our pets even enjoy the pool. Lol.

We got the name for the company from a Google search. They called back within 10 minutes to schedule an appointment for the next day - it's seems from all I've read this morning it's the only thing they return your call for. The sales agent arrived the next day and had a canned presentation that he was required to make that took well over an hour. After listening to all that he finally gave us a price on a 24' pool of over 21,000 thousand dollars. My husband and I looked at each other and laughed. This is where the fun starts.
The sales rep then asked to use my husband's phone to contact his office. Should have known right then something wasn't right. Why didn't he use his on phone? So, after numerous calls back to his office on my husband's phone and a couple more hours of us saying no, he gave us a price of around 9,000. With the lifetime warranties and free installation that sounded reasonable. So we agreed. I asked the sales rep 3 separate times if we changed our minds how to cancel. He said, "All you had to do was call this number." So Sunday morning comes and we decide we can get the same pool for less money so we decide to cancel. I made my first call Sunday and wad transferred to finance. Of course they didn't bother to tell me there was no one there.
So Monday morning I start calling in the early a.m. I was told the same thing that they did not have the authority to cancel a contract. "Only finance can do that, leave a message and they will call you back." But of course the call never comes. Around 10:00 a.m. I decided to look at the contract again about the cancelation process. This is where I screwed up and take full responsibility. I didn't read the small print. It refers you to Section M. Section M states that, yes you can cancel by phone, but only after sending written notification to the home office in Reno, NV. I think it's best to say why it was so important to cancel. They will charge you 30 to 50% of the amount of the contract. I'm very curious as to how it is decided if it's 30 or 50%. Maybe they draw a number out of hat.
So off to the post office I rush and spend 25.00 to overnight a letter of cancelation. I return home. Call them again to let them know I had sent the letter. Once again their response is, "Someone will call you back." They never call. At this point we decided to let our lawyer handle it, another 175.00, but let me tell you it is and will be worth every penny. By the way at this point I've already canceled the check. That cost 36.00 dollars. My lawyer calls and speaks with someone name Kevin. Our lawyer told us that no one had ever spoken to her like that on the phone. She's as mad as I am. She will be my advocate and lawyer. So I asked, should I call again and she says yes she wants to hear what he says.
At this point it kinda hard to say everything that was said. I kept telling him I had done everything that the contract stated and was it canceled. His response was "You keep saying it's canceled." It was like trying to talk to a fence post. He was loud and rude and at one point called our lawyer an "ambulance chaser." I told her what he had just called her. That just added fuel to her fire. He finally said it was canceled. This morning our lawyer sent yet another correspondence to Blue World Pools stating that we had done everything required to cancel the contract. Hopefully that part is over.
I'm in the process now of drafting letters to the NC Attorney General, NC Dept. of Commerce, the Better Business Bureaus in Charlotte, Atlanta - which is where the sales office I had my experiences with is, and Reno, NV where their home office is. I'm also sending letters to the US Dept. of Commerce, Consumer Protection Agency. I'm sending letters to the Federal Trade Commission, my Congressman, the Congressman for the Reno office and my Senator. Hopefully with the resources I have working on this I'll be able to contact more.
To sum up I think I'm most mad at their deception. I asked 3 times about cancelation and was told each time all I had to do was call. I'll go out on a limb here and say I bet they train their sale rep to leave the written part out. They intend to get your money one way of the other. Maybe they pay their sales rep from the 30 - 50% they take from people who are not able to get their contracts canceled in time. Thanks for reading this and please pay attention to the small print. And stay away from this company unless you want pay 3 to 4 times market value and be aggravated to death with their tactics.

We contacted them knowing we would be interested in ordering so got an initial visit scheduled but the salesman never called like they said he would. So I called them and was informed he was not coming and had to reschedule. I did and the salesman showed up for the second scheduling and we liked the info so we agreed to a contract that had financing. They assured us that we were preapproved and that the pool would be ours after the deposit was paid which was going to only take 2 payments. Well I had a chance to speed things up deposit wise so I called to make the arrangements and then was informed they had post rejected my contract for financing and canceled the whole order with no phone call or email notifying us of this. A letter did come in the mail a while later but it was delivered after the initial payments were suppose to be taken.
This company has no courtesy for their customers and are not binding to their contracts. I would of loved to have had one of the pools and would of made the payments no questions asked but now I feel like this company is not trustworthy enough to deal with because they make decisions for the customers without communicating or informing choices and conditions that can be made to satisfy both them and the customer. I don't recommend this company if you don't plan to buy the pool without financing because lack of communication can cause major issues.
All Blue World Pools, Inc. contracts are cash contracts not subject to financing. In this particular instance, Blue World Pools, Inc. felt it not in the best interest of the consumer to take on an additional payment. Instead of asking the customer to pay cash, Blue World Pools, Inc. released the customer with no penalty or obligation whatsoever. Blue World Pools, Inc. felt this was in the customer's best interest. No organization is perfect and Blue World Pools, Inc. will be more than happy to take a second look if additional income is provided or an additional party is added to the contract and credit application to help pay for the product. We called Blue World Pools when we seen the ad on TV for the $299.00 pool installed, we thought we would give them a shot and see what they had to offer and we knew that the special offer pool would not be what we were looking for. We already knew the size that we wanted and have already priced with the other local pool stores, so we called Blue World Pools and set up the appointment for the salesperson to come out and talk with us and show us their products. After reading the reviews we were a little discouraged however there were several happy customers too and we decided to move forward with the appointment and stayed home all morning waiting for the sales rep to call and say that he was on his way.
40 minutes before he was scheduled to show up the customer service center called and said that something came up with his family and he would not be making the appointment today which was fine until the rep said, "Do you want to reschedule?" And before my husband could get a single word in she said, "Or do you just want us to take you off of our list." Really? This is the way that you promote your business? First of all I am a manager of a business and I would never allow my staff to talk to someone like this that we had to cancel on at the last minute. I understand that things happen but a apology would have been nice instead of a cocky remark like this. I would never do business this company.

I was interested in an advertised special this company offered... And the first person I initially spoke with seemed nice... However when I received their packet in the mail explaining what I needed to do, I had some questions... After all having to acquire a deed to my home add Blue World on to my homeowners policy. Well it seemed sketchy so when I called and spoke with a lady named Sharon she was very short with me to begin with. I got the impression by her tone that I should not be asking these questions. I should already know what is needed. I even commented to her that I felt she was agitated with me and she said no she wasn't. So I thought... ok... She is just having a bad day.
So through the day I'm trying to get everything taken care of that Blue World is saying I need to do in order to get this great deal and I have to call back for more information. I got put on hold for long periods of time... Then back to Sharon who was obviously still having a bad day. I ask for the address where we would pick up the pool if we did not want it shipped and she said she could not give it to me until the pool was ready for pickup. My husband and I was just trying to figure out if we would want to pay the cost of shipping or pick it up ourselves. Then I informed her that my homeowners company would not add them on to my policy and Sharon stated, "We have customers do this all the time." Then said basically I could get the pool or not get it!!!
The form they had sent me was not accurate. They wouldn't give me an address. Sharon stated they had been in business since 1981 but the website said something way different. They were asking me to do something that didn't sound right and there were bad reviews about them doing this very same thing to other customers so at this point I decided this company was not someone I wanted to do business with. And honestly with people like Sharon working for you I don't know how they sell any pools!!! I told her she was rude then she raised her voice trying to talk over me. I ended up hanging up the phone. I can't believe someone who is making a living selling a product cannot show kindness and be polite to someone who's money they need to earn. My advice stay far away from them. Save yourself the headache. Get a pool somewhere else or go to the beach!!

We had a Blue World Pool installed last week. Our installers were great and easy to talk to. We do not have one wrinkle in our liner! Texas' weather has been a little cooler than normal, so we have not gotten to swim in it. We are waiting patiently. We had an above ground pool for 17 years and decided to replace it. We are glad we did!

I bought my Blue World pool mainly for my kids and grandchildren. The gentlemen were quick and courteous while they were at my home. They did clean up the packing from the items that were used and took it with them. They explained about the chemicals and how to use them and how the pump works.so now the countdown was on to the time when everyone could start to enjoy the pool.
I was pleased at how quick we were able to start enjoying the pool. Being in Texas we have been able to have some late night swimming and or just floating and enjoying the time together. The steps going into the pool are great. Not normal small steps that hurt your feet. We are now looking forward to a summer of every day and or night of swimming with family and friends. Nothing beats a good day of swimming after a day of the Texas heat. I have called service a few times with questions and have all of them answered to my satisfaction and in a timely manner if I had to leave a message. After several days haggling with Jim ** and Sean ** I finally was promised a new liner for my pool at no charge to me.i was guaranteed that it was the same quality as the one that was on the pool. They also promised that it would be delivered to my home no later than Wednesday. If this happens i will be grateful.

If you are ok paying 45,000 dollars or more for an above ground pool, I would run not walk away from Blue World Pools. I was naive and stupid, the salesperson was so unprofessional and did not know anything about pools. I wanted the 399 pool I saw advertised. And after several hours of haggling and them asking me not to say anything about them talking me into the higher pool, and with the promise of priority installation and free equipment I agreed. So I was promise that my pool would be installed in 3 to 5 days. I was told the installer would call me later and set up a time to come out. I waited and waited. I called several times and no one would return my call... then when I got to talk to someone I got a runaround when the pool would be installed. I said, "Ok I want to cancel my contract". This is ridiculous to have to deal with these people. What I was promised a 3 to 5 days to install my pool took a month.
The very first time I got into the pool I noticed that a huge object was protruding through the bottom of the pool. After several request for someone to come and check on it. Over a week later someone did come out, but by this time the object poked through the liner and it need to be patched. So my less than a month old pool now has hole in the liner. I also told them that the bottom of the pool had ruts in it. I made several attempts to get hold of someone to come out and smooth out the bottom. I was given the runaround. You could not even walk round the pool due to the huge ruts in the floor. My grandson was walking around and stepped in one of the numerous ruts and slipped and went under the water. Fortunately I was close by and grabbed him. Then as I was climbing up the ladder the handrail broke. I called and was told that was not their problem so I had to replace the ladder.
My pool is less than two years old and already has a hole in the liner and a broken ladder and a very dangerous floor of the pool. Eventually I did get in touch with someone and was told oh it is out of warranty and I would have to pay to get the floor repaired. This year the liner had several stress point that it cannot be patched so I will have to replace it. I have called three time over the last two days and have not gotten one person to return my call. I cannot get Sean ** or Jim ** to return my call. The next thing is to get an attorney.
Firstly, Blue World Pools, Inc. would NEVER tell a customer their pool would be installed in 3-5 days, EVER. This is made up. It takes up to three days to ship the pool to the proper location in the first place. Blue World Pools, Inc. always quotes 3-4 weeks but a cash transaction may be quicker. Blue World Pools, Inc. does not sell $45,000 pools either! Blue World Pools, Inc. already replaced this customer's liner after original installation and roots from outside the pool had grown underneath it since the customer had not been properly treating around the pool. Most recently the customer drained her pool and wondered why the liner was stretched, you do not drain our pools unless you are wanting to purchase a new liner! Blue World Pools, Inc. is always happy to help if a piece of the ladder cracks no problem at all. This customer's pool was installed by an installer that has installed more pools than almost anyone in the state! Despite the customer damaging her own pool by draining it, Blue World Pools, Inc. is still sending out a new liner in a show of good faith. I have been paying on the pool for 3 years- however, my balance is the same as it was 2 years ago. I wasn't informed of the UCC filing in the beginning. I need to move because of a family death. I was told that I could move the pool with me if I needed to move, well that's not true! I could not get any assistance from customer service and the employees are very rude. Very dissatisfied!
It doesn't sound like there are any problems with the pool! Blue World Pools, Inc. financing is simple interest no prepayment penalty just like a mortgage payment. A portion of every payment goes to principle and interest! You absolutely can move the pool to a new location! You do have to own the new property you are moving to and there is a cost involved in breaking down the pool, transport, and reinstalling with a new liner, excavation and sand. I had a lot of questions and my sales person who came to my house was very informative. Also, the management staff were awesome. They were not pushy about selling. Even after my pool was installed they have been there to answer any and all questions about everything. I would highly recommend!!!

Had the pool about three years and loved it until the ladder has completely fallen apart and they won't doing anything to fix it!!! Offered a discount on purchasing a new one but it has a lifetime manufacturer warranty but talking over the phone they said it doesn't sound like a manufacturer problem. Hmmm. That's old. They should see the steps or ask for pics. It will clearly show them a person couldn't have done that!!!

2015 to Present---Pool has been paid for already if my spouse was not caught off guard while under the influence of his daily medication to make incoherent decisions. Felt we were taken advantage of and still being taken advantage of. They make the lien hard for a person to sell their house. They are in-house financing and a nuisance. Only 1 person has the financial authority and doesn't want to negotiate. Service sucks but the pool is awesome and easy to maintain until part have to be replaced yearly.
Ionizer and the Pump Hose usually have to be ordered and then service cost to have it replaced by a technician which is usually the person/company that originally installed the pool. But if they could be more customer service friendly and help people who ends up in uncontrolled situations. Please read all small print and be careful on what you're signing up to finance for. Stick to your 1st pick and try not to get trapped in the up sale like we was side winded when delivery came. It was $8600+ and ended up to be $16,000+/- tax people said that we were lied to for usage with our taxes.

The ionization cartridge does not need an installer to replace it, and that is the only part of the pool that needs be refreshed every swim season. Blue World Pools, Inc. does not have any record of a "Ricardo Wagner" whatsoever. The number provided rings to a fax line. When the installers come out if a customer does not want the upgrade that was agreed to, Blue World Pools, Inc. is happy to ship it back and go with the customer's original order no problem! Blue World Pools, Inc. wants our customers to be pleased with their purchase! You absolutely can move the pool to a new location! You do have to own the new property you are moving to and there is a cost involved in breaking down the pool, transport, and reinstalling with a new liner, excavation and sand. We have had our pool now for 3 summers and would highly recommend a Blue World pool. The ion cleaner system is so easy. Our pool stays clear and clean all season with very little maintenance. It we feel the pool water is much healthier for us than a pool full of chemicals.

Contacted customer service, Luther and used my $75 Coupon that was provided when I first purchased my pool. It was used for the summer and winter treatment balls. Luther was very helpful and processed my order on 2/12/18. I have not yet received the order, but I'm sure it will be arriving soon. After we discussed price AT LENGTH, this company called back and talked with my now ex-husband, and DOUBLED the price for small “upgrades”. Of course he lied to me about it, and left me the debt. After paying 40 months now, I still owe WAY too much for this difficult pool. Sooo unhappy with this purchase.
Blue World Pools, Inc. did not double the price on the pool and the upgrade was OPTIONAL that her husband chose! Blue World Pools, Inc. reviews the financing several weeks before installation! The customer signed a retail installment contract BEFORE installation reflecting the the nicer product and increase in price. The upgrade includes our nicest top of the line pool which is 2 inches thicker and 4 inches deeper that also came with a winter cover and liquid solar blanket, a fantastic value. The customer is associating the pool with her ex-husband's purchase decision and has a sour taste because of it. We bought our pool last summer and have had a great time using our pool. The temperatures dropped very low this winter and caused us to have some problems with our pipes to our pool. Blue World Pools was fast, courteous and very helpful. We have always wanted a pool in the backyard, however we rustled with the difficulty of what would fit our yard best and the idea on if we ever decided to move we may lose money on the improvement. I gave Blue World Pools a call on Sunday and they had someone out to see our backyard and give us ideas within a few days. The sales rep took into consideration all available deals end discounts offered. We signed the papers in a week and had a new pool installed in time to enjoy the last few weeks of our Texas summer. The customer service team has been wonderful in answering all of our questions promptly. Another big plus is that we can have the pool moved to our new home if we should ever decide to move our family.

I had my pool put in May 2017. From the beginning it wasn't put in correctly. I called the installer to complain immediately. Him and his wife come out reconfigure the pump/filter set three different times, but it still wasn't clearing the pool. The only time the pool water has been clear was during the first time I filled it up. Since then I have called back numerous times, even talking to the owner who transferred the call. I have had to drain my pool twice due to algae build up and sand is now completely covering the bottom of my pool.
I stop payments in order to get resolution to the problem only to now be threatened with a lien on my property! Then I was told they will fix it, but I have to pay for the service fee!! I have only had this pool for 6 months, and have used it only the first month because of the pump/filter issues. I have called numerous times, but they are saying there's no record of my complaints. So I am going on record now BLUE WORLD POOL - YOU DID NOT GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR PER MY CONTRACT.

My experience with Blue World Pools was amazing. I really enjoyed talking to customer service. They’re always polite and I always get whatever I call about completed with satisfaction. My experience with the pool has been great. My grandkids love it as well as I do. We have family gatherings around the pool. My daughters have pool parties. It’s been a great deal of fun with cookouts for everyone. We all enjoy the pool immensely. I would recommend this company the building and completing the pool. It was wonderful Not to worry about finding a contractor to build. And that you do not have to go out and look for contractor. It has been my experience finding a good contractor is a nightmare. They make this easy for you. I recommend Whirlpools to everyone not just family. I look forward to my relationship with them from years to come. I’m so glad that I have a saltwater pool. We have had our Blue World pool for two summers now and we still love it as much today as we did the very first day. The set-up was fast and we had very professional installers. The upkeep on the pool is very easy. Just add bleach! We spend a lot of time enjoying our pool... not on maintenance. We highly recommend Blue World Pools!!

I have been paying on my pool for almost 5 years and I still pay $386 month on it and they're saying I still owe $20,000 principal on the pool. This is an above ground pool and that means in the years I've had it I haven't paid it down at all. Where is my money going?

We really love our Blue World Classic Pool. It is a round 24 ft and really is great. The installer, Clayton ** was amazing and his install was perfect. I would highly recommend him if you can get your choice of installers. The only thing I would really recommend is that if you want to use your pool in June, you should order it in March or April. We didn't order our pool until June 29th and it didn't get installed until August 29th. This was not the company's fault. We had so much rain during the summer months that the installers had to push everyone install back. Even though we only got to use the pool 4 times this year, we are truly looking for many days of pool enjoyment in 2018. I would highly recommend Blue World Pools to everyone thinking of getting a pool. The staff at Blue World Pools are very friendly and helpful. They will answer any questions that you have. After signing our contract in person for $10,000 my wife was contacted over the phone and told that if she agreed to the upgrade from 48 in to 52 in a 6-inch border she would receive a free solar cover and winter cover and the price difference would not be too much more and it would actually lower our monthly payment. Sounds great. Only problem is our price went from 10000 to 17500 which translates to $35,000 for an above ground pool after interest and that handy solar winter cover is nothing but a chemical that you put into the water. Also that we were told that they would not have to go but Max 3 in into the ground to level the pool. My above ground pool is now sitting two and a half feet in the ground. When I contacted them to complain about it I was treated very rudely and I cannot wait to sell my home to get out from under these people. Hate my pool.
The customer admitted his wife was on the phone not him during the phone call where the his wife agreed to the upgrade. The main point of the upgrade was that the customer received an upgrade to the nicest model Blue World Pools, Inc.sells. Additionally the nicer model pool came with a better interest rate so the payment stayed the same but was not reduced as the customer alleged however, the term was shorter!. Moreover the winter cover is not a chemical but an actual cover that covers the pool in the winter. Blue World Pools, Inc. does not bury pools and would have only dug until the ground would have been level enough to build the pool. I am looking for someone that knows of a class action suit against Blue World Pools, they not only ripped me off. They sent a guy to my house and destroyed my property, I'm in Memphis TN. If you know of anyone let me know. The guy never said nothing about putting a lien on my house and charged me high interest rate like I have been paying monthly almost 325 dollars and have NOT EVEN touched the principal. This is just wrong. Scam and pressure people, saying you won a upgrade at no additional cost then you get the final contract.
I am also dealing with this company's poor customer service and poor product. They offered me a discount if I became a show pool however no one has ever contacted me. My pool is also not maintenance free. In fact we did not get to swim at all last summer. I have contacted them several times to resolve the issue however I was called worthless and irresponsible. The customer service is the WORST, Rep name, Kerdicy (not sure how spell it). She told me go to dumpster and find change to make my payment. List goes on!!!!
Blue World Pools, Inc. installs pools that require a bobcat, leveling, and excavation. Installing the pool absolutely looks like a construction site. This is normal. Blue World Pools, Inc. contract illustrates there will be a lien on the customers home if they need financing, also we review it again with the customer on a tape recorded interview at the time of sale, then also AGAIN during the financial recording, this is nothing new or a surprise! Blue World Pools, Inc. also reiterates the lien as well, a minimum of three times prior to installation. A customer is not required to take financing provided by Blue World Pools, Inc. and encourages customers to get better rates when they can. The financing is simple interest no prepayment penalty, just like car financing. The upgrade the customer speaks of is optional and is a recorded call which actually saves the customer money over the life of the financing contract. The lady she references in the complaint is one of Blue World Pools, Inc. collectors so she evidently is having trouble making the payment so she is lashing out at my organization. It should be further noted that all Blue World Pools, Inc. contracts state there was no pressure to purchase the pool whatsoever.

I absolutely love my Blue World Pool. I started out, “Gonna get the midline” and they totally upgraded us to the much better classic which is bigger better warranty things and some other things to go along with it. They also dropped our interest rate and price so we came out much better in the long run. And by the way this is our second Blue World Pool, we had one at our other property and when we moved the new owners had the option to purchase the pool or I would keep it and they decided to purchase it.
So for the past seven years I have just used the Walmart Intex pools and finally after three of them I wanted one to last me and I absolutely love the fact of no chemicals just using Clorox bleach weekly and no algae. I had started having trouble the last three yrs with algae and was having to power wash and drain my pool at least three times a summer to clean it. I love the lifetime warranty on this pool so if anything goes wrong they are a call away and fix it. I am a super happy gal!!! I live for my pool and cry when it’s time to shut her down for winter!

I had (that I paid 12K in cash for) for less than a year when we started having problems, and they were told over 6 months ago that it was leaking from the liner. They have done everything you can think of to avoid helping or replacing the liner. They give you more things to do to "prove" it is seams, when the water is washing out the sand and dirt RIGHT WHERE THE SEAM IS. They want pictures and proof that they then say "isn't enough proof", and they give you more to do, or say for you to wait for someone to call you - who never calls.
This company is a HUGE RIP-OFF that takes your money, and doesn't do what they say they will do. This is on top of the fact that we gave them the money to build the pool in June of 2016, and they didn't get the pool built until the end of September because their pool installation guy kept NOT SHOWING UP AND THEN RESCHEDULING until the summer was completely over. We have literally NEVER used the pool because it has been a mess since it was installed.
Blue World Pools, Inc. has installed well over 25,000 pools since inception. A seam separation typically ONLY happens IMMEDIATELY upon installation of the pool when the pool is being filled up. The pool was installed on 9/9/2016 which was well over a year after the issue was reported. The liner manufacturer fully compensates Blue World Pools, Inc. for a liner if there is a seam separation, so Blue World Pools, Inc. does not lose money if that is the case. Blue World Pools, Inc. has all the reasons to say yes and none to say no, but it has to be a legitimate seam separation and in this case it is simply not possible as the pool would have NEVER held water. We had our Blue World installed in August and love it. Very low maintenance and the pool stays cleaner than a regular pool, if you will. The staff was great to work with as was our installer. The process took approximately 3-4 weeks, but only one day to install the pool.

My pool was installed in July. Liner leaked from day 1. Replaced September 15. This liner leaks worse than first 1. Still waiting on repairs. Never show up the day they say they will. Worst purchase I've ever made. Wish I had went with a better company.
UPDATED ON 10/16/2017: Yes Blue World discussed with me my problem about not one but two bad liners. Since I found and patched myself the two holes in new liner they say they won't replace liner but send me $75 gift certificate. That's not anywhere near satisfactory. A very expensive pool with a patched liner!! Still very dissatisfied and the number to Sean ** is a answering machine and he doesn't return call. Do not deal with this company!!

We had made our payments each month. My husband called to try to work something out with them due to payroll being less. He was told they would have someone call him. The lady that called was very rude and he was told they tried to pool to our home so we could lose it. My husband was told they would not work with us. I received a phone call from a women who called herself Cardesia. She threatened me and made out like we would lose our home. She would not let me hardly get a word in. She also said that the pool payment was as important as my house payment. They file a UCC against your property NOT a Deed of Trust. She kept telling me what I better do and I had to do this and that. I ask what her name was and she said "Cardesia and you can spell that anyway you want". Very rude and very unprofessional. She also told me I owed way more than the cost of the pool.
I do not appreciate being threatened when we had contacted them to try to work something out and had made our payments each month. Beware getting with them. I do not give bad reviews because things can usually be worked out. However, this company has taken the cake. You do not call and threaten me especially when I am at work. I told her I would talk with my husband and hung up. She turned around and called me again. BEWARE.
Rebecca called into Blue World Pools, Inc. and said he lost his job and could no longer make payments on the pool. He said he was going to get unemployment but not severance. After the customer failed to make his next scheduled payment Blue World Pools, Inc. called his job and found out he was still working. Blue World Pools, Inc. did not tell the customer they could lose their home. Additionally, the customer has only made 12 payments out of a 132 month term. The amount that the customer owes is what is indicated on the retail installment contract the customer signed minus 12 simple interest payments made. Blue World Pools, Inc. has offered the customer to make a partial payment and the customer has not contacted Blue World Pools, Inc. back to make the past due payment or even part of it. Blue World Pools, Inc. works with all our customers in a time of financial strain. The customer has told fabrications to Blue World Pools, Inc. and now to Consumer Affairs.

At first I wanted to get the cheap pool but after talking to the very knowledgeable sales representative, I decided to go with the 28 ft 54 inch pool. The installers came out when they said that they would and were very professional. They explained everything after the pool was completed and even cleaned up their mess before leaving. I have used the pool several times with my own kids and grandchildren and it was well worth it. It is very easy to maintain and I know I am going to get years of enjoyment out of it and my kids will even enjoy it years after me.

Hi let me start by saying I am a water baby. I have wanted a pool all my life. I have had several places come and give me several estimates from in ground to above ground. Blue World Pools was the most reasonable in price. I have been happy so far with instructions and customer service. I did have a leaking tiger hose but after I sent a video on what was happening. I got a replacement right away. I am very happy with my decision!

Got a great pool and system. Been very pleased with the ease of keeping it up as far as the water system cleaning. They have been very helpful in making sure that they have met or exceeded expectations. Quality of pool is very good, as well I was able to watch install from leveling ground to putting up wall and liner. The installer took pictures along the way at certain steps so, Blue World Pools is sure the installer is doing their install properly as well. Which protects them and the customer from fighting on if something is wrong at the finish.

I have always wanted a pool so when I saw a Blue World Pool commercial I called the number. The representative I spoke to was helpful and set up an appointment with a salesman quickly. The salesman came to our house and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they offered. He took the time to answer all of our questions. We bought our pool that day! It was installed within a few weeks and all of the contractors who came to set up the site and install the pool were very nice and professional. I had to have the water tested locally the first week and I called Blue World's customer service with the results and they told me exactly what to add to get my water balanced.
After two times of testing the water I have only needed to add my bleach and algae/clarifier every week. I feel so fortunate when I hear friends who have to spend hundreds in chemicals a week to keep their pools clear. I absolutely love my Blue World Pool. I love that I don't have to buy chemicals and the water in my pool is crystal clear. My family has enjoyed the pool so much and we would recommend Blue World Pools to anyone!

These people were real good about letting us out of our contract. After we found out how much a pool was going to cost us we couldn’t afford it. So we sent a letter to the main office and they responded back really quick. And they said we were eligible to get out of our contract and would send us back our deposit. And they done just that. This company took my money and ran... The installation process was very unprofessional. Customer service is none. My pool 4 inch unlevel and in use 2 months and the liner has torn from the seam. Really 1 month because it's been too cold to get in. I can get no one through email or on the phone. Is this how you run your business?? Definitely are not holding their end of the contract. Lifetime warranty and no one will respond to even take care of this matter so I guess I will have to now take it through legal action.

My wife wanted a pool, I really did not want one. Pools were too hard to maintain (So I thought.) I let her talk me into having a sales person come talk with us. Well I had all intentions not to purchase a pool. After the presentation I wanted a pool just as much as she wanted. With the filtration system there is really no maintenance involved. I wish I had a pool store near me, that knew anything about ionization systems. Just so they know what to recommend to me when the water gets funky. Other than that excellent pool, I love it. Now I just need to keep the water clean. Right now have only had it for a week and I got cloudy water and a little algae.

I was very skeptical at first of getting an above ground pool but now I am loving it. My grandson spends most of the day in it and my niece kids visit everyday now. I got the midline pool. My story is one of success and ease from start to finish. We are very happy with our pool and we did not experience any of the issues that I see reported for this company. Blue World Pools has been great from the moment the salesman walked into my home to the day the installer left and I was filling the pool with water. The filtration (ionizer) has been great and from someone who owned an in ground pool before this above ground pool was more affordable, bigger, and better in my opinion from my previous fiberglass. I could have purchased a pool from several local dealers where I live, however, I chose Blue World because they installed what they sold and I was connected to the company from start, finish, and afterwards. To begin with, the installation company actually arrived when I was told they would be here. The lead installer met with me first to see where the pool was to be set up. They checked the measurements with what I had marked off and everything was a go. He went over the forms, covered what I needed to know before they began and had me sign their copies. We were also having our driveway resurfaced at the same time so everyone was accommodating as not to get in each other's way. Our driveway is about 200 feet from the road, so they carried everything into the backyard in the bucket of the Bobcat. When I saw all the boxes and equipment I was sure they would be coming back the next day also.
There were only 2 men and I told the lead installer that we had big flood lights out back and he said, "That's great because we might be here until 9 or 10pm." I thought he was sincere. I watched as they started to move the sand to level the space needed and then saw him shoot the levels. I had to leave in the afternoon and when I returned at approximately 5:30, they had started the water in the pool and they were boxing up all the cardboard packing and cleaning up. Boy was I surprised! I received the run thru on the operation of the pump, received the explanation of the last forms and weed control and they were gone; by 6:30 pm. I was elated. Just in time for dinner. And that pool is beautiful!

The pool is very sturdy, and easy to maintain. The installation was quick and very professional. The only reason why I can't give all stars is because one of the conditions we had for the purchase was a rush installation, but it took a lot longer than we were promised before the pool was installed. We found out that at no point in time was our purchase rushed like we were promised it would be.

My experience with Blue World Pools was great. It started with a great sales representative and then the installation people. I was very please with the installation people. They knew what they were doing and worked very hard. Also the pool was done in time for my son upcoming birthday which I was very pleased with. I had recently put a post on the reviews about our pool, we had some problems. I guess we just needed the right person to talk with. We finally talked with 2 people from Blue World and they helped us out with our questions. They even sent some rafts and we were told we would be getting a fountain. I really appreciate all the effort in making me and my family happy. We did receive the floats and color light and we are now waiting on the fountain. Thanks for helping Bill ** and Sean **. They did not try to push me off on someone else and fixed the problems.

Ok on June of 2017 I seen a TV ad about Blue World Pools. So I showed it to my husband and we called the number and ask all kinds of questions and they had answers for everything. So we ask for a company person to come to our home for all the information and the man was on time and polite. He showed us all the pool things like the liners, the wall pump, ionizer, everything. Well we really liked what we seen and heard. So he called Mike and he ask if the salemans told us all kinds of things about the company, the pools and it was all yes. So we ask when we could get a pool and he gave us the installer name and when he would be here.
And on 7 17 of 17 he called, said he was on his way and what time he would be here. Well he was here and we were watching him and his helper work. It was very hot outside. But they worked all day putting it up. They were so very polite and answered things my little girls ask them. It made my girls happy. Like they were a part of the making of the pool. I was very pleased with them. All day they would explain things about the pool and how things will work, what to do about startup, getting it ready for winter, everything we could ask and more. Well the pool was up and filling. They walked us through everything we needed to know, ask a lot if we had questions, made sure we had Mario number at Blue World Pools and ext. When it was filling and all was done no more questions we had Mario was called and had questions. All my answers was a 10 about the equipment, the installation, Doug the installer.
It was a great experience all the way around. Well a few days go by and we get calls from Blue World Pools asking if there's any problems and that a big no. If we had questions big no. If we are happy with Blue World Pools that's a great big yes. We have been in our pool every day. The water is beautiful. The pool is beautiful. All our friends and family love it and ask all the questions about the pool and company. We can't tell them enough of the great experience and great pool we have now thru Blue World Pools and we have talked to a lot of other companies before going with Blue World Pools. We are so very pleased with the company and pool. We're pleased we decided to go with Blue World Pools... A big thank you guys. We now have a vacation at our own house... We love you guys.

The overall process was fine. The installers were quick and really professional. BWP had a cancellation and I was able to get my pool earlier than expected. My family is enjoying the pool. Easy to maintain chemicals with the Bleach, Borax and Baking soda System.

Lost our first pool. People got right on it and things worked out. The contractors were great could not ask for better people. They walk us through step to step and that was a great help. We have a special needs child and he ask questions. They answered them all.

We love our pool. The installation team was very experienced, and did not settle for anything less than perfect. It has been very easy to maintain the water quality, and not having red burning eyes, after an enjoyable day in the pool is fantastic! A swim at the end of a hectic day at the office... I just really like the pool. It is so easy to keep clean. I would tell everyone to get one. The water fills great no odors at all. You can not go wrong with this pool. Installers were so great over 100 degrees the day they and worked right through it.

We were lied to from the beginning by the salesperson stating that we would be swimming within 3 weeks. Well, we fell for the tactics and lies and signed up. We were told that someone would call us within 3 days to finalize the financing and then we would get a call to schedule the installation. Well, a week went by with no phone call, so I called them and they said they were backed up and I was next on their list that they would call me that day.
No call that day so I called the next day, well you guessed it, same story... This bogus story went on for about a week until I finally called and got to speak with a lady in finance. She said, "Yes you've been approved. I don't know why someone from scheduling hasn't already called you." So I tried to talk to scheduling, they then realized that finance still needed to go over the contract with me.
They wanted to con me into spending another $7,000.00 more than what we originally agreed to. By offering a 52" deep pool vs a 48" deep pool. I told them there was no way. She didn't want to accept my answer. It was clear to me that they are just put to shaft people. I understand companies trying to make an honest profit but that is ridiculous. I told her at that point if they couldn't honor what they originally agreed to then to just cancel it all.
She seemed happy with that and said "Ok, then you will pay 50% cancellation fee, read it. It's in your contract." I could almost hear the sarcastic smile on her face. Well, I'm sorry. I am a man of principle. If it costs me twice that in attorney fees I will fight them and not pay a penny. All we wanted is a decent pool installed and we didn't mind paying for it. But unfortunately there are bad companies out there taking advantage of people every day, Blue World Pools is one of them! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH BLUE WORLD POOLS!!!
Blue World Pools, Inc. has since spoken to the consumer, it appears that the underlying issue on wanting to cancel his contract has nothing to do with Blue World Pools, Inc. It ultimately came down to the ownership structure of his new property without going into intimate details My organization did give the customer an opportunity to upgrade however he declined that option. Blue World Pools, Inc. had no problem honoring his original commitment, however the real reason for cancelling had not changed. For good customer relations, Blue World Pools, Inc. resolved the consumers concerns and the customer has indicated that he is completely satisfied.

I am pleased with the pool and the quality of the classic. Our installer however was very unsatisfactory with poor work ethics and customer service and satisfaction. Installation management does try to help the customer but does not ship out parts when they say they will send something to make up for bad experience.

The two gentlemen that came to install this pool were amazing. They were professional and answered any questions that we had. It was pretty amazing that two guys could set up a pool that big in the amount of time it took them. The pool looks amazing. Cannot wait to swim.

We got our 27 round pool a few months ago and we love it. Love that it is not Chlorine, doesn't turn our hair green. Our Pool is Easy to Maintain, It's easy to clean and water is clear. We love the liner, the steps is sturdy (my hubby is a big boy). We've had a great Summer with it.

My family and I have enjoyed countless hours in our Blue World Pools. We love the fact that it is deep enough to cool off in, but you can stand up in all areas of the pool. The kids can also be more independent. It is easy to maintain without the use of harsh chemicals. If you are trying to beat the heat, I would definitely recommend Blue World Pools.

We bought a pool through Blue World Pools. The sales person was very professional and every time we called they answered the phone and returned phone calls. The installer was very professional and explain the function of the pool. He made sure we knew how to work the ion filter pump answered all our questions. The service personnel called and checked on everything made sure we was happy and if any problems. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a pool. And as you can see from the pictures the family is really enjoying the pool.

Installers were friendly and did not waste time but should not have worked in the dark until 1 AM. Returned to fix the leak, picked up all trash, answered questions about pool set up and maintenance. Asked me if I had any question when finished.
Sounds like the installers had some perseverance on finishing your pool on the day they started. You are exactly correct in that it would have been better to finish up another day as it sounds like they were coming back again anyway. I know most installation crews have tight schedules and try and not let down the customers that are next. Very unreliable and unprofessional! I was scheduled for someone to arrive at my home at 5:30 this afternoon. I was told that they would call me before arriving to make sure that I was home but never received a call. So I called the company asking why no one had called yet and she said that there was no one available in area. She also said that she had called my phone and left a message letting me know that no one would be arriving and they would not be able to reschedule but I told her I never received that voicemail. She said that she had mailed out a brochure on their special of an Econoline pool for $299.
I told her that I was not interested in a smaller pool and that I would probably just go with another company. She then started to yell at me and told me that I was being rude and bad-mouthing her all because I said I was going with another company. I told her I completely understood all the reviews that I had read online now of how unprofessional and how very rude these people are. Be aware because I also read reviews of how a $3,000 above ground pool would turn into a $27,000 pool by the time you paid it off. I would highly recommend using someone else besides Blue World Pools. They are beyond rude and scam artists as well!

I wish I checked this site first before getting a Blue World pool. First they charge more than your local pool stores. We purchased our pool in June. The salesman said that if we buy today the pool is guaranteed in by the 4 of July. We got it built Mid July. The salesman promised they could put it against our deck but the installer said that it could not be done and it happens all the time with salesman. The pool has about 6 inch gap around our pool. The salesman claimed this is a chlorine free pool and practically maintenance free. Which is a lie cause we have to put 2 gallons of bleach in a week and that is what liquid chlorine practically is.
I just would not recommend this pool company. And would suggest to shop around. We paid 9500 for 27 foot round 48 inch deep. We could have paid half for same pool but 54 inch deep with the local pool company. Also at blue world pool they have you sign all kinds of documents with clauses in them other than the contract and expects you to get notarized. All the sheets to sign guarantees that this company is overly trying to protect themselves from any liability no doubtedly from all the dissatisfied customers. One of the clauses to sign is that only the homeowner is liable for damages caused by installers. I recommend shopping around before getting stung by this company.
